VISUALLY CONFIRMED: Enormous Craft Detected on Moon

January 18, 2014 -- (TRN ) -- At least one enormous object of unknown origin has been visually verified as having landed on our moon. As a result, on Wednesday, January 15, three Terrier-Orion rockets blasted off within a span of 20 seconds from NASA's Wallops Flight Facility between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. EST (0600 to 1000 GMT) on hush-hush missions for the Department of Defense (DoD).

TRN has obtained photos of the unknown spacecraft and has an audio interview with an outside consultant from NASA's Meteoroid Environment Office (MEO) who confirms that for almost two years the U.S. government used the McDonald Observatory in Texas to track the approach of two of these enormous objects. A year ago, in January 2013, the objects had gotten to 200,000 miles past Mars when they suddenly vanished.

Realizing these two craft were approaching earth and might not be visible to NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera (LROC) depending upon where they went, the Government reactivated the previously cancelled Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Environment Explorer (LADEE) to be launched to the moon on September 6, 2013. It took almost 100 days for LADEE to be placed into proper lunar orbit because NASA utilized gravity instead of rocket fuel to achieve this. By December, 2013, both the LADEE and the LROC found at least one of the two enormous objects had landed on the moon, in a crater the size of the City of Chicago.

All of this was kept secret until, quite by accident, the LROC images (which are generally made public) were uploaded to the publicly available GoogleMoon service, where intrepid users came upon the enormous object. Now, the whole world can see this "object" on the moon --- the secret is out.

"Dr. Eric Norton 1 " has worked as a consultant for the National Security Agency (NSA) and NASA for about 12 years. He has worked on many projects for the government, most recently with the Meteoroid Environment Office (MEO) which is involved in several research projects with the underlying goal of gaining a better understanding of the meteoroid environment so that the MEO models can be improved. They basically monitor the skies, track meteors and other objects in space.

On January 22, 2012 Dr. Norton" was called to travel immediately from his east coast home to the McDonald Observatory in Texas, which is one of the largest optical telescopes in the entire U.S.. He was booked on a flight out the same night and was met at the destination airport by an Agent from Homeland Security who whisked him to the Observatory on a matter of national security.

Upon arrival, Norton says he met with other colleagues who said they needed his help to identify something which had been detected in space, and showed him images taken from the telescope over a period of months. "What I saw was an array of massive, three-dimensional, black structures in space, in straight-line formation, advancing in direction of planet earth." Norton said he knew this because he was also shown images taken three months prior, which depicted the very obvious course of direction of these things which, he said "had moved millions upon millions of miles closer within just 3 months." The speed at which the objects were moving was utterly incredible.

Dr. Norton said he was brought in with the understanding that his job was to aid in gauging exactly what type of composition these objects were made-up of. Were they man-made, natural or unnatural to anything seen before it?

Using the scientific instruments provided by NASA, Norton and his team were able to discern the fact these were not naturally-occurring materials. They were, to their best - but limited- understanding, some sort of metallic, carbon-reinforced material, several thousand times the structural hardness of what we have today; be it naturally-occurring diamonds or carbon nano-tube technology.

As the objects got closer, Norton and his team could see through their telescopes the structural features of these things in high detail. "They were shaped in the best way I can describe, as a three-dimensional L-shaped craft" said Norton. He said he used the term "craft" loosely because he doesn't know if they are piloted or vehicles at all in the strictest sense. "All we knew is they were moving and moving fast" he said.

By January, 2013, the objects had been tracked to about 200,000 miles past the planet Mars. At that point, almost instantaneously, the objects vanished from the telescope lenses. "It was almost like they flipped a switch; we couldn't see them on any form of radar we have or any visual medium" he continued.

From February through April, 2013, Norton and his team scoured the skies looking for the objects to no avail. Norton was sent home and told to be ready on a moment's notice to continue his work if needed. For almost 6 months, he heard nothing. That changed in October, 2013 just before the US Government budget shutdown, when Norton telephoned a colleague and found out the enormous objects had suddenly re-appeared at our moon and had taken-up positions behind -- or on -- the moon. According to Norton's colleague, all hell was breaking loose in government to try to determine what these things were, where they were from, and what they were doing. There were all questions, but absolutely zero answers.

At the time this article was written, for over 1600 days NASA has been operating the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbital Camera (LROC) to take high-definition images of the moon surface. Despite being active for over 1600 days, LROC has only imaged about twenty percent (20%) of the moon's surface. Unable to re-task the LROC to go on a wild goose chase for objects that may or may not be near the moon, NASA had to come up with a way to compliment LROC but do so in a fast and inexpensive manner. The solution: LADEE.

In 2008, NASA proposed the Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Environment Explorer (LADEE) as a robotic mission that would orbit the moon to gather detailed information about the lunar atmosphere, conditions near the surface and environmental influences on lunar dust. Scientists have long sought a thorough understanding of these characteristics to address long-standing unknowns, and help them understand other planetary bodies as well. LADEE was to be a NASA lunar exploration mission led by Ames Research Center in collaboration with Goddard Space Flight Center.


In 2010, the Obama administration cancelled the LADEE program because of budget cuts, but in 2012, when the objects for this story were detected, the LADEE program was suddenly resurrected. NASA knew it would take over a year just to build LADEE and a rush order was placed to NASA's AMES Research Center to build the LADEE probe.

The probe was launched on September 6, 2013 via a Minotaur V rocket, formerly designed as an intercontinental ballistic missile for delivering nuclear warheads. To reduce fuel costs, the mission was designed to require 30 days to travel to the moon achieving arrival through the use of earth and moon gravity instead of fuel. After arriving, LADEE underwent "check-out" for 30 days before beginning another 100 days for science operations. LADEE arrived at the moon around October 6 and finished check-out around November 6.

In December, 2013 LADEE's Ultraviolet and Visible Light Spectrometer (UVS), which determines the composition of the lunar atmosphere by analyzing light signatures of materials it finds, detected something very large and very different from anything "lunar." The object was located in a crater which is about the size of downtown Chicago. It was L-shaped, like a wedge, gave off no radio signals but did appear to have seven areas where light of some type was either being emitted or being reflected.

Thanks to LADEE having found the object, NASA knew where to look and sent the LROC to grab high-resolution images. Those images are classified, but low-resolution images from LROC made it out to the public via routine LROC publication. They ended-up as part of GoogleMoon where intrepid users found the object. Here now, the low-resolution images of an enormous object, which was tracked by the U.S. Government for millions of miles before it soft-landed on our moon:

In 2012, the U.S. confidentially shared information about the inbound "objects" with other governments. Shortly thereafter to the surprise of many, China announced it intended to land on the moon and launched its Chang e-3 in December. That launch took place and China became only the third nation to make a successful soft-landing on the moon with its Chang e-3 lunar lander. Upon landing, the Chang e-3 deployed a rover called YUTU. The U.S. has been in contact with China to see if it is possible to have its Chang 'e-3 moon lander or its "YUTU" rover travel this far to obtain more information. No word if China will assist.

The enormous object has shown no sign whatsoever of hostile intent, but whatever is going on up there seems to have the U.S. Government concerned. On January 10, NASA's Wallops Space Facility in Virginia made a sudden announcement, with only three days advance notice to the public, saying THREE rockets would be launched from Wallops between January 13 and 15, between 1:00 AM and 5;00 AM on a classified Department of Defense Mission.

The short notice was unusual; the Wallops Space Center usually provides more than a month advance notice. In fact, on January 15 three Terrier-Orion missiles were launched from Wallops within 20 seconds of each other. Their cargo was not revealed to the public and the mission is classified.

The Terrier-Orion is a small rocket that is not able to reach the moon. It can carry a small payload about 120 miles into space. So whatever the Department of Defense launched must have been small enough to fit on that rocket, yet powerful enough to be used as a defense, or perhaps to analyze whatever is on the moon. Either way, the government's lips are sealed.

