If I were to ask you this minute what you most want in the world right now, would you hesitate to ask? Would you be wanting to be sure you were asking for what you wanted most and not something less than optimum? Of course, you wouldn't want to waste this wish.
I have a feeling that if I were to ask you this right now, you wouldn't be so sure what to ask. Much of the time, you are so certain, yet, when put to the test, you might be more cautious.
If I gave you three choices, that would be easier, yet not necessarily a shoe-in.
Of course, if you had a sick child, you might well know without hesitation.
Of course, you would love one wish that would take care of everyone and everything. You think of world peace. You think of freedom for the world. You think of good health for all. And you think of good will for everyone and everything.
Whatever you desire, whatever you wish for, know that it is possible. As a matter of fact, in some cases, it is a certainty. I am not speaking of whim. I am speaking of deep desire. Perhaps you wish for the fountain of youth. That may not be your deepest desire, yet it may not be a superficial desire either. It may not be altogether an ego desire.
Of course, your desire to live forever is a fact. That desire is not in question. It is a certainty that you live forever, only that doesn't mean in the same body in the same situation forever. Just the same, you never pass away. You are eternal, and you are infinite. We could say that all the details are not up to you, and, yet maybe they are. Maybe they are.
Decisions are not always the easiest thing for you to make, and, yet, you make decisions all the time. You have hope, for instance, and then you decide to give up hope. You desire something deeply until you get it, and then you're not so sure any longer. Another desire has risen to the ranks, and you might substitute the newer desire for the one you already had. Desires are not always hard and fast. They can slip from your grasp.
Desires are something worth thinking about. We could say that desires are like the lantern a miner wears as he seeks treasures in a dark mine. What do you seek, beloveds? You might as well know what means a lot to you. Perhaps for a moment you want a firefly in your hand. Perhaps you want to learn to dance. Perhaps you want to paint a beautiful picture. Perhaps you want elusive happiness and to capture it forever. Perhaps you want to be a source of happiness for others. Perhaps you want to want.
Ah, beloveds, such a difference from coveting and truly desiring.
Wherein lies your happiness, and wherein lies another's? Wherein lies the course of your life, and wherein lies another's?
Life is not always as you think it is, nor is life always as you think it ought to be.
There are aspects of life that are sure things. You will live until you die. While you live, there most likely will be times you will feel like you are whirling within a maelstrom and other times when you will feel like you are sitting on a large rock overseeing a beautiful valley, and other times you will be swimming in the ocean with the dolphins.
Here's what I want to tell you. All the aspects of life are life and are a treasure. Every moment of sentient life is a diamond in your hand, and every moment you cannot be guaranteed what the next moment will be.
Here is what you can know, beloveds. There is something wonderful waiting for you, perhaps rushing to you. You haven't made all the discoveries yet. You don't know the whole story yet. Yet you can truly know without qualification that the best is yet to come.
This has to be so because you are someone who is growing in consciousness, and so, new music is about to begin.

You awoke on 12-22-12 to a world that was apparently the same...Ascension does not mean leaving a certain place and going to another. Ascension means attaching your Point of Perception to a higher frequency of reality...Releasing your third-dimensional habit of believing that your life is outside-of- you is the KEY to holding your Point of Perception at a higher frequency...You have just emerged from a dark cave in which shadows have been perceived as reality....You have now come into the next phase...you are beginning to have experiences in which you resonate just a half octave above your environment...you may still believe that you are resonating to the 3D, but feel strangely detached and “spacey”....perceive your expanding reality through the eyes of a child...you are in the company of many others that are taking their baby steps as well.

You may think that your world is the same, but if you look deep into your consciousness you will find that it has greatly changed. Whereas before you looked within and sensed the warning to be careful and even secretive, you now find the message that something has changed. You may not, yet, know what that something is. However, there is a feeling of safety where once there was a sense of alert. Your body, which has been running on adrenalin for much of this life, in fact most of your Earthly incarnations, is now going through adrenalin withdrawal. It is because of this withdrawal that you feel so exhausted and may even have episodes of anger for no apparent reason. You awoke on 12-22-12 to a world that was apparently the same, but you did not know what a victory that “nothing” was. Great battles, both mental and physical, have been waged, and many lives were lost in the invisible battle to save Earth from the unseen Service to Self dark Ones. Hence, to awaken to find a world that appears to be the same is a sign that your consciousness has expanded into the resonance of reality in which the Light has won! Remember, Ascension does not mean leaving a certain place and going to another. Ascension means attaching your Point of Perception to a higher frequency of reality. The underbelly of your world is still tainted with darkness and driven by unseen forces. However, you have ascended beyond the tentacles of that reality. You know this is true because whereas once your inner SELF felt a constant state of alarm, you now feel an inner safety. The years of 1996 to 2003 were the darkest times since the fall of Atlantis. These times were even darker than your World Wars because these were times when your entire planet was on the edge of complete domination and/or destruction. That reality still exists, but at a much lower frequency. However, the lower versions of “life on planet Earth” are beginning to close. The area of Cosmic Space in which Earth is now traveling is too intense for those frequencies of reality. Hence, they are beginning to cease to exist. Dear Ascending Ones, it is because of your silent, and apparently individual, process of expanding your consciousness that this victory of freedom from darkness is yours. The mere fact that so many groups could openly and publicly gather to meditate and send love to Gaia is proof that you have expanded your Planetary Consciousness into a higher octave. On the other hand, some of you had no idea of the true state of your world because you looked to your mainstream media instead of the Internet or your inner SELF. However, each day more and more of you are experiencing unexplained changes in your daily reality. These changes are not because Earth has changed, but because you have changed your Point of Perception into a higher frequency of Earth’s myriad versions of reality. Releasing your third-dimensional habit of believing that your life is outside-of- you is the KEY to holding your Point of Perception at a higher frequencies of your Multidimensional SELF. Your third-dimensional self is accustomed to looking outside of you to find out how your life is doing. “Are my bills paid? Do I have a nice house? Do I have a good job?” These are all questions based on the illusion that life is outside-of-you. Fortunately, you are beginning to realize/remember that the truest assessment of your life is found within.
Those of you who have been awake to the Truth for the last decades of extreme darkness, sought solace in your outer world because when you went inside to view life you found fear and darkness. Hence, you often focused on your outer life of finding good jobs, nice houses and lot of toys to distract you from the fear you found within. This inner fear was NOT a sign of your personal depression or mental illness. This fear was a true perception of how your world was in a great battle with the forces of Service to Self. However, if you consciously realized that your inner feelings stemmed from such a frightening truth, your resulting depression and anxiety could diminish whatever determination you had to carry on. We now want you to know that NOW you can remove your cloak of denial. Your deep, inner fear was not based on whether or not you could pay your bills or would lose your job. The deep inner fear was a true reaction to the secret world that you were fortunate enough to not live. You, our wondrous Ascending Ones, did your parts marvelously. You pretended and/or believed that life was what it appeared to be while you sought to expand your consciousness into the higher expressions of your SELF. Congratulations – you have been victorious. Not only have you remained attached to the fringe reality of the third dimension, rather than the underbelly of the battle for planet Earth, but you also expanded your inner awareness into the true, higher-dimensional expressions of your Multidimensional SELF. In doing so you assisted Gaia more than you can imagine. Unknown wars were being fought inside of Gaia’s body. Auspiciously, the Lemurians resonate to their fifth dimensional expressions and could balance the darkness with the great Light of their inner cities. Fortunately, now most of the dark Ones have been defeated. Also, Earth is still intact, which is largely due to the surface dwellers who held the Light of higher consciousness for Gaia through Her darkest nights.
Your choice to not consciously know what was happening was a good tactic, as it greatly diminished your fear. However, you paid the price of depression and anxiety, which appeared to be unfounded. We wish to remind you again that your fears were, indeed, true. As Gaia moves into higher frequencies of reality more of these facts will come into the light of day. There are still many people who resonate just below your current Point of Perception that would rather doubt themselves than confront the illusions that seemed to offer them enough security to carry on with their lives. It is for this reason that many of the higher frequency facts such as our Galactic assistance, NESARA, withheld technologies and other advantages have not been released to the mainstream public. Those of you, the Ascending Ones, who so needed to know the Truth that you sought out the terrible facts of the battle for planet Earth, are now being rewarded with the knowledge that you are not alone. You will, also, become increasingly aware that your world is on the cusp of an incredible transition. Because you could allow yourself to know the fearful truths, you can now know the glorious achievement that YOU have fulfilled. We are sorry that the truth must still remain at a frequency that can only be known by those who expand their consciousness into that resonance. We understand that you tire of waiting. However, we remind you that you were NOT passively waiting for a new world to spontaneously rise up on its own. Now, you can realize that you have been brave warriors who had to block the hidden enemy of inner truth because it could destroy your resolve to continue and/or endanger your safety. Therefore, you paced your reception of truth and only knew as much about the underbelly of reality with its myriad lies and deceits as you could balance with your daily life. Now your daily consciousness has reconnected with your Higher SELF, and you have achieved the safety of Unity Consciousness with other Ascending Ones as well as with Gaia. Hence, now we can reveal that you were not suffering a psychosomatic illness.
Instead, YOU, our brave multidimensional warriors, were trying to ignore that which you could not change. Instead, you focused on what you could change, which was the resonance of your Earth vessel and the Earth vessel of Gaia. Congratulations, our beloved Ones, for you have been victorious. However, we feel how much you want to instantly awaken to find New Earth outside your bedroom window. PLEASE maintain this constant desire. However, do not feed it disappointment. Instead, feed this desire Unity Consciousness, hope, anticipation, joy and unconditional love. You are learning to accept what you were waiting for during your myriad lifetimes. Impatience is understandable and even normal, but not effective in your manifestation process. You have just emerged from a dark cave in which shadows have been perceived as reality. Hence, as you step out of this cave, your perceptions are not yet calibrated to the frequency of light that is still blinding to your physical eyes. Therefore, you perceive the reality to which you are accustomed. Just as you have tenaciously held on to an inner hope of salvation through the last years of the Kali Yuga, we ask that you maintain that hope while your perceptions re-calibrate to match the frequency of your expanding states of consciousness. We understand that many of you do not know that your consciousness has expanded into the fifth dimension. However, if you find this message and can accept it, you HAVE indeed invisibly crossed that threshold. You see, our beloveds, YOU are New Earth. YOU are New Earth because you have expanded your glorious Unity Consciousness to encompass the entire planet. Do you know how much Gaia is cherished in Galactic Circles? You are NOW within the reality for which you have fought and waited for myriad incarnations. However, your Point of Perception has been habitually locked onto the outside-of-you in the physical world.
Therefore, open the windows of your Earth Vessel and allow the higher light to activate your inner perceptions. In this manner, you can look inside-of-you to find your highest Point of Perception. Then, attach your High Heart to this state of consciousness and open your Third Eye to see the New Earth that is YOU. You have now come into the next phase of your reality. What has changed is the inner causation that creates the effect in your reality. Gaia is moving into the Causal Plane of the fourth dimension. Hence, the 3D lag time between cause and effect will increasingly diminish until your state of consciousness is instantly manifested to become the reality that you wish to perceive. Most importantly, there is a dimming of the darkness and an expansion of the Light. This expansion is felt within your Earth vessel and within your daily life. Your bodies are changing more each day, and as they do so, more expanded perceptions will come online. Because the lag time between cause and effect is ever closing, your thoughts will appear as light, and oppositions will become fluid and timeless. Your expanding perceptions are a shift that is 100% under your control. Hence, there is no event out-side-of-you that can deter this process. Furthermore, the in-side-of-you is undergoing a slow but steady alteration. Your Lightbody grows stronger each day, which is why interacting with the third dimensional paradigm is becoming increasingly burdensome.
You are realizing how your consciousness is manifesting into creation. Verbal words are becoming restrictive and you yearn to live in unconditional love and peace. There are many components of your apparently third-dimensional life that have already shifted into the fifth dimensional resonance. You recognize these areas of your life because they are filled with, and/or create the sensation of unconditional love. This unconditional love may not feel the same as the love that we, the Galactics and Celestials, can emanate from our Group Mind, but it is love that has no conditions. If you can remember to allow this unconditional love to guide you to surrender to all issues of life, you will be creating an aura of protection around you composed of that frequency of unconditional love. Whenever you surrender your life to your higher expressions of SELF without any conditions or limitations, you are creating an aura of unconditional love around you.
This aura of protection allows you to become very brave. Thus, you will gain more confidence in your SELF. It is not easy to put down your 3D reactive and protective shield to surrender into a situation. You have lived in a defensive mode for myriad lives. Thus, it is difficult to completely own your great multidimensional power so that you can release all fear in EVERY situation. In fact, one of your greatest challenges will be to KNOW that you are a Multidimensional Being who naturally resonates beyond the grasp of any 3D issue.
You may experience your Multidimensional SELF as a higher frequency, a sound, a color, a vibration, an energy and/or a higher intelligence. As you come to KNOW your innate protection, you will be able to easily surrender into every situation. This protective frequency of “YOU surrounding you” realizes that EVERY situation that comes into your life is your creation. If you are having a problem in your life, you created that problem so that you could learn and/or remember. We know that these statements might sound cold to those who have not yet awakened to their true SELF. They still live in a reality where something can be “out of their control.” However, surrender is not a problem for your Ascended Master SELF, as the third dimension is below your base-line resonance. For example, if you are in the water and a shark comes, you can raise your resonance and become invisible to the shark. Furthermore, the shark’s teeth cannot harm you because they will just go through your aura. Many of you are beginning to have experiences in which you resonate just a half octave above your environment. You are “in that place” and “with those people,” but you are also just above it, as if you were looking into a dream. In other words, your resonance is going “out of sync” with the physical world. At first, people will not notice this because they just saw you there and believe that you are still there. In fact, the same will hold true for you. At first, you may still believe that you are resonating to the 3D, but feel strangely detached and “spacey”. Do not judge yourself when this happens or try to “pay attention”. Instead, make sure that your body is safe and grounded then allow your bodily sensations and attention to gradually shift. It is preferable to shift gradually rather than swiftly, as fear can come into your consciousness if you change so quickly that you feel out of control.
Try to consciously recognize this experience. Stay calm and breathe slowly with longer exhales. If your body is unsafe, i.e. driving a car or walking on a road, pull your attention back to your physical body and 3D life. When you learned to drive, you first understood about braking and steering before you pushed the accelerator. The same rule applies here. First learn how to stop the experience and how to steer your body and consciousness. In this manner, you will feel in control and will not allow doubt or fear to stop you. You are learning a new way of living. If you can meditate on a regular basis, you will gain more intimacy with your Higher Expressions of SELF. These Expressions of SELF will assist you to remember what you already know within your higher Point of Perception. Without their guidance, you may believe that you are learning. Learning is a long process, whereas remembering can be instant. Many will have an instant experience, but then doubt it so much that they forget about it until later when they have gained more mastery. Doubt will be your greatest foe, as it is fear in disguise and lack of confidence in your SELF. When you feel doubt, send yourself unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness and unconditional acceptance. There is no hurry, as time is ending. Yes, your world appears to be the same in many ways, but do you really FEEL the same? You survived and even prospered in the physical world by listening to yourself and by keeping track of your instincts and interactions with your environment. You will keep this tool and hone it to a sharper edge. As you interact with the higher frequencies of your environment, your instincts will greatly expand. No matter how much you learn from others, you are your own best teacher. You learned and/or remembered how to walk. You often fell, but you still continued. Now that you are learning to run, you may fall more often. However, you are in the company of many others that are taking their baby steps as well. Most important, you have constant guidance and protection from your Higher Expressions of SELF. Begin your day communing with your SELF, think about your SELF during your day as often as you can. Think of your SELF as you drift off to sleep and as soon as you awaken. It is only within your third dimensional consciousness that you think you should do it alone. As your consciousness expands into the Theta and Delta waves, you will feel the need to actively unite your consciousness with higher expressions of your SELF. As you grow to appreciate your own higher states of consciousness, you will want to share these experiences with another and/or with a group. You will also find yourself more attached to Nature, plants, animals, waterways and even the sky. You will be getting to know Gaia in a more intimate manner and experience that Her entire planet is alive and happy to communicate with you. Do you remember when you were a child and found great fascination in a spider on a web or a bird in a tree? You will begin to return to these interests because you will be returning to the innocence and purity of your Divine Child. It is the purity and innocence of your Divine Child that will heal your many wounds from your long sojourn through the third dimension. Therefore, perceive your expanding reality through the eyes of a child in order to find the wonder and adventure within EVERY moment of the NOW. As Your KUNDALINI Rises so does Your Spiritual Awareness

