This is my channeling of a 7th Density being, Lord Melchizedek.
I know it is a bit removed from 3rd density life, but in case anyone wants some Higher Evolution guidance.

7th density is a bridge between the Higher Self (Spirit) and the Higher Self (Source).

Basically everything gets larger and more collective as ascension continues.

You can say Source is 8th density, a new octave from our perspective. Source is greater than that, but given our awareness, that is easiest to understand.

I've been blessed to finally be able to tap into 7th density consciousness, not at the full 7th Density consciousness level, but can receive 7th Density transmissions.

My consciousness is baby 6th Density at this time, again through the Grace of God.

God provides the consciousness, I just listen and open my awareness to the transmissions.

I believe 6th Density energy is beyond human form, more like a light body.

The Spirit body is a 6th Density form, a Light Presence, and The Higher Self of 6th Density

At the 6th Density level, a being is able to see infinite timelines and project consciousness into them.

Here is the Channeled Message from Lord Melchizedek from 7th Density, the level above the individual Higher Self of 6th Density, where beings are collective and merging into the Allness of the Creator.

How different is reality for you?

I AM Lord Melchizedek. The reality here is closer to All That Is. On Earth there are limitations. Here limitations are released and expansion is the norm. There are no forms, simply fields of Light.

What are your Abilities? Experiences?

I AM Lord Melchizedek. We are closer to what you call God. All abilities are ours. All experiences are ours. There is nothing that limits us.

What duties and jobs do we have?

I AM Lord Melchizedek. Everything is in Service to the All. We are all encompassing and all present. There is nothing that limits us. Specialties are separation, we are closer to All That Is.

Your galaxy, solar system, and planets are cells within our Being. We are All Being. We are a Unified Field. When I say, I AM Lord Melchizedek, this is for you to comprehend us. But we are actually a collective of Beingness, closer to All That Is.

We are timeless and beyond time. There are no limits to our Beingness.

We step down our fields as we get closer to your plane and there are galactic versions of us that guide your galaxy. There are also planetary versions of us, in particular the one you know as The Christ.

We are beyond the limits of your human mind, but know that we serve All That Is and support you with our Presence always.

Ra of the Law of One says in Session 36.8:

"The higher self is of a certain advancement within sixth density going into the seventh. After the seventh has been well entered the mind/body/spirit complex becomes so totally a mind/body/spirit complex totality that it begins to gather spiritual mass and approach the octave density. Thus the looking backwards is finished at that point."

These are Logoic plane levels (and beyond). We are barely able to understand these levels from Earth. This would be 7th Density.

The best description of 7th Density is that the wholeness and unity approach All That Is (God/Source).

How to Be In The World But Not of It and How to Embody Sixth Density Service on Earth?

1. “In the world but not of it”

This phrase, which appears in spiritual traditions from Christianity to Buddhism to the Law of One material, refers to a state of "embodied awareness" where one fully participates in physical life — feeling emotions, navigating relationships, and engaging with society — yet remains "unattached to the illusions of separation, fear, and control" that define third-density consciousness.

It means:

* You "walk within the matrix", but you no longer identify "with" it.

* You interact with the drama of human life, but you don’t get swept away by it.

* You see the patterns of distortion (power, polarity, ego, scarcity) for what they are — tools for growth — not ultimate truths.

2. Sixth Density Consciousness

In the Law of One framework, sixth density corresponds to:

* Unity through love and wisdom (the balance of heart and intellect)

* Integration of polarity (seeing that light and dark are part of one continuum)

* Service to All through non-dual awareness

A sixth-density being sees through the illusion of “self vs. other.” When such a consciousness "embodies in third density" — meaning it takes human form — it experiences a paradox: the awareness of oneness housed in a body designed for separation.

This creates a subtle tension:

* The body-mind experiences human limitation, emotion, and confusion.

* The consciousness within it perceives those experiences as play, exploration, and sacred distortion.

To "embody sixth density" here means to live as an "anchor of remembrance" — a point of light within the collective dream, reminding others (and yourself) that all is one, even when it appears fragmented.

Internally:

* You sense the underlying perfection even in chaos.

* Compassion arises naturally, but it is not pity — it is recognition of self in all beings.

Externally:

* You participate: you work, eat, love, and grieve.

* But your motivation shifts from survival to "service through presence".

