There's no looking for crowd validation. There's no waiting for outside redemption. There's no collective bargaining to rely on.

The awakening is you. Only you.

That's what all this ruckus is about. The battle for your spirit and soul. And that's the boat each of us is in. There is nothing more important in this life for you, or me, than waking up. Once that's straightened out the rest will follow.

Enjoy Your Earthly Suit, But Rediscover Who You Truly Are

Like me, you are sitting inside, or somewhat near anyway, the body you chose to be in. We're looking through and freely operating these amazing biological machines on a fabulous planet. And, "Wow, there appears to be a whole lot of other beings like me walking around! Where am I? What am I here for? And what am I supposed to do?"

I know, jumped off the deep end there, but that's exactly our predicament. And what immediately sets in once we arrive? As young children we have this abandon as we experience this incredible place and all its feelings, sights and sounds. We screech with delight, sing made up songs, swing our arms around wildly, and run in place. We just express!

Then what happens? We start to conform to what we're seeing, as well as what we're being told. We become more regimented and are herded into classrooms and categories. We start feeling social pressures and are then handed this fundamental doctrine of insecurity where fear and scarcity become our main drivers. Your purpose in life now is to "fit in and get a job" so you won't run out of money or food. Your internal, conscious response? "This is strange. Everything's a problem here. Sure didn't feel that way when I arrived."

The Illusory Attachment Trap

The main trick of the illusory world around us is to make us think we're somehow attached to it, and therefore dependent, and that we need to conform to this world we're viewing. We tend to judge by the standards we're exposed to, and act accordingly. We base our lives and actions around these perceived behavior patterns, which in turn gradually dull the voice of conscious awareness.

You might have noticed how blind people, such as entertainers Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder, gesticulate totally freely, rocking their heads while singing or talking, and have wildly free facial expressions, almost as if they're handicapped.

Obviously they're not. But it strikes you. They're free from visual conformity. They don't know how everyone else acts. They're free to physically express their emotions without having to conform to the suppressed, fearful conformist nature of our hung up society. They don't know you don't rock back and forth, shake your head and smile so broad your face almost cracks. How liberating!

And that principle can be applied across the board.

We judge so much by how we think it will measure up to the world around us rather than just express what we're thinking and feeling openly. Whether with close friends and family, our peer group, or the message we pick up in public or from the media, we're being programmed. Programmed to not respond to obvious needs, but to strange, shallow self-serving impulses.

Just like everyone else.

You can say that's just natural, but it's not. It's induced behavior from a manipulated and self-regulating created collective. Natural for the matrix, but not for a conscious human being, especially when the crowd is clearly going the wrong way. But who's looking when you're sleep walking.

The Cost of Vicarious Living and Beyond

In the end most humans end up living a vicarious life, acting out the projection they think they're supposed to live up to. That's bondage. The yardstick is acceptance rather than truth or conscience. This is heavily reinforced through education, the media and the existing paradigm they've succeeded in creating. It appears to be the only option out there…but only to the unawakened.

But there's a price to pay.

Everything. Waking up costs everything. So what? What are you saving up for? Aren't you paying that price anyway even if you're not waking up? Life always costs everything. You'll leave here eventually, like me, and the cost will be your life. How did you spend it? Consciously, or trying to conform, and using that to hide behind to justify living as a comfortable, selfish, lazy brain donor to the system you're too afraid to buck?

That's the battlefield. You. Me. It goes no further. What we see playing out in the world is a bunch of you's and me's deciding if they'll live consciously and truly respond to that still, small voice within them, or not. The sad reality is almost every one of them has been duped into being fixated on what all the other "me's" are doing in order to keep up with the projected reality. It's like a school of fish feverishly clinging together in response to a perceived predator. 

The only thing is, for conscious, spiritual reality there is no predator. That's the secret. We are eternal consciousness having an experience. The way to solve these problems is to re-create the perceived reality through conscious awareness and conscious actions.

When You Get the Call, Take It!

We, individually, have to change first. We have to commit to consciousness, get free of entanglements and live a conscious life. The rest has little meaning until we get out of the matrix ourselves.

If each of us would get that message the phony world structure would crumble in a minute. Every soldier would drop his weapon and go home. Every politician would wake up as if out of a dream and go be with his family. Every policeman would lay down his gun, take off his uniform, and go help someone in need, smiling and greeting people on his way.

It's you. It's me. Your personal world and experience is the only one you'll ever know. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Just let consciousness be your guide. But act on it.

And don't fret too much about what it is you're supposed to do. You'll know it when you see it. It comes in the form of little things, little decisions, the rest follows. Learn to listen to that voice and act accordingly and it gets louder and louder.

Just walk away from what you know to be wrong, and do what you know to be right. It's not that hard once you start. And again, once you get your boat in motion, the rudder will take effect.

Ascended Master of the Wisdom Ray

The golden-pink light that emanates from an illumined mind, the grey matter of the brain cleansed until it glows with saffron luminosity—this is possible for each one of us when we tune into the master, now ascended, named Lord Lanto. For not only did he strive for greater illumination, his devotion had rarely been paralleled by an embodied soul. Fields of custard: Photographer's amazing pictures of 'Alice in Wonderland' landscape

These are the amazing images of bright yellow rapeseed fields that look just like custard.

