On April 15th the world will have experienced the Festival of the Christ energies within a powerful full moon and lunar eclipse. This event is spoken about to be the most intensified frequency of light to come into the planet this year. Many individuals are sharing information about this frequency of light that will be occurring. In fact, we are already in the midst of these energies and are experiencing great changes through our full body system. Walking Terra Christa held a special open call for this event on April 14th with Lord Sananda as the guest speaker along with Lord Maitreya and Master Kuthumi. The specifics of the Festival of the Christ represent Love, Resurrection, and Contact with others. Lord Sananda share such an eloquent message of love with powerful Light Codes through Rev. We gathered together in the Temple of Oneness within the Ballroom of Crystalline Light to walk through another doorway of beauty unto a deeper part of ourselves. Master Kuthumi is now working more fully with Lord Maitreya in the office of the Christ and shared his essence of experience to help lightworkers move through these next phases of ascension. Each of these magnificent beings shared their hearts unto each of our hearts to help us through our initiations that will require great strength and courage. In addition, this full moon represents the sign of Aries with Libra which is a perfect relationship between our physical self (Aries) and our spiritual self (Libra). This moon will assist in the connection between both essences to become one.

The Lunar Eclipse also represents relationships of changing circumstances by accessing our “inner wisdom”. This is a perfect time for each individual to fully access their higher self within the physical body for the Divine Union of the Self. The blessing of this ceremony is that Lord Sananda exhibited his heart unto every soul of this pathway. It is my pleasure to be with each of you this evening. I AM Yamteleus. My message is very brief. Divine compensation is presently occurring through many different avenues. I AM the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun. It is my pleasure to bring this essence to you once again. We stand here in this beautiful Temple in order to fully embrace the frequencies of Light that everyone embodies in so many ways. Yet they are not quite sure how they do so within the physical creation.

It is a wondrous thing at this time to allow the Divine particles of Light that we are to be embraced within the Physical Body. However, at times you truly may not be sure what it is you are embracing. That is the big question this evening. There are so many elements occurring with the frequencies coming forth at this present time, so that it can be very confusing to the mind. We say, let go of your mind and allow the energies to come in! Allow yourself to feel the new essence that you are incorporating. Allow yourself to be the particles of Light that you truly are.

Why is it that the mental mind tries to stop you from allowing that pure essence from unfolding within you?

Why is it that the timelines that you have had are more important than allowing these particles of Light to fully be within you?

That is our question to each of you this evening. A true blessing is to understand within yourself that you are a Divine Being of Light, and that you are bringing forth those essences within the totality of your Full Body System. So allow yourself to just BE.

Oh! We know of the struggles. We know of the challenges. We know of your responsibilities on this life path within your family, friends, the composure of whom you are. Let us take a moment together to allow the energies to intertwine within each of us, as we become One. We have not experienced this previously except when we met before. We allow these frequencies of Light to fully come within us. Think of yourself as the Creative Being that you were in the very beginning. Allow those sparkles of Light to float down through this beautiful Temple and infuse you. Many colors and sparkles of Light float into and through you, to becoming you.

That is truly your reality in this moment. There is nothing more that needs to be brought forth, except this ability to embrace. We take these moments to help you understand the process you are going through. We share this visualization to help you understand that the challenges you are coming across can be elevated through this essence. By allowing the particles of Light that you are to flow through anything that you are experiencing in your world, your thoughts, feelings, interactions with others, whatever it is that you are being combated with at this time.

You may be worried about others. You may be worried about what is happening in the world.   Let us take this moment and express our energies unto each other through this frequency of Light. There is nothing more important. If you do not take time to allow these essences to fully come within you, the challenges will only become greater. Your body will be affected by stress. That way you will not be able to gain the spiritual wisdom you are looking to incorporate within you. It must enfold within you. Allow these frequencies of Light to flow fully within you, not outside of you. It is the process occurring in this year and this upcoming festival of the Christ.

It is a time of allowing yourself completely to be the purest essence of Source that you are. Yet in that process elements are being emitted out of you that no longer exist on the level that occurred previously. We call this purging. We call this resurrection, because you are resurrecting your entire being of Light into the totality of God’s frequency that you are. That includes each of us. So if we blend within each of you in these moments, we become that frequency of Light as we allow those other elements to purge out of you. It is not something you need to think about. It is not something you need to be concerned about. It is only something to be and feel. That is what we truly want for you this evening. Allow your essence to be conditioned to a state of receiving, accepting, and embracing all that you are.

It is important to have these realizations, as they will take you into another state of conditioning. The next moment you have, which may be on the same day or another, you have a revelation. Where do you think that revelation comes from? It comes from your Higher Essence which has been incorporating within your physical essence through these sparkles of Light. This is the process that you are undergoing presently, as we bring forth these energies unto you to accept yourself more deeply. Not the physical part of you, but the purest form of Crystalline essence, of many colors of Light intertwining within each other. Allow that essence to be you, not outside of yourself, but the truth that is embodied within you.   Allow that purification of Light to occur within your Full Body structure.

This is why you have arrived upon this Earth. The state of conditioning that you are experiencing is your awakening. That awakening goes deeper every day, as the particles of Light come through you. They will help you to accept more of yourself than you have ever before. Let us bring forth this expression so that we can feel the Oneness, as each of you has been birthed from us. And we all have been birthed from the Creative Source of Oneness. We bring forth that essence unto you in this moment, for you to embrace, to feel the purest form of Light that you are and the expression that you want to share with others of your world. It is I, Lord Buddha at your service. It is my divine pleasure to be here in the Temple at this magnificent time of creation upon Earth.

As the Planetary Logos of this beautiful Earth of Gaia, it brings me great pleasure to come into the Temple and to express myself in the essences that Meleriessee allows me to do. I will bring to you what it is that I am here to express. And I give to you my sincere appreciation and gratitude in these moments.
Why do you think that you are here at this time?

I am not only referring to your existence on Earth at this time. I am speaking about this moment, at this time of coming together, in this beautiful Temple of Light. There are many Higher Selves that participate in these frequencies and are bringing forth these energies unto the Physical Self. Hopefully one day we will arrive in this Temple and see many souls in physical  joining us for these beautiful ceremonies of Light. I ask each of you to look within yourself to see how truly special you are, for the awakening that has happened, for the creation of your Light, and the divine continuation of what is occurring for you in every moment.
We are coming upon the beautiful  of the Christ. It is a beautiful time for each of us in the spiritual realms, as now physical human conditioning opens up to our essences in a completely different manner than ever experienced before. Sometimes, it is taken for granted by some individuals that we are here to assist them in their continual upbringing of Light within their own Physical Self.

It is with great pleasure that I am able to communicate to each of you. And not only communicate, but give the essence of my love through the depth of my soul and the frequency of Light that Meleriessee allows me to do. I ask each of you in this moment to take a deep breath and fully embrace what it is you desire in these moments and through this next phase that we will be going through. It is huge; on a scale of one to 100, I would say that about 80% of the range of Light frequency is coming through onto the planet and into each of you. We hope to see more Light frequency being grounded into the planet than we have seen for a very long time.

That is due to each of you being able to express within yourself the ability to hold the Light and expand it outside of yourself. What it does to you in the process is what I am here to assist you with. There is transference of energy that occurs within your coding system, meaning within your cellular structure. That cellular structure can come in through your etheric field, it can come through your astral field, and it can come through your physical field. It depends on how deep you are willing to go within this process and whether you allow the continuance of this existence to occur upon this planet.

You must understand that each of you have chosen these moments in time to find yourself in a  state of conditioning as never experienced before. It is due to your ability to accept more of the Light particles that are coming into the planet and to hold them within yourself. You have been asked to be that conduit of Light. What happens personally within this experience is that these Light frequencies come into your Full Body System, meaning they expand onto the Mental Body, the Emotional Body, the Physical Body and the Etheric Body.

This all depends on what you are experiencing in your life circumstance also.

How do you handle what is occurring for you in your present time?

Whatever it is you are going through, these Light frequencies assist you to dive into a deeper level. What happens on that deeper level?

Particles have to be removed in order for that Light frequency to come in. As an analogy, it is much like boring a hole into a cave. A cave represents the part of you that has not fully accepted your Divine Beingness. So the Source of Light is coming through that cave to break away particles that cannot be held in that Full Body System. And what happens to those particles? They can go into the Emotional and Mental Body. Within there, they can cause disruption unless you fully bring forth your higher essence to ground these frequencies. You see, it is very important to continually access your Higher Essence within your Physical Body in each moment you are experiencing those challenges. Many times you may forget as that also is part of the human conditioning.

That is what we are here for.

We are here to help you to remember.

We are here to assist you through this process.

It may seem like it is old, it may feel like you are doing the same thing over and over again, but that is not what it is truly about. These particles of Light come into your Full Body System. You are healing and molding into the depth of Beingness that you are becoming. Now as it goes deeper into the core of your being, it affects elements you never fully accepted in a physical way of Beingness. That causes a lot of readjusting and changing to occur within your own conditioned self.

Especially this year with the Festival of Christ, it is important to understand the process that is occurring. A part of you is dying once again. But it can be many particles that are dying. It may be little elements coming out of you that cause you to go through a rebirth experience. That rebirth experience can be happening continually, over and over again. It does not mean that you are rebirthing everything from the beginning and that it is all you will perceive.

It comes as a continual movement and that continual movement is formulating a new path. It is like being on an ocean liner. You are that ocean liner, creating a path through the waters. Those waters can be rough, and sometimes calm. There is no specific road in front of you. The water flows around you, so you are creating that pathway as you move forward. These are the elements that are occurring for you, as you go through this period of resurrection. At the same time, the planet is going through the same form of healing.

Each of you is accepting yourself in a completely different manner than you have before. It is being rewritten continually, because there is no chartered course. There is no specific road you are moving through. You are simply allowing your vehicle to take you were ever it goes. Your Higher Self represents the course of that vehicle. If your mental mind gets in the way or your emotions are too intense, it deters you from that directed course your higher essence is bringing into your physical being.

We want to assist you through this process so that each of you can have the optimal experience at the Festival of the Christ. It is preparing you for the most magnificent Wesak that we all will be experiencing together. I bring in these essences to Meleriessee in these moments to help you accept yourself in a new way. No matter what challenges you are facing, understand that there is divine guidance by your Higher Self. It has been charted for you from a higher level of knowledge that you are already familiar with, but have not fully accessed yet.

When you access all this and gain great understanding, it becomes an “Ah Ha!” moment. You allow your true Beingness to come within you and accept yourself in a completely different manner. What happens through this is that you become a Christed being. You become that Christed being in only one moment of reflection, but in another you may forget what you are again.

That is because it has to happen continually to settle into the lower mind. There is such programming going on within you from other forms that it takes quite a bit of time to go through these processes. That is what we are here to assist with.

I, as Lord Buddha, truly want to embrace each of you in this moment.

Feel the Golden Flame of Light that is here with me upon this beautiful stage. The Golden Flame of Light shines from the base of the stage completely upwards through the frequencies to the 144th dimension. It shines down through all the dimensional frequencies, until it reaches the Earth’s atmosphere. Gaia’s core will be receiving these frequencies as we go through this transition. Feel that Golden Light. Feel it in your Heart. Feel the effects as if you are already a full Christed being. Bring that higher essence into the rawest purification of your Heart Center. Allow it to grow within you, and to express your divinity in a completely different manner than you have previously.

You are the Golden Flame. Feel it within you. Feel the purest form of essences that you are embodying in you. Allow the resurrection to occur. Whatever is occurring within your physical world is nothing in comparison to what is occurring in the spiritual world of your Higher Self, I AM Presence, and Monad. You become the Flame. You are the Flame. You embody the Golden Flame of the Christed self that you are.
Feel it going all the way down to your Earth Star, centering within your Heart, going up into your Soul Star, and expanding your energy. It now moves in wide circles around you, as you become the Flame. Within these moments, the resurrection process you are going through allows you to fully embrace the new aspects that are coming in, and to remove the disease that is going on in your Beingness from many timelines that have been ignited.

Feel this purity and Light extending unto you. As you do so, you will expand it unto Gaia tonight. We are not traveling there, but the Flame within this Temple is inside of her core right now. It is being expanded as we all expand together into the purity, the Light, the Beingness that we are. There is no other circumstance that can bring forth the purest form you are within you. Feel the beauty. Feel the exquisite joy. Feel the purest form of essence embodying all parts of your being within the cellular structure of your physical, astral, emotional, and mental self. Allow all your aspects to be within the Christed Being of Light.

There is no other beauty such as allowing your true Beingness to expand within and out of you. Allow the expansion to your brothers and sisters around the globe to occur, so each of them can be part of this frequency. Extend it to other planetary forms of life. Extend it to the stars. Extend it to the heavens. Extend it to all planetary systems. Extend it unto the 144th dimensions of Light. We are the Creative Source of Oneness. We are the essence of the being in this magnificent moment of our enfoldment together.

CHANNELED MESSAGE.

It is our pleasure to be with each of you once again through this venue of light.  We are the Unified Whole Command of Master Thoth, The Great Divine Director, and Master Einstein along with the entire God Force of the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light.

The frequencies of light that are coming into the planet are beyond what you can truly understand within your physical consciousness.  It is so important to continually work through your higher essence in your physical mind and heart.  We know that this can be a challenge but the more that you do it, the easier it will become.

The Lunar Eclipse on April 15^th will represent the first of a succession of energy patterns that are going to be intertwining within GAIA.  Those of you that know  are aware of the Cardinal Grand Cross and the Solar Eclipse on the 29^th of April which will herald the frequencies of light for Wesak on May 14^th, 2014.  These energies are all part of the design plan of 2014.

We know the magnificence of these energies represent the Unification of Oneness and grounding these energies into the planet and into each of you.  We can look to the science of astrology for detailed information but in truth what does it mean for each of you, individually?

