Sandra, M JKM 3-12-12 Message from St. Germaine about the Ascension Dynamics of the Light Worker Community Judith in Denver and Sean in Kelowna 5:15 am PST There is a great destiny fulfilled from the union of spiritual forces that have joined together. Because the veil has been so thin and because of the power of the cosmic forces, there is a dynamic that is unique now on the planet. Through the years of the awakening, the spirit workers, the light workers have awakened vortex centers and opened power gates, star gates and cleared ancient sacred sites. Through these years the veils have been, there is a participation in spiritual centers all over the planet with the spiritual ancestors, the light workers and cosmic forces. The group that has been prepared and awakened as sensitives and energy channels, they have received the initiations. They have been prepared and awakened. Their skill level is far more advanced than what it was 5 years ago and the cumulative factor between the development within the spiritual community of light workers of energy skills, working with the harmonics, working with the flow of energy, staying in the heart, sensitivity to the energies of the area, sensitivity to the spiritual ancestors, sensitivity to the cosmic forces and cooperation with the star brethre -- all of these factors have refined the system of energy dynamics on the planet that is extraordinarily unique and powerful. The effectiveness of spiritual groups have enhanced the gathering of souls to co create together as light workers and spiritual communities. They are able to work in a dynamic field now that requires skill. It requires bringing forth of spiritual gifts. It requires spiritual cooperation and co creation -- all of which are enhanced in many of the energy groups of light workers. The light workers have also formed a net of light and a support for each other, that is global. They are able to focus when one group is working in a certain area, and there are hot spots on the planet that need to be worked with. The community as a whole is able to focus and support the energetics, both on an individual and a collective level. This is called light work team building systems. The Preparation has been guided by the Ascended Masters by the Archangels and by the guides in the higher dimensions. The other factor that has truly raised the quality of vibration and the consciousness is that the light worker community is moving into a more powerful ability to work in multi dimensional fields. These are all the things, that upon awakening, each individual and light worker community had to become responsive to. It is one thing to be aware that you are multi dimensional. It is another to actually develop the skills to work in the multi dimensions. There are a quantum number of light workers now who are able to maintain the heart line, stay in the sacred center, and be flexible enough to stay grounded in the 3rd dimension, while working through the veil in many dimensions simultaneously. The result of all of this is that a higher, purer quality of energy has resulted from this. So the result is higher purer quality of energy. This energy is effective in both activating spiritual forces on the planet and simultaneously clearing old negative energy where it has been held in the spiritual centers where the ancestors knew the power of cosmic forces, the power of the Earth, that they were high intensity centers. Those are centers that have also been affected by the extreme duality of negative and positive forces of, what is called, evil and good. The light worker community now are developing the skills to clear out old pockets of negative energy that adversely affected the capacity for the sacred sites to resonate with harmonics and Divine energy. Many of the light worker communities that come in to be groups, in areas such as Kauai, are able to move the energy through their heart, transform and transmute negativity without becoming hooked by the energy and involved with it and affected by the negativity. They are able to allow it to heal and transform without disrupting the power of the sacred work they have come there to do. Kauai is a beautiful example of how the human dynamic was minimized with the chaos factors. The heart was opened and the spiritual forces of humans and the non-physical realm were cooperative with the whales, the spiritual kahunas, the kahunas of light, the warrior gods, the elementals and the light worker community. This kind of dynamic takes practice. The light worker community has had to develop the skills, and without much time. But it has taken years of life times of preparation for what they are able to do now. Many of the individuals and light worker communities are drawing on their initiations from past lives and the master teachings that they have, that they are carrying in their spiritual consciousness, and they are able to access those fields now. So there is a dynamic, not just in Kauai, but with light worker groups all over the planet. Kauai is a good example of how that dynamic could work in its pure sense, to accomplish the balance that is needed for the Earth, to accomplish the capacity for the energy to flow into vortex systems and into the world grid, rather than to deflect into negative destructive patterns. Remember, much of the energy from the cosmos is energy. It is how it is applied and channeled in a cooperative field of harmony and peace with the dynamic of the original blueprint in place. That is how, now, the cosmic forces are being effective because of this level of cooperation and co creation. The energy in the crystal grid is flowing in a less obstructive way. There are still obstructions in many places on the planet where violence and fear obstruct the energy, or old dynamics obstruct the energy. But, by and large, the crystal grid is open and there is a vital flow of energy between the immortal centers of consciousness, the eternal centers of Oneness and cosmic centers that are connected in the light web on the planet in the crystal grid. So, what has happened in Kauai is automatically, in an Omni way, received in Stonehenge, received in Giza, because the people have been there to do the energy work that is needed. And more and more are spreading out into areas of the planet to do the work in Nepal, to do the work in Africa, to prepare the grid, to clear the energy systems. So that, now, there is a living body of energy working, simultaneously and in harmony, from center to center, from group to group and through the veil with cosmic forces, through the veil, with the dynamics of the Master plane and through the veil with the ancient energies of Earth, itself. It is the opening of the alignment to the cosmic source that could either result in extreme devastation or ascension, and the flow of this conscious vibration and energy has moved through the vortex centers, through the heart line into the ascension vibration. Thus, the dynamics of energy on the planet are supported for wholeness. This is a foundation for a greater shift yet to come in the collective. This particular statement needs to be one that is thought about and really contemplated. There is a foundation energy with the crystal grid, the immortal temples of light and the light worker community that is the foundation for the greater dynamic shift for the collective, because the energy systems are in place, and working with quantum energetics and harmonics of light and sound frequencies, that are heart frequencies, that are omni frequencies, and that reach the quantum energetics much quicker because there is less obstruction and more opening to the dynamic of the blue print of the Great Plan Prophecy. That dynamic guides the work at hand. There are still places within these communities where individual's egos are still influencing the chaos, and their inability to be totally