How to Open the Third Eye?

I recommend listening to 852 hz by Power Thoughts Meditation Club on YouTube, and while listening, close your physical eyes and while your physical eyes are closed- try to look around and see and try to see your Soul. Intend- "Soul I am looking for you, show me where you are. This is my free will request."

The 852 hz removes densities that block the third eye and the looking around from within builds the antahkarana bridge of light creative thread link from your human personality to your Soul. Then as your Soul notices you looking from within, you may feel pressure in the brow between the physical eyes, this is the third eye opening.

Meditation and sound opens the third eye. Also you can receive Reiki attunements and healing to energetically increase chakra vibrations. The chakras are found in the etheric body which can be developed using meditation, free will and Soul alignment, and frequency.

May communicate with advanced disciples on the inner planes (astral, mental, or causal)—especially in dreams, meditation, or moments of crisis.

These communications often come as intuition, symbols, sudden understanding, or soul contact.

6. Guardianship of Esoteric Knowledge

Protect certain sacred teachings or rituals from being misused by the uninitiated.

At the right stage, may transmit higher knowledge to those who have proven readiness—often through direct initiatory experiences.

7. Energetic Anchoring and Group Oversight

Operate as overseers of spiritual groups, even if they’re unknown to the members.

Help keep the group aligned with higher purposes, ensuring the ego of individual members doesn’t derail collective progress.

Allow God's Grace to always flow upon the Earth. The purpose of Service to Others on Earth is The Will to do Good and The Will to Love. 3rd Density Graduation

• Master the lessons of duality, free will, and the consequences of choices.
• Develop a sense of self-awareness, self-reflection, and personal responsibility.
• Cultivate empathy, compassion, and understanding for others.
• Let go of attachments to material possessions, ego, and external validations.
• Develop a sense of unity and connection with others, recognizing We are all One. 

4th Density Graduation

• Add "Where did I express love without wisdom?"
• Reflect on how love without wisdom leads to burnout and martyrdom. Also how it leads to emotional attachment and enabling.

5th Density Graduation

•  Add "Where did I express wisdom without love?"
• Reflect on how wisdom without love can become cold and isolating. Also how it is harsh and lacking compassion. 

I'm being prepared for the inner planes. God advised me to get my Will done. I don't know what this means exactly or when this is, but I will eventually be on the inner planes in the Ray 2 ashram as an assistant teacher of Love-Wisdom, most likely an ascension teacher in Earth Service prior to Path to Sirius after that.

In the meanwhile I'm here to help on Earth but after that I will be available etherically. It's always a pleasure helping you all. You are all doing great things. You are all making a huge impact and I bow to the Divine in each of you. Everything will be perfect for each of you.

This lesson is to inspire and uplift the world It comes from a place of service not from recognition. We are all equal brothers and sisters of the Divine.

Here are some examples of how I manifest Wise-Compassion in daily actions.

Here is my timeline so you can see the big picture.

2006-2009- I awakened. My spiritual awakening. Let's call awakening the motivation. 4D consciousness. Connect with Soul. Shadow work and Self Healing. Forgiveness of self and others. Began learning energy work and reading wisdom. Reading near death experiences.

2009-2021- I stepped into service by writing books and bringing the City of Shamballa website to the world. Let's call service the direction. 5D consciousness. Merge with Soul. Began training disciples (Initiations 1, 2). Love and Wisdom service actions. Surrender begins. Burn away ego. Sharing of energy attunements and healing.

2022 to present- Embodying my Higher Self. "The I AM Presence." I amplified the service to a planetary level through further reaching books, blogs, and videos. 6D consciousness. Love-Wisdom balance. Merge with Oversoul. Fulfill life purpose. Broadcast energy attunements, healing and wisdom to the world. Began training initiates (Initiations 3-5). Surrender continues. Ego mostly burned away. Transparent human vessel of the Divine. Path to Higher Evolution/Cosmic Service begins.

What is Wise-Compassion? Wise-Compassion is the balance of Love and Wisdom. It is to be compassionate and yet discerning regarding the timing and impact of service.

Wise-Compassion is knowing how to be the most useful in service. To embody joyful service. To be grateful for opportunities to serve. To understand serving all is serving The Creator.

The I AM Presence motivates by being Balanced Wisdom and Compassion. This motivation charges the service actions.

Here are examples:

Outer service aligned with Inner rest.

