August July 2012 Energy Forecast – Dreams of The Past, Dreams of the Future

The energy of July spoke of the increase in intense feelings and experiences, compared to the past. Intense highs and lows were commonplace, and the feeling of heaviness, isolation and internal/external conflict were a theme at the lower end of the scale, with the highs being a greater feeling of freedom from old beliefs, rules, and ideas of how life needs to be, and also a rise in freedom of speech. Being unafraid to say what you want, or give voice to what has been suppressed.

Apparently these themes will all continue strongly through 15th-20th August, at which point a shift takes place.

Self-maintenance and balance were always going to be required more than ever during these times we are in. So a focus on what works for you was always going to be vital. Not an easy experience when that keeps changing, but one that is educational.

Most of us are fast shaking out the old density from our systems, pushed by the planetary shift. So actually, experiencing and thus learning from the heaviness you go through is a vital part of your personal shift, rather than it being a regression, as some people are worrying it might be. Learn to redirect your thoughts when these moments happen and remember that the lows are as important as the highs for our evolution, for they are connected to each other.

Personal and world revelations have been high recently. Personally, seeing more of your old patterns, limitations and shadows as they move out is a strong experience for the self-aware. Celebrate what you're seeing as you come through it, and on days where you are 'in it', remember it will pass, surround yourself with good and light influences to the best of your ability. And be aware that other people and/or over-stimulation will not be helpful. This last point is crucial. Fifteen minutes of alone time can be enough if you notice you are feeling edgy in the company of others. Do not try and cope for the sake of those you are with – that will backfire on you and them and is an old way of being (see the channel at the end of this forecast).

Mothers giving birth do not allow vibrationally unaligned people around them or too much noise in the delivery room, and it is the same for you when you are in contraction releasing your density or overstimulated by the density in others. If you feel internal pressure when around others, that is because the chemistry between you is not flowing, so be the leader and walk away if the other person has not noticed. It is not personal and need not be forever. This is a common experience right now.

Others around you, who are less energy aware, or invested in playing out the density for their own growth, will be unconscious of throwing energy around, so back away from fiery or disruptive people, or meet their energy with your own boundary or fire in order to claim your energy space if backing away is not an option. Whichever feels right to and for you in whatever moment. Follow and trust the body with this – let it do the work for you.

Those of you who have developed your way of staying centred over so many years, remember that this will now be constantly updated, as there is a quickening in mass consciousness. So what you had previously developed was based on your relationship to everyone else and where they were at before. Everyone is different now, so it will no longer apply most of the time. If you feel in shock or distress about this, see it is just an opportunity to release control habits we no longer need.

Levels of control run through us, as we are creatures of habit, even if our habits have become more enlightened. So subtle levels of control may be witnessed in you now, and as you surrender control there can be a feeling of anguish or anxiety. Fear in the body which the control had previously been there to protect. Trust and let it go. We are not in control of everything around us – we are in relationship with it.

Ongoing 2012 symptoms which have been strong in July and will continue through August are:

• Strong Dreams – Dream activity is stronger than normal for most and intense for some – death/destruction featuring strongly, or beautiful visions of the future
• Strong/sudden tiredness – Solar Flare activity and the movement of our planet giving you a kind of spiritual jet-lag experience. Rest and sleep as much as possible.
• Mental conflicts – Mental confusion involving doubting aspects of life/doubting yourself and your decisions. Everything is changing – you couldn't avoid these mental shifts.
• High highs and low lows – New heights of clarity and feeling and/or intense burning off of the old emotional memories within you. The burn is fast if you allow it.
• Fear/anxiety/emotion – working through the body, in response to everything that is changing fast. Breath, re-find your centre and stop 'doing' until you do, let go of a need to control, and surrender the past.

On a world level, as a people we are about to give greater action and voice to what we are seeing around us and mid August onwards will see a rise in the call for this. Justification for war needs to be questioned, just as it is appropriate that we are moving from being a passive people to an active people where the government of our world is concerned. Government is us – we are one people, with many conflicted opinions and feelings within that group, but life has to be the aim, otherwise we are just obsessed with destruction. Be mindful of what you expose yourself to as the norm (violent movies where aggression is seen as normal, empty consumerism/advertising, and negative views of the world enforced by the media). These promote hollowness rather than fullness within us and so are dis-empowering energies to expose ourselves to. Many of you are leading the charge with creating the new and being voices for change in this. Remember, we awaken each other and this is an important time for us as a people to cast our vote and our actions toward how we want to see our future world become.

Next year onwards, physically as a planet there will be no denying this time of shift we are in which recent history has no memory of or preparation for. The fighting and the war is a distraction from the bigger picture unfolding. It is nurture and clear thinking we need now.

So harvest these qualities in yourself, as it starts with each of us. Remember the power of thought and energy is influential, and those of you feeling active on these issues as human beings, know that if you step forward there will be a growing wave of support behind you.

Finally, on July 22nd I held a seminar in Sydney, where this message came through me in a 3 Z's channel. It felt appropriate to share this month as it speaks from a different perspective on what is occurring:

So at this time on Earth you are all continuing to walk, trying to continue to walk. This is why many of you are falling over. The planet is unstable and we say that not to raise alarms around your fear of what might happen but simply to remind you that the planet is currently unstable, moving very fast, and in fact, oscillating back and forth, very very quickly. This can be felt on every level of you – cellular, DNA, emotional. The whole spectrum of you is moving very very fast and this is why there is such rapid release occurring on the planet.

So if you keep trying to walk at this time, you will feel the tremors. The gifts will be found in stillness. And stillness can be a challenging area for those of you who have not been in stillness for some years. You are 'doers' all of you, but you are now learning how to do through your energy field, rather than your action. It is true is it not that you have heard that some of the greatest meditators have taken journeys they cannot speak of while sitting in the stillness of meditation. Trust and explore this truth.

Many of you are struggling to release roles that you have played on Earth. You give yourselves different terms - Light-workers, lighthouses, strengtheners. These titles are quite distasteful to some, for some people see these words as a betterment over others. For example, the hierarchy that a light-worker is better than a non-light-worker. Well, that is like trying to say that an engineer is better than a builder. Both are required to get the house made.

So there is no energy hierarchy in any roles on Earth, but those of you who have been the lighthouses, the light-workers, you are struggling at the moment to stabilize. For you are being asked to do less. You are being asked to centre. You are being asked to stand in the stillness.

It is not comfortable in the eye of the storm when your way of balance has been to move into and around the storm, organising it. So this is different and it takes time. You are trying to 'dock in' to your new internal reality. It is a shift and it is different for each of you. It has a different form, it has a different face, most importantly, it has a different feeling. But the universal shake-up that is occurring on the entire planet can be felt.

This is why we say be calm, be still, rest as much as you can. We say it over and over and over and over and over, because it is forgotten, over and over and over and over. Why is it forgotten? Because you are a tribe. You are not individuals. You are in one sense, and it is understood by you that you each have your individual energy and your individual sense. But when the tribe is running around, it is very hard to sit down, for you are afraid that you might be trodden on. You are afraid they will not see you. You are afraid that in stillness, you will be invisible.

So those of you who have felt invisible in society will become very very visible when you learn the art of standing still. When you stop yourself from running out there, doing what you were doing before. First of all there will be some grief, some anger, some sadness to clean out. When you haven't been in the house for a long time, there is some housekeeping to be done. It is not pleasant on a human level. But just as you can attest that the housekeeping you keep putting off feels so much better when it is done and you are in your clean, lovely space, that you do not regret doing this work, so too is it with the emotional body right now.

You will come to balance far quicker at this time if you learn to still yourself and feel your feelings. You will simply prolong it if you try to run those feelings through relationships, work or indeed, you step out of what you need to do, what you feel you need to do in order to go and help or service others when you are aware you on half mast. Taking yourself out of the house while you are on half-mast right now will be a struggle. Learn from that truth. You are reprogramming your body understanding.

There is no need to push yourself anywhere. Trust us. You can feel the whole planet from inside your house, more so now than ever. So running around in the storm is going to feel a little challenging and in fact will run your energy down. We understand you will need to do things, we understand you will need to go out. But we specify here that the coming 3-4 months, the intensity you are feeling now, will actually rise in terms of what is going on within the humans on Earth.

So it is very important for you to understand the vital need for you to rest, recharge and regain your composure. Composure being not an act of 'front'; not what you 'show to the world' but what you feel when you are in the world. That is vital. It will stand you in good stead. The other truism of this time is that higher energies are far faster to integrate within you than ever before. So if you focus with intent, and if you allow yourself to tune 'up' regularly you will find it far more effortless than it ever was before, to both bring higher energy into your body, and sustain it.

Energetic maintenance will be easier to maintain than ever before. This is good to know, and to use, but you will have to use it. It will be like wanting to run down a one way street when all of the rest of the traffic is driving toward you. It will feel counter intuitive if you pay attention to what everyone else is doing around you. The tribal part of you will want to go with the group down the one way street.

Now, many of you, when we say all of these things interpret it as isolation but we in fact propose that the opposite then becomes the result. You will need to isolate yourselves less. You will be capable of joining more with the right people than if you try and struggle, to quote another source on Earth, 'upstream'. So these are important times for all of you to understand your own mastery, but for many of you who have lived in other paradigms at other times (Atlantis has already been mentioned today) you are having the opportunity to reground some of those gifts. In a very different world, yes, but to bring some of the energetic prowess into you that you understood and worked with then. That which we would call 'Energy Technology'.

You see for a long time on your planet, magic, such as intentions and affirmations – simple acts such as these you have been exploring today, were somewhat removed from the human society. In fact they had been removed from the human society, just as much of the energy knowledge was stamped out of your history. But the energy knowledge exists for a reason, and a human can access it.

So if you cast an intention for what you would like to bring into your life, it will come. What you are struggling to integrate is what the human has to go through in order to rearrange for what comes. This is also a wonderful lesson for each of you in realising that actually, not a great deal is needed when emotional well-being is present. There are not many outside structures or experiences that become required when you are able to stay centred and balanced in yourself.

So what you will intend for is something very simple, and it will be state based. So if you intend for greater well-being, that will become the reality – the details can form themselves. Releasing the details will be the important aspect.

Which brings us to the final piece we will say for today. Releasing the details is the process that humanity is currently going through. Stabilising the core of the Earth is the stage you are in. These next few years, the stabilization of the core of your Earth will dictate how stable everything on the Earth and among the people becomes.

So work that process in yourself to contribute to the easiest shift for humanity and the planet. The more you learn to centre yourself, the more you offer an opportunity for a centred planet to move forward, with centred people upon it who can help facilitate that shift.

Heart Fields
Many believe that conscious awareness originates in the brain alone. Recent scientific research suggests that consciousness actually emerges from the brain and body acting together. A growing body of evidence suggests that the heart plays a particularly significant role in this process.
Far more than a simple pump, as was once believed, the heart is now recognized by scientists as a highly complex system with its own functional “brain.”
Research in the new discipline of neurocardiology shows that the heart is a sensory organ and a sophisticated center for receiving and processing information. The nervous system within the heart (or “heart brain”) enables it to learn, remember, and make functional decisions independent of the brain’s cerebral cortex. Moreover, numerous experiments have demonstrated that the signals the heart continuously sends to the brain influence the function of higher brain centers involved in perception, cognition, and emotional processing.
In addition to the extensive neural communication network linking the heart with the brain and body, the heart also communicates information to the brain and throughout the body via electromagnetic field interactions. The heart generates the body’s most powerful and most extensive rhythmic electromagnetic field.Compared to the electromagnetic field produced by the brain, the electrical component of the heart’s field is about 60 times greater in amplitude, and permeates every cell in the body. The magnetic component is approximately 5000 times stronger than the brain’s magnetic field and can be detected several feet away from the body with sensitive magnetometers.
The heart generates a continuous series of electromagnetic pulses in which the time interval between each beat varies in a dynamic and complex manner. The heart’s ever-present rhythmic field has a powerful influence on processes throughout the body. We have demonstrated, for example, that brain rhythms naturally synchronize to the heart’s rhythmic activity, and also that during sustained feelings of love or appreciation, the blood pressure and respiratory rhythms, among other oscillatory systems, entrain to the heart’s rhythm.