That is the big question to ponder but travel no further.

The plans of this Earth have been changed quite often as the inhabitants of the planet bring more of their higher essence into their physicality.  It is a proven fact through the last century and what has occurred.  The 1960’s reflected an awakening but it was stopped by dark forces infiltrating within the earth.  The time was not right and most individuals were not ready to look to themselves for the answers while still looking to others.

Then the Harmonic Convergence occurred in 1987 which was a pivotal point in time in which the forces of light through the Christed Inter-galactics were able to move through a huge shield that had been placed around the earth.  Individuals within the planet were now ready to accept their Divine Right of Passage.  Granted, these people were a minority but represented a very powerful group of individuals placed around the globe.  They showed themselves to work with the light and  their teachings to others through books, lectures, and gatherings.  There were a few very pivotal important individuals that helped to open up the awareness upon this planet.

Many of these people have chosen to no longer be on the planet and several are still doing the necessary work.  A few individuals are very much in the limelight of the acceleration of the planet but most work is behind the scenes as they have delineated themselves to be the watchers of this Earth.  It allowed for the entryway of many individuals that would awaken, many that would be a very young age.  They would prove to be the souls of light that had traveled far to arrive into GAIA with very special gifts to share.  But the result of their arrival was not what they thought.  The planet truly was not ready as a consciousness to support their energies.  So many of them have fallen prey to the lower energies that this planet has endured for many eons of time.  Others that have stayed strong become so self-involved within their gifts that they have lost sight of their journey and what it means to them along with humanity.

The God Force and the Brotherhood of White Light decided that the only way that humans could receive the help they needed was to infuse the energies within the planet along with the structure of the solar system.  After the New Millennium, it was shown that many would awaken and be ready for the teachings of the Brotherhood which is now called Ascended Mastery.  But yet, there was concern for the others that had fallen prey to the Other Side and how to best help them evolve into what they  to be, not where they ended up.

This has caused great concern amongst the Hierarchy of Light.  It was decided to form an alliance of light through the 144^th dimension reflective of the Source.  We call this the Unified Whole, and we asked one person to be the messenger of this frequency of Light. He is no longer on the planet, but he gave the message to several individuals that we thought would be able to take this information and put it to good use for all of humanity.

One of these chosen souls was Christine Meleriessee.  She alone was unsure about the information but with the pathway she had taken, it would be a necessary component for her work.  With her partner Michael Aranathanara they have developed a way to teach these energies to others.  This is how we have come into alignment with their message of light, and we want others to do the same.

We share this information, because it is of great importance at this time.  The allegiance of light is very important but yet there are still many lower forces that are trying to infiltrate within GAIA and those that are standing in the forefront of information.  We are at a very important time of acceleration.

The energies of the festivals of Ascension, Christ, Wesak, and Humanity are now upon us along with the planetary shifts of consciousness that are coming into the planet.  This surge of light is beyond the understanding of anyone’s physical mind so we urge each of you to fully come into alignment with your own Higher Self’s energetic exchange.

The time is now to align with your own purpose, and we need you to do so.  We are giving humanity an opportune moment of creation but it must come in the context of your self-preservation upon this planet.  This may sound very dramatic, but this is an important time of your own awareness.

What is it that you are going through in your consciousness, with your thoughts and feelings?

How do you feel with others around you?

What issues are not resolved within you?

These are all very important questions to ponder within yourself and the present energies will help you to change them if you are willing to do so.  Let’s face it ~ you are reading this text because you are a lightworker.  Then, how do you bring your lightworker status into your present conditioning?  Many individuals may think that being a lightworker is a privilege, and then, you can just have the gifts of miracles at your fingertips every moment.  Magic is a way of life, right?

For the New Earth it is, but not the present earth.  We are not there yet by any form, but yet we are aspiring to be there.  When a lightworker falls prey to the elements of magic by thinking they can transform elements into ways of receiving, receiving, receiving, then that is a form of the darker energies enfolding within the planet.

Did you know that there is a Brotherhood just like the White Brotherhood incorporating the lower energies to stay within the planet, and that many lightworkers fall prey to this evolving energy?  It is a trap to make an individual feel they can manipulate any kind of energies in any shape or form.  It also keeps the planet stuck in the frequency of the 4^th dimension and creates an illusion that is truly unreal from your Higher Self’s energy.

We share this information not to alarm you or scare you, but to prepare you.  The frequencies of light that are enfolding within the planet are to create more light infractions to be part of your environment and your livelihood.  It does not mean that everything will be right immediately, but you will start to evolve from your Higher Self, then your Monad, and I AM Presence.  It means that there is a way to create elements in your life, and you must have a foundation to stand upon.

The present upcoming energies coming into the planet are going to help each of you to be more within your higher essence.  It also means that whatever level you are working within on an energetic frequency will be increased.  This represents the ability to heal so deeply that the wounds can be removed and replaced with the higher light fractions.  It also means that if you do not take stock of where you are in your four-body system and how it is affected within the world, then these energies will take it for you.

It is no mistake that on the Spring Equinox more frequencies of light were able to infuse within the planet.  As this occurs, it comes into each individual soul to remove the elements of darkness within them on all levels.  But if you do not take care of what needs to be looked at through the eyes of your Higher Self, then you could be feeling some pretty damaging energies resulting in your field.  The dark is no longer allowed on this planet.  It does not mean it is not here.  It is within each human being not matter if they are a Star Seed, unaware human, or an enlightened being.  Each individual will be asked to go into a deeper level of themselves by accessing all aspects of their Higher Essence.  The ones that cannot do so will be affected adversely, but we are here to help.

It is important to realize that the pantheons of the past have ruled this planet extensively.  Each of us is part of those pantheons.  This is what you are experiencing with your purging.  You are taking those elements from your Etheric Body and allowing them to no longer exist in your consciousness.  But it can be painful and sometimes we are affected by other’s energies that make it seem worse.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE IN EACH MOMENT.

And when it does not feel right, do something about it.  Remove it with the Rays of God, and allow the expression that you are from your Higher Essence to be the only element you want to be expressed within you.  That is becoming the Beacon of Light that you are.  This is going to help us tremendously to help each of you.  We cannot do it without you and you cannot do it without us.

That is our Truth in this moment.

The power of the frequency of light within the next month will take you into a deeper part of yourselves if you allow it to be.  If you do not, then the darkness will ensue within you; the parts that have been hurting will hurt more.

EVERYONE IS BEING PURGED AT THIS TIME.

It is our beginning of the Light to enfold within the planet and we are honored to be part of it with you.

Call upon our energies of light no matter what ascended being you are working with:

Count upwards from 0 to 10, then increments of 10 to 140, then 141, 142, 143, 144.

CHANNELED MESSAGE. The energies of the Festival of the Christ are the start of a massive scale of frequency to be experienced by all individuals upon this planet but especially for the initiates of the Mastery Pathway. The Wesak energies are always very powerful but this year, once again (like 2013) we will be setting the stage for more healing to occur than has been done previously. This is Lord Sananda wanting to express what this first ascension festival will mean to each of us and how you can get through the process on a much easier level. I speak in terms of understanding what the mastery pathway means so let me give you some background information first. As a lightworker, you open up your energies to receive your higher accelerations within your physical body. You learn that you are no longer just a human but becoming a multi-dimensional self. You may have special gifts that you have received in the spiritual arena and feel that there is more to life than what you thought it was previously. We call this the first Initiation phase. So even if you are unaware of what mastery means to you each of you step onto the pathway of the initiations. What you do with the rest of the journey is your choice.

Some may decide to stand in this space and move no further as long as they are happy doing what they came here to achieve, but in truth, that is not mastery at all. It is just the beginning of a course of events that can take you further than you ever could imagine into the accelerated phases of co-existing in all realities at once. It is a process of awakening that takes you into the deepest core of learning within your soul’s history to allow the remembrance of your self to be fully activated. The lower initiations are the hardest to achieve as they represent moving into the 2nd level of balancing your emotional body and the then the 3rd of balancing your mental body. On the average level most souls have experienced at least 250 lifetimes on this earth and many have experience way beyond those levels. This means that those bodies have to be healed of those aspects that may not be in alignment of Oneness within the physical existence.

This is all part of the process of your acceleration. I would say that about 95% of lightworkers are in this cycle. It is just a raw beginning and those numbers need to be increased substantially to assist the energies of this earth into a new beginning. When you step into the 4th initiation it represents the balance of the Masculine (mental body) with the Feminine (emotional body) which will allow for the merging of the Higher Self which occurs at the top level of the 4th, going into the 5th initiation. I share this knowledge to help each of you understand how very important it is to be strong in your convictions of your self-healing. This is all a personal choice and not all will choose to go deeply within this pathway as it represents great challenges in all aspects of living. In order to fully be part of the New Earth energies in any leadership role, you will need to access your 5th dimensional body. This means that you will have passed the 7th initiation and have accessed your 50 chakras within your physical body along with releasing all lower aspects including the physical ego as it does not belong in the Cosmic Level of Acceleration.

You can sustain the planetary ascension within the physical if that is your choice but believe me, the higher initiations require the planetary ascension to be fully grounded to sustain a foundation. This may seem like quite a bit to think about, but I don’t want you to get into your lower mind to try and put the pieces of the puzzle together. It must come from your Higher Mind which needs to be accessed fully for the 4th initiation and beyond. I share all of this because every Lightworker on this pathway is being given an opportunity to fully accelerate themselves through the next three months. The Festival of the Christ is just our beginning as we come together to unite our souls of destiny. This means that we, as the Cosmic Masters, will unite with each of you to create the New Earth. This is not a gift but needs to be earned just like anything else we go through in mastery.

This year of 2014 is bringing forth a new beginning for all of us. The grand scale of acceleration is upon us through the planetary fields and allowing the higher frequencies to be implanted upon the Earth through each of you. The Christ Festival always represents resurrection for each initiate and master; this year it goes beyond those accelerations as the Gift of God is being given to each of you, and we are here as your mentors, teachers, and guides to assist. It is important to realize the magnificence of these energies as they represent every person’s Soul’s Essence to be implanted within their physical body. This means that the purging you must go through is very deep within your core and can affect you in many ways. The power of the energetic exchange within the planet is just one part of the acceleration.

The other part is that it is time for it to be embodied within each of you. If you find that this pathway is for you beyond where you are now, you will be asked to delve deeper into your psyche to make the necessary changes. This is not an easy process as previously initiates could go through their accelerations in the way that befitted their Higher Self with the Physical Self. Since the planet is being integrated so deeply it is important to realize where you may fit in this equation within yourself. Remember, we are here to assist but you must ask for us to join you. We suggest starting to make a list of changes that you are making and how you can get through them easier. Look at your mental and emotional levels to see what needs to be change. Notice how you are affected by what others say to you and how you can be in total balance.

A TRUE MASTER IS IN BALANCE AT ALL TIMES WITHIN ALL ASPECTS OF THEMSELVES.

When they are not, then they take time to connect more fully with the Higher Essence and feel the totality of their energies within the physical self. Through this process changes will result so it is important to make notes about what you are receiving, sharing, and balancing within your four-body system. This Festival will help you become more aligned within your Higher Self than ever before but when challenges result those energies that are part of you will align only in the Inner Plane and not in your physical world. So it represents a dichotomy of sorts; whatever you don’t allow to be purged through all parts of your consciousness will stay intact within you. The elements that you purge will in effect allow your higher essence to blend within you more fully.

There may be periods of refusal within your present consciousness depending on where you are existing within those elements within your mind and heart. It is when you SURRENDER to the whole process that it will take you beyond what you ever thought you could experience. BUT THE WORK MUST BE DONE BY THE PHYSICAL SELF. These energies are not just going to come and assist you in all degrees. The depth of your work as a student of ascension will determine how far you will go in this process. It will prepare you for the Wesak Energies in May. What you don’t allow to be healed, will still go through a healing process but it will be long and arduous. You see the planet is fully incorporated the Rays of Will and Power, Inner Devotion, and now Love and Wisdom.

This is going to accelerate GAIA’s energy intensely. since each of you are the beacons of light to increase these energies within the environments and people around you, then you will be deeply affected. So doing nothing will not help you but hinder you as all Lightworkers are being accelerated at this time on the advice of their Higher Self. We want to offer this advice to help you get through the process.

Take time to STOP and reflect who you are now, who you were the beginning of this year, and what you want to become. Call upon your Higher Self and the Cosmic Masters to assist you in the process. This is the time to be the Change You Want To Be. We look forward to working with each of you in depth on this miraculous occasion as the surge of light coming into the planet will be miraculous and beautiful for each of you. After my husband's heart surgery, the doctor advised us to do butter, back in the early 90's. He said, If you eat 1TBS butter, it leave your body within hours. Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back.

It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow colouring and sold it to people to use in place of butter.

Very High in Trans fatty acids.
Triples risk of coronary heart disease ...
Increases total cholesterol and LDL (this is the bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL cholesterol, (the good cholesterol)
Increases the risk of cancers up to five times..
Lowers quality of breast milk
Decreases Immune Response.
Decreases Insulin Response..
And here's the most disturbing fact... HERE IS THE PART THAT IS VERY INTERESTING!

Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC... And shares 27 ingredients with PAINT These facts alone were enough to have me avoiding margarine for life and anything else that is hydrogenated!
(this means hydrogen is added, changing the molecular structure of the substance).
Open a tub of margarine and leave it open in your garage or shaded area. Within a couple of days you will notice a couple of things:
no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something)
it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value ; NOTHING will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny micro-organisms will not a find a home to grow.

Why? Because it is nearly plastic .

Pass the BUTTER PLEASE

We are at that time of year once again when we will be experiencing the three Festivals of Light that represent our role with the Spiritual Hierarchy to advance ourselves into a higher existence within our mastery pathway.

