Emotions shape our inner experience

Very often, when in the grip of some strong emotion, or even just the influence of a mild one, we do not realize it. When we get angry, our immediate focus falls to the cause and object of our anger, and we may miss the fact of the anger itself. Same with fear, jealousy, sadness, happiness, and the rest. Emotions shape our inner experience, channeling our thoughts along paths symbiotic with the emotion, directing our attention toward those aspects of our immediate environment relevant to the emotion, and urging us to actions dictated by the emotion. This all happens automatically, without any choosing on our part, as if it were hardwired into our nervous system.-One problem with this lack of emotional awareness for our spiritual work is that some of these emotions drain and waste our inner energies. On the other hand, if we were to succeed in flattening our emotions, our life would become dull indeed. The solution, though not easy, is to bring more consciousness into our emotional life. Enhanced awareness itself changes the tenor and quality of our emotions, generally raising them to be more positive, less self-centered, less draining, and more integrated with our wholeness.-Our inner body, like our physical body, needs its center of emotional awareness. For that, we can simply use our attention to contact our emotional center, similarly to the way we sense for body contact. For contact with our inner body emotional center, we collect and hold our attention in the physical area of our emotions, our chest and upper abdomen between our breasts, our solar plexus and the upper part of our sternum. This awakens the sensitive energy of emotion, which mediates our contact with that center. The sensitive energy takes three forms relating to our body, our emotion, and our mind. Our inner body needs all three, including the sensitive energy of emotion.

Simply experience meditation on its own

Meditation is however essentially experiential, and so the real way to learn how to meditate is to trust yourself sufficiently with your own sense of need, and a sense that you have found a fit to something that connects you to your inner world.People sometimes assume that meditation is linked to Buddhism in such a way as to imply that one leads onto the other. They can feel that meditation is in some sense a hook into a type of religion or dogma.This is a pity, because whilst meditation is an integral part of Buddhism, it is perfectly viable and indeed encouraged for people to simply experience meditation on its own, without ever taking any further steps into actively studying Buddhism.It is also true that meditation as a process can be learned and studied completely independent of Buddhism. Meditation is often seen as a stress relieving technique, or an aid to relaxation.The most simple types of meditation involve different types of breath work, and these can have a calming and positive affect with no type of follow-on belief system encouraged.In addition there is also a growing movement of what is known as Christian meditation. This can take different forms, the most common being that of using a mantra such as the word Maranatha, a type of meditation that has become popular in the last 30 – 40 years.The origins of Christian meditation can be traced back many centuries, either literally to people using a mantra, or a wider sense of meditation including the use of visualisation.

Each twin is a complete soul

Twin flames is ourselves in another body. When we have reached the stage where we are capable of giving unconditional love, we then have the opportunity to reconnect with our “other half” or twin flame. The chances are that we meet our twin flame briefly in many lifetimes, but one or both of us are not ready for the intensity of this connection. When both halves of the whole are ready to come back together and meet they will discover that in their lifetime they have lead almost parallel lives.The events of their lives will mirror each other almost exactly. They may have come from very similar families and family dynamics. They may have had similar schooling or lack thereof. They may have crossed paths socially or lived close by to each other and never known it. They may have almost identical careers. They may even have previous marriages and divorces within weeks of each other. When twin flames get to know each other, they will feel as if the other is reading their life script. That isn't to say they are identical people, but they are perfectly complimentary to each other.

Is Music Important?

So no matter what one is going through in their life, music will be there to validate and acknowledged their experience. This could mean that one wants to feel: uplifted for a night out, relaxed after a hard day’s work, motivated to push harder at the gym or embraced after a loss.These are just a few examples and there are many other reasons to listen to music. Music can just be listened to and that’s as far as it goes, but when ones current experience is validated by it, it become so much more than just a sound.What it can end up being is a form of therapy, and this can lead to one feeling nourished on many levels; mentally; emotionally, physically and even spiritually. And as music doesn’t judge, one is able to fully embrace music and to completely merge with it.~There is then no need to put on an act or to put up ones guard, one can just let go and surrender to what they are hearing. To allow the music to take them on a journey and this has the potential to leave them changed forever.Not only could they change what they are going to do in one moment of their life, the whole direction of their life could change. And if one was in a very low place and was on the verge of taking their life, this could be a massive changeFor example, when one feels heard and validated in life, it then makes it possible for them to let go and to move on from what is holding them back. And when one doesn’t have anyone around to do that for them, music can fulfil that role.

