Your Starseed relatives -- within the ships -- are attempting to talk with you now. They are trying all means of communication available. They approach you through dreams, visual signs, plus you may sense them physically of feel their ever-persistent presence in the psychic realms. Are you listening? Are you feeling? Are you sensing?

While you believe you are sleeping, you are -- in fact -- *on assignment* on your ship above. You are now attending ship-side schools related to your skill-set and Starseed race. Fundamentally, you're being *reprogrammed* for a brighter intergalactic future every night.

Many factors and tests (in the ships and higher dimensional areas while you believe you are sleeping) have decided your upcoming roles and jobs -– in the very near future -– in these primary arenas:
- Acting as a Liaison between Humans and many other Star Races;

- Returning to your home planet for rest and reunions;
- Working in this system for the Ashtar Command;

Most of these posts involve living on a ship, if only for a short time. This calls for traveling to a different planet within another galaxy -- or to an alternative dimensional reality such as a parallel universe -- or to even to a higher frequency of expression.

While you are co-habitating within a starship, flagship or lightship, you will be interacting with those from across the Cosmos! They will not be comparable to anything you’ve seen, felt, or perceived with your current reality veils (in this incarnation thus far).

Since you are now experiencing dimensional shifts leading to *life aboard the ships with your star race family* it is crucial to be as open-minded and open-hearted as possible: there are infinite prisms of kindness and utility that can be found within each planetary civilization.

Your Starseed relatives cannot *yet* be completely understood from your current vantage point, but will be holistically perceivable during your ecstatic love-filled multidimensional Starseed reunion.

You will be surrounded by non-human *family* on these ships (and your appearance will most definitely reflect theirs in your future). What will they look like? What will they be like? Here are some basic essential traits of just a few of the planetary star races you will relate with very soon:

Andromedans:
1) The 7D, 8D and 9D humanoid group-thinkers from the Andromedan Star System, or; 2) term identifying the race of sentient service-to-other beings occupying the livable planets such as Aion in the Andromeda sector, as well as; 3) Sentients known for perfecting co-creation for peacefully-running planets and star bases.

Arcturians:
1) Both 6D and 7D Sentient service-to-other beings occupying the livable planets and bases in the area of the star Arcturus, and; 2) These individuals are known by their deep compassion and unfailing kindness towards all walks of life in all dimensions.

Centaurians from Meton in Alpha Centauri:
1) 7D - 12D Loving high dimensional humanoids who are descendants of Venus Beings; and 2) Wildly strategic deep mental thinkers who are holographically connected to the Great Central Sun and maintain a 12D Akashic Library within it, and; 3) Gorgeous brainy beings whose ships appear in the form of a Merkaba spinning.

Centaurians from Proximi Centauri:

1) Nektons of hyper-intelligent water beings -- called Chloglians, who look like Cetaceans (dolphins, whales, and orcas) of Earthshan -- whom group-think within pods, and; 2) Chloglian-humanoid hybrids, who are bipedal in shades of pale blues and greens, and; 3) Higher dimensional Sentients who reside in and upon many planets to raise vibrations, plus; 4) Playful and loving group-consciousness beings, known for their intricate songs, and also; 5) Advanced Beings who can live as numerous souls (called a pod) within one biological entity, such as a whale or orca.

Now that you have some depictions of some of your biological star race relatives, spend some time each day communicating with them -- until you have a constant rapport -- so you can quickly Ascend upward beyond the mundane.

Multidimensional life with your Starseed relatives is multi-layered, and must be cultivated by **you** making an effort to be alert to all subtleties. You need to reach out towards your Star relatives to begin communicating with them to have a relationship with them in a pro-active way!

It is the time to discipline yourself to be silent and aware of every nuance through waking hours of hearing (e.g.; you hear songs about specific constellations, star beings, etc.). Also it is vital to be hyper-aware of what you’re seeing (i.e.; you notice paintings of aliens, observing lightships everywhere, seeing number sequences indicating names of universes). Focus all of your six senses on receiving signals from your NOW future’s new realities.

Force your inner “Self” to wake up! Attempt to be lucid while your projected Earthshan body sleeps: talk to whomever you meet in dreams, as they just might be your relatives in the ships above.