Each of these festivals falls upon the full moon cycles within Aries, Taurus, and Gemini.  Each of them is a stepping ground into one another.  This means that each festival represents our Divine Purpose on this earth and how we can assist ourselves on deeper levels to become more of what we were previously.  The festivals also help with the transformation of every sentinent being upon this Earth whether an individual participates consciously or not.  It is a time of high acceleration and understanding more about them helps a soul to fully accept the challenges and achievements that they will encounter through this three month cycle.

The Festival of the Christ ~ April 15^th, 2014 ~ is the first of the three events that we celebrate within the mastery pathway.

This festival occurs during the full moon in Aries .  It represents the living and incorporating the Christ Consciousness Within.  It is the first of the three festivals connected to planetary and cosmic ascension. The second being Wesak, and the third, Humanity.  Each of these festivals are stepping stones for each initiate to move further up the ladder of their initiation phase as they walk on the Mastery Pathway.

The keynote of the festival is love in the highest  with resurrection being the 2^nd element and contact, being the third keynote.  This represents a closer relationship to your I AM Presence, and Lord Maitreya, as he is considered to be the Planetary Christ, Head of the Spiritual Hierarchy, and teacher to all the ascended masters along with being a Galactic Avatar.  Presently Master Kuthumi is assisting Lord Maitreya in this role.  He has been the Ray Chohan for Love and Wisdom for quite some time and has moved into this new role recently..  Master Djwhal Khul is now taking over this role as Ray Chohan although Master Kuthumi is still assisting Djwhal in his duties.

The focus of the festival this year in 2014 is to understand what challenges have occurred for us in order to put all elements in order.  2014 represents Grounding Unity and reflects within us the particles of light that we have been in all life forms of our evolution.  Our multi-dimensional self(s) are becoming activated which means that our Etheric Body is being healed and regenerated within us.

The Festival of the Christ is helping each of us to fully surrender into our I AM Presence or Over Soul to full create the Divinity within our physical walk upon this Earth.  It cannot be done without each of us allowing the Etheric Body or Cellular Memory to be healed of the past elements that have kept us in bondage.  This ceremony is a doorway for our soul to become more actively associated in the physical existence with our highest capability of Light.

Participating actively with your Higher Self will assist in the forces of restoration as this is one of the components of this festival.  We are all starting to focus within the Oneness but to actively participate through our physical bodies is going to restore the essence upon this Earth along with every inhabitant, thereof.  It is a time when it makes people think, plan and take action on spiritual lines and will eventually lead to a reorganization of planetary life which we are experiencing presently.

Festival of Wesak ~ May 14th, 2014

The energies of Wesak for 2014 will go beyond what we experienced last year, although those energies were quite powerful.  We have been gifted in 2013 to receive two of the Rays of God to be implanted within Gaia which are the Blue Flame of Will and Power and the Ruby Red/Gold Flame of Inner Devotion.

During Wesak we will be experiencing the implantation of the Golden Yellow Flame of Love and Wisdom.  This allows every living being upon tis earth to come into a new space of forgiveness and acceptance of their own Divine Love to be infused within their physical body.  It is quite exciting.

Wesak represents the anniversary of Lord Buddha’s birth, his attainment of Buddahood and his ascension.  Initiates and Ascended Masters on the inner and outer plane celebrate this powerful time.  Lord Buddha represents the expression of the Wisdom of God, the embodiment of light and divine purpose.

The purpose of Wesak is:

1. The releasing of certain transmissions of energy to humanity that will stimulate the Spirit of Love, Brotherhood, and Goodwill.
2. The fusion of all men and women of goodwill into a responsive, integrated whole.
3. The invocation and response from certain cosmic beings if prior goals are achieved

Wesak is a time of great renewal and celebration.  It represents the “force of enlightenment”.  These energies are affected within our educational movements, values, literature, publishing, writers, and speakers on the entire planet.  The power of these energies is so great that large groups of people gather around the world to participate in these energies.

Every individual upon the planet is affected by the Wesak energies; it assists initiates of all levels to move to another level of their initiation process so there can be times of great challenges that push each of us into a new aspect of our soul’s essence.  It is a time to connect with others, share your gifts, love, and generosity of spirit.

Festival of Humanity ~ June 13^th, 2014

The Festival of the Spirit of Human aspires towards divinity, attunement to God’s will and right human relationships.  This is when we take the energies we have received from Wesak and put them into practice.  It represents the effects in human consciousness of the work of all Masters but especially with Lord Buddha, Lord Maitreya, and Master Jeshua/Lord Sananda.  It is also recognized as World Invocation Day.

This is when we put to use what we have learned from the previous two festivals.  Wesak pushes us into a new dimensional reality which needs to be grounded.  Within the full moon of Gemini is when we start to put into practice what we have learned and share with the world.

Due to the intense energies of this year, we will have more information about the Festivals of Wesak and Humanity closer to the events which will include a channeled message on the energies that are transpiring.

Grand Event – The Beginning – April 15th Blood Moon – Pleiades

~On April 15^th a magnanimous event shall unfold before earthlings. An event of such proportions that the world has not seen eons past. The event that shall be known in recorded history as that which has come and that which has gone and that which has returned and that which has risen from the ashes of the past into the newly formed UNITY of  the ones to come. For the mathematical equation of Pi, and E=MC2 shall play a very important role in the days to come. For that which does not exists to the human mind, shall indeed be revealed. ~

This is a VERY long channeling, so please bare with me. At the end there are also further information and explanation of everything for you. Enjoy! :) <3

On April 15^th a magnanimous event shall unfold before earthlings. An event of such proportions that the world has not seen eons past. The event that shall be known in recorded history as that which has come and that which has gone and that which has returned and that which has risen from the ashes of the past into the newly formed UNITY of the ones to come.

For the event of the magnanimous proportions, shall strip mankind of all their EGO, shall strip mankind of all their knowledge of eons past.  For all shall be stripped away, and only the raw, true, nature remain. The stripping away of the veil of the illusionary world that they have found themselves to be a part of. And the truth of their kind be revealed to them yet again.

Therein within the hearts of so many lays the code to the eternal understanding of time, the eternal understanding of all that is, all that was and all that ever will be. The codexes imprinted therein shall activate on the date in question and continue to rapidly unfold throughout your known world, and the worlds around you. Baring the fruitful commencement of the events that are to follow, the earthlings shall face the history that they have not been exposed to prior.

The earthlings shall bear fruit of all that has been laid before them, by those who have come and gone. And as such, the events that are to unfold will touch many a heart, will unraveled many a truth, from within the layers of the sub atomic particles within the psyche of their being and the civilization as a whole.

Many upon many shall awaken and open their eyes as if for the first time, seeing the world anew, many upon many shall bear witness to the magnanimous events occurring in the skies and within their own vessels, for the vessel of time and space, the vessels of the human understanding of time shall be transformed once and for all. That which was hidden shall become known and open the doors to the eternal understanding of that which they are!

For the events unfurling themselves before you have been misunderstood by humanity. For the stories that have been foretold have been put through the EGO selves of the beholder, for the truth that is to be unfolded and revealed to humanity is not the Armageddon of the world. For the word Armageddon has indeed been misunderstood by humanity. For the idea of Armageddon truly is the BEGINNING of times, and the shedding of the old, and welcoming of the new!

For indeed the revelations of the history of mankind shall cause the Armageddon of the know world, the know world within the hearts of so many, for upon the awakening of themselves to their true selves and facing thereof, much will become crystal clear, much will become, known, and there shall no longer be a shadow to hide behind, for each and every single one shall face their own self, their own EGO, their own fears and apprehensions, their own reality.

For each one shall see the bright light of the source, and their own divine selves. For each one shall take heed of their actions, for each one shall be faced with that which they have indeed experienced prior, and asked to release and cleanse from their palate.

All of this shall occur in a split moment of time, for the energies that shall pore onto earth at the time of the second moon shall be grand, for the first moon that ye shall see in the nightly skies, the first moon that ye shell lay eyes upon shall swirl the energies,  the beautiful energies of creation, for the energies of actions shall be delivered into the earth’s fields of glory.

Much shall unfold before you. Much of the human understanding shall be changed. For only the love, the unconditional love of the universal proportions shall rein on this planet. Love and understanding, love and eternal bliss, for the time has come to put down the weapons of self destruction and open the hearts to the new energies, the new consciousness to descend into your own vessels and for your souls to ascend to the creator, to ascend into a new understanding. The understanding of oneness, the understanding of manifestations, the understating of your own supremacy and the powers therein. To understand  that indeed you are a part of the great composition that is the universe. To understand that you are indeed NOT alone. For you are always surrounded, for you are always supported by the source and all that is.

And so, as the hearts of so many shall open, the hearts of so many shall embrace the new world, and a such, and thus, it is of utmost importance for ALL of YOU – The Ground Crew, to remain in balance, remain in balance dear children of light, for the road ahead is turbulent indeed. Remain in balance for the light that you bring forth into this world is emanating tri fold. For you are as a prism that is transporting the light into the known world. For you are that which has brought into this universe the new knowledge and understanding of self. The new knowledge and understanding of that which has come and that which shall be. For the mathematical equation of Pi, and E=MC2 shall play a very important role in the days to come. For that which does not exists to the human mind, shall indeed be revealed. For the humanity shall once and for all see with their very own eyes, that indeed it is so, that they are not alone, they are not alone it the galaxy, that they are not alone in the universe, they are not alone.

The wonder of life, shall unfold before all children of their creator selves. The wonder of the beautiful creation you call Mother GAIA. For indeed it is so. And a such, many questions shall arise, and many shall cry to the heavens for explanation, for their ideals and their understanding of self, shall vanish, and all shall be erased, for they will stand in awe and wonder and trepidation, stripped completely naked to the core of their hearts. And only the beautiful melody of truth shall ring in their ears.

And when such an event occurs, know that much chaos shall unfold, and as such, you shall be the ones to embrace the lost souls, you shall be ones to show them the way, you shall be the ones to honor and protect them, to respect that which they are going through and assist them in further rediscovery of themselves and their link to the universe en large.

For that which they shall see, for that which they shall hear, for that which they shall sense, will frighten them to the core. For most it shall be occur in private, in the privacy of their chambers, for some it shall occur in the open fields of their imaginations. For others it shall occur in the vast cosmic alliances and yet for the rest it shall be  revealed and brought through the television screens, through the computer screens, through all the media of your known world. And so. And thus, the preparation is near, the preparations of the galactic history that will open the gate and unfold a new plan for the new millennium, a new plan for humanity a new plan for all that is.

Stay in the light dearly beloveds, stay in the light knowing that we are standing by you. Know that you are loved beyond measure by the universe, by the source and all that is. Understand that you are the ones in command, that you are the ones that have taken it upon yourselves to walk foot in foot and hand in hand with humanity. Know that you are, the guardians of earthlings, for you are their guides, you are their way showers, you are their support team. Understand that although the road will be lengthy it will be a fruitful one indeed!

PERSONAL NOTE: From what I am feeling and seeing, the events are going to begin on the 15^thand continue all through the blood moons, all the way through next year and beyond. What we are reaching is a turning point, from which we are finally going to see rapid changes. Not that we haven’t, as we truly have! This year alone has  brought tremendous amount of changes! But now things are going to accelerate! Much of the darkness will be contained and balanced out. Much of what has been destroyed reconstructed, and built all over again. A lot of our lost history will finally begin to be “leaked” into the news. Scientists will confirm a lot more of what we are all talking about and already know. NASA will “leak” various images proving the existence of our Galactic Family. Spiritually people will awaken en mass, and begin to re-evaluate the way that they treat each other. We are ALL going to be affected. And although at times it might seem like a bumpy road, we should always remember that that is exactly what it is, turbulence in a plane, just something we need to get through, and that sometimes the plane must fly lower to the ground in order to continue its flight. All in all everything is looking incredibly bright and beautiful! :) We have a A LOT OF wonder to look forward to!!!! :) We’re entering, well have already entered into very exciting times. :)

I also want to draw your attention to a few things. As I was pointed to this by my guides :) A channeling that I have received this past summer from AA Metatron. It was incredibly powerful and I didn’t know exactly what it meant, now with the blood moons, and the Passover and all the things coming up everything’s making perfect sense. P.S. I have received this transmission from Metatron a few days ago. He wants each one of us to decipher the meaning for our own selves. Based on the information that I have been receiving from the Galactics & AA’s, the meaning is clear – We’re headed towards some major POSITIVE changes. After the magnetic shift of the poles in the SUN – When the Sun shifts it’s poles – NEW SUPER CHARGED Energy is going to hit earth. This should happen in 3 weeks to – 2 months from now and fully complete in 4 – 6 months. (this is from a channeling which was posted in the summer, so we’re already at the end of this phase and beginning of the new one :)

The FULL BLOOD MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE is at 7:07 UTC on April 15th when the eclipse is the fullest. For the USA, that is 12:07am PT and 3:07am EDT. For me, it is 1:07am, the exact time I was born! This is also the evening of the first day ofPassover. The moon will BE at the horizon on the East and Arcturus will BE shining so bright up and to the left of the moon. This is the first of a series of four Blood Moons in 2014/2015. It is called a Tetrad. There have been many prophecies of the Return of the Christ on the Blood Moon. Of course WE Know this refers to Christ Consciousness. This Tetrad of 4 Blood Moons has only happened 7 times since the birth of Jesus. Many have waited for the Return of the Christ in the past during these occurrences. This is the One!

It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.

Hello, Hello,  Hello everyone.  Welcome.  I should say… you’re welcoming me instead of me welcoming you.

Let’s just take a breath.  Feel the energies of this day and what it represents for us to fully understand the integration that is happening to each of you, to each of us, within this planet; and how we assimilate the movement of the energies within our physical conditioning.

