The miracle of blaming (Satire) Saturday, November 12, 2011 by: Mike Bundrant
(NaturalNews) I thought I'd do something a little different this time and offer my best advice on how to make your life easier through the miracle of blaming. If you follow my advice, you are nearly guaranteed to feel better for a few minutes.
All of us can make a list of things we know in our heart of hearts we really should be doing to take better care of ourselves. Yet, we often do NOT do what we know we should. When you don't feel like doing your best, just blame someone else or some life circumstance and "presto" - you are off the hook for a while!
Here are my favorite ways to avoid responsibility. Make the most of them!
Blame your parents.
Insist to yourself that if your parents had done a better job raising you, life would be MUCH different. Don't worry about working out your differences with them, they wouldn't understand anyway.
Blame your spouse.
If your husband, wife or significant other would just do his or her part and stop being so difficult and stressing you out all the time, then you'd be free to do your part. You need to convince him or her to shape up so that you can too.
Blame your kids.
Kids these days are so disrespectful. They have no idea how tough it is to be a parent. If your kids would listen, obey and maintain your trust, then you could be the parent you know you should be. You'd also have time to go to the gym.
Blame your doctor.
If health care practitioners knew what they were doing, then you would be well. Remember, it is up to THEM to give you health and vitality.
Blame your language.
Explain to yourself that you shouldn't be placing all these high expectations on yourself by telling yourself that you SHOULD be doing anything at all. Stop "shoulding" on yourself and realize you only have to do what you want. That's realistic.
Blame THEM.
Remember, THEY are the ones creating the problems that you must endure. If only they would cooperate and make life easier...
Blame yourself.
Remember, you are worthless and incapable. How can you possibly expect the best from yourself with such low self-esteem? Let yourself off the hook and stop thinking you can do so much. What's so handy about blaming yourself is that you are also indirectly blaming the people who raised you (for making you who you are, of course). So, you kill two birds with one stone here. Better yet, no one really has the guts to call your deep bluff on this one.
Blame immortality.
You're never going to die or get any kind of disease. Besides, all that is uncomfortable to think about. Just do what feels good in the moment and keep yourself distracted from such scary issues.
Blame death.
We're all going to die someday anyway. We might as well enjoy life while it lasts. Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow you could get hit by a bus.
Blame your finances.
If you were only rich, then you could afford to take better care of yourself. You could hire a personal chef or something.
Blame your busy schedule.
You are so busy. People who take good care of themselves aren't very busy. They have it so easy.
Blame whatever comes to mind!
Remember, ANYTHING or ANYONE can be used as an excuse. Get creative. You are only limited by your sense of personal responsibility.
Practice these and other valuable excuses and they will soon become part of you. Before you know it, you won't be merely making excuses, you will be living them. Imagine, all those pesky responsibilities won't even register anymore and you'll always feel completely justified in doing less than your best.

The triple date portal of 11-11-11 is a cosmic trigger that launches all life into a simultaneous raising of vibrational frequency. This carries the potential to catalyze major impacts within the planetary grids, causing a very swift polarity reversal within our consciousness. This keystone activation will launch the ascension process for all choosing humanity, triggering a powerful sequence of portal openings across the globe.
It is not possible to understand exactly how this will outplay because we, ourselves, are creating this event in every NOW moment.
The Stargate is Inside Us
The inner "Stargate" is already activating within each of us, as a whole new holographic reality. It is simply waiting to be acknowledged in order to anchor the created matrix of light into the core of our being as our new strands of DNA are fired through each burst of the greater collective awakening. The First Wave ascensions will catapult our entire Group Body.
When we speak of portals or stargates, we speak of these in context of a transition, from one dimensional perception to the next. We feel that this energy internalizes an energetic pole shift with potential for the nervous system to be recalibrated to the 5th dimensional frequency of the New Earth harmonic which then enables us to perceive beyond our electromagnetic forms. This eventually integrates a multidimensional consciousness that can traverse both time-space and space-time.
The spin points upholding the energy matrix of free will is dissolved in our entire energetic system, shifting our polarity to the Love and Light of Divine Will, permanently.
The Planetary Sacred Sites are Highly Activated
All Sacred Sites upon the Earth are greatly activated due to the extreme frequencies of Light as a result of this alignment and also as a result of the tremendous numbers of human souls coming together in consciousness on this day. To be physically present at sacred sites and places upon the Earth that hold high levels of crystal energy will greatly amplify our direct experiences.
Sacred Sites are inter-dimensional spaces where we may easily access the expanded dimensions. If we cannot be there, physically, we can travel to these sacred sites in soul consciousness... either way, we can magnetize the releasing codes of light from these places simply through our intention and focused attention.
Stargate Titicaca
The Lake Titicaca Stargate is an etheric portal giving access directly to Venus, as one of its inter-dimensional space-time coordinates.
For a brief period of time, this portal frequency will open to assist in the first wave ascensions; assisted by the magnetic pull from the orbit of Venus. This portal is similar to passing through a birth canal as it is literally filled with key codes to fire the DNA encodement and anchor the remaining axiotonal spin points of our expanded blueprint. This applies to first wave ascenders who have prepared the physical form and who have accepted their mission to make a dimensional consciousness shift at this time.