We propose that the heart’s field acts as a carrier wave for information that provides a global synchronizing signal for the entire body. Specifically, we suggest that as pulsing waves of energy radiate out from the heart, they interact with organs and other structures. The waves encode or record the features and dynamic activity of these structures in patterns of energy waveforms that are distributed throughout the body. In this way, the encoded information acts to in-form (literally, give shape to) the activity of all bodily functions—to coordinate and synchronize processes in the body as a whole. This perspective requires an energetic concept of information, in which patterns of organization are enfolded into waves of energy of system activity distributed throughout the system as a whole.
Basic research at the Institute of HeartMath shows that information pertaining to a person’s emotional state is also communicated throughout the body via the heart’s electromagnetic field. The rhythmic beating patterns of the heart change significantly as we experience different emotions. Negative emotions, such as anger or frustration, are associated with an erratic, disordered, incoherent pattern in the heart’s rhythms. In contrast, positive emotions, such as love or appreciation, are associated with a smooth, ordered, coherent pattern in the heart’s rhythmic activity.
In turn, these changes in the heart’s beating patterns create corresponding changes in the structure of the electromagnetic field radiated by the heart, measurable by a technique called spectral analysis.
More specifically, we have demonstrated that sustained positive emotions appear to give rise to a distinct mode of functioning, which we call psychophysiological coherence. During this mode, heart rhythms exhibit a sine wave-like pattern and the heart’s electromagnetic field becomes correspondingly more organized.
At the physiological level, this mode is characterized by increased efficiency and harmony in the activity and interactions of the body’s systems. [1]
Psychologically, this mode is linked with a notable reduction in internal mental dialogue, reduced perceptions of stress, increased emotional balance, and enhanced mental clarity, intuitive discernment, and cognitive performance.
In sum, our research suggests that psychophysiological coherence is important in enhancing consciousness — both for the body’s sensory awareness of the information required to execute and coordinate physiological function, and also to optimize emotional stability, mental function, and intentional action. Furthermore, as we see next, there is experimental evidence that psychophysiological coherence may increase our awareness of and sensitivity to others around us. The Institute of HeartMath has created practical technologies and tools that all people can use to increase coherence.
Heart Field Interactions Between Individuals
Most people think of social communication solely in terms of overt signals expressed through language, voice qualities, gestures, facial expressions, and body movements. However, there is now evidence that a subtle yet influential electromagnetic or “energetic” communication system operates just below our conscious awareness. Energetic interactions likely contribute to the “magnetic” attractions or repulsions that occur between individuals, and also affect social exchanges and relationships. Moreover, it appears that the heart’s field plays an important role in communicating physiological, psychological, and social information between individuals.
Experiments conducted at the Institute of HeartMath have found remarkable evidence that the heart’s electromagnetic field can transmit information between people. We have been able to measure an exchange of heart energy between individuals up to 5 feet apart. We have also found that one person’s brain waves can actually synchronize to another person’s heart. Furthermore, when an individual is generating a coherent heart rhythm, synchronization between that person’s brain waves and another person’s heartbeat is more likely to occur. These findings have intriguing implications, suggesting that individuals in a psychophysiologically coherent state become more aware of the information encoded in the heart fields of those around them.
The results of these experiments have led us to infer that the nervous system acts as an “antenna,” which is tuned to and responds to the electromagnetic fields produced by the hearts of other individuals. We believe this capacity for exchange of energetic information is an innate ability that heightens awareness and mediates important aspects of true empathy and sensitivity to others Furthermore, we have observed that this energetic communication ability can be intentionally enhanced, producing a much deeper level of nonverbal communication, understanding, and connection between people. There is also intriguing evidence that heart field interactions can occur between people and animals.
In short, energetic communication via the heart field facilitates development of an expanded consciousness in relation to our social world.
The Heart’s Field and Intuition
There are also new data suggesting that the heart’s field is directly involved in intuitive perception, through its coupling to an energetic information field outside the bounds of space and time. Using a rigorous experimental design, we found compelling evidence that both the heart and brain receive and respond to information about a future event before the event actually happens. Even more surprising was our finding that the heart appears to receive this “intuitive” information before the brain. This suggests that the heart’s field may be linked to a more subtle energetic field that contains information on objects and events remote in space or ahead in time. Called by Karl Pribram and others the “spectral domain,” this is a fundamental order of potential energy that enfolds space and time, and is thought to be the basis for our consciousness of “the whole.” (See heartmath.org for further detail.)

Social Fields
In the same way that the heart generates energy in the body, we propose that the social collective is the activator and regulator of the energy in social systems.
A body of groundbreaking work shows how the field of socioemotional interaction between a mother and her infant is essential to brain development, the emergence of consciousness, and the formation of a healthy self-concept. These interactions are organized along two relational dimensions—stimulation of the baby’s emotions, and regulation of shared emotional energy.
Together they form a socioemotional field through which enormous quantities of psychobiological and psychosocial information are exchanged. Coherent organization of the mother-child relations that make up this field is critical. This occurs when interactions are charged, most importantly, with positive emotions (love, joy, happiness, excitement, appreciation, etc.), and are patterned as highly synchronized, reciprocal exchanges between these two individuals. These patterns are imprinted in the child’s brain and thus influence psychosocial function throughout life. (See Allan Schore, Affect Regulation and the Origin of the Self.)
Moreover in a longitudinal study of 46 social groups, one of us (RTB) documented how information about the global organization of a group—the group’s collective consciousness—appears to be transmitted to all members by an energetic field of socio-emotional connection. Data on the relationships between each pair of members was found to provide an accurate image of the social structure of the group as a whole. Coherent organization of the group’s social structure is associated with a network of positively charged emotions (love, excitement, and optimism) connecting all members. This network of positive emotions appears to constitute a field of energetic connection into which information about the group’s social structure is encoded and distributed throughout the group.
Remarkably, an accurate picture of the group’s overall social structure was obtained from information only about relationships between pairs of individuals. We believe the only way this is possible is if information about the organization of the whole group is distributed to all members of the group via an energetic field. Such correspondence in information between parts and the whole is consistent with the principle of holographic organization. [2]
Synthesis and Implications
Some organizing features of the heart field, identified in numerous studies at HeartMath, may also be shared by those of our hypothesized social field. Each is a field of energy in which the waveforms of energy encode the features of objects and events as energy moves throughout the system. This creates a nonlocal order of energetic information in which each location in the field contains an enfolded image of the organization of the whole system at that moment. The organization and processing of information in these energy fields can best be understood in terms of quantum holographic principles. [3]
Another commonality is the role of positive emotions, such as love and appreciation, in generating coherence both in the heart field and in social fields. When the movement of energy is intentionally regulated to form a coherent, harmonious order, information integrity and flow are optimized. This, in turn, produces stable, effective system function, which enhances health, psychosocial well-being, and intentional action in the individual or social group.
Heart coherence and social coherence may also act to mutually reinforce each other. As individuals within a group increase psychophysiological coherence, psychosocial attunement may be increased, thereby increasing the coherence of social relations. Similarly, the creation of a coherent social field by a group may help support the generation and maintenance of psychophysiological coherence in its individual members. An expanded, deepened awareness and consciousness results—of the body’s internal physiological, emotional, and mental processes, and also of the deeper, latent orders enfolded into the energy fields that surround us.This is the basis of self-awareness, social sensitivity, creativity, intuition, spiritual insight, and understanding of ourselves and all that we are connected to. It is through the intentional generation of coherence in both heart and social fields that a critical shift to the next level of planetary consciousness can occur—one that brings us into harmony with the movement of the whole.From mindfulmuscleblog.com

Holographic organization is based on a field concept of order, in which information about the organization of an object as a whole is encoded as an interference pattern in energy waveforms distributed throughout the field. This makes it possible to retrieve information about the object as a whole from any location within the field.
The term “quantum,” as used in quantum holography, does not mean that this kind of energetic information processing is understood in terms of the principles of quantum physics. Rather, quantum holography is a special, nondeterministic form of holographic organization based on a discrete unit of energetic information called a logon or a “quantum” of information.

Beloved Ones,

There is much seeming chaos taking place across the World as those who are awakening begin to ask questions and take responsibility for their own actions and deeds. It is a time of disillusionment for many and many are seeking answers for a better way. Tempers flare as each person goes through their own cleansing process, not understanding what is occurring on their Planet and in the Cosmos. It behooves those who stand as Light Beacons to maintain peace and calm no matter how intense the reactions in those around you.

Continue to practice your spiritual disciplines which uplift and inspire you to move forward in the attainment of your spiritual goals. Practice random acts of kindness and showing compassion to all. It is a most trying time for the masses of Humanity who are beginning to look around them and wonder what is really going on. The frequent weather changes and anomalies which leave no one untouched are not the usual expectation for so many and so the seeking for answers begins. You who are awake and aware must remember how it was for you in the beginning of your quest for clarity and answers to the enigmas of life.

Keep your sights set on your ascension and create the life you choose. There are endless possibilities and probabilities for each one of you. Choose that which aligns you with your Higher Self and your own Divine Plan and this will always keep you on the path most appropriate and right for you. If you are not feeling joy often, then what you are doing needs adjustment and the leaving behind of all that no longer serves your emerging Self and sometimes this deeper look within is not pleasant to endure. Keep in mind that you are not alone in this, Dear Ones, and this can bring more tolerance in all situations.

We take heart with joy at the great strides being made now by many of you. You are closer to your goal than you might think and so we counsel to keep moving forward one step at a time. Analyze your needs in each now moment and focus on the small details so that the way forward does not seem so long and overwhelming. You are, in fact, noticing acceleration in the passage of time in the linear sense and this will continue to become pronounced and apparent. Your spaceship Earth is moving steadily into alignment with Galactic Centre and this was predestined many great ages ago. These changes can be an exciting new and fresh start for so many.

Treat each other with respect, honor and integrity and all will be well. Reach for the stars that are the highest and the brightest, for these may well be your Planet of origin and much assistance can come through for you. The Universe is responding to your calls in magical and wondrous ways.

I am often asked what happens to those who are not ready or willing to shift into the new paradigms that are being created and the answer is that they will, in their own time and in their own way. It’s not our place to judge or criticize their choices and if we do, we are pouring our energy onto their path when we need all of our energy for ourselves right now. While others’ life choices are not in our control we can impact them through the choices that we make for ourselves. We have to live our truth, in our light and our power and do what’s best for us. What others choose is up to them.

So much of our karma is being cleared and released right now that we are feeling, through our emotions, the fear of not being present, of not holding up our end of our soul contracts and of not owning our responsibilities to others. Yet their joy, success, peace, abundance and fulfillment was never our responsibility in the first place. We took it on as part of our karma with others, believing that if we had done something different, they would have too. And while we have, at times, been the abuser, tyrant, oppressor and a cruel taskmaster, we did so at their request for them to learn about their power.

There is a higher aspect to every lesson and multiple paths we can choose. But when we are focused on what someone else is doing, there is only one path available to us, the one that includes their healing and what we think that is. Now we’re on their path, hoping to get back to ours with them in tow but we can no longer do that. When we’re working within our power, connecting to our divine mastery, the rules are very clear—we need to stay on our own path and let others be on theirs. We can impact their lives most powerfully by being our most powerful selves and yet, even by being the best example we can be, the rest is still up to them.

These are such powerful times and we have been waiting for so long for them to happen and yet, we are diluting their power when we spend time in regret, guilt, longing for others to change or hoping that we will be successful in completing the healing we believe is part of our karmic cycle’s closure. It isn’t. We heal our karma when we take ourselves out of its energy, when we make powerful choices for ourselves, no matter what others do. And as we accept others choices and know that the rest is up to them, we move forward on our own path with a peaceful heart, and all of our energy intact to power the new life that we have to create for ourselves, our personal heaven on earth. And we’re going to need all of our energy to do that.

There are those amongst you that are now awakening to their missions, as you are approaching a most intense period of activity. These Beings have been waiting for this particular time, to be available for the masses who will need guidance to understand what is going on around them. Events are going to move quite quickly, and there will be some confusion and fear as a result. All Lightworkers can assist in such times, and we ask them to be ready to share their knowledge with others. We shall continue to assist our allies and many Starseeds will come into their own, having been carefully prepared for exactly what their experience allows. There is so much being done to ensure you make the transition with Mother Earth, and that as many of you as possible succeed. Even those that are not yet ready require help, as they too need to be made aware as to what lies ahead for them.

According to your perspective of what is happening, you will go into shock or surprise when matters really gather speed. People need to understand that the upheaval is unavoidable, and is necessary to cleanse the Earth of low vibrations that cannot carry forward into the higher vibrations. All will find its rightful place and it cannot be otherwise. The Laws of the Universe are irrevocable and cannot be ignored without invoking karma. We will hope to have sufficient outlets that will provide all of the information that will be needed. Certainly the whole concept of the changes will need to be carefully explained, as some will undoubtedly feel that what will happen is an unwanted intrusion into their lives.

