The following is the 6th message that we received in Avalon (England and Scotland) this past June/July 2012 over Solstice. We just entered a crop circle . . .

There is a reason why you are giggling, by the way . . . because this crop circle is a real one, and it is pumping some nice energy. This is the way you are supposed to feel in a crop circle; not like the other one we say earlier. Do you feel the difference? (The group said "YES") It's a big difference.

The Star Elders said that when this crop circle was formed, and we saw it online, it was the only one they wanted us to enter. They said that it represents the evolution of the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. We are sitting in the place where the five elements evolve. Ether is very misunderstood element. Ether is the spirit from which everything is created. What they are doing now, while we are in this circle, is helping us to evolve our elements and our ether-nets (laughter). That was Archangel Michael. He is evolving our ether-nets so we can . . . Oh, NO, don't make me say that . . . This is Archangel Michael: he says that he is re-wiring our ether-nets, so we will know how to plug-n-play into our new Smart Homes. I couldn't make this stuff up. I do not have his sense of humor.

So where we are going (the new age) has a new Smart House. You know those Smart Houses that are wired with all the cool stuff - that is where we are headed. But the cool stuff will not be outer technology; it will be an inner technology inside of us. This technology is based on a new geometry, an evolution of the elements, because the elements have to evolve as well as our bodies. The chemistry, the mathematics, the geometry, all the laws of nature, must evolve for us to enter this new dimension.

When we were watching crop circles, I was bummed because I thought that most of them were kind of boring, and I wasn't getting a hit off of any of them. Then we saw this one, and I still wasn't that jazzed, but the Star Elders jumped right in and said, "Oh, that's the one." It represents the evolution of the elements because there are 5 circles outside of this one, and a number of tiny circles and little lines that connect them all. And they say that it represents a swirling type of energy that evolves things up into the next dimension. So, are any of you feeling a swirling energy while you are lying on the ground? ("yes," from the group)

All of energy of the crop circle is swirling into the center here, and it is pulsing right in the center of this main circle. But the little circles on the outside are what are triggering the evolution.

So I am asking the Star Elders how the evolving elements are going to affect us, and I am watching for their answer. . . . Well, you might feel a little pressure in your third eye and at the top of your head. Anybody feeling that? Ok . . . see the big opening up in the sky above us? It is like an eye.

The Star Elders are saying that what is evolving on the Earth is triggered by what the little tiny circles represent, and it goes into all the five elements and then into the center of this generator. Everything that we create comes from Spirit. So they are sending new energy down to Earth now . . . they are starting to deliver . . . Oh, no. Here he goes again. . . Okay, Archangel Michael is saying that they built the house, and now they are starting to fill it in the furniture . . . and it is starting to manifest in this reality.

Even in the Bible, it talks about building our castles in heaven, which was misunderstood. It meant that we first have to build in Heaven (spirit or the etheric) before we can manifest it down here in 3D. Of course, Heaven symbolized Ether, and a new Ether is what they are bringing here now. So there was some truth in those Bible verses about building in Ether (Heaven) before manifesting on Earth. So, basically, we are sitting in the generator energy that has evolved this ether-net that is building our new Smart Home. And they just want us to feel the energy. Just let it in and absorb it.

Michael is reminding me that the reason we all got the giggles is because this energy is very lifting, and it is taking us back to a place we remember. We aren't aware of it yet, but it feels familiar to the part of us that is already linked to that new world. So the giggling and the laughing and the joyfulness are like an echo of what has already evolved in us and . . . we have one foot in the door of the new Smart House, and the laughter is the bridge that gets us in the rest of the way. Does that make sense?

That is the best way that I can describe what the Star Elders are showing me. The giggles are like our souls remembering the shift of an age and how good it feels. In fact, they are saying that we will know when we are in the right place in the right time when we feel this lightness and yet we feel really connected to the Earth, as well. We feel really connected to the Earth, but our hearts are light. That is a hint of how the new world is going to feel. We are going to feel really connected, really bonded to the Earth, yet our hearts are going to feel really light. So the Star Elders want us to remember this.

Oh, they are showing me another way to explain it. When we cuddle a baby, or we cuddle a pet, or our sweetie cuddles us, there is a nurturing element to the cuddle that has to do with the new Earth, the new dimension. It feels like we are being rocked by our mothers - only in a much deeper and more profound way than we have felt it in this present dimension. It has always been that way, but they are saying that we have been disconnected from this sense of being nurtured because we were out of sync with the Earth. Now we are waking up and will actually feel what it is like to really be connected to Mother Earth.

All ancient cultures prayed to and honored Pacha Mama, or Mother Earth, because they knew that the nurturing connection to the Earth was our constant in any dimension. The ancient cultures knew that this universal bonding was coming somehow or they remembered from way, way back when we used to feel connected. So it is going to feel very nurturing no matter where we are on Mother Earth.

There is an empty spot in us that all of us seem to have, and no matter how hard we try, we can't quite fill it up. Or there is a little place inside of us where we know there is power and light, but we can't quite reach it or let it out. We agreed with Creator to have an empty spot inside of us, so we would have a place within us to hold the new Ether and 5 element's energy when it came time for the age to shift. So that little empty spot inside of us is the Chalice - now the Illuminated Chalice.

Now I am beginning to understand why I called this pilgrimage what I did. It is the Illuminated Chalice that is in us, and it has been empty, and that is why we have been grail searchers and chalice searchers. We have been searching, searching, searching, because we have been looking and looking for this energy to fill the empty cup inside of us. And this is the beginning point of filling the Chalice within.

The Star Elders also are saying that we don't need to be in this crop circle to receive the Ether energy. This energy is going to wash across the planet with us through the grid lines, the essence that we are making, through our photographs, our postings on Facebook - it doesn't matter how because all are avenues for spreading this new Ether energy across the planet and for the evolving of the other elements of Earth, Fire, Air and Water. All elements will be brought into alignment with the newly evolved Ether. The evolving had to begin with Ether because everything evolves from Ether. With this new Ether energy, we will be able to manifest quicker and bridge dimensions. We will be set free to do all the things we wish in our hearts to do but feel that we can't because we are stuck in a human body.

Also, the Star Elders are saying that there will be fewer laws of nature in the next dimension. Okay . . . the number of the laws of nature needed to manifest a world into place drop, or lessen, at a multiplying rate of speed with each and every shift of an age. So, right now it looks as though the number of the laws of nature necessary to keep us safe and sound will decrease by 50 percent, or by one-half. This will feel like a very sweet freedom.

In other words, if we could time travel right now, we would probably get lost somewhere in the universe. I can't even keep you guys together in a group . . . forget time travel. (laughter). But since the age is shifting and we are evolving, there will be fewer laws of nature - laws that are necessary because the universe is caring and loving and doesn't want us to hurt ourselves. So when we evolve, clear our emotional bodies of garbage and ascend our minds, then we will be able to go to a dimension that has fewer laws. We will be more responsible and earn, or need, fewer restrictions.

With this dimensional shift comes a lot more responsibility, but also a lot more freedom. So all the things that we used to wish we could do, like manifest . . . for example, we get tired of having to get up and cook dinner. Wouldn't it be great if we could just manifest perfectly healthy food? Or not eat at all. Or not have to sleep. We could stay up and create and paint or draw all day and all night without getting tired. We could time travel or go to another star system. I can imagine a whole lot of stuff.

So with the dimension shifts, we are going to feel free-er. Linear time is not going to be an issue. I really don't like gravity either to a certain extent. Gravity and linear time will free up. I am pretty sure that the next world will have spherical time, but we wouldn't even know how to calculate that right now. I think the Mayan calendar is the closest we can get to it.

So there is still a swirling energy around us that looks like Ether, and it is helping us evolve our Ether, our energy and spirit. The Star Elders are not going to evolve, or shift, our energy completely, of course, because we are not ready yet. We all and this planet have to shift, or evolve, together. We are all connected. No one gets to go ahead of time, unlike the way this group acts (laughter). There is always someone way out ahead and someone way behind in our group. That is not the way it is going to happen. Everybody gets to go together. I think that is it. The Star Elders are done.

We want to thank the Element of Air for all the sweet air of a new dimension. We want to thank the Element of Fire for keeping us warm, tanning our skin and making our food grow. We thank you so much. We are so looking forward to the amazing new life we will experience. We thank the Element of Water. We thank you so much for quenching our thirst, raining down on us and giving us rainbows. Thank you so much, but we are looking so forward to the sweet caress of the new wind in the new dimension. We want to thank the Element of Ether who creates everything from Great Creator's first of All That Is. Thank you so much for this dimension that we appreciate so much. We are so looking forward to the next world where we can play, feel free and be responsible and honorable in all ways. We thank you so much. But we are ready now. SO please beam us up NOW. (laughter)

(We arrived at the Avebury Neolithic henge on the Moon Side [moon represents the subconscious] of the circle. It was the day after the Summer Solstice, and the circle immediately said. "We are tired." This was understandable as the day before the site was overwhelmed with groups for solstice. As we first enter the circle, there are two very tall standing stones. )

Aluna begins . . . I was dreaming last night that I was driving along in a garbage truck. The bus driver was Archangel Michael. He had a nice uniform on. All of us were there, and we were trying to dump our garbage somewhere. We went by one garbage dump and went by another garbage dump. But Archangel Michael said that those dumps are not eco-friendly, and they don't recycle. He is not letting us dump our garbage, and we wanted to dump the garbage. I was really upset because we were all in this big garbage truck with stinky, awful stuff. This garbage is our unnecessary garbage and all our old programming and all our outdated stuff. Then I said "Okay Archangel Michael, "If you are not going to dump it, I am giving it to you. I'm not dealing with it anymore. It is yours. You can have it."

Then we come here to this spot today, and we can see the energy drops down into the Earth, an earth portal. This is a place where the Earth absorbs garbage or mis-qualified energy. When we lean against this rock, it feels as though everything is dropping down to the center of the earth. When we put our backs again the rock, it will clean out our subconscious of the stuff we are not aware of that has been holding us back. Here we can dump all the little self-sabotaging beliefs, or places where we feel disempowered, or the limiting programs that run in the background of the mind. This is the place where the Earth is willing to take on our stuff to re-process or re-cycle all that is no long useful to us anymore. It is the cosmic recycling plant for Earth's garbage. It is very evident today that this site is still clearing itself from all the solstice crowds and craziness. When we go to the other side of the Avebury circle, we will feel that the energy comes from the sky, a solar portal.

Group Member Kerrie: The tarot card I pulled this morning was the "Death" card.

Aluna: Yes . . . this is the place where we can die. We die to our old ways. Die to the past. St. Peter said "I die daily." This dying every day creates a empty space where we also can be reborn every day. So this Moon Side of Avebury is the area where we clean the closets, we die, we let go. The sky portal on the other side of this huge circle is the downloading place, a re-birthing portal where we can sling shot ourselves into another reality.

This site is probably one of the few places we will ever find where we can dump contaminated energy without disturbing the Earth's energy field. This old energy goes down to the molten core of the earth, the universal unconscious recycle station. Energy can't be destroyed and once it is negatively qualified the only option is for it to be recycled. Molten lava is about as re-cycled as we can get don't you think? Our negative stuff just gets burned up.

