St John, the Baptist is best known for his life as the cousin of Jesus. Yet it is not common knowledge, that in that embodiment he was already an Ascended Master.
St John made his ascension during his life time as Elijah. Jesus himself identified St John as Elijah returned. There is a great bond between these two Masters. Jesus in a previous life was Elijah's disciple Elisha. It was Elisha who witnessed Elijah's ascension. Theirs was initially the bond of Guru and disciple (chela), a bond of devotion and love. So it is no surprise to see Elijah return as St John, to path the way for Jesus and his mission.
St John, the Baptist is a first ray soul. The first ray is the blue ray. It is the ray of God's Will and God's power. No Master ascends and then sits back to rest, ascension is an ongoing process and the journey back to the source is long. And so, Ascended Master St John, the Baptist continues to serve and work with humanity. He is working to assist us in our ascension via the practices of balance and meditation. He is here to help us align our divine mind, sacred heart and soul - for it is aligning these three that we begin our proper journey into ascension. And it is only through this alignment can we go deep into meditation.
Ascended Master St John, the Baptist has an aura of white at the center radiating out to a soft blue. His energy is very strong and balanced.
He is working at this time with the Cosmic Master and goddess Ma'at. Remember the story; the ancient Egyptians believed at death to pass onto eternal life, a person's heart was to be weighed against Ma'at's feather. She too brings to the world the energy of balance. St John assists us to bring balance to all aspects of our lives, our bodies (physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual) and our chakras.
His unconditional love goes out to all humanity. He ask us to open our hearts to him, for in the opening of our hearts the Masters can come in closer and help to a greater degree. "Love all, with no exceptions. Unconditional love cannot occur in someone who has judgement in any form, for they are mutually exclusive. Therefore, judge not. My Love goes to all."

Dwaraka, the lost city, which is mentioned in the Mahabharata as being gradually submerged into the ocean, was recently found in the Arabian Sea off the coast of Gujarat, and dated at 3000-1500 BCE. This confirms both the antiquity of the Mahabharata and Ramayana, as well as the historical truth of the works. After end of Krishna's Avatar on the earth the powerful dark-bodied Kali Age descended.

The oceans rose and submerged the whole of Dwaraka." According to Vishnu Purana - Dwaraka was submerged by the sea right after the Lord Krishna's Avatar. In the early eighties an important archaeological site was found in India, at Dwaraka, the site of the legendary city of Lord Krishna. Now, it is discovered that the whole coast of western India sank by nearly 40 feet around 1500 BCE.

New Secrets of Life Part 1.

On 21/12/2012, one of the most important turning points in history of humanity awaits us. The energy of the New Age is bringing new realizations of the essence of life itself, presenting the path of impersonal transformation of God’s energy into every individual on the basis of God’s principle of reciprocity. When we surrender to God’s power within ourselves, wealth beyond our imagination eludes us until love prevails in our hearts. For years and millenniums we ourselves haven’t found a system based on equality, love, even distribution of goods… This turning point represents the beginning of a new era and presents an opportunity for us to live in peace, love and equality. It is up to us whether we will seize the opportunity. That day marks the beginning of transformation of the energy of God’s consciousness into our own consciousness. Love will settle in our every dimension, and it is all up to us to determine the transformation of our inner consciousness. The New Age energy is bringing peace and calm into our hearts, but we need to look inside ourselves and find within us the strength to make the changes necessary for our evolution to continue. The New Age energy is God’s inauguration of the new era, and it presents joint activity of the strongest spiritual energies in the whole universe. The most powerful spiritual energies have the ability to spread their energy in an infinite number of dimensions, and within every such part is God’s consciousness, enabling an independent activity of each individual part.

On that day there aren’t any special physical changes to be expected; however, the day marks the beginning of an intensive process of personal spiritual transformation. It is possible that the magnitude of the Earth will shift slightly, and so over the next few days there will be a change in the energy, perceived by some people as a higher, peaceful vibration, which will stabilize in a couple of days. The process starting on that day will bring the direct connection with the New Age energy, which will base itself in the consciousness of every individual. That consciousness will be present in all people until Christmas Eve, and following that day, the connection will stay with those who will have transformed their inner consciousness into love and during those three days – from 21/12/2012 to 24/12/2012 – will have transformed all reactions based on lower emotions into love. That means that every event in their everyday lives they would normally have reacted to emotionally with anger, fear, hatred… will make them respond with love. So during those days there is no need to meditate, pray…, but it is necessary to put our lives in order, heal the open wounds… For spiritual steps must always be followed by physical ones and vice versa, because that is the only way we create inner balance between the spiritual and material worlds. Fear, hunger, anger and hatred are the apocalypse of our time and we should eliminate them from our lives starting today.