As you will have noticed, unrest is spreading across the world as the call for freedom and peace reaches new levels. People are now realising what power they have to bring about change, and no longer afraid to confront their leaders. It is having an effect and galvanising more of them to support the protests, and it is gradually bringing about results. So it shall continue and we have our own plans to ensure that you are not denied a return to lawful ways of living. With that those Laws that are against the Constitution will be revoked, and re-written. It is all moving ahead and very soon all those who have committed crimes against you, will find themselves removed form society.

The Galactic Federation is engaged in the final efforts to persuade your governments to adopt more far reaching polices, so that they can reflect the changes that will totally alter your way of life. There is no point in continuing to think in the old ways, as a new paradigm has been formed to bring in the changes to your lives. Once it is realised that Ascension will be the greatest event to ever affect the whole Human Race, there will more attention given to your needs. Indeed, it will be you who will decide the rules by which you live, and no more shall such decisions be taken away from you. You are no longer to be governed by those who seek only to further their own ambitions. Those changes will come about when the arrests have cleared the way for reforms.

Look well ahead Dear Ones and know that you will come safely through the next few months, to take your place in the higher dimension. Then shall your lives be refined even further, as you take a higher path to full consciousness. You will soon see that your present reality has been the development of the darkness more than the Light. It has kept the vibrations at a low level from which you have found it most difficult to lift yourselves up. However, as the plan was for you to complete this cycle with Ascension, it allowed us and other Beings of Light to assist you through it. So who better to do it than your families of Light, who act upon divine commands that if necessary give us the authority to intervene in your lives. What we have done is to empower our allies, so that they stopped the dark Ones from completely overwhelming you.

So far our mission has accomplished its goals, and now we stand poised to come more into your lives for the end times. Evidence of our presence has continued to increase, as our ships come closer more frequently than ever before. You hardly need Disclosure to convince you of our contact with you, but it will show you that our presence is officially accepted. It will allow us to meet you on your level and prepare you for what is to come, and it will be a most wonderful time. It will not take long for the most sceptical people amongst you to realise that we are your friends and are in no way a threat to your lives. Indeed, you will soon learn of the various changes we are to help you with, that will uplift your quality of life to one that is comfortable and enjoyable.

The truth about your lives shall be revealed in no uncertain way, so that you fully understand that for eons of time you have never experienced it at the level you should have done. With the revelations you will clearly come to know exactly where you future is heading. You will also learn that the One God has always provided for you, and never for one second has withdrawn the love that has continually embraced you. You are all loved beyond understanding and there are no exceptions. We make the point again, that no soul is condemned or damned forever and all are treated equally. You have been in duality to experience, and allowances are made for those who have become embroiled in the lower energies and lost touch with their Higher Selves.

Nothing is static in the Universe and is always changing, so that there is always something new to learn and explore. The driving force is taking you back to the Source, and all souls are on this path and strive for completion. It is within all souls and gradually you will come together to form larger units of consciousness. You are looked upon as the bravest of souls, to allow yourselves to be sucked into the darkness of the lower vibrations. However, you did have the assurance that when the cycle was near to completion, you would be helped to come back into full consciousness. That is of course the period that you are now experiencing, and why we are with you.

The Week Ahead: 05/14/2012

Third dimensional life has been quite interesting, rather challenging yet engaging, and definitely comprehensive since the full moon. In my own life, and in the lives of those I interact with daily, there has been a vibratory force of Self-realization shaking loose tensions, restrictions, limitations, etc. from the denser (astral, emotional, etheric and physical) levels of being. And there won’t be any relief from this latest cosmic clean-up until the next full moon/lunar eclipse on June 4th. If the current healing encounter has you attending to the Soul’s agenda rather than your human reality structure then be certain you are in “slow down” mode as this window of transformation continues to send healing energy to the very depths of your being. Pushing the envelope too fast or too far while the universe is up to its constellation clusters in ascension mischief will prove costly from the personality’s vantage point.

Clean up campaigns such as these continue to receive the good-housekeeping seal of cosmic approval because we are now “apart” from what we have always experienced as life on planet earth (Gaia). As of this year we have journeyed far enough into the New living field that we can start to experience the greater power of Divinity that resides within all. The call went out many years ago for Gaia and all her inhabitants to rise in consciousness to avoid devastation during this very intense cycle of change. The frequencies of higher love, harmony, understanding, inclusion, and compassion were waiting to baptize this realm of the galactic family and that order of business would guarantee that evolved consciousness would have its own dwelling place where it is able to grow and develop unhindered by the dismissal needs of such attitudes as greed, gluttony, and power.

Weeks such as this one serve as a reminder to choose enlightenment and spiritual authenticity. Yes, as we partake in the evolutionary workouts there are bumps and bruises but the dicey days are worth the end result of discovering the Soul’s treasure-trove of hidden truths. The illusions of a third dimensional existence are now too narrow and limited for those bonded with the Light that is evolving Love within its expression here. The ego, instinctual, and subconscious intelligences within the resume of human criteria are being revolutionized. The personality’s identity that includes these three layers of intelligence are in for a challenging period as polarity is dissolved from this corner of the universe.

Most people I encounter still have no idea that their ego’s “personality” is temporary and extremely limited to their own views of who they think they are. They get stuck inside the 3D ego game without using their Soul GPS (galactic positioning system) to navigate. More commonly they become paralyzed within the opposing opposites of polarity – do I choose love or fear? Give or take? Stop or go? And while in this state of confusion, they don’t even realize they have become inert. This inertia slows down the Being’s Soul evolutionary process, and they circle around in the game of Life unable to move past immature negative ego patterns. They do not know how they got here, much less who is actually running the ego intelligence. They do not know how to learn the skills (aka soul lessons) that graduate them out of the current Earth experiment.

And this is why we are still stripping away and cleaning up what no longer serves us as a Force of Love with an open heart chakra. All are growing out of being a human that experiences love as a mental or emotional concept. We have been trained to misinterpret the spiritual attributes of Love, limiting them to the ego’s perspective rather than sensing them from the experiential level of the Soul hence the sweeping energies that cause the uncontrollable weeping, the untamed frustration, foggy confusion, inexhaustible tiredness, physical injuries and other anatomical maladies.

Remember May of 2012 is about making you sensitive to the multi-sensory, multi-dimensional, multi-fielded creature that you really are. To do this efficiently your Soul is going to have to throw out the consciousness values that equate you with deeply ingrained third dimension negative ego mass consciousness. Can you understand that? Do you see why things are falling apart in order that the “realm of the soul” now fills all the space within your potential? Will everything still upset you when it’s revealed that the emotional and spiritual work you do today brings about the One true essence and power of Love that is needed by this planet?

Our awareness is being divinely and cosmically cultivated every day my friends! There is a harmony of unified energies that are racing to embody each of us and through your intention and devotion this Living Light of the One Source we can fulfill the divine plan for humanity. Strive this week to be a greater expression of Love than you were last week. Delve deeper into your Soul identity and infuse all your moments with the experience of being here as the Eternal Living Light of One Source. Prepare a physical home (your body) that welcomes this New inner alchemy of Christ consciousness so that it can be utilized as a channel of unified Source energy. Joyfully create and dance into every mishap and disappointment knowing that you are penetrating the Power of the greatest energetic principle of our times – the frequency of Universal Love.

Beloved masters, it is time to acknowledge and claim ownership of your CORE ESSENCE, your true identity. You are not just a male or female human Being residing on the planet Earth. You are not just a Soul within a physical body with many facets of your Higher Self scattered throughout this universe. You are of royal lineage, my friends, with ancestors of great renown. You are the StarSeed, the Wayshowers from the far reaches of the Omniverse, who were sent forth on a special mission that is rapidly coming to a culmination. You know who you are, for we have often spoken of this in the past. We do not want you to get the idea that you are "better or more than" the rest of humanity; however, those of you who have been reading our messages and applying our teachings are now ready to step to the fore and share your wisdom with those on the path behind you. You do not have to become formal teachers and hold classes, even though this is a great and worthy calling if you have the desire to do so.

The different levels of consciousness the human species have experienced since first embodying on planet Earth are: animal/human nature; human/human nature; human/Spiritual nature and Spiritual/human nature. We will focus only on the human/Spiritual nature and the Spiritual/Human nature at this time.
Developing Your Spiritual/Human Nature

First, as a transducer and Bearer of Divine Light, you are to magnetize to you and radiate from your Sacred Heart center as much Creator Light as humanly possible.
Secondly, you must strive to become a living example of how a Self-master functions within any environment and situation. You must live your truth as it has been revealed to you.
Third, you are to share your wisdom with others when appropriate, and you must also know when to be silent.

Greater and greater numbers of brave Souls are well on the way to Self-mastery easily flowing with the currents of the higher fourth-/ lower fifth-dimensional energy, while learning to use their creative gifts in ways never before believed possible. You, the Legions of Light, are breaking down old barriers and structures that have held humanity in a limited, restricted reality for many thousands of years. You now have a better understanding of yourselves and those around you as you traverse the energy waves of interactive response, gleaning wisdom and awareness as to what is in or out of harmony. Many of you are amazed at what is now being presented to you via the mirroring process as your reflection softens into a more loving and gentle image.

There has been some confusion as to the difference between the WORLD PYRAMID and the WORLD SERVER PYRAMID.

The World Pyramid is available to every Soul on Earth. Any person who feels altruistic love for another, without conditions, has a permanent Etheric Replica within the World Pyramid. The World Pyramid has been created for all humanity so that anyone who wishes to go there to commune with our Father/Mother God, the great Beings of Light and the angelic forces may do so. It is a place to express gratitude and to pay homage to our God Parents, the Supreme Creator, and the mighty forces of the heavenly realms. It is a sacred place of the highest form, and all who wish to experience the bliss of Oneness and share their spiritual abundance and Sacred Love are assured a place there. You could call it a great Cathedral in the Sky, for in the future it will take the place of many houses of worship as the world’s religions begin to accept the advanced wisdom teachings mandated by our Father/Mother God. However, in order to become an active member within the ranks of World Servers and gain entrance into the WORLD SERVER PYRAMID, you must have firmly integrated the balanced frequencies of the higher planes of the fourth dimension. You must also begin the process of integrating an even higher frequency formula consisting of a variety of fifth-dimensional energies. You must be centered within the Sacred Heart so that you have gained access to the inflow of Adamantine Particles of Creator Light. When your SOUL SONG is attuned to frequencies outlined above, you automatically gain entrance into the World Server Pyramid, which is positioned in the highest planes of the Fifth Dimension. World Servers are also the intermediaries between the Spiritual Hierarchy and humanity.

As a World Server you must always remember that each person is on his/her own special path of ascension and he/she will make the journey in their own time and in their own way. You must always remain empathic to those who are traversing the turbulent valleys of the shadowlands; however, you must not get entangled in the ongoing dramas within the illusional world of the lower densities. It is vastly important that you view all that is occurring around you from a higher vantage point so that you may remain centered within your Sacred Heart, for this is your point of power. We will refresh your memory with some of the basic teachings so that you will be able to share this knowledge with those who wish to share your Light and your wisdom.
Developing Your Human/Spiritual Nature

You must honor your uniqueness and the specific design and structure of your bodily form as well as the mental and emotional nature that you chose to experience in this lifetime. Your gender, race, culture and family lineage, along with the basic overall circumstance, were all programmed to give you the best opportunity to face your challenges, develop your talents and return to a harmonious state of Being, so that you can reclaim Self-mastery.

People living in a third- and lower fourth-dimensional reality exist within a vortex of unseen energies; however, these powerful, lower frequency patterns are as real as the air you breathe. Voicing irritation or angry thoughts in forceful, loud tones draws forth lower astral plane substance, a swirling mass of distorted, chaotic energy. It is vitally important that you monitor and control your thought patterns so that you may exist in a balanced force field of loving, empowering and beneficial thought forms, instead of a whirlpool of negative, distorted, chaotic energy.

First comes the purification stage of the ascension process. It is like awakening from a dream into a conscious state of awareness. You begin to see things differently, and a Divine discontent and some seed thoughts begin to filter into your mind. Over time, a powerful source of energy begins to flow through you, bringing forth new ideas and a desire to improve many areas of your life. Also, your heart begins to pulsate with new feelings, more compassion and sensitivity to those with whom you interact on a daily basis. You also begin to feel a yearning for something that you cannot identify.

