   Listen to the cosmic sound of Aum, a great hum of countless atoms, in the sensitive right side of your

   head.   This is the voice of God.     Feel the sound spreading through the brain.       Hear its continuous

   pounding roar.    Now hear and feel it surging into the spine, bursting open the doors of the heart.

   Feel it resounding through every tissue, every feeling, every cord of your nerves.  Every blood cell, every

   thought is dancing on the sea of roaring vibration.

   Observe the spreading volume of the cosmic sound.  It sweeps through the body and mind into the earth

   and the surrounding atmosphere.       You are moving with it, into the airless ether, and into millions of

   universes of matter.

   Meditate on the marching spread of the cosmic sound.  It has passed through the physical universes to the

   subtle shining veins of rays that hold all matter in manifestation.   

  The cosmic sound is commingling with millions of multicolored rays.  The cosmic sound has entered the

   realm of cosmic rays.  Listen to, behold, and feel the embrace of the cosmic sound and the eternal light.

   The cosmic sound now pierces through the heartfires of cosmic energy and they both melt within the

   ocean of cosmic consciousness and cosmic joy.   The body melts into the universe.  The universe melts

   into the soundless voice.   The sound melts into the all-shining light.   And the light enters the bosom

   of infinite joy.

Dear Ones,

Recently, a question was raised about the polarity aspects of the new Mer-Ki-Va light body system.

Specifically the point was raised that mathematically it has the same polarity as the previous system Archangel Metatron is clear that the new light body is based on the emergence of the Crystalline Grid. I would like to clarify that the new Mer-Ki-Vic system is primarily non polarized in the aspect of the push-pull attractivity of frequency, such as that of male -female components.

While it can be stated that the 12 and 20 stellated facets of the Platonic Solids contain an octahedron, that does not imply that an octahedron contains a polarized frequency. Polarity can in fact be defined in numerous ways one of which is vertice/axial labeling, others in terms of attractivity and separation of frequencial opposites.

In fact in my geological, gemological and engineering studies, I am very aware that geometric octahedrons can and do occur in nature in non -polarized states in molecular crystalline structures . Simply calling the points of an octahedron a north and south pole does not impart polarity in the sense of push-pull attractivity. Case in point is the structure of the fluorine molecule, a non polar octahedron.

Molecules in nature are both octahedral and non-polar when all six substituents are the same, so we have a case in point of non polarity in electro-chemical states, and it is frequency of push-pull attraction that we speak.

It is rather the same as labeling the end points of a line as poles. Again, that is classical mathematical syntax , and a fair challenge, but it is not polar frequency, and in terms of the metaphysical topic of 'light body' simply cannot be proven in mathematics or science.

The challenge stated that the Mer-Ki-Va had the same polarity as the 'old' Mer-Ka-Bah, and that that could be proven. I disagree that anyone can mathematically or scientifically prove or disprove polarity of light bodies.

The interpretation of geometries and mechanics of light bodies is quite subjective, and can neither truly be proven or disproven in 3rd dimensional science, any more than other metaphysicical 'axioms'. From that perspective, such concepts are based in theory. But I do, from my heart, feel that the new system Mer-Ki-Va Tri System is the evolved light body, as taught by Metatron.

The new light body is non-gendered and indeed, Metatron tells us that in higher dimension currents exists that are non polarized . He goes further to say that each dimension contains a unique perspective of geometry and physics, some of which in higher realms are paradoxical, in that the geometry is formless!

Archangel Metatron has always stated in his channels that discernment is key . I state in all of my writings and seminars that if what I teach does not resonate with the individual, then they should not accept it.

I wish to emphasize

1) I fully believe that each person has to seek their own inner guidance with no need for an outside "guru". It is imperative that we seek our own inner guidance and follow it . And then we stand in our truth and walk our talk. Metatron, as those of you who have followed our work are aware, has emphasized this very point in many of our channels.
2) I do believe the crystalline energy is the new energy of the earth, and we are shifting away from the duality -physical polarity aspect in the movement into the Crystalline Field. I have and do channel that the Mer-Ki-Va is a Crystalline Light Body that is non gendered, and operates in a much faster frequency than the Mer-Ka-Bah that existed within the electro-magnetic grid phase of the planet. This is the context of my use of the term polarity. The duality field in the 3rd dimension is a polarity, duality dimension.
3) Octahedrons can indeed exist in electro-non polarity, and the octahedronal aspects within the geometries of the Crystalline light body are non polar in that context.

In terms of the polar and rotational differences in the star tetrahedron: I will add very briefly that I reviewed these comprehensively with Ronna Herman, and she was in full agreement with the rotational mechanisms as I have described them for the Mer-Ki-Va. She confirmed this with Archangel Michael.

Ronna believes and has written in her books that the previous format of the Mer-Ka-Bah is a descending light body. She agrees that the Crystalline Mer-Ki-Va, as we have channeled and taught is the transformation mechanism of the 'New Earth'. But we both whole heartedly respect the opinions of those who may see it differently.

Metatron tells us in channel that in laws of physics change in higher dimension, and that within higher dimensions, there is a classification of geometry that would seem paradoxical to us, in that it is formless.

I would never put myself on an exalted throne to say that my interpretations are the one truth and only truth, I honor the integrity of those who teach a different format, and it is imperative that spiritual leaders deal with differences of theory in integrity and mutual respect.

Metatron says that crystalline Mer-Ka-Na can be achieved thru focal intent without any mathematical dogma, although the lighter crystalline model does offer a 'logical' assistance. The shift into crystalline matrix is being channeled by many other than Metatron. So I invite all to review my work and decide for themselves.

While academic differences will always occur, the earmark of spiritual leadership is dealing with them in open heart, without descending into attack, or discrediting through negative innuendo.
I recall that a decade or so ago, a very prominent and established metaphysical teacher and author attacked Lee Carol, and said that Kryon was evil. The integrity in which Lee handled that issue is a credit to his integrity and a mark of the beautiful soul that he is.

I hope to follow Lee's model, and that of Ronna Herman. Ronna is a source of impeccable integrity of the balanced male-female energies. She is and has been a great role model in my life, and I sincerely appreciate her continued support and love.

We have several classes of the 'Metatronic Keys' course with hundreds of participants and all have reported very positive excellent experiences, virtually all stating this new format of crystalline Mer-Ki-Va is wonderful. Truly the polarity and rotation aspects of what we teach are only a portion of the process. We focus on auric maintenance and multidimensional clearing.

The topic of channeling has always been a fascinating topic. Metatron is clear that it is our inner guidance that is our key. The point has been raised that it is better to seek ones own channel and not have channeling from the Ascended Masters or Angelic Realm as the goal. I agree with this. Many who claim to channel Archangels and Masters are not. But it is for each individual to discern what resonates in Truth. Metatron has stated that until an individual is channeling through the tiers of their 'Divine Self' there is no possibility of channeling Angelic Beings.

Edgar Cayce was one of the most prolific and accurate channels of the past century. His body of work stands alone in its breadth and integrity. He never allowed celebrity or ego to invade his aura. He was a man of great humility and love. In his readings, he was clear that he was channeling his higher self.

I assure you I strive with my full Beingness to be about love, humility and unity consciousness. I do not believe anyone has exclusive access to any of the Angelic realm or Ascended Masters. That wisdom is available to each and every person who seek in pure heart. I invite one and all to review our website, and decide for themselves.

Welcome dear ones, we come to communicate with YOU at a time when the new energies are
now increasing and pulling to the surface of YOUr very BEing that which has been stored
within YOU for lifetimes. It is now time to allow these to rise to the surface and to allow the
deep healing to begin. Healing begins by allowing the emotions an outlet and we guide for all
to stay with the emotions that will begin to arise. Holding on will cause more pain and trauma
as that which has been stored no longer serves in the new energies and the new world that is
being created before YOUr very eyes.
The new world that is being dreamed into creation comes from a place of deep love and that is
accessed through the heart. We guide for all to allow the deep clearing of the heart. Allow all
that YOU have experienced to go for YOU have allowed the experience to talk to YOU, have
learned the lessons and now must allow the experience to dissolve. For the use of the human
heart was never allowed to be shown to YOU under the old energies. It was kept from YOU
and hidden in clear view. Much will unfold across the planet and many will step back in
astonishment as that which has always been here and in full view is now able to be viewed
and heard. For we guide now on the noises that are being heard across the planet and we
guide for ALL to go within to anchor these new energies and what the energies are now
communicating to YOU. For each one of YOU is a vibration, as the new unfolds and begins
the deep clearing process within each one of YOU then YOUr vision will clear and YOUr
hearing will begin to hone itself to new sounds, new vibrations and new communications.
We guide in relation to the unfolding of the dream and we guide in relation to what YOU
populate the dream with, we draw YOUr attention to the thought process that YOU engage
with and guide once more that YOUr thoughts create YOUr reality. Many are now realising this
and actively working with the old energetic programmes that are still running within and
dissolving them. Many more are still in the old energies believing that all is outwith their reach

through YOUr dreams YOU may begin to create that which YOU do not wish to create. Energy
follows thought dear ones. We guide for all to go within and to find an anchor the peace that is

emotions will show YOU that which needs to be cleared. By becoming the observer YOU are
able to see the old energetic programmes that have been stored within. Allowing them to

We cannot highlight strongly enough the need to dream and to dream clearly. For the
dreaming of the human race is changing the world and that world is now being dreamed into
creation. Once more we guide that dreaming is not all conscious, if you are allowing the
emotions to be hoarded within and they are emotions from other lifetimes then YOU may be
dreaming a dream that is now outdated, one that YOU have already learned from but which
will taint the new dream for it is not healed.
We are with each one of YOU holding the space for YOU to see that the path that is
illuminating in front of YOU, whether YOU are able to see this path is down to the filters that
are being used by YOU. For all is filtered in different directions and in different ways across the
planet. We wish to guide more clearly on what we mean by filters. The teachings that YOU
have been taught since YOU took YOUr first breathe on this planet are the filters that YOU
have been using to create the life experience that YOU are having. Each one of YOU uses
different filters according to need and we guide for YOU to look at these filters or teachings.
Do YOU view the world the way that YOU do because YOU were taught to by those around
YOU? Do you hold the views that YOU do because of the society that YOU were born into?
All of these questions should be asked and the answers listened to. For the answers are YOUr
guide to where YOU go next. For if the answer to the question is yes then YOU are viewing
YOUr dream through the eyes of another. It is not possible to dream the dream for another for
only YOU can dream the dream that is in YOUr heart. Only YOU have that dream for only
YOU are experiencing this life experience as YOU. Do YOU understand our analogy? Do YOU
understand our words?
The teachings of illusion taught YOU to align YOUrself with those who had similar beliefs and
many did this without question, a sense of safety being the reward for doing this. This sense
of safety is distorted for even within that sense of “belonging” there is a difference, for each
human BEing is unique in the way that they absorb and process the information coming to
them about the world they create around them. We guide YOU to be discerning and to
question that which YOU do not understand by going within and asking to the heart. For all the
answers to this YOUr human life experience are contained within, they are not found without
and many are now falling into deep confusion and frustration around this. Where there is
argument about right and wrong there is illusion for one human may perceive a right as a
wrong and vice versa.
We guide YOU to look at YOUr uniqueness and we guide YOU to look at those around YOU
and to stop comparing YOUrself. Under the old energies those who stood apart and took a
stance were instantly rejected and that served to control and contain many across the planet.
The new energies support and nurture, they are here to help YOU stand as YOU, there is a
difference in making a stand and standing as YOU, can YOU FEEL it? For when YOU stand
as YOU the universe clearly sees YOU and hears YOU. Many are trying to manifest and to
create whilst hiding within the confines of the old energies. The universe will not be able to see
YOU if YOU are not visible. How do YOU become visible? YOU issue a clear and audible note,
that is within YOUr energy signature. When YOU are YOU, when YOU can FEEL safe and
secure then YOU have found YOUr note and can then sing the song that is YOU to the
universe and the universe will respond.
Many are now confusing the song that is them and the note that is them. Many are trying to
connect to the universe with the same note and this is not possible dear ones, for each one of
YOU is a different UNIQUE note, do not try to sound like those around YOU in YOUr song for
each human alive has a unique note and a unique song to sing. It is not a matter of those who
sing loudest, do not fall into this distortion for the note is heard across the universe as long as
it is clear. Are YOU clear?
Many are still following the rules of the old energies in relation to logic and we guide for YOU to
realise that logic holds no place in a new world based on emotion. For the mind cannot
process emotion that is the role of the heart. When YOU are in YOUr mind YOU cannot create
for the emotions needed to create, to dream, are not processed by the heart, for the mind will
take YOU out of the heart at all times. It will create and invent scenarios that take YOU away
from YOU if YOU allow it. Many are now trying to work out what has happened without
checking within to see how it FEELS. How do YOU FEEL as the new unfolds?
For those who are boarding boats and sailing across the oceans of grief we send much love to
YOU for many are now FEELing the old dissolve and stepping into the boats to discover where
the boat will sail to. The ocean of grief was always taught to YOU through the old energies as
a boat never to be set sail with and the ocean was always to be ignored. The ocean of grief is
a process that a human goes through to understand that none ever leave. All that happens is
the veils of illusion are wrapped tightly around the heart. We guide that all realms are now
stepping forward and many humans are now able to FEEL them. It may be disconcerting to
FEEL an energy signature and not be able to decipher it but once more we guide that YOU did
not have to believe in the realms for them to connect to YOU. More and more will step forward
and welcome YOU home and we guide for YOU to clear and shield YOUr energy systems at
all times. We do not guide this to allow the fear that is the residue to take hold once more, we
guide for YOU to do this so that any communication is clearer. For the debris that YOU hold
within YOUr energy signature may make the communication unclear which then leads many to
more frustration. Frustration and confusion will lower an energy signature and not heighten it.
Guarding YOUr energy signature should become second nature, we guide that we are aware
of many humans who are now in fear of energies stepping forward and we wish to guide
further on this. To walk the planet earth with an energy signature that is open and welcoming
to all energies is not the way to work with the new. The old energies worked at containment
and we guide the new is about expansion and growth. The realms that are around YOU can
only communicate with YOU if you allow it for all are born with free will. If an energy has
stepped forward and YOU are not sure of its source then we guide strongly for YOU to hold the
intention to let only those of the LIGHT to step forward. Many may trigger at our words but we
are here to guide and support and it would be remiss of us not to show YOU what is in plain
view.
The custom on planet earth is to allow an energy to come forward and communicate only if
agreed by the human approached and those energies must respect that. The realms that are
around YOU all adhere to the rules of the universe and those rules state that planetary
customs must be adhered to at all times. Many humans find various energies stepping forward
not realising that the power that is within them is that within them. Not stating the boundaries
and not stating who is welcome and who is not will be interpreted by many energies as okay.
Do YOU fully understand where we guide dear ones? For those of a darker energy, those who
are now leaving the planet will not ask, they will assume, if YOU have not put in a boundary
then expect the communication to go ahead for YOU have not clearly stated it should not. We
guide this to reassure YOU and not place FEAR where there should be none.
As the realms have been hidden in plain view across the planet it makes sense for these
formalities to be stated. For whilst YOU could not connect to the energies then there would be
little problem. Now the energies heighten and many more humans will be able to reach an
energy vibration that will resonate with different realms. For the most part the energies that
step forward should be of the LIGHT, however depending on YOUr soul path, YOUr belief
system and the thoughts that YOU allow to be processed by YOU then this may see other
energies step forward. Many humans are recoiling and not simply stating the boundaries.
We repeat once more for clarity, the custom on planet earth is for an energy to be welcomed
before communication is established. An energy will make its presence known to the human
and the human will always have a choice whether to communicate or not. If the choice is yes
then that is established. If the choice is no then that is adhered to. However the human in
question must have established within their energy signature the rules they wish to be adhered
to. We guide ALL humans who are of a vibration that resonates to a level that energies are
now stepping forward to be aware of these galactic rules and to put them in place.
Clarity of intention is uppermost in all energetic communications and we guide for YOU to be in
the heart space at all times. YOUr mind may be confused and frustrated but YOUr heart will
give a clear signal to YOU if YOU are in TRUTH or not.
We wish to step back now but realise that our words may trigger and further guidance may be
needed. Please ask us directly if YOU wish further clarification and we will step forward. All
that is needed is the intention to work with only BEings of LIGHT at all times. BE of the LIGHT
dear ones for YOU are light. It is simple, but it is often overlooked. There is much that has not
been explained about the planet and how it works in relation to the stars and the greater
universes. More human channels will give more information in due course, for many are now
being contacted by the realms and asked to help guide the planet earth as all humans now
move into the new energies. Once more we state that YOU have free will. Many humans who
are approached to channel are still not in TRUTH for they have not cleared their traumas and
pain and are not able to state the words to the world. We send them much love as the time for
embracing TRUTH and the time for coming together as a race and supporting one another is
now.
We guide that we are here with YOU, many still look to the skies but we guide we have never
left. ALL realms are with YOU at all times, as the memories come back they will step forward.
We guide the new is here to be anchored and worked with, to hold onto the old energies sees
YOU dream the old dream. We ask humbly that YOU dream the new dream and anchor this
for ALL on planet earth.

