Ice dam collapses at Argentine glacier

An ice dam at Argentina's Perito Moreno glacier collapsed early Sunday, creating an impressive spectacle not seen since July 2008, although few tourists were actually awake to experience the moment

Several tons of ice fell off the 60-meter (200 foot) ice dam into Lago Argentina at the national park in southern Santa Cruz province.

Some 5,000 tourists had been in the park Saturday awaiting the ice show, park rangers said, but the slight movement of ice which began Wednesday turned into an avalanche at around 4:00 am (0700 GMT), leaving visitors disappointed.

Only a group of rangers witnessed the collapse, which created a crash heard several kilometers away, accelerated by heavy rainfall overnight.

"The noise was very great, it was coming down in buckets," said park ranger Carlos Corvalan.
Perito Moreno, one of the biggest tourist attractions in Argentina, is one of the largest glaciers on the Patagonian ice cap.

The glacier has a travel speed of 1.7 meters (5.5 feet) per day in its central part and periodically creates an ice dam which collapses from the pressure of the advancing glacier.

The glacier was named after one of the first explorers in Argentine Patagonia.

The biggest space weather storm in five years is heading towards Earth and could disrupt power grids, GPS systems, satellites and airline flights, Nasa has warned.

In a statement on its website, the US space agency said the storm was caused by two solar flares that erupted on Sunday .

Following the flares, two bursts of solar wind and plasma - known as a coronal mass ejection (CME) - were thrust towards Earth.

"The first is travelling faster than 1,300 miles per second; the second more than 1,100 miles per second," the statement added.

The brunt of the storm is expected to last until Friday.

A similar storm in January forced Delta airlines to divert flights across the polar regions.

"Space weather has gotten very interesting over the past 24 hours," said Joseph Kunches, a space weather scientist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

The solar flares alone caused brief high frequency radio blackouts that have now passed, according to the NOAA .

The storm is likely to be "the strongest one since December 2006," Kunches said, despite admitting the Earth experienced a stronger radio blackout last August.

"But en masse, if you put it all together with the geomagnetic effects and the solar radiation effects, I would put it on par with one at the end of the last solar cycle, which was over five years ago."

Astronauts aboard the International Space Station could also be affected by the radiation storm, which may cause them to seek shelter in better protected parts of the orbiting lab as they have in the past.

"Flight surgeons in Houston's mission control centre have been monitoring the solar activity and will continue to do so," Nasa spokesman Mike Curie said.

"They have determined that there presently is no concern for the six crew members aboard the International Space Station ."

Space storms are not new. The first major solar flare was recorded by British astronomer Richard Carrington in 1859.

Other solar geomagnetic storms have been observed in recent decades. One huge solar flare in 1972 cut off long-distance telephone communication in the US state of Illinois.

Another similar flare in 1989 "provoked geomagnetic storms that disrupted electric power transmission" and caused blackouts across the Canadian province of Quebec.

AKA in other mythologies: Approximately 46 water goddesses correspond to Boann, ranging from Nyai Loro Kidul (Javanese) to Atanea (Polynesian). Half of them appear in only four traditions-10 Celtic (Abnoba, Adsullata, Ancamna, Boann, Clota, Danu, Nantosuelta, Sequana, Nabia, Tamesis) , five Inuit (Arnakuagsak, Arnapkapfaaluk, Aulanerk, Nerrivik, Sedna), five Greek (Ceto, Harpina, Praxithea, Leucothea, Naiad) and four Aztec (Atlacamani, Atlatonin, Chalchiuhtlicue, Huixtocihuatl). While these goddesses represent different aspects of water such as rivers, oceans, lakes, hot springs, rain, wells, creative and destructive aspects of water, the womb, birthing, and so on, they are all one element. Why do these particular mythologies have so many goddesses associated with water?

Symbolism: A white cow. (Cows are sacred to Celts and the color 'white' is associated with illumination.) Hazelnuts, salmon and water all represent wisdom.

Mythology and interpretation: Long ago, in the time of the Tuatha de Danaan, there existed a sacred well, named Segais, which was the source of wisdom. The well stood hidden in the shade of nine hazelnut trees, its magical waters inhabited by salmon who ate of the nuts as they fell into the water, providing them with the knowledge of the universe. The keeper of this well was Nechtan, god of water. Because this was a sacred place, only he and his three cupbearers were allowed to approach the well. They were the guardians who kept anyone from entering these sacred grounds and possibly obtaining knowledge no mortal or other god should understand.

But curious Boann, the goddess wife of Nechtan, challenged this law by approaching the well to partake of its wisdom. She walked counter-clockwise around the well, causing the waters to rise up and rush after her in response to the violation of this sacred place. The raging waters chased her through the land toward the ocean. As Boann was swept along, she lost an arm, a leg, an eye and ultimately her life to the churning waters that consumed her. At once the water became Boann, Boann became the water, and their merging created the river Boyne. Boann realized her quest for knowledge and she was from that moment on universal wisdom, inspiration to poets.

Boann's thirst for knowledge was her downfall because she lost her life, but ultimately it was her (and our) blessing because she received, and thereafter provided, illumination. Her story is reminiscent of the biblical Eve who rebelled against God's word in her quest for knowledge.

Disregard for the law exacts a great price; Eve was expelled from the garden, and Boann suffers significant losses as she tumbles in the raging waters. She essentially loses half her body (an arm, a leg and an eye), a symbolic image suggesting that she is half of this world, half of the other. Is there a moment where nature and divine being merge, each giving up half in order to accept the other? This sentiment runs deeply in Celtic belief; that the land, or more precisely, the genius loci (spirit of the place) and its people are one and the same, much as in Australian aboriginal belief; there is no separating the two.

