Sweet human child,

I am the voice of the earth. I have known you forever. Your every footstep is felt and acknowledged by me. At the deepest level we are one. There is one consciousness that envelops us both. This consciousness is majestic and unnameable. It is the spirit of God. It is mysterious and at the same time deeply familiar. Within the hand of this creative Consciousness the game of our togetherness enfolds. Together we play a game; we are partners in a relationship that has evolved over time. This relationship is now ready for transformation. We are entering a new era. But first I will tell you more about the beginning of this process of our cooperation together. It is different from what you may have expected.

At our first coming together, you were not yet human. You did not possess a physical body. You were not incarnated upon earth. You were an angel. And you were not just any angel! You belonged to a family of angels who intended to pave the way for a new adventure in the cosmos. What was that adventure about? I will put this in very simple terms. In the cosmos, there is a law that like attracts like. For instance, after you die on earth, you are automatically drawn to an area in the spirit world that mirrors your state of consciousness. Your surroundings are a direct reflection of how you feel inside.

There is a unity between inner and outer. In the spirit world, there are realms of light and realms of relative darkness. These realms are separated. This is not the case on earth, or so it would appear. On earth many different types of consciousness are present together and interact with one another. There is great diversity, and therefore earth is like a huge melting pot of different realms of consciousness.

Even here, it is the case that you create your own reality by your inner state of consciousness. However, this is something you gradually come to understand in the course of a deep spiritual quest. At first, you are greatly distracted on earth by an external world that does not seem to be created by your own mind at all. On the contrary, you seem to be the product of that reality rather than its creator. In the spirit world, the unity between inner and outer is simply a given, concrete and palpable. On earth, it takes a highly evolved consciousness to realise that oneness, and to take responsibility for oneself as creator.

On earth a special experiment takes place. When you are here in physical form, a veil is put over you so that you do not recognise your own divine creative power. It remains there until you awaken and see that you are God at the core of your being. Then the veil drops and you also recognize the deep underlying oneness that pervades all living creatures on earth. The process of awakening on earth is intense, and the very existence of earth gives a powerful evolutionary impulse to the entire spirit world. In the spirit world especially, there can be a lack of dynamics and of change. Indeed stagnation has taken place because all realms are so neatly separated. Change, growth, evolution occur when you meet and confront otherness. When I speak of meeting up with otherness, I do not mean having a polite chat with it, but rather a truly plunging into it. You learn and grow from diverse forms of consciousness not by studying them ‘from above’, but by becoming them. This is exactly what happens when you plunge into incarnation on earth. You take a dive into the deep, and by incarnating you connect to diverse realms of consciousness. This is how you forge a bridge between realms of being which would not have connected otherwise.

Being human means to be a bridge between widely varying realms of consciousness. In the forging of that bridge lies the hope for an expansion of consciousness in all the realms of the spirit world. Even the highest evolved realm in the spirit world gains an impulse of growth and renewal from the great experiment on earth. Humans are able to explore the extremes of light and dark, and eventually recognize the oneness behind all forms and appearances. When human beings attain this consciousness of oneness within, they become conscious creators on earth, and their presence will have a transformative and healing effect on all living creatures they come in contact with.

Creating unity consciousness is the goal of your adventure on earth. I started this tale by mentioning that when we first began this process of cooperation, you were not humans but angels. Your consciousness had not yet attached itself to any material form, and you felt strongly connected with the other angels around you, your brothers and sisters. There was such a strong bond among you that you experienced yourself like the cells of one organism. You would work for a common good in a selfless, obvious way, being of the same mind and heart. At a certain moment, you heard a calling from earth. You were invited to embark on a journey with this planet. Why you?

To make a long story short: you were the bold ones among the angels. You were fearless, passionate and yes, somewhat stubborn and self-willed. The claim has been that you were banished from paradise because of your desire for knowledge and your wilfulness. And yes, you were indeed curious and a bit unruly too. But that was precisely as it was supposed to be! Did you think God made a mistake in creating you? Well no, God knew precisely what she/he was doing and by the way, God does not deem anything wrong or sinful easily. God is perfectly capable of living with your “sins”. You are the ones suffering most from it.

Although it is understandable that as a human being you may regret your own acts, it is not wise to be endlessly weighed down by them. In this respect you have suffered a lot from your religions which have put such a strong emphasis on guilt and punishment.

God is more gentle and compassionate that you would ever hold possible. You are forgiven even before you trespass. God whole-heartedly grants you the space to make mistakes. She/he rather prefers that you look upon your own mistakes with equanimity than that you beat yourselves up about it. All those “mistakes” are steps on the journey within, the journey on which you fully get to know yourself. This journey need not be straight, it is meant to be erratic. Without twists and turns, there is no experience, and without experience, no awakening. You first have to get lost to be able to come Home consciously. You were the ones taking the experience of “lostness” fully upon you, with the passion and the self-wilfulness that God him/herself planted in your hearts.

However, I am straying a bit from my subject!

Once you heard the call from earth, you entered my dimension. You found a planet rich in vegetation, with green forests, endless oceans and a burgeoning animal kingdom.

You were moved by the beauty and richness of life upon me. You felt invited to participate in this life, to inspire and nurture it with the angel energy that was at your disposal. I was happy with your arrival. You were my shepherds; you helped to take care of life and even implanted seeds of change and innovation into the existing life forms. How did you do this? You were so close to the Source of creative power, that you had magical abilities, as one would call it today. You allowed yourself to imagine new, exciting life forms and these imaginings grew into spiritual seeds which attached themselves to already existing life forms. You impregnated life with new ideas. That is how biological evolution came to be. All life forms are born from Spirit. Physical, material forms are the manifestation of spiritual forces. The spirit is much stronger than you assume. You have been raised in a materialist frame of mind, which tells you that the physical – as described by the science of physics – is the foundation of reality. In fact the opposite is true. The spirit is not a product of soulless matter. All matter is pervaded by a creative consciousness that sustains it.

Let yourself go with your imagination for a moment. Remember who you were in those ancient times. It is possible! Your soul is open and unlimited. It knows no space or time. Imagine that you float above the oceans and forests in a very refined and ethereal body. You feel enchanted about the beauty you see, about the adventure that is about to take place here. See yourself as an angelic being guided by joy and passion. You feel as free as a child who can do anything it wants. Now imagine you gather up your powers to express your sense of joy and respect for life in a magnificent flower. Allow an image to come forth of a flower which particularly allures you. See its colours and feel them from within. Hear the flower’s laughter welling up from its heart like little bells ringing – it is like music to your soul. Now pass on this image to me, Earth. Imagine how it falls into my womb and how it is nurtured there by physical and ethereal powers which help this spiritual seed gain material form. This is what you did in those ancient times. You let yourself be carried away by the flow of your inspiration and impregnated me with it. And I was receptive. I, the awareness present in this material realm, wanted to be impregnated and to absorb your thought forms.

Our partnership and cooperation stem from that time. It is the reason why you can be so moved by the beauty of nature and the innocence of non-human life forms. You are not only touched by their physical beauty, you are also reminded of the old connection there is between you and life on earth and the joyful game you once played. You made your contribution to the creation of many life forms on earth. As an angel you were the spiritual parent of life on earth. This is how deep and far your creative power reaches.

During the time I am speaking of, there were also dark powers present in the universe, who got fascinated with the flowering of consciousness on earth. Dark powers are nothing but energies who are not yet aware of their divine nature and therefore believe they need something outside themselves to be whole and complete. These dark powers wanted to feed on the life on earth that radiated such vitality and life force. As a reaction to the intrusion of these dark powers, you wanted to protect life on earth. Your emotions were much like those of a parent who wants to shield their child from danger.

To meet and confront the intruders, you had to have denser bodies and live in a denser vibration, less thin and subtle than the realm of the angels. Essentially, the intrusion by the darkness lit a spark of passion and a fighting spirit in you, and this in turn drew you deeper into matter. The next step in your journey was for you to let go of being an angel, and you took the path of incarnation.

With this step, you in a sense lost your innocence. Just before this step, there was a moment of hesitation in which you realised that by becoming more material, you were going to let go of something very precious. You would lose your angel wings, which symbolise freedom from time and space, freedom from birth and death, freedom from fear and illusion. Yet there was something that deeply attracted you toward the adventure of incarnation. You were a passionate and bold angel, as I said. And that was as it should be. Apparently, your journey took a negative turn when you let go of being an angel and engaged yourself in a battle with the dark forces. You got mixed up in several conflicts and wars for a long, long time. On the other hand, this plunge into the deep made it possible to spread your angel energies to the farthest corners of the universe. Your angel energy is an unalienable part of you which, even if it is temporarily veiled, can never be taken away from you.

Your first mortal bodies were not made of physical matter as you know it on earth. They were much less dense and compact. One would not be able to see them with human eyes. Your consciousness was less focused than it is now. You still went in and out of your physical forms easily and you experienced reality in a way that is similar to how you now experience reality in the dream state. You were less aware of yourself as a separate entity, your “I-ness” as opposed to the outside world.

Presently, you are very much attached to your physical form. Many of you think they are that form and that they will perish with the physical body. In your earliest incarnations this was not yet the case, and in many ways you were much freer to go and do what you pleased.

Nonetheless, you did feel confused. Although you were guided by the intention to struggle for light and to protect life, you now also had to deal with dark emotions such as fear, desolation and doubt. As soon as you start to battle someone or something, you cannot but partly absorb your adversary’s vibration. If that would not happen, there would be no common ground to start the battle from, and you would simply let go of the other completely.