cooperative with other light workers. But even this minor ego dynamic that creates chaos at times and personal conflict within groups - because the energy becomes so intense - even these dynamics are not enough to infringe on the power of this work, because the overall collective energy, because there are enough light workers now who are flowing with the heart, who have the initiations and who have truly stepped into being masters of flow, masters of surrender, and masters of co creation and cooperation. This is a building system, but the foundation is there, in a new way, on the planet. Also each of the groups have been able to utilize the God intention of the cosmic energy. They have been fertile loam for the power. And because they have been fertile loam for the power of the Cosmic forces, with the God intention, being the guiding factor, those individuals have been elevated in skill. They have been elevated in their capacity to yet expand the principle and the dynamics of light consciousness, harmonics and Oneness. Many of the Star Councils and the Master realms have observed this dynamic, and there is a celebration, a great congratulation for this job well done. You are all Olympians. You have truly met the challenge, and the effects on the dynamics of core energetics of the Earth are quantum effects. The recommendation is to continue to allow the energy to flow through the heart source, allowing yourself to be less attached to any dynamic of personal chaos, and more open to flowing with Divine Purpose and Divine Harmony. This is an exercise. Everything you do is both and accomplishment and an exercise. This particular period of time has brought in new skill levels and there will be a lot more chaos in 2012. The chaos factor is mounting on the planet. Remember, you are living in the End Times, and the dynamic forces of the planet are very delicate and extremely powerful right now. The word 'delicate' is used because the balance can be lost quite easily. It can tip into chaos. It can tip into hooking into negative energies. It will require, in 2012, flexibility, flow, fluidity, generosity and grace -- mainly grace because the challenges that lay ahead are far greater than the challenges that you have faced so far. But you have the skills now. You have the ability. You have the comprehension and the cooperation. Build on those skills. When you find another light worker who is able to meet you at the heart and you come into a group that is able to meet at the heart, build on the skills, build on the ability to co create and cooperate. Discipline your mind. Observe what is out of balance but don't become what is out of balance, because it is easy now to step back and forth across the line between balance and chaos. Thus, if you are aware ahead of time that the chaos factor will increase, that (there are) opportunities for ego and chaotic personal relationships to interfere with your process, the opportunities will become even more intense. But you have skills you have never had before, you have capacity you have never had before. And you have drawn on the resources of building these systems through lifetimes of initiations and preparations for these times. You are not just this life and you know it. You are multidimensional and you are a spirit being that now can remember the lessons of spirit, can remember the skills that you have built through lifetime after lifetime. Draw on that foundation energy that supports the wholeness of your spiritual mission and the flow of cosmic forces through you. These times will be so powerful that, if you stop the heart flow, for even a bit of time, the chaos will be immeasurable. The reaction to energy will be higher than it has ever been. The reaction to energy will be at a high velocity plane. So this is an opportunity for you to step back and embrace yourself and give yourself a hug of 'well done'. And at the same time, take a deep breath, knowing that the skills you have now, as they say in the old days, rest on your laurels. The skills you have now, must be refined. You must train yourself even further in the art of surrender, in the art of co creation, in the art of flow and the capacity to stay in your heart center. Because what is coming to the Venus transit is the highest possible, most intense potential for the chaos factor on the planet, to act out in many places in extreme duality. Your light worker community must hold the sacred center for the whole collective dynamic, even when things around you, in the global dynamics, become chaotic. You must be able to allow the cosmic forces to flow through the sacred heart center in a cooperative energy that focuses on the Promise and the agreement that you made to be here now on the planet, to participate with these cosmic forces and with each other, and to have the greatest joy because you are sensitive, you are awake and you are able now to meet each other in the sacred center. Here in the past, frequently, the invitation would be there but you didn't have the capacity. Now you have the capacity. This is a message of encouragement, a message of congratulations and a message of awareness that you are not through the most intense part of this journey. It is yet to come. Being in the now, totally present in your heart, is the key -- and you know this. This is not news to you, as an individual, as a light worker. St. Germaine comes in speaking of alchemy, speaking in the capacity to participate with the energetics of the non physical dimensions through the purest of Divine Alchemy. St. Germaine has established guidance in the purest energy of the Germaine principle with an alchemist, and you are the alchemist and you are the community of St. Germaine. That now St. Germaine is working through that community for the purest and the highest alchemy. St. Germaine speaks saying, look not to what you do, but take joy in what is done through you. Look not to that which you understand as being the ultimatum, but know that there are dynamics beyond your comprehension and alchemical forces at work now that are reshaping the destiny of Earth. St. Germaine is guiding you and assisting you in these vibrations that are effective in transforming fear into love. St. Germaine speaks saying that you are the community that he has (been) called forth in a cooperative spirit of Divine Alchemy, and beyond that which you know or are able to understand, there are dynamics of geometric alchemy moving into place that create infrastructure of light for the consciousness of Oneness to manifest in the physical dimensions. These alchemical geometries are stable fields. They are constructed of love and they are directed at the purpose of Universal Oneness, with no regard to serve personal gain, but focused totally on the highest and purest principle of the Law of Universal Oneness. These alchemical geometries are in place now and will supersede faulty dynamics of old energy systems that were weak and imperfect. St. Germaine speaks now saying, the violet crystal field is energized and the dynamic of the St. Germaine Principle is fully activated in the harmonics of Universal Oneness. This means that you, with all of your sincerity to serve the light, to serve love and to serve the highest and the best for the Earth at this time, that you have a foundation of dynamic crystalline alchemy working in your field that is a complete crystalline structure. St. Germaine speaks saying that love is the dynamic that fuels this force and supports you through these challenges, that you have the resources to draw upon because the Divine Alchemy is in place. Q: It is very painful when someone we love has serious difficulties, such as mental illness, post-traumatic
stress disorder, or addiction. Sometimes it feels like their problems are so big that we can’t really help
them and so we may want to retreat from them and their problems.
