CHAKRAS

Chakras are energy centres which connect us to the spiritual world and bring strength and courage into our everyday life. The spiritual world is based on the principles of optimal flow of inner energy, and chakras in the human body... bring our inner energy all the necessary spiritual strength and courage we need to deal with new situations as soon as they arise.
Chakras of those who aren’t spiritually brave may close, making them feel worse, because inner restlessness is growing stronger and is distancing us from our health.
When we look inwards, into our inner self-image, we see the mirror of our personal growth and self-acceptance thus far, as well as all our repressed emotions, thoughts, worries and everything which separates us from the right path in our life. Chakras also close as a result of stress, dissatisfaction and everything which separates us from our happiness. On the other hand, chakras open on the basis of our sincere love of ourselves as well as others, because love brings new insights about life itself and opens the doors of inner peace leading to a happy and peaceful life. Love is the right path when we find ourselves at a loss, when we don’t open up to ourselves or look within for inner perceptions. Love connects us all into an integrated whole and gives us a feeling of safety when we know how to stand up for ourselves in the right way.
Strength represents the ratio between the invested and received energy in our relationship between our own self and the outer world. If we don’t stand up for ourselves, we become subject to manipulation and outside influence, distancing us from the right paths and inner peace. Inner peace can only be found in harmony with oneself, by looking inwards and drawing on inner strength in every moment in one’s life. If we are unable to look within and listen to our inner core, justice eludes us and our chakras make sure to close the flow of inner energy. When we are open to other people’s opinions and energy which may not suit us, our energy centers close for our own benefit, because our pure core represents the connection with the spiritual world only when our energy is pure and in optimum condition. When it isn’t, it closes from outside influences and thus maintains our integrity. If one is open to the outside world and doesn’t know how to stand up for oneself and discern what is good for them energetically, it is better for them to be energetically as closed as possible and thus at least preserve the purity of the inner core necessary to act calmly in stressful situations. If such a person wants to open up to the outer world by force by opening their chakras, it isn’t the right way to do it, for they are unable to be in connection with themselves. The inner path therefore moves further away from our preordained path and we succumb to other people’s manipulation. So chakras sustain the balance between the inner and outer energies.
Our energy needs to be kept pure, which is ensured through the regulation of energy by our soul and the spiritual world intended for our spiritual help. The human factor is undesirable when it comes to opening chakras, because the state determined by the soul is the optimum. First we need to put our inner energy in order, open up to the spiritual world on the basis of our love, then comes the time to open our chakras, which can balance us with ourselves only when we know how to stand up for ourselves and regulate our energy in a completely natural way by self-evolution and self-acceptance. Those who want to open their chakras before they are ready for it will run into even bigger problems, for they are unable to distinguish between their own energy and the energy of others, thus falling into emotional distress as a result of mixing outside energies with their own inner energy. Therefore, the inner energy isn’t just their own anymore, which leads to inner restlessness and emotional transformation that isn’t based on love but on manipulation.
Most people don’t know how to regulate their energy. When we suffer from stress and inner unease it distances us from our emotions, and inner restlessness draws us away from the desire for a peaceful and well-ordered life. Therefore, chronic stress leads to a weakened immune system and brings on diseases caused by stress and emotional imbalance.
Whatever disturbs our inner peace, creates records in our body. They are compounded by our inability to resolve the current situation and non-acceptance of the current situation as something good, which we shall get out of with our wisdom and inner strength. Not dealing with the present situation and despairing over ourselves, emotional stress and low inner energy create the following records.
Anger is an emotion arising when we don’t accept the current situation as good and desired for our further development, shut ourselves off and decide on revenge for the present situation. As a result of anger, our liver and kidneys suffer and shut themselves off in their function, and eventually stop serving us in their optimum activity. Their function evades stressful situations by retreating into undesirable activity, which impairs their function, and if such situations continue for too long, they bring on disease and problems with these organs.
We can deal with our anger in a perfectly natural way by looking inwards and finding within us the solution for the situation at hand. When we are strong inwardly, no outward impulse can get to us and distance us from our optimum everyday life.
Fear is the enemy of our well-being and pulls us away from our truth. Lungs suffer when we repress our fears, and shrink in their activity, because they require inner peace and tranquility to function optimally. When we abandon ourselves to our fears and everything resulting from them, our health deteriorates. When fears are part of our everyday life, our inner strength gets shut off. What we don’t want happens, because fears block the doors to our progress and give us a feeling of inferiority.
Our spleen suffers when we are insecure in our decisions and are unable to decide for ourselves, always asking others for direction. Our gall bladder guides us on the path of courage, for when we are dissatisfied with ourselves its optimum activity is compromised.
Our heart is the organ giving us all the necessary inner strength and courage. When we are unable to look into it and draw on all our inner wisdom, we tire our heart out, which suffers under our stress when we cannot find the right solutions to even the smallest problems and are unable to look within ourselves and listen to our inner feelings, our heart. The heart gives us strength and courage when we learn to look into it and listen to it in every emotional situation and on the path to our emotions. Emotions distance us from ourselves when we don’t know how to look inwards, into our inner self-image ruled by our heart, and are unable to stand up for ourselves at crucial turning points in our life.
We’ve got a sore throat when we don’t communicate the topics that are suffocating us internally but we are unable to get out.
Our nose bothers us when we don’t look within and follow our intuition and all our inner perceptions. Inner strength and courage represent the base for well-being and health. When we don’t listen to ourselves, our inner core and the records of our soul suffer, and we move further away from ourselves and our inner path, which is laid out for us in the optimum dealing with every problem and in inner self-confidence. Only when we have cleared our inner records, can we stand up for ourselves in the right way and find within us all the answers for our optimum life journey and the path leading us to inner peace.
Our stomach suffers when the stress of everyday problems is too high and we refuse to accept the external situation as something good which will take us towards solutions. It also suffers when we are changing and adapting too slowly.
Our duodenum indicates inner stability when we know how to look inwards and draw on strength and self-confidence from within, otherwise it doesn’t feel well and eventually starts to cause us problems with digestion.
Our eyes suffer when we are unable to look within and instead search for our way in the wrong places. The skeleton represents inner stability and suffers when we don’t create strong foundations of inner self-confidence.
The small intestine represents inner peace and self-reliance. When we submit ourselves to others and receive energy which isn’t consistent with our inner energy, our small intestine begins to cause problems and doesn’t function in accordance with our wishes. The large intestine is the dumping ground for our desires, and inner restlessness which represents stress from all our unlived moments gradually starts to inflate stressful events and our health in that area begins to worsen.
Inner strength eludes us when we don’t love and accept ourselves, and get annoyed with ourselves about details we cannot either change or accept. Self-acceptance is one of the most difficult tasks in our life, and our bone marrow doesn’t function optimally when we don’t accept ourselves and are unable to look inwards and allow us to love ourselves as well as everyone else.
Our vascular system circulates our love, and when there is no self-love, when we don’t accept ourselves the way we are, when every little detail about ourselves bothers us, then our veins no longer feel good in our body and they contact or expand as part of the defense mechanism of withdrawal and non-acceptance.
When we accept ourselves, we are on our way to health and inner satisfaction. First we need to put our head in order, then our heart, and finally our inner perceptions. That way we build the foundations of our inner stability and self-confidence, which open the doors to an outside world firmly based on interpersonal relationships and love. Only when we accept ourselves, can we accept others as well. Until we do, we try to change other people, whom we blame for all our problems. However, this doesn’t work, because we are responsible only for ourselves, for all our problems, since they stem from us, from our relationship to ourselves and the outside world. The only way we can change other people is to change ourselves, and due to our different attitude to others they eventually change in their relationship to us and sometimes also in their relationship to themselves. For when we show someone the way by working on ourselves and through the results of our changes, it is the right starting point for changing others. Our love frees us of all old injustices and ensures our health and well-being.

