2013 - Navigating the River of New Life

Dear Ones, As you open to the Light of this New Year, the power of Divine Love explodes within your being. Without Balance however, on the internal barometer of your emotional state, clear Harmony will not be present in your life. It is a tussle at times to stay open while you experience often conflicting, sometimes raging, and even bliss-filled feelings and experience within your mind. The answer is to attune to your heart’s wisdom. This takes practice but at the same time, it is the only place where you can find solace in these changing times. When reality blows your mind, your feelings become the ultimate path to your heart. The new frequencies acting within you are causing an upheaval of new, very strong currents that are affecting emotions. You are navigating a fresh river now, one called Life in the New World. Don’t be fooled by appearances — this world is NOT the same. The new world exists as a shift in dimensions, available, amorphous and malleable energy that reflects enormous power and beauty like you have never seen. It is all supported by the Realms of Awakened Consciousness working for the Earth’s evolution, empowering hundreds of millions of souls who incarnated for this purpose. What do I call this Experience I am Having? We are giving you a new mantra for 2013 ~ It’s only Energy! Use it as you will. Know that overwhelming feelings will become the norm within you and all around you. Intense energy frequencies can trigger feelings and when you apply old patterns of thoughts to the feelings, you can let yourself sink into states of mind that are not resourceful. When you neutralize the charge you may be experiencing with the knowing that “it’s only energy,” your awareness will help you to come into balance more quickly. It is helpful to use your physical body to work off the excess energy by grounding it through focused activity, exercise, yoga asanas, dance, song, playfulness and of highest importance, time in Nature. When you can discipline yourself to take a breath before you react, you will find that the new frequencies are benevolent with neutral intentions. With more awareness, you will find a deep wellspring of Divine Love to nourish you. Staying there will require all the tools of Mastery you have learned to this point. All you have learned and experienced in this life and many others, has brought you to this moment of Choice. If you can apply what you know you know, life will take on a certain graceful flow. You have support to make this happen from the Illumined Realms of the Masters. Your Higher Self can assist your connection when you attune to its guidance. Without awareness and conscious intention, you will find the opposite of Balance to be true. The Divine Love force is pushing all that is not like itself to the surface. Strong emotions are running rampant within the human psyche now. Despairing hopeless thoughts are causing a sense of powerlessness in many people, which leads to anger unabated. While the energies are so unfettered, you as Light Workers, are required to be a balancing agent for the earth’s peoples. You are so needed. Never doubt that. Your job is to ground the intense frequencies of Light so the excess energy goes to feed and nourish the Earth rather than stir unproductive actions. In time people will become more familiar with the intensity of energy and learn that it is malleable according to their intentions and focus. “Instant Karma” can be a powerful teacher. At the same time, your thoughts, actions, prayers and balanced energy will provide a structure for the New Earth lifestyle of Heart-Centered Action. What Are You Available to Experience? The energy frequencies of 2013 are still unsettled and respond instantly now as you create your new life. The next few years will be important for setting into motion the Harmony and Peace that most people desire to experience. On a moment to moment basis you each hold the key to the new world evolving before your very eyes. As you resonate with the Love Force, it brings Harmony and Balance to the Earth. From this place you are a radiant demonstration of an empowered system of being — a human who is blending the Light of the Divine with your physical life on Earth. You will magnetize more of the same to you and many people will be affected. You become a Balancing Agent for the New World. Hold your frequencies high. Relinquish fear by inviting pure Divine Love to be the active agent of change in your life and in the world. Many are experiencing such a heightened level of change that it frightens them. You who have become friends with the Unknown and who are learning to ride the waves of change, provide a new resonance of Safety and Ease. Your presence allows others to harmonize their energy systems to this new frequency, which will dissipate the overwhelming energy of fear. The New Earth frequencies are empowered and available. Stepping into the Light of new life is as close as your breath. The support of the Unseen world is holding the space for entry into an exalted space of Love. The more time and focus you spend opening, receiving and integrating these energies, the more they become your norm. There are millions of people experiencing the exalted state of this new life. The shimmering dimensions of the new Earth are becoming stabilized by the conscious presence of so many workers for the Light. You are a part of a community of dedicated souls — hundreds of millions strong — that is powerfully creating the new world as you hold the frequencies of Divine Love together. The Earth is in a process undergoing Divine Metamorphosis. Your presence stabilizes the new world of Love. Your focus empowers higher frequencies to bring more Harmony and Balance. Your being offers strength and gentle reminders of the Truth within the illusion of polarities and upheaval. Divine Order will prevail and Creative Solutions exist where none is apparent from a lower frequency awareness. Your Spiritual Toolbox Your Spiritual Toolbox is filled with all that you need to work quickly in this first quarter of 2013 to set new standards and foundations for life in an accelerated world. Your experience, training and desires are stabilizing your consciousness to know what you need to do. Each of you has a special gift to offer the whole Earth consciousness. In the sacred place within your being, your new life begins as you bring Spirit into matter and sanctify your life. Your dedication has been acknowledged. Gratitude fills the fields of Light that are showering the Earth at this time. You did it. Together you workers in the Light created the shift into multidimensional awareness that was held as only a possibility before. Now the Masters and Angelic beings are assisting the completion of this vast experiment in Unified Consciousness. Your are a part of an amazingly strong, multidimensional community of souls that are working in harmony and cooperation, blazing new pathways for Peaceful existence on the earth. This community of Light Workers, near and far, hold the keys for manifestation of the New Earth life. Together you enter the temples of the heart to join the Divine Multitudes of Grace awaiting you. The realms of spirit are celebrating your willingness, and offering all manner of assistance, greater than you imagine possible. Float Gracefully on the River of New Life The dimensions of Divine Assistance awaiting your invitation and advancement are amazingly pure and available now. When you set your intentions to work in the River of New Life, you step into a stream of pure consciousness. You will find the currents can take you gracefully into directions and ways that fulfill the intentional requirements you set forward as necessary for your new life. When you know in advance what you are available to experience in order to thrive, the Light Fields you are setting become the framework of your life. Choose your river consciously and wisely and let the Divine Currents carry you. There is no need to paddle, only to allow the loving nudges of the Angels who are powering the vessel of your Soul’s Purpose. With their help your way will be clear and graceful. When you enter into the choppy sections of the rivers, the waterfalls that may throw you off balance or the whirlpools that eddy in the darkness, know you are not alone. Your empowered intentions will encourage your Higher Self to gracefully center your course. If a new tributary enters the river, you will be able to ride the unfamiliar currents with Strength and Ease. If you need to take a different fork in your River of Life, you have unwavering guidance for your inspired heart-centered action. Be willing to flow with the empowered currents of energy within the river’s surging and buoyant waters, and 2013 will completely surprise you. Sustain your balance with intention, prayer, and heart-centered action. Enjoy the cooperative support being offered to you in a whole new way from others in the Community of Light. Welcome To The New Earth

Congratulations! Through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth, we have God Victoriously Birthed the New Earth in the 5th-Dimensional Realms of CAUSE. During the unprecedented celestial alignment that took place on December 21st and 22nd, 2012, our Father-Mother God Inbreathed the Earth and ALL Creation up the Spiral of Evolution into the next octave of our learning experiences. This event, which was called the Shift of the Ages, is a natural part of our evolutionary experience that occurs only once every so many million years. This shift involved not only the Sons and Daughters of God evolving on Earth, but also the Sons and Daughters of God throughout Infinity. Each and every Child of God is now in position to cocreate with our God Parents the next phase of our journey back to the Heart of our Father-Mother God. This will be a unique process for every Child of God throughout the Universe, but on Earth it will be glorious beyond our wildest imagination. In order to grasp the magnitude of what the Birth of the New Earth in the 5th-Dimensional Realms of Cause means for each of us, we must understand that the 5th Dimension is a frequency of Light that transcends separation and duality. Within this higher frequency of vibration the gross mutations of disease, poverty, hunger, war, greed, hatred, or pain and suffering of any kind cannot be sustained. The 5th Dimension is a timeless, spaceless frequency of God's Infinite Light and Perfection. It is the frequency that we have always known as the Heavenly Realms. Now with the Shift of the Ages God Victoriously accomplished, the Heavenly Realms have Ascended up the Spiral of Evolution into the 6th-Dimensional Realms of Light. Within the 5th Dimension Divine Love and the consciousness of Oneness and Reverence for Life are the ONLY reality. The Sons and Daughters of God abiding in the 5th Dimension are destined to cocreate experiences that enhance life with every thought, word, action, feeling, and belief we express. We will cocreate win-win situations for everybody as we perpetually focus on Love, Light, and the highest good for ALL concerned. This may sound too good to be true, but actually it does not even begin to describe the wonders and joyous things we will be cocreating once we accept that the New Earth has been Birthed, and we daily and hourly live out of that profound Truth. I know the events of the 2012 December Solstice have created a lot of confusion. That is because of people's expectations, and because it is difficult for people to step back and see the bigger picture. For aeons of time our fragmented, fear-based human egos have manipulated us into believing that our physical body is who we are and that the physical plane is our only reality. Nothing could be further from the Truth, but that illusion is a hard habit to break. We look at the outer world and come to erroneous conclusions about events that have taken place in multidimensional levels of our existence. Our conclusions are wrong because we are multidimensional Beings of Light abiding within many dimensions simultaneously. The physical plane is the least real of all of the dimensions we abide in, and it is the very last dimension to reflect the changes that have taken place in the Realms of Cause. The Company of Heaven is very aware of the challenge we have with our egos, and they are doing everything they can to help us perceive the Truth of the miraculous Birth of the New Earth. Ask your I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven for clarity as you take the following information into your heart of hearts. You are already aware of the wonders that have transpired. That is true even if you do not remember these events on a conscious level. You have been an instrument of God during this Cosmic Moment, and you were an intricate part in the fulfillment of this important part of the Divine Plan. On December 21, 2012, during the moments of Earth's alignment with the Galactic Core of the Milky Way, our Father-Mother God Inbreathed this planet and all Life evolving upon her up the Spiral of Evolution. During that Cosmic Moment, this precious planet reclaimed her rightful place in our Solar System. That sacred event paved the way for another activity of Light that had to be victoriously accomplished in order for the New Earth and ALL Humanity to be successfully Birthed into the full embrace of the 5th Dimension.
Over 2,000 years ago, Jesus, the Avatar of the Piscean Age, revealed an activity of Light that would take place during these "end times" which would serve as a catalyst for returning the fallen Sons and Daughters of God on Earth to Christ Consciousness. The event he revealed was a Baptism by Sacred Fire that would be initiated by our Mother God, the Holy Spirit, on behalf of awakening Humanity. This miraculous event was God Victoriously accomplished on December 22, 2012, thus paving the way for the successful Birth of the New Earth in the 5th Dimension. In order for us to comprehend the enormity of what has occurred for Humanity and the Earth, the Company of Heaven asked me to reiterate some important information they gave to us about events that paved the way for the wondrous Birth of the New Earth. There are thousands of new people on our newsletter list, and this background is very important. This article is a little long, but I promise you it is well worth your time.