They were taken by German photographer Anne Berlin on a visit to Luoping, China.

Anne said: "It was absolutely unbelievable, a fascinating sight that I will never forget. They were such a bright yellow - they looked like custard.

"When I at first left the car, I was so bowled over from what I saw, that for a short time, I even forgot taking photos.

"I never saw something comparable. It was so amazing. When I walked through this fabulous landscape, I felt like Alice in Wonderland.

"Millions of busy bees were buzzing around me. It was like swimming in a yellow sea of flowers.

"I'll never forget this wonderful fascinating day. It was so amazing. You can't believe it, except you see it yourself."

Ms Berlin was making a photo tour through Yunnan in March when she took the shots.

"The last two days we stayed at Luoping, which is about 200km to the east of Kunming, to take some pictures of the rapeseed fields", she said.

"The weather wasn't good for taking photographs because it was quite hazy. To take the images we had to climb up a tall hill."

To capture the wonderful pictures, Anne used a Canon 5D Mark II, 17-40mm and 70-200mm.

Some things are worth losing sleep over. Norwegian landscape photographer Terje Sorgjerd trekked to the highest mountain in Spain (El Teide), camped outside without a tent or sleeping bag, and slept only 10 hours over the seven days it took to capture this breathtaking time-lapse footage of the Milky Way galaxy. Sprawled out over the lush landscape, the stars seemed close enough to reach out and touch. A tribute to the majesty and beauty of both heaven and Earth.

Worlds Longest Tunnel

13 sec long photo inside worlds longest road-tunnel in between traffic. Length of tunnel is 24,5 km. Speed limit is 80 km/h. The blue color is from the special lights that they have in caves inside the tunnel. I wanted a photo to show the extremeness of this endless tunnel. In my photo you see car lights in the end of the tunnel, and that is all you'll see in real too. As this tunnel goes on for 20 minutes.

The dominant stallion fights off one of the frequent and aggressive thrusts of a colt which irrevocably tries to take over stallion's natural position in their herd. This depicts internal conflict between stallions and colts where the latter tries to win the primacy in the herd of all the mares. In a word, this gives us an impression of the survival of species and their internal conflicts which result in a perfect harmony of natural hierarchy. Those horses allow us to see their strength which is necessary for survival in a dangerous coexistence with wild animals and their frequent attacks

Breatharian Couple: Living on Prana

“The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” Genesis 2:7

Breath is the sustaining life force. It is the living essence of all things. The brain can shut down, the eyes close, limbs lost and forgotten, and a man can survive. But to cease the breath is to end physical life as we know it.

Breatharianism holds that breath is not only the essence of life, but contains all life-sustaining elements necessary for man to live in complete health, peace and harmony with the planet. To nourish the body with prana (life-giving breath) is to be set free.

Many beings living on earth right now have gone through the physical process to transform their bodies for life without food or drink. They’re called breatharians.  We know this way of life is within the human potential, but for most it remains dormant. Not everyone feels called to activate this potential within, but for those of you who do (or who are simple curious about this unique way of life) we asked breatharian couple, Akahi and Camila to stop by Chakra Center and share their unique journey:

Tell us a bit about your background in health/wellness/nutrition, and spirituality. What brought you to the awareness of the breatharian lifestyle?

AKAHI:  My background is a Beautiful and divine ever-expanding path of self knowledge with a non academic structure; it is about living, contemplation, self-exploration of my inner capacities, and realization of my Higher self.

In terms of health, I started learning natural medicine with plants of the Andean nature in 2000, and I did explore that field on many levels for the next 8 years travelling in many countries in South America, learning in small towns and communities from many respected shamans and natural healers around the Andes.

In 2005, I entered into the field of the Sweet Lodge, also known as Temazcal*, guiding, accompanying, and practising this healing and purification ceremony that brings all the elements of the nature intone rebirthing experience from the womb of the mother earth.  For the next 5 years, in this same stage, I learned about the healing intentional use of sacred plants – especially the cactus San Pedro, also traditionally called Aguacolla, for the awakening of the Consciousness and integrating it into the practice of healing. When I felt it was required for the group or individual, I combined it with sacred songs, meditation and gentle breathing exercises, creating a new modality of neo shamanism.

The intention of collective wellness was always part of these self-discovery practices and experiences.  In terms of nutrition, as I was developing my awareness of the healing processes of the people and myself, naturally the awareness of the importance of a healthy and harmonious diet come as tool to regenerate the cells and health, recognizing the fresh self-grown foods as the best option. Personally, I became vegetarian in 2005, then gradually transitioned to vegan, with a quick jump to raw foods- vegetables and fruits, to reach naturally a diet based on just fresh fruits and juices. My body entered into a process of stabilizing its perfect health and also sharing these discoveries with other people, encouraging them to enter into the live food diet.

In the spirituality aspect, I was aware of the existence and expression of the consciousness, energy, God in the beginning through all my childhood. That was the impulse for me to stop going to school and become self-taught from this freedom that my parents gave me.  I was able to trust in my inner power to create my life accompanied by the power of the Creative energy. This was the spirit that has been guiding me through my whole life, so I always have been a spiritual being in expression in this life. This self-knowing that the spirit is flowing through me in every moment and experience gave me the capacity to trust in its power, and I created a direct communication with it, always asking for the resources that I needed and always having them with me.

