In my experience, here are fairly accurate pictures of the Soul and the Oversoul (Higher Self/Spirit).

In the first picture, The Soul is Golden Light in human form (but has no gender, it is inherently androgenous). The Soul may choose to incarnate in either gender for the purposes of balance. 

In the second picture, The Oversoul is the White Sun in the middle while the 12 Souls that make up the Oversoul (representing 12 x 12 = 144 incarnations) are Golden Light in human form (but no gender).

In the third picture, you can see a zoomed in Oversoul picture. Note that the Oversoul transcends human form and literally is Divine Light. 

When the Soul is merged with the Oversoul (enlightenment either during incarnation or in the "Afterlife"), then re-incarnation is not necessary. 

But, after enlightenment, the Soul can still clothe itself in other forms such as the etheric/astral bodies for purpose of Service or Evolution, as an interface with 4th or 5th density. Many Ascended Masters do this to interface with the physical incarnates via our third eyes or to exist closer to Earth for Service purposes. 

It is my understanding that 4th density and 5th density in Law of One are Soul realms (finer forms) but with connection to Spirit, while 6th density is the Spirit realm where outer forms can be shed and only pure light remains (In true form, The Higher Self is like a White Shining Sun as the Oversoul, or a Golden being as a Soul, depending on the consciousness and form it takes). 

The Soul, Oversoul, and God all exist at all times as separate but also united aspects. You can call the Soul, a fractal of the Oversoul, and the Oversoul, a fractal of God. But at the lowest level the fractal is still the same substance of God. The Soul is never destroyed, but can be expanded to include awareness of the Oversoul and God too. Soul awareness is "The Kingdom of Heaven is within" and Oversoul awareness is "I and God are One...We are all One. I AM that I AM."

Here is an example of a Soul clothed in an Astral body for Service. On the Path of Earth Service (or Shamballa/Heaven) Souls wear white and can look like this. But they do keep their own gender as needed for individuality purposes when in Service in Higher Evolution.

As humans we seek and then become our Divine Self, while the Divine Self is experiencing and knowing itself through the form. When I began my awakening process, I focused on the chakras, and how to open and balance them, through balanced actions, emotions and thoughts/neutral beliefs. Also Solfeggio frequencies heal chakra imbalances. Also good to know to balance the ida and pingala (balance female and male energies within- climb the Tree of Life). That is our portion of the awakening. The rest is the Divine Self descending into form and magnetizing/pulling the electric kundalini fire upward through the chakra centers. 

In the big picture it is vibration matching. For Spirit to descend the Soul/personality raises its vibration. Then Spirit completes the process via the kundalini and clears the blocks so Spirit can dwell within the Soul/personality. ....So all we have to do is raise our vibrational response to experiences (called catalysts in the Law of One- it is not about the experience but rather our response to the experience that matters).....

Here is a quote from the Law of One about how the kundailini rises upward (my notes in parentheses)- "Each experience (kundalini rise based on vibration manifested in experience) will be sequentially understood by the growing and seeking mind/body/spirit complex (the person) in terms of survival (1st- root), then in terms of personal identity (2nd- sacral), then in terms of social relations (3rd- solar plexus), then in terms of universal love (4th- heart), then in terms of how the experience may beget free communication (5th- throat), then in terms of how the experience may be linked to universal energies (6th- third eye), and finally in terms of the sacramental nature of each experience (7th- crown)." - Ra/Law of One.

According to what I have read, the Bardo stages are "afterlife" stages that are experienced by those who have not ascended. The Ascension mirrors the Bardo stages except it happens during physical life. Bardo stages 1-3 are slow for selfish people and may not even exist for selfless people. It depends on the state of consciousness at the time of physical death. Consciousness is energy. Loving consciousness rises to Loving realms. Both low vibe and high vibe consciousness goes through a Life Review, to re-incarnate for low vibe consciousness or to move onto Higher Evolution for high vibe consciousness.