Each of you are striving to bring forth your Higher Consciousness into your Physical Consciousness.  Through this process you must purge through the Etheric Body and allow that Etheric Body to heal in multi-faceted ways.  You’re also working within your Emotional Body and your Mental Body so that you can be fully healed in all aspects of your Soul’s existence; all lifetimes, all experiences, all moments within and without a body.  That’s a pretty big tall order to allow this energy to become fully integrated and grounded upon this Earth as the Earth is changing.  This is what each of you is trying to do.

Whether you think about it or not, this is truly what your Higher Self (your Soul’s Essence) is working within you to help you understand the process; to accept the changes, and to walk through the challenges in order to receive the highest frequency and acceptability within your physical body that you can hold.  When we put it in those terms and have that understanding within our physical minds, it seems like a big advancement into a society that does not accept this level of understanding, which is very true.  I share it in that context to help you truly grasp within your physical mind what it is you are going through.

We talk about the words Ascension, De-ascending, Enlightenment, and Spiritual Advancement.  In truth, all these words represent one journey of allowing the part of you that was created in the very beginning to be remembered through your physical existence.  Let’s face it, as we leave the body we exit the body, and we move into those Higher Realms.  We have that Soul Body of Light, but yet the existence that you had in the physical body – you have remembrances of that but it is not like being in the physical body and trying to remember the Soul’s existence.  It is quite a journey to take.

It is important for each of you to have the conceptual understanding that each moment is going to change.  As your Higher Essence is trying to come more fully in the physical body, you have to make those necessary adjustments; otherwise it cannot happen.  This is what you are experiencing.  You are experiencing your physical body going through tremendous changes.

This is a powerful journey to begin with but then you add the frequency of GAIA shifting and her energies changing; that now you are personally feeling those frequencies of Light from the Sun, the Moon, and the planet shifting their alignment into the planet.  What you have known previously no longer holds to be true; but your foundation is being cracked.  It is part of your personal journey, your pathway for this to happen because otherwise you would not be in this space of knowing about the both worlds or all worlds coming together into Oneness, but it does not make it any easier.  What I want to assist you with this evening before we go into this beautiful City is for you to reflect deeply within your Heart.

What is your truth in this moment?

You connect within your Higher Self.  We all know that you are awakened.  Everyone is on a different level of that awakening.

What is your awakening telling you in this moment?

What is it that you need to embrace to assist you to go further into this pathway?

What you have done is stepped consciously into a world that you have been training for unconsciously for your Soul’s Essence.  Within that Soul’s Essence it’s an unconscious movement without a body; but within the consciousness that you hold within the development of your Light Body (your Merkabah) your frequency of Light without a Body – you have full consciousness of that moment.  When you come into the body, that changes.

The Physical Body is not meant, at this present time, to accept everything that the Soul Body is supposed to bring forth; so they have to come together.  There has to be a merging.  It is not just like a spaceship docking into the space station.  It is not a movement where it just happens and then it is altogether.  You have to try, and try, and try again.  All parts of the shuttle that you are commanding need to be in place.  They cannot all be in place until the totality of what you are experiencing is coming together.

So the first element that you are working through is your physical body accepting a new energy to come into it.  When you awaken and you decide that you want to meditate, that you want to relax, that you want to get into a higher state of consciousness, that is just the beginning.  Those are the trial periods of allowing that energy to come more fully into the physical existence.  Then when you come out of those meditations; you go back into that physical creation.

The more that you do the intentional meditation of those energies through your chakras and with the Rays of God, then that energy is going to surface into the physical body.

You get closer at allowing the docking element to become tighter.  It takes many, many, many times for this event to occur.  This is exactly what you are experiencing presently.  You are trying to dock with your Higher Self within the physical existence.  Your consciousness of your meditative state is a bridge between the Higher Self and the Physical Self to allow that to happen.  The most important element is to allow that consciousness to be fully within you.  It takes a lot of practice in order to do it consciously; we need physically, every day, every moment of your day.  This is why we urge you continually to allow these changes to occur.

So then what is happening to the physical body at this time?

The physical body has to heal in order to receive the higher frequencies of the Soul Body of Light.  It has to remove itself out of the 3^rd dimensional construct, move into the higher levels of frequency so the Soul Body of Light can fully integrate within the Physical Body.  Then the Etheric Body that you are bringing forth into your Physical Body is housing many different elements, many timelines, many thought processes, many emotions that are from all the other lifetimes.  The ones that become more active are the ones that are very important.  You are trying to clear those elements at the same time which is a direct reflection in your Emotional Body and your Mental Body.  Those bodies have to be able to surrender onto the fact that they are going to integrate and not be separate entities any longer within your physical existence.

As you step upon the Mastery Pathway and walk through the initiations, these are the experiences that become very real.  I am putting it in very simple terms to help each of you understand this process that you are undergoing.  It is not an easy process and it is a continual one.  Every time you go through one initiation or a step of an initiation, you plateau for a while as the body accepts the Soul Body of Light.  Then you feel really peaceful and you feel the serenity.  You’re able to do things more easily.  It depends upon your Higher Self and what they want on the next step of that initiation phase.

Do you stay in that space for a while or do you move forward again?  And everything else in the environmental conditioning of the planet and others around you also represent the focus of how this is done, how quickly you do it, or how slowly you do it.

So my focus through this discussion in this moment is to allow each of you to understand more deeply within yourself what you are experiencing.

How is the docking going?

What is happening to you through the process?

What physical symptoms are resulting?

What emotional feelings and mental thoughts are occurring?

Do you feel closer to the process?

What needs to be looked at?

Do you need to go deeper into your childhood and release some past traumas or feelings that you are still holding on to?

Look at your relationships.  How do you interact with other people?

Do you allow the mirrors that you see in front of you to be cracked so that you can heal more deeply or do you continue your pathway the way that you always have been?

These are all very important thoughts to bring into your consciousness.  I bring these to the forefront this evening.

The choices that you make – what is it that you are feeling?

Is there a synchronous flow that is occurring within your world, or is it a very bumpy ride and you keep hitting blockages along the way?

It also represents the ability to allow your Higher Essence (your Higher Self) to be more of your Guide Post.  Your physical self can no longer walk the pathway as it had previously in an unawakened condition.  In an awakened condition, you are no longer just your physical self; you are so much more.  You are a part of us – that internalization of life; becoming that Multi-dimensional Being allowing those Essences to come into focus.  So you may be feeling a lot of different energies from many different levels in order for you to incorporate.

What it is that you need and what you don’t need?

I want to take you into a deeper part of yourself.

What is it that is in your core Essence in this moment?

Let’s do that now by taking a deep breath.

What are the first feelings or the thoughts that come up to you?

Allow your Higher Self to guide you not your physical mind because your physical mind may want to detour you away from the full capacity of this integration that you are experiencing.  As you breathe deeply into your Heart Essence, allow yourself to know that you are the truth from your Higher Essence.  You understand what that truth is but you cannot fully accept it until you are ready to receive it.  The physical mind has to be ready.  Let us allow the Physical Mind to accept the Higher Mind in this moment.  Let that flow within you.

You may already know what you need presently and what it is that you may need from another or from the depth of your soul.  This is a very important part of your acceleration of understanding your inner truth.  As we go forward, your inner truth will change.  The depth of your knowledge will come fully within you that will create the wisdom to be shared.

It’s a powerful time and we are in the power of these Essences that are occurring presently.  Every soul upon the planet will question what they are doing; when they do so, that is Illumination.  The Light is fully focused within the experience that is occurring.

My truth to each of you in this moment is the fact that I deeply want you to acknowledge a more in-depth part of yourself to be accepted.

It’s not coming from whom you know yourself as a physical person, not the person that you are related to physically within this physical body; it is your truth and your knowledge from your Higher existence.  Just allow those Essences That You Are to filter down through your Antakarana into your Heart Center.  Even if it’s just a small little portion of what you need to acknowledge, now is the time.

Doing this will assist you in finding more balance.  It is when you don’t take moments like this, that you will be hit by the bulldozer as some may say – the hand of God.  In truth, it’s the hand of your Higher Self saying,

“When are you going to wake up?”  When are you going to realize that these truths are our truths together?

Step into it my friend and allow yourself to fully embrace all the changes That You Are to become the One That We Are.

Breathe in deeply and allow this Essence to flow within you.  It is my divine pleasure to be here with you as Lord Adama, your Brother from Telos.

As we stand on the bridge of the new essence arriving into Gaia, we bring you this message of love and joy about the Spring Equinox of 2014.  It is my divine pleasure to speak to you at this time.  I Am Lord Metatron calling upon the forces of Light to be ever present in your existence as we become One Being of Creation.

We always look forward to the Spring Equinox each year as it brings more light into the planet on a deeper level.  This year is the same but so very different.  I first want to talk about what you have been experiencing within the planet and why the challenges have been so very intensified.

When you chose to be here on Earth and help by being the Light Bearers to hold the frequency, we knew that it would not be easy to create.  But yet, I don’t think any of us on this side of the Inner Plane ever realized how deep the creation would take us and the journey we would experience together.  In fact, we were not even sure that this project would come to its fruition.  There were times we thought it would have to be aborted in order to create a New Earth in another dimensional frequency.  But each of you have proved us very wrong and continue to do so.

The power of the energies within this year has been supported by 2013 and how each of you handled yourself through the transitions of light and dark within the planet.  We know that was not easy at all and here, we stand together, ready to receive more Light infractions that need to be held and nurtured.

This past trimester from January through March has been very extreme as each of you know very well.  The forces of darkness that make up the Galactic race not in alignment with the Brotherhood of Light are trying their very best to stop this light infraction from occurring.  The work that has been done behind the scenes is way beyond the capacity of your understanding and represents both sides of the Light and Dark.

Is it any wonder of why you have been experiencing such moments of intensity with the weather patterns?  If that wasn’t enough, the frequency that hits your fields to stop you from being strong in your pathway is way beyond your means of understanding.  All you know is what you feel and it has not been great, this we know very well.

The power of your light is strong; we see you aspiring to more within yourself and know that it is occurring in each individual person in the way that they see it molding their world.  It is the ones that we see who think that no work needs to be done and is expecting the other forces of light to take care of them are truly an obstacle for this light to fully become manifest in Gaia’s world.  You did not arrive here to expect others to help you.

So what has happened to some of you along the way?

Why have you fallen off the path of continued success with your higher essence guiding you through the muck and mire?

Have you stopped to think why you prefer to be taken care of by others?

Have you lost your Will, your Power, your Love of the Highest Truth?

I pose these questions not to criticize but to help everyone wake up unto themselves and the damage that may be created from expecting too much from others without giving themselves deeply.  The mastery pathway is the only way for your ascension and until you realize that you are not stuck, need to be saved by the ascended masters, and that you have the power through your divine essence of humility within yourself, then you will still be an obstacle to the New Earth being created.

We have a problem upon this Earth.  We are still not quite ready as a full consciousness to accept a 5^thdimensional way of living, but we are moving forward very slowly.  I see so many individuals that need to understand that they are not the savior of this planet but part of a collective consciousness with many lightworkers coming together in Unison.  The debris you have brought with you is from many timelines of all levels of living, not just on earth but within many inter-galactic forms.

The question is, “Are you taking care of this debris?”

Are you understanding that you must look deep within yourself and accept your challenges as your greatest gift to healing?

Each individual that awakens has a responsibility to go deeper within themselves to find their inner truth.  Some souls are not ready to be on the mastery pathway and that is all okay.  Others are working so diligently that they are healing for so many others.

It is important to understand which group you place yourself.  If you are a Love and Lighter, please know that this is good but there must be more to the whole equation.  That entryway into the light is only a golden opportunity to see and be so much more than you were before.  It is designed that way to keep you moving further into your destiny upon this Earth.

I share all of these statements for one reason only.  Do I have your attention?

I hope so because this is why you may be experiencing very bad moments within your emotional and mental bodies.  The light infractions upon the planet are so powerful that it will create havoc in each individual.  If you are not aware of whom you are and what you want to do, then it can be very disastrous to your Beingness.

Let us look at it this way:  If you are awakened and step into the Self Help category also known as the Coaching Pathway, then your energies will still stay in a 3^rd dimensional existence.  It is meant to help you feel better within your physical and emotional body but does not allow for the entryway of higher accelerations to be within your existence.  This is fine as long as you are happy with that element within your life.

When you go further into your existence, work with your chakras, start to open up the energies, then it becomes a whole new world of experiences from this lifetime into many lifetimes that will ignite within you.  You may find healing modalities that work for you and you stay strong within a specific pathway.  It takes you into a higher dimensional consciousness but if you don’t work at it, the lower ego stays in tact with the emotions and thoughts very strong within each other.

Then, if you decide you want more within your life and truly want to give service, you step into the mastery pathway.  This is usually a very conscious decision on your part so your Higher Self is working diligently with your physical self.  Your awakening becomes more electrified and creates light infractions to come within your body.  Changes start to happen that are completely different to your physical reality.

Without even talking about the unawakened beings on this planet, think about all the thought forms and feelings that are running through the airwaves from you and to you consistently.  This can create havoc as it is but then we bring in another aspect that is very important ~ controlled energies from the forces other than the Brotherhood of Light.  They are working within every person to make them think adversely about themselves and create more lower energies to be activated.

Their role is to stop you, every one of you from accelerating into a mastery pathway as those that walk as a master are being mentored to be the leaders for the New Earth.  So they also work with the powers to be of this planet to create more problems so that, as the lightworkers, you will be affected.  It is coming in from the media, from TV shows, movies, weather conditions, and anything that you can think of on a third dimensional arena.

So I ask you now, “How have you been feeling the past three months and what have you done about it?”

This is the key question because if you are working diligently every day to do the clearing that is needed and trying to find your higher essence to become more of the YOU, then you will still be affected.  It is just the way that it has been at this time.