Each person has this incredible and sacred energy, it is your life force and for many it is dormant and closed up - this energy we speak of today is your precious Kundalini energy. By those dear souls that have been successful to tap into this energy understands that it is an astounding powerhouse of divine planetary energy that lives within each of you and has the profound ability to access the entire universe.
Your coiled energy rests within your Base Chakra and it is this chakra and energy that will join you with the energy of your Earth. To some people, this energy is also described as the Serpent’s Light, this sacred light cleanses your entire inner body as it rises and it is clearly understood by those that have accessed this powerhouse as a natural healing energy that is most beneficial.
The energy of your awareness dear ones is due to the energy of the Kundalini that is waiting to be uncoiled. Of all the metaphysical energies you are able to utilize this one is one of the most powerful.
This sacred universal energy is opened to everyone but when you look for information regarding this powerful energy you will be directed to the wisdom of the East, mainly India. Even within some yogic practices this energy is not fully understood, but it has gained the interest of some medical scientists.
Kundalini dear ones is a Sanskrit word that defines as meaning “she who is coiled”. There is much to be learned in regards of this energy and how it is understood by the earliest people of India. It is treated with respect and admiration.
Why we encourage the Kundalini energy to be respected is mainly due to its ability to not choose of what is good or bad - it does not discern. Many dear souls that are beginning to evolve within their spirituality may feel a rise of Kundalini energy as this energy is released from your Base Chakra and as it moves throughout your inner body, it working to open all your chakras.
This curled up preternatural energy will rise upwards and through its movement it will energize each chakra it moves through and bringing them to their full operating potential.
The Kundalini energy has deep rooted connections with the Sun and has been described as a Solar Energy. This sacred energy does not only aid and increase your life energy and sexual energy but its healing energy improves the overall function of your mind, body and soul.
Not everyone is aware when their Kundalini awakens, but understand this dear ones, when it does awaken it brings great change into your life that is both uplifting and positive that empowers you to live to your own highest potential within your insight, creativity and personal energy.
The Kundalini energy is well known to being the main source for all creative intellect and psychic abilities. When this sacred energy awakens and begins to uncoil you will experience new opportunities become available and they are presented to assist you with your life, to flourish and express who you truly are.
Some dear souls when experiencing the rise of their Kundalini often undergo various feelings and vibrations which may often feel like a stinging or crawling sensation under one’s skin, as well as itching, and other similar sensory perceptions. Many dear souls have noticed cramping, sometimes muscular twitching and disorientation.
This is the time you may be able to hear your guides speaking to you; you will feel a tingling surrounding your Crown Chakra. Kundalini energy is also associated with heat, this means dear ones you will feel greatly over-heated from the inside as a results nausea may be a result. Even with us providing you with the possible symptoms of your rising Kundalini it is always a wise choice to know your body well from the inside out.
Some of the symptoms to this awakening energy could easily be from something else that is not related to your Kundalini rising. Always be aware of your body, it is your body and you are to know it better than anyone. As your Kundalini rises so your will your level of consciousness and your connection to the Divine will be more secure.
Understand dear ones once this sacred energy has uncurled itself and is rising you will eventually discover an increase of spiritual awareness as your Crown Chakra unfolds and opens. Realize dear ones this can take many months or years before your Kundalini has its full rising awareness and potential.
You can begin working on your Kundalini energy when you commit to working on your chakras and to balance them, by removing any and all obstacles that may be the cause of the natural flow of your own energy. This will require you to do some soul searching; reflecting on what could be the reasons that are causing your energy to be stagnant and unmoving. Being more involved with your chakras will help you to gain a newer level of spiritual, emotional and physical happiness and comfort.
What can also occur dear ones is your Kundalini rising when you are also going through high levels of stress and trials in your life, sometimes during meditation, fasting, even while practicing yoga. It is important to be aware that even though this sacred energy is extremely healing, depending on your sensitivity this energy may also affect you in a few disagreeable ways that will dissolve over an unprecedented amount of time.
During the times you set aside to pray, meditate or for yoga this energy very likely may be released. Embrace this energy as uncurls and moves up through your chakras until it reaches its destination within the Crown Chakra which will cause incredible vibrations of energy to move throughout your entire body.
Fully realize dear ones; your precious soul has the ability to reach its ultimate potential when the sacred Kundalini energy rises up through your chakras towards the Divine Masculinity of the Crown Chakra. Kundalini is understood as a feminine energy and the union of the Crown Chakra and the Kundalini is also known as the connection of the creative and sexual energies - it is basis of your own evolution.
Let us guide you to some deeper understanding of the Kundalini energy force. This energy as you understand rises from the Base Chakra. It moves at its own pace depending on you and the work you have done in regards of clearing and balancing not only your chakras but any obstacles that may have caused stagnation.
The Kundalini energy rises up through each chakra, activating each one until it reaches its prime destination in the Crown Chakra. This sacred healing energy ascends through a canal within your spinal cord. This canal delivers a dominant connection that links with your inner electrical system from where your peripheral spinal nerves of your body connect and relate with your brain.
Your Kundalini energy will rise along two distinct paths, a male and female path. Consider your Kundalini base energy connecting and including the incoming flow of Divine energy that is provided by the most esteemed Divine Spirit otherwise known as God.
This current of energy builds pressure which will create the forces of energy to move and rotate. As the energies in the masculine and feminine cross over and rise within each positive and negative junction passing will create a Chakra that many relate as a flower.
Understand dear ones that the Kundalini energy will combine and bring together the male and female polarizations within each of you and this energy in infinite; it has no inhibiting restraints inside or outside of yourself. Once this energy has uncurled itself and has risen, it will create an opening of your Crown Chakra and this will be the result of an increase of your own spiritual awareness.
The rising of your Kundalini may easily happen suddenly. You may feel very much as if a snake is indeed unwrapping itself from your Base Chakra and you may feel each chakra become activated as it rises.
Embrace and rejoice in these feelings, do not fear them, allow the energy to move through you naturally. Once your Kundalini begins to rise you are not to rush this process. Allow yourself to feel each stage knowing the completion of the Kundalini journey may take several months to several years.
When you are completely aware that your Kundalini is rising we encourage you to refrain from caffeinated beverages, reducing cigarette smoking or any other form of self-indulgence that you know can create blockages within your body.
Make a point to reduce any stress that accompanies you through your journey by meditating, massage and other healing remedies that work best for you. Allow your heart to guide you to what will most effective for you. Understand dear ones this is your journey. Each of you may experience some similarities but truthfully each one is different. But what is essential for all journeyers is your thirst for knowledge.
Become your own Kundalini expert through your tenacious spirit to learn all you can in regards to this area and how it will benefit each part of your life. Embrace the courage to speak to others that may have experienced their own Kundalini rising. You are not comparing notes; you are sharing, learning and ultimately growing.