Being in love

Being loved and being in love are different aspects of this principle. The state of being in love is how you acknowledge that you are always in the energy of love. There are two aspects to being in love, one is spiritual and energy based, the other is material and emotional. Being in love from your spirit simply requires that you acknowledge the love that is around you, this is the love that you are from and that is within you as your divine light. Being in love from the ego means that the world must prove that you are loved, whether that means having a loving relationship, being loved by friends and family, or being valued and appreciated for who you are and what you do. All of these share one characteristic, they are part of your outer world and all it can do is mirror your inner state of being in love back to you.When you look to the outer world to validate your inner needs, you are often dissatisfied with the results because the outer reality cannot be more than the inner being. Whatever you are on the inside is always reflected in your reality, in the people and situations that are part of your inner journey. Facing the world each day, knowing that you are love and are always in love creates the resonance that will allow love to unfold for you, in every relationship, with each step of your journey. To be love is to know love; to be in love is to have love and to be living within the presence and comfort of unconditional love is to know heaven on earth.

Always in Love

Love surrounds you, it is all around you, permeating everything in the Universe. You are love, it is you and you are always in love. This is not the emotional love your ego seeks, which it needs as a constant reminder that it is worthy of love. This is love's highest octave, the love that is and can only be felt in the highest heart chakra, the love that heals and does not need healing, the love that loves and does not need loving, the love that is joyful but does not need joy. It is the love you are always in, no matter what your situation or circumstance, it surrounds you at all times because it is the fiber of the Universe.This love does not involve partners, relationships or the emotions surrounding them. What you experience as love in those situations is a reflection of your need for validation of spiritual love on the material plane. You seek love from the ego and ignore the love that is around you because you do not have another person in your life who reflects love to you. In the human journey for love, you know you have love and are loved when another loves you. In the spiritual journey of love, you know you are loved because you are love, love is all around you and you are always in the energy of love.

And so we continue.

Then a dry spell enters. With no noticeable progress or evident movement, we seem to be treading water. Seeing how we are inwardly, always identifying with thoughts, emotions, and body, gradually builds a weariness of this ordinary way of living. We cannot stop our quest, but we also cannot see our way forward. The weariness, however, leaves us nowhere else to turn. Faith and commitment enable us to persevere through such #spiritual #deserts. Then somehow we bridge the abyss. For example, we realize that we practice because we must. And furthermore, that the source of this “must” lies beyond our consciousness, in the unseen realm that gives faith. This realization leads to confidence that we shall not stop, shall never give up. Our inner work reaches a new tempo and depth, allowing confidence in our own eventual #transformation to take root, further bolstering our practice. We reach unexpected experiences of higher states and intimations of possibilities of deeper forms of service. This reinvigorates our commitment to the path toward greater being.A new difficulty arises, however, where despite our continuing best efforts, we reach another plateau of no further progress. Our confidence in our practice and in our own future transformation evaporates for a time. At a loss, we turn toward the higher and ask for help. Then our confidence shifts from ourselves to the #Divine. We discover the faith that eventually the door to love and the higher worlds will open even to us.And so we continue. Sometimes our movement is passionate, even desperate. Commitment and desperation form two wings of the same force, the flame of longing for the Real. Desperation combines this intense longing with the dissatisfaction of #separation and the fear of failure in the quest. Desperation burns urgently and transports us to new peaks, but soon flickers. Commitment, however, remains to warm and sustain us through the inevitable droughts. The basic longing behind both commitment and desperation moves us, offers us tastes of new worlds, and brings confidence in ourselves, in the path, and in the Sacred.

