Greetings! This is Lord Sananda through Elizabeth Trutwin. We are in the last nanoseconds before changes on Earth. There have been so many positive changes that nothing can slow down the activations occurring as we speak. The job of the StarShip ISON is to activate the New Earth Energy Grid preparing it for Zero Point as well as amp up our DNA to carry Liquid Light. The name ISON refers to the Light Matter Universe we came from called ON. We now are in the dark matter Universe of Nebadon. It is also a Command from On High “It Is On”! NASA and the media cannot call it a StarShip without causing a lot of problems right before Disclosure. It is a StarShip nonetheless! StarShip ISON is one from Soltec’s Fleet of Ships. Soltec’s Flagship is the Phoenix. Soltec is in charge of all Communications between Ships in the Intergalactic Confederation of Worlds. When Earth Ascends it becomes the 33rd Member of the Intergalactic Confederation of Worlds. Earth will be a voting Member in our Galactic Community. Soltec works hand in hand with Ashtar and the Galactic Federation as well as interfacing with those in other Sectors of Space.

StarShip ISON was released by Soltec from its docking station inside the Sun to bring in the Illumination from Helios and Vesta. Helios and Vesta are the Twin Flames who during the initial creation of this Solar System directed the Light Rays of Absolute Consciousness through the Ethers. They are responsible for directing each Planet to hold its place in orbit and direct all life living upon it. These are the crystalline light grids which hold each Planet in place and direct it in its evolution. Helios and Vesta are the Etheric Sun behind the Sun. Their Cosmic Fire is the Energy we speak of which descends from Source Energy to the Central Sun at Alcyone and through that portal, through Helios and Vesta on the Causal Etheric Realm and down to our Sun Sol and to each Planet in this Solar System. Mother Sekhmet and Alcyone created us in the 12th Dimension in Anti Matter or in light matter in the Aurora Sun System, a 23 Sun System where we spent aeons, trillions and trillions of years in linear time, in perfect bliss. We came from the Pleiades and a 12th Dimensional matrix of ourselves. As we co-created and moved through the 7 Super Universes overseen by Lord Lincor, Lord Metatron had to rebuild us a couple of times from the Divine Blueprint which He holds. We had access to all the powers and had to learn how to use them as we fell from the 100th Dimension to the 12th Dimension, to the 5th Dimension and down to the 3rd Dimension. There is nothing lower than the 3rd Dimension where One may have a physical body. Below that is gravel, sand.

We have now returned from the 9th Ring of the Western Milky Way Galaxy to the 3rd ring which is adjacent to Alcyone in the Pleiades Constellation. We have entered fully into the Photon Belt which is has been upshifting our DNA at a rapid and accelerating rate. As our DNA upshifts we are able to comprehend the Universal Law of the One. This changes our dualistic perspective to a Unitary Source-Connection as Divine expressions of All That Is. That shifts our understanding of motive and intention as we come to appreciate that all move forward together through mutual assistance and reverence for the Divine in all. The Astrological Planetary, Solar and Galactic grand cycles came into full alignment with Galactic Center on December 21, 2012. In the last 11 months direct awakening pulses have been stimulating the embedded and precoded DNA Blueprints to bring all through this cleansing of 3D into the 5D Antimatter awakened state. The 13 crystal skulls are linking in Consciousness as they hold the Akasha or Etheric Memories for Earth. This brings our heart-mind crystalline structures to a heightened State of Awareness. Now All are able to Handle the Truth. This prepares All to move forward in Unity Consciousness with Divine Love.

In a few short decades after the Event, Earth will be prepared to move through the three-rings portal of the Central Sun at Alcyone. The Photon Belt is pulling this Solar System across the Milky Way Galaxy to that final flight back to the Anti Matter Universe of On.

One of the Missions of ISON is to align the Planetary Grids. From the Solar Grid of One Unity Consciousness, into the Planetary Unity Grid of Divine Love. This further assists our I Am Avatar Consciousness of Light in the focus of the creation of Heaven on Earth, and our ability to maintain and increase our ability to hold light within our upgraded bodies to affect and create change within our realities. This has always been the Master Plan. The StarShip ISON orbits Earth and returns to the Sun in a very short period of time. The technologies equipped on this Vessel are far advanced to any science we now know. Soltec monitors and guides the Ship’s Path while connecting it to the Etheric Ships in Higher Realms as it carries out its Mission. ISON is scheduled to rendezvous with the Sun on America’s Thanksgiving Day. This coincides with a very early Chanukah. Chanukah celebrates the re-dedication of the Dome of the Rock StarGate in Jerusalem. The Jews believe that the Ezekiel Temple which will be built on the Temple Mount will happen in the future. The future is now. The Book of Ezekiel clearly describes this StarGate and also the StarShips in which Ezekiel made his journeys with the Galactics. The Muslims have been awaiting the return of the Mahdi. The Jews await the return of the Messiah. The Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs and Hindus await the return of the Maitreya. The Mahdi, Kalki Maitreya and Messiah return together now through that StarGate at the Dome of the Rock in the Holy Land in Jerusalem. November 30th the Planetary Astrological alignments have us entering the constellation Ophiuchus up until just before Christmas. Ophiuchus is attributed to St. Germain. He is the Serpant Holder and the 13th constellation in the Zodiac. At the end of the Yuga, the end of the 26,000 year cycle Ophiuchus represents Christ Consciousness as well as Galactic Consciousness fully awakened in the human body. ISON works on our DNA birthing this realization for all on Earth. A year ago on December Solstice conjuncted Galactic Center on the same day when Galactic Center was Conjunct Cosmic Center. We entered the Golden Age of Light on January 1, 2013 unveiling Humanity’s Cosmic Ascension throughout the Milky Way. The Stars in the Milky Way light our Path back to the Anti Matter or Light Matter Universe of On. We have set a Course through the Sun back to our Home, the Universe of Light. We are constantly moving toward that Ultimate. In the Constellation Ophiuchus One sees he stands right on Scorpio’s tail at 26 degrees Scorpio, at the Scorpi Black Hole. This is Galactic Center. This is Mother Sekhmet’s yoni through which we were born out of when we came from the Universe On. StarShip ISON raises the magnetic energies which are the vibration of love. Venus is the only Planet in our Solar System which spins counterclockwise. That is because it is a magnetic Planet. It represents Love. We are reversing the spiral as we move up in Dimension.