New secrets of Life Part 2.

Is the life we are living in this moment everything that exists or is there something more? What awaits us on 21/12/2012?

The experience of this moment is part of our consciousness which is present only in this dimension we are experiencing right now.

There are countless dimensions, representing the reflection of our energy in a multidimensional space. Time and space are certain segments of our consciousness, which is projected into the energy of our souls and represents the curvature of light falling on our solar system, for it represents intermediate spaces which aren’t filled with the energy of time in the same dimensional space and time.

Dimensions represent the curvature of the electromagnetic field. In different parallel dimensions there are reflections of our souls, representing the multifaceted activity of our souls. In every parallel dimension connected to us is our soul’s consciousness which relives and regulates emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our lives, pertaining to the past and the present times, and thus influences and co-creates our future. The first nearest dimensions, usually there are four, represent the astral projection of our emotions. The soul thus presents our emotional reactions to events which have already happened. The next parallel dimensions represent mental projections and depict mental reactions to events in our lives. The highest parallel dimensions represent our spiritual lives and spiritual reactions in our lives. These are all projections of all events in our life thus far; our previous lives are recorded in our inner core.

Time represents the curvature of space in a certain segment of our consciousness and inner self-confidence. It also presents the capability of setting up the inner consciousness, because it opens for us the paths important for stable norms of interpersonal relationships which are crystallized in our mirror image. The mirror image is a reflection of our present and depicts the capability of creating multidimensional activity when we act from within ourselves, from our inner consciousness projecting old and new patterns, which are projected onto astral and mental levels. They thus co-create and form our inner view of the essence of life itself, which eludes us if we don’t look inside ourselves and seek inner peace within us and don’t perceive ourselves as God’s beings with a part of the unconscious within us, within the essence of our inner core which connects us with all dimensions of our inner self-confidence into an integral whole, and provides us with the meaning of life in meeting ourselves in our inner perfect form.

To simplify a little, we shall call all dimensions connected with us and representing the level of our consciousness and our current evolution – pictures. Let us imagine that every dimension connected with us is one picture. The number of pictures representing our past is usually the same as the number of pictures representing our future. All pictures are interconnected and together form four parallel dimensions which present the multifacetedness of our existence. In the future pictures our souls try to create such events that will lead us to the path of realization of our mission. Souls monitor all pictures from the past and try to correct our mistakes in the future pictures and create situations which will enable us to correct our past mistakes, which is how we create a balance between our good and bad actions. Prior to our death, that balance will have already been achieved in most cases, because after death souls are sorted into their corresponding places, based on the current state of consciousness of the inner core.

Where the past and the present meet in parallel dimensions, there lies our mirror image, which is the reflection of our consciousness in the spiritual world. Every picture goes on a higher level, in a higher dimension, and if we look at them closely, all pictures together create a form of a spiral similar to a DNA helix, except that they look more like circles linked together and building on each other. The bottom part of the helix is anchored in the inner core of our soul, and the top part of the helix continues into a thin thread and runs over our spiritual home, that is, through our spiritual guidance. Then the thread proceeds from our spiritual guidance directly to God, creating a connection with God, who thus monitors our lives and directs all the necessary spiritual help, which directs us through tests and trials to the path of God’s inauguration. When we create perfectly pure energy in all our pictures, God’s energy flows directly into our inner core and thus connects us with God, who in that way provides us with His support. Until the energy is pure in all dimensions, blockages will obstruct the flow of God’s energy and spiritual help, which will be stopped in the dimension where the blocks are. When the energy is pure throughout and is without blockages, the state of consciousness of all pictures represents our blissfulness. If we look at all our dimensions from afar, they resemble an energy beam, and if we look at them from an even greater distance, they look like a thread.

It happens that in our dreams we relive certain events and in that way clear our subconscious and our burdens; or a part of our consciousness may go into one of the dimensions and relive past events, and that is how we perceive what we need to correct. A part of our consciousness may also go into a dimension of the future, which is the way we sense the necessary future directions. Similar activity happens with astral projections during deep meditation.