The veils between worlds are getting thin and there is a lot of interference from unseen
negative influences. Here is the technique to help you to rid yourself off of those Influences.

With the vibrational lifting and healing of the Earth, the quickening or ascension
process come a greater sensitivity and awareness to other realms of consciousness.
With the greater sensitivity and expanded consciousness comes the responsibility to
heal any unseen negative influences.

There are thought forms, limiting mental concepts, and discarnate spirits often referred
to as lost souls, or wayward spirits, ghosts and poltergeists.

These unfortunate souls continue in an emotional and mental body and are bound to
Earth because of unfinished business, karmic ties, and unresolved attitudes, emotions,
wounds and traumas.

Some are even coercive and desire to manipulate, control and express through others in
the physical.

Just because someone is dead does not mean this person is enlightened.

Love heals and casting them out only sends them away temporarily or they find
someone else to bother. Some of the symptoms are headaches, nausea, pain within the
neck, heart, discomfort within the solar plexus, multiple accidents, bizarre erratic behavior,
large mood swings, suicidal tendencies and the clairvoyant seeing of gray or dark energies
around someone.

If you do the astral healing technique and feel relief, your problem may not be a
physical one; yet if the problem persists, by all means get any professional help you think
you may need. In the interest of cleaning up the consciousness here and making it easier to
access and maintain higher consciousness and energy, we are giving out the process for
healing unseen negative influences.

We all have Angelic Guides and Ascended Masters waiting to help in this process.

This is a power tool. Don't forget to plug it in and ask for help from on high.

Step 1

Call upon your chosen representative of the Source, all that is, God, through prayer or
meditation.

Step 2

Ask that your aura be closed to all but your Angelic Guide or Ascended Master of the
Christ Vibration.

Step 3

Tell any discarnate spirits that they are healed and forgiven, lifted and enlightened.
Repeat several times until it feels clear.

Step 4

Tell them they are filled and surrounded with the Universal Christ light and the Christ
love

Step 5

Ask your chosen Angelic Guide or Ascended Master to take them to their perfect place

Step 6

Ask that all negative thought forms, limiting mental concepts be dissolved in the light of
truth and all psychic bonds severed.

Step 7

Ask that your/their aura be closed buy your/their own higher selves and that all residual
energies be cleansed from every level of your/ their being.

Repeat the above until energies feel clear; there may be many more than one time only.
Persistence makes perfection.
Remember Love is the ultimate power in the Universe and maintain self-authority at all
times. Those who are on the path to enlightenment often draw discarnate entities like a
moth to a flame; therefore it is very important to use this process in meditation and every
day living to keep one's energies clear and help others. You only expand to the level that
you feel safe and clear.

On psychological and spiritual levels one has to deal with the negative thoughts,
feelings, emotions and energies of other people. The 3D world has basically
institutionalized negative ego behaviors and lower self consciousness as it permeates
through every aspect of our society.