Commitment means that we know, in our heart of hearts, that we shall persevere in a course of action, come what may. Good parents are defined by their utter commitment to the welfare of their children, regardless of whatever challenges may arise. On the ground, when we meet the unforeseen events brought by time, creativity and compromise may be necessary; we may need to bend without breaking our commitment.What causes us to commit ourselves to a course of action? In the case of parenting, it is love and conscience, knowing intuitively what’s right, what matters. In the case of the spiritual path, it is the same. #Love and intuiting the #truth about our world bring us toward a stronger, more all-encompassing commitment to the spiritual journey. The circumstances precipitating commitment vary as widely as do people. The “how I got started on the path” stories always fascinate, with their coincidences and unexpected episodes.The spiritual quest begins with the excitement of a new discovery, a new love, a new world. We eagerly learn the methods and practice them with zest. Our teachers inspire confidence in the possibility of #transformation and arouse our hope that our own sincere efforts will carry us far along the path. Early results of our practice surprise and delight us, confirming the rightness of the approach and establishing our confidence in the path.

Super Moon is Upon Us with March Activations

On March 20th, 2015 we are going to experience a powerful intersection of energies coming into the planet with the New Moon, a Solar Eclipse, and the Equinox all within the same day. This truly will be a very powerful exchange of light that is assisting Gaia and each of us at this time.

The New Moon which is still in Pisces (on the cusp of Aires) occurs at 2:36 AM Pacific, 5:36 AM Eastern, 9:36 UTC with the Solar Eclipse.

This moon brings represents new beginnings, taking a leap of faith, acceptance of the lower energies, and having a great imagination in creating ideas to flow. The Solar Eclipse is like a burst of energy that is turbo charged to bring forth change in our lives.

As you can see, the Piscean energies of this new moon is more flowing and filled with balance of emotions; the eclipse breaks up those energies to make us to step out of the old world of silence to allow for new ideas to come to us. This could be quite a challenge for many individuals.

Those of us in the Winter months have been isolated from the world with extreme weather conditions; it truly has been very intense for the past three-to-four months. We have had to make many changes within our own consciousness and lives. The shifting of our world is happening each moment.

Then, we experience, the Equinox at 3:45 PM Pacific, 6:45 PM Eastern, and 22:45 UTC time zones.

This is when we step into a new season; Spring for the Northern Hemisphere and Fall for the Southern Hemisphere. It is a time when the light and dark is the same on the planet ~ they are equal elements of the Earth. Whether you experience the Spring or the Fall, the energies will be the same at that moment in time. It is a time of renewal and growth; the Spring representing planting new seeds to grow and the Fall representing the harvest and reaping rewards that are due. It is a time of growth and renewal for the entire planet.

All of these energies together are being considered a Super Moon. Usually a Super Moon can be seen, but since it is a New Moon it will not be visible. It does not mean that it isn’t there as it will be felt by humanity. It is very uncommon for each of these transitions of light within the planet to occur at the same time so it brings with it moments of great change for everyone.

We thought February and then March was intense, so now we go through yet another transition within the planet. It is like we do not have time to breathe in order for the next shift to happen in our existence. That is the way this year is going to occur, as the changes must happen, in order for humanity to wake up. The Universal structure is truly assisting us in stepping into our new existence within each moment and through each month.

So How Do We Get Through the Next Phase with Ease and Grace?

The only way that each of us can feel the joy at this time is to realize the changes we have made from the past three months. As we go from season to season, it is important to always reflect upon our progress as without that guidepost, we can simply get lost in the process.

Look at your spiritual tools and see if they have helped you, as you would have like them to do. Make changes where they need to be, as we don’t always need to do things the same exact way as we did before. This is because we change with the process, and we become more aware of elements than the previous cycle due to our inner growth. Acknowledge those parts of yourself that have been challenged, what you did to get through those doorways, and celebrate the “New You”. Create a ceremony of realizing the obstacles that you stepped through and seeing your achievement within how you feel and think about yourself. Also look at the parts that you don’t always want to acknowledge as it is a scary place to go, but being prepared at this time will assist in your transition through this cycle of change.

