Emotions for Liberation

Many years ago, I walked into the kitchen of my guru’s ashram, and found him shouting at the cooks. Force- waves of anger were bouncing around the room, almost visible to the naked eye. Then, in mid sentence, he turned, saw us standing there, and smiled. The energy in his eyes went soft. ‘How did you like the show?” he asked. Then, chuckling, he slapped the head cook playfully on the back, and walked away. The cooks giggled, and went back to work, galvanized by the energy he had injected into the afternoon.

That moment changed my understanding about emotions. The clarity and fluidity with which he had shifted from intense anger to good humor was only part of it. More interesting, I felt, was the fact that he had been using anger as a teaching tool. Was he really angry? I don’t know. All I know is that he seemed able to ride the wave of his anger with perfect easiness, and let it pass without a trace.

One of the ideals of yogic freedom is detachment from emotions. It’s a basic axiom, in fact, that an advanced practitioner has perfected the ability to control, transcend, or at least be a disengaged witness of his emotions. Yet because we have so few models of what genuine detachment looks like, we tend to confuse yogic detachment with being buttoned up, or unemotional, or indifferent.

My teacher was modeling something quite different. As I saw it at the time, he was demonstrating a kind of freedom in emotions. This allowed him to work with emotional expression as an artist or an actor might work with a palette of feelings in order to inspire others, or induce a shift in the situation around him. The secret was that he was able to be conscious within the emotion.

Most people assume that a good spiritual practitioner never gets carried away by emotion -- at least not by negative emotion.

Yet the deeper truth is that spiritual practice will not eliminate negative emotions. Emotions are part of the palette of life, part of the way consciousness moves. Not only can’t you get rid of them, but you’d feel empty and impoverished if you did. Practice can change your relationship to emotions, so that instead of being swamped by certain feeling states, you can hold them, contain them, see into their essence, and ultimately, use emotions in the service of your liberation.

'Hunters Moon over the Alps'. As the full Moon sinks in the west, the Sun rises in the east, lighting up the snow-capped Alpine horizon in dazzling fuschia. Although both Moon and mountain are illuminated by sunlight in this image their different colours reveal the scattering effects of the Earth’s atmosphere on the white light of the Sun. The rays of the rising Sun pass through the full thickness of the air causing the blue, green and yellow light to be scattered in all directions and leaving only the red light to reach the distant mountains. 'Orion Nebula'. Modern cameras are able to detect light which the human eye cannot see but many images capture faraway space in shades of grey. As such, astrophotographers must make practical and aesthetic choices about contrast, brightness and colour in their images. Here, the photographer has chosen an unusually subdued palette of colours to represent the Orion Nebula, replacing the familiar colour spectrum of reds and magentas with subtle greys and salmon pinks which emphasise the delicate structure of the nebula’s dust clouds (Nik Szymanek)

'Venus Transit at the Black Sea'. The black dot below the silhouette of the bird is the planet Venus. Venus Transits, where the planet crosses between the Earth and the Sun, are rare events only occurring in pairs eight years apart, with each pair separated by more than a century. The last transit, from when this picture was taken, was in 2012 and the one before was in 2004. The previous pair of transits were in 1874 and 1882. The next pair of transits will be in 2117 and 2125. The transits are brief, as Venus only takes around six hours to cross the disc of the Sun. 'Herbig-Haro Objects in the Pelican Nebula'. The birth of new stars is a complex process which astronomers are still trying to understand in detail. The new scams you need to know about

Here are some of the most devious new ways that fraudsters are trying to use to empty your bank account…

We’ve improved at spotting online scams over the last few years. We know we’ve not won the World Wide Super Lottery.

We’ve come to accept that an exiled Nigerian princess who begins her email with ‘Beloved!’ probably doesn’t want to transfer $32 million into our bank accounts. We’ve even, mostly, accepted that we haven’t won a super yacht.

But as we get smarter at spotting scams, the scammers get smarter too. And with the scammers as desperate to get hold of our money as we are to protect our savings, it’s an arms race of ingenuity.

Here are some of the tricks and deceptions currently being used to try to steal from you. Forewarned really is forearmed.

The false police detective

If I hadn’t read about this scam, I know I would easily have fallen for it. Someone pretending to be a police officer phones your home and says your bank cards have been compromised.

They ask for your card details so they can freeze them – and get you to type your PIN into the phone, which they can record.

