Ideas about the lofty heights of Ascension are bandied around fairly easily in the various literature, blogs, seminars and websites. However, as much as we might know that humanity and Earth are moving forwards at a rapid rate and developing an awakened state of consciousness, many of our human issues still remain to plague us. The balancing act, therefore, revolves around managing the human emotional state and the ability to continue to work our way upwards in consciousness. Negative emotions, such as anger or fear, are defined as being fallen states, and so the existence of a negative emotion is clearly contrary to the Ascension process.

Understanding that Ascension means that we live our lives at the higher level – or heart-centred – of functioning, supports us to find tools to work out how to deal with negative emotions when they arise. This is important, because it is the lower types of emotion which create a lowered resonance state within us. Anything which is of a low resonance is, by definition, contrary to the raised resonance state of Ascension.

Ascension is defined as a shift into an alternative, higher and/or more expanded state of reality. When in this state of consciousness all of our abilities are enhanced. It is because of this that we become perceptually more competent so as to be referred to as psychic, and easily relate to each other telepathically. Ascension amounts to a dimensional shift, which we are able to do at this time while remaining physically alive on the planet. The big deal about the end of this Great Cycle of Time that is coming to an end on 21 December 2012, and which is detailed by the Mayan Calendar, is that we have the stellar opportunity to shift consciousness to such an significant extent that our experience of reality literally changes.

Achieving a dimension shift while alive on Earth, or Living in Ascension, is essentially related to raising our resonance. The ways that different people choose to do this are many and varied, but always revolve around a few essentials:

• Healing ourselves emotionally, physically and mentally to release whatever no longer serves us on our pathway forwards.
• Re-programming ourselves emotionally, physically and mentally so as to ensure we consciously decide what we want and how we feel and react.

Without the two aforementioned aspects of growth, we are unlikely to make the rapid progress that is required at this time in order to resonate with a higher dimension of reality, in Ascension. If we do choose to go through what are often the arduous processes of detoxification - which involve acknowledging our issues, feeling them and then releasing them - we progress in the following ways:

• The ability to forgive the self and others. It is impossible to forgive any other person until such time as we forgive ourselves.
• The development of self love. It is impossible to love the self until we forgive ourselves.
• The development of unconditional love for all in existence. This is a natural extension from forgiveness and self love.

In conjunction with these processes which help us to develop the ability for unconditional love, any positive shift within will create a shift in resonance, and this is what affects our DNA. Human beings all have dormant DNA. Although these parts of the DNA was de-activated so long ago, it still has the capacity to respond to the higher frequency vibrations which are responsible for raising resonance. Therefore, we re-activate our DNA by raising our resonance. Re-activated DNA results in an expanded, awakened and shifted state of consciousness.

Each and every single one of us is able to progressively enLighten ourselves and move towards the ultimate state of the expansion of consciousness, which is Omnipresence. Although we can certainly acknowledge that most people are a fairly long way off from being All-aware of All That Is, we are nevertheless genetically engineered to be able to be in this state, because Divinity resides within our DNA. Omnipresence is the consciousness of Bliss which is called Oneness. The most natural of all human drives supports progression is in this direction of expansion, and this is the reason why so many people seek the truth, yearn for meaning as to their Soul Purpose, and choose to develop themselves spiritually. We hanker after that which we know we lack, and that is the feeling and the experience of the state of Oneness.

With this in mind, we consider that the processes which are involved in continuously working on ourselves make perfect sense, because it is only by clearing and releasing our issues that we are able to find the peace, forgiveness and love within ourselves that enable us to live in Ascension. In turn, clearing and releasing our issues reduces the chances of falling into the low energy fields of negative emotional states. After working extensively on ourselves so as to raise our resonance, it becomes eminently easier to recover our position should we fall into feeling negative emotions, and/or acting out the associated behaviours. This is very different to what happens when living the reality experiences of a lower resonance. In lower dimensional states we tend to get stuck in the issues which are governed by emotions, and endlessly justify our behaviour in terms of the way other situations or people ‘make’ us feel.

We cannot ignore the fact that we, as human beings, remain susceptible to all sorts of emotions, regardless of our state of consciousness. However, when in a raised state of resonance we recover from them far quicker and, with continued practice, we may even avoid slipping into them for longer than a split instant. It is important to bear in mind that we cannot develop raised resonance, which is necessary prerequisite for the heart-centred Ascension experience of reality, if we continue to either suppress our issues or allow them to persist within us. Therefore, healing of all kinds should be attended to with the utmost urgency, if we want to continue to live on Earth in the future, in a higher dimension of reality.

Knowing that raising resonance is the key progress into the new and more pleasant realities of alternative dimensions, we more readily accept the fact that we are individually responsible for birthing the Golden Age on Earth, simply by doing whatever it takes to raise our resonance.

On July 12, 2012, I was awakened from dreamtime by the voice of Jose
Arguelles saying to look up the alignment for July 24, 2012. He said this is
a very important day. I immediately knew that was the ending of the
Dreamspell calendar for this year. I looked up the meaning of the glyph for
that day, and it is the Red Overtone Earth, which is guided by life force.

Then I looked in a book I have had for years called It's About Time by Nell
Arnaud. This is what it says about the Red Overtone Earth, which is called
Caban. " Caban is the glyph of the red earth and is the access point to your
natural alignment with Earth force. It is the point-of-perfect centeredness
in the eternal present from which all alignment and magic manifest. Your
center, the Earth center is the secret of gravity's magnetizing force. From
the center point within self, you align with this galactic center. "

It goes on to say "Caban is a symbol of the Earth Keeper, the keeper of the
garden, the shaman-healer who, through reverence for all life, heals and
sanctifies the Earth. As you bring light to yourself, you bring light into
matter. Caban also has a staff that is both connected to the cosmic
consciousness of the stars and firmly planted in the Earth. Caban holds the
ascension of Earth and all humanity."

After reading the meaning of this glyph I understood what is so important
about this day. It is a day when we need to do ceremony, or meditate, to
initiate another consciousness shift to push us totally into a new reality.
If enough of us can bring in the light we can cause a big difference in the
world. It would be kind of like the Harmonic Convergence that happened in
August of 1987 which pushed us into a new timeline. The Harmonic Convergence
was instigated by Jose Arguelles. He has been nudging me to get this
information out there so we can gather in consciousness and move into the
energy of love, joy, and magic.

The tone for Caban is called Overtone and is the number five. This is the
number of the year we are in. The number 2012 equals five. The Goddess Star
is a five-pointed star and represents the planet Venus and the Pleiadian
system. This is what the Mayan Calendar is based on.

The meaning for this Overtone is about radiance and the vibration of center,
empowerment and taking command. Radiance is the quality of radiating out
from center, expanding one's essence and energy so that it is felt,
perceived, and seen at a distance. Use this Overtone to empower your
radiance by committing to your center. Your center is the most stable, wise,
calm, joyous, and powerful part of you.

Being centered means to be self-validated, self-assured and aligned with the
present moment. When you are this intimately connected to yourself and
aligned with the present moment, you are an unstoppable force, able to take
command and be resourceful. All the energy and intention to this point has
been gathered up to empower and intensify the intention of your creation and
to facilitate the next phase of creation. See why July 24 is such a
powerful day? July 24th is the last day of the calendar, and July 25 is a
day out of time and also a time for celebration. It is New Year's Eve for
the Dreamspell.

I think it is very important to pay attention to those days and connect with
this energy. It's time to move out of pain, suffering, and all of that old
third-dimension stuff we don't need anymore. This Dreamspell calendar is
lined up and starts with the star Sirius rising over Egypt and the Pyramids.
Sirius was a very important star for the ancients. It was also very
important for the United States because our government was set up on July 4,
1776, which lines up with 13 degrees Cancer and that is where Sirius is
located in the heavens.

The glyph for July 26, or this upcoming year, is the Blue Resonant Storm and
is ruled by the planet Pluto, which is a very powerful planet. This glyph is
called Cauac and is the initiation by fire, the lightning path, and the
arrival of the thunderbeings who bring the final transformation. To the
Maya, Cauac represents the storm, the thundercloud full of purifying rain,
and the lightning that shatters any false structuring of reality. Pluto
rules Scorpio, and Saturn will be moving into that sign in October of this
year. The moon's node will move into Scorpio by the end of August so look
for the shattering of false reality.

This is why it is so important to release all of your fears, worries, and
negative thinking now so you can move into this new energy and start
manifesting happiness. Live in the NOW! Yesterday is gone; tomorrow is not
here yet, so what is there to worry about? Worry is just an illusion anyway,
so why stress out worrying about what may happen? Create from the energy of
your heart. All is well in my world. Blue storm will open a gateway to new
consciousness.

The tone for the Blue storm is called Cosmic. This tone will last from July
26, 2012 to July 26, 2013. Cosmic, the final and thirteenth tone of creation
is the Cosmic Tone of presence and the vibration of endurance,
transcendence, and magic flight. Presence is the connecting thread among all
of life. The presence of life is what we all share.the universal life force
that underlies and unifies all things.the presence of spirit, the presence
of love, the presence of your cosmic self.

Use the Cosmic Tone to bring your full presence into the world and express
your spiritual consciousness. Be present in each and every moment. Rejoice
in your ability to transcend all limitations and to endure the waves of
life. Be fully present to the waves of life for their entire duration. This
tone represents the final stage of completion. Be flexible and allow for
change and new viewpoints. Expect dramatic transformation this year.

The Olympics are starting on July 27, 2012, and it is in England this year.
England has been one of the main powerhouses for the banking system and
control of the world. The reason for this is that the energy from the great
central sun that holds 27 galaxies in place focuses into Stonehenge and the
dark took control of that area. .If we focus our energy on this area at the
opening ceremony of the Olympics, and send lots of love and light and good
thoughts to that area we can change the energy from one of control to one of

Shifting Realities ~~ Part 2
When you choose to move into the freedom that is natural on the 5th dimension, you are presented with the ultimate opportunity of living and loving from the consciousness of your Presence. As you move into more and more of your Master Self, you begin to live in the true joy and inner peace that can only come from ascending out of the past and into the fullness of what each unfolding moment is presenting to you.
You are literally within such a magnificent period in your spiritual evolution that you can now ask to be breathed by Spirit into more wholeness. This can happen naturally the more you are willing to accept who you truly are and to live from and as your Master Self. Life will then start living you rather than you trying to control your life according to your ego's pre-determined plans. As you let the Love and Light of Source guide you, through your own Presence, then the new ascension frequencies will be able to flow into your spiritual centers, into your DNA and into the cells and atoms of your body with much greater ease.
The ascension is a clarion call going out to all of life with the intention of magnetizing everyone more fully into their own Presence or God Self. Its frequencies are surrounding and penetrating the whole of your being so you can be fully enveloped and empowered by the Love and Light of Source. These energies are currently moving through the world you were part of creating, and now you have the opportunity of being part of creating and ascending into a new world! You have not been invited to be a part of creating the foundations for a new world since the last Golden Age in Atlantis.