In the beginning process of expansion of consciousness, your narrow-focused life will change dramatically. Your Soul Self will gradually become the director and overseer of your life; however, the ego desire body will not easily give up the dominance it has had on your mental and emotional natures for a very long time.

As you progress in conscious awareness, prayer evolves into active and passive meditation. Affirmations and mantras are ways of talking to our Father/Mother God and the Beings of Light. Meditation or Sacred silence is listening for an answer. Over time, the desires of the ego will gradually be replaced by Soul-focused mental aspirations. You must follow the dictates of your Soul and become attuned to the whispers and nudgings of your Higher Self.

You must traverse the shadowlands of the lower astral planes and face all the negative illusions you have created: fear, guilt, shame, unworthiness, abandonment and a fatalistic sense of despair. Gradually, you will gain the assurance that if you face these negative thought forms head-on, there is nothing to fear. You will begin living a dual awareness of Self whereby you will gradually tap into the higher astral plane levels of the fourth dimension and the lower mental planes of the fifth dimension. You will slowly harmonize and integrate your emotional and mental natures so that you may then move on to the process of attaining a “harmonious oneness with the many facets of your human Self.” When this has been accomplished, you are ready for the process of integration with the multiple facets of your Higher Self.

If you continue to heed the call, you will develop a desire to understand the meaning of life and what your higher purpose is beyond your limited, mundane world of existence. Suddenly, the activities and the people you previously interacted with no longer seem to bring a sense of satisfaction and pleasure as in the past. The undercurrent of Divine discontent begins to grow stronger within your mind and also takes precedence within your emotional nature. Your desire for spiritual knowledge grows stronger, along with the need to understand what is happening to you. It is as if the blinders have been removed from your eyes and you have become an alien in a strange land. Perhaps you have no one you can confide in, and you begin to feel isolated and alone.

Until you have opened the lines of communication and gained access to the wisdom of your Soul-self, your solar plexus functions as your radiating energy center on the physical plane. It is also a part of the physical emotional center. As your Soul Self becomes the over-Lighting influence in your life, you will gradually gain access to your Sacred Heart and your Sacred Mind centers. As a result, your solar plexus is gradually integrated into what we call the “SOLAR POWER CENTER,” which consists of the solar plexus, the heart, thymus and throat. Thereafter, your Sacred Heart will be your Center of Power, for you will have a constant flow of Adamantine Particles of Life flowing through your Sacred Heart center, throughout your physical form and then out into the world. You will also find solace, strength and compassion within the inner sanctum of the Sacred Heart.

You must create a solid foundation in order to effectively change yourself and your personal world for the better. You must strive to access the wisdom of your higher mental body in order to gain an understanding of the universal laws and the workings of the cosmos. This is a vital step in the process of becoming an initiate on the Path of ascension if you are to successfully complete the process of releasing old, limiting, dis-empowering beliefs so that they may be replaced with the en-Lighten-ed concepts of Self-mastery. As you integrate these new, more refined beliefs and habits, they will expand into a new philosophy of life, that of a compassionate Self-master. You will then be ready to share your newly gained wisdom with those around you. In essence, you will be attending an inner-focused, cosmic university whereby you must first understand, integrate and perfect each level of consciousness before you are allowed to move to the next higher level of en-LIGHTEN-ment and empowerment.

It is advisable to prioritize the changes you wish to make in your inner and outer reality. Endeavoring to make too many radical changes at once will create too much chaos and discomfort. This is the reason why so many people fall by the wayside and go back to their old “ways of Being,” no matter how painful and dissatisfying they may be. It is important that you identify the primal instincts and habits that you have brought with you into this lifetime or that you have accepted as your truth over the years. You must walk through the LABYRINTH OF LIMITATION created by walls of distorted beliefs and negative vibrational patterns. Hate and fear are the lowest frequencies of energy. Withdraw your energy from the shadowlands and focus your mind and all your Beingness on the Light. The darkness cannot grow or continue to exist without the vibrations of hate, greed, judgment and self-service through a desire to control and to conquer.

The parable or the concept of “being born again,” which was taught by the Master Jesus, really meant that every person on Earth must go through the process of removing the veil of ignorance and limitation through conscious effort in order to reclaim his/her God-given status as a spiritual/human Being with a Divine Birthright.

Love and compassion are the highest frequencies within humanity’s spectrum of Light and shadow. Inspired, Sacred thought forms, originating within the Sacred Mind and filtered through the Sacred Heart, are the most powerful, creative energy in the material world of existence. The Flame within the Sacred Heart is one of the manifestations of the Supreme Creator, the White Fire Essence called Adamantine Particles. The Fire Element continually replicates Itself, and through invocation it will eventually transform humanity’s distorted creations. The Fire Element is the supreme force of the five elements: fire, air, earth, water and spiritual ethers.

You, the advanced Light Bearers, are now comfortably established within the ever-increasing vibrational patterns of the Earth’s etheric body, which is gradually moving into the harmonious frequencies of the higher fourth dimension while preparing to spiral into the lower plane frequencies of the fifth dimension. However, as you know, time is accelerating and your beloved planet is progressing along the path of ascension more and more rapidly. As it does, your reality will begin to change even more dramatically. Over a span of time, much of what you thought was your truth, your new way of functioning and Being, your new identity, will be upgraded, modified or left behind. A new holographic picture is emerging, and in your uncertainty you wonder where you fit in this new scheme, and what you are to do now. We ask you to stay focused on the task at hand, to stay centered within your Sacred Heart and to Light the Way for those on the Path behind you. Beloved ones, within your hearts is the universe, the living cosmos in all its glory. The indescribable and endless energy that is the Moment of Creation is bursting through you now, yearning to be expressed in a grand experience of life.

Your hearts are a blazing star of the power and energy of Love, fueled by the Source, a part of the hologram, inseparable from this never-ending Love. Everything that you see outside of you as the world can and must be re-aligned with this.

When you experience that everything you need is fully and magnificently present within you, waiting to be expressed and to be celebrated as you allow your blazing heart to be free… then you are ready to stand in the world as the open heart of Love.

You are ready now to deeply feel this year’s direction. All which has been seen as “without” must now be experienced fully as “within.” When you recognize and live this communion of pure Love, when you experience an undivided consciousness, when you are aware with every breath that all that you need is alive in your heart… then that which you see as the world is completely different.

That which is attuned by the power of your Love is a magnificent expression of unity. You stand in any image, in any energy, in any situation that is born of the perception of duality and you are this blazing heart, this universe of God bringing the truth of limitless sustenance, of endless grace, powerfully present as an energy field, here and now in the world.

First, beloved ones, it must live in you and it is this that is before you now. Everything that you perceive as necessary for your life to be the full expression of the joyous creative power of God I Am, all of it, is alive within you. The source is present as your heart and the blazing power of the universe of Love is pulsing forth to sustain you now and is ever ready to sustain all of humanity, as the One Heart of God.

So, dearest ones, let us do both together. Let Love become your feeling state and let it be your plentitude. Let it be your cornucopia, the source of your supply. Consciously come to Me and open to this glory that you might feel and be the reality of Love, supplying your every need in the endless and atomic explosion that Creation is -- right here, beloved ones, within you…that the truth of your heart as your identity, as Love.

When you feel deeply this assurance that all that has been perceived as outside of you is in its perfection alive within…that every expression of life in the world is a symbol for the consciousness or perception of either duality or unity…then you allow Love to supply your freedom. Stepping forth in trust, you return to your heart when you feel yourself wobble or believe in the world and you allow Love to guide you.

You place your focus where your heart is needed. You then choose to be the blazing heart of Love, standing firmly in the midst of the world as a testament to the truth of God and the endless power of unity to heal, to transform, to dissolve every perception of barriers, every idea of lack, every belief that I won’t provide for you.

It is only this consciousness of duality that keeps in place a world without Love’s fulfillment, a world in which some are seen to have the abundance while others do not. All of this can be corrected by Love and by the true perception of the heart.

So, come, and let Me place you now, oh, star of Love, oh, heart of God, boldly in the world, blazing, that you might be the pulse of freedom, that you might recognize your source within you, that you might have the conviction to stand in this truth no matter what your eyes may see.

In this place of commitment to the presence and the power of this Love, your hearts, beloved ones, will source from within you a world in which everyone is not only provided for but lives in ecstasy, abundance and joy in every area of life.

As always, this starts with you because your hearts are aware of this unity. You are able to hold this resonance, to be the conduit of this blazing Light, this energy. You are such a Light, such a luminous heart that the Light of this Love in your presence outshines the duality and becomes such a powerful magnet that all hearts attuning to it realize that your bread is God, your nourishment is Love and I Am the Source of everything.

When this comes alive within you, it will be expressed as your world. First, it will be expressed individually as your hearts attune the symbols of your life and your life blossoms all around you. Then, powerfully and magnetically it will illuminate the misperception of duality – the belief in something other than Love that has kept this world continuing.

When there is enough Light, so many luminous hearts pulsing, it will be impossible for anyone to keep tuning into the false reality that there is Love and something else, that there is other than the abundance of God.

For you to begin this conscious awakening to the source of this Love I Am, to the power and the energy of God that is your heart, beloved, ones, you can take the symbols of your world – those things you are drawn to intuitively and you can listen to your guidance, to the urgings that I send you, and take everything into your heart to feel its truth before engaging with the world.

Let Me give you an example, perhaps with food. Let us say you feel guided to living food. As you recognize that what you feel is a symbol of the life you are urged to feel within you, then before you choose what it is you eat or before you eat that carrot, take it into your heart and feel the truth of Love. Feel that it is from Me that life is sourced and that the bountiful abundance of the life I Am is yours directly – that this is your food, your life and the power and energy that fuels you, right here in this place of our communion through the atomic power of this Love.

Then, as you eat, you remember to hold your focus in the Now – that life is one circle of abundance, that your heart brings everything together, feeling first the communion with Me, feeling the blazing forth of your heart of Love and acknowledging the consciousness of that carrot as an expression of this communion of God, honoring it as a reflection of your eating life directly, of your willingness to take in this Love and to let it nourish you.

Just so, beloved ones, with your abundance, especially in the area of money. See the symbol and take it into the luminous glory of your heart until all you can see, all you can feel is this endless abundance of Love that powers you up, provides for your life, allows you to extend this Love that I Am endlessly and eternally. Feel yourself as the spiritual being you are and feel what it means to be freedom. Think of yourself as the resonance of Love receiving directly this power of God and recognize that born of this communion, the symbol of money comes before you from your heart outward and not the other way, ever.

When this becomes your felt reality, when it informs the whole of your consciousness, when you feel it resonate as your truth, then abundance will come in ways unimaginable to the little mind. Abundance is already alive in your heart.

As these things become more Real to you and you leave behind the misperception of two powers, you can stand fully in the present moment guided by My Love to exactly the situation that needs your heart to inform it of the truth. Whether this be done in the realms of consciousness or in the “physical reality” of the world, you can feel how perfectly I place you, that your astounding heart may blaze forth the source, the truth, and realign the energies in that area, attuning them to the power of Love

As each of you receives your guidance, to stand in the power of the universe within you and to place that power in service to Love in specific areas of the consensual reality, you will feel how your blazing heart creates change. You will feel how the pulse of Creation itself begins to fuel this experience of humanity and life returns to the source within you.

It is the heart’s belief that there is other than Love and that all which is needed must be gotten from the world. That has continued to keep this duality in place and keep humanity’s focus outside of them and outside of this enormous atomic power that can fuel and feed all things.

With the change that is happening in the world – and everyone is feeling this energy – there is going to be much impetus for attempting to change things from the outside first, without recognizing the source of change is within. You must know that as you stand in this truth, that your heart is the source of the world, not the ego.

As you feel the endless power of God as the truth of your being, indivisibly, you are the true agent of change, and your experience of being nourished from within, through your heart, out of this communion with Me brings into the world the experience of endless food, of limitless good, of the garden of God being the experiential consensual dream, birth from the heart of God that is humanity.

It is spearheaded by you, beloved ones, in your recognition that in your heart and as your heart the very Moment of Creation is here, providing for every life enough power to fuel a universe, enough Love to nourish every heart, to fulfill each life, to transform need into the deep experience of perfection.

Your hearts are the universe of Love. Your hearts are the vortex of the whole of God. Your hearts are the Moment of Creation here and surely this is enough energy to fully support humanity in every way.