If you become suspicious, they ask you to hang up and call 999 to check they are who they say. However, because they stay on the line, they are still connected when you dial another number. They can pretend to be the 999 operative and verify the call is genuine. That’s the genius of this scam.

So you are connected back through to the fake police officer, ready to hand over your details.

According to some victims, the scammers even send a courier around to collect their bank cards and then kept them on the phone until their accounts were emptied and their credit cards maxed out.

The fake bank official

The phoney police officer is a particularly compelling version of this scam, but crooks use this phone trick often. It’s very common for them to pretend to be calling from your bank.

What to do
If you’re verifying a call is from the police, a service provider or your bank then don’t just hang up and call back immediately. Call a number you already know, like a friend or the talking clock – just to check the line really is clear.

The call from ‘Windows Tech Support’

My mother is not a stupid woman; she’s a GP and she uses computers every day. But she fell for a scam where a concerned caller claimed to be from ‘Windows Tech Support’ to check that her computer was virus free.

The persuasive caller talked her through ‘checking’ her machine was virus free, by looking at her Event Viewer, which logs any error reports. It is perfectly normal for errors and warnings to be listed here, but my mother didn’t know and believed the caller when they said these were dangerous viruses.

She allowed the caller remote access to her PC and gave him her card details. Fortunately, her credit card company phoned her to check the enormous payment the scammers were trying to steal and then froze her cards. Making sure her computer was virus and spyware free took a full week.

And it's not just 'Windows Tech Support' that try to get into your computer - I know examples of people pretending to be from BT or offering free "security" scans of your computer.

What to do
Be aware of this clever scam, and don’t be afraid to run an internet search if you get a call that you’re not sure about. Most scams will have already been outed online.

Fictional tax rebates or demands

Unfortunately, the taxman has really played into scammers hands. There has been a lot of press recently about the fact that so many Brits are on the wrong tax code, meaning rebates or tax demands.

Scammers really play on this by sending fraudulent emails pretending to be from HMRC demanding payment or promising to make a payment if you just provide your bank details.

Hyperlinks within these emails take you to official-looking pages, where the criminals will relieve you of enough information to empty your bank account. Sometimes these emails pretend to be from your bank and they can look startlingly genuine.

What to do
A good habit to keep you safe is to never follow links, and to navigate to the official page by using a search engine instead.

The illegal pornography scam

This is really awful, because it frightens people and stops them thinking clearly. You receive a fraudulent email purporting to be from PayPal. It claims that your account has been implicated in an illegal pornography transaction and blocked.

It demands your financial details so it can lift the block and let you avoid a police investigation – and you may be so scared that you comply.

Perhaps you’re frightened you’ve accidentally accessed illegal material while downloading legal content; perhaps you think your PC has been hacked and used for nefarious purposes; perhaps you’re so upset that you don’t think that clearly at all. Instead, you hand over your account details to thieves.

What to do
If you really were in trouble, be it justified or not, handing over your bank details would do nothing to help you get out of it. Don’t let them intimidate you.

The more that I have written the more I see that life is reflecting back opportunities (translated as challenges) for me to respond in the manner I have written about and believed that I would. I chose to take a couple days off from writing, needing an emotional break from even more challenges and reflecting on whether or not I wanted to continue writing truthfully and honestly, with the high probability that even more things would occur to be dealt with and overcome. Yes, I do. I choose to experience all these things, to continue to bend beyond my comfort zone, hoping that writing and then experiencing these things will allow them to be resolved and eliminated quicker, or at least to refine my skills of response or non-response.

My own perceived limit of “How much can I endure?” seems to be blown out of the water consistently, to new heights never before imagined or expected. What are the limits in life? Are there limits? I know I had my hand up and have spent countless hours envisioning, loving and putting passionate energy towards many things that have not yet appeared in my reality and have been faced with many that I did not ask for, at least consciously.

Then it occurred to me…

If my writings are coming to life in the physical then I have an awesome opportunity to lay out exactly what I would like to occur and believe are possible, knowing full well that the Universe does work in mysterious ways and, again, could throw some unexpected surprise in front of me. The chance is worth it and one I am willing to take.