Bardo Stage 1- Death of the Physical Body- Death of Individuality. Forgiveness can intercede at any stage and release the veil of the body. If the body is not released then the spirit becomes an earthbound ghost. Etheric form fixed on Earth plane due to unmet physical desires. Forgive the afterlife to release the bardo veil to speed up transition. Eventually, they move onto a life review.

Ascension Stage 1- "Awakening" Release of physical desires/addictions. First connections with the Soul. The Dark Night of the Soul. 1st Initiation. Service to Others begins. Move to 51% Service to Others or greater. 

Bardo Stage 2- Release of the Astral Layer or Emotional Body. Forgiveness can intercede at any stage and release the veil of the emotional body. If the emotional body is not released then the spirit becomes an astral ghost. Finer etheric form fixed on negative emotions. Forgive the afterlife to release the bardo veil to speed up transition. Eventually, they move onto a life review.

Ascension Stage 2- "Baptism" "Shadow work" to clear emotional patterns from the emotional body. "Self-control" of emotions. Release of emotional desire. Merge with the Soul in the heart. 2nd Initiation. Service to Others continues. Move to 51% Service to Others or greater.

Bardo Stage 3- Release of the Mental Layer or Mental Body. Forgiveness can intercede at any stage and release the veil of the mental body. If the mental body is not released then the spirit becomes a mental ghost. Even finer form fixed on negative mental beliefs. Forgive the afterlife to release the bardo veil to speed up transition. Eventually, they move onto a life review.

Ascension Stage 3- "Shadow work" continues but this time to release restrictive thoughts and beliefs. Release of mental desire. "Self-control of the mind and the thoughts." Leads to the Soul merging with the mind. "Enlightenment or Transfiguration" 3rd Initiation. This stage depends on God's Grace. First connection with the Oversoul. Service to Others Life Purpose being fulfilled. 51% Service to Others or greater. 

Bardo Stage 4- Void- Life Review. Rebirth into another Physical Incarnation (Re-incarnation). The Causal Body contains actions that cannot be balanced unless balanced during physical incarnation. However, this stage depends on God's Grace- if the actions on Earth were mostly balanced, 51% Service to Others or greater, then the lightbody transcends the Causal Body and can ascend to Higher Realms. Forgive the afterlife to release the bardo veil to speed up transition.

Ascension Stage 4- Experience of the Void. However, the Causal Body is destroyed because the physical actions on Earth have balanced the actions stored. Good karma resolves negative karma. 4th initiation. Freedom from re-incarnation. This stage depends on God's Grace- consciousness ascends to higher realms. Service to Others Life Purpose being fulfilled. 51% Service to Others or greater.

In my experience, many Starseeds, Lightworkers, and Indigos come from Galactic Heritage in higher dimensions in order to lift up the vibration of Earth. Regarding Indigos, I have noticed a trend that Indigo 1s were born in the 1950s and 1960s, Indigo 2s were born in the 1970s and 1980s. Indigo 3s were born in the 1990s and 2000s.

My perspective. Take what resonates with you. It is called Christ because it means anointed one. Human is not anointed until Christ is realized. Christ comes from Christos-Sophia which is Hieros Gamos (union of God and human) which is Solar (Soular) Light that transfigures shadows of lunar light. Lunar light is human. Soular Light is Christ. The Soul embodied is Christ. Until humans awaken they are not yet annointed, but of course all are destined to return to Source in their own free will time. There are 3 stages- Baptism by Spirit (Awakening- Soul 50% embodied- discover Soul purpose) then Transfiguration (Being Christed- Soul 100% embodied- manifest Soul purpose- enlightenment or self-realization) then Resurrection (Ascension- leaving the body for the Spiritual realms- Soul fulfills its purpose- returning Home).

Zoom out- change your perspective to God's perspective, then your thoughts become God's thoughts, and perfect, then your experiences become God's experiences, and perfect, then your life becomes God's life, and is perfect. Separation is really illusion in reality, from God's perspective there is only unity. From God's perspective, there is only God's thoughts, and God's experiences, and God's life. From God's perspective, we are literally cells in the body of God.