So, here we are in the year 2012, and already half way through the first month of January! What an exciting year it was in 2011, and we have so much to look forward to in 2012!

For me, 2011 was a very busy year in terms of my work and travels, and for the Planet as well, much changed in 2011. In Higher Dimensional terms, the Earth was brought into its final "alignment path" for the great Transformation of 2012. Looking back, this began on the December Solstice of 2010 when the Earth ascended into the Fifth Dimension and was firmly connected to her New Earth timeline. Then, in August of 2011, around the time of the Lion's Gate in August, the Rainbow Bridge was opened up once again and the Earth began to access the Sixth and Seventh Dimensions of Light and Higher Consciousness. This means that those of us who are taking the Conscious Journey with the Earth are able to access the Dimensions of Archetype, Magic and Master energies in our Co-Creation work on the Planet. These High Frequency energies are not easy to anchor and embody initially, but as we become used to the new frequencies, we find that life takes on a Magical and Joyful energy that many of us have not felt since we were children! Indeed, the New Earth is Rising in our Consciousness and manifesting on the Earth!

In August of 2011 I was in Scandinavia, and I was privileged to be present with Archangel Michael when the Rainbow Bridge touched down on the Earth in the region of the Arctic Circle in northern Finland and Norway. Working together with Family of Light, we were able to access the Magic and the Beauty of Fairyland that still exists in the wilder spaces of Lapland. There also, in the Fjords of Norway, we were able to re-connect with the energies of the Sixth Dimension as the Rainbow Bridge anchored. It has since anchored in many places on the Planet, including Hawaii and Glastonbury and New York City!

I would like to share with you some beautiful images that were taken while I was in Norway and Finland. This is Porsanger Fjord, where we connected with the Fairies and the Elves, and the Trolls, and worked with the Spirit of the Reindeer and the Whales. It was a perfect, calm and magical day, hard to believe that this is the Arctic circle in Northen Norway:

This next image was taken in Finland near Ivalo, at the end of the work together, and to me it is a special blessing. It is a white Female Reindeer who was grazing in the forest with her young calf. White Reindeer are very rare, and this one seemed like a blessing from the Spirit Realm, from the Archetypal Realm of the Reindeer, who are the Keepers of the Energy of Abundance at the base of the Rainbow Bridge in Lapland. The indigenous Sami people know this, and to them the Reindeer are the symbol of Wealth and Abundance.

After this wonderful opening, it was on to the 11/11/11, where the Earth made her final adjustments for the Journey through the "birth canal" of 2012. Yes, the Earth is aligned, everything is on track for the most wonderful "birthing"of the New Earth and the New Cosmic Reality at the end of the year. What will that mean? Simply that all that we have worked for in the last years is in the process of manifesting into Reality. Those of us who have done the work and allowed the changes as the "first wave" are feeling the incredible Joy and Abundance that is entering our lives as we align with the Flow of Divine Creative Intelligence that pours through from the Higher Dimensions of Light.

I don't know where you were at the 11/11/1...I hope it was somewhere wonderful! For me, I was in New York City, and yes it was Wonderful! We started the day with an 11/11/11 Ceremony in Central Park. Here is an image from that blessed ceremony:

Once again, surrounded by Family of Light and helping to anchor the energies on the Earth in the center of this wonderful City. In the course of 2012, Archangel Michael will be working with the "Golden Cities Initiation". Our Cities are part of our World and our Reality, and they will be brought into the New Earth and their energy will be upgraded and aligned with the New Earth frequencies. The work for New York City began in 2011 at the 11/11/11, when many people came together to lift frequency in New York City and open to the energies of the 11/11/11 portal and the Rainbow Bridge. And, I will be grateful and privileged to be there in December 2012 as New York passes through the "Birth Canal" and becomes a "Golden City" under the mentorship of Archangel Michael.

After the 11/11/11 ceremony in Central Park, it was on to the United Nations Headquarters Building, where I gave a talk and channeled Archangel Michael to a group of people at the invitation of the Society for Enlightenment and Transformation. My Topic.....the Planet after the End of War and the work of the United Nations in this New Earth. It was well received! Then on to an evening 11/11/11 ceremony at the Meta Center in New York and then a wonderful after party at the Alignment Center to celebrate the new energies that went on until 2 in the morning! The up early for weekend seminars to anchor the 5th and 6th Dimensions in New York City! Yes....it was awesome!

So...looking forward...what can we expect from this year? I think that the three most significant events will be the Venus Transit on the 5 June 2012, the Lions's Gate between the 26th July and 12th of August when the 8th and 9th Dimensions will be anchored on the Earth, and the 12/12/12 and the 21/12/12, when the Earth passes through the "Birth Canal" and is rebirthed finally as the Multi-Dimensional Golden New Earth!

So, fist the Venus Transit. You may remember that Venus Transits occur every 120 years, and that they occur in pairs. Our first Venus Transit was in 2004, on the 8th of June to be precise. I remember that because my birthday is the 8th of December, and it was exactly opposite on my natal chart. The "Twin" transit will be on the 5th of June this year. There are many reasons why a Venus transit is significant, but for me the energy of Venus, the Morning Star, is the energy of Love and Relationship. With the first Venus Transit, the energy of the Twin Flame relationship was anchored and reactivated as we moved into the New Earth energy. Now, with this second Transit, the Light Codes for a new kind of partnership energy are being anchored for the New Earth. This is what Archangel Michael calls the "Divine Sovereign Partnership", a relationship in which each person is Sovereign and Balanced within themselves and is then able to come into a Sacred Partnership with another Balanced and Sovereign person. In such Unions, there is Balance, Love, Respect and Support. There may be a blending of Soul energy at times, as in a Twin Flame Union, but essentially each partner remains Sovereign. This allows for "flow" in the partnership, for times of blending and closeness, and for times of unique and individual experience. Archangel Michael says that this will be the form of Relationship that will be offered to those who seek Divine Sacred Relationship in the New Earth.

So, in this year, you may find that you will end partnerships in order to "upgrade" your energies and enter into new kinds of Sacred Union. You may find that you are attracting new partners, or different kinds of partners, or you may find that a relationship that seemed solid will suddenly end. These are all possible side effects of the powerful anchoring of energies that will occur in this year and that will be especially felt around the time of the Venus Transit at the beginning of June.

The Lion's Gate occurs when the Sun moves into Leo, and it also marks the end of one "planetary" cycle or year and the beginning of another. At this time, the "Light Codes" for the Planet are upgraded and new codes for the next year's evolution and change start to come through. The "plan" for this coming cycle is to upgrade the Earth to Full Multi-Dimensional status by anchoring and activating the 8th and 9th Dimensions, and initiating the "Council of EarthKeepers",who will be responsible for the Evolution of the New Earth and the Manifestation of the Age of Peace. The Council will be drawn from those who are Elders and EarthKeepers, and they will offer their Wisdom in the Service of Humanity and for the Highest Good of All. Initially, those called and chosen to this Council will work on the Inner and Higher Planes, but this Council will also manifest on the outer levels at some time in the Future.

We can expect that as these high frequency energies are anchored, there may be some turbulence on the material level as well, for these great changes on the inner levels must produce corresponding changes on the manifest level as well!

Then, at the 11/11 the final checks will be run as the Earth makes its approach to the "Birth Canal". This is what Archangel Michael calls the period between the 12/12/12 and the Solstice at 21/12/12. In this period of 9 days, the Earth will be Rebirthing and will emerge in its Holographic and Light Body form fully as the New Earth. From this moment, the Transformations will be irrevocable and the New Earth will manifest very rapidly.

Everything that has been dreamed and desired that is in line with the Holographic Blueprint for the New Earth will begin to manifest in 2013! Everything that is not will crumble very rapidly, for after 2012 there will be absolutely no holographic "grid" to hold or maintain anything that is not in full alignment with the Earth's New Purpose!

And...also your New Purpose! In this year and in 2013, everyone will be completing their purpose for the Transformation and entering into their New Earth purpose. You may feel suddenly that you are now finished and complete with many things and that it is time to"move on". This may be sad, as you let go of cherished projects whose time has completed, or it may be joyful as you move forward into new Dreams and Adventures. Whatever it may be, you can be sure that you have the skills and abilities to manifest all that your Heart desires and to Live a Life of Joy, Peace and Harmony in the New Earth!

Dearest Ones, this channel comes to you after requests from Lightworkers to understand the nature of the energy right now, and why you are finding it so difficult to cope with life. Nothing seems to work anymore. You feel unsupported and abandoned in many cases. You are exhausted and anxious, and you feel as though you cannot go on any more.

Well, this is quite true. You cannot go on any more living in a way that is primarily third-dimensional. The Earth has made her transition and is now firmly anchored in the Fifth Dimension. And yet most of you continue with your third-dimensional lives as though nothing had happened.

We know that most of you are expecting that you will wake up one day and see and feel the changes. But no, part of your role as lightworkers is that you will create the changes yourselves. It is up to you to start living the truth and the reality of the Fifth Dimension.

Maintaining the illusion of the Third Dimension is what is causing the stress and exhaustion among you. The shaky and disintegrating structures of the former Third Dimension are no longer enough to hold your lives together. Money and economics no longer support your lives as they once did. Relationships no longer provide the security and support and safety that they once did. Your physical bodies are tired and feel as though they can no longer keep doing this. And we would say to you, yes indeed, it is time to let go and fully embrace your new reality.

But what is even more exhausting for many of you as lightworkers, is the constant swing between dimensional realities. You live your new reality, and yet you are constantly being pulled into the old reality frame that is being lived out by those around you. The constant shift of frames and perspectives is another contributing factor to your exhaustion, anxiety, and feeling of being unsupported.

Dearest Ones, we realize that most of you are a little bewildered about your new reality, and wish that you had some kind of “instruction manual” to help you along. Well, we will offer some guidelines here, but primarily we ask that you be understanding of how unstable and erratic your reality is at present. People are confused and uncertain.

Those who are not conscious of the ascension process have no explanation for what is happening in their lives, and are feeling the most stress and anxiety because they see only the evidence of disintegration and chaos. They are becoming increasingly confused and unhappy. But understand that as they feel these emotions, they are coming increasingly closer to “waking up” and understanding what is real, and to begin to create the new reality with you.

Here we would offer to you an understanding of Fifth Dimensional reality very briefly. The most important difference between Third and Fifth Dimensional reality is a change in the nature of Time and Space and how they are perceived by you. Time and Space were fixed realities in the Third Dimension. In the Fifth Dimension they are fluid and are understood to be largely illusionary.

Time in the Fifth Dimension is perceived as the Eternal NOW or present. The cycles of day and night are understood to be mechanical markers of cycles of being, but have no real effect or power over the creative potential of the Now moment. This means that what you feel and experience in the present moment is the only essentially important experience. The past and the future have no relevance as such. What you create and experience in this moment is who and what you are and what you will be, unless you shift your intention.

Once you understand this principle fully, you will understand how to cope with your sense that there is never enough time to accomplish what you need to do. Focus on the present moment, experience it fully in its immediacy, and you will find that time will stretch for you into an eternity. Yes it sounds magical, but the Fifth Dimension is a magical place! And know that what you focus your attention on will become increasingly powerful and will manifest in your life, as you become increasingly aware of your power as creators within the Fifth
Dimension.

The same is true for space. You will increasingly see that space and distance are only illusions of the material plane. You are always and immediately connected to others who are your soul and heart family, no matter where they may be on the planet. The Internet has taught you in a physical way how the illusion of space can be bridged. You will soon understand that within yourselves you have the ability to maintain these links telepathically with those to whom you are connected.

And after this understanding will come the understanding that every human is always connected to every other human on the energetic level, and that what you call a “planet” is no more than a great co-creation of all the beings on that planet, including the animals and the non-sentient beings. In fact a planet is really a great creative “node” where many creator “gods” work together to produce a “consensus” reality. Once you understand this fully, you will begin to understand how to utilize the Paradise Matrix that has been set up in order to co-create the Paradise of the Fifth Dimension that was your original plan for the planet.

Once you understand these principles, you can move forward into the Adventure of the Unfolding of the Creative Now Moment! Understand that your reality will seem to move quicker because your vibration is now higher. Events will unfold rapidly. Things will change rapidly. You will need to be fluid and flexible and open to rapid changes. You will have to have absolute trust that your Higher Aspect in tandem with Spirit knows what you need and where to take you, and that you can follow this unfolding with confidence and trust.

