now call forth from the Throne of God, the Golden Chamber of
Melchizedek, and Sanat Kumara, the two to five year ascension
activation programme for my personal and cosmic ascension. I also
request ascension activation for my core ascension group and all
sincere ascension seekers on the entire planet. I also request
ascension activation for the Earth Mother if she would like to receive

As I go through this prayer, I ask that these activation's be given
and that they be programmed into the ascension seats, and the Light
quotient building program with which I am involved, and am officially

Striking and evocative, they chart a dramatic period of British history - from the end of the World War One to the year of the Queen's Coronation.

But these treasured photographs of famous landmarks such as St Paul's Cathedral and Blackpool Tower could have been lost forever, were it not for a major conservation project which has made them freely available on the internet for the first time.

More than 15,000 pictures - many so old and fragile that they were close to becoming beyond repair - have been uploaded on to the Britain from Abovewebsite, which is launched today.

It is the first batch of some 95,000 images, taken between 1919 and 1953, that are due to be put online in the next two years, showing the changing face of modern Britain.

The pictures come from one of the earliest and most significant collections of aerial photography.

Many shots were said to have been taken during the early days of aviation by former war pilots flying at very low altitudes.

The collection includes rare photographs of some of Britain's most historic landmarks, such as a picture of St Paul's from 1921, a 1927 image of Brighton's West Pier, and a view of the Forth Rail Bridge from 1937

But experts have asked the public to help them identify other photographs whose subjects remain a mystery.

The website has interactive features which visitors can use to add information, share personal memories, download images and customise their own themed photo galleries.

Today's launch is the latest stage of a major exercise in conservation and cataloguing.

The photographs come from the Aerofilms Collection, which was acquired for the nation in 2007 when the company faced financial difficulties.

They have been digitised with the help of the English Heritage and the Royal Commissions on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland and Wales.

This is not really a tool per say, although there are lots you will be able to do with this. This is about you consciously choosing to stand as the true master of self within your rightful state of being. This is you becoming the real you. It’s a preparation level and there are three initial aspects.

This will, open, purify, re-align & energise your being, taking what is out of date, un-needed, causing difficulties & blockages; everything you want to get rid of.  It also has a protective aspect and repairing aspect, especially for the aura.

You may feel: dizzy, disorientated, spinning, waves rushing around & through you or like you are being gently squeezed. You may hear of feel pops, rushing wind, heat and/or coolness. If you feel nothing, it is a good indication that you are not sufficiently grounded into your body. It’s a good idea to quickly ground before & after. Take lots of water with this too.

The colour of the MWF is Golden/White/Yellow, although there may be colour changes during use, as determined by your needs; but it will start this colour and end this colour, which gives us an extra indication of when the work is complete.

Methods of use:

1. Request the ring to come. It will descend from your Monadic Self, down the charkra column 5 times, expanding through each of the immediate bodies, going into Mother Gia and returning to Source; taking with it all that should not be and all that you wish to be rid of.

Timing will differ for each of us, but a good guide is about a minute for each passing or 5mins in total. You have not done it wrong if it takes a little longer and you may receive information during it progression through your being. Please do not overuse, energy overuse drains you and causes internal conflict & friction.

      2. As above, but will purify all bodies at the same time. This can happen very fast indeed and is more about immediate need, such as protection in a lower energetic environment or self defence against energetic attack (seen & unseen). This can also happen without warning, but we must give permission for this to happen first. It can be very intense. The energy will download and explode out of you. It made me physically jump and I will blog this experience later today. It was truly immense.

You can state this permission in your own way, but here is an example:

“I give consent to access my being, on my behalf, in accordance with & in support of Divine Plan & Divine Outcome to my Monad, Spiritual Directors & Personal Assistance Teams and ask for The Monadic Wheel of Fire to be ignited within me during moments of immediate need.”

      3, Ask a question which needs a Yes or No answer. Ask for the Wheel to descend with the answer. It will come down to your heart & then up to your third eye through the throat chakra. So, you will actually receive the answer three times. This is to cover all three kinds of learning, whether you are auditory, visual or kinaesthetic (feeling).  

