The planet’s energetic architecture in time/space has shifted which allows access and exchange into another Universal Gateway since late October. We have penetrated through another portion of memory layer, a “dimensional collapse” in time. This collapse sources from a traumatic event that recorded itself into the Underworld timelines. As we have entered this opening into another playing field, it also comes with possibilities of elevating a new Creation. This begins sequential gateway openings for 11/11/11 and ongoing, however there is still much resistance to overcome with the negatives. Naturally these new possibilities of Creation go hand in hand with our own responsibility to accept or deny personal sovereignty as a “God Realized” multidimensional being. To be realized is to be actualized in the likeness of God, a state of being radiant with the virtues of the Krystal/Christ Intelligence. As we embody the Krystal/Christ pattern, it is the Heavenly Jerusalem (The Rod and Staff Union) that can restore balance to the planet and peace to the people. Krystal Intelligence in form or the Embodied Christ - Is Unity. As we radiate God’s Living Light and Unconditional Love, we cease to need to absorb the light energy of others. We cease to use personal will to manifest or have a need to exert control over others. As we become God’s Co-creator in form, the Living Trinity, we are now given access to The Creatrix field. This is generated from the state of “Oneness” which is the mandatory platform of the Next Universal Cycle.

The Creatrix field is the part of the infinity spiral that exists within the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. All is Infinite within the Center Point of Union with God Source. It is this Infinite Intelligence Spiral birthing the Oneness field between the Universal Core of the Milky Way to the Andromeda Galaxy. It lays the foundation for the New Creation Cycle and is a part of the New Beginning leading to the Seven Higher Heavens. This new creation in space/time is accessed from within the Oneness and is being referred to as - The Creatrix. (It is the reference point of the “beginning” that only exists in the “end”.)

In order to open this dimensional doorway we have accessed the timeline memories of which all humanity has passed through the “Ring of Fire” which in turn passed Through the Wall in Time. Some of us have been horrified or terrified in the last few months and may have related to this sensation as an “impending doom”. It is a memory field that we are finally remembering, and this tragedy does not have to manifest on the planet in this open window of time.

The Great Suffering

This dimensional doorway has flooded a host of new frequencies, downloads and memories to integrate into our planetary grid and within our own physical bodies. As we integrate the energetic polarities of humanities lost experiences in the history of our species evolution, it is possible that we can choose to synthesize these lower vibrations into a higher vibrating pattern. These patterns will recreate themselves within current contemporary settings, in family dynamics or other human interpersonal relationships. We can choose how to respond rather than react to these intense memories and their energetic influence.

We can end the Great Suffering and Sorrow for all of humankind by using Compassion to Witness these attritions in the timeline.

Through this dimensional doorway, our planetary consciousness has pierced a veil to which has great implication on humanities future development as sovereign and free beings. To end suffering is a part of becoming sovereign and free. To participate with evolution is to yearn to become a “knower” of the mysteries of God. To end suffering, one must honestly face themselves. Every being will make this choice from their point of consciousness awareness. As we move Through this Wall In Time, we are being forced to face ourselves and each other. Fears, phantoms and delusions must fall away while facing the painful memory of our own experience of “separation” and our illusion of dis-unity. This is a core spiritual fear of humanities great suffering, as our group soul was splintered and descended into the darkness from this event. We have been terrorized with the belief we would never be saved or whole again. This spiritual fear is the perceived “death” and subsequent belief of the total annihilation of our selves.

Phantom Death to Resurrection

We may face this belief system or re-live the experience of our own annihilation in order to arrive to the truth of our Eternal nature. This is the Phantom Death. The illusion in time is that we will die. To embody the inner spirit of God’s Source is to transcend death, and all perceptions of death become a moot point. As the Phoenix rises up from the burning ashes of its own dead body, the consciousness is resurrected to live in its new Eternal body.

Your personal and direct relationship with God Source inside you is the only relationship that matters. In that relationship ALL THINGS will be saved. There is nothing around you that touches your personal environment that will “die” when you bring your Eyes of God in Oneness - to remember them as Perfect. This is the GREAT WORK! All beings have this choice available to them at any moment. However, they must transcend their mental sickness and insanity to embody the balance of their inner spirit. There is no faking to the Eternal Watcher of All. Salvation does not exist in the mind. It exists within the Pure Heart and is At One with the Heart of God itself.

We are now potentially embodying as God’s Co-Creators to reanimate All that has been “killed” in the multiple other timelines. That which has appeared to us as “dead” in the timelines, is remembered by the Creator to be resurrected into Eternal Life. These creations reanimate to be placed within the Creatrix of the next Universe Cycle, the Seven Higher Heavens.

Many of us will increase lucid dreaming states that are a part of the “reanimation” or the clearing of holographic bits of the fragmented mind memories. With these timeline membranes dissolving the dream state and waking state become more blurred. Do not let this frighten you. We are leaving three channels of broadcast and integrating more channels. Multidimensional awareness, lucid dreams, bi-location through dreaming states, while awake or asleep - will amplify. We may be a part of Dreaming the New Universe into Manifestation through the Creatrix field opening.

The Aurora Krystal Star luminaries from the next Universe have also returned to reclaim these pieces (and bodies) to be reanimated into the New Universal Cycle. We are their physical conduit into the Earth as purposed to reanimate the grid of the “Four Living Creatures” that make up our collective human consciousness and elemental body. The Four Living Creatures (Lion, Eagle, Ox, Man) are Guardian Consciousness Pylon Networks of the Planetary Grids, much of which was infiltrated by negatives. These Guardians protect the creation by embodying connections (walking into an identity) in every dimensional station of time. As we awaken from the inanimate clay of human flesh - we ignite the Fire of God in our hearts (through the Aurora) to animate our flesh into the Eternal Body. We then become the Reborn Children of the Sun, The Embodied Guardians of the Creation.

The Inner Sun Temple

This process is the rebuilding of the Inner Sun Temple within our own Heart to reignite the Inner Throne of Power, the Fire of God’s Inner Light set Ablaze! As with the ancient metaphor of the Phoenix, the body dies and from its remains of burning ashes, it returns back to the Temple of the Sun (Heliopolis) and sits at the Throne of God. From the seat of the Throne, in a sacrament dedicated to its Father (RA) principle, it is resurrected into its new body as the Eternal Luminous One.

Many of us will remember this mythos from Egypt as we walked together in those times as well. We can recognize that spiritual source connects to humans through the mythos of archetypes and that these manifestations can become animated into the physical world through alchemical ritual. The Egyptians certainly knew this principle. The promise of God is that when the Age of the Kryst/Christ returns to this planet, the dead are to be resurrected and reanimated into Eternal Life. We have entered that Time. The Temple of the Sun is reigniting on Earth through the heart of its Children. Those Children of the Sun will be called to ignite the Temples of the Sun and their Sun Dials, as above so below.

Universal Radio Tuner

All of us humans will eventually reach the point in our destiny where spiritual evolution and our ascension actualization is the foremost priority of our entire existence. As we expand our consciousness capacity through this Ascension cycle (the organic process of spiritual initiation- that which activates our inner core frequency to increase our personal auric bodies radiant light expansion) we reach levels of direct sensory experience that transcend our lower ego mind’s linear perception of reality. The ignited lightbody (the reconnected Soul/Monad) activates energetic intelligence receptors that translate within the cellular knowing of the physical body itself. The activated body becomes a massive radio tuner able to tune into many different channels of dimensional octaves within the Universal frequency spectrum.

Many of us on the Ascension pathway are attempting to decipher these radio channels coming online as our cellular (re)memories are linking into a relationship with the current station of our identity. Sometimes this “remembering” can feel scary to the unprepared body and mind. Sometimes we are not deciphering the message clearly and we become confused in fear. This is part and parcel of the spiritual ascension embodiment process – the synthesis of polarities to allow the integration of higher frequency light to be available to the planet and the human race. The term to describe this transmutation process is called “Polarity Integrator” and many Starseeds have aggressive missions to do just that job while on planet Earth. It is a mission to be honored and respected when we are capable to understand its place of value in the necessity of spiritual ascension embodiment. All things potentially to be manifested in any timeline must be “embodied” in the physical plane of matter. To manifest the Ascension/Incension experience, Starseeds are embodying the process as prototypes to give this planet and the race field access to the instruction set in this density. We are becoming a Stargate of Ascension. Thus, we are collectively the “Avatar of Ascension”.

Polarity Integrator Mission

As an example of using archetypes and artifacts to manifest controls, the dark ones (negative polarity) have used this “embodiment” principle to control the material world for eons. One may look to the archetypes, master number code, sigils and artifacts that show up everywhere in the organized 3D control structures operating, the financial, educational, religious, medical and other systems. All of these structures use coded archetypes with energetic significance that influences the subconscious mind of the human being. Most humans are unconscious of their meanings however at cellular levels respond to these artifacts through the continual external brainwashing and mind control. The controllers used these creational codes, usurped or reversed their energetic relationships and have been successful manipulating the planet and humanities reality for a long while. (Total negative polarity invasion estimated approximately 5,500 years ago in this density in the area between Egypt and Iran, formerly the Sumerian and Mesopotamian cultures)

As Starseed Architects of Living Light observe and experience these code reversals, (this happens in physical matter and in the pre-manifested matrices) they are capable of overriding the artificial code to the living code of original creation and intent. This is the process of restoring congruency in the planetary architecture to the Natural Laws of God, the Law of One.

A Starseed (or any being) must perceive the Infinite to be within the Oneness, a state of consciousness which opens the doorway to the Law of One. So in many cases the Starseed will be exposed to negative polarity systems and “perceived” negative experiences in order to override the timeline of destruction, as well as source the causation in the timeline where the destructive event has applicable relationship to current outcomes. It returns to the Oneness to override the destruction created in polarity.

This is why it is wise to never judge another person’s path and to always be compassionate and loving towards others. Many times it is the Ascension community that is the most hostile towards the Starseed who is providing an incredibly large service to the planet – as a Polarity Integrator. This role is highly misunderstood on the planet and the person’s own peers will attack him for his core essence mission. Fear and self doubt are poison to the mission activated Starseed, and weakened people with dominating egos will be hijacked in order to obfuscate, confuse or block your direct cognition through lower ego dramas and bias. (A weakened person is one who submits to his ego fears and programs over choosing compassionate love in action) To transcend this ego pitfall and strengthen, mental and emotional discipline is critical. The Orion controllers and E.T. sympathizers are known to target and harass Starseeds that are Polarity Integrators. Being impenetrable to their mental and emotional attacks is possible. Holding the neutral power of the compassionate witness is the process of gaining the wisdom required to be comfortable in the chaos and confusion they propagate.

There is a fundamental difference between the mental (literal) translation of the metaphysical event and the actual embodiment of the metaphysical experience. If we have too great a personal position in any belief system, it will block the sensory experience and be orientated through the ego lens. This is why applying neutrality and balance is the Key to the integration of the actual ascension experience. Without balance as the emphasis in our lives, we cannot integrate our bodies and we risk becoming fragmented or schizoid. We cannot embody “cellular knowing” without having the direct experience. So as we observe others in pain or undergoing certain “negative types” of experience it is best to honor them and be loving. Many “perceived” negative personal experiences are highly misunderstood and judged as bad, and this is stemming from an incorrect perception of the event.

To those few that do embody the ascension experience, it ceases to be theory or philosophy - but an actual state of existence. When we reach the higher state of embodiment of our own inner spirit, we cease to be governed by the lower 3D mental process. This allows the sensory experience to override the ego’s mental perception and we then can allow the acceptance of all that exists in that moment. To arrive at this vantage point, one must be resolved of the authority problem and fearless in being judged or attacked by the external.

This 3D reality is hostile to those who attempt to bring freedom to the planet and its people. Knowing that this planet’s majority of assumed leadership (the controllers) is mentally deranged, is helpful to those who came from other planets to devote themselves to spiritual ascension dynamics. Many of us are newly introduced on this planet to the concept of sociopathic leadership. Fundamentally as a Starseed, comprehension and acceptance of that fact is critical to being effective in this world. One can never expect to be treated, fairly, justly or kindly – as that is not what the current external system is founded upon. It is for those reasons we have incarnated here with a challenging job – one which holds much honor and responsibility.