New Year Celebrations Around The World

New Year Celebrations Around The World

"New Year's Eve is like every other night; there is no pause in the march of the universe, no breathless moments of silence among created things that the passage of another twelve months may be noted; and yet no man has quite the same thoughts this evening that come with the coming of darkness on other nights". - Hamilton Wright Mabie.

One of the oldest holidays that finds its origin in the harvest festival of ancient Babylon is 'New Year's Day'. This festival was eleven days long and was celebrated to herald the planting of new crops. It started on March 23rd and meant freedom for all, during which the King went away, only to return after the festival ended and people started working again.

It was the Roman emperor Julius Caesar, who invented the solar Julian calendar in 46 B.C. and assigned January 1 as New Year Day. New Year traditions and celebrations differ all over the world. People of different cultures and countries celebrate New Year in different ways. Dive deep into the following sections to learn more about New Year celebrations around the world.

• The Japanese New Year begins with everybody laughing at the same moment to usher happiness into their homes. People hang a straw rope in front of their houses so that good luck can climb through the windows easily.

• In British Columbia, Canada, swimming in the ice-cold water like a polar bear on New Year’s Day is said to bring in good luck.

• The Greeks call New Year’s Day as ‘Festival of Saint Basil’ and exchange gifts, while the Scottish know it as ‘Hogmanay’ and burn barrels of tar which are symbol of the previous year.

• The Chinese New Year on the other hand is celebrated on the day of the new moon that falls between January 17th and February 19th and is known as Yuan Tan. In China, a street procession known as the ‘Festival of Lanterns’ is taken out on this day.

• The Vietnamese New Year is known as ‘Tet Nguyen Dan’ and is celebrated between January 21st and February 19th. Freeing a carp fish on this day is said to bring good luck in Vietnam.

• In distant America, the Americans organize New Year parties for families and friends, attend parades and watch football.

• The common theme in all New Year celebrations across the globe is hope and happiness. The Spaniards celebrate New Year by eating 12 grapes at midnight. They do this as they believe that eating 12 grapes at midnight will bring along 12 happy months for them in the coming year.

• The Dutch celebrate the New Year’s Eve by creating bonfires of Christmas trees on the streets and by bursting crackers. According to Dutch traditions, fire is believed to sluice the old and welcome newness.

• In France the New Year’s Eve is known as Eve la Saint – Sylvestre. The French celebrate it by hosting a special feast known as ‘le Réveillon de Saint-Sylvestre’ in which traditional dishes like pancakes, foie gras and champagne are consumed because they believe that the special dinner will bring them prosperity.

Love’s Invisible Radiance

Love’s Invisible Radiance

10900619454?profile=original

There are so many tabernacles on earth
where I am, for all intents and purposes,
like one buried, hidden, forgotten, and out of sight.
My divine radiance is diminished
because there are so few adorers
to act as the receptors of My radiant Eucharistic love
and to extend My radiance through space
and into the universe of souls.
Where there is faith in My real presence,
there will be adoration;
and where there is adoration,
there will also be an efficacious radiance of My presence
drawing souls to My Eucharistic Heart
and surrounding them, even at a distance,
with the healing influence of My Eucharistic Face.
In those places where I am exposed upon the altar
to receive the adoration, the reparation,
and the companionship of My friends
– and, first of all, of My priests –
My radiance is powerful and strong.
Faith., adoration, and love act as receptors;
thus is My power drawn out and made effective,
invisibly but really, in space and in time.
It was the same with My Sacred Humanity during My life on earth;
the faith and love of My friends
drew out the virtue of My Divinity,
and an invisible radiance acted in souls, and upon them,
bringing healing, holiness,
and many graces of conversion.
When I am adored in a place,
My hidden action upon souls is wonderfully increased.
The place where I am adored becomes a radiant centre
from which love, and life, and light
are diffused in a world in the grip of hatred,
and darkness, and death.
Chapels of adoration are not mere refuges for the devout.
They are the radiant, pulsating centres
of an intense divine activity
that goes beyond the walls of the place where I am adored
to penetrate homes, and schools, and hospitals;
to reach even those dark and cold places
wherein souls are enslaved to Satan;
to penetrate hearts, heal the infirm,
and call home those who have wandered far from Me.
For these reasons, the work of perpetual adoration,
or even of prolonged daily adoration,
is intensely apostolic and supernaturally efficacious.
Would that My bishops understood this!
But, alas, they put their trust in human schemes,
in plans devised by the worldly-wise,
and in programs drawn-up along shortsighted human principles.
And so they go, and they will continue to go
from failure to failure, and from disillusionment to disillusionment.
I have not set bishops over My flock
to govern, and to teach, and to sanctify, out of their personal abilities
and by making use of the wisdom of this passing world.
I have set them as lights upon a lampstand
to shine in every dark place,
and I have equipped them with supernatural gifts and divine power
to accomplish that for which I chose them
and set them over My Church.
Woe to those bishops
who trust in purely human solutions
to the problems that beset My Church.
They will be grievously disappointed,
and many souls will fall away
because they have neglected to take up
the supernatural weapons I have prepared for them
in this time of spiritual combat.
My presence in the Blessed Sacrament
preached, and confessed,
and surrounded by adoration, love, and heartfelt reparation
is the single greatest remedy for the evils that afflict My Church
and for the sorrows that weigh so heavily upon My priests.
My ways are not your ways,
nor do I act according to the principles of worldly success.
I act in the silent, humble, hidden reality of My Eucharistic presence.
Adore Me, and the radiance of My Eucharistic Face
will begin to change the face of the earth,
even as it heals My priests, calls sinners home to My Heart,
and enlivens the hearts of those grown weary and sad
(like the disciples on the road to Emmaus)
with a spark of divine vitality and with the fire of My Eucharistic love.
I speak to you in this way not only for you,
beloved friend of My Heart,
but also for those who will receive these words, ponder them,
and out of them draw the inspiration
to love Me more generously, more fruitfully, and more joyfully.
I speak to you for the sake of My priests.
You will be astonished at the reception given to these words of Mine.
Many souls of priests will be quickened and consoled by them.
Many priests will be moved to spend time
in the radiance of My Eucharistic Face,
and to abide close to My pierced Heart.
This is My desire for them.
I want to draw all My priests into the radiance of My Face
and, then, into the sanctuary of My open Heart.

