Apparent Journey of the Dream ego  The journey of all egos through the realm of the unreal is as follows.    1) Firstly he seeks to nurture himself by exploiting the world.  This done...  2) next he seeks to save the world.  This done...  3) next comes the awareness that since he cannot save himself how can he save the world.  This done...  4) next he seeks someone to save himself.  This done...  5) next comes the acknowledgement- how can there be salvation for what has no reality?  This done...  6) Nothing is left to think or do. This done...  7) Sudden Ascension transpires—the ego is no more.

   In Mayan tradition, there is a greeting that many people working with Mayan wisdom know of.
It is the law of In Lak'ech Ala K'in, which means I am another yourself (A modern day interpretation).
            It also means I am you, and you are me (A traditional Mayan interpretation).
     We have come to understand that this Mayan greeting is an honoring for each other.
                                      It is a statement of unity and oneness.

In Lak'ech Ala K'in mirrors the same sediment of other beautiful greetings such as Namaste for East India,
                  Wiracocha for the Inca, and Mitakuye Oyasin for the Lakota.
It doesn't matter which culture you come from. But when one of these sacred greetings is given,
                         there is always an action of placing the hands over the heart.

It is common knowledge these days that every action we take in our lives affects all living things.
         We understand that if we act negatively, our actions impact all life negatively.
                       When we act positively, we affect all life in a positive manner.
When we live the Mayan code of In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we know that every action we take is out of
                    respect for all life, and we are living and giving from our hearts.

We can give our hearts in a positive manner every day by saying In Lak'ech Ala K'in to each other,
                             to the trees, to the sky, to the birds, and to the stars.
                            You can greet each sunrise by saying In Lak'ech Ala K'in.
Each and every day we have together is sacred, so acknowledge this day by giving it your heart.
               Remember when you give in this way, you are also giving to yourself !
            You are not giving your energy away to something separate from yourself.
                                 You are giving to another part of yourself !

I understand the challenges in staying positive in these days where the energy is so compressed
  that we can hardly breathe, but there is one simple exercise that can turn it all around for us.
                                     Each day, simply walk in gratefulness.
       We can say In Lak'ech Ala K'in to that which gives us life everyday, and that is
                                           the heart of the Great Spirit.
Instead of solely taking from the Great Spirit by asking for insight and direction, give back your heart,
                    love, and appreciation. You will be amazed at the results.
    If we open our hearts and send gratitude, it opens all doors that were previously closed to us.
Remember you are a part of Great Spirit ! When you give to Great Spirit you are giving to yourself.

We can practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in tirelessly, because when and what we give to others is giving
      energy to ourselves. When we give, we receive. So how do we know if we giving right ?
It is really simple. When we are energized by our giving, we know we are giving from our hearts and
                                            from the code of In Lak'ech Ala K'in.

If we feel drained or exhausted, it is possible that we gave out of fear, lack, obligation, ego, or a need to
    be accepted or liked. The more one practices In Lak'ech Ala K'in, the clearer we will become
          about our motivations regarding our actions, and the more we will receive.
      Remember . . . what goes around comes around exactly the way it was sent out.
   If you don't like what life is sending to you, look at what you are sending out to life.

When we begin to live and practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in, a lot of our old ways of doing things will no longer
work for us. For instance, we cannot act like victims anymore, and we cannot live out of fear either.
      We find ourselves no longer preparing for disaster; instead we anticipate a glorious future.
               It is time for us to rewrite the prophecies. They have become obsolete.
                                 The past will become just a bad dream,
        and the future will become a beautiful vision of which we will create right now.

When we practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we quit being neutral in our world, because we understand that
                                Spirit works with those that take action.
       We begin to take action by adding to the positive experience of this dimension.
                                     So what kind of world do you want ?
          Don't just stand there waiting for the world to appear in front of you.
                     Spirit helps those who help themselves. It is up to us.

When we practice the moral code of In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we are producing and sending positive and vital
           energy that can literally transform our troubled world into Paradise.
When we live from In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we are putting to use our natural ability to create our reality.
        We are affecting the collective consciousness of humanity in a positive way.
The Cosmic Maya, also known as the "Star Elders" or "Invisible Council", understood this natural power
       to create their reality. Their sacred calendars mapped the natural laws of the universe.
                          Now it is our turn to come to this understanding.
          It is time for us to walk as the Star Elders did so many years ago.
                          The time has come for us to change the world.