At other times, we try to help, and then get consumed by the other person’s struggles.
What can we do to help in these difficult situations without getting overwhelmed?
Thich Nhat Hanh:
When you feel overwhelmed, you’re trying too hard. That kind of energy does not help the other person
and it does not help you. You should not be too eager to help right away.
There are two things: to be and to do. Don’t think too much about to do—to be is first. To be peace.
To be joy. To be happiness. And then to do joy, to do happiness—on the basis of being.
So first you have to focus on the practice of being. Being fresh. Being peaceful. Being attentive.
Being generous. Being compassionate. This is the basic practice.
It’s like if the other person is sitting at the foot of a tree. The tree does not do anything,
but the tree is fresh and alive. When you are like that tree, sending out waves of freshness,
you help to calm down the suffering in the other person.
Your presence should be pleasant, it should be calm, and you should be there for him or her.
That is a lot already. When children like to come and sit close to you,
it’s not because you have a lot of cookies to give, but because sitting close to you is nice,
it’s refreshing. So sit next to the person who is suffering and try your best to be
your best—pleasant, attentive, fresh.
Q: If I’m feeling a very difficult emotion, maybe anger, or deep sadness, and I try to focus on my breath,
isn’t that a way of avoiding my emotions?
Thich Nhat Hanh:
Usually people lose themselves in a strong emotion and become overwhelmed.
That is not the way to handle emotion, because when that happens you are a victim of emotion.
In order not to become a victim, breathe and retain your calm, and you will experience the insight that an
emotion is only an emotion, nothing more.
This insight is very important, because then you are no longer afraid.
You are calm, you are not trying to run away, and you can deal better with emotion.
Your breath is you, and you need alliance with your breath to be more of yourself, to be stronger.
Then you can handle your emotion better. You do not try to forget your emotion;
instead you try to be more of yourself, so that you are solid enough to deal with it.
It was heartwarming to see so many children at the retreat.
I feel comfortable with children. I have never been cut off from the younger generation.
Whether they are monastic or lay, communication is always “on” with the younger generation.
That is one of the elements of my happiness.

Each word we speak has a life of its own, a vibratory signature that
creates waves into the expanse of the universe.
When we speak or write, we use the vehicles of words to carry meaning, as well as energy, from ourselves
to another person or group of people. We may be speaking to our baby, our boss, or to an audience of
500 people. We may be writing a love letter, a work-related memo, or an entry in our own diary.
Whatever the case, each word we speak or write has a life of its own, a vibratory signature that creates
waves in the same way that a note of music creates waves.
And like musical notes, our words live in communities of other words and change in relation to the words
that surround them.
When we are conscious of the energy behind our words, we become capable of making beautiful music in the
world. If we are unconscious of the power of words, we run the risk of creating a noisy disturbance.
Some of us know this instinctively, while others come to this understanding slowly.
Most of us, though, speak without thinking at least some of the time, blurting out our feelings and thoughts
without much regard for the words we choose to express them.
When we remind ourselves that our words have an impact on the world at the level of energy, we may find
within ourselves the desire to be more aware of our use of language.
A fun way to increase our sensitivity to the power of words is to simply make a list of our favorite words and
notice the energy they contain. We can write them down and post them where we can see them, or we can
speak them aloud, feeling them reverberate in our bodies and in the air around us.
This is like learning to consciously play an instrument that we have been playing unconsciously for most of
our lives, and the effect can be startling and delightful.
As we grow more comfortable and confident playing the instrument of language, we will begin to compose
beautiful messages, creating positive energy every time we write or speak.
In just a few months, all that you have waited for will be here. Therefore, we wish to instruct you on how to align the frequency of your human self with the frequency of your Galactic SELF. You can best create this alignment by directing your thoughts to believe you are Galactic while you center your emotions on the feeling of unconditional love emanating from us, your Galactic Family. In this manner, you can better listen to our voice, see our presence with your imagination and feel us within your aura. With this intimacy of contact we, human and galactic, are ONE Being resonating to two frequencies of reality.
Now, connect your Heart and Mind by feeling our love while thinking of your Galactic SELF as you inhale our multidimensional light. Observe how our light shoots up into your Homeworld and down into Gaia. We ask you now to focus on this Light to see your Galactic Lightbody standing in front of you. Look into the eyes of this higher expression of your Multidimensional SELF and know that we are ONE. Feel the touch of your Galactic Lightbody's hand as it caresses your heart and touches your forehead, and experience the gentle rush of energy flowing between your human and Galactic SELF. Remain within this image as long as possible...
While you maintain this connection, recognize the doubts of your Ego and say, "I love you Ego. Please join our Galactic SELF. You know that your ego's thoughts are just a habit that arises from our unconscious. To better hear your unconscious, release ALL judgment of your Ego and say again, "I love your Ego. Please join our Galactic SELF." Continue to lovingly note any 3D, ego thinking, and remember that judging yourself only reinforces that habit. Therefore, be conscious of your Ego thinking in a detached and accepting manner.