Traditional Indian New Year & Hindu New Year

10900611868?profile=originalIndian New Year

It is a known fact that India is not just a country, but a civilization that has various multidimensional layers. Today, it is home to people of numerous castes, creeds, and ethnicities. Thus, each of these distinct human populations has a wide range of festivals and important occasions, which are celebrated sometimes regionally and at times, throughout the country due to the intermingling of various cultures. As such, India is also known as the "Land of Festivals". New Year is, indeed, an important occasion in the lives of Indians and today, as the country officially follows the Gregorian calendar, January 1 is celebrated as New Year's Day for all official purposes.

However, even today, many ethnic groups celebrate New Year as per their own auspicious religious calendars because of which celebrations of the day are carried out on different days by different groups. For instance, Diwali is the day on which majority of the Hindu population of the country celebrates New Year as per the Hindu religious calendar. Despite this, with the onset of rapid globalization, the country is going under the phase of fast paced urbanization. The large cosmopolitan cities of the country, like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai, are the front runners in celebration of the Gregorian New Year. Here, on December 31, New Year's Eve celebrations include huge live concerts. One can watch mesmerizing performances of various famous celebrities from the Indian film and music industry. These huge public celebrations see large crowds from all sections of society. Many people, who prefer a more personal see-off to the passing year, host private New Year parties for their near and dear ones.

Most people across the country wish each other Happy New Year on January 1, irrespective of their religious or cultural beliefs as this day is considered a secular event. People send each other wonderful New Year messages, greeting cards, and gifts to celebrate this joyous occasion. Various New Year events organized on New Year's Eve are broadcasted live by different prime channels across the country. Many people opt to stay at home and watch these special entertaining New Year shows with their family on the television. Besides this, the western concept of making resolutions on this day has also been adopted in urban centers, with the most common resolutions being losing weight, developing good habits, and working hard. However, this is just one side of the coin, while most of the country celebrates New Year as per their traditional religious calendars, the details of which can be read in the following lines.

10900610879?profile=originalTraditional Indian New Year
One of the most celebrated festivals in India, Diwali is considered to be the New Year's Day as per the Hindu lunar calendar. This "festival of lights" is celebrated with great zeal and fervor across India and signifies the triumph of good over evil. Though the basic essence of the festival remains the same, the methods of its celebrations vary from region to region. The origin of the festival is deeply imbedded in the Hindu religion. Thus, people spend the day worshipping deities, bursting firecrackers, and exchanging gifts with friends, relatives and acquaintances. In most of the North Indian belt, it is believed that the first Diwali was celebrated by the people of Ayodhya to welcome their beloved crown prince Lord Rama, who returned to his kingdom after an exile of fourteen years. The festival of Diwali is celebrated usually between the months of October and November.

Consecutive to the festival of Diwali, eastern India celebrates the festival of Durga Puja, wherein various forms of Mother Goddess are worshipped, with the festivities lasting for around two to three days. On the other hand, in South India, the New Year is celebrated in the month of Chittirai, which as per the Gregorian calendar occurs from April 14 to May 14. New Year is popularly known as "Vishu" and "Tamizh puthaandu" here and is usually celebrated on April 14. A lot of charming rituals as well as customs are associated with this day, like detailed puja ceremonies organized in most of the households and lavish traditional feasts. The gateways of homes are traditionally festooned with intricate and colorful floor art designs, known as rangolis called 'kolam'.

In the western region of the country, in the state of Maharashtra, New Year is celebrated in the form of Gudi Padwa, whereas in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, the day is known as Ugadi. The celebration time of both is the same and falls in the month of Chaitra. The Kashmiris refer New Year as 'Navroh' and celebrate it on the first day of Chaitra. The Oriya people celebrate New Year as Mahabishuba Sankranti and, as per their tradition, prepare a sweet drink, known as Pana on this day. They make an offering of this drink to various deities. It is quite clear that New Year is celebrated in many distinct ways and on different dates across India, but the interesting fact is that its essence of saying goodbye to the old and welcoming the new remains the same throughout the country, despite the cultural and religious divide.

Hindu New Year

India, being a vast country of immense heterogeneity, is known far and wide for its enchanting diversity and colorful splendor. It is made up of numerous regional and cultural variations. Its dynamic resplendence is exemplified best by the beauty of its vast cultural richness. Even though there exists a unified official calendar of the Hindus, known as the 'Indian National Calendar', inter-regional variants make the country all the more versatile. As a result, you can find different religions and regions boasting of their own unique rituals, colors, feasting and music. Even festivals are celebrated at different times of the year and in different ways according to the regional culture. This is true with New Year as well. Though Hinduism is the religion that is followed by the largest percentage of people in India, even within the Hindu community New Year is not celebrated at the same time of the year and in the same fashion. New Year in India has different names in different states and is also celebrated in very different traditional ways. For instance, the Kashmiri Hindus celebrate their new year 'Navreh' in mid-March while the Sindhis also celebrate 'Cheti Chand' around the same time.

In West Bengal, which is in the eastern part of India, New Year is celebrated during spring. People decorate their houses with colorful flowers that are pink, red, purple and white in color. Women wear clothes that are yellow in color. This color is symbolic of spring. In Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh in the south of India, New Year is celebrated in the spring too. On New Year's Day, it is customary for people to eat a small helping of a salad made of neem leaves, jaggery, raw mangoes and bananas. By eating this on New Year's Day, the person is symbolically accepting all the bitter and sweet things that are likely to come his way throughout the New Year. In Kerala, in the southernmost part of India, on the night before New Year's Day, mothers prepare a special tray consisting of special food, fruits, flowers and gifts. This tray is the first thing that one should see on New Year's Day. So, as soon as the children are awake, they are led with their eyes closed to the tray.

In central India, orange flags are hoisted from buildings and homes on New Year's Day. In Gujarat, which is in western India, New Year is celebrated in the end of October, on the day that coincides with Diwali. Diwali is an important Hindu festival, but in Gujarat it is celebrated as New Year's Day as well. People light little oil lamps on and around their houses to welcome Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth on this day.

Thus, in India, the Hindu New Year is celebrated on different days throughout the calendar year as a result of vast cultural diversity.

Native American Holidays and Traditions

Native American Holidays and Traditions

There are several Native American holidays and traditional festivals. Most tribes have their own individual celebrations, but many of the holidays have common themes or purposes. Native American holidays often celebrate nature, the spiritual world or ancestors. Popular holidays might honor the sun, the rain or crops needed to sustain life. Many Native American holidays stretch for a week, rather than just one day.

