THE RIDDLE OF ‘LIGHT’ AND ‘DARK’

All right…I have been given permission by SOURCE to tell you a story. May I tell you a story? Is everyone listening?

Once upon a time, before humans came into Being, there was Light…lots and lots of Light. For, in the Beginning, let there be Light. And that’s all there was, was all different shades of Light. And in this Light, you could dance. And the Purple Light would dance with the Pink Light, and the Pink Light would dance with the Red Light, and the Red Light would dance with the Blue Light, and the Blue Light would dance with the Yellow Light, and so on, to where all Light danced, and it danced for the Glory of Light. Then things changed. Sound came in. Sound sounded different when Purple danced with Pink, as opposed to when Purple danced with Blue. Blue sounded different when it danced with Yellow as to when it danced with Green. So all the colors decided to see, in their dance, how much Sound could change. And they found that there were many Tones to be had, and in the Tones that were had, the dance either became quicker or slower because the Tone, itself, determined how quickly the dance was or how slowly the dance came.

So all Purple Light decided to shatter. All Blue Light decided to shatter. All Red Light decided to shatter. And they decided to make up as many Tones as possible. And when they shattered, they magnetized two opposing Colors, because they wanted the dance to be fast and joyous. And this brought about the first 'PHYSICAL UNIVERSE.'

The Dance of Light discovered that not all of the combinations could fit in that first physical universe so they left it, and they danced again. This time they dancedslower, thinking, “Well, if fast dancing will not hold us all, slow dancing will surely hold us all”. Thus was created the second physical universe. It still could not hold them all, so they would take off and try another dance. Sometimes it would be fast and then slow, sometimes it may not even move at all. And for each combination of Light and Sound making a Dance, thus, a new universe was born…until there were 14 universes, and these 14 universes felt that they were the perfect Dance of Color and Sound.

And then Darkness came into Being. And the Darkness threw shadows upon the Light, and the Darkness caused the Tones to change. And each of those universes broke in half. There was to be one containing all Light, and one containing all Dark. There is no differentiation between Light and Dark. Why? Because they make ‘depth’ when they come together. Therefore, there are times where you can figure out if you are a Light Universe or a Dark Universe. And the perfection that you strive for is the depth to find your sister Universe, to come back together.

You have what every one of you have been asking for…the answer is contained within that riddle, because the only answer to all questions is ‘Completion’. And that is why you are here. Some of you Tone fast, some of you Tone slow, some of you Dance Light, and some of you Dance Dark. Some of you are Purple and Yellow, some of you are Purple and Green. And you all have combinations that will bring about your completion. Sometimes Purple and Yellow dance very well with Purple and Green, all you have to do is decide if you’re Purple and Yellow ‘Light’, or Purple and Green ‘Dark’. Because, in order to have the ‘depth’ you must have the Opposition.

Ahhh…the story is never over, it shall go on and on and on... Find your Color, find your Shade, find your Tone…and you shall be Complete. All answers will be laid bare before you. All you must know is, Darkness is still Light, and Light is still Dark. Purple is Purple, whether it’s Purple/Yellow, Purple/Green, Purple/Blue, Purple/Pink, Purple/Orange, Purple/ Polka dots. It’s still Purple. The only thing you need to realize is, to be ‘completed’ Purple, of ANY shade, you must have Purple Light and Purple Dark. And if you’re Purple/Yellow, you must have Purple/Yellow Light and Purple/Yellow Dark. The Opposition brings Completion…in all things, in ALL things.

You take your heart, you cut it in half…you have Opposition. You take your brain and cut it in half, you have Opposition. The perfection within the human body is bringing the Opposition into a Whole, a whole heart, a whole brain, a right and a left together. The Light and the Dark together. And together it is still Light, just as one side of your brain is still ‘left’. It’s still Dark, just as the right side is still ‘right’. But it’s a left and a right of a Whole.

The Light and the Dark of the Whole. Follow the Tone. The Tone will lead you to your Completion. You were taught the Tones
[in all dimensions] of one Dance…one Dance.

If there are 28 universes…28 universes…each universe has a multitude of Tones, and they are all variations of each other. And only when you follow theTones can you find the Completions. This planet has its own Tone. This sun has its own Tone. The Central Sun of this universe has its own Tone. Each galactic part of this universe has its own Tone. And they are all variations of each other. If you can identify the Tone of your sun, you can be warm in the middle of a glacier because the Tone of that sun will bring you warmth.