The term Tuatha de Danaan (where Boann is), means "land" and also "people." The people of this land were considered a divine race of poets, seers, and warriors incarnated in this world to ready the earth and its inhabitants for an awakening. They were called the "Salmon of Wisdom;" those who had been exposed to the sacred salmon in Segais well and who then beheld the wisdom of the universe. Boann is of this race; and as goddess of water, what other fate would be hers but to completely enter the spiritual realm of the Tuatha de Danaan and reach us through water so that she may inspire us? In doing so, she embodies all the purposes of this sacred people/place. She becomes the vessel where we may swim and absorb all that she has to offer: awakening of the mind, inspiration, illumination, courage, creative power, knowledge, poetry, wisdom.

Meditation: Goddess Boann is here to invoke creative inspiration and to give you courage to go beyond what is comfortable in order to gain knowledge. Go to her when you need to access this energy. Remember that Boann does not borrow illumination from some outside source, rather, she brings what you already have within yourself to light. The best atmosphere to meditate on Boann is near a stream or river. Find a peaceful, comfortable spot close to the bank where you may be alone and without distraction. As you sit with eyes closed, inhale deeply and smell the breeze that follows the water's current, allowing Boann's breath to flow into your body and become part of you. Imagine her swimming like a water nymph through your external and internal rivers. See her darting in and out of light and shadow, attaching to the greater aspects of both and showing all to you. Hear her flowing toward you, through you, past you. Boann enters you through all senses and flows in the currents of your body, awakening the creative powers that reside there.

'Vampire Woman' Helps Domestic Abuse Victims

A Mexican woman who turned herself into a vampire look-a-like after suffering years of domestic violence is helping other victims.

Mother-of-four Maria Jose Cristerna, who is known as Vampire Woman, is a 36-year-old former lawyer from a Catholic family background.

Not only is 98% of her body covered with tattoos, but she has had fangs dentally implanted into her mouth and titanium horns surgically placed beneath the skin on her head.

She says she became interested in expressing herself through piercings and tattoos as a way of recovering from the trauma of abuse and now uses her appearance to help raise awareness and help other victims.

"But I see it as something good among all the bad, because I'm giving a message. I won't be able to change the thinking of the entire world, but I'm always there to help the people that need it."

There are huge signs available to us now of the immense progress of our personal awakening/divine embodiment and the ascension of our planet into higher frequencies. We can see now how much of what we've experienced has led us to a point where we are now energized and empowered enough to focus upon creativity. It's a joyous amazing time for any who are feeling this shift, and a powerful and encouraging sign paving the way for those in next wave and those waking up!

The Energy of March is amping toward the Equinox. This momentum initiated in December at the Solstice as the Arcs between these alignments in the precession of the Equinoxes and the Solstices increase in impact.

The accelerating energies have had affected us with their light and information and we in turn are evolving further. What this looks and feels like depends on where we are in our awakening process, what our elements of our energetic architecture are active, and what our intent is for using the energies.

It is increasingly important to note that our intent shapes the way we use the energy we receive. If you have not yet considered setting intentions for how the energy flowing into your field is received and utilized, why not do so now? You might intend to make your soul available to the new energies to support your ascension in to higher frequencies, with ease. (For example.) Intent is everything these days as energy is more available and many are vibrating with greater amounts of energy and thus also have more influence and greater resources with which to create.

The waves of light are activating new groups of souls. There are people beginning to feel the restlessness, the awareness of something deeper and more significant and with this shift, the beacon of the inner journey is ignited.

For those who have completed the clearing of the lower etheric layers--the physical, emotional and mental bodies being clear and free of energetic congestion--there is an enormous surge propelling you into transparency. The seat of your awareness is shifting and you are being called to live in a different relationship to the inner planes and your life in manifest form as the human reading this.

This energy creates a strong desire to release the outward, lifestyle components that may have felt necessary but not harmonious with your true self. And specifically many who have remembered and rediscovered their paths to wholeness are being urged to find ways to set up shop and broadcast their uniquely approachable energy-flavor. Many are called to be bridges to awakening, sharing and shining so those who will resonate with their energy and processes and be able to connect and use what is shared to remember and create on their own path of enlightenment.

For those beings, ready to shift into transparency the impulse to movement is strong and remaining still or hesitating will create great frustration and unhappiness. Realize that you will not necessarily know exactly how all of this is going to play out, but like Indiana Jones watches the path appear in front of him in faith, you too must walk forward on the inspiration as it appears in order for the next step to be given.

Life is dynamic and accelerating. Realize that the next steps are not being hidden from you. You are being given the steps that exist as reliable-now (and now and now and now). This keeps you in harmony with the ever expanding leading edge on which you are creating and increasingly living energetically. Know that not being able to organize your whole life or business or work or move, to not be able to plan ahead, is actually a gift. It supports you in staying in alignment if you just allow yourself to trust and take things one step at a time. Give birth to the essence of your dreams and then stay focused on that, calling forth the next guidance, insight, coincidence or connection by asking questions with intent to move, each day. Allow the next steps to show up and pay attention to synchronicity and coincidence which will often reveal the way if you're looking.

As we live from a soul level current, each relationship and conversation is a gift. These connections have the ability to accelerate the creation of the New Earth. Being open hearted and willing to share what arises and is inspired within you, will make you part of the collective co-creation. The time to stand on the sidelines and watch the game is over. Especially for those being drawn into transparency, this stalemate choice of non-movement and non-participation because you may feel uncertain or unworthy, will just leave you feeling disconnected and unhappy. Just trust yourself and jump in.

Along with transparency, there is an elevation of the seat of consciousness. Increasingly there is the call to bring the movement and expansiveness of the inner planes into your manifest life. This is an enormous signpost on the way to 5th Dimensional Manifest Reality. Recognize it as such and allow yourself a whopping "Woo-hoo!"