A message from Wayne Dyer Here are seven suggestions to help you transcend ingrained ideas of self-importance. All of these are designed to help prevent you from falsely identifying with the self-important ego.
1. Stop being offended. The behavior of others isn’t a reason to be immobilized. That which offends you only weakens you. If you’re looking for occasions to be offended, you’ll find them at every turn. This is your ego at work convincing you that the world shouldn't be the way it is. But you can become an appreciator of life and match up with the universal Spirit of Creation. You can’t reach the power of intention by being offended. By all means, act to eradicate the horrors of the world, which emanate from massive ego identification, but stay in peace. As A Course in Miracles reminds us: Peace is of God, you who are part of God are not at home except in his peace. Being is of God, you who are part of God are not at home except in his peace. Being offended creates the same destructive energy that offended you in the first place and leads to attack, counterattack, and war.
2. Let go of your need to win. Ego loves to divide us up into winners and losers. The pursuit of winning is a surefire means to avoid conscious contact with intention. Why? Because ultimately, winning is impossible all of the time. Someone out there will be faster, luckier, younger, stronger, and smarter-and back you’ll go to feeling worthless and insignificant. You’re not your winnings or your victories. You may enjoy competing, and have fun in a world where winning is everything, but you don’t have to be there in your thoughts.
There are no losers in a world where we all share the same energy source. All you can say on a given day is that you performed at a certain level in comparison to the levels of others on that day. But today is another day, with other competitors and new circumstances to consider. You’re still the infinite presence in a body that’s another day (or decade) older. Let go of needing to win by not agreeing that the opposite of winning is losing.
That’s ego’s fear. If your body isn’t performing in a winning fashion on this day, it simply doesn’t matter when you aren’t identifying exclusively with your ego. Be the observer, noticing and enjoying it all without needing to win a trophy. Be at peace, and match up with the energy of intention. And ironically, although you’ll hardly notice it, more of those victories will show up in your life as you pursue them less.
3. Let go of your need to be right. Ego is the source of a lot of conflict and dissension because it pushes you in the direction of making other people wrong. When you’re hostile, you’ve disconnected from the power of intention. The creative Spirit is kind, loving, and receptive; and free of anger, resentment, or bitterness. Letting go of your need to be right in your discussions and relationships is like saying to ego, I’m not a slave to you.
I want to embrace kindness, and I reject your need to be right. In fact, I’m going to offer this person a chance to feel better by saying that she’s right, and thank her for pointing me in the direction of truth. When you let go of the need to be right, you’re able to strengthen your connection to the power of intention. But keep in mind that ego is a determined combatant. I’ve seen people end otherwise beautiful relationships by sticking to their need to be right.
I urge you to let go of this ego-driven need to be right by stopping yourself in the middle of an argument and asking yourself, Do I want to be right or be happy? When you choose the happy, loving, spiritual mood, your connection to intention is strengthened. These moments ultimately expand your new connection to the power of intention. The universal Source will begin to collaborate with you in creating the life you were intended to live.
4. Let go of your need to be superior. True nobility isn’t about being better than someone else. It’s about being better than you used to be. Stay focused on your growth, with a constant awareness that no one on this planet is any better than anyone else. We all emanate from the same creative life force. We all have a mission to realize our intended essence; all that we need to fulfill our destiny is available to us. None of this is possible when you see yourself as superior to others. It’s an old saw, but nonetheless true: we are all equal in the eyes of God.
Let go of your need to feel superior by seeing the unfolding of God in everyone. Don’t assess others on the basis of their appearance, achievements, possessions, and other indices of ego. When you project feelings of superiority that’s what you get back, leading to resentments and ultimately hostile feelings. These feelings become the vehicle that takes you farther away from intention. A Course in Miracles addresses this need to be special and superior: Special ness always makes comparisons. It is established by a lack seen in another, and maintained by searching for, and keeping clear in sight, all lacks it can perceive.
5. Let go of your need to have more. The mantra of ego is more. It’s never satisfied. No matter how much you achieve or acquire, your ego will insist that it isn’t enough. You’ll find yourself in a perpetual state of striving, and eliminate the possibility of ever arriving. Yet in reality you’ve already arrived, and how you choose to use this present moment of your life is your choice. Ironically, when you stop needing more, more of what you desire seems to arrive in your life.
Since you’re detached from the need for it, you find it easier to pass it along to others, because you realize how little you need in order to be satisfied and at peace. The universal Source is content with itself, constantly expanding and creating new life, never trying to hold on to its creations for its own selfish means.
It creates and lets go. As you let go of ego’s need to have more, you unify with that Source. You create, attract to yourself, and let it go, never demanding that more come your way. As an appreciator of all that shows up, you learn the powerful lesson St.Francis of Assisi taught:”…it is in giving that we receive.” By allowing abundance to flow to and through you, you match up with your Source and guarantee that this energy will continue to flow.
6. Let go of identifying yourself on the basis of your achievements. This may be a difficult concept if you think you are your achievements. God writes all the music, God sings all the songs, God builds all the buildings, God is the source of all your achievements. I can hear your ego loudly protesting. Nevertheless, stay tuned to this idea. All emanates from Source! You and that Source are one! You’re not this body and its accomplishments. You are the observer. Notice it all; and be grateful for the abilities you’ve accumulated.
But give all the credit to the power of intention, which brought you into existence and which you’re a materialized part of. The less you need to take credit for your achievements and the more connected you stay to the seven faces of intention, the more you’re free to achieve, and the more will show up for you. It’s when you attach yourself to those achievements and believe that you alone are doing all of those things that you leave the peace and the gratitude of your Source.
7. Let go of your reputation. Your reputation is not located in you. It resides in the minds of others. Therefore, you have no control over it at all. If you speak to 30 people, you will have 30 reputations. Connecting to intention means listening to your heart and conducting yourself based on what your inner voice tells you is your purpose here. If you’re overly concerned with how you’re going to be perceived by everyone, then you’ve disconnected yourself from intention and allowed the opinions of others to guide you.
This is your ego at work. It’s an illusion that stands between you and the power of intention. There’s nothing you can’t do, unless you disconnect from the power source and become convinced that your purpose is to prove to others how masterful and superior you are and spend your energy attempting to win a giant reputation among other egos. Do what you do because your inner voice always connected to and grateful to your Source-so directs you.
Stay on purpose, detach from outcome, and take responsibility for what does reside in you: your character. Leave your reputation for others to debate; it has nothing to do with you. Or as a book title says: What You Think of Me Is None of My Business!