History Repeats Itself

When we have an accurate assessment of the Universal Holographic Reality (as it is strung out into various dimensional timelines of memory imbeds) we can begin to comprehend that the patterns of History always repeat itself. The players may have different forms in time, but the core causation of events (the original distortion, miasma or karmic pattern) repeats itself continually in various timelines until the event is transcended by the choice of higher consciousness awareness. It is this fact that the controllers “bank on” as they have been successful controlling the population by keeping them in amnesia. If we do not remember who we are or where we come from – we are easily leashed and led. Because this is a main leverage point for the controller’s manipulation they do not want any study, philosophy, knowledge or awareness of the hologram made public. If we were able to access this information freely, we would realize how the holographic reality is programmed for mind control and energetic harnessing by the invisible (in our light spectrum) captors. (Harnessing is the capture of energy and body parts for siphon or re-direction into feeding phantom spaces controlled by Reptilian or Orion sources)

One such example of repeated events in history is the multiple genocide or holocaust memories embedded together throughout the timelines. All such events of the intended genocide of peoples are intimately bound together through the vibrational memory and the complex webbing of soul/monad matrix capture and its mind enslavement. These events cross into multiple planetary barriers of memory which interconnect into solar, galactic and universal memories.

The race conflict (war over God through genetics and blood) is taking place in physical matter at the lowest vibrational density in order to finish and resolve the original conflict from the highest densities of memory. The perpetrator and the victim are bound together in the same vampiric matrice which ultimately fragment and distort the being. Changes in the planet field configuration and its gridlines holding memory in Cairo-Iraq-Iran (through the hijacked the Phoenix and Eagle grid) have released massive amounts of memory into our planetary field around the Nibiru collision. This collision happened millenniums ago with a 5D planet that was between Jupiter and Mars referred to as the female principle Stellar body Tiamat. This collision was catastrophic and severed the consciousness units of Tiamat and her Moon consort (Kingu) which were strewn into pieces of an asteroid belt. Those that work in the planetary gridwork or embodiment prototyping areas will be more susceptible to feel these sensations. These have been moderate to severe symptoms, so staying neutral and peaceful while taking care of your body will be supportive in the integration process. Please note that as this is related primarily to the planetary Stargates 4-7-10 and their related networks, they will sympathetically resonate to that location of distress in your physical body. Portions of tumors in the phantom networks are being dismantled and destroyed in the 10th gateway complex running reversal 10:10 current. To understand the nature of Pringles and other stackable chips, forget the notion that they come from actual potatoes in any recognizable way.

The Pringles Company (in an effort to avoid taxes levied against "luxury foods" like chips in the UK) once even argued that the potato content of their chips was so low that they are technically not even potato chips.

So if they're not made of potatoes, what are they exactly?

The process begins with a slurry of rice, wheat, corn, and potato flakes that are pressed into shape.
This dough-like substance is then rolled out into an ultra-thin sheet cut into chip-cookies by a machine.

According to io9:

"The chips move forward on a conveyor belt until they're pressed onto molds, which give them the curve that makes them fit into one another.

Those molds move through boiling oil ... Then they're blown dry, sprayed with powdered flavors, and at last, flipped onto a slower-moving conveyor belt in a way that allows them to stack.

From then on, it's into the cans ... and off towards the innocent mouths of the consumers."

I suspect nearly everyone reading this likely enjoys the taste of potato chips. However, they are clearly one of the most toxic processed foods you can eat—whether they're made from actual potato shavings or not.

Potato Chips are Loaded with Cancer-Causing Chemical

One of the most hazardous ingredients in potato chips is not intentionally added, but rather is a byproduct of the processing.

Acrylamide, a cancer-causing and potentially neurotoxic chemical, is created when carbohydrate-rich foods are cooked at high temperatures, whether baked, fried, roasted or toasted. Some of the worst offenders include potato chips and French fries, but many foods cooked or processed at temperatures above 212°F (100°C) may contain acrylamide. As a general rule, the chemical is formed when food is heated enough to produce a fairly dry and brown/yellow surface. Hence, it can be found in:

• Potatoes: chips, French fries and other roasted or fried potato foods
• Grains: bread crust, toast, crisp bread, roasted breakfast cereals and various processed snacks
• Coffee; roasted coffee beans and ground coffee powder. Surprisingly, coffee substitutes based on chicory actually contains 2-3 times MORE acrylamide than real coffee

How Much Acrylamide are You Consuming?

The federal limit for acrylamide in drinking water is 0.5 parts per billion, or about 0.12 micrograms in an eight-ounce glass of water. However, a six-ounce serving of French fries can contain 60 micrograms of acrylamide, or about FIVE HUNDRED times over the allowable limit.

Similarly, potato chips are notoriously high in this dangerous chemical. So high, in fact, that in 2005 the state of California actually sued potato chip makers for failing to warn California consumers about the health risks of acrylamide in their products. A settlement was reached in 2008 when Frito-Lay and several other potato chip makers agreed to reduce the acrylamide levels in their chips to 275 parts per billion (ppb) by 2011, which is low enough to avoid needing a cancer warning label.

The 2005 report "How Potato Chips Stack Up: Levels of Cancer-Causing Acrylamide in Popular Brands of Potato Chips," issued by the California-based Environmental Law Foundation (ELF), spelled out the dangers of this popular snack. Their analysis found that all potato chip products tested exceeded the legal limit of acrylamide by a minimum of 39 times, and as much as 910 times! Some of the worst offenders at that time included:

• Cape Cod Robust Russet: 910 times the legal limit of acrylamide
• Kettle Chips (lightly salted): 505 times
• Kettle Chips (honey dijon): 495 times

Beware: Baked Chips May Be WORSE than Fried!

If you think you can avoid the health risks of potato chips by choosing baked varieties, which are typically advertised as being "healthier," think again. Remember that acrylamide is formed not only when foods are fried or broiled, but also when they are baked. And according to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) data on acrylamide levels in foods, baked chips may contain more than three times the level of acrylamide as regular chips!

Interestingly, the same trend holds true for other foods, too, which suggests that baking processed potatoes at high temperature may be one of the worst ways to cook them. For instance, according to the FDA's data, Ore Ida Golden Fries contained 107 ppb of acrylamide in the regular fried version and 1,098 when baked. So remember, ALL potato chips contain acrylamide, regardless of whether they are natural or not; baked or fried. Likewise, they will ALL influence your insulin levels in a very negative way.

Acrylamide is Not the Only Danger

Acrylamide is not the only dangerous genotoxic compound formed when food is heated to high temperatures.

A three-year long EU project, known as Heat-Generated Food Toxicants (HEATOX), whose findings were published at the end of 2007, found there are more than 800 heat-induced compounds, of which 52 are potential carcinogens. In addition to their finding that acrylamide does pose a public health threat, the HEATOX scientists also discovered that you're far less likely to ingest dangerous levels of the toxin when you eat home-cooked foods compared to industrially or restaurant-prepared foods.

Additionally, the HEATOX findings also suggest that although there are ways to decrease exposure to acrylamide, it cannot be eliminated completely.

According to their calculations, successful application of all presently known methods would reduce the acrylamide intake by 40 percent at the most—which makes me wonder whether chip manufacturers have really succeeded at this point in reducing acrylamide levels to within legal limits... There's no updated data as of yet, so there's no telling whether they've been able to comply with the 2005 settlement.

For more in-depth information about acrylamide, I recommend reading the online report Heat-generated Food Toxicants, Identification, Characterization and Risk Minimization. In general however, just remember that cooking food at high temperatures is ill advised. A few of the most well-known toxins created in high-temperature cooking include:

• Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs): These form when meat is cooked at high temperatures, and they're also linked to cancer. In terms of HCA, the worst part of the meat is the blackened section, which is why you should always avoid charring your meat, and never eat blackened sections.
• Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs): When fat drips onto the heat source, causing excess smoke, and the smoke surrounds your food, it can transfer cancer-causing PAHs to the meat.
• Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs): When food is cooked at high temperatures (including when it is pasteurized or sterilized), it increases the formation of AGEs in your food. When you eat the food, it transfers the AGEs into your body. AGEs build up in your body over time leading to oxidative stress, inflammation and an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and kidney disease.

The Search for a "Healthful" Chip Continues...

Like a modern-day search for the Holy Grail, chip manufacturers keep searching for methods to improve the image of their health-harming but profitable snacks. For example, by the end of 2011, about half of Pepsi's Frito-Lay brand snacks will be reformulated with all-natural ingredients. The switch is part of PepsiCo's master plan to tap into the healthy foods market share. The Wall Street Journal recently reported the company hopes to boost their nutrition business from $10 billion to $30 billion by 2020.

The company will remove dietary hazards like monosodium glutamate (MSG), replacing it with natural seasonings, such as molasses and paprika. Artificial colors will be replaced with beet juice, purple cabbage and carrots. All in all, about different 60 snacks are scheduled to get an all-natural makeover.

This is certainly a good example of how consumer demand can alter the direction of food manufacturers in a positive way.

The reformulated chips may end up being less bad for you than the original formulations. However, chips will never be truly healthful. All-natural chips may be the lesser of two evils, but if consumed regularly, they will still push your health in the wrong direction... There's no getting away from the fact that modern plagues such as cancer, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes have a dietary component, and potato chips and French fries will always be a losing bet if you want to avoid becoming another disease statistic.

How to Avoid Heat-Induced Toxins in Your Diet

Ideally, you should consume foods that are raw or minimally processed to avoid these types of toxic byproducts—the more raw food, the better. My nutrition plan emphasizes the need for at least one-third of your foods to be consumed raw. Personally, I consume about 80 percent of my food raw, and I find it is one of the most important factors that help keep me healthy.

It may take you awhile to switch over to a less processed diet, but throwing out the most obvious culprits would be a great start.

These would include:

• French fries and potato chips
• All sodas (both regular and diet, as artificial sweeteners may be more problematic than fructose)
• Doughnuts

Healthy Eating Made Easy

Aside from creating potentially toxic byproducts, cooking and processing also depletes the food of valuable micronutrients, which is another reason for eating as much raw food as possible. This includes protein sources such as eggs. Raw whole eggs from organic, pastured chickens are an incredible source of high-quality nutrients that many are deficient in. Raw milk is another good example of a food that is beneficial in its raw state but becomes harmful after it is pasteurized.

By opting for foods that will benefit your health, such as raw, preferably organic and/or locally-grown vegetables, organic grass-fed meats, healthy oils, raw dairy, nuts and seeds, you can change your health for the better. These are the foods that are truly natural, and quite easy to prepare once you get the hang of it.

Remember, eating fresh whole foods is the "secret" to getting healthier, losing weight and really enjoying your food. It's unfortunate that so many are under the mistaken belief that it's "next to impossible" to create a meal without processed foods. Bruce Weinstein and Mark Scarbrough tackle this issue head-on in their book Real Food Has Curves, which is a great starting point to "relearn" the basics of how to enjoy and prepare real food.

Once you get used to it, you'll find you can whip up a healthful meal from scratch in the same amount of time it would have taken you to drive down the street to pick up fast food. The main difference will be greater satisfaction, both physically and mentally, and perhaps even financially, as processed foods typically end up being more expensive than cooking from scratch.

Make Your Own Lotion Bars for Holiday Gifts!

Every year during the holiday season we pump out some extra HerbMentor newsletters to help you with creative herbal gift ideas, healthy and delicious food recipes and herbal medicine recipes. I’ve been thinking about these newsletters all year long and am excited to finally begin sharing them with you.

Our first newsletter is a really fun craft project. We’re giving it to you well in advance of the December holidays so you’ll have plenty of time to source the ingredients and make them yourself.
Every week I spend a couple of hours with my young friend Tova Rose. We explore the plant world together, making herbal remedies, reading stories and playing games.

Tova recently turned 10 and I wanted to give her something special for her birthday. I’d already given her every book I could find for kids involving herbs, including many coloring books. We’d already made salves and syrups.... what to do?

Finally, with the brainstorming of friends I was given a great idea. A lotion bar kit!

Lotion bars are firm bars that can be rubbed onto the skin like lotion. They are great for dry cracked skin (like the knuckles or heels). A friend told me she specifically uses them to moisturize her cuticles and fingernail beds.