The Pranic Consciousness, also called Breatharianism in the labels that the society tries to give to it, came to me as a natural step in my evolution as a spiritual being, and at the first time that it knocked on my door I was totally open to receive it. I didn’t look for it. Actually it came to me as a consequence of my expanded awareness, because I was ready for the next and greater step.

The message came to knock at our door through a friend from Argentina who was looking for a place where she could do her 21 day process. She finally ended up doing her process in the house next door to ours in Sorata, Bolivia.  Through her positive experience and luminous results automatically the process was my next process to integrate. So, my wife and I decided to do it 6 months later in Ecuador.  It evolves with infinitely loving benefits that are continuously in expansion.

CAMILA:  From a young age I always felt drawn to the more “alternative” ways of life and living.  I had a beautiful neighbour growing up who was a channel for Jesus Christ, a clairvoyant, andhomeopath, among many other things.  She was the first person to incarnate these possibilities for me to recognize that there were in fact many paths for expressing the wellbeing in this human experience.  The few times I was ill when I was a child, my mother would always send me to her house.   She would feel my symptoms, and give me a homoeopathic remedy that was exactly what I needed.  I would take this remedy, and apart from tasting delicious, it always made me feel better.  My mother also had epilepsy and would have very strong seizures, and when this woman came to live close to us, she saw my mother on a day when she felt the symptoms of a seizure coming on.  She touched her head, and balanced her energy, and she never had another seizure after that.

This for me was amazing, and an incredible opening in my awareness to the healing arts.  So my consciousness about medicinal plants and flowers began to grow, as did my awareness of my own energy.  I always loved to collect different plants of power and was really good at remembering what they were all for, so by the time I was a teenager I had an internal encyclopaedia of natural medicines and loved to experiment making different teas and also share this knowledge with others.

I left home when I was 17 and began to travel, and in these experiences my exploration of the energy greatened, as I was no longer studying what “I was supposed to be studying,” but instead learning from the life and re-educating myself after years of being “educated” in the system of “public/formal education.”  I began to recognize my capacity to consciously create my present, and my relationship with life deepened.  I explored other plants of power—plants for sacred journeys.  I lived experiences with San Pedro—Aguacolla, which is a beautiful cactus of the Andes of South America, and learned a lot from the visions I had in these moments.  The Temazcal, or sweat lodge—purification through the elements integrated into a rebirth from inside of the womb of the Mother Earth, also came to my life and I immediately remembered my Universal soul through this native ceremony.  I learned, by participating in many, and began to guide ceremonies for women.  In all of these exchanges always existed the intention of creating experiences that would expand the collective consciousness and elevated the awareness of all those involved.  I also learned to make tinctures, oils, and other natural remedies with medicinal and aromatic plants from all around South America.

In terms of nutrition, I became a vegetarian when I was about 11.  I no longer felt the logic in eating meat, and this was a wonderful transition for me because from here I began exploring with my diet and “need” for food.  When I was a teenager I explored fasting, but not in the sense of deprivation or cleansing, just because I could feel that I didn’t really need food; I wasn’t hungry.  So there were days when I wouldn’t eat, and then just fruits, or just vegetables, and this was also the integration of the Universal Pranic consciousness into my life.  I explored veganism for some years, and bounced back and forth with vegetarianism, until around 2007, when I went directly into the raw foods.  Through the simplicity, without all the machines—dehydrators and fancy blenders, I explored the freshness of the fruits and veggies in their natural forms and enjoyed very much how this light energy made me feel, not only in my physical body, but emotionally and mentally as well.

Spiritually, I always felt the presence of something great guiding and protecting my life. This presence showed me that it was there time after time in many experiences and when I became truly independent I felt this presence grow infinitely.  My life began to change a lot when I accepted the God presence inside of me, and my entire focus and projection shifted towards the evolution of consciousness, for all beings.

The Pranic consciousness was the next step in my own evolution, and the seed was planted when a friend told me about the 21 Day Process that was shared in Brazil to ¨Live from Light.”  I was amazed when a year later the possibility knocked on our door, when a friend from Argentina was looking for somewhere peaceful where she could do her transitioning process.  She chose to do it next door to our house, and it was the impulse for my decision, with my husband, to also do this transition 6 months later in Ecuador.

There seems to be many different descriptions and definitions of breatharianism. How would you define the practice, and what does it mean to you?

It is LIFE. It is the life in all it’s expansion. The word breatharianism is really too small to describe the infinite possibilities that we have when we recognize that we are not separated from God, The Source, The energy,*  and return to the universal field of consciousness. It feels good, right, joyful, for me and us the Pranic awareness is permanent happiness, playfulness, joyfulness,  emotional equilibrium , self-realization, enlightenment, mastery, access to the universal laws, permanent health , immortality, synchronicity, creativity, freedom and all the possible extensions of our creation. It is the recognition of the God within each one of us, and the allowance of it in our lives to express the wisdom freely and lovingly.

In your interview with Lilou Mace, you mentioned that your lifestyle is not about denying yourself of anything, but rather freeing yourself from all things. I love that idea, and wondered if you could talk a bit more about how becoming a breatharian has liberated you?