Our entrance through the Titicaca Stargate is accessed through our consciousness merger with the Golden Sun Disc which we, ourselves, encoded during previous lifetimes in Lemuria, just before its cataclysmic demise. It functions like a crystal skull in that this discal solar helix (likened to a DNA strand) holds the records that we encoded within it prior to the sinking of our beloved Motherland.
As the first wave ascensions take place during the 11-11-11, this encoded information will be unlocked and transmitted to our entire Group Soul due to the coherence of our merkabic field of enegy. This produces subsequent firing of our collective Soul DNA while synchronistically eradicating the duality timeline.
Our very passage through this stargate of consciousness, in tandem as one Group Body, sets up a grand chain reaction throughout the planet to trigger the complete activation of all 12 Golden Solar Discs and the Solar Grid's adherence to the Crystalline Grid, allowing amplified levels of Divine Love to flood to the planet.

We are remaining on the Planet
We are all here on Earth with a different mission. Speaking on behalf of Children of the Sun Foundation and its mission as a Group Avatar, we are NOT leaving the planet on 11-11-11... although many of us may need some serious down time to integrate these new frequencies into our physical form.
Regarding our group, we intuitively feel:
1. A small group of first wave of light servers will ascend their frequencies and actually remain in the new dimensional space time coordinates recalibrating completely to the 5th dimension. This ascending process of transfiguration is actually happening now.
2. Another group of light servers will ascend momentarily in the immense 11:11:11 wave in which to receive an immense activation from the acceleration of frequencies. Continued integration will enable the consciousness to traverse multiple realities while continuing to serve humanity from the bridge 'between' dimensional realities.
3. The majority of light servers will experience this greatly expanded state of dimension briefly and then continue purifying/preparing the body and consciousness for final transition during 2012 and the 2012 ascension window of opportunity.

The Crystals of Arkansas
And so now we skip forward 12,500 years, and we look at the role of the Atlantean colony you now call Arkansas. We tell you that there are Crystals and Crystal Caverns beneath the lands of Arkansas that are beyond your imagination. There are crystals beneath Arkansas that are amazing in their size and appearance. Some the size of 20 story buildings! Their energy is stunning, and their awakenings are affecting the planet in myriad ways.
Indeed there are those among you who spent long periods of time grooming the crystal caverns of both Arkansas and Brazil. Some of you were specialist, Crystals Masters, that engineered the 'rapid growth' process, others of you specialized in applying & programming specific sounds and tones into the appropriate crystals. Some of you engineered anti-gravitation waves through crystal technology to create crystalline divergent energy fields used for levitation.
Although it is not one of the 'Master Temple Crystals' of Poseida relocated by the Law of One, there is another enormous and very unique crystal beneath Arkansas. It is termed the Ark-Crystal of Gravity. It is in a very specialized crystal cavern with applications of anti-gravitational energy. We will speak more of this crystal further in this channeled assay, for that crystal technology assisted in building pyramids and construction of multiple units of what you term the 'Ark of the Covenant'.
Because of the caverns and large crystal deposits in the area. there is what may be termed a 'Crystalline City' beneath Arkansas. In the era of Atlantis it served for the programming of crystals in a highly technical and specialized process. Crystals were used for myriad purposes, benevolent beneficial utilities...and these uses and applications will be reviewed in detail later in this channel.
For so many of you, Arkansas of the Crystal Vortex, will be a homecoming. Literally tens of thousands of you of the Law of One Atla-Ra, knew Arkansas for many millennia, albeit in subterranean abode.
Yet the underground habitat was splendid, and beautiful....adorned with exquisite crystals and a form of light that flowed around corners !
Now, as we have said previously , three Atlantean ' Master Temple Crystals' from Poseida were safely relocated by the Law of One scientist priests into specially prepared caverns in Arkansas before the final destruction of Atlantis.
The caverns that hold the relocated Master Temple Crystals were locked in hyper-dimensional fields with magnetic. Placed such for safe keeping until the safe return of the Law of One, and the crystalline activation termed the Ascension.
Arkansas was specifically chosen to house the three major Temple crystals for several logical reasons.
(1) It was already in use as a crystal mining, growth and harvest area. Highly sophisticated living quarters, chasms and labs were pre constructed. As a result one of the primary interdimensional tunnels from Poseida was already established and transport complexes were available to transport the crystals to the area.
(2) It was pre-understood that the vortex in place in the area of Arkansas would play a major role in the 2012 planetary Ascension. Arkansas's unique geology of quartz, diamonds, magnetic lodestone, iron, limestone, and massive caverns made it the perfect incubator for the crystalline plantations. Crystals had been planted and grown in Arkansas for thousands of years before the deluge.
(3)The presence of magnetic metals in the crystal beds, and magnetic field generators made it easier for the majestic Atlantean crystals to be placed in a dormant state within pre existing facilities.
(4) A very benevolent colony of the blue-skinned LeMurians exist underground in Arkansas, as well as an underground base of Sirians. The two were in agreement to be caretakers for the sleeping crystals.
Now, the three crystals placed in Arkansas are preprogrammed to a network-grid that axialtonally connects to the remaining five enormous master crystals placed in Brazil, Shasta, Bimini, and the two exquisite wisdom crystals placed under Lake Titicaca. These are specialized Healing, Wisdom, Energy and Transport Crystals , used in the Temple of Healing, The Temple of Sound and Light, The Temple of Knowledge, The Temple of One, The Temple of Thoth , The Ruby Temple of Fire and the Temple of Regeneration.