Baptism by Sacred Fire

In the beginning, we were a full-grown Being of Light, and an Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame enveloped our Earthly bodies. The Blue Flame of our Father God's Power activated our left-brain hemisphere and the rational, logical portion of our brain. It also activated the masculine power center within our Throat Chakra. The Pink Flame of our Mother God's Love activated our right-brain hemisphere and the creative, intuitive portion of our brain. This Sacred Fire also activated the feminine love center within our Heart Chakra. Our Mother God is the feminine polarity of God. She is the Holy Comforter and expresses the Love Nature of God. She is the Being we came to know as the Holy Spirit within the Holy Trinity. Initially, the masculine and the feminine polarities of our Father-Mother God were perfectly balanced within us. This allowed our Father God's Blue Flame of Power and our Mother God's Pink Flame of Love to merge into the Violet Flame of God's Infinite Perfection. This perfectly balanced Violet Flame activated our spiritual brain centers, which are our pituitary, pineal, hypothalamus glands, and the ganglionic centers at the base of our brain. When these spiritual brain centers were activated, our Crown Chakra of Enlightenment opened to full breadth allowing the Yellow-gold Flame of Christ Consciousness to Birth the Child of God that we are into the physical plane of Earth. This Yellow-gold Flame completed our Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame and the manifestation of the Holy Trinity within us. After our fall from Grace, we created overwhelming pain and suffering for ourselves. We used our gift of free will and our creative faculties of thought and feeling to create patterns of imperfection that resulted in all of the maladies that are now existing on Earth. When we began experiencing pain for the first time we were afraid, and we had no idea how to cope with what was happening in our lives. We were so buried in our self-inflicted strife that we could not raise our heads above the mud puddle of our miscreations enough to see the Light. This prevented us from communicating with our God Self or from perceiving viable solutions to our problems through Christ Consciousness. All we wanted to do was make the pain stop. We knew that our Heart Chakra was the portal through which our feelings were expressed in the physical plane. We thought that maybe if we blocked this portal, the pain would stop. So the Children of Earth, in a desperate attempt to stop our pain, made the fateful decision to close our Heart Chakras. The Beings of Light revealed that when we closed our Heart Chakras, we blocked the portal through which our Mother God's Love entered the physical plane of Earth. This catastrophic occurrence forced our Mother God to withdraw her Love to a mere trickle of its original intensity. This created monumental problems that catapulted the Earth and all her Life into a downward spiral of darkness, pain, and suffering. Once we closed our Heart Chakras, the infinitesimal amount of Divine Love our Mother God was able to project through our right-brain hemispheres, was barely enough to sustain brain consciousness. This caused our right brains to became almost dormant. When that occurred, the Blue Flame of Power from our Father God and the Pink Flame of Love from our Mother God no longer merged into the perfectly balanced Violet Flame of God's Infinite Perfection. Our Father-Mother God's balanced Violet Flame was the catalyst that activated our spiritual brain centers and opened our Crown Chakra. Without the support of the Violet Flame, our spiritual brain centers began to atrophy. This forced our Crown Chakra to close, which prevented us from communicating with our God Self and the Company of Heaven. We were no longer able to maintain Christ Consciousness. When we lost conscious awareness of our God Self and the Company of Heaven, we started to perceive the physical plane as our only reality. We came to the distorted conclusion that our physical body is all that we are and that the gratification of our physical senses is our purpose and reason for being. As we plodded through our Earthly existence making choices that took us further into separation and darkness, we developed a fear-based alter ego. This fragmented aspect of our personality is known as our human ego. Our human ego usurped the control our God Self was supposed to have over our Earthly bodies. Without the balance of our Mother God's Love, we began abusing our masculine power. We made power-oriented decisions that did not take into consideration how our choices would affect other people, or if they reflected Love or a Reverence for Life. When we were in male bodies we abused our power by being violent and aggressive. When we were in female bodies, we abused our power by suppressing it and allowing ourselves to be dominated and oppressed. The more we abused our power, the deeper we fell into the abyss of our human miscreations. As time went on, our plight became much worse. Then, 2,000 years ago, during the dawn of the Piscean Age, an evaluation was made by our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven to see what the greatest need of the hour was for Humanity. The Shift of the Ages was coming and our hearts were still closed. We were oblivious about the Love of our Mother God, and we no longer functioned with Christ Consciousness. It was clear that without powerful Divine Intervention Humanity would not be ready to make the shift into the 5th Dimension. The Children of God on Earth had fallen into an abusive and power-oriented patriarchal consciousness. We were being totally manipulated by the "dog eat dog" attitude of our fragmented and fear-based human egos. We were oblivious of our Mother God and her Divine Love. We knew that there was only One God and that we are all Children of God, but it did not occur to us that this all-encompassing Presence of God was both masculine and feminine. Amazingly, we assumed that as Children of God we had a single parent, and we believed that parent was male-a Father God. What child is ever birthed without a Mother? "As above, so below." During Earth's evaluation by our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven at the inception of the Piscean Age, it was clear that the greatest need of the hour was for Humanity to reclaim our Divine Birthright as Sons and Daughters of God. The only way to accomplish that goal was for us to return to Christ Consciousness. And the ONLY way to return to Christ Consciousness, was for us to open our Heart Chakras and the portal within our right-brain hemispheres through which our Mother God could return to Earth. In other words, without the Love of our Mother God there was no way to regain Christ Consciousness. Humanity would have to open our Heart Chakras and balance our Mother God's Flame of Divine Love within our Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame. Only then could our right and left brain hemispheres become balanced, and our spiritual brain centers reactivated, thus opening our Crown Chakra and returning us to Christ Consciousness. In order to accomplish this mighty feat, a Divine Plan was set into motion. Our Father-Mother God summoned a Beloved Son and Daughter of God from the Great Silence. These precious Beings were Twin Flames who had been in the Great Silence for a very long time learning how to anchor the archetypes for both the return of our Mother God and Humanity's return to Christ Consciousness. They are the ones we have known as Jesus the Christ and Mary Magdalene. These selfless Beings of Light volunteered to embody on Planet Earth to demonstrate to the fallen Children of God the reality of our Mother God, and the path of Divine Love Humanity must follow in order to return to Christ Consciousness. Jesus and Mary Magdalene knew that because of Humanity's ingrained belief in the patriarchal authority of a single Father God, Mary's role would initially be as a silent partner. Her part of the Divine Plan was cloaked in secrecy to prevent the plan from being blocked through the abuse of power being wielded by Humanity's patriarchal human egos at the time. Jesus and Mary Magdalene were equal partners, and together they God Victoriously accomplished the Immaculate Concept of their Divine Missions. During what is referred to as "the lost 18 years," Jesus and Mary Magdalene studied in the mystery schools of India, Tibet, and Egypt. When it was time to begin their mission of anchoring the archetypes for the return of our Mother God and Humanity's return to Christ Consciousness, Jesus demonstrated for all the world to see the imperative first step-the return of the Divine Feminine, our Mother God, the Holy Spirit. At the age of 30, Jesus and Mary Magdalene came to the banks of the Jordan River, where Jesus immersed himself in the sacred water element. Water represents the emotional strata for the Earth as well as the emotional bodies for Humanity. Once Jesus was in the water, he participated in a Divine Ceremony that anchored the archetype for the return of our Mother God. In that ceremony, John the Baptist washed away the sins of the world by Baptizing Jesus with the Love of our Mother God-the Holy Spirit.
We have all seen pictures of Jesus standing in the Jordan River with the Dove of the Holy Spirit descending into his Crown Chakra. In that moment, Jesus' right-brain hemisphere was brought into perfect balance with his left-brain hemisphere. His spiritual brain centers were activated, and his Crown Chakra was opened to full breadth. When this occurred, Jesus became the Christ grown to full stature and his mission of modeling Humanity's Divine Potential as a Beloved Child of God began in earnest. Simultaneously, Mary Magdalene experienced the same anointing through a Baptism of the Holy Spirit. At that moment, Jesus and Mary Magdalene became the Avatars of the Piscean Age. For the next three years Jesus modeled to the world the path of Oneness and Divine Love that each of us must follow in order to regain Christ Consciousness. Day in and day out, Mary Magdalene supported Jesus with her love, and held the sacred space for the fulfillment of their Divine Missions. The path of Oneness and Divine Love is the only way the Children of God will return, through Christ Consciousness, to the Heart of our Divine Father and Mother. Jesus demonstrated this path and our Divine Potential through various activities of Light and the miracles he performed. Both he and Mary Magdalene clearly revealed the Oneness of Life through their dedication to each other and their reverence for ALL Life. At the age of 33 Jesus accomplished the final facets of his Divine Mission. Thirty-three is the master number that reflects the Christ made manifest. There is a lot of discussion at this time as to whether Jesus was actually crucified and whether or not he resurrected his body. The Company of Heaven has confirmed that both of these events were vitally important to the fulfillment of Jesus and Mary Magdalene's Divine Plan. Contrary to the guilt-inducing things we are often told, the reason Jesus was tortured and crucified was not to atone for Humanity's sins because we are such worthless sinners and worms in the dust that someone had to save us. In Truth, our Father-Mother God gave each of us the gift of free will and NO ONE is allowed to interfere with Humanity's experience, or the ramifications, of our free-will choices. We are responsible for how we have used our gift of Life, and we must experience the consequences of our thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and beliefs whether they were positive or negative. Jesus agreed to be crucified because he wanted to prove to the world that there is nothing the fallen human ego can do to the physical body that will destroy the Divinity within us. His crucifixion and resurrection proved that even if one's body is reviled, tortured, and crucified, the Divinity within is eternal and lives on in our Light Body. Jesus and Mary Magdalene came to anchor the archetypes for the return of our Mother God and to demonstrate the path of Oneness and Divine Love that each of us must follow in order to return to Christ Consciousness. Jesus knew, however, that our human egos were powerful and that our lack of trust in ourselves was overwhelming. He was very aware that the potential was great that we would misunderstand his mission. After all, many Avatars had come and gone since Humanity's fall from Grace, each one with the intent of teaching Humanity the path of Divine Love that would lead to Christ Consciousness. In every attempt, Humanity separated ourselves from the Avatars and Deified them with the hope that they would save us. Jesus was determined to not let that happen this time, so he created a plan that would clearly demonstrate to Humanity that we are each responsible for our individual return to Christ Consciousness. In the final act of Beloved Jesus' mission he wanted to clearly reveal to Humanity that he cannot do this for us and that we are not saved simply because he was here. Jesus left a powerful archetype to prove that no matter how dedicated we are to him, we are each responsible for our return to Christ Consciousness. In order to create this archetype, Jesus invoked the assistance of his Beloved Disciples.

After Jesus' resurrection in his Light Body, he remained on Earth for 40 days. During that time he expanded his Light Body and lifted the Disciples into Christ Consciousness, so that they could experience the return of our Mother God and what it was like to reconnect with their God Selves. In Christ Consciousness the Disciples were able to perform all of the miracles Jesus performed. They quickly learned the lessons that would enable them to continue the mission that had been started by their beloved brother, Jesus. They prepared to spread the Truth of our Mother God, the reality of Humanity's Divinity, and the Path of Oneness and Divine Love that would lead to Christ Consciousness for every evolving soul. At the end of the 40 days, it was time for Jesus to Ascend into the next phase of his mission. When the Heavens opened and Jesus Ascended into the Realms of Illumined Truth, he withdrew his Light Body from the Disciples. Since the Disciples had not attained Christ Consciousness through their own endeavors they began to falter and they lost the ability to sustain Christ Consciousness. The Disciples realized that in spite of their great love for Jesus and their dedication to him and his mission, he could not save them or sustain them in Christ Consciousness. It was not enough for them to love him, or for them to accept him as their personal savior. Reaching Christ Consciousness was something each of them would have to accomplish on his own. The most Jesus and Mary Magdalene could do was anchor the archetypes for the return of our Mother God, and demonstrate the path of Oneness and Divine Love that we must each follow in order to return to Christ Consciousness. For ten days the Disciples struggled with their predicament. On the 50th day after Jesus' resurrection, the day we now call Pentecost, the Disciples realized what they must do in order to attain and sustain Christ Consciousness. On that day the Disciples entered what was called the Upper Room. This was a higher state of consciousness that they each attained by consecrating their lives to the path of Oneness and Divine Love. In that elevated state of consciousness, each of the Disciples opened his heart and from the depths of his Being invoked the return of our Mother God through a Baptism of the Holy Spirit. This time the Baptism was by Sacred Fire instead of water. In that instant, the Disciples' right-brain hemispheres were brought into perfect balance with their left-brain hemispheres. Their spiritual brain centers were activated, and their Crown Chakras were opened to full breadth. This allowed the Disciples to regain Christ Consciousness and to reconnect with their God Selves. We have all seen depictions of the Disciples after their Baptism with Sacred Fire by the Holy Spirit. They are shown with a Flame pulsating from their Crown Chakras indicating that they had regained Christ Consciousness. Even with all of the archetypes that were carefully anchored during the Piscean Age, Jesus and Mary Magdalene knew that it would be millennia before Humanity would really understand their message and reclaim our Divine Birthright as Beloved Children of God. It was obvious that our human egos were not going to relinquish their patriarchal control easily. The resistance would be great, and every possible effort would be made to suppress the role of Mary Magdalene and the Truth of our Mother God. Jesus confirmed this knowing in Revelations when he stated, "In the Day of the Seventh Angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God will be fulfilled and time will be no more." He said this would involve the Second Coming of the Christ through a Baptism by Sacred Fire. The Piscean Age was the Day of the Sixth Angel. Jesus is known as the Prince of Peace because of the Divine Qualities associated with the Sixth Solar Aspect of Deity, which was the predominant influence during the 2,000-year cycle of the Piscean Age. Jesus' symbol is the fish, because he and Mary Magdalene were the Avatars of the Piscean Age, which is represented by the symbol of the fish.

The Shift of the Ages and the Birth of the New Earth

Now we have entered the Age of Aquarius and the 7th Angel is beginning to sound. During the next 2,000 years, the 7th Solar Aspect of Deity which pulsates with the Violet Flame will be the predominant influence on Earth. During the past 25 years, Humanity en masse reached a tipping point that allowed for the return of our Mother God in profound and unprecedented ways. The I AM Presence of every man, woman, and child on Earth has made the choice to reclaim our Divine Birthright as Sons and Daughters of God and to return to Christ Consciousness. On December 21, 2012, we God Victoriously passed through the Shift of the Ages. On December 22, 2012, Humanity received a Baptism from our Mother God-the Holy Spirit-that bathed Humanity and the Earth in 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Sacred Fire. This paved the way for the God Victorious Birth of the New Earth into the 5th-Dimensional Realms of Cause. On December 22, 2012 literally millions of awakened Humanity around the world focused the power of our attention on the Birth of the New Earth. Together we created a Forcefield of Divine Light that moved the Earth and ALL her Life through an unstoppable shift of energy, vibration, and consciousness. Now every particle of Life on Earth is abiding in frequencies of Divine Light that will transform this blessed planet into the patterns of perfection for our new Planetary Cause of Divine Love as we focus on them through our thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and beliefs. This is the beginning of the Renaissance of Divine Love Humanity is destined to cocreate in the physical world of form as we live, move, breathe, and act out of this new reality. Pay attention. The masses of Humanity will soon "see with new eyes and hear with new ears." Daily and hourly keep this inner knowing in your heart and mind. Pay attention to the Loving experiences manifesting all around you. You will be amazed at the things that are happening within Humanity that reflect a new consciousness of Love, Oneness, and Reverence for ALL Life. Just for a moment, take a deep breath and enter the Divinity of your heart. Feel the elation pouring forth from our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven in response to the unprecedented Victory in the Light the I AM Presences of Humanity have cocreated. Never in the history of time has the collective energy, vibration, and consciousness of Humanity taken such a quantum leap into the frequencies of Light. Throughout 2013, 2014, and 2015 the Company of Heaven will guide us through amazing opportunities that will accelerate the process of our tangible manifestation of the New Earth. All we have to do is ask. Those patterns of perfection exist right here, right now. These are wondrous times. Stay focused in the Light and pay attention. This is the beginning of our glorious New Reality. And so it is!

Beloved ones, we welcome you to a new calendar year and hope that it will be a great year for each and every one of you who wish to change and evolve your present reality into one that suits more of who you have become today.
After all the hype, excitement and build up to the end of 2012 some of you may be wondering if anything happened at all! We wish to assure you it did, although it may not be perceivable, except on a very subtle level to some of you who are extremely sensitized and open to all the signs and energies available. It may have appeared to many of you that the day 12.21.2012 came and went and nothing changed. Well it did, and continues to do so. If you were expecting a massive bang and sudden change you received the wrong impression. We have been telling you over quite a long period of time that changes are happening gradually in order to allow each and every one of you to adjust in your own time without too much stress to your physical bodies and emotions.
We encourage you to not be disappointed beloved ones, you are metamorphosing slowly but surely and altering your perceptions and the way you react to certain situations. One by one and minute by minute you are altering your reality to be a more positive experience for everyone involved. Continue to know that you are holding the Christ light within for all those upon Earth that have no idea what is happening and who perhaps envisioned the end of the world with some kind of drastic ending. All endings are good, as when something begins to wind down in order to dissolve and disappear, the potential for a grand new beginning is always possible.
It truly is up to you to keep focusing on the desired results of this shift, and with each passing moment you will collectively come closer and closer to your goal which will continue to grow and evolve as you do. There is no beginning or end to your evolvement and enlightenment. From the moment you were born you began to evolve in new and different ways. So there is no beginning and no end, just a continuous and on-going evolvement which we hope will continue to travel in a wondrous direction.
When enough of you are able to hold the peace within no matter what, then you will know that you are making a huge difference to the whole. Continue to observe yourselves, and reflect on how you have been handling difficult situations, perhaps with family members over the holidays. Did you notice that you were able to handle these normally extremely emotionally charged situations with greater ease and you were able to keep your inner peace more easily than ever before? This, dear ones, is a sure sign that you are evolving and changing your old habits for new and better ways of living.
We wish to congratulate you all on this particular issue as we know overriding old patterns and habits can be one of the most challenging feats to overcome. You see now how you have managed to raise your frequencies above the old plateau where the patterns resided, and are now able to rise above them with much more ease and grace. You will continue to observe yourselves and notice how in your everyday lives it all just seems easier and less stressful than in the past. These are all signs that you are changing and growing into the glorious beings that you are, here on Earth. We congratulate you on your marvelous achievements and wish to give you all encouragement to keep on keeping on and never to give up striving for a better life. The commitment of literally hundreds of thousands of light workers who were holding the intention to anchor more love, light and peace on Earth in numerous different ways made a huge difference, and one day we will be happy to show you how you overcame enormous obstacles to reach where you are today.

Know yourself! Watch how you manifest the small things in life and think about how you felt inside with those things. Think about how easily they came. You will find that you thought of a small thing once and never thought about it again, and then it manifested.

What really happened was you didn't think any thoughts or speak any words which contradicted what you wanted, so the law of attraction was able to do its work.

One Day at a Time

Our lives are made of stepping stones, one experience after another in perfect and divine order.

The years of our life do not arrive all at once; they greet us day by day. With the descent of each setting sun, we are able to rest our heads and let the world take care of itself for a while. We may rest assured throughout the night, knowing that the dawn will bring with it a chance to meet our lives anew, donning fresh perspectives and dream-inspired hopes. The hours that follow, before we return to sleep once more, are for us to decide how we want to live and learn, laugh and grow. Our lives are sweeter and more manageable because we must experience them this way: one day at a time.

Imagine the future stretching out before you and try to notice if you feel any tension or overwhelm at the prospect of the journey still to come. Perhaps you have recently made a lifestyle change, like beginning a new diet or quitting smoking, and the idea of continuing this healthy new behavior for years seems daunting. Maybe you have started a new job or are newly married and can feel an undercurrent of anxiety about your ability to succeed. If you can shift your focus from what may happen years down the line and return it to the day that is before you right now, you may find a measure of calm and renewed confidence in your capabilities. You may also discover an inner faith that the future will take care of itself.

The way we show up for our lives today and tomorrow has an enormous affect on who we will be and what we will be experiencing years from now. If we can remain fully engaged in the day at hand, enjoying all it has to offer and putting our energy into making the most of it, we will find that we are perfectly ready and capable to handle any future when it arrives.