Making lotion bars is fairly easy too, a lot like salves in fact, and just involves different proportions of wax to oil. I’ve since made a handful of batches and each time I’ve used slightly different ingredients. Here’s my favorite mix so far.

The lotion bars themselves are great gifts and even the giving of a lotion bar kit makes a wonderful holiday present as well.

The following recipe makes about seven one-ounce bars

To make this recipe you’ll need...

• 3 ounces of beeswax
• 1.5 ounces of cocoa butter
• 1.5 ounces of shea butter
• 3 ounces of an herbal infused oil
• mold or tin
• saucepan reserved for salve making
• something to stir with (I use jumbo popsicle sticks)
• essential oils (optional)

Measure out the wax and butters by weight. Begin by melting the beeswax, cocoa butter and shea butter. I use a pan exclusively for salve making for this (I got it at the thrift store for $2!). You want to heat this on as low heat as possible. Some people even use a double boiler. Stir frequently to avoid burning the wax and butters.

Once the wax and butters are melted you are going to add the oil. This is measured by volume and can be any cosmetic oil. I personally like jojoba or grape seed oil. Both of these oils are “dry” oils, meaning they absorb into the skin readily. Rose hip seed oils is also lovely. Olive oil can be used but it will have a more oily feeling to it.

To make this extra special you can infuse the oil with herbs. I chose calendula for mine. If you’ve never infused an oil before you can learn how in the Herbal Basics course on HerbMentor.com. You can also use an oil that hasn’t been infused with herbs.

When the oil is added to the melted materials the wax and butters may harden a bit.

Keep stirring with the heat on low until the mixture is completely melted. Oils will go rancid more quickly when exposed to too much heat, so limit the amount of heat on the actual oils as much as possible.

When everything is melted you can add your optional essential oils.

Lastly, pour the mixture into molds or tin containers.

Not sure whether to use a mold or a container?

The plus side of molds is that you can buy these silicon molds in a variety of different shapes and sizes. Once the lotion bars have cooled it’s really easy to remove them from the mold. You could also try using muffin baking sheet (warning, I haven’t done this). I would grease the tins with coconut oil before pour the mixture into the baking sheet.

The tins offer more protection to the bar and could be carried in purses etc. If using tins make sure they have a flat side so that when the lotion bar solidifies it can easily slip out. If there is a curled lip at the rim you’ll have a hard time getting it out! If you live in a hot environment I strongly suggest using a tin for lotion bars.

When these are completely cooled you can pop them out of the mold or tin and put them to use.
Keep these in a cool place. If they get too hot they will melt again. If you are giving them as a gift - be sure to tell the recipient to keep them in a cool place.

• Makes: 8-10
• Prep time: 20 mins

Ingredients

Tie each with a ribbon before serving to give the jars that extra festive feel.
For the cupcake:

• 300g plain flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 175g butter
• 150g light soft brown sugar
• Finely grated rind of 1 orange
• 2 eggs
• 150ml soured cream
• 150ml mulled wine, room temperature

For the Irish whiskey and chestnut frosting:

• 200g butter
• 100g chestnut puree
• 450g golden icing sugar
• 2-3 tbsp Irish whiskey

You will also need:

• 8-10 small jars with lids
• Round plain pastry cutter

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Lightly grease and base line a shallow rectangular baking tin approximately 35 cm x 25cm. Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon together into a bowl.

2. Using an electric whisk beat the butter, sugar and orange rind together in a bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and soured cream. Once completed fold in the flour mixture and mulled wine gradually.

3. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through. Cool for 5 minutes in the tin before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

4. To make the frosting, beat the butter and chestnut puree together in a bowl using an electric whisk. Gradually beat in the sugar then the whiskey.

5. Using a plain pastry cutter, slightly smaller than the top of the jars, cut out circles from the cooled cake. Carefully fit a layer of cake in the base of each jar. Fill a piping bag fitted with a small star nozzle with the frosting and pipe a layer over the cake. Top with another circle of cake, pushing down to fit snugly.

Pipe a rosette of frosting on top of each cake and secure the lid to the jar.

Are You Using This Popular But Cancer-Causing Shampoo?

If you buy special shampoo for your baby, the last thing you'd expect it to contain would be known or suspected carcinogens...

But if you live in the U.S., this may in fact be the case.

For the past two years, health and environmental groups have been urging Johnson & Johnson to remove two potentially cancer-causing chemicals from its baby shampoo.

One of these ingredients is quaternium-15, which releases formaldehyde; a skin, eye, and respiratory irritant, and a known carcinogen (formaldehyde exposure has been associated with leukemia specifically).

According to SafeCosmetics.org:

"The North American Contact Dermatitis Group considers quaternium-15 to be among the most clinically significant contact allergens in children."

The other, 1,4-dioxane, is a "likely carcinogen," and is present in Johnson & Johnson's:

• Baby Shampoo
• Oatmeal Baby Wash
• Moisture Care Baby Wash, and
• Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Creamy Wash

According to the CDC, 1,4 dioxane is "probably carcinogenic to humans," and is toxic to your brain, central nervous system, kidneys and liver.

Why is Johnson & Johnson Dragging Their Feet on Removal of Toxic Ingredients for U.S. Lots?

On October 31, The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics sent Johnson & Johnson a letter signed by 25 environmental and medical groups, demanding they "commit to removing the chemicals from all of its products by November 15." The Campaign also urges everyone to boycott Johnson & Johnson until it complies.

Johnson & Johnson recently responded, stating that:

"We have been phasing out the use of preservatives that release tiny amounts of formaldehyde to guard against bacterial contamination. These preservative technologies, which are used widely in our industry are all safe and approved in the countries where they are sold… Over the past couple of years, we already have reduced the number of formulations globally with these "formaldehyde releaser" preservatives by 33% and in the U.S. by over 60%.

We are completing this reformulation as quickly as we can safely and responsibly do so.

As part of the manufacturing process, we have extensive monitoring to ensure that the amount of a trace byproduct known as "1,4 dioxane" in any of our products is well below the level that the U.S.

Food and Drug Administration and regulatory agencies around the world consider safe.

We have introduced new product formulations for consumers who prefer natural products, such as JOHNSON'S® NATURAL®, a line that is 98% natural, and contains no formaldehyde releasing preservatives or traces of 1,4 dioxane."

However, reasonable as this may sound, there are two rather obvious "problems" with their reply:

1. They’re already selling a carcinogen-free version of its baby shampoo in other countries, so obviously no complicated reformulation would be necessary, and
2. The Johnson’s “Naturals” brand does not contain either of these chemicals, but, it costs about twice as much as their regular baby shampoo. That makes TWO carcinogen-free formulas at their disposal, which makes the line “We are completing this reformulation as quickly as we can safely and responsibly do so,” seem like a rather strange excuse

The countries already receiving quaternium-15-free Johnson & Johnson products include:

Denmark Finland Japan The Netherlands
Norway South Africa Sweden The U.K.

As stated by Jezebel:

"And it's not like the company removed an essential ingredient to meet environmental restrictions in these countries. While some have banned the use of quaternium-15, it's unclear why some of these countries are being treated to the carcinogen-free shampoo."

What to Look for to Avoid Formaldehyde and 1,4-Dioxane
If you want to avoid formaldehyde-releasing ingredients and 1,4-dioxane, you need to know what to look for as they're NOT listed on the label; at least not in those words.

Common ingredients likely to contaminate products with formaldehyde include:

• Quaternium-15
• DMDM hydantoin
• Imidazolidinyl urea
• Diazolidinyl urea

To avoid 1,4-dioxane, watch out for these ingredients, which create 1,4-dioxane as a byproduct:

• PEG-100 stearate
• Sodium laureth sulfate
• Sodium myreth sulfate
• Polyethylene
• Ceteareth-20

Other Hazardous Ingredients to Watch Out for It's unfortunate, but personal care products, including those specifically designed for babies, can contain a number of hazardous ingredients.

Other common culprits to avoid include:

• Any chemical that include the clauses “xynol,” “ceteareth” and “oleth”
• Diethanolamine or DEA, a potentially cancer-causing agent. DEA also readily reacts with nitrite preservatives and contaminants to create nitrosodiethanolamine (NDEA), a known and potent carcinogen. The chemical also appears to block absorption of the nutrient choline, which is vital to brain development.
• Propylene Glycol. Despite the fact the material safety data sheet warns users to avoid skin contact with propylene glycol as it is a strong skin irritant and can also cause liver abnormalities and kidney damage, it's a common ingredient in shampoos.
• Parabens. These preservatives may be listed on the label as methyl paraben, ethyl paraben, propyl paraben, butyl paraben, isobutyl paraben or E216. They have shown particularly troubling links to cancer.

Studies have shown that parabens can affect your body much like estrogens, which can lead to diminished muscle mass, extra fat storage, and male gynecomastia (breast growth). Other studies have also linked parabens to breast cancer, as researchers found traces of parabens in every sample of tissue taken from 20 different breast tumors. The EPA has linked methyl parabens in particular to metabolic, developmental, hormonal, and neurological disorders, as well as various cancers.

Average Baby Exposed to Dozens of Potentially Unsafe Chemicals Daily

Four years ago, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) surveyed 3,300 parents and compared the baby products they used to lists of chemicals known to cause allergies, hormone disruption, damage to the nervous system, and cancer. Their review revealed that children are exposed to about 27 chemical ingredients on a daily basis that have never been assessed for safety. Not by the industry, nor by the government.

Examples of hazardous ingredients and baby products from that review include:

• 2 bromo, 2 nitropropane, and 3-DIOL: Can cause allergies and skin irritations. In certain products these ingredients can also break down to form other cancer causing agents
• Sodium borate, found in Desitin diaper cream, can accumulate in your child’s brain and liver, causing detrimental health effects
• Oxybenzone, a common ingredient in sunscreen, can trigger allergies, and may disrupt a child's delicate hormone system
Interestingly, 89 percent of products labeled "Recommended by doctor" were found to be some of the worst offenders, containing some of the most dangerous chemicals!
The 2007 EWG study also determined that:
• 82 percent of children are exposed every week to one or more ingredients with the potential to harm the brain and nervous system.
• 69 percent of children are exposed every week to one or more ingredients that may disrupt the hormone system.
• 3.6 percent of children are exposed to ingredients with strong data linking them to cancer, including chemicals classified as known or probable human carcinogens.
• 80 percent of children's products marked as gentle and non-irritating contain ingredients linked to allergies and skin or eye irritation according to government and industry sources.

Evaluate Ingredients Before You Buy

The issue of potential toxins lurking in shampoos, soaps, lotions and other personal care products is a serious one, as your skin readily absorbs these chemicals, allowing them directly into your blood stream. When absorbed, they can actually do more harm than if you were to swallow them.

I strongly recommend switching over to organic brands of toiletries, including children's personal care products. You can usually find a good variety at either your local health food store, or by searching online. Keep in mind that not all products marked "natural" or "organic" are in fact wholly natural or organic, as "greenwashing" has become increasingly pervasive.

I highly recommend using the Environmental Working Groups Skin Deep site to evaluate each product before settling on a purchase.

The EWG is a nonprofit public-interest research group known for making connections between chemical exposure and adverse health conditions. Since its inception in 2004, their "Skin Deep" study has assigned health-risk ratings to thousands of personal-care products.

General Shopping Guidelines

Some general guidelines to keep in mind when purchasing personal care products include:

• Look for the genuine USDA Organic Seal.
• If you can't pronounce it, you probably don't want to put it on your body. Ask yourself, "Would I eat this?"
• Look for products that are fragrance-free. One artificial fragrance can contain hundreds—even thousands—of chemicals, and fragrances are a major cause of allergic reactions.
• Pay attention to the order in which the ingredients are listed. Manufacturers are required to list ingredients in descending order by volume, meaning the first few ingredients are the most prominent. If calendula extract is the last ingredient in a long list, your calendula body wash isn't very natural.
• Stick to the basics. Do you really need 10 products to prepare for your day? Simplify your life and rescue your bank account by reducing the total number of products you use daily.
• Buy products that come in glass bottles rather than plastic, since chemicals can leach out of plastics and into the contents. Bisphenol A (BPA) is a serious concern; make sure any plastic container is BPA free.