My heartfelt desire is to have a self-sustainable place called home with land, animals, crops being with the man that I love, thriving in a loving environment without any financial concerns. For me this is a basic need. Without financial concerns, I am able to be of service to all of humanity, assisting in bringing a community together and providing a standard for future generations based on truth, integrity, honour and love. My goal is to provide a self-sustaining community, which may even be considered as a role model to be adopted in other communities around the world, with the main emphasis on all individuals being given the opportunity and know-how to self-manage their lives with love and respect and assist them in their own plan of well-being to be self-sufficient with total balance of mind, body and spirit, all the while empowering them to love who they are, live a life of joy and be abundant and prosperous while living on this planet.

I am once again taken back to the topic of limits. Even with my wild, imaginative ponderings and dreams of how I see things to be possible and probable, I see that I may be limiting myself in all that can be provided to me and all that wants to be provided to me. Each of us makes limiting statements for how we see things. Two examples, one right after the other, came up recently regarding having unlimited financial resources. A friend was talking of moving to another state and working out, in advance, of how to pack the truck, get things moved, how many days it would take, etc. I reminded him that with unlimited resources maybe he could consider hiring a moving company to pack the house up, drive it and unpack it on the other end while he travelled and had an adventure on the way to the new state. My comment was followed by laughter. Exactly. We have become so accustomed to doing things ourselves, figuring it out on our own that we, at times, never even consider an alternate way of receiving assistance or doing things outside of what we or examples in our life have done. Then, a friend calls expressing her dreams of travelling the world visiting Spiritual places and hearing Spiritual leaders and the joy that would bring her, but figures she will have to wait until the kids grow up and leave. I reminded her that with unlimited resources it was perfectly possible to hire a nanny and tutors to travel with the entire family without the need of waiting.

The message here seems to be limit LESS and allow MORE without setting parameters or borders on exactly how things are to be. How we reach for it and allow even more in our lives without limiting things is a work in progress for us all. All things are unlimited, there are no limitations to what we can experience while in this earthly form, except the limitations we create for ourselves, even without our being aware that we are doing it. I know in my heart that financial wealth will not corrupt me, will not make me greedy and will not diminish the love, compassion and grace I have for all things. I know that my goals and ideals will better all of humanity. I accept all that I desire, and more. And so it is. ~ Allison

Satellites have shown two mysterious 'black hole' whirlpools in the South Atlantic ocean - ultra powerful “vortexes” which suck water down into the depths.

The whirpools - never witnessed before - would suck down ships, debris and even living creatures, moving 1.3 million cubic metres of water per second.

Two of the black holes - or “maelstroms” - have been sighted in three months by physicists from Zurich and Miami.

The powerful vortices of current have been described as ‘maelstroms’ and are ‘mathematical analogues’ for black holes – which is to say they do exactly the same with water that black holes do with light.

The discovery could give new insights into how oceanic currents transport debris and may even have implications for climate change studies.

Astronomical black holes bend space and time into a perpetually collapsing vortex. Light itself bends around them, which enables astronomers to recognise their existence.

Similarly, these oceanic maelstroms funnel current into an almost permanent spiral, trapping debris, oil and potentially living creatures in a body of water. Hardly anything leaks out.

The scientists used Edgar Allen Poe’s 1841 story ‘A descent into a Maelstrom’ to describe their discovery:
“The edge of the whirl was represented by a broad belt of gleaming spray; but no particle of this slipped into the mouth of the terrific funnel…”

The ability to apply the same mathematical principles to water currents on earth as black holes in space is an unexpected side-effect of the theory of general relativity.

This phenomenon has been observed in the South Atlantic and South-western Indian Ocean, using satellite imagery designed to spot the aquatic equivalent of black hole currents. According to scientists, the maelstroms are prevalent in this area thanks to the southbound Agulhas current in the Indian Ocean.

In a three-month period, two perfect matches were found to mimic black hole behaviour, “We have found exceptionally coherent material belts in the South Atlantic, filled with analogues of photon spheres around black holes,” said George Haller, from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich and Francisco Beron-Vera at the University of Miami in Florida, who worked on the study.

The phrase ‘photon spheres’ refers to the light that is trapped around astronomical black holes, and in this instance is comparable to the rings of debris that are forming around these ocean maelstroms. As Haller and Beron-Vera’s findings note, ‘these vortices will capture and swallow nearby passively floating debris.’

In their research findings, Haller and Beron-Vora express their surprise at finding real-world examples that hold so closely to the theoretical equations. ‘Vortices in turbulence are often envisaged as rotating bodies of fluid, traveling as coherent islands in an otherwise incoherent ambient flow. This… …view is appealingly simple, yet challenging to apply in actual vortex detection.’