The New Earth will show up as reflection of your inner experience made manifest by focus and willingness to flow energy in your experience into new ways. As more and more of us embrace this quality of sincere participation as powerful creators in the ongoing generation of life on Earth, others will have confidence to join the fun and the momentum will build.

Transformation alone has never been the point of all this change. The shift of the ages involves transformation for the purpose of manifest reality transforming. We need awakening and manifestation as our experiences to fulfill the intentions for the Divine Plan for our Planet, and our personal aspirations of participating in this auspicious epoch of time/space.

Civilization and culture rest in our hearts. The outcomes of creation on Earth, the shape of things to come, and the experiences of right here right now are enormously influenced by those high-vibe Earth Angels who have found their light and are bringing it home.

We need to awaken and bring this way of being to bear on reinventing and recreating our lives, our world, our civilization and the collective thought forms and beliefs of our shared consciousness. As one of us enlarges our consciousness and elevates our being, all of us benefit for we are all One, interconnected and whole together.

It is within this wholeness that we have great hope and promise, for we can springboard off of one another, leap-frogging into new territory and expanding the experiences possible for humanity and thus for all life on our planet.

Lastly, I encourage you as you are ready to step into your role as Creator Gods, to begin with your own life. It's important for your own life to work. That means being healthy, happy, having abundant energy and resources and work, relationships and a lifestyle that allows you to flow and thrive. Get happy, essentially, then share the love.

The example of your joy is a beacon to those unsure about things. It helps inspire the deep inner recognition of this glorious opportunity available here and now. Furthermore and most important, your joy generates energy and this allows you to be highly magnetic--attracting all you need, and highly influential--shaping the world with your ideals.

As the most complex sentient being here we have enormous responsibility to care for and include all life in our perceptions of reality and the way we choose to live and create a mode of being.

Life is essentially the same thing in all forms: source energy made manifest. As we learn to live expressing this appreciation and realization we experience countless shifts in our lifestyles. These changes bring that which we are and how we live into a full expression of this innate appreciation and love for all of ourselves as One.

It is this harmonious, peace-filled experience which is increasingly available to each of us now. It is up to us if we continue to participate in unsustainable pathways which continually draw us out of our own hearts and into power struggles and other energetic distortions to feel good and as an artificial substitute for love, true connection and the joy of being ourselves.

Life is opening to new pathways. Many are discovering the inner joy that never fades. The innate wisdom always available and the abundant experience of love and well-being that is part of all that.

You too, wherever you are, can move beyond restlessness and the sense that there must be more to life, through the dark night of the soul and the inner forest, into a glowing meadow; to this radiant state of luminous being. It is your true nature to be light and to emanate this energy from your focus--regardless of form. As the Human Being reading this, you know this. Deep within you is also the clear awareness that you are entirely, fundamentally wonderful and there is not, and never has been anything wrong with you.

As you reconnect the inner pathways to this eternal truth, all kinds of distortions and old patterns and habits will arise and depart from your experience. As you knowingly let them go, you will discover a process of continual expansion. You will increasingly dwell in grace-filled states of knowing, clarity, creativity, joy and love. It is from this gloriously happy state that you have the vision, inspiration and the vibrational resonance to open up creative options in the New Earth. Remember, access is granted by frequency resonance with specific bands of energy. As you reinstate your own freedom and confidence, self-love and sense of innate beauty, you will find 5th Dimensional dwelling available in your waking state, regardless of where the Earth is in her progression toward this higher band of residence. You will effectively become a bridge to the new life possible for those not yet there. It is inspiring to realize all the points of light and love moving into this state of being on our beautiful Earth!

It is from this empowered, energized state that you are called into transparency, into radiant, sincere, ego-free self-expression. There then is no hesitation, no doubt, no evaluation. Your role is simply to be you, to express and create as you are inspired. No more, no less. You can trust in the value of your inspiration and impulses as we are all inspired from the same ground of being. And as you are inspired to offer, another is inspired to receive. Live from the true nature of your being, however you know this to be. The energy of this month will peak with the Equinox and all of this momentum will crest and we will emerge with a new, elevated sense of all that we are and what we wish to experience.

It is becoming clear now, regarding the energies of this year of 2012, that we have the critical point on our evolution. We all have been waiting for this time. This is our time. As old souls, incarnated and still ones un-manifested in this physical reality, we come at these precarious junction points, at the end/beginning of ages, because we absolutely love it.

Now you . . . that are already in physical form, you are having to deal with your rapidly morphing DNA and beyond that, adjust to the actual laws of nature that are changing right under your feet. You will feel like the carpet has been ripped out from under your feet. But remember . . . this is your time, and you came here for this time. SO MANY have come to experience this rapid evolution and rebooting of an entire system. Your body IS going with you. This has been the plan for eons. Atlantis was only a dress rehearsal, and we know that it didn't go so well. But you have all learned and grown through this age, and this time . . . is your time. We can see from NO TIME, and we can see that you have completed the job. You are victorious, and you are celebrating in the most extraordinary style. Hold this dream of victory as you pass through this year with all of its tidal waves of energy that are coming.

There is no doubt that your body will feel rocked and surprised by this year's energies. But your heart and inner truths are unshakable now. Rely on this inner truth when your body is telling you differently. No one will be immune to this process. There are going to be a lot of mixed signals in the outer world. Don't listen to them.