This area in Avebury (the Moon Temple) is where we can dump our unconscious garbage, and it doesn't harm the Earth by doing so. The best way to discard our negative unconscious is to place our backs up against the rock. 75 - 80 percent of our conscious awareness faces forward, while only twenty percent focus on the back. This is why our back, between our shoulder blades, is our weak, vulnerable spot for being psychically attacked or picking up negative energy. For this reason, many sensitives like to have our backs against a wall when we are in crowded locations, like restaurants.

Group Member Barbara: I felt like my spine was an elevator.

Aluna: So maybe it is also clearing out and opening our kundalini energy as well.

Group Member Lisa: I could feel my back buzzing, and I could feel the energy going down and moving out of my feet.

Aluna: Yes, your feet get really heavy, and you feel like you're sinking. At first, when you hit a sinking place you think, "No, I don't want to be there," because that is what we might consider a "negative vortex." They are not a usually a good place to remain for any amount of time. But this place is helping us LET GO of all things we no longer need. So it is breaking my usual energy rules that I have learned over time. The Star Elders tell me all the time that the rules are going to change.

At first, I didn't want to be standing on what I thought was a negative vortex, so I started to move away, and the Star Elders said, "No, no, no." This is a good place to dump your stuff that has been making you sick or holding you back. It's a good place to dump your physical stuff, your emotional stuff, and all of your unconscious stuff that's been downloaded and is running (unknown to you) in the background, like computer software. This dumping is like defragging your system. It is taking out the stuff that doesn't fit or isn't working or is slowing down the process.

So as we were working to let go, I will ask the Star Elders, "Okay, so we (and those reading this) are all going to put our backs to the rock. (You can visualize this if you are called to) What else can we do?" And the Star Elders said that we can recognize the fact that we are part of the collective and do it for everyone on Earth. Because we all know we are not here just for ourselves. None of us came to this Earth merely for ourselves. We came to be of service. It is good that you do the work for yourself first. Clean yourself up first. But once you get to the point where you feel clear . . . remember that you are part of the collective and help clean everybody else's garbage out, as well. We do this only with their permission only. This is important! Some people like their garbage!

So here we go … We (and those reading this) are now asked to release, or dump, all of our stuff here in this Moon portal at Avebury. We are doing this with gratefulness and appreciation for this site doing this great service for us. This will empty out our sacred chalice. Once we empty out our chalice, we have new space and we can collect the energy that comes from positive portals.

Now… Recognize that we are part of the whole of humanity. We are now connected with everything. There is no separation between you and me. The empty air is an illusion. In fact, this rock is no denser than the air we breathe, if we look at the rock at a molecular level. Once we recognize and own this truth, we can walk through the rock or anything. Lord Meru (from Peru) taught me this a long time ago. I have bonked my head more times than I can remember from trying to walk through rocks. (just kidding) But if we look into things, into the electrons and protons, there is as much space in the atoms of this rock as there is in the air, in our bodies, and everything else.

Oh! Here is a good way to imagine it. The whole Earth and all of humanity are a big pot of soup - very interconnected. That's Archangel Michael, by the way, if you didn't recognize his energy and humor by now. Or, for example, if we put a drop of orange juice in a glass of water, we can't get the orange juice out because the water and orange juice have merged. That's like us: we are connected to everything. We are all mixed together. As much as we would like to be separated from everything (because we think that we don't like this and we don't like that) we are still connected to everything and everyone. Because of this fact, in doing this service, we are not just doing it for ourselves we are doing it for everyone because we all are interconnected.

If we hurt ourselves, the same thing applies. If we do damage to ourselves, do not honor ourselves etc …we are hurting our neighbors; we are hurting our families; we are hurting people we don't even know. We are hurting people in China and Mongolia. We have a responsibility to be good to ourselves especially when we are aware of this truth.

After we all had a chance to place our backs against this Moon portal stone, we then walked around the path to the Solar/Stellar side of the Avebury circle to begin to receive energy. But this side of the site was shut down for the day. I remembered this site did say it was tired when we arrived. There were too many people here from the crowds that came for solstice. So we knew this meant we would receive at some other point on our Pilgrimage trail. This was a good lesson for us on the overuse of sacred sites and how to be respectful. We gave some love and energy to this side of the circle before leaving.

Disclaimer . . . When I received this message, I felt it might "ruffle some feathers" and get me in some hot water. All I AM is a messenger, and I AM obligated by my path and sprit to share each message just as I have received it. FYI . . . I will not respond to argumentative, negative e-mails. Wells Cathedral was an unexpected, unplanned addition to the schedule this day. Spirit called; we answered.

After having walked around the cathedral and having seen the Holy Well of St Andrew that was outside in part of the Bishop's Palace Garden area, a large portion of our group decided to go back inside the church to the main altar area. There was a focus amongst this small group to take back the energy that allegedly over time the church had taken. We never could have conceived of the message that followed.

Aluna beings: With the universal power of our free will and the authority of the I AM presence, we are asking for a complete release of all energy (in all its forms) that was gathered . . . stolen and anchored in here by people who appeared to be in charge and who did not have the universal authority to anchor this energy. We are asking the release of the energy from this spot here in the center, where there is a large portal going down into a big black vault.

We call in Archangel Michael, Jeshua, Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene for assistance. We are asking for the release of the energy that was tricked out of innocent, good people - all the energy that was taken with guilt or stolen out of good, innocent people's hearts through their fear, trust and faith. We are asking for the release of all the energy that came from all the well-meaning people who gave and gave and gave. We are asking Great Creator of All That Is that this energy be released back to its rightful owners. We ask that this energy be released and returned to the rightful owners throughout all time, space, and dimensions; past, present, and future; body, mind, and spirit; seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year until this job is completed.

We hold no anger or judgment against those who took energy from innocent ones. Jeshua says "Forgive them for they know not what they do." And we recognize they do not know what they were and are doing. They had bought into the inauthentic power - the power that uses force. They took. The ones who gave their energy to this place were coming from authentic power - the power of the heart. And so we are releasing all this energy back to the rightful owners. We are asking Great Creator to do this for us, for the planet, and for all living beings. We ask that this energy be received by all these hearts, but only with their freely given consent.

From now on, instead of this area being like a vacuum cleaner that drains the energy out of people, it will work in reverse: this location will now be a fountain of life and energy to anyone and everyone who comes here and has the eyes to see, the heart to receive, the mind to know, and the willingness to receive the loving energy that has been placed here.

Now this is where the message changed into something totally unexpected.

There is a reason why this taking and storing of energy was allowed to happen. There is a reason why the Immortals and the Star Elders allowed all this energy to be stolen and placed here and in all the other churches across the world. They knew they were building up an energy bomb - a love bomb - and that people eventually would come around. People would finally know and open the gate to release this stored love energy to help with the Shift of the Age.

The Star Elders are telling me that this world-wide taking and storing of energy in churches and chapels has been creating a huge energy generator. It is like a huge energy generator that will be released to shift the world . . . maybe in this 2012 year!

So here comes the big healing portion of the message. . . . For all of us who have felt wronged and abused by any form of organized religion . . . we can now let go of our anger towards organized religion. The ones who used power forcefully were thinking they were taking power away when in actually they were placing it here within the church (and churches, synagogues, mosques, etc., all over the world) only to be released in a giant bolt of energy to help the Shift of the Age. In actuality, all the people who offered their hearts to this sacred chapel unknowingly were offering their love for this purpose of shifting the age. This was part of a larger divine plan. Does that make sense to you?

So we are going to ask Creator of All That Is and all the guides, guardians, angels, Ascended Masters and Archangels to please go to every sacred place of worship where good people gave their power away for a divine purpose at a future time (most of whom never saw the culmination of their giving and all of whom we appreciate) and open the floodgates to reverse the flow so these sacred place of worship aren't gathering energy anymore. They are releasing energy. They will become places of healing once again.

Before we came to Avalon, the Star Elders told me that the summer solstice (June 20) was going to be the hinge between what was and what will be. We are here today, the first light of the new season on the other side of this hinge, and now the guides, angels, and Ascended Masters are releasing the energy of all the good hearts across the planet who have anchored their soul with good intentions in churches that thought they were taking their power. The poor bishops and priests had no idea what they were doing, and yet they were following God's call and the divine plan. They thought they were, and it turns out that they WERE.

So many people gave their energy away, and now there is a love bomb going off across the planet. Just imagine the Holy of Holies in every single church and ancient temples like in Egypt (where there are Holy of Holies) - any place where energy was stolen and locked away supposedly to be used for the personal gain of the church, priests, priestesses, bishops, etc., is now being released. So thank the Great Creator of All That Is that this energy is now being released. This energy is being returned to members of a family that are servants of the heart.

In the name of our Creator, and our family across the planet, we are asking that this energy be released in a giant blast of light across the planet for the betterment and unification of humanity and for humanity's awakening to the truth. We are asking that this wave of love continue until every heart has been restored and every descendent of these ancient ones who have locked their hearts here have received back the heritage that their family, grandparents, great-grandparents, and great-great-grandparents have left in these places. As their souls are freed, we also can be freed of the anger and judgments of any and all organized religions. We are more aware now that, even though in our past perceptions it looked like people were using the energy against us, they were actually working for us all and for the greater divine plan.

We came in here thinking that we were going to take back the power that the church had taken. We didn't do that. We gave the power back by seeing the true purpose for the stored energy so lovingly given by good-hearted people over many centuries. We helped unleash and release this love bomb energy to help with the Shift of the Age. May this message spread to all the searching hearts across the planet that are in other temples today doing Solstice work, so they know to do the same.

Now Archangel Michael jumps in and says, "Don't worry about it. It's done. What are you trying so hard for? It's done. Quit trying so hard. It's done. You saw it. We opened the door. It's done." He goes on, "Get on with it now." He is really pushy this morning.

So the light has always been in control. The energy has been reversed and returned to all living beings. This is a huge and freeing realization. So those who stole and stored the energy have been in service to the light and didn't know it. All of humanity has been asleep. Yet somehow we have been directed by the presence of the divine plan that we planned, maybe even before this earth was born. The Star Elders have always said that everyone has been and is working together. I had a hard time buying that in the past, but today I understand on a deeper level than ever before. Now this is BIG. . . . Now . . . we can FORGIVE. We cannot shift into the new world without this forgiveness, and now it is not only possible, but unavoidable. How awesome is that!

We are sorry to say that spirit did not allow us to make a sacred site essence here today. It would have been a good one... but we only make them when spirit says to.

SEKHMET'S CRYSTAL EXERCISE: POST-ASCENSION VISIONS

"Well, they don't call me 'Twinkle Paws' for nothing.* It is I, Sekhmet. Alrighty! Everybody can laugh. It's OK. Now, let's get into my portion of this program, which as you have heard is about creation, envisioning, and carrying on into even higher levels of Dimensionality, which we are calling post-Ascension. Ashtar has shared with you a lot of the things that will be changing. What's it really going to be like, you know, once you leave 3D behind? Well, here we go - you've got choices. You can do Fourth Dimension high vibe, you can do steps to 5D, and you can go higher. There are portals available even, but we don't recommend them. We suggest that you aim for 5D, or for 4D.

