Questioner: Now these entities incarnate into a third-density vibratory body. I am trying to understand how this transition takes place from third to fourth-density. I will take the example of one of these entities of which we are speaking who is now in a third-density body. He will grow older and then will it be necessary that he die from the third-density physical body and reincarnate in a fourth-density body for that transition?
Ra: I am Ra. These entities are those incarnating with what you may call a double body in activation. It will be noted that the entities birthing these fourth-density entities experience a great feeling of, shall we say, the connection and the use of spiritual energies during pregnancy. This is due to the necessity for manifesting the double body.
This transitional body is one which will be, shall we say, able to appreciate fourth-density vibratory complexes as the instreaming increases without the accompanying disruption of the third-density body. If a third-density entity were, shall we say, electrically aware of fourth-density in full, the third-density electrical fields would fail due to incompatibility.
To answer your query about death, these entities will die according to third-density necessities.
Questioner: You are saying, then, that for the transition from third to fourth-density for one of the entities with doubly activated bodies, in order to make the transition the third-density body will go through the process of what we call death. Is this correct?
Ra: I am Ra. The third and fourth, combination, density’s body will die according to the necessity of third-density mind/body/spirit complex distortions.
We may respond to the heart of your question by noting that the purpose of such combined activation of mind/body/spirit complexes is that such entities, to some extent, conscientiously are aware of those fourth-density understandings which third-density is unable to remember due to the forgetting. Thus fourth-density experience may be begun with the added attraction to an entity oriented toward service-to-others of dwelling in a troubled third-density environment and offering its love and compassion.
Questioner: Would the purpose in transitioning to Earth prior to the complete changeover then be for the experience to be gained here before the harvesting process?
Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. These entities are not Wanderers in the sense that this planetary sphere is their fourth-density home planet. However, the experience of this service is earned only by those harvested third-density entities which have demonstrated a great deal of orientation towards service-to-others. It is a privilege to be allowed this early an incarnation as there is much experiential catalyst in service to other-selves at this harvesting.

Space in Togetherness
Healthy Barriers
Healthy barriers will give you the freedom to pursue your development apart from those whose approval you seek out.
As relationships evolve, lives gradually become entwined. We tend to have a great deal in common with the people who attract us, and our regard for them compels us to trust their judgment.
While our lives may seem to run together so smoothly that the line dividing them cannot be seen, we remain separate beings. To disregard these barriers is to sacrifice independence. It is our respect for the fact that our lives exist independently of the lives of others that allows us to set emotional and physical boundaries, to explore our interests and capabilities even when people close to us do not understand our partialities, and to agree to disagree.
Maintaining healthy barriers is a matter of recognizing the point at which our principles and those of our loved ones and peers no longer overlap.
Human beings must relentlessly fight the temptation to follow the crowd. Naturally, we want to be liked, accepted, and admired, and it often seems that the easiest way to win approval is to ally ourselves with others. When we assume that our standards are the same as those of the people close to us without first examining our own intentions, we do ourselves a disservice.
The barriers that exist between us are a reminder that our paths in life will be unique, and we must each accept that "I" and "we" can coexist peacefully. Our reactions, our likes and dislikes, our loves, our goals, and our dreams may or may not align with those of others, but we should neither ask others to embrace what we hold dear nor feel compelled to embrace what they hold dear.
As you learn to define yourself as an emotionally and intellectually distinct individual, you will grow to appreciate your autonomy. However much you enjoy the associations that bind you to others and provide you with a sense of identity, your concept of self will ultimately originate in your own soul.
The healthy barriers that tell you where you end and the people around you begin will give you the freedom to pursue your development apart from those whose approval you might otherwise be tempted to seek out. Others will continue to play a role in your existence, but their values will not direct its course, and the relationships you share will remain marvellously balanced and harmonious as a result.

Did the death/dying purification ritual for someone that passed over yesterday (they were hit by a car on the highway while trying to help another person who had a car accident), did a prayer for their protection on the other side and their family's protection. Started feeling energies on my crown, feet, hands and mind's eye. Then, the person (in their astral body) thanked me (in my mind's eye) and I saw them enveloped in golden white light, escorted by angels to Mother Father God / All That Is. They asked that their family is cared for.
Then following that experience, I felt energy enveloping me like a gentle stream flowing down my crown chakra and out my hands and then at the same time from my feet up my legs out my hips to my hands. I saw white flashes of light in my minds eye and felt emotional bliss.
Felt like my body was filling with light and I felt lighter, a little more etheric.

