“I Am Metatron. I have been asked to serve by dictating information that will assist you in moving through the transitions that are ahead for the planet and all life on the planet during the ascension.

This planet, and all species of life on the planet are in the process of ascension. Ascension means that all first and second dimensional lifeforms will “move up” to third dimensional lifeforms.

Humans, or third dimensional lifeforms, will graduate to either fourth dimensional worlds or fifth dimensional oneness depending on their level of evolution and their intent.
The ascension is occurring now as a step by step progression, and will continue one way or another, for that is the will of all.

Normally, planets and the species of life incarnate on the planet are ascended via cataclysmic disasters that usher in a death-resurrection cycle.In this cycle, as was demonstrated by Christ, disasters create planetary death. Because this is the way ascension usually occurs, it is known and understood very well at the level of the Universal Mind.

That is why, since ancient times, there have been prophecies of terrible destruction to occur at end times.
The Resurrection Cycle ( Resurrection Dispensation ) Now is the Ascension, where all life begins anew, at a new level of consciousness in a Higher Dimensional World. This does not mean reincarnation, for that carries the concept of Karma with it, and before ascension can become a probability, all Karma must be cleared.

It does not mean existence only as a spirit in celestial worlds, ascension is also physical.
As a process, it changes the physical body while merging the body and the spirit into one being. This being is a perfected being of light, in a physical body of light.

This ascension progression actually began thousands of years ago, with the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt.
The story of Moses leading his people out of bondage is a metaphor for the ascension progression. The incarnation of Jesus was a major turning point for the process because as an Avatar, Jesus was capable of taking on the “sins” or Karma of all humans and transmuting that energy to light.

Because of his redemption, a gentle ascension became possible. This ascension, evolves through a series of steps, until a state as a light being becomes possible. The redemption of Christ was the beginning step of the Light Body progression.
This first step took nearly two thousand years to complete.

Light Body was introduced as an experiment in 1988, only seven months after Harmonic Convergence.
It is an experiment because an ascension has never been attempted this way. This method, both a graduated increase of light within the physical bodies of all lifeforms and the planet and an increase in the vibratory level, has never been attempted before in ANY ascending universe.
There are theories within the Universal Mind about how that process will work out, but at times the results have differed from the anticipated.
In these cases revisions are made. As a foundation for the information I will give later, I must explain the Light Body progression to you.
You must understand this process first at a personal level. This personal level is how Light Body will affect you physically, emotionally and mentally. Then I will give information on how Light Body will affect the planet and how it will affect the structures of your society.

I consider the most important and exciting aspect of Light Body to be that this experiment transforms your physical shell into an appropriate vehicle to merge completely with your higher self, and happens concurrently with the physical process.

This merging is created by a series of descensions of spirit, which are timed by the amount of light you are holding within your cells.
The amount of light held by the physical cells is keyed to the level of Light Body, and the higher the level, the less dense the body.

The more light you hold in your physical body, the greater the level of spirit you can contain within the body. Toward the end of the Light Body process, just proceeding the shift into ascension, you will merge completely with your Higher Self. The descensions of spirit are the mechanisms used to bring in, or turn on, the spiritual gifts of the ascended masters.

Light Body has twelve levels or steps, and as each step is completed the changes that have occurred physically must be integrated in all areas of the life and the spirit.
Light Body is designed to bring up all your human issues as you progress, and each higher level brings up a deeper layer to the issues than the layer before it.
This is to assist you in becoming clear mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As the issues emerge, you may allow Christ’s redemption to transmute it for you.
There is a void space at the end of each Light Body level that we call ego death, and it may manifest as depression or a sense of nothingness.
This void is to be used as a rest stop before you continue your journey. This void is an energetic place where nothing exists, and you are able to build a new picture of yourself and your life before you move to the next step.

The void is an integration chamber, or perhaps I could describe it as a cocoon, where you can rest and form the beautiful butterfly you are to become in your next step.
The first six steps of Light Body were structured for gradual change at all levels with regular spiritual awakenings interspersed with the physical, mental and emotional changes.
From seventh level through tenth level Light Body the progress changes and is focused on one area of your experience at a time.
For example, in seventh level most of you experienced your first descension of spirit, and a noticeable spiritual awakening with it.

You may have manifested clairvoyance, clairaudience, or a kinesthetic awareness of energy with the awakening. I am discussing this level in the past tense, because currently the planet is shifting into the beginning of ninth level. It is a very painful experience to be at a lower vibratory rate than the planet you exist on, which is the case for those who are below eighth level.

Because you are reading this article, I am certain you would be somewhere between the void of late eighth level, to eleventh level in the Light Body progression.
You would not have an interest in spiritually oriented literature if you were in the lower levels.
Eighth level Light Body creates body changes in some extreme ways.

Physical symptoms similar to viral syndromes are very common. During this level, you may have noticed that you caught a cold once a month.
Other symptoms are headaches (behind the eyes) as the optic nerve pathways for light are turned on and the pineal gland becomes activated.
You may have earaches, air pressure changes, itching inside the ears, as your hearing structures are rewired to decode light transmissions, and excessive perspiration or diarrhea as you drop density from the cells of your body.

One perspective on these changes is that you are adding a third physical strand to your D.N.A. For some, the body may resist the density drop because of the descensions of spirit. A symptom of that resistance is weight gain.

Human bodies have a tendency to try to cope with descensions by becoming bigger to contain the spiritual mass coming into it.The only effective way to stop the weight gain once it has started, is physical exercise. I mean very hard exercise such as weight lifting, bicycling, running, or swimming. The exercise must be sufficient to begin building muscle mass.
Creating muscle mass will protect your nervous system, for the energies coming in with each descension is much stronger than your nervous system is accustomed to. Adipose tissue cannot protect the nervous system as muscle does by accepting the overflow from the nervous system. Adipose tissue will “fry” as these energies overflow, and the result is damage to the insulin receptors within the cells.

This throws the metabolism out of balance, and the result is weight gain. The muscle mass created by exercise will take the overload from the nervous system, and will convince the body consciousness that it is “big enough” to hold the spirit. You may begin to notice flashing colors on your inner screen, geometric equations moving through your mind, or hear a hum.
This is the beginning of the translation facility, and will allow you to turn light code into cognitive understanding and comprehension.
The grids around the planet constantly transmit messages to the life forms incarnate on the planet. These messages come through in a form called light packets, and are coded. I call it “light code”.
This information must be “decoded” or converted to conscious thought, so you can understand it and use it in your life. These messages are designed to give instruction, and to explain what is occurring energetically at the higher dimensional frequencies.

If you are a sensitive who can hear the hum, a sharp tone, buzzing, please acknowledge this to your guides. They are trying to assist you to get the light code transmissions, but they cannot verify that you hear it unless you respond.
Your guides will try to assist you by turning up the volume and frequency of the audible light code until they see a response from you. The light code as a hum, can become very annoying and even physically uncomfortable. If you are experiencing this symptom, “ask” your guides to turn down the volume and calibrate the frequency so it will not be irritating or debilitating for you.

These eighth level changes can take up to two years for a human. It has taken three years for the planet.
Ninth level is about integrating the spiritual changes from seventh level and the physical changes of eighth into your physical life. In ninth level, relationships are your focus, for it is through relationships that you test yourself and the changes that have been wrought within you.
You may find that any relationship based on control or manipulation becomes intolerable, and many relationships end during this phase. You may also find that your work in the world changes as you integrate your new identity. The void of ninth level Light Body can be very painful, for after so much focus on relationships, this void requires you to ultimately be alone with yourself.

After all, the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you have, is it not? Ninth level ends (and sometimes begins) with fairly massive descensions, giving you yet another relationship to integrate as a part of your process.
At the beginning of tenth level, life feels new, and you may feel newly born and very tender. Tenth level is the beginning of the spiritual awakening that will lead to your mastery of the abilities that mark the spiritual masters and adepts.
These abilities, or gifts of the spirit, will become stronger as you become energetically clearer. In tenth level the focus will be on manifesting these spiritual gifts, and then integrating the gifts fully so they are usable in your physical, everyday life. Your greatest natural spiritual gift will be the first to manifest in tenth level, and your other gifts of the spirit will open later in a gradual way.

You will be required to live by your spiritual gifts. If you are clairvoyant, for example, you must make decisions by what you perceive clairvoyantly - not by what you perceive physically.
Your clairvoyance will literally overtake your physical sight during tenth level. You may notice one day that you are very clearly seeing three curbs and sidewalks.

Deciding where to place your foot may be very confusing. You will be seeing the physical curb and sidewalk, the etheric curb and sidewalk, and the fourth dimensional curb and sidewalk. If you rely completely on your clairvoyance, not the physical sense of sight, you will know where to step. If you use the physical sense of sight you may trip a few times in a public place.

Eventually you will learn how to process this type of vision. The process of becoming clear is one of releasing stored energy from the emotional body and the mental body, and relocating that energy to the spiritual body where it becomes usable, through which miracles are created.

The only difference between an Avatar and an ordinary man is the location of the energy held within the energy bodies. An ordinary man has all his energy “locked-up” in stored emotions and memories in the emotional body, and beliefs, dogmas and thoughts in the mental body.
The ordinary man has a flat spiritual body, for there is no energy to spare from the demands of the emotions and thoughts. An avatar has clear emotional and mental bodies. All the energy held within an Avatar’s subtle bodies, is stored in the Spiritual Body.
For a Master, the energy associated with emotion flows into the emotional body from the spiritual body IN THE MOMENT, and is released to the spiritual body once the emotional stimulus has ended.
The energy associated with a thought flows from the spiritual body to the mental body, and then is released to the spiritual body as the thought is completed.
This leaves an Avatar’s energy free, to use according to his will. The spiritual energy is available to an avatar because it is not consumed by thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and memories. This is the energetic structure each of you must create in your energy bodies, during tenth and eleventh level Light Body. This will allow each of you to perform miracles such as manifesting thought into physical reality.

