A description of the inner world beings  (added 8-15-11)

There are more than 120 Subterranean Cities located within the inner surface of the Hollow Earth. All the beings that live within them are highly evolved beyond those of us on the surface. In the City of Telos beneath Mt Shasta, the beings there originally came from Lemuria over 12,000 years ago just prior to a thermonuclear war that destroyed Lemuria and most of its beings. Only a small percentage escaped in time and came to Earth. They found their way into the inner earth free of harsh weather and other ET interferences. This greatly enhanced their ability to evolve much faster than we on the surface.

The average height of the men in Taos is 7 feet, a little shorter for the women. Their eyes are as sharp as an eagles. Their bodies are very broad and strong and are in perfect health. They are all vegetarians and all their food is live food. They can swim or run for hours and never tire. Live food and pure living water, along with high spiritual belief systems (Love and Oneness) keeps them from aging. Their bodies  never age beyond 30 years. Many have lived hundreds and even thousands of years in the same body. They have learned, the longer they live in the same body, the wiser and stronger they become.

Adama, the High Priest and Ascended Master of Telos has a sense of humor. He reminded me that it was God who created humor. He expressed his humor when describing the women there. “The women are, by outer earth standards, very beautiful with proportionate forms. They have a natural beauty that requires no make-up, fancy hair styles, nor do they need breast implants as so many of the surface women choose. Please understand, the men here do not have a fascination over women’s breasts, as you males do on the surface. (smile)” Their skin stays supple, soft, smooth, and never ages. Adama says, “Make-up on the face clogs the pores and restricts it from breathing and thus it begins to age.”

Living in a dimension of higher frequencies activates the photon Light particles in their evolved bodies. I work part time at a local golf course as a Marshal. At times when the golf traffic is quite slow, I park my golf cart, take in the beauty of the nearby mountains, view magnificent cloud formations, and thank Gaia for the beauty she provides for our physical journey. Recently, when doing so, I also began thinking of the inner earth scenery and its beings. With that, Mikos greeted me (telepathically) and I was delighted because he is always so positive and loving. He always knows if I am thinking of him. He is the Guardian of the Records of the Universe, including the Earth. These records are contained in the Library of Porthologos located deep within the Hollow Earth beneath our Aegean Sea. This huge library of 456 square miles is completely automated with the records contained on crystal slides. All this is a story in itself.

Relative to the light within their beings, he shared the following that I recorded on a note pad. “Our inner light always emanates from our bodies. If you were to see us now with your 3rd dimension eyes, you might see somewhat of a glow around us. However, when you evolve to the 5th level, you will see our light like one who, on the surface, is gifted with the ability to see auras. You would see all the colors emanating out from our forms that are created from our light within. If ever we were dishonest, which we never are, the color that represents dishonesty would be evident. This is how it will be for you when you ascend to the 5th level or dimension. There will never be any negativity without it being obvious by the colors in the aura and you will also be able to read a person by the colors of their aura rather than judging them by a first physical impression.

Mikos, and those living in the inner areas of the Hollow Earth are much taller than those from Telos. Mikos states he is 15 feet tall yet he looks much like we do. There are no dress codes there so they dress casually based on how they feel. They spend much of their time outdoors so they usually dress in loose, brightly covered soft clothing, usually made from hemp or other plant materials. Their chairs and beds are cushioned with a vibrant material that perfectly molds to their bodies giving them perfect support and comfort.

There is so much more about these marvelous beings but this is not a book, so I’ll let what has been shared here suffice for now.

How they sustrain themselves
Relative to food intake, they eat only live food (no meat) and because of the even moderate temperature throughout the whole inner earth they all grow their own fruits and vegetables and, when ripe, they bring them to the nearest distribution center located within each of the many communities. Each day they go to a distribution centers and freely take only what they need for that day so all food is always fresh and alive. They tell us that part of why we age is because we eat mostly dead food and ingest lots of chemicals into our system (not to mention smoke and excessive alcohol). All this and the many negative emotions we experience lowers our imune system and allows disease to take hold which gradually ages our physical forms at a rate dependant on how well care for the body or abuse it.

Because of the pure atmosphere, the fresh live food, and a higher vibration of beingness, there is no disease of any kind. Their bodies physically age to no greater than we do in our late 20s and it never wears out or dies as we do in third dimension. They choose how long they want to live in the same body. Some have lived hundreds and even thousands of years in the same physical form. They realize, the longer they live in the same body, the more it allows them to develop greater wisdom and a faster evolution instead of starting over periodically as we have done in the 3rd dimension for so very long.