Profound message from Lord Metatron about Ascension and Transmutation changes in the physical human body
“I Am Metatron. I have been asked to serve by dictating information that will assist you in moving through the transitions that are ahead for the planet and all life on the planet during the ascension.
This planet, and all species of life on the planet are in the process of ascension. Ascension means that all first and second dimensional lifeforms will “move up” to third dimensional lifeforms.
Humans, or third dimensional lifeforms, will graduate to either fourth dimensional worlds or fifth dimensional oneness depending on their level of evolution and their intent. The ascension is occurring now as a step by step progression, and will continue one way or another, for that is the will of all.
Normally, planets and the species of life incarnate on the planet are ascended via cataclysmic disasters that usher in a death-resurrection cycle.In this cycle, as was demonstrated by Christ, disasters create planetary death. Because this is the way ascension usually occurs, it is known and understood very well at the level of the Universal Mind.
That is why, since ancient times, there have been prophecies of terrible destruction to occur at end times. The Resurrection Cycle ( Resurrection Dispensation ) Now is the Ascension, where all life begins anew, at a new level of consciousness in a Higher Dimensional World. This does not mean reincarnation, for that carries the concept of Karma with it, and before ascension can become a probability, all Karma must be cleared.
It does not mean existence only as a spirit in celestial worlds, ascension is also physical. As a process, it changes the physical body while merging the body and the spirit into one being. This being is a perfected being of light, in a physical body of light.
This ascension progression actually began thousands of years ago, with the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt. The story of Moses leading his people out of bondage is a metaphor for the ascension progression. The incarnation of Jesus was a major turning point for the process because as an Avatar, Jesus was capable of taking on the “sins” or Karma of all humans and transmuting that energy to light.
Because of his redemption, a gentle ascension became possible. This ascension, evolves through a series of steps, until a state as a light being becomes possible. The redemption of Christ was the beginning step of the Light Body progression. This first step took nearly two thousand years to complete.
Light Body was introduced as an experiment in 1988, only seven months after Harmonic Convergence. It is an experiment because an ascension has never been attempted this way. This method, both a graduated increase of light within the physical bodies of all lifeforms and the planet and an increase in the vibratory level, has never been attempted before in ANY ascending universe.
There are theories within the Universal Mind about how that process will work out, but at times the results have differed from the anticipated. In these cases revisions are made. As a foundation for the information I will give later, I must explain the Light Body progression to you.
You must understand this process first at a personal level. This personal level is how Light Body will affect you physically, emotionally and mentally. Then I will give information on how Light Body will affect the planet and how it will affect the structures of your society.
I consider the most important and exciting aspect of Light Body to be that this experiment transforms your physical shell into an appropriate vehicle to merge completely with your higher self, and happens concurrently with the physical process.
This merging is created by a series of descensions of spirit, which are timed by the amount of light you are holding within your cells. The amount of light held by the physical cells is keyed to the level of Light Body, and the higher the level, the less dense the body.
The more light you hold in your physical body, the greater the level of spirit you can contain within the body. Toward the end of the Light Body process, just proceeding the shift into ascension, you will merge completely with your Higher Self. The descensions of spirit are the mechanisms used to bring in, or turn on, the spiritual gifts of the ascended masters.
Light Body has twelve levels or steps, and as each step is completed the changes that have occurred physically must be integrated in all areas of the life and the spirit. Light Body is designed to bring up all your human issues as you progress, and each higher level brings up a deeper layer to the issues than the layer before it.
This is to assist you in becoming clear mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As the issues emerge, you may allow Christ’s redemption to transmute it for you. There is a void space at the end of each Light Body level that we call ego death, and it may manifest as depression or a sense of nothingness.
This void is to be used as a rest stop before you continue your journey. This void is an energetic place where nothing exists, and you are able to build a new picture of yourself and your life before you move to the next step.
The void is an integration chamber, or perhaps I could describe it as a cocoon, where you can rest and form the beautiful butterfly you are to become in your next step. The first six steps of Light Body were structured for gradual change at all levels with regular spiritual awakenings interspersed with the physical, mental and emotional changes.
From seventh level through tenth level Light Body the progress changes and is focused on one area of your experience at a time. For example, in seventh level most of you experienced your first descension of spirit, and a noticeable spiritual awakening with it.
You may have manifested clairvoyance, clairaudience, or a kinesthetic awareness of energy with the awakening. I am discussing this level in the past tense, because currently the planet is shifting into the beginning of ninth
level. It is a very painful experience to be at a lower vibratory rate than the planet you exist on, which is the case for those who are below eighth level.
Because you are reading this article, I am certain you would be somewhere between the void of late eighth level, to eleventh level in the Light Body progression. You would not have an interest in spiritually oriented literature if you were in the lower levels. Eighth level Light Body creates body changes in some extreme ways.
Physical symptoms similar to viral syndromes are very common. During this level, you may have noticed that you caught a cold once a month. Other symptoms are headaches (behind the eyes) as the optic nerve pathways for light are turned on and the pineal gland becomes activated.
You may have earaches, air pressure changes, itching inside the ears, as your hearing structures are rewired to decode light transmissions, and excessive perspiration or diarrhea as you drop density from the cells of your body.
One perspective on these changes is that you are adding a third physical strand to your D.N.A. For some, the body may resist the density drop because of the descensions of spirit. A symptom of that resistance is weight gain.
Human bodies have a tendency to try to cope with descensions by becoming bigger to contain the spiritual mass coming into it.The only effective way to stop the weight gain once it has started, is physical exercise. I mean very hard exercise such as weight lifting, bicycling, running, or swimming. The exercise must be sufficient to begin building muscle mass.
Creating muscle mass will protect your nervous system, for the energies coming in with each descension is much stronger than your nervous system is accustomed to. Adipose tissue cannot protect the nervous system as muscle does by accepting the overflow from the nervous system. Adipose tissue will “fry” as these energies overflow, and the result is damage to the insulin receptors within the cells.
This throws the metabolism out of balance, and the result is weight gain. The muscle mass created by exercise will take the overload from the nervous system, and will convince the body consciousness that it is “big enough” to hold the spirit. You may begin to notice flashing colors on your inner screen, geometric equations moving through your mind, or hear a hum.
This is the beginning of the translation facility, and will allow you to turn light code into cognitive understanding and comprehension. The grids around the planet constantly transmit messages to the life forms incarnate on the planet. These messages come through in a form called light packets, and are coded. I call it “light code”.
This information must be “decoded” or converted to conscious thought, so you can understand it and use it in your life. These messages are designed to give instruction, and to explain what is occurring energetically at the higher dimensional frequencies.
If you are a sensitive who can hear the hum, a sharp tone, buzzing, please acknowledge this to your guides. They are trying to assist you to get the light code transmissions, but they cannot verify that you hear it unless you respond.
Your guides will try to assist you by turning up the volume and frequency of the audible light code until they see a response from you. The light code as a hum, can become very annoying and even physically uncomfortable. If you are experiencing this symptom, “ask” your guides to turn down the volume and calibrate the frequency so it will not be irritating or debilitating for you.
These eighth level changes can take up to two years for a human. It has taken three years for the planet. Ninth level is about integrating the spiritual changes from seventh level and the physical changes of eighth into your physical life. In ninth level, relationships are your focus, for it is through relationships that you test yourself and the changes that have been wrought within you.
You may find that any relationship based on control or manipulation becomes intolerable, and many relationships end during this phase. You may also find that your work in the world changes as you integrate your new identity. The void of ninth level Light Body can be very painful, for after so much focus on relationships, this void requires you to ultimately be alone with yourself.
After all, the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you have, is it not? Ninth level ends (and sometimes begins) with fairly massive descensions, giving you yet another relationship to integrate as a part of your process.
At the beginning of tenth level, life feels new, and you may feel newly born and very tender. Tenth level is the beginning of the spiritual awakening that will lead to your mastery of the abilities that mark the spiritual masters and adepts.
These abilities, or gifts of the spirit, will become stronger as you become energetically clearer. In tenth level the focus will be on manifesting these spiritual gifts, and then integrating the gifts fully so they are usable in your physical, everyday life. Your greatest natural spiritual gift will be the first to manifest in tenth level, and your other gifts of the spirit will open later in a gradual way.
You will be required to live by your spiritual gifts. If you are clairvoyant, for example, you must make decisions by what you perceive clairvoyantly - not by what you perceive physically. Your clairvoyance will literally overtake your physical sight during tenth level. You may notice one day that you are very clearly seeing three curbs and sidewalks.
Deciding where to place your foot may be very confusing. You will be seeing the physical curb and sidewalk, the etheric curb and sidewalk, and the fourth dimensional curb and sidewalk. If you rely completely on your clairvoyance, not the physical sense of sight, you will know where to step. If you use the physical sense of sight you may trip a few times in a public place.
Eventually you will learn how to process this type of vision. The process of becoming clear is one of releasing stored energy from the emotional body and the mental body, and relocating that energy to the spiritual body where it becomes usable, through which miracles are created.
The only difference between an Avatar and an ordinary man is the location of the energy held within the energy bodies. An ordinary man has all his energy “locked-up” in stored emotions and memories in the emotional body, and beliefs, dogmas and thoughts in the mental body.
The ordinary man has a flat spiritual body, for there is no energy to spare from the demands of the emotions and thoughts. An avatar has clear emotional and mental bodies. All the energy held within an Avatar’s subtle bodies, is stored in the Spiritual Body.
For a Master, the energy associated with emotion flows into the emotional body from the spiritual body IN THE MOMENT, and is released to the spiritual body once the emotional stimulus has ended. The energy associated with a thought flows from the spiritual body to the mental body, and then is released to the spiritual body as the thought is completed.
This leaves an Avatar’s energy free, to use according to his will. The spiritual energy is available to an avatar because it is not consumed by thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and memories. This is the energetic structure each of you must create in your energy bodies, during tenth and eleventh level Light Body. This will allow each of you to perform miracles such as manifesting thought into physical reality.
Eleventh level of Light Body is a natural progression from tenth, and many times the transition is so easy, the shift isn’t noticed. The spiritual abilities continue to grow, and the physical body begins to change in appearance. Your physical body becomes luminous, glowing, and appears very beautiful.
You might have friends and acquaintances suddenly remarking that you look younger, or that you have changed in some way that is indefinable. Eleventh level brings deeper levels of processing on your emotional issues. At this level you must deal with all your beliefs and thought forms around death and loss.
You might create disillusionment, or even find you are creating your deepest fears within your physical life so you can clear them completely by experiencing them. Any stored energy held in the emotional or mental body after tenth level is completed must be released to the spiritual body in eleventh level.
If you do not deal with those issues while you are in tenth level, you will manifest them in your lives within the eleventh. But, you truly have nothing to fear but fear itself when you are at eleventh level Light Body.
Twelfth level Light Body is the Ascension. It is marked by the movement of the Merkabah into the heart center of your body. The Merkabah can most easily be described as a golden ball of light. It is the Vehicle of your Ascension, and a major initiation for you when it happens.
That event is the beginning of your personal Ascension into a Fifth Dimensional world of Oneness. The Ascension can occur at an individual level, it can occur within a group, or it will occur as a part of the collective experience. You will Ascend when you are Ready, whether you do it alone, as a part of a group, or as a part of the ‘Planetary Shift’ yet to come.
There is not a period for the ascension in any way. At an individual level there are ascensions occurring daily. Since Harmonic Convergence the energy has been available for the shift into a Fifth Dimensional Consciousness while in a physical body.
There are many beings, who are incarnate because they have volunteered to serve by testing the Light Body experiment. They are the first ones to move into Ascension. For the rest of you, the Light Body program will continue until you are ready, and then you will shift. Ascension is a very simple thing. It is a change that occurs in an instant, but you are still here.
The Sun will still shine and the Stars will still twinkle. The difference is Joy, your ability to live Joy and to feel Joy. The easiest way to verify that Ascension has happened is to note the quality of joy in a person’s life. The beginning of the Ascension is when a person begins living life by creating their fantasies as their reality. I, Metatron can define JOY as Nirvana, Ecstasy, or Rapture.