Upon the assignment of a soul to a body, God also defines the soul’s plan, which is our mission in this life. The plan of our soul can also be called God’s inauguration of our life. The mission of a soul is to fulfill the assigned task. After the physical death, a soul returns to the spiritual world and occupies the place in exact correspondence with the soul’s current consciousness in its inner core. The Archangel Michael is the one who is in charge of the sorting. Naturally, souls couldn’t be rewarded or punished for all actions in physical bodies if they didn’t have the possibility of influencing our lives. And parallel dimensions are precisely that possibility. What we have done wrong in the past, our souls relive in the past dimensions, and in the dimensions of the future they create events and situations through which we shall correct all old mistakes and thus achieve balance already in our physical bodies. Souls guide us through feelings, and can also guide us through dreams.

In the inner core we perceive all the virtues we desire in our realization, but don’t seem to find the strength to create them. Therefore our astral projections enable us with an insight into ourselves and create all information necessary for our inner peace and for the creation of God’s kingdom within us. The inner core presents records of God’s omnipresence in every living being, as well as records of our inner consciousness and all past lives.

Peace within ourselves represents the meeting with ourselves, with our inner core, which eludes us only when we care about ourselves alone and move away from God’s inauguration of our lives. For life itself directs us onto a path of helping others, and only thus we together create an integral whole, which moves away from arrogance and closer to love in its core when we care for one another on all levels of our existence. Love is the universal connection between all living beings, connecting us into a whole.

Dimensions represent the path inwards, into our inner consciousness, into the awareness of life itself, and give us the strength and hope for a better life already in this dimension, which is the only dimension we perceive as the reality of everyday life. Because our consciousness isn’t multifaceted until we start to work on ourselves, look deep within us and find inside ourselves the path to the inner core itself, which is oneness of existence on all levels and in all areas of life. We should try to find the meaning of life itself within ourselves, in our inner self-confidence, and the consciousness of our existence will open wide all doors to God’s face, mirrored within ourselves in the core of existence itself.

"Creation, Tree of Life & Origin of Evil" features excerpts from "The Book of EL-Daoud the Father-KING: Which is the Gospel of Simplicity given to His Own."  The story was shown to an Adept in a VISION by "The Voice" of EL-Daoud circa 1909.  It was first published in 1922.  The Ancient History of GOD, Creation, and the advent of Man was given directly by GOD to the Spirit of EL-Daoud who in turn passed it on to the woman who transcribed it in real time.  It was told and written in an old world style with syntax that was very confusing.  It used old world verbiage such as 'THOU' and 'SHALT' which made reading and deciphering the text daunting, difficult and quite time consuming.  

The following is a current re-edit of that same VISON of Creation given over century ago to an Adept by My Higher Self, Adam EL-Daoud the Father-KING.  It has been revised to provide a clearer understanding of the TRUTH of the MOTHER-FATHER-SON GOD for the Children of GOD who have been deceived, manipulated, and confused for countless ages.  Corrections were made to paragraph structure, syntax, and verbiage for better congruency.  It is written in verse with numbers for easy reference.  Names that were originally given in alternate languages and spellings have been revised to better reflect the LIVING WORD OF GOD; Whose WORD is ever changing while still remaining consistent.  This is the 21st Century version for the Age of Aquarius and beyond.  

The Goal it is to bring back the Memory of our Divine Heritage and our Divine Mission; to bring All of the Children of GOD back into to the LOVING EMBRACE of the FATHER-MOTHER-BROTHER –GOD Trinity that has long been forgotten.

It corresponds to a condition of a part of the inner ear and is associated with our physical stability in relation to the position and movement. Vertigo is usually hallucinatory sense of movement of the objects that surround us or our own body, a spinning sensation.

The biological sense of vertigo is to prevent a movement that gives us fear.

When a person develops symptoms of vertigo, he/she notes that fact in his/her life is representing a radical change to the way of life he/she led. Or he/she refuses to accept what change in his/her life. Such changes do that he/she lives with suffering, but the people around them, do not know it, because it is very skilled people to say and show others that are better or that change them sat down or sit very well but they are lying. They are unable to show others, what they really feel, how much they change, how bad it hurts go through this change. "I lived a change that makes me sad" "I lived a change that was unpleasant to me" "This change hurts but I do not show it" "I feel on the brink".