Ezra And The Golden Rose Spaceship:

The Etheric Spaceship had lain suspended in the ether for quite some time;  there it would remain for the Master and his devotees had much work to do.  There was a quiet anticipation and optimism which was generated by them all.

Their group, under the Atlantean Master, although called Ezra, which was a name from a later life, had been together doing their work for a long duration of time.  The all had their different tasks to see to under the guidance of Ezra, who was of such beauty and light, that his devotees adored just being with him and helping humankind grow.

But that was not all they did, for upon occasions, the spaceship would travel to many other planets within and without the solar system, for such was their scope and range, there were no planets which lay out of their reach, for their mode of travel was as old as time – suspended in the ether and even time.

They could travel backwards into the far distant past or forward to events and the pattern of life still to be experienced.  For before earth life has its fruition of developments of great importance, the web is woven long before upon the ether and suspended in that dimension, until gradually that happening becomes reality, and this is how it always has been, from the very dawn of life itself.

Going back to the birth of Atlantis, this was first experienced through the Ether. Etheric Life in all its Beauty and Light Existed, and such was it that it compares to nothing like today.  In those Golden Days, God The Father-Mother-Son, did indeed Walk Amongst Created Life, Albeit Divinity.  Those Beings of Light and Realisation knew the joy and wonder of being At-One and truly a part of the Godhead, for His Light inter-mingled and was absorbed in all of their Etheric Bodies to such an extent, that they were part of the Spiritual Sun, the way was open to love and be as one with all God’s Kingdom, which even in those Early Days, was of a Beauty not remembered or felt today.

Long before great events are experienced upon the earth, the pattern is built up gradually over a long period of time through the Ether, by those Great Spiritual Beings, whose task and delight it is to set those wheels in motion.  However, in all walks of life, preparations must be made for this Later Completion of that Dream being able to Manifest Itself, albeit in another Dimension of Time.

All of the Great Teachers and Masters, prior to their earth arrival, which came into being Aeons of time after early Atlantis, had had prepared for them their Pattern and Web of Life, for that woven thread, albeit so fine, is stronger than the thickest rope, for it is Woven of the Spirit, of the very Essence of God.

There are many Etheric Spaceships suspended in the Ether in Numerous Places and Planes of Existence, each with their own task and job to do for the Development of Humankind and Other Life Forms Which Exist.

But here, we are interested in this Spaceship, under the Mastership of the Atlantean Master, Ezra.

The Golden Rose was the name which had been given to the Spaceship Aeons of Time Ago, for that name was of special importance to God and to those early beings of Atlantis.  This Rose was offered in Service and Praise to God in the Beginning of Time, for many journeys did the people at that time make, on each occasion being led by a Master Initiate, where they would leave their Atlantean Temple with all its Beauty and Light, and go down into the Forests in Small Groups looking for this Golden Rose, and always did they find new blooms upon a tree not previously picked from.

This Golden Rose was perfect, as no rose today can be, for its existence was due to a Specific Purpose and Plan.  The Kingdom of God lay in its Petals and it shone with a Light which today exists only in the Spiritual Spheres, for in those Early Days of such Brightness and Glory, the Veil between God and Spiritual man/woman, was but a loose covering.

So when the group of devotees returned to their Homeland High Above the Earth Plane, carrying with joy, these Golden Roses, the High Priest would lay them as an offering and thanks to God, and from these Roses would come even Greater Power and Realisation, for they were a part of God’s Divinity with his Children, and a Symbol for the Future, which would act as a Reminder to those who had lived long ago, and would re-activate the Portals of Memory and Realisation from those Golden Days when God and His Children were As One.

The Golden Rose Spaceship was known throughout the many Planes of Existence, for its crew had travelled far and wide in its many Missions undertaken in God’s Service, and indeed the Golden Rose was shaped just like a Rose and Golden was its Light and Colour, so that upon close inspection, one would appear to be looking at an Enormous Golden Rose bathed in this Golden Glow, and Shining with all the Beauty and Light of God Himself.

There were no harsh lines, all was harmonious and natural.  Harmony was the Keynote of the Golden Rose, for such was its Mission that no discord ever existed within its Golden Presence.

All those who served the Master Ezra, had been chosen for their diverse attributes.  Each attribute blending beautifully with another, and all being Essential to the Whole Pattern and Framework of its Purpose and Existence.