As an angel, you really only had high and elevated feelings. There was joy, enthusiasm and a strong sense of connectedness. When you went down the road of incarnation, an emotional body formed around your soul. This energetic body contains emotional responses that arise when you do not perceive reality from the standpoint of oneness and connection. The feelings of the angels have their seat in the heart. The emotions you experience when incarnated are related to the lower three energy centers (chakras) which in your body are located around the stomach, the belly and the tail bone.

These three chakras form the ladder to incarnation: through them you trade the experience of oneness for the experience of duality. It is also through them that you go up the ladder and rise from duality to oneness. Your emotional body presents the greatest obstacle to inner peace and liberation, because it contains fear, sadness and anger. Yet the way up, to freedom and enlightenment, goes through the emotional body and not alongside or around it. We will speak of this later.

As your emotional body grew heavier and denser, and you lost track of your origin, the possibility arose to incarnate as a human. You had become widely-travelled souls in the meantime; you had become experienced in both the light and dark aspects of life.

The energies of duality had taken hold of you, which means that, for a long time, you have believed in the illusions it creates. If you live in duality, you believe deep within that you are alone, fearful and powerless, and that you need something outside of you to protect, feed and acknowledge you. From this notion, you start to exert power over others and you hide your vulnerability. Or you may become too vulnerable and give your power away to another power who wants to feed on your life energy.

Whether you are offender or victim in this game, the fundamental error you make is that you think you cannot experience wholeness within yourself. There is a hole you want to fill, either by being boss or by being slave. This game is very painful, as many of you have experienced. In that distant past, there was a moment in which you strongly realized this. This was a moment of change. You had experienced both extremes of the game and knew there was no real solution in either of them. You knew something had to change, but you did not know how. You had become far removed from the original freedom and joy of the angel inside you. Yet your emotional body held a memory, a longing for home. You knew there was something you wanted to go back to, some Home, a state of being that felt like heavenly ecstasy to you. Your emotional body now embarked on a new path. Having explored the extremes of duality, it now started to turn within. This change of consciousness created the impulse to incarnate upon earth as a human.

The human being at that point already existed on earth as a biological life form. When you entered that life form however, you added something to it, which made the human being less animal and more self-aware. Human biology is related to the animal kingdom, but the human being was forged by powers which do not solely spring from natural evolution on earth. What separates man from animal is the ability to be self-aware. Through this ability the human being is able to transform their emotional body and spread the energy of the heart consciously on earth. Whereas the non-human realms of nature radiate the joy and connectedness of the angels unconsciously, it is humanity’s mission to transform it into a conscious energy.

By incarnating into the human being as it then existed on earth, you added something to its development, and this addition has been controversial. On the one side, self-consciousness holds a great promise; on the other hand it can lead you astray. By becoming human on earth you hoped to reconnect with all life on earth and be the gentle creator and keeper you once were. Being human is a rich and complicated reality. Many aspects of reality come together in the human being: you are partly animal, plant and mineral, partly a cosmic being with a long galactic history. Human beings are dark and light, the lost ones and the saviours, the cause of suffering and destruction, and at the same time messengers of hope, love and creative power. In the human being many powers converge with the purpose of reconnecting and cooperating. The consciousness of man holds the possibility to connect widely diverging realms of being and reinstate the notion of underlying unity. Because of the possibility of realizing this beautiful ideal, humanity is granted the opportunity to make grave mistakes. The goal can still be attained. Hope is not lost yet.

In this age, hope rises as never before. Great changes occur in the collective consciousness of man. I just referred to a moment in the past in which you realised that your salvation could not come from the game of stealing or giving away energy, but that the solution lies in finding wholeness within. This insight now germinates in the consciousness of humanity. It is only a seed, not yet a plant. But a change is at hand and something is awakening in the heart of mankind. The heart is the connecting force between the many realms of consciousness represented in man: the earthly, the galactic and the cosmic. The call for peace and fellowship now resounds through all of these realms and this collective call creates a wave of energy that engulfs me, the earth.

If you feel touched by my words, and recognise yourself in it, you are one who has heeded this calling of the heart. You are someone who wants to contribute to the transformation of consciousness on earth. I welcome you and wish to assist you. I am telling you this long story, to make you aware of who you really are: an angel at the core of your being. Your growing self-awareness helps me. If you remember who you are, we can again have a partnership.

I see your longing, I feel your home-sickness. I see you reaching out for the joyful and carefree state that once was so familiar to you on the one hand, and now still so far and distant on the other hand. It is time now to return to who you are. It is time to climb that ladder and embrace your emotional body with your heart. Surround your pain, your sense of heaviness, your sadness with the angel consciousness of mildness and compassion that is natural to you. You can heal yourself.

You are now becoming an angel who is able to hold her light in the densest realm of reality. You are becoming a conscious creator, who has learned to manifest themselves in realms both light and dark, without losing themselves in it. You are carrying a seed of consciousness that is transformative for your environment. You are becoming a spiritual teacher. A spiritual teacher is not someone coming down from the highest realms to explain to the ignorant what life is all about. A true teacher has gone though darkness himself and reaches out their hand to you not from above but from a deeply sensed inner unity.

The adventure you once started as a creative angel is nearing its end. Especially in this final chapter of your journey, you are invited to reconnect with me, the life form on which your experiment took place. Allow yourself to travel in your imagination, become the dreamer and visionary you once were. Own the greatness of what wants to manifest itself through you on earth. Become again the angel who graciously entrusts itself to the magic of life. Let yourself be guided by what gives you joy and inspiration.

The angel inside you wants nothing more than to become fully human. By feeling one with the angel within, you bring a piece of heaven on earth.

THE SACRED GEOMETRY OF A NEW ERA

The following is the 6th and final message that we received in Peru, last September, on Equinox. You can find our other messages on our website at www.alunajoy.com under the "Articles for Personal and Planetary Transformation" link. It might be a good idea to read them in order as each message builds upon the previous one. We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with very little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for others as well. The Andean Masters and the Star Elders assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you. So as you read this, you might want to imagine that you are with us. Also, always view the photos on the website that we share, as photos also hold some energy of the sites. … P.S. We made a sacred site essence here. This was the only essence we were asked to make during the entire pilgrimage.

Ollantaytambo is sitting in a very unique geographical place. Three canyons and three rivers are coming to one point, and this creates an energy vortex. It is a sacred trinity. The mountain behind us is a solstice marker. When the sun rises on the solstice, it rises on one side of this mountain, and rises on the other side at the opposite solstice. Today, we are on the Equinox. So we are in that center point between the two solstices where the sun rises and sets . . . a balance in the trinity.

I will take a look now to see what is going on . . . . The first thing I see is that we are being rained upon by little droplets of light. I also see the face of a very big being. He is Father Earth. He recognizes us. He has been waiting for us. He is in control of nature. If you have noticed, the wind has changed direction three times now in just a few minutes. There is a blessing in this wind that is coming to us from all directions. It is blessing the center of who we are. He says that we are like rooted trees. We have anchored in a new world that is yet to be fully manifested. What we are being offered by Father Earth is the strength of a tree. No matter which way the wind blows in our lives, we will never lose our center. This blessing is giving us strength, centeredness and a perseverance to hold true to what we are inside of ourselves, no matter what. They are inviting us to anchor the roots of our base camp (read past messages about base camp) into this new earth.

The Andean Masters are now here and are offering us a new geometry that is the foundation for the new world. They are offering us (and to all those reading this) the gift of this new geometry to be encoded inside of us. You must give inner permission for this to take place. This is something that we may or may not see or understand at this moment, but as we take further steps into this new world, it will make sense. We are building a new world in stages. First we must envision this new world. We must create it in Spirit with our hearts and our minds. This part has already been completed. Next comes the process of making this vision a part of our physical world. This new geometry is the framework on which a new physical world will be built. This geometry is the building blocks to our future. Geometry is the framework; then comes sound as a frequency. Once that is done, our intent will begin to take hold.

The Andean Masters anchored the Earth's geometry here in Ollantaytambo. This was more evident when this site was active. It has been destroyed and dismantled, and it is ruin now. The locals tore up the walls to build the village here. In the past age, when the Andean Masters were living here, their core alchemy was based in geometry and solar alignments. What we are seeing now is a new geometry, and I expect, with the Earth having shifted by ten degrees this past year, that we will have a new solar alignment as well. Our minds are not wired to see this new geometry yet; but we will. This geometry is the basis for a new world that is being built inside of us as well. We are making the shift of the age; not only with the Earth, but with our human bodies as well. We have never done this before. It is a grand experiment that has been planned for a long time. All of us must go together as ONE, or we do not go at all. I think this is why we are feeling so compelled to gather in groups. Working as ONE helps us assimilate and anchor this new geometry which will help us bring this new world into being.

Speaking about working as ONE, in every one of our ceremonies during this journey, we have had no structure or rules. We simply sit down, and we start creating something together. That is what The Star Elders are talking about . . . we work as ONE, each equal, no one better, lesser, or more important than the other . . . all of us working together as a team; as ONE unit. I was just feeling the appreciation from the Star Elders as you were setting your sacred objects down. No one needed to ask if this was the right or wrong thing to do, because everyone was being respectful for each other's space and sacred items that they had placed down. This is the way the new world is going to operate. There won't be a structure; not the way we are used to anyway. There will be no rules; only truth and respect, and being aware of each person's sacred space.