The start of the new year is honored by some Native Americans, although many tribes have selected different dates as the last day of the year. The Hopi and the Zuni both celebrate a new year's celebration on 22 December. This ceremony is called Soyal, and it is a time of renewal and purification. A ritual is conducted to welcome the sun back after winter.

The Makahiki new year festival is celebrated in Hawaii in October. It celebrates new beginnings and honors the Hawaiian god Lono, who represents fertility, music and rain. There are three phases of Makahiki. The first consists of purification and spiritual cleansing. During the second phase, the Native Hawaiians celebrate with ula dancing and athletic competitions. The final phase honors Lono and tests the tribe's current chief to ensure he is still worthy as a leader.

The Tewa Native Americans celebrate three dances throughout the year honoring a different animal each time. The year begins with a turtle dance, which remembers and honors the day of creation. For three days in October, the Tewa celebrate with the deer dance. This dance represents both femininity and masculinity. The next month, the buffalo is recognized, and the Tewa see this as a time of healing and life.

Native American holidays often celebrate the sun as a life-giving power, both physically and spiritually. The Inca called their sun god Inti, and they celebrated him during the Inti Raymi. This festival traditionally begins on 21 June, the southern hemisphere's winter solstice. The celebrations consist of elaborate dances and the wearing of many bright colors. Originally, animal sacrifices were offered in hopes of an abundant year.

To Start a New Year

"A new year is unfolding—like a blossom with petals curled tightly concealing the beauty within.
Lord, let this year be filled with the things that are truly good—with the comfort of warmth in our relationships, with the strength to help those who need our help and the humility and openness to accept help from others.
As we make our resolutions for the year ahead, let us go forward with great hope that all things can be possible—with your help and guidance."

I Am the New Year
I am the New Year. I am an unspoiled page in your book of time.
I am your next chance at the art of living. I am your opportunity to practice what you have learned about life during the last twelve months.
All that you sought and didn't find is hidden in me, waiting for you to search it but with more determination.
All the good that you tried for and didn't achieve is mine to grant when you have fewer conflicting desires.
All that you dreamed but didn't dare to do, all that you hoped but did not will, all the faith that you claimed but did not have—these slumber lightly, waiting to be awakened by the touch of a strong purpose.¬¬
I am your opportunity to renew your allegiance to Him who said, "Behold, I make all things new."

A New Year

Another fresh new year is here …
Another year to live!
To banish worry, doubt, and fear,
To love and laugh and give!
This bright New Year is given me
To live each day with zest …
To daily grow and try to be
My highest and my best!
I have the opportunity
Once more to right some wrongs,
To pray for peace, to plant a tree,
And sing more joyful songs!

New Year's Message

I asked the New Year for some message sweet,
Some rule of life with which to guide my feet;
I asked, and paused: it answered soft and low,
'God's will to know.'
'Will knowledge then suffice, New Year?' Aloud I cried.
And, ere the question into silence died,
The answer came, 'Nay, but remember, too
God's will to do.'
Once more I asked, 'Is there no more to tell?'
And once again the answer sweetly fell,
'Yes! this thing, all other things above:
God's will to love.'

A New Year's Prayer

May God make your year a happy one!
Not by shielding you from all sorrows and pain,
But by strengthening you to bear it, as it comes;
Not by making your path easy,
But by making you sturdy to travel any path;
Not by taking hardships from you,
But by taking fear from your heart;
Not by granting you unbroken sunshine,
But by keeping your face bright, even in the shadows;
Not by making your life always pleasant,
But by showing you when people and their causes need you most,
and by making you anxious to be there to help.
God's love, peace, hope and joy to you for the year ahead.

10900601492?profile=original

What to Ask For

Dear Lord, please give me…
A few friends who understand me and remain my friends;
A work to do which has real value,
without which the world would be the poorer
A mind unafraid to travel, even though the trail be not blazed;
An understanding heart;
A sense of humor;
Time for quiet, silent meditation;
A feeling of the presence of God;
The patience to wait for the coming of these things,
With the wisdom to recognize them when they come. Amen.

Very Touching..... God Bless These Families!

twas' 11 days before Christmas, around 9:38
when 20 beautiful children stormed through heaven's gate.

their smiles were contagious, their laughter filled the air.
...
they could hardly believe all the beauty they saw there.

they were filled with such joy, they didn't know what to say.

they remembered nothing of what had happened earlier that day.

"where are we?" asked a little girl, as quiet as a mouse.

"this is heaven." declared a small boy. "we're spending Christmas at God's house."

when what to their wondering eyes did appear,
but Jesus, their saviour, the children gathered near.

He looked at them and smiled, and they smiled just the same.

then He opened His arms and He called them by name.

and in that moment was joy, that only heaven can bring
those children all flew into the arms of their King
and as they lingered in the warmth of His embrace,
one small girl turned and looked at Jesus' face.

and as if He could read all the questions she had
He gently whispered to her, "I'll take care of mom and dad."

then He looked down on earth, the world far below
He saw all of the hurt, the sorrow, and woe
then He closed His eyes and He outstretched His hand,
"Let My power and presence re-enter this land!"

"may this country be delivered from the hands of fools"
"I'm taking back my nation. I'm taking back my schools!"

then He and the children stood up without a sound.

"come now my children, let me show you around."

excitement filled the space, some skipped and some ran.

all displaying enthusiasm that only a small child can.

and i heard Him proclaim as He walked out of sight,
"in the midst of this darkness, I AM STILL THE LIGHT."

New Year's Message

I asked the New Year for some message sweet,
Some rule of life with which to guide my feet;
I asked, and paused: it answered soft and low,
'God's will to know.'

'Will knowledge then suffice, New Year?' Aloud I cried.
And, ere the question into silence died,
The answer came, 'Nay, but remember, too
God's will to do.'

Once more I asked, 'Is there no more to tell?'
And once again the answer sweetly fell,
'Yes! this thing, all other things above:
God's will to love.'

New Year's Morning

The evening that is always remembered for its celebrations, for its glitz and glamour, for the party and the hours of enjoyment with family and friends, New Year's Eve is indeed celebrated in different ways all around the world. There have been many poems, verses and songs written by famous writers and poets to mark the arrival of New Year and to welcome the array of opportunities and possibilities which it brings along with it. Out of the number of poems that serve as a prelude to New Year's Eve, Helen Hunt Jackson's poem 'New Year's Morning' surely is one of the most celebrated. This poem by Helen is about the annoying expression of the 'old year' that not only frets over its fate, but is also jealous of the new chances brought by the New Year. The poem is a reminder to mankind, a reminder of all the opportunities that each day brings along with it. It inspires people to live every day as a new day and not to waste time in useless pursuits. For a clearer perspective on the poem, read on further.