There will be medical experts out there telling you to drug yourself with anti-anxiety and anti-depressants meds. This won't help you as you are going to reboot anyway. Fighting the process will only make it less joyful. There will be well meaning alternative healers as well who will tell you to eat this, or do that. Again don't listen to them unless your heart is in full resonance with their suggestions. Everyone has a unique past that comes from your spiritual ancestors. We are not talking about your genetics; like who are you parents or grandparents. We are talking about your spiritual past. This is an akashic past that is much more potent than that of your genetic past. Listen to your heart, your core, your inner constant. This is your orientation point in a world that is wobbling like an out of control gyroscope. Fighting the transformation at this point will only make it harder and less joyful. There is no escape. If you are in a body, you will re-boot and re-celebrate. Remember . . . this is great fun for you spirit and soul. This is why you came here.

In these coming waves, you are going to feel out of sorts and your body is going to give you weird issues that seem to come and go. You might feel like you need to hunker down and lay low for these shifts and changes; but we do not suggest this, although it is your free will to do whatever you want. Let us explain . . . You know when you sit in a chair too long, you get stiff. This is what will happen if you don't KEEP MOVING while these waves wash over you. You will not find the answers you need while hiding in your home praying for solutions. The world is moving into a unified field of collective manifesting. You cannot do this by yourself. Pieces of your solution to this transformation are out in the world with other like-minded souls. All the pieces to this transformation are spread out among all of you. This is why you need like-minded ones around you. These waves are too large to surf alone. You must do this together.

There are going to be a lot of huge waves in 2012 that we will be surfing together. This is a good time to gather with like-minded soul family that live in a place that is centered in the heart and not from fear. Surround yourself with FEARLESS beings. We love the logo "NO FEAR" that you wear, because this is what we are asking you to BE now; FEARLESS and full of LOVE, TRUST, and a deep knowing that the big celebration is nearly upon you all.

The following are some of the energy waves that, at this point in our no time perspective, we expect may come to you. This does not mean that it will happen as we say here. The future is not real and can change at any moment as you evolve. There may be other waves that are coming as well that we do not see today as Aluna transcribes this for you.

The first wave will be on your Equinox. GATHER TOGETHER and celebrate this beginning wave of your great transformation. Equinox will bring a much needed balance in your world that will be necessary for what comes after this date. Balance yourselves in preparation as you will need this later. We can't say this strong enough. Please hear this, and do as your heart calls. This ballance will be essential in the days to come.

Negative and fearful friends and family, etc… will be toxic to you now. The year of 10 EB is about the awakened human finally arriving and anchoring. We are finally going to put our feet down on a new foundation to a new world. 10 is all about manifesting in a real physical dimension. EB is about exuding outer peace, but inside there can be inner turmoil. The outer peace is our heart knowing and truth. The inner turmoil, fear, etc... that we have inside is the last of the old programming fading away. If we do not feed it, it will starve. Feed the Love, starve the fear.

Another large wave we see that you might experience profoundly is the June 6th Venus transit. For the last 8 years, your collective consciousness has been building a model for a unified, universal heart. This process began on the last Venus transit on June 8th, 2004. This new unified, universal heart model will be downloaded into the new operating system. The collective unified heart will be anchored. Any place where there is not love expressed, it will be shaken to its core. This will cover everything including your personal relationships all the way to global governmental systems. This new down load will make selfish acts nearly impossible to achieve. In other words, we will begin to think, act and live in the knowing that there is no separation and all life is connected. We will not be able to make a choice without considering the whole and future generations. This new heart model will take several weeks before it is fully anchored. The universe is loving and kind and will allow this heart transformation download slowly so you can readjust with each daily heart pulse. Breathe . . . surround yourself with loving, positive, like-minded souls. This will make your heart transformation a joyful experience instead of a painful one. Now that the heart model has been fully anchored into your new heart, as well as into your world and our universe, this eclipse will be quite important and very potent as it makes necessary adjustments based on our collective consciousness. This is not a judgment on humanity. But we know that holding a perfect love space in your wobbling world will be hard to accomplish 100% of the time. So the universe is giving you a break for any mis-qualified energy you may have anchored. We also tell you this to be easy on yourself. It is difficult to hold perfect space in a radically morphing world. Relax and just be your truth as much as you can. The universe will clean up anything you might have done that came from anything but love. In this eclipse path, there will be a temporary no-time space in which to reboot all the upgrades. This eclipse will be quite intense, and we are glad that most of the passage of this eclipse is over the ocean to soften its impact. During this time, we can see that there is going to be a lot of upgrading. Stay in a place of peace and neutrality as the reboot washes across the Earth. Now you are running on a fully upgraded and re-calibrated system. It is time to give this new world a test run. You have been ready for this for eons.

The next wave will come in mid-December on 12/12/12 which also falls on an important celebration day for the Maya 8 BATZ. For the Maya, this day is a recalibration of their sacred calendar, and it will set off an explosion that will light the fire under the new programming that we have helped download this entire year. Essentially the Maya Elders will be plugging it ALL in. This comes almost 2 weeks before the December 21, 2012 date that so many of you are aware of.

The last wave of the year comes on December 21, 2012. All you old souls will be celebrating in love and peace. Any that have not allowed this recalibration to take place, and were strong enough to hold it off , will hit an extreme crisis point. Your job is to anchor love and positive intent in celebration, and THIS ACTION will bring these last hold outs into alignment with the new program. This is not a judgment for these souls. They were the last hold outs to keep the old world running up to the very last second, and they did this for us. This was a very hard job for them. ALL souls on your Earth are pieces of God. So don't forget this.

So, with this said, we suggest and hope that you will gather in HUGE numbers on December 21, 2012 around the Earth to celebrate no matter what the outer world is doing. Remember that you are living in the no-fear all-love zone. You are opening portals to your heart, the Earth and the universe. Be out on Mother Earth and under Father Sun. Go to your sacred sites, celebrate and be in love with all your soul family. This is your time. You have waited and prepared for a long time. So allow yourself to celebrate this victory and revel in the glory of the shining God that is in YOU and now anchored in the world and universe.