During the ascension everything within and around you, including all other life forms, will be moving into more of the Love and Light of Source. Animals and people that were once enemies will become great friends and war will become an impossibility. You have already actualized your desire, precious hearts, to be a conscious part of this great ascension. As you look around, you might start seeing that there are others who have also agreed to remember why they are here and what they have come to create from the consciousness of their Presence ~ a Presence whose potential is totally unlimited and unconfined by the past.
The ideas that humanity has held as the truth for thousands upon thousands of years are now starting to collapse as you move deeper into the consciousness of your Presence. The actual pressure of holding on to the past or the future is being removed as the present is being accepted as holding the only true power and from there, all can be created with the spontaneity of children as well as the overall awareness and consideration for everyone involved.
When humanity starts living in the present as the Love and Light of Source, all relationships around the world between people and nations will become honest and spiritually connected. Priorities will start shifting away from the material world and into your spiritual inheritance, and with that your day-to-day lives will start stimulating your ancient memories of how to live in a Golden Age. As the illusions that have kept you in the mouse maze of your limited 3rd dimension continue to dissolve, your very atmosphere will start pulsing with more stability, joy, peace and divine, unconditional love. Then you will know what all enlightened beings have discovered down through the ages ~ nothing really brings you greater satisfaction than being in complete harmonic resonance with your Presence.

The meditation that I would like to share with you is very simple. And due to it's simplicity it can be practiced in many places at any time . There is no right or wrong, this time or that time for this meditation and It can take a few moments. its very easy. So I would like you to just take a few moments to practice this.

What you do is, if possible, if you are not driving or if you are not doing something where you need to have your eyes open, close your eyes, just because by closing your eyes what happens is that the senses relax a little bit more. Good to sit up, good to have your back straight so that you're really focused on the conscious aspect of this meditation.

So as you sit up and close your eyes, taking a few moments to breathe in, the in breath is very important. So don't just breathe in, in an automatic way, in a mechanical way. This is part of our attention moving always to the external aspects, even the breath then becomes external to you. So when you breathe in, what you are doing is you are bringing everything around you a little bit closer to you. So basically you are saying to yourself ”I allow my heart to feel more intimate with life. I allow my heart to be more vulnerable to the waves that come and go, that life is always creating around me, with no fear.”

So as you breathe in, its impossible to feel fear. If you take a deep in-breath what you are doing is allowing the fear to move out of that space that occupies feelings. If you breathe in deeply what you are breathing in is a life force that is very vibrant. Breathe in deeply and then just simply, as you breathe out, let go, breathe out, let go, and imagine that all those aspects of life that are swirling around in your mind, or that are occupying the space of the heart or that are occupying you, or stressing or creating tension for you, imagine, imagination is very powerful, imagine that through the out-breath, is moving out from your body, out from you feelings, out from your mind. It requires a little bit of discipline to do this because it's so easy to drift back into another thought, another feeling, another situation, another idea, another dream.

Rather than do this, just have the intention so clear that all that will happen now is that you are letting go and becoming a channel. Becoming an open vessel for the divine aspect that is inside of your heart. So let go of the mundane, no matter how important it is, no matter how practical those issues are that need to be dealt with.

Give your heart a moment to deeply relax, to really come back to itself so that you are doing nothing, all you are doing is breathing in deeply again.

And as you breathe in deeply, not trying to change anything, not trying to change the thoughts or the feelings. Simply allowing the vibrancy of the in-breath to fill your body. See when you do this as you are doing now, what is happening is that you are helping the body move to a higher vibration, to a higher state of being. And this is the only possible way to change any situation around you. That is to move beyond it, not to be attached, not to be caught up, not to be stuck or limited by whatever life is throwing at you. But rather to completely let go as you breathe in, to completely let go of everything except the gratitude of being alive, because that's all that counts, is this moment. And this moment is your in breath. As you breathe in, everything else is of no importance because after the in breath there is a moment between the in breath and the out breath where you can be still. And in that stillness there is an open space, there is a feeling that goes beyond human feelings. There is a deep, divine feeling that begins to bubble up from the depths into this wonderful being that is you. The human aspect that is you. And you begin to feel better. This is how transformation happens.

You transform through joy and happiness. So as this beautiful vibrancy begins to become more your reality, then things begin to shift, begin to change. And wisdom comes to you in a very strong way then those other senses, those more subtle senses are open. This is how we open the other senses. And they begin to allow the energy of the divine to flow through all the glands of the body, all the organs of the body, including the mind and the heart and allow those aspects of yourself, to realize, as you are feeling this gratitude and aliveness in this moment, to realize what is really important and what is simply karma, what is simply an action that takes you nowhere.

When we know that time is precious, when we know that life is precious, we utilize this gift in a very special way. We don't waste it, we don't create limitations around it. And that is the out breath. We let go of whatever stops this feeling. Now that you begin to have this feeling, take a few moments to bring your consciousness back to the area of the heart, the heart energy point. Feel this in the chest and realize that you are not alone, that by doing this action you are connecting to many, many conscious beings around you who at this moment are celebrating the Divine, and you have just been invited to this celebration.

So what else can you do?

When you breathe in and you breathe out and you feel good, and there is happiness inside of your heart; you celebrate and you invite more people to this wonderful space that is ever expanding, that is beyond the limitations of mind, can not be understood through the mind. It is beyond the limitations of negative emotions, of selfishness, of feeling insecure, lack of self-esteem, all those human aspects that are important but that take us nowhere, let them go. As you move to a space of celebration, take a few moments to bring this awareness, even if it is just in the imaginary world, take a few moments to bring this awareness into your whole being. The whole physiology of your body begins to change.

Freedom is our birthright. Allow yourself to vibrate with this word, feel its energy permeating your being. What would it feel like to have freedom flow in every aspect of your life? What would it feel like to be living on a planet where freedom flows through every aspect of everyone’s lives? What would our co-creation in the flow of freedom look like? I love feeling into this flow, allowing it to fill my energy field with this vibration, because within freedom, is love, joy, inspiration, empowerment. The Edge of Immediate Change

Many of us are creating deep changes in our lives. Waves of high vibrational frequencies are moving through the Universe, rocking our boats and sending us up and down on surges of energy. The swells and troughs of this energetic movement can be felt as uneasiness or excitement, then dropping down into lethargy or inertia; going from inspiration to pointlessness. It is all just vibratory feelings. Observing the movement and the fluctuations, with a sense of humor, laced with the wonder of it all, helps us to remain fluid so we can go with the flow of energy.

In the outer world, these surges are assisting us in consciously forging new pathways, making new choices and alignments and actually integrating new identities. No matter how change comes to us – whether it be in unexpected events, or our conscious creation – it brings endings and new beginnings. All this movement can make us feel like we’re on an emotional roller coaster. These waves of energy can take us into maelstroms of emotion that gradually build up and then crest in outbursts of feeling. If we keep allowing the waves to pass through us, they are highlighting emotions that we have denied. They are rising to the surface and passing through, so don’t hold on and examine, just let it pass over you, like waves in the ocean, and love yourself through it.
Swells and Troughs

The month of June, although busy, was a building of energy, rising up the swell of a great wave. Now we have crested and have been sinking into troughs and rising up swells, cresting again and going down into the trough again. Anyone a little seasick? At times I feel very fast movement then tapering off, then flowing fast again as we move with the motion in the ocean of energy. Many are honoring the need to create change in their lives, beginning to do things differently and to make different choices. The energy can be rather wobbly with many starts and stops along the way, creating feelings of vertigo or motion sickness as we pick up speed and then experience delays. Enthusiasm and excitement give way to frustration or dead calm as we feel that one moment we were so excited about a prospect, the next moment feeling no enthusiasm at all. Remaining observant, with a sense of humor and non-attachment to the ups or the downs is a spiritual practice that leads to inner freedom.

Energetic Sensitivity

You may be feeling discomfort in certain places or situations, which leads to irritability. What doesn’t resonate with our new vibrational frequency becomes unbearable and impossible to tolerate any longer. Our Souls are being infused with Life Force Energy, which is filtering through the dimensional frequencies that we embody. If there are aspects of beliefs or the residue of events from our past and from other lifetimes that disallow the flow of our natural Soul vibration, energy isn’t able to move in these areas. This causes limitation, a feeling of powerlessness or stuck-ness that feels like pain – be it spiritual, mental or emotional – it finally manifests in the physical, whether it is reflected in the health of our physical body, or lack of the flow of energy and freedom in our lives. Pay attention to your feelings and to your intuition. Even the tiniest nudges around situations that feel relatively unimportant can put you on a trajectory of energetic integrity.
Riding the Waves

For example, let’s say someone invites you to a future event and your initial feeling is no, it’s not going to work for you, even though you don’t yet have plans for that time. You just feel it’s not going to happen. Then your friend expresses disappointment, so maybe you say yes, even though you have this feeling. And then the day of the event comes and there’s something else you are wanting to do, or something happens and you’re simply unable to go. Then your friend is even more disappointed because you had promised to be there, bypassing your intuition. Or you’re disappointed because you’re missing doing that other thing that holds higher energy for you. Loss of life force energy occurs when we don’t honor our intuition. We have an opportunity to ride these waves of energy to new experiences and inspiration, and when we follow our intuition and our hearts, we can navigate the flow and catch a wave that takes us into new, higher frequencies. So it is important to remain alert and aware of the energy outside and within us.
Graduate School

We are learning to become masters in discerning energetic shifts and changes in frequencies. I have said this before, we are in an accelerated graduate program, on our way to becoming conscious co-creators, standing our ground when it feels right, and letting go into surrender when that is needed in order to flow.
Divine Selfishness

Part of our experience of Freedom is to honor our intuition and to make choices that feel good to us. This is the practice of Divine Selfishness. When we live always trying to please others, we cause grief to our Souls. This blocks the flow of our Divine Energy. We end up angry or depressed or resentful and these feelings open a floodgate of other lower vibrational energies that often lead to physical dis-ease.
Worm Holes

At times we are travelling through worm holes, taking us into new experiences, a vortex of energy spinning us through these tunnels – or inter-dimensional conduits. We need to have clear intentions so we can release into trust that our intentions are carrying us through the chaotic churning energy into our Soul’s integrity.