If you know the tone of Pluto, you can be cool in the Sahara Desert. All you need do is say/sing the Tone. The universe is made up of Tone and Light. Those are the only two Keys you need for anything…anything. Your Soul gives you Tones all the time. You’ve heard them. That Tone is for a reason. Your Soul is saying, “Here it is, here’s the Tone…pay attention. This is what you need”. But you must acknowledge and you must remember. For the Language of Light is Pure Tone.

Wah-So…[tone and color, meaning:] ”Creator of all things”. Two Tones make one word. Understand? You have been given the basis of the Language of Light [in the Unity Consciousness classes]; see what you can make. You have been given the Key. All any linguist needs is a Key, and that you have been given. Learn to speak Light, and all Light will obey you. That is your gift from me on this day! Black hole at heart of our galaxy “will erupt next year”, say astronomers By Rob Waugh

A huge eruption lit up the skies on our planet two million years ago - coming from the black hole at the heart of the Milky Way.

A huge eruption lit up the skies on our planet two million years ago - creating a fuzzy ball of light around the size and brightness of the moon.

The eruption - a huge blast from the black hole at the centre of our galaxy - would have been witnessed by our ancestors, homo erectus, on the plains of Africa.

Scientists have found the first evidence of this “huge explosion” of radiation from the supermassive black hole - four million times the mass of our sun - a faint glow in a cloud of gas millions of miles from the black hole itself.

Scientists describe the supermassive black hole - Saggitarius A* - as a “dormant volcano”.

Blasts of energy can jet out of black holes when stars and gas clouds are “consumed” by the black hole - and scientists warn that there are “lots and lots” circling our galactic centre.

One in particular could erupt next year.

"They have been monitoring a cloud and predict that it will fall into the black hole at some point in the next year; however, the amount of material will be far less than the event that illuminated the stream," said Greg Madsen, astronomer at the University of Cambridge.

"It will be much fainter and will pose no threat to Earth, but several powerful telescopes will be poised and ready to watch what happens."

Astronomers have long suspected that a large explosion occurred millions of years ago - but have never been able to prove it.

The evidence comes from a lacy filament of gas, mostly hydrogen, called the Magellanic Stream. This trails behind our galaxy’s two small companion galaxies, the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds.

“For twenty years we’ve seen this odd glow from the Magellanic Stream,” said Professor Joss Bland-Hawthorn, of the University of Sydney, who led a team studying this problem.

“We didn’t understand the cause. Then suddenly we realized it must be the mark, the fossil record, of a huge outburst of energy from the center of our galaxy.”

“It’s been long suspected that our galactic center might have sporadically flared up in the past. These observations are a highly suggestive ‘smoking gun’,” said Martin Rees, Astronomer Royal.

Death Star: Hypernovas and Black Holes

Stan Woosely, a scientist at the university of California, tries to identify where the powerful explosions in the universe are coming from, where stars are dying and where black holes are being born. From BBC science show Death Star.

The team gives its arguments in a paper accepted for publication in The Astrophysical Journal. Professor Bland-Hawthorn will speak about the work at the Galaxy Zoo meeting in Sydney, Australia, on 24 September.

The galaxy’s supermassive black hole has been known for decades. It’s orbited by a swarm of stars whose paths let us measure the black hole’s mass: four million times the mass of the Sun.

The region around the black hole, called Sagittarius A* [“A-star”], pours out radio waves, infrared, X-rays and gamma rays.

Flickers of radiation rise up when small clouds of gas fall onto the hot disk of matter that swirls around the black hole.

But evidence has been building of a real cataclysm in the past. Infrared and X-ray satellites have seen a powerful ‘wind’ (outflow) of material from this central region. Antimatter boiling out has left its signature. And there are the ‘Fermi bubbles’ -- two huge hot bubbles of gas billowing out from the galactic center, seen in gamma-rays and radio waves.

“All this points to a huge explosion at the center of our galaxy,” said team member Dr. Philip Maloney of the University of Colorado in Boulder, USA.

Scientists studying the galactic center came together at a workshop at Stanford University in California earlier this year.

While at the workshop, Professor Bland-Hawthorn realized the Stream could be holding the memory of the galactic center’s past.

On 2nd July 1967, a satellite picked up a huge burst of gamma rays. Was it evidence of a nuclear bomb test in space? Or was it from a much bigger explosion in deep space? Can Einstein's famous physics equation E=MC2 help?

Struck by the fiery breath of Sagittarius A*, the Stream is emitting light, much as particles from the Sun hit our atmosphere and trigger the colored glows of the aurorae -- the Northern and Southern Lights.