If you are unsure about the answer or do not get a direct Yes or No, you can ask again. But the chances are that there is more information you need in order to make the choice. Maybe you asked the wrong question; maybe it does not matter which choice is made; maybe there is an important lesson involved; maybe something has to happen first, such as an insight or an event; maybe it’s a choice that seems undesirable that you need to walk through (that your mind does not like), but will lead then to a wonderful opportunity. Relax, be open & go with the flow. This aspect can be used as often as you wish, wherever you wish.

The most important aspect of using this is just to relax, trust & be open to whatever happens. It is sent by the Monad, so you don't have to worry about anything, or even ask for this & that to be taken, but you can if you want to.

"Most are under the impression that our first desire for you is to ascend, this is not true. Are you surprised? When you were created, you were given three gifts; The Freedoms of Will, Choice & Expression. Our first desire is for you to just be, to experience all that life has to offer. In other words your path, your creation, your destiny is entirely within your own hands. This does not mean that we are not here for you, guiding, advising and encouraging you to come back to full consciousness of your true self. It simply means that you are your own master. All that has been created & given to you, is in support of your freedom to choose to re-join the One Soul, as you truly are – free of all contaminations of un-real love. Our first desire is to simply be able to communicate with you on a conscious level again, to commune within the sharing of our beingness. You do not need to ascend to begin to experience this communion (for you already have it), but one must choose to be within the higher energies of life, of love, to be conscious of it. This is what this empowerment was created for. Ascension takes effort & time, but it need not be as difficult as some are choosing it to be. Nor need it be so confusing or complicated. Ascension is but another choice and we desire to clarify that journey for each of you and make it more direct for all. You are ever loved"

On psychological and spiritual levels one has to deal with the negative thoughts,
feelings, emotions and energies of other people. The 3D world has basically
institutionalized negative ego behaviors and lower self consciousness as it permeates
through every aspect of our society.

If you are not strong in your energy field, awareness and personal power to ward off
these energies it can absorb into your subconscious, drain your energy and leave you
feeling heavy.
Negative elementals, thought forms or disassociated thought forms latch onto your aura
causing dark energy spots causing drain and psychological imbalances. Just as a disease is
contagious to the human body, negative thoughts are contagious to the mental body. The
mental body is a part of your energy field that generates on a plane of its own, all substance
that is your "thoughts". We have a mental plane basically separated in two main areas, with
lower areas for basic functioning and as we gain mastery over our creations, a higher
mental plane area to access higher _expression of thoughts. Mind is the builder of form, and
so it is a plane where all thought substance is created and interacted with to begin the
thought form to manifest into physical form.
When words are spoken or thoughts are thought, a 'thought form' is projected out. It
might just stay in your field, float around randomly, or it may be directed at or about
another person. Every time you watch television, a movie or read a book you generate
thought forms. There are no neutral thoughts; they are either positive or negatively
charged. Many thought forms are as mindless as the subject matter, some are loving and
others may be nasty or violent. When you live or work in close proximity to other people
you are subject to not only the thought forms you generate but those you come into contact
with.
So as there are parasites in the physical body, the etheric body will be carrying debris
or hangers-on as well. Just as you shower to clean your physical body each day, you should
also develop self-awareness and make an effort to cleanse and clear your etheric body too.
Otherwise all the lower vibration muck, such as these negative thought forms and other
energetic debris may create blockages in areas of the etheric body, the energetic gridwork,
the chakras and meridians from receiving vital force and eventually affect the physical
body from healthy functioning.
So what can you do to prevent this? It is important to be aware of the thought forms you
are generating, about yourself, about other people, the sort of entertainment you watch and
read. Intend to clear from your field all thought forms that are not your own and visualize a
barrier to keep negative thought forms impenetrable from your field. The Silver Rain
visualization or Platinum Net technique is a good daily practice to clear and protect your
field. Working with the Lords of Karma in energy balancing and clearing your field is also
superb. I have become aware of a dispensation of a lattice work of light, called the "Core
Fear" matrix removal program that does work to release and remove implanted emotional
response and trauma patterns. This has definitely improved emotional charge and repatterned
a neutral association to many key emotional themes in my life and that of my
clients.
The advantage of clearing your field of dark thoughts is that you do not attract more
and compound the problem, which brings us to the next topic of entities. When you become
weakened physically, psychologically or spiritually this leaves you open to psychic attack
from the lower astral plane, (most commonly) and possibly other planetary or dimensional
source. In cases where energy is severely depleted entity possessions and spirit
attachments may form. Further obsessive thoughts, addiction, deep inner turmoil or
personality disorder imbalances result in attracting lower energies and entities.
Earth bound spirits (discarnate) are attracted to those who resonate with lower
emotional states, such as addiction, anger, etc. that they themselves have not worked
through in their own incarnation when alive on the planet. Interesting to note that karmic
residue and remains cannot be cleared outside of a physical form, hence the tendency for
lost souls to find a human body energy field to attach to. Many times there are those
persons whom are fighting off addiction and addictive tendencies only to have these urges,
cravings and messages from the subconscious to be manipulated through an entity
attachment or other negative energetic influences. These symptoms are greatly reduced
when an entity attachment is removed. However if the person continues to indulge
unhealthful habits, live in imbalance or does not take responsibility to clear conflicts, the
entities will reattach to the "damaged" spot in the energy field, until it has been cleared
emotionally and resolved completely.
Like attracts like, and if your field is full of dark thought forms it may attract dark little
entities that come in to enjoy the space you've provided. They also attach themselves at
times when your resistance is low such as during illness, grief or stress.
Most entities that attach to us are not evil, they are just lost little souls or fractured
pieces of soul. Sometimes we will have people hanging around who have passed over but
not sure where they are - especially if they have led very physical lives without much
spirituality, or if you are still keeping cords of attachment to them. Spirits who died with
addictions will also hang around live addicts trying to satisfy cravings. The variation of
entities in the etheric is wide and varied.