If you travel into eddies of fear or despair, allow the feelings to wash through you. Reach your energy or focus outward to people you love and people you feel harmony with – even if you don’t know them well – it’s like reaching out a helping hand or touching someone’s spirit, making a connection in knowing that we are not alone in this experience.
Touching Spirits

So many people are going through turmoil as change tumbles their reality. So many people are in grief as those they love choose to leave this physical plane. As we reach out to each other through the inner net, as if to hold etheric hands, we make those connections in a very real way and we strengthen our resolve and our ability to move through turbulence. The vibration of love helps to calm the waters we are flowing through, even if all around us is chaos and upheaval. So when someone pops into your mind – even if it’s someone you don’t know very well – a passing person you smiled at, or someone who helped you at the market – make the connection and send out the vibrational frequency that feels good. It is like irrigating the human field of consciousness with love and raising our collective vibration.
Dealing with Unconscious Behavior

We are literally diffusers of energy – just like the way a diffuser of essential oils allows the fragrance, which is also an energetic frequency, to permeate the atmosphere, we are constantly diffusing our energy into the world.

There are many people who are living in total unconsciousness about this aspect of themselves, and they diffuse all their emotional frequencies out into the atmosphere without any regard or consciousness about how they are affecting others. Those of us who are energetically sensitive can find it really challenging to live within an environment of chaotic unconscious energies that are pinging our energy fields, like many balls in a pin-ball machine (remember those?). It can feel like being bombarded by little metallic balls of energy constantly irritating us and all those around us. Unconscious people don’t realize this is what is irritating them, causing them to send out these balls of energy, adding to the chaos. This is especially prevalent in crowded environments.
Masters of Energy

If this is what you are experiencing, please find the understanding within you that you are a Master of Energy, and that is why you are in this environment. As you walk through the winds of unconsciousness, you have the chance to diffuse peace and gentleness into the environment. And, being in the Graduate School of Consciousness, you will rise to the thrill – the enlivening challenge – of maintaining stillness, peace and joy within you no matter what’s going on in your environment. Play with this – pay attention: You are in a vibration of extreme irritation and chaos, and you call the Life Force energy into your being, allowing it to permeate your entire energy field, calling up the vibration of peace, playfulness and happiness. Allow it to radiate outward. For example: do this before you enter the retail establishment that is pulsating with people’s unconscious wanting and impatience. Diffuse this energy and see what happens. Some people may become more annoying and angry and may actually storm out of the environment, others may begin to laugh, the person waiting on people may suddenly feel a shift in their energy and begin to feel tension draining away. Remember to smile and connect to people through your eyes. You will witness shifting energy as a feeling of relief spreads throughout the environment. By diffusing the high vibration of love, we are assisting in the Awakening of all.

Freedom vs. Authority

We hear all over the world about governments making decisions and implementing programs to regulate the activities of the Human Beings of Earth. Yes, the Human Beings who are in the position of having the Authority granted through government to do what they can to monitor and control the masses are feeling much fear as structures – be they third dimensional (physical) or 4th dimensional (emotional/mental) – are collapsing. For thousands of years the Authority operated through fear to keep Humanity separate from one another and from nature. All this is changing now. Each Human Being can assist in this process by taking responsibility for their energy and their life situations. This is about growing up, rising into our power.

There is much power when Human beings awaken to the reality of Oneness. When the Human Being acts in Coherence, we become masters of conscious manifestation. Without realizing it, we have been acting in coherence in focusing on negativity and fear. Look at our world. We have created it all. Actually, there is no authority other than our own focus and attention. We, the Masters of Energy, are claiming our power in One-ness, that’s why connecting with one another in the third dimension and in the inner realms is so important.
Politics, Economics and Anger

Further dividing us are our viewpoints, no matter what they are. I know it is difficult in this world to observe political decisions that act against freedom, fairness, and respect for the earth, without getting emotional about it. After all, we are humans and we have emotions. But feeling anger gathering within oneself over elitist political stances and destructive choices does nothing to help the human connection other than to send toxic vibrations throughout our energy fields and the energetic being of Humanity. Anger is a vibrational frequency that moves energy, and it’s better than the powerlessness of depression. We can use the anger to pulse outward through our energy field when we feel it, because repression is not going to serve us either. The drive of the anger that we feel can be put into action to support the energies that sustain life. However, pointing fingers and blaming others is adding gasoline to the fire.

Tuning in to my guides for a vaster perspective, I am shown that the noise of the world, meaning the opinions and control that is trying to be asserted are distractions from the more important work at hand that has to do with loving ourselves. Acting upon that frequency of love in every moment of our lives is the only way we can rise above the churning waters of fear and powerlessness.
Joyful Noise

Again I am given the vision of human light bodies holding hands and strengthening a grid of light and love, creating an actual energy field for other human beings to rise up into.

I am seeing the separation of border crossings, war and government authorities acting upon what the money wielders tell the politicians to do, creating the fear and separation in our world. These “powers that be” are in fear, because the higher energies are collapsing their structures. So they are making a last ditch attempt to assert their control against a tide that is relentless and unstoppable.

Grassroots and solidarity in love and fun is our strength. When I think of Human Beings – the people of the Earth, I see people who love to create, who love to feel good, to taste life, to create music and art, to dance, to share recipes, to make a joyful noise unto the world. This is what we must celebrate and amplify in our individual and collective lives.

The Sun without and the Sun within

In my Monday Channeling telecalls, the Vastness of Being have been showing us how to work with solar energy. Bringing that energy in through our 6th chakra and sending it down to our Dantian. In Qi Gong, this usually refers to the area in the lower abdomen, beneath the navel and about a third of the way in to the abdominal cavity. Also known as the Hara in Japanese energy medicine, this is considered to be the foundation of life. There are Dantian connections at the top of the head, the third eye and the heart as well. The practice I have been shown is to connect with the Solar energy, bring it in through the third eye and send it down into the abdominal Dantian and then pausing to allow this life force energy to fill us. The Vastness of Being have said that the Sun is a star gate and that the Dantian within us is also a star gate, connecting us to our multidimensionality and also filling us with vitality and life force.
Sharing the Same Sky

And so we are continuously evolving with the Earth, gaining vibrational momentum through our choices and intentions, always connected to one another. Play well, choose love, celebrate, laugh, connect, for all those who we come across in our daily lives, are reflections of ourselves.

As you begin to 're-member' who you are, planetary guardianship becomes one of your major responsibilities. The cetaceans provide a model of guardianship you can benefit from by observing. Through the use of their rituals, their song and their travels (migrations),cetaceans vivify the biosphere. Whale song has been found throughout all the oceans of the world. The actions of whale song are found throughout the skies of the world. Even in the deepest parts of Africa, the Americas, Asia and Europe, the Devas of sky, earth, and water have joyously received the song of the cetaceans. Your world's tribal shamans have full knowledge of its great energies. These wise women and men are well aware that whale song creates necessary, life-sustaining resonance. During every winter in each hemisphere on your planet, the whales' songs bring forth a new and glorious life cycle.

Dear Ones, guardianship is akin to spiritual stewardship. You are the principal element in a huge, cascading chain of life. This chain consists not only of animals and plants but also of rocks, water, and sky. Aspects of the Devic kingdom exist in each one of them. Are we Source, are we within Source and what is the Ascension

within Source.

Yesterday while thinking about the oneness and source I saw something that I would like to explore further.

We all have this feeling or knowing of being God, Source or whatever name you use.

Now if there is one Source, just imagine we are all copies of Source and

Source itself is our playground.

It's hard to explain, but see it this way, we have a human cell, within the cell is the nucleus, the part that contains everything the cell needs to take on a form.

What if this nucleus keeps on multiplying within that cell, the cell itself keeps expanding as well, as each particle within the cell multiplies as well.

We are the nucleus, the cell itself is our playground taking on form around us.

We exist within it, oneness is when every nucleus flows freely amongst others.

Expanding as well, so each nucleus becomes as big as the cell, but without interfering with others.

Taking on form in that huge playground.

So each nucleus has its own source, its own consciousness, its own awareness, but flows freely amongst all others in oneness.

Moving as one being.

Now each one takes on different forms, as within this playground, universes, planets have been formed already by the beginning first nucleus, or source.

It is like each of us is a drop of water in the ocean, but the first drop has already become the ocean and we are becoming the ocean as well.

I saw it in a picture so it's hard to explain within words.

Now exploring further, each one of us chooses certain forms at times, not all the time. When we choose a form we start to focus part of our energy on that form to create the form.

Think of the physical body as a form we chose to create, we focused part of our energy on this physical form. When we focus on a certain point the energy gets closer together and starts to form a shape.

The longer we focus on the form of the physical body the more and more of our energy gets focused or attached to this physical shape.

To keep the physical form we created certain rules within our energy that allowed us to have less focus on the form, sort of like putting the physical form on automatic pilot.

We created an attachment to the earth that would keep the physical form connected to the earth. Like when some people see this silver cord when astral traveling, the cord that keeps them connected to the physical body.

This cord actually moves all the way through the physical body into the earth core.

It's almost like when a baby is born it is connected still through the umbilical cord and the placenta to the mother. This is what I saw within the earth, something that looked like a placenta and all humans connected to this placenta through that silver cord. This silver cord is also what some see as the core of our being, the kundalini flows around it to keep the cord energized.

When people start the ascension process, this core becomes bigger, widens and at one point can be disconnected from the placenta within the earth.

This is also where I think we need to think about what is really ascension.

I see people say they have ascended, but what does ascension really mean as there are so many different forms of ascensions.

When we talk about ascended beings, we talk about beings that have ascended beyond the physical form and returned to their complete energy form, or source form.