The more grounded we are within the process, the easier it will be when the shift occurs. This energy is going to hit us pretty hard so it is important to have a strong foundation within your Earth Star so that when the turbulent energies come, you will be totally prepared as You Will Know Who You Are. Yes, we will all be challenged, but the stronger our basis of existence, we will not be thrown down to the ground (so to speak).

It is a very powerful time and one that we need to embrace as Lord Adama always shares to us that when you embrace something you are unsure of, it is easier to walk through that next doorway of Light.

Trinity of Light ~ Lord Metatron

Greetings, My Dearest Beloveds,

It is my pleasure to walk with you during this time and all times of creation of the New Earth.

We are entering into another Portal Of Light that has not been felt upon this planet previously. On March 20th with the New Moon, Solar Eclipse, and the Eqinox all showing their beautiful energies as an extremely entryway of light into GAIA, I believe it will be a welcome entryway into the next phase of growth for Gaia and each of you. But I assure you, that preparations must be made within yourself to accept these energies on a much deeper level within your core essence.

I know that many of you are doing fabulous work but in truth, we must go deeper. The effects of the changes within Gaia are so strong that each of you needs to step up to the next level of your responsibility. Otherwise, you will be taken into a completely different direction than you truly thought you were going.

This is not because you are not doing as well as you would like to be. In fact, it is because the light infractions are so strong that each individual within the planet must go further into their soul’s existence. It is a time of great renewal, which takes us into a completely different paradigm of light and existence than has ever been felt before.

The power can only be as great as One that Can Hold That Power.

This Trinity of Light represents light coding that is being implanted within the earth through the effect of the Sun and the Moon, but with the entire existence of the Earth. It is a cataclysm event in proportions of the light infractions. It is something that none of us could ever imagine would occur, but yet we are here experiencing it together.

This focus of light is the start of many elements upon the planet. It is an entryway for more of the Christed Light frequencies to be implanted within the earth as we come upon the Festivals of Ascension with the Christ (April), Wesak (May), and Humanity (June) through the next season. It is an opportunity for each individual person to see what is within him or her so that they can achieve the highest possible reflection of the Wesak energies.

As initiates, each of you are standing in a place of renewal; that process of regeneration is only possible when an individual understands deeply what keeps them from the full potential.

The pathway of Mastery is not just about being an Ascended Master to achieve great things; the first component is the pathway of the Self as the energies assist in removing all particles that have kept that soul from achieving these things in previous timelines. Each of you is being gifted to go further than you have ever done before and being grounded within a physical body. That is a huge achievement in itself.

The next element is that this Portal Of Light is going to assist the Earth to awaken in different ways than it did before. So there could be quite a bit of turmoil in places around the world. In order to allow the shift to occur into a higher frequency, the areas that don’t hold that light element within itself must be changed. This is where it becomes very difficult, as the changes occurring within and around the world could be quite monumental.

The other side of this event is the beauty that the Light and the Dark are standing in equal parts of each other. It is a time for Gaia to fully move into more Light and allow the Dark not to take precedence over elements.

Each of you, as the initiates upon the earth, then are able to see a difference within yourself. The infractions of the light and dark can be shifted dramatically if you allow it to be. This is why this energy is so very powerful. Great change can happen to everyone but only if they are willing to step into the next doorway of opportunity.

So as this event occurs, it will give each Initiate, each Ascended Being, each Angelic Being, and Inner Earth Being to take on a huge responsibility. It is time for each of you that are on the planet to hold the light you receive to take it into Gaia so that her foundation will be illuminated by the Light you are receiving. This will assist in the process of the future months to be more grounding for the planet and all of humanity.

This will also assist each of you on a personal level. The more light infraction that you can hold within yourself, the easier your transition will be for the New Earth. The energies of Wesak represent moving into a higher level of the initiation process so having this Portal of Light at this time to be activated within you is a gift in itself.