The crystals were specifically placed in areas of supreme importance for the new earth emerging in the 2012 Ascension. Areas that were easily accessed though the Atlantean interdimensional tunnel system that would emerge as mega vortex infinity points in your current times. The Emerald Crystal of the Divine Feminine acts as the trigger, the manifold in which all other Temple Crystals react.
These are defined, located and placed with activation dates as follows:

So be aware that on the 11-11-11, the 11th of November, 2011, the 144 Crystalline grid will launch into ninety two percent function & activity, and in turn activates & further triggers the time sequence program for the remaining Master Crystals. Each will open on the triple date portals.
The Platinum Crystal activates on the 11-11-11. The Ruby Crystal & Crystal of Thoth are the final two of the 'relocated' Master Temple Crystals of Posida remaining to be awakened. Both will be activated on the 12-12-12.
Each will be aligned and triggered with the activation of the 1 remaining of 12 stellated facets of the 144 grid, the double penta-dodecahedron. Eleven of these twelve grid facets will be in full function on the 11-11-11.
And so, we remind you that in 2008, the Blue Crystal of Wisdom and Knowledge returned to functionality. On the 9-9-9 the Emerald Crystal, the Gold Crystal and the Om Crystal awoke into active projection. The Emerald Crystal of the Divine Feminine has then assumed the role of trigger point for all of the Master Crystals.
The Crystalline Core
The crystalline core of the earth plays a major role in many aspects of your planet and its dimensional duality. While this may seem confusing to many of you, we will also tell you that the Earth's core effects your perception of reality.
The earth has an inner core that rotates clockwise and an outer core that rotates counterclockwise. The ratio of the earth's inner spin to its outer spin directly affects the flash of time unfoldment.
The inner core is spinning faster now, and thus your time is speeding up. It is in fact the increase in the speed of light that affects this increase in spin. Because the core is spinning more rapidly, it is increasing in heat and size. This is responsible to a great degree for the global warming that is now occurring.
The Crystalline Core has a physical and non physical reality. One is matter, the other antimatter. The physical core is crystallized in magnetic iron-nickel alloy-composite. The core is not hollow. The Crystalline Core is lucid coherent energy that can be compared to the sun's sentient radiation as it beams upward in every direction from the core.
In its upward flow it creates a radiation sphere of influence that increases, disseminates , propagates and energizes all life force. This radiation field is a domain transducer that physicalizes vital energy. It has the remarkable capacity to solidify the sentient Earth's resolve & intent into tangible physical reality.
As such non-physical energy moves through and becomes solid energy in amassed crystalline formations that grow & amplify energy.
Arkansas & Brazil
The two primary vortexes of these crystal beds are Arkansas and Brazil. There is indeed an important & synchronistic communication taking place between the crystal vortexes of Arkansas & Brazil. The two vortex spin in benevolent balanced opposition, one below the equator, one above, Brazil spins clockwise Arkansas counterclockwise. This has great effect & purpose. Natural crystals from Arkansas spin in the opposite manner of ones from Brazil. The Crystal Vortex of Arkansas therefore has a greater importance to those of the Northern Hemisphere, and the same is true of the Brazilian Crystal Vortex for the southern half of your planet.
As such these massive crystalline vortexes serve as receiver-transmitter and receptive-conductive force field conduits of energy that transfuse and convey vital Cosmic life-force to everything that exists upon and within the Earth. Solar and Stellar radiation waves and emissions accelerate and optimize the amassed beds of crystalline energies. Such emissions exhilarate and intensify the crystals transformational amplifications of energy, and as such create optimally heightened proliferation of all that is within the Earth's field of influence.
Earth's northern hemisphere contains most of its land area, and composes roughly 90% of the planet's human populace. It is for that reason that the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas yields the greater influence. Let is be clear both of the Crystal Vortexes are of great importance in the Ascension and balance of the planet, but Arkansas has the greater influence on humanity for the reasons stated.
Crystalline Piezo-Electrics & Cosmic Winks
The Arkansas Vortex does not flow, as most other vortexes, in a circular pattern Rather in a to-and -fro motion over the largest single deposit of quartz crystal on the earth. This unusual pattern is due to a property of quartz, termed piezoelectricity.
The piezo-electric qualities of Arkansas quartz are extremely potent, and the energy of this aspect is increasing as the Master Crystals of the Vortex come into greater activation. Their energy can send shocks into the air, and shake the land.
An example of this is the well publicized incident of January 2011., when an unexplained phenomena of dying birds occurred in Arkansas. The birds that fell from the sky, dropped as a direct result of a piezo-electric surge that release crysto-electric shock waves into the sky. Some 15,000 birds were temporarily stunned , fell to the earth and died from the blunt trauma of the impact.
In kind, the unusual earthquakes that have taken places in Arkansas over the past 2 years are also a result of the Crystals awakening. These quakes have truly puzzled geologists, for they are taking place in areas not known for tectonic faults or previous shaking. They have occurred in areas not associated to the New Madrid fault line.
We tell you again, that the the Arkansas quakes were the result of the Crystals activating. It is a new concept and not understood by your scientists. The very idea would be foreign and unacceptable to main stream academics. Yet we assure of this fact.
On the 10-10-10 a quake occurred very near the Emerald Crystal, and was reported nationally. Unlike 'usual' tectonic quakes, it did not scare the animals. The birds kept singing, the animals did not seek refuge in advance .