There will be a new structure in the new world, but it won't seem like structure to us. It will feel like a great freedom to us. The other day Willaru was saying that there are less laws when we move up into the higher dimensions. The reason why there are less laws is because we will have become more self-aware and responsible; therefore we are allowed to have more freedom. Having less laws gives us more freedom to express our mastery and our natural, God-given talents. When we are less responsible, we can devolve as well. When we are less responsible, the universe literally takes care of us, by making more laws to keep us safe.

So this is how you make a new world with fewer laws . . . by being respectful for each other, and having that inner sense of knowing exactly what to do. We won't need government. We won't need regulations. We won't need techniques or processes anymore because we will be beyond that. We will be living from the heart.

So what the Andean Masters are giving us today, if we are willing to accept it, is our personal, awakened and empowered new level of free will. If we allow this blessing of this new sacred geometry into our spirit and body, this will be a new framework within us for our new dimension. This allows us to become a tree in a land that we don't understand yet; but we will. It takes courage to allow this.

Because we now have this new geometry inside of us, we have gone another step just now! That was quick! Now there is a pathway beginning to form out in front of us. It is not a solid path like you would walk on. It is sort of a new direction in and empty, undefined space. In the the last few months, we have not been able to see a direction at all. So this is awesome. I can't tell you which way it goes, because north, south, east and west do not work with what I am looking at. It is a new path in a new dimension. The Star Elders and the Andean Masters are telling me that, when we get home, we are going to find that some new and subtle doors have opened. These doors are ones that we did not expect and may not look particularly practical in our old mind set; but there will be doors.

Archangel Michael would like to help you SEE these doors, because they are rather subtle. If you ask him, he will tap you on the shoulder to get your attention, so you will not miss them. Once you see them, the Star Elders and the Andean Masters won't tell you what to do with them. They won't tell you where to go, or won't tell you how to do it. They will only help you discover the doors. It will be up to you if you decide to go through them or not. This is so because you are taking your first steps into being a living master.

OK . . . I don't even know how to explain this one but, I am going to do my best. Do you know the flower of life symbol? I see it spinning. But each flower petal is spinning, and it is making a different kind of matrix . . . a new fabric of time. It is like a fractal. They are saying that the flower of life, as we know it today, is the basis for our current 3-D world. It is now evolving into a bridge between an old geometry and a new one. It is brilliant like a rainbow laser light. The Star Elders and the Andean Masters are saying that they are weaving a new fabric of time with this geometry. This is really out there. I am sorry (Aluna laughs). They are telling me that this is brand new. It is a new fabric of time in space, and we will create a new dimension to place it into. The new world is actually starting to form in the physical. We have been creating and dreaming this world in Spirit for decades. So, for this to actually manifest as a physical foundation now . . . well . . . this could take years for this finish. BUT . . . the Star Elders burst in and said "No. It is NOT going to take a long time." Now that we have the vision put in place, it will happen very, very quickly now. They are not giving me a timeline, because time doesn't exist in the place they are talking from, but they say quickly. Knowing them so well, "quick" could be years, months, weeks, or tomorrow.

The best I could do with an image to show what I was seeing.

They are showing me the spinning flower of life matrix outlined in red and gold. There are little flowerets all spinning inside of themselves. The flowers were made out of gold, and inside was this red, kind of primal fire energy. It looks very three dimensional. It is all spinning down to a center point. There is a wormhole going through the middle of this matrix to someplace else. Inside of this wormhole, there is a lot of blue light. It is very beautiful. This spiraling down into this blue spot is the direction that they would like to take us. You need to give internal permission that this new direction be anchored into you. This will help give you a new compass in the outside world.

Remember . . . this new way might be something that you don't expect. It could be a surprise. But also remember that Archangel Michael will give you that little tap on the shoulder saying "That is it." Much of this new world will have an element of unexpectedness about it. It is the first step into a new era. When we arrive fully to the other side, we will be back in kindergarten again. We will be babies. We will get to be children again. We have all been working toward letting out our inner child. We will get to be children again in a world that has less laws and more freedom. In this new world, what we imagine, dream and conceive in our hearts can actually manifest. It won't be just a wild, wishful dream anymore.

When the Andean Masters lived here back in the era of Lemuria, they didn't have to eat unless they wanted to. They manifested with the alchemy of imagination for what they needed, and when they needed it. They planted flowers, and they played and functioned from One Mind and One Heart. All the miraculous things that we imagine or fantasize about that we think we can do, we will be able to do. With less laws, there can be the ability to do astonishing things . . . like astral project or bi-locate. What if you want to be in two places at once, or do fifty things at once? Can we do all that? They always tell me "Yes, you can." But it is crazy when we think about it in this dimension, because we can hardly keep up with our lives right now.

We all have these places inside of us where we feel stuck or jammed spiritually. We know that there is more, and we can't quite get to it. This inner knowing is your heart knowing what is truly possible, and that memory is why you feel jammed. We are going to get our freedom. We are going to be set free. They say that we only have a few more days before this bridge is complete. Of course, their days are different from our days. I have learned this the hard way over the years. Their time is different from our time, but for them to say "days" instead of "months or years" is a big thing. This freedom is coming very soon. So, the Andean Masters have sent us this blessing to help us prepare. They have anchored within us a new geometry. They have started anchoring a new direction or path. The Andean Masters will not let us see too much out in the future on this path, because, at this point, we can still mess it up. We would revert back into our 3-D, linear thinking out of habit. So, this shift is going to be a step-by-step and moment by moment process.

The further out that I get out on that path, the more joy and excitement my heart feels. I think we all have that place where we know where we should be, but we haven't quite gotten there yet. If we didn't have this yearning to find this place inside of us, we would never find it, because we would be satisfied and quit searching. But everyone in this group (and those reading this) have come here to be a bridge to a new world. This is why we never quite fit in the world that we were born into, and we never quite fit into the world that we know we belong in. We are always in between, because we are the bridge. This is why we always feel that there is something missing, and thus we keep searching. This deep un-comfortableness, that we only feel as we start to wake up, gives us the gasoline to advance us to the next step.

We will open up the bridge to a new world for everyone else that follows behind us. We know that these others are not really behind us, because we are all going together. This is just a 3D way to explain this. We could not be a bridge to the future without ALL the people around us; those people that cook our food, do our laundry and drive the bus and train. We have all been doing this together. So we want to give thanks to all the people that made this pilgrimage through life possible for us, because they gave us this opportunity to do our job.

When I was doing a lot of sessions, the Star Elders and I started running into places that didn't make sense in this reality. That is because we are already partly on the other side so to speak. We are just now getting little inklings of what is on this other side. It is still very vague, and it is very difficult to describe. I know that the frequency is shifting us anyway. Yet our minds like to know, because we do need to integrate the head with the heart.

This is why we must do what feels right in our hearts no matter what. Our heart is our compass. In each and every moment, there is something that is shifting and changing. The more that we make the heart choice, instead of the head choice, the easier it will be for us to stay on the new path that they just gave us. If we use our heads, this could be a little more uncomfortable, because we will become out of sync with the emerging future. This is why they are working with us today to sync our bodies with our spirits. So, the more that we follow our hearts, the less we will find ourselves in uncomfortable places. If we don't use our hearts, we will move off the new path. Once we move off the new path, we will have to make course corrections. These course corrections can be big and, at times, painful leaps to get back in sync with the new frequencies.

P.S. If you are alive, and in a body, you are shifting. You can't avoid it. There is no stable or constant place right now, except your base camp. We are receiving divine help from the Andean Masters and the Angelic Realms. We have so much divine help helping us to adjust and keep "in time" with what which is coming. They are watching very closely. Our time lines have been out of sync. Our physical timeline has been out of sync with our spiritual timeline, and we have not been able to get it synchronized. This has already self-corrected.

So we want to send thanks to the whole planet, and all living things, for helping us on this journey. It is an exceptional time on the planet. Each living thing has played their part, taught us a lesson, given us a hand, lifted us up, and torn us down. Some have tested us with fear and others with corruption. All beings on this Earth have given us all that we needed to get to this point in our evolution right now. We have passed many tests. Now we can manifest a consciousness that can hold the new geometry which will allow us to build the bridge to the next dimension. We want to thank all the other spiritual groups around the planet that have gathered at this equinox time who are also doing this work. It is going to take many, many villages to get this dimension up and running.

Now just BE who you are. Be your authentic self. Be honorable and impeccable. Follow your heart no matter what the outer world says. Your heart will never steer you wrong . . . but your head will. Your head will get you in all kinds of messes, because it is your 3D programming. But if you listen to your heart, you will stay aligned with your unique path.

P.S. All paths lead to the same destination. There is no way you can get lost. So live bold and with courage to be that one who breaks the old paradigm and frees all living things in the process.

We see many starting to awaken; starting to recognize that there is change coming and much already here with regard to the way that life has been lived up to this time. We see many are beginning to let go of the idea that there is only one way to accomplish things, or only one way of understanding an issue. This is progress dear ones, because this means that more and more are opening up to the energies of light now pouring onto your planet. As a result, many who heretofore lived in fear and obedience, are starting to take back their power.

It is time to let go. We have made this statement many times before, but we must say it again. You cannot carry that which is old and finished with you into the new energy, it is of a higher frequency. This is why many of you are experiencing headaches, flu like symptoms, ringing ears, sleep problems, and various aches and pains; you are releasing cellular memory and old dense energy still stored within your energy fields from lifetimes. Much is to be accomplished in the next few months. If you choose to remain a bystander, living life as usual, that is fine, it is your choice. But again we say, you cannot take the old and untrue energy with you into the new.