From a Vast Distance Back on Earth, it could at moments seem like an Extra Special Star, but it was not, it was much more than that, for it had Descended from Divine Heaven through Many Planes of Existence, and was a Tribute to the Wonder and Glory of the Cosmic Christ.

As one Entered the Doorway of this Golden Rose, there was an Archway throbbing and pulsating with tremendous Light and Power, decorated with Many Angelic Beings and Angels, Each Being Glowing in all the Jewels in Existence.  Emeralds, rubies, sapphires, diamonds, turquoise, jade, ivory, alabaster, marble, so it went on, so that upon entering this Spaceship, all the Energy from all these Created Wonders, would Emit their Ray and Rate of Vibration, giving off Created Energies unknown to even one’s most creative imagination.  With this scene which was before one, there came the Sweetest Sound upon the Ether of Angelic Beings, so Subtle but Pure, that it always gave great pleasure and joy to all those who entered therein, for they were taken as if on Golden Wings to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Going through this Archway, one went up Seven Steps made of the Purest White Stone which had ever existed, and this stone with its Pulsating Light, took the entering soul back in time to Atlantis.

At the top of these Seven Steps, one entered a large room, Curved as in the shape of a Rose, which was a Reception Room for lots of activity took place there.  But as you entered this room, you were drawn to numerous Golden Roses, Living Created Life, with all its necessary and accompanying greenery, so that you were drawn to the Symbol of the Spaceship, like a Magnet.  These Roses seemed and indeed did so, talked to you, for they were impregnated with the Very Essence of God Himself, and through God’s Symbol of Divinity would come Knowledge, Inspiration and above all Peace; the ability to be Anywhere at Any Time.  To know what was Happening in all the Planes of Existence, at any given time.  Indeed the Akashic Records could easily be obtained from the Heart of these Golden Roses.  (Many Aeons of time later, these Golden Roses would Rest Upon The Ark of the Covenant).

Not that knowledge and realisation could not be found without these Roses, but they were a part of the Plan, and came joyously with the Crew and Ezra, to help God’s Dreams to Come True for the Well-being of All Life and Creation.

The floor of the Golden Rose was of this beautiful white stone.  There were beautiful white statues along the walls of the Spaceship, each Statue being a sign of Praise and Adoration to God, for they were in the Likeness of the Hosts around His Throne, and also Various Planetary Gods, who all gave off Rays of Energy and Power.

There were an abundance of sofas, and arranged on the walls were beautiful pictures done by a Master of their Art – each one being a Living Created Essence, of some Scene or Place from their Homeland, High in the Spiritual Heavens, which was yet another powerful Reminder of Home.

Apart from the Roses, there were an assortment of growing plants and flowers of various exotic blooms, giving wonderful colours and perfume – all the many colours of earth and then some not known to planet earth.  These were towards the edge of the room, in clusters and groups, and there were also miniature trees, of apple and orange and spiritual fruits on trees not seen upon the earth.  From these trees, replenishment was had and a rejuvenation was experienced in but a matter of seconds.  Once the fruit was partaken of, another fruit would come immediately to fruition, so that these trees were always as they were when the Golden Rose departed on its journey from the Divine Spheres.

From out of this Reception Room, were what looked liked windows, but quite unlike those of earth.  They were of a lighter and different substance compared to the walls of the Spaceship, and through these  could be seen Life, and all its innumerable forms in all the Planes of Existence.  The Heavenly Realms could be seen as could the Earth, and an awareness and attunement to the occupants as and when necessary.  This was not their only way of Seeing into Another Dimension, but it was always there as a basic necessity.

Concealed by some of the various Statues, were White Doors at the back of the room within the actual walls, and there were Seven Doors, each one led to a room of some kind, or into a passage-way, which in its turn led to another room.

Three of these doors led to General Rooms used by all the devotees, and the Other Four, were Special Types of Rooms, each of which had a Specific Purpose.

The first of the three doors led to a Healing Room, given over to the art and development of in-depth healing.  This room was a Beautiful Blue, and all the colours were co-ordinated in lovely shades of blue.  There were lots of blue flowers, and small growing shrubs, all in wonderful toning blues, and the ceiling once again was blue, with Angelic Beings in various Symbolic Form.