Cultivating Inner Clarity

If we can locate the stillness at the center of our hearts, we can find composure in almost any situation.

People who maintain their sense of calm when things around them are in a state of flux and confusion are always wonderful to be around. We feel calmer just being near them, as if they have activated our own sense of inner peace. From them we learn that we can be calm, even when everything around us is in turmoil, because we know that no matter what happens, this inner sense of calm will help us to function well. Often, times of confusion are the times that enable us to find that part of ourselves that knows how to cope, and how to be a light to others in the storm.

If we allow ourselves to be thrown off balance by every piece of disturbing news that comes our way, we may be relying too much on our emotions. On the other hand, our thoughts may also be unreliable at times like these, as they chatter on endlessly about what might happen next. If our feelings and thoughts activate one another in a hectic way, then we become caught up in the confusion that surrounds us. However, if we can locate the stillness at the center of our hearts, we can find composure in almost any situation. In addition, we provide a safe place for our friends and family, who are also prone to taking on the confusion of a world in flux.

It helps to remember that we don’t need to completely understand what’s happening right now, nor do we need to be able to predict the future. Most of us just want to find our way to being at peace with whatever happens, and we can find this peace inside. Cultivating our inner clarity with meditation, journaling, and reading words that inspire us, will lead us to that place inside us that’s already there, just waiting.

Hearing the Whisper

Sometimes it is the softness of a whisper that is needed the most.

You may have noticed that if you want to speak to someone in a noisy, crowded room, the best thing to do is lean close and whisper. Yelling in an attempt to be louder than the room’s noise generally only hurts your throat and adds to the chaos. Similarly, that still, small voice within each of us does not try to compete with the mental chatter on the surface of our minds, nor does it attempt to overpower the volume of the raucous world outside. If we want to hear it, no matter what is going on around us or even inside us, we can always tune in to that soft voice underneath the surrounding noise.

It is generally true that the more insistent voices in our heads delivering messages that make us feel panicky or afraid are of questionable authority. They may be voices we internalized from childhood or from the culture, and as such they possess only half-truths. Their urgency stems from their disconnectedness from the center of our being, and their urgency is what catches our attention. The other voice that whispers reassurances that everything is fundamentally okay simply delivers its message with quiet confidence. Once we hear it, we know it speaks the truth. Generally, once we have heard what it has to say, a powerful sense of calm settles over our entire being, and the other voices and sounds, once so dominant, fade into the background, suddenly seeming small and far away.

We may find that our own communications in the world begin to be influenced by the quiet certainty of this voice. We may be less inclined to indulge in idle chatter as we become more interested in maintaining our connection to the whisper of truth that broadcasts its message like the sound of the wind shaking the leaves of a tree. As we align ourselves more with this quiet confidence, we become an extension of the whisper, penetrating the noise of the world and creating more peace, trust, and confidence.

Appreciating Suggestions

Other people may have their own agenda for our life; we can value their input but we don’t have to take it to heart.

As children, our parents had dreams for us. They wanted us to do well in school, and to do whatever was necessary to reach our highest potential. Later in life, friends may try to set us up with their idea of the perfect partner or the perfect job. Spouses may have agendas for us, too. People close to us may have ideas about how we should live our lives, ideas that usually come from love and the desire for us to be happy. Other times, they come from a place of need within them—whether it is the parent who wants us to live out his or her dreams or the friend or spouse who wants us to play an already-defined role. Whatever the case, we can appreciate and consider those people’s input, but ultimately we must follow our own inner guidance.

There may come a time when all the suggestions can become overbearing. We may feel that the people we love don’t approve of our judgment, which can hurt our feelings. It can interfere with the choices we make for our lives by making us doubt ourselves, or filling a void with their wishes before we’ve had a chance to decide what we want. It can affect us energetically as well. We may have to deal with feelings of resistance or the need to shut ourselves off from them. But we can take some time to rid ourselves of any unnecessary doubts and go within to become clear on what we desire for ourselves.

We can tell our loved ones how much we appreciate their thoughts and ideas, but that we need to live our own lives and make our own decisions. We can explain that they need to let us learn from our own experiences rather than rob us of wonderful life lessons and the opportunity to fine-tune our own judgment. When they see that we are happy with our lives and the path we are taking to reach our goals, they can rest assured that all we need them to do is to share in our joy.

Accepting Yourself

There is no such thing as a good person or a bad person; simply choices and actions that lead us in different directions.

There is no such thing as a good person or a bad person. There are choices and actions that lead us in different directions, and it is through those choices and actions that we create our realities. Sometimes we choose or do something that takes us in the opposite direction of the reality we want to create for ourselves. When we do this, we feel bad—uneasy, unhappy, unsure. We might go so far as to label ourselves “bad” when a situation like this arises. Instead of labeling ourselves, though, we could simply acknowledge that we made a choice that lead us down a particular path, and then let it go, forgiving ourselves and preparing for our next opportunity to choose, and act, in ways that support our best intentions.

Many of us experienced childhoods in which the words good and bad were used as weapons to control us—you were good if you did what you were told and bad if you didn’t. This kind of discipline undermines a person’s ability to find their own moral center and to trust and be guided by their own inner self. If you were raised this way, you may find yourself feeling shockwaves of badness when you do something you were taught was wrong, even if now you don’t agree that it’s bad. Conversely, you may feel good when you do what you learned was right. Notice how this puts you in something of a straitjacket. An important part of our spiritual unfolding requires that we grow beyond what we learned and take responsibility for our own liberation in our own terms.

You are a human being with every right to be here, learning and exploring. To label yourself good or bad is to think too small. What you are is a decision-maker and every moment provides you the opportunity to move in the direction of your higher self or in the direction of stagnation or degradation. In the end, only you know the difference. If you find yourself going into self-judgment, try to stop yourself as soon as you can and come back to center. Know that you are not good or bad, you are simply you.

How You Affect Others Daily

Everything we do or say has the potential to affect the whole; imagine how powerful that is.

As the pace and fullness of modern life serve to isolate us from one another, the contact we do share becomes vastly more significant. We unconsciously absorb each other’s energy, adopting the temperament of those with whom we share close quarters, and find ourselves changed after the briefest encounters. Everything we do or say has the potential to affect not only the individuals we live, work, and play with but also those we’ve just met. Though we may never know the impact we have had or the scope of our influence, accepting and understanding that our attitudes and choices will affect others can help us remember to conduct ourselves with grace at all times. When we seek always to be friendly, helpful, and responsive, we effortlessly create an atmosphere around ourselves that is both uplifting and inspiring.

Most people rarely give thought to the effect they have had or will have on others. When we take a few moments to contemplate how our individual modes of being affect the people we spend time with each day, we come one step closer to seeing ourselves through the eyes of others. By asking ourselves whether those we encounter walk away feeling appreciated, respected, and liked, we can heighten our awareness of the effect we ultimately have. Something as simple as a smile given freely can temporarily brighten a person’s entire world. Our value-driven conduct may inspire others to consider whether their own lives are reflective of their values. A word of advice can help others see life in an entirely new fashion. And small gestures of kindness can even prove to those embittered by the world that goodness still exists. By simply being ourselves, we influence other’s lives in both subtle and life-altering ways.

To ensure that the effect we have is positive, we must strive to stay true to ourselves while realizing that it is the demeanor we project and not the quality of our wondrous inner landscapes that people see. Thus, as we interact with others, how we behave can be as important as who we are. If we project our passion for life, our warmth, and our tolerance in our facial features, voice, and choice of words, every person who enters our circle of influence will leave our presence feeling at peace with themselves and with us. You never know whose life you are affecting, big or small. Try to remember this as you go out into the world each day.

Affirmations

Our minds accept as truth the critical statements we tell ourselves, but it can also accept our positive affirmations.

The words we speak and think hold great sway over the kind of life that we create for ourselves. Many people live their lives plagued by negative thoughts and never even realize this. They tell themselves and others that they are doomed to fail, not good enough, or not worthy of love, yet they are amazed when their reality starts reflecting these words. Just as the subconscious mind accepts as truth the critical statements we tell ourselves, however, it is also equipped to instantly accept the veracity of our affirmations.

Affirmations are statements chosen and spoken consciously. Once they enter our realm of consciousness, they also enter our subconscious mind where they have the power to change our lives. The affirmations you create should be specific, not too long, worded positively, formed in complete sentences, and spoken in the present tense as if what you are affirming is already true. It is a good idea to repeat your affirmations daily. You may want to tell yourself that you deserve to be happy or that you are in control of your destiny. Or, you may want to focus on a particular goal, such as attracting new friends. Rather than telling yourself you want to be well-liked, say, “I am well-liked.”

Your subconscious mind will pick up on these positive messages, and you will begin to live your life as if what you are affirming already has happened. Soon, your reality will begin to reflect your affirmations. If you find that you are thwarting yourself with negative thinking, try repeating ! your affirmations several times a day. Write your affirmations down and say them aloud or in your mind. Allow your conviction to grow stronger each time you say your affirmations, and your negativity will be overridden by your motivation and positive thoughts.

Affirmations are a powerful tool for creating our desired reality. We consciously and subconsciously invite opportunity into our lives when we say affirmations. Trust in the power of your affirmations, and you will very quickly create what you have already stated to be true.

As we cultivate our life, our beauty becomes as much about what we are creating and doing as it is about our appearance.

We tend to associate youth with beauty, but the truth is that beauty transcends every age. Just as a deciduous tree is stunning in all its stages—from its full leafy green in the summer to its naked skeleton during winter and everything in between—human beings are beautiful throughout their life spans.

The early years of our lives tend to be about learning and experiencing as much as we possibly can. We move through the world like sponges, absorbing the ideas of other people and the world. Like a tree in spring, we are waking up to the world. In this youthful phase of life, our physical strength, youth, and beauty help open doors and attract attention. Gradually, we begin to use the information we have gathered to form ideas and opinions of our own. As we cultivate our philosophy about life, our beauty becomes as much about what we are saying, doing, and creating as it is about our appearance. Like a tree in summer, we become full, expressive, beautiful, and productive.

When the time comes for us to let go of the creations of our middle lives, we are like a tree in autumn dropping leaves, as we release our past attachments and preparing for a new phase of growth. The children move on, and careers shift or end. The lines on our faces, the stretch marks, and the grey hairs are beautiful testaments to the fullness of our experience. In the winter of our lives, we become stripped down to our essence like a tree. We may become more radiant than ever at this stage, because our inner light shines brighter through our eyes as time passes. Beauty at this age comes from the very core of our being—our essence. This essence is a reminder that there is nothing to fear in growing older and that there is a kind of beauty that comes only after one has spent many years on earth.

A meditation with your angels can provide a new gentleness into your normal meditation routine.

Though your host of spirit guides encompasses many diverse beings, all of which willingly watch over you, meditating with angels can be a uniquely insightful experience. The angels stationed at your side are both powerful and knowledgeable—they possess a limitless understanding of your needs and desires, your strengths and weaknesses, and your purpose. However, angels take an active part in our lives only when invited to do so. Meditation allows you to make contact with your angels and lovingly request that they participate actively in your day-to-day life.

To begin, retreat to a solitary place where you won’t be distracted by concerns. Incense and candlelight may aid you in achieving a meditative state but are not necessary. However, laying an image of an angel, angel statue, or item symbolizing your angels before you can focus your thoughts. Sit comfortably, breathe deeply, and let yourself relax. When you feel peaceful, invite your angels from the highest of light to sit with you as you meditate. Mentally repeat your request and reiterate that this time together is important to you. Then, in your mind’s eye, visualize a bright-white light floating above you. As you breathe, draw this light first into the crown of your head and then into the whole of your physical self. Allow this light to spread through your arms and hands, your core, and your lower body. Repeat this integration of illumination with a violet light.

Once again, ask your angels to be with you. Let the stillness surrounding you enter your soul, and open your heart to your angel guides. If they wish to communicate a message, they will do so now. Allow them to wrap their wings around you and infuse you with their bountiful love. Breathe them in as you did the light. As the meditation draws to a close, you may feel a presence, fluttering wings, or billowing fabric, or you may see an angel in your mind’s eye. Thank them for providing you with love and light, and being with you as you meditated. If you don’t sense or feel anything, there is no cause for worry—you can be certain your angels are with you. Don’t be surprised if you start to see signs throughout the day that your angels are near, perhaps a feather at your doorstep. Habitual Anger

Anger can easily become our go-to emotion; to remedy, start noticing when and why you get angry.

Sometimes when we feel anger, it is coming from a deep place that demands acknowledgment and expression. At these times, it is important that we find healthy ways to honor our anger, remembering how dangerous it is to repress it. However, anger can also become a habit, our go-to emotion whenever things go wrong. Often this is because, for whatever reason, we feel more comfortable expressing anger than we do other emotions, like sadness. It can also be that getting angry gives us the impression that we’ve done something about our problem. In these cases, our habitual anger is inhibiting both our ability to express our other emotions and to take action in our lives.

If it’s true that anger is functioning this way in your life, the first thing you might want to try is to notice when you get angry. You might begin to see a pattern of some kind. For example, you could notice that it is always your first response or that it comes up a lot in one particular situation. If the pattern doesn’t become clear right away, you could try keeping a journal about when you get angry and see if you can find any underlying meaning. The good thing about keeping a journal is that you can explore your anger more deeply in it—from examining who in your family of origin expressed a lot of anger to how you feel when you encounter anger in others. This kind of awareness can be a formidable agent of transformation.

Anger can be a powerful ally, since it is filled with energy that we can harness and use to create change in the world. It is one of the most cathartic emotions, and it can also be a very effective cleanser of the emotional system. However, when it becomes a habit, it actually loses its power to transform and becomes an obstacle to growth. Identifying the role anger plays in your life and restoring it to its proper function can bring new energy and expansiveness to your emotional life.

Animals in Nature

Animals in nature always have a message for us, start noticing what animals show up in your life and when.

Animals share our planet with us, but experience it differently—each has its own abilities and gifts that allow them to interact successfully with the natural world. Since we are merely one manifestation of the universe’s energy in action, when we feel the need for direction we can turn to animals in nature for guidance. Animals can show us different ways to approach and deal with our challenges.

As we hold a question in mind, we can begin to pay attention to the animal activity around us. Staring out a window we may notice a bird soaring high in the sky, showing us how to look at our situation from a greater distance. If we don’t get an immediate answer, we can remember that the universe has its own perfect timing that doesn’t heed the ticking of the clock. Instead, we can release our question into the universe’s care, and then trust that an animal messenger will carry inspiration our way. In the meantime, we align ourselves with the universe’s rhythm—opening, humbling ourselves, and shifting our perceptions so that at the perfect time we will be ready. Then, even weeks later, the sight of a small bird hopping from branch to branch may signal for us to use a talent other than our greatest strength and to take small leaps rather than fly over details. A squirrel bounding across an open expanse of grass to stash its latest prize may remind us to check our favorite hid! ing places for forgotten treasure. Even if we don’t see actual animals, their representations may hold messages; whether we see them in a shape in the clouds, a picture, or a show on television, their symbolic meaning is the same.

Animals are closer to the rhythms and cycles of nature and have fewer distractions from it than humans do. That is why they are the perfect messengers when we are in need of advice. Just by being themselves they remind us of the wisdom of the universe, and that all answers are available to us when we reconnect with our source and with those who know how to be nurtured by it.

God said:

When you carry resentment in your heart, you are not free, for resentment lugs you around. You are at its mercy. Resentment carries you over its shoulders and bumps you into walls and bruises you.

