I greet you beloved family! I flow my energy into and around everyone who is here. Not only those of you who are present at the time this channel takes place but everyone who may listen to it at any point in time.

And for those of you who are present this evening, each time you reconnect and listen to these words and feel this energy, you are feeling the embrace at whatever place you may be at that moment.

I invite you to take this moment and look around, as if you are taking in whatever is here and present in your physical location. Are there particular thoughts that some to mind? Are there things within your physical body that are very prevalent for you? Are there any emotions that are cropping up?

Use this as a moment to consciously let yourself breathe in or breathe down within yourself. Then as you breathe out, whew, let it go! Let go of anything that is weighing you down and consciously take with you anything of which you may have an intention to work with this evening.

There is a great deal of change that is taking place. The change comes in many different forms. There are changes in your physical reality, your mental, your emotional. There are changes in the vibration emanating from the earth. There are changes in the alignment of the earth to the universe.

Sometimes you in your everyday life may get caught between the mix of all of this and it causes you to feel unbalanced, out of sorts, perhaps depressed, perhaps anxious. You may have a physical reaction.

I invite you if you need to, to take this moment and make an intention that you breathe down, anchoring within your physical body, aligning yourself with the earth, then let all of that go as you allow your consciousness to shift with you.

As this shifts, you may feel your energy as you move into the space of the magnetic grid. Here within this space, allow yourself to open and feel your higher self. Allow yourself to become aware of the flow of energy as it moves through here.

This movement is the place where you come allowing your energy to transform whatever may be going on in your daily life.

Have a sense of letting go these energies of the magnetic grid and allow yourself to shift into the crystalline grid. As you are here within the crystalline energies, allow yourself to feel what it is to let go the magnetic pull of the earth. Feel your own energy as you immediately find that alignment within this space.

Here within the crystalline grid, allow yourself to be rejuvenated. Allow yourself to find the balance that helps to clear your energies so that you may be more fully focused here within this space.

From there, I invite you to have a sense of moving into the soul plane. As you feel yourself within the space of the soul plane, reach towards your I AM presence. As you reach out to your divinity, feel as if you are opening up your arms to embrace all of who you are!

As you allow your divinity to merge with you more fully, feel the expansion as this alignment merges with you. Here within your divinity, you can feel the energy not only of who you are in this is lifetime, but all the many lifetimes that have created your I AM presence.

I the Goddess move within this space. I reach out to each one of you and embrace you! As I enfold you within my arms, you may feel yourself shifting into the space of the All That Is.

As you find yourself arriving within this space, feel as if you’re set free! Allow yourself to expand in every direction. As your energy streams in and around the All That Is, feel as if there is a joy or there is an energy of excitement that bubbles up within you.

There is soooo much happening right now in and around the world. The last couple of months have had a lot of very intense energy and during this month that is beginning today, there will actually be a time of balance or relaxation.

For some of you, you may feel this as a difference or as a change. It may not be as intense or because you are used to a particular intensity, it may cause you to feel off balance.

I therefore invite you to take a breath in with the intention of being aware of all the energies that are moving in and around you right now.

As you are creating change upon the earth, there are a number of steps that you move through. You first of all come up with the idea of what you would like to have. For many, it’s everything that you’ve always known it was, it doesn’t change, it remains consistent.

For others, you may have a sense of always feeling as if there’s something new that you want to do. I also sense there are those people who feel as if they cannot come up with any particular plan or any particular desire.

As you create something for yourself, to create the energy around it that is your intention for how you wish to manifest. So you take your idea, then the next step is what do you need to do, to manifest this.

The next step may also be ‘what are the energies that are represented by your desire’? ‘What is the essence you seek to have’?

At this point, the vast majority of you are feeling excited and looking forward to whatever it is you seek to manifest.

Many times the next step is the receiving of what you have just created. For some things they come to you almost immediately, for other things they come perhaps in a short period of time, but in a manner that you recognize is the fulfillment of your manifestation.

Each time that something like this happens, it reinforces once more the ease with which you can manifest in your life.

How often does it seem to work for you that you then say ‘well now that I have this, I really would like to go towards this’; and you perhaps move in a new direction or see what else it is that you may seek to have.

As I watch everybody within their human experience, (I notice) you are people of movement. You like change, you like new experiences and some of these may be very subtle, other aspects may be very big and dramatic.

There are times when there are people who enjoy the moment. They enjoy the experience of what they have or what they have created. They go with that, seeing wherever it is that it may take them; without any particular intention, simply being in the flow of the energy.

Consider in your life; perhaps the one thing, perhaps the many things that you put forth as an intention, you created the energy and then you received it. Sometimes it was a matter of opening up your senses and being able to feel more deeply than you had before.

Sometimes it was manifesting the parking space up close to the store. Sometimes it was manifesting the healthy body that would take you into the next five, ten, twenty years of your life.