And finally, you will need to be in touch with your Creative Passion! It is the only thing that will move you forward at this time. Otherwise you will stagnate. In the Fifth Dimension you are no longer moved forward along the “tracks” of career and work that once supported you. Now it is the energy and movement of your creative passion that will take you forward. Are you willing to let go of the old structures and move into the flow of new creations and new realities? The extent to which you hold on to old structures will be an exact correlation to the extent of the anxiety and stress that you will feel. It is only when you connect with the flow of Creative Passion that you will move forward in your own Creative Unfolding. And this is the true essence of the Multi-Dimensional experience of Who You Are that is the gift of your New Fifth-Dimensional Planet.

From the ancient Lemurian texts known as the Hamagda, the foreseen challenges of societal destructuring in 2012 are described as a cyclical and foreseeable cosmic sequence.

The cosmic movement resembles a massive tube torus, or doughnut shape, that turns upon itself. The Ancients called this the in-breath and out-breath of God. Unresolved trauma is held in the gaps between breaths; the clearing technique of rebirthing is designed to clear this.

A ‘2012 phenomenon’ occurs when the Earth folds over the outer or inner edge of the tube torus of space and comes face to face with all unresolved issues. These consist of events that have not yet yielded their insights, creating karma.

With the multiple cataclysmic events that have taken place (according to the records these happened 1 million years ago, 800,00 and 75,000 years ago and 9, 564 B.C.), the souls on Earth have not been able to recover from the shock. Racial memory has kept in place the deep-seated and unresolved pain about Earth seemingly not being a safe home.

When experiences do not yield their insights, they beg for resolution by repeating themselves. This possibility looms in 2012. Although these doomsday prophecies could be seen as heralding cataclysmic events to come, there is a passage that offers great hope and an unexpected solution.

The Lemurian Text of Hamagda (excerpt)

“Savavech mishpata surech anas hirustat. Vilesklatvi burach sarunat hilesta. Skrivava miseret bravachbi usanat selhetvi kla-uva.”

(Translation) From the few it shall begin. These shall bring great change. The many shall move out of harm’s way.

“Savahuch subrit aleskla hunavit serevasvi. Misuvach eleskla huba-vich selvesvi arunat. Stahubavil nusereret mishekle avach vavi hurestatvi.”

Only in this reality are opposites found. Polarity inevitably brings adversity. A few shall live where opposites merge and are no more.

The oneness comes to the surrendered life. It brings the rapture of extreme awareness. This reality averts disasters.

A New Reality

The passages (above) explain that this high form of consciousness, recognizable by its rapture and feeling of being in love with life, will create a new reality. It begins with just a few, but rapidly spreads through humanity, changing the prophetic predictions for 2012.

The new reality will be recognizable by an individual experiencing the following indications:

• The light becomes more golden.
• A deep, contented rapture is felt throughout the day.
• There is wakefulness when sleeping and when awake, life has a dream-like feel to it.
• An intense love affair with life develops and all experiences seem extremely intense.
• Life is seen through a poetic perspective.
• Senses are heightened.
• Miracles become more commonplace
• Timelessness is experienced, as space and time lose their grip.
• Absent loved ones are heard and experienced as though present.
• Intense sensory perception is simultaneously felt with witness consciousness.
• Although sounds are heard, there is a silence that permeates the body, drowning out noise.
• Bodily functions such as eating, drinking and elimination, slow down considerably.
• The body can be reshaped and regains youthfulness as it loses the density that has been kept in place by the tension of opposites.

This state that is the destiny of man can be achieved by surrendering to the flow of life through the day, by living life as a poetic work of art. Furthermore, it is achieved by uncovering and loving the Infinite and by seeing it within its creations.

Several little pauses during the day to connect with the Infinite through love, praise and gratitude helps our actions to become gifts of devotion and assist in maintaining a deep, appreciative awareness of the divinity of life. The time for this transition is now.

This is the 1944 prophecy of Peter Deunov regarding the end of our civilization and the beginning of the Golden Age on Earth.

Our solar system is now traversing a region of the Cosmos where a constellation that was destroyed left its mark, its dust. This crossing of a contaminated space is a source of poisoning, not only for the inhabitants of the earth, but for all the inhabitants of the other planets of our galaxy. Only the suns are not affected by the influence of this hostile environment. This region is called "the thirteenth zone"; one also calls it "the zone of contradictions". Our planet was enclosed in this region for thousands of years, but finally we are approaching the exit of this space of darkness and we are on the point of attaining a more spiritual region, where more evolved beings live.

The earth is now following an ascending movement and everyone should force themselves to harmonize with the currents of the ascension. Those who refuse to subjugate themselves to this orientation will lose the advantage of good conditions that are offered in the future to elevate themselves. The earth, the solar system, the universe, all are being put in a new direction under the impulsion of Love. Most of you still consider Love as a derisory force, but in reality, it is the greatest of all forces! Money and power continue to be venerated as if the course of your life depended upon it. In the future, all will be subjugated to Love and all will serve it. But it is through suffering and difficulties that the consciousness of man will be awakened.

The terrible predictions of the prophet Daniel written in the bible relate to the epoch that is opening. There will be floods, hurricanes, gigantic fires and earthquakes that will sweep away everything. Blood will flow in abundance. There will be revolutions; terrible explosions will resound in numerous regions of the earth. There where there is earth, water will come, and there where there is water, earth will come. God is Love; yet we are dealing here with a chastisement, a reply by Nature against the crimes perpetrated by man since the night of time against his Mother; the Earth.

After these sufferings, those that will be saved, the elite, will know the Golden Age, harmony and unlimited beauty. Thus keep your peace and your faith when the time comes for suffering and terror, because it is written that not a hair will fall from the head of the just. Don't be discouraged, simply follow your work of personal perfection.

You have no idea of the grandiose future that awaits you. A New Earth will soon see day. In a few decades the work will be less exacting, and each one will have the time to consecrate spiritual, intellectual and artistic activities. The question of rapport between man and woman will be finally resolved in harmony; each one having the possibility of following their aspirations. The relations of couples will be founded on reciprocal respect and esteem. Humans will voyage through the different planes of space and breakthrough intergalactic space. They will study their functioning and will rapidly be able to know the Divine World, to fusion with the Head of the Universe.

The New Era is that of the sixth race. Your predestination is to prepare yourself for it, to welcome it and to live it. The sixth race will build itself around the idea of Fraternity. There will be no more conflicts of personal interests; the single aspiration of each one will be to conform himself to the Law of Love. The sixth race will be that of Love. A new continent will be formed for it. It will emerge from the Pacific, so that the Most High can finally establish His place on this planet.

The founders of this new civilization, I call them "Brothers of Humanity" or also "Children of Love" They will be unshakeable for the good and they will represent a new type of men. Men will form a family, as a large body, and each people will represent an organ in this body. In the new race, Love will manifest in such a perfect manner, that today's man can only have a very vague idea.

The earth will remain a terrain favourable to struggle, but the forces of darkness will retreat and the earth will be liberated from them. Humans seeing that there is no other path will engage themselves to the path of the New Life, that of salvation. In their senseless pride, some will, to the end hope to continue on earth a life that the Divine Order condemns, but each one will finish by understanding that the direction of the world doesn't belong to them.

A new culture will see the light of day, it will rest on three principal foundations: the elevation of woman, the elevation of the meek and humble, and the protection of the rights of man.

The light, the good, and justice will triumph; it is just a question of time. The religions should be purified. Each contains a particle of the Teaching of the Masters of Light, but obscured by the incessant supply of human deviation. All the believers will have to unite and to put themselves in agreement with one principal, that of placing Love as the base of all belief, whatever it may be. Love and Fraternity that is the common base!
The earth will soon be swept by extraordinary rapid waves of Cosmic Electricity. A few decades from now beings who are bad and lead others astray will not be able to support their intensity. They will thus be absorbed by Cosmic Fire that will consume the bad that they possess. Then they will repent because it is written that "each flesh shall glorify God".

Our mother, the earth, will get rid of men that don't accept the New Life. She will reject them like damaged fruit. They will soon not be able to reincarnate on this planet; criminals included. Only those that possess Love in them will remain.

There is not any place on earth that is not dirtied with human or animal blood; she must therefore submit to a purification. And it is for this that certain continents will be immersed while others will surface.Men do not suspect to what dangers they are menaced by. They continue to pursue futile objectives and to seek pleasure. On the contrary those of the sixth race will be conscious of the dignity of their role and respectful of each one's liberty. They will nourish themselves exclusively from products of the vegetal realm. Their ideas will have the power to circulate freely as the air and light of our days.

The words "If you are not born again." apply to the sixth race. Read Chapter 60 of Isaiah it relates to the coming of the sixth race the Race of Love.

After the Tribulations, men will cease to sin and will find again the path of virtue. The climate of our planet will be moderated everywhere and brutal variations will no longer exist. The air will once again become pure, the same for water. The parasites will disappear. Men will remember their previous incarnations and they will feel the pleasure of noticing that they are finally liberated from their previous condition.

In the same manner that one gets rid of the parasites and dead leaves on the vine, so act the evolved Beings to prepare men to serve the God of Love. They give to them good conditions to grow and to develop themselves, and to those that want to listen to them, they say: "Do not be afraid! Still a little more time and everything will be all right; you are on the good path. May he that wants to enter in the New Culture study, consciously work and prepare."

Thanks to the idea of Fraternity, the earth will become a blessed place, and that will not wait. But before, great sufferings will be sent to awaken the consciousness. Sins accumulated for thousands of years must be redeemed. The ardent wave emanating from On High will contribute in liquidating the karma of peoples.
The liberation can no longer be postponed. Humanity must prepare itself for great trials that are inescapable and are coming to bring an end to egoism.

Under the earth, something extraordinary is preparing itself. A revolution that is grandiose and completely inconceivable will manifest itself soon in nature. God has decided to redress the earth, and He will do it!

Greetings Masters, I am Metatron, Lord of Light, and I encircle each of you in a field of Unconditional Love.

Beloved, it is 2012, and much awaits you. For this heralded time has been a clarion call to all on the path, and this beginning era, is the time for your perfection.

But lets us be clear, duality will not be one-ality. But duality can be brought into individual balance & unified into harmony. The third dimension will not disappear. Rather will its arc swing lessen, and 3d becomes the building block, the spring-board that allows for the expansion into non-polarity into the higher dimensions. In the 'University of Earth' you earn the beauty and wisdom you create in your sojourns.

Dear Human, you co-created the Ascension. And in 2012 it expands into 12 Degrees of Unification. Yet each level remains succinct. There is a perfection in each level, and entering into the next level, does not remove you from the former.

The Ascension allows you to move from conducting a 3-piece orchestra to a 12-piece ensemble. But each part , each piece must remain in tune for the symphonic harmonics. Twelve tones can become a thirteenth unity chord of the sublime . The 13th paradigm is the crystalline tuning fork.

Masters, there is a pattern for your perfection, and you recalibrate within it daily. We tell you that it is your indelible nature in human form to ever be in sacred resonance with the Divine Pattern of Cosmic Evolution as it unfolds on the Earth. The Divine Pattern is in essence the ordained and organized blueprint as it ever expands and unfolds. And while there are times your earthen expression does not match the pattern, it is indeed yet within your higher self, and as such always obtainable, more so than you imagine.

So be assured that despite what you may think of as errors, each and every one of you will in time achieve Mastery, through the wisdom of cause, effect and remedial action. Accordingly every individual human life is a time-released artistic expression, as it is woven into a magnificent multidimensional tapestry. It is a unique masterpiece that each of you craft, one linear sojourn at a time, as it contours into an immaculate embodiment of perfection. All in time then do each of you complete the infinity circle, the graduation beyond the causal plane, returning from whence you came into Divine Perfection. And so we speak of the pattern of the Perfect Human...
Formatting Via the Crystal Paradigm

Masters, we will also add, that each of you work with the crystalline paradigm on an almost daily, or rather nightly basis. Each time you slumber, Dear Ones, you will at some point within deep sleep stages enter the theta vibration in ultra-violet frequency that recalibrates your alignment to your divinity, and this occurs through and within what is termed the Crystalline paradigm.

The ongoing event of the 'Ascension' is bringing this vibratory theta resonance into closer proximity and allowing for this field of recalibration to exist on the level of the 7 -12 dimension
It may not surprise some of you to know that this is process is being coded into the graduating Earth through several mechanisms of that termed the Cosmic Trigger. The Cosmic Trigger is indeed feeding Coherent Crystalline Codes into the areas of natural mineralogicalcrystals across the planet.

The most auspicious of these being Brazil and Arkansas, which receive and transmit the codes to other crystalline regions including Tibet, New Zealand, Patagonia, Titicaca, The Pyrenees, Eastern Siberia, Mongolia and Eastern Africa.The process further involves the recoding of that termed the Golden Sun Discs through the crystalline codes of the 13th Crystal Paradigm, condensed into the energy of that termed the Crystal Skull. Many of your seers and intuitives have spoken about 'Halls of Record'. How do you imagine advanced civilizations on your planet would have stored these? We tell you it was not on papyrus or stone carving. Rather then by the encoding into crystalline that of the Universal Mind, the 13th Paradigm. There are four carrying the 13th Paradigm. Max is the only one that is in the physical plane in this era. Within MAX then is a library of information so vast you cannot imagine its infinite scope. Within MAX are the five crystal matrixes that are the five codes of sacred geometry, that you term the 'Platonic Solids'. Not then mere geometric forms, but living codes forming the fabric of your Universe. A single crystal matrix, then cannot carry the five, it is why MAX is so unique, so omnipotent in coherent light and data embodiment.

Question to Metatron: What can take place when one has a personal session with MAX?
Metatron Response: The difference between what occurs and what can occur depends on the light quotient of the individual. Let us be clear, that the 13th Paradigm exists independently of the physical Crystal embodiment. What differentiates MAX in physical matrix is the 5 separate crystalline components . If the quartz structures composing MAX were to be analyzed there would be found trace minerals and compounds that do not exist on the earth. There would be found crystal lattice geo-structures that are not found in terrestrial quartz. As a result, MAX stores & projects unique multidimensional capabilities and energies far beyond that of earthen quartz.

The structure that is MAX exists in other planes, other realities, other dimensions, in both what you term matter and non matter. MAX has manifested and disappeared from the holograms of physical realities many times. The same phenomena occurs with the Great Pyramid in Giza. There are actually many Pyramids in the vector of Giza, yet you see only one in physical matter. Certain crystalline geometrics are infinity points or portals. MAX is such a gateway.