StarShip ISON uses this magnetic liquid light energy, Etheric energy of Helios and Vesta for the triple alignment between the Giza Plateau, the Sedonian plateau on Mars, and the three stars in the Belt of Orion [El – An – Ra ]. The energies of Saturn, Uranus and Venus correlate with the alignments on Giza, Sedona, Mars and the Belt of Orion. In this way our DNA has been returned to Oneness. StarShip ISON circling the Sun prepares Earth to come sweetly into Zero Point by the end of 2013. The elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air merging with Liquid Light - the Ether and finally Higher Consciousness which is the 6th element end all suffering on Earth. We reestablish Heaven on Earth. This happened before when First Cause was born in the Hindu story of the Peaceful Deities and the Wrathful Deities churning the Milky Way Galaxy during a passage through Ophiuchus at Galactic Center. Billions wanted to be here and you were chosen. You chose as an Ascended Master to come back and have an Earth experience in Duality and face all the challenges necessary for as long as needed to walk Earth back to Love. This is why Ashtar always said No Dates, No Nukes, No Flukes. No one knew in Earth days how long it would take. Ashtar needed to keep egos in check so the Angel within would have the space needed to come forward and be healed for the sake of Earth. In the way-back-when millions of years ago before we descended into physical bodies we were plasma light Beings. StarShip ISON is facilitating our return to our origin as we become more liquid light plasmic we travel in our body through the love of our open heart into the Multidimensional Realms of existence. We become our Body of Light fully and Physically Immortal. You are connecting back to Galactic Center, the Black Hole which is a Portal back to the Universe of On. As we continue to watch the Path of ISON into December we will see the StarShip just before the break of dawn in the north each day until the Full Moon which occurs on the last day we travel through Ophiuchus and 72 hours before the December Solstice. This Solstice marks the shortest day that year and each day after becomes brighter and brighter leading right into Spring. Between December 21 and New Year’s Eve ISON will be visible all night long. Between January 1st and the 10th of January ISON will pull away from the Earth and the Sun and become too dim for us to see. The Event will be ripe for the timing. With Full Galactic Disclosure Peace on Earth brings Landings and New Earth. At the same time, the BIG arrests will finally take place. Before that happens and during December these energetic changes may hold some challenges for you. At times you may feel like you are going crazy. Emotions can be very low one minute and very high the next. One may experience those close to us having the same swing of emotions on opposite days. Know that this is a great time of flux. Allow the others in your life the space they need as the OLD is cast out of their very cells. Watch to see chaos rein before all is complete with changeover. Thanks to photographer Matt Molloy, we can now experience the visual power of the setting sun in a single image. He calls the technique "timestacking." And may we just say, damn.

"To make them, I use a time-lapse sequence as my source," Molloy explained to Digital Photo Mag.

"Timestacks are really a distillation of a video into a single picture. The movements of clouds often look like brushstrokes and give the image a painterly feel. It gives you a different perspective of time and a unique sense of motion."

Are you experiencing any of these ascension symptoms? Do you feel something
has fundamentally changed in your life? Do you feel the 'SHIFT' ?

Ascension Symptoms

1. Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy;
feeling stress. Remember, you are adjusting to a higher vibration and you
will eventually adjust. Old patterns, behaviors and beliefs are also being
pushed to the surface. There is a lot going on inside of you.

2. A feeling of disorientation; not knowing where you are; a loss of a sense
of place. You are not in 3D anymore, as you have moved or in the process of
moving into the higher realms.

3. Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body. You are
purifying and releasing blocked energy vibrating at 3D, while you are
vibrating in a higher dimension.

4. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. Much is going on in your dream
state. You can't be there for long lengths of time and need a break. This is
also the 'cleansing and releasing' hour.

5. Memory loss. A great abundance of short term memory loss and only vague
remembrances of your past. You are in more than one dimension at a time, and
going back and forth as part of the transition, you are experiencing a
'disconnect'. Also, your past is part of the Old, and the Old is forever
gone. Being in the Now is the way of the New World.