I invite you to take this moment and acknowledge the things that have worked for you.

One of the things that I have noticed is that especially when people have moved through a transformation, they forget what it was like before they arrived. And therefore they forget ‘oh that’s right, I manifested this change, did I not?’

Take stock in this moment and remember your successes!

The next energy that I would like to look at are those things in your life, sometimes it’s one thing, sometimes it’s a dozen; but those things that seem to come around again and again and again giving you a sense of frustration that as yet they have not manifested.

Let’s begin with this process. You first consider what it is you would like to have. You then consider what your life would be as you experience whatever that would be. Now, the next energy is about being open to receive and some place between that space of having what you would like to have and being open to receive is where there seems to be a disconnect.

Perhaps it is something you have wanted within your life for a very long time; you therefore go through stages in which you are open to receive, feeling joy, excitement and anticipation. And then you may experience in the next moment, the lack thereof; feeling frustrated, irritable and depressed.

You may then follow this circle around. Go back to the beginning, go through these steps once more and this time you’ve added to the mix that sense or that feeling of ‘I’m not doing it right, I must be doing something wrong.’ This adds yet another layer that keeps you from receiving whatever it is you are seeking to have.

Which then leads to the frustration, which then lead to the disappointment and you can see where we’re going.

When you find yourself in a particular pattern that is no longer working for you and by that I mean you have not yet manifested what you seek to have, I invite you to let it go. As I say that to you, I see some of you holding on even tighter, because you really want it!

This is not about desire. It’s not about deserving. It’s not about anything in which you may judge yourself.

This is about a recognition that something you’ve wanted has not worked out, therefore you feel disappointment.

I am bringing within this space a huge ball of white light. This is the Goddess energy, the God energy if that is what you prefer. This ball of light is here to give you the opportunity to transform and let go each and every thing that you may have been carrying around with you in a state of frustration or disappointment.

I am willing to bet that in 100% of these instances you have shifted your energy into a much higher vibration than the energy in which you are seeking to manifest. Therefore it is not coming to you because of that misalignment.

So take whatever it is and some of you I see you truly love having a ceremony. So mix it with pictures, tokens, totems, crystals, herbs; whatever it is that you would like. Gather together anything at all that you may have associated with your disappointment or frustration and then walk over and send it into that ball of white light. ~~WHEW~~

Let go that burden! Let go of that disappointment.

As we return to that step in which you create what you would like to have, take a ball of that source energy, as if you reach out with your hand you hold it within the palms of your hands; this is pure source energy.

It is also you. It represents you in your life.

So whatever that was and you can go through a list if you have a long list of things that you would like to manifest. But start with one thing. And take whatever it is put it in that ball of light. You may put it there by using intention, words, thoughts, feelings; whatever it may be. This ball of white light that you hold within your hand is now merging completely with what you seek to manifest.

As you put that intention within that ball of light, it begins to grow, it begins to expand. As it does so, you begin to feel within your consciousness the shifting movement of having source energy work with your own alignment and working with what you seek to have within your life.

From the conception, then you shift over into the space of creation. If you have this within your life, I invite you each to consciously let go any other preconceived notion. Let go, forget, release why in the past you have wanted this within your life and instead look at it with new eyes.

Let source energy, let your divinity show you opportunities and potentials that would go along with this manifestation. Indeed, some or many of these coincide with what you desire already.

This time, by opening yourself to receive it from that higher, lighter vibration of source, you are shifting your own vibration allowing it to move up into that which is in alignment with what you truly seek to have from within your heart’s desire.

As you look around you here within this space, have a sense of stepping into the image of this ball of light. As you step within, look around at the stream of consciousness or the threads of energy that are moving through here.

You may see that one or several steps will take place before you’re in that final alignment of what you seek to manifest. You may sense that absolutely nothing needs to take place. Whatever it is, allow your consciousness to be open to the flow. Allow your consciousness to receive the information, letting it flow through you in the many different levels that create who you are.

As you look towards the next step, that which is of receiving in your physical reality, look at it from this perspective. What else is around you? Who are the people? Using all of your senses, is there something you can smell, taste, touch? As you look with your eyes and your inner eyes, be open to acknowledge it will happen.

As you can feel that certainty and that awareness within yourself, you then let go! Expanding outward, releasing this flow, allowing this to clear out and move in every direction.

Take a deep breath in, breathing in the awareness. And then as if you step out, moving out from that ball of white light, let yourself feel the energies back in the All That Is. As you look towards that ball of light that you were just in the midst of creating within, you may see multiple balls of light that represent multiple different things you may want to have.

You may also have a sense of much greater clarity taking place within you. Again release anything that feels like disappointment, frustration or anything at all that is outside of joy, happiness, perhaps anticipation.