2014 is the year of Unity Consciousness.  Do you understand what that means?  It does not mean now that everyone is healed and can live in Light and Love.  It actually represents the ability to heal deeply because as all elements come into alignment; there are other elements that need to be removed.  It is just the way it is.  It is part of Universal Law.

So the challenges that everyone is experiencing in every part of the world are all part of Unity Consciousness.  So when a tragedy occurs in any shape or form, those thought forms are ignited through the airwaves.  The dark energies have a way of capturing them and sending them back into Gaia’s core of existence. This means that every human living being upon this earth is going to feel it.  It is every person’s responsibility to change their thoughts and emotions or else they become part of the problem.

Presently the percentage of those that are adding to this issue is way much larger than the ones that are assisting in changing the energies.

The Christed Intergalactics are working diligently in the heavens beyond your Universe to assist in these darker forces from coming into the planet.  They have been working day and night to assist in the process of this planet’s Divinity of Light and to assist each of you.  (Christed Intergalactics are beings of light on the mastery pathway and part of the Brotherhood of Light and the Spiritual Hierarchy with the Unified Whole Command.)

The intensity of these energies has been felt since the Winter Solstice but we are in great excitement for these frequencies to subside drastically.  We thank each of you that have been working diligently on a constant basis.  It is very imperative for the future of Gaia to ascend into Terra Christa.

The changes will occur on the Spring Equinox but we still need your assistance.  This will always be on a continual basis as it is part of your contract as the forerunners of the New Earth.  You have taken an oath to be on this planet during its transformation and do your best, with the knowledge and expertise you have gained each moment of your existence.  This will continue through each cycle and into the future years of Terra Christa.

We know your challenges.  We see them every moment and are assisting you greatly for the ones that are asking us to do so.  We must tell you that not all individuals that are promoting the light are doing it in the full essence of the Unified Whole.  There are still many aspects of each of us, as the ascended beings, that are the pantheons of the past and many lightworkers are channeling this level of understanding.  They are not aware of it; in fact, they think it is pure because that is where their consciousness lies presently.

What we want is for each of you to continue your acceleration.  Don’t let it stop and when something feels “not quite right” when you see it, read it, or experience it, put it aside and readjust your energies.  This is all part of the Divine Plan also.  Some are here to help others to a certain point and some are here for the long haul.  We want to be assured that you are of the latter part and not the first.

All of this information is very important as we walk into the Spring Equinox; it will reflect the energies of light to come into this planet more fully.  In December 2012 we experienced the same type of energy exchange.  It did not go as well as previously thought due to many individuals not ready to receive the frequency and move forward.  We cannot wait any longer so are asking for your assistance.

Know yourself very deeply in each moment. When something is not in alignment with your physical energies, emotions, or thoughts, change it quickly.  Utilize the Rays of God as they are being infused within Gaia, you will also receive.  Be your Higher Self; accept your role as a Divine Being of Light and a Torch Bearer.  Know that you do not know all the answers; that only comes from your lower ego and not your Higher Ego or Higher Self.  When you are wrong, accept that you are.  Find the truth within you and it will set you free.

All of these elements are important for this Spring Equinox as it will mold the planet into what she can hold.  Since each of you are a Torch Bearer and are here to learn more, accept the intensity of the Light within you.  Give it to Gaia and prepare for an acceleration beyond your wildest dreams.

The Light upon Gaia on this day in March will help accelerate everyone at this time.  Be strong, receive it, and share it through your own essence.  Look to the skies for confirmation in your daylight or nighttime.  It does not matter; many are waiting for your acknowledgement as we are working together.  We are here to walk with you but you must show your acceptance of our truth within each other.

Changes are happening with you, within Gaia, and every living being.  Others will need your strength as the transformation is occurring presently.  The more you hold within yourselves at this time, the more that Gaia can accept in her essence.  That will then filter out into the world, through the areas and the souls that need it the most.

Please know that we are here to assist you, be friends with you, as we remember our heritage of times gone by.  Isn’t it time that we get to know one another from a physical essence instead of the spiritual connection that we have.

IT IS OUR TIME TOGETHER.  Let us Unite in Harmony of the Light and Love that we are.

Hello Everyone.   It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.

Let’s just connect with everyone through our Heart center.  Everyone from the community of Telos is also connecting at this very time so that we can all feel our essences within one another.

I ask you to spin your Heart Chakra clockwise.  Allow the lotus heart to be completely open within your own purification that is occurring.

I chose this subject matter this evening because of the transitional energy that has been occurring at the beginning of the year. I know that we have talked about this month representing harmony of energies coming into the planet, but that does not mean that each of you are going to be feeling very harmonious and balanced. It may mean the opposite because in order to get to the next stage of harmony you must remove the elements that are occurring within your present state of consciousness and what you are very aware of.

You have to be remember that these stages of healing are continual.  Some may say that once you purge something that you should feel absolutely beautiful and able to step into your fifth dimensional body and completely full of Love and Light.  As we all know, it does not occur that way.  It is a process; it’s a process of levels.  It’s almost like you are walking on a staircase and at each level you feel a different energy exchange.  Well, this is exactly what you are experiencing.  I want each of you to have an understanding within yourself that what you are going through is not something you should put down upon within your energies but totally feel the accomplishment that you are going through.

This process of mastery is one that is very intense and it brings forth elements in front of your face that you previously knew about but did not want to look at.  If you are interacting with other individuals in your living situations or work situations, then you are going to be faced with more dilemmas; but those challenges represent growth opportunities as you will remember the lessons.  Then the next time you experience something like that you will deal with it differently then you did before.

I want to reflect back on the Telosian Way Program that we did back eighteen months ago on how we put each of you through those different stages of growth and understanding your own self-reflection, understanding what you are bringing forth within your Masculine and Feminine Divine along with all those elements that will assist you in bringing forth the combination of understanding yourself on a much deeper then you did before.

Well, this is exactly what you are going through; and if any of you are working within that program, I do suggest that you go back to some of the subject matter to help you through the process.  Because, again you will go through cycles and each cycle you may have similar attributes then a previous cycle so you need to refresh your energies of what is being presented for you. It is very, very important.  The reason that we are talking about the realignment is exactly this:  because the challenges that each of you are experiencing are taking you into new levels of your consciousness as that occurs your body has to readjust.

Remember you are trying to become a Crystalline Light body.  You are trying to create a fifth dimensional body of Light.  Now I dare say this is quite an achievement and previously maybe thirty years ago this was going to be on the turbo level of staying within this Earth and changing yourself through that process, but yet still being a part of the conditioning upon Gaia and within the Earth.  This takes us to a whole new scenario than if the Earth had moved into another existence and you were ready to take on that existence.  It does not mean that you would have been ready like so many people think. Now we are all walking along this pathway and this is for all of us even us in Telos.  Yes, we are in that fifth dimensional frequency as we have the availability of living a completely different life style than you.

This does not mean we are not preparing for the New Earth.  Which in truth, we are within the deepest preparation as we are making ourselves available to each of you so that you can understand the processes that you are undergoing.  Remember that you have had many timelines, many lifetimes on this planet and other planets since the times of Lemuria and Atlantis and you have arrived at this juncture of time to understand that you have the availability to experience the blessing of those times once again even more so.  Some of those times were not great blessings, as we know; it was a lot of exchange of other energy that occurred which is what you are experiencing presently on the planet.  You already are reliving what you experienced in Atlantis and Lemuria on the Upper Earth preparing yourself for the New Earth. It takes time to readjust your energies and allow the essences that you are bringing forth into your world to go into a deeper level.

Your Higher Self has been knocking at your door and asking you to join you, but yet the physical part of you has all these stipulations; your emotional body is full of uncertainty, anxiety, fear, not sure how your life is going to change, because you don’t want to change your life if that is the stage that you are in. Then there is the mental body; it will totality tell you it is a farce, this is very untrue and that you better stand up to it and tell this Higher Self that you no longer want to be in contact with him or her. Then you have the ones that are more aware; that is more open to receive the Higher Self but yet there are still aspects within the other bodies that are not fully ready to accept what the Higher Self has to give to you. So it has to come in a slower space of allowing the essences to fully come within you.  What happens through that process, is that you start to feel that merge with the Higher Self.

The Higher Self has now come in the house and is sitting with you, connecting with you and you start to feel little bit more peaceful with some of the feelings that you are having are going away.  Then the Higher Self says, “It has been very nice talking to you, but now I have to leave.” Then what do you do?

The fear comes back, the anxiety returns, and all the lower energies that you had before ask, “Is this really true, did this really happen to me, well I am not sure that it did.”  So these are the different phases that you go through.  I give you this scenario so that you can relate to it.  On a physical basis this is exactly what is happening.  Your Higher Self is knocking at your door and saying “Hi, my name is Meleriessee” and Christine says, “Hmm, Meleriessee that’s kind of a strange name.  Where did you get that name?”  So the mental mind starts to question where that name from.  I am sure this is very close to what each of you may have been thinking when you first get connected with your Higher Self. Then there is a stage where that is all you want, “I want my Higher Self I want it, I want it” but then your mental mind gets in the way and your Higher Self will not be in that space so you are within your physical mind only.

What you have to learn to do is to calm your energies down in order to receive your Higher Self energy. Then there is the other aspect that some of you may think about is that your Higher Self has all the answers for everything in the universe, in the world and for yourself.  What does my Higher Self want for me? The truth is it is a blending that occurs within your consciousness of your Higher Self coming into your physical creation.

The physical self is always considered because your physical consciousness represents your existence in this body.  So now the Higher Self comes in and he or she is willing to show you some of your old timelines, some of the things that have occurred before because this Higher Self has that knowledge and history.  This brings forth your etheric body and it starts to become more active than it was before.  It has always been there; it is that feeling stage before the etheric body comes into the physical but now it seems more real as your Higher Self is generating some energy for you to have the realization within you.

What happens then is that sometimes you spend so much time trying to release timelines, figuring out what is a timeline and that everything will be rectified; unfortunately that is not the way that it is.  Some things can be rectified from some levels.  If you brought them in from your other lifetimes (and a timeline can be one minute from a lifetime), you could have experienced something very glorious or very devastating in one moment.  This is when you are going to have an infliction within your etheric body.  Of course, it can be a longer time.  It can be hours, days, or it could be even months or a year but it is not the whole lifetime.  This is what you have to realize.

Just as an example, if we say that your etheric body is filled with all these timelines that lasted for a hundred years, that is a lot of memories to deal with; most of the timelines that you bring up in the etheric body are ones that need to be recognized. So they are either particles of yourself when you experienced negative moments, you created negative moments, you experienced divine intervention, you experienced magic, you experienced miraculous moments, or beautiful experiences with a certain person or terrible times with a certain person, that is the definition of “timelines”.

The reason that I am bringing up all of these thoughts is because each of you are readjusting your energies through the elements as your Higher Self is knocking at your door; your timelines are opening up; you may be having some memories especially in your dream state.  Then you are dealing with your emotions.  Some of you are delving deep into your inner child issues which represent those emotions that are stuck within this body which can be from this lifetime or it can be from other lifetimes.  If they were something that you brought forth from another lifetime for you to address in this timeline.

Then, you have your thought processes of what has molded you up to this stage that you are accessing your energies.  These are all part of the process now; that does not even go beyond what Gaia is experiencing so now you are not only experiencing things in your personal transformation of your soul’s history, you are now experiencing things from other planetary lives. You are experiencing the effects from all the planets and the solar systems and what is coming into Gaia; you are experiencing weather patterns, you are experiencing life formations that you may not even known about previously, because you have opened up yourself to a whole new doorway.  It is like walking through a whole new doorway. You open up the door and it takes you into the hemispheres, it takes you into the star systems, into all those elements that brings forth the energetic exchange.

Now you are not just a physical body but you are so much more than that realization.  You are multi-dimensional.  This is why you are experiencing so many variables within your life circumstance at this point.

Then we come upon this year of 2014; we thought that 2012 was going to be much more intense than it was, but 2013 was a transition year.  It helped us become more than ourselves; it brought up issues that needed to be addressed; it helped us move into a synchronized way of being.

Whether you were synchronistic in that year or not, it would push you to feel that the flow of energies was available for the transformation to occur within your system, experiences, and life.  So now we step into this year.  It is representing more Unification of Oneness. So what does that mean?

It means that your multi-dimensional self is activating very deeply through the processes and those of you that are newly awakened to this path will find it more difficult.  Because you step into this world and all these elements are coming to you.  It is shifting you into many different ways and some moments in your day, you are not sure of whom you are and what is happening to you.  Those of you that are further along the path will still feel the fluctuations, but you will be able to readjust easier; and then the ones that have been here for a whole lot longer doing this pathway accelerate themselves to hold that energy for everyone else.  It may seem that it is easier for them but it is not always that way.

I share all this information to help you to understand that you are in a process of an evolving being and, this evolvement entails many different variables that you are experiencing. This month we stepped into these energies and said “Oh, it’s going to be more harmonious.”  Well, let us look at this month and you will see that the harmonious energies weren’t within each of you.  it is part of the circumference of the planet from what she is experiencing from the outer aspects.  It is to help you become in harmony within yourself because this year represents Oneness and that oneness is the ability to tap into the multi-dimensional self to access all avenues of transference of your Light energy for the creation of your pathway.

So I ask each of you to look at this month and to see how you have changed through the experiences that have been brought to you through the process. This is why I share this subject matter of the Realignment of the Self as the energies are shifting so quickly sometimes it is very hard to be able to stand within your power, to stand within your physical self and say to yourself, “This is whom I am in this moment, because in the next moment it can completely change.”

You are taken into a whole new scenario very quickly.  The energies are ever changing presently and the frequencies of Light that are occurring within this format can cause you to feel as if you are not changing at all. The energetic exchange that is happening within you is so quick that it is not like the old ways of doing things where you say “Oh, my re-adjustment has occurred in this moment.”