I would like to call that ascension, we usually call it cosmic ascension as it is a way to describe the difference between ascending in frequencies and dimensions and ascending completely beyond frequencies and dimensions.

I would use the word shift for reaching higher frequencies and higher dimensions as this usually pertains to a shift in awareness, and or a shift in consciousness.

This process is a constant process right now as we are moving towards the Galactic Center and the energies can be felt within each moment.

Depending upon the choices you made before coming here and the choices you made while being here upon earth, the shifting will continue up until a certain point or move all the way beyond the physical form back to your source form.

The earth herself, also a source being just like us took on the form of this planet we live on. She has made it clear that her time is come to ascend beyond the physical form. Now this has certain consequences for all life upon her so the plans were made to make a sort of facsimile for the earth, what many call the new earth.

The shift is where all move in a way from the old earth, as she is ascending onto the new earth. The new earth is within the same space of the old earth so many will not notice this shift or movement happening.

What does happen is that since all humans are connected to the earth through the cord and the placenta, the core crystal we might call it, has to be disconnected and moved and connected into the new earth.

This is a massive undertaking as I saw the pictures in front of me, as it means that all grids that are within the earth have to be dissolved to let this core placenta go through.

The grids are like a casing, a netting that would slice the placenta into pieces.

Now we can all say this is an illusion, but we are dealing with energies and physical energies, energies so dense they have a physical form, or seem to have a physical form.

I know all the other opinions, we are dreaming this, we are not really here, we are all one and the same and just move your awareness or consciousness beyond it, just love everyone and it will be alright, nothing can be done to you, etc. etc..

But we are here within the physical body, on something we experience as a physical planet, within a physical universe and more physicality than just us as we have plants, trees, animals, even the sun and the moon and other physical planets and stars.

To ignore one fact, the physical, is to ignore our entire existence either as source or source being.

The talk about moving beyond it is easy, but no one really moves beyond it unless you move beyond the physical body back into your source form.

We can all create a different reality, but we also created this reality where we are all living upon a physical planet and it is a reality we have to deal with no matter what, thinking it is an illusion is one way, there are many other ways.

I see the universes, source our playground, like the earth, as above so below. In a way we are all connected as we have a human form, in another way we are all different as each human looks and acts differently.

Just like on earth where we have plants and animals etc.. We also have beings that took on different forms within the universes, the playground.

There is more to the eye than we can see at this moment and exploring every little bit is getting us closer and closer each time as we move through these amazing times of change.

Humanity is about to ascend into a more subtle physical form. This will be a gradual change, not a sudden transformation. The start of the new Mayan time cycles on December 21, 2012 will be a pivotal time when consciousness will shift to a new reality. However, this 2012 event is more likely to be viewed as a pivotal time after the fact, and not immediately.

When the astrologically-significant Harmonic Convergence occurred in August 1987, many people expected the world to transform and world peace to dawn on that very day. Human inertia, however, preempts such a sudden change. It takes time for new thought to filter into the reality of world consciousness, and even more time for events to unfold as a result of this change.

Two years after the Harmonic Convergence, what did happen was an unprecedented step forward in human liberty: The Berlin Wall, that separated the Soviet Union from the West, fell. Two years after that, the Soviet Union itself collapsed, ending the global standoff that had threatened the very survival of the human race for over forty years.

The evolution of the consciousness of humankind has been accelerating. Starting with the birth of the Renaissance 600 years ago, then accelerating with the growth of science 300 years ago, and coming into focus with the spiritual searching that blossomed in the 1960’s, the mass mind of humanity has been moving ever more quickly towards The Shift.

Although The Shift is a gradual process that is occurring over many decades, its main milestone marker will be when the mass consensus of human consciousness reaches the tipping point between material, third-density consciousness and heart-centered, fourth-density consciousness. When that happens, physical humankind will become firmly located in a fourth-density environment.

Pioneering individuals have been moving their awareness in and out of fourth-density consciousness for decades. The key marker in The Shift is when the mass mind of humanity reaches that dividing line and takes the quantum step forward into its own heart.

In that new reality, along with the shift into fourth-density consciousness, people will notice that the development of their inner senses has become relatively effortless. Intuition-supported thought will become commonplace. Telepathy between loved ones will become easy to develop. Contact with friends and relatives who have passed on will become ever more commonplace.

Fourth-density physical bodies are less dense than third-density ones. People will begin to perceive the light that radiates from their bodies and other fourth-density matter. Colors will take on deeper hues and sounds will expand in depth, creating a whole new range of possibilities in the arts. People will consume lighter foods and more liquids than before. Everyone will have one job description – to serve humanity in the best way of which they are capable.

The Shift is a cosmic event. It is much larger than this planet or this solar system. It is an upgrade in energy and consciousness that affects all of us. The Earth itself will ‘rise in the heavens’, meaning that, when the time comes for that decisive step forward into the New Earth, the soil beneath your feet will rise in vibration into fourth density just as your physical body will. Humanity will rise in frequency along with the body of the planet.

When the time comes, every physical thing around you will move forward and relocate into a fourth-density frequency of manifestation in, as predicted in the Bible, the twinking of an eye.

Those already existing in fourth density – the spirits of those who have passed on from the physical realm – will also move into a higher sub-layer of existence. This is what is meant by the prophecy in the Bible, that “the dead shall be risen.” Because people inhabiting spirit bodies are already in fourth density, it will be easier to communicate with them once we move into fourth density, even though we will be in a different sub-layer.

Once the mass shift to heart-centered consciousness has occurred, humankind will look back at this present era as something that was very different. Just as you mature and gain wisdom, you view the past differently from the way you experienced it at the time. So, too, will we view the Old Reality differently as we gain wisdom in the New Reality.

The timing of the main event of The Shift – the translation of the mass mind of humanity into heart-centered, fourth-density consciousness is not known. It depends entirely on how much the pioneers of human consciousness – people like yourself – develop their own heart-centered awareness in order to open that pathway in consciousness for more people to follow.

Just as there are those who want The Shift to happen soon, there are those who wish to delay it as much as possible, even though delaying a cosmic event is not within their power. Today, fear is being constantly fed to the public about the possibility of terrorist events. Fear delays conscious evolution and self-empowerment.

As long as there is a risk of terrorist events, it is common sense to follow any intuitive warnings that keep coming to your attention about places to avoid. Your soul won’t let you be in the wrong place at the wrong time provided you listen to those intuitive warnings that we all run into at some point in our lives.

One of our greatest gifts we can offer humankind is to stay the course in our spiritual awakening. Stay the course by focusing on heart-centered consciousness regardless of events that conspire to fill people with fear. Then, The Shift will happen sooner rather than later.

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. My partner is sometimes dense! This "partner" is the man in the chair with the voice you are hearing. My personal thanks to those around him who required this particular channelling, which was always scheduled but not in his mind. [Kryon smile]

You are very close to what we would call the tip of the Kundalini. You must look at these things both metaphorically and physically. In approximately four hours, you will be as close as you're going to be to the land, which represents the bottom of the inhabitable planet. For the purposes of the channel and for the energies we speak, we will consider it the bottom of Earth. So let us speak of the energies that are here.

For more than a decade, we have talked about the movement of the Feathered Serpent [Kryon Book Eight - "The Journey of the Feathered Serpent"]. This is the metaphor for what has been described as the Kundalini of the planet. Look at the metaphors and look at the symbolism of what is going on now. I'm going to use terminology that my partner has never heard before, so forgive him if he does not pronounce it correctly as I present it to him, or he may choose not to speak it at all. We will use the best language we can to describe what the ancients presented to you as the Kundalini in graphic form.

They drew this concept as a graphic and yet it is energy. The Kundalini represents the balance of male and female. Even within the Human body, the ancients drew it as a representative of co-creation and manifestation of new energy [conception]. Indeed, it represents the male and the female balanced together, coming together with great energy to create perfection and balance. Now we apply that same principle to the planet.

As we have discussed before, planet Earth is male heavy because it represents most of the northern hemisphere's population. The wars on your planet have come mostly from the northern hemisphere, and even here [the bottom of South America] was visited by the conquerors that came from the north [Spain]. You might say the northern hemisphere energy has spread to the south over the generations, affecting it greatly. Part of what is changing on the planet is a reversal of the roles of north and south. So you're going to start seeing the energy of the southern hemisphere, which is sweet and gentle, affecting the north! Therefore, the Kundalini moves southward over a period of time, some details of which I'm going to give you in a moment.

Let us look at the mythology. Let us take a look at the ancient knowledge and then let's look at the metaphor involved. Now be careful, my partner, for this is not technical and not physics, but spiritual [esoteric] information. The Kundalini is coiled at the bottom of the spine of the body. It only uncoils when the male and the female are balanced. It wraps around three energies of the body three and a half times, and it wraps around what is called the lingam. Three wraps represent easy-unwrapping parts of energy, but the final half wrap represents the most difficult part, which is the divine enlightenment of balance. When the Kundalini unwraps and stays that way, you have a balanced Human Being, if not even enlightened. This is the metaphor of the planet and this is beginning to happen.

Some years ago, we sat within a country that represents a portion of the bottom of the Kundalini [Chile], and we said that the unwrapping process would also create a physical movement of the planet. We mentioned approximately where it would be, and it took place where we said it would [the Chile earthquake of 2010]. These are the kinds of things you will physically see as the movement of the planet responds to the metaphor of the energy I'm speaking of.

There is something hiding that no one has brought forth. It has been known that three and a half times is always the formula for the unwrapping of the Kundalini. The timing of the unwrap, however, has been unknown since it had to do with Human consciousness potential. Therefore, every single year that goes by reveals a surprise, for the movement of Human consciousness and the energy of it is unknown even to Spirit. This is due to Human free choice.

There are factors in Human consciousness that are exponentially at play. It's not a linear progression of consciousness, but one that has uneven upheaval of great magnitude. Therefore, the surprises about when things might happen do not follow a linear pattern of calculation or expectations. However, there is an overall time frame of potential.

The 26,000-year alignment of the equinoxes of your planet is a grand alignment, and it has been known in astronomy as the Galactic Alignment. It is called that because the start and stop point of the wobble of your earth on its axis aligns through your sun to the center of the galaxy. This alignment only happens once every 26,000 years.