The liberation goes beyond this life time and relationship with this life.  Finally the karma is gone, so I feel that I am totally free to live the way how I chose to, without limitations, or patterns of how I am supposed to live; free of the structure of the 20th century society that was based in competition and challenging each other to survive. We don’t live in the war of surviving.  Instead we just live, infinitely in our own rules that are based in the expression of the God within in every moment, in every breath.

For example, free from the necessity of food and cravings to satisfy  any aspect of the being because we are all the time satisfied with ourselves. Free from death, because we know that in the whole universe only life exists in all dimensions and beyond this physical body. Free from sickness because we know that the Universal life source doesn’t ever get sick and is permanent beauty and purity.  Free of the ageing process because we know that the universal energy doesn’t have a beginning or end; it is eternal life in expression. Free to create our own lives knowing that the source of creation is accompanying all our decisions and so many other dimensions of freedom that I will need another interview to finish describing! Free to love myself in every moment of life.

The question on everyone’s mind when it comes to breatharianism is “do you eat at all?” and if so, when was the last time you ate? (more pointedly, how many consecutive days have you gone without eating and drinking, and can the human organism survive indefinitely without food? Or is it necessary to eat occasionally?)

The concept of eating isn’t related to our lives because eating came from a need to satisfy dissatisfaction, and I am always satisfied with myself.  So no, I don’t eat at all. Since 2008, the symptoms of hunger gently have left me.  It feels so fine, and from this state, what I do sometimes when I feel called to be part of a social experience, is enjoy a flavour, the smell, the texture, the information of a fruit a juice, a tea, a piece of chocolate or anything, that my being is happy to experiment, from a place of  enjoying the life, knowing that nothing can affect the awareness of the Prana through us. I don’t need to take care of this state of consciousness because it takes care of itself. Instead, without judging when I experience the flavour I embrace the experience with joy knowing that is light for my being.

For me it has never been about eating or not, but yes, it is about allow myself to express from the Divine that I AM, and radiate the Wisdom of the Ascended Earth.

My only experience was seven entire days, no drinking, in the emptiness of the Infinite Light

And was a deep experience of self-realization and DNA reprogramming.

The human organism enter in the light. This Pranic Consciousness is possible for all those that want to allow themselves to discover the infinite potential within.

I understand that Camila had a breatharian pregnancy. Tell us a bit about that experience. How was the health of the child, and did you meet any controversy over your decision to pursue that path?

Yes, we lived a pregnancy from the Pranic State, the most beautiful and luminous experience of all my life. Because of the awareness and total knowing this state gives me of my being, I knew from the moment our son was conceived that he had begun to incarnate and fuse with me, to cultivate his growth and preparation for manifestation on this beautiful earth.  This was an incredible sensation, because I felt him in my physical body very clearly, as though my entire womb was illuminated with his presence, and that the space inside of me was being opened for him. His manifestation brought also new mental and emotional states, accentuating the clarity and stability of my entire being.  I felt as though I had truly harmonized with my purpose of giving birth to the Master Generation.

The entire development of the pregnancy was very smooth, easy, and totally enjoyable.  I never experienced the common symptoms of early pregnancy, such as nausea/morning sickness, headaches, fatigue.  I did feel the urge to rest, but not from tiredness, simply out of a desire to cuddle and be calm and cosy with my new baby.  As the pregnancy continued into the second trimester, I did a set of blood exams in the fourth month, and the results surprised every medical personnel who studied them.  My blood was extremely pure, without any traces of bacteria or impurities.  My blood count was also in the higher end of the “normal” bracket for a woman my age (24 yrs.), and these numbers did not change the entire pregnancy. This is really uncommon because usually women in the third trimester of pregnancy see a significant drop in these numbers, contributing to the symptoms of pregnancy anemia—iron deficiency. I didn’t worry about these “deficiencies” my entire pregnancy, which is also interesting because I never worried about my diet or the amount of minerals or vitamins I received.

I was completely open to changing my lifestyle when I first became pregnant because my child now came first, however I never felt like this was necessary and I knew that he had always been with me and accompanying my growth; he was already in this consciousness.  I did drink and enjoy flavours out of enjoyment from time to time, but never out of hunger or necessity.  Pure enjoyment and freedom is what dictated these experiences, and I always received these pleasures from that consciousness, knowing that our life is independent of what we put into our bodies, that it is all part of the beautiful diversity that exists for our enjoyment.

Living in the state of conscious breath, in recognition that the life is self-sustaining with every breath, allowed me to create in abundance everything he needed for his growth.  The state of unconditional love cultivates a space of security for the child to grow with confidence. In this way the Prana~Chi~Life Source flows freely through the womb and forms the body of the child, together with their intention of being life and the love of their mother. My son felt also nourished by my love, my excitement for him, and stable emotional state, and this was what allowed him to grow healthily and develop in his transition into his physical body.  The amniotic fluid always carried a vibration of love and calm, and this environment surrounded him during the entire pregnancy, implanting itself in his DNA and physical body, contributing to his perfect health and stable emotional state presently.