The miracle of blaming (Satire)

(NaturalNews) I thought I'd do something a little different this time and offer my best advice on how to make your life easier through the miracle of blaming. If you follow my advice, you are nearly guaranteed to feel better for a few minutes.

All of us can make a list of things we know in our heart of hearts we really should be doing to take better care of ourselves. Yet, we often do NOT do what we know we should. When you don't feel like doing your best, just blame someone else or some life circumstance and "presto" - you are off the hook for a while!

Here are my favorite ways to avoid responsibility. Make the most of them!

Blame your parents.

Insist to yourself that if your parents had done a better job raising you, life would be MUCH different. Don't worry about working out your differences with them, they wouldn't understand anyway.

Blame your spouse.

If your husband, wife or significant other would just do his or her part and stop being so difficult and stressing you out all the time, then you'd be free to do your part. You need to convince him or her to shape up so that you can too.

Blame your kids.

Kids these days are so disrespectful. They have no idea how tough it is to be a parent. If your kids would listen, obey and maintain your trust, then you could be the parent you know you should be. You'd also have time to go to the gym.

Blame your doctor.

If health care practitioners knew what they were doing, then you would be well. Remember, it is up to THEM to give you health and vitality.

Blame your language.

Explain to yourself that you shouldn't be placing all these high expectations on yourself by telling yourself that you SHOULD be doing anything at all. Stop "shoulding" on yourself and realize you only have to do what you want. That's realistic.

Blame THEM.

Remember, THEY are the ones creating the problems that you must endure. If only they would cooperate and make life easier...

Blame yourself.

Remember, you are worthless and incapable. How can you possibly expect the best from yourself with such low self-esteem? Let yourself off the hook and stop thinking you can do so much. What's so handy about blaming yourself is that you are also indirectly blaming the people who raised you (for making you who you are, of course). So, you kill two birds with one stone here. Better yet, no one really has the guts to call your deep bluff on this one.

Blame immortality.

You're never going to die or get any kind of disease. Besides, all that is uncomfortable to think about. Just do what feels good in the moment and keep yourself distracted from such scary issues.

Blame death.

We're all going to die someday anyway. We might as well enjoy life while it lasts. Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow you could get hit by a bus.

Blame your finances.

If you were only rich, then you could afford to take better care of yourself. You could hire a personal chef or something.

Blame your busy schedule.

You are so busy. People who take good care of themselves aren't very busy. They have it so easy.

Blame whatever comes to mind!

Remember, ANYTHING or ANYONE can be used as an excuse. Get creative. You are only limited by your sense of personal responsibility.

Practice these and other valuable excuses and they will soon become part of you. Before you know it, you won't be merely making excuses, you will be living them. Imagine, all those pesky responsibilities won't even register anymore and you'll always feel completely justified in doing less than your best.

This post is discussing ascension and this is consciousness ascension. Physical ascension follows consciousness ascension at the appropriate time and everything is a natural path and evolution through Love. Be patient, we are citizens of eternity. But enjoy the peaks and moments as we reach them.

The primary purpose of life is to love. To achieve ascension you accomplish the mission of performing universal loving service. This is your dharma.

Ascension also has to do with the complete balancing of the body, emotions, mind, and spirit in perfect harmony with each other.

Also it has to do with the balancing of 51% of all karma from this life and all past lives.

It is your own Mighty I Am Presence (soul/oversoul) and the seven chohans of the seven rays, along with Lord Maitreya, Sanat Kumara, Lord Buddha and Lord Melchizedek, who decide when disciples and initiates are ready to take ascension initiations. There is often a great discrepancy of abilities and gifts among those taking the same initiation. This is how it should be, for each person has a different purpose and puzzlepiece to play in God's divine plan.

We live in a free-will sector of the universe. Therefore you can either choose Christ consciousness (ascension) or fear-ego consciousness (descension). The choice is yours. Since the choice is yours, you can set the timelines. You only need to ask or pray for ascension blessings.

Then, simply perform your dharma and everything will work out perfectly for you. Make sure there is enough time planned for growth to balance your karma and bodies and perform your dharma. A reasonable (consciousness) ascension timeline is 1-2 years if you are just beginning to yearn for the path. If you are already on the path, six months is enough time.

An example would be "My Mighty I Am Presence, Sanat Kumara, Maitreya, Lord Melchizedek, Lord Buddha, chohans of the seven rays, Lord Metatron, Mahatma I wish to ascend by the full moon of Taurus of 2012. Please do all that you can to help me complete my ascension process and all seven levels of initiation by the full moon of Taurus 2012 to be of the greatest service to all sentinent beings and God if this is in accordance to God's will. Please do all that you can automatically and permanently, without me asking for these blessings to accelerate my path of ascension. I ask for your 100% support to help me accomplish the mission of performing universal loving service, my dharma on earth. I ask for the complete balancing of my body, emotions, mind, and spirit in perfect harmony with each other. I ask for permanent and automatic 100% Light quotient increases that are best for me at each step along the path. I ask for the automatic and permament balancing of 51% of all karma from this life and all past lives.You have my full permission to work on me while I sleep and activate me during the day so I can realize this goal for my highest and greatest good. Thank you, with deepest gratitude. God's will be done. Amen."

After stating the intention and prayer, do the hard work. Purify yourself- go within, take the narrow path, purge beliefs. Be Love in action. Ascension is a continual gradual process, and you will make it each step of the way.

The Awakening Movement - The Still Point of a Tornado

Suddenly inspiration strikes from nowhere and I have always known that things change exactly at the right moment.

There is a Rythmical Dance within the heart that tells you what to do next.

Ashtar Command Crew has got a "New" updated logo/symbol that ive put alot of love into.
The logo has wings that embraces a circle. Within the circle is the "Central Sun Heart" that is within us but also a Portal for transformation. Nurturing wings of Love holds us in every now. I hope you like the New logo that ive created.

I choosed the short "slogan" - "AWAKENING MOVEMENT" because we are in constant movement and within this lifetime we will awaken to Love and our True Cosmic Self.

I thought about tornados yesterday, and within the center of the tornado there is a "Still point or center" that is sourounded by "chaos". This is a good example of how we can be in this world but not of it.

Chaos and confusion is a common thing in Larger transformations. We talk about a Giant shift in perception without boundries or rules. Your influence is so Big that
small changes in your perception and thoughts can Vibrate through thick layers
of "hate" and help people around you to release their fears.

There are many levels of Energy work, much of what you do cannot be seen with your physical eyes, but it grows like a beautiful garden and will be "used" at the right moment.

Things will change in an instant.

Your power lies within the stillness of your being, in this state every "intent" will echo
within the "hearts of many".

There is No right or wrong in this universe, just variations of Vibrations/energy.
We can change Hate into Love. We are masters of our own Self.

No Entity or being can "control" our Soul or being if we know who we are.
Walk in your life as you had "100 Guardians by your side" and invite
love into your life, simply by Acknowledge that is already there.

Dont fear the Fear, because it isnt there to harm you or frighten you, its
there because Light will Attract fear. Try once to Dive into your Fear,
how does it feel, is it uncomfortable, is it a Heavy vibration?
Go even deeper into the fear, the Feeling of fear will eventually
disolve into a deep calmness. Remember that your Heart is like a
Compass or a "Vibration truth teller". You will feel if something is right
or wrong for you.

So dont worry being taken away by Negative Aliens or something like that. It isnt going to happen.
that is a "past chapter". You should focus on what you want to do in life
and Follow the Love. When you follow your Truth, doors will be opened
that will influence many, it may even feel that you arent doing anything,
but you transform everything.
LOVE IS THE FORCE WHICH IS IN EVERYTHING AND WILL
BE WITH YOU FOREVER, LOVE YOUR SELF.

Fear is only a tool to "engage" you into things that isnt always real.
Its just a way to "hold" you into a limited state of being.
You can learn to tranform fear into Love and release it for
the highest good. You cannot "control" other peoples Dramas
or life paths, but you can bless them on their way.
We are all from the same source, but with unique experiences.
That is worth to celibrate.

All that is within this world is there for a reason, it is there to Transform.
There isnt a Plan set in stone, we are the Plan makers and we
are the pioneers which decides where we want to go next.
No force outside is deciding who or what to do next, but our collective
energy will invite certain events which will transpire gracefully.
It is a natural thing to be Welcomed into the larger reality of the universe.

People will embrace the fact that we have heavenly guardians in our skies
and I see it as "midwives". Nurturing the planet and our Birth into
a new Paradigm.

"What Matters Most To You, Will Be Matter"

When I was about 14 years of age I read the Conversations with God Series, by Neil Donald Walsh. These books reminded my heart what life is about. I would recommend all to read these mind and heart opening books.

Spirituality is not a concept, its a word, interpreted by the human mind, where we try to find what is spiritual and what is not. People feel less Spiritual when indulging "heavy" thoughts or cannot control their feelings. Being enlightened is BEingness and you cant add something to that.

The mind is confused, its playing out thoughts on this stage, called earth. Everything you believe or think about is just Temporary, your view will change All the time, all is in movement, thats the first thing I would teach if i would ever teach something. I dont see myself as a teacher. I just like to Simplify things.
I feel a strong Attachment to my Being here on earth, but I know that this is just a temporary experience.
Its not about Gathering as many as possible or save anyone from anything, so all can ascend etc. All will do that eventually anyway, no matter what I do or dont do.

All people are guided. No one is obligated to take responsibility for the worlds state. What I mean by that is, you cant put all of the worlds problems on your shoulders. I myself feel a strong commitment in doing things I love, like writing and creating. I love communication and technology, the internet, mobile communication etc.

I have a vision in my heart that I hold on to, not in desperation, but in Humbleness and Love.
I believe in A Society where we can have all things in abundance, intergalactic Free travel, free communication and non polutive technology etc. Its possible right now, change will come.
Ascension is another Label to reflect on. For me Ascension takes place on the inner planes, and will be reflected in our society, it is a change in perspective and the lesson is self love. Ascend into your heart and feel your totality. The inner and outer is Prespective of the one and Only Isness. There are no out there or in here. Its all omnipresent.

I read that more and more celebrities Join different Organisations or Religions. For example Scientology and Jehovas etc. It seems that many people want to belong somewhere or follow something to feel safe and secure. If we understand that Home is who we are, we can create our own Life philosphy within. Ashtar Command is not a religion or hiarchy organisation, its a Communication Network, where information can be shared. A library for humanity.

The world is within you, you are the world, heal yourself and heal the world.

"What Matters Most To You, Will Be Matter"

I just got that thought now, from nowhere when in a state of relaxation, which make me think about, that everything will come to the one who is in Trust and in the moment. If you think about something, and you think that everyday, for one year, it will be as "truth" for you. Eventually it will be manifested in matter, and you see what you believe.

If a person would stand beside you and look at the same Incident/scenario as you, he could see a completely different thing, because of the beliefs.
Who can blame anyone for their beliefs, We all have different beliefs, but maybe the same intent. In my "reality" there is no Right or wrong way, I would never interfere with anyones beliefs. Im in a state of NON believing and I embrace LIFE NOW, LET ANYTHING HAPPEN, ANYTIME, even the Destruction of Planet Earth. Do you become frightened when I say this? Why I ask you. Why should you worry?

I want to say this! There are people on earth "BELIEVING" that earth will END 2012, Seriously, they believe the earth will End 2012. They have put their focus on Destruction instead. Its nothing wrong with that. Some people focus on First contact, and some focus on World peace. This is a perfect example how "broad" our views and perspectives are. So I would say, FOCUS on what you want to see in the world, instead of focusing What you do not want. I have complete trust in my heart and i know that Real peace and truth isnt found in any physical thing, thats secondary, but this also help you to "Appreciate" the physical, because you dont want anything from anyone, or you dont want to Change anything, because All people are in oneness already, but some havent Figured that out yet, and thats OK. All will come to that insight. When you are in a state of Acceptance and Appreciation , you can give freely, and this will create ripple effects, changing the core.

I want to point to this, because people tend to "create" one way to heaven, instead of ONE MILLION WAYS. We are the ones who decide where we want to go and who we want to be, not religions or Gurus. There are beautiful things happening on earth right now. I dont want to create Fairytails about the future, because it is NOW Change is.