New Year's Morning

Only a night from old to new!
Only a night, and so much wrought!
The Old Year's heart all weary grew,
But said: "The New Year rest has brought
The Old Year's hopes its heart laid down,
As in a grave; but trusting, said:
"The blossoms of the New Year's crown
Bloom from the ashes of the dead."
The Old Year's heart was full of greed;
With selfishness it longed and ached,
And cried: "I have not half I need.
My thirst is bitter and unslaked.
But to the New Year's generous hand
All gifts in plenty shall return;
True love it shall understand;
By all my failures it shall learn.
I have been reckless; it shall be
Quiet and calm and pure of life.
I was a slave; it shall go free,
And find sweet pace where I leave strife."
Only a night from old to new!
Never a night such changes brought.
The Old Year had its work to do;
No New Year miracles are wrought.

Always a night from old to new!
Night and the healing balm of sleep!
Each morn is New Year's morn come true,
Morn of a festival to keep.
All nights are sacred nights to make
Confession and resolve and prayer;
All days are sacred days to wake
New gladness in the sunny air.
Only a night from old to new;
Only a sleep from night to morn.
The new is but the old come true;
Each sunrise sees a new year born.

Wishing you a year of health,
wealth, happiness, luck, warmth...
And loads of love of your dear ones!
Hope the New Year
showers you with...
All that is beautiful!
Happy New Year!

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that there is a solution to every problem.

Nothing is insoluable. Nothing. Do everything that you
can to avoid the temptation of thinking that what is
facing you now is insurmountable. That is simply not true.

You cannot see the solution, of course, if you are
convinced it is not there. So you must have great faith
in life. Do you have great faith in life? Now would be a
good time to show it. Smile. Relax. It'll all be okay.

You will not have to think more than a second to
know exactly why you received this message today.

Love, Your Friend....

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that you will only benefit from resisting the temptation
to think immediately about the worst possible outcome.

When something comes up, when something happens
in your life, that disrupts the easy "flow," it is always
better to bless it than to damn it. Try to see it as nothing
serious. It most cases, it will not be.

Jumping to conclusions mired in negativity only thwarts
the process by which your mind can stay clear, and
thus find a way out of the momentary dilemma.

Love, Your Friend....

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that the method of the enterprising is to plan with
audacity and execute with vigor.

Christian Nevell Bovee said that, and it is a valuable
observation. As we experience this holiday season, and
you begin thinking about the New Year ahead, plan
with audacity.

And as you move into the New Year, execute your
plans with vigor. There is excitement in life -- but you
have to put it there.

Incidentally, you may begin executing with vigor right
now. Why wait?

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that it is literally true that you can succeed best and
quickest by helping others to succeed.

Napoleon Hill said that, and he was right. Nothing
ensures success like ensuring another's success. And
there is someone who is looking for your help and
your support today.

Lift that person up, give that person credit, do whatever
you can to help that person be a success. And always
remember: What goes around, comes around.

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that on this New Year's Eve a miracle can occur.

Tonight we ring out the old and ring in the new. And
more--much more--can change than simply the dates
on the calendar. You can resolve this night to change
your entire life...or any aspect of your self and your
experience that you choose.

And should old acquaintance be forgot, and never
brought to mind? No. Keep old friends near, and
old loves dear. For they will help you make those
changes in your life that will produce miracles,
if you let them.

Happy, happy New Year!

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that every day is a New Beginning.

A new cycle begins this day, yet a new cycle begins
every day. Indeed, every moment. So if you recognize
anything on this day, recognize what it symbolizes: The
miracle of the endlessly continuing Cycle of Life.

What a grand day! What a time for celebration! We
begin again today! We turn the page! And so, let go
of all that you do not wish to carry with you any further.

Any fear, any sadness, any anger, any resentment, any
disappointment, any lament...let it all go. And now,
using the specialness of this day as a springboard,
let's get on with Life!

Love, Your Friend....

10900598079?profile=original

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that it is well to think well. It is divine to act well.

Horace Mann said that, and he was right. Thinking is
just the first step in creation. You've had some
wonderful ideas lately about changes you want to make
in your life. Now it's time to put those thoughts into a
action, yes?

Love, Your Friend....

10900598079?profile=original

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that the opposite of a correct statement is a false
statement. But the opposite of a profound truth may
well be another profound truth.

Niels Bohr said that, and he was right. In fact, there
have been few statements in the history of statement-
making that were more accurate than that one. So be
aware and stay awake! The Law of Opposites
sometimes leads you to a Divine Dichotomy.

Two opposing truths can exist simultaneously in the
same space. Do not therefore assume that That Which
Opposes You is That Which Is Not Good For You.
It may be just the reverse.

Love, Your Friend....

10900598079?profile=original

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that the cycles of life are endless -- and always serve
you, because life is a process that serves Life Itself.

When things seem to be shifting away from you,
moving in the other direction, closing doors,
shutting down opportunities, remember that all things
are cyclical -- including Life Itself.

What you are experiencing is temporary -- whether it's
"good" OR "bad." So stop calling it one thing or the
other, and simply embrace it as What's Happening Now.

You'll move through it all much more peacefully.

And, one day, you'll call it ALL "good."

Love, Your Friend....

10900598079?profile=original

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that as you start the first full work week of the New
Year you should do no 'work' at all.

The point of your activities throughout the day is not to
make a living, but to make a life; not to 'work' but to
create joy. If you are doing what you are doing merely
to 'pay the bills,' you will have missed the major reason
for All Of Life.

The purpose of life is to know and express Who You
Are. If you do other than that during the days and times
of your life, you will have not used those days and times
in a way that profits your soul. It is soul profit we are
after here, not body profit.

This first week of the New Year is a good time to
contemplate that, yes?

Love, Your Friend....

10900598079?profile=original

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that every increased possession
loads us with a new weariness.

John Ruskin said that, and he was right. Life is not
about our physical or material possessions, it is about
the Agenda of our Soul. When material possessions
serve that agenda, they can be wonderful and are to
be celebrated. But if they come between us
and the soul, then we may very well be delayed
on our holy journey.

Our journey is the path back to peace, to harmony,
to deep inner joy, to love, and to God.

Love, Your Friend....

10900598079?profile=original

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...
...that happiness is good health and a bad memory.

Ingrid Bergman said that, and it is so true. Memories,
of course, bring up moments that are past, whereas
happiness is always found in the moment that is here,
now.

Constantly remembering bad things, or sad things, can
rob you of your present -- that is, your pre-sent -- joy.

Happiness has been sent to you in advance by God. It
is here, in this moment, if you will seize it...and share it.

Love, Your Friend....

Dear friends, I wish you all for this New Year, that you could experience what I experienced last night!

The Unity of  all that is and the certainty that we all will be experiencing it very, very soon!

We are all but One Being, One Consciousness and One Soul!