You have a heart that is meant for love, not resentment. You have a heart meant for softness, not hardness. This is true even when someone, in her own distress, seems to despise you. Her distress is contagious, and she would like to pass it on to you. It is a hot potato.

You need not accept everything that is handed to you. Another's rough edges do not have to rub off on you. Do not latch on to another's hard-heartedness. It doesn't belong to the other person either, but for convenience, let's say it belongs to them. They will dispense with it by and by. It is for you to dispense with now. Dispense with it now and forever. You want to be free, don't you? Give up resentment then.

The person who resents you wants to give you her resentment in exchange for your good will. She wants to steal from you. You have something she wants. It could be your good name. It could be your good fortune. She will not like the person she wishes to steal from. Do not allow yourself to sit on the seat of the other person's teeter-totter.

Do not steal your good nature from yourself. Do not give it away. It is precious. Do not let someone knock you down from your perch. Do not let them walk all over you either. You do not seem to know how to balance such difficulties. Meanwhile, you fall down. Now pick yourself up.

Do not give one resentment toward another. Do not amass resentment. Do not hold it close to you. You are more wonderful to refuse to accept another's judgment of you than you are to forgive. Get the one who resents you out of your mind. Let them go. If someone wants to resent you, let them. It is their business. Dirty looks do not have to hurt you.

The only person who can hurt your feelings is yourself. When someone is unfeeling or negative toward you, you don't have to burn in the fire.

You don't want anyone to shove you aside, nor should anyone try. Most of all, do not let anyone shove aside your peace of mind. Do not give another a piece of your mind. Do not tell them off, not even in your mind. Do not fragment yourself because someone else is fragmented. Do not cut your heart into little pieces. Your heart is precious to Me. It is, indeed, My heart. Would you stab My heart?

Get anguish out of your heart.

"But how," you say. "How do I do it? My heart is stubborn. It won't let go."

Your heart is willing to let go. Your heart wants to let go. It does not want to collect debris. It is your unrelenting mind that will not let go. Free your mind and your heart will be absolved of resentment. Free your heart from the past. Shake it loose. Think of other thoughts instead of the tormenting ones that have been going through your mind ad infinitum.

Find a way to escape thinking of yourself as wronged. Or, acknowledge that you have been wronged and walk away from it. Otherwise, you wrong yourself. You undercut yourself. You sentence yourself to despair. You override yourself. You eat poison. You can help yourself. Do not drink that last drop of bitterness. Toss it away. You are greater without it. Be My shining light.

God said:

On a cloudy day, life goes on just the same. As for you, My darlings, when skies seem dark for you, don't let the clouds dim your view. Keep on going just the same.

In life in the world, nothing has happened. You may feel you are undergoing tremendous change, that life as you know it is falling apart, and so on, and yet nothing is happening. It is a changing world you live in. Everything has changed, and, yet, nothing has changed. From your perspective, everything has changed. Nevertheless, the rug cannot be pulled from under you. Once you were a participant in life with a certain rug under your feet. Now you are a simple participant in life without the familiar rug under your feet. And you are you, and even if you are changed, nothing has changed.

If you put two eggs into a bowl, and you whip the two eggs with a fork, you still have the same two eggs in the bowl. What is the difference? A little stirring, that's all.

Whatever seems to have transpired, consider that you have climbed a ladder. You didn't sink. On the contrary, you are rising. You are climbing a ladder of the past. You step on the rungs. You have passed a milestone, even if it is a milestone you didn't want. You longed for a permanency that doesn't exist.

Perhaps you say: "Permanency exists for others. It used to exist for me."

Be glad then. Be glad you had even what now has left.

Adapt the philosophy that, although nothing has happened, perhaps something happened. Your feelings say so. Then consider that what happened, happened for your benefit. There is something good for you even in this change you resist. You wanted everything to go on as it was, even though you knew you were on slippery sand. Now you know. Now you have landed, even though it seems to you to be on a barren land. The land is not barren. You feel bereft. You have berefted yourself. You may feel you can't live through this, whatever it is, and, of course, you will. You have been through, even to your insatiable mind, worse than this.

What you were attached to is a fantasy. Wasn't it? And this upheaval that you are going through is also a fantasy. Nothing has happened. We can put it this way:

"I, God, am all that there is." You could say that I am the only kid on the block. You are never going to lose Me. Everything in the world can seem to change. Always you have Me. Can I not be enough?

Can it not be enough that I am with you? We have walked together for many eons. Actually, more than that. We have walked through Eternity. There is nothing else to walk through. Whoever else in your world is with you or not with you, I am with you.

Would you trade Me in for someone else? Would you really? Would you really choose another over Me?

If you must hang on to someone or something, hang on to Me. You won't even be hanging on. You will be right where you are meant to be. You will be at My side, and I, at yours.

You can stop putting so much attention on that movie screen you can't take your eyes off of.

Remember Me. See Me standing before you. Stand on my shoulders. You don't really need that rug under your feet. You don't even need a floor. You have everything you need, Bright Star. You have Me. I am shining in your heart. I am shining in everyone's heart. You have lost nothing. There is no loss. I understand very well that you believe in loss. You even believe in death. Believe in Me. Will you believe in Me?

God said:

Savor life to the fullest. Listen to its messages. Life is supporting you in every way. And when life seems to leave you in the lurch, then it is supporting you most of all. Life is nudging you to get up and out of where you have been sitting.

When life seems to let you down, it is like the way children are sometimes taught to swim. They are tossed into the water, and they learn to swim. They find themselves swimming. You have been tossed into the waters of life and are learning how to swim right now.

Life is not all about lessons, and yet life does teach you how to swim whether you want to or not.
Be grateful to life and all that you learn and all that you give. Be grateful.

Life is blessing you at every moment. Rain or shine. Life is blessing you at every moment.

You know by now that I am blessing you at every moment. Even with what may seem to be tragic to you, I am still blessing you. In the long haul, you will come to see the blessing in what you now see as tragic. In the short haul, you don't. In the short haul, it is a different story altogether. In the short haul, you tend to wind up saying, "How can this be? How can God do this to me? How can God allow this to happen?"

You are in a stream of evolution. Best to swim with the tide and not against it.

You do not have to protest against life and its hurdles so much. Best just to swim over the hurdles and not look back. Don't investigate. Don't hesitate to leap across deeper waters. Do not hesitate.

What is in front of you is in front of you. You may not like it, yet you are being offered a generous leap in consciousness. Accept it and move on. Move forward. There is nothing else to do. Nothing else to do that serves you, that is.

Whatever obstacle life serves you, it frees you. You are freed from something. It is better to be free than bound. Unbind yourself from whatever has held you back in life.

It is okay to change. Willingly or unwillingly, you have to anyway. Willingly or unwillingly, you have to go along with the changes in life. You cannot change the changes back. This is not a surprise. It was always so. What else is there for you to do but go along? Catch up with life. Don't drag your feet.

Protesting amounts to dragging your feet. Stubbornness avails you not. Be amenable to life.

Say, "Okay, God. I will get on with it. I will walk forward into life. I am enamored with life, and I look forward to the next installment. Thank You for preparing me for what is to come. Thank You for opening my eyes and my heart. Thank You for helping me behold life as the gift You created it to be. I know I am in a play. I am one of the characters in a play. And I play my part. And, yet, my part can change. I can change from a scaredy-cat to a tall hero. I do not always have to play the same character. I can open the windows of my life. I can move from one scene to another. I can slam doors or close them quietly. I can be all You gave me to be. Thank You."

God said:

I hold a cup to your lips, and I say, "Drink from this cup," Yet you are busy on other matters. Take a moment. Sit near Me, and drink from the cup I offer you. This is a wonderful time We will have. Sit knee to knee with Me, and drink the nectar I offer you. Would you refuse? You would not refuse. Yet you may be in such a frenzy with other matters that you aren't aware of Me. You may even think you have to get ready for Me before I would appear before you. You may think you have to be a new improved you before I would sit down with you.

Yet I am here right now.

You do not have to kneel before Me. I invite you to sit before Me, and let Me gaze at you. Let Us gaze at each other as if We were each other. We are One, so when you gaze into My eyes, it is your eyes you are seeing.

It is all yourself, yet that is spectacularly hard for you to believe. Of course, you think you know yourself so well. You are certain there is a wide parting between us, an impasse, a gauntlet you must run, a wonder you must perform, a cleansing, a preparation, an initiation, a technique, an assignment to fulfill, a tribute to make, an obeisance and so forth. The obeisance is to sit with Me, and let Us be friends who hobnob together.

Yes, I want to hobnob with you. Is that asking so much? Apparently, it is, for you have all kinds of reasons why not just yet. You are waiting for a better you who feels worthy to sit near Me. Whether you feel worthy or not, come sit with Me, and you will soon know your worthiness. It is not so momentous as you think to sit with Me. It is the most beautiful moment of all, and yet it is not momentous. It is expected that you will sit with Me. Even if you have just come in from working in the garden, just come sit with Me. If your hands are wet from washing dishes, never mind. Just come sit with Me.

Do it for Me. You can imagine how much I want you near Me. You might say that My heart is aching for yours. You could say that, yet the fact is that your heart is aching for Mine. If you will assuage My heart, then come to Me for My sake. You will come, you know. You may come from an unexpected route, and, yet, you will come.

You may drop from the ceiling! You may climb the beanstalk! You may run up to Me. You may edge over to Me slowly. Do you think I care how you come to Me? I care that you come to Me. In fact, I say, "Make it snappy. Let's sit together and all the treasures find."

Explore Heaven with Me while you are still walking the Earth. C'mon. What do you say? Want to shake on this?

If you tremble, then come to Me trembling. If you falter, then come to Me faltering. If you stride to Me, then stride to Me. If you climb a ladder hand over fist to Me, then climb a ladder hand over fist to Me. Leap to Me. Arise to Me. Arise just means to get up and come to Me. You do not have to be a special personage. You don't have to wear a special robe. All you have to do is to come to Me. That is what I ask. Come to Me. Come to Me. Come to Me.

God said:

As I come more into your awareness, you don’t exist quite so much. As you remember Me more, you remember yourself less. I mean you remember less that ego self of yours, the one who does all the racing and running around, the one to whom so much is all-important, for, of course, as you begin to remember Me more, you remember Your Greater Self more.

What used to be so important to you is no longer so important, not so urgent, not so overwhelming, not so prepossessing, not so essential, not so much a star in your life. My existence takes the ascendant. Your existence is happy to serve more in the background. It doesn’t matter so much to you who notices you, who takes you into account, who considers you of the utmost importance, who adulates you, who pays great attention to you. Beloveds, it is a pity that more do not, yet being adored is not so high on your list. I am high on your list, and you are more than happy for attention to be on Me.

When I rise in the morning, so to speak, for I am ever risen, you are waiting for Me and rise with Me. You walk along with Me, happy to be walking in My shadow, happy for Me to be first. You are happy for this, following in My footsteps, keeping up with Me, attributing yourself to Me, and this is how you come to find yourself in My light. Forget you, remember Me.

You establish yourself in the Kingdom of Heaven by putting your little self in the background. You no longer have a call for fame or even acknowledgment. The acknowledgement that matters to you is Mine, and, then, as We go along, you no longer have to acknowledge yourself to the degree that you once did or even much at all.

Who was that person who used to take up all your time and focus? Who was that person you used to run around with and gossip with and find fault with and put before all else? Who was that person you used to know and hang out with and put before all else?

Ah, now that person has receded. And now that person has made way for God, cleared the path for God, strewn rosebuds on the path for God, happy to sweep the path for God, finding out that as you follow God, as God is ahead of you, God is also following you. And, then, wonder of wonders, you blend, and you and I are One walking tall on the horizon.

Who or what else is there to know? That personality that you once thought was everything? Perhaps you thought you were the cat’s meow. Now you can’t even recall what you used to think about that little self you used to be so wrapped up in. Probably that was when you used to follow the crowd. Now you follow Me. This puts you in a wonderful position. Oh, yes, a follower be when you follow Me. A leader be to the world when you follow Me.

Then, as I say, We blend into Oneness. You understand that this was always the case that We are One, only you blinded yourself from view. You were so caught up in the soap opera, you forgot it was only a show. You kept looking at the screen and neglecting what was behind the screen.

Now, by forgetting your starring role, you have indeed become a star. Stars shine. That’s their favorite thing to do. Stars take delight in shining, and, yet, it is not for themselves that they shine. They shine for Me. Therefore, they shine for all. They resemble Me. Once in a while, the resemblance is seen, not that you care about that the way you once used to. Now it is God before all.

God said:

You have held onto bubbles that burst, and so it seems that life has disappointed you. Bubbles burst. That is the nature of bubbles. You just can't hold onto them. Why be so attached to bubbles on solid Earth? Enjoy the bubbles, and let them go their way while you come to Me.

You wouldn't trade Eternity for a bursting bubble, would you? And, yet, it seems that you do. It seems that you have. You count on that which cannot be counted on. Such is life in the world. It is a soap opera. Those soap opera people have one disappointment after another. Will they ever learn?

Have big dreams. Have dreams as big as you can make them. But the same as you don't have to have the apple at the top of a tree, you don't have to have it. You can have an apple closer at hand. Or choose a star in the sky. It will be there for you whenever you look up.

Life in the world does not have to be your piece of cake. Nevertheless, you can make the most of what you are served. You make the most by going forward and leaving the snows of yesteryear behind you. Where are they now anyway?

In the sentient world, today's newspaper quickly becomes yesterday's. Why are you so surprised? What is lasting in the world of impermanence?

And is the worth of something how long it lasts? It lasts while it lasts. What else can be said for it? Life in the world seems to be a landscape of rolling hills wherever you look. The level ground does not last forever. The world offers much, but not everything according to your will.

Can you not love life anyway? Can you not let it be a ship, and you give it its sails? The wind blows in the direction it blows, and then the wind changes direction. Must the change in direction influence your joy so, or your unhappiness so? Be happy when the winds of time take you where you want to go, and be happy when the winds change direction.

Life in the world is not a framed photo that stays in place where everyone remains in position and never moves. You really would not like to be locked in place. Life in the world is about movement. It is not about staying still. You cannot stay in kindergarten forever. Life is sliding along as We speak.
Let that be all right with you, for, all the while, you are stationed in My heart.

Let heartbreak go now. You don't need it. You don't need to hold onto it. The past is not to be held onto. You do not lay down the laws of life. Nothing has to be what it was. It simply has to be what it is. It doesn't have to be what it isn't. Face front.

What you hold onto is gossamer. You cannot hold onto it. You have to let it go. There are tides to life, and you cannot stem them. What does this not apply to? Time is not true, and, yet, time marches on, and you are not excepted. That is, your body is no exception. Events in your life are no exception.
And yet you, yourself, are eternal, and joy can be eternal. Why not love the life that is yours as it rounds the corner?

The good days are now. With or without what you wanted and had counted on, the good days are now. Today is a good day. What more do you need than this day that is before you? Hold this day high.

I have asked before: Why must your heart ache so?

Sometimes your heart aches about you know-not-what. It aches without reason. It aches because it aches. You may be an habitual heart-acher.

Something clutches your heart, and tries to take your beating heart away from its normal state of love. Your heart would rather love than anything else. It is not your heart that does this aching as if on its own volition. No, you put your heart in this state.

Why? What do you think would happen if you loved your heart and allowed your heart to love as only your heart can love? Your mind cannot love. Your mind is too distracted to love. Your mind is a cat that pounces while your heart is a cat that lies on its back and likes to be petted. What have you done to your heart to make it ache so? What has your mind done to your heart? What have you permitted your mind to do to that beautiful ripe blossoming heart of yours?

Take care of your heart now. Love it as you have never loved before. I gave you My heart in trust. Make My trust founded. Take care of the heart I have entrusted you with. Nourish it. Never let it go hungry. When it comes to hearts, fasting is not a good idea.