It is that state of ‘Oneness with God.’ It can also be defined as your center or being on your center. That clear space you can achieve in meditation where energy is flowing and you feel that absolute Cosmic Oneness with all. Whatever brings you pleasure or feelings of lightness, and whatever you would define as joy, is a pathway to that state.
If you are working as a part of a spiritual group, you will experience a series of faster shifts in your processing. When one member of your group notices the embodiment of the Merkabah, you all will have received it, and will soon become aware of it also. The individual members may not have noticed this occurring at first, but at least one member of the group was ready for it, and as a result the entire group will get the benefit.
A group working on Ascension has a tremendous advantage because Fifth Dimensional Consciousness is a consciousness of “Oneness” or in other words, the group is One. Working with a group creates enormous synergistic energy, where each of you is far more powerful than you would be if you were alone.
It also gives each member a chance to learn to relate both as individuals, and from oneness within the group. This is an essential fifth dimensional consciousness shift that everyone must make. As individuals and groups focus on Ascension, they should focus on beginning to recreate their lives as absolute masterpieces of joy.
As they do so, they will begin to live from joy, and later, they will become Joy. As each of you does this, you will begin to shift everyone you come into contact with in your daily life, broadcasting the energy of joy to them and waking them up to that frequency.
The Mass Ascension will occur when the majority of ascending humans on the planet are existing in this state of joy, and not until. The reason for this fact, is that this planetary experience is one of free agency. In this Multi-dimensional Universe, free agency is Divine Law.
As individuals and groups focus on ascension, they should focus on beginning to recreate their lives as absolute masterpieces of joy. As they do so, they will begin to live from joy, and later, they will become joy. As each of you does this, you will begin to shift everyone you come into contact with in your daily life, broadcasting the energy of joy to them and waking them up to that frequency.
The mass ascension will occur when the majority of ascending humans on the planet are existing in this state of joy, and not until. The reason for this fact, is that this planetary experience is one of free agency. In this dimensional universe, free agency is divine law.
When the majority of you are living from joy, the planetary experience will have moved into a world of love and oneness. When the majority of you have given up the game of polarity because you have learned all you could, and have by your own choices moved into joy and oneness, the mass ascension will occur.
Until that time comes, and it will, the Light Body progression will continue. The ascension will take as long as it takes, and humanity as a collective group, in the end, decides the timing of the great event. Free agency cannot be tampered with, not even for the highest of purposes, not even to create the ascension.
The point I wish to make with this information is that the greatest way each of you can serve God, serve all mankind, serve the planet, and to serve yourselves is to create your lives as masterpieces of joy. Be ruthless in evaluating your lives, and clear everything that does not bring you joy. Let go of old emotions and old issues, for they are consuming the energy you could be feeling joy with.
If you focus on this as the entire process, and focus on learning to live from joy as your path of initiation, you will become the adept or spiritual master you desire to be. You will assist everyone you meet, by your very presence, and you will be anchoring the energies of joy for the planet as well, to assist her in birthing a new level of manifestation for all.
This ecstatic state of union with God is a part of the potential that is open for all. This path of joy makes the ascension so very simple, for all that is required is for each individual to begin focusing on, and taking full responsibility for his life. Live life as a masterpiece of JOY.
The planetary changes that have been prophesied for these times you are living in are frightening for many. Since you have nothing to fear but fear, I will bring forth information about how the Light Body process has changed the probable future for the planet. I have described the process for you as it affects your physical self and your personal life. I will now explain how Light Body impacts the planet, for the planet is physical, and the entire basis for sustenance of your physical life.
As you become a being of light the planet also changes. The planet is becoming a sphere of crystal and light. When the Light Body experiment began in 1988, the planet was shifted into third level Light Body. The planet shifted into a higher level each year after; fourth level in 1989, fifth level in 1990, and sixth level in 1991.
The planet entered seventh level on Jan. 11, 1992 with the 11:11 gateway, and remained there until the next gateway opening which was 5/5/92. This gateway initiated the beginning of eighth level Light Body for the planetary process, and with that level of Light Body, earth changes were most probable. Planetary shifts have always been ushered in by a series of technologies I call gateways.
Gateways are energetic conduits opened from a higher dimensional universe to this one. These conduits bring through the energies necessary to pattern mass consciousness, change planetary vibrations, and to change dimensional frequencies.
A gateway requires the assistance of the space brothers and many beings on higher dimensional frequencies to create it and to refine the energies for the specified purpose. The purpose of a gateway, and its timing is the domain of the Light Councils, or Karmic Board, and the Ascended Masters of The Great White Brotherhood.
These councils oversee the progress, and assist when needed. The 5/5/92 gateway purposes were to forestall probabilities around cataclysmic disasters, which were most likely as the planet began losing density. The greatest probable disaster is a pole shift. The 5/5/92 gateway began the shift between the in-breath of God and the out-breath of God.
The shift between an expanding Universe and a contracting Universe. This gateway, 5/5/92, signaled the still time between the two directions. This still time continues until 2012 when the in-breath of Lord Brahma begins. This physical Universe has been expanding, fragmenting out into individuation. When the contraction begins (in-breath of Lord Brahma) it is the merging of the fragments into Oneness.
This Grid shift from Eastern Hemisphere to the West (Mount Shasta) was engineered to aid those who are known as lightworkers at this time of change, for the Grid shift allowed the planetary frequencies to shift upward into what is known as the lower fourth dimensional frequencies.
This brought the planetary vibration into what is known as the astral worlds. These worlds are still worlds of polarity and illusion, but they are far less physical. It makes it possible for each of you to begin opening potentials of joy for yourselves, and as you do, the disasters become less probable. Those who are aware and those who are learning to use spiritual power to create in the physical can use the energies from the new grid alignment to create their personal version of “Heaven on Earth”.
There were many of you requesting this assistance, for many lightworkers wanted to be able to precipitate thought into matter. The greatest way to release enemy patterning is to move yourself into a space where you believe there are no enemies. Move yourself into a space where there is no question about the need to protect your rights.
Move yourself into the attitude that, yes, you have the absolute right to possess and bear arms, but where would the necessity to use those weapons ever come from? This is a world at peace! This is one of the things that will be shifting drastically as a result of the Silent Revolution.
With the Shifting in Energy the illusion of having enemies will become less and less real, until it no longer exists. Become clear within each of yourselves about how you interpret these violent events, and what they are mirroring for you. Become clear within yourself about how you perceive the need to have arms, and what your values are.
Work through these issues on your own level, in your own life, until you can create a perception of an absolutely safe, stable world. For other people in your life, who have concerns and fears about these political issues, assist them by your ability to bring through energy.
Facilitate their efforts to process their beliefs, until they can arrive at a place where they are secure and without fear, and have the attitudes that this is the time of Peace, let us welcome it. If you can do these things it will be of great service to the light, your assistance in shifting the Mass Consciousness on these issues.
It is of interest that on the macro, people are willing to do away with nuclear arms. Destroy them, dismantle them, make their use illegal. But on a personal level, they will cling so tightly to their own firearms. Divine law is - as the inner, so the outer. It must happen at the personal level first, then it will manifest internationally. If you truly want to outlaw nuclear arms, begin within your own lives.
Normally, before the energy realigns itself in a balanced way, the pendulum will swing very far from side to side. The hope is that this issue is just a pendulum swing before the attitudes balance themselves. Other movements you are seeing politically are to create reforms in the Welfare system.
These shifts are the result of the gateway that opened on 6.6.94. That gateway was one of self-empowerment. But along with self-empowerment comes the requirement of self-reliance. This gateway brought through a new model for a Self Empowered - Female.
The archetype of the Goddess Athena is something each lady carries within her consciousness. An activated model of this archetype of an Empowered Female was beamed through the gateway from the ship Athena. This opened up a remedy for many social ills in the Western World, for how can you have an Ascending Planet or Species, if over one half of the population is in a “less than” position?
Many women are treated as less than, earning less than, less opportunity, less education, relegated to welfare, relegated to poor circumstances and unequal opportunities. To change that, women must also step into their power. The energy to support the feminine is available, and has been since the reawakening of the forces of nature at the 12.21.91 gateway.
Each of you who are aware and empowered must focus on filling the void with joy, and shifting the forms of your lives quickly and easily. As you do this, the transitions from the old forms to the new will be traversed quickly and easily by the majority as well. For those of you who are working actively on your own ascension, you are carrying a great burden.
That burden is in living impeccably. You cannot create something on the level of the macro (collective) without first bringing it into the micro (personal). As above, so below - that is divine law. You must first create within your own life what you desire in your society, social structure, and country. There are many of you incarnate, with the Divine Mission to realign the law to more closely resemble Divine Law.
You are here to shift the entire collective around the issues of politics, economics, government, and law. You must use and live by the principles of Divine Law in your own lives first, before you can bring them through at the mass consciousness level. Create a life without a need for defense or violence, without a need for political polarity, without the need for welfare programs, and without the need for treatment of disease.
Create your lives as a world of peace, joy, security, and equality. The outer world will follow your lead. This world you are living in is now a fourth dimensional world - an astral world. It is still a world of polarity, but there is a difference. That polarity is just an illusion!
There are stories from every path of initiation about “The Guardian of the Threshold,” and most often the Guardian is a terrible monster. When an initiate is developed enough to travel to the astral worlds, the first thing the initiate will encounter is the Guardian. The initiate must defeat the Guardian to make further progress on their Spiritual Path.
This is considered a Test, and the Test must be passed, or the instruction of the Master stops. Every Esoteric tradition has it’s method of how to deal with the Guardian, and overcome it. The one universal truth about this test, is that the Guardian is you. That terrible demon is an astral apparition of your worst fears.
A monster yes, but it is nothing more than an illusion. In every tradition the solution is for the initiate to release their fears and personal demons and then they will overcome the Guardian. It will just disappear.
That is why each spiritual tradition, or path of initiation, has always had a focus on developing clarity, and personal qualities such as humility, forgiveness, and love. These qualities are the only way you can pierce the illusions of the astral worlds. As in the traditions of old, and in the Ascension Progression today, the Upper Dimensional Frequencies are not opened to the initiate until this Test has been passed.
In an initiation, there is no failure. If the test is not passed, the lesson is merely repeated until the initiate gets it. This is the best metaphor I can give you to describe the experiences you are having in this dimensional frequency. Remember, the Guardian is just an illusion, and polarity is just an illusion. If you release those illusions and beliefs, release those fears, the Guardian disappears!
The world you experience will recreate itself around your new reality perceptions. The assistance of all the hosts of heaven is available to each of you, but you must ask. We cannot violate your free agency, even to assist you.
All the assistance you need to walk through these changes peacefully and joyfully is available to each of you. This information is given to you to assure you that all is well. My role is to shift your fears, to assure you of divine love, and to awaken you to potentials you may have to assist the collective. Each of you has only one responsibility in this lifetime, and that responsibility is for YOUR OWN LIFE.
Divine law is As Above - So Below; As the Inner - So the Outer. When you perceive difficulties, enemies, or bogey men, in the outside world around you, look to your inner life for they will exist there as well. If you clear these perceptions from your inner life you will find that magically, your outer life, your experience, and perceptions shift, this is divine law.
You can bring about the elimination of polarity very simply - by working on your own life, and that is all each of you are required to do. Go forward and create of your life an absolute masterpiece of joy. The tools are given to you, the power is given to you, and all the assistance and guidance that you could possibly need is available.
Each of you must actually DO IT, and as you do it you will transform your world and the larger world as well. You have nothing left to fear but fear itself - for fear is the last great evil that remains in the world.
Work on your fear, and eliminate it from your mental body and emotional body, and as you do so you will eliminate it from your life. Fear is the only enemy left, and that enemy is only located within each of you.
Truly, the great ones are those who are incarnate at this time of change. Your initiation is nearly complete. All that remains is for each of you to pass the tests of Joy.