Be patient, as in order to release all ego, you must release all fear. Fear=Ego and Ego=Fear. Ego is not your enemy. It is just a primitive frequency of humanity that only exists in the third and fourth dimension. Ego is much like the white part of the egg, as it feeds the embryo until the chick is ready to break out of the egg. If you can recognize your ego having fear, then you can remember to Surrender that fear to my Soul.
The difficult part is to remember to recognize when your ego is in control. Basically, if you perceive your self as human, your ego will be YOU. On the other hand, if I perceive your self as your Galactic SELF, then your SELF is in control and ego is the pilot for your earth vessel. Hence, instead of being your human self and listening to your Galactic SELF, BE your Galactic SELF talking to your human self. Because your Galactic SELF resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond, he/she/it will be speaking to you in the plural of unity consciousness:
Our dear Earth Self,
As our earth vessel holds a higher and higher resonance we connect directly heart to heart. However, we ask you to be patient for you are recovering from wounds that you have suffered in myriad third dimensional earth lives. Thus, we are sending love along with this message to assist with your healing. As you continue to download and integrate our light and love, your Third Dimensional Operating Systems that are still on-line will be replaced with your Multidimensional Operating Systems.
We anticipate that this upgrade into higher frequency neural patterns will be complete within about six months of your time. However, since time is an illusion, your neural circuitry may be transmuted sooner. In fact, within our NOW, your form is fully transmuted, which is why we are hovering directly in front of you. Every time you recognize our presence in your aura, for we are IN your aura, your process of transmutations exponentially accelerates your transmutation into Lightbody.
Take a long breath and breathe us into your heart and mind...
As you breathe-in our frequency, your heart opens and your mind expands enough to release all fear-based concerns. You can release old fears now because your inhale is pulling up old patterns of third dimensional programing, which you will fully release with your exhale.
With you exhale twice as long as you inhale, you can better complete the release of fear-based, third dimensional programing. Please try this breathing now...
Now try having two exhales for your one inhale. Inhale to pull up the old programing...
• Then, use the first breath of your exhale to release that programing...
• Use the second breath of your exhale to stabilize the higher circuitry that is instantly activated by the release of fear-based thoughts...

Dear Ascending Ones,
We speak with you as your Galactic Family. We understand that you are endeavoring to release your self-image as a human and replace that with the self-image of a Galactic Being who inhabits a human form. We, the members of your Galactic Family, happily support you with your "return to SELF.
Beloved Galactic Family Members, we are so grateful that you have come from many different planets, galaxies and dimensions to assist our dear sister Gaia in Her time of need. Most of you who are incarnate on Earth at this momentous time here have had experiences of personal ascension in at least one of the realities in which you have taken form. Some of you here have even had the experience of Planetary Ascension. It is because you have within your multidimensional consciousness the memory of the process of ascension that you have been chosen/volunteered to assist Gaia now.
It has been difficult for most of you to keep these ascension memories alive within your consciousness, but you have been victorious. Unfortunately, you have also had the experience of living in the underbelly of third dimensional life, so that you could gain full insight of living in a dualistic reality. The lives in which you explored your inner darkness were great initiations in which you learned to rise into the correlate heights of living in the light and love of the ONE.
Either way, at the point of Planetary Ascension, when the light and dark must merge into the ONE, your knowledge of the dark will allow you to maintain detached compassion. It is your detachment and compassion that will allow you to navigate the seas of Planetary Ascension as the final merging of light and dark into the ONE initiation the tremendous changes of returning to the higher frequencies of reality. We, your Galactic Family, have great hope and confidence that you as you NOW move through your phases of Personal and Planetary Ascension.
Other planets, such as the Arcturian, Sirian and Pleiadian planets, have ascended into the fifth dimension and beyond. However, none of them were as diverse and polarized as Earth. Because of the great extremes on Earth, you must heal your inner darkness and live within your great light. We are joyous that so many of you will have awakened enough to consciously connect with your true, Multidimensional SELF and can directly communicate with your Galactic and Celestial Family. It is through this communication that you will garner enough assistance to remember your own higher expressions of SELF.
Furthermore, while in contact with us, you will have access to our detached, higher perspective of the true goings on. This detachment will greatly free you from the many third dimensional illusions that will burst forth at this time. As polarities blend and illusions end, the resistance to change will be amplified by those who still carry fear of a different structure of reality. We are ever-present during this, your final confrontation with fear, to give you direct instructions regarding your process of Personal and Planetary Ascension. The first higher expression of your SELF that you will meet is often one of the members of your ascended Galactic SELF. To become this higher expression you will need to surrender all control of your physical body and life to your Multidimensional SELF. At first, your human ego will deny this shift in "management," so it is best to allow this process of "changing of the guard" to go slowly. However, by the predicted year of ascension, the close of 2012 A.D., we visualize that all of you have released your human facade and returned to your true, Galactic SELF.
Releasing the illusion that you are "only human" will be much easier if you have released many of your other third dimensional illusions. It is our hope that most members of your reality will know that we, the Galactic Federation of Light, are surrounding Earth and assisting you as much as is allowable within the guidelines of a polarized, free-will world. That said, we must remind you that there is no simple way to release the human sense of self that you have retained for myriad incarnations. In fact, each of you will need to call upon your vast experience to find your personal process of releasing the habit of being human.
All third dimensional habits must be conscious before they can be released. Therefore, part one of releasing your habit of being third dimensional is to bring the awareness of your Galactic Self up from your unconscious and into your daily life. If you can find the courage to share your personal return to SELF with others, you will greatly assist the process of Planetary Ascension.
A physical human bound in the belief in time and third dimensional thinking will find it very difficult to navigate the transmutation into fifth dimensional Earth. Hence, each of you must first ascend beyond your own habit of third dimensional thinking to completely embrace your new Multidimensional Operating System. In this way your can remember how to think, feel and perceive all reality through a multidimensional perspective.