"Planet Earth is going to have a Renaissance. Everything's going to be healthy. You've heard of the Garden of Eden, the whole of Planet Earth is going to be a Garden of Eden! Nobody's going to have to live in concrete condos anymore. Everybody can spread out and have Crystalline Homes if you wish. You know I kind of like that. You know, on my ship I've got the Crystal Room - I like it!

"You'll have the ability to create whatever it is that you want to create. There will be technology yes, but it's clean. Energy is clean, and oh, absolutely free. It's in harmony with Mother Gaia, and her various elements, and with Sol, your Sun -coming from the Great Central Sun yes, but you have your own Sun in your Solar System. Now there might be some surprises there, too!

"What we're trying to tell you is that there will be no unfriendly atmospheres anywhere, unless you want to create being on the top of a mountain in a blizzard, or some such thing as that. Your bodies will be changed, and you can then create them in any image you wish, and guess what? For those of you who like to change your clothes a lot, you can change your body, your Light Body, but you will still have a recognizable body.

"So, one day you might want to be quite short in stature, and the next day you might want to be quite tall, or somewhere in between. It matters not. You will have the ability to do those kinds of things. But you're not as we see you, Beloved Ones, you're already so evolved, it does not seem as though you will be spending your no-time moments in this kind of activity, but rather you will be in celebration, reunion, Homecoming celebration!!!

"The wisdoms that are locked inside of so many of your DNA parts, not all of them, but a lot of them still - and it's all going to be there. For those of you who like to know history/herstory, it's all there. For those of you who like to see what's coming in the future, that's there too, because there isn't any time, and you'll be as we are - you can see all of the timelines! How about that?

"Ashtar said this, but I'm saying it too. There will be no money. You will simply create whatever you want. You won't need food, but you can have food if you wish. You know I used to lve to lean over The Voice's shoulder, and watch her eat meatballs, but she can't eat then anymore. But that's OK, because I can have meatballs if I want to. Do you see how that works? You will have no limitations.

"You will simply have the simplest of rules that have been given by the great Masters - loving rules! You know, the Golden Rule first. Communities world-wide will understand what Communion is all about. Everyone will understand the Sacred Divinity of all Life, and the beauty of it all will shine so bright! Joy will fill your being, and you will share Joy with everyone else, and they will all share it with you!!! Now that's a rather general description. It's a feel-good description, yes?

"So now we're going to enter into our Exercise, and we invite each and every one of you, with this description in mind, to put yourselves into this post-Ascension Planet Earth, or elsewhere if you choose, and don't forget if you want a ship, you've got it. Rapid transportation - they haven't seen anything yet! So we're going to join together now in co-creating the visions, and we invite you to share your visions during this Exercise, by simply beaming them. Yessss!

"Alrighty everybody, let's get in our circle. Now what we need to do here to really get our connections going, is to hold each others' hands. And once again I offer you my paws, because I can multi-locate my paws. There's one for each of you, and then there's a human paw, what you call a human hand, for your other hand!

"So everybody breathe. Breathe high, you know, breathe it in all the way down. Exhale, and let your energy literally lift you up, and up, not away, but up, and up, because we're doing this together. Alrighty! We've bypassed the astral, and we're moving up higher. Now every one of you can see my ship. I usually park it in 5D, or high 4D, cause it's pretty big!

"I have what you call a mother ship and what that means is that I can expand, in order to hold more beings, and my ship can get smaller when there are not so many beings on board. So, now if everybody would just, while you're holding hands and paws, everybody look up, and see my ship gleaming. Some of you might be hearing some music, or smelling something fragrant, because if that's what you especially enjoy, we, that is my crew and I, are extending that as a way of welcoming you!

"So come on up higher, higher. You travel with ease and grace through the atmosphere. You don't need space suits, or helmets, or anything. Just bring yourself as you are. Now you may notice that you feel a bit lighter, and that's a good thing, because your Light's shining brighter.

"Alrighty! Come on up. Now, as you see the bottom of the ship, it will open up. It's like a circular kind of a door, so that we can all come on up together in our circle. You can go as wide as the number of us in our circle. Now we're going to come up through the opening, and we're going to hover above the landing deck, while the door closes. And while we're hovering, just listen for the music, or smell the flowers, or enjoy all of the Crystals!

"Some of you may be hearing the voices of the Ancient Ones from Planet Earth, maybe even from other places. It's all 'Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! We've been so excited about your coming, and now we're here together. So now we gently just drop down a wee bit so that our feet are on the landing deck.

"Now the next thing to do is to head off to the elevator. Notice the doors are open, and this too is a Crystal Elevator, and oh it is big! We may bring our circle into more of a couple of lines together, two lines, and we still hold hands and paws, and we come into the elevator through the doors, and then we spread back into our circle again. Isn't this delightful!!!

"Here we are all together, Family in Communion status, coming together, connected, not just not just hands and paws, but Hearts and Minds! Now as we get into the elevator, notice that you can look down and see Planet Earth. And there's your grounding cord, each and every one of you. You're still grounded to Planet Earth, and that's a good thing! You know you're going to get back without getting 'lost in space'!

"Now everybody face the front. You can kind of twist around to see the doors open, and we may come together a little bit more in our circle. Bring it in a bit, more like two lines connected, as we walk out through the elevator doors, and into the room. And our circle expands, and the room expands.

"Now if you will, you can open your mind's eye, or you can open your eyes for just a moment, because we want you to see who's here to greet you, already in the circle, and they are inside of our circle, and they are every one of your Beloved Guides, your Angels, all who have accompanied you, or come ahead of you just slightly - remember, there's no time here, and here they are!

"How beautiful are the Lights that they shine, how loving are their greetings to you!!! Allow them to hug you, Beloved Ones. And even as you do so, feel upon your shoulders the touch of all of the Ascended Masters and Angels here with us now.

"Here's Ashtar, here is Sananda, here are the Arcturians, and Kuan Yin, St. Germaine, Buddha, Archangel Michael -they're all here because you're here. And, we are all One as we connect even more. So now, as you are feeling the closeness, the Love Light streaming into you, even as you beam it outward into this entire group, it is for you to see, in your wisdom eye, yourself as an Ascended Master in High Dimensional surroundings. Perhaps you are by, or under, a beautiful pristine waterfall that flows into a lake, or a river. Perhaps you are by one of the oceans, or in a garden that is so beautiful that you are seeing things, colors, and all manner of beautiful plants growing!

"And the very trees welcome you, and invite you to sit in their cool shade, and hear the stories they have to tell, and hear their ancient wisdom of connection with you, one Heart together. And perhaps you are in a place where the Unicorns gather, and the young ones romp and play in the meadow, as their mothers and their fathers stand with you in such Love!

"Perhaps you are with Family. You are Family standing in a circle just like ours, communing together in loving Oneness! Perhaps you are attending a concert or some other event, where there is so much Love, and so much Joy, that it permeates the entire group, and everybody lifts up even higher! Perhaps you are teaching, perhaps you are in a class as a student learning from the High Dimensional perspective, perhaps you are researching the akashic records to learn Truth. All of this and more is yours, Beloveds!!!

"Envision where you live - perhaps a sparkling white dwelling for you, perhaps one of many colors, all crystalline. Perhaps one that will expand or contract, depending upon how many people are there. Perhaps you have a grand crystalline bowl full of fruits you've never seen before, and anyone who wants to taste one may do so, and anyone who just simply wants to soak in the energy of these wondrous creations can do it that way. And the waters so pure, and all of the dwellers, below, on, and yes, from above Planet Earth are together, talking story, sharing, and most of all, loving each other!!! However you have created this vision for yourselves as individuals, Beloved Ones, know now that it is to send it forth to the very center of our circle.

"And notice if you will, that there is now an altar there, so send your vision and it's High Dimensional energy to this altar, and see how it glows, how it beams! Feel the Love of it, as all now, all the visions are together, One Great Vision, one great memory revived, one great future in the now!!! And let us consecrate this Vision now, and bless it, each from our own beautiful Hearts, and with all of our combined Love Lights streaming forth to empower this Vision even more, and more, and more. And as we do so, notice that it comes back to us in beautiful, beautiful Lights, in beautiful waves of circles, and spirals, because now the Vision of All As One comes into our Hearts, Beloved Ones. Let the Joy of it fill you, let the Love permeate every part of your being!!!

"And as we continue to bless our Vision, notice that it lifts up, and off of the altar, and see it go right down through the floor of the Crystal room. The Crystals of the floor themselves assist in sending it forth, and we assist with our loving blessings. And see how it moves toward Planet Earth. Watch it now! Everyone look through the clear floor of the Crystal Room. And watch it, as it approaches Planet Earth, it literally spreads out! It multiplies itself exponentially. It gets even brighter, and brighter, and brighter, because we are blessing it still, and sending it to bless all of Planet Earth, below, on, and above, and its atmosphere!!!

"And see it spread now over all of the Planet. Beautiful, beautiful, colors of this Vision, which is the combined creation of every one of us here present, and of all of those who come still in Earth time to join with us. It's all One in the moment, and the moment is Now! And as it spreads over Planet Earth, look closely. See how the plants lift up their faces, and indeed seem to be smiling. See how the animals stop, and as this beautiful Light comes to them, and envelopes them in its loving warmth, hear their thanks, their Joy! Let the trees begin a slight rustling, to acknowledge the Joy they are feeling, and now they have even more to tell, even more wisdom!

"Feel the Joy and the energies of the Crystals as they pick up the energies of this beautiful Vision, and let them relay it into inner Earth, and back out again into the atmosphere of Earth, and beyond, and out through the entire Universe! And meanwhile, Beloved Ones, feel the hearts of the humans lift up in Joy, for they are getting Truth, and they are getting assurance of the Beauty, and the Joy, of their own Ascensions!!! Yes, this is a wake-up call to those who are ready, and so it addresses everyone! And you, Beloved Ones, have created the perfect Vision for each and every being, no matter what Kingdom they belong to on Planet Earth. Now hear and feel the thanks, and see how Planet Earth glows even more in the Love Light of what we have created here!!!

"In our Communion there's one great Vision now! It is known to many more, and it will remain for even more to access, as they open to their own Divinities, unto their own Paths Home! Ascension is real, and the Visions we have created are shining Truth. And the greatest of these, Beloved Ones, is Love. Now you may remain in the Crystal Room for as long as you wish, and remember you have your way home, your cord which will take you back to Planet Earth. We thank you for being with us, and for creating this most powerful Crystal Exercise yet. And, so to thank you we invite you to accept our Blessings.* And so it is! Namaste!

"Running Horse"

Running Horse went on bended knee, as his spirit soared to Eternity.

The Dakota watched with awe and delight, as the flame of the spirit – gave of its light.  Like an eagle it soared high in the sky, with no time for them – to say goodbye.