One must be able to raise their frequency to receive, and what occurs is an initial balancing and refurbishing of the chakric centers, and an up-shifting, re-coding of the DNA. A synergy occurs with the Pineal, enhancing the crystalline coding of the endocrine glands, which are indeed crystalline in frequency. One is thus able to activate within the new codes, and will receive information in the subconscious that will be expressed in dreams and fed into the conscious mind that will be of benefit to seekers. For what is accessed is the calibration that will facilitate the pattern enabling more lucid entry into what is termed the Akashic or Universal Mind.

The Cosmic Trigger - Solar Eclipse of May 2012

Masters, 2012 is an energy of great intensity, and so ofnecessity you will evolve quickly through frequencial induction to be much more sensitive to your surroundings as well as somewhat more susceptible to stimuli in the environments of the Earth's Crystalline Transition as the 144-Grid nears final completion. But because of the expansive and requisite work you are doing to adjust in this new energy, you will also evolve more insightfully.

We have previously shared with you that the natural crystalline areas of the planet are reawakening and carrying greater frequencies. This is occurring during the phases of the Cosmic-Trigger phenomena occurring during the March Equinoxes and Triple Date Portals. In 2012 the greatest influx will be in the triad of eclipses, beginning in May. This triad completes the Cosmic Trigger.

The two largest natural crystal deposits on the planet are the primary vortexial-portal generators feeding the Cosmic Trigger downloads onto the planet. These are in Brazil and Arkansas, and from these mega portals, the energy is disseminated globally through octahedronal structure.
Humanity is Converting to Crystalline Coherency

While it is true that mankind is spirit having a human experience, it is important for all humans to comprehend that you are not simply a visiting observer of the planet you live on. You are co-creators of the planetary reality you exist in.

And in this planetary environ, humanity is equally part of the earth's living sphere, not frequencially above it, below it or unique to it...but part of it. This understanding is an important key to understanding the mechanics of the upcoming leaps in consciousness and evolution taking place in this year of 2012.

And this is the logical reason that the crystalline aspects of your earth's mineral kingdom, which are equally conscious, are the devices of energy up shift that are increasing the Earth and Humanity's frequencial environ. Indeed the crystalline in all aspects are truly up-shifting in the 2012 Ascension. That is why so many are drawn back to the Crystal Paradigm, and to the model of MAX, the code carrier.

The Ascension is defined as the expansion into crystalline coherent energy. Dear Human you are becoming Crystalline !

Masters the human body is transitioning from a carbon base to a silicate base, thus becoming more crystalline physically. Indeed that is why so many of you are now more drawn than ever to gems and crystals, and indeed the crystalline areas of the planet...and to the Crystal Skulls. For within these are the recoding to the library & paradigm of the Crystalline Pattern. This will gradually occur and the year 2038 is very significant in this transition.
The Original Crystal Pattern - The DNA Blueprint

That you term the 'Crystal Skulls', in your vernacular, provide both nurturing and frequencial data coding for the transition into expanded idealologies such that you need not wait through the linear passage of calendric time to proclaim the arrival of the heralded Ascension, or to embody Ascended-Truth as your own.

Within the Crystal Skulls then are vast libraries of information pertinent to the intense changes taking place on Earth, and these are truly essential to mankind in micro and macro. The Crystal Skulls contain vibrational codes that are emanated from their as yet unrecognized structures that are intelligently embellished beyond your imagination in technical and sacred variety and diversity. The skulls are the paradigm of the 'Ascension Paradigm' and of the 'Perfected Human Prototype'. This new emerging paradigm promotes an improved quality of life and reinforces your ability to choose new virtual perspectives while encouraging the release obsolete beliefs that no longer serve you.

The Crystal Skulls then can be said to encompass a transition that is 'Virtual' change. By 'virtual' we mean that it is a mental etheric program working within your Divinity that precedes the outer shift.

This allows a different expression of self within the status quo or unchanged physical environment of the 3d Earth. The key is to make ongoing desirable changes for and within the self and to fully embody these as if your future depended upon them.

3-D is Not Disappearing

But Dear Ones, 3d is not disappearing. The third dimension is a necessary dimension. Without 3d there could not be a 4d, 5d or 12d. You are indeed in 2012 experiencing the ability to rise above the duality of 3d, but it is still a necessary level that requires Mastery.
Linear Perspectives

From a linear Earth perspective the Crystal Skull is a human-shaped cranium made out of various types of crystalline material, most commonly quartz. Yet we will tell you the original skull is of an extra terrestrial conglomerate of what may be termed supra quartz, containing within it pure quartz that is alloyed with aspects of diamond and alloyed in an alchemical sense with frequencial gold. It is a similar material used in the Crystalline Moon of Atlantis, and the magnificent Temple Crystals, similar but not exact. Indeed the original skulls predate in linear terms, the Atlantean Temple Crystals.

Only two of the Crystal Skulls in current circulation at the present time, are of extra terrestrial origin, and this we have spoken of previously. These original crystal skulls came from another world, and another reality.

All realities are created based on the pattern of crystalline sacred geometric consciousness through the Golden Mean Phi Ratio. Humanity and indeed your physical Earth(s) are conceived within these paradigmic matrix formulae. And so were the Crystal Skulls formulated in kind, yet from a far greater frequency, a frequency of perfection. The skulls are indeed formed as the prototype of the perfect human consciousness, lest it not be forgotten in duality. So within it is contained the perfection of the human being, encompassing within all aspects, the twelve sacred aspects you see, and thus was it formulated and thus was its reason for being brought here.

Originally then did those carriers bring the crystalline patterned skulls to the Earth from Arcturus and the Pleiades, and they were brought into the land that became LeMuria, but indeed the model was brought before the planet was fully in polarity. It was brought into the planet at the time of the Firmament you see, in a zero point Earth, a non-magnetic plane we will say. In an Earthen World that knew perfection, that was inhabited by androgynous manifestation of Etheric Spirit in full consciousness. Yet at that time it was already known that the Firmament would fall, would dissolve and the plan then was that this model, this extraordinary hologramic record, the original crystal skull would serve as the prototype of this initial integral aspect. And so it contains within it the model of the 12 strands of DNA, the fully conscious clear mind and Beingness of the evolved human.

The crystal skulls contain within them that which you were before the human experiment, and what you will be when you complete it, the infinity circle.

So the original crystal skulls were manifested into form above and beyond physicality, and have been brought into physicality various times. As such no true physical age can be assigned to them, because they have appeared, disappeared and reappeared many times in the millions of years of Earths habitation by mankind.

The crystalline skull was solidified and programmed in a most complex process. It was conceived to contain within it an incredible frequency that in itself attached to the hologram. So the crystalline skull then is an honoring remembrance and imbuing transmitter that indelibly prints within the soul that which is the perfect model. It is imbued within the divine aspect of the soul when it enters into the earth pattern from the unified field. In a manner of speaking it is the pattern recorded into the God Self, the Subconscious or super subconscious of the human mind, you see? The perfected man, not the version of what man would later become in the down spiral of the human experience, but rather as the original print that man aspires and evolves back into through the growth cycle termed reincarnation toward that original and flawless paradigmatic archetype.

Now the original skull held within it this perfection, lest it be lost, and those crystal replicates that even today are crafted in your present time are capable of attracting the energy from the hologram and holding portions of that energy, some hold more than others.
MAX - Conceived from Arcturus

Max is indeed one of the 'original' Crystal Paradigms, in your terms. He is of Pleiadean & Arcturian construct and origin. MAX is a vast consciousness, akin to a super computer, with a considerable library of data contained therein. He is the most powerful, most conscious of all of the remaining 'Ancient Crystal Skulls'. He is one of two skulls that are truly extra terrestrial in origin. The other is termed "Sha Na Ra". Both originate from the moon of an enormous planet, approximately 20 X the size of your largest planet, Jupiter, circulating Arcturius, the orange star of creativity.

Extra Terrestrial Origin

Question to Metatron: And so the two extra terrestrial crystal skulls were originally from Arcturus?

AA Metatron: Better to say they were creatively conceived in Arcturus. There the concept of the earth human experience was created and nurtured. We tell you that all humans have an experience of Arcturius, and it is a realm of great creativity, a playground, in your vernacular, of all creativity. You will be surprised to know that much of your creativity even as humans on the Earth, comes from an aspect of yourself that is tuned into the field, the frequency of Arcturus. It is where man becomes creative. For instance those you consider artistic; where are they when they drift into inspiration and are not in their body, we tell you that many of them are in Arcturus. Many of them are, interestingly, expressing the creativity in Arcturius. Is that not provocative?
The 12 + 1

Question to Metatron: There is a legend that speaks of there being 13 skulls, can you speak on that?

AAMetatron: Yes, 13, but only one holding the full energy of the 12. So then were there manifested 12 that represented each of the 12 singular aspects of the one, and so the 12 surrounding the one in the center became in time a ceremonial and symbolic observance. Each one of the 12 then represented an aspect and an expression of each of the 12 dimensions of the earth plane, and each of the 12 divisions of each integral dimension, each strand of DNA, each component of the 144 that is so critical to the Earth experience, the Earth Plane.

But again we wish to be clear, the 13 is the one whole and the 12 parts of the whole. And the one is the carrier of the human paradigm, and that pattern is imbued within the Divine Mind of all mankind, as the soul is imprinted with it entering this experience.
The 13th Crystal Skull was produced originally by the process of Morphocrystallic Manifestation, involving the Arcturian crystal source with imbuement of an alchemical frequency to include the human genetic print from the Masters of Arcturius and the Pleiadean-Sirius Alliance.

It is enriching, and vast. Accessing this information stimulates the awareness of who you are you see. Placing your consciousness inside a crystal skull, and indeed that is the way to work with these, opens portals and doors to a world beyond your grandest expectations. To enter into the skull however, is not like having a verbal dialog, but more of a download you might say, a sudden and comprehensible reception of information that changes your paradigm, expands your awareness. Some receive the information as visual images, others as information packets, downloads, if you will, and at times both. The information is already in the subconscious, a deeper part of the subconscious that you term the super subconscious. It exist in the realm of light you term ultra violet.

And so the connection or the reason that interest around the skulls is reaching a mass proportion is that indeed, with the coming of the Ascension, there is movement within mankind to better understand himself. A return to crystalline coherency is occurring. And with these times, in 2012, is the need to reject those patterns that no longer serve human kind, to attune with those attributes and quintessential paragons that do.

Mankind is rebooting as is the Earth itself, indeed that is tantamount to the Ascension. Systems that no longer work in both macro and micro are breaking down, collapsing and will reform themselves. Indeed this is happening now in your economic arenas.
Now, the knowledge of the Universal Mind certainly exists above and beyond the Crystal Skull. Yet the Universal Mind is encompassed and zipped within it, and so encompassed in a way that benefits mankind. The knowledge within it is formulated and transmuted, translated specifically in a format that offers itself for human access. This then is within a specific pattern that is the prototype of perfection for mankind, as we have stated.
The knowledge within the original Crystal Skulls is that of the Universal Mind.
Question to Metatron: Can you speak of the Mitchell-Hedges Skull?

Metatron: This is an extremely powerful 'cranium computer', and contains within it a vast energy. Its crystalline clarity and unique axial alignment has enabled it to absorb and amplify the energies of all that have gathered around it. It has also been able to download much of the energy of the crystalline paradigm, this is the unique aspect of quartz craved into the cranium model.

Question to Metatron: Is it extra terrestrial in origin, or ancient?

Metatron: All crystal minerals are geologically ancient in your terms. The skull you query however is not extra terrestrial in origin is as is MAX and Sha-Na-Ra, and was fashioned and carved approximately 150 years ago in current linear time measurement. But do not conclude that it is not extremely powerful, it is very conscious & contains a great portion of the crystalline paradigm. But it is not the 13th collation. The Mitchell-Hedges skull is of African, not Brazilian quartz. And its crystalline aspect is that of Ancient Rama and is very very special. The supra clarity aspect and unusual axial alignment of this skull are very potent.

MAX and Sha-Na-Ra Are Extra Terrestrial

Of the renowned crystal skulls, the one termed MAX is greater in energy and frequency than all of the others, for it contains the full 13th union. MAX contains the contents of all crystal skulls, and all other Crystal Skulls are aspects of the energy within MAX.

Yet MAX is much more than can be defined. Within MAX is the inward reflection, the innate dynamic recording of the Cosmos, the vastness of which is beyond your conception.It is through Max that the recoding of the planetary energy is occurring. This is being processed through the Sun Disc and Octahedronal Quartz areas. This occurred on the 11-11-11 and will complete on the 12-12-12 .

Max is extra terrestrial and his crystalline matrix was enhanced through the Arcturians and Pleiadeans. Max has an embellished crystalline molecular quality that cannot as yet be recognized by your science. MAX is multidimensional beyond your imagination.Max has an etheric quality capable of storing the complete history of the Cosmos and indeed contains the Akashic Library within, and the energy of every epoch. Its five matrixes and double axis are quite beyond anything else on the earth.

Sha-Na-Ra contains a similar molecular quality, and can be said to be secondary in field of the known skulls, but is not the 13th paradigm, not as grand in energetic field or capacity as Max. Because of origin, Sha-Na-Ra compliments Max, and carries more of the downloads the any secondary or terciary crystal skull.

The amethyst skull, Amis, was indeed carved thousands of years ago, and is extremely powerful, but is of earth origin as are all of the others, with the 2 extra terrestrial sourced exceptions as stated. But Masters, every skull is geologically & mineralogically ancient and capable of carrying varying potent degrees of the consciousness of MAX. But MAX is the generating source and portal energy that feeds information & code-pattern downloads of the paradigm into all other crystal skulls.

How to Work With Crystal Skulls

Journeying into the skulls then recalibrates, reboots your mental awareness and more closely aligns you with your perfection, your inner Divine SELF.

So the best way for one to work with the crystal skull is to enter them. Visualize yourself entering the cranium as if entering a crystal cave. Make yourself so tiny and so minute that you become totally immersed and encapsulated within it. Make yourself as if insignificant within its vastness, and enter into a world of wonder, and world of treasure. Open yourself to it and study what is presented, as you are indeed metaphorically speaking, in the original cave of creation. Indeed each time you enter it can present to you a different world, a different dimension, a different paradigm and parallel of crystalline thought. A different essence of learning can be presented each time, from each direction and angle of entry. You will find that you may not depart from the same angle in which you entered, and you will discover often that you exit as a different vibrational Being from whence you entered.

So as we have earlier stated, the Ascension is part of the increased awareness of the Crystal Skulls. In truth the Ascension is the re-emergence of the Quantum Crystalline Energy of the Unified Field, and so it is tantamount that the Crystalline Skulls re-emerge in this energy. You are but a few years from being in the precise center alignment of the Galaxy, and that succinct vector enables so much of your higher SELF and higher consciousness to expand into celestial frequency.