We see much about to occur with regard to world financial situations. Many countries are beginning to question, and amongst themselves are talking about new and better ways of financial working but you do not hear about these things, because your news is not open and true. It is on your Internet that you must search for the more open news.

Do not be afraid dear ones, things will occur that may cause you to doubt or fear, but all is proceeding according the plan. All is moving into a higher resonance of seeing and being. Nothing real is ever nor can be, lost. Some things may seem to be lost, but if they are the manifestation of your state of consciousness, they will then reappear on a new and higher level; remember, your state of consciousness governs your world. This is why successful businesses are often sold, but then quickly fail, for a business expresses the consciousness of the owner and a new owner consciousness may be very different.

Many are finding their work moving in new directions. Try not to hold to what you have done in the past, but allow your work, whatever it may be, to unfold and new ways. The mantra of "this is the way we have always done it" will begin to ring very hollow for some.

Old beliefs of everything are shifting; government, healthcare, relationships, foods, entertainment--all are changing and shifting-if you allow it. All have free will and can choose to stay in third dimensional energy, moving into the higher frequencies at a later time. Some are choosing to leave because they realize that they will not have enough time to complete their life lessons. These dear ones are choosing to leave now and then come back into the new energy at a later date. Know that all have been given the choice as to whether they wish to stay or leave during this time of shift.

This choice is made on a deeper consciousness level, so many now preparing to leave do not realize that this was their free will choice.

Please do not fear, hate, or even love death. There is no death; what you call death is simply a change of location. a going back home, for you are spiritual beings, not physical. Those who excessively mourn the dead--building altars and calling out day after day, cause their loved ones to stay attached to earth and hamper their journey of evolutionary understanding.

It is time to realize the illusory nature of all third dimensional appearances. It is time to understand that the the world is not an illusion, it is your perception of the world that is the illusion. Many have gotten tripped up in this fine point, saying to themselves; "Oh well, this situation is only an illusion." The sick or sinning person you see before you is not an illusion, it is your concept of him that is the illusion. Recognizing this distinction is imperative, for only as the spiritual student begins to understand this, can he begin to see through the negative as well as positive appearances of the third dimension-- good and bad are both just ends of the same duality stick. Being in third dimensional energy is like observing every activity of life through a stained glass window. You see it, but in a distorted way.

With the recognition of the illusory nature of appearances, you begin to realize reality-- everything is Source manifesting as... All that is real is governed by Divine law and can never be changed or eliminated. If disease resided within Divine consciousness, governed by Divine law, no one anywhere or at any time ever would be able to cure it.

Soak fresh plums in Amaretto liqueur, Marsala or sherry, then bake them in a sweet batter for a sensational dessert you can enjoy on a diet!

Ingredients

For a change, use pitted fresh cherries instead of plums.

• 450g plums (without stones) fresh, quartered and pitted
• 4tbsp cream liqueurs, amaretto, Marsala or sweet sherry
• 110g flour, wheat, white, plain,
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 medium egg
• 300ml milk, skimmed
• 1tsp vanilla extract
• 1tsp caster sugar
• 5 spray(s) calorie controlled cooking spray,
• 2tsp(level) icing sugar

Method

1. Put the plums and liqueur, Marsala or sherry into a bowl. Cover and leave to soak for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Make the batter by beating together the flour, salt, egg, milk, vanilla and caster sugar with a whisk. Cover and leave to stand alongside the plums.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°F / Gas Mark 6. Spray a 1.5 litre (2 ¾ pint) shallow ovenproof dish with low fat cooking spray.
4. Drain the plums, reserving the liquid. Tip them into the prepared dish, then pour the batter over them. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes, until set and golden.
5.Serve the pudding, drizzled with the reserved liquid and sprinkled with icing sugar.

Ingredients

Lorraine says: 'You can make all the component parts ahead of time and assemble the tarts at the last minute.'

• 80g (3oz) butter, melted and cooled, plus extra for greasing
• 270g (10oz) shop-bought filo pastry
• 4 tbsp apricot jam
• 500g (1lb 2oz) low-or no fat Greek yoghurt
• 2 tbsp honey
• Seeds of 1 vanilla pod or 2 drops of vanilla extract
• Small bunch of black seedless grapes, halved
• Bunch of redcurrants
• 1 dragon fruit, peeled and cubed
• 2 large figs, quartered
• 12-hole muffin tin or cupcake tin

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), Gas Mark 4 with the middle shelf ready. Grease the muffin or cupcake tin well.
2. Cut the filo pastry into squares that are big enough to fit into the muffin holes and hang over the sides a little. Brush each piece of filo with lots of melted butter to stop them from burning in the oven, then push a filo square into a hole and add another filo square, you will need to layer up 3–4 pieces. Repeat until you have 8 holes filled.
3. Place the filo cases into the oven for 5 minutes or so, giving them time to crisp up. Once they look golden brown and crispy remove them from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes or so. Remove them from the muffin tray and place them on serving dishes. I always tend to break at least one when I take them out!
4. Put the jam in a small pan and heat gently until warm.
5. Mix the Greek yoghurt, honey and vanilla together in a bowl then place a good dollop into each pastry case. Now divide the fruit among the tartlets, piling it up high. Brush with the warm apricot jam to make a shiny glaze and serve.
6.You can also decorate with a sprig of fresh mint, or get creative with some raspberry jam thinned and well mixed with some water and drizzle it on the plate for a touch of old-school food glamour.

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 150ºC/300ºF/gas 2. Lightly grease a 20cm round sponge mould.
2. Spread the base of the sponge mould with the jam and dot with the black cherries.
3. Using an electric whisk, mix together the remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread over the jam sponge and cherry base, levelling out the top with the blade of a knife.
4. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 mins until firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and turn out onto a serving plate.
5.Serve hot or cold with the fromage frais.

Method

1. Put the chocolate pieces into a heatproof bowl and place over a saucepan of gently simmering water until melted.
2. Blend the cocoa powder with the hot water, then add to the chocolate and stir really well until smooth. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
3. Beat the egg yolks and stir into the chocolate mixture. Replace the bowl over the saucepan of simmering water and cook gently for about 5 mins, stirring until thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in the chilli powder. Taste to check the heat, adding a little more if required.
4.Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then add the caster sugar and whisk again until glossy. Fold through the chocolate mixture using a large metal spoon. Share between 6 small glasses and top with a cherry. Serve with the remaining cherries.

2. Whisk in cornflour. Spoon into tin, level off and bake for 45 mins. When cool, turn out on to a greaseproof paper dusted with icing sugar. Peel off paper.
3.Combine yogurt and lemon curd; spread over meringue and scatter with berries. With the long end in front of you, roll the meringue into a roulade. Serve scattered with extra berries.

Bajau Laut – sea gypsies

The Bajau Laut people of the south-western Philippines and Indonesia live their entire lives on the sea. Known as “sea gypsies” or “sea nomads”, they inhabit amazing villages built on stilts in the middle of the ocean.

Many Bajau people do not set foot on land except to trade fish and sea cucumbers for rice and (ironically) water, build new boats, or bury the deceased. In fact, they sometimes report feeling “landsick” when they do!

Even when their fragile, driftwood settlements are decimated in the typhoon season, or ransacked by pirates, they just take to their boats and start to build a new house.

These amazing people are so at home in the water that their bodies have physically adapted to it, giving them better underwater vision and the ability to hold their breath for up to five minutes while free-diving for their dinner, as this member of the Bajau Laut clan happily demonstrates:

Where their bodies haven’t adapted enough, they just fashion a pair of goggles out of a passing bit of flotsam

…and slap on a bit of natural sunblock.

That only leaves the eardrums, which might tend to cause a bit of hassle when diving to depths of up to 30m. They are simply ruptured at an early age.

“You bleed from your ears and nose, and you have to spend a week lying down because of the dizziness,” said one sea gypsy (reported the Guardian), “but after that you can dive without pain.”
Nobody said life in paradise was easy.

They may look like regular folks frolicking in the water on a hot summer's day, but they're really much more remarkable than that. They are the Moken, a group of about 2,000 to 3,000 people who are born, live and die traveling the Andaman Sea around Southern Thailand and Myanmar (Burma). Settling only during monsoon season, these "Sea Gypsies" live more than half the year in boats called kabang, each made from a single tree. They are master fishermen and expert divers, catching fish on spears with ease, while collecting a variety of other fruits of the sea by hand, such as sea cucumbers at low tide and shellfish at high tide.

Moken children learn how to swim before they can walk. The Moken can plunge to depths of 75 feet without any life support gear and can also lower their heart rates in order to hold their breaths for twice as long as other humans. And that's not all: Swedish scientist Anna Gislen also found that Moken children have the power to constrict their pupils to tiny pinpoints when they're in the water, enabling them to sharpen their sight and see much better underwater than the rest of us.

But how do they do it? At first, scientists thought that there might be some super-sighted genetic variation in play; after all, the Moken have been diving for hundreds of years. Perhaps, but Gislen's studies with European children showed some pretty cool results - after four to six months of training, Swedish youngsters would automatically constrict their pupils when they came in contact with water, though not to the extent of the Moken children, who have been practising this exercise far longer.