The process of ascension begins within your consciousness, which is why your shift from third dimensional to multidimensional consciousness is vital. With third dimensional consciousness you only have conscious access to the first through the fourth dimension. However, with multidimensional consciousness, you can perceive all realities within the NOW of the ONE. You will not need to deny your earth vessel or the physical form of Gaia, as they are one of the myriad expressions of your multidimensional world. However, with multidimensional consciousness you can perceive your higher expressions of SELF of while you still maintain an earth vessel.
Returning to your multidimensionality is important because the frequency of your consciousness will dictate the frequency of light that your form can download and integrate. Then, the light quotient of your form will determine the frequency-range of your consciousness. As your consciousness becomes increasingly multidimensional, it will become simple for you to release your attachment to your human ego. Once you release this attachment, you will be able to transmute your remnants of ego back into its higher frequency expression of SELF. During your myriad human lives you have become familiar with the power of transmuting matter into a higher frequency of expression. As your human self transmutes into your Galactic Self, the information that we are now giving you will fully awaken in your memory.
Transmutation is the process of raising the resonance of any person, place, situation or thing by infusing it with the frequency of Violet Light to transmute all shadow into light. Due to Earth's law of free will, you will not have permission to transmute another human, but the Fire of the Violet Light will clear all shadows in which a person can hide their own darkness. It is the vision of one's own darkness that will disable anyone who has become so lost in fear that they would want to harm another. Furthermore, the Violet Light raises your own energy field beyond the perception of the lost ones, virtually making you invisible to their limited perception. To release the Violet Fire into your reality, simply say:

(NaturalNews) "We told ya so" just doesn't quite cut it anymore. As the American sheeple slept, selfishly refusing to take a stand against tyranny, the Obama administration has been plotting what can only be called a total government takeover of America.
On March 16, 2012, President Obama issued an executive order entitled, "NATIONAL DEFENSE RESOURCES PREPAREDNESS." (http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/03/16/executive-order...)
This executive order states that the President alone has the authority to take over all resources in the nation (labor, food, industry, etc.) as long as it is done "to promote the national defense" -- a phrase so vague that it could mean practically anything.
The power to seize control and take over these resources is delegated to the following government authorities:
(1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;
(2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;
(3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;
(4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;
(5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and
(6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.
This takeover is designed, in part, to "stockpile supplies" for the U.S. military. Authority for this total takeover of all national resources is granted with nothing more than the writing of a single statement that claims these actions are necessary to "promote the national defense." As stated in the order:
the authority delegated by section 201 of this order may be used only to support programs that have been determined in writing as necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense:
(a) by the Secretary of Defense with respect to military production and construction, military assistance to foreign nations, military use of civil transportation, stockpiles managed by the Department of Defense, space, and directly related activities;
What all this means is that the U.S. government now claims the power to simply march onto your farm with guns drawn and demand all your crops, seeds, livestock and farm equipment.
Think I'm exaggerating? Read it yourself!
And for those living in denial who refuse to accept the reality of what's happening in America, remember the following:
• When NaturalNews reported on the existence of the NDAA, we were told our reporting was misleading because Obama opposed it and wouldn't sign it.
• When Obama betrayed America and signed the bill, we were told our reporting was misleading because "it didn't apply to Americans."
• When Obama admitted it did apply to Americans, he announced that he would choose "not to use it on Americans" but only by the grace of his restraint. Nobody who previously accused us of misleading the public had the integrity to offer us an apology and say, "Gee, you were right, it DOES apply to Americans!"
• Now Obama has seized control over all food, farms, livestock, water and transportation across America. How many brain-dead Americans will continue to live in denial and try to convince themselves this is not happening? Sticking your head in the sand does not make this go away...
What California did to Rawesome Foods, the Obama administration can do to everyone
Remember the armed raids on Rawesome Foods? With guns drawn, California authorities assaulted the food distribution center, arrested the farmers, then proceeded to destroy $50,000 worth of food including milk, eggs, cheese and watermelons. As outrageous as that raid was, it's only the beginning. Now, thanks to Obama's executive order, the federal government can conduct Rawesome-style raids on all farms, all grocery stores, all food co-ops and even individual home gardens.
It's written in plain English. This is no longer debatable and it's not a conspiracy theory. It's Obama administration policy. For what other purpose would this be issued in an executive order if it was not seen as actionable by the government? This piece of paper, you see, gives them the (false) authority to do whatever they want and then have the front-line soldiers who carry it out claim "we're only following orders."
Sound familiar? Heil Hitler!
Understanding the fraud
This executive order starts out by stating that the U.S. President is the "Commander in Chief" of the U.S. military. This is false. He is not the commander in chief unless and until Congress declares an Act of War. No acts of war have been declared in recent memory, and certainly not under Obama who doesn't even seek congressional approval for war.
So Obama is in no way a "Commander in Chief." In fact, it is questionable whether he is even a U.S. citizen.
The phrase "national defense" can be twisted to mean almost anything. It could be invoked from something as harmless as a barge sinking in the harbor. It could even be invoked based on fabricated intelligence such as a fake website post from someone alleged to be "Bin Laden's second in command" who appears to shout some sort of threat against the United States of America. So the claim that this seizing of national resources will only be done under some sort of national defense emergency is pure bunk -- both Obama and Bush before him have already declared we are living under a national defense emergency! Thus, the conditions described in this executive order have already been triggered. It is already in effect!