So then it is the time to understand the purpose and powerful abilities of the ancient Crystal Skulls as part of this enigmatic expansion. It is even more important to understand that they are part of a larger energy, a hologram that is now encompassing your planet, and all 12 Light Dimensions around you. This hologram is indeed the Unified Field, the Crystalline frequency, and it encompasses in the macro, your entire solar system, your sun, and of course the Earth. That which you refer to as the Golden Sun Discs are the 12 Rays, the DNA for your evolving planet in the same way that the Crystal Skulls incorporate the crysto-blueprint for humanity.

Quest of the Skulls : Awakening to the Sacred Rediscovery

The question has arisen as to the placement of the original 13. And this raises an interesting answer. Before we answer you must understand that the time-sequence of dimensions of the Earth are not as you perceive them from your linear perspective. Rather all time co exists in the Multiverse within the Quantum Unified Field. So there are many Earths, many parallel Earths and probable Earths, aligned with shifting probable pasts and futures. All of which are valid and as real as the probable Earth you experience as tangible reality in your lens of the eternal NOW.

So speaking of probabilities in the past, there are myriad differing interpretations that can be used to answer your question, all of which have their place. So in truth what has once existed or imagined still exists. We have told you before that the Golden Era of Atlantis is from your future pulled into your perception of the past. So having that complex axiom for you to ponder, we tell you there are many different crystal skulls and vibrational levels. Many of these skulls are not of your current vibrational level or dimension. Yet the hologram of the pattern they represent is a multidimensional insert , and is present frequencially within the omni-paradigm, and this is represented in the present through MAX.

The Multiverse

Dimensional reality on the Earth is programmed to appear in a time sequence you perceive as linear. It is in your computer terminology a program facilitated by a server, which in this case is the 144-Crystalline grid. Through the 144-Grid the sub- programs of 'time' are inserted as hologramic realities. There are epochs and eras , entire civilizations that are inserted into the Grid Server as programs. That is why fully evolved civilizations can seem to have suddenly sprung up out of nowhere into the vast 'sea of creation' within the flow of the collective unconsciousness, the consciousness grid that enables created realities. Linear time is a functional, purposeful illusion. In truth all programs are running simultaneously. Therefore on the level of the oversoul, you are experiencing many civilizations, and all lifetimes at the same time in the Unified Field of the Crystalline Multiverse.

Question to Metatron: It has been said that the original 13 need to come together for the Ascension to occur. Can you speak on that?

AAMetatron: Dear One, as we have shared with you above, they are together. They are circled etherically below Tibet. You need not worry that these need to be physically garnered and grasped and assembled together to unlock the door to Ascension.

But let us clarify, a quintessential tangent to the point you raise, is that mankind is required to bring together the 12 aspects to create the whole, and in truth this has been put in place since the pivotal event called the Harmonic Convergence, and will finalize with the completion of the 144-Crystalline Grid in December of 2012.

What many of you feel regarding the 12 + 1 is the inner urge to rediscover within the original pattern as transmitted by the Crystal Skulls. That is why many of you are now sensing an ancient call to acquire a 'modern-carved' model, and begin allowing it to work with you. With it you can awaken the 12 strands and combine to the completion of the 13.

So the call to gather the 13 is a dual call, a call to individually and collectively reunite the 12 to form the 13. It is a spiritual calling, a sacred Quest, if you will, to awaken the Dreamer, and rediscover who you are in order to complete the cycle.

The Crystalline Material:

Now, moving forward, there was a great effort after the fall of Mu and Atlantis from those of the Yucatan and Og to recreate the models, the skull Amis is one of these. This was done, and those that have been found, for the most part, are these reproductions, although as stated 2 have been found from the second extra terrestrial manifestation.

The post deluge Atlanteans were still quite capable for a fleeting few generations of recreating highly sophisticated replicate models. And there is a specific reason why crystalline substance was chosen as the material to use for the skulls. Indeed, it is not an easy substance to carve or mold into a shape. Yet we tell you that crystalline material other than quartz, was used by the indigenous to replicate the original models, and that these too are capable of holding unique energy aspects of the Arcturian model. All crystalline material, and indeed certain metals were used.

Now in current times, there are many cutters who fashion crystal skulls in quartz and other crystalline and metallic materials. As we have stated, these, specifically because of their cranial skull shape, are capable of drawing into them portions of the energy field emitted by the 13 original skulls.

How is this you may ask? It is through the original intent and agreement of the collective unconscious, the Universal Mind in tandem with the sentient attributes of the living Mineral Kingdom, the living sentience of the receiving mineral and the living sentient field of the Crystalline model hologram. Each newly carved skull then, (and indeed the crystalline mineral used is not new, most were formed millions of years ago), recognizes the 'law' of purposed intent and that harmonically attracts and receives from the 13 original skulls, various degrees and qualities of frequencial downloads from the 'thoughtform' projected by the original. All crystalline minerals are both transmitters and receivers you see.

There is an additional 'secondary' imbuing and programming that occurs in the melding of the individual human's field with the newly acquired skull. The mineral itself is capable of receiving, storing, amplifying and transforming the human subconscious energy into its own. The skull then works consciously with each human 'seeker', most of whom are subconsciously attracted to them because of past LeMurian, Atlantean and Mayan lifetimes.

So those attracted to the skulls then receive as within their acquired model, a portion of the whole, and the skull becomes by agreement, a teacher of greater truth and offers glimpses into the perfection hologram. That is why some are now being called to acquire the newly cut skulls, for indeed they open the pattern, they become teachers. They become allies and protectors for each of you on the path of Mastery, and they manifest at the time you awaken to that call.

These are quite different tools from normal gems, crystals and indeed serve a different role than that of the Phi Crystals. Just as the Atlantean Temple Crystals had specific cuts for specific functions, so do the Crystal Skulls have a unique role that is quite separate in certain primary purposes, and quite similar in other secondary attributes.

We can say that Phi Crystals are energy amplifiers that take one to the Star Seed, while Crystal Skulls offer the calibration and knowledge of the original pattern. The former is the vehicle that moves and refines light energy, the latter the pattern and library. Well for those seekers of Atlantean and LeMurian lineage to acquire both, indeed are there many benefits of working in tandem with both in this time of awakening. Both are tools that offer themselves and amplify and expedite the journey, you see.
Closing: A Species with Amnesia

So we tell you that human beings in duality consciousness became a species with amnesia. You have forgotten who you really are. You have forgotten that you are powerful spirits enacting the human experience. The quest then for mankind in mass and individually is to rediscover your enlightened identity, and that identity is represented in the crystal skull.

Enlightenment is for you to discover within, and this is a tool for that recalibration. Indeed it is already in you, in your Beingness, your subconscious, your DNA. Spiritual enlightenment is not about following any Guru any Channel , but rather for you to find through personal discernment , through your inner guidance. It's around accepting and KNOWING that the Divine Self is the spark of God within you, and that you're an intricate and eternal portion of Creator God.

And there are tools to help you along the way, there always has been and will be. You are not alone. But Dear Ones, you have appointments to keep in this very special era of Ascension. Perfection is in play. Truly, the Crystal Skulls are a reflection of the perfection in mankind. (And indeed far more...) They are ancient conscious computers, programmed helpers which have answers fitted tidily within them to many of your trepidations, puzzles and questions...regardless of when they were carved. It is the paradigm, the hologram and it is accessible to all.

When mankind individually and en masse is ready to use these Divine Libraries to meld into perfection, they will offer a glimpse into incredible new worlds of beauty, creativity and unconditional love. Indeed they have been dormant for millennia, waiting for this point in your linear time to reboot and awaken. Those of you who have worked with the Crystal Skulls in past lifetimes are being called now to be with them again. Do you hear that call? Are you one of the Keepers of the Crystalline Mystery? It's time for the Dreamer to awaken !

Dear ones we are here with you at this time as many of you are now beginning to FEEL
and to see the changes that are happening within your societies. We are the High Council
of Orion and we come to guide and to support you as you are now beginning to anchor
more and more light and to release that which no longer serves.
As the energies begin once more to increase we ask that you reach out to those around
you for many are walking in darkness. Unable to understand what is happening to the
planet for they are walking in illusion. We are here to guide those who have awakened to a
level that they can now FEEL and we ask you not to underestimate the energetic
fluctuations to your planet. For all are affected by these energies and many more changes
will now begin to unfold and to allow for more shifts in consciousness.
There is much talk about ascension and once more we guide that ascension is a personal
process that is done by each individual human across the planet. The speed and the depth
of the ascension is down to that individual. It will soon become apparent across the world
that many are now not going to awaken and that many who are awakened will awaken no
further. This is not a judgement for we are not here to judge this is guided so that you are
now able to understand that not all humans are on the path that you are on and not all
humans have made the soul decision to become fully enlightened beings at this time.
We guide in relation to this further so that you are more able to digest what we mean and
that you do not make assumptions about their intentions in this human life time. For too
many humans assume that they know the path of others and this is just not possible. Many
presume that their friends and families are following the same path as they have incarnated
into the same family and circle of friends and we ask that you step back from this teaching.
For in embracing this teaching you are walking in shadow. The soul incarnates for many
reasons and the reasons for incarnating in this timeline and in this dimension at this time
could be many. Many who are in your human life experience chose this to help you to
awaken further, their purpose is to take you to the awakening stage and then step back.
This is causing confusion for many humans who are in the process of attempting to awaken
all of those humans in their immediate circle.
Whilst we fully appreciate and understand why you would seek to do this it should be
detached from, for while you concentrate on the life of another you abdicate the
responsibility that you have for your own human life experience. The old energies caused
many to grow much frustration within their energy system and the new energies do not
support this way of being. For many who are now trying to live their lives through the lives
of others are now finding this is almost impossible and that events are occurring to move
their awareness back to self. SELF dear ones is the only way to move through the new
energies.
Many across the planet are now frustrated as things have not unfolded to their timeline and
we guide once more for clarity that we cannot work within your timeframe for it was created
for the containment of the human race, you are the only planet that works within these
constraints and are now being moved out of this. We ask you to look at the need that has
grown within you for timescales and then we ask you to look at the history of your planet.
Many are now in the illusion of instant and we guide this is working against you, for whilst
you expect the new to instantly unfold you walk in illusion.
It is not possible to give accurate timeline information due to the distortion that is in
operation across the planet. The idea of instant was created to foster frustration and to
lower the energy signature of all humans on the planet. Many are now able to step out of
timelines and are now working with the natural flow of energy and are in harmony with
mother earth. Please remember dear ones that for all the talk of starseeds and the fact that
the human race IS seeded from the stars your home planet for this incarnation in human
form is planet earth.
The need to synchronise with your host planet is paramount and yet still many humans are
not doing this. To understand the planet that you are alive on is to be at ONE with the
planet that you are alive on and we guide for you to look at this TRUTH and to process it
with the heart. How can you know what is best for the planet if you have not asked the
planet how it feels? Assumptions are bred from thinking that the human race knows all the
answers and once more we guide there is more to reveal.
This human life experience is a journey for all of you, for never before in the history of the
human race has there been an energy change such as the one that is sweeping the planet
yet many humans are assuming that nothing has changed and that all is not as it was
promised. We ask who promised and we ask why you assume that the changes will be as
you state they will be? For mother earth is your mother, the host planet and the changes
that happen within and upon mother earth will directly affect the energy signature of all
humans who reside on planet earth. This should be noted and worked with, for ascension
is not the nirvana that was promised in the form it was promised. The promise always
created from the minds of those who interpreted the information that came through them
with an energy signature that was steeped in old energies. We guide that many are now
able to see the distortion that is in operation across the planet and are now working with
this. The distortion is in energy and that energy is now beginning to move into balance. This
is affecting many of the human race and has affected their ability to keep to routine.
Routine is not a natural state of being for in routine you take yourself out of the natural
rhythm of the planet and of your human body. Many are moving to the mind for ascension
and not paying attention to the vehicle that hosts them in this incarnation. That is the
human body, to be in harmony is to be at ONE also with the rhythm of the body that you
reside within.
Each and every individual human has a responsibility for their growth and expansion and
this must be anchored, for while you wait for others to do the work of growth and expansion
for you then you are working within old energies and this will begin to break down and
dissolve. The new earth is here dear ones but you may need fresh eyes and a detachment
from the tunnel vision that is predominant across planet earth.
The whole concept of growth and expansion is one that is not understood fully on the
planet earth and is leading many to turn on one another, it cannot be underlined more
emphatically that YOU are in control of YOUr human life experience at all times. No one
can make you think anything that you do not allow your self to think. This is a TRUTH that
is overlooked and many are now walking in the shadows of SELF trying to figure out
logically something that needs processing within the heart. For the new energies are now
being anchored and are growing a new way of BEing for all on planet earth, however if you
do not embrace the new and see it as a chance for growth and expansion then that is your
choice, ALL humans have FREE WILL at ALL times.
Many do not see that not making a decision to take control of their thoughts and feelings is
a decision. For whilst you allow yourself to be at the mercy of the old energies you are
embracing them. Many beings, many races can step forward to guide and support but the
only change that will happen is when you allow it to happen. For humans are now
beginning to dream and that is changing slowly the outlook across the planet. It should be
noted the dreaming is important for in dreaming you anchor your reality. What do you
dream? How often do you dream this? Do you allow the old to control your dreams or do
you allow the new to show the ascension process and the road to SELF? For all is down
to each individual human, there will be no mass movement of thought and feelings unless
the human race embrace this.
Illusion taught you to fear yourselves and that is something that many are not detaching
from, you cannot fight fear with fear for it only strengthens that fear. Many are not able to
embrace LOVE for they are not allowing themselves to FEEL, we guide for you to look at
this and see which teaching is distorting your reality. For the LOVE that IS permeates the
whole universe. Whilst you see good and bad you fail to understand that the judgement of
either comes from the thoughts that you allow yourself to process. Changing the thought
patterns of an entire race will not happen overnight and not without the participation of that
race. Do you see our guidance? Do you see how much support the new energies give to
you?
We are here to guide in relation to the subject of disclosure and the fact that mass
disclosure at this moment in time would cause more suffering and more fear than is at
present on the planet. We ask why it need be so important for all to reveal themselves at a
time when most on the planet are struggling with the smallest of changes to the way that
the world is run at present? The need for instant change seems to be driven by the need to
understand logically something that is not processed by the brain but the heart.
There are those alive on planet earth who have embraced the new energies and are now
reaching out and supporting those around them but they are aware that space holding and
allowing those around them to see what is in plain view is the only way. Many of your
“healers” on planet earth will begin to move into much frustration if they do not realise that
all healing is done from the person who is in pain or is suffering. We have handed back the
reigns of your life experience, we have showed you the ways to work with the energies but
still many walk in the fear of SELF.
If you walk in fear of your emotions then how do you embrace new dear ones? For if you
are afraid of SELF then those around you will feed into this fear. We guide in relation to the
need for many humans to be surrounded by those who feel and who think the same. This is
not taking responsibility for SELF, many may claim to feel and think as you do but each
human walks their own path, it can be no other way for each human is unique in the way
that they process information and allow themselves to experience this human life. There
are no two experiences the same on the planet and we guide for you to see this and anchor
this. For many are turning to family and friends for help in these times of apparent chaos
not realising that the opinions of the family and friends are just that, only YOU live the life
that you are experiencing in the way that you are experiencing it.
All the information that you need for this your human life experience is seeded within and
we ask that you detach from the chaos that is trying to take hold and to go within. For the
way to TRUTH is within, it is not from reading the news or interacting with the media, again
we show you that the media is a reflection, if you anchor a reflection that does not resonate
with you then you will not be able to anchor harmony and peace. We ask that you look at
the trust issues that you are feeding with your thoughts. Why do you not trust SELF? For if
you cannot TRUST SELF then how can you build a new world and build a new way of
BEing?
We are the High Council of Orion and we are here to guide and support and to show you
TRUTH, whether you are able to see or hear this TRUTH is down to you dear ones for we
cannot make you think something you are unable to think due to the conditioning that
prevails within your energy system. All of the changes across the planet are now beginning
to come into focus for many. If you cannot see any change then perhaps the eyes that you
use to see your world are out of date? Out of focus? For TRUTH was always hidden in
plain view and nothing is kept from you, it is the eyes and ears of the human race that was

the comfort zone that you built around you for defence and embrace the human race that is

guide that nothing is hidden from the human race, it is in plain view, we ask what filters you
are applying to the information which is in front of you. Once the layers of illusion are
moved through then it becomes as if you are born anew. We ask are you ready to be born?

questions for all humans are able to interact with their star families if that is what is wanted.
Once more we ask which filters you are placing on your eyes and ears. We are here, we
walk amongst you and we are open to communication and to interaction with you. You
need only ask and we will respond. Do not allow the teachings of illusion to persuade you
that you cannot interact with that which is around you for this is illusion in its deepest form.