So what happens to you on a molecular structure when this is occurring?

The molecules and the elements of frequency of the electro-magnetics of your physical structure are re-aligning themselves each moment that you transform when you are transitioning from one space to another; please know that your physical body is doing the same. It has to be this way as you are all part of the same essence so that the totality of those energies are re-aligning themselves within your physical structure and at most times we are not aware of this on a consciousness level.  It is not like we sit there and say “Well, my body is re-aligning its molecular structure in this moment so I must take some time for myself.”  No, what does happen is that your energy shifts; you start to feel dizzy, you start to feel tired or possibly vibrant feeling as if electricity is running through you.  This is the re-adjustment that is occurring within your physical body.

Some may call this ascension symptoms which are true, but the other truth of this information is the fact that these energies, at this time of the planet is changing so rapidly that every human form is also experiencing this same type of structure. Let us take the person that is purely un-awakened and they probably feel anger, agitation, or are frustrated about something that has happened.  They create a scenario for things to happen so that the adjustment of the energies do not occur because it happens when an individual is in stillness, in quite mode, sleep mode, or meditation mode.  All these elements help with the re-adjustment of the molecular system to occur within the physical body. Your consciousness will immediately catch up which is part of the process.

There is no other way to experience it but how do we allow the readjustment to happen in the physical body?

How do we experience it on an overall capability without really centering upon any specific reason on why it is occurring?

I know that each of you think of those reasons you think of them; because of the transitions that you are going through; because of the thought process of your emotional feelings; and through the physical body not reacting in the way you would like it to react.

These are all part of the scenarios that brings forth these changes within your structure, but it is important for you to remember that every part of yourself that is making the movement into the higher space of conditioning is readjusting at the same time.

So know when your day seems to be filled with much transformational energy and that you are changing so quickly that it is definitely readjusting within yourself.

What do you do in times like this?

You try and stop; I know this goes against the grain of the human conditioning of the society of the Upper Earth because it is important to take moments to allow the readjustment to occur. As the vibrational changes occur within your physical existence, you start to feel the fluctuations now.  Some may find that they are in quiet mode and more vibrations come into them. When that happens there is an readjustment going on within the light quotient, and as long as it is not so devastating to the physical body and to the energy that an individual is feeling, then it is okay. If it becomes too much then you need to find your grounding energy; you need to be able to use stones like Selenite, Obsidian, or Tourmaline.  Those stones will ground you to the Earth more deeply and clear out any lower energies that are trying to interfere with the process of your light body being activated.

The readjustment that occurs to the physical body can be devastating if it is on overload.  So it is very important that you understand what it is that you are going through and not the particular transformation but the energy that you are feeling.

What does it feel like?

Does it feel more peaceful to you?

Does it feel more like you need to adjust?

Now some of you may be unaware of what you are experiencing; that is just your way of not being able to see things clearly on a physic level or spiritual level.  Eventually you will understand it.  You start to look at the confines that occur for you because each person is going to be different. Now I ask of you, “What it is that you are experiencing now at the end of the month from the end of last month?”

What is the adjustment that you feel your physical body is going through, your emotional, or mental body?

What is it that you need to assist yourself with to find that balance and harmony?

Because this is what is going to help you realign even further when you take a moment in time by taking a bath, relaxing, being in your own space, allowing yourself to shift and sometimes it is even watching a movie that soothes your soul to allow the energies to come more fully interspersed within you.

It will help you to readjust the energies that may seem out of alignment.  This is an imperative stage.  It is necessary for you to understand the process; not the details, not any of the mental thoughts, but just readjust yourself in a moment’s notice.

The other element that I of course have to bring forth is the Rays of God utilizing the Crystalline Ray of Harmony and Balance, or the Pink Ray of Compassion and Love to calm you down to bring in those energies.  You can also use the Emerald Green part of the Crystalline energy for the balance.  Sometimes you just need the grounding and all you do is ask for it to be with you and breathe it in.

It is important not to work your mental mind or your emotional feelings at this time.  Just to be and allow the transition to occur.  Now it can be like one moment or it will be several moments.  It will take you into an hour or so if you take the time to adjust yourself.  You will see a change that occurs within because what is happening is that there is realignment of your physical self occurring because the planetary structure, the transformation that you are going through, the transition of what you are purging and what you are accepting are all occurring at the same time.  There is a Realignment of the Self that is occurring in these moments.

This month has been full of these moments, whether you realize it or not, and that is what I want to assist you with.  I want to help you to understand what it is you are experiencing through this entire process. So let’s take some deep breath so that we can connect with each other and travel to Telos.

It is I, Lord Ashtar with the Ashtar Command.

Thank you so much for gathering with us today.  It helps us to get a feel of where you are.  Even though we can tell by your magnetics, specific locations are better.  We would like to see more individuals around the world come onto this call so that we can build this grid of Light that we are working for together.

Let us just explain a little bit about what is happening presently.  As you know, the energies have been very intense.  The weather patterns have been extreme in some areas.  Some areas are having droughts, others are having too much precipitation.  Some areas are having volcanoes erupting, tornadoes and much more.  All those extreme weather patterns we would call Mother Nature doing her part.  Truly this is not exactly what is happening.  The elements may already be in place, but they are being increased to cause more problems.

What we would like to assist you with is understanding how each of you are experiencing this within yourselves.  It is not that the weather patterns cause havoc within Gaia.  That is not truly their goal.

Their true goal is to create havoc within humanity. 

When the extreme weather patterns occur, it creates frustration, anguish, anger, not being able to go through your days as you would like to do.  In some cases it can cause problems with electricity, problems with heat, with not being able to survive upon the land as we usually do at this point.

Concentrate very deeply on where you are presently, so we can assist in this process.  We are not just connecting together through each of us of the Intergalactic Federation of Light, but connecting in your specific area.  If there is anything that is very extreme for you, share it with us through your consciousness and how you would like those weather patterns to be rectified at your location.

Let us take a moment of silence and allow that to happen.

As we receive the energy patterns that are occurring for you through the vibrational essences, it helps us with assisting more deeply.  This means that we can send out energy grids from each of our smaller ships to readjust the energies in your areas.  When you have a sensation that something is changing and it does not feel quite right, try to notice it before it happens as that would be very helpful.   Take the thoughts that I am going to bring to you, and center yourself by calling upon the Unified Whole.  Go up to the 144^th dimension; state your location and what you are feeling.

For instance, Meleriessee always feels the extreme weather patterns though headaches, usually at least 24 hours ahead of time.  We are able to help where they are by simply tapping into that energy.  It does not mean that the weather pattern will be disappearing immediately, but the vibrational electromagnetic frequency that is being increased will be decreased.  So we are assisting in this process.  The work that we have been doing since we have gathered together a couple of months ago may be helping, but we need more assistance especially with the Eastern United States and with other areas around the world.  This is not only about weather patterns, it is about our work together.  It is about you as humans and each of us as the Intergalactics of the Christ Consciousness being able to connect with one another and create a network together.  This way we can assist each other through the process.

As we take a deep breath of Light, feel your own multidimensional self and what that means for you.  Each of you has the power within yourselves to create these forms of protection as well.  It is only a matter of knowingness through your Higher Mind and Higher Self that you can do this; and working with the Lower Self to make it happen.  We must all believe that we have the power to do so.  Before we do the activation for today, let me talk a little about what is happening presently.

As this has been somewhat discussed in previous sessions with Walking Terra Christa, the Spring Equinox is very, very powerful.  It is another cosmic event similar to what 2012 represented in December.  Yet we are now another year beyond that.  There has been so much transformation and changes of energies that have occurred, so that now the energies are coming to a crucial point in order to bring forth more of those calming, blessing frequencies of Light.  The Equinox will be very powerful.

Presently, we are dealing with a lot of war efforts in the planetary systems; the solar systems beyond the Earth.  There are those of us who are of the Christ Energies, and those who are not of the Christ Energies are fighting against each other.  So we are working with each of you human Lightworkers to assist in this process.  There are others who are working with the ones that do not want to assist, and thus there is a confliction occurring within the planetary structure of Gaia and each of you.  This is why the energy system may be very tremendous right now.

If you go out into the public, you may feel frequencies you are combated with, because those wars are going on.  What we need to be doing with each other is to continue the process of our divine enlightenment in order to allow those energies to move to a higher level of existence.  That way you will no longer be afflicted with what is happening.  Right now, we are at a fifty percent ratio against each other.  So it is very important in the next couple of weeks until the 21^st, to fully bring forth the frequencies within ourselves to help.

I thank you for being with us today.  Being on the live call is much more crucial for this work that we are doing with each other, because we are allowing the creative shield to be activated and centered entirely around and within Gaia’s Merkabah in this moment.  What happens with these crucial wars that are occurring is that they can cause conflictions within the individuals that are not allowing themselves to be in a Christed state of their consciousness.  I am not saying that every individual person as a Lightworker is fully capable of being in that state a hundred percent of the time, as we know this is not true.  But it is what you are striving towards.

It is important to take time within your meditations to have the realization of who you are.  This is going to bring in your power and the ability to feel more transformed within each moment; especially the ones that are difficult for you.  We also would like to say we thank you deeply for standing in the front, because it is an energetic battle zone.  However, this battle zone is moving into space it has never been in previously.  It means that we are winning.  We may be at fifty percent on the planetary levels of the solar system, but that does not mean that the Earth is made up of fifty percent of the Light and the Dark.

Share your Light with others.  This, you can do through your energetics.  Allow the frequencies you are going to be experiencing today to come through your body and go into Gaia.  Allow them to be outside of your field, so that wherever you go others will also feel it.  This is going to assist you tremendously.  Your physical minds cannot understand that, as you are trying to think of elements to make it better for yourself.  You only need to allow your Higher Essence and the activation energies we will be bringing forth to come fully into you through your breath in each moment.

When I told you earlier to notice the change of energies, you go to the Unified Whole and bring in your Higher Essence for that.

All you have to say is “I now call upon Lord Ashtar and the Ashtar Command, the Intergalatic Federation of Light of the Christed Beings to assist with the shield that has been placed in my location.  Please assist with the frequencies of Light that are coming into the planet and with the removal of the elements of Darkness.” 

If you visualize the energy within a hundred mile circumference around where you are, we will meet that energy you want to diffuse with the frequency of Light.  That is all you have to do through your breath.

To explain further; the weather patterns cause an electromagnetic frequency to come into the human fields and into part of the Earth.  You are going to feel these frequencies spinning within you.  What happens is that when the elements are increased due to the other forces that are against full awareness of planetary essences to be completely in the frequency of Light, it takes moments to allow these energies to fully come into focus.  Thus, it affects your fields.  It affects your energy patterns.

Yes, the weather is going to affect you and if it is infiltrated with these electromagnetic patterns coming from a machine and not a natural source, your fields will be reacting to that.  You are electromagnetic yourself.  And within that electromagnetic frequency, you are being infused with energies that are not of a natural source.  You are not bringing in those frequencies that are what we would call a conduit of Mother Nature.  You are receiving a frequency that is of a lower energy causing constriction within your own field.  It causes the weaknesses you may have within your body to react.  It can cause your body to go into a shock mode.

When the body goes into the element of not being able to work through your day as you have previously, it can cause weaknesses in your joints, you could be sleepy, you could be depressed or anxious.  It causes an electromagnetic field to come into you that does not align with what you have already been working with.  Sometimes Meleriessee feels it as a vibration through her joints and knees.  That is a sign for it coming from the outside, almost like an attack.  It is a frequency coming into your body.

So this is what is happening with the weather patterns.  Something extreme is occurring.  Intense winds, a lot of rain, and extreme amounts of snow.  Anything that seems very out of the ordinary; your sky looking very greenish and black when a storm comes means it has been manipulated by these beings that are trying to change things.  We do not put a name on these Beings, as there are many different levels, and thus it is important to be detached.  They are just the energies fighting us presently.

Within this battle on an interplanetary level, we are at a moment of standing still.  That means we have moments of silence and moments of reactiveness, depending on what is happening within the human conditioning upon the planet.  Understand that each of you as a Lightworker has a role in this also.  It is not only about us coming, taking you, and helping you.  What we are trying to assist you with is for you to acknowledge your multidimensional selves.  Within that multidimensional self, you have had galactic lives.  And within those galactic lives, you have been a warrior.  You have been on both sides of the fence.  But you have great power within you.  You have the ability to tune into these energies.  The problem is, your mental mind gets in the way and keeps you from that.

It is what we are here to help you with.  Let us know when there is something wrong where you are.  This also could include locations you travel to and are not usually in.  It is okay to do so wherever you are located at that moment.

Simply tune in by saying “Lord Ashtar and the Ashtar Command of Intergalatic Federation of Light, I call upon your essences to assist with the weather pattern that is presently occurring.”  Feel yourself pushing the energy up above a hundred miles. 

And that is where we take over.  That is when we can assist in the process.  This monthly meeting is for us to gather more and more people around the world and make this grid even stronger.  We are doing a lot of work to assist in the process, but we cannot do it all.

The energetic exchanges that occur within each human create a field that does not allow us to work with it.  If there is aggression, if there are lower energies of anxiety and frustration, then we have to combat it even more strongly.  So each of you, in your individual locations can assist through your allowance of letting it to be.  If you would like to connect with us daily, you can in your meditation by saying “Lord Ashtar and the Ashtar Command, please assist me in receiving the perfect balance of the quotient for the weather patterns for today.”

We would like to continue this monthly gathering so that we can connect together in this way to assist the process.  In the next ten days or so it is going to be very intense, and there may be more weather conditions occurring in different parts of the world.  Let us do our best with each other to make sure that the individuals upon this planet who have no idea about what I am speaking of with all these energies, will start having some peace and feel that things are conflicting.  That way we can stop the anguish that is going on, as those thought forms are also causing the energies to be more on that side of the fence.