Eleventh level of Light Body is a natural progression from tenth, and many times the transition is so easy, the shift isn’t noticed. The spiritual abilities continue to grow, and the physical body begins to change in appearance. Your physical body becomes luminous, glowing, and appears very beautiful.
You might have friends and acquaintances suddenly remarking that you look younger, or that you have changed in some way that is indefinable. Eleventh level brings deeper levels of processing on your emotional issues. At this level you must deal with all your beliefs and thought forms around death and loss.
You might create disillusionment, or even find you are creating your deepest fears within your physical life so you can clear them completely by experiencing them. Any stored energy held in the emotional or mental body after tenth level is completed must be released to the spiritual body in eleventh level.
If you do not deal with those issues while you are in tenth level, you will manifest them in your lives within the eleventh. But, you truly have nothing to fear but fear itself when you are at eleventh level Light Body.
Twelfth level Light Body is the Ascension. It is marked by the movement of the Merkabah into the heart center of your body. The Merkabah can most easily be described as a golden ball of light. It is the Vehicle of your Ascension, and a major initiation for you when it happens.
That event is the beginning of your personal Ascension into a Fifth Dimensional world of Oneness. The Ascension can occur at an individual level, it can occur within a group, or it will occur as a part of the collective experience. You will Ascend when you are Ready, whether you do it alone, as a part of a group, or as a part of the ‘Planetary Shift’ yet to come.
There is not a period for the ascension in any way. At an individual level there are ascensions occurring daily.
Since Harmonic Convergence the energy has been available for the shift into a Fifth Dimensional Consciousness while in a physical body.
There are many beings, who are incarnate because they have volunteered to serve by testing the Light Body experiment. They are the first ones to move into Ascension. For the rest of you, the Light Body program will continue until you are ready, and then you will shift. Ascension is a very simple thing. It is a change that occurs in an instant, but you are still here.
The Sun will still shine and the Stars will still twinkle. The difference is Joy, your ability to live Joy and to feel Joy.
The easiest way to verify that Ascension has happened is to note the quality of joy in a person’s life.
The beginning of the Ascension is when a person begins living life by creating their fantasies as their reality. I, Metatron can define JOY as Nirvana, Ecstasy, or Rapture.

It is that state of ‘Oneness with God.’ It can also be defined as your center or being on your center. That clear space you can achieve in meditation where energy is flowing and you feel that absolute Cosmic Oneness with all. Whatever brings you pleasure or feelings of lightness, and whatever you would define as joy, is a pathway to that state.

If you are working as a part of a spiritual group, you will experience a series of faster shifts in your processing. When one member of your group notices the embodiment of the Merkabah, you all will have received it, and will soon become aware of it also. The individual members may not have noticed this occurring at first, but at least one member of the group was ready for it, and as a result the entire group will get the benefit.
A group working on Ascension has a tremendous advantage because Fifth Dimensional Consciousness is a consciousness of “Oneness” or in other words, the group is One. Working with a group creates enormous synergistic energy, where each of you is far more powerful than you would be if you were alone.
It also gives each member a chance to learn to relate both as individuals, and from oneness within the group. This is an essential fifth dimensional consciousness shift that everyone must make.
As individuals and groups focus on Ascension, they should focus on beginning to recreate their lives as absolute masterpieces of joy.
As they do so, they will begin to live from joy, and later, they will become Joy. As each of you does this, you will begin to shift everyone you come into contact with in your daily life, broadcasting the energy of joy to them and waking them up to that frequency.
The Mass Ascension will occur when the majority of ascending humans on the planet are existing in this state of joy, and not until. The reason for this fact, is that this planetary experience is one of free agency. In this Multi-dimensional Universe, free agency is Divine Law.

As individuals and groups focus on ascension, they should focus on beginning to recreate their lives as absolute masterpieces of joy. As they do so, they will begin to live from joy, and later, they will become joy. As each of you does this, you will begin to shift everyone you come into contact with in your daily life, broadcasting the energy of joy to them and waking them up to
that frequency.
The mass ascension will occur when the majority of ascending humans on the planet are existing in this state of joy, and not until. The reason for this fact, is that this planetary experience is one of free agency. In this dimensional universe, free agency is divine law.
When the majority of you are living from joy, the planetary experience will have moved into a world of love and oneness. When the majority of you have given up the game of polarity because you have learned all you could, and have by your own choices moved into joy and oneness, the mass ascension will occur.
Until that time comes, and it will, the Light Body progression will continue. The ascension will take as long as it takes, and humanity as a collective group, in the end, decides the timing of the great event. Free agency cannot be tampered with, not even for the highest of purposes, not even to create the ascension.
The point I wish to make with this information is that the greatest way each of you can serve God, serve all mankind, serve the planet, and to serve yourselves is to create your lives as masterpieces of joy. Be ruthless in evaluating your lives, and clear everything that does not bring you joy. Let go of old emotions and old issues, for they are consuming the energy you could be feeling joy with.
If you focus on this as the entire process, and focus on learning to live from joy as your path of initiation, you will become the adept or spiritual master you desire to be. You will assist everyone you meet, by your very presence, and you will be anchoring the energies of joy for the planet as well, to assist her in birthing a new level of manifestation for all.
This ecstatic state of union with God is a part of the potential that is open for all. This path of joy makes the ascension so very simple, for all that is required is for each individual to begin focusing on, and taking full responsibility for his life. Live life as a masterpiece of JOY.

The planetary changes that have been prophesied for these times you are living in are frightening for many. Since you have nothing to fear but fear, I will bring forth information about how the Light Body process has changed the probable future for the planet. I have described the process for you as it affects your physical self and your personal life. I will now explain how Light Body impacts the planet, for the planet is physical, and the entire basis for sustenance of your physical life.
As you become a being of light the planet also changes. The planet is becoming a sphere of crystal and light. When the Light Body experiment began in 1988, the planet was shifted into third level Light Body. The planet shifted into a higher level each year after; fourth level in 1989, fifth level in 1990, and sixth level in 1991.
The planet entered seventh level on Jan. 11, 1992 with the 11:11 gateway, and remained there until the next gateway opening which was 5/5/92. This gateway initiated the beginning of eighth level Light Body for the planetary process, and with that level of Light Body, earth changes were most probable. Planetary shifts have always been ushered in by a series of technologies I call gateways.
Gateways are energetic conduits opened from a higher dimensional universe to this one. These conduits bring through the energies necessary to pattern mass consciousness, change planetary vibrations, and to change dimensional frequencies.
A gateway requires the assistance of the space brothers and many beings on higher dimensional frequencies to create it and to refine the energies for the specified purpose. The purpose of a gateway, and its timing is the domain of the Light Councils, or Karmic Board, and the Ascended Masters of The Great White Brotherhood.
These councils oversee the progress, and assist when needed. The 5/5/92 gateway purposes were to forestall probabilities around cataclysmic disasters, which were most likely as the planet began losing density. The greatest probable disaster is a pole shift. The 5/5/92 gateway began the shift between the in-breath of God and the out-breath of God.
The shift between an expanding Universe and a contracting Universe. This gateway, 5/5/92, signaled the still time between the two directions. This still time continues until 2012 when the in-breath of Lord Brahma begins. This physical Universe has been expanding, fragmenting out into individuation. When the contraction begins (in-breath of Lord Brahma) it is the merging of the fragments into Oneness.

This Grid shift from Eastern Hemisphere to the West (Mount Shasta) was engineered to aid those who are known as lightworkers at this time of change, for the Grid shift allowed the planetary frequencies to shift upward into what is known as the lower fourth dimensional frequencies.
This brought the planetary vibration into what is known as the astral worlds. These worlds are still worlds of polarity and illusion, but they are far less physical. It makes it possible for each of you to begin opening potentials of joy for yourselves, and as you do, the disasters become less probable.
Those who are aware and those who are learning to use spiritual power to create in the physical can use the energies from the new grid alignment to create their personal version of “Heaven on Earth”.
There were many of you requesting this assistance, for many lightworkers wanted to be able to precipitate thought into matter.
The greatest way to release enemy patterning is to move yourself into a space where you believe there are no enemies. Move yourself into a space where there is no question about the need to protect your rights.
Move yourself into the attitude that, yes, you have the absolute right to possess and bear arms, but where would the necessity to use those weapons ever come from? This is a world at peace! This is one of the things that will be shifting drastically as a result of the Silent Revolution.
With the Shifting in Energy the illusion of having enemies will become less and less real, until it no longer exists. Become clear within each of yourselves about how you interpret these violent events, and what they are mirroring for you. Become clear within yourself about how you perceive the need to have arms, and what your values are.
Work through these issues on your own level, in your own life, until you can create a perception of an absolutely safe, stable world. For other people in your life, who have concerns and fears about these political issues, assist them by your ability to bring through energy.

Facilitate their efforts to process their beliefs, until they can arrive at a place where they are secure and without fear, and have the attitudes that this is the time of Peace, let us welcome it. If you can do these things it will be of great service to the light, your assistance in shifting the Mass Consciousness on these issues.
It is of interest that on the macro, people are willing to do away with nuclear arms. Destroy them, dismantle them, make their use illegal. But on a personal level, they will cling so tightly to their own firearms. Divine law is - as the inner, so the outer. It must happen at the personal level first, then it will manifest internationally. If you truly want to outlaw nuclear arms, begin within your own lives.

Normally, before the energy realigns itself in a balanced way, the pendulum will swing very far from side to side. The hope is that this issue is just a pendulum swing before the attitudes balance themselves. Other movements you are seeing politically are to create reforms in the Welfare system.
These shifts are the result of the gateway that opened on 6.6.94. That gateway was one of self-empowerment. But along with self-empowerment comes the requirement of self-reliance. This gateway brought through a new model for a Self Empowered - Female.
The archetype of the Goddess Athena is something each lady carries within her consciousness. An activated model of this archetype of an Empowered Female was beamed through the gateway from the ship Athena. This opened up a remedy for many social ills in the Western World, for how can you have an Ascending Planet or Species, if over one half of the population is in a “less than” position?
Many women are treated as less than, earning less than, less opportunity, less education, relegated to welfare, relegated to poor circumstances and unequal opportunities. To change that, women must also step into their power. The energy to support the feminine is available, and has been since the reawakening of the forces of nature at the 12.21.91 gateway.

Each of you who are aware and empowered must focus on filling the void with joy, and shifting the forms of your lives quickly and easily. As you do this, the transitions from the old forms to the new will be traversed quickly and easily by the majority as well. For those of you who are working actively on your own ascension, you are carrying a great burden.
That burden is in living impeccably. You cannot create something on the level of the macro (collective) without first bringing it into the micro (personal). As above, so below - that is divine law. You must first create within your own life what you desire in your society, social structure, and country. There are many of you incarnate, with the Divine Mission to realign the law to more closely resemble Divine Law.