They waited patiently as was the case – they knew he would return once his work had been done – for he had yet again been – blessed by the Sun.

Life carried on – people were born and died – still they waited – not once did they cry.

As his return became known by the Elders there – preparations were made to welcome him home. Joy was felt, love too, as they prayed to the Great Spirit to bless them all.

Those horses of his – so pure and bright – were a source of constant delight.  Strong and tall, with great presence too, they became aware of the return to them of their master they had loved – since time began – for innumerable life times they had been – his special ones.

Rejoicing went on – the days went by, till the Elders noticed a sign in the sky.

Excitement grew, blessings were offered – to the Great Spirit of Creation – to bless their land and keep them strong, for no other way would they feel they belonged – to the Universe itself, the night sky too, the seasons of earth – they loved them all. 

Beloved were they of the Most High – THE DAKOTA.

With the shifted dimension of Living Ascension in mind, and knowing who we are and where we come from - as per the background information in the preceding post - we shift our focus so as to look at what causes stress in our world. With the Light Intent of the God Beings in mind, when they created human life forms on Earth, and considering that the Earth is the consciousness and the property of the GODHEAD, it makes absolutely no sense to support any system which operates from the basis of greed or power over others.

I was listening to a radio talk show yesterday, in which the guest was prattling on about theft issues in the mining industry. He was righteously stating that nobody has a right to go into dormant or active mine areas and illegally take what does not belong to them, any more than we have the right to walk into a shop and take a loaf of bread without paying for it. On the face of it there is nothing wrong with this statement, and most of us would agree with it. 

However, digging just a little deeper into the concept of the ownership of the mineral wealth of the planet makes me reconsider my sympathies with mine owners. If all human beings were created on the Earth to live here in order to further the experience of the human, physical life form, as parts of Divine Consciousness, then how is it even vaguely conceivable that any one of us can or should take power over another or take ownership of what belongs to the collective of living beings which inhabit the planet? From this perspective, any form of mine or mineral rights ownership is ludicrous to say the least. 

How is it that we have managed to shift our consciousness to such a degree that we tolerate the individual ownership of what are actually mutually owned resources in the manner we do? Who gave any single person, company or consortium the right to own what belongs to all people? 

Going back in time, the ancient and indigenous peoples of any land knew that the resources of the land belonged to all. While it is certainly possible to have one’s own piece of land to live and farm upon, the greed which has developed, and the level to which our behaviour has degenerated cannot possible be in keeping with the intention of the GODHEAD when physical life on our planet was first created. 

Although I am fully aware that this blog post only scratches at the surface of what amount to a myriad of societal ills, we can use this single example to reconsider how the discontent of miners is so easily fanned into a raging fire of emotion – and at this time most especially in South Africa at the this time of killing and protest – as well as the plight of those so-called illegal miners who are maimed and/or killed on a daily basis. 

The so-called mine owners make a point of making an example of the ‘thieves’ they catch. They chop off their limbs and otherwise maim or kill them so as to send a clear message to others who might be considering the same ‘illegal’ activity. We would be naïve to consider that there are only some isolated incidents of this nature. 

DUMUZI gave us some powerful information about these practices, telling us that they rife the world over, and are related to all types of mining operations. This sort of cruelty in the name of the protection of property must stop, immediately. We need to re-look at what ownership really amounts to in terms of Earth’s mineral resources and ask ourselves how it is that we have lost our way to such a significant extent that we tolerate any of this. 

No matter whether they emerge as youth riots, uprisings against dictators, political agitations, information leaks, anti-whaling protests or anything of a similar nature, as we see outbursts of anger the world over we consider what it is that we need to do personally to shift the collective consciousness of humanity, from the personal perspective. 

Each one of us can do the simple exercise of clearing out any unsupportive thoughts, feelings and behaviours from our own lives. In so doing, we create a positive raised resonance knock-on effect throughout the whole system of human consciousness. This exposes us all to a wash of energy which is of a higher frequency nature than anything that has been available to us previously. This new energy impacts each one of us, from deep within, and it changes us at the level of our DNA. 

With this higher state of energy in place, consciousness shifts more easily and people less readily tolerate what has been a blind state of victim consciousness that has enslaved them to the systems of others for so long. New Light shining on the situations of humanity means that perpetrators are more likely to re-think their behaviour than they would otherwise have been. 

With just the smallest , thought, feeling or action of change from within us, we begin to see the way ahead, clear and shining with Light. This is how we birth the Golden Age on Earth.

Knowing that all physical life forms in the Universe were created for the purpose of furthering the experiences of the state of being of the GODHEAD, we might consider the manner in which we live our lives. In order to do this, it helps to know a little more about the basic origin of physical life forms.

The consciousness we call Divine, or Source, exists in a state of non-material Bliss. We would know this state of consciousness as forms of Colour, Sound and Light. Source Consciousness – which speaks to us as AN - extended Its Divine Sound outwards in order to develop another type of experience for consciousness. This Sound projection is responsible for the creation of material life forms.

The first generation of physical beings which emanated out from the GODHEAD in this manner were tasked with furthering physical life on the various planets. This has happened for all time, and we have no way of truly understanding just how old life forms are, as we cannot conceptual what is referred to as the No Time of the GODHEAD and of the Universes.

One of the most powerful Light Beings who is a first generation emanation from the GODHEAD is SAN AT AN. This Being is also referred to as SANAT KUMARA. Another first generation God Being was known as ANU on Nibiru, and as AMUN RA on Earth. Other God Beings emanated out from these Light Being in ways we would refer to as cloning brothers or sisters.

The great Light Being who speaks to us as SAN AT AN, was originally tasked with the development of life on the planet Venus. It was from this place of physical existence that various other planets were populated and worked upon, by the Beings of the GODHEAD Light. Among these planets were ancient Tiamat (a remainder of which is now called Earth), Nibiru and Mars.

Physical life forms are always created life forms, and the style of that life form is determined both by the available planetary building blocks, such as Carbon, Nitrogen and Oxygen on Earth, and by consciousness. Consciousness of a physical life form will determine the physical life experience of reality, or what we refer to as the dimensional experience of existence.

No matter what type of physical life form a planet can support, once in manifest existence those life forms become responsible for their own progress. This occurs regardless of the fact that all life was originally created as Divine physical life forms by the Light Beings of the GODHEAD. It is for this reason of Free Will that souls choose to have when they come into existence, that there are now varying degrees of Light in the physical dimensions of reality. The ability to choose means that all possibilities exist.

All beings, including human beings, choose how to live their lives. Consequently, we note the life experiences of the Arcturiuns is a particularly pleasant dimensional experience, because they live the Oneness of 8th dimensional reality. The Martians devolved their dimensional experience to the point of the 3rd dimension and destroyed their planet in the process. Earthlings, as you and I, are in the process of advancing our consciousness to an Ascended state in the 5th dimension of reality.

We were certainly supposed to know all about this, because the awareness of who we, where we come from, and what we are doing was part of our original creation, as a life form. It was, therefore, supposed to be up to each one of us to make life choices to continue to live under the auspices of Light. However, this has not always been the case on Earth.

It will always be the case that any form of physical existence on a planet brings with it all potentials of existence, including the possibility of lowering the dimensional experience. This became the case with ENLIL, when he chose to fall from his Archangelic Light and interfere in the Hu-man creation of the other God Beings on Earth. With the ill-considered actions of a single individual we, as the human species, lost our conscious connection to the Light and have stumbled around in the dark for many long centuries.

Now, however, as the outer planetary alignments shift and change once more, we are in the most auspicious time of our development on Earth. We have the stellar opportunity to utilise the high frequency energy which is beaming towards Earth at this time. Situated all over the globe, the Light Portals receive this outer-planetary high frequency Light energy and channel it into the Earth. All who live upon her are influenced by this resonance raising energy.

Even ENLIL’S redemption into the Light at this time has been stimulated by the outer-planetary alignments. In turn, ENLIL’S rapidly developing Light no longer shores up the darkness of old, and people are forced to face the fact that they have to make a choice to shift into greater states of Light, or continue on another long cycle of time on the Wheel of Karma.

We, as individuals, can choose to utilise this raised energy of the Earth to raise our own resonance towards higher states of Light. In so doing, we re-activate our long-dormant DNA and awaken our consciousness. With this we recover our understanding of who we are and what we are doing on Earth.

As our DNA re-activates we remember everything and we resonate with the truth that we hear and see around us. With this we reject anything of a low resonance nature and simply pay no attention to it. Our thoughts, feelings and behaviours develop so as to be in line with this. Thus, we are stimulated to clear and release our past low energy experiences, and strive to work from the heart. The more we do this, the more we become heart centred and live that reality.

From a heart-centred human perspective we change our life experiences in leaps and bounds. This state of consciousness then becomes the consciousness of the collective and all human experience on Earth resonates with a higher dimension of reality, because higher dimensions operate from the basis of love. It is this which creates the Golden Age on Earth, which is the shifted dimensional experience.

The following is the third message that we received in Avalon (England and Scotland) this past June/July 2012 over Solstice. You can find our other messages on our website at www.alunajoy.com under the "Articles for Personal and Planetary Transformation" link. It might be a good idea to read them in order as each message builds upon the previous one. We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with very little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know that the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for others as well. The Star Elders and all the others that joined us, assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you as you read them. So as you read this, you might want to imagine that you are with us. Also, always view the photos on the website that we share, as photos also hold some energy of the sites.

At the trail head . . .
Let's take a moment and announce ourselves as if we have knocked on the front door. We have come here out of love and respect, and a deep thirst to learn, grow, evolve and awaken - also to have instilled in us a vision of paradise . . . a family of unity. Okay, let's go.

The group felt a shift of energy walking up Cadbury Castle hill and Aluna began to see things as well as we reached the top of the hill. The group began to set up an altar in a circle and Aluna closed her eyes to take a peek at what was going on. What she saw was unexpected and a very big surprise.

So . . . I closed my eyes for a second and saw a face very clearly - crystal clear - of a man . . . maybe 40ish with sandy brown hair, streaks of grey, and a bit of a scruffy beard. Obviously not from this era, he has a presence about him that is so powerful, yet completely understated. I am pretty sure this is King Arthur. He doesn't look like any of the pictures that I have ever seen, or renditions drawn of him.

Well, this is another surprise . . . I am seeing another man draped with a shawl over his head like he has come from the Middle East. He has a grey beard. I am absolutely sure that it is Joseph of Arimathea. He has a staff and is wearing robes. Again, they are not looking as idealized as we have imagined them, but very human and very alive.

I am going to ask them if they have a message for us, and you all might ask the same thing. (and those reading this) So I am seeing King Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea, whom I absolutely didn't expect to see here, nor have I ever seen by the way. I always felt attracted to Joseph of Arimathea, but he has never appeared to me. He is here for us today. King Arthur's eyes have a penetrating look, and he is looking piercingly at all of us. He is conveying what he wants to share through a frequency, or energy. The Star Elders are going to come in and help me decipher what King Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea are trying to tell me. They are not using words, but energy.