The mass-media has begun covering this story. While Aerotoxic syndrome from an engine oil leak is a relatively rare occurrence it must be considered that Aluminum aerosols are sprayed from jet aircraft to saturate the skies at almost every hour of the day. Even when aerosols are not deployed by the affected crew, it’s the ambient nano-aluminum and barium heavy metals sprayed by many other aircraft that create the concentrated toxic air at flight level altitudes.

And we know the highest concentrations of aluminum toxins begin at altitudes to which thousands of passenger, cargo and civilian aircraft are cleared to cruise, ascend and descend at every hour of every day.

The identified problem in cabin air contamination is a device called a bleed air valve. The valve has no ability to filter the air pumped into the cabin and cannot distinguish between aerotoxins of engine oil, aerotoxins of aerosol aluminum or even aerosols of toxic radiation plumes.

So, its no longer enough to say that aerotoxic syndrome is ONLY related to an engine oil leaks.
The definition of aerotoxic syndrome is not complete until all possible sources of atmospheric contamination that can possibly pass through the bleed air valve are considered.

Doctors believe Richard Westgate died from cabin fumes
Karen Lysakowska, 43, was buried last Tuesday, while Richard Westgate, also 43, was laid to rest four days before.Both believed they had been poisoned by the toxic oil fumes that can contaminate cabin air and which regularly forces pilots to don oxygen masks in order to breathe.

Lawyers for Mr Westgate now want to “give him the trial he never got” by suing the airline in a case they say will be a “moment of truth” for the aviation industry. They say they are on the cusp of proving in a court of law the existence of “aerotoxic syndrome”, a chronic physical and neurological condition they predict will one day be seen as “the new asbestos”.

Thousands of pilots are currently “unfit to fly”, one specialist doctor believes. Official records from the Civil Aviation Authority show that oxygen masks are being donned by pilots and crew at the rate of at least five times a week to combat suspected “fume events”. In some cases, crew members have passed out yet in almost all incidents, passengers are unaware.The air enters the cabin unfiltered via a bleed pipe off the jet engine where any oil leak at high temperature can cause the release of a dangerous mix of compounds, including potentially toxic organophosphates. Those most at risk are pilots, cabin crew, other very frequent flyers and people who are genetically susceptible to the toxins.A suspected three per cent of people are most vulnerable due to a genetic make up that renders their bodies less resistant.

Many pilots complain of headaches and other symptoms but they are often ignored or misdiagnosed.
Ms Lysakowska, who was one of the most talented pilots of her generation, having been given a special award as a cadet 20 years ago, had pleaded with her bosses at BA to address the issue after being grounded with ill health in 2005.

Writing to them in 2006, she warned: “My objective is to get well and carry on flying and not enter a protracted legal battle because of the impact exposure to contaminated air has had on my life but if I have to I will.”

However, she later developed cancer and the legal battle never took place.
Meanwhile, Mr Westgate, who was not married and had no children, also fell into the high risk category, his specialist aviation medic Dr Michel Mulder believes.
He died on December 12 in Amsterdam where he was being treated.

He had been there since last April after diverting to the Dutch city while en route to Swiss suicide clinic Dignitas, having given up all hope of finding a cure for his illness.

“All he wanted to do was fly,” Dr Mulder said.
However, it was a passion that slowly killed him.

Driven and ambitious, he was also a world record-breaking paraglider, a sport in which his talent was recognised only last August when he was given an award by ex-Royal Navy pilot Prince Andrew.

Richard had become a commercial pilot in 1998, flying with smaller airlines before joining BA in 2007, but he voluntarily grounded himself in 2011 after suffering whiplash in a car crash.

However, Dr Mulder said by that time he had already become concerned about his health and memory, suffering persistent headaches, chronic fatigue, loss of confidence and mood swings.
Like many pilots, according to Dr Mulder, who himself flew for KLM and who suffered similar symptoms, Richard failed to tell his employer for fear of losing his job.

And also like many others, he sought private medical advice to avoid any blemishes on his health record.

Dr Mulder said: “He was a very talented athlete but he had lost his sharpness. It had gone. He said to me, ‘I’m dying’. It was very sad.

“He had been losing the ability to multitask, which is obviously important when you’re flying a plane.
“He was misdiagnosed with depression. So many pilots are misdiagnosed because there is so little awareness of aerotoxic syndrome.

“Some of the symptoms are like the early onset of Parkinson’s Disease or MS.

“There needs to be an understanding of this but it’s wilfully not recognised. The airline industry knows how huge the implications would be.”

He said Richard was beginning to make progress in his care but he then suffered a fall in which a head injury caused his neurological problems to deteriorate.

He died last month and was buried in the Dorset village of Shillingstone on January 18.

His family are now awaiting the results of two autopsies in Holland.

However, before he died he had instructed his lawyer, Frank Cannon, who was also a pilot, to sue BA for alleged breach of health and safety guidelines.

Mr Cannon said BA is liable under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health regulations because it fails to monitor the quality of air on board planes.

Despite calls from many pilots and the Aerotoxic Association, BA and all other airlines do not install air quality detection systems.

Instead, they rely on the results of disputed Government commissioned studies, the most recent of which by Cranfield University, Buckinghamshire, concluded in 2011 that cabin air was safe.

Mr Cannon is now trying to force a groundbreaking British inquest into Richard’s death in which BA would be asked questions about aerotoxic syndrome.

Mr Cannon said: “I see this as an impending tsunami for the airline industry—it’s been hushed for and ignored for so long.

“We hope to use the inquest to give Richard the trial he never got. It would be the first judicial recognition of his condition.”

A spokesman for BA said: “Our thoughts are with the families of the two pilots at this very sad time and we offer our sincere condolences.

“We are not aware of any legal claims relating to the two individuals.

“It would be inappropriate for us to comment or speculate upon the individuals’ cause of death.”

Doctor ‘finds sheep-dip link’ to cabin air issue
THE effects of toxic fumes on pilots are similar to the symptoms suffered by farmers working with sheep dips over many years.

The link is the dangerous organophosphates that are contained in dip chemicals and the oils used to lubricate jet engines.

The Sunday Express has spoken to the medic who discovered the link in the late Nineties.

Hertfordshire based Dr Peter Julu is Europe’s only autonomic neurophysiologist and he believes it is the lack of experts in his field which is preventing full recognition of the condition by the medical profession at large.

Dr Julu found the link after treating a Lufthansa pilot who had been referred to him by a neurologist.
He said the airline believed the pilot was “faking” the symptoms as a way of suing for compensation.
The German pilot used his contacts in the UK airline fraternity, then several others asked to see Dr Julu with similar symptoms.

Airlines tried to argue that carbon monoxide poisoning was causing the symptoms but Dr Julu, who also had experience of those problems, disagreed.

He said: “It was very strange. At that time, I was also doing some work on sheep dips for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.

“To my amazement, the kind of symptoms and findings I was getting from farmers was very similar to the pilots, yet occupationally they couldn’t be more diverse.

“We suspected the famers were suffering from organophosphate poisoning and then an aeronautic engineer wrote to me to say there were also organophosphates in the oil systems.”

He said the chemicals attack the autonomic nervous system, which controls the body’s major organs including the brain and heart.

In particular, he said it targeted the brain stem, which he describes as the “headquarters of the autonomic nervous system”.

He said: “It attacks that part of the nervous system which deals with emotion and short term memory.
“It tends to be fairly specific. It affects a specific group of neurotransmitters that includes serotonin, which explains the appearance of depression in some cases.

“An imbalance means you could develop tremors and lots of problems with the regulation of blood pressure. “This is very similar to what happens with organophosphates. ”Asked why the condition wasn’t recognised, he said: “It’s mainly because the part of the nervous system it affects lacks experts.“Neurophysiology is the study of nerve function.