The first thing to decide is whether or not you want these entities with you or not. Even
though they are draining your energy and will cause physical problems, some people are
not ready to let them go. They may have become familiar and comfortable at some level to
the ego’s sense of structure and fear will surface at the thought of releasing old patterns of
behavior attached by entities. It is best to remember that they only stay with your
permission, and all of them have their proper time and space to return to where they
should already have gone. If you want them to leave you must be firm. Bear in mind that
some health problems, energy blockages and spiritual growth will not improve as long as
they stay in your energy field.

With practice you can see these energetic forms, like entities, as you scan your field
regularly with your inner vision. If you have trouble visualizing them, learning muscle
testing, asking for guidance and spiritual help is very effective and powerful. Cultivating
your particular higher sensory perception will be unique and individual to you. Some
people are more clairaudient, clairsentient and lastly clairvoyant. With practice and your
intention to bring your intuitive gifts to the surface it will transpire very quickly. The
challenge is learning to trust your intuition and the guidance when revealed to you. This is
what takes the most time, to build the confidence and trust in the messages and discerning
the ego self from the higher self guidance. Your intention to remove any of these items
while visualizing running light through your field, between your grid work and out of your
chakras and into the Earth will help immensely. When finished create around yourself a
protective bubble sealed around and through your aura before venturing out into the
world.

Allowing more light into your field and performing spiritual house cleaning will assist in
your spiritual growth, inner peace and connection. However, after you become more
proficient, when your field is clean you will feel the constant pressure of the negative
thought forms coming from the other people around you. Thought forms can create residue
in spaces, rooms and places that may make an energetic sensitive person very
uncomfortable. This too, may give the impression of psychic attack as you feel pressurized
by the density of its substance. However learning boundaries by maintaining your personal
power and understanding the energy dynamics you share between people and things
makes it incredibly easy to remedy as you progress.

I’ve been adding some pictures to my pages about the seven soul types (as described in the Michael teachings). Specifically, I’ve done seven facial caricatures to show what each one tends to look like (at least to me), highlighting and exaggerating the main features — the Scholar’s prominent brow, for example, and the Priest’s intense eyes. 

Below I’m showing them all together on one page, with a number of famous faces as representative examples in each case. 

Now, I’ll readily admit that it’s quite easy to find exceptions to the rule. Yes, you can probably point to a famous Priest soul incarnation who looks nothing like the Priest ‘stereotype’ shown below. Fair cop. Not all Priests have definite almond-shaped heads. But I see this is as a general approximation, a pattern, not a hard-and-fast rule. 

And of course, head/face shapes will vary according to body size. Going by shape alone, for example, a Sage who is small in stature like Miley Cyrus looks a bit like an Artisan. But that’s just the shape. You can still spot the Sage in Miley Cyrus because a Sage’s face has also a firm, elastic and shiny quality (as it’s always on the move) while an Artisan’s tends to be soft and very ‘composed’. You have to look at the whole package — not just shapes but also tones and movements. And in the Sage’s case, the motormouth is also a dead giveaway!