6. 'Seeing' and 'hearing' things. You are experiencing different dimensions
as you transition, all according to how sensitive you are and how you are
wired.

7. Loss of identity. You try to access the Old you, but it is no longer
there. You may not know who you are looking at in the mirror. You have
cleared much of your old patterns and are now embodying much more light and
a simpler, more purified divine you. All is in order, You are okay.

8. Feeling 'out of body'. You may feel as though someone is talking, but it
is not you. This is our natural defence mechanism of survival when we are
under acute stress or feeling traumatized or out of control. Your body is
going through a lot and you may not want to be in it. My ascension guide
told me that this was a way of easing the transition process, and that I did
not need to experience what my body was going through. This only lasted a
short time. It passes.

9. Periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the acclimating and
are integrating, as well as building up for the next phase.

10. Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise, foods, TV,
other human voices and various other stimulations are barely tolerable. You
also overwhelm very easily and become easily overstimulated. You are tuning
up. Know that this will eventually pass.

11. You don't feel like doing anything. You are in a rest period,
'rebooting'. Your body knows what it needs. In addition, when you begin
reaching the higher realms, 'doing' and 'making things happen' becomes
obsolete as the New energies support the feminine of basking, receiving,
creating, self-care and nurturing. Ask the Universe to 'bring' you what you
want while you are enjoying yourself and having fun.

12. An intolerance for lower vibrational things of the 3D, reflected in
conversations, attitudes, societal structures, healing modalities, etc. They
literally make you feel 'sick' inside. You are in a higher vibration and
your energies are no longer in alignment. You are being 'pushed, to move
forward; to 'be' and create the New.

13. A loss of desire for food. Your body is adjusting to a new, higher state
of being. Also, part of you does not want to be here anymore in the Old.

14. A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and
residences. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people
and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive
and feel so-o-o-o much better.

15. You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When you try to do your
usual routine and activities, it feels downright awful. You are evolving
beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer
match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much
better.

16. Days of extreme fatigue. Your body is losing density and going through
intense restructuring.

17. A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low blood
sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. A craving for protein.
You are requiring an enormous amount of fuel for this ascension process.
Weight gain with an inability to loose it no matter what you do is one of
the most typical experiences. Trust that your body knows what it is doing.

18. Experiencing emotional ups and downs; weeping. Our emotions are our
outlet for release, and we are releasing a lot.

19. A wanting to go Home, as if everything is over and you don't belong here
anymore. We are returning to Source. Everything is over, but many of us are
staying to experience and create the New World. Also, our old plans for
coming have been completed.

20. Feeling you are going insane, or must be developing a mental illness of
some sort. You are rapidly experiencing several dimensions and greatly
opening. Much is available to you now. You are just not used to it. Your
awareness has been heightened and your barriers are gone. This will pass and
you will eventually feel very at Home like you have never felt before, as
Home is now here.

21. Anxiety and panic. Your ego is losing much of itself and is afraid. Your
system is also on overload. Things are happening to you that you may not
understand. You are also losing behaviour patterns of a lower vibration that
you developed for survival in 3D. This may make you feel vulnerable and
powerless. These patterns and behaviours you are losing are not needed in
the higher realms. This will pass and you will eventually feel so much love,
safety and unity. Just wait.

22. Depression. The outer world may not be in alignment with the New, higher
vibrational you. It doesn't feel so good out there. You are also releasing
lower, darker energies and you are 'seeing' through them. Hang in there.

23. Vivid, wild and sometimes violent dreams. You are releasing many, many
lifetimes of lower vibrational energy. Many are now reporting that they are
experiencing beautiful dreams. Your dream state will eventually improve and
you will enjoy it again. Some experience this releasing while awake. My
mother commented one day that she believed I was having nightmares in the
daytime.

24. Night sweats and hot flashes. Your body is 'heating' up as it burns off
residue.

25. Your plans suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a completely
different direction. Your soul is balancing out your energy. It usually
feels great in this new direction, as your soul knows more than you do. It
is breaking your 'rut' choices and vibration.

26. You have created a situation that seems like your worst nightmare, with
many 'worst nightmare' aspects to it. Your soul is guiding you into
'stretching' into aspects of yourself where you were lacking, or into
'toning down' aspects where you had an overabundance. Your energy is just
balancing itself. Finding your way to peace through this situation is the
test you have set up for yourself. This is your journey, and your soul would
not have set it up if you weren't ready. You are the one who finds your way
out and you will. Looking back, you will have gratitude for the experience
and be a different person.

KUNDALINI REIKI is THE Powerhouse of Reiki!!!!

What can Kundalini Reiki do for you?

Kundalini Reiki activates the Kundalini which is based at the base of the spine which brings greater experience of peace and balance of the female/male energies thus experiencing total union within. Kundalini Reiki is extremely safe, and to experience it is truly a shift and acceleration on your spiritual path.

Kundalini has its own sense of direction. Its natural flow is up the spine and out the top of the head; along that path it brings new awareness, new abilities, and transcendental states. As the plant reaches toward light, the Kundalini pushes us to reach for enlightenment; it removes any energy blocks in its way..