In order for the equinoxes to proceed through the equatorial plane of your galaxy [the Milky Way strip in the sky] and work themselves through the end of this cycle and the beginning of the next one, it will take 36 years. This final stage began approximately 18 years ago, and 2012 is now the center, or beginning of the last half of the last cycle. You have 18 years left of this energetic event, which actually represents the end of one thing and the beginning of another.

This 36-year window is the timeframe for the potential unwrapping of the entire Kundalini. Do you not find it interesting that it wraps around the lingam three and a half times? Each of the three represents a decade of time in this metaphoric code. Three and a half would be 35 years, very close to the 36-year astronomical event you are in. So this Kundalini prophecy has always been the metaphor of the promise of the earth and what actually started 18 years ago and that is now centered [2012]. That is where the ceremony should be - at the center of the 36 years, the midpoint of the unwrapping.

If all this sounds confusing, let me simplify it. Even the ancients who watched the stars knew of this alignment. It corresponded to the potentials of consciousness shift, since it also represented a decision point or time fractal in the pattern of potentials that has been the core of ancient astronomical prophecy for eons. So all this was expected and is not a surprise. But it carries with it profound change, and this is what we all saw more than 20 years ago when I arrived to begin my messages. Humanity has these opportunities about every half cycle of the 26,000-year alignment. The last one was 13,000 years ago and humanity was not ready. Now you are.

Dear Human Being, you're sitting in a very, very special place [speaking of the group before Kryon]. You are the first Human group ever to celebrate this movement at the bottom of the South American tip, where the shifts really begin. Oh, there have been those who have chosen to come to the bottom on land and celebrate the coming of it. However, let this go on record that this group now, on the open ocean, at the bottom of the earth, is where this celebration starts in 2012. [The date during this channelling is January 2012.]

It is an important thing you are doing. Let this be an acknowledgment to those who are listening and reading and who you don't even know, that you are celebrating this which is starting to balance the planet. It is the beginning of 18 years of movement representing a true passing of a marker. The Kundalini will slowly unwrap and the center will slowly move to this continent. It is not complete yet, and it will not be for some years. But the unwrapping process begins. The unwrapping is not a linear process any more than Human consciousness is, but the potential is that it would be unwrapped and in place within the next 18 years.

This means the earth is going to move more down here [South America] and perhaps in places you do not expect where there has not been movement before. So celebrate this moment. Know this: You are close to what we would call Antarctica, which is not an ice pole, but a land pole.

Don't you find it interesting that Antarctica will play a role in the renewal of the life of Earth? The bio-diversity coming from these parts will affect the planet for the next 18 years. It will help renew the ocean. There are some very significant discoveries in progress that will reveal this, that Antarctica is the cradle of new species for planet Earth's food chain.

It's time for you to connect to these things. It is not a coincidence that the renewal process of life is also coming from down here. Think about it. You [those on the cruise] are the first group of Human Beings to celebrate this - the renewal process of life in the ocean and the movement of the Kundalini - from where it's actually happening.

Now, in the process of all of this, there's going to be renewed interest in Antarctica, and you're going to find some interesting things about the land under the ice. The topography of the land under the ice does not match the topography of the ice above. Some astonishing shapes will be revealed when you map the actual land under the ice. Points of mountains are going to be revealed, giving an entire different idea of what Antarctica might have been and what its purpose really is. The continent that is uninhabitable by Human Beings may very well be the engine of life for Human Beings. And I will leave it at that.

Congratulations to those of you who listened to your intuition and for planning the meeting that always should have been planned. Greetings from Home

The vibrations from Home are those of celebration. We are celebrating a landmark, a level of vibration which all of humanity has now reached. Yes, it is difficult for most of you because when you move from one level to the next very quickly, it means that when you reach the new level you have to learn to walk again. You have to learn how to use your new energies and to anchor yourself through your new knowledge, your new perceptions. It is especially difficult when you move as fast as you have been moving. That is part of the reason that you have felt this energy coming in as waves, for that is how it has been on this planet. Just about the time you get your footing from the last wave, the next wave comes in and takes you on a new journey. Many of you have been going through repetition after repetition to try and ground your new energy. The challenge with that is that it will feel quite differently when you ground in the new energy. It does not have the same stability that you are so accustomed to. You reach the point where you say, “When I feel right, I will move.” Until then you are waiting for everything to come around you, but what we are telling you is that you will not feel right until you move…until you actually start moving. Most of you have been trying to compensate for these waves of energy that have been coming in. Well, they will continue coming for that is the way it works. It may even feel as if you have three waves that push you forward and then one that pulls you back, but do not be discouraged. Sometimes humans move so quickly that a step backward is actually necessary for your own physiology. Do not judge yourselves for that, because you are moving as fast as you can move.
Working with the Waves

Your physical bodies are the part of you that will meet with the most resistance. As you move forward very quickly, your physical bodies must adapt to each level that you are functioning in and learn the best way to express your spirit at each level. This is the reason that many people feel so lost or disconnected. What they once used as a measure of success over and over again, is now not as fulfilling as it was before. You wonder what you are doing differently; your life is not as exciting as it used to be, or you seem to always be in self-defense mode. You are always trying to compensate for the wave of energy that has come in, by trying to grounding yourself to find your surety again. Dear ones, we tell you that you will become comfortable with this movement and the actual anchoring of your spirit in the physical body will look quite differently in the days ahead.

Your physical body is now going through many changes. We have mentioned this before and explained that there are roughly 210 years in front of you with the direct, elevated movement of evolution. It will be quite some time before humans look back and see all the major changes that are happening. This has to do with how you assimilate this energy and how you deal with and anchor each one of these waves of energy as they come in. What we are telling you is that you will learn how to actually ride these waves. Instead of having them completely destroy all of your systems, your confidence, and everything you laid out for yourself, you actually say, “Here comes another wave. Let me get ready. Let us get prepared to move.”Change and movement will become commonplace and the stability in the future. You will get very bored if you try to anchor the way you are accustomed to today. In the future, that will not work for you; you are at this very awkward stage in between those two levels right now.

Every wave that comes in will help to take you to that next level, but you still have to figure out how you are going to anchor yourself today. It is not so much about tomorrow or the future., Instead, it is about what you can do today to make yourself feel comfortable here and your body feel capable of expressing this empowered spirit. How do you do that? You do that one step at a time. You set your intent, you move forward, and you create your reality one heartbeat at a time. We say “heartbeat” because you are used to creating it with your thoughts, and we are asking you now to use the power of your heart instead of the power of your brain. It is not as though you are going to dismiss your brain entirely. We are asking you to form a new balance between the two, for you have always known the path. You have hidden it from yourself with your thoughts and your belief systems, but that is starting to change very rapidly now. You are finding that more is possible with every day and every breath in your body. Anchoring your light will hold the key, for that is what will bring you from one level to the next.

Each one of you has brought a very unique vibration from Home. You can call it a tone if you would like to place it in the auditory realm, or you can call it a color if you would like to place it in the world of light, but it is a unique vibration and a very special gift that only you can carry. Yes, there are others that carry very similar gifts, but no one carries the exact piece that you have. It is the reason you are here at this time. Find a way to anchor and give that light to one other person and you have begun the process of re-anchoring yourself. The challenge here is that you do not feel like giving your light now, because you feel like you are in trauma and having difficulty. When you feel good enough, you say to yourself, then you will give your light. However, we tell you that is the key for it is what you came to do. Any way that you can put yourself in a position to give something to someone else -- a vision, an idea, a concept, or a pat on the back -- can help you anchor these waves of energy as they come in.

Dear ones, we wish to speak of a very large of group of beings…we will call them spirits, since they do not have physical bodies. Each one of you has what we would call a cheering crowd behind you. Basically, they are your own group of cheerleaders that watches over your shoulder at everything you do; they are very similar to your guides in many ways. Your guides speak to you and offer you suggestions that sound very much like your own thoughts. When you go through this, what happens is that each of these levels can be different and every move brings you even closer to these these spirits. Let us share a bit more with you so that you understand.Enter the Willing Witness

Let us take you back to when you were a child and were freer to explore your imagination. Perhaps the first time you saw a play or you saw a stage with people on it, you wondered what it would be like for you to be on that stage. We tell you that you have all shared that vision; you have all heard what it is like to be on that stage. Most of you have felt it in a very real way, because most of your life you have felt that you were being watched. When you are young, quite often you were taught that you are being watched. You were taught that god sees and judges everything. You become so afraid to be honest with your feelings because you think god will judge you. Re-member, you are god and that makes it very difficult because you are the ones that judges yourself when no one else does. Is that not interesting?
In reality, much of what is written in your scriptures is correct. We simply put it in a different order, for we see it in a slightly different way. We are not saying one is right and the other is wrong. We hope to offer you a vision of empowerment, because what we are telling you is now being discovered with your sciences.

Much of what you call at this point quantum mechanics, sciences, or physics, has discovered a very curious truth. When you understand this truth, you will be able to use it in many areas. The truth discovered is that when you have a bunch of particles over here, they are floating randomly until a person looks at them. The moment the person looks at them, they materialize into the clock, carpet, or lights; everything you see before you is made up of atoms. Now that sounds rather arrogant, but is that not the actual position of god? When god looks at something, it comes together at the last minute. We tell you, this has been your vision from the very first day that you have been on this planet. You are not aware of it and because of the time lag it is hidden from your view. You do not understand – at least on a global, conscious level – that you are creating your own reality every second of every day. You are now taking that concept and using it, but on a very deep level it is still very hard for each of you to fully feel that part. What we wish to tell you, for you are a witness on this planet, is that it is what you are here to do. You are here to look at the atoms so that they can come together and create magic for you. Does that mean that you create other people? No, they are witnesses as well. In fact, all of consciousness is a witness. So, that brings you to a point of what is consciousness and where does that come from? How do you define that and how can you increase it?
Nested Torus, Nested Love

There is only one way to say that. You are physical, human beings but that is only the earth part of you. Your spirit is from Home; any part of light from Home that flow through your physical body is called consciousness. Now, is it not interesting that you are self-aware? In fact, you are the first level of animal that has become self-aware. We had the Keeper speak a little earlier about the nesting of toruses. You are nested as well in a very similar way, for one level leads to the next and the next, and so forth. You are part of much larger families, much greater connections in many different ways. You are now moving and changing at the speed of love.