Good Morning, Mark, this is Bren-Ton, speaking on behalf of all aboard Athabantian. Good Morning, Bren-Ton, my very best to everyone. What now follows on these pages of your web site, Mark, is a series of conversations between those of us stationed aboard Athabantian and you.
No more will we supply information and insights from a seemingly higher perspective. From now on we will be conversing with one who opened the door to the higher dimensions for all to enter. On behalf of all in physical form, we salute all Earth humans of light who stepped forward to undertake this courageous, beautiful act on December 21, 2012. We are totally in awe of the extraordinary changes that have occurred.
I am almost at a loss for words to communicate with you. You and other planetary lightworkers have created a miracle. We congratulate you all. For most people on Earth, the much-publicized date of December 21, 2012 came and went. There were no dramatic earth changes, no special appearances of extra-planetary craft, and no unusual religious events. Nothing of note was different, particularly to those caught in 3rd Dimension energies.
What most people on your planet failed to recognize were the extraordinary events of that date and their tremendous importance not only to Earth but to all in the cosmos. Of almost equal importance was the unprecedented event of December 12, 2012. I will now address 12-12-12 from our perspective; another will come to communicate with you about 12-21-12. For many millennia, we of Andromeda watched as Earth and other 3rd Dimension planets struggled under the yoke of fear, rigid structures, and conflict.
Over the past two thousand years we have seen changes wrought step by step as Earth humans climbed into what its termed the modern world, and as a small number became lightworkers rising above the confines of the 3rd Dimension. As of 12-12-12, the matrix that supported the 3rd Dimension is no more.
We watched as a small number of these lightworkers of Earth, along with the celestial creators of the 3rd Dimension, removed its underpinnings. When you volunteered to incarnate on Earth, we were hopeful that this signaled the moment of the long anticipated Great Transformation.
What has occurred is beyond our wildest expectations. What has occurred affects all in Andromeda, and all in creation. I see that you wish to ask a question. What do you think it means to those of us on Earth that the 3rd Dimension is coming to an end As I said before, we watched the underpinnings of the 3rd Dimension collapse.
Never before have we witnessed such an occurrence. The very substance that enabled 3rd Dimension to exist on your planet and elsewhere is no more. Those who created 3rd Dimension as a floor for physical form withdrew its underlying matrix. This is incredible.
Those who rely on 3rd Dimension will no longer have a foundation from which they may operate. Their structures are now on sand rather than rock. Those who wish to flee from the 3rd Dimension will find it so much easier to accomplish this because 3rd Dimension tentacles are no more. All that remains of these are the leftovers from eons of people existing in lower vibrations.
Now those who are sitting on the fence will find a decision to move out of the 3rd Dimension much easier to make. From our perspective, we see the end of strife coming from beings who adhere to the ways of the 3rd Dimension. This means no more violence and wars. This means truth will reign, not deceit and misinformation. This means the end of hatred and judgment.
This means no more poverty while the wealthy amass fortunes. This means the end of self-serving governments. This means the end of corporations preying on consumers. This means the end of religions twisting people’s beliefs. What a glorious adventure in which you find yourself. We are most happy for you.
Your courage and risk-taking have been rewarded, and in ways not foreseen when you volunteered to incarnate on Earth. Congratulations to all who are making this possible, to all who are holding the light, and to all who have worked to raise their personal vibrations. Much of what we communicated to you previously, much of what conscious people believe, and much of what lightworkers talk about today has been totally outdated by the events of 12-12-12.
The demise of the 3rd Dimension requires a completely new way of seeing everything, a new way of living for everyone in physical form. May I ask another question? Certainly. What affect does the demise of the 3rd Dimension have upon Andromeda and Andromedans? As you are well aware, Andromeda never participated in the fall of consciousness.
We have retained our higher vibrations throughout the millennia as 3rd Dimension ruled many star systems. Thus the demise of the 3rd Dimension does not affect us directly. However, we will no longer have to defend ourselves from the onslaught of those in the 3rd Dimension.
We will no longer have to sit by as those in 3rd climb out of it. (For you see, we were loth to engage in the 3rd Dimension lest we become trapped in its low vibrations.) We did supply starships such as Athabantian that continuously beamed light energies to those in 3rd Dimension. How did the 3rd Dimension come about?
The 3rd Dimension was created to place a floor under the fall of consciousness. It was a vast matrix affecting many star systems. It was very rigid and of low vibration. It succeeded, but had unintended consequences. From its rigid structure came fear, judgment, hierarchies, violence and deceit.
Divine love, while always present in the hearts of all, was largely absent or twisted as a control mechanism. It has taken many millennia for the small groups of lightworkers to ascend through this to a point that those who created 3rd Dimension could work with them to dismiss it.
Earth was the focal point of this effort because it was the darkest of the 3rd Dimension planets. Any more questions? Not for now. Thank you for this communication. You are most welcome, Mark. ___________________________________________ Good morning, Mark, this is Adrial. Good Morning. I come to you this day in oneness for your vibration is high. I come as one who is most happy for you and for what has occurred on Earth these past days. You are one of a few out of the six billion people on your planet who actively assisted the opening of a new era for your world.
As you know, what has occurred as a result of this unique cooperation between humans of Earth and the highest celestial beings resulted in an entirely new way of being for all in the cosmos. A celestial such as I already feels the affects of what has taken placed. Earth has been, and still is, the focal point of a remake of the order of the universe.
The New Earth is the focal point for the transmutation of all in physical form into the light of the Creator, and into oneness with the All There Is. What is occurring is indeed the most important event since the original creation of form, not just physical form, all form.
I wish to acknowledge the participation of all who have made this possible. For without their participation as physical beings in physical form, along with the most senior celestials, none of this could have happened. It required those of you in physical form to make the transmutation that those of in non-physical form could never have done by ourselves as much as we might have wished it.
With the closing of the 3rd Dimension matrix, as Bren-Ton addressed, those in physical form now can turn to the lighter vibrations that will ultimately lead to everyone in physical form achieving a crystalline-based existence. With this crystalline-based existence comes the way to the higher vibrations of twelve Dimensions. With this crystalline-based existence comes the oneness with the All There Is, with the Godhead.
With this crystalline-based existence all that you have known as 3rd Dimension individuals will be transmuted.
May I ask a question? Yes. What is life in a crystalline body like? Crystalline form allows you to communicate telepathically. Crystalline form allows you to live as long as you wish and never experience 3rd Dimension death.
Crystalline form allows you to be a full 12th Dimension being. As you might imagine, your friendships and relations with others will be quite different. Mark, life in a crystalline body will be quite different from what you have experienced thus far, even in Andromeda. Will Earth have a crystalline form?
Yes, Earth will return to her the crystalline form that she possessed prior to the fall of consciousness. Then she will again shine with a light of her own, shine like a star. What of my brothers and sisters of Andromeda? Were they not already of a higher Dimension? You are quite right, all of Andromeda exists at the lighter Dimensions.
What the opening of the 12-21-12 door means for them is that they will now be able to achieve full 12th Dimension empowerment. What of those who do not wish to ascend? First, until all in creation are in oneness with All There Is, none will be in total Oneness. Second, it will require time, not time as you know it, but the coincidence of events for this to take place.
We who are of the angelic realm measure time in millions of years, and so shall you of the crystalline bodies. It will require eons to coalesce everyone into Oneness. Didn’t you previously tell me that something like this was about to happen? Indeed I did, about one year ago. Mark, I do not believe that you are able to fully comprehend what happened on 12-21-12, and that is okay.
All of creation has been affected by the opening of the 12-21-12 door so that the humans of Earth can pass into the lighter dimensions. By opening this door, it will make it much easier for all in physical form to do so. Some may still refuse to accept this invitation, and that is okay for in the end all will return to Creator. Realize things are happening to you even as we converse. Realize that things will change quite quickly for linear time is collapsing.
Be open to allow all to transmute. Many will attempt to impose old ways of behaving and doing. Do not actively resist them. Focus on the transmutation of all to the fullness of a crystalline existence. Abiquor will assist in this process, showing the way to live in crystalline form.
Looking about you today, you can see those who are achieving a lighter way of being, each in his or her own way. While these are admirable, they are not the fullness of all that is to be. They are constrained by living in the 3rd Dimension soup of your planets current existence. Move beyond this soup, dismiss all remnants of the lower ways of beings.
Flower into fullness of the higher ways. This is your mission, Mark, help all to keep their eye on the ultimate objective, not settle for half-way measures. Help them to internalize what they can perceive of the new. Just because they cannot see to specifics created by an extrapolation of what is currently in place does not excuse them from looking beyond the current paradigm into the fullness of the higher dimensions.
Assist them to see beyond the confines of their rational minds. All will change in time. The more quickly all on your planet allow it to happen, the more quickly all in the universe can move upward. Earth and its humans are the pacing factor; help them to transform without carrying the baggage of the 3rd Dimension density with them. I am beginning to see my path.