Does this mean that you do not act in the world? It does not. But it means, beloved ones, that you act consciously, fully aware that change only comes from within, from the heart and from the change in consciousness that allows the abundance of God I Am to at last be accepted.

So let this year be a two-pronged approach to the awakening of the truth of Love as humankind. First, the recognition that everything is within and that life in all its glory is available the moment that you shift to the heart. In this shift, when you feel this resonance, when you stand in this luminous place of generosity, you will discover that things are showing up in amazing ways simply by being in the presence of your open and glorious heart. Becoming fully aware that all is provided from within you, that you are spiritual beings sourced completely by Me, fed through the Moment of Creation… and thus, the second part of your mission, so to speak.

Once this power of your heart is experienced and recognized, then, beloved ones, stand as the heart of God, as the power of Love, as the blazing, luminous resonance of unity in the world to change the resonance of duality into the experience of unity, into the living circle of life where everything is encompassed by this Love, born of the heart and then acknowledged consciously as it blossoms in the experience of the world – until so much Light streams from your hearts, it is impossible to see any more shadows.

The entraining power of Love will bring everyone into this circle of God. The old mis-perception of two powers of Light and darkness, good and evil, have and have-not, simply dissolves into the whole and blaze forth in celebration of the one life we share.

The European Southern Observatory (ESO) says it found nine "super-Earths" in a sample survey of 102 stars known as red dwarves.

"Super-Earths" are rocky planets -- as opposed to gassy giants -- that orbit their stars in the so-called Goldilocks zone, where the temperature is neither too hot nor too cold but just right to have the potential to nurture life.

In this balmy region, the planet is neither scorched nor frozen, and water can exist in liquid form.
The ESO team used a powerful 3.6-metre (11.7-feet) telescope, known by its acronym of HARPS, at their observatory in Chile's Atacama desert.

"Our new observations with HARPS mean that about 40 percent of all red dwarf stars have a super-Earth orbiting in the habitable zone where liquid water can exist on the surface of the planet," said Xavier Bonfils of the Observatory of the Sciences of the Universe in Grenoble, southeastern France.

"Because red dwarves are so common -- there are about 160 billion of them in the Milky Way -- this leads us to the astonishing result that there are tens of billions of these planets in our galaxy alone," he said in an ESO press release issued on Wednesday.

By ESO's estimate, there could be around 100 "super-Earths" in stars less than 30 light years from Earth.

In cosmic terms, such distances are just a flea jump, but they are an impossible gap for Man to bridge with current space technology.

 First we need to be aware of what is happening, before we get hit on our heads for being unconscious and not knowing what  the score is, and then, we need to act properly, not react, but always remember that the light, any light, even that of a candle, dissipates the darkness. The light is stronger and brings things to be identifiable as they are. People Get Ready

The Ascension has movement, it is a train of change, and it is coming. You do not need a ticket, only faith & preparation. Energies of the Earth are shifting more quickly now. The velocity of light has increased. In response, the flash & sequencing of linear- time is moving faster now, in the quickening of the 2012 Ascension. The magnetic grid is being reduced as the Crystalline Grid becomes dominant. Gravity fields have transitioned and will continue this metastasis. The arc swing of duality is lessened, and the movement into greater dimension, crystalline frequency, is now tangible. It effects you, influences your Beingness in a powerful manner in the shift.

New Earth Demands
In kind then, does the need for humanity to shift become requisite to maintain equilibrium and balance. Equivocation will not serve. The astrological undulations become more intense as does the heightened energy of the planet itself.

The energy of the New Earth demands more effort on your part. You must proactively raise your frequency to adjust, to keep pace. You must manage expectation and rise to the occasion.

The new energy is of a different medium. Just as you move differently in water than on land, so must you adjust your energy field in the new expanded environ. A new focus is necessary in the optimal maintenance of your Auric Body, for the human EMF ( Electro-Magnetic Field) is being shifted into CEF (Crysto-Electric Field) at the level of the 5th dimension. It is an important change, and is a mandate for each of you on the path.

Ascension Symptoms

The Ascension has symptoms. How you choose to deal with them has consequences. They become either growing pains that lead to great new horizons, or the impetus of a stagnation that can lead to a downward spiral. You can't sit on the fence and ignore it, one of the two, the former or latter, will occur. The Ascension energies are global, and are encountered through Auric Induction.The Aura must be understood, and maintained in order to shift into the Crystalline. The higher frequencial energies of the New Earth require a larger CEF (Crysto-Electric Field) , and the operation manual is a bit more complex.

If you do not make a concerted effort, the greater resonance will create fissure cracks in the field and your will have energy bleed. Energy bleed creates short circuitry, and leads to greater malfunction. Including then, potential symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic sleep disorder and apathy. These can be avoided, but the mechanics must be recognized and monitored. It is more important than ever to understand and indeed rigorously maintain the Auric Field in the ongoing shift, for it is the optimal CEF that is the gateway to the Crystalline Light Body.
2012 Requires Beacons

2012 Optimal Auric Circuitry
And so we speak on the optimal circuitry of the human auric field, with specific focus on the 13-20-33 circuitry. Masters, the Human Aura is not auto-regulated. It requires methodical maintenance. And this is tantamount, because achieving and retaining the 13-20-33 Circuitry of the integral Auric Field is an absolute prerequisite of ascending into Crystalline Light-Body Vehicle. You see with the great expansion of the resonant energy via the completion of the Crystalline Grid, it is logical to understand that a crystalline light body is generated & birthed in order to carry the higher crystal energy matrix of the Ascending Earth. It is the Mer-Ka-Na, and its circuitry is an Alchemical process that must be understood in order to operate in optimal quantum clarity.
Auric Development
Now, we address briefly the time-linear aspect of development of the Human Aura. Dear Ones, as each of you have grown in consciousness through you multitudinous sojourns in duality you activated more layers of your auric field. With each new activation, more responsibility is required, greater apperception is naturally requisite for optimal Auric maintenance. The ultimate and optimal resonance is the Circuitry of 13-20-33. This is the key ratio and flow of the graduated, fully blossomed Auric Field. It is this resonance that allows for flow into Crystalline Light Body. Unless the 13-20-33 is obtained, cultivated and sustained Light Body acquisition is untenable.
Before we delve into this important assay, let us add the caveat, that Auric expansion is a journey and not a destination. In other words, what is gained MUST be kept. Many of you have achieved high levels of Auric layer activation only to lose the clear luminosity & circuitry due to lack of comprehension of the fundamental stipulations required for optimal Auric Field sustenance.
Most of you that are termed 'Old-Souls' in your vernacular originally entered the Earth-Plane in Crystalline Light Body, in the Mer-Ka-Ra of the true Ascended Master. With the Fall of the Firmament, you willingly entered into the 'University of Duality' and in time lost the connection to the great and greater aspect of your true essence. Your auras then took a downward spiral alongside your awareness as you fell into the diffused density of polarity physical bodies. This we have shared with you in earlier assays.
Now, we wish to clarify at this juncture that the advent of duality onto the Earth-Plane was not an accident. It was what we may term as a deliberate occurrence to allow for the experience and growth within duality. The Earth became a University, in its role as the Planet of Choice. Most of your religious scripts refer to this as the 'downfall' of mankind. But in actuality it was an intentional 'maya', an illusion with purpose. Duality placed filters on consciousness, and work was/is required to 'grow' back into full crystalline consciousness. But ALL of YOU chose this growth, and it carries succinct credentials.
The duality experiment carried with it certain vulnerabilities and allowed for what may be termed purposeful setbacks. This then is the journey of duality, the contractual pathway for re-emergence thru growth and overcoming obstacles.
And so in this process of re-growth, the dense became denser, the physical became more solidified, and the hemispheres of the human brain became locked in the polarity of the dodecahedronal grid.
The duality cycled human then incarnated into lifetimes that were dominated by frontal mind and the experience of lower chakra. This level of unconsciousness then allowed for only the 7 layer chakric field, with the goal of activating from the lower 3 chakras to the upper 4, in unifying the seven in full flow.
Duality was defined by polar electromagnetics, and the grid system that determined the level of density was the magnetic or gravity grid. This was indeed adjusted to differing levels throughout the progression of humanity. For a great deal of the linear time since the Golden Age of Atlantis, the gravity grid only allowed for an 8-8-16 circuitry in the Human Aura, and the gendered Mer-Ka-Bah was the Light Body that enabled growth from this level of frequency. Certain Avatars came back into duality from 5,000 to 2,000 years as you measure 'back' in linear time from this succinct reality hologram in order to begin to re-establish the pattern resonance of 13-20-33.
Yet only from the Harmonic Convergence of 1987, did the grid adjustment truly rebirth the 13-20-33 potential for the masses. This became initially enabled with the 144-Crystal Grid in 2001. It is the Crystalline Age thru the Crystalline Grid that fully empowers the return to 13-20-33 upshift into the re-emerging Crystalline, non-polarity Mer-Ka-Na Tri-System.
Circuitry : The 13-20-33
The 13-20-33 is an energetic emulsion interface combing the connectivity between anti-matter/matter/etheric- matter in a crysto-electric amalgam that creates the energy hum of OM. As such the circuitry of 13-20-33 is the not only the optimal frequencial flow required for complete omnitary auric function and upshift, it is the only frequency that can do so. It is the key, and a complex one that serves as the 'plug-in' for full power. Indeed it is then and only then capable of carrying immense energy. It untangles and combines variegated heterogeneous and homogenous energy forms in a compatible unified matrix that is capable of flowing into zero point, Crystalline Field of Mer-Ka-Na.
This circuitry implements and administers the mandatory linkage between the 33 components of the integral field. It is in fact the junctured manifold that regulates the appropriate networking resonance and lattice-weave within and without. It is defined as follows: the 13 represents the 12 layers of the Auric Field within etheric matter harmonized and synchronized into Oneness. Thus the 12 become the One forming the 12+1=13 frequency. It only occurs after sufficient sojourns in duality allow the consciousness of the entity to activate all 12 layers and tie and activate the 12 primary chakras to each layer of the aura and indeed to the 12 strand DNA.
The 20 represents activation of human auric interface layers into multidimensionality within the realms of AntiMatter. These layers were not easily accessible until the adjustment of the magnetic grid occurred.
The Fibiocci synchronization of the 13 + the 20 enables the 33 circuitry. This enables the circuitry that allows for humanity to expand fully into the Crystalline, non polarity levels of consciousness. This is truly the vehicle that takes you full circle, full circuit... back home.
The Mechanics of Maintenance
Now the correct flow of the 13-20-33 circuitry is dependent on certain maintenance responsibilities as we have described. We will discuss now, the obstacles that are most common in obtaining and sustaining optimal circuitry.

In your current times, the electromagnetics of the ascending earth are being amplified in potent surges, pressurized surges that can stretch & micro-fracture the flow & symmetry of your auric fields. This is a fundamental & defining necessity of the Ascension as you morph into expanded 13-20-33 Circuitry Auras in order to achieve Mer-Ka-Na within the Mer-Ka-Nic Tri System.

In your age and usage of cell phones, computers, televisions & electronic devices your offices and homes are a constant barrage ofopposing electro-magnetic energy fields. The result can be a temporary 'short circuit' effect that if unresolved can lead to auric imbalance by means of energy loss through fissure cracks. In essence this may be termed 'auric bleeding'. Some of the effects are short termed, but others can become chronic.

The detrimental effects of electromagnetic fields & microwaves, from your MW ovens, computers, mobile phones and televisions have been recognized by some of your mainstream medical professionals. These tend to be minimized & ignored by the masses, in part because the very suppliers & manufacturers of these generators of microwaves and magnetic fields sponsor and underwrite studies from staff or consulted scientists and 'experts' with the pre-contracted aim of disproving or vastly minimizing the contra effects. In the fact the detrimental effects are very real and most all of you are constantly within these contra-fields. As a case in point, most of you will read this message in front of a computer screen.

Dear Ones, there are effective methods of dealing with these contra fields, and these will be offered to you.