Be in Love and Peace and know all is well.

Don't forget arrests will be taking place worldwide, this is the cue and we will all start to see our space brothers and sisters in their spaceships starting to first contact us .
Do what resonates with your heart...release the ego

Earth is much like a racing car right now, foot down on the accelerator, moving forward at breakneck speed into more and more of the higher vibrational light showering down on us. The light, and the speed with which we are entering it, is throwing off our veils and shackles faster than you can say ‘We’re not in Kansas anymore Toto’.

Sometimes the light makes us feel overwhelmingly peaceful and blissful, when no matter what is seemingly going on in the outside world all is well in our inner domain. Other times, like the days leading up to March, we feel like hapless passengers holding onto our seatbelts for dear life, knuckles white and tight. Sticking our heads out the window for some air brings no relief – we are met by 500 miles per hour winds flapping into our faces. We look over to the driver – one Ms Mother Earth, who has a surprisingly lead foot for a woman several billion years old, hoping the harried look in our eyes might make her take pity on us and slow down. No such luck. She looks over to us with a wild gleam in her eyes and shouts out “Don’t ya love the feeling of freedom!”. Errr, that’s what this is?

Yes folks. The knot in your stomach, the fear gripping you and the panicked hyperventilating is a result of waking up every day to more and more energetic freedom, thus paving the way for more freedom in our physical, materialised lives. We don’t have to play the same old roles anymore. We don’t have to repeat the same old stories anymore. Old beliefs? In the trash. Jobs and relationships that aren’t working for you anymore? Tribal council has spoken – you can vote them off the island. Surely this sounds like paradise? Isn’t that what our new reality is supposed to feel like? A blissful, wondrous, paradise? Somehow we forgot to read the fine print in our ‘Come to Earth in the midst of the greatest Shift ever!’ contracts: Freedom may feel slightly terrifying and completely disorientating after lifetimes of general repression and limitation.

The energies of Freedom are well and truly upon us, and March is stepping it up a notch or thousand. While our Soul is sitting on top of the race car grinning like a jockey about to win the Kentucky Derby, our ego/mind/old self is the one having a hard time below us. “You want to do what? Leave your job? Are you crazy? You’re never going to survive financially. What are you going to do? You think there’s a soulmate out there for you? You think you’re going to change your life with your new positive thoughts/positive goals/positive whatever? Yeh right, it will last a few days like everything else, who do you think you are? You have what you say? Needs?? You have your own needs? And you want them met? Hahahaha very funny, get back to work.”

We are facing a period of up and down energy as we undergo a major paradigm transition. The need to creatively and authentically express our true selves is fiercely burning through us. We know that there can be no more compromises. No more procrastination. No more broken promises to ourselves. Enough already with delaying being who we really are, delaying doing what we know we want or need to do. Yet while this feels exciting and exhilarating on one level, it is also triggering every last nook and cranny of self-sabotage patterns within us – and these patterns are being mirrored via situations or people outside us that seem to be blocking us as well as our own critical inner voices. Seem being the operative word because there is only one self-sabotageour in the building. Guess who?

So all this freedom can actually feel quite heavy and sad at first, with us feeling disappointed and disillusioned about ourselves, our lives, our dreams, our world. Every cell in our body wants whatever it is we want, and now more than ever we truly know that we can’t possibly keep moving forward in our lives being less than who we truly know ourselves to be. We just can’t keep doing what we used to do, we can’t go back to, or stay in, what energetically we have already moved on from. We have to go do what we need to do, and there is a strong ‘it’s now or never’ feeling to this urge. Yet there is all this stuff within us and around us telling us we can’t do it, can’t have it, it’s not going to happen, it’s impossible. So we are spending a lot of time feeling stuck and confused. Not wanting to stay where we are or go back to where we came from, yet not knowing quite how to move forward.

We are feeling this way because the concept, and reality, of limitless freedom feels totally foreign to us. Limitless freedom is of course not foreign to us, it is our natural state of being. However we have been without it for so long, or at least we have been in the illusion that we are without it for so long, that we have almost forgotten what to do with it and how to use it. We are like prisoners who have just been set free from years in darkened isolation. The light of an open sun-filled sky can be blinding, and it is an actual fact that two-thirds of prisoners re-offend upon release because they don’t know how to function in a healthy, empowered way as free adults. Prison becomes the comfort zone.

We cannot allow our old reality to be our comfort zone because as you know, it’s really not all that comfortable. Yes aspects of it may have provided us with something we needed – financial security for example – so another reason we are finding it so hard to let go of the old and jump head first alongside Mother Earth into the new is we fear that the new won’t provide us with those things we need. The irony is, the new has the potential to not only provide us with what we need but also open doorways to experiences and opportunities we never even thought to ask for. These doorways are usually not visible from the perspective of our old lives, so as much as we love to have guarantees before we make any drastic changes, it’s often only when we finally commit to the new that our new doorways appear.

How does this work in real life with bills to pay and children to support? Ask to be shown a bridge from the old to the new that will help you get there in an easeful way. ‘Just trust’ does work but it’s easier said than done for lots of people. So if ‘just trust’ sounds a bit lala for you, ask for a bridge. Don’t ask with your arms crossed in a ‘fine if I’m meant to change, prove it, bring me a bridge’ way. The universe is not going to do the work for you and your belief that change it not really possible will override your genuine desire to attract it. It will meet you more than halfway if you take the first step, but you have to take the first step. The bridge is for those of you who genuinely in your heart of hearts know it is time to make a change in one or more aspect of your lives, but just don’t know how to get from here to there. From your heart, ask for a bridge.