There were a total number of thirteen chairs laid out in a circle, and at the top of the chairs were Sculptured Various Healing Angels and Planetary Gods connected with Healing.  The very top chair being slightly more ornate in its decoration of Angelic Beings.  This was where Ezra sat.  All the other devotees had their own chair which they would sit in, except from time to time when the Heavens Moved they would change seats, all except Ezra, who always sat in the same chair.

There was a large circular table in front of these chairs, once more in a beautiful shade of blue.  In the very centre, there were always flowers of different shades of Blue.  Many were there not known to the Earth World.

Upon the walls hung an assortment of pictures.  There were several of the sea, bright blue was the water and blue the sky, so that if someone on earth saw, they would wonder if it was just a picture – but there were just such places as these beyond the Earth.

One or two Masters were painted in oils, and these were full in length, and a joy to behold.  They were there for a Special Purpose, for these particular Masters had Raised the Dead to Life and yet more.  They were dressed in Brightly Coloured Robes, but the predominant colour was always Blue.

Around the edge of this Healing Sanctuary, were bookcases and shelves, and many spiritual books on all possible matters connected with Healing in an Advanced State still to be realised upon the Earth.  Indeed they were Spiritual Books, which had never been read in the Earth World.

The floor was of a Bright Blue Marble Stone, inter-mingled with a kind of Violet and Lilac, and from the Floor came forth Tremendous Healing Power and Light.  It was as if you stood with all the lights of a whole town around one, so Powerful were the Vibrations.

At the far end of this Blue Room, were placed dozens of lighted blue candles, upon a blue altar, inlaid with precious and semi-precious stones, in all the different shades of blue.

At the top of a couple of steps, was a Large Screen.  This was used to Read the Akashic Records, and see into the Past or Present, and at times the Future.  It was like watching a film, and this seeing into the Very Essence of Time was a Form of Service often used to Great Effect.

At the opposite end to the altar, was a coach with lots of cushions – slightly raised from the floor, which was used as a resting place for Restoration of Healing Energy, and as a coach of rest if ever the devotees needed to re-charge their healing energies.

The Second Room leading off of the Reception Area, led to a Beautiful Golden Room, which was a room given over to Knowledge and the Development of the Mind and Intellect, for the well-being of Human Life, which comprised Many Stages of Awareness and Attunement to the Planes of Light.

This Room seemed to smell of roses and other such fragrances, and there were many yellow flowers, shrubs, and once again, Miniature Golden Trees placed around the Room.

Here there were an abundance of pictures of one or other of the Different Gods of the Planetary Systems, One Being Bathed in a Golden Aura of Light and Energy.

In this Room also, was a picture of the Master Jesus, painted by Angelic hands, un-painted by the hands of man or woman, and it drew the person seeing this, time and time again, for it is how in essence all people on earth would like to paint – with the eyes, ears, and senses of Angelic Beings capturing that Essence of the Heavenly Spheres, which those on earth cannot do.

Apart from this larger than life picture of the Master Jesus, were two slightly smaller pictures, but still full in length to each side of the main picture.  These two smaller pictures had the Master in movement, and as one looked either to the left or the right, it was as if He Himself was talking to you, for it was a Living Created Energy of Movement and Light, which belonged both to the Past, the Present and to the Future.  Sometimes as the devotees looked to the left or right, they were able to be transported back to Palestine, and then even beyond that to Ancient Egypt, and back to Atlantis, for the Master Jesus, was an Important Light way back in Atlantis, and all of his devotees had met Him then, long before that life in Palestine.

There were several sofas in beautiful Golden Tones and right at the end of the room at the top, there sat a pair of Golden Doves - Living Created Life in all their Glory.  The Golden Dove was a Symbol of Divinity, and went back to the Earliest days of Atlantis, and was Connected in Essence with the Golden Rose, which was searched for in the forests.  These Golden Doves were male and female, and were given the joy of serving God’s Messengers in a way which many Doves would love to have done, and indeed, over a duration of time, would experience that delight of Serving God, for these Doves too had their duties to perform, just as the devotees and all the Flowers and Golden Roses, for nothing did not have a Purpose or a Job to Do.

These Golden Doves Rested upon a Golden Tree, with an assortment of Spiritual Fruits which they would partake of from time to time, just as the devotees and Ezra.

Behind these Golden Doves and the Tree, there lay a Golden Throne – Clothed in Glorious Gold and Yellow, and filled with all the Colours of the Sun.  The Power of the Eternal Son lay within its Golden Glow, and during times of meditation and quietness, the devotees and Ezra, would stand around this Golden Throne, and attune their Minds, Souls and Spirits Ever More, to enable them to Receive Divine Inspiration from God Himself.