Notice how nothing in this document talks about protecting the People? Serving the People? Supporting the People? It's all about protecting the government! The government needs stockpiles of weapons, food and resources -- but YOU don't! Such is the philosophy of current government which sees itself as all powerful and the People as helpless, mindless slaves of the state.
Tyrannical governments concern themselves with important concepts such as continuity of government but never the continuity of liberty for the People. At the first drop of a hat, liberty gets thrown out the window to keep government in power.

We have just passed through the first Equinox of 2012! Equinox being the point of balance between light and dark in the cycles of celestial time on our planet.
This is one of the two positions within our annual planetary orbit where the axial tilt of our planet is positioned such that it is "side-on" relative to our Mother Star or Sun.
In these two positions our planet's northern and southern hemispheres are equidistant from our Mother Star resulting in the length of our nights and days being equal wherein they are also the same lengths in both northern and southern hemispheres.
The tilt in our planetary axis is known as "obliquity" and it actually varies in a regular cycle, being about 23.5 degrees right now. You can read more about this in the Wikipedia topic "Axial Tilt".
From a cosmic plane perspective, the dynamic of balancing polarities is present within every Equinox. The Equinoxes within a highly pivotal year like 2012 take on even further significance. They represent the energetic fulcrum whereby the significant transition that 2012 represents finds its point of true foundation.
For us as human beings embodied on this lovely orb, it means finding that deeper point within our being that holds the potential of a much higher degree of balance so we can make it our new reference point in consciousness going forward.
We can also relate to the Equinoxes as cosmic "NOW" points. What we refer to as the "NOW" becomes experientially tangible when we have all polarities in balance. HOW we will experience an Equinox will thus be in part dependent upon what degree of polarity balance we have achieved.
If we are out of balance in some way then the energy of an Equinox will tend to bring various things into manifestation within our lives to help us see the imbalances and achieve a greater balance. If we are in balance relative to our own "evolutionary moment" then an Equinox will tend to bring things into manifestation within our lives that represent our state of balance.
The Equinoxes are therefore always powerful cosmic mirrors for balance. Yet in a year like 2012 they are especially so. One polarity dynamic that is very important in achieving balance as we all know is the yin-yang or feminine-masculine energies within our being. This balance within ourselves also relates to our ability to experience the NOW.
This primary polarity balance is also going to be relative to what our particular soul genetic encoding is for our current incarnation. Some genetic encoding inherently has a great deal more yin or yang energy in it.
In seeking a true balance of being it is important that we honor our soul's intent for our current incarnation versus attempting to use some abstract idea of what is supposed to be right for everyone, which simply does not honor our differentiated uniqueness and thus does not work.
The key to this is to really be true to YOU! If you have difficulty accepting YOU because of self-judgments and/or beliefs about what SHOULD be versus what IS, then this will pose a significant obstacle to truly achieving a balanced state that is appropriate for YOUR being on Earth.
To correct such situations the most powerful thing you can do is to start paying better attention to what your body feels about things. If you have a specific thought, feeling, belief, thought, idea etc that makes your body feel not so good, then it is attempting to tell you something! If you do not listen to it then you will not be a happy being in the end!
The Hawaiians have a word "unihipili" which roughly correlates with the concept of "nephesh" in the Kabbalah. This is the natural soul which is closely associated with your body. It is the devic partner you have teamed up with for the journey of life on Earth. The Hawaiian spiritual traditions will tell you that "if you do not listen to unihipili then you will lose!"
This is a statement of where your power as a human being truly lies and also that your happiness is rooted in honoring and listening to the most fundamental aspect of your human beingness.
This is the basis for what I have termed Core Energy Resonance (CER) in the New Earth Crystalline Circuitry program except my concept takes it a bit further. The basic process is the same though.
Right now is an excellent time for achieving greater balance by aligning yourself with the powerful energies of the devic nature of your own body-being while we are still quite close to the first Equinox of 2012.
Do so by taking your ability to listen to your body and honor it to another level. This will empower you at a whole new level of experiencing true Balance of Being. It is from this place that all that we seek comes to fruition.

Scientists have discovered the remains of what is thought to be one of Britain's first ever Christians after unearthing an "excessively rare" 1,400 year old Anglo-Saxon burial site in Cambridgeshire.
Discovery: The skeleton
The amazing grave in Trumpington Meadows contains the skeletal remains of a 16-year-old female Catholic convert lying on an ornamental bed clutching a gold and garnet cross.
It is believed the girl, from the 7th century AD, was a member of nobility, persuaded to join the Christian faith after the Pope dispatched St Augustine to England in 597AD.
St Augustine was a benedictine monk, known as the ‘Apostle to the English’, whose job was to convert Anglo-Saxon pagan kings and their families.
Amazing find: The cross
Dr Sam Lewsey, an expert on the period, said: "This is an excessively rare discovery. It is the most amazing find I have ever encountered.
"Christian conversion began at the top and percolated down. To be buried in this elaborate way, with such a valuable artefact, tells us that this girl was probably nobility or even royalty.
"This cross is the kind of material culture that was in circulation at the highest sphere of society."

An Indian man separated from his family for 25 years has defied the odds by tracking them down — using little more than a vague recollection of his childhood and some help from Google Earth's mapping technology. Here's what you should know about one man's miraculous journey home:
How was he separated from his family?
One day in 1987, 5-year-old Saroo Brierley spent the afternoon begging for change with his brother at a local train station. When it was time to go home, the boys boarded what they thought was the correct train. They were wrong. Exhausted, the young brothers fell asleep, only to wake up 10 hours later on the other side of India, hundreds of miles away from their family.
What happened when they got off the train?