While there are many neurophysiologists—every hospital will have one—when it comes to autonomic neurophysiology, I’m the only one in Europe.”He has now treated a large number of senior pilots, including BA’s Karen Lysakowska, who was buried last week.

He said: “She was exactly the same as the other pilots who I had seen.”

First I would like to say this is not my video. But after watching it 50-100 times I thought it deserved my full attention. I decided to take the original video and Enhance it the best I could.Because the original video was shot in 1080p I was able to get full zoom in the areas I wanted to look at and was able to slow it down frame by frame.To me this is more a case of Time Travel/Manipulation then it is Teleportation. Was it just coincidence that a person who knew how to teleport people was there at the right time?Or did they know it was going to happen? Check it out and tell me what you think.

Our universe began with a Big Bang some 13-15 billion years ago. On this, most physicists agree. But few theorists have ventured to explain what happened "before" the Big Bang, or how the Big Bang came to be. This is because the laws of physics break down at the point of a singularity, such as with the one that physicists claim composed pre-Big Bang reality.

But a few pioneering physicists are now positing a mind-blowing new theory that could forever change our perspective on the beginnings of the universe. Perhaps, they suggest, the entire universe — all the galaxies, stars, planets, everything — exists wholly inside a massive black hole, reports National Geographic.

This radical theory would imply that our universe is just one of many. It would suggest that our universe is ultimately contained within a much larger universe — a mother universe, if you will — which harbors the black hole we're currently living in. It's a wild theory, but it's one that is slowly but surely garnering consideration from physicists.

One such physicist is Dr. Nikodem Poplawski of the University of New Haven in Connecticut. He argues that singularities, like the ones that exist at the centers of black holes, have a physical limit, a point where they can be crunched no further. Such a point would have to be massive, perhaps the weight of a billion suns or more. But once that limit is reached, the immense compacting processes at the heart of all singularities must halt.

Then, like a tightly compressed can of springs, there's a bang; a very big bang. Perhaps the Big Bang.

According to Poplawski, the reason for such a limit (and, consequently, the universe-creating explosion that follows) is that black holes spin. They spin at near-light speeds. This, in turn, creates a huge amount of torsion. Thus, such massive black holes are not just incredibly tiny and immensely heavy, they are also twisted and compressed. The multitude of forces at work are so intense that a bursting point is eventually reached. This, Poplawski proposes, is how the Big Bang happened, though he prefers to call it "the big bounce."

Such a view, if true, would revolutionize how scientists think of black holes. Rather than being dark, foreboding chasms where the laws of physics break down, black holes could instead become conduits, "one-way doors," or passageways between universes.

As of now, Poplawski's theory remains unprovable — though it can't be ruled out either. At the very least, it's fun to think about. And it's a reminder of just how wide-open our current understanding of cosmology is.

Of all the practices I know, the practice of Tonglen, Tibetan for “giving and receiving,” is one of the most useful and powerful. When you feel yourself locked in upon yourself, Tonglen opens you to the truth of the suffering of others; when your heart is blocked, it destroys those forces that are obstructing it; and when you feel estranged from the person who is in pain before you, or bitter or despairing, it helps you to find within yourself and then to reveal the loving, expansive radiance of your own true nature. No other practice I know is as effective in destroying the self-grasping, self-cherishing, self-absorption of the ego, which is the root of all our suffering and all hard-heartedness.

Put very simply, the Tonglen practice of giving and receiving is to take on the suffering and pain of others and give to them your happiness, well-being, and peace of mind.

I know very well from my own experience how hard it is to imagine taking on the sufferings of others, and especially those of sick and dying people, without first building in yourself a strength and confidence of compassion. It is this strength and this confidence that will give your practice the power to transmute the suffering of others.

This is why I always recommend that you begin the Tonglen practice for others by first practicing it on yourself. Before you can send out love and compassion to others, you must uncover, deepen, create, and strengthen them in yourself, and heal yourself of any reticence or distress or anger or fear that might create an obstacle to practicing Tonglen wholeheartedly.

To integrate meditation in action is the whole ground and point and purpose of meditation. The violence and stress and the challenges and distractions of this modern life make this integration urgently necessary.

How do we achieve this integration, this permeation of everyday life with the calm humor and spacious detachment of meditation? There is no substitute for regular practice, for only through real practice will we begin to taste unbrokenly the calm of our nature of mind and so be able to sustain the experience of it in our everyday lives.

If you really wish to achieve this, what you need to do is practice not just as occasional medicine or therapy but as if it were your daily sustenance or food.

As we follow the teachings and as we practice, we will inevitably discover certain truths about ourselves that stand out prominently: There are places where we always get stuck; there are habitual patterns and strategies that are the legacy of negative karma, which we continuously repeat and reinforce; there are particular ways of seeing things—those tired old explanations of ourselves and the world around us—that are quite mistaken yet which we hold onto as authentic, and so distort our whole view of reality.

Simply to acknowledge our confusion, even though we cannot accept it completely, can bring some light of understanding and spark off in us a new process, a process of healing.

A meditation technique used a great deal in Tibetan Buddhism is uniting the mind with the sound of a mantra. The definition of mantra is “that which protects the mind.” That which protects the mind from negativity, or which protects you from your own mind, is mantra.

When you are nervous, disoriented, or emotionally fragile, inspired chanting or reciting of a mantra can change the state of your mind completely, by transforming its energy and atmosphere. How is this possible? Mantra is the essence of sound, the embodiment of the truth in the form of sound. Each syllable is impregnated with spiritual power, condenses a deep spiritual truth, and vibrates with the blessing of the speech of the buddhas.

It is also said that the mind rides on the subtle energy of the breath, the prana, which moves through and purifies the subtle channels of the body. So when you chant a mantra, you are charging your breath and energy with the energy of the mantra, and so working directly on your mind and your subtle body.

Recite the mantra quietly, with deep attention, and let your breath, the mantra, and your awareness slowly become one. Or chant it in an inspiring way, then rest in the profound silence that sometimes follows.

Burning Brightly
Allowing Your Soul to Shine

When we hide and try to be invisible and unseen by all we are only really hiding from ourselves.

At times, we’ve all wanted to crawl under a rock and hide away from the world. We may have preferred to be invisible rather than let other people see us or notice that we exist. This desire not to be seen often happens when we are feeling very hurt, angry, or simply weary of the world. And while we may console ourselves with the defense that we are shy, an introvert, or a loner, we may actually be hiding.

When we hide and make believe that we are invisible, we can think that we no one sees us even though, truthfully, we are only really hiding from ourselves. And while we may try to live life as inconspicuously as possible, we only succeed in becoming more conspicuous because people can’t help but notice that we are trying to hide our light. None of us are meant to hide; each one of us radiates a unique brilliance that is meant to illuminate the world. When we try to dim our light, we diminish the natural radiance of the Universe, and we deprive the people around us of the unique gifts and talents that we are here to share.

Stepping out of the wings and letting your light shine is actually a way to serve the planet. We each have a responsibility to contribute to our community, and we do this when we let ourselves be seen. It doesn’t do anyone any good when we try to hide. We are all beings of light and we are here to light the way for each other. When we let ourselves shine, we become a bright mirror that others can see their own reflected brilliance through, and they can’t help but want to shine also. Shine your light out into the world, bless those around you by sharing your gifts, and watch the universe glow.

The Journey of Finding a Relationship

The journey to finding a relationship is just that, a journey that uses all of our life wisdom and experiences.

Before we embark upon the journey of finding the relationship that is right for us, we may want to take the opportunity to refine our concept of who we are and our ideas of what we want from life. That way, we are clearer on the kind of person we want to attract into our lives. Part of the journey of finding a mate is learning how to become our own mate. When we can learn to meet our needs without relying on someone else to complete us, we don’t have to form relationships from the space of needing our emptiness to be filled. We can also discover our intrinsic value, separate from what someone else might be reflecting back to us. Getting to know who we are and learning to love ourselves creates a solid foundation of self that we can bring to any relationship.