These were times of Great Joy and Blessings, and from time to time, God Himself Returned to that Golden Throne, where once long ago, He Himself had sat, accepting the Adoration and Homage Offered to Him during those Early Days of Atlantis, when the World then was indeed Blessed, as no separation existed, no barriers or veils were there to take away the Glory of God, and so this Room with its Golden Doves and Golden Tree and Throne, was a Very Special Place, and had the Very Essence and Light of the Father God Himself.  It was as if the Whole World could rest forever in that space, for within its Very Essence and Orbit, It Contained All – Everything that Ever Was and Will Be, Lay Within its Presence; The Cosmic Christ was Born Again, and Again, Time After Time, Throughout Eternity.

• Present by light body is in a desperate state. It is weak, broken and polluted energies alien reptiles and others with whom we have close relationships. Suffers from a deplorable lack of energy. For this reason, I will now describe how energized by light body - feed THEM. This thing is essentially important. In the past they used a variety of techniques to increase the energy of light. body. Animals were sacrificed (energy taken from animals), and sacrificed humans (satanism, vampirism) in order to reach the strength and power to the rulers of the world are doing today. Were used and a variety of meditation, exercise, breathing ... effect was weak. All these aberrations to know what led.

I will now describe the exercise which I have named "Pyramid of the Sun."

So make fists pyramid.

Finger and thumb make up a triangle. Other fingers splayed. Spread your fingers until you felt mild tension in your hands. This will help to streamline the attention to the center of the palms. Next step is to activate the energy in his hands. Holding hands in this position, feel his breathing and his hands, his fingers and hands, pay attention to their interior and exterior ... Breathe aware of their hands and try to feel it in your breath flows through them. Breathe hands, breathe some air that flows through them. Soon you will feel the flow and the flow of energy in them. It can be a feeling of burning, warmth, something that flows ... It's your LIGHT BODY. Breathing is the key that opens the door to consciousness.

When you complete this task, and you feel the energy in your hands, pay attention to the triangle that you made with your fingers. It is an energy pyramid and the fingers on the side of the dish. Now, turn the pyramid of the sun and look briefly at the sun through it. Set up your hands so that the sun is in the center of the pyramid. Close your eyes and feel the sun power your palms, fingers, and energy pyramids, connect in this way with the energy of the sun. When you feel the sun that fills your pyramid and hands, breathe that energy right into your stomach in the landscape around the navel. You started to feed. Well, some laws are universal, such as physical food we enter into the bowels of the same so it is with food under light. Take care, breath of air power retractable and exhalation with the ejection. You pay attention only to the strong breath and exhalation should be neutral, release the body of a break, as we wishes, not controlled.

Be careful not to overstate. Solar energy is very intense so be cautious and moderate. As and when we eat physical food, if we overeat, being sick, hehe! At the beginning, you will hardly last more than two minutes ... Dizziness and drowsiness may be interrupted. It is interesting that after this exercise, people feel like drunk from alcohol and feel an indescribable joy. Haha, solar energy, all this, concentrated pure joy of existence. If you try this procedure'll understand what I mean.

Once again, I warn you not to overstate. Too much energy the sun can be very dangerous, be careful not to pass as Daedalus. Man that we found in the desert to die of thirst, we must not give it up now drink water because it will die. It should give him little by little until the body again adapt to a normal. So it is with on light fixture. But over time, your body will get used to a greater and greater amount of solar energy, while not shine the brightest! And then a dark programmers mind and consciousness of this world can only watch you and - to cry.

For, your minds will enter the frequency of the vibrations to which they may never to enter. In addition, solar energy will vremnom isceliti of all diseases and eliminate all negative energy.

Once again hello to you. I know that it is for us to create our New World, and for me that seems to be more of how I want to FEEL in it ... when living a life that I desire for myself and the betterment of all. Yet, I thought it may be nice if you could perhaps give us some things to visualize regarding what we are working towards creating. Might help us get there a little quicker!

In Love and Gratitude we are here to speak with you this day. Many of you are FEELING the immense /intense energies that are stepping up as they filter through into your atmosphere. You are finding more of a connection with your Higher self ... in that you are able to find more Joy on a regular basis. If it is not Joy then it is Gratitude, if not Gratitude then it is Peace .