What about all these people and connections? What about all of these spirits that seem to always be watching over your shoulder? Yes, you always had a vivid imagination. The little devil would come out on one shoulder and tell you to do something, and then the little angel would arrive and they would have their arguments back and forth. Often, what you have felt was your witnesses, because you are also being witnessed by all of the beings that stepped aside so that you could take this place on planet Earth. You have a very unique key that has let you in a very special door at exactly the right moment. You are trying to figure out why you are here, what are you doing, and what is the meaning of life? And we tell you, dear ones, that you are right on purpose. Stop doubting yourselves; start allowing your greatness to show and owning your mastery. When you master something and someone comes to you and says, “I hear you are a master. Can you teach me that?” You say, “Oh no, I am not a master.” Why not say, “Well yes. I would be happy to show you. I am very good at that.” Own it, for you have worked very hard in those areas. Now more than ever before as you move from one level to the next, everyone and every bit of information is gratefully accepted on this planet. It is time for you to start touching your own spirit and allowing that connection from Home, that light to come through you to be conscious.

Of course you are not the only conscious ones on this planet, for consciousness from Home includes all the spirits which are connected. At Home there is no difficulty with it, because when you think of a person suddenly they are right in front of you. You simply are all connected to each other in an incredible way that allows you to pull this in very quickly. When you come here to planet Earth, , it takes you several years to learn how to function in these bodies and the physical limitations. Now we are telling you that you have the capabilities of recouping those abilities in the physical body. You have the idea that your energy field is only three feet in diameter, but actually you are huge beings. Enormous parts of the universe stretch energetically and mingle with every other energy field in ways that you are only beginning to learn. When you connect consciously, you are planting seeds and it has an effect. You spread your light in ways that only you can, and these are the greatest contracts that many of you have waited so long to fulfill. The magic is here and it is time.
Mourning in Progress

We wish to bring this one last piece today, for there is also a sadness on planet Earth that has been happening for some time. This deep inner sadness may strike you at some point, and we wish to tell you about it so that you understand what is taking place. Any time that you move from one level to the next, you are likely to experience a sadness. Much of the sadness that humans carry very deeply and far back in their consciousness has to do with leaving Home. It is what we call separation anxiety, and you actually had to leave your Home where you were connected to everything.

At Home, everything was done with a simple thought. Then you had to come down here and pretend to be a human, and that has left many of you with scar tissue. However, what you may now be finding is that it is no longer needed in the same way. Much of your own evolution is taking you to a level of communication that can happen very quickly. In a matter of about 85 to 95 years, you will look back on the communication you are using today and you will laugh at it. You will wonder why you had that much time to receive and give all that information with those little tiny words. You will wonder what on Earth you were thinking to have to write all of these word-filled stories and put them into books. Your communication levels are going to change very, very quickly, and with that will emerge all of the hidden teachers. Every one of you will come out, ready or not You will be the same person walking down the street saying, “No, I am not a teacher. I am not a teacher.” But then what will happen is that someone will approach you and ask you a question. The students will show up even if you do not own it, because the vibration is correct now and your information is needed more than ever before.

Have you ever experienced someone walking up to you and asking you a very important question, for which you had the perfect answer? You opened your mouth to speak, and out came the perfect thing at the right time and place. That is called channeling and it is a part of you, the part that you are learning to master and use in your daily life. Yes, channeling has had a very bad rap for many years. It has been in the woo woo area of your reality and difficult for you to understand. Yet, if we simply call channeling intuition, imagination, or even creativity, does not it all come from the same place? Is it not all channeled to you at the last minute when you are in the perfect place to receive it? Yes it is, and what is starting to happen now is that it is becoming popular to listen to.

The heart energy and your connections to your own heart will lead the way and light your path as has never been seen before. You will receive help from all of your witnesses, for they are the same connection to god and to Home. There are literally thousands of these spirits behind each and every one of you, and they are your greatest cheerleaders. They are the ones that stepped aside and said, “Let them go because they can make more of a difference on planet Earth than I can.” They are so incredibly proud of you. You are making this work. You are taking the end of planet Earth and scripting a new game.

Every day contains new possibilities and new lights. All we ask you to do is to know that however alone you may feel sometimes, you are a nested part of a very large family. That family is feeding you its light and love from the other side of the veil as much and as often as you will receive it, for that is the only limitation. They are flooding you with light and love every moment of every day. They are witnessing your experience. You can actually say that they are making you real. That may be difficult to grasp, but if you understand that you have thousands of spirits doing nothing except watching your every step and wanting to help, to make you feel okay and confident. Perhaps you can feel that and get just enough confidence from it to take this next step of setting it into motion and stepping up to the next level and speaking your truth. You are nested inside of other hearts – every heart is connected. Use and find that connection any way you can and your lives change very fast, as we watch with amazement. From this side of the veil, we have our arguments and discussions. We have our, “Oh, watch this person here. Let us see if they make it as far as they think they are going to make it.” We have all these fun connections, but even at Home very few of us ever thought that humanity would make it this far. Yet here you are, creating a new world…creating a new light and sharing it with each other.

It is with the greatest of honor that we speak to you in this fashion. We have been speaking for a very long time, but it is only lately you have been listening. We tell you that you are the greatest angels that have ever lived. You need to understand who you are and take that power. Own your mastery, for it is of great service now more than ever before. Treat each other with respect. Nurture one another every chance you get. You are playing a new game. Play well together.

Dear Ones, that you term the Ascension can be defined as the transition to Crystalline dimensional expansion. The final completions within the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas are extremely important to the Crystalline Transition of the Earth. And the crystalline transition is tantamount to the 2012 Ascension. On the 12-12-12 the Crystallization of the planet will complete.

In a very real sense, what occurs on the 12-12-12 is the Ascension, and what takes place on December 21,2012 is the Initial Birthing Solstice of the New Earth. That is because the 'mechanics' of the actual ascending- process (that enables the Ascension) occurs on the 12-12-12.

Accordingly it is what happens on December 12, 2012 that finalizes the activations and network-connections of all the Master Crystals, Crystalline Fields, Grid Points, Power Nodes, & Vortexial-Portal Sites to the Crysto-Sun Disc and 144 Grid.

On the 12-12-12, for the first time, all of these crucial aspects combine, network and tie into the completed 144 Crystalline Grid. At precisely 12:12 pm from the Crystal Vortex, will the ascending energy merge and be tangibly felt. All will tie initially into the Crysto Sun Disc of Pinnacle Mountain located in the largest strata of Crystal on your planet, and then connect to the grid.

We have told you before that the Ascension, the 'New Earth' is the expansion of your planets resonance into 12 dimensional fields. We have told you that the Ascension is purposed to expand the Earth and Humanity beyond the 3rd dimension, and burgeon into 12 dimensions. ...the 5th thru 12th of which are in nonpolarity, zero point Crystalline Energy & integral One-ness. It is why the Crysto-Sun Disc is in Arkansas. Arkansas is the crystal-generator on the earthplane that opens the dimensional gates !

No place on the planet will vibrate with the incredible crystalline resonance on the 12-12-12 Ascension as powerfully as the Crystal Vortex. Epi-Centre of the Ascension

So it is logical, is it not, that the Crystal Vortex is the Epi-Centre Heart of the Ascension on the 12-12-12.

That is one of several reasons why so many of you will be drawn to Arkansas for the final Triple Date Portal gathering, the 12-12-12. For those of the Atlantean Law of One, the completion is part of a sacred oath that the Crystalline Energy would one day return...and never again be allowed to fall into the wrong hands. At that moment the 144 Grid will be fully completed...and we assure you, it is an energy you have never experienced in this lifetime. The 12:12 pm Trigger on the 12-12-12 will be the moment of the Planetary Ascension ! It's initial surge on the Earth will be at Mount Pinnacle.
Arkansas Was an Atlantean Colony
The Magnetic Master, Kryon, channeled a decade ago, that evidence of Atlantis is indeed in Arkansas.
Arkansas, because of its crystal deposits was logically and absolutely an Atlantean colony. Crystals were seeded, programmed and coded. There remains in the vast chasms below the surface of Arkansas, ancient structures of the Atlantean era. These include a network of incredible tunnels , the remnants of a vast laboratory complex and what may be termed a hyper dimensional transport station. The latter of these is still maintained by the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance.
There are also ancient housing structures, some of which remain inhabited by what is termed the 'blue-skinned' race.
Arcturian Crystal Masters
Although the incredible crystals beneath the lands of Arkansas have been dormant for over 14,000 years, we tell you that they are awakening...and within the next 4 decades, after 2038 specifically, Arkansas will be globally recognized for its unusual and brilliant crystalline energy. Many Master souls of the Atla-Ra and indeed Masters of the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance will purposefully choose to reincarnate in the Crystal Vortex, and in fact have begun doing so now.
These are the Arcturian Crystal Masters, and Arkansas and Brazil are drawing them in the thousands. They are specialist in Crystalline Technology and will innately understand the importance of these two regions, and will thrive within, and play leading roles in the appropriate utilization of these potent energies of the Arkansas and Brazilian Crystal Vortexes. By the 23rd century, magnificent Crystalline Temples will have been built around the Crysto-Sun Disc of Pinnacle Mountain, and the Temple Crystal locations of Mount Maga, Wilhelmina and Eureka Springs. And while 3 centuries may seem a long time to you, it is but a flash from your nonlinear aspect. Indeed many tens of thousands of you of the Law of One, including the channel, will specifically reincarnate in that period, 15 of your generations from now.
Brazilian Crystal Vortex
Now we wish to mention the importance of the Brazilian Crystal Vortex located near Sao Tomas de Letres in Minas Gerais. Indeed it is as important to the southern hemisphere of the planet, as is Arkansas to the northern counterpart. The two representing the most powerful crystal frequency on the earth. Both containing enormous crystal deposits.
The reason the Arkansas Crystal Vortex is considered more influential is because two thirds of the earth's land, and two thirds of humanity are in the areas above the equator, the northern hemisphere. But be aware that the two Crystal Vortexes, Arkansas and Brazil, are in correlated spin/counter-spin mode, and are necessarily counterbalances for the dissemination of the telluric portion of the crystal frequency.
On the 12-12-12 this alliance will upshift, and the standing waves of energy within both will be amplified exponentially.
So accordingly the activity of the Crystal Vortex will surge on the 12-12-12.
This will increase throughout 2012 and continue to amplify annually until 2038.
Arkansas on the 12-12-12 completion will emerge as one of the most important and powerful vortexial portals on the planet. It is the northern hemisphere source of the crystalline field. In 2012 and forward the crystals will begin emitting a frequency that benevolently interacts with the Human Aura in creating an enhanced gateway of multidimensionality within Mer-Ka-Na. It is the standing wave.
Sound Fields-Crystalline Standing Wave
Long ago the ancient Mystery Schools of Atlantis contained a section of the Atla-Ra that programmed crystals with light & sound frequencies. The Crystals emitted a hertzian vibration field that were extremely beneficial. These were used for balancing the human field, enhancing health, healing disease, and for awakening into higher dimension. Some were also able to open an inter-dimensional channel to other 'worlds' and especially to the Divine Self.