Let us shift gears for just a moment. As you consider your life, think of all the many things that you have had throughout the years; perhaps things that have happened to you, perhaps the transformations that you have gone through in a spiritual manner.

As you think about where you were, we will just pick a number; five years ago. What was happening within your life? As you reach through that stream of consciousness or that stream of energy, looking at yourself I invite you to become aware of the many different changes that have taken place.

One of the most obvious is the change in vibration. You have shifted into a higher, lighter, finer vibration. There may be certain things that remain the same as what they did five years ago, but the balance of what is new and that which is the same has been created that allows you to straddle these different levels of awareness within and around you.

You as the human, have your personality, your ego, your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual bodies. You have everything that creates you as your human experience. That is the part of you that does not like change. That is the part of you that cannot conceptualize what you may be seeking to bring within your lives.

Therefore as you are here in the All That Is and as you look over these last few years, allow yourself to consciously work with your ego, your personality, your human self-- those energy bodies; so that you may clear out and release ~~whew~~ that old form of resistance. It is that form that holds you back, that holds you in place from moving forward.

Look again at those balls of white light and those things that have been slower to manifest for you. As you now allow your consciousness and as you allow your personality to come into this space of all that you are creating, do so with the intention that your everyday reality is now in balance with all that you seek to have.

Sometimes as you go through a transformation within your life, you may find yourself on the far side of it saying ‘oh what happens next? I’ve reached this goal, what do I reach for next?’ Here’s where I invite you to take time to enjoy being in whatever space you are.

Of course if it’s a space that doesn’t feel good to you, then consciously work towards moving out it. Work towards what feels good. Then when you arrive in that place where you are manifesting what you would like to have, where you feel yourself coming together, things are falling into place, you have what you seek; embrace that in the moment. Experience it for what it is.

Be at peace with everything that you have manifested for yourself. As I speak those words, if there’s anything at all that causes you to feel resistance or frustration again, then send your energies back into that ball of white light. It is still here, it will be here permanently. You may use it once, or you may use it hundreds of times. It is completely up to you, it is yours anytime that you would like to create a transformation within your life.

Recognize that letting go of something that you may have wanted for a long time is actually a new beginning. Letting go of the stuck energy and the disappointment creates a new beginning.

I invite you to look once more at that white light where you have now created your new manifestation. And as you look within you may have a sense of greens, blues, orange, red; of a multitude of different colors that are now blending with that white light.

You are the creator!! You have the potential. I believe in you 100%!

I know that you are creating a transformation tonight that is going to move through you on every level. It’s going to assist in shifting into a direct balance of energy everything within and around you so that you may have what you are seeking. Be open to receive.

As you continue to look around the space of the All That Is; from this new space of balance and alignment, look back again at your successes. They’re still there, perhaps there are even more than what you noticed the first time around. Take another look. What have you created for yourself that you began with an intention; you worked perhaps through a process and then received what you wanted to have.

It’s a beautiful thing to see! I see everybody where they recognize or they have more things that they’ve manifested than they realized before. Be open. Accept. Believe in yourself.

As each one of you continues to look at this within the space here of the All That Is, allow yourself to embrace success. What does that feel like to you? Allow yourself to shift the flow of energy around your everyday life so that you become aware of the flow and the vibration of all that you seek to have.

As you do this, I invite you to have a sense of coming back together as a group. As you come back within this space, be aware of the many, many other who are here with you. Some of them are in your everyday life in support of you.

As you come together as a group, have a sense of that hologram of the earth coming up within this group. As it comes up within the group, there is a gentle easy spin that takes place. We have a sense of Lady Gaia coming forth.

She reaches out to each one of you and she is conveying that as you are living your lives upon the earth, let her actually be the one to help you in anchoring these energies. As she does so, she is not only in the space of raising her own vibration, but she can be the balance that holds that flow or that space for you.

Be aware of this energy, be aware of this flow.

Infuse within this hologram your new beginning. Infuse within this hologram, your success and your recognition of your success. Lady Gaia takes that with her, creating an adjustment so that it’s readily available to you in your everyday life. And then she returns within these holograms.

They in turn shift downward. They move through the column of light. You may have a sense as they flow through the crystalline grid, that hologram that represents the new earth moves out into that space creating that deeper alignment of the vibration of the new earth and physical earth upon which you live.

The remainder of the hologram moves down within and around your physical earth. Again, you have that sense of Lady Gaia as she embraces these energies as they anchor within that core center of the earth. Even more the crystalline energies are vibrating in balance.

And it moves out from there. It moves out through the many layers of the earth. It moves up on top of the earth; coming up within every one of you creating the space so that in your everyday life you can know your accomplishments and you can see, sense, feel, acknowledge those white balls of light of your new creations. And they disperse out creating the alignments that are helpful to you.