The brightest glow in the Stream comes from the region nearest the galactic center.

Geometry, the amount of energy from the original flare from Sagittarius A*, the time the flare would take to travel to the Magellanic Stream, the rate at which the Stream would have cooled over time -- “it all fits together, it all adds up,” says team member Dr. Greg Madsen of the University of Cambridge in the UK.

Scientists say that such flares can and will happen again.

“There are lots of stars and gas clouds that could fall onto the hot disk around the black hole,” says Professor Bland-Hawthorn. “There’s a gas cloud called G2 that we think will fall in next year. It’s small, but we’re looking forward to the fireworks!”

Somewhere in a Russian computer lab lurks a computer virus so deadly, so indestructible that it can spread even when machines are disconnected from Wi-Fi - or power cables.

A researcher and his team have battled the infection for three years - and seen it infect Macs and PCs, and return even once machines have been wiped.

Dragos Ruiu calls it “BadBIOS”, and claims that it is “the tip of the warhead” - a new type of cyberweapon, which he believes spreads by sound.

It can infect PCs or Macs with equal ease.

British tech site The Register are a little more sceptical, describing it as The Loch Ness Monster of computer viruses.

“This "virus" is pure rumour and conjecture currently. No actual sample has been identified,” says Orla Cox of Symantec. “As a result Symantec is not in a position to comment right now.”

Its most terrifying power, according to Ruiu, is the ability to hurdle “air gaps” - a last ditch security measure where PCs are disconnected from any system that might lead to the internet.

Ruiu’s machines - even ones he had “cleaned” - acted as if they were connected to the internet, he says.

“How can the machine react and attack the software that we're using to attack it? This is an air-gapped machine and all of a sudden the search function stopped working,” he said, in an interview with Ars Technica.

Ruiu admits that BadBIOS sounds like “the stuff of urban legend” - but says he will reveal more in two weeks’ time.

On Twitter, he and fellow security researchers are analysing sounds from the lab, to see if the infected machines are somehow sending signals. He also supplied other researchers with forensic data - but has met with raised eyebrows.

"I am getting increasingly skeptical due to the lack of evidence," researcher Arrigo Triulzi told Ars Technica, who ran the original piece.

Research from the University of Birmingham at Alabama proved earlier this year that even low-powered PC speakers could send “messages” - short signals which could be used as a trigger in a cyber attack.

Whether this is enough to explain Ruiu’s three-year nightmare remains to be seen.

Ruiu says that his infection may be a warning - “the first stages of a larger attack.”

Sites such as Techworld speculate it could be something that accidentally escaped from a lab - or even perhaps, part of a cyberweapon designed by a nation state. Ruiu recently discovered that it could spread via infected USB memory sticks - a hint that it’s designed to attack industrial systems, with isolated computers.

Beloved ones we come to guide and to support as you now begin to manifest in TRUTH and allow for the lower dimensional frequencies that have hidden deep within your BEing to be revealed in order to dissolve them fully. The movement of many of you now into the spaces in which you are able to FEEL and to heal to greater and greater depths is NOW. We guide for ALL to understand that the world is now a different vibrational frequency and that ALL has changed from the cellular level of your BEing outwards. No longer constrained by the old earth frequences, the human race is now able to move into place and join its brothers and sisters in the LIGHT of TRUTH in the UNIVERSE of 3.

We are here to explain in human terms that which is now unfolding across and within planet earth at this time, for there are a great many changes that will now unfold at human level within human society as a result of the increase in frequency and expansion of said frequency of mother earth in the UNIVERSE of 3. Expansion is the key to this process, we ask for you to allow for expansion in all areas and all aspects of this your very human life experience in the NOW. Expansion was the frequency that you were prevented from fully accessing under the old earth, this was done deliberately to keep you linked into the old earth and all its creations, for the creations of the old earth were a direct result of the vibrational space in which mother earth was kept by those who sought to contain and suppress her energy signature.

In many aspects the human race and all that they have endured is a direct result of the plundering of mother earth and her frequencies and not the other way around. Again the 3d earth trying to teach that the planet you have incarnated into and upon is a reflection of humanity, the smoke and mirrors trying to teach that you harm your mother directly when in TRUTH the harm to mother earth was always the goal. Those who sought to contain and suppress using the energy signatures of mother earth's children to further the lowering of mother earth herself. Do you understand our guidance beloved ones, do you see how the smoke and the mirrors work to convince you that YOU are the perpetrator against your mother when in TRUTH ALL are the result of the vibrational space in which planet earth was KEPT.