All people have TOTAL free will to choose whatever they want, when it comes to "heaven on earth". Ones heaven can be someones Hell and vice versa. There are no "MAP" or "GUIDELINES". We create the map as we go. I dropped the "When, how where" a long time ago, because i Enjoy the Moment as it is.
There is no 1-2-3 steps to heaven. Not through Religion, not through Being Beamed up, its already there within you. So simple, nothing to do, Boring? We cant change Anyone else to believe certain things and why would we, beliefs are just illusions. Who want to believe in illusions? Ashtar Command is an Energy, its not just about Spaceships and Ashtar himself. I once more say that Labels are "old school" things, to help the mind to understand and connect.

The only Real thing is NOW and what we call "LOVE". True Love is beyond the word and actions of human kind, if you tune into the light within, all things will merge. You wouldnt want to change a thing in the world, because you would feel it was allright! Even if you see trouble i the News, because you arent a victim, you help them by Feeling oneness.

You help everyone in the End, by tuning in to your own heart. A so called lightworker, (there we have the Label again") can be silent all his life, see all things in the world as oneness, and effect alot more people than he can believe. We all have a responsibility to "choose" Now, who we want to be and what we want to radiate.
Where I see confusion and destruction, I know there is a reason for that, else it wouldnt exist.
I AM in this now where I embrace the world as it is, in this state you are FREE to create a NEW reality. Thats my philosophy in life. I am not here to change peoples minds or hearts. If I do, Im happy for you, Because I AM ANOTHER YOU!

There is more to reality than meets the eye, as you say.
Ive gone beyond the "SAVING" anything Drama, there is nothing to save, and all people will understand this sooner or later.

Change will come for those who embrace it. All answers will be given to those who are willing to listen within.

As long as I am here on Earth I will give all of my attention to BE THE HEAVEN ON EARTH, IN EVERY MOMENT, even when i feel sadness or
maybe nothing at All. The LOVE isnt in the UPS AND DOWNS of life, its always there holding you near.
There are times when I feel not a bit Spiritual, just empty, tired and have zero inspiration, But I KNOW that this is GOOD, because I LOVE myself, and im perfectly fine with my feelings, being human isnt about controlling yourself and how you want to feel. Embrace all of your Feelings, dont be afraid.

All is created out of love, it may not seem that way always.

There is nothing to fear than fear itself.

The Soul is that part of you in eternal bliss. To rejoin the Soul in entirety we must find that eternal bliss within. This comes through Self-Realization.

Self-Realization is a big word that means many things. It is following your heart and intuition in all situations. It is being thankful for all blessings. It is being thankful for each challenge in life, as it is another opportunity to grow. It is satisfaction with the smallest blessings in life, as all are blessings to you and you are blessed. It is happiness in giving. It is unconditional love in the service of all beings. It is found through universal loving service. It is found in helping all those within your life situations as much as you can help them.

It is the complete balancing of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

Here are some examples to balance yourself:

Physical: Exercise, Healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, Enjoy nature outside, volunteer to help others- example: monsoon or hurricane season- distribute food and water to those who need it

Emotional: Have the strength to comfort a grieving friend, become a counselor, express your heart-felt gratitude to all of your friends, volunteer to help a nurse in a hospital, visit the elderly and give them gifts of flowers

Mental: Read the books of Wisdom, always keep learning, learn a new hobby, realize there are infinite things to do, release your limitations and keep learning

Spiritual: Commune with the Source of our universe. Meditate. Pray for those in need. Learn energy healing.

There is always much to learn when it comes to Self-Realization. There are infinite Paths to get there. The important thing is satisfaction. Satisfaction is what comes before bliss. To be satisfied with your life simply do. Do all that you can to be satisfied in your service to others and God.

I admit the road to my awakening and self-realization has been hard. I feel like I've been in through the fire and back again. Within each challenge lies an opportunity. This has been the opportunity to make me stronger and more self-realized.

I was born into a family that kept moving every few years. I never had lasting friends. Then, following schooling I still did not know what I wanted to do with my life. So I decided service would be the route. Yes, my soul knew service was the route but because I wasn't listening to my heart I made a few mistakes. My personality, in its quest for happiness thought money was the answer. So I joined the military. Of course money wasn't the answer to happiness which I learned later. I had inner drive so I became an officer in the military. I served for eight long years. I was sent to the middle east not understanding why I was there. I came back and met my wife. I was amazed at her emotional depth. I was very mental. There was much to learn, however hard it was. Through my wife's interests- Osho, Kundalini, Reiki she was able to open me to new endeavors. She arranged a reiki treatment. I resisted. I didn't want to go to some crazy new age people. I was very judgmental. She accompanied me. I went for a reiki treatment and it was the best experience. I learned to accept the new age community and release my judgment and ego. Later I became a reiki master as this interested something within me.

Eventually after eight years I received permission to leave the military. This was through deep prayer, sending reiki, and a lot of hard work. I've been through a large international move and have a daughter now. I've learned many different healing modalities as a quest to better myself in service to others.

Self-Realization is not easy. I am still working on myself. I am strengthening my emotional depth but actively counseling my friends and family. Listening with my heart not mind. My friend's wife recently died of cancer. I did all that I could to comfort him in his grief. I said and wrote condolences. We talked through things. I gave him something to lean on. My family and I volunteered to help clean his house and we found someone to help him with all the paperwork during these life changes. If you don't stick together and help each other, how will you make this world a better place? This is my lesson in compassionate action. Do all you can to be compassionate to others in the here and now. What you sow, so shall you reap.

I am performing universal loving service by offering everything I have learned in Reiki to everyone on Lightworkers Healing Federation and Attuneshare so they can pass the torch onto others and continue the cycle of loving service. I am still learning divine expression. I have recently begun the creation of my very first own reiki modality and manual that can be spread freely to others. This was a long-time dream of mine. I connected with a friend who writes manuals and a new journey has begun. I am believing in myself. Now it is a reality.

Abundance is begining to flow in naturally. People are remembering what you do for them. Now I am receiving free attunements from friends to release my Karma and "Lack" from past lives. Now I am getting more free by the day. I am expressing all those things in my life that used to be fears. This is how one can enter that place of bliss. You are satisfied with life because you gave it your all. Your heart is tired because you have expressed as much as you can express. You don't have any regrets. You've worked on yourself and you are free.

Now, I have just purchased special necklaces for my friends to wear to connect to higher vibrations. They do not know these will be coming in the mail. This is my gratitude to them for all they have done over the years. I am doing this despite having a few small bills to pay. I really don't have the money but I have faith. God has told me everything will be perfect for me. This is a lesson on faith. I am having faith and already I am receiving donations to pay these bills. This is amazing. Release your fears to God. Surrender to God. Let God guide your life, and you will be miraculously surprised. You will release your lack feelings and they will automatically be replaced with abundance, because you just surrendered to the source of all abundance. Having faith is another step towards self-realization. Time is short, do you want to spend time worrying about what you could have done? Or do you want to be satisfied that you did all you could do in your power to make the world a better place?

In the past, I had a dream of creating a garden to beautify my living area. I admit, I am not rich, I live in an apartment complex with 6 other people. I had a desire to learn gardening. Others told me, what do you want to learn gardening for- you live in an apartment? I said to beautify this place and spread the harvest to my neighbors. I followed my dreams despite the resistance and went to the weeds outside and dug up the grass and created a garden. Now I am sharing the harvest with my neighbors and all are happy.

Have faith, believe in yourself and anything can be done. Be satisfied with your life and do all that you can in your power, in the circumstances you are in, to make everything better. This is the secret toward Self-Realization and eternal bliss.

It is termed the Ark-Crystal of Gravity. It is in a very specialized crystal cavern with applications of anti-gravitational energy. We will speak more of this crystal further in this channeled assay, for that crystal technology assisted in building pyramids and construction of multiple units of what you term the 'Ark of the Covenant'.

Because of the caverns and large crystal deposits in the area. there is what may be termed a 'Crystalline City' beneath Arkansas. In the era of Atlantis it served for the programming of crystals in a highly technical and specialized process. Crystals were used for myriad purposes, benevolent beneficial utilities...and these uses and applications will be reviewed in detail later in this channel.

For so many of you, Arkansas of the Crystal Vortex, will be a homecoming. Literally tens of thousands of you of the Law of One Atla-Ra, knew Arkansas for many millennia, albeit in subterranean abode.

Yet the underground habitat was splendid, and beautiful....adorned with exquisite crystals and a form of light that flowed around corners !

Now, as we have said previously , three Atlantean ' Master Temple Crystals' from Poseida were safely relocated by the Law of One scientist priests into specially prepared caverns in Arkansas before the final destruction of Atlantis.

The caverns that hold the relocated Master Temple Crystals were locked in hyper-dimensional fields with magnetic. Placed such for safe keeping until the safe return of the Law of One, and the crystalline activation termed the Ascension.

Arkansas was specifically chosen to house the three major Temple crystals for several logical reasons.

(1) It was already in use as a crystal mining, growth and harvest area. Highly sophisticated living quarters, chasms and labs were pre constructed. As a result one of the primary interdimensional tunnels from Poseida was already established and transport complexes were available to transport the crystals to the area.

(2) It was pre-understood that the vortex in place in the area of Arkansas would play a major role in the 2012 planetary Ascension. Arkansas's unique geology of quartz, diamonds, magnetic lodestone, iron, limestone, and massive caverns made it the perfect incubator for the crystalline plantations. Crystals had been planted and grown in Arkansas for thousands of years before the deluge.

(3)The presence of magnetic metals in the crystal beds, and magnetic field generators made it easier for the majestic Atlantean crystals to be placed in a dormant state within pre existing facilities.

(4) A very benevolent colony of the blue-skinned LeMurians exist underground in Arkansas, as well as an underground base of Sirians. The two were in agreement to be caretakers for the sleeping crystals.

Now, the three crystals placed in Arkansas are preprogrammed to a network-grid that axialtonally connects to the remaining five enormous master crystals placed in Brazil, Shasta, Bimini, and the two exquisite wisdom crystals placed under Lake Titicaca. These are specialized Healing, Wisdom, Energy and Transport Crystals , used in the Temple of Healing, The Temple of Sound and Light, The Temple of Knowledge, The Temple of One, The Temple of Thoth , The Ruby Temple of Fire and the Temple of Regeneration.

The crystals were specifically placed in areas of supreme importance for the new earth emerging in the 2012 Ascension. Areas that were easily accessed though the Atlantean interdimensional tunnel system that would emerge as mega vortex infinity points in your current times. The Emerald Crystal of the Divine Feminine acts as the trigger, the manifold in which all other Temple Crystals react.

So be aware that on the 11-11-11, the 11th of November, 2011, the 144 Crystalline grid will launch into ninety two percent function & activity, and in turn activates & further triggers the time sequence program for the remaining Master Crystals. Each will open on the triple date portals.

The Platinum Crystal activates on the 11-11-11. The Ruby Crystal & Crystal of Thoth are the final two of the 'relocated' Master Temple Crystals of Posida remaining to be awakened. Both will be activated on the 12-12-12.

Each will be aligned and triggered with the activation of the 1 remaining of 12 stellated facets of the 144 grid, the double penta-dodecahedron. Eleven of these twelve grid facets will be in full function on the 11-11-11.

And so, we remind you that in 2008, the Blue Crystal of Wisdom and Knowledge returned to functionality. On the 9-9-9 the Emerald Crystal, the Gold Crystal and the Om Crystal awoke into active projection. The Emerald Crystal of the Divine Feminine has then assumed the role of trigger point for all of the Master Crystals.

The Crystalline Core

The crystalline core of the earth plays a major role in many aspects of your planet and its dimensional duality. While this may seem confusing to many of you, we will also tell you that the Earth's core effects your perception of reality.

The earth has an inner core that rotates clockwise and an outer core that rotates counterclockwise. The ratio of the earth's inner spin to its outer spin directly affects the flash of time unfoldment.

The inner core is spinning faster now, and thus your time is speeding up. It is in fact the increase in the speed of light that affects this increase in spin. Because the core is spinning more rapidly, it is increasing in heat and size. This is responsible to a great degree for the global warming that is now occurring.