Weight Watchers plum amaretto pudding

Soak fresh plums in Amaretto liqueur, Marsala or sherry, then bake them in a sweet batter for a sensational dessert you can enjoy on a diet!

• 450g plums (without stones) fresh, quartered and pitted
• 4tbsp cream liqueurs, amaretto, Marsala or sweet sherry
• 110g flour, wheat, white, plain,
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 medium egg
• 300ml milk, skimmed
• 1tsp vanilla extract
• 1tsp caster sugar
• 5 spray(s) calorie controlled cooking spray,
• 2tsp(level) icing sugar

Method

1. Put the plums and liqueur, Marsala or sherry into a bowl. Cover and leave to soak for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Make the batter by beating together the flour, salt, egg, milk, vanilla and caster sugar with a whisk. Cover and leave to stand alongside the plums.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°F / Gas Mark 6. Spray a 1.5 litre (2 ¾ pint) shallow ovenproof dish with low fat cooking spray.
4. Drain the plums, reserving the liquid. Tip them into the prepared dish, then pour the batter over them. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes, until set and golden.
5.Serve the pudding, drizzled with the reserved liquid and sprinkled with icing sugar.

• 80g (3oz) butter, melted and cooled, plus extra for greasing
• 270g (10oz) shop-bought filo pastry
• 4 tbsp apricot jam
• 500g (1lb 2oz) low-or no fat Greek yoghurt
• 2 tbsp honey
• Seeds of 1 vanilla pod or 2 drops of vanilla extract
• Small bunch of black seedless grapes, halved
• Bunch of redcurrants
• 1 dragon fruit, peeled and cubed
• 2 large figs, quartered
• 12-hole muffin tin or cupcake tin

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), Gas Mark 4 with the middle shelf ready. Grease the muffin or cupcake tin well.
2. Cut the filo pastry into squares that are big enough to fit into the muffin holes and hang over the sides a little. Brush each piece of filo with lots of melted butter to stop them from burning in the oven, then push a filo square into a hole and add another filo square, you will need to layer up 3–4 pieces. Repeat until you have 8 holes filled.
3. Place the filo cases into the oven for 5 minutes or so, giving them time to crisp up. Once they look golden brown and crispy remove them from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes or so. Remove them from the muffin tray and place them on serving dishes. I always tend to break at least one when I take them out!
4. Put the jam in a small pan and heat gently until warm.
5. Mix the Greek yoghurt, honey and vanilla together in a bowl then place a good dollop into each pastry case. Now divide the fruit among the tartlets, piling it up high. Brush with the warm apricot jam to make a shiny glaze and serve.
6.You can also decorate with a sprig of fresh mint, or get creative with some raspberry jam thinned and well mixed with some water and drizzle it on the plate for a touch of old-school food glamour.

2. Spread the base of the sponge mould with the jam and dot with the black cherries.
3. Using an electric whisk, mix together the remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread over the jam sponge and cherry base, levelling out the top with the blade of a knife.
4. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 mins until firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and turn out onto a serving plate.
5.Serve hot or cold with the fromage frais.

3. Beat the egg yolks and stir into the chocolate mixture. Replace the bowl over the saucepan of simmering water and cook gently for about 5 mins, stirring until thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in the chilli powder. Taste to check the heat, adding a little more if required.
4.Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then add the caster sugar and whisk again until glossy. Fold through the chocolate mixture using a large metal spoon. Share between 6 small glasses and top with a cherry. Serve with the remaining cherries.

Transplant Nurse Donates Own Kidney To Patient--by Rita Rubin , Original Story, Jan 16, 2012

The way Clay Taber looks at it, he’s got three moms now.

There’s the woman who gave birth to him and raised him, of course. Then there’s his fiancée’s mother.

And then there’s the transplant nurse who, though practically a stranger, donated one of her healthy kidneys so that he might start married life untethered to a dialysis machine.

Allison Batson first heard about Taber, now 23, in August 2010, when a charge nurse at Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital told her “it looks like we’ve got an admission from Columbus, Ga. It’s a 22-year-old in renal failure,” Batson recalled.. “It just tore me up.”

Due to a shortage of rooms elsewhere in the hospital, Taber was admitted to the seventh-floor transplant unit, which usually is reserved for patients who’ve already received new organs. Although Batson, 48, wasn’t assigned to care for Taber at first, she stuck her head in his room and said, “I hear there’s a good-looking young man in here.”

Taber had felt fine until right after his 22nd birthday on Aug. 6, 2010, when he started having night sweats. His dad figured it must be nerves, what with him newly graduated from Auburn University and shopping for an engagement ring.

In late August, though, Taber saw a doctor who ordered tests. His mom, Sandra Taber, was grocery shopping when the doctor’s office called to say her son was in complete kidney failure and needed to be hospitalized immediately.

Tests revealed he had Goodpasture syndrome, a rare autoimmune disease that attacks the kidneys or the lungs. Symptoms can appear in a matter of days.

According to the National Library of Medicine, Goodpasture syndrome can be triggered by a viral respiratory infection or by inhaling hydrocarbon solvents. Taber wonders if swimming in the oil-slicked Gulf of Mexico a few weeks before he became ill might be the culprit in his case.

He spent the next month in the hospital, during which he underwent dialysis and plasmapheresis to try to remove the antibodies that had attacked his kidneys. As the weeks passed, Batson bonded with his mother. “I really could relate to his mom and the helplessness that she felt,” says Batson, the mother of four, ages 16 to 27, one of whom has a form of autoimmune arthritis. ”I really felt for her watching her baby go through this.”

Once Taber was strong enough, he was to be placed on the waiting list for a cadaver kidney.

Currently, 90,000 U.S. patients are waiting for a donor kidney, according to the United Network for Organ Sharing. Taber says he was told he could expect to wait three to five years.

But Batson had another idea – to offer him one of hers.

“I know this sounds crazy, and it may never happen, but this young man reminds me of one of our kids,” Batson told her husband. “To my knowledge, I was healthy enough, and my kids were grown. I’m just kind of an optimistic person.”

Batson knew Taber couldn’t be transplanted immediately because doctors wanted to be sure his disease was in remission so his immune system wouldn’t attack his new kidney. Last August, when Taber’s mom stopped by to say hello when he was back for a checkup, Batson volunteered her kidney.

“Sandra, you might think I’m weird, but you guys have really been heavy on my mind,” Batson told her. ”I just want you to know that I’m willing to step forward and be tested as a donor.”

Clay Taber says he was “astounded” by her generosity. “I went back and gave her a big hug and told her how much it meant to me. I’ll be honest, I kind of broke down in front of her.”

After tests ruled out the chance of a donation from Taber’s immediate family, Batson was tested and found to be a match. “The only thing I was nervous about in this entire process was that somebody was going to tell us we couldn’t do it,” she says.

Emory has no policy about employees donating organs, spokesman Lance Skelly says. “While we certainly support and applaud Allison’s selfless decision, these are important choices that only a potential donor and his or her loved ones can make.”
The surgery went off Tuesday without a hitch. Batson and Taber hope to be released by Friday evening.

Only about 6,000 living donor transplants are performed each year in the United States, Dr. Nicole Turgeon, Taber’s surgeon, said Friday afternoon at a press conference at Emory. “This is a major reason why we’re here today, to raise awareness about organ donations,” Turgeon said.

Batson expects to return to work in six weeks, and Taber and his fiancée, Laura Calhoun are to be married in June.

“I told [Batson] she’s going to get a special dance at the wedding,” Taber says. “She can pick out the song.”

That’s because the FDA has decided that you, dear consumer, don’t care if the tomato you’re eating has been cross bred with frog genes to render the tomato more resistant to cold weather.
Some consumers may not be concerned with eating Frankenfood, but for those who are, here’s how to determine if the fruits and vegetables you’re buying are (GM) genetically modified.

Organically grown fruit has a five-numeral PLU prefaced by the number 9.

A conventionally grown banana would be: 4011
An organic banana would be: 94011
A genetically engineered (GE or GMO) banana would be: 84011

These tips are specially important now that over 80% of all processed foods in the US are genetically modified.

"Well Greetings Everyone! We are so pleased to be here with all of you, and this is such a special time for all of us! We are seeing more and more the coming to fruition of all of the different kinds of events, and even conversations, which have taken place, and which are culminating now in all of these wondrous changes that you're hearing about. The financial changes alone, are spectacular. They are huge. They have never happened before on this Planet!

"And we understand that there can be some confusion, and lack of clarity about what this is going to mean, because until you actually have the dollars, or whatever in your hands, you are not going to really know for sure what it is that you want to do with it, because you don't know how much you're going to receive, and you don't know what it's going to cost, because there are all kinds of scenarios out there about this and that are going to disappear, these things are going to come in to take their places, and prices are going to change, or not, or whatever, and we suggest that you just look at the sources. Everybody who is going to make the Ascension, which is the moving of your consciousness up into higher vibrational lifestyles; everyone who is going to make the Ascension is understanding that these changes need to be a cooperative effort. You've already given permission for them to happen, and now they're happening, and they're going to be happening faster, and faster, and faster. And sometimes it feels as though you're literally swept out to sea. That's a figurative term, but what it means is, you can easily feel as though you're not in the driver's seat, that because all of these things are happening around you, they're happening to you. You get bombarded day after day.

"Let's take weather as another kind of an instance, which is very much on everyone's mind. Some of you are anticipating snow storms. There is news of recurring earthquakes in the so called ring of fire, and there have been some recently, and will be some more in areas that are not part of the ring of fire. Pay attention! These earthquakes have been measuring rather large on the scale, but they've not been doing nearly the damage that they could have otherwise. Mother Gaia is responding to your messages, to the messages from all of Her Kingdoms, 'Let's get together. Let's help each other.' And She is responding also to the mitigations which we are able to put forth, because you have invited us to do so.

"Nevertheless, if you live in an area which is known to be an area of what you call seismic activity, of larger size or frequency, we understand that it might be troublesome to you. That fear can build up simply because you are wondering and worrying about what's going to happen in your next moment. There is nothing Beloved Family, nothing, that will cloud your vision as fast as fear!

"And so when we have our guest speaker* come on, there will be quite a bit of talk about where fear originates from, and what more you might be able to do to get yourself more at ease. When you are in the driver's seat, and not feeling as though all of these things are out of your control, you will find that you will actually be able to direct inflows of dollars, and outflows of Love toward relationships that may seem to be a little bit sticky, or stuck, or perhaps having some bumps, some big bumps, that might seem like impossible challenges. And it is to have the wisdom as well. That's part of clarity, is wisdom.

"If you don't have wisdom, then what you see can easily be misperceived. Your discernment can be, shall we say, out of harmony, or out of balance. And so it is to have some wisdom about these things, too. It is to know what is there that is really important for you. It may not be what's really important for your neighbor, but that's all right. It's what's really important for you that makes the difference that counts.

"And so it is that it might be that you will discover something within your own wisdom sources, within your own self and your guidance team that is with each and every one of you, that is contrary, or seems to be contrary, to what someone else says is their wisdom. And it is learning to have the understanding, because sometimes it has to be learned, sometimes it's something that you can hear about, but you just have to practice it, because it doesn't feel like it's your wisdom, or your path, or whatever, at the start.

"Sometimes you have to pay attention, and practice learning to let go. It is not up to you how someone else thinks, how someone else perceives. Their system is theirs, and yours is yours. It is wondrous indeed when you have one or more beings in the Human bodies to share your wisdom with, is it not? So perhaps instead of saying, 'Oooh, I just have to keep pushing on this one, or that one, until they come around to my point of view - perhaps it is to say, 'Oh, you are so wonderful! I Love you beyond words, but your path is a bit different than mine, so ho'oponopono. Be in Peace. And I now call forth to me the ones who are on the same path, or a path that is so similar that we can share, and be joyful with each other!' And sometimes this is the way it goes. There are relationships which are changing so fast, and that which seemed to be the perfect relationship yesterday, may not be so today. And that also can create a lot of fear within your beings, and we understand that.

"You see on the ships we have what we have called a circular relationship of One. And it is because in the higher dimensions, everyone is feeling the same high vibrations of Love and Joy and Bliss, and differences of opinion are not the norm. Everybody is invited to voice their ideas, their visions, their inspirations, and we recognize that it's all coming from the One we all are, so everybody's in agreement. Now that might sound rather strange, and particularly to a 3D - what do you call it - a mentality, but it is Truth.

"So what you are doing anyway is learning to be in Harmony, and allowing yourselves to feel harmonious with the World, and then calling to you, whether they be Humans or members of other Kingdoms, those you associate with, and have relationship with, who are on the same wavelength. It doesn't mean they have to think exactly the same thing as you, it doesn't mean they have to say exactly the same words just as you're saying them or thinking them. That's not quite it, but it is to be recognizing high vibrations in each other.