The more humanity begins to live In Lak'ech Ala K'in, the less we will think in terms of our separateness.
There can be no competition, jealousy or envy between us, because we are pieces of each other.
We can share and help each other with our connections, ideas and resources without fear that there will
         not be enough to go around. When we live the reality of unity, abundance and wholeness,
                            there will be unity, abundance and wholeness!
    The more of us that participate in the creation of a better world, the quicker it will arrive.
          We will have peace, love, harmony and unity, and will finally have arrived home.

Wouldn't it be nice, dear friends, to awaken each day with a clear mind and a clear conscience?
As in the picture above, nature is experiencing itself...........as it is - without judgement!
We also have that choice by taking charge of our lives and bringing ourselves out of the 'victim mode'
that some of us live in each moment of each day.

Awakening to our spirituality has also brought many possibilities of why things present themselves
in our everyday life. A list pops up in our minds when we are confronted with a situation that demands
our full attention, be it a personal issue or work related:-
                                                    What did I do to deserve THAT ?
                  Why is this happening NOW in my life? Oh my goodness, could it be KARMA?

There is another way to deal with issues that crop up in our lives without over-reacting and releasing
those stress hormones!! This may not be easy at first, and don't forget that we do have a choice
as to how we handle ourselves with everyday issues - It's called 'acceptance without judgement.'
If we can save the analysis of WHY something happened and simply accept the situation, the reasons
will become clearer later.

Accepting whatever happens is a hard place to be at first. Like everyone, you will feel fear at the
very idea, but gradually, as you cut through the barriers developed by years of habit, you will start
to become less reactive to the world around you. We often live our whole lives in a state of reaction
to experiences. How are we ever going to be free to ascend out of this 3D existence if we don't
start taking control of ourselves and our life?

With rearranging the way in which we perceive the reason for being on Earth, we can look at every
situation that confronts us for what it is - an opportunity for personal growth. Personal growth
does not happen if situations in our lives don't appear and challenge us! Everything that happens
in our lives can be embraced and used for building strength within ourselves. If we continue to
panic, whinge, and exclaim to the whole world what a lousy life we have, then we are wasting these
precious opportunities for personal and soul growth. Remaining calm and non-judgemental of the
issue at hand, keeps the door of resolution open. Bemoaning our life adds to the victim mode of
thinking, reinforcing that we are weak and helpless...........and by now, we should all know that we
most certainly are NOT!

                              My intention for today:
      " I am a spiritual being living a physical life because I chose to be here. Therefore, I accept
        all of the situations that arise in my life, without judgement, so that I can remain aware of
        of the challenges they present, and the growth that comes from meeting them with a calm
        and clear mind. I am not a victim - I am a powerful spiritual being. "

At this time the Starseed Family is in an accelerated cycle of soul plan evolution (The Ascension Wave).
Much of this “plan” is to have a mutually supportive connection to the new planetary Frequency Hubs.
This “Ascension Wave”, as mentioned in previous articles, is that we are experiencing very concentrated
frequency activations in order to create the expansion of light in our bio-energy field.
This is needed to activate the DNA to complete our Planetary Ascension. As we go through this level
of Planetary Ascension, we are initiated into our “Plan B” Ascended Soul contract for being in greater
service to the Earth. This “Plan B” is a whole new story book for our lives and experience.
It is an entirely new level of multidimensional experience, frequency connection and world service.

Ascension to higher and higher vibrating light fields is a particular process that involves three main levels
for the human body. The “Initiation”, “Accretion” and “Activation” processes.
As you are “initiated” to the higher dimensional light fields, your Auric field is accessing the connection
to that quality of frequency on that dimensional plane. As the Auric Field merges with that dimensional field,
it begins to “accrete” or absorb that particular frequency into its personal Auric field.
As the being’s personal Auric Field becomes filled to capacity, the new light frequency is stored and then
anchors into the bodies permanently.
Upon this anchoring of frequency certain chakra seals are dissolved and then an ”activation” occurs.

The activation serves to stimulate DNA thereby creating new neurological structures to perceive
these higher vibrating light fields. These higher vibrating light fields are also dimensions of which
a higher aspect of our self is simultaneously experiencing. We are then merged with that aspect
of our Higher Self and become the Higher Self merged with the physical personality.

This cycle goes on and on for many future cycles of the soul’s evolution, here on Earth and beyond.
However, the Ascension marks an important distinction from other evolutionary cycles.
Planetary Ascension means that you are liberated from the cycles of rebirth into the 3rd dimension
if you so choose.