DailyOM - Why Not Now?
Waiting for Someday
If today is the day you will take your destiny into your hands, you will soon discover that you hold the keys of fate.
The time we are blessed with is limited and tends to be used up all too quickly. How we utilize that time is consequently one of the most important decisions we make. Yet it is far too easy to put off until tomorrow what we are dreaming of today. The hectic pace of modern existence affords us an easy out; we shelve our aspirations so we can cope more effectively with the challenges of the present, ostensibly to have more time and leisure to realize our purpose in the future.
Or we tell ourselves that we will chase our dreams someday once we have accomplished other lesser goals. In truth, it is our fear that keeps us from seeking fulfillment in the here and now—because we view failure as a possibility, our reasons for delaying our inevitable success seem sound and rational. If we ask ourselves what we are really waiting for, however, we discover that there is no truly compelling reason why we should put off the pursuit of the dreams that sustain us.
When regarded as a question, "Why not now?" drains us of our power to realize our ambitions. We are so concerned with the notion that we are somehow undeserving of happiness that we cannot see that there is much we can do in the present to begin courting it. Yet when we look decisively at our existence and state, "Why not now, indeed!"
we are empowered to begin changing our lives this very moment. We procrastinate for many reasons, from a perceived lack of time to a legitimate lack of self-belief, but the truth of the matter is that there is no time like the present and no time but the present. Whatever we aim to accomplish, we will achieve it more quickly and with a greater degree of efficiency when we seize the day and make the most of the resources we have at our disposal presently.
All the joy, passion, and contentment you can envision can be yours right now, rather than in some far-flung point in time. You need only remind yourself that there is nothing standing between you and fulfillment. If you decide that today is the day you will take your destiny into your hands, you will soon discover that you hold the keys of fate.

To reject a culture is therefore to reject the environment itself - By Gary "Jagamarra" Simon
Gary "Jagamarra" Simon, a traditional healer and artist of the Walpiri tribe of central and western Australia, explains how human particularities are directly formed from the natural environment.
To reject a culture is therefore to reject the environment itself.
The key to oneness, Gary tells us, is acceptance-acceptance of oneself and of every other's right to exist.

(Example)
1. You have grounded yourself and cleared the room with the four basic usui reiki symbols (each corner of the room contiains the 4 symbols as well as over your heart area). You have asked for a golden or white light from Source to clear all that is not for your highest good. You have visualized the light clear the room. You are now sitting in a quiet, peaceful place where you will be undisturbed, ask your Source, Higher Self, Guides, Guardian Angels, etc, for guidance during the session. Ask that you are protected for your highest and greatest good from all harm and ill will.
2. Draw and activate the power symbol (cho-ku-rei) in front of the sixth chakra (third eye), then visualize it going into this chakra (activate means saying the name of the symbol three times after drawing it)
3. Next, draw and activate the mental/emotional symbol (se-he-ki) in front of the fourth chakra (heart) then visualize it going into this chakra
4. Silently state the intention and purpose for the past life session in your own words. For example, "I want to discover the Root Event in my past life for my stomach pains and release the negative emotional charge linked to it."
5. Start the relaxation technique of your choice. (I find one of the easiest relaxation techniques is to breathe for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and breathe out for 4 seconds, and do it over an over until you reach the meditative state)
6. After you are completely relaxed, visualize an almost blinding white or golden light filling the room from ceiling to floor, slowly spinning, and forming the shape of a Vortex. Take a few moments to view this Vortex.
7. Draw and activate the long distance symbol (hon-sha-ze-sho-nen), then visualize it going into the Vortex.
8. Draw and activate the master symbol (dai-ko-myo), then visualize it going into the vortex.
9. Next visualize getting up and walking into the middle of this vortex.
10. In a few seconds you exit on the other side, and into the Akashic Plane. And in front of you is a glowing grey wall with a porthole (the veil with a small hole)
11. Take a moment and walk up to the porthole and look in. Looking into the porthole you recognize yourself as a soldier getting shot in the stomach during a battle. You see the shock and fear on the soldier's face as he falls backward. Very quickly you understand the soldier has created an emotional charge from this event which has carried over to your present life. With this insight, instantly the emotional charge connected to the root event is released in the memory, and will cease to impact your present life.
12. Once gaining this insight, visualize and activate the reiki mental/emotional symbol and embed it into the heart chakra of the soldier from your past life.
13. Now turn around, facing the vortex from which you entered, and rapidly walk back into it.
14. In a few seconds, you will feel a sudden pull and instantly you will be back in your physical body sitting in the chair. Now take a few deep breaths and when you feel ready, open your eyes and gradually become aware of the room. The session is complete.
15. Destroy the released Psychic Debris from the session by visualizing a white or golden light again clearing the room.