Servers are gentle, genial souls. Facially, they often characterised by a rounded head, sometimes potato-shaped, with soft, sagging features and smallish, tired-looking eyes. Rounded shoulders are also typical. 

The Server’s baseline expression varies between one of sorrowful pity (when they focus on the common woes of life, like Mother Teresa) and sweet, innocent cheerfulness (when they focus on the common good, like the Dalai Lama). But either way, there is a basic vibe of harmlessness. 

Typical traits: accommodating, caring, modest, dedicated, unassuming, homely, downtrodden, melancholic. 

A R T I S A N 

Artisans tend to have heart-shaped or cup-shaped faces, together with a dreamy, unfocused, faraway look in their eyes. Where Sages have a starry twinkle in the eyes, Artisans have mysterious portals into their inner worlds. 

Their facial expression tends to look very composed, as though they were sitting for a portrait (indeed, many models are Artisans). The mood of the expression can vary between a childlike playfulness and a very broody look of being lost in deep thought, as though contemplating some tricky arithmetic (which I suppose Einstein frequently was). 

Artisans have a habit of creating a striking image for themselves which both attracts attention and at the same time serves as an outer façade behind which they can hide. This includes a tendency to go for distinctive hairstyles and clothes. 

Typical traits: inventive, imaginative, innovative, idiosyncratic, flaky, ditzy. 

W A R R I O R 

Warriors look distinctly solid and physical, tough, firm-skinned, perhaps leathery, and very much at home in their bodies. The head-shape can be quite straight, a bit like a jar. 

Like Kings, Warriors tend to be hard and angular, but the telling features are the low eyebrows and the ready-for-action expression which varies between “Yeah, let’s do this!” and “Nobody screw with me!” 

Typical traits: forceful, assertive, loyal, protective, determined, ruthless, vicious. 

S C H O L A R 

Scholars tend to look intelligent but somewhat unexpressive and socially detached. They usually have a large, flat forehead and relatively hollow, deadpan features. The mouth is naturally shut rather than open. In contrast to the Sage, the Scholar’s face looks like it isn’t used much for expressiveness. 

The eyes can look deep-set, partly because the Scholar’s attention is usually somewhere inside their brain rather than out there where the action is, and partly because the prominent brow can overhang the eyes, adding to the Scholar’s observing-rather-than-participating look. 

With Scholars, it’s all happening inside the head; their mind is always busy processing, absorbing, learning. Overall, I would say Scholars have a look of benign detachment. 

Typical traits: curious, knowledgeable, analytical, dry, pedantic, detached, neutral, aloof. 

S A G E 

Sages’ facial features are often unusually big, open and elongated or elasticated, perhaps even cartoon-like. In addition, they often have a twinkle of mischievous merriment in the eyes, as though itching to tell a joke or share some scandalous gossip. 

The face is a key means of expression and the Sage’s face is always ‘on’. Their cheeks tend to be a prominent feature, rounded from lots of smiling and joking. The whole face is like an inflated balloon. 

Young-soul Sages are all all eyes and teeth with their big, sparkly smiles. Old-soul sages like Osho are more mellow and look like, well, happy sages. 

Typical traits: eloquent, witty, gregarious, flamboyant, effusive, attention-seeking, loud, verbose. 

P R I E S T 

Priests tend to have almond-shaped heads, and cat-like eyes that point forwards very directly. I’ve also noticed that the eyes can sometimes seem ‘upside-down’, with the upper lid being more open than the lower. Also with Priests, the corners of the mouth often look sharply pointed. 

The Priestly facial expression suggests a strongly felt desire to make things right or better. This typically varies between one of stern disapproval (when they focus on what’s presently wrong with the world as they see it) and rapturous enthusiasm (as they focus on realising some higher potential). 

The Priest’s gaze often has an inflamed, hypnotic intensity which can look strikingly beautiful — or strikingly sinister, depending on where the Priest is coming from. 

Typical traits: fervent, visionary, hope-inspiring, earnest, uplifting, preachy, fanatical. 

K I N G 

Kings tend to be distinguished by a solid-looking block-like head with ‘meaty’ or ‘granite’ features. There is often a broad, muscular, well-defined jawline. 