On the 9-9-9 a green fog was reported by local media over Mount Magazine and power in the area briefly shut down. The 'green' fog was not an odd colored water vapor. Indeed it was the ionic fog that occurs around and with dimensional 'worm holes'. It was the Emerald Crystal.
Fear not, the Crystal awakenings will not create quakes or shocks that are harmful to humanity. The activations are deliberately softened in gradual time release.
We tell you that another such 'Cosmic Wink' will take place in the Crystal Vortex around the 11-11-11 in Arkansas.
Zero Point
There are primary and satellite power points of energy on the planet. The Atla-Ra not only knew the exact locations and nature of each, they were able to harness, refine & amplify their energy, and network them into a global power grid.
A global system of what may be termed refined Leylines and Axialtonal lines were networked, and indeed charged with Crystals. Arkansas & Brazil are emerging to be the two most important ones for the transitional Ascension, the change from magnetic to Crystalline energy. The Magnetic Grid is decreasing, replaced by the Crystalline Grid.
Magnetics are by definition polar. Crystalline energy is non-polar, zero point !
The shift to zero point occurs from the 5th to 12th dimension. The 12th dimension is the Crystalline apex. The Ascension in simplistic terms, is the expansion of the earth from the (magnetic) polarity of the 1st three dimensions to the zero-point fields of the crystalline dimensions.
In preparation for this the 'Sun Discs' are being reprogrammed for the Crystalline to be transduced, into a tangible format for humanity. Those of you visiting primary Sun Disc locations are involved in assimilating the new codes.
Those of you coming to the 11-11-11 in Arkansas will take part in this at Mount Pinnacle. Some of you will carry the Crystalline Codes to Giza and other primary points of Sun Disc. Code carriers have in fact been involved in this mission since the Cosmic Trigger of 2009.
That which you term Sun Discs are in truth Crystalline devices of Sirian-Pleiadean-Arcturian origin used to balance and stabilize planetary energies. The sun disc network was established after the break up of the crystalline firmament. The 12 discs serve to transduce Cosmic and Dimensional energies, and blend them to stabilize fields of the duality planet. The Crysto Disc in Arkansas is extremely important as it correlates with and allows integration of the energy of the Crystalline dimensions with that of duality dimensions. The 2nd Moon, Pyramids & Crystals
The primary grid points in the Golden Age of Atlantis (and in your future) were amplified by Pyramids.
The Atla-Ra with the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance used this energy, combined with crystals, to network this energy.
Some pyramids were used to receive & transmit energy between planets in your solar system, as well as with other stellar Universes. Certain Pyramids are multi-dimensional, forming octahedrons that work in tandem sacred geometric fields between physical and nonphysical. As such Pyramids are gateways to the parallel dimensional fields of what would be termed the 'Angelic realm' or better stated, the anti matter realm. The Platinum Crystal in Arkansas is uniquely programmed to interface with Parallel Universes and the Angelic Ream of anti-matter. As such the Platinum awakening will greatly increase the potency of the primary Pyramids of the Planet, especially the Great Pyramid of Giza. Indeed Giza in the 12th Wave of 2012, will be exponentially more powerful than any time since the Golden Age of Atlantis.
What is not recounted in most of the Atlantean suppositions in current times, is the utilization and indeed nature of the 'Second Moon' of Atlantis. It was a Crystalline satellite that was the 'control device for the system. There remains to this day references to the "Second Moon' in the Pyramids of the Mayan and indeed was referenced by Ra-Ta through Edgar Cayce. One of the docking stations of the Crystal Satellite was in Arkansas near Little Rock, in the area of what is now the Toltec Mound Pyramids State Park. A feed of Axialtonal energy existed there , connecting the docking station to the Crysto-Disc at Mount Pinnacle.
Depending on the tilt of the Earth's axis at a particular time of the year, one Crysto Disc would function to intensify and transmit energies to others which would then act as receiving devices and would disperse energy as it was needed. These were relayed to all of the networks, which included the Crysto Ley system, and this energy was the source of that which energized all parts of the planet, particularly in Atlantis.
The Crystal Awakening

EU bans naked body scanners because of cancer risk, US continues to coerce travelers through them
(NaturalNews) The European Commission has issued new guidelines for the use of naked body scanners at European airports. Only scanners that use millimeter wave technology, a type of low-energy radio wave that does not cause radioactive damage, will be permitted for use in the EU -- the backscatter X-ray variety commonly used in the US will be off limits due to safety concerns.
Unlike the US Transportation Security Administration (TSA), which continues to insist that the backscatter machines are safe, EU regulators have admitted that this is not the case. Not only are these ionizing radiation machines now restricted throughout Europe, but the use of even millimeter wave machines also continues to remain optional for nation states that choose to use them.
"In order not to risk jeopardizing citizens' health and safety, only security scanners which do not use X-ray technology are added to the list of authorised methods for passenger screening at EU airports," says the commission's press release announcement. "All other technologies, such as that used for mobiles (sic) phones and others, can be used provided that they comply with EU security standards."
This approach to public safety is a far cry from the one US regulators are taking. Even though backscatter X-ray machines are not at all necessary, the TSA, under the umbrella of the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), continues to bend over backwards in support of the machines, even when this includes openly denying the fact that they can cause cancer (http://www.naturalnews.com/030607_n...).