If you are not strong in your energy field, awareness and personal power to ward off
these energies it can absorb into your subconscious, drain your energy and leave you
feeling heavy.
Negative elementals, thought forms or disassociated thought forms latch onto your aura
causing dark energy spots causing drain and psychological imbalances. Just as a disease is
contagious to the human body, negative thoughts are contagious to the mental body. The
mental body is a part of your energy field that generates on a plane of its own, all substance
that is your "thoughts". We have a mental plane basically separated in two main areas, with
lower areas for basic functioning and as we gain mastery over our creations, a higher
mental plane area to access higher _expression of thoughts. Mind is the builder of form, and
so it is a plane where all thought substance is created and interacted with to begin the
thought form to manifest into physical form.
When words are spoken or thoughts are thought, a 'thought form' is projected out. It
might just stay in your field, float around randomly, or it may be directed at or about
another person. Every time you watch television, a movie or read a book you generate
thought forms. There are no neutral thoughts; they are either positive or negatively
charged. Many thought forms are as mindless as the subject matter, some are loving and
others may be nasty or violent. When you live or work in close proximity to other people
you are subject to not only the thought forms you generate but those you come into contact
with.
So as there are parasites in the physical body, the etheric body will be carrying debris
or hangers-on as well. Just as you shower to clean your physical body each day, you should
also develop self-awareness and make an effort to cleanse and clear your etheric body too.
Otherwise all the lower vibration muck, such as these negative thought forms and other
energetic debris may create blockages in areas of the etheric body, the energetic gridwork,
the chakras and meridians from receiving vital force and eventually affect the physical
body from healthy functioning.
So what can you do to prevent this? It is important to be aware of the thought forms you
are generating, about yourself, about other people, the sort of entertainment you watch and
read. Intend to clear from your field all thought forms that are not your own and visualize a
barrier to keep negative thought forms impenetrable from your field. The Silver Rain
visualization or Platinum Net technique is a good daily practice to clear and protect your
field. Working with the Lords of Karma in energy balancing and clearing your field is also
superb. I have become aware of a dispensation of a lattice work of light, called the "Core
Fear" matrix removal program that does work to release and remove implanted emotional
response and trauma patterns. This has definitely improved emotional charge and repatterned
a neutral association to many key emotional themes in my life and that of my
clients.
The advantage of clearing your field of dark thoughts is that you do not attract more
and compound the problem, which brings us to the next topic of entities. When you become
weakened physically, psychologically or spiritually this leaves you open to psychic attack
from the lower astral plane, (most commonly) and possibly other planetary or dimensional
source. In cases where energy is severely depleted entity possessions and spirit
attachments may form. Further obsessive thoughts, addiction, deep inner turmoil or
personality disorder imbalances result in attracting lower energies and entities.
Earth bound spirits (discarnate) are attracted to those who resonate with lower
emotional states, such as addiction, anger, etc. that they themselves have not worked
through in their own incarnation when alive on the planet. Interesting to note that karmic
residue and remains cannot be cleared outside of a physical form, hence the tendency for
lost souls to find a human body energy field to attach to. Many times there are those
persons whom are fighting off addiction and addictive tendencies only to have these urges,
cravings and messages from the subconscious to be manipulated through an entity
attachment or other negative energetic influences. These symptoms are greatly reduced
when an entity attachment is removed. However if the person continues to indulge
unhealthful habits, live in imbalance or does not take responsibility to clear conflicts, the
entities will reattach to the "damaged" spot in the energy field, until it has been cleared
emotionally and resolved completely.
Like attracts like, and if your field is full of dark thought forms it may attract dark little
entities that come in to enjoy the space you've provided. They also attach themselves at
times when your resistance is low such as during illness, grief or stress.
Most entities that attach to us are not evil, they are just lost little souls or fractured
pieces of soul. Sometimes we will have people hanging around who have passed over but
not sure where they are - especially if they have led very physical lives without much
spirituality, or if you are still keeping cords of attachment to them. Spirits who died with
addictions will also hang around live addicts trying to satisfy cravings. The variation of
entities in the etheric is wide and varied.

The first thing to decide is whether or not you want these entities with you or not. Even
though they are draining your energy and will cause physical problems, some people are
not ready to let them go. They may have become familiar and comfortable at some level to
the ego’s sense of structure and fear will surface at the thought of releasing old patterns of
behavior attached by entities. It is best to remember that they only stay with your
permission, and all of them have their proper time and space to return to where they
should already have gone. If you want them to leave you must be firm. Bear in mind that
some health problems, energy blockages and spiritual growth will not improve as long as
they stay in your energy field.

With practice you can see these energetic forms, like entities, as you scan your field
regularly with your inner vision. If you have trouble visualizing them, learning muscle
testing, asking for guidance and spiritual help is very effective and powerful. Cultivating
your particular higher sensory perception will be unique and individual to you. Some
people are more clairaudient, clairsentient and lastly clairvoyant. With practice and your
intention to bring your intuitive gifts to the surface it will transpire very quickly. The
challenge is learning to trust your intuition and the guidance when revealed to you. This is
what takes the most time, to build the confidence and trust in the messages and discerning
the ego self from the higher self guidance. Your intention to remove any of these items
while visualizing running light through your field, between your grid work and out of your
chakras and into the Earth will help immensely. When finished create around yourself a
protective bubble sealed around and through your aura before venturing out into the
world.