The face reveals a self-assured, commanding expression with a very masculine look of authority that says “I know exactly what I’m doing,” — the flip-side of which is a withering look that says “You don’t know what the hell you’re doing.” 

Typical traits: commanding, masterful, self-assured, decisive, harsh, imperious.

This appears to be a challenging time for emotional issues. If you are stressed out, restless, not sleeping well, tired and irritable, it is possible that the planetary and spiritual alignments affecting the world are causing an up-surge in emotion. The Angels of the Cosmic Heart are delighted to help you with this.

To begin with make sure your chakra light channel is open and clearing properly as described in the item below. Then do the following as often as you choose:

Place two fingers of the left hand on the solar plexus chakra (a little below the sternum bone) and two fingers of the right hand on the heart chakra. Now say: "I call upon the Angels of the Cosmic Heart to help me to clear emotion. Thank you Angels, And So It Is." Now focus on the solar plexus chakra and allow the Angels to clear emotion for you. Use your breath to really help the releasing work they do for you. Keep your attention on your solar plexus during the healing. To end the healing, remove your fingers from the chakras and thank the Angels of the Cosmic Heart.

You can continue clearing in this way for as long as you want, as often as you choose. NOTE: Remember that a lot of clearing will precipitate a shift within you and can result in a small healing crisis. Always drink water after healing yourself and don't over do your healing at any one time.

Clearing the Chakra Barrier

Many people are suffering from a blocked sacred space - the link between the lower and upper chakras. Experiencing ourselves as human beings we live mostly in the lower chakras from base to solar plexus. As we awaken spiritually we begin to live more in the higher chakras, opening them more fully. During this process we must release discordant energy patterns, baggage and emotion from the lower chakras and this is where a problem can occur. Often the step that you must take in moving your energy from the solar plexus to the heart chakra in order to clear emotion can become blocked. People appear to have forgotten how to make this step and this leads to bloating and pressure in the abdomen that cannot be relieved by other treatment. It may also lead to weight gain in this area.

Technique for Clearing Emotion and Opening the Sacred Barrier

As you read the following, I am connecting with you and using my Keys of Creation to bring you information on how to open the sacred space to allow emotion to clear from the lower chakras uowards through the light channel to be released. This information is for understanding only - the energy pathway will be opened directly by the Keys of Creation.

As we awaken spiritually, we begin to access the upper chakras more fully and to clear emotion from the lower chakras. In the light channel between the solar plexus and the heart chakra there is a natural barrier that helps to keep us in our lower chakras to experience ourselves as human beings. To move our energy successfully up the chakra light channel, it must pass through this barrier in the sacred space. When the energy or emotion arrives at the solar plexus, it must make a 45 degree turn towards the spine, then as it reaches the spine and kundalini channels there, it must make a 90 degree turn back towards the heart chakra. When the energy reaches the heart chakra it must now make a 45 degree turn upwards to continue moving through the upper chakras. (This is 180 degrees in all - making a straight line.) This information has now been permanently placed within you through the Keys of Creation. It is likely that you will now be experiencing a release in your abdomen and possibly sensing an energy movement within your body. IF YOU FEEL HOT, it is likely that you have become ungrounded by this action and need to ground now. You can do this easily by saying these light language phrases out loud. (They are an expression of the Keys of Creation.) Say secu-narimbido ("secu-narimbeedoh") to get you back into your body, secu-ambido-nos ("secu-ambeedoh-noss") to release any self sabotage and Garusan ("ga-roo-san") to ground you to Earth.

Now gently tap the "sacred space" - half way between the solar plexus chakra and the heart chakra (above the sternum bone) gently for fifteen seconds or so to facilitate the clearing of the energy and emotional build up in the lower chakras and allow it to pass though the heart chakra.

It is helpful to avoid an overload of emotion building up in the lower chakras and effectively blocking the light channel by tapping the sacred space regularly, say several times a week. The frequency depends on your healing and emotional state. When you carry out Reiki healing or any other form of healing, I suggest you take a few moments to tap the sacred space to make sure that the lower chakras fully release the emotion upwards for transformation into light and Love.

Let us become the Love and Light, that each may see it as a beacon and follow it with trust and so link with the Divine Source

Let us remember to laugh and have fun.  Life is not a burden, it is pure joy.  It is entirely up to you.

Let us recognise that we are but channels for the Divine Light that it is not our ego incarnated identity that originates the help we give, but the ~God/All that is {however we perceive that to be} and that we simply add our humble self to carry it in our own special and unique ways.