Okay . . . I am going to ask the Star Elders to slow down now, because they are going too fast, and there is no way I can talk that fast. Arthur was the first one I saw; and because they are showing me everything at once, I am going to start with him. Arthur keeps looking at us with a piercing look, and his look doesn't have any vibration other than that it is a piercing look. So I asked him "Why is it just a look?" And he said, "It is a focus that we need to hold." We have to hold a strong focus within us for what we want to create and what we want to manifest in our world . . . unwavering steadfast focus. This is why he is just staring piercingly straight ahead at us. I can see the wind blowing in his hair, but no matter what we say or how we are projecting right now onto him, he is not flinching The message is that we need to focus very, very strongly on the truth within us and hold firm to that. We need to be able to hold this no matter what the outer world says or does.

Okay now the Star Elders are showing me some sacred geometry. So if I don't bring that up again, remind me, because I want to share with you what else they were showing me. I guess I am going to have to flip back and forth between Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea, the way they are showing it to me. The Star Elders are not linear at all.

Joseph of Arimathea has a staff, and he has it firmly planted in the ground. Again, it is the same type of message as King Arthur's. We have to keep our feet firmly on the ground - like an oak tree. Then no matter how much the wind blows, nothing will make us lose our footing. What he wants to offer us is the strength of footing - of groundedness - so no matter what winds blow, and what waves come, the ins and outs of 3D life, they won't alter or shake us, and we will not lose our focus or footing. He picked an oak because oak trees live so long. Oaks are slow growers, but they always maintain their footing. There is something about the slow growth that is significant to the group (and probably to those reading this message) about taking our spiritual path step by step. Even though we may think we are energy junkies, we have not avoided our issues and growth spurts even if they have been painful: we face them; we deal with them; we have grown from them. For Joseph of Arimathea, that is what an oak means.

The oak symbolizes something that can persevere no matter what comes. No matter how much rain, storm, heat, or darkness . . . it doesn't matter. Oaks keep growing. I think this is why Joseph of Arimathea showed up for our group today, because we are like those mighty oaks. We think we are in a hurry. We have the joke that we are spiritual junkies or energy junkies, but we also know the value and the importance of facing our issues and our tests in life. We know that all the things that have happened to us in the past have gotten us to this point. And without those tests and challenges, we all recognize that we would not be here today in the consciousness level that we are at. Right? All those tests have awakened us. They have cracked us open but not stopped us from growing or losing our footing on the Earth.

The third thing they were showing me is a pyramid coming up from the earth here - pointing upward. Maybe that is why there is a legend / theory that Cadbury Hill is where Arthur had his castle. There is no archeological evidence to support this theory, but maybe his castle was here energetically. Or maybe it was physically; nobody really knows. But standing here, I experience something that I don't when I'm on the Tor or other places in the countryside: there is a strong presence here of a very powerful crystalline type of pyramid shape pointing upward. There is a pyramid going the other way as well, anchoring downward. Together they make a diamond in the middle: one pointing down and one pointing up.

Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea are now encircling our group and holding space for us. I think they are about to do something, but I don't know what. By the way, I am reminded that Guinevere is in the background. Coming up the path, I felt her, as well. Then I asked, "Why are the guys out in front and not the women?" Oh, this is going to sound bad. You feel it coming don't you? (laughter) Women in her age recognized their own power and didn't need or want to stand in the forefront. Sorry guys. Don't take it personally. But I have to say what I see. We know it is now the age that's harmonizing male and female energy. But women in Guinevere's time didn't need to be out in front to do their work. They didn't need to wear the costume or have the pomp and ceremony either. They knew they had the power, so they just played in the background. They were protected and kept invisible . . . but the men who knew this also knew the power of the feminine was impossible to control.

Wow . . . everything is a surprise this morning. Maybe this is why I felt a little nauseous this morning. Today (solstice) we are on a flipping point; things are reversing and evolving. Their consciousness of how they (Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea) worked in their age, centuries and centuries ago, is changing now. And they are still holding onto the way it worked back in their day with the illusion of the men being in power. But neither Joseph of Arimathea nor Arthur held power like we understand power now as a negative controlling force. They held positive space. Power (in a positive sense) is what is in the process of change today. Power or authority is not necessarily reversing back to the women, but will be available to every-ONE. I think we are here to help Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea learn this, so they can let go and help support this shift. Does that make sense? Okay.

So it looks like my buddies, the Star Elders, and Archangel Michael are having a chat with Joseph of Arimathea and King Arthur and explaining the time that we are in now - explaining how things are shifting and asking them if they would support us in this shifting of power. So they are having a chat, sort of like a debriefing on what's happening in 2012. I don't think anyone else has come up here and talked to them like this, so we are helping them catch up to speed. It is important because both of them are dedicated to the awakening of humanity and the unification and harmonization of humanity. Joseph of Arimathea's role is more in regard to the awakening of humanity, and King Arthur's role is holding the space and unity.

OKAY! This is exactly what Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea are going to do. They are letting go of their personality, their position, but not their power. I'm going to call it "position" because "power" is a rather negative word in our world, but they did have a position that they needed to hold. Now they realize that their old position is over; they don't have to hold that space anymore. They realize that there now will be many holding a new space. Now Joseph of Arimathea is here holding the awakening energy for humanity, and King Arthur is here on the other side of the circle. King Arthur is going to hold unity and harmony among all people no matter what race, culture or social status, religious order, age, polka dot, pink, purple, blue, short, or tall - it doesn't matter.

So by us working with them, we help them evolve their position. Also, by us helping them evolve, they are helping us empower the double pyramid that is here . . . the unity and the awakening. Arthur does not have much personality left now and is fading very quickly now. He looks more like an Ascended Master now, instead of a personality or a person. He is holding an energy now, which he always had done, but now he is fully on board.

Joseph of Arimathea is facing in the direction of the Middle East. Arthur came from this area at a later point in time, so there was a blending of those two eras that is so important, as well. Even though they lived centuries and centuries apart they know each other.

Group Member Roar: King Arthur just said, "Welcome, you who carry my sword."

Group Member Jody: Arthur's sword was a type of protection.

Aluna: Yes, absolutely protection. His is a fatherly type of protection because we are his family. King Arthur viewed all people in his realm as family. His sword was not war-like.

Group Member Diane: Part of King Arthur's realm was pagan and attached to the earth energy, and the other part was starting to embrace Christianity. King Arthur was very dedicated to keeping his realm unified - to being neutral and all encompassing.

Group Member Debbie: I am picking up that the sword also represents truth.

Aluna: Holding the sword symbolizes holding firmly to the truth. And of course, the story of Arthur and Excalibur is very old. Excalibur represented truth. The symbolism of King Arthur's sword wasn't about war - it was about truth - the truth that we are all family. Arthur's presence was fatherly. He had a very strong fatherly concern for everyone within his realm. All were considered family. All were treated as equals.

Okay, I'm going to look again, because there was something King Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea were going to do now. Since they are no longer position holders, they are more like energy field holders if that makes sense to you. What I am seeing has to do with a pyramid in the center, and it looks like Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea are pouring in pure ideals with no other definition attached to them. The three ideals called "awakening," "unity," and "truth" are pouring into this place with the pyramid in the center. These three ideals are continually going to build and build energy. Two pyramids joined together makes a third: the Holy Trinity.

Now Archangel Michael has popped in. He is having a blast, as usual. There is a lot of Archangel Michael energy in this group, too, a lot of laughing. Archangel Michael says he is going to make sure every jet that goes over this spot gets a bolt of energy, because they (the military) use this hill as a visual point, so they fly over frequently. Archangel Michael just loves any kind of battle or challenge. He is going to work in waking up the military personnel flying over. The pure energy of unity, truth, and awakening is going to beam out, similar to the stained glass window we saw yesterday of Joseph of Arimathea holding the chalice with the sun behind it radiating outward. This pure, positive energy is going to radiate out like the sun behind the chalice in that stained glass window.

King Arthur, Joseph of Arimathea, and Archangel Michael are including part of our pure vision with the pure energy of unity, truth, and awakening. We are starting to add in our energy, or definition of our ideals, because we are humans still. Adding our definition is not something we actually have to do - it's something that we are. It's our definition of paradise, of our sense of right and wrong, of what needs to change in this world and what's right about this world, for example. So our energy, or definition, is going to add lightly to the energy because energy needs defining at some point, at least in this dimension for a foundation to grow. For the remainder of this age, we still need to have definition. When we get to the other side, beyond this dimension, there won't be a need for such definition. There only will be the need for understanding different frequencies, since there won't be definition. But for now we still need the definition, so they are adding part of our energy to the pure energy of unity, truth, and awakening. I hope this makes sense to you.

And now the Star Elders are asking that we seal up this pyramid with an amazing amount of love, joy, happiness, beauty, health, abundance, honor, respect, and all other good things.

Oh, now I know why I had the dream this morning. Again, real early this morning, I had another powerful dream. Sleeping on the Michael line is proving to be really interesting. All of us - this group - were in a boat that had glass windows all around, and I'm pretty sure the boat was the boat that goes to Avalon. We saw animals, wild animals, coming toward us: one of them looked like a winged griffin, and the other one looked like a dog-type griffin. We closed up the windows as our shield of protection. Or perhaps we were inside the diamond-glass crystalline pyramid we just placed here and we are now inside. We would taunt and tease these animals because . . . does anyone understand the art of war? It's about not fighting against somebody but holding your space and letting them destroy themselves by your just holding your space. It's similar to the message of us being the oak that never wavers - same kind of thing.

Anyway, in my dream we would taunt these griffin-like animals and tease them because we weren't afraid, and they would crash against the glass, hurt themselves, and go away. And then another animal came, crashed, and went away. I thought "That's weird." So I went downstairs in the boat because I said I had to do some type of research (I don't know what that was.). I asked Raphael if he could make sure all the windows were closed, because a lot of light usually attracts bugs, just like a flame attracts moths. One of the doors wasn't locked, and one of the animals got in. When this animal walked in, it turned into a human being. We all knew this wasn't a member of our group. We all knew this was a shape shifter pretending to infiltrate our group. But we just invited this "person" in. The shape shifter appeared as a woman, who knows perhaps it was the challenger to Arthur.

She had dark hair, very shifty eyes, rather tall, dark curly hair - wild looking. We knew she was not one of our group, but we just said, "Hi! Welcome! Come on in." We gave her tea and cookies. We didn't let her see who we were; she got bored and left.

She looked at all of us, trying to figure us out. But all of us already knew her game because we were aware. We knew she had snuck in the backdoor. So I'm wondering if in this pyramid, where we are putting our pure energy-our truth, love, unity, and awakening - when someone does find that backdoor, we allow them in. We give them tea and cookies. We make them feel at home. We let them be a part of our family, and if they stay, they are meant to. And if they leave, they are not meant to be a part of our family. Does that make sense?

Group Member Barbara: Arthur said to me, "It is now time to put aside the armor. We don't need the armor anymore."