Another reason we are feeling stuck as we transition from ‘here to there’ is that our true power has become just as foreign to us as our freedom. We are hearing the voice of our dreams and desires calling to us ever louder, but our inner voices and beliefs telling us we can’t do it have been way louder for a long time. We have become used to setting our dreams, our needs and our true desires aside, and as a result our inner power feels more like an inner deflated balloon.

There are hundreds of healing tools available now for addressing our issues with not owning our power and freedom, but something you can do right now is simply decide enough’s enough. Tell yourself “Lack, I don’t believe in you anymore...Limitation, I don’t believe in you anymore....The part of me that says I can’t do it, I don’t believe in you anymore.” Visualise your Power and right to Freedom as if they are long lost friends. Embrace them and say “It’s been a long time, and I can’t really remember how to use you or how this all works, but I’m ready to remember. Please show me. Please guide me.” Another thing that may help is something I say daily: “I am aligned with my best possible self, best possible reality and best possible movement forward.”

What is your desired dream? What is it that you keep putting off or telling yourself you can’t do yet because...? What do you feel you’d be letting go of by following your heart? Why do you feel that your desired dream can’t meet whatever needs were being met in your old life? What is it about your desired dream that you’ve used as an excuse to not go for it and create/attract it? Take some time to answer these questions if you are ready to embrace your freedom, as foreign as it may seem.

Usually selfless people are awakening to their own needs right now, and this too feels foreign after a lifetime of putting others first. This doesn’t mean we are becoming selfish and inconsiderate, rather we are realising that at times we have not considered ourselves and it is time now to do so. Lines in the sand are being drawn all over the place, boundaries are being strengthened and we are learning that sometimes we have to say no to others to say yes to ourselves. We can no longer serve others from a position of not serving ourselves – our true selves. Make the embodiment of your true self your first priority right now, and that in itself will work as a compass and magnet for you to create and attract right relationships, right work, right service and right lots of things in your life. This embodiment will ensure that you are always in the right place at the right time (something that lots of people are concerned about right now), and also guide you to do the most good for the most amount of people in the best way possible for all (including yourself). To help this embodiment process affirm “My thoughts, words and actions are aligned with my true self.”

Our authentic power is being reclaimed and it can be shocking to realise just how much of it we have given away by not believing in ourselves, not standing up for ourselves, not being true to ourselves and not loving ourselves. Those days are over. We are entering the age of Light and of Love. Not in a fluffy new agey way, but in a real, practical, walk our talk kind of way. The kinds of fear-based and ego-based decisions we have seen made by our governments, media, big business and banking institutions were ultimately a result of a lack of light (awareness of truth) and a lack of love, especially self-love which manifests as a lack of love and consideration to others. Those days are ending. They cannot exist out the other side of this shift, no more than darkness can exist once you have turned on the light in your house.

It is time to believe in the Light and in Love more than you believe in the lack of it, and believe in its ability to transform our world – inner and outer. As you see and feel the chaos, and all renovation projects are preceded by some chaos, trust in this ability. Trust in your own ability, no make that your own destiny, to be a powerful part of the process.

This past weekend as my housemates and I were watching one of our favorite shows, I realized that I was having a very hard time with the violence in the show. It wasn't graphic or over the top. Just bringing alot of tension into my body. I took a few deep breaths and felt better. When the movie started and the violence started again only much more graphic the tension returned only this time upsetting my stomach. I excused myself and went to bed. This is the first time this has happened. I have always said that I knew the violence in movies and tv shows are make believe, but I guess I am progressing and can no longer handle violent movies. I am also seeing how harmful words can be. It seems this week all the negative talk and sarcastic remarks made by my coworkers and myself are being shown to me. I'm once again getting that big push from Spirit to change how I am treating others and myself. This will be a big change, I often speak without thinking how its going to sound or what impact it will have.  Maybe a day of silence is in order.

 A Whole World Full of Light ,

The world, as you know it, is changing, for you are growing. And so, the world as you know it, changes before your very eyes. The world is a reflection of you. As you change and grow, so goes the world. The world is of your making, and the world is of your perception of it.

As you see a beautiful world, the world becomes more beautiful. And so do you. You become more beautiful to yourself and to others. You have always been beautiful to Me. My perception doesn't change. My perception has ever been true. I see. I have never not seen. Wherever I look, I see beauty. I have heard that beauty is in the Beholder. That saying holds Great Truth.

It is also true that how the Beholder sees rubs off on the Beheld. The more beauty you see in others, the more beautiful they will actually become.

You have seen this. When people feel loved or are in love, they light up, and they are beautiful. It is beautiful to see, and you have seen it. Be beautiful, and you will have a glow. See beauty, and what you see will have a glow about it. This is how you light up the world!

What is glow but light? And what are you but light? Light is spreading across the land. Beauty is becoming more beautiful. Beauty is infinite, and infinite means always more. There is no going back, beloveds. You can no longer hide your light in corners. No longer can you be shy or reticent to shine your light. You came here to Earth to shine your light, and shine your light you will. It is ordained, beloveds, it is ordained that you will come out of the shadows of your own perception. How about now? What is there to wait for? What are you waiting for? Come out from the shadows now.

Simply step out from the shadows of your past thinking. You, yes, you. You are a most beautiful being. Any lack you may have is lack of true perception of yourself, life, and others. You notice I say that it is your perception that is lacking. That is all that can be lacking. I created you as beauty. My perception is accurate. You are the non-believer. You are a non-believer in yourself.

You can't make yourself believe. You believe what you believe. Yet what you believe can be changed. You can raise a lesser belief to a higher belief. You do this by noticing. Any little bit of beauty you notice anywhere becomes you, and it becomes part of you. Start noticing beauty in yourself and others, and pat yourself on the back. Be pleased. You saw beauty. You noticed it. You became it. This is worth celebrating. Celebrate now. It's fine to celebrate even ahead of time.