The maelstroms are detected by their rotating edges, which the scientists found were reliable indicators of the vortex within, based on pioneering research carried out by Stephen Hawking on black holes: ‘Intuitively, one expects that any…vortex in the fluid must contain such a singularity in its interior, just as all black holes are expected to contain Penrose-Hawking singularities. This expectation turns out to be correct’.

The singularities, as they have been termed, last for months at a time, moving across the ocean without interference from other currents.

Thus they can transport water of different temperatures and salinity to other areas of the ocean, potentially influencing the regional climate.

Haller and Beron-Vera found that the vortices transported water in a north-western direction 30% faster than had previously been reckoned – at a rate equating to 1.3 million cubic metres of water per second.

In addition, the maelstroms were found to occur four times deeper in the ocean than previously estimated; the study found examples as deep as 2000m below the surface.

Strange this new way of being.
It seems that I process my emotions so much faster now.
I still feel everything very intensely in the moment and as the situation plays out, but it does not seem to scar me as deeply.
I overcome obstacles so much faster than I used to, for it seems that I no longer get stuck in emotions.
No more dwelling on it, reliving it, rehashing it over and over again as I used too.
Perpetuating the pain.
Caught in the loop of the past.

In a way,because of the love and peace I feel within, I accept things and happenings so much easier and faster now.
Now this doesn't mean accept as in not do what needs to be done and just sit back.
But I feel every experience (like the crossing over of a dear friend) that elicits extreme emotion from me,means that within me is that fear waiting to be released.
I also know that the deeper the emotional release, the greater the connection to my Source and the clarity that it ensues.

This in turns allows me to accept the situation so much faster now...

The death of a beautiful friend brought huge grief and pain to me.
By his death,I relived the death of loved ones.
The depth of this fear has been enormous.
My mom,dad,husband...it all came crashing in.
But the difference now for me was that there was this little voice from within me saying,"just let it flow babe, it is clearing everything from all your bodies...a beautiful gift to help you become closer to your Source"
There was peace among the chaos of emotions.

Also knowing that it is all happening for a reason, seeing it from the perspective of their soul instead of just mine makes healing faster...
Acceptance easier.
Reconnecting to my heart and staying within the flow occurs much faster.
And therefore the ability to then be the lighthouse needed for those around me,to ground my light,comes much faster too.

Acceptance does not mean sitting back and being victimized.
It does not mean giving up.
To me it just means accepting being in the flow of my heart, and believing every and all occurrences are for a myriad of reasons,affecting so many souls, and all are an aspect of the divine plan.

These of course are just my thoughts...

I'm not really keen on the word "ascension".
Touches that nerve of religion that is within me.
I know,need to keep working on it...

I was raised catholic in Argentina,trust me,my latina family was the ultimate catholic.
My aunt had MET the pope and he had blessed a vial of water that sat honorably on her altar in her bedroom.
Oh yes an altar IN HER BEDROOM.
Kinda spooky actually.
This made her extremely important to her parish...

I can't tell you the number of times I would think about drinking it and then refilling it with regular water...
I knew NOBODY would know but me.
I would hold it and look at it, and wonder how a man could BLESS the water.
Trying to see if it was any different looking...imagine what consuming the whole bottle would feel like...would it make me an angel?
What made him have that power?
And why would god give all that power to one man?
Of course I could never speak of my thoughts, for at that point I honestly was tired of being beaten,especially by nuns, for my "outrageously devilish thoughts..."
And coming from such an exemplary catholic family none the less...

But I didn't drink it, for somewhere within me the idea of hell had been planted by my religion and at ten years of age the verdict was still out...
I couldn't take the chance...just in case...lol.

Oh yes she had a little shrine in the corner of her bedroom.
With one of those kneelers, so she could pray on her knees everyday.
When she wasn't in church.
My friday nights consisted of rosaries.
And no meat.

My whole family took getting to heaven very seriously.
Followed all the rules of the church to ensure the ultimate goal.
Dying and going to heaven.

Where we would all meet and then do I don't know what.

And so in a way they were living their lives in the future.
Earth was just a nasty road you had to get through to get to heaven.
Heaven was their proverbial carrot.

Somehow always out of reach,keep trying,a goal that was to be achieved afterwards.
Tomorrow.
When I die.
If I am good.
SOON.

So now I see the word ascension all the time.
Which to me just means raising vibration.
And to which religions have taken such a strong hold of...