So when the other side of these energies see that there are complaints, they are very happy with that, which means they will pump it up more often.  It can go either way.  When something bad is happening and it gets worse, they can pump up the energies to make it worse.   Or, if something good is happening, they can pump up the energies.  We are truly at a crucial point in this year in order to assist with this.  This is going to assist with creating the New Earth.

I, from the deepest bottom of my heart, am so enamored to say that each of you are connecting with us today.  We hope that you will continue to do so on a monthly basis, as it is only going to allow this shield we are assisting with to become stronger within your lives.

If you have any problems, if you are having any constrictions or restrictions occurring for you in your physical field, please do call upon us for that also.  The Arcturians are very, very helpful in creating shields for you that hold those powers of energy around your structure, so that you won’t be hit with those lower frequencies.  It is a matter of building up our strength.  You are building your strength through electromagnetic energies.  You have been building your strength through your body, mind and heart.  So now we work through the Light Body to make it stronger than it has ever been before.

Let us all connect with each other in this moment through our Heart essence.  I thank you for taking the time and listening.  Each month we will give an explanation of what we feel is happening with the energies.  It is not just a gathering for connecting and doing the work together, it is also about understanding what has been happening.  Call upon your multidimensional self.  Call upon the essence of your Higher Self and I AM Presence, and the power you carry within yourself from all of your timelines.  Accept the divinity of your power and Light within yourself.

Expand your Light from your Heart Center all the way through your Earth Star and your Soul Star.  Expand it outward to create this force field of Light and all colors you want to bring forth.  We call upon the 330 Rays of God, the 352 levels of the Mahatma, and the 144 Dimensions of Oneness.  We call upon all your positive timelines to be ignited presently.  We call upon the timelines of your galactic lives, the timelines of your angelic lives, and the timelines of your formlessness when you protected the planetary systems, the star systems and the energetic exchanges.  We are coming into Oneness with your I AM Presence of the 144 souls that you are.  And together all of our I AM Presences come into Oneness. 

In this moment we are not intergalactic.  We are the same as you.  We are an embryo of Light under the direction of the Creative Source of Oneness of the Christed beings; to become this Christed being within the body.  Feel the power that you are.  Expand that to your entire full Body of Light.  No matter how far you have gotten with that, expand it out of you.  As it spins within you, it goes out of you, it is part of you.

I, Lord Ashtar, bring forth the divinity of Light of our reception together to be in communion.

Feel our communion together through all of our Heart Centers, and all the different beings that represent the Galactic Federation of Light; all the Beings of the spiritual hierarchy, all humans, and all Lightworkers for creating the New Earth, as this is our goal.  We call upon each of your locations to assist us now to bring forth the shield of Light within your area.

As you sit in your location, feel yourself commanding the energies by saying “I now command that I bring forth the non-alignment energies upon the Earth in my location to go up a hundred miles above, where Lord Ashtar and the Federation of Intergalatics will assist.”

What happens with this is that we take our shield, and we pull away those energies you are experiencing.  It may take more time, but it is only a small fragment of electromagnetic frequencies that are not in alignment with a 5^th dimensional Earth.

Allow any release you need in your field or any areas around you to completely to go up to that hundred mile radius.  Take a breath.

What we do is to reprocess the energies and we move them out of Gaia’s field.  Through our ships, we transmute these frequencies of electro-magnetics that are causing dysfunction for the Earth to make her stay in the 3^rd dimensional, and we help her move into the 5^th dimension.  As we speak, we are taking those energies and we are transmuting them.

Feel the change within you now.  We connect with you from our ships.  Through your Mind’s Eye you may even be able to see our ships above your location.  We are now reinstating the correct frequencies upon the Earth.  Let us all travel together beyond the Earth plane up into the 10^th dimension, into the 11^th.  Those are the energies we reside in, from the 11^th through the 23^rd.  Feel our energies coming together.  We now take the frequencies we have reformulated and send it around the globe.  Visualize our ships circling around the Earth’s atmosphere as you can be part of this frequency and be with us in this moment.

We are going to center the energy into all the areas around the world.  It completely circles around the globe, around Gaia.  North America seems to be hit the hardest this winter, so let us bring forth the energies into there to normalize those weather patterns and temperatures.  It will allow spring to come.  However, let us not forget about the other parts of the world.  So now the shield comes down deep into the core of Gaia and her Crystalline structure.  Take a deep breath.  Feel that essence through your structure into your Earth Star.  Bring that energy down into the core of Gaia, feeling the roots grow from your Earth Star down into the Crystalline structure, where each of you are residing.

We now ask for the energy systems and weather patterns to be in balance.  We ask for the Sun to assist.  We ask for the cloud formations and the elements of the water, the wind, the fire and the earth to assist Gaia with her acceleration in full balance and within a hundred percent ratio.

Let us take another deep breath.  You see, we cannot do this without you.  You are implanting the frequency.  We can assist as we are presently, but as you can see we are not doing a very good job as we are at war with the other energies.  Each of you are a structure of Light enabling this frequency to come within you.  You are the beacon.  You are the holder of that frequency.

What this is going to do for you is that it will assist the location you are at presently, and yourself.  We know each of you are being combated with these energies through your systems.  So let us bring everything into balance together, because as we know it is part of the Wholeness, the Oneness.  If one thing is out of balance, all becomes out of balance.  We, of the Ashtar Command are deeply grateful for your continuous support and our alliance together in this timeframe, this timeline.  We will work together and we will be able to be together.  This Earth will become the New Earth, and we are here to assist you.  We thank you deeply for your love and support.

The creation of our Light together depends upon the ability to purify your thoughts and your feelings from the Old Self.

This is why we work so diligently within the Ray’s Essences to assist each of you to take the understanding of these Rays and incorporate them within you first and foremost through our vibrational energy.  In truth, we cannot understand what you are going through.  We just know that you are being challenged in certain ways and that the effects of your daily living has to affect how you bring forth your Spiritual Essence into your physical body.  It is no longer a gift; it is a requirement upon this planet.

The depth of the energetic exchanges from a planetary level coming into GAIA are affecting each of you more deeply, because you are standing at the forefront to make the necessary changes so that you can accelerate yourself into the new way of living that you desire.

I also stated before, this pathway is very, very challenging but it is the ultimate of pathways.  It is the highest level of acceleration that you can tap into to allow these energies to be.  We understand that this is not easy for you through this process of aligning yourself and while still incorporating your energies within the 3^rd to 4^th dimensional plane of existence.  Until we can get the energetic exchange to be more, then we are going to be experiencing these moments within ourselves.

I reflect back to the statement of “Knowing Who We Are”.  That is the most important aspect I want to share this evening, because it is essential within your daily living, within everything that you do, to extend yourself in a completely different direction than you ever have before.

Please know that as your acceleration continues, as you move up through the Initiation Pathway, the responsibility of holding this Light within yourself does become more difficult.  I think this is what a lot of you are feeling.  I think you are feeling heaviness.  I think you are feeling how much can you handle.  I think you are feeling overwhelmed and not being able to understand the process that you are going through.

The only way that we can assist you through this process is by experience and helping you to take journeys such as what you are going to do tonight.  I think you will feel that this journey with Purity and Astrea will be very, very powerful to your present existence.

So I ask each of you now to just tune into yourself with your Higher Self and feel that Essence because I think right now what a lot of you are going through is a need for purging some things that have been in your field.  It may be some elements that have happened through this month, it may be some timelines that are coming up in your Etheric Body to be removed, it may be your emotions or your Mental Body if you are doing a lot of deep healing; the rest of that purification has to happen.  It is like when you have a shamanic healing and within that shamanic healing there is a great purging that takes effect, but then there can be debris that you have to take care of afterwards by understanding the process, feeling the process, maybe writing about it, or doing your own purification ceremony and cleansing yourself, because it so results in your outer field.

This is what you are experiencing.  Your outer field still has those little parts of debris that have accumulated from everything that you have done this month and it can really pull you down if you don’t take care of them.  So it is very important when you are going through releasements, when you are going through clearing, when you are experiencing a Purification of your own Essence (whether it be something from the Physical experience or Emotional or Mental experience).  You have to take the next step and have a clearing process.  This is what we want to help you with tonight; to remove any effects that are within any of your four-body systems to assist you to move into the next month.

So, how do we support ourselves when we feel that we have no outside help?

Each of us, the God Force, the Ascended Masters, the Brotherhood of White Light is standing by to assist you in every way.  So you must remember these things when you are going through the changes, when you are going through these processes because 2014 is going to be a very powerful year for many of you of ascending yourself and your higher initiations.  It may not feel like it in this moment, but it will be occurring if you just allow it to happen, you surrender to the painful moments and allow the joyful moments to come in, because they will come in eventually even though you may feel ill at ease with what you are experiencing.

So I ask each of you in this moment to reflect on what I have been sharing and to look within yourself of what possibly may still be affecting you so that we can help you to completely resurrect the Old Self from January into the New Self of February because you are changing greatly in each day in each month.  Believe me, you will see a huge difference when we move through the next six months and we reflect backwards as we have for 2013.

It is my divine pleasure to share these moments with each of you and I give my Heart onto you to assist you in these processes; to help you go through them with more gentleness and ease within your Heart so that you can fully accept the beauty, the joy, the acceleration That You Are and the Power bringing forth that Love, that Will, and that Power.

We are Helios and Vesta with RA the Sun God.  We are here to allow the frequency of the 10^thdimension to come fully within your being and help you be acclimated to this frequency of Light.  Feel our essences embodying the entire temple, every one of you experiencing this power within yourself.  Allow it to flow within you.  It is a very powerful time and we understand what you are experiencing.  Not in the way that you understand, but from our level of existence.  Let us all be One for the next few moments within this beautiful temple, so that we can assist you in holding this frequency on a much deeper level than you ever thought you could.

The power of the energies in the present moment is to allow the frequency of Light of this Equinox to fully come onto the planet as best as we can.  We know that each of you understands that you are the Torchbearers.  You are the holders of this frequency.

Yet, within that process, the intensity of this Light can be so strong that it may deter you into different directions.  That is not what we choose it to be.  So at this moment we will hold this frequency for you within this temple.  We will hold it from the base of your Earth Star, as the Crystalline structure underneath you will infiltrate up through your entire field and move up to your Soul Star.  Allow it to spin within you in all different directions and to be within you as best as you can.

Be completely comfortable through this process.  Only receive what is ready to be accepted within the internalization of your entire existence in the Now, as it is changing in each moment.  During this fluctuation of the Light upon the planet, the ability for more electromagnetic energies to be balanced within all the electrons of Gaia is increased.  This essence is coming into the frequency to allow each of you to hold it as deeply as you can; but only at the bare minimum of acceptance.

We know that you are overloaded.  We know that you have been challenged.  Let us have some moments of exultation for this Light.  Let us embrace the ability to dance in the sunlight, to dance in the moonlight, and come into complete balance during this creative space.  This creative space is occurring presently.  We know that the full acceleration of the Equinox is not completely taking place until tomorrow.  Yet it is happening everywhere around the world.  As you can see it is already happening somewhere around the world within your present timeframe in little pieces of Light.

So what is it in this moment that allows you to accept a different part of yourself, that you had not fully realized previously?

It is the power of the opening doorways.  It is the power you being able to remove those essences that are no longer part of your creative process.  In fact, they are not creation at all.  They are actually the embodiment of dysfunction, the embodiment of trauma, the embodiment of lack of understanding.  It cannot be felt on the level that you are experiencing presently, so we want each of you to filter this Light frequency slowly into your essence.  Feel all forms of Light slowly coming into your entire Light Body.  If you bring it forth into your Light Body and allow it to come into the etheric essence and the physicality that you are, you start accepting it.  It is when you try to do it too quickly and all at one time that it becomes a problem.

Experiencing this Light in the frequency that You Are, allows you to be in the full composition of all that you are bringing forth; with a breath, with a thought, with an emotion.  You are all these experiences in this moment.  The Divine Light will be infused upon you at this time, to assist you with your next level of creation.  Breathe deeply and allow our essence to be embodied within you and help with the electromagnetic structures of your Feminine and Masculine Divine, for the balance of those frequencies of Light to come within you.  Not just one or the other, but allow them to be fully balanced.

You see, you cannot receive them separately.  They must come into balance through this structure we are embodying onto you in these moments.  Breathe deeply and allow these essences to fully come into your existence.

It is my pleasure to be here with you as Lord Sanat Kumara.  I am deeply honored to be within your essences at this time.

Bless yourself for arriving in this state of Beingness.  Bless yourself for your challenges.  Bless yourself for your accomplishments.  Bless yourself for everything.  It is my divine pleasure as the Father of the Brotherhood of White Light to see the existence of each of you and so many more who are not with us at this time, to come into alignment and to be that being of Light that you have been asking yourself to be.

I know, I know, I know it has been so very difficult!  And in the process of your divinity having challenges will continue.  However, let us think about what occurs for you when you go through a challenge.  You gain more wisdom.  It is ironic, is it not?  It seems that you cannot gain your wisdom without having to go through many doorways of fear, of not understanding.  But yet, when you break down barriers, what occurs for you?  That is your wisdom.  Your knowledge is already there.  It is the wisdom that comes with it.  It is within your knowledge that you are aware of what you need to do.  And then you break down those doorways, those electronic doors that have kept you from the full totality of your Beingness in a physical structure.

Then you begin to understand; that is your true wisdom. 

I truly know what each of you is going through in this present time.  I know what some of you are experiencing.  And I know that some of you may not even understand what you are experiencing.  Yet you continue along the pathway of the enlightened ones.

Is that not truly who you are?

You are bringing forth the frequency of Light to be more upon this planet than it ever has been previously.  We can talk about Lemuria.  We can talk about Atlantis.  But let us not go there.  That is behind us now.  That has formed our foundation of what we knew we did not want to do.  Yet, some of you still strive to be in that old space.  It is very important you bring forth that knowledge of the past for the New Earth, but your wisdom allows you to understand so much more in the frequency of Light that you are.