With their almost superpower diving abilities, the Moken could easily exploit the sea, reaping more than they require to sell or trade, but they choose not to. They live simple, low-impact lives, never catching more than is required to survive. A peaceful and nonviolent people, the Moken treat everyone as family, sharing what they have and abstaining from the accumulation of worldly possessions.

To be sure, the Moken's animist beliefs led them to worship the sea and respect its power. They know how to read the signs that the mighty ocean herself sends them, enabling them to find higher ground before anyone else knew that the 2004 Tsunami would hit.

The Moken people saw it coming when others didn't

When asked how the Moken people knew that the tsunami would come, they speak of the Laboon, or the "wave that eats people," a legend that has been passed down through the generations. Angry ancestral spirits bring on this "Big Wave," but before it arrives, the sea recedes. Saleh Kalathalay, the village headman, recognized these signs before the 2004 Tsunami struck, and ran to warn everyone to move to higher ground to avoid the impending wave. Everyone was spared, except for one handicapped tribesman who was forgotten on the beach, and for this lapse of memory, the tribe believes it is cursed and will not rebuild their village in the same spot.

And although the Moken survived the devastating disaster of 2004, the traditional nomadic life and the knowledge of the sea that comes part and parcel with it, could soon be lost. Only about 1,000 Moken still lead the traditional life and the numbers continue to dwindle.

Until the 1980s, the Sea Gypsies were largely untouched by modern civilisation. With the influx of entrepreneurs and tourists over the past 30 years and pressure from government, some Sea Gypsies are being forced to settle in permanent villages. We wait in the background for what must be done, if not done so by your own people.

News will reach you shortly about a “new” scientific development in the field of what you have termed zero point energy systems. It will be touted as theoretical, but in reality it is a functioning model of a real energy device created a long time ago and only now being released. There will be interesting developments in your legal field over patent protections. The “news" of this breakthrough will be carefully monitored by those in power to determine what type of impact such a disclosure makes upon the people as a whole.

The Queen of England has ceded control over a faction of the Illuminati to a group over which our allies have “consulting” privileges. A major meeting of all factions of the Federation has recently been held. This was a very big event, not only in numbers but also in importance. The Crystals of Arkansas

And so now we skip forward 12,500 years, and we look at the role of the Atlantean colony you now call Arkansas. We tell you that there are Crystals and Crystal Caverns beneath the lands of Arkansas that are beyond your imagination. There are crystals beneath Arkansas that are amazing in their size and appearance. Some the size of 20 story buildings! Their energy is stunning, and their awakenings are affecting the planet in myriad ways.

Indeed there are those among you who spent long periods of time grooming the crystal caverns of both Arkansas and Brazil. Some of you were specialist, Crystals Masters, that engineered the 'rapid growth' process, others of you specialized in applying & programming specific sounds and tones into the appropriate crystals. Some of you engineered anti-gravitation waves through crystal technology to create crystalline divergent energy fields used for levitation.

Although it is not one of the 'Master Temple Crystals' of Poseida relocated by the Law of One, there is another enormous and very unique crystal beneath Arkansas. It is termed the Ark-Crystal of Gravity. It is in a very specialized crystal cavern with applications of anti-gravitational energy. We will speak more of this crystal further in this channeled assay, for that crystal technology assisted in building pyramids and construction of multiple units of what you term the 'Ark of the Covenant'.

Because of the caverns and large crystal deposits in the area. there is what may be termed a 'Crystalline City' beneath Arkansas. In the era of Atlantis it served for the programming of crystals in a highly technical and specialized process. Crystals were used for myriad purposes, benevolent beneficial utilities...and these uses and applications will be reviewed in detail later in this channel.

For so many of you, Arkansas of the Crystal Vortex, will be a homecoming. Literally tens of thousands of you of the Law of One Atla-Ra, knew Arkansas for many millennia, albeit in subterranean abode.

Yet the underground habitat was splendid, and beautiful....adorned with exquisite crystals and a form of light that flowed around corners !

Now, as we have said previously , three Atlantean ' Master Temple Crystals' from Poseida were safely relocated by the Law of One scientist priests into specially prepared caverns in Arkansas before the final destruction of Atlantis.

The caverns that hold the relocated Master Temple Crystals were locked in hyper-dimensional fields with magnetic. Placed such for safe keeping until the safe return of the Law of One, and the crystalline activation termed the Ascension.

Arkansas was specifically chosen to house the three major Temple crystals for several logical reasons.

(1) It was already in use as a crystal mining, growth and harvest area. Highly sophisticated living quarters, chasms and labs were pre constructed. As a result one of the primary interdimensional tunnels from Poseida was already established and transport complexes were available to transport the crystals to the area.

(2) It was pre-understood that the vortex in place in the area of Arkansas would play a major role in the 2012 planetary Ascension. Arkansas's unique geology of quartz, diamonds, magnetic lodestone, iron, limestone, and massive caverns made it the perfect incubator for the crystalline plantations. Crystals had been planted and grown in Arkansas for thousands of years before the deluge.

(3)The presence of magnetic metals in the crystal beds, and magnetic field generators made it easier for the majestic Atlantean crystals to be placed in a dormant state within pre existing facilities.

(4) A very benevolent colony of the blue-skinned LeMurians exist underground in Arkansas, as well as an underground base of Sirians. The two were in agreement to be caretakers for the sleeping crystals.

Now, the three crystals placed in Arkansas are preprogrammed to a network-grid that axialtonally connects to the remaining five enormous master crystals placed in Brazil, Shasta, Bimini, and the two exquisite wisdom crystals placed under Lake Titicaca. These are specialized Healing, Wisdom, Energy and Transport Crystals , used in the Temple of Healing, The Temple of Sound and Light, The Temple of Knowledge, The Temple of One, The Temple of Thoth , The Ruby Temple of Fire and the Temple of Regeneration.

The crystals were specifically placed in areas of supreme importance for the new earth emerging in the 2012 Ascension. Areas that were easily accessed though the Atlantean interdimensional tunnel system that would emerge as mega vortex infinity points in your current times. The Emerald Crystal of the Divine Feminine acts as the trigger, the manifold in which all other Temple Crystals react.

So be aware that on the 11-11-11, the 11th of November, 2011, the 144 Crystalline grid will launch into ninety two percent function & activity, and in turn activates & further triggers the time sequence program for the remaining Master Crystals. Each will open on the triple date portals.

The Platinum Crystal activates on the 11-11-11. The Ruby Crystal & Crystal of Thoth are the final two of the 'relocated' Master Temple Crystals of Posida remaining to be awakened. Both will be activated on the 12-12-12.

Each will be aligned and triggered with the activation of the 1 remaining of 12 stellated facets of the 144 grid, the double penta-dodecahedron. Eleven of these twelve grid facets will be in full function on the 11-11-11.

And so, we remind you that in 2008, the Blue Crystal of Wisdom and Knowledge returned to functionality. On the 9-9-9 the Emerald Crystal, the Gold Crystal and the Om Crystal awoke into active projection. The Emerald Crystal of the Divine Feminine has then assumed the role of trigger point for all of the Master Crystals.

The Crystalline Core

The crystalline core of the earth plays a major role in many aspects of your planet and its dimensional duality. While this may seem confusing to many of you, we will also tell you that the Earth's core effects your perception of reality.

The earth has an inner core that rotates clockwise and an outer core that rotates counterclockwise. The ratio of the earth's inner spin to its outer spin directly affects the flash of time unfoldment.

The inner core is spinning faster now, and thus your time is speeding up. It is in fact the increase in the speed of light that affects this increase in spin. Because the core is spinning more rapidly, it is increasing in heat and size. This is responsible to a great degree for the global warming that is now occurring.

The Crystalline Core has a physical and non physical reality. One is matter, the other antimatter. The physical core is crystallized in magnetic iron-nickel alloy-composite. The core is not hollow. The Crystalline Core is lucid coherent energy that can be compared to the sun's sentient radiation as it beams upward in every direction from the core.

In its upward flow it creates a radiation sphere of influence that increases, disseminates , propagates and energizes all life force. This radiation field is a domain transducer that physicalizes vital energy. It has the remarkable capacity to solidify the sentient Earth's resolve & intent into tangible physical reality.

As such non-physical energy moves through and becomes solid energy in amassed crystalline formations that grow & amplify energy.

Arkansas & Brazil

The two primary vortexes of these crystal beds are Arkansas and Brazil. There is indeed an important & synchronistic communication taking place between the crystal vortexes of Arkansas & Brazil. The two vortex spin in benevolent balanced opposition, one below the equator, one above, Brazil spins clockwise Arkansas counterclockwise. This has great effect & purpose. Natural crystals from Arkansas spin in the opposite manner of ones from Brazil. The Crystal Vortex of Arkansas therefore has a greater importance to those of the Northern Hemisphere, and the same is true of the Brazilian Crystal Vortex for the southern half of your planet.

As such these massive crystalline vortexes serve as receiver-transmitter and receptive-conductive force field conduits of energy that transfuse and convey vital Cosmic life-force to everything that exists upon and within the Earth. Solar and Stellar radiation waves and emissions accelerate and optimize the amassed beds of crystalline energies. Such emissions exhilarate and intensify the crystals transformational amplifications of energy, and as such create optimally heightened proliferation of all that is within the Earth's field of influence.

Earth's northern hemisphere contains most of its land area, and composes roughly 90% of the planet's human populace. It is for that reason that the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas yields the greater influence. Let is be clear both of the Crystal Vortexes are of great importance in the Ascension and balance of the planet, but Arkansas has the greater influence on humanity for the reasons stated.