Let us make the journey from the head to the heart knowing that, whereas the mind may lead us in circles, the heart will lead us home.  Let us steer clear of ~should~ and ~must ~ that stem from the mind and instead stay in the ~now~ and experience the intuitive response of the heart with its right feeling, trusting that this is our connection to ~God~ and it will lead us to where we are most able to help.

Let us be grateful to each person that we have interacted with in our lives, thanking them within our hearts for being willing to act as a mirror, reflecting to us what we need to learn.  Let us know that we magnetise these situations and people toward us to show us clearly those areas of life where we need to be more unconditionally loving, or to reflect positive qualities within ourselves that we may not have recognised yet.

Let us spread only positive thoughts and discipline ourselves in this, realising that as we become more our true Selves, greater care in this is needed.

Let us make no judgment of self or others, for each is seeking to learn and experience in his/her own unique way, to take that wisdom back to the whole.  To realise that if there were only one way to do something there would need be only one person.

Let us channel and spread light across the Earth, such as never before.  Let us stand fully in our truth, willing and without fears, to speak that which comes intuitively from the heart.  Let us be the self that we truly are.

Let us encourage all to take back their power, to be the master and seek the truth within themselves.

Let us be discerning and align with Light.  There are many ways to learn and you may prefer to align your energies with those whose goals are similar to yours.  Make no judgments of anyone and maintain Unconditional Love to all.

Let us trust the higher ~God~ aspect of ourselves and have faith that all is well and in  Divine Order.  To know that we truly do create our own reality and our own experiences, to serve only our highest good.

Let us take full responsibility for our actions and thoughts but let us also know that responsibility is not a heavy burden, but a joy that comes naturally and with ease, as we become more fully ourselves.

Let us not allow our healing to become mechanical, but allow for fluidity and intuition to guide us through each moment, permitting the flow of Divine energy to move through us.

Let us be willing to release all that is not truly us.  Let us permit the releasing of all buried emotions and thought and allow the mental and emotional bodies to integrate and blend into Spirit.

Let us be aware of the other kingdoms with whom we share this Earth, the lovely crystal and mineral world, the wonderful plants, trees and flowers and great oceans, all bringing to us a myriad healing qualities through the exquisite vibration that can reach us all.  Let us also remember the world of the elementals that maintains the Earth for us.

Let us seek to assist others to further awareness of a need for love and care of our precious animal and insect world on land and sea.  Let us share our world in love with all ~God’s~ creatures.

Let us, with integrity, speak only that which we know within as true, whilst making it clear to others, that it is only our truth as we perceive it.  Each should accept only that which resonates within the heart, and sits comfortably in that place of the three fold flame; the Love, Power and Wisdom that resides within us all.

Let us always look higher to see the greater picture and the Divine Order of all things and not limit ourselves to a third dimensional reality.

Let us understand the right use of Power and Truth, gifted to all, as full service to the light is taken up.  Say what you mean and mean what you say.

Let us also be grateful to 

the Ascended Realms of Light, angels and guides, mostly unrecognised and unacknowledged, never failing to extend to us the gifts of their energy, presence and love.  Let us release our fixed patterns about when, from whom and in what manner we will be  presented with Universal Truth.  Know that each receives in his own way and that there is no set or right way.

Pertama-kali saya berhasil menemukan titik terang melalui tradisi Islam. Wirid, zikir, dengan bertasbih panjang. Sekali duduk 500X Al Fatihah, Setengah modar untuk putar tasbih sambil tetap fokus agar amalan bisa diucapkan di dalam hati. Akhirnya saya tahu rahasianya , yaitu tetap fokus di satu titik. Doa cuma alat bantu agar kesadaran bisa tetap fokus di satu titik. Gelombang otak otomatis turun perlahan, tetapi fokus tetap tidak berubah. Tidak melayang dan kosong melompong seperti disalah kaprahkan oleh banyak orang. Tentu saja saya juga pakai rujukan dari tradisi-tradisi lain, termasuk tradisi spiritual dari Tibet dan bahkan juga tradisi spiritual Jawa. Saya temukan, ada sesuatu yg disembunyikan. Orang tidak bisa terlepas dari fokus di dada, kecuali menemukan sendiri ada sesuatu yg disembunyikan.