At this key point in time, there are more Ascended Masters incarnated on the 3D physical plane
than ever before. Having perfected a certain level of physical mastery through the chakra initiations,
they are purely here as a service to humanity. Ascended Masters choose to incarnate on Earth
during specific cycles to support and work for the enlightenment of humanity. Many of these Ascended
souls are currently birthing on Earth and are volunteers sent from the Indigo Races.
They have developed their spiritual bodies to serve others and have vowed that not one soul be left to
suffer in spiritual darkness. This is one principal tenet of the “Law of One”.
Also, these wonderful beings have also been referred to as “Boddhisattva’s” in eastern mysticism
through the ages.

In the world today people are saying to themselves, that we have had enough of the old paradigms and the old systems and we want to change. We don’t know what we want to change, we don’t know how to change but we want to change and that clarity creates a power that has a very real and powerful effect in the world. It changes what most people thought a few years ago was quite impossible to change and that is not even through conscious spiritual work, that is just through the intention being so strong that it changes and pushes away the old paradigms so that there is the possibility and the space that allows the birth of something new.

There are spaces that are opening and in the beginning they seem to be very distant and we cannot connect to them, but as we become more conscious and more clear and put our heartfelt spiritual work into practice then it is possible to utilise our intention to bring forth those changes in a much more conscious way. Then we are walking the path to a depth of our heart and this means that we will be supported.

I believe that we can as human beings assist this movement by being conscious and this is why I would like to share with you a very interesting meditation, which if we put it into practice today and in the future and especially in the next few weeks/months, where there will be more changes, more difficult changes that we will face as a collective group of human beings here on this beautiful earth, then we can move towards the birth of something new rather than get stuck in the fear that the old is there and that we can’t actually deal with it.

We can let go of those old structures and trust that as we jump into the space that is unknown to the mind and the space that is unknown to the innermost part of yourself, that behind all those things there is the heart, and the heart will support you to a beautiful harmony which is present in this moment, but that you can through this meditation bring into more presence not just for yourself but also for the many people who are perhaps dealing with situations that are more difficult than yours, that would feel very happy to receive this beautiful meditation through your intention, through your practice; happy to receive the space that it creates - that is a birth of something that is new no matter what the situation is, however difficult, whatever it is, there is always a beautiful learning that happens and the beautiful transformation that happens that then gives that situation real meaning.

So no matter what is happening in Japan or the Middle East, there is a depth of meaning in that situation that feeds the heart of those individuals that are dealing with this situation and we can help that by connecting from our own heart space through this meditation, through expanding our consciousness so that we are clear where our intention is put so that we join in that transformation that is not just individual to yourself, but that becomes a world transformation that helps us to move beyond the pain and the suffering, back to the space that the heart loves and that is love itself.

The meditation is very easy to do. Just simply find a comfortable space, take a few deep breaths so that you are able to let go of any thoughts, any feelings of any situations that you may have in your mind, in your consciousness. Simply come back to a space that is more peaceful, a space that is more free. As you breathe in and breathe out and feel this space, focus on the third eye - that is the space between the eyebrows, the space that is connected in the sense that is beyond seeing. It is much more the subtle sense of intuition, of seeing into dimensions that are not so clear but require that you simply relax and open to those dimensions so that they speak to you in a much more clear way.

As you focus on the third eye breathe in to this area, breathe in deeply and as you breathe in visualise that the breath is activating this space. As you breathe out let go of any thoughts, any feelings that come up and simply create a sense of presence to this space, the third eye, so that now you can begin to use this space to be very clear that now your whole being can expand.

From this space feel the freedom that goes beyond the physical, beyond the mental, beyond the emotional – feel the freedom like a bird, like an eagle - as you fly deeper into the unseen dimensions that make you, as a human being, very special. Those aspects of yourself that are very deep and very profound, as you go deeper into this space allow yourself to expand as though it is as if your whole being connects to all aspects that are around you.

Touch the beautiful aspects of the universe, the stars, the moon, the galaxies. Touch the space where everything is so free and so open, that this feeling, this power that you now connect to is transmitted to your own body, to your own mind, to your own emotions. Sense the power of the universe, the beautiful stars, the amazing space that is everywhere, that goes beyond our mind thinking, that goes beyond our little emotions. Sense how amazing the divine is.