Aluna: Of course, if something is blatantly coming at you, you know, you need to hold your ground like the oak. You don't let something rip you up or tear you down. But she snuck in the backdoor. She shape-shifted into something that looked like us, so we accepted her. We gave her tea and cookies, laughed and played, and she got bored because we weren't going to let her have any of our energy. But if she wanted to come join us, that would have been okay. So maybe that's our job now: to know the difference between the people we can let into our space and the ones that we know we don't want to waste our time on because they don't want to change.

Jeshua just popped in. How to handle a situation like this is one of his favorite topics. Many years ago he told me a story in which he said he never, ever wasted his energy on someone whom he knew he couldn't help. Never, ever! He always chose well, because he knew he had only a short time to make a huge impact, so he picked the people that had the ears to hear and the eyes to see and the heart to feel. He never wasted his time on a hard case - if it felt like he was "beating his head against a brick wall," as we all have felt at some point in our lives. I'm sure all of us have tried to help someone, and it just didn't go anywhere. We have to have the wisdom to let go and find someone that we can help and/or be of service to. Jeshua said he never wasted his time on a lost cause.

Of course, if you were raised as a Christian, you might think that's just so un-Jesus-like, un-Jeshua-like. But he said he knew his impact was going to be strong, just as all of us know when we sit quietly in our private space . . . we acknowledge how powerful we are. We know better than to waste our energy on something that isn't going to go anywhere. So they are telling us to use our energy wisely. Let the "monsters" in that we can help and keep the ones out that we know we can't help. We have the sword, or the protection and truth around us, and therefore we have the power to choose. In other words, we are in control now concerning what we let in and what we let out, and what we want to do and what we don't want to do.

Group Member Lea: I noticed that there is an absence of fear in what you are describing.

Aluna: Yes, in the dream, there was no fear, even though these monsters really looked scary: the dog had nasty, ugly teeth, and the griffin had big claws and a hooked beak. Yet there was nothing fearful about them at all in the dream.

Group Member Lea: What you are describing now also is for us to step forth without feeling fearful because if we have fear we actually are feeding it."

Aluna: Yes . . . as soon as we go into fear, the "monster," or shape-shifters, feed on it. Maybe that's why the being that snuck in the backdoor in my dream got bored: because we wouldn't go into fear and she couldn't steal our energy. When we go into fear, we lose our energy. Remember hold the focus.

Aluna: So, now the Star Elders are doing what they do best. They are going to seal this diamond pyramid. It's a diamond generator placed here infused with awakening, unity, and truth. The Star Elders are going to seal it through all time, space, and dimensions; past, present, and future; body, mind and spirit; earth and sky; twenty four hours a day, seven days a week until the Earth completely wakes up, and we are unified as one family. They are thanking us and those participating while reading this message.

One of the things the Star Elders were showing me is that Arthur appeared to us today because we treat each other like family. We are a family. There are no leaders, and there are no followers here. We are all here together as a family, and he recognized that when we walked up the hill. We came up as family. No one had a fancy ego. No one was dressed up like a priestess, although dressing up isn't a bad thing if you are doing it in fun. By the way, that's like Archangel Michael because he loves to dress up in all kinds of costumes. But we came here as a circle, as a family, and this is one of the reasons why they are showing us the diamond pyramid today. This is why they are allowing us to be a part of this generator for awakening unity, and we are surrounded but a fractal of this diamond pyramid generator.

More on the Pyramid . . .
The Star Elders are specific about it being a diamond for some reason. It may be that geometry shifts are coming: our geometry is going to change; and our chemistry, math, numbers, and all kinds of things are going to change. The core essence of our dimension will change very soon, and perhaps this diamond pyramid is the start of that change. It looks very flat to me. It's not even three dimensional. I thought that was weird, but I had to say what I see. When you asked if it was a tetrahedron, they said, "No, this is the beginning of the new geometry change. Unfortunately, none of us will be able to see the new geometry or understand it because we are still in this present dimension. When we shift to the next dimension, then this change in geometry will make sense.

The Star Elders say that this pyramid is going to grow and grow and grow, and they say it is going to radiate outward. But for now it looks like approximately 30 to 40 feet up and down. (Aluna laughs) I'm not going to say that. Come on. Michael. He said that they didn't want to make it too tall because the jets would hit it. (Lots of laughter). That's Archangel Michael's sarcastic humor. He makes me say the stupidest things.

Group Member Jodi: He was being kind to the pilots.

Aluna: Yes, but he was making a joke because literally if it were a thousand feet high they would fly through it. He was just making a sarcastic joke. He is very sardonic. So, Lea and Kelly, you are right. Right now we are inside the pyramid, but when we walk out, we will have a fractal of the diamond pyramid. Then all of us have other trips planned. We will go to different places all across the planet and, therefore, we will plant more of these fractals. They will spread out from this point across the earth. (This applies to those participating by reading this message as well)

So anytime when you are out in the world and you feel lost or lonely because you don't have your family around you, and you can't connect, or when you feel like you are unprotected or vulnerable, the Star Elders say to remember this spot and plug back into this energy. Does that make sense? We can come back here and feel the family and feel the center of that energy field called "awakening, unity, and truth."

The Star Elders are going to put one more thing in each of these diamond fractals we go home with. If it's okay with us, they want to make this energy field of awakening, unity, and truth contagious - like light-filled, cosmic viruses. So whenever we come in contact with a like-minded soul who knows how to carry this energy as well, without ever saying a word, we will pass this energy field on, and the person will catch it. Then all of a sudden this person might feel the energy of Arthur or feel Joseph of Arimathea or feel the presence of our group. These people just might feel better and lighter and stronger - like the Oak. And then they will have the light virus, and they will pass it on and on and on. That is another way that it is going to spread across the planet.

Now we need to do a big circle hug and express our gratitude to help spread this positive, creative energy. This pilgrimage began with gratitude. All of us arrived with it. We are walking gratitude every single moment. I don't think we even have to try, because this group (and those reading this) are probably the most grateful and courageous souls on earth.

The first night when I landed in London, I had a download that was all about gratitude - immense, overwhelming gratitude to the point that I couldn't sleep all night. It was so loud. Gratitude, thankfulness, and that sense of feeling blessed are great ways to keep the doors inside of us open to receiving new blessings. If we don't keep the door of gratitude open, we don't receive new blessings. We have to feel grateful and thankful in order to open any new dimensional doorway that we come across.

If you think that we need to give something back in some manner, it doesn't work that way with the Star Elders. We showed up, and they are grateful we are here. We are grateful we are here. The Star Elders, Archangel Michael, and any other beings of light we work with do not expect anything back from us except that we wake up and keep on waking up. It's more like a pay-it-forward. They give these gifts to us, and then we go and pay it forward. It's all up to us. We are in charge. It is our free will. We decide if we want to do the next step of paying it forward or not. And the Star Elders won't hold it against us or judge us for our choice either way. It's up to us. It always has been. The Star Elders don't have an ego, so they don't care if we thank them or make an offering to them. Only ego needs a payment or acknowledgement.

We helped here today. We brought Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea up to speed into the 2012 energy. They let go of a job that was no longer needed. Now they have a more expansive role. Instead of the positions they were holding, their roles are now much, much larger. They are filling up a huge energy field, so we actually freed them. So that is a gift from us as well.

Now with that said, let's send our love and blessings to King Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea. I am so glad to have met them. This was my first meeting with them, and I hope everyone got to see them, as well. It's a blessing to be in their presence. We accept their gifts, and we send them back our love, our steadfastness, and our commitment to be of service. We all know we are here out of service, and we will do our best to be of service anyway possibly when we go back out into the world. We thank the Earth for accepting this diamond energy field. We thank the sky and the sun and the stars, the moon and the planets, the universe and all the way out to universes upon universes. We thank you so much for allowing us to be here in this place and this time and, on a simple note, with good weather and full tummies. We are so blessed.

We are sorry to say that spirit did not allow us to make a sacred site essence here today. It would have been a good one... but we only make them when spirit says to.

June 19th, 2012 - Chalice Well and St. Johns the Baptist Church in Glastonbury England - Message #2

The following is the second message that we received in Avalon (England and Scotland) this past June/July 2012 over Solstice. It might be a good idea to read them in order as each message builds upon the previous one. We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with very little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know that the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for others as well. The Star Elders and all the others that joined us, assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you as you read them. June 19, 2012 - Chalice Well in Glastonbury.

The group meditated for a while in the meadow above Chalice Well sacred springs and then went to the source of the well (having the lid with the Vesica Piscis) and then moved on and proceeded to drink the water from the lion's head. This spring in on a Mary ley line.

(Chalice Well is one of Britain's most ancient and sacred wells, nestling in the Vale of Avalon between the famous Glastonbury Tor and Chalice Hill. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and orchards it is a living sanctuary in which the visitor can experience the quiet healing of this sacred place. For over two thousand years this has been a place where people have gathered to drink the waters and find solace, peace and inspiration. Aluna begins receiving….
I noticed that while we were drinking the water from this sacred red well, it went right through to the core of our being. The water is sinking down through our root chakra, but at the same time our crown chakra is spinning open and lifting us up into the ethers. It is like a sinking and a lifting all at the same time. This is what it is like to integrate of all our selves - our physical / 3D body with our higher-self body, emotional body, spiritual body, and our soul. This land (on a sacred Mary ley line) and sacred water are creating a bridge within us that is allowing a holy merging and healing of the separation of Heaven and Earth. It is activating a divine timing, like a spiritual alarm clock, for a holy convergence of dimensions - an historical event that will soon be realized.

I feel the water from this sacred well opens our hearts, brings about wholeness and unity, and activates inner truth in our conscious minds. When this happens we are able to understand our divine purpose, learn to live impeccability and embody the feminine quality of endless compassion for family and community. I also feel the energy in this spring balances us with nature, from whom we have been out of touch for so long. (Aluna received permission to make the "Ancient Divine Wisdom Essence" on this day).

St. Johns the Baptist Church at Glastonbury - June 19, 2012

(First our group went to the right side chapel room in St. John the Baptist Church where a stained glass window shows Archangel Michael, Mary Magdalene, and Jeshua. To the right there is a lamb with the Wearyall Hill Thorn Tree and Saint Michael's Tor, and next to that is Mother Mary.)

The first part of our message was lost due to the fact we simply forgot to turn on the recorder. There was a reference to a dream Aluna had the night before and how it related to the message we received. There will be future references to this dream in future messages as it became a regular dream event for Aluna during this trip.

We often see Archangel Michael with the scales, instead of the sword, because it was also his role to help us be clear about which way we will go in life. Sometimes the scales are shown with a feather on one side and a heart on the other side. This is similar to the role of the Goddess Maat of truth and justice in Egypt. When we go back far enough, we see that most ancient cultures are anchored to the same source… Star Beings … that connected us with all these various symbols of truth across the planet. This is why there are so many common threads among all religions and why we must quit fighting among ourselves, because the truth at the heart of the different religions all came from the same source. We need to quit judging who is right and who is wrong. So it is ridiculous that we forget that we are one human family. It is shocking that we still buy into the illusion that we are different.