We are fortunate to live in a time when relationships can unfold at a pace that is right for us and take unique forms. Friendship, dating, open relationships, long term relationships, long distance relationships, or committed relationships — we are free to choose the kind of relationships that we want. If you want to be in relationship, but haven’t found the right one for you, remember that the universe works in perfect order and, therefore, right now your life is unfolding exactly as it is meant to be. Maybe all this time has been part of your preparation period for meeting your intended partner. Even the relationships in our lives that haven’t worked out as we had hoped serve us by teaching us to make better choices in our next relationships.

Finding the relationship we want can come early or later in life. It may even happen again and again in one lifetime. There is no right or wrong for how to find a relationship nor is there a timeline that you have to follow. Plunging Into The Deep
Life Can Be Scary

No matter how brave, strong, or levelheaded we are, sometimes we all get scared.

Life can take us on a roller coaster ride full of highs and lows and twists and turns. Even for those of us who enjoy unexpected thrills, it’s frightening to suddenly find ourselves heading for a deep plunge. Yet, it happens to all of us. At these moments, it is important to remember that you are not alone in your experiences. No matter how brave, strong, or levelheaded we are, sometimes, we all get scared.

Our fears may revolve around our physical safety, particularly if we are not feeling well, living under difficult circumstances, or doing work that exposes us to hazardous conditions. Or, we may be experiencing financial woes that are causing us to be fearful about making ends meet. We may also fear the loss of a loved one who is sick, or we may be scared of never finding someone special to spend our life with. We may be scared to start at a new school, begin a different job, move to a new town, or meet new people. Whatever our fears are, they are valid, and we do not need to feel ashamed or embarrassed that we are, at times, afraid.

It may be comforting to know that everyone gets scared, and it is perfectly OK. Sometimes just acknowledging our fears is enough to make us feel better. And while it sometimes takes a lot more to ease our mind, we can console ourselves with the knowledge that life can be scary at times. Giving ourselves permission to be scared lets us move through our fears so we can let it go. It also makes it alright to share our fears with others. Sharing our apprehensions with other people can make our fears less overwhelming because we are not letting them grow inside of us as pent up emotions. Sharing our fears also can lighten our burden because we are not carrying our worries all by ourselves. Remember that you are not alone.

Going Away to Go Within

Going on retreat is a time to cocoon so that we may emerge ready to return to our lives with a new perspective.

Occasionally, we need to pause - and step away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. One way to do this is to get away from our daily life and go on retreat. Far more than a vacation, a retreat offers us time to ourselves to rest, heal, reflect, and renew our spirit. It is a time to cocoon so that we may emerge renewed, refreshed, and ready to return to our everyday lives with a new perspective. A retreat gives us time for uninterrupted meditation so that we may go deep within and spend time with ourselves.

A retreat may offer quiet, solitude, and sometimes even silence. Retreats often take place in humble dwellings with simple fare so that our senses may be reawakened to the beauty of unadorned tastes and the sights and sounds of nature. When we spend days in contemplation, we can more easily hear our heart when it speaks to us. We also are able to really listen when a bird sings, deeply breathe in the smell of flowers, grass, or earth, and delight in a soft breeze blowing on our cheek. When we go on retreat we have time to connect to the sacred geometry of a labyrinth, discover epiphanies through asanas, or take a long, reflective walk through the woods where we can give each step our full attention.

Without the pull of deadlines, relationships, the Internet, or other media, we give ourselves time to go deep into our own solitude where we can fully reflect on our joys, sorrows, and fears, owning and releasing them as needed. We may even come to know and understand our life path more deeply. Hopefully, when we return home, we can take a little bit of this time alone back with us and create the space for deep reflection on a daily basis. We also may come back to our life renewed and ready to take on the world. The beauty of going on retreat is that no matter where you go or how long you stay, you’ll always meet yourself when you get there.

Creating a Happy, Serene, and Healthy Home

Include all 5 senses while making a home, doing so provides safe haven for your evolving body and soul.

Your home is your oasis. Through your efforts, your house or apartment can become both a private sanctuary and a welcoming, serene, and healthy place to live in and visit. An organized and comfortable home can have a calming effect on you, your family, and guests, as well as be your personal escape from the rest of the world. Creating this nurturing space isn’t difficult. Even a household that includes young children or multiple animals can be a serene and peaceful place. In just a few minutes, you can make a number of changes that can turn your home into a safe and comfortable haven that you can be proud to share with your loved ones and friends.

One way to fill your house or apartment with calming energy is to imbue it with a peaceful ambiance that nurtures all five senses. Soft lighting and soothing colors like blue, purple, and green can make a space feel warm and inviting, while pleasant and calming aromas such as lavender and vanilla can positively affect moods. Peaceful sounds, such as running water in a fountain or gentle chimes can uplift and clear the space, while clearing clutter and making the most of open space can ease internal turmoil and dispel negative feelings. The physical objects in your home as well as your home itself can retain the energy of previous owners and the object’s creator. You can give your household’s energy a lift by visualizing white light surrounding our home, symbolically sweeping out residual energy, or smudging your home with cleansing sage.

The changes you make to your home can be as unique as you are and may involve utilization of space, lighting, new furniture, decorating, feng shui, or ritual. But what you do is not as important as being clear in your intention to set up your household as a soothing and refreshing place to be. Make your home a place of comfort, and you will feel nurtured and cared for whenever you are there.

Peeling Away the Layers
Trees Shedding Their Bark

Like a tree our growth depends upon our ability to soften, loosen, and shed boundaries and defenses we no longer need.

Trees grow up through their branches and down through their roots into the earth. They also grow wider with each passing year. As they do, they shed the bark that served to protect them but now is no longer big enough to contain them. In the same way, we create boundaries and develop defenses to protect ourselves and then, at a certain point, we outgrow them. If we don’t allow ourselves to shed our protective layer, we can’t expand to our full potential.

Trees need their protective bark to enable the delicate process of growth and renewal to unfold without threat. Likewise, we need our boundaries and defenses so that the more vulnerable parts of ourselves can safely heal and unfold. But our growth also depends upon our ability to soften, loosen, and shed boundaries and defenses we no longer need. It is often the case in life that structures we put in place to help us grow eventually become constricting.

Unlike a tree, we must consciously decide when it’s time to shed our bark and expand our boundaries, so we can move into our next ring of growth. Many spiritual teachers have suggested that our egos don’t disappear so much as they become large enough to hold more than just our small sense of self—the boundary of self widens to contain people and beings other than just “me.” Each time we shed a layer of defensiveness or ease up on a boundary that we no longer need, we metaphorically become bigger people. With this in mind, it is important that we take time to question our boundaries and defenses. While it is essential to set and honor the protective barriers we have put in place, it is equally important that we soften and release them when the time comes. In doing so, we create the space for our next phase of growth.

Light Of The Party
Confidence In Social Situations

If you feel shy or awkward in social situations, know that many others are probably feeling the same way too.

If you’ve ever been to a social gathering where you’ve felt awkward and uncomfortable, chances are you are not alone. While social gatherings can be very enjoyable, especially when we are surrounded by people whose company we enjoy, there are social events that we attend where we sometimes find ourselves wishing we were someplace else. Such occasions can sometimes be the cause of much anxiety and self-consciousness. We may even feel like everyone else is having a good time except for us. Yet the truth is that everyone has felt shy and awkward on occasion. One of the best ways to overcome self-consciousness or get past your feelings of shyness at social gatherings is to focus on the people around you. If you can remember that other people might also be feeling awkward or shy, you might find the thought of speaking to them less intimidating or overwhelming.