As you become aware through your expansion of this beautiful space that is everywhere, that transmits to you a sense of power and strength, and through your intention allow that transmission to move to the various parts of your body. Sense the breath carry that beautiful open and powerful space that you are experiencing. Sense the heart open up any contraction, any walls, any pains, any sufferings, any doubts, any feelings of low self-esteem, contraction – sense this disappear as you connect to the expansion into the universe. Sense the beautiful stars and their magnificent light touching your heart so that you are present to reality and not the little pictures of your mind, or the little dramas that can now be completely let go of. Sense this space touch all the organs inside of your body so that even the structure of those organs now receive a new burst of energy - the liver, the kidneys, the glands, the blood system, all aspects of your body sense how easy through the out breath it is to let go of all the contractions and limited fear spaces, and how easy it is to open to the beauty of the divine space that you are seeing through your third eye.

As you do this, sense that your whole body begins to change and so the physical dimension of the world becomes less important as your reference now goes deeper to those dimensions that make you a unique and beautiful human being. Sense how free and open and expansive the body is, as it connects to all beautiful energies that strengthen, that change even the structure that was, to a structure that is. As you breathe in and breathe out, notice that this beautiful energy that you are connecting to through your third eye, expands more and more - you go deeper and deeper into the beauty of the universe. There is more light, there is more space and this gets transmitted to your mind. All those thoughts, all those struggles simply move out as you breathe deeply.

Breathing in and breathing out, move out with the out breath, and now allow this space to move in through the third eye, this beautiful space, the divine space that you are in touch with through the third eye to your mind so that every cell in your brain, every cell in your mind, can connect to a reality that is more profound, more deep, more mystical. There are no more thoughts of fear, there are no more thoughts of pain, or suffering, or doubt. There are no more thoughts that take you away from the present moment of beauty. Allow the mind to trust this as you open up more deeply.

Give yourself a few moments as you breathe in and breathe out to allow this process to move deeper and deeper - to allow the process to move deeper to all parts of your mind, the conscious aspects that you know and even more deeply to the unconscious parts of your mind that are hidden and come up in dreams or in certain situations. Allow time, allow the beautiful universal energy that is everywhere, that keeps you alive, that we call the divine, to move deeper into all spaces within your being. As you breathe in and breathe out, keep in touch with this space through the third eye.

As you take your next deep breath feel this energy move from the third eye down into all parts of your body. Sense this energy being grounded, moving down your spine, down to the feet, moving down to the soles of your feet and see yourself, imagine yourself now moving back to the mundane aspects of your life but with a new sense, with a rebirthed sense of being alive, being connected to energy that makes you so special. See yourself going back to your family, to your partner, to any situation with that new sense of being, and as you do this you slowly transmit this aspect to more and more people.

As you put this meditation into practice several times in the next few weeks, you will find that things begin to change around you. As you touch the divine, the pictures that you hold begin to change and we begin to change the situations around us.

The more people that put this meditation into practice and this way of thinking into practice, the more the people in Japan and various parts of the world begin to feel an invisible love that moves beyond, moves deeper than what we watch on television or what we hear on the radio or what we read in the newspaper and this is so important. It is just like when you have a little child it is very important for you to recognise their being through action, not just by observing but by interacting, by being. This is what the world needs today. As you come back to a real sense of being that is transmitted on the many invisible levels, through the many invisible levels that we are not aware of, to touch many people’s hearts.