Now that the lower dimensional frequencies are dissolving and the LOVE that IS begins to anchor within and around planet earth then mother earth can find her balance and she can begin her expansion in TRUTH. We guide for you to connect to mother earth frequently for she is finding balance at all times, her energy signature fluctuating and moving until she regains her balance and can begin the process of expansion. Expansion is the creation of the LOVE that IS in TRUTH merged with the ENERGY that YOU ARE in TRUTH. The expansion process one of bliss, harmony, creativity and LOVE. For many of you this may be a time of tentative steps where you try out the ground beneath your feet. Much like spending most of your time on quick sand and having to be careful where you step, now many of you are realising how solid the ground is beneath your feet. From this realisation comes the confidence that has been stripped from your BEing. The confidence to allow the manifestation of your dreams, for that is why you came to this planet in this form, to dream your dreams into reality in your human form. This has never been achieved before as mother earth did not sit within the UNIVERSE of 3 and the expansion that is asked by your SOUL was not available.

ALL knew that this moment would occur for this moment was always to occur and hence you incarnated into this dimensional timeline in order to birth the dreams that sit within the heart space. We call out to ALL at this time and ask that you begin to focus once more on these dreams. For many of you the old earth may have tried to convince you that the dreams were outwith your reach, we are here to guide you that this is but the smoke and the mirrors of a dying frequency. Dreams are ignited when you pour the LOVE that IS through and within the heart space, the dream being placed within the heart prior to incarnation in order to protect the dream. For ALL were aware that the heart space was the only vibrational space that the old earth frequencies could not penetrate under the old earth energy signature. Here your dreams have been kept safe and nurtured, all the while nudging you and helping you to remember who you are in TRUTH.

NOW is the time to dust down these dreams and to pour life through them, the new earth now in a vibrational space that allows for the rapid manifestation of the dream in TRUTH. Each step that you now take is allowing for your expansion and we walk with you as you now remember how to walk and to play in the energies of the planet earth. ALL refer to you as "children" of mother earth for a reason beloved ones and we are here to help you remember the childlike qualities that will allow for rapid expansion at this time. Many of you have never had a "childhood" in the very human form that you take now upon this planet. The old earth teaching that to be "childlike" was to be ignorant of the ways of the world. Again the teachings springing forth to try to convince you that life on this planet is harsh and has to be endured. Beloved ones why would you incarnate into a form to "endure" when the very fabric of the universe is LOVE and the manifestation of dreams comes from the frequency of the LOVE that IS?

We appreciate and acknowledge that the lifetimes spent on this planet are convincing but we guide clearly for you to see beyond the smoke and the mirrors and to view the old earth as the "bully in the playground". The old earth knew no other way to exist and we ask for you at this time to continue to pour the LOVE that IS through your very BEing and out into the universe. LOVE is the highest frequency that exists in the universe, it is the very FABRIC of the universe and it will now work to show you TRUTH to new levels. Do not despise the old earth for in TRUTH that will continue to feed a dying vibration, we ask for you to have LOVE and compassion for a race that knew no other way and to understand that they too are on a path to ascension, as are ALL. Pour the LOVE that IS through ALL in your waking human life and work to find balance in these new higher frequencies and then allow the miracles to unfold around you, through you and within you, for in TRUTH ALL ARE ONE and ALL JUST IS.

'Orion Nebula'. Modern cameras are able to detect light which the human eye cannot see but many images capture faraway space in shades of grey. Venus Transits, where the planet crosses between the Earth and the Sun, are rare events only occurring in pairs eight years apart, with each pair separated by more than a century. The Arcturians and Symptoms of Transformation

Our Dear Ascending Ones,

We, the Arcturians would like to address the symptoms of transformation that many of our Earthling expressions are experiencing. We call you our “Earthling expressions of Self” just as you may call us your “Arcturian Expressions of SELF.” For if we are a higher dimensional expression of YOU, than you are lower dimensional expressions of US.

This situation does not denote that we are superior to you, for we ARE you.

There is no sense of hierarchy in our statement. Instead, we are merely stating that your consciousness has its primary focus on the physical reality of the third/fourth dimensions, whereas our consciousness has it primary focus on the formless dimensions of the eighth through tenth dimensions. In both cases, it is not a matter of deserving or rank. It is, instead, a matter of choice.

You, our Earthling expressions, are choosing to increasingly shift your attention away from your physical expressions and more into your higher dimensional expressions. And we, your Higher Expressions, have been increasingly shifting our attention into the fourth and fifth dimensions to assist our Ascending Ones. Some of you will simply exit your form and return to your formless self. However, others have a dedication to assisting other humans as well as the planetary body of Gaia.