The next time there is a social event you feel nervous about attending, you may want to try this exercise: Spend some time with your eyes closed and breathe deeply. When you feel ready, create your own zone of comfort by visualizing yourself surrounded in a warm white light that is protective yet accepting of others. Imagine people at the event being drawn to you because of the open and warm feelings that you are radiating. When you arrive at the event, take a moment to spread this same light of loving acceptance to everyone around you. Smile and greet people warmly. Try going up to someone who is standing alone and introduce yourself. When you radiate acceptance, openness, and receptivity, people can’t help but respond to you in kind.

Focusing on how we can make other people at a social gathering feel at ease can help us forget about our own insecurities. In the process, we end up making the very connections that we seek. The next time you attend a social gathering, invite people to join you in your zone of comfort that you have so lovingly and intentionally created. Let yourself enjoy being encircled in the warmth of their friendships.

Staying Afloat amidst the Spin
Taking Things Personally

Try not to take everything personally, things that people say and do don’t always have anything to do with you.

Every time you interact with others, you have the choice to listen to, acknowledge, and let go of their words, or you can take what they are saying personally. Taking things personally is often the result of perceiving a person’s actions or words as an affront or slight. In order to take something personally, you must read negative intent in an individual’s words or actions. But what people do and say has no bearing upon you and is usually based on their own experiences, emotions, and perceptions. If you attempt to take what they do or say personally, you may end up feeling hurt without reason.

If you are tempted to take a comment or action personally, creating some distance between yourself and the other person can help you. Try to determine what is at the root of your feelings. Ask yourself if the other person’s words or actions are just reinforcing some insecurity within you or if you can really be sure that an offense was intended. You may even want to ask them what they meant. Finally, put yourself in the other person’s shoes. Instead of taking their words as the truth, or as a personal affront, remember that whatever was said or done is based on their opinion and is more reflective of what is going on inside of them, rather than having anything to do with you. You may have been an easy target for someone having a bad day, and their comments may have been offered with no ill intentions.

When you recognize that what anyone says or does doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with you, you will no longer feel hurt or attacked. While it’s easy to take things personally, you should never let anyone’s perceptions or actions affect how you see yourself or your worth. Your life is personal to you, and it is up to you to influence your own value and sense of well-being.

In the Open Air
Spending Time in Nature

Because we instinctively know that nature is good for us on many levels, it’s not unusual to feel powerfully drawn to it.

In this modern age, we spend so much time indoors, focused on the busyness of our lives and disconnected from the earth. But much of what we truly need can only be found under the naked sky, alongside tall trees, on open plains, or in the sound of running water. Spending time in nature allows us to commune with other living beings and to find comfort in the nurturing embrace of Mother Earth. You can’t help but experience a different sense of self while walking in a wood or traversing a mountainside. Being in nature connects us to the earth, grounding us as we walk, unhindered by concrete, upon her. Surrounded by other living beings, both bigger and smaller than we are, we remember that human beings are simply one form of life in this vast universe.

Because we instinctively know that nature is good for us on many levels, it’s not unusual to feel powerfully drawn to it. Even if you live in a city or find it difficult to travel to a forest or the countryside, there are a myriad ways to reconnect with nature. When you step out of your door each morning, pause for a minute and close your eyes long enough to let your senses absorb your surroundings. Listen and breathe deeply, until you hear the wind rustling through branches, smell rain on damp grass, and see the reflection of leaves brushing up against windowpanes. If you have time, crouch down and closely examine any nearby grass and soil. The sights, sounds, smells, and sensations we experience that are part of nature can remind us of all the gifts Mother Earth grants us each day.

Spending time connecting with nature nourishes the soul, reminds you that you are never truly alone, and renews you by attuning you to the earth’s natural rhythms. Taking a walk under the stars or feeling the wind on your face may be all it takes for you to reconnect with nature. Remember, you are as much a part of nature as are the leaves on a tree or water bubbling in a brook.

Reversed Perceptions
Being Projected Upon

When we take ownership of our thoughts we are less likely to project our issues or disowned qualities onto others.

We all have issues, as well as undesirable qualities or traits that we don’t like about ourselves. Most of us realize that we are not perfect and that it is natural to have unpleasant thoughts, motivations, desires, or feelings. However, when a person does not acknowledge these, they may ascribe those characteristics to someone else, deeming other people instead as angry, jealous, or insecure. In psychological terms, such blaming and fault finding is called projection.

When we are the target of projections, it can be confusing and frustrating, not to mention maddening, particularly when we know that we are not the cause of another person’s distress. Even people who are well aware of their issues may find that sensitive subjects can bring up unexpected projections. They may feel insecure about a lack of funds and thus view a friend as extravagant. Or, if they really want to get in shape, they may preach the benefits of exercise to anyone and everyone.

While we can try to avoid people we know who engage in projecting their “stuff” onto others, we can’t always steer clear of such encounters. We can, however, deflect some projections through mindfulness and meditation. A useful visualization tool is to imagine wrapping ourselves in a protective light everyday. At other times, we may have to put up a protective shield when we feel a projection coming our way, reminding ourselves that someone else’s issues are not ours. Although it’s difficult not to react when we are the recipient of a projection, it is a good idea to try to remain calm and let the other person know if they are being unreasonable and disrespectful. We all know that it’s not fun to be dumped on. Likewise, we should be mindful that we don’t take our own frustrations out on others. When we take ownership of our thoughts, motivations, desires, and feelings, we are less likely to project our issues or disowned qualities onto others.

Gut Response
In Touch with True Emotions

Our bellies can be wonderful monitors of our emotional health and the truth can always be found there.

So often, emotions that we long to express get stored in our bodies instead. The space where this most often happens is in our bellies. Rather than telling people, our even ourselves, the way we truly feel, we may stuff our true feelings deep inside of us, where they take up space until we are ready to let them go. Stuffing our feelings in our bellies may feel like the “safe” response, since we then don’t really have to deal with our emotions. Yet, doing so can actually be detrimental to our emotional well-being and physical health.

One way to connect with and release your emotions is to do a focused exercise with your stomach area. Take a moment to center yourself with some deep breathing and quiet meditation, relaxing your body fully and turning off the chatter in your brain. With your right hand on your stomach, tell yourself three times: “Please reveal to me my true emotions.” Listen for the answers. Repeat the exercise as many times as you would like, allowing yourself to drop deeper into your body each time. Notice any physical response in the stomach area, whether you have a warm, relaxed feeling in the middle of your body or if you feel tight knots in response to any emotions that do come up. You may even want to write down any answers that come to you. Remember that the body doesn’t lie.

Releasing our pent up feelings from our bellies can prevent disease and allow us to live more authentic and expressive lives. Sometimes, if too much emotional energy builds up inside of us, a blowout can result that can cause discomfort. You can help to alleviate this compression by doing the same exercise and adding sound to your emotional release. The more guttural the sounds released through your mouth, the more emotions you are likely letting go. Releasing your emotions from your belly doesn’t have to be painful and hard; rather, it can be organic and effortless. It’s important not to judge whatever comes up for you. We tend to stuff our feelings in our bellies when we are ashamed of them or not ready to express them. There is nothing wrong with having feelings, whatever they may be. You can’t help your feelings; if anything, you can help yourself by acknowledging the truth of your emotions so you can set yourself free.

Paying Attention to Red Flags

Red flags often come in the form of feelings urging us to pause for a moment, listen to our intuition, and reconsider.

Just as the universe wants to provide for our needs, it also seeks to protect us from dangerous situations, destructive relationships, and even minor inconveniences. Frequently in our lives, perhaps everyday, we encounter psychic red flags warning us of potential problems or accidents. We may not always recognize the signs. However, more often than not, we may choose to ignore our intuition when it tells us that “something just isn’t right.”

Red flags often come in the form of feelings urging us to pause for a moment, listen to our intuition, and reconsider. We may even experience a “bad” feeling in our bellies. This is a red flag letting us know that there may be a problem. We may not even know what the red flag is about. All we know is that the universe is trying to wave us in a different direction. We just have to pay attention and go another way. We may even wonder whether we are paranoid or imagining things. However, when we look back at a situation or relationship where there were red flags, it becomes easy to understand exactly what those warning signs meant. More often than not, a red flag is not a false warning. Rather, it is the universe’s way of informing us, through our own innate guidance system, that our path best lies elsewhere.