It is my desire that we all understand that many of us are awake, but that many are not, and to bring these ones to our awakening, we need to love and forgive them without any misgivings, so that they also can feel the love that we feel

and return to being the part of us that they have always been!

Just love to the evil to disappearance, that is the real answer of the meaning of life!

We have believed in the Illusion of Evil and darkness for too long, let us really quit it right now, let us Unite!

Let us all sing a song of love and acceptance that will resonate all over the World!

Preparing for Atomic Mutation

Audio Support

3040.png

Happy Holidays! Here we are, one full year from the pivotal galactic alignment and, wow, what a year of recalibration it has been.

As the old world is collapsing, there is a simultaneous emergence of New Earth structure. Everything is uncorking! With this accelerated emergence of new energy, we are connecting into a new morphic resonance that stabilizes us in the faster light velocities of expanded dimension.  All messages indicate that we are readying to experience a much bigger unlocking as a collective.

This idea of human metamorphosis is not really a choice at all. This IS the evolutionary momentum for the entire human race shifting into a hyper-dimensional planetary interface. With our conscious awareness engaged upon it, we can determine what types of adjustments are needed in this rather intricate process and to better serve those around us.

We have some exciting revelations to share...

2917.png

The Galactic Plasma Ray ~ Holy Alchemizer

3025.jpg It is the Sun that is fully guiding us now and through its light, we are mutating to reach our full genetic human potential. We are in a metamorphic process of solar generated alchemy that is changing our bodies from a carbon-based blueprint to a finely tuned silicon-crystal system.

This is being greatly assisted by the super-charged plasma rays emanating to us from the very core of our galaxy. These rays have entered the Earth while discharging an ionizing type of radiation. As neutralizers, they are cleaning up the atmosphere, allowing it to expand and breathe more light, and altering our own atoms to do the same.

These solar generated particles have the ability to reach into our body's memory fields, re-pattern the sequences, and override certain gene codes. They also have the ability to cut through to the nucleus of the atom, shift its chemical bonds and change the very make-up of our atomic structure.

Literally penetrating right to our core, the action of this plasma ray effect is likened to an atomic accelerator. Its ionic particles are liberating the components of the atoms from their binding electromagnetic force. This alters the ratio of protons, electrons and neutrons so that we can vibrate in a much faster spin. This frees us forever from the carbon code.

It is the absorption and conduction of this rarified plasmic light from the sun that is greatly contributing to the alchemical transformation of our bodies.

This film, Solar Revolution, by the renowned German biophysicist, Dieter Broers, explains some of this quite well...20 minute clip and the full movie here.

Lisa Renee from Energetic Synthesis also has a lot to say about the solar Plasma Waves.

Physical Body Absorption - Some Challenges

The challenge for the physical body is to completely absorb this high frequency radiation.

Even though new light encodement may be around us, this does not necessarily mean that it can be assimilated. This can be attributed to the body's morphogenetic field and its built-in memory program, which is around every bodily system, organ, nerve, muscle, tissue... and around every atom.

This can be why so many of us that have pure bodies and are the cutting edge of understandings are still experiencing limiting feedback loops and degenerative patterning. Having a pure body and peaceful mind is not the key to complete morphogenetic shift, not if the body's communication system is still reading the old code and not if we are still with the same atomic make-up.

This old morphic resonance field is so strong that it is analogous to having an armored encasement around us. Within a lot of people, this mutating solar energy is meeting up against a frequency wall of dissonant harmonic. It cannot fully transmit so that we can obtain its optimal benefit.

We are referring to the point of convergence, where the two energy fields meet. Due to a variety of reasons, such as energetic vulnerabilities or lack of appropriate circuitry, this is causing blockage and a building pressure from within. This was referred in our recent article as,
morphogenetic field implosion.

It is conceivable to think that this process can happen smoothly if the biological body can upgrade its internal communication systems. Blockages, of course, have to be removed and new connections established.

What would happen if we put more conscious attention upon a quicker dissolution of our carbon barricade so that these plasma waves can get fully absorbed to more easily fulfill their alchemical purpose?

Now Revealing...

The Morphogenetic "Stress Web" of Decay

We know that stress, in general, is a major factor of human mortality. Among the the leading causes of ageing and death in the United States alone, chronic, low-grade inflammation contributes to the pathogenesis of the vast majority. Of the causes of inflammation, bodily stress is the common denominator.

There are many different types of stress that fit into two main categories. There is short-term acute stress coming from the highs and lows of life experiences in general. Then, there is chronic stress that gradually grinds people down and eventually destroys body, mind and spirit.

There is another type of stress, not talked about by science, which seems to be the catalytical KINGPIN to all the rest and, quite possibly, the main cause of the human degenerative nature.

It is the morphogenetic stress web, which has its tenacious tentacles wrapped around all of our bodily matter.
This stress web is what imprisons us to the carbon encodement. It ages us and sustains dense feedback loops, keeping us with boxed-in thinking, unresolved addictions, reactive emotional triggering, mental disparities, nervous habits and more.

This is an energetic encasement that shrouds every cell of our body setting up a ring-pass-not from the limiting human experience. It is likened to a carbon blockade fortified by an army of degenerative, time-coded programs that eventually stresses the body's entire energetic matrix. It locks us up and keeps us spinning on the morphic wheel of decay.

In other words, we are programmed to eventually be at the mortal fate of systemic stress.

Stress Web held in Place by Programmed Consciousness

3041.jpg The fear based morphogenetic blueprint feeds this monstrous stress matrix. It is also fueled by a genetic program that has evolved into place, layer by layer, as human consciousness progressed away from divine understanding and into severe states of limiting self-identity.

The declining ability of the body to respond to stress is primarily due to the constancy of identifying the Self with human mortality. This deeply held identification activates the degenerative program that runs the body through a time-coded ageing sequence built into the operation of the nervous and endocrine systems.

When we reach a certain number of years, the biological age alarm goes off, initiating a cascade of pro-inflammatory genetic signals that ultimately results in deterioration, propagating cell death throughout the body.

Until we can break through this shell and release our true Self, we will continue to be grounded in the same morphic vortex of mortality. This is quite possibly a major breakthrough in understanding to help us make a progressive leap in our advancement as a collective!

So many of us have purified, transformed ourselves and reached the point of seeing the grander vision. We have even lifted ourselves from the struggles of life, but all the while, we are still encased in the degenerative shell.

It is from inside this time shell that the all-encompassing stress web adheres us to a locking mechanism, preventing the full opening of our crystalline seals. The stress web and the carnal locks work synergistically, one feeding the other.

Unlocking the Crystalline Seals

3026.jpg Programmed within us are certain energetic signatures, that when unlocked, override the human genetic code of degeneration. These 'crystalline seals' give passageway to the dormant DNA programs that are tightly coiled up, lying within the chromosomal strands.

There are many crystalline seals in the body, all interrelated and synchronized. They will all be eventually unlocked as we raise our vibration and progress into the expanded DNA expression. As one seal is opened, a chain reaction occurs to eventually open all of the others.

