It is my assumption that the Avatar of Synthesis downloads to the current incarnated Avatar Dharma Sangha.

"This group inspiration can happen today. If it does, there will then be a simultaneous appearing of the cosmic Avatar, the World Savior in the Person of the lesser Avatar, and at the same time a group savior, composed of responsive disciples and world servers." Yes- The Mahatma, Avatar of Synthesis (Cosmic Avatar), first arrived in 1987 and then came in stronger in 2012 (reachable in meditation). Dharma Sangha (World Savior- lesser Avatar) was born in 1990. The group savior is Christ Consciousness, which is us. And yes all three are currently simultaneous.

How to reach the Mahatma-

"The Mahatma, or Avatar of Synthesis, is the great cosmic being who has been made available to Earth since the Harmonic Convergence of 1987. The Mahatma is the connecting link between us, as incarnated personalities, and the Godhead Himself or Source of all creation. The Mahatma embodies all 352 levels back to the Godhead. The Mahatma also embodies the energy of Melchior (our Galactic Logos) and Adonis (heart focus of the universe). This cosmic being is really a group consciousness. The Mahatma allows us to build the antakarana all the way to the Source itself. There is no energy in the infinite universe of a higher frequency than the Mahatma’s that is available to Earth at this time. The Mahatma exists at the Multi-universal level. The first refracted color in the prism of divinity at the multi-universal level is platinum.

In a sense the Mahatma is the I AM presence of Mother-Father God. The Mahatma is gold-white in colour with a hint of lavender or pale violet around its edge. At times it will come in as a light turquoise colour. It embodies all of the first 12 rays. It has been made available to humanity at this time to assist in our ascension and conscious connection to Source. With regular invocation, it speeds up one's ascension. As it enters one's body it increases one's vibration, allowing blockages to be released. It will break up the hardest thought and emotional behaviour patterns. Because the Mahatma energy is new to the Earth, there is no resistance to it in our memories so it will flow in more easily than some other energies / rays that may have been used to manipulate us. Indeed, because this energy is unconditional love it cannot be used for harmful purposes. I read in one of Joshua David Stone's books that he knows of no other energy that will speed up one's ascension and that regular invocation will increase one's ascension a thousand fold. He also stated that regular invocation allows the building of a Lightbody in a way that has never been done before...The Mahatma energy is of such a high frequency and cosmic nature that it creates a Lightbody akin to a monadic body.

Invoking the Mahatma need not be complicated. Throughout the day one can simply state: "I Am the Mahatma". Or, to focus on a particular aspect of one's life, say troubling relationship issues, one can state, "I Am the Mahatma, I am that I Am in Love," or "I Am that I Am, the Mahatma in Love." Invoking the Mahatma will greatly aid you on your ascension path and grounding it into the Earth is considered to be of great service to others."

"Call on the Mahatma to integrate all 352 levels of the Mahatma into your being during every meditation. Ask to receive the Light information of all 352 levels of the Mahatma. Ask to receive the Light information packets from the 5th, 6th and 7th dimensions of reality. Ask to be a Cosmic walk-in for the Mahatma on Earth.

If you have never invoked the Mahatma energy before, once you start to invoke the energy you may go through a period of cleansing and purification as the energy is of such a high nature. I am now focusing almost exclusively on my I Am Presence and the Mahatma energies. When the energy of the Mahatma comes in, it feels like a very loving energy. I have been experiencing some chills afterwards as old energy is being released. I have also been getting red flushed skin in my Thymus chakra as this is the main chakra that it emanates from."

How do we speed up our Ascension? Dedication to love and service to others brings love and light closer to you in your life.

I have made the choice and dedicate my life to love and service to others. I dedicate my life to releasing the suffering of all life on Earth. Please support me in all areas of this request and provide your guidance and resources to make it so. God's Holy will be done! And so it is!"

As we pause at times during the day to radiate our heart’s care and compassion to all the people suffering in Gaza and Israel and in the Russia-Ukraine war, we can wonder how much of a difference are we making and how else can we help the world. You’re not alone if you feel discouraged at times. With all the intensities going on, one after another, it can look like the world is falling into disarray. It’s important that we remember there’s a Shift happening on the planet. Old repressed energies have to come to the surface to release, or there wouldn’t be a Shift. It’s clearing the old to make room for the new.

An indication of the new is the wonderful momentum happening on the planet, with more and more people around the globe reporting that they are just tired of the separateness, the resentments, and of people, cultures, and countries not getting along with each other. Particularly among younger generations, there is a growing feeling of “enough is enough” and wanting to help the world by doing something different. Instead of waiting for governments or political parties to change, they realize they are the ones who have to create the change.

There is a heart-directed momentum developing in the midst of the wars and climate crises. More people are wanting to reduce the judgments and separation they have with each other. More people are practicing heart qualities — being kinder and having more compassionate care. It’s in the air. It’s a kindness and compassion movement across the planet and in different religions — a universal feeling that opening our hearts to each other is the one thing in the collective that hasn’t been tried yet. By allowing our hearts to lead, we can transform our care into actions that serve the whole.