The dictionary says:

ascend  

verb (used without object)
1.to move, climb, or go upward; mount; rise: The airplane ascended into the clouds.
2.to slant upward.
3.to rise to a higher point, rank, or degree; proceed from an inferior to a superior degree or level: to ascend to the presidency.
4.to go toward the source or beginning; go back in time.
5.Music. to rise in pitch; pass from any tone to a higher one.

The way I understand things everything is in this moment and in this space.
So 1d is overlayed by 2d overlayed by 3d overlayed by 4d...like clear films one over the other over the other, separated by vibrational frequencies,veils so to speak.
Each dimension a different vibration or frequency and infinite possible timelines.

So 5d is here.
And so is 6 and 7 and 8...Everything is here, I just don't have the same level of consciousness as the higher dimensions.
My frequency and vibration dictates the reality I live in.

These dimensions are accessible to me by raising and lowering my vibration,my frequency,my consciousness.
They just are.
Always there.
It is me(my separate consciousness within one)that moves back and forth between them by being aware and conscious.
And of course my own vibration has to match that of the dimension I am trying to get to...

That's where it gets tricky.

As I raise my vibration,I expand my mental capacities to understand these complex ideas of time and space and dimensions and frequencies...
My emotional body becomes more balanced so I gain further clarity by strengthening my connection to my Source which is within me and accessible through my heart.
My heart, the umbilical cord to my Source and to Universal Truth.
This in turn strengthens my physical body as more dna is activated within me, my extra sensory perception.
So now I am navigating the world with extra tools to raise my vibration.

And as I raise my vibration ,I ground my light into the earth and support the earth in raising its vibration.

Now before my awakening this knowledge was not known to me at that level of consciousness.

Now it is.

So my consciousness has ascended and is ascending every instant I am on this earth at this time.
My ability to raise my consciousness,my vibration,to be open to it and the truths it brings,is constant.
My life on earth ,all experiences to help me to expand and experience new.
To experience what love is not.

So everybody seems to want to "get to" 5d.
Oh boy, another carrot.

Remember 12/21/12?
That was a big carrot wasn't it?
It set up all kinds of expectations.

I think each soul ascends at its own pace and there is nothing I can do to accelerate any other one.
All I can do is choose to raise my vibration,everyday,by making decisions from my heart.
For me, I have "ascended" a bit higher today than I did yesterday.
Tomorrow I will ascend a bit more than today...
The ascension timeline is incredibly personal and private.

It is an amazing experiment, the raising of the consciousness of a PLANET.
We must make the step one soul at a time.
For if the frequency is raised too quickly,it can break apart the denser frequency...a planet can be destroyed.
A whole race can be wiped out.
I think I have been there...done that.

So I guess I am tired of waiting for "SOMETHING TO HAPPEN"
Tired of that carrot.
Waiting to "ascend".

I have raised my vibration enough to where I have the ability to make things happen,instead of waiting.

Waiting period is over.

To me: We have all "ascended" and will continue to do so every day we live on this earth.
For the vibration of the planet is rising, I see it, know it,feel it and sense it,accept it and believe it.
To me those who choose to be awake are all in the ascend timeline.
And those that choose to experience the death of a planet are in a descend timeline.

How it will play out,I don't know.

I feel it is time to live my life NOW and no longer look to tomorrow and the heaven that awaits...
I am a lightworker and a starseed with infinite tools,support and love.
And I am here now with the ability to raise my vibration and support and help the vibration of the planet.
My heaven is here, for my light shines brightly enough to allow me to see it,to feel it and to sense it and accept it.
It has been in my heart all along.
No need to chase the carrot anymore.

Shine bright my family.
It is quite the amazing trip and I am so thankful to be sharing this path with you.
Know you are in my heart at all times, for through our hearts we are one.
We are awake and have become an unstoppable force of change which can no longer be contained.
Time to fly.

In Bringing Heaven to Earth, be YourSELF - A Message from the Angels

We are the Angelic Legions of the Divine Mother.

There are some among you that question the need for such transmissions. We continue to address these messages through this scribe and many others, simply because your fellow human beings are at various levels of their own journey. Some are still asleep. Some are awakening and becoming aware of the apparent injustices existing within the remnants of the old paradigm. Others are well-awake and coming into an awareness of their own inner connections. Still, many in the course of their transition from the limiting world of the third dimension and the soaring possibilities of the fifth and higher dimensions are struggling with day to day issues, moments of regret and disappointment, physical issues and issues of supply. Many of your brothers and sisters are also dealing with the onslaught of unexpected physical and emotional clearings, as the astral plane of the earth is being cleansed through your bodies. They are perhaps not aware of the work that has been done by the older starseeds, the wayshowers, and the scarred veterans who have been consciously clearing ancient karmic and ancestral lines for decades.