The details are "sparse," says Kyle Wagner at Gizmodo, "but the few glimpses we get aren't happy ones." For a month, young Brierley and his brother tried to find their way back to their parents. At one point, the 5-year-old almost drowned in the Ganges river. At another, a stranger tried to abduct him and sell him as a child slave. His brother died. Eventually, Brierley was found by authorities and declared a lost child. He was placed in an orphanage, where he was adopted by Tasmanian parents who whisked him out of the country to start a new life.
How did he start searching for his parents?
Today, Brierley owns an industrial supplies store in Tasmania. But he never stopped thinking about his long-lost parents. In recent years, he started to remember the Khandwa train station where his journey began. And that's where he started looking.
What did he do then?
Brierley used Google Earth and some fragmented childhood memories to hunt in towns around the train station. "I kept in my head the images of the town I grew up in, the streets I used to wander and the faces of my family," he tells Tasmania's The Mercury. Brierley spent hours on Google Earth zooming around for clues, obsessively looking for something, anything that he recognized. Finally, he identified his hometown: Ganesh Talai.
And he found his family?
He sure did. Brierley joined a Facebook group for Ganesh Talai, says Chris Roberts at NBC Los Angeles, and began piecing together more clues from emails he sent to group members. Soon, he booked a plane ticket to India, roaming the streets of his childhood town until he located his family. "To this day, I still can't believe I managed to find my family, considering India's population size and how young I was when I lost them," he tells The Mercury. Brierley now plans to make a movie about his story.
What was his family doing all these years?
His mother says they searched endlessly for the boys, only to discover that one had died, with no leads regarding the other's whereabouts. Fortune tellers assured her that one day her son would return. "And he did," says Roberts. "With an assist from Silicon Valley."

From the outside, Wieliczka Salt Mine doesn’t look extraordinary.
It looks extremely well kept for a place that hasn’t mined any salt for
over ten years but apart from that it looks ordinary. However, over two
hundred meters below ground it holds an astonishing secret. This is the salt
mine that became an art gallery, cathedral and underground lake.
Situated in the Krakow area, Wieliczka is a small town of close to twenty thousand inhabitants. It was founded in the twelfth century by a local Duke to mine the rich deposits of salt that lie beneath. Until 1996 it did just that but the generations of miners did more than just extract. They left behind them a breathtaking record of their time underground in the shape of statues of mythic, historical and religious figures. They even created their own chapels in which to pray.
Perhaps their most astonishing legacy is the huge underground cathedral they left behind for posterity.
It may feel like you are in the middle of a Jules Verne adventure as you descend in to the depths of the world. After a one hundred and fifty meter climb down wooden stairs the visitor to the salt mine will see some amazing sites. About the most astounding in terms of its sheer size and audacity is the Chapel of Saint Kinga. The Polish people have for many centuries been devout Catholics and this was more than just a long term hobby to relieve the boredom of being underground. This was an act of worship.
Amazingly, even the chandeliers in the cathedral are made of salt. It was not simply hewn from the ground and then thrown together; however, the process is rather more painstaking for the lighting. After extraction the rock salt was first of all dissolved. It was then reconstituted with the impurities taken out so that it achieved a glass-like finish. The chandeliers are what many visitors think the rest of the cavernous mine will be like as they have a picture in their minds of salt as they would sprinkle on their meals! However, the rock salt occurs naturally in different shades of grey (something like you would expect granite to look like).
Still, that doesn’t stop well over one million visitors (mainly from Poland and its eastern European neighbors) from visiting the mine to see, amongst other things, how salt was mined in the past.
For safety reasons less than one percent of the mine is open to visitors, but even that is still almost four kilometers in length – more than enough to weary the average tourist after an hour or two. The mine was closed for two reasons – the low price of salt on the world market made it too expensive to extract here. Also, the mine was slowly flooding – another reason why visitors are restricted to certain areas only.
The religious carvings are, in reality, what draw many to this mine – as much for their amazing verisimilitude as for their Christian aesthetics. The above shows Jesus appearing to the apostles after the crucifixion. He shows the doubter, Saint Thomas , the wounds on his wrists.

The work and patience that must have gone into the creation of these sculptures is extraordinary. One wonders what the miners would have thought of their work going on general display? They came to be quite used to it, in fact, even during the mine’s busiest period in the nineteenth century. The cream of Europe ’s thinkers visited the site – you can still see many of their names in the old visitor’s books on display.
These reliefs are perhaps among some of the most iconographic works of Christian folk art in the world and really do deserve to be shown. It comes as little surprise to learn that the mine was placed on the
original list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites back in 1978.
Not all of the work is relief-based. There are many life sized statues that must have taken a considerable amount of time – months, perhaps even years – to create. Within the confines of the mine there is also much to be learned about the miners from the machinery and tools that they used – many of which are on display and are centuries old. A catastrophic flood in 1992 dealt the last blow to commercial salt mining in the area and now the mine functions purely as a tourist attraction. Brine is, however, still extracted from the mine – and then evaporated to produce some salt, but hardly on the ancient scale. If this was not done, then the mines would soon become flooded once again.
Not all of the statues have a religious or symbolic imagery attached to them. The miners had a sense of humor, after all! Here can be seen their own take on the legend of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. The intricately carved dwarves must have seemed to some of the miners a kind of ironic depiction of their own work.
The miners even threw in a dragon for good measure! Certainly, they may have whistled while they did it but the conditions in the salt mine were far from comfortable and the hours were long – the fact that it was subterranean could hardly have added to the excitement of going to work each morning.