It is different for each ... and for those who are saying ‘That’s not how I FEEL. I FEEL miserable’… We say to you that you are simply allowing the intensity of the Higher energy to bring up that which has to be got rid of. That is all. Once free of burdens that do not serve … you too shall FEEL the Joy etc. of which we are speaking.

As you FEEL this Joy … we suggest you anchor it … by recognizing the expression of it. It is a most noticeable FEELING around your entire Being and you FEEL almost like skipping!

 KNOW that what you are FEELING in this way NOW is just the starter button … as this Joy spreads and expands within yourself  … you will find your days to play out in a manner that you had not really expected ... for the FEELING and pleasure that a single moment shall  bring  … had not quite been within your comprehension .

You will find too that your FEELINGS towards others has expanded in LOVE. A general overall wellbeing is arising within the self and when appreciated it is a natural occurrence for this to link up with the hearts of those around you.

This is a perfect and yet … oh, so easy way to lift the vibration of the planet as you came to do. We have noted that many have complicated matters and allowed the minds doubts and fears to make a mountain out of a mole hill as you would say.

 YET SIMPLICITY IS THE KEY.

 LOVE IS THE KEY.

To FEEL LOVE is exactly ALL there is to do ... in any given moment … about any given thing … regarding any given soul.

How freeing it is to let go of all concerns and simply TRUST that all is well and all is to continue being well.

 How glorious a FEELING when your BEing TRULY accepts that you are here to BE LOVE in order to complete your task. 

Dearest friends of ours … we are so very much in tune with the song that YOUR HEARTS are singing. The dawning of the New Era is upon us and so much excitement ensues.

It is indeed exciting on many levels. So, we can FEEL the change rapidly taking place within, how quickly will things change without?

Things will change according to the pace of one’s KNOWING. As one accepts the gifts that have awoken within and realises their worth, then more and more rapidly shall new technologies and advanced systems be anchored into place. You shall remember so much of what you once knew. Therefore as memories click into the forefront of your mind, they are manifested in an instant.

Will our houses and trees and parks and seas etc. all appear pretty much the same to us?

Eventually they shall appear differently. Your house shall be customised to your needs and your convenience.  Your transport will be highly advanced from that which it is now.

As for Mother Earth’s transformation … Yes things shall appear differently because there shall be newness to much of Her as she gives birth to a richer soil and purer waters. The colours around you shall not be the same as now … and yet as with your sunrise and sunset they shall present themselves in all shades of pastels to enhance the glory within you.

In times further down the line … as White Cloud has spoken of … it will be common for those of other worlds to be integrating with you in yours … and it shall be also that your vacations shall not be limited to countries just upon your planet.

There shall be a sharing of ways. Teaching one another of one’s cultures. Yet as we say this is not in the ‘immediate future.’

It is quite hard to imagine in all honesty. Yet I am sure it shall be like it is now. It wasn’t that long ago that computers didn’t exist … now look at us! So I am assuming we shall become accustomed to all the newness bit by bit?

Indeed. It is of importance that you remember that everything you are presented with is part of the plan and there is not one thing that is beyond your capability of dealing with. No matter how it may appear at the time.

Those sentences … when you speak like that … can set the mind in a whirl.

Only if you choose to come from fear. Again we should like to speak of this.

THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR. NOTHING.

Yet when you say ‘there is not one thing that is beyond your capability of dealing with. No matter how it may appear at the time.’ … it is natural for me to be a ‘little fearful’, because that could mean anything!

Exactly … and it does! Yet this is what we are reiterating.

ANYTHING MAY HAPPEN … yet when that ‘ANYTHING’ happens …. KNOW that ALL IS WELL.

KNOW that it is simply part of the plan to move you on through to the next part of the plan … and then the next and then the next.

ALL YOU NEED TO DO THROUGHOUT IT ALL ... IS BE IN LOVE!

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS?

Yes. I do. And I shall do my very best to remember it NOW and ALWAYS.

This transformation of your planet that is occurring at this very moment is one that heralds notoriety throughout worlds. We are as eager as yourselves to watch as it moves into its different phases. All eyes are upon your Mother Earth. All energy is being sent to Her. We KNOW that all shall be well yet at the same time we are very much on alert to make sure that all goes as smoothly as it can. There are those who spend each moment and have done for a very long time … ‘in prayer’ for this occurrence to happen with ease and grace.

Oh the rejoicing when the actual shift has taken place.

Yet it is to be a gradual one right?