You are here to shift the entire collective around the issues of politics, economics, government, and law. You must use and live by the principles of Divine Law in your own lives first, before you can bring them through at the mass consciousness level. Create a life without a need for defense or violence, without a need for political polarity, without the need for welfare programs, and without the need for treatment of disease.
Create your lives as a world of peace, joy, security, and equality. The outer world will follow your lead. This world you are living in is now a fourth dimensional world - an astral world. It is still a world of polarity, but there is a difference. That polarity is just an illusion!

There are stories from every path of initiation about “The Guardian of the Threshold,” and most often the Guardian is a terrible monster. When an initiate is developed enough to travel to the astral worlds, the first thing the initiate will encounter is the Guardian. The initiate must defeat the Guardian to make further progress on their Spiritual Path.
This is considered a Test, and the Test must be passed, or the instruction of the Master stops. Every Esoteric tradition has it’s method of how to deal with the Guardian, and overcome it. The one universal truth about this test, is that the Guardian is you. That terrible demon is an astral apparition of your worst fears.
A monster yes, but it is nothing more than an illusion. In every tradition the solution is for the initiate to release their fears and personal demons and then they will overcome the Guardian. It will just disappear.

That is why each spiritual tradition, or path of initiation, has always had a focus on developing clarity, and personal qualities such as humility, forgiveness, and love. These qualities are the only way you can pierce the illusions of the astral worlds. As in the traditions of old, and in the Ascension Progression today, the Upper Dimensional Frequencies are not opened to the initiate until this Test has been passed.
In an initiation, there is no failure. If the test is not passed, the lesson is merely repeated until the initiate gets it. This is the best metaphor I can give you to describe the experiences you are having in this dimensional frequency. Remember, the Guardian is just an illusion, and polarity is just an illusion. If you release those illusions and beliefs, release those fears, the Guardian disappears!
The world you experience will recreate itself around your new reality perceptions. The assistance of all the hosts of heaven is available to each of you, but you must ask. We cannot violate your free agency, even to assist you.

All the assistance you need to walk through these changes peacefully and joyfully is available to each of you. This information is given to you to assure you that all is well. My role is to shift your fears, to assure you of divine love, and to awaken you to potentials you may have to assist the collective. Each of you has only one responsibility in this lifetime, and that responsibility is for YOUR OWN LIFE.
Divine law is As Above - So Below; As the Inner - So the Outer. When you perceive difficulties, enemies, or bogey men, in the outside world around you, look to your inner life for they will exist there as well. If you clear these perceptions from your inner life you will find that magically, your outer life, your experience, and perceptions shift, this is divine law.

You can bring about the elimination of polarity very simply - by working on your own life, and that is all each of you are required to do. Go forward and create of your life an absolute masterpiece of joy. The tools are given to you, the power is given to you, and all the assistance and guidance that you could possibly need is available.
Each of you must actually DO IT, and as you do it you will transform your world and the larger world as well. You have nothing left to fear but fear itself - for fear is the last great evil that remains in the world.
Work on your fear, and eliminate it from your mental body and emotional body, and as you do so you will eliminate it from your life. Fear is the only enemy left, and that enemy is only located within each of you.

Truly, the great ones are those who are incarnate at this time of change. Your initiation is nearly complete. All that remains is for each of you to pass the tests of Joy.

Spalding, a wonderful book I was told that, unfortunatly, I have not read yet. They came in early November to give me guidance in my Transformation and Transmutation process that is still running. The second step in the process of this transformation is the knowledge about the transmutation itself. Transmutation implies that a certain energy is transferred into another energy by means of neutralizing it till it reaches zero point, whereafter it is given a new charge and molding it to conform your desires. Admittedly, this is the most difficult step of the transformation process in which you currently find yourself. Before starting the actual transmutation process it is required that you master the first step with the minor distinctions, that you accept it and make it yours.

(This is now as good as completed for you, dear Méline, preparing you for the final step of this process of Transformation. You have experienced a huge expansion of your consciousness which you compensate with what you want to achieve in the NOW. This gradation in the expansion of your consciousness will bring you many high facets of your self-knowledge which in themselves will lift you out of your current reality. Slowly but surely you dwell in the eternity of the NOW. You have reached the outer limits of your expansion of your consciousness. Do not worry, beloved Méline, you are very busy spiritually and also enriched ! Congratulations!)

We will continue sharing about this whole process of Transmutation :

1. Allow yourself the time to rest regularly and to spend time on yourself. This is very important to think about yourself in this most special time.

2. Try to establish a fixed pattern of meditation in your daily life and practice it daily, preferably several times a day.

3. During your meditations it is of paramount importance that you ground yourself thoroughly and connect with Mother Earth’s Being : more specifically with Her Heart portal and chakra. This chakra is the most purest form of Being and contains all the information, the Light and Love, the codes and the most precious activations necessary to complete your transmutation. Take this daily dosis in acceptance into your own portal and heartchakra. Finally, integrate these energies and transfer them in substances which will be activated and spread by means of the kundalini. It is your body and temple which are executing this transformation; so you are the one who does this and activates it.

4. You must become aware that you carry countless incarnations in your cells and they request a sharing of this information. Only that which serves you further on belongs here; the rest has to be released and cleansed.

5. The most efficient way to reach this is to share and to ask all of your cells in order for them to achieve their own mutation process and to already begin with it. Again : you are your body in manifestation so you are your cells as well. Those cells of yours will, to the extent possible, enlarge considerably to ease this process of cleansing and of releasing the outdated and useless information. So you are at liberty to again be free and to form more light. Your cells are your existence in this form and embodiment, so communicate with them and take good care of them.

6. Remain firm in your conviction that everything you do has consequences and yields results. This is the Divine Law and describes perfectly what you are doing now. In case you go through a Transformation, you are the Transformation also. In case you go through a Transmutation, you will also be this. However, in case you do not go through it, than there will be no results and none to expect. It all boils down to being confident and to know that you can and do it and just BE! Promise yourself to never let yourself down and to uplift yourself out of depressing circumstances. You have a personality, you are a BEING and you are connected to God. You are a reflection of God, you are a creation of God.

7. This is the most important part in the whole process and it deals with your self-image. Becoming aware, knowing and accepting who you are, who you are meant to be and who you always have been. You are You and nobody else. Nobody is You and nobody will ever become this : know this now and accept it as your true Self and as the truth. Nothing is further from the truth than denying your true Light. For once and for all, become convinced of your true Self and accept it. Know who you are and know yourself like nobody else can. Have faith and release your self-image of who you think you are in your incarnation. This paradox has been instilled and imposed upon you but it is NOT your true self in expression. Take good care of yourself by Lovingly accepting and recognizing your own true Self. Your true Self is on the brink of breaking out and expressing itself fully. You are presently going through this process, and duly reaching the end stage of it.

8. Always follow your heart, your true Self who communicates with you from Love. In all circumstances continue following your heart in Love and Enlightenment. Working and talking from this language you will not operate from your ego nor will you be misled. Feel your heart that uses a light language and a vibration when communicating with you.

9. The last part involved is one that may not be skipped over as it is inextricably linked. It seems contradictory as seen from all the previous parts. RELEASE ALL INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF AFTER HAVING ACCEPTED IT! To know is to accept but that does not mean that a kind of charge may be placed upon it. To know is a state of being in which you dwell. It carries no charge neither a denomination nor an ego. That’s why it is important to really release without there being any charge involved. Than one stays in a knowing and in a state of being.

In order to achieve a Transmutation, everything has to be brought to zero point. Zero point means no charge. And than we begin the last final step towards Transformation, which implies the knowledge of Transformation.

With the growth and intensification of the new energies enveloping you all, your path to awakening is becoming both brighter and clearer.  The need to share and expand the Love within you, your eternal and unbreakable divine connection, is bringing to your attention the blocks or barriers to It that you installed out of fear eons ago, and which you are now realizing are preventing you from living life fully and joyfully.

You thought they were essential defenses against a cruel and threaten
ing world filled with potential enemies, when in fact they are cages or prisons which you built and into which you retreated in fear after you had imagined into being a state of separation from your Father.  Separation from Him is impossible, but because of the power of your enormous inventive capabilities you were able to build an imaginary environment in which to hide from the supposed anger that you believed was your Father’s response to your attempt to separate yourselves from Him and live unencumbered by the law of divine Love.

Fear is the absence of Love.  It is at best unsettling, and at worst utterly terrifying, and you have all had experiences of extreme terror during the eons you have spent shutting yourselves off from your Father’s loving embrace.  Life without God is impossible because He is all that exists, and you are all, therefore, inseparable parts of Him.  The knowledge of that divine truth is held within you, permanently, but you have for eons refused to acknowledge it.

You are now in the process of returning to the divine fold by allowing that knowledge to rise up into your awareness.  At first it is an unbelievable concept because you have become so conditioned to seeing and experiencing yourselves as small and insubstantial beings in a vast and uncaring universe, living short and increasingly painful lives which lead to sickness and death, a permanent state of non-being after which, for the most part, you will be completely forgotten.  It will in fact be as though you had never existed.  That is life without Love, and it is a terrifying prospect.  It is no wonder that talk of death, let alone acceptance of its inevitability, is a bit of a conversation stopper.

What you are engaged in is like the allegorical story of the prodigal son who demanded his inheritance from his father and set off to explore the world outside his father’s loving domain.  That experience became increasingly unsatisfactory, bringing him great suffering, and finally despair.  He wanted to return home but believed that he had cut all his ties, that his father’s love for him had died, and that consequently he would, with complete justification, refuse to recognize him let alone allow him to return home.  Eventually, in desperation, he decided to take a chance, return home, and throw himself on his father’s mercy in total and abject surrender.

What happened as he approached his home?  His father saw him coming and rushed to greet and embrace him.  You are all in the process of making that journey home, and when your Father sees you approaching He too will rush to greet and embrace you.  It will quickly be as though you had never left, which of course you hadn’t.

But most of you still dread that approaching encounter, and your earthly experiences, complete with your cultural and religious indoctrinations, encourage a belief that when you meet your maker there will be a harsh judgment during which the multitude of sins that you have committed will be shamefully re-experienced in all their wickedness.  That will be followed by an appropriate period of intense pain and suffering in reparation, before access to the heavenly realms is finally granted, probably quite reluctantly.  And when you do enter it will be at best as second-class citizens.  Not a very uplifting prospect, which is why so many, brought up with those kinds of beliefs, reject out of hand all forms of religion, and include the possibility of a personal spirituality in that act of rejection.

However, closing yourself off from all that is spiritual is effectively shutting yourself off from yourself.  It is a state of denial that leads to bitterness and cynicism, and encourages a dog-eat-dog attitude to life in which it is everyone for themselves, fueling the belief that in this world of scarcity he who dies with the most toys wins.  And that has been what many of you have experienced in numerous previous life times.