Happiness Follows The Doer Of Good
(2) The Story of Maññakuõdali (Verse 2)
While residing at the Jetavana Monastery in Sàvatthi, the Buddha spoke this verse, with reference to Maññakuõdali, a young Bràhmin.
Maññakuõdali was a young Bràhmin, whose father, Adinnapubbaka, was very miserly and never gave anything in charity. Even the gold ornaments for his only son were made by himself to save payment for workmanship. When his son fell ill, no physician was consulted, until it was too late.
When he realized that his son was dying, he had the youth carried outside on to the verandah, so that people com- ing to his house would not see his possessions. On that morning, the Buddha arising early from his deep meditation of compassion saw, in his Net of Knowledge, Maññakuõdali lying on the verandah. So when entering Sàvat- thi for alms-food with his disciples, the Buddha stood near the door of the Bràhmin Adinnapubbaka.
The Buddha sent forth a ray of light to attract the attention of the youth, who was facing the interior of the house. The youth saw the Buddha; and as he was very weak he could only profess his faith mentally. But that was enough.
When he passed away with his heart in devotion to the Buddha he was reborn in the Tàvatiüsa celestial world. From his celestial abode the young Maññakuõdali, see- ing his father mourning over him at the cemetery, appeared to the old man in the likeness of his old self. He told his father
about his rebirth in the Tàvatiüsa world and also urged him to approach and invite the Buddha to a meal. At the house of Adinnapubbaka the question of whether one could or could not be reborn in a celestial world simply by mentally profess- ing profound faith in the Buddha, without giving in charity or observing the moral precepts, was brought up.
So the Buddha invited Maññakuõdali to appear in person; Maññakuõ- dali then appeared in his celestial ornaments and told them about his rebirth in the Tàvatiüsa realm. Only then, the lis- teners became convinced that the son of the Bràhmin Adin- napubbaka, by simply devoting his mind to the Buddha, had attained much glory.
Explanatory Translation (Verse 2) dhammà manopubbaïgamà mano seññhà manomayà ce pasannena manasà bhàsati và karoti và tato sukhaü naü anveti anapàyini chàyà iva dhammà: experience; manopubbaïgamà: thought pre- cedes; manoseññhà: thought is predominant; manomayà: mind-made are they; ce: therefore, if; pasannena: (with) pure; manasà: thought; bhàsati: (one) speaks; karoti và: or acts; tato: due to it; sukhaü: happiness; naü: that person; anveti: follows; anapàyini: not deserting; chàyà iva: as the shadow.
All that man experiences springs out of his thoughts. If his thoughts are good, the words and deeds will also be good.
The result of good thoughts, words and deeds will be happi-ness.
This happiness never leaves the person whose thoughts are good. Happiness will always follow him like his shadow that never leaves him.

Suffering Follows The Evil-Doer
1 (1) The Story of the Monk Cakkhupàla (Verse 1)
While residing at the Jetavana Monastery in Sàvatthi, the Buddha spoke this verse, with reference to Cakkhupàla, a blind monk.
On one occasion, Monk Cakkhupàla came to pay hom- age to the Buddha at the Jetavana Monastery. One night, while pacing up and down in meditation, the monk accidentally stepped on some insects.
In the morning, some monks visiting the monk found the dead insects. They thought ill of the monk and reported the matter to the Buddha.
The Buddha asked them whether they had seen the monk killing the insects. When they answered in the negative, the Buddha said, "Just as you had not seen him killing, so also he had not seen those living insects.
Besides, as the monk had already attained ara- hatship he could have no intention of killing, so he was inno- cent." On being asked why Cakkhupàla was blind although he was an arahat, the Buddha told the following story:
Cakkhupàla was a physician in one of his past exist- ences.
Once, he had deliberately made a woman patient blind. That woman had promised to become his slave, together with her children, if her eyes were completely cured. Fearing that she and her children would have to become slaves, she lied to the physician. She told him that her eyes were getting worse when, in fact, they were perfectly cured.
The physician knew she was deceiving him, so in revenge, he gave her another ointment, which made her totally blind. As a result of this evil deed the physician lost his eyesight many times in his later existences.