But do not ignore the fact that these fields will absolutely have varying levels of mal-effect on your auric field. Most of the in-situ waves and fields do not penetrate very deeply into the layers of your auric sheath, others do, yet all can fissure your energy fields. There may be some who consider this to be an issue of belief system, or this very message to be one of fear. It is neither. It is true that an Ascended Master can transmute such effects, but Dear Ones, we tell you in love that unless you are manifesting at that level, and can walk on water, take heed. The detrimental consequences of microwaves and electromagnetic waves created from alternating currents are a succinct certitude for the masses of humanity in duality, whether you believe it or not.
While these effects are not life threatening, they do indeed affect your energy circuitry, and can create what is termed 'reverse bio-polarity' and auric short circuitry. Both of which can lead to auric fissuring and result in auric bleeding.
Air Travel
Air travel is an ingrained aspect of most of your lives. At some point almost all of you will travel by airplane to another destination. And such travel depletes the aura far more than is currently understood. Indeed expansive regular air travel can shorten one's very longevity and cut short life span, especially for those in mid to later years. Pan continental and trans ocean flights by the very measure of their copious distance and requisite time in flight time are exponentially more degenerative to the human auric field. Virtually every one onboard a 9-10 hour international air flight exit the plane at their destination with varying degrees of irregular or ruptured auric function. Long distance flights traveling latitudinal in eastbound vectors are the most detrimental. Yet all such take an undeniable toll on the energy field...you call it jetlag. Such a benign term is a gross understatement, for the condition is far more than simple fatigue from time zone change.
Now, one of the key the underlying factors that is the root of the issue is that most commercial planes fly at altitudes of 35,000 feet, in the stratosphere, and effectively outside the regulatory pulse of the Schumann Resonance. The Schumann Resonance is the planets 'heartbeat' it is an anionic charge released by the earth, that combines with the cationic charges released from the stratosphere to form an electro-magno capacitor around the planet from ground level to about 30,000 feet. This capacitor forms a background resonance that plays a key role in regulating vital organ& glandular rhythms in the human body. Airplanes flying at 35,000 to 37,500 feet, as most do, are outside this regulatory range and the metallic fuselage of the aircraft further deflects most remaining integration. The result is a distortion of the physical rhythms. Your NASA agencies and space station agencies are aware of this issue, as it has created chronic physical issues with the astronauts. They have experimented with placing magnetic generators in the stations and shuttles.
Your medical personnel that have studied jet fatigue are aware that flights can and do force the heart to work harder, and that longer range flights enlarge the heart temporarily. The pilots and flight attendants who fly daily absolutely stress their bodies and auric fields to the extent that chronic diseases result and 'aging' is acutely accelerated. There have been internal studies of the abbreviated life expectancy of airline flight workers, but these are for the most part kept from the public. They are indeed aware that hypobaric hypoxia caused by pressurization of the aircraft alters rhythmicity after long flights, independently of the number of time zones crossed, significantly reduces human hormone levels.
This issue is somewhat exacerbated by the rather cramped conditions of setting in close quarter seating for extended periods in which rest is difficult, circulation is impaired and the body ingests less oxygen, resulting in a fatigue of its own. The extremely dry air in the pressurized cabin as well as the pressurization itself is detrimental. Cycles are interrupted, and indeed most of you recognize that it is difficult to rest the body after long flights, insomnia occurs as but one side effect of the auric circuitry interruption.
Now let us be clear, flights of under 3-4 hours are not as detrimental as the 8-12 hour variety, and recovery is much faster. So other important factors are the time in the flight, the frequency of flights taken and the age and physical health of the individual human.
Yet all flights, as we have emphasized are detrimental to varying levels.
Equatorial Crossing
Long flights of latitudinal crossings invoke greater fatigue to the body physical due to time-zone change. This in addition to all of the other factors mentioned. Yet longitudinal flights that cross from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere (and vice-versa) invoke another frequencial adjustment to the auric energy. The resonate energy below the equator will in unforced & unmagnetized scenarios, naturally rotate clockwise below the equator, and anticlockwise above it. Thus when one flies from above the equator to destinations above it, and vice -versa, the individuals Auric circuitry will be mal-effected for a period of time.
Question to Metatron: Many people have jobs that require flights. What can be done to minimize the detrimental effects?
AAMetatron: The effects, again, are exacerbated according to the frequency of flights and length of flights. Other factors are the general health and age of the person flying. So in all cases, try to minimize regularity and frequency when possible. Maintain the health in all activity. When you know you will fly you can stabilize the field somewhat by wearing copper or gold on both wrists, and by employing certain gemstones as rings and pendant to help hold the field intact. After the flight, take salt mineral baths and avoid sleep aids. Hydrate the body as much as possible during and after the flights.

The Crucible of Ascension Magnetics

Another less obvious, but vitally important sources of auric diffusion are the very mechanisms of the Ascension. This may seem paradoxical at first glance, but indeed it is occurring, and you must be aware of this. The primary mechanisms we refer to are the solar winds, the increase in the spin of the planetary core and the resulting amplification of planetary frequencies. The planetary pulse is speeding up, and dear ones it is affecting you in myriad ways. In a very valid sense, what is occurring through the ascension energies is stretching your frequencial capacities. As such you are required to grow a new expanded auric field, much like a snake that annually outgrows its skin, and goes through a phase of fitting into a new one that can better encompass the larger body. Do you understand? Before the new one can become resilient, the old one is stretched and cracked, and during that transition there is a phase of metamorphosis that encompasses within it certain vulnerabilities until the new one is completed.

As your earth draws closer to the Ascension of 2012, many major changes are occurring around you that have a profound effect on your physical, emotional and mental well being. Many of you find that you become somewhat 'vulnerable', feeling overwhelmed at times, as if you can't seem to get things done, as if there are not enough hours in the day. Some of you are going though periods of depression, you feel as though you are sinking into a funk, and it seems like you are moving through molasses. Emotions go from ecstatic highs to deep lows shadowed in dark despair. Dear Ones, you are not alone, literally millions of you are experiencing this stretching and building of the 'new auric skin', and we say to you, that by understanding the process and maintaining the integrity of your auric field, the process becomes much easier.

Case in Point

The channel has often spoken of an energetic equalization that can occur when seekers initially visit powerpoints or sacred sites. When a non resident seeker goes to a mega- powerpoint such as Mount Shasta, Lake Titicaca, Sedona, Arkansas or Glastonbury, for example, many find themselves enveloped in a much stronger resonant electromagnetic field than what they are accustomed to, an energy much stronger than the resonate vibration rate of their auric field. For some, but not all, within 3-7days, depending on the auric strength & resilience of the individual seeker's field, the auric ovid will stabilize the pressure differential in a form of osmotic equalization. The auric field will do this through the formation of tiny fissure cracks and a rupture of the auric sheathing will naturally occur.
Unless the individual deals with it, an auric short circuitry eventuates, resulting in energy loss. As such emotional extremes can occur up until the time that the auric field is re-stabilized & re-grounded.
For people that move their residence from lower energies into the locale of a mega power site, this process can take from 6 months to a year. Those of you who have moved to the Mount Shasta and Sedona areas will understand this. For visitors, it will correct itself within a week or two of going back to their place of residence. The key is be aware of your auric frequencial quotient, and do not overstay your time, until your field is capable of holding the higher frequency.

Now, we are not saying that it is not beneficial to visit power nodes, quite the contrary. Such expansion in the overview is inevitable and quite beneficial & quite necessary in order to grow the 'new skin' required to expand into greater frequency and multidimensionality.
Power nodes accelerate this process, and as such should be visited. These infinity points are virtual accelerators that aid your metamorphosis and prepare you for the heightened energies of the ascension, you see?
Rather we are saying that there are processes occurring within power nodes that are a microcosm of the macrocosm, and that they need to be understood. You see, your entire planet is beginning to quicken, to increase in frequency, and you must ready yourselves to contain that frequency. Many of you are dealing with this, somewhat in the dark. You are now or will soon experience this, and an understanding of the process will serve to make it much easier.

Auric Metamorphosis: Changing the Etheric Skin:

The reverse process is also occurring within many of the more enlightened souls. There are many of you who are already tapping into your expansive multidimensionality as the 144-Crystalline grid enables greater dimensional access. The result is that your inner EMF is pulling in great surges of energy, energy levels that are somewhat greater than the parameters of your auric capacitors. In these cases, the result is that a stretching, an overload occurs resulting in temporary fissure cracks, and energy loss. You are changing your skin.

Part of this metamorphic stretching, requires a cleansing process. The very multidimensionality of power nodes and of the Ascension itself are 'crucibles' and will force ones issues to the surface, and thus allow the entity an important opportunity to confront & release any imbedded obstacles. Better sooner than later. This is why these are popping up for so many of you. Attempts to rebury them, ignore them will simply cause the issue to grow and fester.

These issues themselves, unresolved, will generate stress, and lead to the reactive fields of polar reversal, circuitry failure and auric bleeding.

Dear Ones, truly there is a meta-science around auric integrity. This is not a new science, rather a forgotten transitioning one, but one that must be understood, relearned, by all who seek to grow, all who seek balance, wisdom & knowledge.
An intact auric field allows one to re-build the Cosmic Lattice, and achieve 13-20-33 circuitry and as such multidimensional expansion through the levels of the crystalline Mer-Ki-Va system. A fractured field loses energy and the energy loss stresses the physical circuitry. If the loss is not recognized and reconciled, it can lead to chronic polarity reversal, emotional lows, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, migraines, weight gain, anxiety and panic disorders to list but a few. These can be reconciled.

Now, we encourage all of you to actively study this subject.

What you must understand however is that there are many diverse sources of detrimental EMF impacts that can slow the 'metamorphis' create varying degrees of temporary circuitry damage to the field, and these must be dealt with. Imagine these as slow leaks to the tires on your vehicle. If ignored the tire will go flat, and the vehicle cannot move forward. So it is with your auric field.
Question to AA Metatron: How does one recognize auric bleeding?

AAMetatron: First by understanding certain conditions that can create energetic imbalances and auric energetic diffusion. Those we have listed in the above discourse... The human EMF has certain built in defenses. Just as your skin has 3 levels of sheathing, so to speak, your auric fields have twelve layers on the earth dimensions. The outer 3 levels are where most of the energetic diffusion takes place from electromagnetic waves, microwaves can affect you on much deeper levels.
Micro waved food reverses the molecular polarity of the food substance being heated. This is a recognized fact within some of your mainstream academia. When this is taken in the body, circuitry within the digestive system and bowels are effected, both on the physical and energetic bodies.

Now the precondition recognition is essential, first by knowing within what situations auric interference from opposing energy fields can occur. Sensory indications can be quite subtle. The first sensory indicators are emotional lows, a sense of being tired and out of sorts. Humans rarely connect this to EMF loss, because it occurs quite commonly due to the fact that most homes contain interfering fields, and the stress of life within families, jobs and daily life have their stressful aspects. Aspects that are indeed in part due to energy loss from the taut hectic pace, worsened by lack of exercise and healthy diet.

Question to AA Metatron: What can be done to strengthen & solidify the Human EMF?

AAMetatron: There are many things that can strengthen the field. But first, try to eliminate the root source of auric short circuitry and diffusion. Stop using microwaves for food. If it is a case of being obliged to spend hours in front of a computer, as many of you do. There are steps that can be taken to neutralize the bombardment.

Now exercises to strengthen the auric field are numerous. Some of these are conventional methods, others are not.