We may try to ignore the red flags waving our way, dismissing our unease as illogical. Yet it is always in our best interest to pay attention to them. For example, we may meet someone who outwardly seems perfect. They are intelligent, attractive, and charming. Yet, for some reason, being around them makes us feel uneasy. Any interactions we have with them are awkward and leave us feeling like there is something “off” about the situation. This is not necessarily a bad person. But, for some reason, the universe is directing us away from them. Red flags are intended with our best interests at heart. No harm can ever come from stopping long enough to heed a red flag. Pay attention to any red flags that pop up. The universe is always looking out for you.

Vibrational Imprints

Like you, the objects you encounter have stories to tell as the previous owners have left their vibrational imprint.

Because our bodies exude energy, we leave behind a vibrational imprint each time we touch or live in close proximity to an object. These imprints, which may be positive or negative memories, emotions, or impressions, can become part of the history of an item. Like you, the objects you encounter have stories to tell. Psychometry is the natural art of reading an object’s history in regard to the people and events it has encountered. The objects we associate with are by no means silent bystanders. A house in which a tragedy has occurred may feel cold or silent, while handling a much loved toy may make you feel good. It is widely believed that all human beings possess psychometric abilities. All objects vibrate at specific frequencies, and psychometry asks only that one tune in to those frequencies.

It is common to learn the art of psychometry by using items such as jewelry or a watch, because these objects spend much of their time in close physical proximity to its owners. Information sensed using psychometry usually has to do with an object’s owner and may be related to a location, a feeling, or an event. Emotions tend to be easier to sense, though it can take time and diligence to perfect your psychometric talents. To exercise your psychometric skills, relax and sit in a quiet place with your palms facing upward. Have a friend place one of their treasured possessions in your nondominant hand. Let your mind wander until you receive any impressions. Finally, relate what you have seen, heard, or felt.

By simply by holding an object in your hand or putting it to your forehead, you can sense an object’s past and vicariously experience the emotions, sounds, tastes, scents, or images that have transpired around it thus far. While psychometry is most often performed on small objects intimately connected to its owners, it is possible for humans to leave an imprint on a large object like a home or automobile and to receive impressions from these objects. Once you know an object’s story, you can release it of its memories or marvel at the wealth of information cradled within.

Let It Flow

Tears are as natural to us as breathing and there is beauty in allowing yourself to be open to the pain of tears.

How wonderful it feels to give in and let tears flow when we are overwhelmed with emotions, whether we are happy or sad. Tears come from the soul, from our well of feelings rising from deep down. When we give in to the prickling behind our eyes and the lump in our throat to let teardrops fall from our eyes, we allow our feelings to surface so they can be set free.

Proud parents shed tears of pride in a child’s accomplishments, a baby’s first step, birthdays, and graduations. Long lost friends fall into each other’s arms, tears rolling down their cheeks when they reunite after years of separation. Tears may flow from us when we are witness to a commitment being made at a wedding or even while we are watching a love story. Tears of relief may spring forth from our eyes when we hear that a loved one has survived an ordeal, and tears may fall when we bow our head in sorrow over a loss or death. Tears born from heartache can flow like they’ll never cease, whether our tears are for a love that is over, a friendship lost, or an opportunity missed. We shed tears because of disappointment in ourselves, tragedy in the world, pain, and illness. Tears of anger can burn with emotion as they fall down our faces. Tears offer us a physical release of our feelings.

Shedding tears can sometimes make us feel better, although it can feel like the tears will never end once the floodgates are open. There is no shame in letting tears flow freely and frequently. Tears are as natural to us as is breathing. There is beauty in allowing yourself to be vulnerable enough to shed tears. Open up, release your tears, and let your feelings flow.

Reflections of Self
We Are All Mirrors for Each Other

People you feel drawn to reflect your inner self back at you, and you act as a mirror for them as well.

When we look at other people, we see many of their qualities in innumerable and seemingly random combinations. However, the qualities that we see in the people around us are directly related to the traits that exist in us. “Like attracts like” is one of the spiritual laws of the universe. We attract individuals into our lives that mirror who we are. Those you feel drawn to reflect your inner self back at you, and you act as a mirror for them. Simply put, when you look at others, you will likely see what exists in you. When you see beauty, divinity, sweetness, or light in the soul of another, you are seeing the goodness that resides in your soul. When you see traits in others that evoke feelings of anger, annoyance, or hatred, you may be seeing reflected back at you those parts of yourself that you have disowned or do not like.

Because we are all mirrors for each other, looking at the people in your life can tell you a lot about yourself. Who you are can be laid bare to you through what you see in others. It is easy to see the traits you do not like in others. It is much more difficult to realize that you possess those same traits. Often, the habits, attitudes, and behaviors of others are closely linked to our unconscious and unresolved issues.

When you come into contact with someone you admire, search your soul for similarly admirable traits. Likewise, when you meet someone exhibiting traits that you dislike, accept that you are looking at your reflection. Looking at yourself through your perception of others can be a humbling and eye-opening experience. You can also cultivate in you the traits and behaviors that you do like. Be loving and respectful to all people, and you will attract individuals that will love and respect you back. Nurture compassion and empathy and let the goodness you see in others be your mirror.

You are only as alone as you imagine yourself to be!


We set expectations and boundaries we expect other to keep and when they don’t we are hurt. The hurt we experience every day are the direct result of our own illusions we expect others to adhere to.  No use in handing someone your entire existence and letting them take all they want, and then getting upset and hurt when they can’t appreciate who you are and toss you aside when they drank their fill. 


When we make friends or are in love we become greedy and want to possess the other person, demanding more and more form them until they feel caged, and fight back.  Then we wonder why….


Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails. (1 Corinthians 13:1-13)


But what do we do, the opposite, and then we run around crying when the negative love we give others make them turn away from us.


This Bible verse has been in my mind for 2 months now:


If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is a verse I have treasured my entire life.  This to me is how love should be, this is how I try to live my life. Through kindness, understanding and more; in my life I look at people and I see all of them, see how many is souls in pain lashing out at those around them, with their negative attitude their lies, the anger they direct at those they deem Unfit and unworthy.  Wanting to punish, and make them do as they want….


That is not how I live my life, that is not who I am… I see the lies in people’s words, mostly they lie to themselves, I see the energy on their profiles and the energy they throw at others, but…


That is their life and their choices of being, if you want to hide behind a mask, which is a choice you make, I will not call you out on it. If you want to hide behind 20 different profiles in order to say “you can’t even see it” That is your choice.


So many times I talk to people and they tell me stuff and I look at them and wonder if they realise just how they lie to themselves and now to me.  But it’s not my place to beat them up about it, life is about choices, and we are all learning the hard way here.  Life is about love, and if someone’s illusions don’t work for me I smile and set up a shield.  One day they will decide to remove that mask, but that is their place to decide.


In the last 6 months I stopped scanning peoples energy stopped scanning profiles, for one reason, Life is theirs to live, if they want to hide behind masks it’s their choice, if they want to create a lot of profiles, that is fine too. I love them enough to know that one day they will realise more than they do now and I am ok with that.


Love is more than us, and once we can be in peace in our centre, the world with their masks and illusions become visible.

Everyone You Chose to Meet on Your Lifepath will Appear at Exactly the Right Moment ~ via John Smallman

Much attention is being focused on the troubling situation in the Middle East, and this is understandable because your compassion flows to those who are suffering there. But do not forget to focus also on being Love in action all day every day, while not judging those whom you think are causing those problems, because in truth they too are suffering and are equally deserving of your love and compassion. Only a constant flow of Love can resolve that situation, and you who are reading this chose to be incarnate on Earth at this time so that you could send your love to those who are suffering anywhere on Earth due to military conflicts, or for any other reason.