The new energies are breaking through that mind-set, connecting with your hearts, and helping to dissolve the massive tangle of fears and anxieties that have been wearing you down through countless human incarnations.  Most of you are feeling these energies, but have doubts about their reality, and because doubt has become so ingrained within you, you are finding it very difficult to release them.

My message to you is this: “Your doubts and anxieties are without foundation. Your Father lovingly awaits your return and longs to embrace you once more. Go within, allow those energies to make their presence felt, and relax into the loving warmth that they offer, knowing that you are indeed going to awaken into unimaginable joy.”

Last year we would receive downloads of high dimensional Light at certain times, like the New and Full Moons, Solstices and Equinoxes and during the thirteen Gateways, and then we would be given an integration and rest period. This year, however, there is a steady stream of this Light coming in constantly and we thus are always in this Flow, and we come to certain awarenesses in order to make certain changes in our lives to be more congruent with our Souls; our Divinity. As we receive this Light, it then radiates out from us as soon as we receive it and this is how we help all others rise in vibration, if they are resonating with our energy; whether consciously or unconsciously. This is Unity in action. We used to be prompted to send healing energy out to certain places and people; now it is automatic as we attend to our own consciousness and life. This also helps us let go of the doing and saving that we have been limited by for so long. It is how we co-create the New Earth…by Being; not controlling, but allowing the Light to shift us in any way that is for our highest evolution.

Know that as we take Responsibility for every thought, action and feeling, we move up in vibration. Taking Responsibility takes us out of being victims of life and it shows us where we may shift due to this Awareness and Power…and we honor this in all others; not judging others, but accepting that all are in their perfect place based on where they place their own resonance. The most powerful way we can help others rise in vibration is to keep our own vibration high; to stand in our Power and our Divine Sovereignty. In this way, we let go of what others are doing or not doing and step into loving Acceptance of all (including ourselves). As we accept others just for who they are, we may let them go if we do not resonate with their current vibration; and yet, love them unconditionally all the same. As we stand in our full Authenticity, others are inspired energetically. The thing that hurts us and them is if we lower our vibration to better fit in with others.

Realize that all thought is energy. Thoughts and words matter greatly, for they create. If your thoughts are negative, this is what you create more of. If your thoughts are positive, this is what you create more of. This is simple. Do you resonate with a higher expression of life or do you intend to keep your life the same; holding it in place? Listen to your body; where is it leading you; what are your feelings telling you and guiding you towards? We are refining ourselves and wherever your focus is, you create. Keeping your vibration high means you follow your feelings and align your life with Joy and Love. What you do not pay attention to dissolves. Don’t pay attention to the negative in the outer world; pull in your energy and know the Truth of your Soul; if you so choose, of course.

There is lots of change occurring and everything is based on your inner consciousness. When you take Responsibility for that, then you can make changes so that your world is congruent with your consciousness. Everything going on in your life is orchestrated by you. Everything is for your very highest good, if you will allow it to occur in your life. If your outer life isn’t according to your inner Soul desires, see what is still holding you back in the old. What beliefs and patterns are holding you in place? Release them in the Sacred Rose, and make adjustments that help you be aligned with your Heart and Soul’s Beauty. This can be challenging or easy; it depends on you. Any emotional dross or illness is a blessing, for it is helping you clear the old; it shows you where there is imbalance. Don’t judge yourself; just see it as a Divine message and make adjustments, all the while being gentle with yourself and having Patience as you shift.

If an issue resurfaces, just know that a deeper layer is being revealed and then release it. As we rise in consciousness, we can see more creative solutions and see what we might have missed before. We can do this without judging ourselves and by viewing it dispassionately, which helps us detach from it. And while you are releasing another layer, stay in Joy and Gratitude; and as you place your focus on how you’ve grown, the old releases its hold on you.

We are continually moving into a higher vibration, as Source energies continue to flow into us and onto Earth. Part of this New Life sets us free bit by bit from old fear, resistance and control. It is a slow and continual process, so wherever you are is perfect for you. Open up to the Infinite Love from Source and all who are aligned with Source Love. Feel the inner Joy when you do so.

Know that as part of our journey into being Ascended Masters, we are moving from the personal-I to the impersonal-We. What this involves is letting go of taking things personally and making assumptions; for this is ego-based; letting go of attachment to how another (or ourselves) should be and letting go of expectations as to how another (or ourselves) should be and coming to a place of non-judgment and Acceptance and Unconditional Love…Agape Love with no conditions or expectations or attachments. This is Unity Consciousness. You might be experiencing some or all of this as you come to realize you do not resonate with certain people, especially when they want you to be someone you’re not any more. Be true to you! Stand strong in your Integrity. Be in Allowance of Who you are and Who you’re becoming…and offer the same to others.

This year we are refining ourselves. We may fluctuate between highs and lows and varying degrees of emotion. We may experience certain changes in our physical bodies, and yet all this brings a great Awareness to us as to what choices to make; choices that resonate with our Souls. We may need more Silence and Solace. We may be unable to tolerate certain sounds or environments. We may even wonder if we’ve made any progress at all. And yet, know that we all are making great strides as we follow our Guidance and make adjustments according to what resonates within. Realize that we’re not in a race and that we truly can have this journey be gentle.

As we awaken more and more to the higher realms of consciousness; that of Christ Consciousness, we feel more and our guiding light is that of Love and Joy and Freedom. We are more in tune with everything and everyone. We trust that we are unfolding perfectly and in perfect ways, according to our Soul Plan. We know we’re never alone, even when so many people who were in our old lives are not in our New Lives. We are becoming more aligned with our Souls mentally, emotionally and physically. We are awake.

We see the energy beneath every conversation and every situation. And we realize that when one door closes, another one opens that is more aligned with our new vibration and consciousness. So we don’t fix the closed door, we bless it in Gratitude and release it in Love. This creates miracles as we joyously follow the energy. And so it will continue throughout this year and beyond; rising, rising in Love.

Dear Ones, This week will feel odd, maybe even hopeless for most of you. Not because you are not a Lightworker or that you are doing something wrong. But because you are adjusting to the energies of last week. This blip will be short-lived. Downloading new software, as you physically did last week, often feels counterproductive. Even the most common activities are cumbersome and time-consuming. Not because there is something wrong with the software, but because you do not yet understand how it functions. And so it is or soon may be for you. What was easy in the Old Age is no longer.Your physical form is adapting to your New Age software. Most software has more capabilities than you wish to use – as is true with your new physical being software. Everyone on earth also received “charges” of energy on 12/12/12 and 12/21/12. But not everyone is using that energy the same way – or at all. Excess energy makes most irritable or frantic. Some of you are mastering your new physical software. Others are building electrical charges – as it were – making you feel as if you need to do something, anything – but not knowing what that something is. For Lightworkers, it is a short-term feeling as you unlock your New Age software. For those frightened of the New Age, the next few days or even months will be uncomfortable. This week, most will feel and act out of sorts. Schedules will change without notice. Activities, once easy, will seem difficult. Nerves will be on edge. Such thoughts are not to frighten you, but to forewarn you that many will seem angry or confused. That confusion has little to do with you. This is the beginning of your new New Age role. You might also feel confused, especially at the beginning of this week, as you begin using your new software. But soon you will feel stable, more attuned to yourself. NonLightworkers might flounder for some time. You Lightworkers expected this physical shift. Those not familiar with the Lightworker journey will feel as if their world has turned upside down. Your role is to remain as centered as possible throughout the next few days so others will notice that even though your world is confusing, you are not frightened by the confusion. Perhaps this role seems too much for you. It is similar to the office computer expert who reassures others that they will appreciate their new software once they become familiar with its new features. For some of you Lightworkers, our request feels inappropriate, “Where are my things?” Did we not promise last week that you would create something of great worth or that you would know you were a Lightworker? So it is. For the very people who once questioned their Lightworker status are now upset that they have a role to play. Remaining as centered and as comfortable as possible during a chaotic time seems too easy and too difficult. Easy in terms of, “How can you receive accolades if you are merely being yourself?” Difficult in that you might want to “fall apart,” to become angry, to request the help of others – yet there is no one to ask for you are the Lightworker. Let us return to “Where are my things?” You transition in a specific order. First you transition spiritually, then emotionally and finally physically. While some of you have mastered the physical elements, most are just moving into your physical abilities, your new software. Those who mastered your physical piece prior to last week’s energies are manifesting your things. Those of you – and that is most – Lightworkers who are just starting to use your New Age software are not yet familiar with your new software capabilities. But you soon will be. That last thought is your calming piece. You KNOW you downloaded new software. You KNOW you will soon be proficient in applying that software. That is what you need to model for others. Others will feel as if they were comfortable with their computer, their physical being yesterday; only to return today not knowing how to turn on their machine. They will be frustrated, worried, concerned and feel as if all they have known has disappeared and replaced with something they do not like. Allow them to rant and rave – just as you would if you were the computer expert knowing they will soon master their new software – if they WISH. It is not a given that they will want to. But then, it is not your role to tell them over and over that all will be well if they practice. You are a role model, not a guru. A guru expects followers to hold them in such high esteem that they will not leave the guru’s circle. A role model expects others to observe what they are doing and use similar skills to create what they wish to create. Perhaps some just want to know how to turn on their computer. Others might wish to observe you as you meander through your new software finding those bits and pieces most comfortable for you. It does not matter – for you are not invested in their role. Nor are you required to sit with them as they cry in frustration. Perhaps such statements seem inappropriate. Did you not believe that once you had discovered the path, once you had mastered your physical software, you would hold class after class for those who wished to be just like you. AH. You are a role model – and even though that might include some teaching – the energies are arriving so rapidly you do not have time to help/teach everyone who wishes to learn. Some of you may feel the calling to do so. That is right and true. But most of you Lightworkers will wish to explore the next energy cycle, dimension or world. You will not find joy in teaching everyone who wishes to learn. So how will this new software be processed by those who are not Lightworkers? In whatever way they want. They can toss their new software in the waste basket, play with it to discover what works for them, ask for help from those assisting earthlings or to just expect they will learn how to use it – just as is true for you now. Some of you are concerned that you are not computer literate. You are all Lightworkers. You do not need a software manual, an instructor or any other 3D services. You KNOW you will access what you need when you need it. And so it will be for all those who wish to move into the New Age. You are their role model – an excellent role model indeed. But you will not stop your learning to make certain that all who wish to be Lightworkers are completing necessary steps. Rather, expect that those who view you as a role model will understand that you are showing them the possibilities by being yourself. You need not do more. And yes, all of you reading these materials will master your new software. Not in an Old Age fashion, but in your wonderfully enlightened way. Do not feel that you need to be part of the chaos that may occur in the next few days. You are an observer who has much to learn as you play with your new physical software. So be it. Amen. I Want To Dance Upon A Star ~ The New Grounding Centre and Process For Your New Light Bodies ~ via Hilarion ~ January 22nd, 2013

Good Day. My name is Hilarion. I study the science of the human mind, and what is possible. Everything is possible. If one can find the way to that.