Exercise at least 30 minutes per day. (Tai Chi, Yoga or Walking)
Increase water consumption, and magnetize water
Detoxify, through saunas, colonic irrigation, massage therapy
Use salt baths & mineral baths, and thermal natural springs
Utilize the Tesla Violet Ray Therapy
Use of magnetics on the soles of the feet & wrist ( <3500 Gsse) Wear specific combinations of gems stones Wear noble metal around the neck and on both wrists Healthy diet Avoid excesses of alcohol Elimination / minimize toxins , tobacco and certain prescription drugs Take cleansers weekly such as raw garlic, ginger and cider vinegar Work with Phi cut Vogel crystals, in auric sealing Smudge, sage the field Utilizing pure sonic frequency thru crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls & tuning forks Now, in addition to this, be aware of your emotional state. If you are suffering from lethargy, chronic fatigue, insomnia, depression and anxiety, it will certainly serve you to take the steps listed above, but other actions will likely be required. Many of you have chosen certain life lessons that involve removal of obstacles by overcoming 'contractual set-ups'. These set-up life lessons are in essence opportunities, gifts if you will, to allow you to move forward. If they were easy, you would not necessarily learn. Simply changing your outlook to 'positive thinking' when you are dealing with a life lesson that leaves you in a state of lethargic depression is not enough. A 'Pollyanna' outlook will not resolve the core issue, none the less, an intact auric field will assist in overcoming these issues, and in certain cases the auric field will not be whole until these chronic issues are resolved. One provokes the other and vice versa. While some of you may be somewhat 'karma free', most of you still have learning to walk through & issues to clear. The current time is a gestalt to allow you achieve these lessons and to confront and remove remaining energy-viral obstructions. Auric maintenance underpins all. Question to Metatron: Can you advise if the 'neutralizing chips' that are available to eliminate detrimental effects from monitors and computers are functionally valid? AAMetatron: Except for the individual's degree of 'belief', they are currently of very little assistance beyond the 'placebo effect'. At the present the 'bio-chip' technology is not of a sufficient advancement to be truly effective in its own merit. The most beneficial means to deflect these fields is 5-fold, the first point being applicable in all conditions of field strengthen to negate interference:
1) The wearing of gemstones is far more helpful than the current neutralizing chips. A single refractive gem of 2 carats or more worn on one hand and a double refractive gem on the other helps deflect the fields. Examples of single refractive gems are diamond, garnet and spinel. Double refractive are aquamarine, sapphire, ruby, emerald, tourmaline, topaz or any of the quartz varieties such as amethyst, peridot & citrine. In reference to the double refractive, a carat size of 4 or greater is better. Combine this with noble metals on each wrist, gold, palladium or platinum is best. Silver, copper, brass, titanium and carbon steel will assist if the more noble metals are not affordable. Wear a chain around the neck with a stabilizing pendant, such as lapis lazuli, malachite or azurite. Through this process you have a greater ability to increase your field and deflect opposing ones you see. Clear gems are great producers of higher dimensional light waves, and amplify ones field and help hold it intact.
Do not wear beryl (emerald, morganite, alexandrite, aquamarine) and corundum (ruby & sapphire) at the same time.
2) Try to maintain a distance from the screens. For computer monitors this is difficult, for televisions, 4 to 5 meters is recommended.
3) Placement of ionic generators, such as halite salt blocks & air filters are beneficial in restoring the anion to cation ratio in rooms that contain computers, microwaves and televisions.
4) Utilize the Tesla coil violet ray, light beam applications with noble gases to balance the field, correct reverse polarity conditions and assist in sealing the field from auric bleeding
5) An effective neutralizer of the effects of a computer is the placement of an iron nickel meteorite on one periphery of the screen, with a block of malachite on the other. Each of these shud be at least one pound in weight.

Question to AAMetatron: Some metaphysicians and shamanic teachings speak of 'psychic attacks' occurring when the auric field is 'open'. Can and does this occur.

AAMetatron: It can and does indeed. However, your term of psychic attack is in truth an aspect of electromagnetics and harmonic oscillation. From a higher perspective these are part of the set up and overlay of growth in duality, as you learn to be responsible with your innate creative forces. As we have told you, your thoughts & emotions have a vibratory frequency within duality that is quite real, and quite alive. When you focus on an event or react in strong emotion to another person or situation, you create energies termed thought forms. These amass harmonically in various manners. If you project great charges of emotionally charged energy, such as anger, jealousy, or love, passion and joy, toward another, you will agree that both parties are affected, yes? If you consciously dwell on these charged vibratory thoughts, then the energy mass, normally short lived, can gain sufficient energy to become an aware thought-form. When spiritual love and compassion are projected and created, a synergy occurs that befits both parties. When fury and hateful negativity are projected a toxic reaction can occur from both sides. If the auric field of the 'targeted' person is open, the effect is worsened somewhat, and a temporary energy bleed can result.

Now, it is important to differentiate between malicious or controlling energies and honest reactions. If someone disrespects you the appropriate, honest reaction can be one of pure anger and hurt. When these are openly and honestly expressed a cleansing gestalt occurs that can lead to better understandings and a renewed, improved communication. It is a learning process, and is appropriate. But nonetheless, a form of energetic opposition takes place.

However, when one person feels a vendetta, or a prolonged desire to control the other, the gestalt can dissolve into charged conflict, and as such a malicious energy battle of will may occur. Very often both parties feel 'right' and the frequency of hate harmonically attracts more and more like energy until the amassed energy form is so potent that it has the ability to effect a destructive 'attack' role to both. Unless one or both of them sees the wisdom of releasing the hate, it will pull them into a downward spiral, creating dis-ease and deeper negativity.

When one is in a state of malicious anger, or self-loathing, depression, that vibratory resonance on its own will deplete and open the auric field. It becomes a self dug pit that gets deeper and deeper. Lifetimes can be wasted. Yet on a higher perspective, much learning occurs. There are times when great souls choose life lessons of overcoming such energies. Some evolved souls such as Gandhi and Nelson Mandela chose set-ups to be wrongly accused and convicted of crimes, and spend years in the negative energy of your prisons to learn to find peace and strength of will under the harshest conditions of oppression.

Now, when you are in conflict, insure your auric field is maintained, and do not allow yourself to fall into malicious reaction. It is not wrong to react in honesty, but the narrow path of mastery, is to not fall into hate and malicious revenge. You see, getting caught in these traps is much easier than getting out of them. Hate attracts more hate. When groups oppose one another, the collective of like thought forms amass, blend and oppose one another in enormous conflict. Very often entire warring nations form collective energy fields and reincarnate in these groups and continue these conflicts until it is finally resolved. Your current Gulf Wars are such an example, a rollover of the Crusades. Your World War II was a continuation of the Atlantean conflicts between those of Poseida (Law of One), and Aryan, (Sons of Belial).
Double-Edge of Thought Forms

Very often the most difficult 'attacks' are due to one's own negative thought forms coming home to roost.

Perhaps the most difficult of these is around learning self-love. When one falls into depression, self rejection, or self-loathing, the attack is self-generating. The thought forms these dear souls create can become so potent, that the auric field splits into personality fragments. A figure eight pattern of negative energy is emitted, amassed and flows back through the opening of the solar plexus. The thought form of self hatred achieves a certain level of independent awareness, and will become a very real obstacle, self- imposed dungeon, until the person learns to face the root of the problem through great effort of will and wisdom.

Energy exchanges occur quite often in daily life. Some are mutually beneficial, others are not. It is important to note that energy cannot be taken from ones whose aura is intact.
Healers constantly give energy within an intact aura, and are essentially unaffected by the transfer. As such love energy is passed from higher sources and the healer's auric field is capable of willingly being the conduit without losing any of their auric field energy. But take note, if the healer is not in 13-20-33 circuitry healing cannot be truly provided. In fact the opposite can occur, a scenario in which both the healer and the one to be healed both lose energy.
Control & Energy Projections

Now, anytime you feel anger at someone, those thoughts are projected. Anytime someone tries to control you or vice -versa, an energy projection is launched. There are of course situations in which it is appropriate to follow another's direction. You do this in every aspect of your life, it occurs in offices, militaries, schools and between children and parents.
This is based upon agreement, and is properly germane when not abused. However, it is not befitting in these and other circumstances for one to allow another to abusively dominate their spirit, or maliciously attempt to break their will. Abuse of power often occurs in relationships, marriages, in work, family and social scenarios. In certain scenarios, as described, it is wrong to allow another to abusively impose their will, and is equally wrong for one to seek such control outside the appropriate structures of agreement. This can evolve into a form of, in your terms, 'psychic attack'. The controller attaches to the solar plexus center of the controlled party and literally takes their energy and interjects a destructive domination. This 'vampiring effect', in your vernacular, especially occurs among egocentric people, controllers, and manipulators, it often is attempted unconsciously from people in imbalance and depression, who need a 'lift' from being around others due to their own energy shortage. It also takes place on a larger scale in patriarchal dogmatic religions, male dominated societies, and in marriages. It is more difficult to counter in such trappings. When one is aware of being the target of malicious energy projections, auric integrity is of vital importance.
The visualization of enveloping 'white-light' is the generally accepted protective mechanism. However if the auric field is open, the light visualization it is not enough. The procedures listed to strengthen and seal the field, listed above, should be utilized. Be aware that anytime you have strong emotions of a negative nature, or dwell in depression, your fields will temporarily fissure. These attacks can only be energetically depletive if the field is open. The projected negative energy is easily repelled when the auric field is wholly intact. In such 'wholeness' the energy is reflected back to its source for the sender to deal with. There is lesson here, and Dear Ones, do not be the sender of malicious energy, inevitably it will come back and cause you great remorse. Such is the nature of the law harmonic oscillation.

Religions are often the source of great inappropriate control, control through fear. Even within, the 'New Age' in your terms, have sprung up gurus and spiritual teachers whose, fame and power leads to the downward spiral of ego, self-aggrandizement and control. The path of leadership and power inevitably forks and one may be blindly tempted to take the path of greed & power over love. It is part of lesson, and many have fallen in such traps of ego. When this occurs they become 'energy takers'. That is why you should never blindly follow any leader or channel. Rather use discernment, and attune to your own Divinity. When you become a part of any 'group consciousness', and then decide to break free, there is a natural pull from the collective to bring you back in, and as such form of 'energy attack', in your vernacular, occurs, especially in possessive collectives who work at recruitment of followers.
Question to AAMetatron: You mentioned combinations of specific gems for strengthen the auric field. Can you elaborate on this?

AAMetatron: This topic is a vast one, and a book on its own. Briefly, gemstones, relative to auric maintenance and strengthening, are in essence benevolent conscious generators of force fields, that reinforce and fortify one's own EMF. Being crystalline in matrix, they also are tuning forks that assist in 13-20-33 Auric Circuitry and indeed in Mer-Ka-Na formation and expansion.
A basic combination would be to wear a single refractive stone, such as diamond, garnet or spinel on one hand, and a double refractive on the other. The best single refractive is the diamond, but it needs optimally to be a solitary of at least 2 carats, and we realize these are price restrictive. The best substitutes are garnets, preferably the Ural Mountain green demantoid, or a red-orange spessartite. Both project the octahedron in crystalline form. The diamond projects the dodecahedron and octahedron. If one can afford it, a combination of colors among single refractive is best. These can be intuitively alternated, according to astrological forces, and ones cycles. Garnets come in virtually all colors except blue. The spinel comes in pink, red, blue and violet.

In terms of double refractive gems for rings, the most potent are emerald, ruby, sapphire, morganite and aquamarine. Project the largest fields, assuming a 3-5 carat size. Alternate colors as cycles shift. Tourmaline, topaz and quartz varieties such as opal, amethyst and citrine are all piezoelectric and also quite potent force generators.
Gem use is not folklore, indeed they are crystalline force field generators of crystalline coherent light. They can increase ones vitality and even prolong life span, particularly when used in tandem. Well to study this topic. Remember the body is bi-symmetrical, hemispheric. Combine gems with metals about both wrists and the neck. Noble metals such as gold and platinum are most potent. Silver is tertiary, but quite benevolent in its aspect. Alternate these. A pendant about the neck is also recommended. Study this topic, and live it.

A Mouse Trap – A Lesson about Solidarity

An Indian friend sent me this nice story about the importance of helping others in need:

“A mouse looked through the crack in the wall to see the farmer and his wife open a package.

“What food might this contain?” The mouse wondered – he was devastated to discover it was a mousetrap.

Retreating to the farmyard, the mouse proclaimed the warning “There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!”

The chicken clucked and scratched, raised her head and said, “Mr. Mouse, I can tell this is a grave concern to you, but it is of no consequence to me. I cannot be bothered by it.”

The mouse turned to the pig and told him, “There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!”

The pig sympathized, but said, “I am so very sorry, Mr. Mouse, but there is nothing I can do about it but pray. Be assured you are in my prayers.”

The mouse turned to the cow and said “There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!”

The cow said, “Wow, Mr. Mouse. I’m sorry for you, but it’s no skin off my nose.”

So, the mouse returned to the house, head down and dejected, to face the farmer’s mousetrap alone.

That very night a sound was heard throughout the house — like the sound of a mousetrap catching its prey.

The farmer’s wife rushed to see what was caught. In the darkness she did not see it was a venomous snake whose tail the trap had caught.

The snake bit the farmer’s wife. The farmer rushed her to the hospital, and she returned home with a fever.

Everyone knows you treat a fever with fresh chicken soup, so the farmer took his hatchet to the farmyard for the soup’s main ingredient.

But his wife’s sickness continued, so friends and neighbors came to sit with her around the clock. To feed them, the farmer butchered the pig.

The farmer’s wife did not get well; she died. So many people came for her funeral, the farmer had the cow slaughtered to provide enough meat for all of them.

The mouse looked upon it all from his crack in the wall with great sadness.

So, the next time you hear someone is facing a problem and think it doesn’t concern you, remember — when one of us is threatened, we are all at risk.