Your focus comes back once more within the All That Is. As it does so, have a sense of recognizing how you have shifted your focus and your vibration throughout this experience this evening. As you allow your consciousness to begin to stream backwards, it goes once more into the space of the soul plane.

As you leave the All That Is you glance back, you know that the white light of transformation is still there and it will always be there. As you move through the energies of your divinity, you allow yourself to once more find the alignment and balance. And then, you allow that consciousness to once more come with you. It flows through the crystalline grid. It moves through the magnetic grid moving down again within and around you in your physical reality.

As it does so, I invite you to consciously take a moment and expand the energy around you so that your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and lightbody energies all expand outward in your physical reality as you ground these energies back within you.

It streams down through you. It goes down into Lady Gaia and you can feel her connection and her alignment as she assists you in grounding your energies.

Again those balls of white light for your transformation of what you seek to manifest, may be here in and around you. ~~Whew~~ you align with them; you breathe them in and out allowing yourself to feel all that is here for you.

As you take a deep breath in, you continue to anchor yourself. And then the next thing you do, we do is invite you to come back within this space. As you return within this space I am open to receive any questions you may have.

Alright, and so with that we will bring this session to a close for tonight. I invite each one of you as you are moving through your days to remember that you are integrating your higher vibration.

You are integrating and bringing in the new potential and the new awareness of how you can live your life, create new beginnings and experience everything you seek to manifest.

Know that I am ever with you and within you.

There is an air of buoyancy and exuberance as the waves of celestial motion begin to wane. We should all be feeling a nice slow down from the celestial rapport that just took place. As always when we receive an energy surge and are sent soaring and bumping into another layer of photonic expansion we eventually are granted a rest period. With the absence of looming cosmic challenges this week we can get back to what truly gives each of us pleasure. This week is about integrating the creativity, the multidimensionality, the oneness of our nature, and larger truths of existence that came in during March. And while the Higher Nature of us does that we get to play. You will find yourself subjectively moving into activities that you enjoy – recess has been called and we get to forget about our ascension schoolwork for a time.

Play and bliss are states that will allow us to fully integrate the fresh quickening energies of Spring. Play is an act of power that lightens up inner rigidity, centers us when we are feeling overwhelmed, and connects our chakras to the Universal energy flow. It is not stupid or silly or a waste time. When we do it, we are literally moving the life force within us from a stuck position to a new heightened state of consciousness. While you are going about your daily chores and work assignments, allow a sense of play to shine through your consciousness. We have just been on a cosmic roller coaster ride which had us open our minds, be in our bodies, and expand our spiritual perspectives even further. Intending to remain in a pleasurable mood for the day will give you a well-deserved boost and sense of balance and optimism.

Some might still feel a little queasy or light-headed from the last week’s ride so sit until your composure returns. When you are ready, get back to the task of invigorating your human light field with peace, harmony, beauty, and gratitude for all things. Balance your joyful intakes of Life with sending out healing thoughts and prayers to mankind and the kingdoms of nature for this is how we anchor the powerful ascension process in the here and now. Meditate for peace of mind, strength of body and dig a little deeper into your metaphysical studies while waiting for the green light of restoration.

I believe everyone is feeling the rumblings and stirrings of a New type of conscious awareness that has emerged to replace old, worn out concepts, beliefs, and attitudes. We have returned to a time when the people of Earth will once again enjoy greater perceptual acuity and a far superior use of their minds and memories. The third-dimensional mind has become hypnotized by specific beliefs and agreements supplied by education, religion and television to the degree that the innate spiritual abilities and life experiences of our ancestral ways has faded to incomprehensible. To rectify this shortcoming current energies and events of the ascension are compelling all of humanity toward a maturation of awareness and a reclaiming of our Trueness.

Our recovery from recent cosmic jangling of Light also means that you and I are not the energetic being we were before March. Because of the latest and greatest metamorphic alignments and activations everything that lives within your realm of thought is now projected louder to others. You are now conducting an orchestra of energy via your own Light transmissions that has a powerful ripple effect. Each angry thought that you conjure reverberates throughout the Universe; each heartfelt blessing that is uttered is also felt throughout the Universes. When you are in a situation and those around you are complaining and in unrest and you can sense the bigger issue, you can now easily become the gift and fill yourself with the holographic image of what you feel their soul needs. By you becoming what you feel they need in their heart for a moment, as they pass your desk, your car, your home, etc. then you give them the gift of a non-invasive blessing and healing takes place — balance returns.

During these swiftly changing times we are helping others to heal, to see joy, to find love, to cure what ails them by every thought we generate. Yes, it is true we are releasing and eliminating the unnecessary aspects of both personal and collective reality. It is also true, every previous letting go has created astounding leaps into new vibrations of Trueness; what we now wear energetically is sent to each person we interact with. We have emerged into a climate of consciousness in which we can deliberately create auric fields that benefit the world as well as ourselves. Imagine someone next to you in a store who is sad of heart — you sense they do not see a reason to live, life is too hard. As you psychically pick up on this you can begin to create the essence of heartfelt love in your own energy field, as you do they begin to shift. Aware that the emotion is lifting you are able to determine the level of joy that is filling their heart and you know they have refreshed their agreement with life. What a blessing you have just given!