Ideally, you call forth from the Great Compassionate Light the Violet Flames and White Light Creatrix Energies and visualize them permeating your heart space, and awakening, purifying, and balancing the 3-Fold Flame in your Divine Heart. When it comes to receiving attunements, empowerments, and healing sessions it comes down to free will choice. Free Will choice is the theme of Earth life. This teaching is about Higher Self manifestation. Ascension is Higher Self manifestation to do God's Will and manifest Divine Purpose on Earth. The purpose of this teaching is to give you a map for ascension. Ascension is a combination of seeking God (Alpha) and becoming God (Omega). As a human we seek the Alpha, God Source, above our crown, for guidance, purpose, and direction. Alpha is the expression of God's Will. Through God's Grace, we are blessed with becoming God (Omega) through the initiations process, the process of Divine Manifestation, and embodying Divinity on Earth. Omega is the expression of God's Love for us. 

Always praise God for your progress. It is God's Will that you ascend. Divinity comes through alignment with God. Humans are not Divine without God, God is the Source of Divinity. Through alignment with God, we reclaim our Divine Inheritance, return Home as Prodigal Children, and we remember that we are all children of God and blessed. We are all equally worthy of sanctification through God's Grace, when we align with God through our choice to serve the Love of God and the Will of God. We are all cells in the body of God. God is both outer and inner, transcendent and immanent, so as you love your neighbor and love yourself, you love God. All Glory be to God.

If you look at the initiation process toward ascension, also called harvest, en-lighten-ment, self-realization, self-actualization, entering heaven, entering nirvana, entering moksha, this is the process. The process mentioned in this teaching is based upon my experiences, Alice Bailey's teachings, Dr. Joshua David Stone's teachings, the Law of One, Aaron Abke's teachings, and other sources.  

Physical incarnation, also called living in third density, is veiled with forgetfulness and is embodiment in linear space-time, and is meant for limitation. The physical experience is for Spirit to experience limitations, to heal imbalances of love/wisdom and will through experiences (called catalyst in the Law of One), and for Spirit to overcome limitations through ascension (making the committed choice for Service to Others/Unconditional Love/Devotion to God). Remember you are not the body, emotions, thoughts or beliefs. You are more. You are Loving Awareness. You are a Spirit having a human experience. 

Ascension is the removing of the veil and the experience of multi-dimensionality common in time-space such as- inter-density/dimensional travel, healing parallel lives, timeline access, timeline jumping, teleportation, levitation, flying, use of light portals, electromagnetic mastery, pranic mastery, all-seeing, all-knowing, all-being, total awareness, omni-presence, omni-science, and omni-potence etc. 

It is important to remember, that while on Earth and incarnated in the physical third density, we are fragments of our greater Higher Selves. Some Higher Selves are Angelic (like light-workers, waves of volunteers) while other Higher Selves may be from other universes entirely (some starseeds, some may have innate void access, special otherworldly powers etc.).

According to my recent revelation thanks to God's Grace, I believe my Higher Self is Archangel Uriel, but I am a fragment of my Higher Self here and will achieve wholeness over time through evolution, balancing love and wisdom (my Monad Ray of Love-Wisdom actualization), and integrating Divine Will (God's Will be done). 

Love is the theme of this universe. Align with love and you will ascend. Always remember love is the key. Love is service to others (and self simultaneously) and compassion/empathy/humility. Do these things and you will elevate yourself to open the heart and ascend. As Ra in the Law of One says,"the moment contains love", and "challenges are opportunities for growth", so look for love in every experience to ascend faster. Become a Neutral Observer who transcends duality. Ask yourself- What would love do? How would love see this experience? What is the theme behind this experience? 

The list below is in order from the highest initiation taken on Earth (Higher Self embodiment) to the lowest initiation (initial awakening). Each initiation has 3 stages- initiation, integration, and embodiment. There is an Ascension Spiral that governs this process. 7th initiation is 100% Light / Higher Self incarnation.