Throw your heart into the center of life. Never withdraw it. Hug that heart of yours and love it as you have never loved it before. Think of what you are doing.

Imagine now that you take your heart in the palm of your hand and you toss your heart up to Me? You toss your heart high? It reaches Me, and I toss your heart back to you. We do this several times. Do you see how happy your heart is? How awake your heart is?

Now nestle your heart back where your heart belongs. You have given it new life. You have taken away imagined scars. Your heart is refreshed. You have a new-born heart. Take care of that heart of Ours. Love it. Love it beyond distraction. Savor that heart that beats in tandem with My pulse. Beat, beat, beat goes the pulse of My heart, and the beat stirs your heart. Love is signaled, and love arises in your heart. Your heart beats fervently. How else should a heart of God's beat?

Let your heart become a perpetual lover and no longer an aching heart. Aching is old-fashioned. It is out of step. Catch onto a faster beat now. Keep up with Me. Our hearts click. Our heart are in synchrony. Our hearts love. Our hearts love. Our hearts love. Rain or shine, Our hearts love. Our hearts beat love. Our hearts are the Pied Piper. All the children follow Our hearts, and this is where everyone belongs, deep deep in My heart.

Hearts never get lost in My heart. In My heart is where hearts are found.

Your life on Earth is founded on My heart. Your life on Earth is established in My heart. Your heart and My heart are One beating heart, One heart beating love, sending love out, heralding love, love thrown, and love caught, and love circulated round and round and back again and back again from where love began.

What nonsense is this to let a heart of Mine ache? Heal others' hearts, and heal your own. Life is for healing, not hurting. Life is for love, not awayness from love.

Your heart beats for Me, and never forget it. Never forget for Whom your heart beats.

HEAVEN #3979 Come Closer to Understanding , October 17, 2011

God said:

The world is a circus, didn't you know that? Everything is thrown up in the air, or juggled in the air, comes down, and is returned again. Everything is up in the air and upside down and backwards/forwards and inside out, and nothing is what it seems. Is this not a valid description of life?

How would you describe life in the world? Easy-going banter? Solid, reliable? Just what you expect? No, the world catches you in a vise and then drops you unexpectedly, and you fall through thin air.

The thing is: I catch you. I well understand that you may think that I too often drop you. No, I catch you every time. Only you don't always know what is in your best interest. Even that which is intolerable to you is ultimately in your best interest. Truly, you are unable to grasp this no matter how hard you may try. This, you can only take My word for.

Even your greatest disappointment, your greatest loss, your greatest heartache, your greatest tragedy -- all have had your best interest at heart. We are talking the long haul. If We are talking only in terms of your short life on Earth, of course, you can only see tragedy as travesty. There is no possible way such heartache or so much heartache could be to your advantage. Of course you cannot see. No one can see. Even uninvolved strangers would say, "What a terrible thing," and, yet, here am I right with you and you right with Me, but, for all intents and purposes, so far as you can see, I am sitting on the other side of the fence, or, rather, sitting in Heaven where you do not fathom that you are with Me as well.

Let Us say, just to come closer to understanding, that you have a wondrous picnic planned. You have thought of everything. And then, despite predictions, there is a torrential rainstorm, and everything and everyone is soaked. The food is rained on, the decorations, and there are puddles to walk through. The predicted picnic is ruined. If the picnic were all there was in your life, that would be one thing. The fact is that there is more to your life than this picnic. You can't gauge your whole life on the merits of a picnic.

In terms of your life as a whole, if you must judge your life, then focus on its merits and not let the demerits weigh so heavily as they do. Get over them is the advice given, and yet that is far from an easy stint for you. Yes, there is something to be said about putting life in perspective. You can put a broken tooth in perspective. You may even be able to put the ruined picnic in perspective, and, yet, how can you put some occurrences of the world in perspective? Where do you put starvation, war, and domination into perspective? There are those matters which are beyond ego.

It is hard to live in a world where there is strife. You don't have to go to a war-torn country to know what strife is. It is hard to live in a world where you are hungry. It is also hard to live in a world where your tummy is full and there are others who didn't have any supper and no one knows what to do about it. Even if someone knows what to do, he may not know how to accomplish it. This is hard for you to bear, and impossible to understand and accept. It is not all right. It is not just. It is not fair. Something is out of balance. This is true. And yet, as hard as it is to fathom, bodies and death are not the sum of life on Earth.

Will you conceive that love from your heart and from many hearts will cure even starvation? More love will balance the world. Life on Earth does not have to be a spectacle. You can get it back in shape. Love will do it. Love can solve the difficulties of the world.

God said:

Tell Me frankly, is there really anything but love that you crave?

You associate many things with love, and yet, they are not love. Without love, they are nothing.
Some things that represent love are money, food, candy, jewelry, flowers, a smile, a pat on the back, time spent with you, invitations, a ride. Yes, these are very nice, yet without love, these are nothing. A dandelion held out to you by a child's hand is always real because the gift comes fully from the child's heart without prompting. The other samples may be or may not be real. You want the real thing. Of course.

Love can be given in so many ways, and you, hungry as you are, want all of them. Sometimes, or often, or all the time, you cannot get enough, for you feel love is lacking. You look for it everywhere and may find it nowhere. You may have received real love in the past, but where is it now? You forage for love. You seek and do not find.

Perhaps you are looking for your worth in the attention of others upon you. This is a losing feat. You have to give to yourself the love and approbation you seek. Otherwise, you are clingy. And clingy means that you are demanding. You cannot demand love from anyone. Love has to be its own.

Meanwhile, in a land of plenty, you may not discern love. And, yet, dear ones, there is nothing else real in this world but love. The proof of love you seek is an endless search, however. There is no badge to love. There is no token of love that can fit the bill.

You also are not certain that you have love to give. You may give it, and it is received, and yet your heart feels hollow. You feel bereft of love. You seek it in your own heart and find it not. Where lies this pot of gold that you seek? It seems to be beyond you.

If this is your situation, stop hunting and just give the love that your heart wishes it had to give. Give away every vestige of love you have. Give the thought of love. Keep giving it. Empty the love in your heart, and you will be filling your heart up with love.

Love is not a commodity. You cannot pick it up with your fingers. You cannot bind it in ribbons. You cannot hang it on the wall. You cannot distribute it like a handshake. You cannot pick up scraps of love. You cannot sew them together. As soon as love is gathered, it is flown. It escapes your reach.

And yet I tell you and tell you again that there is naught in the whole world but love. Where is it then?

Where does it exist?

Consider love energy, beloveds. What does science say about energy? They say it is never lost.

Energy is. Energy exists. Without the energy of love, you could not lift your hand. You could not read My message. Without love, you wouldn't be alive in your body.

Will you now please accept that you are love, and that you are love complete? You can stop searching for love, for you yourself are an embodiment of love. You are an embodiment of My love.

My love, like energy, cannot be gainsaid. It cannot be undone, nor can it be forsaken. I made you from love. Accept this one thought and make it your own. Do this, and you will be revolutionized, and you will stir the world to greater heights. Love exists, and you are love. With or without your body, you are love.

You and I are One Love. We are All That Is. We are energy. From the Font of Silence, comes energy.

HEAVEN #3986 God's Greatest Blessing, October 24, 2011

God said:

You are a wonderful balm to My heart. I bet you thought it was the other way around. Accept the fact that you are good for Me. You are a blessing I gave to Myself. You are My very Being. I love to look at Myself everywhere in everyone. I see you. I see Me. Oh, I see Myself everywhere, and I see love, and I feel love, and I am love.

And when you feel Me, sense Me, you also feel love, and you feel a love grander than any other. We have a mutual love that transcends even the greatest human love.

You never perceive Me in need, do you? As the song says, All I need is you. I already have you in My awareness, so I have no need at all. I am your Perfect Love, and you are Mine. Our whole vibration is love. Our essence is love, and We are, after all, the same essence. We have nothing to prove, beloveds. We are, and that We are is phenomenally wonderful. And what We are is phenomenally wonderful. There is nothing more to say. We are the permanent of the Permanent.

On Earth, everything is temporary. Like a play in the theater, life on Earth is temporary. A play ends. Life on Earth ends, yet life is a diamond that lasts forever.

There is no going on or off the stage of Eternal Life. The curtain never closes. It never opens as such.

It is always open. We could say that True Life is open-ended, yet it is more accurate to say that it is never-ending. Not only is life eternal, it is infinite. Infinite possibilities. Within the Oneness that We supremely are graze infinite possibilities. I ask you, how is it possible that I created Oneness and Uniqueness all in one masterful stroke?

To take the question closer to home, how could I create you and Sally next door? How could I create man and woman and the infinite birds and fishes? How could I create even one inch of Earth. Think about it. All that I did was have a sound come out of My throat - yet I have no throat - and yet I sing.

All I did was have Creation come from My breath, and yet I have no lungs. From Nothing I created Everything, and yet the Nothing I created from was already Everything. It must be that I pointed to whatever already was, and so it blossomed forth. Yes, maybe all I had to do was point, and you appeared, and yet, with what finger did I point? I ask unanswerable questions. Look at My Creation.

Really look, and what question is there to ask?

Instead of asking questions, exclaim instead:

"O God, what wonders, beauty, and utility did You create! In a trice, You created All That Is. The most wonderful thing of all is that You created me. You created me! You molded me out of clay. You breathed upon me the same way as you breathed upon the Entire Universe. You breathed me into life. And what did I do but scamper away from You? I retreated. I discovered ego, and I played it to the hilt. I was going to have everything my way. What foolishness. Now I know that I can have Everything Your Way. Give me Your Way, God, and I will gladly follow. For a while, I lost my place, and now I have found my place with You. I am humbled and proud at the same time. I am grateful and thrilled that I have found my way to You, and my way to You is, after all, Your way to me. I thank You, God, for all Your blessings upon me. You are my Great Blessing, and now I am Yours."

God said:

Many of you think of Me as a Boss, someone Whose bidding you have to kowtow to. You think of Me as a great Authority Figure, a Judge, a Punisher, a Criminalist out to get you, find you in a misdemeanor and so on. Better to think of Me as a Benefactor, beloveds.

The fact is I am your Holy Servant. No One serves you as I do. No One is at your beck and call as I am. No One kneels before you as I do. No One listens to your every breath as I do. No One listens to your heartbeat as I do. My ear is to your heart. I am in service to you. I am indentured to you. I am in your employ.

I am your Servant. I take the cards you deal Me, and I do your bidding. You have had it backwards. You thought you did Mine. I am your disciple. I serve All. I have a lot to take care of, and, yet, I never have too much to do.

Serving you is My pleasure. It is My choice. I choose to serve you.

Sometimes you tie My hands, as it were, by your vision. You may see it that I throw you a bone every once in a while. It is not like that. I give you everything. All the time.

You rule Me, beloveds, do you see what I mean?

I love you more than you love Me, yet I do not tally points of your love. I simply give you all of My love. Take more of My love. Believe in Me as I believe in you.

There are times when you feel you are cheated. A loved one's body dies, and you are offended.

Accept once and for all that I am never opposed to you. I give you diamonds and rubies and emeralds of love, and you pick out baubles of glass or pebbles and say I don't love you. You can take Me personally, but everything that happens in life you cannot take personally. Life is not hopscotch. I cannot toss up the world like a bouncing ball. All in life is not a toss-up.

I created the Universe, and I created you. I gave you free will. I have a domain. In one sense, I have the most Free Will in the World, and, yet, that does not mean I always follow your will. Ah, but, of course, you think that is what a Servant is supposed to do. You think it doesn't matter what you tell Me. You think I have to do it. You want Me to run upstairs and downstairs, and you may give Me opposing orders.

I am at your service, and I am also at the service of the Universe. It appears that I, the Creator of Free Will, cannot always grant your wishes the instant you ask. I am a Fulfiller of Dreams and yet, it seems, not always. I do not always give you the candy you want or even return your loved ones to you as you would like Me to.

You do understand that I have unlimited vision, and you see only so far. This does not mean I disobey you. The thing is I have never taken loved ones away from you.

It is like you ask Me to wash dishes that are already clean. Or it is like you are a man who cannot see, and you ask Me to move a piece of furniture where you want it, and it is already in the place you wanted it to be.

I do not apologize for My vision and your blindness.
Now, let Us bend to each other without bumping Our heads.

God said:

You are Don Quixote who duels with windmills. When you battle, odds are that you are battling with yourself. You conceive a battle that you are fighting. You may have desired a battle. You were ready for a fight, and so you found an object.

Battles are manmade. They are not of My making. I have other things to do, like to love and love more and love again and again until you get My love into your head. Your heart is not lacking My love. Your heart is filled with My love, and yet your mind finds ways to contradict the love in your heart. The mind may look for ways. Foolish mind. Foolish ego mind.

It may be that you love a good fight. You feel victorious. Even when you lose, you may feel victorious because your opponent is such a bad guy and you are so virtuous. You may be bruised, and you may sniffle, yet you came out superior. Your ego cheers you.

Feel virtuous without a battle. Be virtuous. When you cannot love the one you see as an opponent, then love someone else. Give yourself over to love. Love someone somewhere. Never be a derelict of love. Let your anger go. There is not advantage to anger.

True, anger lets you know that you are alive. Be creative instead, and you will know that you are alive.
I have to ask you, what purpose does anger serve? Is it really wonderful to be all riled up? Does it take talent to be angry? What is so wonderful about your justifying anger? Be not an anger-monger. If you must justify something, justify love. Be a gardener of love. Plant seeds of love rather than seeds of anger. Plant flowers of love and let go of the armament of anger.

Anger zaps your energy. It may fire you up for a time, but then you are left with heartburn. Ashes of anger do a number on you. Anger simply isn't good for you. It isn't good for anyone. It is self-mutilation. You are responsible for your anger. It is your anger. Anger is a waste of your time. It is more worthwhile for you to twiddle your thumbs than to be angry.

Life in the world is too short to spend on anger. Anger will deplete you every time. Even when you think you have won, you have lost energy. You have thrown yourself away on anger. Anger short-changes you. There are no exceptions to this.

Anger is not honorable. It is dishonorable. No matter how righteous your anger may be, it is self-righteous. Besides, all wars are civil wars. You can only be fighting with your brother. All are your brother or your sister. Don't you have something better you can be than angry? Don't you have something better to do?

Anger is kicking your foot against a wall and wounding yourself. Ultimately, anger is directed to yourself. You are not even fighting windmills. You are fighting an image in the mirror. All opponents simply represent you. They are you.

There is no need for you to come out on top. It is meaningless. You see good guys and bad guys. You do not know what another's life is and what their perception of the world is. I make no excuses for anyone, and I make no excuses for you.

Peace be with you, not anger. Peace be with you. Peace be with you.

The peace of God is within you. You can find it. You can find it now. Find it. Make peace now.

HEAVEN #3997 The Greatness That You Are , November 4, 2011

God said:

You are growing. That means you are growing up. Your personal needs are no longer the most important thing in the world. I am not telling you that you don't matter. I am saying that you matter very much. You matter so much to the Universe and to Me that now you let go of holding onto your personal needs.

This often means that you keep quiet. It is not so urgent any longer that you express yourself, or, rather, it is imperative that you express yourself in new ways. Sometimes you have to hold your tongue in the interests of all concerned. Understand that I am not diminishing your role. I am telling you that you have a bigger role to fulfill.

When I spoke to the Great Spiritual Ones in the world, they did not say: "But, God...." They did not say, "But, God, I don't want to leave my personality behind. I want to settle my irritations with certain people and certain situations. I want to express myself and my personal needs. I want to settle everything."