You may wish to further enhance your Reiki power by receiving Kundalini Reiki Attunements and opening up your self to those energy fields known as Kundalini. Much like Usui Reiki it is given in three attunements. Kundalini is opening yourself to the earths energies. Just like Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki means certain Chakras and healing channels are opened up in you. Kundalini is also known as "Kundalini Fire" because after ones attunement through Kundalini the energy runs all the way up through the body through the "main energy channel" and out the crown Chakra.

Kundalini I

The first attunement clears healing pathways to allow the unobstructed flow of  energy. Simultaneously, you are prepared for the Kundalini stimulation in Kundalini Reiki 2. This step  further stimulates the Crown, Third eye, Throat and hand chakras. You are taught to perform a complete healing treatment and to heal remotely from a distance.

Kundalini II

Kundalini Reiki 2 - Microcosmic channels are enhanced. Gradual kundalini awakening occurs with  the front and rear meridians coaxing the Kundalini “fire.” Kundalini flow reaches the Hara, the Solar plexus chakra. It paves the way for the final Kundalini 3.
 

Kundalini Master III

Kundalini Reiki 3 (Kundalini Reiki Master) - The previous channels are widened one last time. Energy conduits to Sex and Base chakras are blasted open.

The Kundalini “fire” is strengthened and trickles up and beyond Crown chakra. Your aura is reinforced against stressors, psychic attack and phsyical ills. It is with Kundalini Level III that you can finally attune other people to the same level (or lower) than yourself.

The following is a true story about a dark period in the history of the planet. It is about an Ascended Master named Sanat Kumara and 144,000 lightbearers.

Sanat Kumara, also known as the Ancient of Days, is the Hierarch of Venus. Long ago, around the time of the caveman, Sanat Kumara came to the earth to keep the flame of life (the threefold flame) for everyone on the planet. This was during the earth’s darkest days when the consciousness of the people had fallen to an all time low and no one honored God or the inner flame of the heart. It was such a dark time that a council of the Cosmic Hierarchy convened to discuss what could be done. Sanat Kumara convinced the council to let him come saying he would keep the flame of the heart on behalf of the people until at least some started doing it for themselves. He was granted this request and prepared to go into exile when 144,000 lightbearers from Venus volunteered to come and support him in the mission.

A special envoy went ahead to build the retreat of Shamballa on an island in the Gobi Sea. Today we know this area as the Gobi Desert. Sanat Kumara placed a focus of the inner flame (threefold flame) on the altar where it remained in the physical for many centuries. Although Sanat Kumara resided in this retreat he did not embody in the physical and remained in his higher body of light. In subsequent lifetimes he did embody. What this master did was truly beautiful and demonstrates the love of an Ascended Master of Light for all of us. He anchored a filigree ray of light from his heart to each heart on the planet and continuously nourished it plus assisted everyone to be quickened by the consciousness of the Christ. After a period of time people began to respond and finally some of them started raising their consciousness and developing their inner flame. This allowed Sanat Kumara to return home to Venus.

Many of the 144,000 lightbearers who were part of the original mandala are still here today. Some have returned home and others got sidetracked or entangled in karma. Today, we have the opportunity to once again pick up where we left off on the path of initiation with the masters. To assist us they have provided the teachings and the tools we need to successfully make the journey home. If you feel a tug on your memory, you might just be one of them!

The Three Sisters

The three sisters are Corn, Beans, and Squash. They are seen as the three beautiful sisters because they grow in the same mound in the garden. The Corn provides a ladder for the Bean Vine. They together give shade to the Squash. The Cherokee till the mound three times.

The Native American story of the Three Sisters vary from tribe to tribe. This story below is taken from an oral account by Lois Thomas of Cornwall Island, compiled by students at Centennial College and found in "Indian Legends of Eastern Canada."

The Three Sisters

A long time ago there were three sisters who lived together in a field.

These sisters were quite different from one another in their size and way of dressing. The little sister was so young that she could only crawl at first, and she was dressed in green.

The second sister wore a bright yellow dress, and she had a way of running off by herself when the sun shone and the soft wind blew in her face.

The third was the eldest sister, standing always very straight and tall above the other sisters and trying to protect them. She wore a pale green shawl, and she had long, yellow hair that tossed about her head in the breeze.

There was one way the sisters were all alike, though. They loved each other dearly, and they always stayed together. This made them very strong.

One day a stranger came to the field of the Three Sisters - a Mohawk boy. He talked to the birds and other animals - this caught the attention of the three sisters.

Late that summer, the youngest and smallest sister disappeared. Her sisters were sad.

Again the Mohawk boy came to the field to gather reeds at the water's edge. The two sisters who were left watched his moccasin trail, and that night the second sister - the one in the yellow dress - disappeared as well.

Now the Elder Sister was the only one left.

She continued to stand tall in her field. When the Mohawk boy saw that she missed her sisters, he brought them all back together and they became stronger together, again.

The Iroquois Legend of the Three Sisters

The term “Three Sisters” emerged from the Iroquois creation myth. It was said that the earth began when “Sky Woman” who lived in the upper world peered through a hole in the sky and fell through to an endless sea. The animals saw her coming, so they took the soil from the bottom of the sea and spread it onto the back of a giant turtle to provide a safe place for her to land. This “Turtle Island” is now what we call North America.