As the new week allows you to settle peacefully remember the holiness of your Being. You are the very spark of Divinity opening the heart of a new time and space. Know that every thought is a prayer and every prayer is something that is energetically fulfilled. Do your best to honor who you are!

Open to all possibilities as we unwind into something more beautiful than we have ever been–

Dratzo! We return! Your world continues her shift to a new reality. The planet has moved nearly 2.0 degrees toward the ecliptic as a result of the increasing energies passing through your Sun from the galactic core. These energies are putting mounting pressure on the planetary grids, which also continue to shift. The same galactic core energies are creating conditions on the other water-worlds, which are moving them closer to the solar system’s sacred shift point. This is when your solar system aligns with the rest of your galaxy, allowing the galaxy to significantly alter its basic spiral shape, and permitting our galaxy’s reality grids to come into rhythmic alignment with the 350,000 or so galaxies that form this sector of physicality. We have been instructed by Heaven to increase our level of participation with the galactic Elohim in seeing that these adjustments proceed as decreed by the Creator and by the sacred Seraphim of AEON. This project coincides with the divine intervention now happening on your world.

This divine intervention is approaching a magical point! Currently, we are watching the final steps wherein your world’s reality is transformed from dark to Light. Heaven’s representatives, working in concert with a number of secret sacred societies and many of your Ascended Masters, are ready to roll out a great abundance. This universal prosperity kick-starts great changes in the way your global financial and political systems operate. It is truly to be a year marked by unprecedented and unique change! The most important aspect for us is, of course, a full disclosure by various major governments of our benevolent presence and of our mission here. We are very ready to proceed with the many activities on our agenda, which conclude with those that return you to your natural state of full consciousness. As we speak, certain prerequisite actions are being carried out by designated contingents of the world’s military and associated police groups. They are implementing the final stages of a mass global arrest process which will change your world forever. These arrests herald new governance and new prosperity for all!

This first extraordinary flurry of changes will lead to a series of ever more exciting events. We are working closely with the Agarthans to set up for you an optimum route to galactic society, beginning with many secret technologies which will be introduced to you by your new governments. These same governments will also deliver you from debt and disburse your new abundance. Then it will be time to face, globally, the very real fact of climate change, and this will necessitate totally changing your approach to your precious living planet. The continuing, massive destruction of your home world has to be stopped. New technologies will be made available immediately to sustain your planet and begin the restitution of millennia-long depredations. Our role as mentor includes adding our technologies to yours, and counseling you on ways to address your most pressing global needs. All this you have heard many times before; now the time has come to actually discuss how to carry it all out.

The Agarthans are very well acquainted with you; in fact, they have secretly lived among you for nearly 13 millennia, and therefore their wisdom is most important to us. The Ascended Masters have the sacred task of redressing the many falsehoods and innuendos woven into your religious philosophies by the dark. The truth needs to be voiced frankly yet in such a way that you can perceive the subtlety used by the Anunnaki to distort your religious works. The Masters can set the record straight, providing a basis for a complete recasting of your ancient histories and your myths about humanity’s origins. Also of prime importance is a massive readjustment in how you relate to the magnificent Being you reside upon. Your fall into limited consciousness veiled many things from you, and the road back to full consciousness can transform these mysteries into concepts that will quickly become part of your everyday knowledge of this world and of physicality itself. All of this begins with disclosure.

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! This week we have been assisting our many associates to prepare several special projects for immediate activation. We have complied in every way with the sacred decrees of Heaven, and it is now accepted that your reality is fully prepared to shift. This shift will begin with a series of arrests and ‘resignations’ of major figures who serve the dark in government, finance, and international banking. This action leads straight away to two others: the deliveries of your prosperity funds by designated personnel, simultaneous with the transfer of political power in several major world governments to new caretaker governments. These two actions lead to a third: the series of official announcements explaining the new banking and financial system, full debt forgiveness, and the restoration of your sovereign rights.

These activities will signal that disclosure is next and is imminent. Regarding this latter issue, another major consideration is to be taken into account: our dear blessed world requires an urgent end to war as threats now exist that are jeopardizing her health. We have asked our Agarthan and galactic families to join us in restoring Gaia to health, but this activity necessitates a large amount of direct, open intervention on our part. Happily, this visible activity is to be authorized by the new caretaker governments, and so the need for the disclosure announcement has been brought forward on the agenda, from an issue to be handled in the second week of the interim governments taking office to one that is fully addressed along with our first announcements. Wouldn't it be nice, dear friends, to awaken each day with a clear mind and a clear conscience?
As in the picture above, nature is experiencing itself...........as it is - without judgement!
We also have that choice by taking charge of our lives and bringing ourselves out of the 'victim mode'
that some of us live in each moment of each day.