This is when each of us together with the God Force and the Source of Oneness with each of you upon the Earth unite with one another to create a force of Light that is beyond your wildest dreams. It is a place of great renewal but not without removing the old elements that have been in place for eons of time. This includes your timelines, Earth’s timelines, and all of ours. We all must step into wholeness for this project of the New Earth to be created.

The Trinity of Light with the Super Moon energies is our doorway into a new world.

I extend my hand to each of you, helping you to aspire to the greatness that you are so that we can do this job together.

It is our Opportunity of Light, Love, and Freedom Within to be Fully Acknowledged.

It is my Divine Purpose to stand with you as we unite as One.

Wisdom is to "Dowse" for it.

Developed and evolved over millions of years, your body is a most sophisticated and sensitive instrument. It has an innate intelligence that sidesteps the distorted filters of the rational mind, directly connected to the primitive, energetic, instinctual, subconscious self. One way to access and communicate with this innate wisdom is to "Dowse" for it.

"Dowsing" is an old and traditional technique. Documented records going as far back as the middle ages show dowsers using a "Y" shaped cut stick called a "witching rod" (hence the origin of the term "Witch" = one who uses a witching rod). In ancient times, knowledge of dowsing (not something i think the Churches would have approved of) must have been keep as a closely guarded "trade" secret by the guilds. Today, there are geologists (and others) who use it as a very effective tool for finding water, coal, oil and precious metals (among other things). "Dowsers" have traditionally used the "witching" or "dowsing rods", but there are other methods that work just as effectively.

The form of Unconditional Love.

Toxic relationships come in all forms and can be detrimental in so many ways but also offer the greatest opportunity for growth and learning. It’s within the mindset of growth that we can begin to navigate and resolve relationship toxicity issues in order to release and move on. This can be a very difficult thing to accomplish since the toxicity is much like a drop of ink that spoils the entire well leaving a cellular toxicity, much like an allergic reaction, to this kind of abusive relationship. The poisoning of the well leaves us feeling “tainted” and eventually leaves behind a continuous cycle of grief in the emotions of denial, bargaining, anger, and pain that never leads to the Acceptance we seek in the form of Unconditional Love.

In the big picture, no one has “permission” to bring toxicity into our energy field unless we Allow it. However, sometimes the toxicity sets in on a cellular level when this kind of relationship is born in childhood before we have earliest memories or have even learned to communicate in some cases. It can become a challenge in learning to separate one’s own “energy” from the energy of the poisonous relationship so it’s important to have insight into how to let go and/or navigate the relationship in a different way.

Hello everyone,

I am newer to this site but will soon becoming a member! There is just too much good content that I cannot read on here that I want! So if you have not joined, please join myself in helping to support the City of Shamballa (no, I did not get endorsed to say this). If you would like to know more about Yvette, my blog post Letting go of Fear tells a lot. I just recently revealed some spiritual things that hardly anyone knows about me.

Ya know what? It felt good to get that all out in the open! I recommend everyone has a soul dump now and again!

With that as my plan a, my plan b here is to introduce my new pet project. I have created an eBook titled "rays of Light: Daily Affirmations". What is it? Fifty days of positive affirmations all contained within images! I am a visual gal, so I wanted to allow each affirmation to be yours. I left each page open to your mind, with only the affirmation speaking to you.

ISIS and Worship

Hey all this is my first time posting a blog.Worship is less about where you are and more about what you feel and the energy you send out. While going to a place of worship is good, it's not just about location, though that can be great. More to the point are the resolve and clarity of purpose, the intent to worship, that foster reverence within. This can seep into the energy around places and objects, and this can be felt. I submit to you, an Internet temple, a place of Reverence and Love. Hera patron Goddess of Mariage