The Crystalline Core has a physical and non physical reality. One is matter, the other antimatter. The physical core is crystallized in magnetic iron-nickel alloy-composite. The core is not hollow. The Crystalline Core is lucid coherent energy that can be compared to the sun's sentient radiation as it beams upward in every direction from the core.

In its upward flow it creates a radiation sphere of influence that increases, disseminates , propagates and energizes all life force. This radiation field is a domain transducer that physicalizes vital energy. It has the remarkable capacity to solidify the sentient Earth's resolve & intent into tangible physical reality.

As such non-physical energy moves through and becomes solid energy in amassed crystalline formations that grow & amplify energy.

Arkansas & Brazil

The two primary vortexes of these crystal beds are Arkansas and Brazil. There is indeed an important & synchronistic communication taking place between the crystal vortexes of Arkansas & Brazil. The two vortex spin in benevolent balanced opposition, one below the equator, one above, Brazil spins clockwise Arkansas counterclockwise. This has great effect & purpose. Natural crystals from Arkansas spin in the opposite manner of ones from Brazil. The Crystal Vortex of Arkansas therefore has a greater importance to those of the Northern Hemisphere, and the same is true of the Brazilian Crystal Vortex for the southern half of your planet.

As such these massive crystalline vortexes serve as receiver-transmitter and receptive-conductive force field conduits of energy that transfuse and convey vital Cosmic life-force to everything that exists upon and within the Earth. Solar and Stellar radiation waves and emissions accelerate and optimize the amassed beds of crystalline energies. Such emissions exhilarate and intensify the crystals transformational amplifications of energy, and as such create optimally heightened proliferation of all that is within the Earth's field of influence.

Earth's northern hemisphere contains most of its land area, and composes roughly 90% of the planet's human populace. It is for that reason that the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas yields the greater influence. Let is be clear both of the Crystal Vortexes are of great importance in the Ascension and balance of the planet, but Arkansas has the greater influence on humanity for the reasons stated.

Crystalline Piezo-Electrics & Cosmic Winks

The Arkansas Vortex does not flow, as most other vortexes, in a circular pattern Rather in a to-and -fro motion over the largest single deposit of quartz crystal on the earth. This unusual pattern is due to a property of quartz, termed piezoelectricity.

The piezo-electric qualities of Arkansas quartz are extremely potent, and the energy of this aspect is increasing as the Master Crystals of the Vortex come into greater activation. Their energy can send shocks into the air, and shake the land.

An example of this is the well publicized incident of January 2011., when an unexplained phenomena of dying birds occurred in Arkansas. The birds that fell from the sky, dropped as a direct result of a piezo-electric surge that release crysto-electric shock waves into the sky. Some 15,000 birds were temporarily stunned , fell to the earth and died from the blunt trauma of the impact.

In kind, the unusual earthquakes that have taken places in Arkansas over the past 2 years are also a result of the Crystals awakening. These quakes have truly puzzled geologists, for they are taking place in areas not known for tectonic faults or previous shaking. They have occurred in areas not associated to the New Madrid fault line.

We tell you again, that the the Arkansas quakes were the result of the Crystals activating. It is a new concept and not understood by your scientists. The very idea would be foreign and unacceptable to main stream academics. Yet we assure of this fact.

On the 10-10-10 a quake occurred very near the Emerald Crystal, and was reported nationally. Unlike 'usual' tectonic quakes, it did not scare the animals. The birds kept singing, the animals did not seek refuge in advance .

On the 9-9-9 a green fog was reported by local media over Mount Magazine and power in the area briefly shut down. The 'green' fog was not an odd colored water vapor. Indeed it was the ionic fog that occurs around and with dimensional 'worm holes'. It was the Emerald Crystal.

Fear not, the Crystal awakenings will not create quakes or shocks that are harmful to humanity. The activations are deliberately softened in gradual time release.

We tell you that another such 'Cosmic Wink' will take place in the Crystal Vortex around the 11-11-11 in Arkansas.

Zero Point

There are primary and satellite power points of energy on the planet. The Atla-Ra not only knew the exact locations and nature of each, they were able to harness, refine & amplify their energy, and network them into a global power grid.

A global system of what may be termed refined Leylines and Axialtonal lines were networked, and indeed charged with Crystals. Arkansas & Brazil are emerging to be the two most important ones for the transitional Ascension, the change from magnetic to Crystalline energy. The Magnetic Grid is decreasing, replaced by the Crystalline Grid.

Magnetics are by definition polar. Crystalline energy is non-polar, zero point !

The shift to zero point occurs from the 5th to 12th dimension. The 12th dimension is the Crystalline apex. The Ascension in simplistic terms, is the expansion of the earth from the (magnetic) polarity of the 1st three dimensions to the zero-point fields of the crystalline dimensions.

In preparation for this the 'Sun Discs' are being reprogrammed for the Crystalline to be transduced, into a tangible format for humanity. Those of you visiting primary Sun Disc locations are involved in assimilating the new codes.

Those of you coming to the 11-11-11 in Arkansas will take part in this at Mount Pinnacle. Some of you will carry the Crystalline Codes to Giza and other primary points of Sun Disc. Code carriers have in fact been involved in this mission since the Cosmic Trigger of 2009.

That which you term Sun Discs are in truth Crystalline devices of Sirian-Pleiadean-Arcturian origin used to balance and stabilize planetary energies. The sun disc network was established after the break up of the crystalline firmament. The 12 discs serve to transduce Cosmic and Dimensional energies, and blend them to stabilize fields of the duality planet. The Crysto Disc in Arkansas is extremely important as it correlates with and allows integration of the energy of the Crystalline dimensions with that of duality dimensions. That is why the Platinum Crystal was placed within the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas.

Uses of Crystals

The Law of One Atlanteans used crystals in many benevolent means. And the return of the Law of One will re-open their use. Indeed it is the oath of the Law of One that they will never again be duped into allowing the technology to fall into the wrong hands. Each of you are part of this oath.

That termed Phi Crystals, or Presently termed Vogel Phi Crystals were used extensively to merge energy from 'human theta thought' via teams of Atla-Ra Scientist-Priest. Theta level thought waves were combined with Pranic Chi energy and integrated and amplified into a unique crystalline 'manifestation' wave.

An Atlantean laboratory of great sophistication existed in the subterranean city in Arkansas to work with this, and other utilization of crystal energies, including hyper-dimensional teleportation.

Because of the massive quartz crystal deposits and magnetic minerals of Arkansas, and presence of carbon crystal diamonds and radium-bearing waters, Arkansas was the perfect earth-lab for crystal technology. Because of this mixture of minerals, the dimensional portals are more easily accessed in this area.

The 2nd Moon, Pyramids & Crystals

The primary grid points in the Golden Age of Atlantis (and in your future) were amplified by Pyramids.

The Atla-Ra with the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance used this energy, combined with crystals, to network this energy.

Some pyramids were used to receive & transmit energy between planets in your solar system, as well as with other stellar Universes. Certain Pyramids are multi-dimensional, forming octahedrons that work in tandem sacred geometric fields between physical and nonphysical. As such Pyramids are gateways to the parallel dimensional fields of what would be termed the 'Angelic realm' or better stated, the anti matter realm. The Platinum Crystal in Arkansas is uniquely programmed to interface with Parallel Universes and the Angelic Ream of anti-matter. As such the Platinum awakening will greatly increase the potency of the primary Pyramids of the Planet, especially the Great Pyramid of Giza. Indeed Giza in the 12th Wave of 2012, will be exponentially more powerful than any time since the Golden Age of Atlantis.

What is not recounted in most of the Atlantean suppositions in current times, is the utilization and indeed nature of the 'Second Moon' of Atlantis. It was a Crystalline satellite that was the 'control device for the system. There remains to this day references to the "Second Moon' in the Pyramids of the Mayan and indeed was referenced by Ra-Ta through Edgar Cayce. One of the docking stations of the Crystal Satellite was in Arkansas near Little Rock, in the area of what is now the Toltec Mound Pyramids State Park. A feed of Axialtonal energy existed there , connecting the docking station to the Crysto-Disc at Mount Pinnacle.

Depending on the tilt of the Earth's axis at a particular time of the year, one Crysto Disc would function to intensify and transmit energies to others which would then act as receiving devices and would disperse energy as it was needed. These were relayed to all of the networks, which included the Crysto Ley system, and this energy was the source of that which energized all parts of the planet, particularly in Atlantis.

The Crystal Awakening

The Crystalline Awakening is through the Crystal Vortex, the Master Crystals; the Crysto-Sun Disc and Crystalline Grid define and underwrite the Ascension. The Ascension is truly the Crystalline Transition. The Crystalline is not merely minerals, rather it is the vibration of perfect ordering, it is the frequency of perfection, and in vibrational terms what you refer to as Impeccability. By impeccability we mean aligning actions to accurate belief. It is 'Walking Your Talk'. And Dear Ones, Conscious Minerals in Crystalline states, are the generators that support your rise into coherent energies and dimensions.

The Crystalline energy and indeed the entire mineral kingdom relates to humanity through both physical and etheric means. It has always been so. Thus the resulting frequencial ratios of earth and humanity are held in a requisite balance for the well being and support of humanity individually and in mass.

Masters, every new Cosmic Era brings with it up shifts and transformations. Both the earth and indeed mankind are experiencing a long awaited awakening. This metamorphosis includes global warming and modification of myriad environmental phenomena that are quickening around you.A key aspect of the New Crystalline Age is a purposed clarion call to the Crystalline and Mineral kingdoms of the Earth to increase the flow of energy that it receives from the core of the earth.

Arkansas and Brazil are composites of the two greatest masses of quartz crystal and associated gemological forms on the planet, and are key to this call. This clarion-call provokes a stimulation that affects the entire earth, but most specifically the mineralogical crystalline pockets that receive and transmit potent energetic patterns throughout the planet earth. But it extends to an even greater scope. Because while the mineralogical realm of your planet indeed defines the earth, and is truly the oldest 'sentient' life form on your planet, the diversity of crystalline mineral resources encompasses a vast part of the entire Cosmos.

The heralded Ascension is then, in effect, the coming of the new Crystalline-Age. It will bring in the Platinum Ray on the 11-11-11 and this opens the Crysto Discs . This event will recode the crystalline energy of both the planet and humanity.

The Ark Crystal of Gravity

The Atlanteans had the knowledge of hyper-dimensional quantum physics and understood that counter rotating specific magnetic fields around cylindrical crystals created antigravity waves.

They had perfected the ability to apply crystalline ovid-shield effects around Crystalline structures, minerals and gold to create various generating units of hyper-dimensional divergent energy fields.

What is termed the ARK of the Covenant is among the capacitor devices capable of being 'portable' generators of this and other forms of energy. There were indeed many units of what your legends term the Ark of the Covenant.!

The originals of these capacitors were created with the ARK Crystal of Gravity, and used for anti gravitation .

The Ark Crystal of Gravity was constructed by modifying an enormous natural crystal in the complex beneath Arkansas, near the area of the Toltec Mounds. By channeling & refining the magnetic fields of the naturally occurring magnetic deposits of lodestone indigenous to Arkansas, and the scientist were able to direct the motion of the refined magnetics and counter spin them around specially shaped crystals and crystal fields for anti-gravitational purposes. These energies were used to recharge the 'Crystal Satellite' or second moon with antigravity.

(We will tell you that the device termed the 'Nazi Bell' was an unsuccessful attempt at recreating this effect. The German scientist working on the 'Nazi Bell' were in fact part of the Aryan-Belial technicians that were allowed in the Fall of Atlantis to be trained by the Atla-Ra, as part of the great comprise of , which we have discussed previously in this channel. Had they have been able to complete that and other technologies, WWII could have had a different outcome. It was never allowed to occur.)

In fact the crystalline devices that were used to combine concentrated thought with anti-gravitational generation from the capacitors was part of the process utilized for the method used for lifting massive stone blocks and building structures such as Pyramids. You may find it interesting to note that the dimensions described in your religious texts for the Ark of the Convenient are the same dimensions of the sarcophagus in the Kings Chamber of the Great Pyramid. This will be discussed in more detail in a future channel. But we will say that the ARK Crystal is still in place.

The Atlantean Crystals open the etheric gate, the dimensional portals that will allow mankind of carbon based life to interface with those of bio-plasmic life. You must understand Masters, that you exist within both multidimensional parallels.