One would think that the US, which is supposed to be the "land of the free," would be more likely than the EU, which is largely socialist, to protect its citizens from cancer-causing radioactive devices. But not only does the EU not force its citizens to go through naked body scanners like the US does, but it has also now taken a proactive approach to protecting citizens' health by banning these radioactive devices from airports.
Most Americans seem to have no problem complying with unconstitutional mandates to walk through radioactive naked body scanners -- in fact, many still think the procedure is done for their own safety.
And as long as the population at large continues to accept this tyranny in the name of safety and security, freedom and liberty will continue to rapidly disappear at the hands of the nation's rogue federal government.

As the holidays approach, the giant Asian factories are kicking into high gear to provide Americans with monstrous piles of cheaply produced goods -- merchandise that has been produced at the expense of American labor. This year will be different. This year Americans will give the gift of genuine concern for other Americans. There is no longer an excuse that, at gift giving time, nothing can be found that is produced by American hands.
Yes there is!
It's time to think outside the box, people. Who says a gift needs to fit in a shirt box, wrapped in Chinese produced wrapping paper?
Everyone -- yes EVERYONE gets their hair cut. How about gift certificates from your local American hair salon or barber?
Gym membership? It's appropriate for all ages who are thinking about some health improvement.
Who wouldn't appreciate getting their car detailed? Small, American owned detail shops and car washes would love to sell you a gift certificate or a book of gift certificates.
Are you one of those extravagant givers who think nothing of plunking down the Benjamins on a Chinese made flat-screen? Perhaps that grateful gift receiver would like his driveway sealed, or lawn mowed for the summer, or driveway plowed all winter, or games at the local golf course.

You see, Christmas is no longer about draining American pockets so that China can build another glittering city. Christmas is now about caring about US, encouraging American small businesses to keep plugging away to follow their dreams. And, when we care about other Americans, we care about our communities, and the benefits come back to us in ways we couldn't imagine.

The dark side of energy drinks - trading tomorrow's health for today's temporary stimulationby Tony Isaacs(The Best Years in Life) Energy drinks were first introduced over 20 years ago. Though their use grew slowly for the first several years, today they have become a modern day phenomenon with tens of millions now being consumed daily. Energy drinks are the number one growth market for beverages and annual sales are forecast to top $9 billion for 2011. Around one-third of teenagers and young adults report drinking one or more energy drink daily, and in many instances consumers drink several energy drinks each day.What's not to like about having more energy and alertness - particularly if it comes from beverages which often tout herbal and other "natural" ingredients as the secret to their success? As it turns out, there is a very great deal not to like – and many of the millions of energy drink consumers may find one day find that the temporary boost they are getting today comes at the expense of health problems tomorrow.Some of the more common unwelcome side effects reported for energy drinks include elevated heart rates, hypertension, anxiety, headaches and interrupted sleep patterns. Due to a combination of ingredients commonly found in energy drinks which cause elevated heart rate and blood pressure, energy drinks may end up putting added stress on the heart. Such stress may lead to hypertension and ultimately heart and other cardiovascular problems.It is also believed that the combination of ingredients in energy drinks, including sodium benzoate, may lead to extra risk of various forms of cancer. Some energy drinks may also contain ingredients which stress the pancreas and could lead to diabetes. The effects and side effects of energy drinks are elevated when combined with coffee and other caffeinated drinks and the combination of alcohol and energy drinks, a growing practice among younger drinkers, may be particularly dangerous.Until recently, energy drinks and their side effects have been lightly studied, as a report earlier this year in the medical journal Pediatrics noted when it described energy drinks as overused and understudied. After examining data from the government and interest groups, scientific literature, case reports and articles in popular and trade media, the reports authors warned against energy drinks and cited potential harms which included heart palpitations, seizures, strokes and even sudden death.Dr. Marcie Schneider, an adolescent medicine specialist in Greenwich, Connecticut, and member of the American Academy of Pediatrics nutrition committee, praised the recent report and stated that ""These drinks have no benefit, no place in the diet of kids."Late last year, poison control centers started tracking energy drink overdoses and side effects nationwide. 677 cases occurred from October through December. The chart's list of reported energy drink-related symptoms included seizures, hallucinations, rapid heart rate, chest pain, high blood pressure and irritability.Two of the most common ingredients found in energy drinks are sugar and caffeine, both of which provide temporary stimulation (as opposed to actual energy) and both of which may have serious side effects when regularly consumed in large amounts. Notably, both sugar and caffeine, as well as other ingredients in energy drinks, stress the adrenal glands. Adrenal fatigue is considered to be the number one cause of lack of energy. Thus energy drinks create their own catch-22 of causing long term tiredness and lack of energy at the same time they give their temporary boosts.Just one of a huge number of health risks caused by processed sugar is the risk of diabetes – which has reached epidemic proportions in the U.S. Very large amounts of sugar can ultimately overwhelm the pancreas, the organ which generates insulin to offset sugar intake. If your pancreas is "worn out" by being overworked from too much sugar, diabetes can begin.Some energy drinks containing up to 7 times the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. While small amounts of caffeine are not generally considered dangerous, too much caffeine can over stimulate the central nervous system and can dangerously elevate blood pressure and heart rate. Caffeine is also addictive and withdrawal symptoms include headaches and irritability. Caffeine also causes a loss in valuable B vitamins which are needed for "normal" energy creation.When sugar is not used, dangerous artificial sweeteners