There was no opposition or controversy from the outside during my pregnancy because no one can resist the joy.  Each person who knew us always experienced us as happy beings, healthy, and in a state of constant illumination, so they were all just joyful to accompany this new experience and witness the birth of a child in this way, into the world with their very own information, without being effected or weighed down by their parents’ information or genetic chains of centuries passed.  This process was very exciting for all who accompanied us, because it was a new beginning for everyone, and truly the birth of a new generation of Masters, free to live his innate Mastery in the embrace of a family who loves him beyond all current perceptions of love.

Do you believe anyone can live the breatharian lifestyle? Or is it only for a select few?

Yes, anyone with a deep desire to step into the infinite potential within, can shift to the Pranic universal consciousness.  As I always quote, we all are already Breath Airians, or Pranic Beings. We all are breathed by the source of energy,  so to reintegrate this wisdom and to be Pranic again in full  awareness is just a matter of acceptance of the Prana flowing in every breath.  To re-educate the being in this inner capacity, we must receive from the Master within. There are many teachings and tools to share with humanity to help them to return to their natural pranic state. One of the teachings is the *8 day Infinite Pranic Being* Transitional Process. It is an initiation that contains the information that the being needs to reactivate the capacity to be self-sustainable again, and live from the freedom of food matrix and many others.

Do you engage in the practice of Sungazing, and if so, how do you feel the practice of “eating the sun” feeds the body?

We did like to contemplate the sun as a reflection of our inner light,for many years now, but this way is different from sungazing; it is the Inner Light Yoga.

Describe the “nutritional value” of breath to you. What is breath and what role does it play in our overall health?

Prana contains all the elements that a creation needs to be manifested. Our body is a manifestation of Prana. In term of nutritional values, it has them all, but I´d like to clarify that in the Pranic state, the vitamins, proteins and all of that, are irrelevant, they don´t exist.  It is an illusion created for marketing to make a business with the idea for the need for food, based in the illusion of the separation. The 20th century society has created the idea that you are separated from the energy so you need to receive energy to survive, creating a whole big list of needs and requirements to be in the standard energy.   But from this state none of that is true. We are not separated from the energy; I AM the energy that sustains my life and this energy that sustains me is the energy of the love, happiness, and joy.

The breath is the conduit of the energy in our body. It is the mechanism that makes energy circulate through us, interchanging information of life in between all our cells and organs, and systems.  It is the key of life, which is why breathing is the first physical reaction that a being has in the first moment of its birth, because this information is part of our light DNA from before our incarnation.

Everything in the universe is breathing, the planet the trees, the ground, all the animals, all the galaxies are in permanent expansion and contraction. So our bodies are just a reflection of the universal geometry.  When we are conscious of the breath we are synchronized with the Universal breath and naturally our heath is a reflection of the health of the Universe.

What would you say is the ultimate purpose/benefit of breatharianism?

In this time in which the confidence in the food is so weak and problematic, and the need for safe nourishment and energy is creating wars around the planet, the Purpose of the Pranic Consciousness in the planet now in this 2012 planetary shift, is to bring new resources of energy to the humanity so we can live without worries and free to express our natural wisdom in a collective way.  In this way we permit the evolution of the humanity into the Light Humanity that will bring the Heaven on Earth, gradually in the new and next generations.

We are sharing the Universal tools of Pranic supraconsciousness in many ways through the media and personally. Now we are on our world tour, writing this from Sweden sharing an 8 day process, and in the media you all have access to our teachings, via Skype by joining our seminars and retreats.

Dear Ones!
We would like to discuss some details about the criteria for ascension and what will happen with your close relationships.

Take into account that humanity has many helpers, and each human being is surrounded by many beings of light, especially at the time of transition!

It depends on the soul development of the individual, to which degree they might suddenly become aware of their guides and angels at the time when the Huge Energy Portal is opening. And this opening can have for many an immediate effect on their awareness and their increased capability to become conscious about their own higher self.

So there are some surprises expected! You cannot tell who will shed unexpectedly their disguise, when at the time of the Galactic alignment their 3D karmas are dropped.

In any case you do not need to be concerned about your loved ones, because they are taken care of, according to their agreements and learning process. Each one will definitely turn to the path they have chosen, when the great moment of transformation arrives!

Many of you who are lightworkers and starseeds, are already now working from the higher astral planes with your loved ones who need help to grow spiritually. This is possible, as you have together soul contracts, and your work with these souls occurs often also at night in your sleep. And not all of you are aware of this nightly service.

When you ascend, the connection with your loved ones, for whom you already are caring now, will not end, but you will from the higher dimensions connect with their third eye and their heart and give them guidance this way. This will even be more effective than when you would remain in the 3th dimension.

So do not worry for those you leave behind when you ascend! You will continue to be connected and you will never loose contact with them, whatever their fate will be, while you are of loving service for them.

For earth to transition into Her ascended state, things as they are now, cannot remain the same! Transformation IS at hand for everybody! And everybody must participate in it in the one or other way. Who desires to ascend and follow Gaia into her new form and consciousness, is required to transcend the lower emotions and negative thoughts, so they can radiate Divine Light and Divine Love, and do not continue to create a world of suffering.

That is to say, there must be a transformation in consciousness and energy for those who are here to leave the 3th dimensional experience behind them.