If the Great Ones had spoken so, I would have said to them:

"Walk away now. Walk away now from your need to have anything settled the way you believe it has to be. From your limited view, you are right, yet you are leaving your small self behind now, and you are going beyond. Small self is selfishness. You think you have certain needs that have to be responded to, acknowledged, revered. Why, you have bigger fish to fry. You have greater needs than your own to take care of. You have peace to give. You have a bigger pond to live in now. The pond you are meant for is the Whole Universe.

"It is not that you are here to concede. You are here now to stride across the horizon of the past and your attachment to it. You are to take a leap and come with Me as My right hand and bring out Greaterness in everyone. No longer do these unmet needs of yours matter."

I would say to you now the same.

Do you remember the Hobbit who did not want to leave his cozy Hobbit house and his breakfasts and his creature comforts? But what happened is that an X was put on his door. He was chosen to go on an adventure. Despite his personal requirement and reluctance, he went on the adventure. This is how he became a hero, not by staying home and living off the land. He did not stay at home. He left the familiar and entered the Unknown.

We could say that he left his small territory for a far greater one.

This does not have to mean that you must travel, although it may. What you have to leave behind you is the idea that your personal rightness and your personal satisfaction and your personal ego, have to come before the Wholeness of the Big Picture. Let Me remind you again that this step forward is not forced upon you. It is a recognition that you come to. It is your graduation from littleness. You give up your ego and choose greater than yourself. What you are doing is losing your specialness to yourself.

This is how you become great.

It may seem contradictory to you that you grow greater by letting go of your singular importance. What We are talking about here now is not a new concept to you. It is inevitable. In order to find yourself, you must lose yourself, your little self, that is.

God said:

Remember that wherever you are, whatever location or condition, I am with you. Remember Me, and a greater sense of peace will be yours. Let Me be a balm to you. Whatever is upsetting you, better to vent on Me than anyone else.

The reason for this is that I can take it. It doesn't matter to Me what you say to Me. Your negativity is no more than a ping pong ball to Me. I said your negativity. You, on the other hand, are fully important to Me. You matter to Me deeply.

When you vent, even just within yourself, the individual you are venting on receives your thoughts and gripping emotions and may not be able to deal with them. He may not know from where the negativity comes, but he will sense the negativity and be discomfited. For the sake of the world, I ask you to vent on Me. And if you can do without venting altogether, that will be a boon for you and a boon for the Universe.

You may feel that no one is listening to you. I am telling you that the whole world is listening to you.

It's unfortunate that everyone doesn't give you their full attention. If they did, if they knew to, if they saw you as I see you, if they heard your heartbeats as I hear your heartbeats, then you might not be having the negative thoughts and feelings you may presently feel bound to vent. And, yet, just the same, you are responsible for any and all negativity you have thumping in your heart.

If I were you - and, of course, I am - I wouldn't wait for your worth to be recognized. Others may overlook you, discount you. They may not give you the importance you are entitled to, yet that doesn't mean you are to give them such importance as to ruin your day or even a moment of your day. What someone thinks of you or doesn't think of you isn't worth the time of day. Shake off their thoughts and emotions. Focus on something else. Focus on something that gives you even a shred of happiness.

Even a shred of happiness is worth ten thousands more than a barrelful of negativity. Negativity is a negative. It's not worth anything. It is a minus. You might as well take poison as to accept negativity from yourself or take anyone's negativity into your heart. Watch whom you spend your time with. Look for people who think grander than you may have been thinking.

Yes, very definitely, I am for positive thinking. I am a Positive Thinker Myself. Will you give attention to positive thinking? Positive thinking isn't a fad. It isn't an application. It is place for you to climb to. It will put you in good stead.

You can always rise higher, and yet rising higher is not an option. Decide once and for all that you will rise above your previous thinking. Your rising higher is no longer an option for you. It is a definite.

Make life easier and note opportunities to rise higher. Do it for Me. You will gain tremendously, yet do not rise higher for the sake of gain. Rise higher because I ask it of you. Rise higher, for there is a next step for you and rising higher is it. I hold nothing against you, yet I do not applaud your clinging to a lesser platform. Because I ask you to change doesn't mean I don't honor you now. I honor you very much. You occupy My heart. Rise with every beat of My heart and yours.

God said:

On Earth, you are not playing in a high-stakes' game. You think you are. Sometimes you feel desperately that you are losing. Life is important, yet what occurs in life is not of the utmost importance. You are capable of letting go of terror in life. All the very events that are so serious to you - must you take them so seriously? Life has its own way of doing things. It does not behoove you to spend your life on Earth in making objections.

Please do not cluck any more about what occurs in life. Forget the word tragedy. Forget the word terrible. Forget the word intolerable.

You cannot change what has already occurred. You can change the effect events have on you. You do not have to beat your chest. You do not have to be distraught or overwrought. You do not have to be overcome. You do not have to be laid low.

While you are alive in your body on Earth, pick yourself up from despair, and keep going forward. Do not dig yourself a hole and keep yourself there. Whatever befalls on Earth, get up from it. Don't linger there. Don't imprint it. Don't use it for a virtuous excuse from engaging in life and making it better, for yourself as well as others. Do not lie down on a bed of nails. You can give up grieving. How long do you think you are supposed to protest against what life has delivered?

It is commonplace for bodies to die on Earth. It is commonplace for events you object to to occur.

Impossible as it seems, one day you, too, will not live on Earth in your body. You will fall off the perch of life and continue life in other dimensions. All your woe signifies nothing, beloveds. Let go of woe.

You don't need it. You don't need to be knocked down by what occurs. Somewhere along your way in life, you bought the proposition that you have to be wracked by what occurs. What you have to do is to stop feeling wracked, downtrodden, miserable and so forth by what appears. Get up.

You have no excuse for misery. Oh, yes, the world says you do. The world has even provided systems for dealing with misery. Nevertheless, misery is self-imposed, beloveds. If you would let go of your precepts, you would let go of grief. You would not hole up with it. You would not take comfort in it. You would not feel justified to be miserable. You wouldn't choose it.

However dismal aspects of life may seem to you, you cannot stay there. You have to move on.

Life is not meant to be regrettable. Whatever transpires in the world is no more nor less than life in the world. There is more to life than what you think of it. There is a bigger vision that will hold you in good stead.

All right, let's compromise. In regard to what you find intolerable in your life, give up the intolerance.

When it comes to others, give them their mourning, but mourning is not for you. Life on Earth with or without a loved one is not to determine your life. While you are in life on Earth, you simply have to let attachments go. Love and be not attached. A form is a form. The demolishing of a form of a loved one does not demolish the loved one.

When you lose your job, you have lost a job. That's all it means. You do not lose opportunity unless you buy the propaganda that jobs are scarce and you won't find another one.

There is no advantage in becoming disheartened. There is always a new way for you. Don't think otherwise.

Two days ago, I was in China, speaking to a bunch of influential business leaders. One of them posed a challenge: "You speak about Vinoba Bhave, the spiritual heir of Gandhi, and how he walked 80K kilometers across India and inspired people to donate 5 million acres to their neighbors. Yes, it might've been an unprecedented feat in the history of mankind, but really, how many people remember Vinoba today? Instead, think of how many people remember Steve Jobs and the legacy he left behind." From a short-term impact point of view, it's a thoughtful dilemma.

In fact, Forbes magazine did a piece which reflected similarly, asking the question: "Who has changed the world more: Bill Gates or Mother Teresa?" And they concluded Bill Gates. My response to this industrialist, though, was a true story that happened a few weeks ago at a school near Pune. I asked the same question to them: who do you want to be when you grow up -- Bill Gates or Mother Teresa?

Usually about 60-80% of them will vote for Bill Gates, but here, a majority of them said Mother Teresa. So I probed further. Why? As people started raising their hands, a shy young girl -- maybe 11 years old -- raised her hand, hesitated, and then put it down. Seeing that, I encouraged her to speak, and her response completely floored me.

"Sir, Bill Gates used the power of money to change the world, and Mother Teresa used the power of love to change the world. And I think love is more powerful than money."

End of story. It was simple, clear, elegant and spot-on that it required no further responses from the class.**

The end of that story is the beginning of an audacious possibility. In keeping with the theme of our gathering, my Impossible Dream, and one that I'm sure we all share, is a world where we elevate this spirit of love from the mere emotional ranks of Bollywood to the infinitely stronger spiritual ranks of our hearts. As humanity, we have understood intellectual quotient (IQ), and even emotional quotient (EQ) but what the world needs now is CQ - Compassion Quotient. It is an intelligence of the heart.

More than a decade ago, neuroscientists discovered that, physically speaking, there are actually neurons not just in our brain but also in our heart. As Kabir and many sages tell us so clearly: Open your heart and it can contain the whole universe!

Our greatest hope for awakening our collective compassion quotient comes from - children! Children like that 11 year old who just intuitively knew that if you are moved by love, you can move mountains. In conversations with Dr. Maria Montessori, Gandhi said it very clearly, "In the early part of my life, I discovered that if I was to realize Truth, I must obey, even at the cost of my life, the law of love. And having been blessed with children, I discovered that the law of love could be best learned through little children."

The thing about this law of love is that it has a half-life that is far, far greater than the law of stuff. Its impact lasts for many generations. Inspiration from our gadgets devolves into mere information, sometimes within a matter of minutes. But when that same inspiration is delivered to us through someone who walks that talk, it activates the information in a context of vibrational aliveness. It resonates deep within our consciousness. And this is why, in the long term, the law of stuff stands no chance against the law of love. Work that is moved by love, no matter how small and humble, has an unending after-life.

A few years ago, my wife and I went on a walking pilgrimage. We started at the Gandhi Ashram in Gujarat and walked south; we ate whatever food was offered and slept wherever place was offered. It was an experiment that radically changed our lives. Along the way one thing we repeatedly encountered were the ripples of the law of love, particularly from Gandhi and Vinoba who had often walked those same paths. During a visit to a small village in the area, Gandhi realized it was 6PM - which was his prayer time. He was taking a walk on the farm, with some elders, but he immediately sat down right there for prayer. A bit thrown off, the elders gathered a couple folks who happened to be nearby.

Govardhan Patel was one of them. He was in fifth grade at the time, his mom had passed away when he was 2, and his father had polio; he wasn't all that interested in Gandhi. As serendipity would have it, though, he sat there in silence during Gandhi's prayer. And something shifted. He sat in on Gandhi's evening talk, and that very same day he decided to dedicate his whole life to service. When we met him he was a ripe 82-years-young and was still going strong, having transformed not only his village but dozens of others.

There are many stories like his, for instance that of Nagardas Shrimali. At a train station, while Gandhi is just passing by, amidst the throngs of people, he yells out: "Bapu, what should I do with my life?" Bapu says, "You go and teach your values to other children like you." Shrimali was 16 at the time, from that day forth to his last breath, Nagardas - who was "untouchable" -- dedicated his life to educating children.

Authentic inspiration has a long after-life, indeed. And my friends, we need to rekindle this law of love within us, and within our greatest hope -- our children, the next generation.

I want to end with a true story.

Many years ago, my dear friend Jacob Needleman was teaching a class at San Francisco State University, and he asked a question to his class of thirty students. "How can we be good?" One student raised his hand and said, "I learned goodness from my 5-year-old son." He goes on to explain: "My son and I were enjoying Christmas in Mexico, as he was excitedly playing with the toys he had received just the night before. A kid from the neighboring slum comes by, and I told my son to give him one of his toys. After some pleas and tears, he finally agrees and picks up a toy. His least favorite toy!" In a vintage Mufasa-Simba moment from Lion King, the father looks his 5-year-old in the eyes and says, "No, son, not that toy. Give him your favorite toy."

At this point, the son instinctively protests, but then looking at his father's stern-yet-compassionate look, he begrudgingly goes to the door to give away his favorite toy. Naturally, the father figured he will have to console his son when he returns; lo and behold, much to his surprise, the son returns back with a hop in his step. With an innocence befitting to a 5-year-old, he looks his Father in the eyes and says, "Dad, that was amazing. Can I do it again?"

This is the law of love, and may we all keep doing it again and again and again.

Listening is the communication skill most of us use the most frequently.

Various studies stress the importance of listening as a communication skill. A typical study points out that many of us spend 70 to 80 percent of our waking hours in some form of communication. Of that time, we spend about 9 percent writing, 16 percent reading, 30 percent speaking, and 45 percent listening. Studies also confirm that most of us are poor and inefficient listeners.

Why?

Several reasons are likely.

Listening training unavailable

Even though listening is the communication skill we use most frequently, it is also the skill in which we've had the least training. From personal experience, we know we've had much more formal training in other major communication skills — writing, reading, speaking. In fact, very few persons have had any extended formal training in listening.

The same is true of informal training. It's not difficult to find workshops and conferences that provide opportunities to improve our writing and speaking skills. But it is difficult to find similar training programs to sharpen listening skills.

Thought speed greater than speaking speed

Another reason for poor listening skills is that you and I can think faster than someone else can speak. Most of us speak at the rate of about 125 words per minute. However, we have the mental capacity to understand someone speaking at 400 words per minute (if that were possible).

This difference between speaking speed and thought speed means that when we listen to the average speaker, we're using only 25 percent of our mental capacity. We still have 75 percent to do something else with. So, our minds will wander.

This means we need to make a real effort to listen carefully and concentrate more of our mental capacity on the listening act. If we don't concentrate, we soon find that our minds have turned to other ideas.

We are inefficient listeners

Numerous tests confirm that we are inefficient listeners. Studies have shown that immediately after listening to a 10-minute oral presentation, the average listener has heard, understood and retained 50 percent of what was said.

Within 48 hours, that drops off another 50 percent to a final level of 25 percent efficiency.
In other words, we often comprehend and retain only one fourth of what we hear. We all want to be more than 25 percent efficient. It's not difficult to see the many problems inefficient listeners can create for themselves and others. Poor listening causes us many personal and professional problems.

Listening skill suffers with age

Other studies indicate that our listening skill suffers as we get older. Ralph G. Nichols, long-time professor of rhetoric at the University of Minnesota (now retired), says in his book Are You Listening? that "if we define the good listener as one giving full attention to the speaker, first-grade children are the best listeners of all."

Nichols describes an experiment conducted with the cooperation of Minneapolis teachers from first grade through high school. Each teacher involved was asked to interrupt classes and suddenly ask pupils "what were you thinking about?" or "what was I talking about?"

Results were discouraging but informative. The answers of first and second graders showed that more than 90 percent were listening. Percentages dropped in higher grades. In junior high school classes, only 44 percent of the students were listening. In high school classes, the average dropped to 28 percent.

Listening is hard work

Another likely reason for inefficient listening is that it's hard work to listen intently. Have you been forced to listen intently for an extended period of time? Try to remember your feelings. You were probably physically and mentally tired after such a period of concentration.

Ten worst listening habits

Nichols has described in speeches and articles the "10 worst listening habits of American people." He says that listening training is primarily eliminating bad habits and replacing them with good listening habits and skills.

Here are the 10 bad listening habits. You'll recognize some that you have and that you can make an effort to correct.

1. Call the subject matter uninteresting

You go to a meeting, the chairman announces the topic or you see it on a program, and say to yourself, "Gee, how dull can it get anyhow? You'd think they could get a decent speaker on a decent subject."
So you've convinced yourself the topic is uninteresting and you turn to the many other thoughts and concerns you've stored up in your mind for just such an occasion — you start using that unoccupied 75 percent of your mental capacity.

A good listener, on the other hand, might start at the same point but arrives at a different conclusion. The good listener says, "Gee, that sounds like a dull subject and I don't see how it could help me in my work. But I'm here, so I guess I'll pay attention and see what the speaker has to say. Maybe there will be something I can use."