are employed. Perhaps the most dangerous is aspartame, though increasingly, the sugar substitute of choice has become sucralose. Sucralose is a chlorinated organic compound, a chemical group which includes several compounds known to be harmful to animals and plants and which has been linked to birth defects and other prenatal conditions. The body does not recognize artificial sweeteners like sucralose as food, but instead essentially processes them as toxins.Other potentially dangerous ingredients commonly found in energy drinks include:*Sodium benzoate. Sodium benzoate is widely used as a preservative in energy drinks as well as other beverages and foods. Last year a study conducted by an expert in molecular biology and biotechnology linked sodium benzoate to cell damage and an increase in the production of free radicals.Even more concerning is the fact that sodium benzoate in combination with vitamin C can result in the formation of the potent carcinogen benzene. Many energy drinks contain vitamin C, especially the fruity energy drinks.As noted health authority Chris Gupta reports, "This is not a small thing, although the so-called experts will try to tell you that there's no harm at these benzene levels. But there is no safe level of benzene. And no one is talking about how it reacts with other carcinogens in your body, which could be a serious problem. We already know it reacts with healthy substances like vitamin C.""There is a solution", Gupta added. "Eliminate all processed foods and unnatural drinks. All processed foods have chemicals in them for preservation. And many of these preservatives can damage your health."*Phenylalanine. Though an essential amino acid, phenylalanine is also a neurotoxin and is one of the three main ingredients which make up aspartame. Too much can excite the neurons in the brain to the point of cellular death.*Guarana. Guarana (or guaranine) comes from the seeds of the guarana plant, which contain up to 3 to 4 times the caffeine as coffee beans. Thus the amount of actual caffeine for many energy drinks which also contain guarana may be even more than is reported.*Ephedra. Ephedra has been described as a drug that increases heart rate and blood pressure at low doses and strokes, seizures, and possibly even death at high doses.Despite their potential dangers, energy drinks have become a very large part of today's beverage industry. As we have seen time and again, once any product or group of products and the ingredients they contain become hugely profitable and popular, it may take many years – if ever – before they are curtailed despite evidence of danger. Aspartame is a prime example and such may well end up being the case with the multi-billion dollar energy drink market.However, the good news is that there are far safer natural options for achieving greater energy than energy drinks - such as super foods powders, juiced vegetables and whole-foods derived multi-vitamin products for example. You only live twice, James Bond author Ian Fleming wrote. Well, I've just discovered that you die twice as well. The first is your paper death, and the second is your digital death.
Digital death is quite a new phenomenon, so most of us simply aren't prepared for it. It's about time we were. Because your digital death could be far more troublesome than the paper version.
You already know what to do about your good old-fashioned paper death. You write a will, setting out which of your loved ones will inherit the title deeds to your property and other assets.
Half of us still don't bother, which is ridiculous, given that you can write a will for a cheap price. Even fewer of us are prepared for our digital death.
Sudden digital death syndrome
When we die, our body and soul aren't the only things that stop functioning, our online persona will also pop its clogs. If there is an afterlife, you won't find it on Facebook or Twitter.
This is a big problem, now that we live such active online lives. We have net-based bank and savings accounts, pensions and investment portfolios, and personal effects such as music, movies, photographs, blogs and social media accounts.
As banks, insurers and other financial organisations push towards paper-free statements to save money (and the planet, they claim), the trend will only grow.
In the online world, you won't leave a paper trail when you die, according to will-writing experts at law firm Hart Brown, which recently highlighted the problem. That makes it difficult for relatives to put the online pieces back together.
Online life after death
If you want your loved ones to know about your online activities after you die, you must assemble all the necessary data. You could call it your digital will.
If not, your digital effects will effectively be buried with you. Ancient tribal societies used to do this, so people could use their kit in the afterlife.
We don't have such high hopes of the afterlife, so please, bequeath your online life to the living.
Death is not the end
When people died in pre-digital days, they generally left plenty of paperwork, so relatives could find where the money was.
That's not so easy if their personal and financial data is buried on unnamed websites. Or if they have a massive digital music collection, but you are struggling to access it from their computer. Or don't know who is supposed to inherit it.
Passwords are another problem. Even if you have a vague idea of where they bought their pensions, ISAs and insurance, you will need their login details to access them.
If your loved one has uploaded photographs and videos to social media such as Facebook and YouTube, you will need login details for them as well.
And you will also have to decide whether you want to bury that highly personal blog.
People are starting to include this sort of information in their wills, Hart Brown says. The danger is that a will is a public document, which anybody can view for £6 by applying to the Probate Registry. You won't want your login passwords publicised this way.
Legacy locker
Several years ago, I made an attempt at tackling this problem. I printed out all the account numbers for my pensions, investments, insurance policies, and so on, and handed them to a relative for safekeeping, in case of my death.
Lazily, I have failed to update the information. I also forgot to include online passwords. I keep meaning to overhaul it, but haven't got round to it yet.
May be a better option is to store all the information in one of the growing numbers of online digital legacy lockers.
It is quite a problem, and one few of us have faced up to. Dying once is bad enough. Dying twice could be even worse.
Digital zombie attack!
When you die, you will leave a digital legacy behind you. You want to leave it to the right people. You also want to prevent online fraudsters (or even greedy relatives) from robbing your digital grave, or even bringing your online ID back from the dead, forcing you to roam the next as a digital zombie.