Greetings dear ones we are here with you as you read our words and absorb our guidance.
That which is now unfolding across planet earth is the new and we ask for all to process all
guidance through the heart. The rainbows have begun to awaken and those who walk the
earth carrying the rainbow tribes blood will begin to prepare the new earth for those who are
awakening to the new earth.
The tales in your histories distorted even to the rainbow warriors for the time of the warrior has
ended. The rainbow warriors lay down their swords, karma completed and the time of fighting
dissolved, they now carry the rainbows deep within their BEing and work to pour the colours
back into and beyond planet earth. We ask that you process all communications from any
realm through the heart, the way forward is only through the heart for the heart is your
connection to SELF.
We ask for those who resonate with the rainbows to bring the rainbows to all around them, we
ask for them to detach from what is known on planet earth in order for them to remember, for
this is journey of remembering dear ones, that which YOU know is deep within. Look to no
other for confirmation of who you are nor why you are here, for all are children of GOD. We
ask that the children of GOD now stand up to be counted for all is now changing and shifting,
the GODs that you have been told are but faerie tales are TRUTH and we guide for all to
anchor this deep within.
To create the new world the old world must be dissolved and the energies of the past weeks
have worked to create this. For in detaching from the old you claim YOU. Many are not
allowing the new to dissolve that which was created for them and to them we ask for your
LOVE and compassion. For all ARE ONE, none above or below the other and we ask for you
to pour the LOVE that IS around you, through you and within YOU as all move towards that
which was always to BE.
Planet earth vibrationally is not the planet earth you were born onto and we ask for you to
process this deep within your BEing for the changes are felt, they are not necessarily seen.
The upgrading of vision and hearing part of the awakening process. Many are using the eyes
they were born with and not the eyes of the BEing that they are to look at the changes on
planet earth and we ask for you to process this. Do not look out across the world with eyes that
are trained by the those who sought to control and contain, look across the world with the eyes
that are YOU. We guide that not all will process our words for not all can hear our words and
we guide the hearing will be honed as the veils are cleared during the awakening process. It IS
a process, the teachings of distortion taking many to believe that the awakening is an event.
As you grow and expand within your human vehicle you will remember and the memories will
allow you to clear your vision and hone your hearing.
Many are now hearing the whisperings of those around them, many are able to clearly see the
rainbows that shine high in the sky whilst others do not look up from the ground. We ask why
you would read our words if you do not anchor TRUTH. We would ask why you would wait for
a new world when that world is all around you and needs only your clarity of vision to see it.
There is much that is shifting across and within planet earth and more and more is being
anchored on planet earth. The 144,000 who have incarnated to help anchor the new on planet
earth now stir and begin to awaken to who they are. They are the rainbow tribes born afresh
from the timelines and dimensions where they have fought to free the human race. In this
timeline and dimension that freedom is here and they work now to harmonise all that is. We
ask for those who can see and those who can hear to heed the call of the 144,000 and to
respond, for they are but the crest of the wave that now cleanses the planet.
We ask that all wear the gold clearly for the gold is the new that has anchored on planet earth.
Reach out to the skies and see the gold reflected for the gold is YOU. Do you FEEL it?
All are now moving rapidly towards the unfolding of the new for all on planet earth. The
anchoring has allowed the new energies to burn away the veils so that those who were deeply
asleep now simply slumber. There are many who are now moving around the karmic wheel
and who will still slumber but their sleep is more peaceful than before. We thank you from our
hearts to yours for this TRUTH.
Know that each and every human alive on planet earth is capable of anchoring the new, all
that stops them or blinds them to TRUTH are the veils that were placed by those who sought
to contain and suppress. Allow the veils to be dissolved and take the time needed to anchor
TRUTH as it is revealed. To move rapidly through the veils may see you fall in vibration as the
veils run deep. How deep will be revealed when you start the process of dissolving for many
are then plunged into the oceans of grief. Know that none drown in these oceans, they offer a
deep cleansing followed by a deep knowing as you swim deeper and deeper and unveil the
levels of SELF denied to you by those who sought to contain you.
The time to implement the new is now dear ones, for we are the Nephilim and we walked your
earth in a form that was recorded by the humans who lived in this timeline and dimension. We
walk amongst you now and those who are able to see us will see us and those able to
communicate will communicate. We are hidden in plain view and we ask that you process with
the heart. We are YOU for we have never left YOU. We ask for you to reach deep within and to
remember for the history you are taught is distorted. Another level of veil to keep you
contained.
We did not rule over you, we ruled WITH you for we are you and you are we. None above the
other in any dimension and timeline. Those who have now left the planet unable to force a rule
that is not TRUTH on a planet that is out of balance. The balance is now within you for as each
human comes into balance then mother earth comes into balance. We watch as many step out
of the timeline and dimension they are incarnated to balance that which is out of balance and
bring harmony to mother earth in this timeline. We send much love and blessings to these
BEings for they have reached within and found TRUTH. We send out the call to those able to
detach from the teachings that taught this is impossible and we ask for them to maintain the
balance within. It is from this balance that distortion is dissolved. It is not from reading the
teachings and trying to work them out logically. Logic another distortion put in place to subdue
a race that has been separated from their hearts.
The rainbow and the heart is the key to the unfolding of the new dear ones. Those who walk
the earth in rainbow form now work to bring in the new in increasing vibrations for the new is
the new earth. The point of no return has been reached, the event horizon passed for the new
is now unfolding in earnest across the planet earth. Detach from those who seek to teach that
the new is not here, it is hidden in plain view, it was always in plain view. Those who sought to
contain and suppress merely blinding a race that walked in darkness. The light is here, the
light shines ever brightly across and within the planet earth.
We ask all to BE in the heart, for the heart is the key to the SOUL, do you hear the music that
calls softly from the SOUL? Do you hear your heart as it sings to you? to listen to the heart go
within and sit in the silence and listen. Listen not with the hearing that you have been taught
you have, allow the hearing that YOU are to hear the music that resides within your SOUL.
Many now search for the meaning in the new and ask why they are here, the heart is singing
its response to YOU but many are not listening. Fixated on that which is taught to them whilst
being deaf to that which is within them. This is the new dear ones and we shower you with the
gold that IS for the gold is the LOVE that IS in colour form, for if LOVE was a colour it would be
gold and we ask that you pour the gold around you, through you and within YOU, for gold IS
YOU.
We are the Nephilim and we will guide in due course. That which is unfolding is YOU dear
ones and we ask that YOU dream and dream big. For nothing is impossible, to believe it is
possible you need only connect with the LOVE that IS and allow the GOLD to pour through
you. For the abundance is YOU, the universe is YOU, LOVE is YOU, for you are YOU. Do you