It has been so and indeed shall continue to be and yet may we put it this way.

When one goes through their schooling … every year they move up a grade. In the first few weeks of experiencing the new grade … one can feel a little out of their depth for they are learning skills of another level and things are not in their usual familiar place. Perhaps new teachers … new surroundings … and yet … the playground, the gym, the hall are all the same … So there is NEW and unfamiliar mixed with the old and familiar as one adjusts to this Higher ground. Yet after a few weeks one FEELS so much more at home once again. They FEEL comfortable and at ease and when looking back to the classroom of the year before … the students seem so much younger and one feels it hard to imagine that they were ever like that!

In this new world dearest friends … every breath you inhale shall be one of LOVE for the self and for the very existence of the self and ALL.

Again … hard to imagine. Well I can imagine it … yet hard to grasp that it shall be a reality at some point, because many are so used to struggle.

Your world has been caught up in a barrage of mistruths in order for those in desperate need to control … to hide you from the beauty of what is real. When you experience for yourself that beauty … when you FEEL FREE … and you have no idea encased behind the bars that hold you …. what freedom feels like … yet when you TRULY FEEL FREEDOM BELOVED SOULS … you will rejoice beyond what you know rejoicing to be.

You will understand WHY you had to go through the struggles and upheaval and all that has battered and bruised your soul.

ALL WILL MAKE SENSE TO YOU and how happy you shall be to KNOW that even though you didn’t KNOW it at the time … EVERY SINGLE MOMENT WAS WORTH IT.
NOT JUST FOR YOURSELF … BUT FOR ALL.

AND WE MEAN ALL!

EVERYTHING shall be in a better position because of this transformation that you have so bravely come down to accomplish … from the most prestigious placement.

OH BELOVED ONES … take a moment or two or three or four … to FEEL the GREATNESS of WHO YOU ARE and WHAT IS TO COME.

FEEL it in your heart and let it speak to your soul. Your soul will react with a catching of the breath in recognition of this TRUTH.

The strength that is gathering within the plan … the momentum that is building … the uniting of souls in LOVE that is creating such vibrations of happiness … All this is HOW IT WAS MEANT TO BE.

We are on target. We are in alignment with the stars and the planets. We are in alignment with each other.

Today we would like to focus your attention on the topic of Heaven. Many of you have various ingrained beliefs about Heaven. Your religions teach you that it is a place that you will go to after you die, only if you are found to be deserving of it. We are here to tell you that you are all deserving and you certainly don’t have to wait until you die before you reach Heaven. You see where we feel the misunderstanding lies is that many are under the impression that Heaven is a place when in fact it really is a state of mind. You certainly can reach Heaven while you are here in this physical incarnation. You do not have to wait until you leave your physical body in order to experience the heavenly realms.

Let us explain further what we mean when we say that Heaven is a state of mind, not necessarily a place. Now we realize that this may bring up many fears with in some of you as you read this because you have placed so much faith and expectation in Heaven the “place”; but bare with us as we explain what we mean from our perspective. You see Heaven can be where ever you find yourselves at any given “time”.

You have the ability to bring Heaven on Earth even in the most chaotic of situations. This is because it is not a location; it is a state of mind, a high frequency of vibration which will allow you to experience Heaven. As we see it, there is no, “over there”. Space is just part of the illusion, its part of the grand design you are all participating in. There really is no other place for Heaven to “be” but right here. To experience Heaven is to be at one with the divine will, to integrate your higher self with your physical form. This is truly what allows you to experience Heaven on Earth.

All of you have your own vision of what you think “Heaven” would look like, and that’s because Heaven is created by each individual. What one may dream of is not necessarily what another would want. You are true creators, why wouldn’t the divine want you to be able to create your Heaven. You are free to create it as you see fit. As we have told you many times before, in the higher realms creation is instantaneous. We create our experiences, continually changing our reality based on our preferences and desires. This is what you are all moving towards. Manifestation is becoming much faster than you have ever experienced. What a gift it is to be able to create your “Heaven” in physical reality; by following your joy, by allowing synchronicity into your lives, and by focusing your intention on what is good for not only yourselves but for the whole. This is what truly will allow Heaven to appear before you.

You see many have grown up believing that heaven was only for a few deserving souls, we are here to tell you that all are welcome in heaven. As you choose to focus your intention on only loving, blissful thoughts, you allow more and more light into your being. You are all master creators and you are now ready to experience Heaven; you are creating it each and every day in the new energy and it will only get stronger. It is well within your capabilities. You have all learned so much in this grand experience here on Earth. You have learned in many cases the hard way how to begin creating what it is that you want in your lives. Wait no more; bring Heaven here to you now!