This particular focus today relates to the crystalline seal of 'Divine Immanence'. The morphogenetic stress web and its carnal locking mechanism imprison this God code. This is not just about intellectualizing that we are God beings. Opening this seal helps us to embody it, fully and completely.

3030.png
   KEY:  Release the Mortal Identity

To open this seal, we have to release our attaching identity to the human body as who we are. This is referring to the very deep mortal belief in death and rebirth and our emotional coherence to the form. Until we loose our consciousness from these concepts, we will not realize the immortal morphic resonance.

It is to know without any fiber of fear or doubt that we do not die and neither are we reborn. Our consciousness is vastly interconnected and it is ETERNAL. Our bodily form simply falls away when it is no longer needed. Reincarnation is a dogmatic concept that has been exaggerated far out of its context.

By living according to past timelines or in thoughts about who we used to be, about our age and eventual death, this perpetuates the program of human self-identity, and ultimately, degeneration in the genetic code.

We spoke about this in the recent article,
Shifting into Immortal Morphic Resonance.

3030.png
  KEY:  Master the Human Perception

The other main key to unlock this particular seal is mastering the human perception. This includes the absolute understanding that all manifested creation in our life is a reflection of our own consciousness and where it is vibrating.

When we know that all in this dimension is a result of our projected thoughts and when we have stopped all complaining, all projecting, all fretting and going outside of the self; this is when the stress web will lift and the crystal seal can open.

We are like a family of chicks pecking our way out of the time-coded evolutionary shell. We were sealed up and sent on our way. It is when we could reach a point high enough in our 'collective vibration' that the shell could begin to break. We can see our freedom clearly now, but there is still some required effort to get our body all of the way out.

Let's remove this shell together, shall we?

3030.png
KEY:  Remove the Morphogenetic Stress Web

1. The stress web must be removed before the solar encoded rays and their ionic radiation can be fully conducted to mutate our atomic core.

2. The stress web must be removed to open the crystalline seals and activate more DNA strands in order to progress into our full human genetic potential.

As advanced as we are in our intellectual understandings, many of us do not have the ability to pull this obstinate webbing up and out by ourselves.

Pope Francis Condemns Racism And Declares That “All Religions Are True” At Historic Third Vatican Council

Francis

For the last six months, Catholic cardinals, bishops and theologians have been deliberating in Vatican City, discussing the future of the church and redefining long-held Catholic doctrines and dogmas. The Third Vatican Council, is undoubtedly the largest and most important since the Second Vatican Council was concluded in 1962. Pope Francis convened the new council to “finally finish the work of the Second Vatican Council.” While some traditionalists and conservative reactionaries on the far right have decried these efforts, they have delighted progressives around the world.

The Third Vatican Council concluded today with Pope Francis announcing that Catholicism is now a “modern and reasonable religion, which has undergone evolutionary changes. The time has come to abandon all intolerance. We must recognize that religious truth evolves and changes. Truth is not absolute or set in stone. Even atheists acknowledge the divine. Through acts of love and charity the atheist acknowledges God as well, and redeems his own soul, becoming an active participant in the redemption of humanity.”

“Through humility, soul searching, and prayerful contemplation we have gained a new understanding of certain dogmas. The church no longer believes in a literal hell where people suffer. This doctrine is incompatible with the infinite love of God. God is not a judge but a friend and a lover of humanity. God seeks not to condemn but only to embrace. Like the fable of Adam and Eve, we see hell as a literary device. Hell is merely a metaphor for the isolated soul, which like all souls ultimately will be united in love with God” Pope Francis declared.

In a speech that shocked many, the Pope claimed “All religions are true, because they are true in the hearts of all those who believe in them. What other kind of truth is there? In the past, the church has been harsh on those it deemed morally wrong or sinful. Today, we no longer judge. Like a loving father, we never condemn our children. Our church is big enough for heterosexuals and homosexuals, for the pro-life and the pro-choice! For conservatives and liberals, even communists are welcome and have joined us. We all love and worship the same God.”

One statement in the Pope’s speech has sent traditionalists into a fit of confusion and hysteria. “God is changing and evolving as we are, For God lives in us and in our hearts. When we spread love and kindness in the world, we touch our own divinity and recognize it. The Bible is a beautiful holy book, but like all great and ancient works, some passages are outdated. Some even call for intolerance or judgement. The time has come to see these verses as later interpolations, contrary to the message of love and truth, which otherwise radiates through scripture. In accordance with our new understanding, we will begin to ordain women as cardinals, bishops and priests. In the future, it is my hope that we will have a woman pope one day. Let no door be closed to women that is open to men!”

In addition to the Pope’s sweeping calls for tolerance and a new progressive understanding of Catholicism, he condemned racism, raising his voice and pounding the podium in front of him. Pope Francis spent over an hour castigating anti-immigrant politicians, parties and individuals. Wagging his finger sternly with righteous indignation, the Pope shouted “Racism today is the ultimate evil in the world. When Italians, Spanish or French turn back the boats of African migrants seeking a better life, are they not like the inn keeper who told Mary and Joseph that there was no room for them and the infant Christ? These migrants are children of God and we are commanded to love them!”

His voice loudly echoing through St. Peter’s basilica, the Pope stated “those who would dare to turn immigrants away, be they legal or undocumented, turn their backs on Christ himself! A racist is not a true Christian. A racist casts aside his humanity to become a beast, a demon! He is the embodiment and personification of evil, a Satan!”

To a chorus of thunderous applause, Pope Francis stated “because Muslims, Hindus and African Animists are also made in the very likeness and image of God, to hate them is to hate God! To reject them to is to reject God and the Gospel of Christ. Whether we worship at a church, a synagogue, a mosque or a mandir, it does not matter. Whether we call God, Jesus, Adonai, Allah or Krishna, we all worship the same God of love. This truth is self-evident to all who have love and humility in their hearts!”

In a announcement that shocked many people, Pope Francis warned that “those who seek to deny a home to the migrant, to the African and the Muslim, risk their membership in the church. We will consider excommunication for those whose souls willingly dwell in the darkness and evil of intolerance and racism. Satan himself is a metaphor or a personification, for the collective evils of mankind. Today, these evils manifest foremost as racism, intolerance, religious persecution and bigotries of all kinds.”

A couple of prominent Catholic cardinals have responded to Pope Francis’ declarations by leaving the church. Cardinal Arinze of Nigeria asked, “what do we stand for if we declare that truth is relative? On the contrary, truth exists independently of our personal feelings. All of this talk of love and tolerance is hollow if we have no identity of our own, if we stand for nothing. I charge that Francis has become a heretic, and that he is not a valid Pope. Indeed, Francis is no longer even a Catholic. The seat of Saint Peter is vacant. I am now a Sedevacantist. I should have become one long ago. The Vatican has embraced ecumenism in the past, but worse than that, it has now embraced moral relativism on abortion and homosexuality. At the same time it is embracing moral absolutism in favour of illegal immigration and cultural genocide against Europe.”