Sky woman had become pregnant before she fell. When she landed, she gave birth to a daughter.

When the daughter grew into a young woman, she also became pregnant (by the West wind). She died while giving birth to twin boys. Sky Woman buried her daughter in the “new earth.” From her grave grew three sacred plants—corn, beans, and squash. These plants provided food for her sons, and later, for all of humanity. These special gifts ensured the survival of the Iroquois people.

It sounds like the plot of a Hollywood disaster film - what would happen if the polar icecaps completely melted in one go?

But you could also see it as the eventual product of global warming - as levels of carbon build up in the atmosphere, temperatures will one day rise to the point where all ice on Earth has melted.

Luckily for the millions of people whose homes would be flooded by this change, scientists estimate that melting all the ice in the Arctic, Antarctica and Greenland would take at least 5,000 years. The total volume of ice on Earth is currently estimated at between 5million and 7.5million cubic miles. Melting all of it would cause the sea level to rise by a minimum of 216 feet (66m).
The impact of such a drastic change to the sea level is shown by these National Geographic maps. Some parts of the world would be largely unaffected, but every continent would undergo significant changes. In addition, Antarctica would emerge as a landmass for the first time in 15million years.

The UK and Ireland would change enormously. The east coast of Britain would flood as far inland as Leicester and as far north as Harrogate. London and the Thames valley would all be underwater, with Kent and Norfolk reduced to a scattering of islands.

Australia would look very similar but for the addition of an inland sea in South Australia. However, the coastal flooding that would affect the entire world would have huge repercussions in Australia, as 80% of the population lives on the coast.

According to National Geographic, this scenario could arise if humans were to burn the entire planet's supply of fossil fuels - causing the average temperature to rise by more than 20 degrees by adding 5trillion tonnes of carbon to the atmosphere.

As well as flooding great swathes of the planet, it would also make much of the world intolerably hot to live in. So don't feel too smug if you live on top of a hill.

What is the Astral Plane? You will get different definitions of the Astral Plane. In its simplest form, the astral plane is simply a level of existence in the inner world just like the physical world. Astral traveling is the ability to leave your body and traverse the astral worlds around you. When you do this, you enter a specific plane. When this happens, the most known plane that people travel with is the commonly known as the astral plane. It is a name that sums up all the astral planes that people travel with. This plane literally contains several levels what makes up the space.

What exactly does the Astral Plane world looks like, and what can astral travelers do in the astral world? And what kind of beings, both human and others can you encounter?These are some of the questions that people who would like to board the Astral Plane often ask. The answers to these questions vary to a large extent because every traveler does so for different reasons. Even though you may not know exactly where you are destined, the fact of the matter is that you must leave behind your tangible body. When you traverse the space in spirit, you open yourself to a window of experiences that may be beyond human thinking.

Literally speaking, the Astral Plane opens up life experiences beyond human imagination. So, what exactly happens when you leave behind your physical being? As a matter of fact, you can not carry with you a lot of expectations when you enter the plane for the very first time. When you leave your physical body behind, you may expect two things; you may either enter a completely new environment that could be beyond your imagination or find yourself in a familiar environment. Going on a journey in the Astral Plane is not limited to any specific place or people. The truth of the matter is that you can encounter characters and situations both in the present, past as well as future, since there is no time factor. On the same breath, you may have the opportunity to meet people and explore places you may not have discovered in your entire existence on Earth. Although entering this new realm could be frightening at first, you will eventually travel comfortably. With each passing time, your knowledge of how to control your destiny and the things you do in the Astral Plane eventually increases over time.

The astral plane is naturally higher or inner in absolute terms of source, than Earth and comprises of human emotions and thoughts. Since the human mind is constantly thinking, the astral world consists of mental debris which may make life there quite challenging and hard for first time visitors. It is also a perfect way of learning. It actually connects the Earth and the higher realms of existence. Just like a contemporary world, the astral world is fashioned in a way that it has institutions, schools and places where people go to work on projects.

How far you can go in the Astral Plane is not restricted. You can always return to your physical being whenever you wish.

Breatharian Couple: Living on Prana

“The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” Genesis 2:7

Breath is the sustaining life force. It is the living essence of all things. The brain can shut down, the eyes close, limbs lost and forgotten, and a man can survive. But to cease the breath is to end physical life as we know it.

Breatharianism holds that breath is not only the essence of life, but contains all life-sustaining elements necessary for man to live in complete health, peace and harmony with the planet. To nourish the body with prana (life-giving breath) is to be set free.

Many beings living on earth right now have gone through the physical process to transform their bodies for life without food or drink. They’re called breatharians.  We know this way of life is within the human potential, but for most it remains dormant. Not everyone feels called to activate this potential within, but for those of you who do (or who are simple curious about this unique way of life) we asked breatharian couple, Akahi and Camila to stop by Chakra Center and share their unique journey:

Tell us a bit about your background in health/wellness/nutrition, and spirituality. What brought you to the awareness of the breatharian lifestyle?

AKAHI:  My background is a Beautiful and divine ever-expanding path of self knowledge with a non academic structure; it is about living, contemplation, self-exploration of my inner capacities, and realization of my Higher self.