Suffering is an enormously powerful distraction that tends to draw you deeper into the illusion. It can lead you to forget to make your daily intent to be Love in action, while those involved in conflicts are frequently so distracted by their own suffering and that of loved ones that they find it almost impossible to enter their quiet inner space even for a moment, where they can access the spiritual help they so dearly need. Your intent to send love to those who are suffering is very effective and does help them to experience brief moments of peace despite the intense distractions of their unhappy environment.

As you know, the divine energy field in which everything has its eternal existence is composed of Love, so that everything that exists is therefore composed of Love. The limitations that are the characteristics of the illusion are the result of attempting to live without Love. . . separated from It. The power of Love is infinite, and by entering the illusion and attempting to separate yourselves from your divine Source you effectively reduced the power, the life force available to you enormously. It is as though, using electricity as an analogy, all the immense power flowing out of an earth-based electrical power station was available to you, but you chose to reduce it to the level at which it would barely light a lamp.

That is why it is in your best interests to wake up. When you do so you will cease to reduce the power level of the Love that flows through you constantly, and without which you would not and could not exist, but will allow It to flow without restriction of any kind, and you will then know yourselves as you truly are: beings of immense influence. . . of immense Light.

Awake and fully conscious, you could not even conceive of the way of life that you are experiencing in the illusion. It is truly beyond understanding, and yet you cling to it in fear, unable to conceive of life without it, with many believing that life ends permanently with the laying down of their human bodies. Nothing that God creates dies. Death is an illusory concept. . . merely a move forwards, a progression to a state of being that is way beyond your present severely limited experience of what life means. It is not to be feared.

The time at which a human lays down her body is not random. Accidents and illness are experiences on the lifepath that you planned, and everything that happens to you is part of your own personal plan. That is not apparent to you while embodied, although some of you are rather good at getting an intuitive sense of what your future path entails. The thing to be aware of is that you are each on the path home to Reality: the state in which Love fills you with the infinite power and joy in which you were created, and of which you are fully and eternally aware.

You are all destined for eternal joy in the eternal Presence of God, the loving Source of all creation, and your homeward paths have been uniquely and individually tailored for you to encounter precisely the experiences and lessons that you chose, before you incarnated, to undergo. Nothing that happens to you is by chance, although you may well feel that some of your experiences just had to be accidental because you cannot imagine any other cause.

However, once you accept that nothing that happens to you is a chance occurrence it becomes much easier for you to see and learn the lessons with which your lives present you.

And when this happens you will find life flows more easily for you with far less stress. This is because you have effectively made the choice to accept the situations that arise, instead of fighting against them and blaming others – or God! – for any misfortunes that befall you.

Wherever it is that you are experiencing life on planet Earth, it is where you chose to be for the lessons that you elected to experience and learn. Where you were born, to whom, and where you live are no more chance occurrences than any other events that “happen” to you.

It is impossible for you to understand these reasons while you remain on Earth as humans, and utterly impossible for you to make sense of another’s lifepath. You have no need to.

If you meet or become aware of someone whom you could help, then do so; it will be one of your lessons. But you do not need to go seeking out people to help. You may certainly choose to do so, but everyone you chose to meet on your human lifepath – for the lessons that you could learn together or teach each other – will appear at exactly the right moment.

Your lifepaths will always unfold just as planned; the fact that they may displease or delight you does not alter that fact.

Pay attention to each moment by living in the now as consistently as you can. Doing that is the most effective way to follow your paths and learn your lessons with the minimum of discomfort. When you created your lifepaths you built into them all kinds of allowances to enable you to provide for the myriad choices within each and every situation that comes up.

Think of all the choices you make, moment by moment, choices you could not foresee, and from which you had to therefore provide alternative routes forward. To proceed most efficaciously, trust the path that opens before you and proceed lovingly and compassionately along it. It is the most direct way Home.

I am Talia of the Council for the Assistance to Earth. Greetings.

I spoke last week about stepping out of the fear of what other people think of you and standing in your own power, but I feel that I must continue to talk to you about the freedom that this entails, because I realize that there are those who think that to step out of needing to please others is not a good quality.

I want you to understand that you are worthy of anything good and I want you to understand that when you put yourself second you deny the universe the privilege of giving you the good that you deserve because you are saying to it very loudly through your energy and matching actions that you don’t truly deserve the good it has stored for you.

What the universe looks for is someone who deeply feels through and through that they are worthy!

What the universe looks for and feels out for is someone who holds the energy of self value!
What the universe wants for every person is all the love and goodness that they desire to be part of their experience and a constant expression of their life. Not only a constant mental and emotional expression but a constant physical one too, and you should be living a life that is joyous and living to the fullest, not selling yourself short because another is not accepting what you want out of life when they are not even living your life. Only you are living your life!

Don’t make excuses.

When you want something deeply you find a way or you regret never finding it. Do not let other people stop you when they are not in agreement with what you value and want and hold dear to have for yourself. You are not another person, so don’t try to persuade another not to do the thing that they love either.

As a for instance and one that is a cliché on Earth and so you will most easily relate to it, the dancer who loves what they do more than anything including money and the parent who really wants the best for their child, but doesn’t understand that the best for their child is living joyously and the money must follow the person who lives full and joyously!

When you are full of joy you are a river overflowing with abundance of all sorts; you are destined to be in alignment with everything you are!

The river of joyous living and an abundant mind flows to the heart of the person who trusts their own desires and puts themselves in the places that give them more joy! Always follow your passion, no matter what anyone else wants from you or for you! Always follow who you are and put your joy above needing to give joy to others! Everybody is responsible for their own power, for their own love, for their own abundance, for their own joy!

Everybody is responsible for only themselves and not to complete another or give to another something that they haven’t found inside theirself!

Everybody is meant to find the river of joyous movement, meaning the river that never stops moving and that pushes you forward in the moment when you find your own power which is your passion and your joy! Your joy is your driving force, the force for living to the fullest you possible. Love is a high emotion, passion is a high emotion. If you want to move into a higher vibration you must follow the path of your joy!

I greet My Children this day and surround you in My Heavenly Light. I Am your Mother God, known to this one as 'Wisdom', although known by other names on other Paths. As you truthfully have been told, the Earth is also your Mother, but I AM your Original Mother, the Mother of not your body, as is the Earth, but, rather, the Mother of your Soul. You have also been truly told of the Holy Trinity, yes? ...being the Father Spirit, the Sonship Spirit, and the Holy or Feminine Spirit, although carrying perhaps different names within different spiritual beliefs. And, as participants in Lord Ashtar's project, most of you are also part of a trinity, yes? I have come to give to you, Our Eagles, something to meditate on and integrate into your Knowingness during your next week, and that is the concept of another Holy Trinity.

The three points on this Trinity are the Godhead, your solar Sun, and the Earth. And, indeed, these three do create a Holy Trinity. I desire that you meditate this coming week on being in the very center of that Holy Trinity, as you would see yourself standing in the center of a triangle.