Nothing ever separates from love. Though in the created worlds, that illusion, that experience, is possible, of course you see that everywhere.

But I tell you of another way.

A way where you let life be what it appears to be, But at the same time you enter the reality, which is also true, where everything, in whatever dynamic state or flow, is at the same time experienced as , sort of, being within a ‘field of love’.

No need to wait until you are dead to experience this.

Also no need for the physical world to stop being the amazing world it is.

As the ‘field of love’ is existent with you, but it is not sourced in the physical reality,

And that is why it is immune to corruption, negative influence, or control..in any name.

One more clue.. it is what we call a simultaneous reality, meaning it is a reality which interpenetrates the physical reality, so to access this consciousness, one may do that as simultaneous with the conditions of the physical world..around and within you-just as they are… just as they are.

Well, that’s my missive, as someone kindly called them, for this good morning and day.

And so now let me introduce my ‘Practical Exercise’ offering to you today.

Relax into your subtle bodies.

Extend lines of light/energy from the center top of your crown in two lines, one to each foot , of light.

Now extend that so as to extend the light lines from both feet to your ‘earth star’ energy light center, which is under your feet, in the middle. It is one center.

Now that you have made, even imagined these connections, allow yourself to feel the light and energy radiating up from your earth star center, into your body and root energy center, and all up through you.

This is your light. This is the new grounding process, the new grounding centre for your new light bodies.

You are grounding into the infinite spiritual light of your ‘Earth Star Energy Centre’, right beneath you.

In this way , you will receive the incoming star energy, perfect for your system, and continual progression of your light and experience of it!

Now, send shaft of light from your crown to your root (at your middle bottom).

Now feel your energy rising upward through you, vibrating faster, through you.

By now the majority of Earth’s people are acquainted with the expression of Goodwill and this expression is clearly visible in many situations that have developed along their journey. Goodwill brings forth the feelings of warmth, compassion, unconditional love, acceptance, etc., as well as the tone being used when expressing Goodwill is always good and welcoming. But there is a deeper concept dear ones behind this widely used expression that has entered your daily living. Underneath the cheeriness of Goodwill, rests an unmistakable powerful energy that is well beyond normal human formation of terms in relation to human communication as well this energy also is exercised within the nature that surrounds you even if you are unaware of this – it is the interconnection that ties in the evolution development of all there is within nature. It is the binding of your connections with all people and nature. 
As you begin to understand Goodwill, you will also learn to contemplate Goodwill is a force, a veritable power that brings change into areas that require a deeper understanding to the root of your very nature which also demonstrates Good and Will. Each of you since you vocalized your entry into the world have been directed to be good, to behave appropriately and so forth, you have learned to practice sharing and kindness and many other practices of Goodwill. Some of your practices were derived from conditioning that you adopted from social observations, frequent encouragement and possibly pressure from your peers. Where you developed the practice of Goodwill has helped to create a core of beliefs deep within you that has guided you throughout your life journey. It is true some of what you have been taught you have dropped; you have adopted new ways to demonstrate your good-naturedness. 
The many values and beliefs you have kept are etched in your beloved heart; they become your conscience towards yourself and your sense of responsibility. Regardless of your cultural and spiritual background, what is commonly found is respect, charity, compassion and love for others. With all diversity among so many people, one thing that definitely remains equal is your heart, your spiritual heart. It makes no difference the colour of your skin, your income level, or your personal beliefs – each of you have been created with a beautiful heart that is infinitely joined with God and this heart even when it is felt to be closed is forever open and grows as your soul reaches new depths of higher consciousness. 
Your conscience and the understanding of your responsibility constructs the boundaries within your conscious mind. Through interactions with other people a person may find their own conscience offended by something that produces a feeling of guilt and this feeling can become all-consuming. When guilt is felt, many times dear ones what we see is the person beginning to feel responsible for any action they may have caused. This sense of responsibility also begins healing that will ultimately bring right to the wrong. It is the Ego that struggles with your attempt to reason with why you became offended in the first place. When you stop listening to the troublesome Ego and allow your heart to guide you, you will be brought to more victorious outcomes that will benefit all that may be involved. The primary principles of goodness, responsibility and your conscience build the foundation of your inner Self that provides you with a stable and vibrant outlook on your global community. 
When you believe heart and soul in your beliefs it is understood that you will never go against these beliefs for a major length of time. Your life, even though it is changing and updating constantly depends on the ethics that live within the core of your being, they are your drive for success and satisfaction. When it is time for you to prosperously grow as a unique individual you are able to reach into the these depths and rely on the goodness that is there that will provide you with the means and understanding required for cooperation with others and share ideas that will aid to your own reaching of goals. It is well understood dear ones that integrity develops when you are able to maintain the values of your beliefs and these values adds to the energy that helps to create even more greater good that will increase your evolution. When we see a dear soul living their journey without integrity we see someone who easily becomes lost not only within themselves but within their community even on a global scale. 
There are many dear souls that walk among you that purposely offend the ethics and values of others, and we see many of these dear souls becoming outcasts. Many families have members like this and through the ages, these dear ones are called, “Black Sheep” because their opinion and voice stands out against the norm and they have been known to have the ability hinder their family’s growth. Eventually the family rises and develops when they are able preserve their integrity when the one that defaces their values departs from the home. Goodness does live within all souls, it just can take longer for others to reach this discovery and put into daily practice than others. They are loved just the same by us. 
The world’s future does rest within your children. Encouraging your children to be responsible and conscience oriented are urged from the earliest age. Women primarily lead through their heart, and through their sensitive influence are the ones that teach children to be compassionate, about goodness, and sharing. Children also gain goodness from the guidance of their father, or a father figure. 
Goodwill as a word upon itself cannot be divided without changing its meaning. Understandably the Will of God is created from Goodness. Will is understood as what compels a person to choose or what causes a dear soul to move forward to stay where they are. In this respect dear ones, Goodness is then recognized as a law manifested by God. And this law has evolved over time and has brought you into the perfect soul that you are. Even though imperfections exist, within it is a perfectness on its own that in time will decay and evolve through change and goodness applied and exercised. 
The vast nature of God’s Will to all is immeasurable. Every day you receive the benefit of God’s goodness, even though many times your awareness is distracted by daily tasks. We have witnessed many dear souls leave the spiritual side of their path for many reasons that personal to them, mostly because they feel God has done them wrong somewhere. When they take this leave of personal spiritual growth what often occurs over time is reflection, deep thinking and discovering themselves at the source of all their trouble. What is discovered dear ones is God did not give them an unfair place in life nor did He abandon them. By taking the time to think and reflect a person is able to see the responsibilities of their choices and actions. God provides you with many solutions, paths, and many possible outcomes to all of them. He cannot choose for you. It is during this moment of revelation when a dear soul learns of this and many times asks for God’s forgiveness, but what they do not know, is that they are already forgiven as soon as they have truly learned the lesson. Yet it is profoundly important to verbalize the words in order to promote self-healing. Sometimes taking that time away is what a person needs to restore their path and journey through their heart that unifies them always with God. 
Sometimes dear ones when experiencing pain due to a difficult situation, the feelings and emotions released may cover your vital goodness. It is during such times when reaching for God will definitely be your salvation. Through the hardest of trials, liberation can be met when you allow God’s love to enter your entire being. Letting His boundless energy of Love and Light return your whole being into a wholesome state of goodness has benefits for everyone. Goodness that is released through the love shared with God will help dissolve any residual pain. 
Remember dear ones Light will attract Light. When you see a dear soul demonstrating the goodness of their heart, this encourages you to respond in kind and it doesn’t have to be directed towards them, but because of their good actions you become compelled to do something good as well and it does feel good on the inside when you know you have been expressing Goodwill. Goodwill has the ability to express a healing and sympathetic vibration that greets all that it meets by responding to your soul.
We encourage each of you to try and see God in all things that you pass and what is all around you and in everyone you greet and meet because He is there. In any situation reach beyond your sensory perceptions and sense His presence and smile in recognition. You are loved beyond measure dear ones. He knows not all can feel him, and He encourages all of you to know He supports you no matter how chaotic your current circumstance may be. Feel and know from your heart, that Goodwill is a powerful natural force that helps you move towards renewal, tranquillity and restoration of your complete Self. Make use of this phenomenal power wisely promoting love, goodness and compassion to all people and creatures of this fine Earth. Each of has a part to play bringing in positive change that promotes raising the vibrations of others as a unified global community.

You will all be working to repair your world, and you dear Lightworkers who have already begun anchoring the vibrations of your fifth dimensional Earth unto the collective energies and frames of perception may find yourselves pioneering the beginning of the restoration of your world, as you will begin helping people find the impetus and motivation to begin the hardest of tasks that are set out for the collective of Earth to perform.

There is much learning that needs to take place and while you will be given assistance from your Galactic brethren, the bulk of the work is indeed yours to be done and we could not encourage more, your beginning of this work in any facet you find yourselves beginning it.

You can help motivate the Earth public in beginning to understand the need to end war, separation and hatred of any kind and you can all begin to bring forth the concepts that will drive your unfolding New Earth; eradicating lack on a mass scale being one of them. You all have the motivations from spirit that will lead you onward to benefitting the entirety of humanity with the enlightened perspectives you are finding, and we know that you all have much Love, knowledge and insight to share with a collective who have been caught up in their own ways and have not realized the massive effects their actions have garnered for dearest Gaia.

The majority of souls on your world do not understand that Gaia is a Living, conscious being and that the actions of Man on Her surface affect Her very strongly, and the pollution that has been manifested and fed on your Earth has stopped Gaia from expressing the true beauty and radiance of Her surface in the ways that She had originally done so. Gaia has always been a brimming example of our Creator’s wonderful and beautiful design, and She has always reflected the natural Light of the Creator which resides within us all.