So lately there is yet another weird thing going on with me...as if the list is not long enough lol!
I keep banging into stuff, as if my spatial awareness button has been turned off...even though I am grounding and grounding and grounding...
it's like my body doesn't fit in the space or something...
In the past when I banged into stuff and hurt myself I would immediately become aware of my thoughts and they were usually negative,so it was like I was getting my own attention to shift them...
But now this is different...it's like my awareness of space has changed...does this make sense?
Anyone else experiencing this?
Also I will be going somewhere,like driving back home, and all of the sudden I look around and don't recognize where I am for it does not look familiar,yet it should be, and it is very strange,yet I am not scared but feel a great sense of freedom...the first time it happened it was very disconcerting however...
(My feeling is that maybe something going on with my brain?...pineal gland etc...)
Oh well...keep moving forward...just going to have to try to keep myself in one piece lol.

Beloved shinning beacons of light on the Earth, we bow down to you with tremendous respect and love. We, your guides, friends and loved ones of the inner planes are here to support you as you move through an immense process of your ascension.
Maybe you feel as if you cannot or do not fully understand why certain experiences, creations and expressions are manifesting in your reality, why you choose certain choices over others. I wish to share with you that the instruction book, the planned circumstances by your soul, the limitations and boundaries set for you and set by you in the past are now being cast aside. You are being rewarded for all your devotion to your spiritual connection and awakening with the reality that is free from limitations. There is no longer a goal to work to in a certain time, the clock is no longer ticking to push you forward along your spiritual path, and there are no longer goals that need to be achieved in or with certain limitations. In truth there is no longer a goal to be achieved. The boundaries, limitations, goals and inspiration which led you through the past phase of ascension are fal ling away. In truth you are being given responsibly and freedom. It could seem as if your purpose has been taken away from you. It is far easier to energise yourself and passion to achieve certain levels of growth when you feel that time is running short or when there is a goal post in sight. As you exist in this new reality and phase of energy, there is no goal post for you to strive to reach in a certain time. Your purpose remains the same, to experience oneness with the Creator and all aspects of the Creator, to master and know yourself and therefore the Creator more fully and to open your heart to be a channel of love and all that is the Creator. Your purpose has maybe never been so vivid but you now have the tools, the time, the freedom to achieve these goals as you wish, where you wish, with who you wish and in the time that you wish.
Ascension for you could take four days, five months, sixteen years or in truth as long as you choose. There are no set rules as to how long ascension should take, whether you achieve it in a group or as an individual, whether you choose to ask for help or not. There is no longer a wrong and right. In truth everything that you have held onto as truth in your reality and realisations about your spiritual self and practices is falling away. As if you are being suspended in space or suspended in energy. You are supported, loved and have the ability to choose and create all that you need in order to move further beyond limitations and boundaries. It may feel as if pre created security is now falling away. With greater freedom come experiences of being, having, doing, existing as nothing or without restrictions. In the past even time has brought you security and yet you notice that time doe sn’t have the same meaning any longer. You are being given and are creating your freedom, which is one of the greatest gifts of this new phase.
You may wish to contemplate the many situations, thoughts, perceptions and understandings that you hold on to in your reality to create a deeper sense of security. Allow yourself to see this as your creation alone and that they do serve you in awakening the power, strength and immense love within your being. Do you actually need security in your reality? Do you need to create boundaries and limitations? Do you need to recognise your limitless self and expansive being? I ask that you take time to practice this contemplation and self-discovery within your reality, if only once, to assist you in releasing from your being, energy and perspective energetic habits and patterns from the past.
With the quality of greater freedom that you have accepted within your reality so it may also bring up aspects of your reality, personality and creations that do not serve you or offer you freedom. As these aspects of yourself come to the surface to be released it can seem that you are being encaged and have less freedom than before. You begin to see yourself in many new ways which may not always be pleasant to witness. Some people may feel that they have more issues to deal with and heal than before 2012. The energy of freedom and responsibility is awakening new aspects of your being that wish to be healed and released.
Freedom for a light workers and awakened soul of the Creator is a powerful lesson to overcome and digest. You all expect and desire freedom but also fear freedom due to its ability of allowing you to access your power and sacred abilities. No longer is anything in your way, blocking you or hindering you, only what you choose to create. No longer is anything pushing and driving you forward and yet you are placed in the centre of freedom with the opportunity to choose whatever you wish. It can be an experience of exhilaration but also of being fearful. There is also the question which many light workers face, which is how does one experience and interpret freedom and what does one choose to create? Through many lifetimes on the Earth you have been limited, restricted, condemned and maybe even abused for trying to be your truth, now is the time to truly let go of these past energie s, understanding that you have the freedom to choose to create what you wish. If so with many opportunities and possibilities available how does one choose what they wish to create?
The guidance, knowingness and truth of the soul is extremely important in this energy of freedom, your guides also act to you as a mirror of your soul and its guidance. Do not be afraid to ask or to follow the inspiration within you, it is this inspiration that will lead you to the experience of greater freedom. You may find at first that your personality isn’t satisfied with the guidance shared from within your being, but the perspective and desires of your personality also need to shift to bring greater happiness, joy, love and peace within your being.
You may also notice that due to the greater sense and energy of freedom that you are more aware of the consequence of your actions, thoughts and creations. Your awareness of the consequences of your situation is your own creation to assist you in choosing and understanding what is appropriate for you. You truly understand when you have created a situation that doesn’t serve you, but it is often that you see it as a failing when in actual fact it helps you understand yourself more fully, you begin to recognise your own vibration, realising when you create something that is not from your true vibration but is from a limited aspect of yourself. It is in this moment and phase of ascension that you are truly being allowed to experiment. This stage of ascension has been chosen by you because you have mastered abilities of connecting with the Creator, your truth and you have a beautifu l understanding and desire to create love. In truth you can trust yourself to deal with the freedom, the responsibility and choices with and from the purest sense of love which will ensure that you do not harm or cause pain to yourself or others. It is a very beautiful reality and stage of ascension that is now unfolding for you to experience. Enjoy the feeling of no longer being pushed to achieve goals, of no longer having boundaries and limitations. Enjoy the process of your own boundaries and limitations created by you coming to the surface and most of all enjoy becoming one and getting to know yourself more fully. It may be time to realise the reality that you are currently experiencing on the Earth, the game like quality and the powerful ability that you hold in your choices and your ability to manifest.
I am aware that there are many messages and interpretations within my message and communication with you but I wish for you to realise that you have the most beautiful gift within you of knowingness. Your ability to simply know the most perfect choice, truth and manifestation instantly within your being which will serve you and all aspects of the Creator is most beautiful and tremendously powerful, so allow yourself to use it well within your reality.

‘Archangel Metatron, Beloved Creator, my soul and soul group, I call your presence and love forward to support and love me unconditionally. I ask you to assist me in listening with greater care and clarity to the intuition and knowingness within my being. The very foundation of the path many of you are on to unite not only with your own true heart but with all of humanity truly does begin within your soul. The process which your journey takes is based on the energy that moves within you and all around you. You are drawn to many interests and each one helps to develop your Self. It is well understood dear ones that each of you are already living within your eternal consciousness. When you climb the ascension ladder to reach higher realms of consciousness you are indeed reaching new heights within yourself that is undeniably demonstrated through the purity of your actions. Your soul dear ones does not require ascension as it is already enlightened and infinite perfect. It is your experiences that you meet that provide you all the growth required to connect once again with your natural self that is intertwined with Mother Earth and with your infinite Self on a Universal level. When you are able to recognize this connection that is within you, you will then find yourself home with the Prime Source of ours and of your creation and that would be God dear ones.
The grand illusion of separateness is a ruling thought form that was born through an Egotistic complex of ideas derived to have you believe you were truly separated from your soul and from Spirit. With the Ego under the spotlight, many people that walk among you are realizing the Ego is contentious and because it is such a trouble-some division of the mind it is unable to contribute clearly with the Miracle of your Life and has been known to be a menace to your independent conscience and natural connection with Nature at a spiritual level. The Ego is filled with mechanical behaviour that causes divisions within your complex spiritual nature that has the ultimate ability to be in balance with all that you are within your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical faculties. The Ego will create false forms in your mind of how you are to live by guiding you through your emotions, actions and reactions. By observing others that manoeuvre through their journey with their Egos directing them you are able to learn from their experiences. Second-hand experiences: learning from other’s experiences is a beneficial way of increasing your own wisdom. You are able to see and learn what happens when people allow their Egos to rule. The person that lives through their Ego lives within an artificial form of Self. When you are able to walk away from the controlling Ego, and begin living through the purity of your heart, you soon discover how much more liberating and naturally healing it is to live in balance of your whole self that you are able to discover when you go within and find your true beauty that is a perfection of nature. When you add substitutes to increase your journey’s experience and development you are really disconnecting rather than connecting – becoming asphyxiated through your own humanness thus bringing your eternal soul into behaving in a robotic automatic way.
When you take the time to connect with the divine nature of your own wisdom and intellect, your soul rises and over-rides your Ego’s concept of control and reality and you begin to discover the spirit that has always been within your body and you work to ground and reconnect this spirit into every fiber of your being. When your soul is unhindered with its own divine abilities and divine intellect you now are able to contribute openly with the Miracle of your Life that is one with the Living Earth to reach deep spiritual understanding through direct communication with the Divine. This Somatic enlightenment described is a simple concept and is available to each of you dear ones.
Of course there is a blending within all things even those that are different. Snow Storm Brings M6 To Standstill.- People Bilt Snowmen On The Carriageway
Hundreds of drivers spent up to eight hours trapped in their vehicles on the M6 in Lancashire after heavy snow brought the motorway to a standstill.
The motorway became blocked in both directions between junctions 25 and 27, near Wigan, on Friday night after vehicles became stuck in more than a foot of snow and some drivers abandoned their cars.
Many drivers were affected along the stretch between Wigan and Standish after struggling to make it up inclines in the treacherous conditions, while a number of accidents including jack-knifed lorries also blocked lanes.
Prime Minister David Cameroon tweeted: "Huge sympathy for those affected by heavy #uksnow. Govt working closely with transport operators to minimise impact on everyone."
Mountain rescue teams were brought in to help police and the Highways Agency clear roads and assist those who were stranded.
One man had to be taken to hospital after becoming ill in his car while it was stuck.
And some of the stranded drivers passed the time with snowball fights and building snowmen.
The M6, as well as the M56 and M58 which were also blocked, are now all moving again but remain heavily congested with long tailbacks, Lancashire Police said.
Motorists contacted Sky News overnight to share their tales of woe.
Kevin Collister, stuck on the motorway just past the M58 junction heading northbound, said: "There is absolutely no movement whatsoever on my side of the carriageway, all the snow is squashed down into ice and there are wagons trying to move and sliding sideways.
"It's an absolute nightmare, we've been here for three hours so far. A few people are saying we might be here for the night but we're just hoping we can get through."
Conservative MP David Morris, stuck on the southbound carriageway, said: "We've ground to a halt on both sides. Nothing is really moving.
"But the emergency services have been fantastic and are doing the best for us, and everyone is in good spirits.
"I've just seen a snowball fight and the man next door to me has built a snowman on top of his car roof ... it's very surreal."
Barry Pinches, on his way to Blackpool, told Sky News: "At one stage we didn't think we would make it but it looks like things are moving slowly now. We saw some snow ploughs on the southbound carriageway but there doesn't seem to be too many of them - they have their work cut out."
Pete Martin, from the Highways Agency, confirmed to Sky News that the carriageways had been gritted before the snow came down.
"We had an extremely intense fall of snow across Lancashire between 8.30pm and midnight and basically there wasn't enough traffic to keep the lanes moving," he said.
"A number of HGVs lost traction between junctions 25 and 27 and once they blocked the carriageway the snow stacked up and the result was a number of stranded vehicles."
The agency worked throughout the night to clear the routes with snow ploughs. It is urging those who had abandoned their cars to return to them as soon as possible.
A spokesman said: "With the rain falling and ice melting onto very cold road surfaces, we are now warning drivers of the danger of ice."
Hazardous driving conditions led to collisions and delays on many routes across the north of England, including the M18, M60, M65, M56 and M58.
Meanwhile, all flights were suspended at Leeds Bradford International Airport during the morning as a fresh blanket of snow covered most of the Yorkshire region.
North Yorkshire Fire Service said a couple had to be rescued from a snow drift on the North York Moors last night.
North Yorkshire Police said some main roads were blocked by snow and abandoned vehicles including the A59 between Harrogate and Skipton and the B6265 at Rylstone.
Weather experts have warned of the risk of flooding this weekend, as heavy rain moves in and rising temperatures spark a rapid thaw of the built-up snow and ice.