To cap it all there is even an underground lake, lit by subdued electricity and candles. This is perhaps where the old legends of lakes to the underworld and Catholic imagery of the saints work together to best leave a lasting impression of the mine. How different a few minutes reflection here must have been to the noise and sweat of everyday working life in the mine.

How can there be darkness when I AM? How can there be darkness when I Am Light, and I shine? Only in perception can you feel submerged in darkness. Only in misperception, beloveds. You misread the map you hold in your hand.
Your heart is light. If you see darkness, you are not seeing. You have closed your eyes to Truth. Light is Truth. Darkness is a slip. Perhaps the speed of light has been too quick for you to grasp it.
I blow My breath on your heart now. I take away the heaviness of despair and replace it with the light from My own heart.
Remember it is for you to rise and not stay where you are. In fact, I will say to you that you are risen. When you feel yourself slipping and sliding, that is illusion. Illusion has its attractions. This doesn't necessarily mean that the attractions are true or that they give you value.
We could say that the illusion of darkness is a form of ego. Ego will go at you in many ways. It may tell you that no one has suffered as you have suffered, as if suffering makes you special.
You are already special. You are parked in My heart. Return your thoughts to My heart.
Doldrums seem real. They assail your heart. Yet there is no absence of light. Open your eyes.
Furthermore, here is a new world before you. You are ready to take off. You are going to be flying high. You are about ready to ascend. And where are you ascending to? Right where you have always been, only you wore dark glasses and didn't see.
"The room is dark," you say.
"Take off your dark glasses," I say.
You take off your dark glasses. Then you say: "Why, it is light. I am in the Light."
You took off your dark glasses, and then you saw you had landed in the light of Heaven.
Now you are ready to take off in a flight that takes you to where you are right now.
Life on Earth seems real to you. Too real to you. The solid sod under your feet is not real. It is not your foundation. The bright light of Heaven is your foundation. Your foundation is not beneath your feet. Your foundation is Heavenward.
Naturally, there is no above and below in Heaven. There is just Beingness, and we can call Beingness a Great Light. It is an eternal light. There are no blips to it. It is a light that stays on. It is not a dim night light. It is the bright light of the Sun, and you are that Bright Light of the Sun.
I cast My eyes on you, and I see the Bright Sunlight of your soul. Come see with Me. Come, look through My eyes and see what I see when I look at you. I see you before My eyes.
See through My eyes, and you will let go of darkness. At first, I was going to say that you would vanquish darkness, yet there is no darkness to vanquish, only Light to be seen.
This light that you are is not a glowing ember. It is the full light of Heaven. You are a carrier of this Bright Light. You are this Bright Light. It carries you!
You are never out of the Light. Time is fashionable in the world, yet only Eternity exists. Eternity is all light, and you are light, and all is light, and I am Light. Light can never be dark. Only when you cover your eyes can you imagine anything but Light, for Light I AM, and Light you ARE.

One design of our ships that you will be seeing more of in the days to come is what can be described as an inverted V, or boomerang shaped craft. These craft can be very large in size, they are black, with a single row of large lights running the length of both wings of the V-shape. Another type of craft you will begin to see in your skies is of a round shape, lighter in color, and can be visualized if you were to take a peach, cut it in half, and remove the pit. The pitted side would be the bottom side of the craft as it can be seen in the sky.
These are just two designs of the many types of ships we possess, and we feel it important to give you some idea of what to look for as we are now increasing the number and quality of the sightings of our craft. In time, our ships will become common knowledge to you as we will be traveling quite often through your world and approaching ground-level frequently to rendezvous with those who will be working with us, as well as while we are working to repair your planet and better prepare her for ascension.
These descriptions were created by the Galactic Federation of Light in order to give you some idea of how some of our commonly used craft appear. Many of you will be boarding these ships while working with us and you will receive a complete tour of their interiors and a rundown of its operation and capabilities. We wish as many of you as possible to become familiar with our craft so fear will not present itself upon our descent from the skies. There are some of you at this time who fear Cabal operated craft, and we assure you that the Cabal will not be permitted to interfere with our plans at disclosure and our personal working relationship with you.
Those of you who are interested in working with us have absolutely nothing to be concerned about in regards to any trickery at the hands of the Cabal. Your safety is of utmost importance to us, and we will take every step necessary to ensure your well-being. We have proven methods to deal with the Cabal and any of their military forces still aligned with them, and we will take countermeasures to any attempt to interfere with our plans. You have nothing to be worried about, and this will become clear to you when the first of you begin to work personally with us. These individuals will report back to your world their experience and share evidence of their time spent with us aboard our ships, and this will be your sign that everything is well and there is nothing to fear.
We will step up our recruitment program gradually as you move ahead and more of you learn to trust us and become confident in your safety. We will be recruiting from all corners of your world as we feel it is important to bring your human family together at this time in your history. Many of you will not only be meeting those from other worlds for the first time, but you will be meeting those from other countries that you have never visited before. This will be a tremendous step for the people of your world who will be coming together with so many from such different places that have been kept apart due to the separation of your current 3rd dimensional state. These walls are coming down, and you will no longer be separated from anyone you wish to be with any longer. You will be one people, and you will have representation within the Galactic councils as one race; the human race.
There have been peoples that have gone extinct through the course of their history, but this will not happen to your race. You will survive, and you will continue on to prosper greatly on your journey together, united as one common people. We, the Galactic Federation of Light, are here in great numbers to assist you make it through these challenging times, and the human race will shine in their moment together and live on to share their culture, their history, and their story to all throughout this universe. That is what awaits your people, and together we will not allow anything to stand in the way of your destiny. There will be mountains to climb and obstacles to be moved, but together we will get these jobs done that will see your race live on to share their tale, and what stories you will tell.