We are all involved in this journey called life. We must keep an eye out for one another and make an extra effort to encourage one another.

Learn Life’s Great Lesson by Guy Finley

Our life on Earth is a spiritual path. Our life is our path. There is no other. The path to the perfected life, to fulfilling the promise of our True Self, must be found and traveled within.

Some of us realize this great lesson early on. Most of us have to learn it the hard way! Either way, we all eventually come to see that the recurring painful lessons in this life are no less than part of a secret Celestial Curriculum — a course in higher consciousness designed specifically for each one of us to help us let go and realize the divine life that already dwells within us.

When we recall the turning points in our lives, the times where we had no choice but to go through those wrenching self changes that come with personal crisis, it shouldn’t be hard to remember how sure we were that these same trials heralded our doom. But looking back, as I invite you to do now, can’t we see that the real crisis we faced was one born not so much of changing external conditions as it was of our being asked to take part in the birth of a new level of our own consciousness? A brief consideration proves this crucial, truth-filled finding:

Experience reveals that the actual nature of any painful moment in life has little to do with what we first blame our pain upon. For example, that “She wants to leave me” isn’t the real pain; the real pain is that if she does, it means there has to be something “wrong” with me. Besides, without her in my life as she has been, I won’t know what to do with myself; I’ll be uncertain as to the worth of who I am, or how I should view myself. And so, being in fear of having to deal with what feels akin to the end of ourselves, we resist or deny anything that threatens us with such an untimely demise.

At this stage, our general response is to make unwanted compromises with ourselves, or otherwise somehow grovel to keep the passing relationship alive. However, try as we might, what will come to pass does just that. Maybe it takes years, months, or maybe only days, but we are slowly dragged through the doorway of a life lesson that is no longer avoidable. And what do we invariably find?

Behind each of these seeming impossible moments stands an unseen purpose: to bring us to a certain realization or experience of the truth about our self. But while this medicine may be bitter, it also heals us. How?

For starters, we realize (in hindsight!) that what has transpired was not only a gift in disguise, but that we are much better off for having worked our way through its challenging wrapping! Now we understand, beyond the shadow of any doubt, that we couldn’t begin the next level of our life journey until we had completed these lessons now behind us. In other words, it’s clear to us that what we first fought so hard to avoid was really a truth come to rescue us from self-ignorance — a truth that not only explained why our lives were as they were, thus freeing us from a mistaken sense of self, but in the same moment set the stage for our further self-development. Can you see the truth of this recurring set of conditions and how it continually manifests itself through the course of our life experiences? We have reached the threshold of the Great Truth.

We have realized that our experiences in life ultimately serve the purpose of revealing some unseen truth about us, to us. As this is the truth, amply evidenced by our own accounting, then can we not begin to perceive that these very experiences, regardless of their content, must be an expression of the truth for the purpose of helping us discover the truth behind these same life experiences? To help you more deeply understand this liberating insight, let’s view it from a slightly different angle.

Each cycle of our life, as marked by each subsequent level of personal growth, comes to a happy close only when the lessons driving that cycle are finally learned. This much should be clear to us. But what remains cloudy is that each life lesson learned that served to close out each cycle came to us in the form of a needed truth. And further, that this same truth always arrives in some distinct realization about our own nature — one that had not only been unconscious to us, but that is now recognized as having been secretly responsible for the events of that life cycle now being exited. Can you see the tremendous implications in this finding?

First, it means that in the middle of any unwanted experience, waiting there all along for us to realize it, is the truth that liberates and lifts us above our former limited understanding responsible for that very experience. In other words, our experiences revolve around, and are actually created to reveal, certain life lessons yet to be learned. And if we would dare see further (which we must if we would know Truth’s victory), this discovery reveals the unimaginable. There exists behind these life lessons a timeless truth — one that has not only perceived what we need before we do, but that somehow actively arranges our life experiences for the sole purpose of revealing itself to our soul.

We have set before us evidence of a completely compassionate, purposeful Intelligence — a Living Truth whose silent operation not only reveals the meaning of our existence but serves in this capacity as seed, nourishment, and fruition of our incredibly diverse life-experiences. To grasp, even in the smallest way, that a Wisdom revealed to us as Truth (call it what you will) is the secret fabric of our lives, is to begin realizing a whole new order of self-victory. Here we come upon a success that has no opposite. Failure ceases to exist as a fear. The painful idea of loss, of falling down and losing our way, forever loses its sting because in the light of our new understanding we see now that the universe itself not only wants us to be victorious individuals, but actually wills this special victory.

Riding the Waves

So many of us are going through big changes and feeling raw and easily triggered. We are processing and integrating our life experiences from the time we were born. Old feelings, some long denied, others just there as if they are part of us are being amplified. I say “as if” they are part of us because these feelings are often linked to stories that we bought into – beliefs that aren’t true about ourselves, but that we kept alive in our energy field by agreeing with them. Through trying to cope with a world that didn’t want us to be who we truly were, we integrated stories and beliefs and energies that blocked the flow of our Soul’s energetic vibration – this is our unique vibratory signature that is our authentic nature. So now, the energy of truth is flowing through everything – the Universe, the galaxy, our solar system, the Sun, to the Earth and through the core of our beings, igniting our Souls. The radiance is shining through us and what isn’t our truth is being shaken free.
Co-Creating

This process of loosening and releasing what isn’t authentic to our Soul vibration is happening in every facet of life on earth. What is unsustainable is dissolving in the radiance of accelerated energetic frequencies. It’s a shake-up and a wake-up call. It’s disorienting and uncomfortable because our dysfunctional comfort zones are collapsing. Everywhere!

Those who have been working consciously with their growth and evolutionary process are still rockin’ and a rollin’ and slipping and sliding, but are able to regain stability before the next wave hits. Others are being buffeted about, still thinking they have no say in what is happening. Wake up! We are the creators of it all.
The Mirror

Sometimes we unconsciously want to hold onto the pain of our experience because it’s tied up with our beliefs about ourselves. It has become part of our identity, which we wrap around ourselves like heavy blankets of despair.

It’s as if there are giant mirrors all around us reflecting ourselves back to us. If we’ve been paying attention and are aware enough to take responsibility for our feelings, we can love ourselves through the difficult moments, thereby diffusing the old energy, integrating the wisdom of our experience and letting it go.
Negative Thought Forms

When a belief about yourself comes into your awareness, ask “Is this my truth? Is this really true? Whose voice is this?” The self talk is so hypnotic and we’ve been doing it all our lives. We integrated and began to repeat negative thought forms that were in our environment when we were small children. We have been separating the wheat from the chaff for years but now we are truly working through “the sticky stuff on the bottom” as the energies of truth are accelerating. Each time we uncover a story and release what isn’t true, we shed a layer of crust and feel lighter and we rise above the cacophony of chaos that is bubbling in the world.

We are dealing with energy that is volatile and sometimes it feels like there are electric charges zapping in at us from our own experience and also zapping out at one another. Many friends are experiencing flare-ups with one another. The best thing we can do is to be totally honest and communicate with each other in non-confrontational language. When we let things stew inside of us, instead of communicating, we act out in ways that trigger the same feelings in our friend, setting up an electric current that goes back and forth, endlessly stimulating the painful feelings keeping them alive in our energy field and actually feeding them so they grow out of proportion. This highlights issues that are calling for healing, so when it happens, it’s a true opportunity to practice and appreciate the meaning of friendship. All of our relationships are mirrors for us to see our loveliness and our fears. When we talk to that friend and express what we feel, we can clear the situation quickly and gracefully and we often end up crying, hugging and laughing with each other. Or, we may come to realize that we are at the end of the road with certain relationships.

We owe it to ourselves to be honest and to be clear with our own feelings. We need to claim our responsibility in every situation.
Evolution and Expansion

We are all on an evolutionary path. We are rising into unity consciousness. The churning energy is helping us to let go of our stories and rise up, allowing our authentic selves to shine. A new beginning is the gift we give ourselves when we pay attention.
Endings and new beginnings

You may feel like you are in flux – as if there’s a tornado whirling around you, lifting you up from your surroundings and shaking loose what you cannot bring into the new vibration you’re rising into. This is very unsettling, which is why it’s a good idea to practice grounding into the earth all throughout the day. We have a chakra in the Earth – our Earth Star chakra in the center of the Earth. Send your awareness and your energetic vibration down into the Earth for stabilization.

In the midst of this unsettled feeling you may also be receiving inspiration and new ideas – so much is flowing at once. Many of us are going through emotional ups and downs from moment to moment. Crazy stuff! Allow that tornado to swirl around you, helping to clear what needs to be released.
Waves of Energy

We are experiencing rapid compression and expansion as wave after wave of energy flows through. We have “a-ha” moments as we integrate and dissolve beliefs and emotions from our past and then have moments when we can take a breath and appreciate what we just learned and released, feeling lighter and buoyant. And then: Wham! Another wave hits and we’re rising up and finding our balance, or being churned about in the white water looking for our surfboard.

Reaching out to one another, whether it be in the ethers or a phone call, e-mail or through social media – but especially in the physical – really helps us to stabilize. We are in this together and we can support one another – there is strength in numbers.
Working with energy

The Life Force Energy… I also call it the Love Force Energy… and Creator Source energy… also known as God… Christ Consciousness… to me, it is all the same energy. This energy flows through us all. And it’s everywhere – we’re soaking in it! It permeates all of life. We can focus on this energy in Nature and bring it into us – into our Dantian to enhance the Life Force energy within us. (Also known as the Hara in Japanese energy medicine, the Dantian I am referring to is the “lower Dantian” –the area in the lower abdomen, beneath the navel and about a third of the way in to the abdominal cavity. There are Dantian connections at the top of the head, the third eye and the heart as well. The lower Dantian serves as a reservoir of energy, so we fill it with Life Force and then radiate that energy throughout our energy bodies. We replenish the Dantian within us from the Life Force all around us.)

When we clear and release the energy that isn’t our truth, filling with the life force energy helps us to stabilize and also helps to raise our vibration. The more Life Force we have, the healthier we will be; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We grow, evolve, and become lighter.

During the Monday channeling telecalls that I do, we have been given tools for enhancing our Soul energy. As mentioned in last month’s offering, the Sun is a powerful energy source. In the telecalls, we’ve been shown to bring in a steady flow of solar energy through the gateway of the temple of light at the sixth chakra (3rd eye) and flow that energy down into our Dantian. At the same time we are bringing energy up from the Earth (our Earth Star chakra) into our Dantian and bringing the Creator Source energy from the cosmos (our Soul Star chakra) down through our energy field into our Dantian. We vibrate these merging energies with our soul’s vibration. We can do this in an instant. If you choose to play with this, reach in with your intuitive attention and explore what is happening in your Dantian. This energy center is an inter-dimensional portalway, just as the sun is. There will be more information coming through on this in the near future.
The Divine Masculine

For long we have been focusing on the Divine Feminine, bringing love and healing to the density that has suppressed the flow of Feminine energy. Now is the time to blend the Feminine energy, which is dark and mysterious with the power and light of the Divine Masculine energy. This is where the Solar energy comes in – we can call it in to energize our intentions, so that we can bring our intentions into action in the physical. There is much grief around the Divine Masculine energy, which was forced out of its natural flow, just as the Divine Feminine has been. The masculine energy has a strong emotional element, but was coerced into power. The feminine energy is powerful and was coerced into emotion. Both are coming back into loving harmony within each of us.

All of this information is being integrated within us. We do not need to try hard or to work hard, to over-think and over visualize. The energy play presented here can be done in an instant and sustained through intention. We are Masters who are waking up out of a very limiting dream. We are rising, then resting and integrating, then rising again. Sometimes rising, then falling a little, to re-visit, integrate and then rise again. We are rising into the fullness of our being, where we can express our authenticity through allowing the energy of our genius to flow.

Let us be patient with ourselves and kind to one another.

Humanity Arising

I heard a celestial choir last night as I sat outside gazing at the sky surrounded by the tree-symphony of katy-dids. I heard glimpses of singing floating to me on an etheric breeze. In my inner eye I could see beings of light. They looked like angels. It was beautiful and comforting, and then I realized that this choir is always singing. These are beings from a higher dimension and their music… their song transmits the frequency of love. Their song is like a cool breath on a wound. They are with us always. This choir never falters and through the vibration of their upper-dimensional frequencies, they are helping to heal the wound of Humanity.

We are rising into love. The way to enlightenment is the path of love. The beginning of this path is to love thyself.