(Our group moves to a different area and stands near two extremely old, black, marble slabs that cover two oddly and purposefully unmarked tombs on either side of the high altar at St John's Church.)

Now I want to show you the really interesting place here at the main alter area. This is Guinevere's tomb and on the other side in King Arthur's tomb. See the marking on the top of the marble slab? Something was purposefully chiseled off. You can see that this is the outline of a woman and a skirt or a dress. When we go to the Glastonbury Abbey, we are going to see a sign that says King Arthur and Queen Guinevere were buried under black marble slabs. I think these are the slabs.

PREVIOUS 2007 AVALON STORY LINKED HERE

So do I think they are here buried here? My intuition is very strong concerning this being their final burial site, even though there is no historical way to prove it. In the Glastonbury Abbey, we will see a sign that says King Arthur was buried about six or seven feet down and on top of his tomb was placed a big black marble slab.

In 2007 I came into this church and hung out for awhile, and I found these two black marble slabs with obvious markings on the top that had been chiseled off. Everywhere else in the church, every tomb - everything - is marked with a person's name and date of birth and death, etc. So I asked the historian about these slabs. Then I came back two days later and asked the historian again: "What are those black marble slabs and who is buried there?" And the historian said that they are wealthy merchants. That's their story. But the odd thing is historians don't understand where the black marble slabs came from because the slabs are obviously older than anything else here. Also the names of the merchants are not listed on the tombs. They can't address the fact that the names and other markings that were on the tomb covers have been purposely chiseled off. If wealthy merchants had been buried here their names would have been worn off a bit but would not have been purposely chiseled off.

Now for some of the background story about how the bodies of Arthur and Guinevere got here. King Henry VIII was not a nice guy. He started tearing down the Abby because he was horribly jealous. He did not like people making pilgrimages to the Abbey because of Arthur and Guinevere who had already been gone for centuries. So he started dismantling a whole line of churches. Monks knew he was about to destroy the Abby, so they moved the bodies of Guinevere and Arthur and brought them here. The monks clearly wanted to keep them hidden while in plain sight: the obvious can be so invisible. Then a story was made up about the merchants. This was a cover up, and the actual history was lost.

Look at the marble. It is very, very old. There are even holes in the marble that look like they were used to pull up the slab. But if we ask the historians, they will probably tell us their cover up story. Also, Arthur was buried with a cross on his chest, and I don't know if historians know where that cross is either. However, in the Glastonbury Abbey, we will see what the cross might have looked like with some interesting pre-Celtic writing on it.

When we feel the energy of the marble, it still holds some of Guinevere and Arthur's focus and intent. All stone anchors etheric codes. There is integrity and honor anchored here. There are all kinds of other qualities that are still anchored here with them, even though it is just their bodies that are here and not their spirits or souls. There is an old saying, "all history is locked in stone and bone." Here at this site, we have stone; we have bone: all these etheric records will stay anchored here until the next magnetic pole shift.

Maybe that's why the Star Elders encouraged us to travel to all the sacred sites I have visited over the last twenty plus years again in 2012. This is because we are about to have another magnetic shift, which the Earth does regularly. A magnetic shift is not a big deal. It's nothing to be afraid of. You know … Shifts Happen! A magnetic shift is the only thing that will absolutely wipe the etheric record clean from the Earth, giving the Earth a clean slate. After a magnetic shift, we can begin fresh because we won't have history, or etheric records of history, that keep us automatically repeating patterns again and again and creating a world based on negative dualistic energy all over again. Although the etheric records of history will be erased, our universal TRUTH will remain.

Many years ago, the Star Elders told me that eventually all the sacred sites won't matter. We won't need them anymore. A magnetic shift is probably the reason why. No one knows the future.

Regarding stones and etheric records . . . most all stone circles were built on ley lines, and the stones were lined up at particular energy / acupuncture / ascension points. The ancient ones anchored their truth and energy in these stone, which is a major reason why we like going to pyramids and other sacred sites. The energy is locked in the stone of the pyramids. Magnetic shifts may erase the etheric records when we go through a shift of an age, but the acupuncture / ascension points always remain anchored here on the Earth. But these points do move around and re-configure from time to time. The Maya believe a shift of an age occurs every 104,000 years, or four cycles of 26,000. Most ancient cultures of the world know we are nearing this shift.

We were on the Michael ley line last night at the Tor. We were on the Mary line this morning at Chalice Wells, and now we are back to the Michael line here in this church. I feel that the simple act of wandering is such an overlooked spiritual value. If we wander along, without trying we can feel subtle shifts in energy - like suddenly something feels peaceful, but we don't know why. This is how we find acupuncture points anywhere. We all have a barometer in our hearts: it is our inner compass. Everybody needs to learn how to listen to this barometer.

When you wander around you will find amazing energy spots in your backyard, next door, or out in nature, even in New York City. Energy spots are everywhere. The cool thing is that these Michael and Mary Lines in England have been anchored deeply over a long period of time and have been used for so long that the etheric record has built up a strong and tangible energy. Now when you go home, you can find other energy spots; however, they will feel more subtle, as they have been used less. Knowledge and wisdom builds up on acupuncture / ascension points until a shift of an age, at which time we get a clean slate to re-build a new world.

Tending to ley lines as Earth-keepers is a major reason why we are all drawn to traveling to different places, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. When we find a place with subtle or even intense energy, we feel like we have to be there. We have to hang around in that feeling, and thus we anchor more of our heart there. If we get into our heads, our analytical minds, we might miss feeling or reading the energy. We are not going to feel anything when we are in our thinking, analyzing minds. We have to just BE in the heart, in our core, walking on the earth, connecting with land and feeling the energy.

That's why, when I turn the group loose for free time, we are not wasting our time. When it appears that we are just wandering around, we start picking up on energy intuitively because we are not trying to do anything, we are just wandering and that's when we receive insights. But when we try, we push away such feelings, or inner knowing. There is a focus on "doing" in our society now. We think that we have to DO and forget to BE. Just BEING is the most elegant version of DO-ing we can imagine.

Aluna: And I don't know if anyone knows how to just be here yet. We are still working towards this goal. As soon as we say that we are TRYING to work toward something, or that something needs to be DONE or FIXED, the universe sees a path . . . not a destination. Thus the universe gives us obstacles to create a path for us so we can DO the doing and trying. The destination is "BE." So we have to let go of the path - the doing and trying - and just BE the chalice, which is why we are here. "Just be" here now and do what feels right in each moment, no matter what that is.

So back to where we are now . . . we are sitting between the earthly remains of two people (Arthur and Guinevere) who held the most amazing vision of unity and impeccability - of honor and respect for all people - a vision that was not upheld by the kings that followed. That is why their history was erased.

So let's take a moment and absorb this impeccability and find ways to apply it to our lives. Arthur and Guinevere worked in unity. There was a perfect balance between male and female. They understood that we are part of the whole, and they thought of the whole. Arthur and Guinevere saw everyone as family, similar to how we like to lead our groups. The people around them were their family. They weren't servants; they weren't subjects; they were their people, their family, from the blacksmiths to the farmers to everyone.

This reminds me . . . a few days ago Guinevere came to me, and I had never felt her before; not like this. I had felt her presence when I was here in 2007, but not as though she wanted to connect with me. This time, however, I could feel her presence as wanting to connect. There is a difference between feeling a presence at a certain location and feeling someone's presence purposely connecting with you personally. I knew this trip to Avalon was going to be powerful. Having Guinevere appear out of the blue was unusual because Arthur had always come through previously. I wasn't expecting Guinevere. (This was also a major clue about what was coming in the days that followed regarding the Goddesses and the men who protected them.)

The Star Elders always share things in the simplest way possible. They say we just have to stand up and breathe. That's all - just stand up and breathe. In order words, stay alive, stay here on planet Earth because our presence is needed. We don't have to do anything else - just BE. They say we shouldn't judge ourselves for whatever we need to do to get through this shift of the ages. If we feel we need to eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's or fried potatoes, whatever, to dense up, or we quit meditating; it doesn't matter. All we need to do is just stand up and breathe. That is all that matters right now. The other stuff (meditating / techniques) was a way to get us awake enough to hold this space - to be the living illuminated chalice.

In the last few weeks since the eclipse and the Venus transit, we've been hanging on by our finger nails, because the energy has been very intense and shifting quickly. Every time I think "God, I can't go on." The Star Elders say, "Stand up and breath. Don't worry about anything else." We all managed to get here for this time. We all managed to pack our bags and get on the plane, in spite of the intensities we were all feeling before we left. There is a greater reason for this that we will discover further into the pilgrimage. (fingers crossed)

I Stand Alone At The Threshold of Change:

I stand alone at the threshold of change - that signpost is acknowledged - words understood - my inner dreams draw me forward - the land beyond beckons as I take further steps upon my pathway - that is pre-set.

People from the past appear before me - hands held out - as I follow them.

That leap of faith knows no boundaries - there are no limits to the vistas ahead.

That golden door opens ever more - as the mysteries of Creation pour down their blessings.

Hidden, inner symbols have been recognised, lovingly remembered through the ages of time.

Time has no past, present or future, all is now - this moment in time encapsulates all that there is and has been - for in but a second, I can be Home.

Those steps of initiation have once more been taken - that light of the spirit uplifts and sustains me, as step by step - slowly but sure, my soul is raised above - the confines of earth: It is like a butterfly free to soar - high above the plane of this birth.

Going into the silence enables me to hear - those silent whispers in my ear.

Being aware of spirit - is like catching a petal of a flower as it falls - making sure that moment is not lost, as I don't wish to re-live my past - but yes, I do, some of those golden moments come to mind - when life and fate were so kind.

The song of the sea it speaks to me - the air it whispers my name. The earth reveals further mysteries as I ask once more to climb that ladder. The bridge between worlds is easier to see - much can be seen when one's soul is clean.

Free of the burden of mortality - able to go where it will - there are no shut doors to stop my progress - open doors are all I see - as I return ever closer to Thee.

My twin soul smiles at me again - aware of my freedom from inner pain. One day we will meet back Home - one to one - job well done. So much to catch up on to experience and enjoy, for all roads journeyed - have led back Home.

Finally I am back amongst the stars - the sun illumines the sky so bright, as further steps are taken - forward into that Great Light.

Those mysteries are remembered, acknowledged and understood - my soul's many journeys have gone full circle and in doing - I have returned Home - to those glorious places from aeons past - whose steps of initiation have led me back - slowly at times, yes it was so - but eventually nothing stands in my way - the days of earth have had their day, and with that - I am 'Home'.

No longer alone at the threshold of change - for changes are welcomed and asked for in eager anticipation - as side by side together my twin soul and I, walk with The Father, high in the sky - we sit on those clouds as we fly above - glory is everywhere - love abounds. Freedom from pain - no longer imprisoned by the density of earth - joy is immense as we bathe in His Essence. The Light of The Creator blesses us so, so much more - than we can ever know.

Then those next steps are wondrously taken - as we go upward ever more to 'Creation'.

The Sun is there - it is everywhere - mysteries are unveiled - memories emerge - of how it was at that moment in time - when our souls were born - and we were one.