Presently, this Equinox is a very powerful element.  Many do not realize that.  There was so much hoopla put out about December 2012 and theories of what could have happened.  So now individuals go about their lives just as they always did, thinking that things are simply going to be status quo.  Well, each of you and I know that that is not true.  What you are experiencing is so very true to your Heart.  In the envelopment of the full totality of the existence of a higher plane of living upon the Earth, the Earth has to shift into that frequency as each of you are learning to do.

Your lives are changing greatly through this process.  This spring brings forth the ability to refresh your-self anew.  Yes, it is another rebirth.

Remember we go through these periods of rebirth, so that we do not take with us into the new cycle what we had before that no longer works.  We must always readjust ourselves to the new frequency of Light and move into the purest essences.  This is what I am here to assist you with, and help you with these beautiful Rays of Light; to bring in the essences of the Holy Kumaras of Venus, as Venus and the Earth will be intertwining their energies on such deep level that has never occurred before.  Each of you has traveled to Venus.  Each of you has been in that space.  Otherwise, you would not be prepared to be here in this moment and to be listening, to be feeling this energetic exchange.

I bring to you the essence of Venus that is on the higher dimensional frequency, to assist you in having the essence of your purity, your love, your ability to connect to the essence of God in a different format, to be able to flow with your energies, to be able to ground them deeply, to have you wisdom, to have your power, to have your will and to have your freedom.

That is truly what my essence represents for the Brotherhood of White Light.  We created the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light to keep everything in its prospective form.  Each of you is acknowledging that essence within yourselves presently.  It is the power of allowing this knowledge that you have to come fully into your entire Beingness.  We stand on the threshold of a new world in the next 24 hours.  The purity of your Light cannot be matched by anything else, or else we would not be arriving here in this juncture of time.  We would not be feeling these essences as we have.  We would not be challenged as we have.  You would be going along your day as if nothing ever occurred for you.  Yet we all know that is not true.  Each of you has awakened to a new part of yourself, and it is a continuous process of this rebirth experience.  Each of you is being prepared for the most amazing Wesak.  And this is the beginning for Earth, to allow her essence to expand into her Light Body.  Each of you are an important participant in this event, and many events upon events.

If you feel disillusioned at this time, allow my essence to help you with that.  If you feel excited, share it with others through your electrical exchanges.  If you are feeling unsure of elements, let us change that.  At this present time, as we are moving into Equinox energies, the changes that are occurring on the other planetary systems are all in alignment with Gaia.  You are being protected.  You are being guided.  You are being assisted in so many ways.  Fully allow yourself to be the Ascended Master you want to become.  Allow that responsibility to be fully within you as we step upon a new world.  It is the beginning of allowing these essences to fully come within you and assist the planet.

What we see is that each of you impart these essences onto yourself, and then they go down into the Earth.  It is much like a movie; you see the twinkling of lights that move down into the roots of the Earth and flow into other areas.  This is exactly what is occurring for you.  The blessing of these essences is about to be acknowledged by so many others.  Not so many humans, but everything else that matters.  All that you connect with; the elements, animals, the frequencies of the trees, the clouds, the sun, the sun and the sky.  All these essences matter, because at first in order for the Earth to shift into this higher frequency, it has to be filled with these light formations which is just as you are experiencing it.

Let us equate it to each of your personal experiences.  As you bring the Light frequencies into your Physical Body, you allow your Light Quotient to change and shift.  Do you not feel it on a physical level?  You feel it in your vibration, you feel it in your sensitivity, you feel it in what is occurring for you, and allow those essences to be grounded.  Well, this is exactly what Gaia is experiencing.  It is going to all of her communities, all her land masses, all her frequencies of Light to allow those energies to shift and change.  Eventually the people will accept these energies.  This is what we truly want.  And this is where each of you comes in with your responsibility.

You chose to awaken at an early age, so that you could bring forth these energies onto the Earth.  Without each of you, this could not be done.  We could not to it this way.  The planet would not exist in the way that it is now.  We ask each of you to take whatever it is that you no longer need, and allow each of us to help you remove it.

We are here as the Hierarchy for the New Earth.

Each of you stands in the forefront for the training that you are undergoing.  You have all been here many times.  We have all been together.  You have all been to planetary systems.  And now you have come to Gaia to be this creative force.

What is happening on the outside ethers is not your problem.  It is the problem of the Intergalactics.  They are the ones stepping forward to move through the battles.  Each of you is to incorporate this Light onto yourself, fully in all areas of existence.  Feel the essence of Helios, Vesta and RA the Sun God as they infiltrate these frequencies of Light.  Feel the essence of these beautiful Rays.  The Rays are being sent for you to receive your 5^th dimensional body.  It is taking time, as the Earth has not shifted enough for you to truly accept that 5^th dimensional body unless you live in higher places of sacredness.  This is very important.  Even in those higher places of sacredness, individuals cannot exist as much as they would like to, but we are all here to exist together within that consciousness.  And there is a movement of change that is happening within the next 24 hours.  Allow yourself now to see this beautiful essence that is occurring.

As you look in front of you, the space that was the altar has now changed.  There is a beautiful Rainbow Bridge.  This Rainbow Bridge will take into that new role of existence.  It is not taking you to another planet.  It not taking you to the Upper Earth yet.  But it is taking you into your own world; the space that you need to create within yourself.  As Meleriessee would say, it is a shift in consciousness to allow that energy to move from the space we are in now.  I call upon Lord Metatron in this moment.  The two of us will escort each of you across this bride.  Let us hear from his essence presently.  I thank you deeply for walking with us through this process.

I AM that I AM!  I AM Lord Metatron at your service.

I am here to assist you in the divinity of your Light, and allowing the balance that you so desperately ask for to come fully within your physical existence.  I know, my children, I know.  I know how difficult it has been for you each of you.  We honor you deeply for continuing the journey, for being in this space in this moment, for each of us to commune together, to be together to feel the frequency of Light that we are, as we all shall be physically in our future times.  Let us breathe deeply into the Heart Center, and allow what it is you are experiencing in this moment with all these beautiful Rays of Light coming down through the entire Temple.  Ways of energy are flowing down into your essence, you feel a breeze of the frequency.  You can see colors.  You may see these red, large pieces of fabric blowing around and against you, allowing yourself to feel the balance.

Let us all arise from where we are sitting and stand on top of this beautiful Crystalline structure.  It is multicolored with all the different hues of the Rays.  The Rays are now merging.  When you first walked in, they were all those different frequencies.  Now allow these frequencies to blend fully within you.  You blend with the lower Rays, with the middle Rays and the higher Rays.  Understand the transition you have been going through.  Feel these beautiful essences flowing within you as I speak a little bit more.

The depth of your healing has been a very important pathway which is not only for you, but upon this Earth.  You see, this Earth has been riddled with so much darkness for so many years, eons and eons of time.  You are here as a healer.  You are here to remove these essences within you and upon the Earth.  The more that you traveled in lifetimes to come to this Earth, the more difficult the travel has been for you.  The amount of times you have spent on other planetary systems assisted you to be here at this time.  However, sometimes that can be a detriment for some of you.  You may expect things to happen much easier than they have.  You have forgotten what you experienced in the previous timelines.  And that is okay.

Right now we want all timelines that have been coming up for each of you to be fully removed through the essences of this amazing temple of Light.  As we stand here now, the base structure of the temple is now going to spin very slowly in a clockwise manner.  We are like a kaleidoscope of Light energies and frequency, allowing the full body system to accept the codes of Light that are associated with your DNA.  Allow yourself to be activated in a completely different way.  It is up to you and your Higher Self what it is that you need to bring forth within you at this time.  Allow the experience to come fully within you.

Allow yourselves to now ground what you have experienced.  This process of coding we are bringing forth helps you to be purged of anything that is necessary.  Some of it you may not know, and that is okay.  We ask for the purity of Light and the Love that you desire in this moment, so that you can be a full channel of Light, a vortex of Light, coming from Helios and Vesta for the Spring Equinox.

Allow that energy to fully come within you now.  You are ready.  You are fully ready.  I stand here with Lord Sanat Kumara and myself.  Sanat Kumara will come to the right side of your body, and I will come to the left.  We will escort each of you across this beautiful Rainbow Bridge.

As we start to walk across the bridge, feel your essence starting to change.  There may be some resistance, because you are coming into a new existence.  This new existence will help you, yet your Lower Self may want to hinder you a bit.  We step one step at a time, feeling the essences of the steps.

Continue as we are at the middle of the bridge.  How does it feel?  Turn around and look back.  See the old self now dissipating.  Dissipating into Wholeness, dissipating what you no longer need, as now you step further into this beautiful doorway.

The beautiful doorway consists of many colors of Light.  It is the part of you that has been waiting to fully come within you since what you have been experiencing these past few months.  You are now ready to be the conduit of Light, to receive this frequency, to assist Gaia and everyone else.  Each of you will do it in your own manner.  It does not matter where you are within your pathway or what you are bringing forth.  Your responsibility at this time is through your Higher Self.  Whatever that is, it is not an earthly thing.  It is a vibratory energy.

We now expand as we walk through this magnificent doorway that has just opened up from side-to-side.  We feel the frequency of Light of all the many colors streaming forth into our beings.  It is blowing away!  We feel it across our face, blowing our hair, blowing our clothes.  It is a beautiful essence as we now walk into the divinity of Light that we truly desire.  There is greenery, there are flowers, there are beautiful essences.  We have walked into this beautiful experience of spring.

What is it that you see?

Are there streams flowing through?

Is there a pond of water? 

Are there flowers growing in the most beautiful gardens? 

It is not restricted.  There is no garden with any walls.  It goes on for miles and miles and miles.

As we step into this spring oasis, you see the elementals.  They are dancing all around you, so very happy.  There are rocks that want to talk to you.  There are trees that blowing in the wind.  Everyone is feeling the exultation of the most beautiful experience with Light frequency upon this Earth.  Please walk around this beautiful space, this beautiful land, meadows, hills and mountains on the distance.  We feel this beautiful enjoyment of the spring coming onto Gaia.  We now expand ourselves deeply as we feel our feet go into the Earth.  Feel the extension of this Light coming through each of us and onto Gaia.

We feel our energies.  This is the pure existence of Light upon the planet.  Feel it in your Heart.  Feel it in the extension that you are, as now you have changed.  You have walked into spring.  What seeds do you need to plant?

Think about this now for the next event of Wesak.

Allow the energies to come fully within.  Please know that this is a period of adjustment, allowing the balance to occur for a three-day process.  Allow that to come within you and within the following week, you may begin to feel the change that you have created.  It may cause more elements to come into adjustment, and sometimes that takes change.  Sometimes that takes energies to shift.  But let us enjoy this exultation in this moment, allowing these frequencies you are embodying to be part of the planet’s existence.

There is something different in the air this year during the equinox gateway that officially began March 20. This energy gateway open through the weekend - its ripples felt long afterwards - is a kind of spiritual crossroads.

This current spiritual crossroads, impacting you and all of humanity, is an opportunity to initiate a significant change in course direction.

As you know, the world indeed needs to change course - in dramatic ways - for humanity to thrive and survive in subsequent generations. We are at that choice point now. We are deciding with our individual and joint energies what kind of world we will have.

The world you are here to help birth is a loving world - a place in which people have remembered that they are divine and that the most important thing is love. To birth this, we must choose love in an ongoing way - not from our minds, but from our hearts.

This choosing needs to occur all across the planet right now. Your role at this juncture is for you to personally choose love and to stay calm as you discover your own blocks to being the love that you are. Everyone has them, so this is not personal to you. These blocks to love often originate in past lives, leaving imprints in your DNA - surfacing during this life as you attempt to reclaim your power and your voice.

More than perhaps any year in the past half century, energy gateways like equinox contain within them an increased potential for shifting out of stuck places and for bringing to light key insights needed before you can take the next important steps of your journey. They are an opportunity to fearlessly face your spiritual crossroads of the moment.

5 Tips to Stay Calm

Here are five tips to stay calm at this unique spiritual crossroads. Invite your inner wisdom to speak to you as you read, helping you to connect with the most relevant and timely information.

First, when you feel shaky or uncertain, remember that you are building a brand-new foundation for your life and contributing to the revolutionary new template for a more loving humanity. Acknowledge yourself for this, stay present, and breathe!

Second, when you face a crossroads like this with amplified energy, the tempo of things may feel turned up and you may even feel a bit dizzy. Avoid losing your focus and getting caught up in the world's illusions by staying grounded and in your heart. It is there that you can connect with the music of your soul, bringing that divine sound out into the world.

Third, remember that spiritual crossroads tend to magnify issues and to catalyze your intense desire to be all that you can be. Even if you don't know exactly what that "is" right now, you could feel an amplified frustration that you aren't yet at the next stage. Therefore, keep things simple. Complex situations and unknowables are best addressed from a balanced spiritual perspective that allows for simplicity and grace. You tap simplicity and grace by avoiding overthinking and making things a bigger deal than they really are.

Fourth, lighten up and think of the bigger picture. Stay calm by letting go of the need to know all the details of things. A less-serious approach will soothe your ruffled feathers and get things in perspective.

Fifth, know that it's normal right now to sometimes feel immobilized by not knowing what's going to happen. This is part of the spiritual path during these unique moments of time. The crazier things appear in the outer world, people's doubts and fears tend to get catalyzed. When you are in fear, you may discount what you already know and worry that you are somehow "behind." Calm yourself right now by remembering the truth: you are encoded at a DNA level to be here now and to discover how to fully express your divine power and authentic voice. You are no accidental visitor. There is a divine spark within you, along with a deep wisdom that will guide you through the unknowns and into the light.