Awakening to our spirituality has also brought many possibilities of why things present themselves
in our everyday life. A list pops up in our minds when we are confronted with a situation that demands
our full attention, be it a personal issue or work related:-
                                                    What did I do to deserve THAT ?
                  Why is this happening NOW in my life? Oh my goodness, could it be KARMA?

There is another way to deal with issues that crop up in our lives without over-reacting and releasing
those stress hormones!! This may not be easy at first, and don't forget that we do have a choice
as to how we handle ourselves with everyday issues - It's called 'acceptance without judgement.'
If we can save the analysis of WHY something happened and simply accept the situation, the reasons
will become clearer later.

Accepting whatever happens is a hard place to be at first. Like everyone, you will feel fear at the
very idea, but gradually, as you cut through the barriers developed by years of habit, you will start
to become less reactive to the world around you. We often live our whole lives in a state of reaction
to experiences. How are we ever going to be free to ascend out of this 3D existence if we don't
start taking control of ourselves and our life?

With rearranging the way in which we perceive the reason for being on Earth, we can look at every
situation that confronts us for what it is - an opportunity for personal growth. Personal growth
does not happen if situations in our lives don't appear and challenge us! Everything that happens
in our lives can be embraced and used for building strength within ourselves. If we continue to
panic, whinge, and exclaim to the whole world what a lousy life we have, then we are wasting these
precious opportunities for personal and soul growth. Remaining calm and non-judgemental of the
issue at hand, keeps the door of resolution open. Bemoaning our life adds to the victim mode of
thinking, reinforcing that we are weak and helpless...........and by now, we should all know that we
most certainly are NOT!

                              My intention for today:
      " I am a spiritual being living a physical life because I chose to be here. Therefore, I accept
        all of the situations that arise in my life, without judgement, so that I can remain aware of
        of the challenges they present, and the growth that comes from meeting them with a calm
        and clear mind. I am not a victim - I am a powerful spiritual being. "

A New Approach


Taking a Break from What You Are Doing

Sometimes we need to step back from what occupies our minds and take a break much like touching the reset button.


Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in our thoughts that we wind up going round in round in circles, finding it difficult to concentrate on things and, because we are so distracted, not really accomplishing much. There may be signals—mental, emotional, and physical—that tell us we need to slow down and relax. Since we are so involved in things that are external to us, however, we may easily overlook what is really going on inside of us. It is during these times that we need to step back from the things that occupy our minds and take time out to connect with our inner self, giving our minds, bodies, and spirits the time they need to reenergize and heal.

At first it may seem that by taking a break we may not be as productive as we would initially like. In reality, a healthy period of rest is something that gives us a real sense of the unlimited nature of our true potential.

Spending a couple of minutes walking outside, doing a few yoga poses, meditating, or simply becoming attuned to the rising and falling of our breath enables us to let go of our worries. This act brings our focus back to the things that are truly essential for us, such as our sense of oneness with the universe and our inner peace and well-being. As we begin to get in touch with this part of ourselves, we will find that our usual everyday troubles and worries become less critical and that we not only have much more room in our lives to really reflect on the issues that mean the most to us, but we are also able bring to all the situations we encounter a much more positive and healthy outlook.

Giving ourselves respite from our daily concerns is like giving a gift to ourselves. By stepping away from the problems that seem to saturate our thoughts, we lessen the weight of our troubles and instead become more receptive to the wisdom and answers the universe has to offer us.

Hearing the Whisper

The whisper that reassures us everything is okay delivers its message with quiet confidence. Once we hear it, we know it speaks the truth.


You may have noticed that if you want to speak to someone in a noisy, crowded room, the best thing to do is lean close and whisper. Yelling in an attempt to be louder than the room’s noise generally only hurts your throat and adds to the chaos. Similarly, that still, small voice within each of us does not try to compete with the mental chatter on the surface of our minds, nor does it attempt to overpower the volume of the raucous world outside. If we want to hear it, no matter what is going on around us or even inside us, we can always tune in to that soft voice underneath the surrounding noise.

It is generally true that the more insistent voices in our heads delivering messages that make us feel panicky or afraid are of questionable authority. They may be voices we internalized from childhood or from the culture, and as such they possess only half-truths. Their urgency stems from their disconnectedness from the center of our being, and their urgency is what catches our attention. This The other voice that whispers reassurances that everything is fundamentally okay simply delivers its message with quiet confidence. , and oOnce we hear it, we know it speaks the truth. Generally, once we ha’ve heard what it has to say, a powerful sense of calm settles over our entire being, and the other voices and sounds, once so dominant, fade into the background, suddenly seeming small and far away.