They will receive every help from the beings of light to make that transition, but of course, they themselves are responsible for their capability to remain there permanently.

As the situation in your world will undergo many changes, people, until they ascend, must be prepared and equipped to deal with them! They will have the opportunity to jump on the train later, as the profound changes will serve as a major wake up call for those not yet prepared!

Also the highly increased light and energy on the planet is supportive for their awakening, not to speak of the impact of new realities on their consciousness. This all relates to those who, because of their soul contract, intend to ascend.

Who is not here to follow this process, another experience, away from earth, is being prepared, where they can continue with their present consciousness and live a life that provides more experiences similar of the present ones.

But altogether, there are many different solutions, according to each one’s needs. So everybody will “reap” their own actions, ~ the results of their intentions and desires.

These laws of karma are not suspended and continue for them as in the past. And karma does also exist in the greater cosmos. It is the necessary law which is part of the evolutionary learning process.

However, everybody will always be supported and Divinely guided, to draw them back to their true Divine Essence, and ultimately back to the Radiant Source, when their time of experiences in the lower and higher dimensions has come to an end.

So all is well, the Love of Source and of the Creator is Eternal and Embraces all! How could be neglected What Is Love's Own. How could the Divine Self be separated from Its own dreams! Therefore nobody is forgotten. All is developing according to the Divine Plan. And this Plan is, that all souls and all creation will eventually recognize their own Divinity and Freedom from bondage and submission to creation Itself, and achieve their freedom from it and their own inherent power of creation.

But in order to realize this, all must go first through a process of fire in the realms of great density to learn and understand on the level of the incarnated creature the laws and implications of creation.

This journey is due to their own free will, before they immerse into the Sea of Creation, reaching the bottom of that ocean, to emerge again, bringing the gifts of understanding and recognition of the Divine with them back to Source Itself.

The Mystery is unfathomable! Trust in that which cannot be controlled is the greatest gift at this time!

"Well, Greetings Everyone! We are so glad that we could get together - we are ecstatic! We see so much Joy everywhere, even if the face looks a little grumpy. The Light is coming so strong, and it is being held more and more by all of the Kingdom members. But we’re here to talk about the humans, all of you, Beloved Ones, who are beings of Light in your natural state, but who put on the uniforms of your humanity in this lifetime, and most all of you in others.

"We are looking at you in all of your Dimensions, and it is that you are very much one with the Light, very much One With Us, and at the same time multi-locating, shall we say - that’s a concept that’s a little bit difficult if you are not used to doing that, we understand that.You’re going to be a lot more used to it when your bodies are altered sufficiently that you become a permanent resident of Higher Dimensionalities - each and every one of you! . And it is that mission that you all came here to participate in, and indeed to push, or support. We were going to say to push forward, and that is accurate, because without you and the Lightworkers it would not be happening!!!

"We want to acknowledge that we had some expectations, as did you, that we would have much more Joy in the world, Peace and prosperity for all, and all of those wondrous things, earlier in this century. "The one thing that the messengers whom you call the channelers are all in agreement on is that Ascension is coming and it’s a really, really big deal. And it’s the biggest deal ever for Planet Earth because it’s never been done before!!! There have been attempts but, you know, blow-ups have happened, and volcanoes and all kinds of things. It is that finally Planet Earth is on the very threshold, you might say, right at the doorway. We applaud all of you for your perseverance in helping to bring this about. We know that many of you have been waiting years, and that it has seemed long and arduous, and there have been many hardships endured.

"When everything changes over - and the information is coming out more and more that it is about to change -as always, no dates, let us just say that between now and the 11-4 there will be what you would call momentous changes. And what this is about is the energy, what this is about is bringing about the Love more and more and more. It is wondrous indeed that you are all going to be millionaires, or whatever, but what is really important is the Love and the return to Love!!!

"To return to Love, you’ve got to get out of fear because that is the low vibration. Love is where you want to go, so you’ve got to leave fear behind. And it is only human to feel as though this involves Freedom, does it not? And it’s not just political Freedom, although that’s a big help; it’s not just Freedom to express your spirituality, you know, without being tortured or burned at the stake, or whatever; it is the Freedom to enjoy the Lifestyle where you do not have to be a slave to some corporation or other, or where you do not have to be without home or food, or fun. Yes, fun!

"Mother Sekhmet is an expert on advising everyone to have more fun, but we’ll tell you right now that things are going to become a lot more fun! When you get your financial Freedom, when you have your abundance, and when you have all of the things that you desire to have of a material kind - although you really don’t need any of that to ascend, we want to make that real clear, even though we plan on giving it to you, you don’t need it to ascend - what you need to ascend is Love! That’s it - Be the Love!!!

"This is something that has not always been the main focus, we understand that. We understand that you have families to feed or people to care for, or whatever, and so it’s easy to get distracted away. What we want to tell you is, you have a saying – it’s 'the eleventh hour,' and we’re just suggesting that no matter what your Lifestyle is in this moment, just envision it when you are truly free and then start filling it with Love - Love of all kinds, of all expressions, as long as it’s unconditional. You need to get up and out of this 3D thing, like, 'Well, if you really love me you would by me the biggest diamond in the store,' because that’s not really Love, is it?