2. Criticize the delivery or appearance of the speaker

Many of us do this on a regular basis. We tend to mentally criticize the speaker for not speaking distinctly, for talking too softly, for reading, for not looking the audience in the eye. We often do the same thing with the speaker's appearance. If speakers aren't dressed as we think they should be, we probably tend not to listen closely or we may immediately classify the speaker as a liberal or conservative, a hippie or a square.

But if we concentrate on what the speaker is saying, we may begin to get the message and we may even get interested. Remember, the message is more important than the form in which it is delivered.

3. Become too stimulated

We may hear a speaker say something with which we disagree. Then we can get so concerned that our train of thought causes us to spend more time developing counter arguments so that we no longer listen to the speaker's additional comments. We are busy formulating questions in our mind to ask the speaker, or we may be thinking of arguments that can be used to rebut the speaker. In cases like this, our listening efficiency drops to nearly zero because of over-stimulation. So, hear the speaker out before you judge him or her.

4. Listen only for facts

Too many of us listen for facts and, while we may recall some isolated facts, we miss the primary thrust or idea the speaker is trying to make. Be sure that your concern for facts doesn't prevent you from hearing the speaker's primary points.

5. Try to outline everything that is being said

Many speakers are so unorganized that their comments really can't be outlined in any logical manner. It's better to listen, in such a case, for the main point. A good listener has many systems of taking notes and selects the best one to fit a speaker.

6. Fake attention

This is probably one of the more common bad listening habits. If you're speaking to a group and suddenly you become aware that most of your audience is sitting with chin in hand staring at you, that is a good signal that attention is being faked. Their eyes are on you but their minds are miles away. We probably have developed our own faking skills to a high point. Let's recognize what we're doing and eliminate faking as a poor listening habit.

7. Tolerate or create distractions

People who whisper in an audience of listeners fall into this category. Some distractions can be corrected (closing a door, turning a radio off) to improve the listening atmosphere.

8. Evade the difficult

We tend to listen to things that are easy to comprehend and avoid things that are more difficult. The principle of least effort will operate in listening if we allow it to do so.

9. Submit to emotional words

We're all aware of the emotional impact of some words. Democrat and Republican are emotional words for some people. So are northern and southern for others. There are hundreds of examples. Don't let emotional words get in the way of hearing what a speaker is really saying.

10. Waste thought power

Nichol's 10th bad listening habit is the one he feels is most important. It is wasting the differential between thought speed and the speed at which most people speak.

Three ways to improve listening skill

Nichols says there are three things that you can do to help yourself stop wasting thought power and become a better listener.

One is to anticipate the speaker's next point

If you anticipate correctly, learning has been reinforced. If you anticipate incorrectly, you wonder why and this too helps to increase attention.

Another is to identify the supporting elements a speaker uses in building points. By and large, we use only three ways to build points: We explain the point, we get emotional and harangue the point, or we illustrate the point with a factual illustration. A sophisticated listener knows this. He or she spends a little of the differential between thought speed and speaking speed to identify what is being used as point-supporting material. This becomes highly profitable in terms of listening efficiency.

A third way to improve yourself as a listener is to periodically make mental summaries as you listen. A good listener takes advantage of short pauses to summarize mentally what has been said. These periodic summaries reinforce learning tremendously.

In summary, most of us are poor listeners for a variety of reasons. We have had little training and few training opportunities exist. We think faster than others speak. Listening is hard work.

We've listed some ways to improve skills to concentrate, to summarize, to avoid faking, and others.

Just as important are your attitudes — be positive, concerned, sincere.

It's a challenge to be a good listener. But good listeners get big rewards.

Actually, the physical world is only a part, even a small part of what you are. Many are feeling a lot of pain, and there is certainly nothing wrong with that. A little heads up though, after some time, faced with ongoing pain, there is sort of an auto response wherein one succumbs to a sort of forgetfulness, in a sort of subconscious, or unconscious way to sort of rewrite the awareness or story script within, in order to make life, the mind environment tolerable. Therefore we applaud those of you who are really getting involved in processing what they feel, think, and know. It is useful to use this window of opportunity to look at these intense things, in the context of the newer energies, before everyday life and energetic survival cause the intensity to die down somewhat, and the drolldom of accepting the old, the past, the already habitually established, has a chance to return. We would say that that road is not the road, not the choice for the future. Use this special opportunity to explore and find out what it is that is new, that you can ‘turn into’, so to speak. One of your first challenges, which you are currently engaged in, is to look at everything that has happened, and your feelings and hopes and desires. And hopefully while doing this, your investigatory sense and motivation will lead you into calling upon the very energies we call newly available, using them in this very process of inquiry and reapitulation. Now you establish your roads and directions from here on in, But yes, to do this without investigating the old, the past, and truly looking at and seeing what has happened to those energies, and what that means for you, Is to run off into the future ignorant and blind, not eyes without vision, but a mind and heart still in confusion. Yes, confusion. The woman ( or man ) who can honor that, feel that, know that, is closer to getting to know more of themselves than all the pontificates in the world. This woman would be said to be truly on the right path, the path of truth. Amen as always. is nowhere to go but up! And isn’t that the meaning of an upward ascending yuga/cosmic galactic cycle? So yes , you are at the bottom. The difference now is that the climb will be much less obstructed. Your inward journeys will feel safer and more real, and learning and progress will be more open to you. And you will find there are more inner choices, possibilities available to you, open to you, inwardly. This is good news. And remember that the human spirit is vast. It covers trillions of spiritual miles. It interpenetrates your physical and surrounds it, unto the far reaches. You are always contained within your spirit. Now it is time to really get to know yourself, meaning more and more of what you are In the living color, the living light, the living vibration of you in the divine, and the vastness of that experience. We congratulate you for feeling, discussing, getting into this, rather than running into a hole. You have not lost your spirits, You are finding your ways, and yes, these are new ways, so yes, it is going to be a bit of a stretch to get the consciousness adjusted to a combined physical and spiritual feel and function, but this is part of redefinition, recapitulation. This is the challenge that lies before you at this point. Wayshower means to find/show the open way. Right now you are finding it. Then later you can show it to others. And yes, this is enhanced energy technology. Living in the New World
Part I
As you look around the world with your physical eyes, beloveds, it may seem as though nothing has changed, yet on December 21, 2012 all of life on your Earth began an evolutionary leap in consciousness that will now precede in stages as this “leap” still needs to be assimilated within all of the subtle and physical energy systems within and around your body. The length of time that this assimilation process takes will be determined by your consciousness, both individually and collectively, yet it will continue to become an ever more palpable experience within your day-to-day lives throughout 2013 and beyond.

This shift was set into motion when your Earth moved into alignment~in essence a Divine Union~with the Central Sun of your galaxy. The Central Sun, in the Pleiadian constellation, is the Heart Center of your galaxy, and it has not only moved into union with the heart of your planet, it has also moved into union with the heart of every soul on Earth.

In the past this alignment with the internal sun within one’s heart has only taken place within those who have ascended by lifting their consciousness out of the limited confines of the 3rd and 4th dimensions. Because the Earth is now ascending, and you are in the process of moving into your galactic inheritance as masters of the Earth plane, the invitation to ascend has now been extended to thousands across your world. As you move deeper into your inheritance, you are all moving into your larger potential to create a new Golden Age in Unity Consciousness where you will have greater access to the Love and Light of Source.

When a planet comes close enough to the Central Sun of its galaxy to merge with the Light of its consciousness, every soul on Earth is offered the tremendous opportunity of embodying more of the consciousness of its Presence. The veil that has been holding humanity in isolation from their True Selves living in Unity Consciousness also begins burning off ages of misconceptions that have held humanity hostage within their own limiting 3rd and 4th dimensional belief structures.
Any old patterns that are not supporting you living in a new Golden Age are all in the process of being burned away by the Light of the Central Sun and by the energies that many of you are releasing as you continue to transmute and transform any limitations you may still be holding within your mental, emotional or physical bodies. As this process continues, both individually and collectively, all of life is awakening as if from a deep unconscious trance. The overall consciousness of humanity is expanding beyond the limiting 3rd and 4th dimensional domains and into its galactic inheritance, which means that you will all be moving into more of your expanded capacities to create a new world using the multidimensional levels of being that are naturally part of the consciousness of your Presence.

When the Earth moved into direct alignment with the center of your galaxy, many of you immediately started to adjust your own frequencies so you would be able to proceed gracefully though the 4th and into the 5th dimension without any encumbrances from your past. The quantum shifts in consciousness that you are now undergoing cannot really be defined by what you have experienced in your past because what is happening in your present is unprecedented and you have no references for it. This is exciting to some of you, and somewhat frightening to others, yet we are sharing this with you so you know that the choice can be made to either enjoy this transition or to resist it, yet you cannot stop it.

This alignment will eventually move all of you out of the concerns of your limited personalized ego as you will each be paying much more attention to what is best for the well being of humanity and the Earth. You will not be focused nearly so much on having to survive in a competitive world or of having to be good enough on any level of your existence. When you really become one with your Presence, all of these kinds of concerns will simply disappear into the vast sea of your shared unlimited consciousness and you will realize more and more that everything and everyone is simply energy qualified by consciousness, and that the Source energies that are now being realized are for your use in creating a new world.

The Energies of January 2013 AA URIEL

Happy New Year! I believe it’s going to be a wonderful year and we will finally see the results of the work that we have been doing for decades. Don’t look for too many changes in January though, this month we’re setting the foundation for what is to come. This is a time for intention, balance, consideration, alignment and integration. We’re creating the boundaries for our path; the action and movement will come later. Although we want to jump out of the starting gate as soon as we think the wheels are beginning to turn, to get away from what has been limiting us but that’s like taking a trip without knowing where you want to go, or how you are going to get there and whether there is enough gas in the car to even get started.

January’s energies will feel relatively calm after the activity of the past three months. With the Uranus/Pluto square, the eclipse in November and December’s activity, we need some time to regroup and that is what we will find in January. Rather than feeling like nothing is happening, it’s more like watching ducks gliding across the water. On the surface it looks like they’re just floating along but under the surface, their little feet are pedaling fast. The surface may look and feel calm right now but there’s a lot happening under the surface for all of us.

It’s time for us to get serious about what we want to do now, starting with looking at where we are present in our lives. What are we focused on — where we have been or where we are going? Where is our energy flowing, in the past or in the present moment? How are we moving energy, through intention or wishful thinking? Intention is a conscious, directed and powerful focus on what we want to manifest in our life. With wishful thinking we hope things will turn out OK but feel out of control, powerless and off balance. We are powerful, divine beings whose human experience is a mirror of our ability to know ourselves as masters of energy. We can move energy but we have to set intentions for it to move in the direction we want it to. And we have to consider our energy budget.

We each have an energy budget which determines how much energy we have to create our reality. The amount of energy we can use, although the supply is unlimited, depends on where we are present, or where our focus is. Whatever that is, whether it is on this week’s problems, next week’s commitments, regrets from the past or fears about the future, that is where we are present and that is where our energy is going. And when our energy is going in many different directions, without focus or intention, our energy budget gets depleted rapidly.

We tend to throw lots of energy at our problems and very little towards their solutions. We multi-task like crazy (and I’m guilty here) and rarely focus on doing just one thing at a time, even those things we enjoy doing. Intention is the answer because it creates a laser focused target for our energy. When we set powerful intentions for what we want — things like joy, peace, abundance, love — our energy budget expands to create those things in our life because this is where we are focused, it’s where we are present. But if our focus is on worry, fear, doubt and limitation, our energy budget shrinks because we’re not present in the moment, we’re worried about the past. Energy works powerfully in the present; the past has no energy.

It doesn’t matter what happened last month or last year, this is the moment we have to work with and all change begins in the present moment. Use this month to set intentions, to set the boundaries for where you want your energy to go, to release the worries of the past (you can’t worry about anything in the present because it hasn’t happened yet) and free yourself of the doubt and fear that limit your energy budget. Envision your energy budget expanding to its true state of limitlessness. You have all of the energy you need to resolve any problem, to transform any aspect of your life, to be as powerful as you intend to be, if you live your life from the present, remembering that energy is always flowing towards you and away from you.

How are you going to use the energy you are receiving and what are you empowering with your energy? As you move from moment to moment, pay attention to where you are present — what are you thinking about? That is where you are present. Use your energy, and not your worried thoughts, to transform your life and evolve into the love, peace, joy, abundance and miraculous reality that you want to create for yourself. January's Angel Message "Setting the Tone for an Easier Year"

Welcome to the fresh new start of your soul experience! Would you like this year to be one that feels like you are walking in heaven? You are the one who sets the tone for how you will experience the rest of the year during the first three months. From January to March, watch your actions and choose wisely.

To feel like you are walking in heaven avoid judgment and conflict and forgive. It won't be easy to do this during this particular three month period because of the energies that are currently working on Earth and in people's lives. But this is what you have been preparing for and you can do this. We are all being guided to use our spiritual knowledge now. This can be called a testing period to see who really understands and can actually live what they have learned.

If we show that we are not doing this, we will have situations come back into our lives during the last nine months of this year so we will have fresh opportunities to learn them. Yuck! If you don't want to go back into old, unpleasant lessons, do your very best to let go and forgive everything that comes up as soon as possible within the first three months.

Sometimes the conflicts cannot be helped however; we always have a choice in how we respond. Remember, it is very hard to fight if the other person is not fighting. If you are not instigating or reacting in a negative manner, then eventually the person will move on. The situations with the strangers will be easier to forgive because we have no expectations of them. The family, friends, co-workers, etc. can be just as easy if we also have no expectations of them.

One of the biggest disappointments a Lightworker goes through is expecting loved ones to behave differently because they themselves have changed spiritually. We like to believe that the good changes we have made will automatically be seen and known by others and appreciated. Some of us hope they will also want to change. Try to have no expectations of anyone acting any differently than they did in the past. This will be very helpful to you this year. If they do surprise you with positive changes, great!

The interesting thing about the energy of 2013 is that if we give a loving response to someone that is angry, their reaction can be even worse. The Angels have suggested for January through March for us to be neutral in our energy and non-emotional in our responses. We will see that this helps to deflate situations more than a positive response. We will eventually see that it is safe to go back to loving responses later in the year but with the energy that is here now; this is the highest way to deal with people and situations.

There is an immediate reaction to everything we do now. If we do the same as we have in the past and send light energy to hopefully deescalate the situation, instead of that happening, the dark energy will respond with just as much energy. In essence, we would be throwing fuel on the fire. The best thing the Angels have suggested to do in these situations is immediately request for an Angel to stand between you and the other person to allow each soul the opportunity to see and hear the other person from a higher level. "The opportunity" means that you are not controlling that person/soul and they can still choose not to see or hear you but you are giving them a different choice to make.

Someone is asking, "How do I request for an Angel to do this?" Take a calming breath, think about going into your heart and ask in your mind something like this, "I thank You that I now create an Angel to stand between me and _________. This Angel gives us both the opportunity to see and hear each other on the highest level possible. Amen." It takes a few seconds and can have amazing results.

If you feel strong negative energy you can create an ice wall between you and the other person. Follow the same steps as above however instead of asking for something; visualize in your mind a huge ice cube that covers the size of your body and think of it as being in front of you. What will happen is that it will create a mirror on their side of the ice wall so everything that is being verbally thrown at you will bounce back at them. They won't like this so they will most likely stop.

If you can go through this time period doing what is suggested, by March the Angels say you will have built a strong foundation of non-reaction, non-judgment and forgiveness that will bless you the rest of the year. That doesn't mean things on the Earthplane will be easier the rest of the year, it means that you will have raised your energy up to be more invisible to those situations; plus the bonus of not having to go back re-learn old lessons.