This is a painting of mine I did to honor Hera. I relate to fact she is a misunderstood Goddess. Often it's her jealous exploits are highlighted in mythology about her. I'm a Scorpio and the green eyed monster was a tough demon for me to conquer. When you take the time to open up to Hera she is a very protective Goddess. She is the one to call on when you feel the need for your relationship to be strengthen. One thing that she has done for me is restore my confidence numerous times. All you need is an image of a peacock to draw her energy. I find her one of the easier Goddesses to work with. As long as I acknowledge her she is helpful. As I gained a relationship with her I found her to have a humorous side which is not mentioned in any of the literature I have read about her. Athena and Aphrodite leave no doubt you have been heard. Hera is more like Vesta in that it's a subtle answer. Sometimes you don't even notice at first then a couple days go's by and it dawns on you what has changed. Hera laughs when this happens. Vesta is a gentle goddess and leaves you with that feeling your grandmother just hugged you. Saturday is a good day to honor her. January is her month. If you find yourself drawn to peacocks ask Hera if she is watching over you.

The Transition experience of my mother to the Other Side

My mother made her transition to the other side three years and three months after my father. The following is what she shared about her experience when crossing over to the spirit plane.

“The walls disappeared from my room and it was as if a band of angels with snow white wings and a heavenly chorus took me up to the horizon where I could really see. All earthly material and earth people disappeared with all things physical. Those who had promised to be with me at the end of my physical life came in mass as had been given to me during my meditation and prayer states, those times when you visited me and thought I was out of it, All around me were angels and singing and your father Ron, and several others I knew on earth.

Mother Mary and Jesus, who had promised to be with me, were there to greet me also. They were too beautiful to describe in words and they emanated a very powerful love. I was reminded of the saints who were born on angel’s wings. So indeed my journey into spirit was on angel’s wings and it was accompanied with beautiful music that filled every cell and awareness. It was beautiful beyond words and it filled all that I could perceive with such great beauty. And there was golden light all around as far as I could see. Even sunlight could not compare with the beauty and brightness of this golden light and then it turned into the whiteness of angel’s wings and I was born, so to speak, upon the wings of these beautiful beings of light.

Very slowly I moved through various levels of sound and what appeared liquid, at times, of color. Moonlight became tangible in a sense because I could experience it through sound. In a sense, I felt one with everything I perceived. I felt a part of it all as I was born up on all this. I had never felt really special in any way on Earth so I thought of what a glorious way that God would create this beautiful pathway into His home as I was taken into these beings of light and angel’s wings and those that were with me, into what would be called a heavenly place that I had traveled to many times while my spirit went out of body during my sleep state, and so it was very familiar.

In this place, or dimension as I have learned here, there was a beautiful reception and what I perceived as a party, like a birthday party celebrating my birth back to spirit. I was overwhelmed at the people there that had remembered me and had come to welcome me back home again. I am home now and I feel so very happy and peaceful here. Henry was looking so young, like when we first met. He said that I could look any way I wanted to look relative to my past life. So, I made myself look refined somewhat. I am still Helen but I prettied myself up like I always wanted to look, and now I look beautiful like I did in my twenties. We can all do this here on this dimension.

Yes, I am so happy now. After we arrive here we come into the fullness of our being. We are, in reality, so much more than we know ourselves to be in our physical life. I am going to school here and I am going to make myself useful in some way, probably working with newly arrived children for awhile. Your sister Marilouise is working with children at times also. I will be here with all of you in the family at the end of your physical Earth life when you come here and you will have a reception also with many people you’ve known, and I’ll be one of them.

Know that there is no need to fear death for it is like closing one door and opening another. Because I knew that from you, it helped me to cross over more easily because I was not afraid and therefore I could more easily close my eyes to the physical and open my eyes easier to this life here through that understanding – and so, if you choose, will all of you who are not afraid. I have become aware of what a great barrier fear can be, not only in crossing over but also in all aspects of physical life.

In this dimension where I am now, it is very much like Earth. There are magnificent buildings, etc. but everything is of a higher vibration. My mother and daughter Marilouise are in a higher place or dimension. They can visit your father and I here but we cannot go to a higher dimension because it is too intense until we spiritually evolve to a higher dimension. We can go to lower dimensions but we would have no desire to do so unless we wanted to visit someone we loved or knew. We will continue to learn and grow into higher dimensions. As the Master said, “In my Father’s house, there are many mansions.” Whenever you think of me, I will be with you.