"There comes a change I do not want". "I hate this change but I'll shut up"

"I am not or was not ready for this" "I did not expect this, do not accept it, do not want it". "This is not for me, this is not my thing" "I do not enjoy this new life, I want my past"

Similarly, dizziness can also occur when someone is experiencing a situation that makes them look "unstable" to others.

Also, the anguish at the thought of making a decision to make us face the unknown, can cause us more or less pronounced dizziness. We express our desire to control everything, so what is going on inside and outside but, not being possible we become unstable and anxious.

Or fear of the future, "before us is nothing, and are required to move! We may have the feeling that a situation is evolving too fast for us and we are afraid of the changes it will bring to our lives.

Inner ear: "We cannot stand to hear a thing"

Lack of references (this may be the father). "I lost my references”

It's like you have no reference to guide me and therefore I can have the impression that "my father", or representing the authority is absent or should help more in terms of the directions I want to take.

Conflicts of loss of our living space. "It seems like I'm never where the world wants me to be".

Conflict of accident with death in the family.

Common vertigo: "I must drastically change my life (life trajectory) if I do not want to die here".

Central vertigo: Conflict of position (my position) together with conflicts of stain and protection.

Peripheral vertigo: verbal conflict and reference points. Conflict of fear to the future.

In short, we can say that all dizziness is due to a lack of consistency between what the person feels and lives and what he/she says and does.

People with vertigo, are stubborn, refusing to look to the future with optimism, refuse to see how nice and positive that can bring to life such changes, think and rethink options such changes as do not like the suffer.

Recommendations to recover physical, emotional and spiritual health:

People suffering from vertigo need to learn to accept, enjoy and appreciate any further changes manifested in his/her life. Considering it as a new challenge and opportunity that presents by its own to do different things and learn.

Thus our activated 12 pointed Merkabah Body of Light (through the 13^th central point), is the vehicle that supports our conscious connection with the 13 Spheres of Metatron’s Cube.  It is the vehicle that supports the awakening of our DNA and our quantum leap into enlightenment.

These twin Merkabah formations are thus awakening the 13 Divine Laws of Creation through us  (the 13 Sacred Keys, refer to Shealla-Dreaming), opening our Heart-n-Minds to a more conscious way of being and co-creating as a global humanity.

The Merkabah field formation connects the conscious Heart to ‘zero point’, the connection of ‘as above, so below’ thus through INTENT healing takes place from the 1^st Dimensional (Crystalline Field – Earth Gateway) through to the 8^th Dimension (Centre of the Galaxy – Cosmic Gateway).

However, the way in which you handle upsets and doubts will be fundamentally shifted forever as expanded levels of self-trust manifest in your life!




There are 6 Lightarian Clearings, as follows:

Level One – Path Clearing

The vast majority of our entire adverse etheric patterns are stored in the interwoven fabric or “tapestry” within our chakras and subtle bodies. To facilitate our clearing work, we use the term “Shadow Tapestry” to define all the adverse energetic elements that blocks us as we move along our spiritual path. So as we clear the path via our Level 1 - Path Clearing, we are simply releasing the “Shadow Tapestry”.

Level Two – Birth Pattern Removal

When a person is born, he/she carries along with him/her four mini chakras and the beginning of the four lower subtle bodies: (1) A physical etheric body with its energy center of the 1st chakra; (2) an emotional body with 2nd chakra; (3) a mental body with 3rd chakra; and (4) the 4th subtle body and 4th chakra where fetal belief structures are stored. These etheric energy fields bring forward into the new life of variety of strong, deeply ingrained patterns, both of a “positive” and an “adverse” nature. These patterns have been acquired from many sources the physical lineage, genetics, tribal belief structures, mass -consciousness emotional and mental pattern, etc. Adverse residues of the earliest of birth-patterns remain in the individual’s lower vibrational fields and are removed with Level 2 clearing work.

Level Three – Template Clearing

As adverse etheric patterning is progressively lifted from the individual’s energy fields via the level 1 and level 2 clearing work, a strong level of natural healing will be taking place in the physical body. These patterns require additional special attention to effect a complete clearing, thereby allowing further healing to take place. Level 3 work, focuses on the clearing of these deepest of adverse patterns stored in the form of very subtle, yet powerful energies intimately linked to the physical body. We call it the “Etheric template for the physical Body.” These energies from the etheric “double” of the physical body and basically could be viewed as the sum total of all the tiny auric field of every cell of the physical body. The Template Clearing releases the adverse pattern from this etheric “body double”.