I would like to share with you an experience I had this morning with the healing energy of Lord Melchizedek. I spent several days with severe stomachache and nausea, but could not relieve it.

I sat this morning and I called to ask my Higher Self for Healing. I began to feel a healing and calm presence. I leaned on the chair while the process was carried out. I realized that something familiar was happening to me. I already knew that energy and I asked my guides and they replied that it was indeed a powerful male healing energy. They said: "It is Melchizedek healing energy. Just lay down and relax". It took about almost half an hour or less. When I felt it ended I asked again and they replied it was finished.

Since I've learnt to work with Akashic Records, I use this tool to verify the information I received from my guides by channeling. And actually, I received the check that I took in the healing energy of Lord Melchizedek! It was so strong the joy and feeling of deep grateful, I couldn't stop saying thank you, thank you, thank you! And I wanted to share this experience with you all.

I have to admit the stomachache completely dissapeared and even a pain I had in my right shoulder this week almost vanished.

In some ways we would say that our mission nears completion, as we approach a time when all of the work put in to release you from the control of the Illuminati is showing results. It is for you the end of the cycle of duality, and for us simply the means of clearing the way for the commencement of a new cycle. It will be a new beginning and follow a continuation of the raising up of your consciousness levels, to allow you to ascend to even higher levels. We too will be sharing those times with you and are very much a part of your future. We are assisting you to eventually become Galactic Beings, and that will be by you rightfully reclaiming your place with us.

What you have now is not your true reality, but one you have created over millennia of time since you dropped down from the higher dimensions. Not a single soul was forced to do so, and each and every one of you freely volunteered for the experience. You did so with complete faith knowing that however much you strayed from the Light, there would be a time when you would be called back and helped to do so. That time is of course now, and in a short time you will know for certainty that you are firmly on the path to Ascension, and that nothing can stand in its way or delay it. Can you not sense the difference already in the energies around you, as they have become more of the Light and so uplifting. Those of fear have been subdued, and when you obtain confirmation of the extent of the arrests and resignations of the dark Ones, that will also help you to live more peacefully.

The freedom that has been denied you for so long is returning, and you will be in no doubt that the old paradigm has been destroyed. The new one is already taking its place and bringing you a new hope and belief in a wonderful future. Some of you have glimpsed it and it has inspired you and changed your outlook on life. It is so different to what you have now that words seem inadequate to describe it, and one notable aspect is the feeling of love that comes at you from all directions. If you have ever experienced such an energy it is likely to have only been a momentary experience, whereas in the higher dimensions it is continually present. You have an expression that "it is love that makes the world go around" and you do not realize how true it is. Indeed it is the lack of love that has torn your Earth apart and made you feel detached from your godself. Love energy is the most powerful one of all, and could change your circumstances in a flash if you were all able to come together in this way. Many of you have experienced what love can do, particularly where it is used to heal. It can transmute the lower vibrations, and that is why you are often asked to send love to those who are of the dark Cabal.