We may find that our own communications in the world begin to be influenced by the quiet certainty of this voice. We may be less inclined to indulge in idle chatter as we become more interested in maintaining our connection to the whisper of truth that broadcasts its message like the sound of the wind shaking the leaves of a tree. As we align ourselves more with this quiet confidence, we become an extension of the whisper, penetrating the noise of the world and creating more peace, trust, and confidence.

My perspective. Take what resonates with you. It is called Christ because it means anointed one. Human is not anointed until Christ is realized. Christ comes from Christos-Sophia which is Hieros Gamos (union of God and human) which is Solar (Soular) Light that transfigures shadows of lunar light. Lunar light is human. Soular Light is Christ. The Soul embodied is Christ. Until humans awaken they are not yet annointed, but of course all are destined to return to Source in their own free will time. There are 3 stages- Baptism by Spirit (Awakening- Soul 50% embodied- discover Soul purpose) then Transfiguration (Being Christed- Soul 100% embodied- manifest Soul purpose- enlightenment or self-realization) then Resurrection (Ascension- leaving the body for the Spiritual realms- Soul fulfills its purpose- returning Home).

Beloved ones, in these important times I must urge you to remember that your life flows forth from Me. You live from the Spirit outward. Your heart is the entry point for every increment of energy that then becomes your life and everything that you see in it.

Therefore, I ask you to return, daily and even hourly, to that feeling place of perfect faith where you feel the astounding power of this Love -- where you recognize that I Am your daily bread, that I Am your food. First is the spiritual and then it becomes physical. It becomes the symbols of the world.

As your heart opens and your vibration soars, you will find your life coming more into accord with that which your heart knows as the truth. But, dearest ones, don’t stop there, and don’t be fooled into looking outside of yourself for that which brings you what you need.

Remember that it comes as Love. It comes from Me. The more that you feel and believe this, the more will manifest as a world of beauty, as Heaven on Earth. As you see your life change, and you feel Love urging you to take this action, or that one…please, go ahead. Act on the urgings of the Spirit of Love.

Listen when you hear My guidance. But always be sure to stop for a moment and to be aware from whence your blessings come. Connect to the vibration of Love. Re-establish the continuity, the flow, until every atom of your being remembers that I Am the Source and I Am Love and you are this very energy.

You are My heart. You are My Light, and this communion is the spiritual soil from which every symbol springs, every experience of your life. Especially when you feel powerfully guided to take action, to serve, to embrace a certain path, to imbibe a certain food that speaks to you of vibrant health, remember that it comes from this communion and is made manifest always through your heart.

The human perspective has always been to look outside of yourself and to believe that nourishment comes as food and abundance comes as money. But in the truth of the heart it is cleare that the Source is the Moment of Creation. It is the energy of life. It is the power of living Love that is then made manifest to reflect to you the space in which you live, the level of our communion, the blessings of your deep connection to the endless life I Am.

Beloved ones, we are making a shift in this world that means everything. It is the shift to Love. It is the awareness of God. It is the truth of the unity of one life breathing you and living in exuberance here and now.

It is from this place that the New World springs into being, the world that your heart is creating, the vision that has been before you for the whole of your life. It is the conviction within that peace can reign, that equality and abundance is for everyone and that Love is the only truth.

It is now time for these things to be actualized, to be made manifest, to be lived and rejoiced in. But the only way this can be done is if each of you, beloved ones, deeply remembers the Source. You must remember the flow, that all life is sourced through the heart from the glorious explosion of God I Am awakening as Love.

You are an integral part of this by re-establishing your true faith in the source of your life, in the feeling level of the heart and our communion and then, holding this as your truth until it is clear that the life that you live in the world is a result of your heart’s attunement.

Look to Me as your bread, your water, as the food by which you truly live and the abundance which supports you…even if at first it feels and seems impossible and flies in the face of everything you have experienced through the mind as your human expression. As you listen, as you pause, as you make the choice to remember to attune to the source of life, to remember first and foremost that it is this place of communion, this trust in our Love, this connection to the circle of life, of Love, of giving that then becomes your world in this moment that you take to remember -- before reaching for the food on your plate, before using that money for a purchase, before making your choices of what needs to be part of your life.

When you hold this vibration of trust in Me, when you look upward for your spiritual sustenance, it brings you into the vibration of the New World, the world that is truly Heaven, the world that is Love made manifest. In every area this is the truth, every area…in areas you have never even paused to consider.

In the area of Love relationships, of course…but in the areas that are seemingly sourced from outside of you such as the garden, the growing of food, the choices of what to eat…even the belief that you must take care of the body in certain ways…all of this I simply ask that you remember to take one moment and to pause, to open your heart, to re-establish the remembrance, the connection to the real flow of life and to send forth a prayer of gratitude that I Am your Source -- for example, that I Am your food, that I Am your energy, that I Am your warmth, your ability to take care of the circle of your life, of your environment.