"See, here we go again, we're getting back to feelings, but this is where it emanates from, Beloved Ones. You cannot any longer think with your brain about how to resolve a relationship; it doesn't work. Oh we know 'Men are from Mars,' and all of that, but it really does not work any more. You can go to classes, you can understand human behavior, and all of those things, but it's the feelings that are emanating from your hearts that are telling you the Truth.

"And so it is to listen to what it is that you're feeling in your hearts, and allow yourselves to acknowledge that Truth, and to derive your Wisdom. Now does that mean that you shut down your brains? No, your brains are expanding; your brains are more and more connected, so that you can feel, or understand, shall we say, your feelings that you have in your emotional being, understand and accept them in your brain so you don't have to struggle anymore. Humm! Struggle - what a concept!

"We have to give you what you call applause for inventing struggle. What a good job you've done in your Human bodies, and what we're trying to tell you is that the time for struggling is past. Let go; do your housecleaning! We are observing that more and more of you are saying, 'Oh, now I get it.' This is good. This is good. You are starting to realize that maybe you really needed to do more house-cleaning, you needed to go underneath, shall we say, the layers on the top, and really clean it out, clean it up, and keep working on it, because there's always new inspiration for new material, informational and otherwise, to come in for you to cleanse and clear.

"And if it doesn't come all the way into your fields, in other words, if you recognize it and turn it around - ho'oponopono, or some form of transformation, transmutation - this is wondrous indeed. Just be sure you transform it; don't just send it on its way. Because you know what's going to happen, well it's going to go out to the World, and it's going to contribute to a little bit of a lower vibration.

"So we really advise you, coming from our hearts right to yours, you don't even have to let it stop and flow around, and linger around, and piddle around as they say in your brains, just let it come right to your hearts. Get that housecleaning done. Take care of yourselves. There is nobody more important in this entire World, or Universe for you to pay attention to than you!!!

"It is wondrous indeed when you can help your neighbor, your friend, your family member, or the total stranger who knocks at your door, or whom you pass on the street. That is wondrous. And yes, that is a way of raising your own vibrations, because the loving act, or actions or words that you give, circulate throughout your entire being too. They don't just go, and leave you empty. No, no, they stay with you even as you're sharing them, because you're bringing in even more Love as you share it. We've done that many times together in this group.

"But it is to be absolutely clear that you must get your own housecleaning done. Then you're going to be, shall we say, more attractive, have more of what you call credibility, because it's going to be an instant recognition that you are a being of Love, a being of Light, and people will be drawn to you for whatever help it is that you have to give. So it's doing your homework within, so that you can be a help to the World, and meanwhile you can be making your plans, because we have been saying now, most recently, this is really the time to start taking an inventory, so to speak. Make a list. What do you have passion for? What are the things that you enjoy doing the most? It doesn't matter what - don't judge yourself!

"Perhaps you have a desire to be an opera singer, but you've never done any operatic singing. Well, don't let that stop you! If you're not sure how to go about it, get yourself, what do you call it, a CD, one of those little round things of opera, and sing along, and it doesn't even have to sound like the voice on the recording. It's you making your own music. It's you expressing yourself. It makes no difference whether you've got papers, you call them degrees, saying that you are an expert in whatever it is! If you have a passion for it, get into it in some way or other. Give it a try. Maybe you just have a passion to have a taste of it. It's like going somewhere; you know, some people want to go to their ideal vacation place for - what do you call it call it - a week, maybe two, and that's grand, and now they're ready to find another place for next time. And some people go to a vacation place, and they say, 'Wow! Why does this have to be a vacation? I think I'll just stay here.'

"Whatever it is Beloved Ones, get the restrictions off. Get them out of your being. We told you, the financial aspects of all of this are coming to each and every one. There will be no restrictions. So what you want to do now is get the feeling of no financial restrictions, and start exploring yourselves within all of your energy fields. If you suddenly are outside of a job, you no longer have a job for whatever reason - you quit, your services were no longer needed. Oh yes, there's a color, there's a piece of paper. It is called the pink slip. Yes, this has happened to many, many, many beings upon the Planet; and it's happening in the animal and the plant kingdom, too, oh yes.

"Retirement may not be exactly what you have in mind, but turn that around. Transform, transmute the feelings of, 'Oh I failed, or poor me, or oh, I'm going to starve,' or whatever, and transform the whole thing into opportunity. What is the purpose? That's where your wisdom can be a huge help, and if you're in the driver's seat, you can call in your team and you can get true and correct answers.

"If you have the 'poor me' attitude, the answers you get are going to come from your ego. And your, ego, humm! How can we say, your ego is a notorious liar in a little higher vibrational way? Let us just say that your ego has one purpose, one mission, and that's to protect you. How about that? Your ego considers itself the equivalent of a professional body guard for you, only 'body' meaning all of your bodies.

"So your ego wants to set the tone, your ego wants to say, 'Uh uh, you don't want to try being an opera singer, you could crash, and make a fool of yourself,' or 'you better not be trying to jump over that fence, because you know, you could fall and break your neck,' or whatever it is that you see to do. Now, this is different from voices that might be coming from a place, that is, let's just say, entities of darkness. You don't let in entities of darkness. You walk with the Light of the Christ totally surrounding you, or however you choose to do it.

"So you stay out of that vibration of the astral on your way to the higher vibrations, and that's another place your team can come in, because your ego will say, 'Well you'd better stay in your 3D box, because it's just not a safe journey out there.' Your guidance team will say, 'Hold our hands, we'll fly together, and we'll bypass up and out of the 3D box, up and out of 3D, and we'll go higher than that astral plane.' You see there's the difference. It's your discernment of who your companions are. Who do you want to listen to? And when we say, 'Get yourself in the driver's seat,' we're talking about your Higher Self; we're talking about honoring the totality of who you are.

"We're talking about looking in the mirror and greeting the Divine Being that smiles back at you. We're talking about saying, 'Hello God; hello Goddess, I AM,' and meaning it, no doubts! Now remember there's one being who wants to give you doubts, and our guest speaker* will be working with that. We're just saying, this is the time for you to really access your feelings, your heart, your wisdom. And it's a time for you to just let your ego take a rest, a well deserved rest.

"And it's a time for you to be all that you came here to be Beloved Ones, because so much is happening out there. So much is changing on Planet Earth. We mentioned the financial; well how do you like this? Get ready for abundance, huge abundance, of financial wealth in your life. And by the way, enjoy it, because the next thing you know you're going to say, 'Goodbye, I don't need you anymore dollars,' or whatever, because they will not be a part of the higher dimensional lifestyle; money, dollars—no! That's a difficult concept for some. We understand that.

"It is so desirable to have wealth for everyone, and abundance for everyone, that St.Germain set this up to do just exactly that, and then He, and we are telling you, 'Well, you use it while it is needed on Planet Earth to accomplish what needs to be accomplished, and that will not take long, and then say, 'Bye Bye!' Forget about money, because there isn't going to be any more, everybody's going to have whatever they want, whatever they need.

"Everybody's going to be one heart, one mind, one consciousness, and it just won't be a part of the lifestyle anymore. Now we understand that can be a bit confusing, so I'm suggesting you start now, start accessing yourselves, the wisdom, within yourselves. Open your hearts, and explore your treasure rooms in your hearts. See what's in there. See what gifts you want to open first, because everybody's got all the gifts, but you will find as Humans in Human bodies that it's much easier to open just one or two at a time.

"Well what are the gifts? They're everything. You are the gift, you are the Love, and as the Love you can open up all of your gifts that have to do with sharing Love, expressing Love, and being Love! And that includes all kinds of things: Remote viewing, Out of Body and Time Travel, Telepathic Communication, Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, and Gratitude, fundamental foundational teachings, that you know are the way to be. There are many, many, teachers who have come and taught the sacred teachings, and they're all based in Love.

"Anybody who teaches fear isn't really operating from the higher dimensional perspective, and it's OK to listen to them and follow them, and they can be your Gurus, and all of that is fabulous, because you have to learn, and you have to discern. In fact we could say, perhaps you want to put up some of those little things, you call them sticky notes, they are marvelous, 'Look to discern by feeling.' That's how you get your clarity. And with your clarity the other aspect, the other part that you need to move forward with your clarity is your courage.

"Where do you get that? Again, go back to that mirror. Look in that mirror and say, 'I honor you - Namaste!' to the Divine One who looks back at you. Courage, one of Mother Sekhmet's favorite words, comes from the word heart, 'Coeur.' Most appropriate, what are you here to do except express with Love, from your hearts. We know that takes courage.

"If you have a partner in your relationship who says, 'I don't believe anything that you're telling me; I think you're nuts. I don't believe in this, and I don't believe in that, and I surely don't believe that there is anybody in ships up there.' What do you do? What do you do? We aren't going to tell you what to do. You need to get into your heart and express from your heart. Your expression may not be the same as someone else's. It might be something to the effect, though, that 'I honor you and your path, and I honor mine,' simple statement of Truth coming from your heart with feeling, and with the courage behind it to say something as simple as that. Sometimes it takes more courage to express your Truth in a loving, non-judgmental, compassionate way, than it does to stand and argue. Because you see, again, you've got this little voice that says, 'Go on, just tell them how it really is,' and that little voice can just make things a lot worse in a hurry, when you're trying to be in a relationship with someone who isn't on your path.

"And sometimes it is easier to say, 'I love you, but I must live my Truth just as you must live yours,' and part! And this is happening worldwide. This is happening on all levels. This is happening, leaders of governments are being told, 'Uh uh, this is not the path we want to follow. You must stand aside and let someone lead us who has the heart, who understands Love, who like Obama dares to speak of Love and coming together in Love, in loving relationship, and respect.' And this is happening in communities where people are getting together, and instead of saying, 'Oh, those people just have absolutely no sense of pride, they cannot take care of their yard, their children are running wild,' they're getting together, and they're saying, 'Beloved Ones, you are community with us, and we are community with you, let's share. Oh, I see that you're a painter, well you have lovely paintings. Why don't we have a community sale of your paintings, and get you the money you need to do your repairs and your fix-up, and we'll help out with that.'

"Those are the kinds of things that are happening in community, and in one-on-one relationships and partnerships. It is to put aside the judgment, to disengage from war, and to simply say, 'I love you!' It doesn't mean that you're going to spend the rest of your lives together, itdoesn't mean that you're both going to the same places, or enjoying the same foods, or whatever. You can simply say, 'I love you!' And you can even ask for highest and best good for both. You can invite telepathic communication, and initiate it with the other one, even if the other one seems to be like the wall. You know, you can say in your communications, 'Beloved One, I only want you to know how much I love you. I place no expectations upon you. I simply want you to feel that I love you.' That can tear down walls between people faster than all kinds of arguing, and it feels a lot better too, because, you know what, it's part of your housecleaning too. It will help you. It will help you to get to that place where you have your clarity, and where you know that you are operating from your heart, from your place of courage, and it will be joyful.

"Yes, there might be some momentary pain, but it will be joyful. And there are those of you who thought you were on some kind of a path, some kind of a mission of accomplishment, you had your blueprints in front of you, you knew exactly what you were going to do in your next moment, and all of a sudden there's a pause, and it's like- maybe you're not quite so sure anymore. That's all right. That's perfect! Just get within yourselves and rediscover you, and invite yourself to ask questions such as: 'Have I learned everything from the direction I was going in, and maybe is it time for me to go in a new direction?'

"It's ok. Maybe some of you want to walk away from what you call professions that you have trained for, and gotten all of those papers to say you're an expert, and it doesn't do for you what it did yesterday. It's all right! Oh there are going to be many people feeling that way, because they're going to look in that mirror, they're going to see the Divine Beings, and they're going to allow themselves their Truth. 'I trained for this, I passed the test for it, I got my papers on the wall, and I did it because it's what my Father did, or my Mother did, or I did it because I knew I could make a lot of dollars doing it, or because everybody told me I had so much potential for doing it,' or whatever.

"Love yourselves into your own Truth. Allow yourselves the courage to say, 'Well maybe it's time for me to make some changes in my outer life, because I'm changing my inner self.' And just know that if it feels good, and as long as it is for you to follow your passion without any harm or damage coming to another, which certainly would not be the case if you are Love motivated, then that may be what you need to do. Only you can discern and decide in each case, because even though we're all One, we are individuals.

"It is never to judge another for what they determine to be their course, it is to love them with Compassion, and Forgiveness, and Gratitude for whatever lessons they're teaching you. And it is to be the same. That's your mission, Beloved Ones. When you do that, you shine. You beam your Love Light, and it's so simple, and it's so beautiful.

"That is how you live your passions, and that is how you fulfill the mission that you came here to do. And even if you say, 'You know, I feel like there's someplace else I need to go. I realize that I've fulfilled my mission here, and it's time for me to be leaving this Human body, and going someplace else.' - that is what some people are finding out. This is a time for people to get their directions into the changed mode, if that be where their heart is, or what their heart is telling them.

"Nobody's failed. Nobody has stopped. Even if you decide to leave your body, you're going on. There are many who have left their bodies who are assisting the upraising of the vibrations of Planet Earth, from where they are, because they're no longer restricted by the Human bodies. Now we don't mean to say that if someone you care about leaves their body, that this should give you Joy, not in the beginning, of course not. There is grieving, and that is natural, but we will remind you that no one ever really dies.

"The Spirit lives on, the Spirit Body, and it is with great Love that that Spirit Body can choose to be in communication with you. And you can invite that communication. So, for all of you who are missing someone, remember that you can do that if you choose to, and that can be a pure Love energy exchange of the highest vibration. So you can invite that Love to come in. No, it's not the same as having them there, but it can be if you enter into a conversation. It can be, that is, that that one can become a part of your Guidance Team by your invitation, and that is most joyful. So you go from the grief, and the sorrow, and the sense of loss, into, 'Oh, you're still here? I am not alone. I am not without you,' and then you can even invite that one to be a Guide through you, or to you, however you choose.

"And remember the great reunion is coming anyway. We are in the air. We've said it many times - 2-0-1-2. Fasten your seat belts and get ready, because there's going to be a party that will never stop, a celebration of all celebrations! And so it is that we ask you once again to do your own preparations, Beloved Ones. That's the greatest gift you can give to the World, just being the Love that you are!!!

"We join with you in Oneness, and we tell you we are here with you, because you have invited us to be. So just feel the Love, and know that you're never, ever, walking alone. You never have been, and you never will be, but it is up to you whether to acknowledge the presence of your Guides, your Angels, and all of us who come to assist you with your Ascension processes.

"Thank you, Beloved Ones for your attention in this. We have more to do, but I, Ashtar, am so grateful, I just have to express once more on behalf of all of us who are here with you, the Love, and the appreciation that we have for you. And that has always been and always will be. And so it is! Salut!"