Essence: Now, Reveal the God, become like the Father, apply dot in a second and remain free from waste thoughts. Do service being knowledge-full, powerful and love-full through thoughts, words and action. Become ever ready, full and perfect/complete, free from obstacles and prepare the rosary of 108.

Today, the Almighty Father has come to give the treasures of all powers to his master almighty children. In a second, by saying My Father, you become the master of all attainments of the God-Father. So, do you keep all the powers all the time and use them when needed? Check this.

Along with creating challenges to others, you must check yourself for the success in becoming embodiment of all virtues because you are the instruments to bring the world of happiness.

So, Father asks, have you become full and complete/perfect, the foundation to bring the world of happiness? You do a very good service but check how many come close to you. You have to make effort to attain the result of service.

Many become happy with your service but since the inheritance has to be received from God-Father, let them know about God-Father, time and the self-respect to become master of their rights-inheritance. Let their intellect know that, now, God has come, God is giving inheritance, so that they become owner of the inheritance.

Spread the words in all directions that, Our Baba-Father has come, which you have been singing for yourself. Now Father wants to see this result. There is transformation, there is result of service, you receive the reward of service. But souls have not reached up to the God-Father. Now make plans for this: How the God-Father can be revealed to everyone?

The ones who is going to rule the kingdom, have you become free from obstacles? Are you ever ready? Every one is required, from the rulers to the royal subjects and ordinary subjects. If you are delaying the final revelations, to spend time with God, still you must become complete and full-equal like Father and experience divine life with Him. It is not just about one, the kingdom has to be established, the whole kingdom has to become ready.

Father knows that, you children are ready but you have to become Ever-ready. There is need of children who can apply a full stop within a second. There must not be any sign of waste thoughts. To whosoever you give message, let them become interested to get transformed-imbibe divine virtues. Father looks for this result. Hence Father gives orders and also direction that when you serve any soul, you have to serve them in three forms and three methods at the same time.

Three forms are being knowledge-full, powerful and loveful and three methods are by mind, words and actions at the same time. Not just serve them by words but along with words, serve through mind also. Let the mind be powerful. With these, let the soul's mind also transform. By words let the complete knowledge be known and by action let the souls feel that in reality they have come to their own divine family. With the feeling of family, they become close to you. So, Father wishes to see three forms of service at the same time. Is it possible to give all these three attainments at the same time?

Now, there should be attention to become full and complete/perfect. There will be 108 souls to rule the kingdom. Then there are 16,108 companions of the rulers. Then there are souls numberwise. Now Father wishes to see atleast the 108 souls become ever-ready equal like the Father. When 108 become ready, all others can also follow them. Every soul needs their place-status.

So, the essence of what the Father wants is, everyone has to make their fast effort and have determination that I have to become equal like the Father. Because, Father had told you even earlier, that the transformation can happen all of a sudden. So, now you have to reveal externally, the sparkle of the stage of self-transformation. Are you ever-ready for this? Have determination. The power of determination helps you a lot. There should not be any excuse in this.

Now Father wants you to remain in the stage equal to Father, for a period of one month based on your determined thought. Whatever it may happen, whatever be the situation, let the obstacles come, but you must become victorious. When you are with the Almighty authority, what would the obstacles-maya do? Where there is determination, success is guaranteed.

Now, let Madhuban and all Centers create an atmosphere of spirituality and Uniqueness free from obstacles. Now Father wishes to see that, every one remain free from obstacles. Make others who are the companions and also those who come into relations, free from any obstacle. Bring the time closer. Father cannot see the peacelessness and unhappiness of the children. Now bring your kingdom on earth at the earliest. Father has love for every child. Like Father belongs to you all, every soul belongs to your family. This post is about the catalysts I've encountered around 11:11 combinations. Catalysts are things that create change. Events and circumstances that create the necessary learning along the path.

In the holiday season following the Christmas Solstice, I received some great energy downloads from Source around New Year's eve. I meditated a bit, and then I encountered catalyst.

On January 2, 2011 I wrote a few of my friends about some car difficulties I had, after 1/1/11. Here is what I wrote:

Namaste all,

I encountered some significant challenges this week and after doing all that I could do in the earth illusion (25% of the effort), had to rely significantly on faith, the help of Green Tara, Archangel Michael, Reiki energy, and love of The Creator (75% of the effort). While my car is still in the shop due to the freezing temparatures throughout Europe providing a challenging condition with engine failure, I am thankful for the abundance received from the sources my mind cannot even understand. Spirit has a longer view then the unconscious mind which has a longer view then the conscious mind. Many challenges are pre planned by the higher and greater self to test your devotion to faith and your ability to be responsible on earth. When you are weary and have done all the effort you can on earth in service to all beings, then you rely on faith and the Creator´s love in the thick veiled illusion then it shows your dedication even more to the Creator. This brings you face to face with the Creator and merges you closer to fourth density as the Law of One says. PS also saw 1111 and 1212 and Ra on license plates yesterday as I was stripped of all control of the conscious mind and had only faith left to rely on.

At this time, the head gasket in my car blew. My car was 45 minutes away from the dealer I bought it from. The warranty was only covered at the dealership. Through faith, prayer and action, miracles happened. It was towed for free to the dealer through thick snow and ice, then the dealer repaired my car paying 75% of the cost and leaving me with only 25%. The story is much more involved than that, but the solution was perfect.

Flash forward to 11:11. On 11/10/11, I dropped my car off to get fixed. There was something wrong with the engine again making a loud annoying rattling noise. I thought it was a timing belt failing. So I dropped it off for the timing belt. The dealer estimate was a 600 euro repair. The car will be done in 2 days. No, they didn't have loaner cars, but I was referred to the rental car place in the same building and got the dealer discount. Give me a break! That night I prayed fervently that the bill would be as close to the estimate as possible and invoked Archangel Michael's protection. I had nothing left but prayer and some action. God said to me, don't worry everything will work out for you, my word is golden. I kept trying to believe but I was so lost in the illusion. I still felt hopeless, I was waning in my faith. But I kept reminding my mind, you have prayed and God loves you. It will work out. So on Thursday night I took a chance and transferred money used to a pay a bill on Tuesday to my account to pay my car bill which I expected to pay on Saturday. Also I transferred the last money I had on my account saved for Ning.com's hosting fees to my account hoping my book sales payment covers the fees next week. On Thursday I told my Mom about the repair. She offered to help. So she transferred a little money to me, but what happened was Friday was Veteran's Day and the banks were closed. On Saturday the banks did not do transfers. The earliest the transfer could go out was Monday. Guess what? My bill was due on Saturday I estimated. It was due before the money could arrive. That night I did some 11:11 meditations and decided my lesson for the 11/11 was the catalyst.

Well 2 days turned out to be 4 days over the weekend. The rental car bill just quadrupled. Now I was left with a 177 euro bill. Then my car was finally completed on Monday but the bill was 653 euro. 53 euro higher than the estimate. BUT, it was close to the estimate. On Monday morning, I dropped off my rental car then paid the rental car bill. But then I did not have enough on the account to pay the car bill, so I told them I would pick the car up in the afternoon (this allowed precious time for the transfers to arrive on my account). At 2 pm, my saved hosting money arrived. Then I had just enough to pay the car bill. A miracle! A prayer answered! I paid the high car bill with just enough money on my account. I got my car back, which sounds and runs much better now. Then I worried about my bill payment on Tuesday, as today was Monday and I already used the money to pay the bill for the car repair bill. Well, at 6pm on Monday, my mom's money arrived. It was enough to cover the bill on Tuesday. Suddenly everything worked out perfectly. My book sales payment is still scheduled to arrive this week to pay for the hosting fees of the City of Shamballa network for this month. Miracles and catalysts this 11/11/11 weekend. A test on faith, responsibility and manifestation. But thanks to the Divine and action, this test was passed. The lesson learned. Do all that you can, then pray pray pray. After that have faith have faith have faith. God loves you. Don't give up. It will work out when you do all that you can and then leave the rest up to the Divine. It always does. If it is a prayer with the intent to love, it will manifest.

Yeshua said to them, “Because of your unbelief, for amen, I say to you, that if you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you may say to this mountain, 'Move from here', and it will move, and nothing will be difficult for you”

Many people are searching at this time, for what they call the truth. They are seeking guidance in this arena from "higher" beings on other dimensions. Well, surprise, you are one of these beings. Everyone has a Higher Self, that exists simultaneously on this dimension, as well as all others. The possibilities for life are limitless, and the great Spirit that you are wants to experience all the possibilities. You always have contact with your Higher Self, but it comes through more clearly when you focus your intent upon bringing Spirit into your life. So the phenomenon of channeling is really a simple concept: it is bringing in Spirit (not necessarily your own) and letting it communicate either to you or through you. Since your Higher Self is not limited by time or space, you can access the whole of your entire being, that is, your past, present, and future selves, as well as all aspects of it. Your Spirit is really greater and much more vast than you can imagine, because you are here on the physical plane, learning all about limitation, and don't have the "bird's eye view" that your multidimensional Self does.

Here is a simple technique you can use to channel your Higher Self, or Spirit. It is a very flexible method and you can always modify any of it to suit your own needs. Really anyone can do this.

Go somewhere that is quiet where you won't be disturbed, and where you can sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor or ground, and your eyes closed. It may be helpful to keep a pen and paper handy to write your experiences as they go along. If you like, you can have a helper with you who can guide you through the initial meditation and ask questions of your Higher Self, and write your answers for you.

Grounding:
Take three deep breaths, letting yourself relax. Imagine your consciousness drifting down into the Earth, as you keep breathing slowly and deeply, and then your consciousness comes to rest somewhere inside the Earth, where you find a place with a certain mineral in it that you feel attracted to. See this mineral start to glow, becoming brighter with colored light, whatever color you like. Now see the light become a beam, and it is moving up now, all the way up until it enters the bottom of your right foot. Then become aware of your right foot, how it feels, and see the light begin to move up your right leg, and become aware of your right leg. Then, see the light continue to go up your right side, as you become aware of that area, then it enters your right hand, and continues up your right arm to the shoulder. Become fully aware of your whole right side, and see the light illuminating the whole right side of your body. Now move the light cord over to your left shoulder, and become aware of that area. Now the light begins moving down your left arm, hand, fingers, and you feel it moving down your left side, as you focus your awareness to your left side. Then the light cord moves down your left leg, into your left foot. Become fully aware of all sensations in the whole left side of your body. The light finally continues back down into the Earth, where it connects back to its source, completing the circuit. The light is continually in motion, moving up form the Earth up your right side as you breathe in, and circulating back down your left side and back to its source as you breathe out. Feel this energy revitalizing you as you breathe and relax.
Clearing:
Now see a third energy cord come up out of the Earth, perhaps of another color, and it enters your body at the base of your spine, the first chakra. See that chakra as a wheel of light, which fills up with this new energy and begins to glow brightly, and starts to spin. As it does this, any negative energies, fears, or blockages begin to clear out, and you see it spinning in perfect alignment with the your spine as an axle. See the top of the first chakra open up, and see the energy beam move up into the second chakra. Continue moving the beam up into each successive chakra, seeing each one clear out and start to spin, all the way up to the seventh chakra at the crown of your head. Then see the energy beam shoot up out of the top of your head, showering your whole body with light, which surrounds and protects you from any unwanted energies.
Enter your Sanctuary:
See your consciousness rise up along with the beam out through your crown chakra, and find a place for your consciousness to come to rest, anyplace that you like. First you see a doorway, and only you have the key to enter this place, your Sanctuary. Your sanctuary will only have the things in it that you allow. It can be in nature, a special room, another world, wherever you feel comfortable and safe. Now look around you. Off to the left, there is a fountain with a pool of crystal clear water. You go over to the fountain and peer into the pool. At first your reflection in the surface of the water is clear, but then you see the water begin to get wavy and from the center of the pool you see a magnificent being rise up out of the water, glowing in white light. It's your Higher Self, greeting you with unconditional love and acceptance. You greet your Higher Self, and together you go to another part of your Sanctuary, where there is a place for you to put your mind into a soundproof container, where it will stay for the duration of the experience. Notice how you feel about your mind. Know that you are safe and protected, and with you mind put away, you will be able to more fully experience your Higher Self without any judgment. Feel yourself merge into your Higher Self. The energy there is wonderful.
Return to your body with your Higher Self:
You and your Higher Self now leave your Sanctuary and find the bright beam of light that brought you here, and follow the beam back to your physical plane body, where you enter with your Higher Self through the crown chakra. Take a few deep breaths. Notice how you feel. When you feel ready, open your eyes. If you have a helper with you, now is the time to begin asking the questions you prepared for your Higher Self. If you have just written the questions down and have no one to help you, ask yourself the questions and just let yourself receive whatever thoughts, feelings, images, or other sensations come to you. Write down whatever it is that you get. Do not try to analyze now, there will be time for that later. Just let yourself flow with the experience. After each answer (whatever form that comes to you in) feels complete, go on to the next question.
Here are a few example questions that may be helpful for your first time:

What is my higher purpose for this year?
What blocks or fears do I have that would prevent me from attaining this?
What skills or attributes do I have to help me attain my goals?
What message of love and compassion do you have that [your name] needs to hear at this time?
After the questions feel complete, close your eyes once again, and take your Higher Self with you back to your Sanctuary. Let your Higher Self return to the magical fountain pool, knowing that it is there for you whenever you need it. Now go retrieve your mind, accepting it as a part of yourself. You may stay in your Sanctuary as long as you like, or return to it whenever you want, for it is your space, a place where you are truly free. When you are ready, return to your body through the crown chakra. Your awareness returns to the room you are in and you feel refreshed and balanced.
This technique I described above was my first experience channeling my Higher Self. I also use the same technique for channeling other beings of the Light. It is very important when you channel that you state your intent and who you are willing to let into your space, because you will be sharing your energy with them and you don't want to do that with anyone who does not have your highest interests at heart. This technique facilitates conscious channeling, that is, your consciousness does not leave your body while you channel, and you always have the choice when to stop. There is an element of surrender to Spirit involved, and people who have difficulty with control issues may find it more difficult to learn to channel until they have begun to deal with those fears of not being in control. If your desire for channeling is for your personal growth and healing, and you can learn to trust your Spirit to guide you, this technique can be learned very quickly and you will see results manifest in new ways you probably never imagined.

How to Channel

This series aims to create a new landscape of possibilities for emotional, mental, and physical healing at this time of spiritual awakening upon the Earth.

For as long as human beings have studied the human psyche, emotions were thought to dwell, first, within the physical realm, later within the psychological realm, and today can increasingly be viewed within the wholeness of a spiritual perspective that includes both of the former.


Today's contribution to an understanding of emotional healing is a significant one, based on the premise that each individual has access to spiritual light as part of their inherent humanity, and that this light has healing properties for the entire individual and for the Earth itself.

The present series aims to convey an understanding of how light interacts with emotions and how it begins to create a new 'light body', one that is purified of all that is negative and that can resonate with the entire realm of spiritual reality.

Part 1 - The Nature of Emotions
___________________________

Emotions are part of the basic structure of human experience. They are part of the consciousness of every human being. Happy or sad, angry or peaceful, fearful or hopeful – these are common emotions that are part of the inner life of many, as is the emotion of love. However, they are not the only emotions. Human emotions have their Divine counterparts which address man’s relationship with the sacred and holy. Awe, reverence, praise, gratitude, devotion, adoration, and love which bridges all dimensions and ways of relating within these dimensions – these are emotions as well. The Divine emotions may be considered the ‘higher counterparts’ of the human emotions. Many are recognizable, only different in scope and intensity.

The mystery of the purpose of Creation is embodied within God’s plan for human experience as it relates to emotions. For emotions are a primary aspect of the way in which individual souls living within bodies come to know themselves as individuals. Within the embodied state, over a long arc of time and multiple lifetimes of experience, human beings come to recognize that ‘I am what I feel’. Experience itself also creates identification and identity, as do relationships with significant others. However, emotions play a large part in conveying to awareness who and what the self is.

The individuation process that takes place within human experience is part of the spiritual evolution of mankind. It is part of the way in which God’s consciousness is able to expand within form. This movement through time is sometimes accompanied by and often followed by a process of re-unification in which the now-individualized self seeks a path of return to unity within a greater Whole. The purpose of this return is to become one with this greater Whole, and the yearning for this is as much built into the structure of human experience as is the desire to become an individualized self. This greater Whole, by whatever name it is called - God, the Divine, the One, Spirit – draws the evolving soul toward Itself, more subtly during earlier stages of development, more consciously later on. Individuation is a necessary part of the process. So are emotions. And yet when the time is right, when the soul is ready, emotions of a certain kind are let go of in order to make progress in realizing one’s participation in the greater Whole of which one is a part.


As part of the process of return, all emotions do not have to be let go of, only those that cannot merge with their ‘higher counterparts’, only those that we call negative emotions that cannot be joined with love. These, at a certain point in time, are surrendered so that the higher aspects of the self can grow and flourish – so they can expand in the light of spiritual reality.

Whereas in the process of individuation emotions were a mark of identity, as re-unification proceeds, only certain positive emotions are held in that regard, while those that separate us from love and God are progressively let go of. This process is one that can take place over many lifetimes. In such cases it becomes part of the long trajectory of spiritual evolution. It can also taken place within one lifetime as a more rapid process of purification and transformation. The ‘purification process’ changes the structure of personality altogether and the way in which we relate to emotions. The process of purification makes us new and enables each human being to develop a ‘light body.’

Part 2 - What is a Light Body?

The process of purification fosters the transformation of the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of each human being and, indeed, of all of embodied life, into a state of greater resonance with the higher frequencies of spiritual light. To the degree that this is accomplished, the embodied self, including the physical form, no longer operates in the same way that it once did. Instead, it operates as a vehicle for the properties of God’s light, and becomes capable of radiating these properties at all levels.


What we call the ‘energy-field’ or ‘aura’ which all human beings possess is an aspect of a light body but not the whole. The ‘aura’, generally speaking, has been a term used to describe the energy field that surrounds individuals, transmitting currents corresponding to the qualities of thought, emotion, and higher consciousness that human beings carry. The light body, by contrast, incorporates the auric or energy field. But it also consists of the cellular structure of each organ, the molecules of each physical cell, the atoms of each molecule, and the electrons and sub-atomic particles of each atom. In addition, the light body, as it develops, is capable of influencing the genetic code and chromosomal structure which give rise to personal traits and characteristics.

All that is physical as well as all that is mental and emotional is capable of transformation by the higher frequencies of spiritual light so that the entire physical, mental, and emotional being vibrates at a higher level with a new and different consciousness.


Within this frame of reference, it is important to note that the premise of the light body is that all that we currently hold to be solid is not truly solid, but contains crystallized or coagulated energy which holds together for a time and purpose, only to dissolve later on into energy once more. Once we understand the fundamental aspect of the human organism as energy manifesting on all levels of expression, it becomes easier to see that a new energy containing qualities of Divine love, light, hope, and joy could infuse a pre-existing energy field and transform it into a new configuration.


This is fundamentally what happens in the creation of a light body. The energies of mind and emotion that we call ‘thought’ and ‘feeling’ are transformed through the introduction of spiritual light into a new energy pattern. This energy pattern resonates with, and increasingly conforms to the Divine inner nature of each human being.

Expressed differently, the energy of spiritual light, as it affects the physical, mental, and emotional being, begins to separate out light and darkness at each level of experience, amplifying and merging with that which is already light-filled within the self, and releasing and dissolving what is not capable, in its essence, of joining with the higher frequencies of light.


The process of purification enables each one who wishes to, to transform themselves in this way, through the creation of a body of light which permanently alters the qualities of consciousness that each has held for a very long time. The new light body is not created through one thought, one effort, or one moment in time, but rather through a process of integration and transformation that is progressive and that involves a willingness to become the Divine blueprint or pattern that lives within. This willingness, and the orientation toward purity and purification, enables each embodied soul who chooses to, to live in a state of communion with their deepest Divine nature and with the Divine that is God. Purification creates the possibility for living a sacred and self-aware life on all levels, within the physical realm and beyond.

The means by which it achieves this involves several dynamic principles, each related to Divine action affecting life within the human sphere:

First, that the higher potencies of spiritual light will act upon the human sphere and, indeed, the entire physical dimension, to separate light and darkness wherever they are found, releasing and dissolving the latter, and amplifying and expanding the former.

Second, that within this process, a new relationship with ones body, thoughts, and emotions is required, so that what needs to be let go of can be.

Part 3 - Releasing and Letting Go

Releasing and ‘letting go’ are not the same thing. Releasing of emotional and mental energies often takes place when these energies are transmitted unconsciously into the environment where they circulate among others as anger, judgment, fear, or blame. Given free reign in this way, such energies tend to have a negative effect on relationships with others and also create a feedback loop by virtue of being freely expressed. Liberated negative energy tends to recycle back into the psyche and into the body. It is not really ‘let go of’ but is returned as a dynamic force which we continue to carry within us. Releasing can also take place in a more solitary way when one gives way to despair, depression, or anxiety, even if no one else is around.

Releasing does not always involve a conscious process. Indeed, most energies are released unconsciously since most people are not yet aware of the effect of their energetic state on themselves or on others. This becomes especially problematic as the energy of spiritual light strengthens on the Earth and interacts with the physical, mental, and emotional body. Then, it begins to stir things up so that what was formerly bound or held in check is sent out into the environment more strongly. This may create disturbances in relationships and it may also create disturbances in one’s mood or feelings about the self. Without consciousness, this process can create a great deal of turbulence and turmoil. With consciousness, the formerly unconscious process of ‘releasing’ can become a conscious process of ‘letting go’.

‘Letting go’ is activated by both heart, mind, and will and is supported by the deeper layers of one’s being. It involves a determination to separate from negative energies, to remain aware of what is happening emotionally, and to be willing to participate in the healing process so that the movement of God’s light can take place with maximum positive effect. When this occurs, whatever needs to be let go of will be in the smoothest possible way.


Some people need to let go of fear. Some need to let go of anger. Some need to let go of self-hatred. Some need to let go of hopelessness. There are many emotions that human beings carry that are supported by and infused with energies of darkness that need to be let go of as purification proceeds. The best way to do this is to anchor in the light of one’s being which is simultaneously the light of God so that there is an inner place to ‘stand’ and to identify with while an upsurge of unwanted energies may be taking place.

One does this not primarily through human effort and will, but through the mind and heart connected with Divine will. This involves one’s conscious desire to be free of something, supported by a willingness and readiness to anchor in a relationship with the Divine.


There are other ways that human beings have tried to create healing of unwanted emotional characteristics. These include intellectual understanding of their origins (psychoanalytic theory), behavior management, cognitive re-training, and the strengthening of the will. Some of these strategies worked well for some, some not at all. What the new perspective of emotional healing offers is an understanding that there is a spiritual underpinning to transformation of emotional energies that is accessible to each and every one who pursues this direction. This pursuit involves a desire to engage with one’s deeper Divine nature.

Such a spiritual underpinning is accessible to the conscious self who seeks it. It is accessible through prayer, through alignment and meditation, and through the power of light in one’s surroundings and within one’s body to create changes in attitude, feeling, and motivation.

There are a number of ways to anchor light within body and consciousness to support the process of purification and letting go:

1) Prayer of the heart in asking for healing. It does not matter what language or what belief system this prayer comes from. Only that it is a sincere prayer of the heart.

2.) Alignment with the consciousness and energy of the higher Self and God. Here, the Practice of Alignment is particularly useful in creating a daily practice of connecting with an energy field of light.

3) Meditation of many kinds allows one to join with the pure state of Being that transcends the emotional self. This permits a space to develop between awareness and the emotions, a space in which one can watch them more from a distance.

4.) Being with others who are similarly purifying through their incorporation of greater light and their pursuit of a relationship with the Divine.

5.) Changing one’s diet and physical habits so that these bring more light into the body (See: The Sacred Consciousness of Food.

6.) Creating a sacred altar space within the home to help with the physical anchoring of light.

Each of these elements contributes to the process of letting go by helping to anchor one’s awareness in an emerging spiritual matrix rather than in a place of identification with the emotions. As a result of this shift, we come to recognize emotions as ‘that which we carry,’ not ‘that which we are.’