Having become multi-dimensional beings, we are in contact with many people from many different soul levels. It can be tricky knowing what to do in each situation. Use your Angels! They are there to help you. Call them forth anytime. Each time you do, you are creating an energy from the highest aspects of your own soul, which raises your energy, understanding, wisdom and power immediately.

I don't like tests but the incentive here of having no repeated lessons for the rest of the year is worth it for me. I am thinking of it as being more of an observer this year; continuing to shine the light through my life as the Angels have showed me. The light flows down from Heaven through my soul going through all my bodies / head, out through my feet and soul back into Heaven. And at the same time the light flows up from Heaven through my soul going through my bodies / feet, out through my head and soul back into Heaven. Shining the light in this manner doesn't interfere with any soul's choices (including Mother Earth's) and yet each soul has access to all the light that is shining through us at any time; for it is not our individual light, it is Heaven's light.

You must admit that it was a very clever plot. You were all taken in by it. Now, you are being given every opportunity to step out of bondage and reclaim your heritage.
Michael Tsarion has also been showing you when and where all this deception began, and how it was planned 2000 years ago. You have been fed LIES about who you are, and from whence you came. The planning that went into this takeover of humanity is remarkable. No stone was left unturned. They set their goals high and they almost achieved it. We, in Spirit, could not allow this to happen. We have endeavoured to show you what was being done to you. Now, you are waking up in your thousands. You no longer accept what you were told in the past.
Challenge everything: stop just accepting that it's the law, and accept that the law does not protect you or yours: it only protects the corporation. It is time to unite and come together. The Cabal cannot operate without your cooperation. So ask yourselves, WHO HAS THE REAL POWER. The sooner you realise this fact, the sooner you will free yourselves from slavery. The temples of power are crumbling. It will not take much to remove them. They only protect their own. They do not concern themselves with you. You are mere slaves, who believe the illusion that was created by them. You have everything to look forward to: think of the celebration, world-wide, when you cut the shackles and see the LIGHT. Considering the speed at which the world is awakening, it is almost ready to cut the ties to the Cabal's enslavement of humanity.
Know that your families in Spirit are with you, every step of the way, on this, the most exciting journey of your lives. Some of the great people of the past are with you on Earth to assist you on this mission.
The Vatican will answer for its crimes against humanity. It is responsible for so much which it has kept well hidden behind the caring face that the public is shown. Soon it will be no more: it will be removed without trace of its evil rule.
The takeover of America is happening: though few recognise the signs. Crimes are committed, so as to remove the rights of the people to defend themselves. Switch off your TV sets which serve to keep you under control; you will never find the truth there. It is all part of the mind control which has been set up to enslave you. The American people believe that they have rights; it will be interesting to see who wins this battle. The world is watching them play this one out. What the American people believe, and what is actual fact, are two completely different things. Let what is happening in America be a lesson to all of you.

Are we focusing our attention in the right place?
With so much to talk about and some getting on their high horse about what they think was happening or not it is time to also take notice of what really did change.
Humanity is the part that did not really change, as the control system as many call it runs through humanity and cannot be destroyed in one way or the other.
When all humans are connected to each other there is always going to be a control system as this is how humanity as a whole works. Remember we are all One?
This is what the control system is.
We are all One.
We cannot expect a change happening if not everyone in the “One” gets onto one page. Good luck with that One.
We have been told for years, spread your light, be loving and compassionate, only if you love each and every one the change can take place.
The fluffy messages as I call them.
The ones where a reality is presented that is so beautiful, so magnificent, almost unimaginable to most people, but in their hearts many know there is such a thing.
The problem is that it’s a knowing, a feeling.
The reality outside of us does not reflect any of this and here is where the advice comes in through many of the messages.
Imagine it, live it, be it, it will happen, it is already there.
The physical reality is not real, only the spiritual reality is real.
You are here to be the change.
Should I go on?
I think you get my point.
Many feel disappointed, not just because of the messages with predictions, but of the inner feeling inside, the inner knowing that something might happen on the 21st of December.
Many seem to think that we should move on, leave it and get on with it. It was a lesson, take notes and learn from it, but enough already.
Some seem to think that because they didn’t expect anything, they are the ones that are a bit more superior in a way as they seem to express this sometimes in their comments.
Each and every person that feels disappointment or not, we have to learn something from this. It is not about the predictions, it is about what we as humans belief in, feel within and know within.
Maybe what we belief and feel and know is completely unrelated to the physical reality we live in. Maybe it is a reality that we have experienced or know within spirit and this is what is bringing us, or guiding us back into our spiritual reality, completely unrelated to any changes within the physical reality.
Maybe this is what we need to pay attention to as the physical reality is in fact a learning reality, and after this learning reality we should move back into the spiritual reality.
The only problem we have is that we have not yet found our way back to the spiritual reality. We seem to be stuck within this physical reality and are thinking that we need to bring this spiritual reality into our physical reality.
Who told us that?
We did, as we are so much involved in this physical reality that it most of the time seems to be the only reality, and for many upon earth it is the only reality they know.
Maybe all these glimpses of better worlds are to guide us back into our spiritual world, or at least remind us of our spiritual world. So we will start looking for it, find it, and find our way back to it.
Some have been looking, but most look from a physical perspective instead of a spiritual perspective.
As we know that we are spiritual beings, why would we not want to go back to being a spiritual, energy being fully?
Move out of the endless cycle of life and death, the cycle we cannot seem to escape fully.
But in a way that allows us to be still involved with the physical reality, to guide others that ask for this either out of the physical reality, or be able to give guidance and assist to make real changes to the physical reality, if that is our place to be.
Many can see things from a spiritual level, but no one as far as I can see it has the full perspective, the full knowledge and the full capability to do this.
After all everything is just energy, energy moves, energy can be influenced, redirected and even changed. But to me it seems that working on this from the physical reality is something that is only possible slowly, as the energy of the physical reality is dense and moves slowly.
The other part is that from a physical point of view we cannot see the overall changes needed, we can only see the changes we as humans think are needed, but these changes usually do not really comply with the overall changes.
Each human has different needs, different needs for this world, this reality. To think that the needs of a couple should overrule the needs of all and that this will work to change the world to the needs of just a couple is an illusion that has been presented to us in many ways by the ones that feel the world should change according to what they think they need.
These needs are part of one’s own personal exploration, and to the degree others are also encouraged to explore their within, well then you have done a lot of your job. This is our temporary home, to come into a full knowledge of who and what this wondrous ever evolving source creation that we are, is.
Why are we really upon earth, to play the games forever?
Or to find our way out of the game?
We came here voluntarily, I don’t know but it feels to me we are not staying here voluntarily. Something is making us stay here in a way; it might be our own attachments to this reality or something else. It doesn’t really matter in a way.
We can make the decision to find our way out. We do have that choice.

Firstly, thanks go to Cat for sharing a link in another article to some very important new scientific information about the two Milky Way Galactic Center (GC) bubbles having finally burst and are now massive, out-flowing energies from the GC. The Great Mother’s water has broken and she gives birth, anew…

I’ve been waiting since December 24, 2012 — the day after the “Three Days”, Expiration Date, Shift Point — for something big to manifest physically within the physical realm and dimension to reveal physically what already happened energetically during the Three Days/Expiration Date/Shift Point at higher quantum levels and dimensions. (Remember that everything manifests at the top first and then works its way downwards from there with the physical dimension being the last one to finally manifest what’s happened in higher levels and dimensions.)

Most people need tangible, physical proof to convince them that something has indeed happened, has indeed changed dramatically and is now physically pouring forth like cosmic Aquarian waters from the jug of the Milky Way GC. And of course, no matter how the heavens ignite themselves and morph magically before our eyes via photographs from scientists from around the world, there will still be throngs of disbelievers concerning the end of the Mayan Calendar, the entire Ascension Process, entrance into a new astrological Age, current compressed evolution, the Three Days Expiration Date and the intimate connection between all that and the Milky Way GC suddenly spewing forth black-hole energies unimaginable. Don’t let small minds put a damper on what you know and are living and feeling!

The reason I copied that one sentence in bold is because it’s very important and the reason why I’ve been clairvoyantly seeing the Milky Way GC energies flowing outward like a massive cosmic waterfall, much like Niagara Falls, for the past two years. First however here’s an old article with photo about the Milky Way galactic Bubbles the scientists discovered in 2010 before they burst (on or shortly after the Three Days — 12-21-12, 12-22-12, 12-23-12).

Secondly, here’s a recent article from me about this massive Milky Way GC out-flowing of energies that we, humanity, Earth and our solar system have been inching our way towards over the years but aligned/conjuncted on the Three Days. This event is quantum and has already happened on day one of the Three Days –12-21-12– and continued happening throughout the remaining Three Days, and has and is still happening and being felt by humanity in varying degrees. It will continue to be felt by humanity for a long time so relax and adapt into IT because IT is life and reality inside the 5D frequency range of the Age of Aquarius and vastly higher frequency, higher consciousness, High Heart, high creativity Aquarian Unity energies.

When you view the photo of Niagara Falls I used in my “12-12-12 Through 12-21-12″ article, please keep it in mind and heart when you view the new photo in the scientific article of the Milky Way’s two burst GC Bubbles and how the outflowing GC energies now resemble slightly curved, outward flowing energies like cosmic Aquarian waters pouring out of the cosmic jug (GC) — plus how it somewhat resembles the photo of the gushing, falling waters of Niagara Falls.

There is and will continue to be so much to talk about concerning these new cosmic GC energies that, finally are physically visible for all to see, and hopefully many more to feel and consciously be increasingly aware of. This is just the start of… everything… and we’re all still making incredible ongoing adjustments internally and externally to what we’ve been through via the Three Days including everything that’s continued to happen since December 24, 2012 and will continue happening. I’m going to say that again in hopes that it really sinks into everyone’s Hearts and Awareness; this is just the start of everything so relax into IT all and give yourself whatever “time” you need. We’re all in brand NEW territory and it will take some “time” for all of us to get our bearings and better understand what’s happened already and is still happening.

Since December 24, 2012 when one of our atomic clocks jumped two days into the future, and another atomic clock did the same thing two days after the first one did it, I knew we (humanity, Earth, reality etc.) were IN some very NEW and very different space and experiences and that we didn’t have a good or large enough understanding about what we had just gone through via the Three Days.

Since 12-24-12 I’ve been paying close attention to everything; my dreams, other people’s dreams, what’s happening in my physical body, in other people’s bodies, with my and other people’s consciousness, weird anomalies and other phenomena and so on. From my perspective the trans-formative energies that were the “Three Days” only continued on 12-24-12, and the next day, and the next day, the next and so on. From my perspective IT has not stopped just because we exited out the other side of the Three Days. IT has continued and I suspect will continue for a long time until we’ve so adapted, adjusted to IT that we no longer notice IT anymore.

My brain is fried today (not like this is a new event!) and my “Ascension Tinnitus” is roaring inside my head which only adds to the cosmic GC energies I feel pouring down and into my Crown chakra and top of my physical head and into my spine and body. We are living Light antennas embodying these NEW GC out-flowing energies which are and will continue to improve us in very dramatic ways.

For the past week I’ve been repeated hearing in my head and emotionally feeling in my heart that profound and truly great Chorus from Joni Mitchell’s 1968 song for Woodstock. It is:

“We are stardust, we are golden, and we’ve got to get ourselves back to the garden”

You might enjoy, especially if you’re an original Hippie First Waver as I was/am, listening to her song done by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young again now with the entire Ascension Process, the Three Days Expiration Date, the Milky Way GC Bubbles, and finally the rupturing and dramatic out-flowing of GC (Aquarian) energies on the physical level. It is these grand evolutionary GC energies from Source that are helping us get ourselves back to the garden.

The long-awaited New Age has got off to a flying start as the energies that it has brought with it sweep across your beautiful planet to commence the essential revitalization of all her systems, and to encourage and inspire humanity as it begins to understand what has just occurred. The commencement of a New Age is an event of enormous importance and significance for Earth and for all the life forms that she so willingly supports. All humans on Earth at this point in her ongoing evolution chose to be here to assist in this magnificent process, even though large numbers of them still remain unaware of the marvelous opportunities with which they are about to be presented to create new lifestyles that will uplift and inspire you all as peace, harmony, and abundance replace the unbalanced and inadequate societal and international relationships in which you seem to have enmeshed yourselves for so long. Your future is very bright indeed, and will grow even brighter as you all decide to take part in ongoing creative ventures that will inspire enormous enthusiasm for life in every one of you.

As you have often been told recently, this is a wonderful time to be embodied on Earth ― because the inflowing energies will uplift and inspire humanity to move forwards collectively to establish a harmoniously balanced way of life that honors all on the planet, without exception. These new and joyful attitudes that you are starting to embrace will totally change your perception of yourselves and of one another as you look forward to interacting together with creative enthusiasm and bright visions of what the future holds for you all. The old times of constant conflict, disagreement, and mistrust are to fade away into the mists of time, forgiven and forgotten, as you move gloriously ahead to engage in many new ventures that will bring you unimaginable satisfaction.

It is indeed correct to refer to these new times as a New Age because so much is changing, so much is being renewed, and so much that is completely new is coming into being. The old ways that taught and encouraged rugged individualism as the only reliable life path to ensure your survival in an unsafe and threatening world were never valid. They seemed to work for those who were strong and confident, but in fact no one was particularly strong or confident; they just donned masks that hid their fears and anxieties and often succeeded in convincing others that they were invincible – until it became apparent that they were not, and other masked pretenders or role-players replaced them.

Now awareness is growing rapidly that behind the apparent power and might of authority -figures and organizations there is a vacuum, an emptiness in which individuals are constantly fighting one another for control. At times it appears that a strong person is in charge, but this only occurs fleetingly when the organization itself seems threatened; the norm is constant vying for control between groups and individuals within the organization. Many have been aware of this for eons, but their interest has been solely in arranging for the transfer of that authority from the current holders to new ones espoused by those who demand change.

However, this newly expanded sense of awareness throughout humanity is leading to the realization that authority in the form of government agencies, and throughout educational, health-care, political, social, and religious organizations is a means to control and suppress individuals and deprive them of their human rights. The reasoning constantly offered to justify these authoritarian measures is that they are essential for the safety and security of the majority, when in fact the true agenda is purely to preserve the power and authority of those at the summit of those organizations who believe that they have an inalienable right to that power and control. And it is a right that they had no intention of relinquishing.

In this New Age people no longer feel automatically beholden to those who claim authority over them, and as authority only works when people generally accept it, the age of massive agencies of control is finished. It started to become apparent over thirty years ago as the eastern European states began to disentangle themselves from the grip of the Soviet Union which then itself broke apart. That disentanglement from rigid and inflexible power structures is continuing apace right across the planet, and signs of it are apparent everywhere. At times it seems to threaten the very foundations of civilization – and of course it does because civilization needs to become civilized ― which is a very new concept indeed!

In previous times civilization meant the crushing and suppressing of the weak by the strong, who claimed to have better methods of running and controlling society for the general good. Now civilization is to re-engage with the true meaning of that word: a civilized society is one which respects and honors all life forms while continuing to further its own education as it strives for the spiritual enlightenment of all mankind, yet never imposing its own beliefs, judgments, or opinions on others. It offers loving encouragement and assistance to all who seek it because its sole purpose is to serve the needs of all its members.

The New Age has arrived, so engage with it joyfully and fruitfully from your hearts as they fill with Love from the divine field in which you are all enveloped, and which is constantly increasing the power and intensity of its presence in your lives. Expect happiness and satisfaction to expand and fill your lives until there is no area within them where the slightest sense of dissatisfaction remains.