Start thinking about it now. Otherwise your digital death could come back to haunt your family.

Come let us remove darkness from the face of the earth. This is not the work to be done by one dia or by one individual. It requires collective effort. In the diffusion of light the question of high and low is forgotten. This is the lesson taught by both small and big dias.
The second message of the burning Dias is to destroy the difference between rich and poor- the destruction of discrimination based on poverty and wealth. The burning dia, whether in a palatial bungalow or in a grass hut, is a symbol of this unity. The wall of separation based on economic status cannot prevent the penetration and spread of the light of the dia.
The third message of the burning diias of Deepawali is to kindle the extinguished lights of our neighbors. Let us find out what is needed- whether there is a shortage of wick or oil- and just by a little help the neighbor’s lamps can be lit. One dia can light several others. A little charity can bring joy to countless others. The row of lamps teach yet another lesson and that is of unity as exemplified in Satyam, Shivam Sundaram- Truth, Joy and Beauty.
The lights of Deepawali are displayed at the entrance doors, by the walls of houses, in the streets and lanes. This means that the inner spiritual light of the individual must be reflected outside.
Passersby may thereby be prevented from stumbling on their way to reach their destination.
The lights of the dias on earth beckon the lights in the firmaments to descend upon earth and establish the heavenly kingdom of God for the welfare of the human race.
Feeding empty stomachs, lighting blown-out dias and providing cheer and joy amongst the downtrodden is to enter the true spirit of Deepawali. This is the true prayer to Lakshmi Devi.

The mystery of the descent or "fall" to Earth of the rebellious angels—the solar angels or agnishvattas—is said to be the mystery hinted at in the Scriptures, and "the secret of the ages" (Esoteric Psychology II, p. 93). Thus it is not surprising that there is so much confusion and misunderstanding concerning the "fallen angels" of which Lucifer is the best known representative.
The secret of the "fallen angels" is essentially the mystery which lies behind the very Plan of evolution, for the solar angels' willingness to "fall", to sacrifice themselves in order to bring the light of the principle of mind to what was then animal man, marked the coming into action of the great Law of Duality by which matter, form—negative and passive—could be quickened by spirit. This act of sacrifice at the dawn of human history is a thread woven throughout the great scriptures and mythologies of the world, including the myth of Prometheus who stole fire (mind) for man, and the biblical story of the Prodigal Son, who left the Father’s home to embark upon the path of experience in the life of form and the senses—the journey to "the far country".
The role of the solar angels and their sacrifice on behalf of humanity is discussed at length in The Secret Doctrine by H.P. Blavatsky. In fact, in 1887 the magazine of the Theosophical Society took "Lucifer" as its name in an effort to bring clarity to what it regarded as an unfairly maligned sacrificing angel.
The name "Lucifer" comes from the Latin words, Lux or Lucis (light) and ferre (to bring); thus Lucifer literally means "light-bearer". It is linked with the planet Venus in Revelations XXII: 16 when Christ says "I am the bright morning star", which is Venus, heralding the coming into full light of the Sun—the Son, the Christ. Interestingly the role of "light-bearer" is linked with Mercury, or Hermes—the divine messenger for the Gods in Greek and Roman mythology. In Christianity Mercury’s function is served by St. Michael, "the Angel Guardian" of Christ, according to St. Thomas. The esoteric interrelationship of this Angel Guardian and Christ is further illumined in the statement by the Tibetan teacher with whom Alice Bailey collaborated to write a series of books on the Ageless Wisdom, that "Mercury and the Sun are one".
Esoterically, the role of Guardian Angel was made possible by the sacrifice of the solar angels in their preservation of the principle of mind or, occultly, fire, through persistent repeated incarnations in form until animal man became thinking man and, finally, began to awaken to his true spiritual heritage: human/divine man. Thus the solar angel creates the form for the incarnating soul principle—the causal body—and it also withdraws that body at the fourth initiation, when the link between form and spirit has been permanently fused and the causal body is shattered.
The notion of the "rebellious angel" seems to trace back to the poet John Milton in Paradise Lost, which seemed to anchor in human consciousness the idea of the descent of the solar angels as an act of rebellion and therefore a fall from grace. ("To reign is worth ambition, though in Hell: Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven.") Yet this spirit of rebellion and ensuing pain is not found on Venus, we are told by the Tibetan. The rebellious spirit appears to rest squarely on Earth, for the Tibetan suggests that this spirit of rebellion qualified the attitude of our planetary Logos himself, the "Divine Rebel". The Tibetan quotes the Old Commentary:
He entered into life and knew it to be death.
He took a form and grieved to find it dark.
He drove Himself forth from the secret place and sought the place of light, and light revealed all that he sought the least.
He craved permission to return.
He sought the Throne on high and Him who sat thereon.
He said "I sought not this. I looked for peace, for light, for scope to serve, to prove my love and to reveal my power. Light there is none. Peace is not found. Let me return.
But He who sat upon the Throne turned not his head. He seemed not even to listen nor to hear. But from the lower sphere of darkness and of pain a voice came forth and cried: "We suffer here. We seek the light. We need the glory of an entering God. [I can find no other words except these last two to express the ancient symbol from which I am translating.] Lift us to Heaven. Enter, 0 Lord, the tomb. Raise us into the light and make the sacrifice. Break down for us the prison wall and enter into pain.