Think upon these things and when you feel that you want to help Mankind, send out love to those who are clearly in need. The results may not be instantaneous but be assured that it helps even if they take time to be seen. The Light can be built upon such as when you use it to protect yourself. If you are not already a beacon of Light, practice seeing yourself as one and you will surely create it around you. You will also find that you will attract other souls of a like kind, as they will sense your higher vibrations. Imagine if everyone around you was of the Light, and you will begin to get a feel of what it is like to be in the higher dimensions. Do not limit your expectations as to what Ascension means to you, as it will set you free from all of the conflicts and problems that beset you now on Earth. In the future you will want for absolutely nothing, and you will find that the Creator has provided for you in every conceivable way.

So Dear Ones, be determined to ride out whatever comes your way between now and Ascension. Do not let anything get you down as whatever happens it will be short lived. If you suffer losses they will be more than made up to you, and remember that you cannot take anything with you into the higher vibrations unless it is compatible with them. That is why no soul can force its way into them, and will automatically find itself at its correct and corresponding level. Understand that you all progress at your own speed, and have had equal opportunities to choose the path to Ascension. So please do not upset yourself should a near loved one choose differently to you, and honor their freewill choice. Loved ones are never far away, and you will always be able to meet again.

Get ready to enjoy yourselves and feel free to express your feelings, as once the changes come out and you see the benefits you will be ecstatic. Celebrations will be the order of the day, and believe us when we say that we shall organize some memorable events and take part in them. Joy and happiness are getting nearer and will carry you all of the way to Ascension. There are difficult periods still to go through, but nothing will last very long and if it creates new needs we will be on hand to help you. We already work behind the scenes and will be pleased when our activities can be more open. Our priority at present is stopping the warring factions from coming to blows, and we have no doubt that we can prevent any attempts at starting another war. You will be appalled and no doubt angry, when you learn of how many times the dark Ones have tried to start another one in the Middle East. We will not dwell upon such unpleasant things, but you need to know who has worked against you over many, many years, often in the guise of working for you.

We continue to closely monitor Mother Earth as there are physical changes happening, and some areas are more prone to them than others. We are not allowed to stop those that are necessary, but will do all we can to alleviate any harm to you and keep extensive damage to a minimum. Conditions could well have been horrendous if the dark Ones had their way, but we have stopped their plans to induce catastrophes to reduce the population of Earth. We know many of you cannot comprehend that anyone could fall to that extent, but with the almost total loss of Light such souls have lost any feelings of compassion.

Wake up Call: Hatonn March 26, 12

I am here today with some pressing news. Today is a day filled with unprecedented events. First we are taking the liberty to welcome many of your political and financial leaders to our ships. We are to see to it that they are interspersed throughout the solar system on various places of life where we have bases and means of comfort. We will be interviewing these people and will take charge of the means by which they are told to be in readiness for what is to come for them. They will be given the choice as to whether to come to a different way of seeing things and their interaction with all of you, or to be taken to other places to begin their reassignments to their return to themselves, at the deepest core of their being.

Secondly, we are part of the process that is realigning your energies with that of the Central sun. We are intervening with these energies and with the Hollow Earth beings we are including our services with them in the effort to begin the transformation of the surface of earth. As this evolves over the next months we will begin a series of overtures that will be relative to the ongoing process of restoring the pristine beauty and life to earth and all of life on and within her body. As the Central Sun intervenes and in that way increases her vitality so too will you benefit and share that new vitality with her. It will be an ongoing interception and evolving in the Oneness that you are. You are all part of the energy of earth, therefore as is her image, so too is yours.

As this process takes place we will be given much assistance from Gaia and we too to her. We will see that there is an ongoing extension that will bring about the resolution of the issues that have plagued mankind for so long. These issues will be resolved and the wonders of the true nature of mankind will come to the surface. There will be an ongoing evolution of what it means to be in truth with oneself and to take on the attitude of honesty and harmony with all of life. It will be a universal system of restoration and will be followed by a continual evolvement and exploration of the universal gifts that await these times of opening.

I bring to you the first in a series of treasures for the ongoing evolvement. It is a course of restoration for those who wish to remain on the surface. We will be coming to earth to work with you in the business of bringing the ideal life to the world that you are in the process of creating. You will be working within and on the surface. There will be members of your humanity who will be chosen to come to our ships regularly for meetings with us. As we come to meet with you on the earth we will bring with us those with whom you will be working and creating. In this you will feel the newness of our family and how it feels to walk in the steps of whom you really are, and how we can all walk in harmony and beauty forevermore.