Crystalline Piezo-Electrics & Cosmic Winks

The Arkansas Vortex does not flow, as most other vortexes, in a circular pattern Rather in a to-and -fro motion over the largest single deposit of quartz crystal on the earth. This unusual pattern is due to a property of quartz, termed piezoelectricity.

The piezo-electric qualities of Arkansas quartz are extremely potent, and the energy of this aspect is increasing as the Master Crystals of the Vortex come into greater activation. Their energy can send shocks into the air, and shake the land.

An example of this is the well publicized incident of January 2011., when an unexplained phenomena of dying birds occurred in Arkansas. The birds that fell from the sky, dropped as a direct result of a piezo-electric surge that release crysto-electric shock waves into the sky. Some 15,000 birds were temporarily stunned , fell to the earth and died from the blunt trauma of the impact.

In kind, the unusual earthquakes that have taken places in Arkansas over the past 2 years are also a result of the Crystals awakening. These quakes have truly puzzled geologists, for they are taking place in areas not known for tectonic faults or previous shaking. They have occurred in areas not associated to the New Madrid fault line.

We tell you again, that the the Arkansas quakes were the result of the Crystals activating. It is a new concept and not understood by your scientists. The very idea would be foreign and unacceptable to main stream academics. Yet we assure of this fact.

On the 10-10-10 a quake occurred very near the Emerald Crystal, and was reported nationally. Unlike 'usual' tectonic quakes, it did not scare the animals. The birds kept singing, the animals did not seek refuge in advance .

On the 9-9-9 a green fog was reported by local media over Mount Magazine and power in the area briefly shut down. The 'green' fog was not an odd colored water vapor. Indeed it was the ionic fog that occurs around and with dimensional 'worm holes'. It was the Emerald Crystal.

Fear not, the Crystal awakenings will not create quakes or shocks that are harmful to humanity. The activations are deliberately softened in gradual time release.

We tell you that another such 'Cosmic Wink' will take place in the Crystal Vortex around the 11-11-11 in Arkansas.

Zero Point

There are primary and satellite power points of energy on the planet. The Atla-Ra not only knew the exact locations and nature of each, they were able to harness, refine & amplify their energy, and network them into a global power grid.

A global system of what may be termed refined Leylines and Axialtonal lines were networked, and indeed charged with Crystals. Arkansas & Brazil are emerging to be the two most important ones for the transitional Ascension, the change from magnetic to Crystalline energy. The Magnetic Grid is decreasing, replaced by the Crystalline Grid.

Magnetics are by definition polar. Crystalline energy is non-polar, zero point !

The shift to zero point occurs from the 5th to 12th dimension. The 12th dimension is the Crystalline apex. The Ascension in simplistic terms, is the expansion of the earth from the (magnetic) polarity of the 1st three dimensions to the zero-point fields of the crystalline dimensions.

In preparation for this the 'Sun Discs' are being reprogrammed for the Crystalline to be transduced, into a tangible format for humanity. Those of you visiting primary Sun Disc locations are involved in assimilating the new codes.

Those of you coming to the 11-11-11 in Arkansas will take part in this at Mount Pinnacle. Some of you will carry the Crystalline Codes to Giza and other primary points of Sun Disc. Code carriers have in fact been involved in this mission since the Cosmic Trigger of 2009.

That which you term Sun Discs are in truth Crystalline devices of Sirian-Pleiadean-Arcturian origin used to balance and stabilize planetary energies. The sun disc network was established after the break up of the crystalline firmament. The 12 discs serve to transduce Cosmic and Dimensional energies, and blend them to stabilize fields of the duality planet. The Crysto Disc in Arkansas is extremely important as it correlates with and allows integration of the energy of the Crystalline dimensions with that of duality dimensions. That is why the Platinum Crystal was placed within the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas.

Uses of Crystals

The Law of One Atlanteans used crystals in many benevolent means. And the return of the Law of One will re-open their use. Indeed it is the oath of the Law of One that they will never again be duped into allowing the technology to fall into the wrong hands. Each of you are part of this oath.

- Power Transmission-Crystals have the ability to transfer energy, to retain it, to maintain its intensity, to focus & transmit it over great distance .

That termed Phi Crystals, or Presently termed Vogel Phi Crystals were used extensively to merge energy from 'human theta thought' via teams of Atla-Ra Scientist-Priest. Theta level thought waves were combined with Pranic Chi energy and integrated and amplified into a unique crystalline 'manifestation' wave.

An Atlantean laboratory of great sophistication existed in the subterranean city in Arkansas to work with this, and other utilization of crystal energies, including hyper-dimensional teleportation.

Because of the massive quartz crystal deposits and magnetic minerals of Arkansas, and presence of carbon crystal diamonds and radium-bearing waters, Arkansas was the perfect earth-lab for crystal technology. Because of this mixture of minerals, the dimensional portals are more easily accessed in this area.

This rare cocktail of energetics enabled Sirian -Pleiadean tech-sourced generators to create anti gravitation fields in the areas of Arkansas, divergent energies that could be technically engineered & controlled through the Crystalline Disc and Satellite

The 2nd Moon, Pyramids & Crystals

The primary grid points in the Golden Age of Atlantis (and in your future) were amplified by Pyramids.

The Atla-Ra with the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance used this energy, combined with crystals, to network this energy.

Some pyramids were used to receive & transmit energy between planets in your solar system, as well as with other stellar Universes. Certain Pyramids are multi-dimensional, forming octahedrons that work in tandem sacred geometric fields between physical and nonphysical. As such Pyramids are gateways to the parallel dimensional fields of what would be termed the 'Angelic realm' or better stated, the anti matter realm. The Platinum Crystal in Arkansas is uniquely programmed to interface with Parallel Universes and the Angelic Ream of anti-matter. As such the Platinum awakening will greatly increase the potency of the primary Pyramids of the Planet, especially the Great Pyramid of Giza. Indeed Giza in the 12th Wave of 2012, will be exponentially more powerful than any time since the Golden Age of Atlantis.

What is not recounted in most of the Atlantean suppositions in current times, is the utilization and indeed nature of the 'Second Moon' of Atlantis. It was a Crystalline satellite that was the 'control device for the system. There remains to this day references to the "Second Moon' in the Pyramids of the Mayan and indeed was referenced by Ra-Ta through Edgar Cayce. One of the docking stations of the Crystal Satellite was in Arkansas near Little Rock, in the area of what is now the Toltec Mound Pyramids State Park. A feed of Axialtonal energy existed there , connecting the docking station to the Crysto-Disc at Mount Pinnacle.

Depending on the tilt of the Earth's axis at a particular time of the year, one Crysto Disc would function to intensify and transmit energies to others which would then act as receiving devices and would disperse energy as it was needed. These were relayed to all of the networks, which included the Crysto Ley system, and this energy was the source of that which energized all parts of the planet, particularly in Atlantis.

The Crystal Awakening

The Crystalline Awakening is through the Crystal Vortex, the Master Crystals; the Crysto-Sun Disc and Crystalline Grid define and underwrite the Ascension. The Ascension is truly the Crystalline Transition. The Crystalline is not merely minerals, rather it is the vibration of perfect ordering, it is the frequency of perfection, and in vibrational terms what you refer to as Impeccability. By impeccability we mean aligning actions to accurate belief. It is 'Walking Your Talk'. And Dear Ones, Conscious Minerals in Crystalline states, are the generators that support your rise into coherent energies and dimensions.

The Crystalline energy and indeed the entire mineral kingdom relates to humanity through both physical and etheric means. It has always been so. The mineralogical crystalline essence is essentially the root-resonance of the same creative force that formed the Cosmos. As such the realms of the crystalline minerals and humanity are intricately related , such that one is never out of contact or subtle communication with the other. You see your physical human bodies contain crystalline particles and a rich array of minerals that are uniquely relative to the earth. Accordingly the harmonic ratios of minerals and crystalline particulate that are in both your physical and etheric bodies are maintained in coherent uniformity with those of the earth. Thus the resulting frequencial ratios of earth and humanity are held in a requisite balance for the well being and support of humanity individually and in mass.

Masters, every new Cosmic Era brings with it up shifts and transformations. Both the earth and indeed mankind are experiencing a long awaited awakening. This metamorphosis includes global warming and modification of myriad environmental phenomena that are quickening around you.A key aspect of the New Crystalline Age is a purposed clarion call to the Crystalline and Mineral kingdoms of the Earth to increase the flow of energy that it receives from the core of the earth.

Arkansas and Brazil are composites of the two greatest masses of quartz crystal and associated gemological forms on the planet, and are key to this call. This clarion-call provokes a stimulation that affects the entire earth, but most specifically the mineralogical crystalline pockets that receive and transmit potent energetic patterns throughout the planet earth. But it extends to an even greater scope. Because while the mineralogical realm of your planet indeed defines the earth, and is truly the oldest 'sentient' life form on your planet, the diversity of crystalline mineral resources encompasses a vast part of the entire Cosmos.

The heralded Ascension is then, in effect, the coming of the new Crystalline-Age. It will bring in the Platinum Ray on the 11-11-11 and this opens the Crysto Discs . This event will recode the crystalline energy of both the planet and humanity.

The Ark Crystal of Gravity

The Atlanteans had the knowledge of hyper-dimensional quantum physics and understood that counter rotating specific magnetic fields around cylindrical crystals created antigravity waves.