"If someone gives you a gift and they say, 'I love you, here is a gift,' that’s Love. That’s a beautiful expression of Love, but the gift doesn’t have to be the biggest diamond in the store. It can be a beautiful seashell that they picked up and that the seashell said, 'Take this to the one you love!' You see what we are saying? It’s not that possessions themselves have real value beyond 3D, but Love is the most valuable, the most powerful, and the highest and best energy in the Universe.

"And so it is Love in all ways that you can possibly express it, and if it means sharing some kind of physical possession, by all means; if it means sharing some dollars, by all means, express in that way! That is beautiful when it is unconditional! It is to get yourselves into the highest vibration and stay there! And if you have a moment where you say something that is angry or upsetting, it’s all right, what you’ve got to do is to remember to love yourself no matter how you express - that’s a biggie!!!

"Now, we’ve got some things to tell you about clearing, and I have no desire to, shall we say, steal what Sekhmet is going to present in words, but I’m just going to tell you some general things. You need to understand that many of you, in fact all of you, have something that goes back to a period in the history/herstory of Planet Earth which is pretty grim. It’s not exactly what you would call great expression of Love, it was the opposite for many of you.

"It makes no difference what the role was that you played, you have all played many, many roles, everything from the darkest to the whitest of hats, because you needed to do that. It was your mission, your contract, your experience so that you would know how it feels and what it looks like from every perspective. This is what education is really all about. It was you educating yourselves through your experiences! That’s it. But for many of you there is a period in the history/herstory of Planet Earth where you lived, and it was a pretty long period that went from Atlantis, actually, up through the modern day. It is that you have had some traumas from the major historical events which have occurred. You have played roles which have traumatized you.

"Now, those of you who have engaged in the process of peeling the onions, and this is perhaps a little far-fetched, but think about it, when you peel an onion you sometimes cry, do you not? Go ahead and cry if something comes up to you! Do not bury it, do not stuff it. It’s coming up because you need to look at it, and furthermore, you need to get to a place with it where you understand the Love that it presents to you. This is a toughie, we know that. You will find that when you can love yourself through whatever it is that you did, whatever experience comes up to you, you will have evolved yourselves, you will be holding more light and you will feel lighter, because you are!!! It’s what you call Ascension Preparation, and we’re all on this Path with you! We have come to be with you!

"When you are in high vibration, it is so wondrous, because then we are in Communion, we are communicating connectedness and we are together in the Oneness of Joy and unconditional Love!!! So we suggest something that might be a little bit out there, or seeming extreme to some of you. Remember we are here with you, so reach out, hold our hands. This is what is going to be made available for you all to do if you would choose to do it, and we will tell you it can be done. We gave The Voice a demonstration of this last night, as a matter of fact. She asked for it and we gave it, and it was quite a shock but it worked out just fabulously well, and it will for all of you!

"We are going to give you an opportunity to invite yourselves to look deeper into the onion, to peel off those innermost layers. There might still be some left - you know, we are anticipating that you are all going to make your Ascension by that wondrous date! If you want to go a little early that is fine, if you want to go a little late that is wondrous indeed. However don’t anybody get locked into a date, but you can put a big star on 12/21 if you wish. Also, the 12/12, that’s a biggie, too!

"Now, back to this onion - we will give you plenty of time, as you measure it, to transition yourselves through the process. Now, we’re telling you more than we told The Voice - we sort of just hit her with it, and it worked out just fine. So we’re giving you a little bit of a heads up because this is an Exercise which you can repeat if you wish, which you can do to get at root causes of any blockages that you simply can’t explain any other way! Because we all know you sit in conversation with yourselves, your guides, and us, when you invite us, and we know that this particular place on your timelines is a place where many of you are saying, 'What is it? What is there to do that I’m not understanding? What have I not accomplished yet? Because I look at this body and I see dense, I don’t see as much Light as I know is in there, so what do I need to do?'

"Believe me, you’re radiating - you just may not be seeing it! We see it, there is no doubt, so don’t be doubting yourselves on that - that is not the intention or purpose here. It is simply that we understand that some of you are feeling heavy. Maybe you’ve let in too much propaganda - turn off your televisions, or tune in to the places that have the Truth. Maybe you are on the edge of your chairs waiting for the next email to come that’s going to be better news than the last one. Well, if you are looking at the mainstream news media, don’t count on it, just put Light on it. Bless it!

"You know, there are people who are still really excited and feeding, as it were, in the 3D habit and they can’t wait to get the next piece of propaganda to drool over. But that’s not you. Let it go, let it go. Use your time, as you see it, your spare and leisure time, or make time to create the visions of Joy for yourselves. What do you want? What do you want your next Dimensional Lifestyle to look like? Where do you want to be? For some of you, it’s at the controls of your ship, or as we say, on the command bridge. For some of you it’s to be still in service to Planet Earth. For some of you it’s to land your ship in your neighbor’s yard, the one who said you are 'looney tooneys'!