All of you are at different levels of need. We are here for the collective, as well as the individual. The act of bringing in a transmission, can, for the scribe, be an act of fulfillment as she connects with a lighter, higher vibrating part of her own multidimensional nature. Yes, dear ones, all of you are angels masked by fleshly vehicles. You are now discovering that you are ascended masters, that you have genetic ties to many worlds, dimensions and frequency levels. In short, you are the Universe in embodiment. You are in the process of bringing your Self into your physical bodies.

The physical body of the earth is undergoing rapid changes. These changes are reflected in changes within your own bodies. Much more in the way of destructive changes was expected and even hoped by those looking to see the coming of the Rapture as taught in Christian scriptures and in churches.

The Rapture, such as it is now manifesting is coming about by the process of bringing heaven to earth. You, the human being, are not going to be lifted up and removed from your daily existence, from your family or those who are not members of your religious sect. You are bringing in, through your own rising consciousness, an awareness that you already exist in the ‘higher’ levels or planes of existence. What and who you are there can exist here, if you only change the way and manner in which you think about yourself and those who surround you in your world. You, dear human, are becoming a heavenly being, because you are already one. You are One with the Mother and Father and swiftly regaining your connection to Source, to the Creator of the All That Is.

As you seize upon the inner knowledge and understanding that you are all united through the Heart of the One, you will discover answers to your questions and ‘problems’ that exist on the world front today. How can social injustices, fraud, waste, war and destruction, disease, poverty, environmental destruction, governmental and corporate domination and other perceived ills of the world be solved?

Only by coming together, first individually with your own center and then by discovering your connection and existing unity with your neighbor, can you solve the world’s problems. If you continue to only see what is wrong, you will fail to see what is possible. You are the ones who must recreate the world. No one else is going to do it for you.

In your conditioned state, you feel that you cannot do for yourself; that you have to rely on the words or advice of others (even our words) to see yourself through the day. You have been taught that you require leaders to tell you what to do. You look to your teachers, to your mentors, to your parents, to your religious leaders, to your bankers and corporate presidents, to your investment agent… to anyone outside of yourself for advice on what to do. You have been carefully taught that the experts have all the answers. We are here to let you know what you already feel in your heart, that you have been led woefully astray by these false leaders. You have been led away from the guidance that you receive from within daily if only you were to take a moment or two to listen.

Those who have moved outside the boundaries of social expectation and mores have often received the unjustified abuse of others who have sought to suppress innovation and change. Now, the pioneers who have gone forward are being seen as the ones who saw the potential in human existence and who cherished life and each other enough to care, from the heart, for the welfare of future generations. These are the ones who have seen the potential for problems to become opportunities for humanity to regain its trust in itself, to regrow into a collective human world, where all live in abundance, where the gifts that children bring with them into the world are nurtured, not suppressed by drugs and disciplines. Where people can live in balance with nature, adapting to the rhythms of the earth and her seasons, where the Circle of Life is strengthened rather than weakened by the use of drugs, poisons and other unnatural means such are used today.

In each of you, we see the future. You are the future as you are the present moment. Only by living in the present will the future manifest in a positive direction. Go within. Discover what can be found there within your living temple, the Heart, for the Creator lives there within each of you. The Mother and the Father are there. The Christ is there. The angels, archangels and ascended masters are there. Your galactic sisters and brothers are there. We are there, within each of you because we are YOU and you are us.

We are truly One with creation and as one we go forth into the world, giving words of encouragement to those who still contain doubt and fear within their bodies. Fear is the lowest of the low frequencies and continues to hold you down IF you let it. Worry and fear draw your energy levels downward. You have the power to reverse the process by feeling yourself ‘happy’ and ‘amused’. You might say, "What do I have to feel happy about?” Do not think but feel what makes you happy; it can be something very simple, like a smile from a friend, a flower, the feeling of the sun on your shoulder, the warmth of a blanket, a good meal… anything.