They had perfected the ability to apply crystalline ovid-shield effects around Crystalline structures, minerals and gold to create various generating units of hyper-dimensional divergent energy fields.

What is termed the ARK of the Covenant is among the capacitor devices capable of being 'portable' generators of this and other forms of energy. There were indeed many units of what your legends term the Ark of the Covenant.!

The originals of these capacitors were created with the ARK Crystal of Gravity, and used for anti gravitation .

The Ark Crystal of Gravity was constructed by modifying an enormous natural crystal in the complex beneath Arkansas, near the area of the Toltec Mounds. By channeling & refining the magnetic fields of the naturally occurring magnetic deposits of lodestone indigenous to Arkansas, and the scientist were able to direct the motion of the refined magnetics and counter spin them around specially shaped crystals and crystal fields for anti-gravitational purposes. These energies were used to recharge the 'Crystal Satellite' or second moon with antigravity.

(We will tell you that the device termed the 'Nazi Bell' was an unsuccessful attempt at recreating this effect. The German scientist working on the 'Nazi Bell' were in fact part of the Aryan-Belial technicians that were allowed in the Fall of Atlantis to be trained by the Atla-Ra, as part of the great comprise of , which we have discussed previously in this channel. Had they have been able to complete that and other technologies, WWII could have had a different outcome. It was never allowed to occur.)

In fact the crystalline devices that were used to combine concentrated thought with anti-gravitational generation from the capacitors was part of the process utilized for the method used for lifting massive stone blocks and building structures such as Pyramids. You may find it interesting to note that the dimensions described in your religious texts for the Ark of the Convenient are the same dimensions of the sarcophagus in the Kings Chamber of the Great Pyramid. This will be discussed in more detail in a future channel. But we will say that the ARK Crystal is still in place.

The Atlantean Crystals open the etheric gate, the dimensional portals that will allow mankind of carbon based life to interface with those of bio-plasmic life. You must understand Masters, that you exist within both multidimensional parallels.

Indeed you are the Sirians, you are the Pleiadeans, and you are the Arcturans and much more! You are all the multidimensional sparks of the Master Creator God! It is true! The gate will further open in 2011 in the crystalline vortex of Arkansas, and those of you who connect to the Master Crystals will be able to experience your own multidimensionality, quite joyously, quite easily in time, as you develop the light quotient and impeccability to do so.

Dear Ones, within the energy of the Arkansas Vortex, lies a crystalline energy like none you have experienced since that Golden Age of Atlantis over 20,000 years ago.

Within the quantum crystalline frequency can you heal that which must be healed, open that which must expand, and offer an extraordinary alignment to the knowledge of exquisite bliss. Within this rising energy will you be able to connect with a living crystalline force that will assist your Mer-Ka-Na expansion into your multidimensional divinity. Into the Divine Self! It is true, Dear ones, and that time is NOW.

Masters, it is the return of that matriarchal Society, a culture and spiritual energy of sublime balance, termed the 'Law of One'. It is , the long awaited 'completion, the changing of the past. It is the new beginning of the spiritual application of the Law of One. It is the Ascension, the Crystalline Age...and this time you will 'get it right'.

Masters, It is the end of the old energy ! It is happening now. It is the beginning of the New Earth....and it starts in the Crystal Vortex, for that termed the Ascension is the Crystalline Transition.

Sparkling vanilla Christmas cookies

Hang these from a Christmas tree or pack them into boxes as end-of-term gifts for teachers and friends.

Makes 20 biscuits

Preparation and cooking times

Prep 10 mins
Cook 12 mins
Plus chilling time (raw dough)

Ingredients

• 140g icing sugar , sieved
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg yolk
• 250g butter , cut into small cubes
• 375g plain flour , sieved

• 200g icing sugar , sieved
• edible food colouring , optional
• edible gold and silver balls
• approx 2m thin ribbon cut into 10cm lengths

1. Tip the icing sugar, vanilla extract, egg yolk and butter into a mixing bowl, then stir together with a wooden spoon (or pulse in a food processor until well combined). Add the flour and mix to a firm dough. Shape the dough into two flat discs and wrap in clingfilm. Chill for 20-30 mins. Heat oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5 and line two baking sheets with non-stick baking paper.

2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about the thickness of two £1 coins. Cut out Christmassy shapes (use a cutter if you like) and place on the baking sheets. Using the tip of a skewer, cut a small hole in the top of each cookie. Bake for 10-12 mins until lightly golden.

3. Lift the biscuits onto a wire rack to cool. Meanwhile, mix the icing sugar with a few drops of cold water to make a thick, but still runny icing. Colour with edible food colouring, if you like. Spread it over the cooled biscuits, decorate with edible balls and thread with ribbon when dry.

Great Christmas Cookie Recipes: Walnut Linzer Cookies

The holiday season somehow makes baking more enticing; I’m more inclined to make the effort and bake fancy cookies at this time of year than any other. Linzer cookies are some of my favorites – simple butter cookies sandwiched with jam, with a window to allow a peek of sweet colour. If you can find tiny star, gingerbread man or other festive cut-outs, use it to cut a shape out of the top layer. Finely chopped walnuts makes them even more festive.

Believed to have originated in the City of Linz, Germany, Linzer cookies are traditionally two round cookies held together with a layer of preserves or jam. The raspberry fruit filling used in this soft buttery cookie complements the nutty flavour of the walnuts.

How to toast walnuts: In large, dry skillet over medium-high heat, toast walnut halves or pieces, stirring occasionally, until lightly brown, about 1 to 2 minutes.

Walnut Linzer Cookies

Pastry:

1 1/2 cups butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup California walnuts, toasted and finely ground
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Icing:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp rum or vanilla
1/4 cup California walnuts, finely chopped

Filling:

1 cup raspberry jam

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

In bowl beat butter and sugar on high until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
In small bowl whisk together flour, walnuts and cinnamon.

Stir flour mixture into butter until well blended. Divide dough into three pieces and shape into discs. Wrap well with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out each disc to 1/8-inch thickness. Using a 1 1/2 inch round fluted cookie cutter, cut dough into rounds. Use a small cutter to make holes in the centre of half of the rounds. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheets about 1-inch (2.5 cm) apart and chill in fridge for 15 minutes.

Bake the cookies in the centre of preheated oven, 1 sheet at a time, until cookies are pale golden, about 15 minutes. Transfer to rack and let cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough.

In bowl, whisk together icing sugar and rum. Brush over cookies with cutouts and sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts. Spoon approximately 1 tsp (5 mL) of the jam onto the bottom side of the solid cookies. Top with cutout cookies. Repeat with remaining cookies.

Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.

Spring Daisy Apricot Linzer Cookies

Spring Daisy Linzer Cookies adapted from Ina Garten

Ingreidents

3 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon good quality extract
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¾ cup apricot preserves

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or Silpat.

2. Sift together flour and salt in a bowl and set aside.

3. In a mix cream the butter and sugar until totally combined. Then, add the vanilla and lemon zest, mix again. With the mixer on low, add in the flour/salt mixture until the dough comes together. Do not overbeat. Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.

4. Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out until ¼ inch thick. Cut out rounds in a 3-inch round cookie cutter. With ½ of the rounds, cut out a smaller shape. Use extra dough to form a few more cookies. Place all cookies on the cookies sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes.

5. Allow cookies to cool to room temperature. Then, spread preserves on the bottom cookie and place the cut-out cookie on top. Dust the top of cookies with confectioners’ sugar.

Twinkling star cupcakes

Prep time: 1 hr, plus 2 hrs drying
Cook time: 20 min
Serves: 12

Pastel pink and green icing and sparkling, glittery stars, make Angela Nilsen's pretty cakes perfect to serve at parties

Ingredients

For the decorations

• 250 g ready-to-roll whiteicing
• claret and mint green edible pastefood colouring
• small silvercoloured dragees
• edible glitter, such as Disco white hologram by Edable Art

For the cupcakes

• 115 g softenedbutter, cubed
• 115 g goldencaster sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 125 g self-raising flour
• 25 g groundalmonds
• ½ tsp almond extract

For the icing

• 250 g fondanticing sugar
• claret and mint green edible pastefood colouring

Method

1.For the decorations: slice off a quarter of the ready-to-roll icing (wrap the rest to prevent it drying out) then colour one half of it pastel pink and one half pastel green. Wrap both colours in cling film.

2. On a work surface lightly sprinkled with icing sugar, roll out the reserved white icing. Cut out 12 white stars using an 8cm diameter star cutter. (You will need to re-roll the trimmings.) Place a 3.5-4cm star cutter in the centre of one star and cut out a smaller star, so you have a large cut-out star and a smaller star. Repeat to give 12 cut-out and 12 smaller white stars. Keep re-rolling the trimmings to give you enough white stars.

3. Press a few silver dragees into the smallest white stars and lay all the stars on a large board lined with baking parchment.

4. Using a 5-5.5cm star cutter, roll out the pink and green icings and cut out 6 stars from each colour. Lay them by the white stars, brush each one with a little edible glitter, then leave them all to dry and firm up, about 1½-2 hrs.

5. For the cupcakes: preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a 12-hole bun tin with silver paper cases.

6. Tip the butter, sugar, eggs and flour into a large bowl and beat together with an electric hand mixer for 1½-2 minutes until the mixture is light and well mixed. Using a large metal spoon, lightly fold in the ground almonds and almond extract.

7. Divide the mixture between the paper cases and bake for 20 minutes until risen. Leave in the tin for a couple of minutes, then lift the cakes onto a wire rack and leave until cold.