The lord of Life returned. He liked it not, and hence the pain.

Evil of Separatism
Yet sin and evil do exist on Earth. We are told by the Tibetan that the only true evil is the sin of separatism. And in this sense we gain some understanding of how Lucifer became identified with evil, for the awakening mind which characterises the stage of advanced humanity today is, as we know all too well, our means both of liberation and of further separation and imprisonment. The mind, functioning and powerful but devoid of soul, can be the great crystallising factor which builds powerful barriers of separation. "The mind is the slayer of the Real. Slay thou the slayer", the disciple is commanded. In this sense the mind in its concrete and analytical element becomes the refuge (and the unrecognised prison) of the ideologue, and is indeed capable of the sin of separatism through prejudice and hate and the wiilingness to accept the distortions of half-truths.
Further clarification of the role of the solar angels is found in a consideration of the fourth Ray of Harmony through Conflict and the fifth Ray of Knowledge, and the planets Mercury and Venus, through which they respectively channel their energies. For Mercury is the "Messenger of the Gods" and the fourth ray is the fluid principle which links the Plan and Purpose of divinity, known on the level of buddhi or intuition, which is ruled by Mercury, with the mind or manas, ruled by Venus and the fifth ray. "Venus was the custodian of what we call the principle of Mind and brought it as a pure gift to embryonic humanity", we are told in The Rays and the Initiations. Or as the Buddha said, "Love is the deliverance of mind". And the fifth ray, channelled by Venus and mental in expression, "operates in connection with the Law of Cleavages", and "is also responsible for the rapid formation of great conditioning ideologies" (Ibid., p. 602). In this we are reminded that the solar angels who chose to descend to Earth submitted to the Law of Duality so that the evolution of the human being could be dependent upon the development of mental discrimination and free will, and thus upon the capacity to make choices and to choose the higher way. There is always a choice of two paths, and it is a choice which must, for the human being, be guided by free will.
The substance of the mental plane is fifth ray, channelled through Venus, and because the angel kingdom works with substance—with the form aspect—so the solar angels brought the substance of mentality to man by establishing the link of the causal body of the soul on the mental plane—a link preserved until the fourth initiation which shatters the no longer needed form of the causal body. Some idea of the magnitude of this act of the solar angels is suggested in the realisation that the fifth Ray of Knowledge "is the energy which admits humanity (and particularly the trained disciple or initiate) into the mysteries of the Mind of God Himself. It is the 'Substantial' key to the Universal Mind" (Ibid., p. 591).
Further, the link of the fifth Ray of Knowledge and the second Ray of Love-Wisdom is said to be exceedingly close, because the second ray rules this present solar system, and in the sacrifice of the "Light Bearing" solar angels on behalf of animal man, the second ray aspect of wisdom was awakened, for "wisdom is knowledge gained by experience [the journey of the Prodigal Son] and implemented by love". Thus the descent of the solar angels into substance brought the legacy of experience to the unfoldment of the divine Plan.
So, returning to the story of the Prodigal Son, to understand the deeper implications of the Prodigal Son’s experience, it is important to note that, upon his return to the Father’s home, the Father joyously rushed out to embrace him, leaving the elder son who had remained at home feeling jealous and unappreciated. That such a journey to "a far country" is part of God"s Plan seems to be verified by the following passage from the Tibetan:
This urge to sacrifice, to relinquish this for that, to choose one way or line of conduct and thus sacrifice another way, to lose in order eventually to gain—such is the underlying story of evolution. This needs psychological understanding. It is a governing principle of life itself, and runs like a golden pattern of beauty through the dark materials of which human history is constructed. When this urge to sacrifice in order to win, gain or salvage that which is deemed desirable is understood, then the whole clue to man’s unfoldment will stand revealed. This tendency or urge is something different to desire, as desire is academically understood and studied today. What it really connotes is the emergence of that which is most divine in man. It is an aspect of desire, but it is the dynamic, active side and not the feeling, sensuous side. It is the predominant characteristic of Deity.

Through the energy of the fifth ray, which is "essentially a light-bearer", the evolution of humanity is hastened, bringing about the descent of the Kingdom of God to Earth as a result of the ascent of so many taking initiation in this age. The fact that The Secret Doctrine equates Venus with Gaia (Earth), and the awakening consciousness of the Gaia theory recognises that Earth is a living and unified organism, suggests that humanity may now be beginning to awaken and cooperate somewhat with the reason for which the angels descended into matter: for the salvaging of substance and the awakening of mind in form so that the Purpose of Deity could be registered and expressed in substance. The solar angels "fell" as an act of choice and of supreme sacrifice on behalf of humanity. Those "Lords of Knowledge and Compassion and of ceaseless persevering Devotion" are ourselves, and we in turn must consciously choose to take control of our incarnation in form, seeking Purpose and thereby rendering life on Earth a gift of sacrifice to the lesser lives dependent on our care.
Christ said, "I am the bright morning star". His promise, and the legacy of the presence on Earth of all such "light bearers", may best be summarised in the following words: H. P. Blavatsky wrote that "in all the ancient cosmogonies light comes from darkness". And Alice Bailey expressed a similar recognition in the following words: "The Master M. . . adds darkness unto light so that the stars appear, for in the light the stars shine not, but in the darkness light diffused is not, but only focussed points of radiance."