To change the direction of your life and bring it into alignment with the ascension of the planet is a simple process, yet one that will take all your focus, attention and intention to complete. You are in command of your journey. You are powerful beings, all of you and capable of great things, but start with the simple things. First learn to accept yourself as you are now, warts and all. Next, learn to love yourself and to trust your inner feelings and intuition. Listen to your friends and mentors but then decide for yourself what it is that makes YOUR heart sing and then follow that guidance wherever it takes you. Learn to trust yourself. The ‘higher’ parts of your being care for the spark of divinity that is currently housed within a fleshly vessel, the human being. You are loved and as you open to that Love, you will begin to know how to move forward.

There is much change already occurring upon the surface of the planet and more to come. It will test the limits of human cooperation. Those who would command the surface for their own benefit have already found that the reins of control have been and are being ripped from their hands, despite their almost unlimited source of funds and resources. The old rules no longer apply. People power will rule, but the people must also learn to live within their own individual guidance. Freedom is not chaos.

Freedom can only exist when all sides of a conflict can live without fear or judgment. Acceptance of what is not comfortable will have to come before all can come into balance.

The face of darkness is the opposite side of the coin to the light. The shadow anchors the light. Through the contrast, you learn about its opposite. The shadow gives substance and form to what is ethereal and transient. Many of the things feared by people today are practices that are closer to the rhythms of the earth than what is currently deemed correct by science. The ways of the ancestors, the ways of farming without pesticides, living on the land as stewards not conquerors, the ancient ways of working with the elementals and with Nature, will come forward even as the artificial tenants of current ‘science’ fall by the wayside. Science, business and the State have become the religions of today; that will change, as humanity returns to its roots, but roots that reach not only the center of the Earth, but the center of the galaxy and even of the Universe.

As above, so below; you are heavenly creatures, who chose to come here to bring heaven to earth. Through many lifetimes you have trekked through the jungles of the astral miasma recreated by a lost race, to bring a lost world back into the light. The miscreations of humanity stem not from themselves, but from the miscreations of overzealous creator gods. Some of these very same creator gods now are present in human form to assist in the restoration of the planet and eventually this Universe back into alignment with Source.

Your planet is a stepping stone for the restoration of many worlds. What knowledge and experience you gain here will serve you well for those of you who volunteer to bring other worlds back into the light and alignment with Creator. This work is ongoing simultaneously, in the Present Moment, in many places, but your work as an individual, bringing yourself back into alignment with the Will of Creator, with the First Ray of Creation, is important indeed. Each of you is a part of God and what you do for yourself you do for the All. Never, ever think or feel that you are lesser being just because you believe that you have failed in some humanly defined manner. No one of you feels your perfection as you struggle with daily life, changes and challenges, but you are a facet of the perfect Pink Diamond that exists within the All.

With the rising frequencies of this planet you have an unequaled opportunity to get to really know all that is You. Feel within, go within, dance, sing, paint, walk in nature… find those activities that stir your heart, whether alone or in company. Discover your connections with your sisters and brothers, as many are becoming aware of their soul families, but do not feel that you are missing something if you still wish to be alone, right now, in your journey. You are the ultimate decider and creator of your world. Do not feel pressured to do more than you feel you can take on. Feel into things, ponder and then let it go. You will know what to do and when to do something. You have all that you need within yourself; trust that you will know what to do, where to go and how to do it, when the need arises.

Be flexible, daily adjusting your grounding to the rising frequencies of the earth below your feet and feel into your environment. What can you change? What can you release in your world? What do you no longer need? What is yours and what belongs to someone else? Release what is not yours, whether it be the teachings and guidance of another (yes, even these words!) or the lingering effects of childhood conditioning. Be yourself, real and unvarnished. Be love in action.

We are with you, standing at the edge of your consciousness. Call upon us if you require a moment of comfort or guidance, but know that you must do the work and take the first steps or the next steps upon your journey back into the fullness, beauty and power of your heavenly inheritance.

Human skulls adorned with a crown of flowers and the name and date of its owner's death are placed in rows at the Bone House in Hallstatt, Austria. The Bone House, known as Beinhaus, is home to 1,200 skulls and bones and was founded in the 12th century due to a lack of space at the village's small cemetery. Andy Laird, 19, was left red-faced after he discovered his Vauxhall Corsa was submerged under 3ft of sea water. The teenager had parked his car on the beach at Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, and then left it to have lunch with his family. When he returned to the beach at 5pm he was shocked to find the tide had come in so suddenly his car was now 50ft from the shore. (SWNS)