1) Pull the energy of the Father God, represented by the Sun, into your Being as if absorbing the brilliant rays of the Sun into your body. 2) Then, pull the energies of the Mother God, represented by your beautiful Earth, up through your own physical body. 3) Lastly, call upon the energies of the Godhead to anchor within your entire Being, meeting there with the energies of your Sun and your planet. As these energies merge within you, it does indeed create a Most Holy Trinity…with your own Blessed Self as the Center of It. Feel our Oneness, feel our Love one for another. There is no separation. We are One and We are Whole. And I AM with each and every one of you at all times. Call on me. I will surely Answer. For I/We surround you at all times. We reflect to you, in every moment, Who you Are. Look up to the heavens; we are there, showing you your Brightness through the Sun and the nightly stars. Look down and around, we are there in the Earth and the lifeforms around you, showing you both your weaknesses and your strengths. As you look into the eyes of another, can you not see Our Light, though seemingly hidden deep? Can you look into those eyes and acknowledge My Presence inside that one? Can you look upon a tree and see it as Me in one of My Forms of Expression? If so, then you can understand Oneness. It is a Knowing and an Acknowledgment that every lifeform you see, be it rock, tree, animals, humans, or your brothers and sisters from the stars, is not only your Mother/Father God in Expression, but also a reflection of YOU, for We are All the Same; we are One-ness refracted into its various parts. That is why it is said that when you behold another you are meeting yourself…a 'you' in another body or form. For this reason, look upon all you see as Holy, for truly it is. Do you now see why you must truly love those you deem as your enemies in order to fully love yourself AND your Self? Therefore, look upon all with Holy Vision. You must also now realize why it was said, "Judge not, lest ye be judged." For truly I say to you, when you judge another, you judge yourself AND your Self, for your brother or sister is not only Me in Expression, he/she is another form of YOU, yourself in expression. You/We are ONE. You are surrounded by nothing more than reflections of yourself, much like in your 'Fun House of Mirrors'. Some of your reflections may seem distorted, out of shape with the way you think your body to be, perhaps too short, too tall, too thin, or too fat. But do you pronounce judgment upon yourself based on these distorted images? Of course not, for you know them to be not real. So why pronounce judgment on another, and thus on yourself, when all you are currently seeing is a distorted image based on an illusion. Can you look upon each of the illusions and say in your heart, "I acknowledge your Essence, my Father/Mother God, as well as my own reflection, in this being", and then love and respect your Selves for Who We Are? Love ALL that you see and perceive, knowing that it is ALL simply an illusion; but that this entire illusion you call Earth life has been created by you, for you, to be a constant reflection and reminder to you of Who you TRULY are outside of the illusion. For it is All One, We are All One, and forever more shall it be. Thank you, my Daughter, for letting me share through you my Words of Truth this day. I surround you always.

Don't Let Your Comfort Zones Inhibit Your Growth Potential ~ Archangel Haniel via Julie Miller

It is well understood that most dear souls prefer to live within their comfort zones in all their aspects each and every day. Most of the time the realization of having comfort zones in more than one area of your everyday life goes unnoticed. If you ever take the time to look at all the comfort zones you live within such as your health, financial status, and within your relationships you will discover behind them there are a few limiting beliefs that are firmly placed. Understand dear ones, that limiting beliefs are boundaries regarding your abilities which you have been influenced to feel as being true. Your limiting beliefs also support your comfort zones because they give you a feeling of safety. If you take a brave step outside some of your comfort zones and expand these areas that have been restricting by working on improving your emotional health you will begin to attract more successful outcomes in other areas of your life.

It is essential to understand what your comfort zones are. All comfort zones are your upper limits of your performance. Anywhere above this limit, many fear going because it would mean you would be walking in unknown territory and you find it is much more comfortable and easy within the limiting walls of your comfort zone. Comprehend dear ones, your comfort zones are invisible except for when you look at areas in your life that you have tested your comfort zone and you have stepped beyond your comfort zones and brought yourself into higher states of knowledge and awareness.

Your current life illustrates which comfort zones you have worked with and some of your comfort zones are unconscious, meaning they are hidden from your awareness. The comfort zones you have set out for yourself even unconsciously you have been placed where they are for your own ease and comfort and within the boundaries of your comfort zones you have developed techniques and systems on how to seek balance in your life while remaining within the safety of your comfort zones. Your comfort zones dear ones is a place where you feel most at home and comfortable, where no risk is involved and there are no growing pains felt from stretching beyond these invisible perimeters

To question yourself in regards to knowing if you live within comfort zones is by being able to identify if you have brought temporary or permanent change to your emotional, financial or physical environment. When you have expanded your comfort zones effectively and positively, your changes will come spontaneously and they will remain permanently. When you have only applied quick cover-ups to areas that really need an honest look-over and change, on appearance your quick-fix attempt to what needed improvement will appear sharper and improved but this cover-up will not be permanent nor will it provide automatic changes. The quick fixer upper approach works on a temporary basis but has no long term affect and slowly the corrections you tried to make by covering them up slowly rises back up and sometimes the damage has grown significantly. If you look at your life now, your total life dear ones, do you feel disappointment by some of your changes that you have brought that were only temporary. It can feel frustrating to see problems resurface when you thought you had worked them out.

Learning how to identify and increase the boundaries of your comfort zones does require a little work, but we remind you dear ones the outcome is worth your effort especially if you truly want to bring long lasting change. We understand that it is hard making decisions and choices because some of them cause you to struggle with them for hours that can easily lead into days whereas other choices are done so easily and quickly. It makes little difference if the choice you are currently facing is easy or difficult, you still have to take the action and choose. And depending on what you choose you will either remain within the comfort zones you have established or you will expand them even by a little.

Taking affirmative action is hard. It requires you to think of all the pros and cons of what your choice will bring as your choices are also your responsibility. When you increase your comfort zones you have made choices that were outside of these zones, you have pursued something you have not done before or really thought of.

Be gentle with yourself when you are moving beyond your comfort zones because where you are stepping is beyond the safety net you have created. When you begin to step into new areas from the choices and decisions you made understand you may feel a certain amount of discomfort. You will feel a new elevation of stress until the discomfort eases off and you come to trust where you have stepped into. The discomfort you may feel when you first step beyond your comfort zones can be used as motivation to help you to continue to move forward.

Many dear souls do prefer to remain within their comfort zones, they avoid taking risks or trying new things and many are truly happy living their life this way. But dear ones if you want to truly change or grow, you will have to deal with a little discomfort as your comfort zones grow and expand to accommodate the growth you are going to attain.

As you step forward into new and exciting areas that were one time unknown remember to be mindful of your own discomfort. Try to realize when you first began to feel the discomfort your new changes brought you. What did you feel? Did you feel queasy or the flutter of butterflies in your stomach during the time you contemplated taking affirmative action into a new direction? Or did new anxiety find its way to you after you have made your big decision? It is important to observe your findings because through them you are able to know much more of yourself and you discover ways on how to respond to what you are feeling as you move through your changes.

When you are able to really feel the discomfort, we encourage you to describe the feeling and experience. You may describe your discomfort being felt in the center of your stomach, or you may describe your fears as reactions to the new and unfamiliar changes. When you have acknowledged your discomfort and you have described to yourself the feelings and experiences you can begin moving your attention away from the feelings you have been undergoing. Instead dear ones, begin to focus on the goal that your new actions have brought you to attain.

Remember dear ones while going through the changes to expand your comfort zones it is helpful to be able to envision yourself taking the required actions that will bring you to what you want to achieve. Visualize each step going well and you are progressing with ease and closer to the goal you expanded your comfort zone to achieve. While you are envisioning yourself moving closer to the goal you wish to achieve, we encourage you to embrace the good feelings you will feel after successfully reaching your goal. We wish to remind you dear ones that the comfort zones that are within you were created to by all your experiences you have had so far.

Give yourself some of your own love and compassion because many of those changes were difficult and the promise of success into unknown territory was shaky but you continued to move forward, some days were harder and more frightening than other days, yet you managed, you survived and succeeded. When you bring new changes to your life, you will feel discomfort, you will feel new feelings and emotions but you will be okay. You are strong, and you have proven already just how adaptable you really are. Changes are hard, but they have the capacity to bring good once all the fear of the unknown has melted away.

Discover your inner strength and unlimited courage when you bring new changes and expand your comfort zones – you may come to realize that there was a whole other you just waiting to face those changes and to show the world and most importantly yourself that you are capable and that you are strong, and the love you have for yourself will carry you through each step. Believe in yourself dear ones, trust in the choices you are making and ensure that you follow them through in order to feel the satisfaction of their completion. You can do anything you want to if you believe you can.