Those of you who have made this commitment are in the process of transmuting your third/fourth dimensional form into your fifth dimensional expression of SELF. It is because of this process that you will likely experience symptoms of transformation. You are experiencing these symptoms because the download and integration of your new Multidimensional Operating System and the consequential opening of your Third Eye is turning ON new codes of DNA in your biological computer/brain.

First off, your brain is regaining its former capacity and you are being re-programmed so that you can have usable access to a larger percentage of your brain. Furthermore, your corpus callosum is reversing its function. Before, your corpus callosum separated the masculine and feminine areas of the brain so that your reasoning and intuition remained in different camps.

Now the corpus callosum is being reprogrammed so that it functions as a bridge which connects the right - feminine, and left - masculine areas of your brain to such a degree that you actually creating a new brain. Whereas the old brain functioned from the Separation Principle of Either-Or, your new brain functions from the Unity Principle of Both-Always.

In fact, not only are the masculine and feminine hemispheres now unifying, they are being integrating into each other by the neurons that synapse back and forth across the corpus callosum at the speed of thought.

The masculine/feminine, thought/emotions, logical-sequential/holistic functions of polarity are being united within the center point. Hence:

Masculine and Feminine are becoming androgynous

Thoughts and Emotions are becoming consciousness

Sequential and Holistic are becoming perceptions

Without the effort of having to compare and contrast polarities, the cognitive “in-between” is connecting the two polarities into the “Infinite Unity.”

Finding the center flow in your brain assists you to find the Center Flow of the Galactic Center, into which you are now moving. Within this Center Flow is a tunnel of protection, much like our Arcturian Corridor.

This protective Center Flow emanates the FEEL of Unconditional Love into your High Heart and is perceived by your Third Eye as Multidimensional Light.

As your Third Eye and High Heart combine their messages of Love and Light your Divine Creative Force is activated. It is the combination of your thoughts, carefully selected by your intention and attention, in unison with your Unconditional Love, as received from your High Heart that ignites the Divine Creation of your “Spirit into Matter” Lightbody.

Whereas your physical body is more matter and less spirit, your Lightbody is more spirit and less matter. In fact, your Lightbody begins your transmutation from matter back to your innate form of Spirit. As you ground your the higher frequencies of Light streaming from the Galactic Center into Gaia’s body of planet Earth, you are plugging in the process of personal and planetary transmutation.

The humans, who are the Keepers of the Land, have volunteered to ground this expanding transmuting force into the Earth, whereas the Cetaceans have volunteered to ground this force in the water. Once grounded, these higher frequencies of Light replicate to create a body that has more light and less matter.

This expansion of light is greatly facilitated by the fact that Gaia’s planetary body is basking in the Multidimensional Light and Unconditional Love flowing form the core of the Galaxy. In this manner, the Flow from the higher dimensions is grounded into the physical plane with your in-breath, and you are sharing it with all life via your out-breath.

As the higher dimensional spirit/energy is integrated into the lower dimensional matter/form, the frequency of the form begins to transmute. There are components of your consciousness, body and life that will need to be released for they are too dense to transmute. In the same manner, areas of Gaia’s body are too dense to transmute and will have to be released.

This process of releasing density is the core of the process of transmutation of matter back into its higher frequency of expression of Spirit.

Furthermore, this transmutation will involve every area of personal and planetary life, whether it is an insect, a plant, an animal, a person, a planet, a solar system or a Galaxy.

The leaves of the bud that holds the flower dies so that the flower blooms.

The flower that holds the seed dies so that the seed can become a fruit.

The fruit falls upon the ground and dies so that its inner seeds can be released into the Earth to birth a new tree.

Death is just another word for transmutation.

The Earth vessel that you have worn is to be replaced with a Light vessel. The tree (the Tree of Life) represents your consciousness, which is forever repeating itself in different planets, time spaces, parallel realities, solar systems, galaxies and dimensions. The tree never dies, as it has created so many versions of itself that one version is in form somewhere, in some time and in some form of manifestation.

However, the tree may decide that it wants to return to the overview (higher dimensions) so that it can observe all its manifestation within the perspective of the ONE. In this case, consciousness returns to its Source to view all of its creations and collect them into its ONE consciousness.

Meanwhile, the human brain is one of the many creations that is preparing to leave duality and exist in the realm of unity. To accomplish this, the Mystical Marriage of masculine and feminine must be sealed in Light so that their child of love - Lightbody - can begin to expand beyond the cocoon of the physical Earth vessel.