This was the bizarre scene on Australia's Sunshine Coast over the weekend, where extreme weather has blanketed coastal towns with several feet of 'sea foam'.
Tourists, residents and emergency services were left bemused by the huge swathes of foam which were whipped up by high winds and then thrown onto land in eastern Australia.
Videos have emerged of cars attempting to navigate through the thick 'snow-like' sea foam in Alexandra Headland and nearby Mooloolaba.
The sea foam forms when powerful storms force water into the air before it is washed onto the beachfront.
The foam may have provided beachgoers with a unique photo opportunity, but it has also had serious consequences as local business have been affected during travel chaos.

Onlookers said the foam reached three metres high at its peak, with emergency services urging residents and tourists to cancel all non-essential travel.
Dozens of Australians have been left stranded by severe flooding in northeast Australia in the last few days.
The extreme weather has also killed three people and affected thousands of homes.
Thousands have evacuated their homes across Queensland and neighbouring New South Wales with widespread flood warnings in the southern path of ex-tropical cyclone Oswald.
Prime Minister Julia Gillard said the "wild weather had broken a lot of hearts", with some Queensland residents experiencing their third flood in two years, including the devastating 2011 inundation which killed 35 people.

Thousands of homes have been flooded by torrential rain in eastern Australia, and more rain and high winds are expected in Queensland and New South Wales.
Four people are reported to have been killed, including a three-year-old boy who was hit by a falling tree in Brisbane.
Officials are preparing for another day of evacuations after the Burnett River in Brisbane burst its banks.
Flood waters swept through homes in Ipswich in just half an hour, and residents used containers and canoes to save their belongings.
More than 2000 homes are underwater in the worst-affected city of Bundaberg, but that's not the most immediate concern for residents, who are just desperate to leave the area.

Many buildings in the region were destroyed in the floods two years ago, now locals are trying to save them from another flood.
The Gold Coast was spared major flooding - but there is plenty of damage as roofing was ripped off and boats driven ashore.
Further up the country in Queensland's Sunshine Coast, sea foam 3m deep covered streets and walk ways, whipped up by huge waves.
There was enough to almost cover a bus, and to completely cover a car.
Queensland premier Campbell Newman is urging residents to prepare for the worst in the coming days, with the Brisbane River set to peak at midday today.

With floodwaters rising in Queensland, 5000 Bundaberg residents are being urged to get out now – or risk their lives.
So far three people have died after being caught in the rushing water, and now a mandatory evacuation warning is in place after the Burnett River broke its banks.
An elderly man was washed out to sea when he went to check on his yacht in southeast Queensland. His body was recovered yesterday.
Today another two bodies were recovered, including that of a motorcyclist who was swept away whilst crossing a bridge.
Australian Deputy Prime Minister Wayne Swan says Bundaberg is one area which may be hit harder than it was in 2011.
“I’m told by people up there that this is likely to be the worst in the history, in terms of the level of the river – and that is posing some very special challenges up in that region.”
Currently 225,000 Queenslanders are without power, with the Bremer River and the Brisbane River also expected to cause major problems overnight.
Emergency responders are said to be extremely frustrated at needless rescues caused by people driving through floodwaters or going outside to watch rising rivers.
Deputy State Emergency Services Commissioner Steve Pearce says they've received more than 700 calls for help, and in some cases, rescuers are being forced to put their lives on the line because of foolish behaviour.
“The majority of flood rescues are [of] people attempting to drive through flooded roadways or causeways – so it’s people just rolling the dice, which is really concerning obviously,” he says.
Helicopters are scrambling to rescue those stranded on car roofs and houses, while 1200 properties are flooded in the east coast city of Bundaberg, 385km north of the state capital Brisbane. Most parts of the city are expected to be underwater at some stage.
Deputy Mayor David Batt told ABC Radio on Monday that hundreds of people need to be evacuated from their homes.
Queensland State Premier Campbell Newman says emergency crews are trying to rescue 30 people trapped on roofs in city.
In Ipswich, around 40km west of Brisbane, Mayor Paul Pisale is bracing for the worst, saying that after the deadly 2011 floods it's a case of déjà vu.
“I know I’m finding it very hard to deal with the emotional stress this morning, just talking with people,” he says.
“They’ve worked their guts out to get to this situation and now [ex-cyclone] Oswald’s come around and just kicked them in the guts – it’s very, very hard emotionally for me to feel, as you can imagine, what my community’s feeling at the moment.”
While the water peak is not expected to reach the levels seen in the devastating Queensland flood two years ago, 5000 homes are expected to be inundated.

December 21st,2012.
I understand deadlines.
Was always very good at meeting them.
Tell me what needs to happen,what I need to do, give me direction and I am gone.
And so it was that December 21st came and went, and for me my whole world changed as I experienced a deeper,stronger,more expansive connection with my Source.
So the deadline helped me to reach for something,helped me to keep going,gave me something to aim for.
I accepted the emotional releases, and everything else, because I had a purpose...
But now?
I no longer have a carrot guiding me as I move forward into this uncharted spiritual territory.
The energies have been intense.
When emotional releases occur...they are a doozy.
And my body is also taking an energetic beating...
Had a crazy virus going on, my throat,my head,my lungs, which is now finally better...
(I feel this was a release of dormant illness within me that the energies released)
And the headaches have intensified hugely, often so debilitating that I lose a day...
(I feel that this has to do with my pineal gland and changes occurring in my brain)
I am goofy as can be.
I forget things so easily.
Got no sense of time.
Find myself looking at a world that looks the same...but feels so different.
Like an overlay of energies on top of what I see,as if things are not quite real.
I completely stopped remembering my dreams, almost feeling like at night I go into the void and no dreaming occurs.
Nausea comes and goes and my eating habits are plain weird.
Am I here?
Am I there?
So after last year, this month has kicked my butt.
And it can be so easy to question myself...for I no longer have a finish line to conquer, a race to finish.
A reason to do.
So now for me the main question is "Now what?"
I feel that last year was the year to balance the energies of the earth.
So much fear was attached to the 21st of December that it needed to be balanced with love so that the end of the world scenario did not manifest.
So that the shift could occur for the highest good of all in a non-destructive manner.
And I feel this was all accomplished beautifully.
We are still here.
And now I need to walk my path.
I need to set my own goal, for myself, guided from within.
This can be hard,because all my life I have had goals, something to DO.
Outside influences dictated how I lived my life.
And now I just need to BE.
Big difference for me.
The difference between doing and being.
So while I feel last year was for the earth,this time is for me.
For as I become more connected, as I remember more, then that is when I can be the change I want to see in the world.
I can live my life in the Light.
Help the beautiful souls around me who are awakening.
And I see it, this awakening all around me, and it brings such joy to my heart.
With no rush.
With no deadlines.
With not expectations.
With no judgement.
And this is my new carrot.
My wish to continue to remember, to become who I really am.
And I have to admit that I am looking forward to seeing all the change I feel is happening within me.
Physically.
Emotionally.
Spiritually.
In every way possible.
And I am perfectly okay with that.
So now many seem to be in uncharted spiritual territory as well as myself.
Feeling lost.
With no direction.
Like a rolling stone...(woke up this morning with the Bob Dylan song playing in my head LOL)
But it will sort itself out.
Things always do.
And on those day when it gets hard, I reach out to my Source and I connect with nature.
I baby myself and I remind myself that I am not just a body.
That I am so much more.
And that I am finally free to just be me.
And that I am not alone, never was,never will be.
Thank you my beautiful family for going through this with me, as we all explore this amazing new world filled with Light.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Today we will speak about the nature of patience. As we look into your hearts dear ones we see so many of you anxious and eager to “get on” with your lives. This is wonderful! You are excited. You have dreams and plans that cause your heart to jump for joy! And while we love that you are looking to the future with such zeal, we also know that being fully immersed in your present day, celebrating what you can find to enjoy in each moment, then you will create a vibration to draw you forward into that very future you desire so much faster. For as we have said on so many occasions, the universe always provides you with a match for the energies you are sending out – both consciously and unconsciously.
For example, say you want to create a new career. When you think of doing something that fulfills you you sigh with relief. You feel excited. You can’t wait to get going. However, if you want to create that new career faster, then dear ones, don’t go into your present job with a heavy heart, saying, “I can’t wait until this is over. I can’t wait to get out of here,” because then you are not putting out the highest vibration into the universe. Instead say, “Well here I am, and I am excited that I am creating better, but let me put as much love as possible into my day, right here and right now.” In this vibration of love, all things come so much more quickly!
Likewise say you want to create more financial prosperity in your lives. By all means sit and visualize and feel how life will be like with more money. Enjoy imagining all the wonderful things you will do with this money. But if you want to create it, don’t in your very next breath allow yourself to feel trapped and limited by your current circumstances! That puts a vibration of lack out to the universe. Instead find what abundance you can find now, in this day. Look at the sunset! You are rich! Hear the birds singing! You are wealthy. God gives you so many gifts right now. Yes, we hear you right now. Appreciating the birdies doesn’t pay the bills,” you say. Dear ones, we say, yes it does, for the vibration of gratitude and a full heart will always attract everything you truly want and need. An appreciation of the richness of life seeks out and attracts more.
Patience, dear ones, comes from faith in God’s love and an understanding of how the entire universe works. Patience is an appreciation for what you have right here and right now. It is a willingness to seek the love, the abundance, the joy, right here and and right now, knowing that God loves each and every one of you so much that what you truly want and need will come in right timing, when and if you are in the energy to attract it. You have lessons to learn here upon the earth. You are exactly where you need to be.
Perhaps you need to “try out” the belief that you are loved. Every time you feel fearful or impatient, simply say, “I know you love me God. I trust you will move me in the right directions. I know you care about my heart and my dreams, because you put these dreams in my heart to begin with.” Then you go about your day, patiently knowing that God is with you and God cares. Patience should not be associated with a willingness to suffer through your days until they get better! Patience should arise naturally because you choose happiness now.
How is it you have the patience to bake a cake, but you cannot wait for your manifestations knowing that if you combine the right ingredients within yourself, and warm them with the vibrational frequency of love, surely they will arise into the heavens and give you back such sweetness? Impatience is fear wearing a mask. Impatience is pulling the cake out of the oven to check on it, to pacify your fears, and thereby ruining it. Impatience is digging the seeds you planted out of the ground to see if they have sprouted yet, thereby ruining their growth. Impatience is putting out a vibration that interferes with your creations.
So dear ones, practice patience, for in truth you are practicing living in a reality of truth, where you know and choose to focus on the fact that you are deeply and dearly loved.