In terms of health, I started learning natural medicine with plants of the Andean nature in 2000, and I did explore that field on many levels for the next 8 years travelling in many countries in South America, learning in small towns and communities from many respected shamans and natural healers around the Andes.

In 2005, I entered into the field of the Sweet Lodge, also known as Temazcal*, guiding, accompanying, and practising this healing and purification ceremony that brings all the elements of the nature intone rebirthing experience from the womb of the mother earth.  For the next 5 years, in this same stage, I learned about the healing intentional use of sacred plants – especially the cactus San Pedro, also traditionally called Aguacolla, for the awakening of the Consciousness and integrating it into the practice of healing. When I felt it was required for the group or individual, I combined it with sacred songs, meditation and gentle breathing exercises, creating a new modality of neo shamanism.

The intention of collective wellness was always part of these self-discovery practices and experiences.  In terms of nutrition, as I was developing my awareness of the healing processes of the people and myself, naturally the awareness of the importance of a healthy and harmonious diet come as tool to regenerate the cells and health, recognizing the fresh self-grown foods as the best option. Personally, I became vegetarian in 2005, then gradually transitioned to vegan, with a quick jump to raw foods- vegetables and fruits, to reach naturally a diet based on just fresh fruits and juices. My body entered into a process of stabilizing its perfect health and also sharing these discoveries with other people, encouraging them to enter into the live food diet.

In the spirituality aspect, I was aware of the existence and expression of the consciousness, energy, God in the beginning through all my childhood. That was the impulse for me to stop going to school and become self-taught from this freedom that my parents gave me.  I was able to trust in my inner power to create my life accompanied by the power of the Creative energy. This was the spirit that has been guiding me through my whole life, so I always have been a spiritual being in expression in this life. This self-knowing that the spirit is flowing through me in every moment and experience gave me the capacity to trust in its power, and I created a direct communication with it, always asking for the resources that I needed and always having them with me.

The Pranic Consciousness, also called Breatharianism in the labels that the society tries to give to it, came to me as a natural step in my evolution as a spiritual being, and at the first time that it knocked on my door I was totally open to receive it. I didn’t look for it. Actually it came to me as a consequence of my expanded awareness, because I was ready for the next and greater step.

The message came to knock at our door through a friend from Argentina who was looking for a place where she could do her 21 day process. She finally ended up doing her process in the house next door to ours in Sorata, Bolivia.  Through her positive experience and luminous results automatically the process was my next process to integrate. So, my wife and I decided to do it 6 months later in Ecuador.  It evolves with infinitely loving benefits that are continuously in expansion.

CAMILA:  From a young age I always felt drawn to the more “alternative” ways of life and living.  I had a beautiful neighbour growing up who was a channel for Jesus Christ, a clairvoyant, andhomeopath, among many other things.  She was the first person to incarnate these possibilities for me to recognize that there were in fact many paths for expressing the wellbeing in this human experience.  The few times I was ill when I was a child, my mother would always send me to her house.   She would feel my symptoms, and give me a homoeopathic remedy that was exactly what I needed.  I would take this remedy, and apart from tasting delicious, it always made me feel better.  My mother also had epilepsy and would have very strong seizures, and when this woman came to live close to us, she saw my mother on a day when she felt the symptoms of a seizure coming on.  She touched her head, and balanced her energy, and she never had another seizure after that.

This for me was amazing, and an incredible opening in my awareness to the healing arts.  So my consciousness about medicinal plants and flowers began to grow, as did my awareness of my own energy.  I always loved to collect different plants of power and was really good at remembering what they were all for, so by the time I was a teenager I had an internal encyclopaedia of natural medicines and loved to experiment making different teas and also share this knowledge with others.

I left home when I was 17 and began to travel, and in these experiences my exploration of the energy greatened, as I was no longer studying what “I was supposed to be studying,” but instead learning from the life and re-educating myself after years of being “educated” in the system of “public/formal education.”  I began to recognize my capacity to consciously create my present, and my relationship with life deepened.  I explored other plants of power—plants for sacred journeys.  I lived experiences with San Pedro—Aguacolla, which is a beautiful cactus of the Andes of South America, and learned a lot from the visions I had in these moments.  The Temazcal, or sweat lodge—purification through the elements integrated into a rebirth from inside of the womb of the Mother Earth, also came to my life and I immediately remembered my Universal soul through this native ceremony.  I learned, by participating in many, and began to guide ceremonies for women.  In all of these exchanges always existed the intention of creating experiences that would expand the collective consciousness and elevated the awareness of all those involved.  I also learned to make tinctures, oils, and other natural remedies with medicinal and aromatic plants from all around South America.

In terms of nutrition, I became a vegetarian when I was about 11.  I no longer felt the logic in eating meat, and this was a wonderful transition for me because from here I began exploring with my diet and “need” for food.  When I was a teenager I explored fasting, but not in the sense of deprivation or cleansing, just because I could feel that I didn’t really need food; I wasn’t hungry.  So there were days when I wouldn’t eat, and then just fruits, or just vegetables, and this was also the integration of the Universal Pranic consciousness into my life.  I explored veganism for some years, and bounced back and forth with vegetarianism, until around 2007, when I went directly into the raw foods.  Through the simplicity, without all the machines—dehydrators and fancy blenders, I explored the freshness of the fruits and veggies in their natural forms and enjoyed very much how this light energy made me feel, not only in my physical body, but emotionally and mentally as well.