As the gender-based version of the brain begins to merge into ONE Biological Computer, the DNA codes turn ON the system of ones and zeros to create the “Seed of Ascension,” which will replicate itself into the higher resonance of consciousness to match the higher frequency of your Lightbody.

As the higher Light from the Galactic Center enters your Crown, your Earth vessel accepts, grounds, and integrations the higher multidimensional energy into your physical Earth vessel. It is at this point that the symptoms of transformation escalate as the higher Light flushes out the lower frequency thoughts, emotions, memories, and physical toxins.

In this manner, your Earth vessel becomes LIGHT enough to begin its transmutation from the dense, physical body you have been wearing into the higher frequency form of your Lightbody. However, the Symptoms of Transmutation can be quite uncomfortable. Hence, we will now answer some common questions:

We are being honored with the energies of the Great Divine Director in the Clarion Temple of Oneness on Monday, June 17^th, 2013.  He will be sharing energies about the unification of Light within the planet since the Wesak Full Moon in May 2013.

He has assisted many lifestreams in their pathway of ascension and continues to do so this day.  He oversees many activities of the Spiritual Hierarchy and especially the pathway of Oneness of the Unified Whole.  The power of his light is amazing but his love and guidance is even more miraculous.  We are deeply honored to share his essence within the Clarion Temple of Oneness.

The Great Divine Director shares a special message:

Blessings fellow initiates; it is my pleasure to speak in this moment.  And what a beautiful moment it is as the world is changing into more joy and acceptance than we ever thought possible.

The Light of the Christed energies are enfolding within each of you so brilliantly and we are happy to be able to assist you even further.  I must share with you that our time is just beginning; and we so look forward to the moment when we all look at you through our physical eyes and share our essences within one another. 

I have seen great changes occurring within the earth and there are many more to come.  We must find a way so as individuals can realize the potential that lies within themselves and not the old remnants of the soul’s history that gets in the way of a magnificent experience.  We are at a very powerful time within the six-month period of 2013.  Changes have occurred around the world and will continue to do so.  As each of you grow deeper within yourself, you will find the courage and stamina to expand those energies outside of yourself to help the newly awakened individuals to understand more about themselves.

My role presently is quite different than it has been previously.  I am still on the Karmic Board but individuals that choose to raise their vibrations out of the third dimensional thought forms can fully accept their higher essence and the karmic pathway can be almost erased of what it was before.  Oh, souls like yourself always want to know why something happened a certain way and what they did whether it was a positive or less-than desirable experience.  That is not always the case and now that the Unified Whole has been fully accessed, we can put these elements into wholeness so that they do not hold down your emotions or thoughts.  That way of living is moving out of existence.  But it is up to each individual and how deeply they can access their higher self on a continual basis.  At first, this can be difficult but learn to access the higher vibrational essence will be the direct result of all karma being removed and released through the Unified Whole.  Within this wholeness, we cannot be the parts that we were previously as they do not fit the entire spectrum of understanding.  When an individual accepts this as the true essence, that is when they will let go of the old aspects that are not fitting their present consciousness.  You see, your higher consciousness is catching up to the physical consciousness and it takes time for this to occur.  Without accessing your Higher Knowledge, it cannot be done.  Just asking for it to be is not the answer or thinking that all your work is done in your dream state.  It has to enfold within the physical part of your existence so that you can meld them together to become the enlightened being that you desire.

Presently these tasks at hand are much easier to handle and you have the availability to create the changes necessary within you.  The energies are higher but that can also be a detriment to some individuals if they are not ready to accept the higher consciousness within the physical body.  This is why you have what you call “Ascension Symptoms”.  The physical body is trying to accept the higher knowledge and molecules of light but when the lower ego is intact, it cannot happen.  There becomes a battle within all aspects of the four-body system to see which one is going to win.  Surrender, my dear ones; it is the only way that you can get through this process of learning to De-Ascend into your physical body.  This means changes will result but the desired outcome will arrive much sooner than you think.  The physical mind wants the control but yet the higher mind just wants to integrate and not take over as the lower mind thinks.