In his most controversial statement, Cardinal Arinze said “Islam has overrun my own country, and now it threatens to overrun Europe. Some parts of Nigeria now live under Islamic Sharia law. Catholics there are no longer free to practice their faith publicly. Francis is a fool if he thinks that his liberal immigration policy will end well. He has betrayed western civilization. Vatican City will one day become a giant mosque if things continue in Europe along their present course. Those in the West who ignore this truth, do so at their own peril.”

In an angry and vitriolic rant revealing deep self-hating tendencies, the African Cardinal Arinze stated “There is nothing wrong with Europeans who want to protect their borders. The problem is that there is not enough border control and the immigration policies are far too lenient in Europe. Is it racist to desire to preserve one’s own home? Why is it racist to want to preserve your own culture and a future for your people and your children? Have white people gone stupid today?”

This much is clear, the Catholic Church has made a decision to rejoin humanity and to reject intolerance and extremism. The church has lost a few narrow-minded bigots, with reports of some small parishes and a few cardinals and bishops defecting, but Pope Francis has gained the friendship of the world. Pope Francis deserves praise for taking a humane stand in defence of human rights and against bigotry.

This is how I feel during the different stages of expansion and connection to my Source:

I feel different things and different symptoms through each stage of reconnecting to my Heart, and I think of them in these stages:

download
integration
assimilation
detox
upgrade

When the Light Language of Source coming through the Sun, the Source of Creation in every planetary system, washes, or slams... (haha)... through our earth in many, many different forms... I call this a divine download.
To me it is the Light of Source physically descending and helping my remembering and reconnecting to my Heart through my crown chakra.
The Light of Source affects everything unconditionally.
Every THING on our planet is affected.
So I think of it as consciously upgrading my self so to speak so I can hear my Heart more clearly.

Solar flares,coronal holes,filament eruptions,CME's... Light=Information
Also All galactic alignments, comets, asteroids they impact our consciousness and deliver more Light information as well.

****Think about a comet, how many suns has it passed and became ONE with? how much information is in that consciousness really? How big a Light Library do they carry...?****

The more "outside" influences affecting the magnetism of the earth, the bigger the download, the more intense the physical symptoms for me.

This is how I feel at different stages in my ascension process,(raising vibration as I connect more and more to my Heart and fully remember who I am and why I am here)

Download

The actual physical event.

Dizzyness
Nausea
Vomiting sometimes if it is very intense
Diarrhea if I have eaten recently,(doesn't seem to matter what)
Inability to ground
Inability to eat or drink much
Brain fogginess
Inability to put words to things
Headache
If people speak to me I don't understand what they are saying
Emotionally I feel very disconnected
Do goofy things or can't figure things out
Heart palpitations and high chest "fluttering"
HAVE to be in water with dead sea salts (bath salts)
Sweating yet being cold, night sweats, body temperature thermometer gone amuck
Cannot tolerate bright electricity after dusk
(This actually has become a permanent state now but it is extra irritating during download for me)
Physically exhausted
Irritable- Very

Integration

To me this is when the manual is being "read"(the expansion of a human mind must occur very carefully,it is a step by step process)
The information delivered is filtering down and changing from the Language of Light, to the rewiring of the synapses so that the Information can be understood in a human language way)

Crave vitamins, especially in liquid form, and especially vitamin c
Eat! especially carbs, it feels as if I need constant fast energy fuel.
Water and juices, liquids
Headaches sometimes
Still irritated
Still have brain fogginess but it is lifting
Thoughts pop into my mind that give me a totally new perspective on EVERYTHING
Aha moments but not like before, more like a soft remembering, waves washing over the shore...
Physically tired still,waking up tired
Emotionally exhausted
Weird thoughts, mostly negative in nature, float to the top of my consciousness
Sleep a lot or can't get enough sleep

Assimilation

To me this means the understanding of a larger perspective.
Whether personally and individually or globally,galactically,universally...
The ability to walk in that aspect,in that Truth, in my own life everyday so I show others it is possible.

Mental clarity
Beginning to understand some of what was "in" manual
Beginning to accept new healing tools and the empowerment associated with them
Emotionally more stable
Able to once again quickly center if knocked off by emotional healing
Positive feelings seem to expand within me
Feel connected
Every aspect of my being seems enhanced
Can once again communicate.
Begin to attract to myself experiences in which I can support which ever new modality of intuitive healing I have remembered.
Eating habits become normal, but lighter in portion, as it seems I don't need as much food.

Detox

The releasing of ALL no longer able to be contained within the vibration of ALL my bodies which are part of this reality.
Mental,emotional,physical,etheric,spiritual...and so on.

Emotionally, triggers still occur and the emotional releases are still very deep into my being.
Crying still when emotionally releasing, intense feelings in the moment, but quickly clearing now.
I can't get enough water,water,water....
Which makes me run to the bathroom a lot!
I release a great deal.
Get many experiences in which I see what needs to be released with much more clarity and therefore it becomes easier to be back in my Heart Center.
Back to sweating.
Body thermometer amuck again
Towards end of detox feeling higher levels of inner peace
Needing protein
Deeper levels of compassion and acceptance
Big personal changes and releases
Freedom of freedom increases

Upgrade

A stronger connection to my Heart than before which has raised my life vibration to a higher level as well
A new level of consciousness and expansive self growth
Out of control synchronicities
Out of this world experiences, those that make you say...Did that just happen?
Deeper triggering of those around me by just being
Oh yeah, always worth the process(which I know will soon change for me once again)
Like a sports car,I feel ready set go...

Feelings of bliss
Totally grounded and yet completely connected to my Heart constantly
Third eye opens with even more clarity during waking hours as well
Ability to step out of experiences and just be
Acceptance of the new
Further understanding of my individual soul path
Greater perspective of global problems but not emotionally connected.
ALL senses enhanced
Psychic ability increases
Incredible synchronicites
New level of communication with my light family
Deeper understanding of Oneness
Food is all yummy
Basically the Law of Attraction applies at every level, completely in the flow of my Heart.
Consciously connected to my Source in my Heart

And all that good stuff.
: )

Please feel free to add any other symptoms I may not have experienced.
Now these processes have no time length at all.
They seem to be different.
Sometimes I feel more intensely than others.
Longer than other times.
Two days.
A month?
No rhyme and reason, for it is perfectly tailored for my body, for my dna.
Everyone is different for this reason.
We are each divine individually.

So I thought I would share my experiences, for I feel that the more information we share, the less space in which for fear to take root.

It is my sincere wish that peace will be attained by all.
May the Light of the Christ Consciousness reach all Hearts and may all who seek inner peace find it on this miraculous date.

In Light and Love
marie