Allowing more light into your field and performing spiritual house cleaning will assist in
your spiritual growth, inner peace and connection. However, after you become more
proficient, when your field is clean you will feel the constant pressure of the negative
thought forms coming from the other people around you. Thought forms can create residue
in spaces, rooms and places that may make an energetic sensitive person very
uncomfortable. This too, may give the impression of psychic attack as you feel pressurized
by the density of its substance. However learning boundaries by maintaining your personal
power and understanding the energy dynamics you share between people and things
makes it incredibly easy to remedy as you progress.

All contact creates connections of energy. These threads can become cords during longer relationships or strong emotional exchange . There can be both positive and negative effects of cords. These In essence, are cords of aura light which bind us to each other and events or situations in our lives . They develop on the upper layers of our auras when we form a relationship with another person, and stretch between like chakras - in other words from one person's first chakra to the other person's first chakra, and from one person's second chakra to the other's second chakra, etc. Repair and nourishment of these cords can cause significant change not only to the person receiving the repair, but also to the other person tethered by that relationship cord. My kids have called it cosmic taffy because its sticky ,stretches and get everywhere. The Huna word is AKA the substance or energy or concept is of that material which connects us to each other it is how information and mana -chi travel. Anyway all contact whether in the physical or on another level involves the exchange of these threads , an ongoing relationship will build cords, energy and information is exchanged along these cords and connections. where the cords are locked in has a lot to do with the quality of the relationship .
Your aka cords to and from your high and lower selves and spiritual sources are also how you receive information send prayers convey and receive healing .

On one level it could be said that what an attunement does is create an aka connection with the source of the energies and functions being attuned for.

Some cords between people can dissipate our energy keep us locked into negative relationships etc. become tangled and distorted but they can also support loving and spiritual relationships. For example when A romantic relationship ends abruptly a lot of the pain is from the tearing or severing of the aura cords. other grief and loss also is a symptom of cord severing or tearing
.
If you do become aware of a negative connection I find that rather than pulling it out or cutting off with a sharp blade of energy or image as many suggest . I prefer to release, return and dissolve, absorb the cords.
This is done by calling on spiritual energy, Angelic energy for example .
First you fill your aura with energy/light while holding the intention that all the energy cord connections that do not serve your highest good be returned to their owners, Then intend to release any of your own energy cords and connections and retrieve and absorb them back into your own being. Some people like to visualize this energy being cleaned and charged as it returns Some people make a seperating or cutting gesture as they visualize
.I have had clients who were involved in negative or obsessive relationships feel the cords just kind of pop off during treatment and suddenly have a completely different outlook on the relationship. Obsessive people have just lost interest on more than one occasion and people have found it easy to disolve their own obsessions as well.

Cords are also are described on pp. 183-202 of Barbara Brennan's "Light
Emerging" book. in great detail

"There are five types of these cords - soul cords, cords from past life experiences, genetic cords (connection to birth parents), parental relationship cords, and cords for relationships with others. Since these cords are formed on the fourth aura layer and higher, the cords remain intact "before and beyond three dimensional physical space". Once they are made, these cord connections never dissolve, although it is possible that they could sustain damage, or get tangled, or "dirty".

Repair and nourishment of these cords will repair the damage done in relationship with that particular cord. For example, damage to heart chakra cords could eventually manifest in dis-ease of the physical heart, and damage to sixth chakra cords could manifest as headaches, disorientation, brain related diseases, or learning disabilities, etc. Damage to the solar plexus, or third chakra cords is particularly common in people in general.

One source of danger to the chakra is another type of cord which forms between people's chakras. Barbara Brennan calls them "bioplasmic streamers". These are somewhat more temporary cords which are formed as we communicate and relate with others. It is these streamers (among other things) which can cause damage between two people, and their chakras and chakra cords. These streamers might suck your energy away, or hook into your chakra, or tear open your aura field, dragging your energy field down and possibly damaging the chakra cords. These are the cords, or streamers that can be cut or dissolved or released in a guided practice of severing attachments to past relationships, guilt, anger, or whatever feeling or condition is believed to be a problem. Clearing and releasing negative cords is very important for our healing and spiritual evolution.