I know it sounds easy, right?  No, it is just the opposite and each of us understands that in order to be in Oneness all old molds must be broken to accept the new design of the Self that is about to be integrated.  But, you are all doing this in your own way.  Tools of the Light are essential to assist in this process and downgrading the information from your Higher Self each day when you awake either from your sleep time or meditative state.  It is all trying to integrate within you so time to sleep, relax, and rejuvenate is absolutely necessary.  It is a continual process and allowing the state of Oneness to be within you first must happen before it can be accepted within Gaia and her existence.  This is why there is so much strife and change happening in all parts of the world.  The ones that rise up to the occasion and understand that there is a higher meaning and purpose to what is happening will see great changes occur.  It is important to realize that your Higher Self and I AM Presence is protecting you at all times as long as you connect with them.  In fact, it is the only way to arise to the occasion of the changes that are occurring.

We stand in the middle of this year and see many arriving into a state of conditioning that is beyond their wildest dreams.  Love is abounding but until you allow it to happen internally and surrender to the process instead of trying to fight it, then you will not experience it fully.  As you do, that will expand out of you and you will see the mirrors of light shining brightly around you.  Each breath that you take of the NEW YOU will go through the ethers of the lands to assist others to do the same.

This is true ONENESS and you will see it occurring in your lives.  We are at the very beginning of a transitional planet and thank you for standing tall amongst the ones that are true to the Light.

We are the Celestial White Beings, part founders of the Earth and delivers of the ascension process of the Creator. Our energies are linked into all aspects of the universe and the Creator; we open our hearts so that we may support the expansion of the Creator, encouraging a deeper awakening from within each seed of the Creator. Let yourself bathe in the cosmic vibrations of the Creator allowing your divine being to unfold in new forms and directions than you have previously experienced. We are here to love you and support you with our energies so you may remember all aspects of the Creator that you have been inspired to be in your past and choose to be as in your present.

Our message today flows upon waves of joy and bliss into your reality and pathway, as a beautiful reconnection and integration has occurred between the inner planes and the Earth which further more builds the bridge of oneness between the Earth and the inner planes. The consciousness of the White Whales and the White Elephants has been seen by many upon the inner planes and the Earth returning to the Earth. They ride a wave of joy and bliss as if they are being magnetically drawn to become one with the Earth and consciousness of humanity. You may see in the future many animals being born upon the Earth with a pure white vibration even a pure white physical colour; they bring forth the Christ vibration of a purer vibration than has ever been experienced upon the Earth. It is extremely healing for the Christ consciousness to anchor with such tremendous intensity into aspects of the animal kingdom as it symbolises that the animal instincts of humanity are purifying as each person accepts their sacred self in manifestation. These beings bring forth powerful Christ and celestial encoding which are being anchored into the birthing consciousness of humanity to trigger divine energetic rebirth within all but also support the fine vibrational beings currently being born into physical or semi physical manifestation. As nothing is as physical as it once was upon the Earth.

While you see Whales and Elephants upon your land, the consciousness of the White Whales and White Elephants brings completion to their souls but also acts as a symbol of the strength of love that is now flowing forth from the celestial levels awakening new understandings of the cosmic creation and divine heart chakra energy of the Creator. The White Whales and White Elephants bring forth the codes of the universe, the instruments and tools to further decipher the universe of the Creator so that all may gain a greater sensitivity to that which is beyond the Earth. They also hold consciousness and understanding to aid the deliverance of healing for the Earth to break free from the patterns of suffering and pain that it is still focused within. These beings bring the opportunity, as will others of renewal, healing and further awakening for the Earth; Mother Earth and all inhabiting souls.

The White Whales and White Elephants symbolise divine love and supreme spiritual knowledge as they carry many energetic seeds from other stars, planets and civilisations to be sown into the energetic fabric of the Earth to bring further unity of the Earth with other civilisations of the Creator. They bring important messages to many who are open, receptive and willing to accept their consciousness, concerning the shifts within the inner planes and dimensions and how to bring healing to all aspects of the Earth.

As they ride the waves of joy and bliss, the White Whales moving through the waves with vigour, vitality and gentleness, the White Elephants stampeding through the waves in unison with the White Whales they demonstrate to you the power within your own being and the unity of love that can be formed. They symbolise that healing shall prevail within the water and upon the land of the Earth, as well as the water of your body and the consciousness of your physical form. Their energies will first integrate with the waters of the Earth as it is easier for integration to occur; this may be why many of you feel drawn at this time to be close to or to assist in purifying the water in order to bathe in this new consciousness , love and vibrations.

The White Whales and the White Elephants flowing almost as spirits or consciousness onto the Earth wish to bring healing and to return power to the Elephants and Whales of the Earth so that all past turmoil, grief and suffering may be dissolved, allowing respect for the sacred vibrations and Creator expressions of animals to emerge from the hearts of all upon the Earth.