Hertzian Fields of Standing Waves

On December 12, the Temple Crystals are initiating a pulsed hertzian field that is capable of living 'form'. This tangible energy interacts by induction with the human aura, and produces something of an altered state. The benevolent effect is akin to deep chanting, but understand that the waves produced are conscious, living, through the crystalline 'conscious spirit' of sound and light.

The living energy is similar to that of an elemental field, but of higher resonance. It is more accurately defined as the consciousness of crystalline color and sound. It is projected from the 'living' crystals, you see....an aspect emanation of the crystals themselves.

It is indeed the eventual recognition of this field that will motivate the construction of the Crystal Temples. The effect is myriad and prolific, and will powerfully influence the inner self, the higher emotions, higher harmonics of humanity within its energy reach. It is occurring now, and will progress from the 12-12-12 over the next seven years, forming a standing wave.

This energy is Atlantean Atla-Ra technology and still exists in some of your ancient Temples in Egypt, Peru, Central America, Java, Cambodia and Newgrange in Ireland. All of your ancient Pyramids built to Phi, contained in their original construct such standing waves within specific and relatively narrow hertz bands.

The Crystal Tuning Effect

In a very real sense, the triangulation within the oval vortex of the Arkansas crystalline field will become what you term a crystal bowl. Within the bowl will be similar, somewhat fixed, yet varying pitches or notes in the hertzian wave-range.The differing 'keys' are determined by the indigenous mineralogical energies. For example, the area of Magnet Cove will have a differing tonal resonance than that of Crater of Diamonds or the Radium Waters. The same will occur in 2012 around the Crystals of Sound and Regeneration in Brazil, in Bahia and Minas Gerais, respectively.

The crystalline standing wave will axialtonally join Arkansas to Brazil, (initially on the 12-12-12) and then envelop and bathe the planet by 2038. The effect will be the lessening of the 'arc-swing' of duality, by bridging the right & left hemispheres of the brain. The standing wave, when combined with meditation, moves through the prefrontal cortex of the brain, stimulates the pineal, and takes one into higher consciousness.

There have always been certain places on the planet that became recognized as sacred. Stone Circles, Temples, Pyramids and Cathedrals were placed in these areas by the ancients. In the last two decades, your academics have been involved in studying ancient monuments, and have credible evidence that certain ancient monumental structures around the Earth have several common features. One of the most compelling is around standing waves. We tell you many of the structures were planned architecturally and designed acoustically to enable specific sound waves and frequencies that affect your energy field. These can indeed stimulate the pineal in humans of sufficient light-quotient and thus enhance multi-dimensional experience. We tell you that it is not simply the structures; indeed the structures are dependent to a large degree on the vector of placement and the mineralogy of the site. In fact, identical structures built in differing location will have different tonal frequencies if the geological matrix, latitudinal placement and mineralogy differ significantly.

The 144 Grid Completes on 12-12-12

In 2012, on the 12-12-12, the Crystalline Grid completes. The 12 dimensional fields join, with the dimensions 5-12 in crystalline format. As such all crystals on the planet amplify and harmonize. Those of you that work with Phi Crystals will be able to sense a great and greater leap within their energy resonance. Utilization of the Phi Crystal into thought amplification will remarkably increase.

Activation of the Fire-Crystal & Crystal of Thoth
On the 12-12-12, the two remaining dormant Master Atlantean Crystals will awaken. The Crystal of Thoth and the Ruby Fire Crystal. The former of which is located near Tiahuanaco, Lake Titicaca in Bolivia, the latter below Bimini.
We will give a very brief description of both, and will provide, should the channel wish, a later channel with more in-depth exploration of these crystals.
The Crystal of Thoth is a very benevolent crystal of Arcturian construct that was utilized as what may be termed a balancing generator of harmonic geo codes. It was used in Atlantis in somewhat of a medical application in the balancing of the Etheric to Physical Body. It could be used to reduce or increase the specific density of the physical body. It could be regulated to differing frequencies capable of creating fields and complex standing waves for stimulating health, well being, chakric balancing and mental activity.
The Ruby Fire Crystal or Tuaoi is a far more complex design and much larger crystal. Unlike the other 8 Temple Crystals, the Tuaoi was not utilized in what may be spiritual purpose. It was originally utilized for the creation of the underground tunnels used for hyper dimensional travel and transport, having the ability to vaporize matter. It was also used for deflection in the earlier days of first Atlantis to deflect asteroids. Other versions of such crystals were in fact used in the exact placement of your present moon, having the capability of a 'tractor beam'.
We will add that the initial surge and awakening of the Tuaoi will be closely monitored and it will not be fully activated for a number of years. Because it was misused in the hands of the Aryan Group for destructive purpose, there is great caution with its opening. The Tuaoi, unlike the other eight, was never relocated; it is in its original placement. It can be said that its purpose was then of the industrial utility. In a manner of speaking, a laser version of the nuclear, capable of being used for positive or negative. A collator, amplifier & generator of unimaginable energy, having purpose indeed, but not of the spiritual in the sense of the Poseidon Temple Crystals. It was retained in a protective dome structure (not a Temple), and activated for utility of energy.
The initial activation will involve a massive discharge of ionic-wave-energies. It would not be recommended to be within a radius of 60 kilometers of the Bimini crystal when it is first activated on the 12-12-12. Precautions are indeed in place, but the initial release is capable of disrupting & short circuiting the Human Aura. The fracturing of the auric field would not be fatal by any means, but the initial Tuaoi surge will fracture the aura in the same manner as a long distance airplane flight, capable of causing severe auric energy bleed.
The purpose for its activation is reparation. It will be regulated into balance at minimal function. It will be monitored, such that random erratic releases no longer occur. For the past 12,000 years it has randomly surged ionic bombardment of massive energy waves into the earth's interior as well as the earth's magnetosphere creating disturbances in space-time harmonics and imbalances in the gravitational field. The reparation will allow for the stabilization required in the New Earth by preventing damage from its uncontrolled discharges you see. Uncontrolled these are capable of exacerbating tectonic movement and imbalancing crysto magnetic field harmonics that are necessary for the ongoing dimensional expansion. Do you understand?
In time it will serve great purpose, but only when humanity are of a higher vibration. It is not a living conscious crystal in the sense of the Temple Crystals. The Tuaoi is inlaid with circuitry, and is more akin to what may be termed programmed intelligence. It will be brought into the network very slowly, the activation is purposed.
Spiritual Emergence in Crysto-Magnetics
The new emerging Crystal Vortex of Arkansas will be far more powerful and serve a different function than it did in the Atlantean era. This is why the Atlanteans placed the aforementioned three Temple-Crystals in Arkansas before the tsunamis inundated Poseida. The purpose and potency of these Temple-Crystals have created resonance that is far more 'spiritual' in aspect and effect. The addition of these three huge natural crystals will add their succinctly specialized conscious programming's of knowledge, wisdom, healing and multidimensional awareness. And while their sheer natural attributes are quite capable of shaking the ground and bending the space- time continuum as powerfully as the infamous Fire Crystal beneath the Sargasso Sea in the area of Bimini, their regulation into refinement via the Sun Disc and Pyramidal controls will insure that they are kept in optimal benevolent purpose and balance. The Temple Crystals are alive, and indeed highly evolved, and will benefit the Earth and humanity in ways beyond your imagining.
It is the magnetics of this location in Arkansas, in fact, that has held these crystal energies in dormant hyper-dimensional lock through millennia of tectonic movement and shift. That is precisely why the Atla-Ra specifically selected this area in Arkansas for their storage and seeding. You have no idea of the energy these are capable of generating. You see, it is the use of magnetic energies along with etheric light, light above and below the visible spectrum, light you refer to as ultra violet & gamma, that is used to both subdue and amplify crystals. The Law of One
The quartz Crystals of Arkansas are imbedded with the energy and wisdom of what is referred to as the Atlantean Law of One.
The Master Crystals placed there have frequencially transferred this vibration to the quartz indigenous to the area, and as we have explained, the Masters Crystals contain a higher dimensional alloy of gold conglomerate that has been received energetically by some of the natural occurring beds. Tri-Helix Vortex
The Arkansas vortex is quite unusual in its movement. Most vortexes in the northern hemisphere of your planet spin in either ovaline or circular counter-clockwise flows. The crystal vortex of Arkansas has a very unique, very specialized ' to and fro' vortexial motion. Moving approximately one-third of its circumference counterclockwise, and then rapidly reversing back in clockwise motion. This occurs in 3 separate arcs of 120 degrees. The forward and backward shift of this vortex is most unique, and is purposed in generating greater upward thrust of the crysto-magno-hydro energies. The energy of Arkansas has three succinct telluric forces that contribute to its tri-helixed field. These are the magnetic, centered in Talimena Ridge, Crystalline apexed in Mount Ida and the radium hydro-energy centered in Eureka Springs. These make up the 3 discreet arc- gyros, which are regulated and tri-helixed through the Pyramids below Toltec Mounds and coded in the Sun Disc below Pinnacle Mountain in Little Rock. The citizens of Britain have been warned we could face decades of painful austerity measures in order to get our country back into surplus and we all continue to sit back and accept what our extremely corrupt government tell us.

It is time for all the sheep in this country to become shepherds and start asking some serious questions as to how this state of affairs occurred and who was behind it……..You would be shocked to learn the truth.

I have always believed it is our duty of care to expose any form of corruption in this country but when one points a finger at our past and current Prime Minister or any of their corrupt cabal it becomes increasingly difficult for obvious reasons and you are certainly not likely to see any of this appear in the Zionist controlled media.