How hackers turn YOU into a cyber criminal

For around $3 a day, you can ‘rent’ a swarm of PCs around the world - untraceable ‘slave’ machines which you use to browse illegal sites, send spam or launch cyber attacks.

For just a little more, you can rent thousands.

The PCs, of course, are innocent victims - infected machines under total control of cyber crime gangs.

The machines are used for everything from cyber attacks to blackmail to hosting illegal files, all under the command of gang masters far away.

The only sign their owners might notice is that the adverts they see in their web browser have suddenly changed. Today's malware is built to be invisible.

One of the bitterest ironies of cyber crime is that if you are duped into clicking on a spam email, one of the first things that could happen after illegal software has flooded into your computer, is that you’ll become a spammer yourself.

Once computers are remote-controlled by cyber criminals, they are referred to as ‘zombies’ - and for many criminals, the real value in an infected PC is over the long haul.

Gangs tend to specialise. Some criminals will use software that steal bank account details. Others will compromise a PC, then put it up for auction to other criminals.

But for all of them, the main goal is to stay ‘at the helm’ of the PC they’ve breached.

‘They always make sure they’re invisible,’ says Orla Cox, Security Operations Manager at Symantec Security Response, ‘They want to make sure they stay in your computer.’

‘The hacker just wants control,’ says Norton’s Director of Security Response, Kevin Haley, ‘Once he has control, he can use your machine to send spam, or to mount attacks.’

Several reports have claimed that paedophiles use ‘zombie’ computers to remotely store child pornography, including an Associated Press investigation of dozens of such attacks.

By the time the huge ‘botnets’ - networks of infected PCs controlled by spammers - are deactivated by the authorities, the gangs that control them have had ample warning to move their activities elsewhere.

Botnets are so common that prices can be extremely low. A study found that renting 1,000 machines could be as little as $9 (£6) an hour in 2010 - and this year, prices for renting infected machines are as low as $3 a day, according to researchers from Kaspersky, analysing the TDLL-TDS-4 botnet. Payment is accepted via common credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa.

High-profile ‘DDOS’ - distributed denial of service - attacks used to knock company websites off the internet, rely on the same ‘botnets’ - huge networks of zombie computers, which each send dozens or hundreds of requests to the site under attack.

The confidence of some gangs in their weaponry is such that DDOS attacks are used to blackmail sites such as online bookmakers in the run up to major events - or simply in a hi-tech version of protection rackets.

‘Hello. If you want to continue having your site operational, you must pay us 10 000 rubles monthly,’ said one extortion letter sent out to web masters.

‘Attention! Starting as of now our site will be a subject to a DDoS attack. Your site will remain unavailable until you pay us. The first attack will involve 2,000 bots. If you contact the companies involved in the protection of DDoS-attacks and they begin to block our bots, we will increase the number of bots to 50 000, and the protection of 50 000 bots is very, very expensive.’

Zombie PCs also often become spammers themselves, sending out dozens of infected emails to friends, or even people you don’t know - and building the botnets even further, as their criminal masters fade into the background.

‘A huge amount of malware is still spread through email attachments,’ says Orla Cox. 'Although there’s an increase in high-tech methods such as ‘drive-by downloads’, where infected advertising banners and websites are used to spread malicious software, the ‘traditional’ way of spreading infection via spam is still hugely popular.'

‘The social engineering is becoming cleverer,’ says Cox. ‘You’ll receive a fake package order, fake invoices - but when you click on the attachment, your computer becomes infected.’

Up-to-date protection software and an updated operating system such as Windows will help to defend against such infections before they occur - a much easier way to stay safe than the often-lengthy process of repairing the damage after it occurs.

It’s also worth noting that law enforcement won’t treat you as a criminal if you are a victim of this sort of attack. But the best defence of all is, of course, not being a victim in the first place.

American photographer Robert Franke used narrowband filters to increase the detail in this image of the 'Witch's Broom' nebula - the remnants of an ancient explosion in deep space.

Part of the Veil Nebula, the ‘Witch’s Broom’ is the glowing debris from a supernova explosion – the violent death of a massive star.

Although the supernova occurred several thousand years ago, the gaseous debris is still expanding outwards, producing this vast cloud-like structure.