Spiritually, I always felt the presence of something great guiding and protecting my life. This presence showed me that it was there time after time in many experiences and when I became truly independent I felt this presence grow infinitely.  My life began to change a lot when I accepted the God presence inside of me, and my entire focus and projection shifted towards the evolution of consciousness, for all beings.

The Pranic consciousness was the next step in my own evolution, and the seed was planted when a friend told me about the 21 Day Process that was shared in Brazil to ¨Live from Light.”  I was amazed when a year later the possibility knocked on our door, when a friend from Argentina was looking for somewhere peaceful where she could do her transitioning process.  She chose to do it next door to our house, and it was the impulse for my decision, with my husband, to also do this transition 6 months later in Ecuador.

There seems to be many different descriptions and definitions of breatharianism. How would you define the practice, and what does it mean to you?

It is LIFE. It is the life in all it’s expansion. The word breatharianism is really too small to describe the infinite possibilities that we have when we recognize that we are not separated from God, The Source, The energy,*  and return to the universal field of consciousness. It feels good, right, joyful, for me and us the Pranic awareness is permanent happiness, playfulness, joyfulness,  emotional equilibrium , self-realization, enlightenment, mastery, access to the universal laws, permanent health , immortality, synchronicity, creativity, freedom and all the possible extensions of our creation. It is the recognition of the God within each one of us, and the allowance of it in our lives to express the wisdom freely and lovingly.

In your interview with Lilou Mace, you mentioned that your lifestyle is not about denying yourself of anything, but rather freeing yourself from all things. I love that idea, and wondered if you could talk a bit more about how becoming a breatharian has liberated you?

The liberation goes beyond this life time and relationship with this life.  Finally the karma is gone, so I feel that I am totally free to live the way how I chose to, without limitations, or patterns of how I am supposed to live; free of the structure of the 20th century society that was based in competition and challenging each other to survive. We don’t live in the war of surviving.  Instead we just live, infinitely in our own rules that are based in the expression of the God within in every moment, in every breath.

For example, free from the necessity of food and cravings to satisfy  any aspect of the being because we are all the time satisfied with ourselves. Free from death, because we know that in the whole universe only life exists in all dimensions and beyond this physical body. Free from sickness because we know that the Universal life source doesn’t ever get sick and is permanent beauty and purity.  Free of the ageing process because we know that the universal energy doesn’t have a beginning or end; it is eternal life in expression. Free to create our own lives knowing that the source of creation is accompanying all our decisions and so many other dimensions of freedom that I will need another interview to finish describing! Free to love myself in every moment of life.

The question on everyone’s mind when it comes to breatharianism is “do you eat at all?” and if so, when was the last time you ate? (more pointedly, how many consecutive days have you gone without eating and drinking, and can the human organism survive indefinitely without food? Or is it necessary to eat occasionally?)

The concept of eating isn’t related to our lives because eating came from a need to satisfy dissatisfaction, and I am always satisfied with myself.  So no, I don’t eat at all. Since 2008, the symptoms of hunger gently have left me.  It feels so fine, and from this state, what I do sometimes when I feel called to be part of a social experience, is enjoy a flavour, the smell, the texture, the information of a fruit a juice, a tea, a piece of chocolate or anything, that my being is happy to experiment, from a place of  enjoying the life, knowing that nothing can affect the awareness of the Prana through us. I don’t need to take care of this state of consciousness because it takes care of itself. Instead, without judging when I experience the flavour I embrace the experience with joy knowing that is light for my being.

For me it has never been about eating or not, but yes, it is about allow myself to express from the Divine that I AM, and radiate the Wisdom of the Ascended Earth.

My only experience was seven entire days, no drinking, in the emptiness of the Infinite Light

And was a deep experience of self-realization and DNA reprogramming.

The human organism enter in the light. This Pranic Consciousness is possible for all those that want to allow themselves to discover the infinite potential within.

I understand that Camila had a breatharian pregnancy. Tell us a bit about that experience. How was the health of the child, and did you meet any controversy over your decision to pursue that path?

Yes, we lived a pregnancy from the Pranic State, the most beautiful and luminous experience of all my life. Because of the awareness and total knowing this state gives me of my being, I knew from the moment our son was conceived that he had begun to incarnate and fuse with me, to cultivate his growth and preparation for manifestation on this beautiful earth.  This was an incredible sensation, because I felt him in my physical body very clearly, as though my entire womb was illuminated with his presence, and that the space inside of me was being opened for him. His manifestation brought also new mental and emotional states, accentuating the clarity and stability of my entire being.  I felt as though I had truly harmonized with my purpose of giving birth to the Master Generation.