Why is it that when you do write an article on such topics the British public simply carry on with life as usual and allow these corrupt MP’s and Members of the House of Lords to continue ripping them off?

I will now attempt to explain the background to the world’s financial meltdown in 2008 and which continues to haunt us to this very day. This catastrophic event was no accident but a well orchestrated plan by the Zionist controlled New World Order.

I was shocked to learn that within the Jewish Zionist’s are elements that can only be described as the “Jewish Mafia” who are prominent bankers who work hand in hand with the ex German cabal (also bankers)……rather ironic don’t you think when we take into account those behind the Holocaust are now partners in crime in massive fraud and corruption!!

Over the last week or so I have been in communication with the two leading players in the New York court case, Neil Keenan and Keith Scott in an attempt to bring the two cases together as they are so closely connected and I am glad to say that information is now flowing that not only exposes the inner workings of the New World Order but also gives details of who is involved in this elite organisations, where the money comes from and where it goes.

When Banks and Politicians lie together, the losers are, we the People

A Trillion Dollar Lawsuit filed on the November 23, 2011 in the United States Federal Court, New York Southern District with docket number 11civ 8500 may well be a defining moment in history for economics and banking.

The Neil Keenan Trillion Dollar lawsuit is a lawsuit about theft and deception, but may well end up exposing the Bankers and Politicians who run the largest criminal enterprise that has ever existed. Dark secrets and criminal conspiracies between politicians and bankers are what impoverish the people. It is all executed through what is known today as the Central Banking System, a privately owned enterprise made of privately owned banks that are tied into the geopolitical spectrum. Secret funds and secret controls with market manipulation, that in dire secret, steal from the masses.

The people are never taught about money, what it is and how it works. The people never know how they are entrapped into being chattels and slaves of bankers. The people are not allowed to know that the operations of banks today is all based on the fraudulent use of licenses banks hold that allow them their special and privileged position in Society. The people are not allowed to know that when a bank forecloses on a mortgage and takes possession of a home, that in fact and in law, this is theft and fraud. The banks are almost never a party in interest. The banks use administrative procedures to steal the hard won property of the home owner. The people are m not allowed to know that when a bank lends money on a secured loan, that the bank never actually loaned them anything. What the bank did was simply ledger the loan as a debt of the National Treasury and as an asset of the bank. This is fraud against the People and theft against the National Treasury. The People have no idea how much Banks steal from them.

The Keenan lawsuit may well lead to the end of financial tyranny and financial terrorism created by the banks. More than anything that has ever happened in the past, the Keenan lawsuit threatens to expose the truth behind twenty first century economics, money and banking. Keenan and his supporters are setting about exposing a world of parallel and off ledger accounts containing funds in amounts that stagger the imagination, and how these secret accounts are illegally used by Banks to manipulate capital markets as well as cheat, steal, defraud and deceive, we the People. .

Through this lawsuit that is well founded, it may well be that we all will see who is stealing and cheating and how they do it. The world cannot afford these lying, thieving bankers anymore. They are deliberately bankrupting countries so they can gain control of the infrastructure and through control of infrastructure, they in turn control us, the People.

When we consider how all this stealing and cheating by Banks began, we must ask, “how did this happen” It happened because our politicians and Central Bank regulators allowed it to happen. Not only did they allow it to happen, they facilitated it. These are the core criminals. The world has no need for Central Banks, they merely rob and subjugate, we the People, for the benefit of their owners. All Central Banks are privately owned and controlled and those who run them do so for the benefit of the Banks owners. The banks achieved this power by buying the politicians.

Let us look into the stealing from National Treasuries through a process known as securitization. Even Christine Legarde has pointed out how banks have circumvented their legal powers and now realizes how banks are robbing the people and how they robbing National Treasuries. The average family in every developed society are now paying approximately €6000 or US$9,000, or an equivalent amount in whatever currency, to banks every year and does not even know that the banks are stealing this money from them. The politicians are paid by this vast criminal enterprise to pass laws that ensure that we the people are stripped of all we own.

The Neil Keenan lawsuit threatens to bring out the truth about how banks are robbing us all. It threatens to expose how the entire global banking system is the greatest criminal enterprise that ever existed.

As you go through the intuitive healing process you need to know: each of us has our own special power. We carry it within; it waits to be awakened. Call it your inner self, your spirit, or light--however conceived, you must meet and come to know your core-essence. The source of all intuition, it is your fiercest ally and advocate against danger. By connecting with this part of yourself you'll mount confidence, feel safer in the world. Then whatever or whoever crosses your path--even the devil incarnate--will be no match for your resilience.

I want you to flush out beliefs that divert you from your intuitive healing power. Begin by asking yourself, "What in my life throws me off center and why?" I'm referring to everything from a stranger flashing you a dirty look, to fear of rejection, to dealing with someone in pain. Interactions where your energy dims. Weak spots, points that need securing. And what about negativity? How do you deal with yours, or another's? If a supervisor says, "You'll never be successful," or an ex-lover announces, "You're incapable of a healthy relationship," do you buy into it? We each have our triggers. The basis for centering and protection is grasping where we get caught, and then disengaging the trigger.
Four common beliefs that drain your intuitive healing power

1. I'm not strong enough to protect myself.

As children, many of us aren't taught to believe in the full power we contain. Yes, our parents may support our intelligence, talents, physical attractiveness--even teach us sound ethical values, the difference between right and wrong. But what happens to our inner self? Might even devoutly religious parents fail to realize it is there? Our starting point is to recognize we possess a very real internal source which enables us to deeply see and know. Yet when something goes wrong, frequently our first impulse is to look outside ourselves for someone to "fix" us. We get sick; we rush to the doctor. We become depressed; we call a therapist. We're in pain; we take a pill. It's fine to seek expertise--but we have it backwards. Look inside first. Really, it's not a big blank in there. Then act on what your wisdom tells you. What stops us? A likely culprit is the vulnerable child we each carry within. Mogul or mailman, mother or monk, this aspect of our psyche yearns to be taken care of, protected, and is unequipped to do it alone. He pops up in the darndest circumstances, reducing us to a helpless tiny tot. Of course we must tenderly acknowledge her needs--but know where to draw the line. Would you want a baby running your boardroom? Your life? Remember: Your inner self is more than your inner child. Far grander--capable of ministering to all your needs--is the radiance of your spirit. Feeling this, knowing this, is the best protection of all. You must become your own champion before anyone else can. When you believe in yourself, no one else can diminish you.

2. Other people's negative thoughts can harm me.

In my workshops, I'm struck by how worried participants are about being thwarted by other people's negative thoughts. Such concerns need to be addressed. On an intuitive healing level, ill intentions or feelings can affect us, creating anxiety or physical dis-ease. We must train ourselves to deflect them. What is negative energy? Any force antithetical to your well-being. How does it turn up in everyday life? Let's start at the lower end of the spectrum. Your neighbor doesn't approve of you. A friend puts down your plan to start college at forty. Your ex-boyfriend's girlfriend is sending you bad vibes. What do you do?
Strategies to develop intuitive healing
Don't lead a lifestyle based on assuming others are out to get you. This perpetuates fear.
If someone is sending you negative thoughts, avoid dwelling on them. The more attention you pay to negativity, the more influence you give it.
Focusing on the strength of your inner self is the best defense against negativity, no matter how dramatic its manifestation. If you are solidly connected to yourself, nothing can get you.

3. I'm too sensitive for my own good.

The arch-enemy of intuition is lack of sensitivity. Know this: There is no such thing as being overly sensitive. To grasp the concept, you may have to reconfigure old ideas that have been drummed into your head. When parents or teachers said, "You have to toughen up," or especially with boys, "only sissies cry," unknowingly they were undermining the very crux of your intuitive tie with the world. Male sensibility, in particular, has been bludgeoned by such rigid conditioning. But, for both sexes, to break down childhood armoring requires extraordinary commitment, trust, and resolve.

What I'm speaking of isn't simply expressing your emotions. It's slowly learning, in your own time frame, to remain wide open to an intuitive realm--being one with the wind, the moon, other people's joys, sorrows, the continuum of life and death. From this comes an intimate ecstatic bond with all of existence, exactly what you don't want to protect yourself from. Sensitivity only turns against you when you feel overwhelmed. But how do you stay receptive and not get obliterated by the intensity of such input? It is possible to remain vulnerable and feel safe. The answer is never to shut your sensitivity off but to develop it as a creative resource.

4. It’s my job to take on the pain of others.

We're trained that as big-hearted people it's laudable to try to relieve the pain of others. A homeless person holding a cardboard sign, "I'm hungry. Will work for food" at a busy intersection; a hurt child; a distraught friend. It's natural to want to reach out to them, ease their angst. But many of us don't stop there. Inadvertently, we take it on. Suddenly we're the one feeling desolate, off kilter, bereft, when we felt fine before. This loss of center is what I want to address. It does not serve us. I am adamant: the most compassionate, effective route to healing people is to be a supportive presence, not attempt to live their pain for them. Moreover, sometimes suffering has its own cycle that has to be respected, hard as that may be to witness.

We must lie to rest the old metaphysical prototype of the empathic healer. Typically grossly obese women (extra weight, they mistakenly argued, was the only way to stay grounded), who cured patients by absorbing symptoms with the technique of laying on of hands. The result? Patients would leave feeling better; the healers would be a sickly wreck. These women were convinced such a sacrifice was necessary to lessen the suffering of others. As a young physician, I almost got snagged in the same trap. During the first months of private practice, I used to drag myself home, flop into bed half-dead from everything I'd absorb: a sure path to burn-out. This tack wasn't good for me or my patients.

I've learned the value of being a catalyst for people's growth without compromising my well-being. Patients themselves have taught me I can't do the work for them. That is not my job. Nor is it yours. Keep this in mind: it is none of our business to deprive anyone else of their life experiences. I understand the impulse to want to make things better. Compassion and the desire to console are human. But there's a fine line between supporting someone and trying to do it for them. No matter how well-meaning or heartfelt your intention, doing too much is not an act of love but of sabotage. You can be caring and honest with someone, yet still let them be. Don't equate honoring their growth process with abandoning them. A practical philosophy of intuitive healing must include preserving your energy as well as serving others. Striking a balance is essential.