Oh, how happy we are and will be to introduce you dear souls to the very concepts driving your ascension. For the most part, you are beginning to introduce these concepts yourselves but we will be with you to bask in the wonderful glow of your fifth dimensional New Earth, and you will enjoy our presence knowing you had achieved so much without the assistance you had originally anticipated.

There are already so many strong and lightened Earth conduits delivering truth and for the most part, you have brought these truths and concepts forth and not only expressed them, but radiated them all throughout the collective consciousness of your dear Earth who will steadily absorb and adjust to these new energies bringing forth your fifth dimensional experiences and perspective.

Your perspectives will continue to be morphed into infinite, evolving higher dimensional perspectives and the dogmas and belief systems many have employed until this point will be seen in the Light for what they truly are.

Any incompletion or dissatisfaction concerning one’s experience in any way will be brought to the surface and you will all work through and realize aspects of yourselves that you had perhaps not expected to come up, but that are coming up with the rest of your entourage of hidden-away memories that have been waiting for their chance to be worked-through and transmuted by none other than you.

Each of you has individually taken on a set of challenges and problems that have remained attached to you until you began the crucial process of working through them. For some of you, this process has taken many, many Lives and as some of you have experienced literally hundreds of Lives on the surface of Gaia, we hope you can understand when we say that you are at the cornucopia of your experience.

You have reached the pinnacle of your Life paths and the final lower dimensional lessons you have not yet worked through which for many of you, date back to many past Lives, are testing you and your ability to remain centered and sure in the Light of the Creator that you are all naturally beginning to re-find in yourselves.

The new paradigm as it is being called is truly upon you all now and we ask you to continue to radiate the vibrations of this new paradigm out to everyone around you as you anchor them unto yourselves.

Your efforts are so very needed at this time and will continue to be as at present, we face an Earth that is being Created by the human cells Living upon it. As has been discussed and will continue to be, every thought and action Creates an imprint upon the collective consciousness, and every impression and imprint sent out is sent through to Create the realities of those who sent them out, as well as to affect the collective consciousness in big ways.

The overall energies of the entire collective affects events playing-out on the world stage and affects everything of importance occurring on your world, and it is through the separation-based human Earth collective energies that the few with influence and perceived power on your world have been able to usurp the Light out of many and keep the majority of humanity feeding a continually-fading and disintegrating grid of darkness.

There have been a plethora of enlightened souls on the surface of your world and you have all walked with enlightened extraterrestrial beings who have found the fifth dimensional states of consciousness that they and we dearly wish for you to find again because indeed, that is the plan for your collective. You are continuing your climb into realms of increased consciousness and your trek has been nothing if not wonderful to behold, because of the nature of extreme density you have allowed to anchor unto yourselves.

The grid of darkness is finding its influence fading; if for no other reason, than for the fact that the very energies that have driven it have been answered to exponentially by the Lightworker collective and by every soul who has found an awakening upon the surface of your Earth; especially the Lightworkers who have went out of their way and made it their mission to anchor supremely-pure energies unto your world that have served to shift the influence back into the Light and transmute the energies and vibrations feeding the formerly strong and (formerly) hard to penetrate grid of darkness on your world.

This grid was once so strong because of the collective’s feeding of it and now, so many souls are finding genuine awakenings to the falsehoods that have been established around your reality, and your entire world is beginning to see the need to change the way it has operated.

You are beginning to see that you cannot remain separated and poorer counties cannot be allowed to continue to suffer while a few people with influence and power hoard the world’s wealth and develop advanced programs that are not in the best interests of humanity, among doing so many other things. We ask you to remove yourselves from the influence of the cabals for truly, they are a whispering influence in a world that has embraced the Light and that will begin to reflect this embrace as it is seen that the new paradigm has arrived.

You may be surprised as to how easily your world accepts the new paradigm unfolding and as you have all put so very much work in, you will see the fruits of your labors manifested before you.

The entire Earth collective will respond to the lightening energies making their way to your surface and permeating your mind and spirit, and you will all begin to find your specific roles and the specific piece of the puzzle you have come to this world to fill, as every unique and needed position will be undertaken to help rebuild the condition your world is in.

Oppression, starvation and lack of any kind simply cannot last on your beautiful world, for the lightening vibrations are calling for collective peace, harmony, abundance and prosperity for every individual soul and for your entire collective as well. Please know that absolutely nobody will be left out, and you will all find what you have been looking for.

You are developing yourselves as you reach the realms of consciousness you have been climbing toward, and as you find every aspect of your higher self you see that you have indeed been working in plenty more realms than the third and fourth dimensions of the Earth, to help bring about your personal ascension and that of the Earth collective.

Some of you, when sleeping, are beginning to actually attune to your higher selves and to aspects of your Selves whom you can feel existing in different realities, as they report and relay the experiences you are having back to the rest of their/your collective. There are a plethora of souls who have funneled respective aspects of themselves down to exist upon your Earth and eventually find their own ascension while, if possible, assisting the collective in attaining theirs.

You will notice on your world, that there are some souls who seem to look or sound nearly completely alike, yet have no relation to each other. There are many souls on your world who have incarnated as a soul family; as one entity who has been split into different respective personalities, usually for the incarnation unto or inhabitance of a lower dimension form which the division is (in effect) within.

A lot of souls exist on your world as a part of the same entity of higher dimensional consciousness, and so very many ascended souls answered the call to assist your Earth whenever the vibrations were inexplicably pulling Her sprit down.

The low vibrations that once dragged the Earth down and fed instated separation are now making their full exit away from the sphere of the collective perception and there will be so very many energetic events and indeed, there already have been, that will help to further initiate your New Earth unto you and help your collective to realize that it is so.

We recommend treating your bodies and spirits with ease at this time, because in the realms of spirit so very much is occurring and your bodies could use the proper nutrition and rest that you require to properly absorb your ascension energies. You will find much assistance from clean, blessed water and we stress the importance of consuming a lot of clean water at this time, because of the benefits in helping you adjust to the heightened levels of energy that water will (help you to feel).

Water, among many other things will help you to find the clarity and understanding that the energies delivering the higher realms unto your world are beginning to breed in many awakening souls at this time and as you increasingly grow toward these realms we are speaking to you from, you will see your infinity as a supreme being of Light and as an aspect of the everlasting Oneness energy.

If we could only describe the experience of being in the Oneness energy to you dear souls; it is truly an amazing and paradigm-shattering experience to behold. When you can feel yourselves as a part of the One Source whom we all truly are, you will see that you have Created the lower realities you now traverse from the realms of full consciousness, for the purpose of experiencing the lower realms and helping bring them back into the refined Light planes your Earth currently exists in; which your collective is to find in the time ahead.

You can help to bring about the changes you wish to see on your world and you can all become instruments for the higher realms and the truths of the higher realms to come through, and we ask you all to see your power and potential because you have all of the realms you have yet to traverse, awaiting your realization of their presence within and all around you.

When you can begin to realize that your inner and outer realms are merged, you will notice that your Creations and manifestations are coming to you in your Lives much faster than they used to. This will increase and pick up as 2013 commences further and you will find heightened and increased extra-sensory abilities as well; such as telepathy and your ability to pick up on synchronicities.

As you realize that you are able to attune to higher dimensional energies that will display your infinity to you, you will begin to anchor the higher realms unto yourselves and the very (energetic) influence you will garner from doing so in all those who have themselves began to awaken, will strengthen the momentum to bring about positive and Lighted change on your world for the entire collective to benefit from.

Your goal as a collective is to find and feel the harmony that you know you possess within as when finding this harmony, you will be one step closer to realizing that you are One Creator entity who has been split up and divided. This is truly so and we are a facet of this entity as well, and as you evolve you will begin to find that you are the conscious controller and Creator of the reality around you.

This is and will be accounting for the increased speed and ease in which your manifestations and thoughts come before you in your personal Lives, as the increasingly-pure vibrations being given to your world at this time are calling for the heightened perception on the part of every dear soul who has opened up to the higher realms and began to find an awakening that, up until this point, has been subtle.

You are a very powerful collective of beings who possess a Light within that is so great and pure, and the cabals on your world have wished for you to remain disconnected from your natural Light source and the natural intelligence and knowledge you all carry within. We are all facets of the Creator and we have been funneled-down into lower realms that we Created from the higher realms we were experiencing, to play around in and grow within as we realized ourselves as the Creator of our surroundings and saw that we were constructed of the very energy Creating and sustaining our dimensional experience. Every octave of Creation is adjusted to the specific frequency of Logos energy that the Life forms of such octaves are comfortable on and exist on naturally; because it is where they are at in their growth in that moment.

You are existing currently within an evolving third and fourth dimensional reality and the majority of your collective has been initiated into the realms of the fourth dimension, from wherein you will work to traverse the realms and lessons of the fourth dimension; either slowly or rapidly depending on how your collective handles and responds to the increasingly-pure energies that will bring your realizations and understandings to you – of course, with the effort on your part to receive them.