The search for the sacred is present in many forms. We see it in our attraction to the wonders of nature and the marvels of the universe. It is seen in our fascination with ancient historical sites, such as the Oracle of Delphi, the pyramids of Egypt, and the stone circles that pepper the quilted landscape of the British countryside. We witness it in the beauty created by the great artisans of history, and in the awe experienced when gazing at the cathedrals and temples humanity has created in honor of the divine. Indeed, there are countless examples of humanity’s search for the sacred. Yet in a deeper sense, the path to the sacred is an inner rather than outer quest. It is the path that leads to the soul deep within the recesses of consciousness. In truth, it is the soul that is the rightful recipient of the title, “the sacred.” For that which is sacred is also eternal. This is true whether we are talking about the soul of a human being, that of a nation, or the soul of humanity as a whole. When traveling upon this inner path there is a bridge that must be crossed, and it is called the antahkarana.

At this momentous time in our nation’s history, “equanimity” probably does not describe what most of us are striving for right now. On the contrary, many of us are striving for justice, for healing—some of us, for survival. Is the peace and balance of meditation taking us in the wrong direction?

Not in my understanding. In my experience, equanimity has great power—especially at times like these.

When I reflect on the power of equanimity, I think of those times when we see beyond judgment and self-interest and realize that we are choosing instead of reacting; those times when the pain of injustice is held in our hearts, while the mind is still, steady, and clear; those times when we make small choices that show great care and influence social balance. This is the power of equanimity.

We might begin to understand this power using nature as a metaphor. For example, equanimity can feel internally like a great mountain, with the mind solid and stable, undisturbed by the changing seasons. Or it can be like the ocean, with the mind vast, deep, and immeasurable, undisturbed by whatever swims, floats, or is housed in its waters. Equanimity can be like a strong fire — roaring, engulfing, and transmuting, undisturbed by whatever is thrown into it. Or like immense space — open, allowing, and receiving, undisturbed by the objects that arise and pass away.

As we walk through the coming week, we may want to call on the strength of these elemental inner resources for balance and equipoise. For example, there are times when we will need to stand our ground, strong like a mountain, and observe what emerges, or we may need to add a spark of fiery truth to a situation. Other times, we may need to open and allow more space around the tightness of our worries, or let go and be held by an ocean of love.

In all of these forms, equanimity is awareness so spacious that whatever arises in our mind and heart, whether agreeable or disagreeable, is small and incidental compared to awareness itself. In other words, when we are equanimous, nothing is left out of heart’s view.

Equanimity enables us to know the energetic movements of mind without reactivity. It is an experience of grounded presence in the midst of extremes, when the mind is steady and responsive, and when we can say to ourselves, “This moment is like this, and it doesn’t have to be different right now. I can allow what is here and offer what is needed.”

Imagine the power of this inner resource as we engage with the messy world in which we live.

And yet, equanimity is not something we can force. It’s an experience we come to recognize and nurture through mindfulness practice. Fortunately, even outside of formal meditation, you can orient the heart toward that experience simply by bringing to mind intentions of equanimity. I will give several examples here. My invitation to you is to find two or three that resonate with you, and try them at different times in your day. As you say them to yourself, take time to relax and linger in the goodwill motivating these phrases:

May I bear witness to things just as they are.

May I remain peaceful and let go of fixation.

May I offer care without hesitation, knowing I may be met with gratitude, anger, or resistance.

May I offer care, knowing I don’t control the course of life, suffering, or death.

May I find the inner resources to genuinely contribute where needed.

May I see my limits with compassion, just as I see the limits of others.

I care about the pain of others, yet I cannot control it.

I care for all beings, but my way is not the only way. All beings have their own journey, and I have mine.

May I be free from preference and prejudice.

May I see the world with quiet eyes.

The eight Buddhist practices in the Noble Eightfold Path are:

1. Right View: our actions have consequences, death is not the end, and our actions and beliefs have consequences after death. The Buddha followed and taught a successful path out of this world and the other world (heaven and underworld/hell). Later on, right view came to explicitly include karma and rebirth, and the importance of the Four Noble Truths, when "insight" became central to Buddhist soteriology.
2. Right Resolve or Intention: the giving up of home and adopting the life of a religious mendicant in order to follow the path; this concept aims at peaceful renunciation, into an environment of non-sensuality, non-ill-will (to loving kindness), away from cruelty (to compassion).^[25] Such an environment aids contemplation of impermanence, suffering, and non-Self.^[25]
3. Right Speech: no lying, no rude speech, no telling one person what another says about him to cause discord or harm their relationship.^[26]
4. Right Conduct or Action: no killing or injuring, no taking what is not given, no sexual misconduct, no material desires.
5. Right Livelihood: no trading in weapons, living beings, meat, liquor, and poisons.
6. Right Effort: preventing the arising of unwholesome states, and generating wholesome states, the bojjhagā (Seven Factors of Awakening). This includes indriya-samvara, "guarding the sense-doors", restraint of the sense faculties.^[27][25]
7. Right Mindfulness (sati; Satipatthana; Sampajañña): a quality that guards or watches over the mind;^[28] the stronger it becomes, the weaker unwholesome states of mind become, weakening their power "to take over and dominate thought, word and deed."^{[29][note 2]} In the vipassana movement, sati is interpreted as "bare attention": never be absent minded, being conscious of what one is doing; this encourages the awareness of the impermanence of body, feeling and mind, as well as to experience the five aggregates (skandhas), the five hindrances, the four True Realities and seven factors of awakening.^[25]
8. Right samadhi (passaddhi; ekaggata; sampasadana): practicing four stages of dhyāna ("meditation"), which includes samadhi proper in the second stage, and reinforces the development of the bojjhagā, culminating into upekkha (equanimity) and mindfulness.^[31] In the Theravada tradition and the vipassana movement, this is interpreted as ekaggata, concentration or one-pointedness of the mind, and supplemented with vipassana meditation, which aims at insight.