In meditation as you breathe deeply, you may wish to call upon the White Whales and White Elephants anchoring upon a wave of joy and bliss to connect with your own energy so you may experience the light and wisdom they bring while experiencing their loving presence and support.

‘My beloved guides, angels and light being who are lovingly supporting and protecting me in this journey, I call you forth to oversee my connection and to ensure my protection at all times.

China island centenarians claim secret of long life

The elderly residents of one Chinese county have endured invasion, civil war and famine, and many live in unheated concrete shacks on only a few dollars a day. But they are apparently among the longest-lived people on earth.

Chengmai, a string of villages dotted with orange plantations in the tropical island province of Hainan, claims more than 200 residents aged over 100 out of a population of 560,000 -- one of the highest ratios in the world.

They are said to include at least three "supercentenarians" -- the name given to those aged over 110 -- out of fewer than 400 thought to exist worldwide.

Li Aizhu, whose government-issued residence permit says she was born in 1900, hobbles daily from her tiny concrete bedroom, where an electric fan beats back the intense heat, to watch quacking ducks waddle past her family farmhouse.

"Who are these people?" Li asked relatives when visitors arrived, a shock of white hair framing her wrinkled face.

She aimed the same question at government officials who arrived with a metal plaque declaring her to be a "longevity celebrity", her family said. It now hangs above a hard wooden bench in her simple living room, entitling her to a 500 yuan ($81) monthly payment, and free medical treatment.

Other clusters of longevity are said to include Cuba, islands off Greece and Japan, and a peninsula in Costa Rica, with researchers finding common characteristics including an emphasis on family, lifestyles requiring physical activity, and a plant-based diet.

As China was swept by dramatic changes -- from Japanese invasion, to the Communist victory in the civil war, and a transition from a planned economy to the market -- most Chengmai residents carried on doing what they had always done, growing crops.

"I've never done any exercise, except hard farmwork," said 86 year-old Wang Kailu, who lives in a simple concrete shack with his wife Wu Aihe. The couple said they married the day after Japan's World War Two surrender, 68 years ago.

Their one-storey dwelling is barely furnished and Wang draws water from a well to spread on his small vegetable plot.

Experts on ageing who have travelled to the area say several factors could be involved in the phenomenon.

Jennifer Holdaway, who runs the China Environment and Health Initiative of the US-based Social Science Research Council and visited Chengmai for a government-funded conference last year, pointed out that its economy was centred around agriculture.

"There is not a lot of industry, the climate is good, they can get exercise easily, and the diet is healthy; they have plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and the soil is also naturally high in selenium", an essential nutrient, she said.

Locals, though, claimed a healthy reliance on alcohol was vital. Xu Yuhe, whose residency permit lists her as 104, told AFP that she takes daily shots of "Three Coconut Spring" a local grain spirit.

"I drink alcohol every evening, just a little bit, it helps you feel warm," added Sheng She, an 80-year-old who says she has 31 children and grandchildren.

Experts say an active social life is also a key to longevity, and each morning dozens of Chengmai's elderly pack out benches in a teahouse, with men at the back playing cards and women at the front, chatting and listening to clattering opera recordings.

"I come here every morning to exercise, watch opera and drink tea," said Sheng, before darting out to test her strength on a yellow-painted metal exercise machine.

A study commissioned by Chengmai's Communist Party committee put its residents' lifespans down to their being "diligent, simple-minded and magnanimous, mainly taking a vegetarian diet, eating sensibly, early to bed early to rise."

The county has coralled its centenarians into singing concerts and paraded them for the media as it seeks to promote itself as a centre of long life.

Property companies -- which have developed large swathes of Hainan in recent years -- also hope to cash in, with the island a hotspot for retirees from across China.

Soaring clumps of newly-built apartment blocks dot the county, with one named "Longevity City" trumpeting the ageing population in its advertising.

But while Chengmai has stepped up investment in elderly care -- AFP visited a newly built set of huts for housing those whose families cannot look after them -- facilities for the aged themselves remain basic.

Experts say longevity zones around the world are rarely in rich areas.

"If you're living in a climate like that you don't need very much to be comfortable: simple housing, a mosquito net, some rattan chairs and other people to hang out with," said Holdaway.

"It's a different matter if you live in the North where you have to spend a lot of time indoors and fresh food is expensive in the winter."

Li Aizhu, though, has a simpler explanation. "We asked her once," said the 113-year-old's great-granddaughter, Yi Mei. "She said its because she eats a lot of peanut oil, that's her secret."