At present, you are feeling a continual shifting and reintegration as the lower astral realms of your world are being cleansed and much of humanity continues to feed an increasingly-fading illusion. This transition includes a great deal of energy from the Mayan calendar. I know that the Mayan thoughts and the Mayan influence have permeated and have come through into this space and time. Their energy has been interpreted in several different ways by many different philosophers and scholars. The basic message and energies from the Mayan calendar and the Mayan belief system focused on this December 21st, 2012 as a major transitional point in the human history of this civilization in the 21st century. The energies were interpreted in several different ways. One of the largest interpretations was that a gigantic upheaval and dramatic Earth changes would occur. These dramatic Earth changes would create an imbalance in the operation of this planet which would forever change the way the planet could function. That outcome did not occur. Another interpretation, which is more in alignment with our galactic interpretation and thought patterns, is that the 2012 December 21st marked a period of alignment with a special energy. This energy is a fifth-dimensional, brighter, lighter and more creative force that is coming to this planet, and that the full alignment, the full strongest downloading of that energy, would occur in this time period known as December 21st, 2012. But, in fact, we called this an eclipse. An eclipse is like an alignment with the Moon and the Sun in which energy is partially blocked, but at the same time, the energies are intensified. Alignments are a natural part of both the planetary and astrological bodies and can be useful in interpreting the energy that is available and coming to this planet. One of the major effects and outcomes of the December 21st, 2012 alignment is galactic awareness. If fact, it has been shown that through the Mayan teachings and through the discussions of the alignments with the Central Sun that a greater awareness and energy force of a galactic nature has become a part of the consciousness of humanity. In fact, the energies of the Noosphere have been shifted and have been affected greatly by you the starseeds and those who have worked to create a better awareness of the Earth’s relationship to the galaxy. The Earth’s relationship to the galaxy is one of the most important transitions and important factors in the development of the Noosphere. It is also key in the development of a fifth-dimensional transitional energy field that will bring this planet closer to its true goal, which is to enter the fifth dimension. I know that there has been a great deal of debunking or criticizing of the Mayan calendar. Debunking means that people said that the Mayans were wrong or people said that the energies of the 2012 alignment did not create the catastrophes or End Times. Also, it should be mentioned very strongly that many of the starseeds also interpreted this powerful transition time as the period in which the Ascension would occur. In fact, several, if not many starseeds, were prepared for the Ascension on that date and were disappointed because they remained on the Earth. They were disappointed because they did not ascend. They were disappointed because the intersection of the dimensions did not occur, and they remained in the third dimension. In fact, some of these starseeds actually became disappointed, dejected and some of them even became depressed because they remained on the Earth. We need to have the broadest perspective on the Ascension. I need to say that there is no prediction of the exact time of the Ascension. This time period of December 21st certainly appeared to be a logical interface of dimensional energy. However, the exact time and date of the Ascension is not revealed to the third-dimensional world. The fact that the Ascension did not occur on December 21st does not weaken in any way the ascension light or the ascension energy. The reason is because the expectation for the Ascension was based on many of the starseeds’ desires! Certainly based on the density, polarization and difficulty that now exists on the third dimension, I would agree that it would be highly beneficial for you and your starseed work to ascend as soon as possible. I agree that it would have been highly beneficial for you to ascend on December 21st, 2012. That was not part of the Divine Plan. That was not part of how the unfolding of this cosmic drama was planned. Remember, there have been many predictions of huge end-time catastrophes. Remember that there have been predictions of the end of the Mayan calendar and the end of time as you know it. These predictions did not come true. In fact, there has been an energy of grace that continues to come into this planet. This energy of grace is unbelievably strong. The Fukushima power plant accident continues to have the potential of creating major disruptions in the oceans and major disruptions in the food chain throughout the oceans. Yet, the most dramatic, the most damaging predictions still have not been manifested. Through the energetic biorelativity meditations, a greater period of grace for that accident area has been granted. Unfortunately, the actual manifestations and implementations of the repair of that area have not improved. The damage to other parts of this planet from that accident is not as bad as it could be. This still means that there are dangers there in Japan, and that there are dangers that can continue to come and create havoc on the planet. I am saying in a simple way that you are greatly needed on this planet. I am saying that if you had been ascended, if you had been removed from the planet on December 21st, then a great core of planetary healers would have been removed, and there would be nobody to replace you. There would be nobody with your skills, your knowledge and your understanding to replace the powerful work that you have been doing and the powerful work that you will be doing in the near future. If you look at the unfolding of the Divine Plan, then you can say that part of the cosmic drama includes the application and implementation of certain planetary healing energies performed by a core group of starseeds. A new interface between the Earth and the fifth dimension will be demonstrated and will be implemented .This information is from an exact definition and an exact reading of the cosmic drama from the Akashic Records. The Records state that during this time period, there will be a powerful group who will be able to implement and interface that will help to stabilize the planet I want to really make it clear. This planet is still in a delicate state and in a severe crisis. I want to make it clear that the energies that were expressed in the Mayan calendar event of December 21st, which include Earth changing and end-time events, still remain a major possibility. In fact, many of those potential events, such as earthquake upheavals, tsunamis, fires, nuclear wars, planetary biospheric collapses in the oceans and many other end-time events still are possible and even probable. The transition of that date needs to be viewed from the perspective of a broader time frame. I am going to be discussing time, the third dimension and the fifth dimension in this lecture. I think that it is of key importance that you have the proper understanding of time. December 21st, 2012 occurred and yet major events did not occur. This does not mean that major events have been avoided. This does not mean that such events will not occur. It only means that they did not occur within the December 21st period. Yet, we are still in a transitional point that is relevant to that date of December 21st. If you had the perspective that we have of time and space, then the period after December 21st is but a second on the cosmic clock that is overseeing the dramatic unfoldment of events. These events still are related to the precipice, to the cliff that this planet exists on. I look upon the North American discussion of economy with great amusement because they discussed this concept of the fiscal cliff. Really, we are talking about a planetary biological cliff. We are talking about a biosphere cliff, and that this planet is on this biosphere cliff that in any moment can have a major upheaval. Do not focus just on that one date, but look at that date in a more dramatic and expanded way because all of the ideas and all of the events that were downloaded and were focused on the December 21st date are still part of the cosmic chain of events. There are still major possible Earth changing events that could be happening within a very short period of time. If you look back four of five years from now, then you would say, well these events and these Earth changes happened around December of 2012. People looking back would not make that much of a distinction between the two or four weeks afterwards. I do not want you to think that these major events are going to happen in one day. Our ability to predict is also limited. Our ability to prophesize the Earth events and the chain of events that will occur is limited in scope. We do have a galactic perspective, and we do have an ability to go forward in time and look at what is happening on the Earth. Predictions are based on what is most probable at the moment and is also based on what people are thinking and what they are intending to do. The fact that everyone looked at 2012 December 21st means that all of their looking also had an effect on that date. The fact that we are now looking at these Earth events, such as collapse of the oceans, collapse of forest and unending war, means that our looking, our observations do influence the outcome. This is one of the basic tenants of quantum physics. The basic tenant of quantum physics is that the observation of sub-atomic particles can have an influence on where the particles will end up or where they are going and how they interact with each other. One of the great lessons for this planet has to do with the biorelativity, and it has to do with the understanding of how biorelativity can influence the outcome of Earth events. This concept should also be discussed on a philosophical basis. That is, the observation of the observer on the particles and planetary interaction will and does affect how the particles and the planet intersect with humanity. This means that your work in thought particle energy work with the fifth dimension does influence and bring the fifth-dimensional energy field closer to the Earth. From that perspective, the December 21st, 2012 energy connection was extremely successful. That is, that you are demonstrating repeatedly that you are able to project your thought energies into the fifth dimension. You are able to observe the third dimension, and you are gifted and able to observe the interaction of the fifth dimension onto the third dimension. We can guarantee you that the fifth-dimensional energy field has been downloaded into the third dimension. We can say that the fifth-dimensional energy field is working on the third dimension. I know that you want the maximum interface with the fifth-dimensional energy field, and you want the maximum downloading of fifth-dimensional energy into the third dimension. And you want, more than anything, to see the fifth dimension intersect with the third dimension. To explain this in more depth, I would like Helio-ah to speak with you today about the time factor, holographic energy and the intersections of the fifth and third dimensions. So I will now ask Helio-ah to speak with you. I am Juliano. Greetings, my fellow starseeds and galactic travelers and galactic workers. I am Helio-ah. I welcome you to this time period that in Earth terms is representative of a new year. I say that you have entered a new time period. You are aware that there was a huge transition point. The fact is that this planet and the third dimension hold dense energy. Many people felt no effect, felt no energetic change on this planet on December 21st, 2012. It is amazing. Yet there were many people who experienced an upliftment and experienced partial intersectional energies from the fifth dimension. That is to say that there was actually a raise of light. There were actually streams of light. There were symptoms or evidence of the intersection of dimensions. It is true that the total intersection of dimensions did not occur. It is true that there was not ascension, but there were huge glimpses and huge light frequencies that came into this planet. These frequencies came into the planet and they are still here. They are forming a basis for the future intersection of the third dimension with the fifth. You might think that the intersection of the fifth and the third dimension would occur as a whole planet. You might think that this planet would miraculously and suddenly intersect as a whole energy field with a fifth-dimensional energy field and that a huge dynamic change would occur. A huge dramatic energy shift and downloading could create chaos, could create an upheaval. This planet is not receptive enough to hold such a huge input of light. In discussions, I would like to refer to the cosmic drama and cosmic history of the planet in the Pleiades. The Pleiadians were in a very difficult situation when a space traveler from the Pleiades mistakenly reentered the third dimension around the Pleiadian planet in a way that was too close and did not take into consideration the cosmic energy field of the third-dimensional Pleiades. The incorrect reentering created such a powerful imbalance that the planet in the Pleiades was thrown into a dimensional crisis. It is not the best thing for a planet to be half in the fifth dimension and half in the third dimension. It would be like stepping onto a pond with one foot in the water and one foot on the land. Suddenly the foot you have in the pond is on a banana peel, and you feel like you are going to slip. The foot that you have on the land is also on a banana peel, and you also think you are going to slip. You have no firm root in either dimension. That is exactly what happened to the planet in the Pleiades. This planet was in a crisis. The crisis was created accidentally by a space traveler who misjudged the reentry coordinates. Remember, when you travel in hyperspace and you come back into the third dimension, you must follow certain rules and regulations. You must follow a proper distance when you come in. You must understand that when you enter into the third dimension from hyperspace and from the fifth dimension, you are coming in with a powerful force of energy. That powerful force of energy can totally throw off a third-dimensional planet. You may have heard about anti-matter, and you might have heard that a small amount of anti-matter can cause a major explosion of great magnitude. Entering from the fifth dimension into the third dimension incorrectly could create a huge possible implosion which could throw off an entire planet. It can throw off the energy field of an entire planet. So, what was done when this happened to the Pleiades? The Galactic Masters, the Galactic Council, the Ascended Masters met, and they decided that the Pleiades as a planet was able to hold the light of the fifth dimension. Therefore, the downloading of the fifth-dimensional light would not create destruction, but, in fact, the planet as a