The entire development of the pregnancy was very smooth, easy, and totally enjoyable.  I never experienced the common symptoms of early pregnancy, such as nausea/morning sickness, headaches, fatigue.  I did feel the urge to rest, but not from tiredness, simply out of a desire to cuddle and be calm and cosy with my new baby.  As the pregnancy continued into the second trimester, I did a set of blood exams in the fourth month, and the results surprised every medical personnel who studied them.  My blood was extremely pure, without any traces of bacteria or impurities.  My blood count was also in the higher end of the “normal” bracket for a woman my age (24 yrs.), and these numbers did not change the entire pregnancy. This is really uncommon because usually women in the third trimester of pregnancy see a significant drop in these numbers, contributing to the symptoms of pregnancy anemia—iron deficiency. I didn’t worry about these “deficiencies” my entire pregnancy, which is also interesting because I never worried about my diet or the amount of minerals or vitamins I received.

I was completely open to changing my lifestyle when I first became pregnant because my child now came first, however I never felt like this was necessary and I knew that he had always been with me and accompanying my growth; he was already in this consciousness.  I did drink and enjoy flavours out of enjoyment from time to time, but never out of hunger or necessity.  Pure enjoyment and freedom is what dictated these experiences, and I always received these pleasures from that consciousness, knowing that our life is independent of what we put into our bodies, that it is all part of the beautiful diversity that exists for our enjoyment.

Living in the state of conscious breath, in recognition that the life is self-sustaining with every breath, allowed me to create in abundance everything he needed for his growth.  The state of unconditional love cultivates a space of security for the child to grow with confidence. In this way the Prana~Chi~Life Source flows freely through the womb and forms the body of the child, together with their intention of being life and the love of their mother. My son felt also nourished by my love, my excitement for him, and stable emotional state, and this was what allowed him to grow healthily and develop in his transition into his physical body.  The amniotic fluid always carried a vibration of love and calm, and this environment surrounded him during the entire pregnancy, implanting itself in his DNA and physical body, contributing to his perfect health and stable emotional state presently.

There was no opposition or controversy from the outside during my pregnancy because no one can resist the joy.  Each person who knew us always experienced us as happy beings, healthy, and in a state of constant illumination, so they were all just joyful to accompany this new experience and witness the birth of a child in this way, into the world with their very own information, without being effected or weighed down by their parents’ information or genetic chains of centuries passed.  This process was very exciting for all who accompanied us, because it was a new beginning for everyone, and truly the birth of a new generation of Masters, free to live his innate Mastery in the embrace of a family who loves him beyond all current perceptions of love.

Do you believe anyone can live the breatharian lifestyle? Or is it only for a select few?

Yes, anyone with a deep desire to step into the infinite potential within, can shift to the Pranic universal consciousness.  As I always quote, we all are already Breath Airians, or Pranic Beings. We all are breathed by the source of energy,  so to reintegrate this wisdom and to be Pranic again in full  awareness is just a matter of acceptance of the Prana flowing in every breath.  To re-educate the being in this inner capacity, we must receive from the Master within. There are many teachings and tools to share with humanity to help them to return to their natural pranic state. One of the teachings is the *8 day Infinite Pranic Being* Transitional Process. It is an initiation that contains the information that the being needs to reactivate the capacity to be self-sustainable again, and live from the freedom of food matrix and many others.

Do you engage in the practice of Sungazing, and if so, how do you feel the practice of “eating the sun” feeds the body?

We did like to contemplate the sun as a reflection of our inner light,for many years now, but this way is different from sungazing; it is the Inner Light Yoga.

Describe the “nutritional value” of breath to you. What is breath and what role does it play in our overall health?

Prana contains all the elements that a creation needs to be manifested. Our body is a manifestation of Prana. In term of nutritional values, it has them all, but I´d like to clarify that in the Pranic state, the vitamins, proteins and all of that, are irrelevant, they don´t exist.  It is an illusion created for marketing to make a business with the idea for the need for food, based in the illusion of the separation. The 20th century society has created the idea that you are separated from the energy so you need to receive energy to survive, creating a whole big list of needs and requirements to be in the standard energy.   But from this state none of that is true. We are not separated from the energy; I AM the energy that sustains my life and this energy that sustains me is the energy of the love, happiness, and joy.

The breath is the conduit of the energy in our body. It is the mechanism that makes energy circulate through us, interchanging information of life in between all our cells and organs, and systems.  It is the key of life, which is why breathing is the first physical reaction that a being has in the first moment of its birth, because this information is part of our light DNA from before our incarnation.

Everything in the universe is breathing, the planet the trees, the ground, all the animals, all the galaxies are in permanent expansion and contraction. So our bodies are just a reflection of the universal geometry.  When we are conscious of the breath we are synchronized with the Universal breath and naturally our heath is a reflection of the health of the Universe.

What would you say is the ultimate purpose/benefit of breatharianism?

In this time in which the confidence in the food is so weak and problematic, and the need for safe nourishment and energy is creating wars around the planet, the Purpose of the Pranic Consciousness in the planet now in this 2012 planetary shift, is to bring new resources of energy to the humanity so we can live without worries and free to express our natural wisdom in a collective way.  In this way we permit the evolution of the humanity into the Light Humanity that will bring the Heaven on Earth, gradually in the new and next generations.

We are sharing the Universal tools of Pranic supraconsciousness in many ways through the media and personally. Now we are on our world tour, writing this from Sweden sharing an 8 day process, and in the media you all have access to our teachings, via Skype by joining our seminars and retreats.