Once you make the decision to see beauty, you will see it. You will notice it even in dark places. Even in the dark, there is some light. See the beauty in yourself. See the beauty in others. The truth is that all beauty is yours. It is all yours.

In this moment, the supposed you and the supposed I, are beautiful together. We make beautiful music, for you see, We love, and what is love but seeing the beautiful wherever it is, however it is housed. Every single person has a spark of light, and now We are going to make this spark become a huge bonfire of light, a mountain of light, a whole world full of light, thanks to you.

Follow Your Heart

“Recently, Neurophysicists have been astonished to discover that the Heart is more an organ of intelligence, than (merely) the bodies’ main pumping station. More than half of the Heart is actually composed of neurons of the very same nature as those that make up the cerebral system. Joseph Chilton-Pearce, author of The Biology of Transcendence, calls it “the major biological apparatus within us and the seat of our greatest intelligence.”

The Heart is also the source of the body’s strongest electromagnetic field. Each heart cell is unique in that it not only pulsates in synchrony with all the other heart cells, but also produces an electromagnetic signal that radiates out beyond the cell. An EEG that measures brain waves shows that the electromagnetic signals from the heart are so much stronger than brain waves, that a reading of the heart’s frequency spectrum can be taken from three feet away from the body…without placing electrodes on it!

The Heart’s electromagnetic frequency arcs out from the Heart and back in the form of a torus field. The axis of this Heart torus extends from the pelvic floor to the top of the skull, and the whole field is holographic, meaning that information about it can be read from each and every point in the torus.

The Hearts’ torus electromagnetic field is not the only source that emits this type of electromagnetic field. Every atom emits the same torus field. The Earth is also at the center of a torus, so is the solar system and even our galaxy…and all are holographic. Scientists believe there is a good possibility that there is only one universal torus encompassing an infinite number of interacting, holographic tori within its spectrum. Because electromagnetic torus fields are holographic, it is more than likely that the sum total of our Universe is present within the frequency spectrum of a single torus.

This means that each one of us is connected to the entire Universe and as such, can access all the information within it at any given moment. When we get quiet and access what we hold in our Hearts, we are literally connecting to the limitless supply and Wisdom of the Universe, thereby enabling what we perceive as “miracles” to enter into our lives.

When we disconnect and shut down the Heart’s innate wisdom of Love-based thinking, the ego-based intellect takes over and operates independently of the Heart, and we revert to a survival mentality based on fear, greed, power, and control. In this way, we come to believe that we are separate, our perception of life shifts into one of limitation and scarcity, and one in which we must fight in order to survive. This amazing organ, that we often time ignore, neglect and build walls around, is where we can find our strength, our faith, our courage and our compassion, enabling our higher emotional intelligence that can, if we allow it, guide us through our lives.

We switch the gears out of the fear-based mental state that we have been taught to believe in, and move into Heart Centered living. For this transformation to take place, meditate, “go into your Heart” and access the inner wisdom of the Universe. As each one of us begins this quiet revolution of living from the Heart, we will begin to see it reflected in our lives and in our World. This is how each one of us will create change in the world, create Peace, create Harmony and Balance, and in this way, will we all create the New World Paradigm of Heaven on Earth.”

GODS WAKING TO THEIR DIVINE PLAN
The higher selves - the god selves of many who are now waking
up now to remember their selves, placed a seed of themselves--an
etheric crystal dust memory of themselves in the Core of Mother
Earth. This essence of themselves contained a time code that
would awaken to remember their divine mission on Mother Earth
at this time. Those who are waking up now to that mission are
those who came to Earth to be a part of this COSMIC MYSTERY
SCHOOL OF THE OMNIVERSE. This is the team that was created

over the past several eons. These are entities whom have chosen
to be a part of the most glorious event that has been experienced in
this COSMOS. We have had a Merlin, a Mary, a Goddess Hathor,
a Zeena Warrior Princess, a Kuthumi and a Djwal Kuhl awaken
to their identities so far during our classes. This awakening is
one of the main process that THE TEACHERS of this class are
overseeing.
Now it is time for the rise of the Divine God Plan--the Divine Blue
Print to become perfect once again. We have known this Divine
God Plan as Atlantis. It was originally called Ajaho. This was the
perfect model of the divine plan that was created by Sun Alcyone.
The spark of Source was united with the Universal and Cosmic
Consciousness and breathed out into the Galactic Consciousness.
That perfect creation from about 20 million years ago is finally going
to be completely restored.
Mother Earth is the entity who maintained her original divine
selfhood deep inside of her CORE. Sunat Kumara has maintained
the divine essence of the Entities who are awakening now to
their complete selfhood. This etheric liquid light core contains her
spiritual essence and ours. Students in this Course will learn to
completely merge their physical body back into oneness with
their spiritual body. This zero point balance prepares the body for
ascension.
When Mother Earth came into this galaxy, there was an etheric
sphere placed around her. This etheric sphere has always
contained the original etheric substance that was contained in
Sun Alcyon’s original creation of Ajaho. The essence of this Divine
Plan was maintained for Mother Earth to grow from. This was her
complete self-- her spiritual and physical self. So, her spiritual half
is deep within her and her complete self is a sphere around her.
We are the same. We also have a spiritual half. Our etheric self
is deep in Mother Earth’s core and our spiritual self grows around
our body as we remember to expand outwardly into our MERKABA