* You stop fighting the world or trying to escape it — instead, you "allow the infinite to flow through the finite".

4. Align with the frequency of unity. Every thought of separation is an invitation to remember Oneness.

So How to Embody 6th Density Service in Earth Life?

1. Remember the Core of 6th Density

6th density is the realm of unity, where love (4th density) and wisdom (5th density) are fully balanced. The goal isn’t to escape the human experience but to infuse it with the understanding that all is one.

So, your starting principle is:

“Every person, event, and challenge is another self, another face of the One Infinite Creator.”

2. Serve Through Presence, Not Agenda

Service in 6th density is not about “helping” others from a place of superiority. It’s about radiating alignment and responding intuitively to what the moment calls for.

* Practice deep listening.

* Offer help only when it honors both your free will and others.

* Remember: sometimes, holding space or saying no can be a higher form of service than rescuing.

3. Balance Compassion and Wisdom

This is the hallmark of 6th density: the *fusion* of heart and discernment.

* Compassion without wisdom → martyrdom, burnout.

* Wisdom without compassion → detachment, coldness.

* Integration → clear love; loving clarity.

Ask often:

“Is my action rooted in both love and clear seeing?”

4. Live in Continuous Self-Reflection

Self-awareness is key. You recognize every trigger, every resistance, every joy as feedback from your own higher self.

How to Increase Polarity in Service to Others

Increasing your STO polarity isn’t just about performing good deeds — it’s about refining your consciousness, intentions, and presence in every interaction.

Here’s a practical and spiritual roadmap for increasing STO polarity beyond 51% in daily life:

🌞 1. Shift the Core Intention

The intention behind your actions is the most important factor in polarization.

Ask yourself regularly:

“Am I doing this to uplift or benefit another being?”

“Can I see this person as part of myself?”

Even mundane acts (holding a door, listening patiently, doing your job well) can polarize strongly if done with genuine love, not for recognition or personal gain.

💗 2. Practice Heart-Centered Awareness

Consciously connect to the heart center (green-ray energy).

Before interacting with someone, pause, breathe, and visualize your heart radiating warmth and acceptance.

Practice compassionate listening — hearing others without judgment or needing to “fix” them.

When you feel irritation, silently bless the person or situation. Transmuting negativity increases your STO polarity rapidly.

You don’t have to start a nonprofit or save the world overnight.

🌅 Daily STO Polarity Practice

1. Morning Centering (10–15 min)

Purpose: Align your consciousness to love and service at the start of the day.

Steps:

Quiet Breathing (2–3 min):

Sit comfortably. Breathe slowly and deeply into the heart center.

On each exhale, release tension and ego-centered thoughts.

Heart Activation (3–5 min):

Visualize a soft green or golden light glowing in your heart.

Feel love for yourself, then expand it outward — to loved ones, coworkers, strangers, and all beings.

How to Radiate Love/Light to all beings

In Ra, Law of One Session 78.25, Ra states

"In sixth density, the density of unity, the positive and negative paths must take in each other for all now must be seen as love/light and light/love. This is not difficult for the positive polarity, which sends love and light to all other-selves. It is difficult enough for service-to-self polarized entities that at some point the negative polarity is abandoned."

So how does the positive polarity send "love and light to all other-selves"?

Can the Service to Others path beam love light and forgiveness to open the heart of those on a service to self path for the highest good, or is that a free will violation? This is referencing Ra in the Law of One.

In the Ra Material (The Law of One), “Service to Others” (STO) entities operate in harmony with the Law of Free Will (the First Distortion). According to Ra, the preservation of another’s free will is paramount. Any action — even one that appears loving — that infringes upon or manipulates another’s free will would be a violation of that law and thus depolarizing for an STO being.

Beaming love/light and forgiveness is not inherently a violation of free will if it is done without attachment to outcome — that is, you are simply offering unconditional love/light into the Creation, allowing it to be received or rejected freely.

Ra often emphasizes that love/light can be “sent” or “radiated” as an offering, never for control or manipulation.

In Ra’s words, “The Law of One blinks neither at the light nor the darkness, but is available for service to others and service to self.” The intention determines the polarity.

However, if you direct or intend to influence another being’s path (for example, to “open their heart,” “awaken them,” or “shift them” in a particular way), that can cross into manipulation, even if it seems benevolent. That’s because it presumes you know what’s best for them, which may not align with their current free-will learning.