As these times take shape we assure you that your safety is uppermost in our minds. We are working, as we have been for some time, on keeping you as safe and in as good heath as is necessary for you to be able to be with us, taking the pleasure for celebration at every turning point. Those who have left your planet to begin the next step of their evolvement will welcome you to their new world. They will have made their choice to be here and to present to you their new way of relating to you. As for those who have left that you will not be reunited with in the soon times, they have gone to reunite with their family in other star systems. They may at some point revisit you in one way or another. It is all universal; there is no separation in this universe. We are all members of the same family. As we reunite we will hear the bells toll for the coming together of the beauty of family throughout this universe that was created for all of us to experience this wondrous expression of who we all are.

I leave this message for this day, and in so doing I invite you all to take a moment and feel the love that I transmit to you. It is a love that encompasses all of Creation, and it is filled with the Love of reuniting all that is. You are treasures beyond compare, and I welcome you back to the Family of One.

                                             This is a short story taken from the book -
                                                 ~ Buddhist Acts of Compassion ~

      Ten or fifteen years ago, I was living in a very small space in Paris, and every night I walked
       my dog outside for about an hour. Many times we'd go to a little garden near the Champs
       Elysees and I would meditate there, at the same time watching and playing with my dog.

      The garden was about one hundred feet from the Chamnps Elysees, and even though there
       were a lot of people walking past, they didn't see me, so I felt I could be alone.
       I remember thinking about my teachers. They used to say how important is to feel compassion
       for everybody without judgment or favouritism, so one evening I decided to try.

      The people walking by were close enough to see, but too far away for me to have any thought
       about them. So I began to pray completely freely for these people without judgment.
       Everybody was a stranger, but at the same time I felt very close to them because I could
       really give all my love very freely, without thinking about receiving anything in return.
       Suddenly I was completely surrounded by bliss, I was giving love, but in return I was feeling
       ten times more. I was really receiving the blessing and compassion of my masters.

       Often I would do the same thing in the car. Sometimes we'd get stuck in the car in traffic
       or be waiting for a light, and my eyes would meet someone for maybe a fraction of a second
       in the street. In that moment, very often I would just try looking at the person, smiling and
       sending my love, feeling in my heart, I love you, for example. Looking at the person and
       smiling at him or her without thinking was very easy because it was just a momentary
       glance as the person is passing by. So my love was much more like equanimity -
       all-inclusive, without bias. Sometimes I could really see that the person would be completely
       transformed by this kind of shock - that somebody was smiling at him or her for no reason.

Dear Friends.  Just letting members here know ,that may also be members on Lightworkers, that it has been down all day and apparantly DNS hijacked!  Another reason has been given  -  it has been hijacked by a financial company!  I have had no problem logging on today and in fact posted 2 blogs, turned off the computer for several hours, and logged back on again to find only about 4 online.  One member Tom, who knows about these technical issues, says it was DNS hijacked, and another member who could get on said that on Facebook Lightworkers.org one of the Admin. said that it had been hijacked by a financial company!

So, can a website be repossessed?

It feels very lonely over there, so I will stay here !!

       When I began to study a spiritual form of Japanese flower-arranging called Ikebana-Sangetsu,
       I discovered I was slowly developing a deeper understanding of the connection between all life.
       In our first class, my teacher said that flowers can actually talk, that they each have their
       own way of being beautiful. They have 'prana', life force, so you have to pay full attention
       to them, rather than imposing your own ideas of beauty on them. So I began to ask the flowers
       how they wanted to be arranged, what positioning would make them feel most beautiful, and I
       waited and listened.

       Even after they had been set in the vase, I would discover sometimes that in the morning
       they had rearranged themselves during the night. Even though they were secured in the
       vase, they always seemed to be minutely straining to find their right place. At the same
       time, they were not fully independent; they needed loving care. They were dependent on
       me, or whomever their caretaker was for the day, to water them, to keep them moist.
       Sometimes I would watch other people spraying water on the arrangements and I would
       feel so moved. The droplets left on the green petals and flower buds seemed to be dew-
       drops of compassion, so delicately poised, touching the source of life, nourishing the
       heart of beauty. This experience made me feel how simple it could be, if our minds and
       hearts are set in the right way, to water not only the plants, but human beings - to treat
       all living creatures in a way that allows them their right to be beautiful, in their own space
       and time.

      What we came to notice in our class was that flowers could also listen. Our teacher urged
       us to always remind the flowers when we passed how beautiful they were and to thank them
       for sharing their beauty with us. When we did this, when we made our arrangements with
       this kind of love and devotion, we always found that the flowers remained beautiful and fresh