LIGHT BODY. As Mother Earth must merge back into her entire
matrix of the galactic, universal and cosmic, so do we.
Mother Earth has merged and collected the complete breaths of
consciousness, or streams of light and sound, from the etheric
matrix of Sirius and her Alcyone Sun’s frequencies of Aquarius.
In the original Aquarius Galaxy, there were three starry families
involved in the AJaho project. Sun Alcyone and Source were the
creators, and the co-creators were entities who formed the Blue
Sirius system. These entities were BLUE DOLPHONOID Entities.
These entities moved a part of themselves into a new home base
where they could hold the frequencies of consciousness of those
from the Dolphonoid Family, and yet be in the Mother Earth Realm.
Those entities formed the Aquafarion realm. It is the frequencies of
these realms of the Aquarius Galaxy, the Sun Alcyon and other
Galactic Suns, and Aquafaria that are streaming down to Mother
Earth to raise and align the Earth’s matrix back into their spiritual
and physical oneness. This new self hood will be found as we
merge together all of our selves that we have been in past millions
of years into one grander new reality.
This entire Cosmos was created by our higher selves- our god
selves- our monadic selves and our god seed selves. Those
selves are now ready and able to merge into oneness with our
consciousness as we raise our consciousness to theirs. This
course prepares us to merge into this oneness of consciousness.
The physical body is prepared for ascension by igniting the Source
Spark in the physical body, aligning into all of the frequencies of all
five spheres and igniting the flame into oneness. The physical body
must merge with the golden crystal body in the Earth’s Core. The
physical body cannot enter into the spiritual realm of ascension until
it has invited in the spark from Source into every cell in the body.
The cells in the body contain the memory of all that has ever
happened on this Earth’s Matrix. These pearls of wisdom must be
ignited by the Spark of Source - the creator of all. This creation

belongs to Source and must be returned to Source. We do this by
collecting everything from all experiences in this World
Consciousness and bringing this memory into a Crystal Sphere,
in order to build a pearl of wisdom. We hold this crystal sphere
in our hands in front of our body. Inhale all thoughts, memories,
experiences of everything that you have experienced or seen
experienced by others-- even if it was from T.V., a movie or
a textbook.
Next invite Source to ignite his spark in this pearl of wisdom. That
spark will ignite a tiny flame inside of the cells in the body related to
those experiences. Once that flame has been ignited, Source can
pull those memories out of the cells and take the flames of creation
to reprocess into a new pure frequency of creation. This is the
most important responsibility of all who are a part of Mother Earth’s
Matrix. The Ascension cannot be complete until all who are with
her do this. When this energy of the speed of light spins and the
rings of heliotalic light spin, the body can be lifted into a funnel of
light with the help of starry family, for complete rennovation into the
original 12 D Christ Body. Some of us will be rising into the 24th,
36th or 48 DNA structure because we are on a Galactic or Cosmic
mission.
Next the body will be prepared to move to the Cloud Cities,
Aquafaria or return home to the original planet they came from.
Each will find their unique mission that they are here for. Some will
return to the Islands of Light to teach those who are being raised
from their dreaming state on the Earth. The Island of Light project
that we are working on with Zorak is an Island of Light preparing for
the new Star System. The Golden Galaxy is a natural part of that
process. We must first base our new modality, our new harmonic
convergence, our new tone of home on the Star Dust Structure.
These will be the first wave who prepare the perfect - the god
world- the Atlantis model for those from Earth to create their new
world from. Those of us on the first wave will remember white
magic as if it were beginning math. It will be a natural part of us

once more. We will remember how to create mansions with our
breath of consciousness.
This will be the beginning of the Islands of Light where everyone

I thought this was one of the most interesting 'cause' videos I've seen. It uses the concept of our new capabilities of mass communication to enlighten the world about a most wanted criminal - much like America's Most Wanted TV show does here in America, only on a grander scale.  I don't believe our government has to be the world's policeman, but I liked the idea that we sent advisers to help empower Uganda's own forces. That was a good idea. IMHO all you really have to do is visualize the headlines 'KONY Captured', and if enough people worldwide do that a powerful intention is set up that cannot fail. By doing that one simple thing you put into motion forces that utitilize creative capabilities beyond our limited personal knowledge and capabilities. So, give it a try. Visualize those headlines every day. Let's see what we can accomplish via mass communication. It is indeed a very New World.

                      The second chakra is the Swadisthana Chakra  - "One's own abode"

                                               which is located in the tail-bone,

                                    and corresponds to the pubic bone in the front of the body.

                                        It has six vermillion colored petals with a crescent moon.

                              The crescent moon is the water region whose deity is Varuna (below)

                                                           The God of Seas and Waters.

                          The presiding deity for the whole chakra is Shri Brahmadeva

                                             who represents the Creator, and has as his power

                                     Shri Saraswati , who is the Goddess of music and arts.

                    This second chakra is often reported to be related to our sexuality, but it is

                              also the chakra for creativity, pure attention, and pure knowledge.

                         It is the one who connects us to the inner source of inspiration , and

                                            enables us to experience the beauty around us.

                         The pure knowledge given by this chakra is not mental, but is direct

                                      perception of the Reality that can be felt in our palms and

                                                       indicates our subtle blockages.

                      Also this is the center of pure, steady attention and power of concentration.

                       On the physical level it looks after our liver, kidneys and lower abdomen.

                       When we think too much this center gets drained of energy and diseases like

                               diabetes or blood cancer can occur when this chakra goes completely

                                                                out of balance.

                                           The gemstones that benefit this chakra are:

                                         * amethyst   * carnelian   * coral   * aquamarine

                                                      THE  BIJA  or  SEED  MANTRA 

            Vam (vahm) is the seed sound for the Swadhisthana chakra.  It is a watery element and

            its quality is taste.   While saying the Vam bija, visualize a crescent moon over water.

            Patience will begin to manifest, as well as greater control of appetite and other senses.