The journey was long and so hard - but now it is over - it does not seem so bad.

Time to take reflections on all that was - time to go forward - with great love ahead.

That wheel of rebirth has come to an end - an old friend I am happy - to leave behind. No longer alone at the threshold of change - but side by side together we travel into future worlds to come - but not of this earth - far above the skies so bright - as we go upwards into His Light.

Who is that person - is that me - yes, the person I have always wanted to be.

The Apex of my journeys have been reached - as once more I stand at that signpost. Right or left or straight on ahead - it matters not now - where I'll be led. Each way is glorious - each journey exciting - none fall by the wayside - we all go together - at One with the Creator into Future Realms of Light.....

Worlds without end.

My precious friends and family,

I wish to thank you so much for your heartfelt prayers and sharings and holding the Light with me at this time for the Highest Good of all concerned and the safe return of my children. As I read your messages, the tears were flowing in both joy and heartache. To know that we are indeed this incredible network of Light and through our Divine Love, we uplift and hold one another in both our pain and triumph is the greatest gift we give to one another. We are not alone, and in opening our hearts to one another, in opening to receive, we heal our own heartache and pain while stepping deeper into the Center of Divine Love. I feel so connected in Light and filled with Love from not only the Company of Heaven, but held so beautifully by you, my precious family of the Light

And in opening my heart to you, I received so much more in your sharings. Your story became mine, as mine has become yours. In your sharings with me about your own children, your stories of abduction or having your children taken from you, your stories of resolving conflict with your ex-partners, partners, family and friends, your stories of personal triumph and ability to Love and forgive, takes me deeper into the knowing that Divine Love always prevails. We are Divinely supported on all levels of our Beingness, we always have been and always will be, through Mother/Father God, the Company of Heaven, our Beloved I Am Presence and one another.

Some of your expressed your concern about my emotional wellbeing, others wondered why this could happen to me, others suggested that it would be good to experience anger and rage and let go of pent-up feelings and yet others offered beautiful invocations and prayers, and psycho-energetic and karmic clearing techniques through Archangel Michael, St. Germain and the Violet Flame, being held in the Divine embrace of Mother Mary, and many other wonderful suggestions.

I cannot say that I truly understand myself the reasons that we face particular challenges, or why from a 3D perspective, people do what they do, only that these are Initiations of Light. And when we find peace and Love and forgiveness within our hearts and direct this to those that we perceive we are in conflict with, only then are we able to let go, and truly trust and surrender to the Divine. Although I am heartbroken, I do not feel anger or rage, but these stages too must be passed through and integrated into the deeper experience of Love and forgiveness. I have played the victim/persecutor consciousness role, I have experienced the anger, and indeed the rage too. I have experienced disillusionment, resentment and lack of appreciation and at some point, decided that I no longer choose to experience these feelings through the pain body. This shift, which is occurring within all of us, allows us to follow the Path of Transcendence. It brings appreciation into our lives when we are able to greet each person around us in Love, smiling at those we do not yet know, and forgiving all those we perceive have caused us harm. These pre-birth agreements have served us well, but now, in this sacred year of 2012, we are working with the archetypal integration of the Divine Feminine principle with the Divine Masculine principle, regardless of our gender and karmic rebalancing is being brought into focus. Additionally there is a focus as caretakers to this earth to look after the sacred children, and to embrace them and Love them, and appreciate them in all their magnificence and Light.

It is a time in which the Company of Heaven is asking us to collectively look at the changes that we need to make within our own lives by completely trusting and surrendering to the Divine. To watch how we express ourselves, to be loving and gentle with ourselves and to allow the Divine Unfolding Light of Mother/Father God to work through us as custodians and sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love. It takes courage, commitment and strength initially to be in the Now, to hold the vision through the Christed Timelines of Divine Love of all that we wish to co-create in our shared reality of Heaven on Earth, but once we make this commitment, once we can feel the Divine Love of all Creation, we flow graciously and effortlessly in bringing into our realities all that we need to support us on both the inner and outer planes. And it is also a time to open our hearts to one another. To connect through the Unity Grid of Divine Love and to feel and experience this Unified Collective Grid of Heavenly Light and Oneness for one another, for this is what will bring about our Planetary Ascension. To share not only our Light, but our shadows too; to share our pain, our dreams, our hopes and fears, and to feel the support and Divine Love offered to us individually and collectively.

And know that I am always here for you too my sweet friends, should you wish to continue sharing your stories or asking for advice. And there are so many more Beings of Light with you. Your Soul and Star Families, your Family of Light, and the many Legions upon Legions of Light. All is being revealed in this transformational journey into Divine Love and One Unity Consciousness and we are doing this collectively at a Higher Light level, so share your stories and know how deeply you are Loved and appreciated.

I have further been asked about the legal aspects to this unfolding. At this stage I am working with a legal team, but there is much paperwork still to be done and then through The Hague Convention agreement, we will then pursue this matter internationally. So it will all take some time, but I know that these two boys and myself are indeed so truly blessed at this moment, to have your Divine Love and prayers, and meditation circles holding all of us within the Center of Divine Love and envisaging their safe return. Please also send your prayers and Love to the children's father, so he too may feel our collective Divine Love.

THOTH, THE ATLANTEAN, EGYPTIAN TOO:

Thoth, The Atlantean, Egyptian too, "Guardian" of the Akasha and Threshold, we love you.

Bathed in green, purple and gold, all the colours of the spectrum, glorious to behold.  Keeper of the Flame of Eternal Truth.

Travelled have we through time and space, to planets not of our own.  The Ether welcomed us with open arms. As one by one – or in groups, we levitated through time and space – to different spheres and planets – other than our own.

The Universe opened up its Mysteries – the Key to the Akasha, was read by all – those Records of Creation – gave us their Blessing, and always through the aeons of time since, to be tuned into and remembered, with Great Shouts of Acclaim.

Some will hear the Universe speak – vibrations of sound and colour, upon the Ether of Light.

Long forgotten promises, made through time, re-surfaces once more -  it begins again.  There is no stopping now – Remembrance is in full flow;  those Vistas are shown, we feel so Blessed.

Countries we have loved, places remembered are no longer a dream – all can be seen – to reflect upon and experience the Delight of the Spheres;  our Homeland has opened its Doors.

Priest of Atlantis, He walked with us, talked and laughed, as we all grew; safe in his presence, Beloved to us, pure was the vibration of His Name.

The Universe bestowed its Blessings upon us all, as we ventured forward with no fear at all.

At the Fall of Atlantis, He led us far, a long way from Home, and that Great Star.

We arrived in Egypt, still in that Light, which The Father Himself had Blessed with all His Might.  A new country was there – new people to meet, secrets were buried, how we wept – for the pain of the World at that point in time, so far from Home, and way down the line.

The Land of the Pharaohs’ – still yet to be – became our New Home – from Eternity.

Those Secrets of Creation, we took with us, became shrouded in mystery – for later Adepts.  Only those who held the Key were able to understand, and open the Key of Creation.

Pyramids were built – not just for us – for the future of humankind to know they were blessed.  Signs and symbols became the norm – Chambers of Initiation came into being;  none but the brave and pure in heart, were able to unlock the Universe’s Heart.  Doors were locked but not carved in stone, just as the Pyramids were built – as a reminder of Home.

Initiation in all its forms came into being – till that day when our work was done.

We left for The Heights once again, to share and give of our love to those who care, so their vibrations are raised, the door is opened – that Key to the Mysteries unfolds its Blessing, till that day still to come, when once more The Father and They, are as One.

The Universe sings its song – to all of Creation, who belong to the Wonders of the Universe – God Created for us – to feel blessed, as we bathe in that Essence and Great Light from On High, to which our soul, feels pure delight – peace reigneith supreme – no end shows itself, only Eternity beckons, Bliss is within us.

Everyone is a Lightworker whether they know it at all. Just as truth is truth whether anyone knows it or not. The real question arises then, "Am I aware of who I am?" Behind all labels, behind all self created illusions of mind and ego, or social dogmas and masks, there lies the truth, the answer to that question. Just as the Sun shines bright both day and night, it is only the movement of the planet and clouds that obscure it from view. But the sun is always shining. A Lightworker is awake to this truth, aware of their true presence and living in accordance with the divine plan. All beings that exist are a channel between eternal, formless heaven and the temporary world of form and illusion, earth. Why am I here? One does not always need to consciously realize the answer to this question, but living your life purpose is achievable in every moment, right now. Sit in peaceful contemplation, in pure awareness. Allow yourself to be present in every moment and feel within the depths of your heart for your inner truth, your guidance. The work is easy and the burden is light. Your true essence of being is so vast, it is beyond any concept, any word, thought or form. A Lightworker then is any being, who is aware of their true non-dual nature, their eternal "I Am" Presence and acting in accordance with it. A Lightworker is active in enlightenment, or in cultivating enlightenment.

What A Plant Knows--by Maria Popova, Original Story

As I was planting my seasonal crop of tomatoes last month, a good friend (and my personal gardening guru) informed me that they liked their leaves rubbed, “like petting a pet’s ears,” which I received with equal parts astonishment, amusement, and mild concern for my friend. But, as Tel Aviv University biologist Daniel Chamovitz reveals in What a Plant Knows: A Field Guide to the Senses (public library), that might not be such a crazy idea after all. Plants, it turns out, possess a sensory vocabulary far wider than our perception of them as static, near-inanimate objects might suggest: They can smell their own fruits’ ripeness, distinguish between different touches, tell up from down, and retain information about past events; they “see” when you’re approaching them and even “know” whether you’re wearing a red or blue shirt; like us, they have unique genes that detect light and darkness to wind up their internal clock.

A key reason why plants have evolved such complex sensory system is that, unlike us and our fellow animals, they can’t escape a bad environment, pursue a good one, run away when danger approaches, or get up for a glass of water. Their “rootedness,” which keeps them immobile, is an enormous evolutionary constraint and, like all such constraints, responsible for a great many adaptations. Chamovitz explains:

While most animals can choose their environments, seek shelter in a storm, search for food and a mate, or migrate with the changing seasons, plants must be able to withstand and adapt to constantly changing weather, encroaching neighbors, and invading pests, without being able to move to a better environment. Because of this, plants have developed complex sensory and regulatory systems that allow them to modulate their growth in response to ever-changing conditions. An elm tree has to know if its neighbor is shading it from the sun so that it can find its own way to grow towards the light that’s available. A head of lettuce has to know if there are ravenous aphids about to eat it up so that it can protect itself by making poisonous chemicals to kill the pests. A Douglas fir tree has to know if whipping winds are shaking its branches so it can grow a stronger trunk. Cherry trees have to know when to flower.

Even though plants don’t have a central nervous system where this “knowledge” resides and is enacted, their sophisticated vessels connect their various parts into one responsive whole. In many ways, Chamovitz points out, plants are significantly less genetically different from us than we tend to think — yet his arguments are reserved and rooted in research, far from arguing that plants are just like us. What does emerge from What a Plant Knows, however, is a fascinating inside look at what a plant’s life is like, and a new lens on our own place in nature.