Level Four – Attachment Removal

After further clearing has taken place for the individual, we are able to access the next level of very subtle, thread-like etheric energies to be cleared. These energies appear to spread out from the outermost boundaries of each of our subtle bodies, linking and attaching themselves to the various external physical and etheric patterns and forms that we have interacted with over the years. For simplicity we call them “attachment” energies. In general, for individuals who have not done a lot of clearing work, these attachment energies can range from thin etheric cords all the way to thick cable-like tentacles. For others, especially those who have done substantial clearing work, they can look like a delicate, residual layer of web like threads. Through Level 4 work, these energies are removed

Level Five – Lineage Clearing

At this advanced level, we are able to access a very unusual very subtle higher vibrational pattern which seems to pervade throughout our field, even to the highest levels of our spiritual connection back to source energies. It’s as though all levels of our energies have a very subtle distortion or out-of balance condition which “colors” their energetic structure. This “distortion” is best described as an adverse belief structure that is held at all of our levels of self and “colors” our experiences in a particular way. A special Level 5 attunement is used to clear this type of adverse energy.

Level Six – Veil Removal

As we anchor into this plane and create our lives here, each of us has “a point of conscious awareness” that serves as a “witnessing” into this plane of experience. A part of you is in a “witnessing” mode. Watching your life unfold-both etherically and physically. We find that, metaphorically speaking; this “watcher” aspect of you acquires a pair of “rose -colored glasses!” You could refer to it as the “veil”. It’s a little bit of distortion that is present that represents a “veil” over the witness point-like a contact lens with a little distortion or imbalance to it that creates a lack of clarity as you “see your life”. Through our veil removal technique, we assist in clearing the energy imbalance and enabling you to create a higher level of clarity. Level 6 clearing work cleans the “contact lens!”

Titanium transformation of the Lightbodies

Titanium, the new Frequency for the Lightbody

Never before has humanity been ready for this transition to seek the higher dimensions of reality. You have but to seek the light inside yourselves to understand your divinity and God-given right to achieve the higher realms of Ascension and evolution! We are still growing and achieving the higher levels of Ascension. We are here to help you achieve these goals of constructing your Integrated Light Body!

Ascension is now a higher process of integration and balance in all aspects of the physical/earthly plane. We have taken many steps to raise the frequencies of our light bodies to the highest possible for each time frame of evolution in the energies coming to earth.

At this moment as the energies are shifting again we are ready for the next step.
As the energies from within the earth, around the earth and the planets including the sun and the moon have an effect on the density of our body, we have been looking for the right frequency that allows us to be less effected, yet still take in the positive properties.

Titanium.
To give you a little info about the properties of these frequencies, Titanium is a chemical element with the symbol Ti and atomic number 22. It is a lustrous transition metal with a silver color, low density and high strength.
Lustrous, and metallic-white in color. The relatively high melting point makes it useful as a refractory metal. It is paramagnetic and has fairly low electrical and thermal conductivity, and non-magnetic and a poor conductor of heat and electricity.
We can use these properties to give us less density and still be able to protect ourselves from any negative influences.

As Titanium is a poor conductor of heat, electricity and non-magnetic, the influences of the pole shifting in certain directions, the gravity between the physical body and the gravity field upon earth which influences the density and make the physical energy as well as the light body energies coming in more dense than they need to be.

With the bodies changed into the new Titanium frequency we can become less dense and start working on the next step toward dissolving the body into just and energy appearance.
This is the next step towards that change and I am so glad we found this.

We are starting this week with the change and we start with the 22 bodies we know of at this moment, from there we will move even higher but we need to lay the basic foundation for changing into less density.

We will have two meditations per week as I like it to be fast and we can do finish this upgrade before the end of the year.

For myself I have noticed some changes that come with it, as well as another expansion and ability to understand more about the energies that are around us. It also gave me more strength or power to work energetically on several things including which is important for me; to see the overall picture as far as how energies are related, what happens in between spaces and more.

We will have activations, transformations each Wednesday and Saturday at 10 pm EST, starting this Wednesday October 2.