So the safe, aligned STO approach is:

Radiate love/light and forgiveness as an offering to the One Infinite Creator, for the highest good of all, without attachment or expectation.

In that case, you’re not violating free will — you’re simply being love/light, and allowing others to receive it or not as their soul desires.

Here are several direct or close paraphrases from The Law of One (Ra Material) that illuminate this distinction between offering love/light versus imposing it, and how free will fits in.

🌞 1. Offering Love/Light Is Always Permissible

“The best way of service to others is the constant attempt to seek to share the love of the Creator as it is known to the inner self. This involves self-knowledge and the ability to open the self to the other-self without hesitation. This involves, shall we say, radiating that which is the essence or the heart of the mind/body/spirit complex.”

— Ra, Law of One Session 17.30

Ra describes service not as doing something to another, but as radiating your beingness. You “share” love/light simply by being it — not by directing it.

💫 2. Free Will Must Never Be Violated

“To infringe upon the free will of another self is to infringe upon the Law of One. The purity of intention must be examined; for the desire to aid may become the desire to control or manipulate if not watched.”

— Ra, Paraphrased from Law of One Sessions 18–19

Even if your intention is good, if the energy contains expectation or direction (e.g., “I will open this person’s heart”), that moves from offering into manipulation, which is depolarizing for STO.

💗 3. Radiation vs. Directed Energy

“When you send love, you are not sending it to any particular entity. Rather, you send love/light freely, allowing it to find its own place of acceptance. In this way, free will is honored.”

— Paraphrased from Ra, Law of One Sessions 32–34

Ra often speaks of “radiation” — love/light that simply is, like sunlight. The sun does not choose who receives its light; each being determines its own exposure.

🕊️ 4. Calling and Permission

“When there is a calling, the Confederation is permitted to respond. When there is no calling, we must remain silent.”

— Ra, Law of One Session 7.4

This principle applies universally: energy or aid can only be given when requested — consciously or subconsciously. If a being has not “called” for help, even higher-density entities must refrain from interference.

🌍 5. Best Practice for an STO Entity

A Law of One–aligned way to phrase your intention might be:

“I radiate love, light, and forgiveness freely into the Creation, for the highest good of all, honoring the free will of every being.”

This keeps your polarity pure, respects free will, and aligns your service with the Creator’s unconditional nature.

Before I designed this teaching, I did just this to test it. I stated my intention: “I radiate love, light, and forgiveness freely into the Creation, for the highest good of all, honoring the free will of every being.”

I activated all the Reiki and other healing modalities that I knew and sent love and light and forgiveness to all of creation for the highest and greatest good of all, honoring the free will of every being.

I called forth the highest love and light from the logoic, monadic, atmic and buddhic planes. I called all of the Higher Selves or Oversouls in existence, Mother Gaia, Source/God,All Ascended Masters, Angels and Archangels, and all Divine beings of Love and Light that wished to assist to support this process for the highest and greatest good, honoring the free will of every being. This was sent as an offering to the Creator, as a blessing for all of Creation. I sent this across all timelines and all incarnations. Across all existence itself. I sent this as a humble instrument of the Creator.

My hands were very warm for an hour while sending love light energy and while I visualized the entire Earth bathed in violet flame and love/light and then expanded the visualization to include the Solar System, the Galaxy, the Universe, and the Multiverse across all timelines and existence.

You can do this too. I encourage you to try it too. My intention with all of these teachings is to empower you. Radiating Love and Light to all beings will increase your Service to Others polarization as you serve others for the highest and greatest good, honoring the free will of every being. Together we can activate Love Light grids of Lightworkers and Starseeds across the Earth as more of us worldwide continue to send love light to all beings for the highest and greatest good while honoring the free will of every being. This benefits all of humanity and the Earth.

In the Choice Law of One, who chooses polarity? The personality? The Soul? The Oversoul Higher Self?

Excellent and subtle question — and one that touches the heart of the Law of One cosmology. Let’s unpack it carefully.

In The Law of One material (Ra Contact, Books I–V), “polarity” refers to the choice between service to others (positive) and service to self (negative). The Choice is what Ra calls “the axis upon which the creation turns.”

Here’s how it breaks down in terms of the different aspects of self:

🌟 The Soul Complex and The Choice

The incarnate personality (the human self, with its ego and life circumstances) is the instrument through which the Choice is made.