whole, because of its higher spiritual evolvement, was capable of integrating higher fifth-dimensional light. The decision was made by the masters to bring and to allow the Pleiades into the fifth dimension. So it was. There was a huge influx of fifth-dimensional light into the Pleiades, and it did create some upheavals on the planet. It did create some strong transitions. They were not destructive, and the people were prepared, and they were able to hold the newer light and newer energy fields that were necessary. This newer light and these newer energy fields were like a foundation to hold new patterns of dynamic holographic light and energy. I tell you this story because I want to compare that to the Earth, and I want to compare that to the intersection of dimensions. Even a brief intersection of the dimensions is capable of unleashing an energy force that is so dynamic and so powerful. This energy force created by the intersection of the dimensions would dynamically shift everything on this planet. There would be no stone that would not be affected. Then the question becomes, is it possible that the Earth is ready to hold that level of fifth-dimensional light? Or, would such a huge influx of fifth-dimensional energy destroy and create upheaval that would harm many people? The answer is that the planet Earth is still not capable of holding the full influx of light from the intersection of the dimensions. I know that you have been working on the Ladders of Ascension. I know that you have been working on the Etheric Crystals. You have done great work with the Planetary Cities of Light. In many cases, especially in the Planetary Cities of Light, there are energetic thought structures to hold the fifth-dimensional energy that already have been downloaded. These thought structures would be able to hold fifth-dimensional light at the time of the intersection of the dimensions. However, this planet as a whole is still not ready. What would happen if this huge energy force from the fifth dimension came into the Earth? Remember, when I described the problem in the Pleiades, I said that the Pleiades was in a crisis. The planet was in an unparalleled balance that was disruptive and was creating a lot of anxiety for all life forms. So, the Pleiades offer a demonstration of what it is like to be on the precipice or on the cliff between the third dimension and the fifth dimension. Now when we speak of the Pleiades, we are talking about a planet that was more spiritually evolved than the Earth. (Tones OOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhhh, OOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhh.) It was certainly a major downloading of fifth-dimensional light that came to the Earth on December 21st, 2012. Certainly the amount of light and energy that came to the Earth was an amount in which the structures that you have put in place were able to handle. A great amount of light and fifth-dimensional thoughts came to this planet on December 21st. The Earth’s energy field continues to download fifth-dimensional energy from that alignment. Let us look at this for you from a galactic perspective. Juliano has said we are talking about an alignment with the center of the galaxy, and the center of the galaxy can be approximately 26,000 light years away. That is a distance which is unimaginable. Yet, we have suggested and the Mayans also correctly suggested that the alignment with the exact center would occur on December 21st, 2012. This is an alignment that occurs once every 26,000 years. A short period has passed since that alignment. How much different is a month or two in terms of 26,000 years? How much different has the Earth moved in its path of precession in a period of one to two months. Remember, the movement of precession is also known as the Earth wobble. How significant has the movement been in comparison with this great distance of 26,000 light years? The answer is that it is a very insignificant or immeasurable movement from this perspective. This could mean that those upheavals that were predicted on December 21st, 2012 could manifest at any time. It could mean that the energies of the intersection of the dimensions can continue. But it also means that the Ascended Masters and guides and teachers are working and overseeing the planetary process, and they want to make sure that they will not push the Earth into a dimensional crisis. I think that you would agree that you would not want the planet Earth to go into a dimensional crisis simply for the benefit for those starseeds who are ready to ascend. In fact, when you look at the coming intersection of the dimensions from this perspective, you would also say that those starseeds who are ready to ascend have become more valuable. Do you think that there has been a greater awareness of the planetary crisis since December 21st, 2012? Has there been a greater movement among the governments to address the overwhelming planetary problems that this planet faces? The answer is “no.” Most of the people who are of dense nature laughed about the date of December 21st, and they thought that the world was not going to end, so we can go on and continue in the same manner. They have not made any shifts. You need to continue with your planetary work in the same manner. You cannot fall back and give in and say, “Well, the Ascension didn’t happen. Therefore I will stop my planetary healing work” or “I will stop my ascension work.” The ascension energies are still here. Juliano wants me to talk to you about time because when you look at events on the third dimension, then you become aware of the importance of time. I want to speak about time from the holographic perspective. I work with healing energies. I have worked with you previously in describing the holographic healing chamber. The holographic healing chamber is a specialized chamber for personal healing. That specialized chamber is downloaded with your past, present and future life energy. This concept in itself is so revolutionary. It is so revolutionary on the third dimension to think that a holographic computer machine or process machine or chamber, can have the information from your past, present and future lives. It is not a machine or a computer like you would think of on the third dimension. I know that your computers are very advanced, and in fact, your computers now are reaching levels through touch screens and even through thought patterns where you are going to be able to control your computers with your mind. I will try to explain this as simply as I can from the holographic perspective. Imagine a computer that can interface with the Akashic Records. Imagine that there can exist on the Earth, on the third dimension, a computer that is able interact and download information from your Akashic Records. Imagine also that the information from the Akashic Records is infinitely complex. The Akashic Records record every thought and every experience that you have had in all of your incarnations all over the galaxy and all over the universe. Not only does it record it for you, but it records it for every person that exists on this planet. The Akashic Records are also for all of the incarnations on other planets. The Akashic Records are available for cosmic incarnations. To process and understand and work with this kind of energy is beyond the confines of the third-dimensional mind. Yet, specialized computers are necessary to interface with your third-dimensional thought field and the Akashic Records. Juliano talked about the quantum thought processes and quantum energy – the process which means that what you think as an observer can influence the events. Now imagine that if you have the perspective from the Akashic Records. You have the perspective of your past, present and future, and you have the ability from the past, present and the future. That is the power of the interface that exists in the holographic healing chamber. A new power of healing exists there, because in the holographic healing chambers we can look at all cosmic karma experiences. Karma is actually an unfolding of events that are based on cause and effect. Karma means that what happened will create this effect. But, that is only from the third-dimensional perspective. From the fifth-dimensional perspective, from the holographic perspective, from the Akashic Records perspective, you can, as an observer, shift the energy of karma. So that what looks like an irrefutable or unchangeable outcome can be shifted. You have to be in the right thought field to have these shifts. You can experience such healings in the holographic healing chamber. Now, I want to apply these principles to the planet, and I want to discuss the holographic energy field of the planet and the holographic energy field of planet Earth. You, as the starseeds and fifth-dimensional beings, can participate in the holographic healing chamber in a planet. We describe our perfect holographic healing chamber for the planet to be similar to a movie theater. This is why we were instrumental and motivated to work in the creation of the movie The Blue Jewel. The movie The Blue Jewel creates the perfect holographic healing chamber for the planet. It brings together the people in a theater and projects the image of the future Earth, the present Earth and the past Earth on a screen in which people can immediately and holographically influence the Earth. This becomes such a powerful transitional and transformational energy. We can together participate in the holographic energy field for the holographic chamber of the Earth together in our meditations. We do this planetary healing with you remotely. This is also equal to what can be done in the movie theater on Earth. We can create a fifth-dimensional movie theater. We remotely have you travel there. Visualize now the existence of a movie theater on my Starship Athena, which is now in the Jupiter Corridor. At your point of relaxation, allow your spirit to leave your body and thought project yourself through the corridor now. Through this corridor, go up into and through the corridor and enter my Starship Athena. (Tones OOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhhh.) As you come into the spaceship, you come into our entry point, and you see this huge holographic chamber which is for the planet Earth. Come into the chamber. It is like a beautiful theater, but it is unlike any theater you have seen on the Earth. This is a fifth-dimensional theater. This is a theater filled with beautiful crystals. It is a theater that has fantastic colors and energy. It is a theater that is able to project images far beyond the capability of any telescope or any oscilloscope or any MRI or any other type of machine that you have or might have that can make images. This screen in the theater projects holographic images. Welcome to the holographic healing theater chamber for planet Earth. Have a seat in the theater. OOOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhh. See on the screen, The Blue Jewel, the planet Earth. You have seen images of the Milky Way, the galaxy that you live in. You have also seen, hopefully, pictures of the artists’ demonstration of the outer arm of the Milky Way. The Earth and the solar system are about two-thirds of the way out on the outer arm in the spiral of the Milky Way. See this Blue Jewel, this great planet, emitting and standing out on this outer arm. Why do we call Earth “The Blue Jewel”? It is called The Blue Jewel because a jewel is glowing. The jewel is sending out light and energy. It is sparkling. See this planet on the screen. See it sparkling light among all of the galactic dust, among all of the other star systems that are nearby. See The Blue Jewel sparkling. As you become aware of The Blue Jewel, become aware that the planet is moving because the solar system is also moving. Also become aware that there is also a movement of this outer arm where the Earth is. That outer arm is traveling on an axis around the Central Sun. This is such a far distance from the Earth to the Central Sun. It is an immeasurable distance. I can tell you it is 26,000 light years. It is an enormous distance. You could not even imagine it. Visualize this great distance to the best of your abilities. The mind has infinite capabilities. And see now an alignment of the Central Sun and The Blue Jewel and see this beam of light. Let’s talk about the Galactic Kachina. The Galactic Kachina is the interface spirit between the Central Sun light and the third dimension. See this beautiful Kachina energy field that is above The Blue Jewel and bringing in this light. This light is then being distributed around the Ring of Ascension and around The Blue Jewel, stabilizing the Earth into a fifth-dimensional energy field. We will hold that thought on the screen, and we will go into meditation now with that image. Beautiful, beautiful. As you are holding that energy and seeing that beautiful light coming to the fifth dimension, bring your thoughts to the planet Earth specifically. You know how the zoom energy works. The zoom energy is where you focus on one area and you zoom in on it. We are going to zoom in on Australia. [Author's Note: There was a terrible heat wave over Australia when this channeling was taking place.] Find the continent Australia and zoom in on it. You can see a huge pattern of high pressure, a huge pattern of heat, of dryness over the continent of Australia, including Tasmania. All of the cities, including those in Western Australia, are experiencing high pressure. From this perspective, we can see a gentle wind; we can see gentle movement as the high pressure which is stuck over Australia begins to move. See together this image on the holographic screen of this beautiful continent. See the high pressure beginning to move and the winds coming very gently. A shift in the weather patterns will occur. A shift in the clouds will occur over Australia. Hold that thought and we will go into meditation again. We will call this “The Zooming Meditation.” Send your thoughts and images so that a new image appears. This image consists of the weather patterns shifting over Australia now. Send that new thought. We are in a powerful biorelativity state of energy. Send that thought – the weather patterns are shifting. Yes, it is working and The Blue Jewel is able to shift. Your energies are able to help shift the weather patterns just very slightly, just enough to move this energy of high pressure away. The overly high heat and the high pressure and the high patterns of heat are going to shift slowly. Zoom out again, and as you zoom out, you see the whole planet, and you see the Earth’s connection with the fifth-dimensional Central Sun, and you can see the activation of fifth-dimensional light. The Blue Jewel beautifully sparkles. Now, carefully, we will leave the holographic theater. I will leave the image on the screen, and you can return to this image for the next 24 hours. You can do the zoom work just like I did. You can zoom in on Australia if you feel you want to do that more, and you can also zoom in on any part of the planet. Most important, see the Earth’s connection with the center of the galaxy. Visualize it. When you are ready, leave the theater and then come down the corridor and follow the corridor back into the room where you started and back into your body. Your body now will feel a light energetic upliftment. Come in with perfect alignment.