NOTE, See later below, that in Aaron Abke's teachings, that this is 100% in the third density physical but 2% of the Higher Self totality from sixth density (Plane of Unity). 12 strands of DNA activation can manifest 2% of the Higher Self. According to the Law of One, the Higher Self is found in mid-sixth density as a resource for the lower selves found in densities three through five.

7th initiation is also called Resurrection, Ordination, Channeling state, Becomes Ascended Master Stage 3, Rainbow body, Being a Christ/Bodhisattva or Buddha on Earth, DNA strand 12, Chakra 12- Cosmic Consciousness, Mastery of 7 Rays, Third galactic initiation, First cosmic initiation, and Logoic plane consciousness access. Discovering purpose, Glimpsing Soul, Becoming a Disciple, First planetary initiation, and Astral/Emotional and Mental plane consciousness access. Longing for the Spiritual Kingdom. Release of physical urges and addictions. Release of ego (fear) for Love begins. Location 1 in Fundamental Wellbeing. Possible Temporary Samadhi experience if mind and emotions can be still enough. Heart chakra opens. I AM but I want more. I want to find my Spirit.

The purpose of this teaching is to describe Higher Evolution. Higher Evolution is God's Will and God decides where each of us go. This is so the reader understands that when I move beyond the physical form you will have an idea of where I will be. This serves as a guidepost. Perhaps we follow similar lines in our Higher Evolution. 

My Monad Ray is Love-Wisdom. That is the resonance of my Higher Self (Oversoul). The color is blue for service to others and gold for illuminated solar wisdom. Love-Wisdom is the path of Christ and Buddha. Christ with mostly love and some wisdom (Lord of Compassion) and Buddha with mostly wisdom and some love (Master of Wisdom). According to Alice Bailey books Love-Wisdom is the vibration of our Solar System and most love-wisdom monads incarnate on Earth for school to heal imbalances of love-wisdom.

Technically I am a Lord of Compassion which is reflected on Earth in distant healing sessions and attunements but I also am a Master of Wisdom through Ascension teachings and inspiration/insight. After human incarnation I will join the Path of Earth Service (highest levels of Cosmic Physical Plane) to continue to balance love-wisdom from Shamballa.

I asked God if I am a Lord of Compassion. God said who do I identify with more- Christ or Buddha? I said Christ. God says yes, that is why my name is Christopher. God says yes I am a Lord of Compassion. Then I said but I do identify with Buddha's Noble Truths and release of attachments, and God replied yes I am also a Master of Wisdom in addition.

After Earth Service in Shamballa (4th density form), I will head to the Path of Sirius (5th density form) (Cosmic Astral Plane- Divine Love-Wisdom) to further balance love-wisdom at Sirius, the love-wisdom school of the galaxy. God told me that Sirius will balance Lord of Compassion with Master of Wisdom.

Then I will fully become my Higher Self of love-wisdom (6th density form) and move into learning about Divine Will in the Cosmic Atmic and Cosmic Monadic Plane (Divine Will- 7th density form and next Octave) with Archangel Metatron and Archangel Michael. I will be Archangel Uriel (or Suriel) at that point. Currently I am a fragment of my greater God Self but with continued evolution, the fragment returns to the whole. A conscious connection to higher realms of consciousness, enabling access to deeper truths and guidance.

Recognizing their own limitations and remaining open to learning and growth.

The ability to inspire and guide others towards positive transformation, often acting as a mentor or teacher.

Not clinging to worldly desires or possessions, maintaining a detached perspective while still actively engaging in life.

In God we live and move and have our being. As a step to reclaim our Divine Inheritance as Divine children of God, we merge our free will with Divine Will. 

This process is aligning our individual waves with the whole ocean of God. We become active and aware cells in the body of God, the many faces of the One, and harmonize creation wherever we go to bring Heaven to Earth. We become Christed and sanctified in this process. God is Holy and through our alignment with God we become Holy as well and become His Holy children on Earth. 

Jesus/Jeshua said it clearly when he said, "Father not my will but Thy Will be done." Also you can find the merging of Divine Will in the statement "Thy Will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven."