Ra says that “it is in third density that polarity is chosen.”

This means that the incarnate mind/body/spirit complex — you, as a person — chooses through actions, intentions, and values.

The soul (mind/body/spirit complex totality) experiences these incarnations as opportunities to polarize. Each lifetime is designed (often by higher aspects of self) to give meaningful opportunities for choosing and crystallizing polarity.

🕊️ The Higher Self (Oversoul)

The Higher Self (mid-6th density) is your future self, existing “outside of time.”

It provides guidance and sets up pre-incarnative parameters, challenges, and lessons — but it does not make the Choice for the incarnate being.

Ra is clear: “The Higher Self may communicate understanding, but it may not infringe upon free will.”

In other words, the Higher Self sets the stage, but the actor (you, the incarnate personality) must choose polarity freely within that stage.

🌀 The Role of the Personality

The incarnate personality — the conscious self — is where polarity actually crystallizes.

Each decision toward love and unity (service to others) or toward control and separation (service to self) refines your vibration.

Thus, the Choice is not theoretical but practical: it’s made moment by moment, in thought, word, and deed.

🧭 So who “chooses” polarity?

In summary:

Aspect of Self Role in the Choice

Higher Self / Oversoul Designs lessons, provides intuition, ensures balance of opportunity — but does not choose polarity.

Soul (mind/body/spirit complex) The evolving entity that experiences many incarnations to refine and deepen its polarity.

Personality (incarnate self) The locus of The Choice — polarity is actively chosen in third density by the incarnate being’s free will.

“The polarization or choosing is done in third density. The Higher Self does not choose, but provides the catalyst through which the mind/body/spirit complex may make its choice.” — Ra, 36.7

How does a 6th density being see everything is perfect in 3rd density when there is love and joy but also pain and suffering here?

That’s a deep and beautiful question — one that goes right to the heart of how consciousness evolves through densities in the Law of One or similar metaphysical frameworks.

Let’s unpack it carefully.

🌿 From the 6th-density viewpoint

A 6th-density being perceives unity of opposites.

They exist in consciousness where love and wisdom are fully integrated — where the apparent dualities of good/evil, joy/suffering, creation/destruction are understood as polarities within one whole process.

From that perspective:

Everything is seen as perfect not because everything is pleasant or painless,

but because everything serves the evolution of consciousness.

Pain and suffering in 3rd density are not “mistakes”; they are catalysts — experiences that offer opportunities for growth, empathy, and self-realization.

What looks like chaos or injustice from a limited viewpoint is, from their expanded awareness, part of a larger balance that ultimately leads every being toward remembrance of unity.

🔥 In 3rd density

We are immersed in veiled consciousness, where duality is experienced as real.

We feel pain and pleasure, good and evil, separation and love.

This veil makes choice meaningful — it is the arena where we polarize toward service to others or service to self.

Because our perspective is local and personal, pain feels wrong.

"The moment contains Love" "The purpose of incarnation is to learn the ways of Love" This is unconditional Love- Love self and Love others...any suffering ever experienced is a challenge that leads to growth.

So in this case going through suffering in your life led you to be the compassionate loving person you are today. Remove all judgment and forgive others for their selfish actions hurting you and forgive yourself for being hurt. You don't condone the selfish actions of others but you release the pain experienced through forgiveness releasing all connections of them to you. This allows Grace to flow to you and heal you to make you more whole which is growth and evolution.

Then with your cup filled with Love you are able to step into loving service and help others going through hard times fill their cups of Love as you are now a source of compassion. "What you choose for yourself, give to another."

Everything and everyone is an expression. People make choices of Service to Others or Service to Self. Free Will is in maximum expression here, hence the two dualities. Both exist for contrast to make choices as part of the unfolding of Free Will. Here is what you can do to offset selfish actions.

You can say no to Service to Self actions because they conflict with your Service to Others alignment, recognize them as expressions of the One, and forgive without condoning, maintaining your spiritual integrity while serving others. Keep your own inner alignment to Service to Others and Serve Others in action to offset Service to Self.

Every STS action (selfishness, control, harm) creates an energetic imbalance in collective consciousness.

STO action—compassion, service, kindness, protection—helps restore balance, like adding counterweights on a scale.