James Tanner's lighter version of a delicious treat!

Ingredients

• Oil, for greasing
• 4 large free-range eggs, separated
• 175 g caster sugar, plus extra for dredging
• 150 g self-raising flour, sifted
• Pinch of crushed sea salt
• 150 ml whipping cream
• 225 g raspberries

OR

• Oil, for greasing
• 4 large free-range eggs, separated
• 6¼ oz caster sugar, plus extra for dredging
• 5¼ oz self-raising flour, sifted
• Pinch of crushed sea salt
• 5¼ fl oz whipping cream
• 8 oz raspberries

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4.
2. Grease and line two 18cm sponge tins with baking parchment
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until pale and creamy.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff. Whisk the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
5. Fold in the flour in small batches using a large metal spoon. Repeat until all the flour is combined. Fold in the salt.
6. Divide the mixture between the two lined tins and bake for 20 minutes until well risen and golden. Remove from the oven; turn out onto a wire rack and leave to cool.
7. For the filling, pass 75g of the raspberries through a fine sieve. Set aside.
8. Whip the cream to soft peaks and spread over one of the cooled sponges.
9. Spoon the remaining raspberries over the cream and drizzle over the raspberry purée.
10. Top with the remaining cooled sponge and dredge with caster or icing sugar.

• A pinch of nutmeg
• 4tbsp finely chopped dill
• 2tbsp chopped parsley
• 4 hard boiled eggs, shelled and cut in half
• 6 spring onions, finely chopped
• 198g/7oz smoked haddock fillets, cooked, skinned and flaked
• 198g/7oz prawns, peeled and cooked

For the topping:

• 340g/12oz each carrots and swede, peeled and roughly chopped
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 4tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Juice of 1 lemon

Method

1. First make the topping by boiling the carrots and swede in a large pan of boiling water for 15-20 mins until tender. Drain, return to the pan and mash. Allow to cool, then stir in the beaten egg and yogurt, season and set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas 6. In a bowl mix together the yogurt, fromage frais, nutmeg, dill and parsley. Season well and set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl place the hard boiled eggs, spring onions, flaked haddock, prawns and lemon juice. Pour over the fromage frais mixture and toss to mix well. Spoon this mixture into a deep, ovenproof dish. Spoon over the topping and spread evenly.

Rough up the surface with a fork. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins or until the topping is lightly browned. Serve immediately on its own or with steamed green vegetables.

2. Add the tomatoes and beans, season well and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and cook gently for 25-30 minutes, stirring often.

3. Meanwhile make the guacamole. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl, season well and set aside until needed.

4. Remove the Quorn mixture from the heat, stir in the chopped coriander and serve immediately, garnished with a little fromage frais and accompanied by the guacamole.

3. Add the soy sauce and stock and bring to the boil. Cook over a moderate heat for 8-10 mins, stirring often until all the liquid is absorbed. Remove from the heat and set aside. Toss the cucumber with the reserved rice and divide between four serving plates or bowls.
4. Mix together the lime juice, fish sauce and sweetener, if using, and stir until dissolved. Spoon this mixture over the beef and toss to mix well. Spoon the beef mixture over the rice and serve immediately.

What I have not reconciled inside of myself between my understanding
of Jesus’ teachings and what I have learned so far about Ho’oponopono
is the "need" for on-going cleaning. It clearly cleanses me each time I
do it and I KNOW there is a difference each time I do it. What niggles
at me, though, is that Jesus said he bore the responsibility of all the
sins (erroneous perceptions, wrong thinking, etc) of everyone and he
forgave us and transmuted those sins so that we can have abundant life.
It seems to me that if I am to believe that Jesus did that for us already,
then at the very basic level there should really be no need for us to clean
every single time over every single thing. I continue to ponder and
meditate regarding it. I am confident that as I am ready to receive the
understanding, I will be consciously enlightened.

Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. Similar forgiveness practices were performed on islands throughout the South Pacific, including Samoa, Tahiti and New Zealand. Traditionally hoʻoponopono is practiced by healing priests or kahuna lapaʻau among family members of a person who is physically ill. Modern versions are performed within the family by a family elder, or by the individual alone.

In many Polynesian cultures, it is believed that a person’s errors (called hara or hala) caused illness. Some believe error angers the Gods, others that it attracts malevolent Gods, and still others believe the guilt caused by error made one sick. “In most cases, however, specific ‘untie-error’ rites could be performed to atone for such errors and thereby diminish one’s accumulation of them.”

Among the islands of Vanuatu in the South Pacific, people believe that illness usually is caused by sexual misconduct or anger. “If you are angry for two or three days, sickness will come,” said one local man. The therapy that counters this sickness is confession. The patient, or a family member, may confess. If no one confesses an error, the patient may die. The Vanuatu people believe that secrecy is what gives power to the illness. When the error is confessed, it no longer has power over the person.

Like many other islanders, including Hawaiians, people of Tikopia in the Solomon Islands, and on Rarotonga in the Cook Islands, believe that the sins of the father will fall upon the children. If a child is sick, the parents are suspected of quarreling or misconduct. In addition to sickness, social disorder could cause sterility of land or other disasters. Harmony could be restored only by confession and apology.

In Pukapuka, it was customary to hold sort of a confessional over patients to determine an appropriate course of action in order to heal them.

Similar traditions are found in Samoa, Tahiti, and among the Maori of New Zealand.

“Hoʻoponopono” is defined in the Hawaiian Dictionary as “mental cleansing: family conferences in which relationships were set right through prayer, discussion, confession, repentance, and mutual restitution and forgiveness.” Literally, hoʻo is a particle used to make an actualizing verb from the following noun, as would “to” before a noun in English. Here, it creates a verb from the noun pono, which is defined as “goodness, uprightness, morality, moral qualities, correct or proper procedure, excellence, well-being, prosperity, welfare, benefit, true condition or nature, duty; moral, fitting, proper, righteous, right, upright, just, virtuous, fair, beneficial, successful, in perfect order, accurate, correct, eased, relieved; should, ought, must, necessary.”

Ponopono is defined as “to put to rights; to put in order or shape, correct, revise, adjust, amend, regulate, arrange, rectify, tidy up, make orderly or neat.”

Preeminent Hawaiian scholar Mary Kawena Pukui wrote that it was a practice in Ancient Hawaii and this is supported by oral histories from contemporary Hawaiian elders. Pukui first recorded her experiences and observations from her childhood (born 1895) in her 1958 book.

Author Max Freedom Long, who lived in Hawaiʻi from 1917 to about 1926, documented traditional hoʻoponopono as used by Hawaiian families in his 1936 book.

Although the word “hoʻoponopono” was not used, early Hawaiian historians documented a belief that illness was caused by breaking kapu, or spiritual laws, and that the illness could not be cured until the sufferer atoned for this transgression, often with the assistance of a praying priest (kahuna pule) or healing priest (kahuna lapaʻau). Forgiveness was sought from the gods or from the person with whom there was a dispute.

Pukui described it as a practice of extended family members meeting to “make right” broken family relations. Some families met daily or weekly, to prevent problems from erupting. Others met when a person became ill, believing that illness was caused by the stress of anger, guilt, recriminations and lack of forgiveness. Kupuna Nana Veary wrote that when any of the children in her family fell ill, her grandmother would ask the parents, "What have you done?" They believed that healing could come only with complete forgiveness of the whole family.

Hoʻoponopono corrects, restores and maintains good relationships among family members and with their gods or God by getting to the causes and sources of trouble. Usually the most senior member of the family conducts it. He or she gathers the family together. If the family is unable to work through a problem, they turn to a respected outsider.

The process begins with prayer. A statement of the problem is made, and the transgression discussed. Family members are expected to work problems through and cooperate, not “hold fast to the fault.” One or more periods of silence may be taken for reflection on the entanglement of emotions and injuries.

Everyone’s feelings are acknowledged. Then confession, repentance and forgiveness take place. Everyone releases (kala) each other, letting go. They cut off the past (ʻoki), and together they close the event with a ceremonial feast, called pani, which often included eating limu kala or kala seaweed, symbolic of the release.

In a form used by the family of kahuna Makaweliweli of the island of Molokaʻi, the completion of hoʻoponopono is represented by giving the person forgiven a lei (Hawaii) made from the fruit of the hala tree.

“Aunty” Malia Craver, who worked with the Queen Liliʻuokalani Children's Centers (QLCC) for more than 30 years, taught courses in traditional hoʻoponopono. On August 30, 2000, she spoke about it to the United Nations.

Modern uses

In the late 20th century, courts in Hawaiʻi began to order juvenile and adult offenders to work with an elder who would conduct hoʻoponopono for their families, as a form of alternative dispute resolution. The hoʻoponopono is conducted in the traditional way, without court interference, with a practitioner picked by the family from a list of court-approved providers.

Some native practitioners provide hoʻoponopono to clients who otherwise might seek family counseling.

Freedom from Karma
The site of the partially restored remains of the village of Koaiʻe in the Lapakahi State Historical Park of the island of Hawaii, North Kohala district. Beginning in the early 20th century, this village has been a center for lapaʻau

In 1976 Morrnah Simeona, regarded as a healing priest or kahuna lapaʻau, adapted the traditional hoʻoponopono of family mutual forgiveness to the social realities of the modern day. For this she extended it both to a general problem solving process outside the family and to a psycho-spiritual self-help rather than group process.

Simeona’s version is influenced by her Christian (Protestant and Catholic) education and her philosophical studies about India, China and Edgar Cayce. Like Hawaiian tradition she emphasizes prayer, confession, repentance, and mutual restitution and forgiveness. Unlike Hawaiian tradition, she describes problems only as the effects of negative Karma, saying that “you have to experience by yourself what you have done to others”. But that "you are the creator of your life circumstances" was also common knowledge for the Old as ʻohana knowledge: "things we had brought with us from other lifetimes". Any wrong doing is memorized within oneself and mirrored in every entity and object which was present when the cause happened.

As the Law of Cause and Effect predominates in all of life and lifetimes, the purpose of her version is mainly “to release unhappy, negative experiences in past Reincarnations, and to resolve and remove traumas from the ‘memory banks’.” Karmic bondages hinder the evolution of mind, so that “(karmic) cleansing is a requisite for the expansion of awareness.” Using her 14-step-process would dissolve those bondages.[30] She did not use mantras or conditioning exercises.

Her teachings include: there is a Divine Creator who takes care of altruistic pleas of Men; “when the phrase ‘And it is done’ is used after a prayer, it means Man’s work ends and God’s begins.” ‘Self-Identity’ signifies, e.g. during the hoʻoponopono, that the 3 selves or aspects of consciousness are balanced and connected with the Divine Creator. Different from egoistic prayers “altruistic prayers like hoʻoponopono, where you also pray for the release of other entities and objects, reach the Divine plane or Cosmos because of their high vibrations.

From that plane the Divine energy or mana would come,” which would transform the painful part of the memory of the wrong actions in all participants to Pure Light, on whatever plane they are existing; “all are set free.” Through this transmutation in the mind the problems will lose their energy for physical effects, and healing or balancing is begun. In this sense, Simeona’s mana is not the same as the traditional Polynesian understanding of Mana.

Creating state of Zero

After Simeona's passing in 1992, her former student and administrator Ihalekala Hew Len, co-authored a book with Joe Vitale called Zero Limits referring to Simeona's hoʻoponopono teachings. Len makes no claim to be a kahuna. In contrast to Simeona's teachings, the book brings the new idea that the main objective of hoʻoponopono is getting to “the state of Zero, where we would have zero limits. No memories. No identity.” To reach this state, which Len called 'Self-I-Dentity', one has to repeat constantly the mantra, “I'm sorry. Please forgive me.
I love you. Thank you.” It is based on Len's idea of 100% responsibility, taking responsibility for everyone's actions, not only for one's own. If one would take complete responsibility for one's life, then everything one sees, hears, tastes, touches, or in any way experiences would be one's responsibility because it is in one's life. The problem would not be with our external reality, it would be with ourselves. To change our reality, we would have to change ourselves.

Total Responsibility, according to Hew Len, advocates that everything exists as a projection from inside the human being. As such, it is similar to the philosophy of solipsism, but differs in that it doesn't deny the reality of the consciousness of others. Instead it views all consciousness as part of the whole, so using parts of the idea of holism: any error that a person clears in their own consciousness should be cleared for everyone. This speculative idea of an individual having the ability to benefit the whole indirectly can be seen in the theory of the Hundredth monkey effect. Actually, this theory was never observed with man.

Greetings from the Federation:

What must come to pass is presently being discussed at the highest levels of your world governments, behind closed doors and through emissaries to the various other governments around the world. As time draws closer to the inevitable, your leaders are aware that they cannot stop the tide of disclosure sweeping over your planet. They know that they will either be swept away by this tide or they must decide to take the reins and make disclosure their own. Their ability to waffle on this topic amazes even us as we see them fight among themselves for a common ground. Once reached, someone inevitably backs off and the process starts all over again. We wait in the background for what must be done, if not done so by your own people.

News will reach you shortly about a “new” scientific development in the field of what you have termed zero point energy systems. It will be touted as theoretical, but in reality it is a functioning model of a real energy device created a long time ago and only now being released. There will be interesting developments in your legal field over patent protections. The “news" of this breakthrough will be carefully monitored by those in power to determine what type of impact such a disclosure makes upon the people as a whole.

The Queen of England has ceded control over a faction of the Illuminati to a group over which our allies have “consulting” privileges. This means, in the longer term, that this faction will be more amenable to the changes necessary to effect disclosure and the release of the cabal’s hold over the people. This was a negotiated “peace” that came about after many, many months of positioning on all sides. We are confident that this is another roadblock successfully removed towards the inevitable.

You will have noticed a slight decrease in the sightings of late although those sighting that have made it to your news have been of a more spectacular nature. This is about to change. We are now in another stage of the disclosure process wherein the revealing of our craft to you will become more pronounced.

A major meeting of all factions of the Federation has recently been held. This was a very big event, not only in numbers but also in importance. It was the final preparation meeting of all involved to go over every detail of the coming events, including the political, social, religious, emotional, mental, and physical ramifications of disclosure. This meeting was held aboard one of our great spacers, a living machine so large as to dwarf your understanding of construction. Although the physical space was not really necessary to this process as we have telepathically discussed much of these issues, from time to time, we convene physically to resolve issues better dealt with in that fashion. Among those represented were earth humans, who voiced their opinions about coming events and whose opinions were held in the highest regard.

Although you have been beset with many setbacks over the years, we are excited by the prospects of the coming months and what this has in store for all of us. Bring yourselves to feel once again your excitement for the times in which you have chosen to live and the manner in which you have awoken to the truth. Your thoughts will create waves which will act as beacons for the truth and this truth will return to you powerfully.