8. For the icing: stir about 2 tablespoons water into the fondant icing sugar to give a smooth, thickish icing. Remove half to a second bowl and colour one batch pastel pink and the other pastel green, using the edible food colourings. Spoon the icings over the cooled cakes so that the tops are almost covered and leave to set for a few minutes.

9. Arrange one large white star, one medium coloured star (using pink stars on the green iced cakes, and green stars on the pink iced ones) then one small white star on top of each cupcake, securing with a little of the fondant icing if necessary.

Death by chocolate cupcake

Chunky chocolate chip sponge, a swirl of decadent frosting and a topping made from all your favourite chocolate bars – can you handle Lisa Harris’s Death by Chocolate cupcake?

Ingredients

For the sponge

• 100 g self-raising flour, sifted
• 145 g goldencaster sugar
• 40 g butter, at room temperature
• 20 g cocoa powder
• 120 ml wholemilk
• 1 largeegg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp instant coffee, dissolved in 1tsp hot water
• 100 g 70% cocoadark chocolate, cut into chunks

For the frosting

• 225 g butter
• 350 g icing sugar, sifted
• 50 g cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp wholemilk

To decorate

• Assortedchocolate bars, cut into small pieces (such as Mars bars, twix, flake, maltesers, chocolate buttons…)

Method

1. For the sponge: preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a 12-hole tin with cupcake paper cases. Tip the flour, sugar, butter and cocoa powder into a food processor and blitz on a slow speed for one minute, until you achieve a sandy consistency.

2. Gradually pour in half of the milk and beat until just incorporated. Don’t worry if it looks a little messy at this stage – it will come together! In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining milk together with the egg, vanilla essence and coffee. Pour into the batter and beat for a couple of minutes until smooth, scraping down the side of the bowl to catch any unmixed ingredients as you go. Fold through the chocolate chunks with a spoon.

3. Divide the mixture between the 12 paper cases, filling each one up two-thirds full. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the sponge bounces back when prodded with a finger. Leave to cool on a wire rack while you make the frosting.

4. For the frosting: Tip the butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder into a food processor and beat until well combined. Add the milk and then beat again for a couple of minutes until light and fluffy.

5. When the sponges have cooled completely, carefully spoon a third of the frosting into a piping bag and use it to decorate the first four cupcakes. Repeat until you have finished them all. Alternatively, just use a palette knife to spread about 2 tbsp of frosting onto each cupcake.

6. Decorate as you like with different chocolate bar pieces.

Cooks Tips...

Leftover frosting? Try sandwiching two digestive biscuits together with a dollop for a quick pudding.

Don't worry if your cupcake comes out of the oven looking a little flat - it's supposed to happen! A flat sponge is ideal when it comes to frosting the cupcake.

Ingredients

• 200g dark muscovado sugar
• 175g butter , chopped
• 700g luxury mixed dried fruits
• 50g glacé cherries
• 2 tsp grated fresh root ginger
• zest and juice 1 orange
• 100ml dark rum , brandy or orange juice
• 85g/3oz pecan nuts, roughly chopped
• 3 large eggs , beaten
• 85g ground almonds
• 200g plain flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp mixed spice
• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 400g pack ready-rolled marzipan (we used Dr Oetker)
• 4 tbsp warm apricot jam or shredless marmalade
• 500g pack fondant icing sugar
• icing sugar , for dusting

• 6 gold and 6 silver muffin cases
• 6 gold and 6 silver sugared almonds
• snowflake sprinkles

1. Tip the sugar, butter, dried fruit, whole cherries, ginger, orange zest and juice into a large pan. Pour over the rum, brandy or juice, then put on the heat and slowly bring to the boil, stirring frequently to melt the butter. Reduce the heat and bubble gently, uncovered for 10 mins, stirring every now and again to make sure the mixture doesn't catch on the bottom of the pan. Set aside for 30 mins to cool.

2. Stir the nuts, eggs and ground almonds into the fruit, then sift in the flour, baking powder and spices. Stir everything together gently but thoroughly. Your batter is ready.

3. Heat oven to 150C/130C fan/gas 2. Scoop the cake mix into 12 deep muffin cases (an ice-cream scoop works well), then level tops with a spoon dipped in hot water. Bake for 35-45 mins until golden and just firm to touch. A skewer inserted should come out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

4. Unravel the marzipan onto a work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar. Stamp out 12 rounds, 6cm across. Brush the cake tops with apricot jam, top with a marzipan round and press down lightly.

5. Make up the fondant icing to a spreading consistency, then swirl on top of each cupcake. Decorate with sugared almonds and snowflakes, then leave to set. Will keep in a tin for 3 weeks.

Christmas Tree Cup Cakes

Makes 12

Ingredients

1 quantity buttermilk sponge mixture

For the decoration

• 1 quantity meringue buttercream
• Green food colouring paste
• Edible green glitter
• Coloured sugar balls
• Gold and silver sugar stars

Equipment

• 1–2 muffin tins, lined with 12 brown paper cupcake cases
• Large piping bag, fitted with a medium star-shaped nozzle

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Divide the sponge mixture between the cupcake cases, filling them two-thirds full.

2. Bake on the middle shelf of the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden, well risen and a skewer inserted into the middle of the cakes comes out clean. Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

3. Put three-quarters of the buttercream in a bowl and tint it green using the food colouring paste. Leave the rest untinted and spread some of this over the top of each cold cupcake.

4. Fill the piping bag with the green frosting and, working from the centre, pipe pointed branch shapes towards the edges of the cupcake. Keep doing this, turning the cupcake as you go, until you have the bottom of a tree. Repeat with the next layer up, making the branches shorter. Carry on with more layers, making the branches ever shorter as you get to the top of the tree.

5. Dust with green glitter and decorate with coloured sugar balls. Top with a gold or silver star.

Low Fat Thai Chicken Curry

Coconut milk makes a wonderfully mild and sweet aromatic base for this Thai-accented low fat chicken curry. Chili garlic sauce and curry powder add the the kick, so feel free to adjust the quantities of these to suit your taste. Many supermarkets now routinely stock canned coconut milk and chili-garlic paste. Be sure to use the lite coconut milk, which is considerably lower in fat than the regular version.

Ingredients:

• 1 14-ounce can “lite” coconut milk
• 3 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp curry powder
• 1 tsp bottled minced ginger
• 2 tsp chili-garlic sauce
• 3/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 red pepper, de-seeded and chopped
• 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
• 1 large carrot, chopped
• 1 celery stalk, chopped
• 2 bunches scallions, chopped into 1-inch pieces
• 2-3 baby bok choy, (green parts) chopped

Preparation:

Place coconut milk in a large Dutch oven. Add soy sauce, sugar, curry powder, ginger and chili-garlic sauce, and stir. Gradually bring to a boil over a medium heat. Add chicken pieces, red pepper, mushrooms, carrots, celery and scallions. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Stir in bok choy and simmer for 5 minutes more. Serve over Jasmine rice or whole grain rice, with juices.

COOK ON THE RUN - Low fat Thai Green Curry

Working out twice a day builds an appetite...but it's 8:50PM and I need to eat quick and healthy. I decided on making a quick curry. There is no shortage of Thai restaurants in New York City so I've been eating Thai curry on a regular basis for the past 6 years. I always have coconut milk in the house and happened to have to have green curry paste. Dinner was ready by 9:08. Another quick one!

Like the majority of the dishes I make, there is a lot of room for intepretation here. Unlike many Indian curries, where the dish is stew-like, in a Thai curry, the proportion of solids to liquid is small.

These curries do not have to be spicy either. Keep it simple.

Green Curry

1 13.5 oz. can of low-fat coconut milk
1 tbs (or more) curry paste
1 tbs. fish sauce (optional)
1 tsp. brown sugar (regular sugar works fine)
2 chicken breasts cubed
1 potato
1/2 onion sliced
and any other vegetables you'd like to add

Method

Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan. Add 1 tbs. or more of the curry paste. let it simmer for a couple minutes. Add the cubed chicken and sliced onion. In a separate pot boil the cut potatoes in salted water until tender. Add to the curry.

Once all the ingredients are in the pan add fish sauce (optional) and brown sugar (again, regular sugar works great)

Serve by itself or with rice.

Notes/Tips

• Add chilis to heat up the dish.
• Don't be scared of fish sauce. Thais use it as we would use salt & pepper. But if you must, you can leave it out.
• It's up to you what vegetables you want to use. I've used eggplant, carrots, peanuts etc. Be creative.

Thai green curry – low fat

Ingredients

• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 cans coconut milk, or low fat coconut milk
• 1 handfuls Thaibasil
For the curry paste
• 4 greenchillies, chopped
• 2 banana shallots, chopped
• 1 sticks lemongrass, chopped
• 2 tbsp galangal, finely chopped or fresh ginger root
• 1 tbsp coriander roots, chopped
• 1 tsp cumin, ground
• 0.5 tsp salt
• 1 pinches freshly groundwhite pepper
• 0.5 limes, grated
• 1 tsp shrimp paste

Method

1. To make the curry paste, using a mortar and pestle or blender, pound or process all the ingredients, to obtain a fine-textured paste. (This can be stored in a screwtop glass jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 months.)

2. To make the curry, cook the paste in a large non-stick wok or large frying pan over a low heat, for 5 minutes. Cut the chicken into strips and add to the pan. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until no longer pink.

3. Stir in the coconut milk and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Scatter over the Thai basil and serve