All of this comes from within, bursting through the heart as the energies of Love, and the results of our communion are then made manifest in the symbols of the world and the life that you are living here.

In these times of powerful change, the greatest shift of all is this remembrance that you can look to Me for everything. The Love that you are sustains you.

The more deeply that you feel this and that you believe on the feeling level, on the level of resonance that life comes forth from Me…that you are fully created in limitless glory in the eternal Now Moment, that you can embrace this perfection, say “Yes” to it, say “Yes” to life in ways the mind cannot imagine…then, trust your heart to make manifest this Love, this life force, this joy in the experience of living, as every moment of your experience in the world.

As you connect to Me as the Source of everything, you are more easily freed from the consensual dream of life outside of you. This doesn’t mean there is no call to action or that you don’t need or want to eat food...although this can change.

It means that when you make the choice, there is a moment of remembrance before you move that re-establishes the actual flow of Real life, of its establishment as the beautiful expression of God you are, here and now. And then, once you feel this remembrance and once there is a song within your heart that knows you are perfectly supported, then make your move. Buy your food. Make your juice. Imbibe in the symbols of Creation as they show up as your world.

If, as yet, some of those symbols are imperfect and are still holding the resonance of duality, first allow the living Spirit to inform you of the gift of service in the experience you are living. Then, re-affirm this life and your connection to Me as the Source, your ability to be this explosion of Love.

Feel your heart as this magnificent sun that pulses forth the energies of God I Am which you live and name and make yours. Hold that feeling state of divine communion as you go forth, and through the heart, connect with everything -- establishing Real communication with the energies of Love that become your world as you keep looking upward and raising your vibration until that which you see is the truth of who you are.

So, beloved ones, at this moment it is like strata. The energies of the New World are high and clear. The energies of the old world are more muddied, confused. They are still tied to the old way of seeing things. Your work if you will is to keep holding to a world of Love that is sourced from God and flows forth through your heart to be made manifest as a world of life and health and abundance of body, of Love, of relationship, joy…abundance work, service, all of it.

It is first brought forth in you, manifested in the symbols of your changing world and then, honored, beloved ones, and this is so important … honored as the expression of the Love you are, embraced in communion by your heart and celebrated.

That you might now become a conscious participant in life is the goal. This now is the vision that resonates within you. Trusting this life, this Love I Am, as sufficient for your every need will bring to you your ability to live as the heart of God, open, available and infinitely free…right here, while expressing as a human being.

As your heart opens, the world changes. Relating to this world consciously is important. This means relating to your own heart, that you might stop and remember and honor life and all of its gifts, that Love may be made manifest as the world. The world of Love is brought forth right now through this moment of remembrance and communion, through seeing the Source within your heart and clinging to it, allowing Me to keep feeding you freedom.

In this time you are powerful creators. In this time your heart’s beliefs will be made manifest, consciously ameliorated by Love, as long as you acknowledge your heart and live from the inside outward.

Now I have said to you that everything you see is simply a veneer painted on the world of Love – the reflection of the heart’s beliefs in separation from your whole and perfect good. This is the truth and the circle does go both ways. You can make this connection with the truth of life, with the Source of Love by moving through the illusion, by taking what you see as the world and not believing it and using your heart to see the truth and to move right through the illusion. This brings you, beloved ones, to the same place.

But because we are healing duality, because it is time to end the belief in separation from Me, from Love, from the glory of the life you are, it is important to now recognize the Source within you and your open heart as the powerful conduit for releasing into the world the true activity of Love, vibrant, alive, full of joy. This will allow you to focus your world, to be the acknowledgement that the Love within you becomes the world you see and that I Am always supporting you.

I Am the fulfillment of your every need. The more that you feel this, the more amazing your life will be, with things that you need showing up in an instant in absolutely amazing ways.

So look to Me when you open your eyes in the morning before you think about what must be done for the day. Before you think about the weather or what you shall be wearing, return to your heart and bathe in Me until you remember that every good and all that you need is supplied, and through your heart, even the weather changes and abundance will seem to drop from the sky or show up in ways you can’t foresee.

Even in the simple things, remember that your life comes forth from Me. As the Moment of Creation births anew the wholeness of Love as the hologram, feel the resonance of this truth. Then step forth and let your day begin, and don’t be surprised at the way that Love comes before you and brings you new ways to celebrate this wholeness and to remember that I Am your supply and that your heart is the conduit for your world.

Thus what you are guided to do will be supported from the highest resonance and what you feel will be the communion of Love on every level, in every area of your life, until every breath is a celebration and acknowledgement and every moment is a prayer of gratitude when the New World shows up unimpeded and you live every moment through your heart.