"So long as you do it with unconditional Love and none of this 'I told you so,' that’s perfectly wondrous indeed! Make it your World and make it bright with Love, and then you are unlimited as to how it’s going to look. So be happy, and know that you are radiant. You don’t need to turn up your Lights - you are shining!!! All that you should want to do at this stage on your Ascension Path - this is a guideline, not an order - is to see, to acknowledge, to feel your own beautiful radiance! That’s it! Because when you are seeing or feeling your own beautiful radiance you are elevating yourselves, you are putting yourselves up there into that Higher Dimensionality Reality, and you are leaving all of this propaganda behind!!! That’s the way it is on the Ascension Path.

"So we would bring up one other thing because we have a quote for you, and this is Truth, High Truth - the wise one who put it into literature was divinely inspired! But here is the Truth: Remember we said you’ve all worn hats of many colors, well, some people say black and white, and not colors, the point is it does not matter what you’ve done, the quote is, 'To err is human...' In other words, if you’ve done something of a naughty kind of a thing, it’s being human, you were expressing your humanity.

" '...To forgive is Divine.' Now, think about that and then apply it to yourselves, Beloved Ones. If you come into a past lifetime experience - and remember, it could be so vivid you think it was your own but maybe it was your soul family, and this can happen, too - you don’t need to carry extra baggage but if it’s there, what you want to do is lighten your load. That’s where your Divinity comes in. It’s so easy to 'err,' as the word goes, and we would say it’s just to do something that you may think is not so good to do, but you either did it anyway because you wanted to, or you realized after you did it that maybe you hurt somebody, or whatever.

"It is to be the Divine Being that you are inside and beyond your human uniforms, to be Divine and to forgive - and to start with yourself. Who do you think deserves the most Unconditional Love from each and every one of you? We know you get it, but we’re going to say it anyway – it’s each and every one of you! As individuals!!! To be Divine simply means you are in Unconditional Love, expressing Unconditional Love and seeing your own Divine Radiance in so doing. That sounds so simple, does it not?

"We tell you, for each and every one of you it’s just a tiny little bit more of that onion to peel and you’re there! So stop thinking, 'This is so hard, I’m never going to make it, my health is just going down hill, I wonder if I’m still going to be in a body,' and all of that kind of stuff. Start being Divine, start loving yourselves Unconditionally, and forgiving - because you really don’t have anything to forgive, in the traditional sense; we’re talking about stop being in judgment of yourselves as good or bad, or beautiful or ugly, or sick or well, or any of that stuff - and just see the Light that is you, and that’s the Truth. That’s Who You Really Are!!!

"While you’re at it, you can beam some of that Light into the onion. Put the Light of Truth on it and forgive yourselves, which means to stop holding yourselves back by saying, 'Oh, I’m not a good…' - you know, all of that nonsense. That is just so much propaganda, self-propaganda, and it’s time to get beyond it, it’s time to just be Unconditional Love and flow from there!!!

"You’re all here because you are leaders! Every single one of you, no exceptions, even those of you who have not been here before. Why are you here? It is to be a leader. As part of the One We All Are, it is to understand, to understand with more insight that the Mission of the Ashtar Command - oh yes we have other divisions doing other things: stop the nukes, and all that and that’s a wonderful thing that you’ve given us permission to come and do this because without your permission, you’d have blown yourselves up - the highest and most important mission of the Ashtar Command is to support and facilitate in every way possible the Ascension of Planet Earth!!!
"We are helping Mother Gaia, we’re helping all of the Kingdoms and we are doing all that we can to help humanity. And there is a lot of truth, if you listen to that report you will understand that the wheels are moving, the dominoes are falling, arrests are happening and all of these things that spell Freedom for you!

"But only you, each and every one of you, Beloved Ones, can give yourselves the Freedom to forgive yourselves and to be Unconditional Love. No one else - not I, Ashtar, not even Sananda himself can give you that Freedom, so call it forth, we’re here to help, we can surely help! Oh yes, we love being on your teams, and we love being close with you as we are now. And even though it may seem as though that I, Ashtar, am just speaking in my usual commanding voice, we ask that you stop for a moment and just feel the energies of One, feel the energies of Family, feel the energies of Love! That’s what this Gathering is really about - to be together, to know that we are on the Path with you, and you with us. It is to help others by leading the way!

"If you come face to face - when you are on Mother Sekhmet’s ship in her Crystal Room - with a Truth that you’ve buried so deep you’ve had to really peel off an awful lot of layers, and even if you come to tears, that’s okay because that’s what you are here to do. We are here with you every step of the way, and then you shine even brighter, and then you beam even more out to the world which so loves the Light that you bring!!!

"Then you may even go into the marketplace and tell someone, 'I did it. I support you, and I will help you to the greatest extent that I can!' But it is you, ultimately, that must make this decision to move forward and that is true leadership. You don’t do it for them, you don’t do it to them, you simply be the Love and the support so that they can do it for themselves!!! Feel the Love, and I shall make way now for Mother Sekhmet* to come, and I do want to take a moment to thank masters Tara and Rama** for filling in the behind-the-scenes reports, because as you who have been with us in this Ashtar on the Road Mission are beginning to realize that the whole Mission with you, Beloved Ones, is for your Ascension Preparation!

"So even I, Ashtar, am speaking more of these matters because it’s what really does matter. We thank you from our hearts to yours, as they say, for joining with us on this wonderful, wonderful Path to the Light, and we assure you that you are indeed leading the way! And so it is. Salut!"