The Five Bodies

The Electromagnetic Body:

This vehicle body codes your physical body directly into other consciousness regions of the local universe through the whole array or family of electromagnetic waves. The E-M vehicle must work with its Christ Overself Body, or a Master of Light if it is to work with the many electromagnetic spectrums. One must first illuminate the E-M vehicle with Light before one can cross the threshold of negative mass.

The Epi-Kinetic Body:

The biological plasma used by the energy-vibratory body for projection and teleportation within a singular dimension. The Epi-Kinetic Body is the consciousness-vibratory vehicle, which can pass through the common kinetic paradigms of velocity and mass. Great energies of vibratory protection, inspiration and balancing of the creative consciousness levels with the unconscious and subconscious levels can take place through this vehicle of vibratory synthesis, e.g., in a 4-7-8 chakra arrangement. (In amplification of the Lord, see Daniel 3:19-25)

The Eka Body of many relativities:

There exists a substratum of direct current potentials in the body which precedes the action potentials of biological reality. This is a Higher Consciousness Body/Body Two substratum which can coordinate the inner realities of each consciousness vehicle through an interconnecting clock manifold, whereby consciousness time can be in perfect control of the biological clocksand common/mundane reality. Enoch calls this the 'Eka Body' which is a collection of many plus or minus relativities, depending on the nature of the consciousness levels. The consciousness vehicle used for time travel while sustaining a direct relationship to the physical vehicle, which is left at some point in biological time. If you know your origin, you know your destiny for the Eka Body is a vehicle synthesis in 'clearing consciousness time', e.g., a 7-8-9 chakra configuration allows for the consciousness vehicle to simultaneously work "in and out of time".

The Gematrian Body:

The vehicle of Light synthesis in the body formed by the Shekinah's "Life force" which controls all the inner relationships of Light. This body prepares the human vehicle to be connected with the Christ Body Overself. On the physical plane, it can control the ratio between the plasmic state of living things and atomic- molecular matter. The Gematrian Body is made of "light geometries" used in consciousness creation, inspiration, healing, etc., which can mathematically arrange each of the energy meridians of the human system to make them available to guide and energize the body.

The Zohar Body:

The body vehicle of the" outer Light" that permits the body to go beyond the light cone of immediate relativity. This body places a bond of light around the other four bodies of "Incarnation" so that the physical body can distinguish between the sacred space of "Light", and the profane space of "light". The "coat of many colors", which is the foundation for the energy form which corresponds with the brilliant and splendid structure of the "Heavenly Jerusalem". Through the Zohar body, the seventy-two areas of the mind are balanced off, and the micro-cosmos of the unconscious Man ascends to Sonship and a place of dwelling within the Father's Throne. (Rev. 7:9-16) The Zohar body functions in trinity with its Overself Body and the" Anointed" Christ Overself Body, which receives direct revelation from the Throne Worlds of YHWH.

How to make a paracord bracelet with a fishing kit inside. In this "how-to" video I share an idea that I developed to integrate fishing tackle into a standard, cobra weave paracord survival bracelet while still maintaining the original look, feel, and functionality of the bracelet. This survival bracelet includes standard 7 strand 550 cord, 25 feet of braided fishing line, split-shot weights, and 2 fishing hooks. Parachute cord (also paracord or 550 cord) is a lightweight nylon kernmantle rope originally used in the suspension lines of US parachutes during World War II. Once in the field, paratroopers found this cord useful for many other tasks. It is now used as a general purpose utility cord by both military personnel and civilians. This versatile cord was even used by astronauts during STS-82, the second Space Shuttle mission to repair the Hubble Space Telescope.

The braided sheath has a high number of interwoven strands for its size, giving it a relatively smooth texture. The all-nylon construction makes paracord fairly elastic; depending on the application this can be either an asset or a liability.

Despite the historic association of paracord with Airborne units, virtually all US units have access to the cord. It is used in almost any situation where light cordage is needed. Typical uses include attaching equipment to harnesses, as dummy cords to avoid losing small or important items, tying rucksacks to vehicle racks, securing camouflage nets to trees or vehicles, and so forth. When threaded with beads, paracord may be used as a pace counter to estimate ground covered by foot.

The yarns of the core (commonly referred to as "the guts") can also be removed when finer string is needed, for instance as sewing thread to repair gear or fishing line in a survival situation. The nylon sheath is often used alone, the yarn in the core removed, when a thinner or less elastic cord is needed. Ends of the cord are almost always melted and crimped to prevent fraying.