Outer service- Planetary Service, Books, Blog Posts, Videos, Website sharing, Distant Healing Network volunteer, Acts of loving kindness, Acts of loving service, Wise-Compassion actions, Teaching others (Disciples/Initiates) to train others, Channeling, Leaving Legacy. Prayers for planet. Prayers for healing. Prayers for others. Prayers for humanity's ascension.

Inner rest- Gardening for grounding, Meditation for Connecting with Higher Self, Physical Exercise, Self Healing Sessions, Gratitude, Appreciation, Connect with Inner Plane Spirit Guides, Follow Intuition. Prayers for self. Prayers for personal ascension.

These are just a few ways to stay balanced and serve the world. Follow your inner guidance always. We are all equal Divine brothers and sisters on unique paths. Let us each uplift the world in love and light together in our own ways. Namaste.

Embodying the Higher Self- I am generous to all and yet sovereign with healthy boundaries, I am kind and I am love and yet balanced. I do not sacrifice, I know when to discern. I am free of judgment and yet I protect self and others. I guide, I drop seeds, and yet I reflect to others their actions and know in neutral observation what energy is given out must return.

I radiate and broadcast love and I illuminate the truth. I defend from lower vibrations by being the highest vibration I can. I am impersonal love, not attached to others or things. I am wise compassion knowing when to give and knowing when to restrain. I don't provide fish, I teach others to fish for themselves.

I am not responsible for others, I do not rescue, and yet I guide in a positive direction. I support and empower others. I do not condone evil, but I do forgive all. Different sides are simply characters playing different roles, all different expressions for evolution.

How does a higher self help a person who was abused and how does a high self help an abuser?

The concept of the "higher self" — often understood as a person's most authentic, wise, loving, and spiritually connected aspect — can be deeply transformative for both those who have experienced abuse and those who have inflicted it. Here's how:

1. For the Person Who Was Abused

Healing through Self-Compassion and Truth

The higher self helps the abused person:

Reconnect with self-worth: Abuse often distorts one’s sense of value. The higher self reminds them that they are inherently worthy of love, dignity, and healing.

See beyond the trauma: While trauma can define behavior or thought patterns, the higher self sees the whole self beyond pain — not as broken, but as enduring and resilient.

Guide inner healing: It can inspire forgiveness (not necessarily of the abuser, but of oneself), release of shame, and a commitment to personal healing, growth, and boundaries.

Empower choices: From this higher perspective, the person can make decisions grounded in self-respect and clarity, rather than fear or survival patterns.

2. For the Person Who Was the Abuser

Catalyst for Accountability and Transformation

The higher self helps the abuser:

Face the truth: A higher self doesn't justify harmful actions but encourages full acknowledgment and accountability, without denial or minimization.

Break cycles: Abuse often stems from unresolved trauma, powerlessness, or conditioning. The higher self helps uncover the root wounds that led to destructive behaviors.

Develop empathy: It fosters a deepening awareness of the harm caused, allowing for the emergence of genuine remorse and the desire to repair.

Initiate change: Through alignment with the higher self, an abuser can begin to rewire their identity — away from control, fear, or rage, and toward compassion, discipline, and integrity.

Key Distinction

The higher self does not excuse abuse or invalidate pain — it holds space for truth, accountability, and evolution on both ends.

For survivors, the higher self is a source of inner strength.

For perpetrators, it’s a call to conscience and deep transformation.

Final Thought

True healing — for anyone involved in cycles of abuse — begins when the voice of the higher self is listened to over the ego, the pain, or the conditioning. It is not an easy path, but it is one that opens the door to deep liberation, forgiveness, and growth.

In the context of spiritual evolution — especially within frameworks like the Law of One or similar esoteric teachings — 6th density is said to represent a state of consciousness where Love (4th density) and Wisdom (5th density) are fully integrated into a harmonious balance. This balance is not only a personal realization but a functional and evolutionary necessity before advancing to the 7th density (unity with the Creator).

Here are examples that reflect this balance in practical or metaphorical terms:

1. Service Without Attachment (Compassion + Discernment)

A being in 6th density helps others out of deep unconditional love, but does so with clear wisdom about timing, consent, and karmic implications.

Example:

A 6th-density being may choose not to intervene in someone’s suffering if that suffering serves a vital learning experience. Their love motivates the desire to help, but their wisdom sees the soul-level necessity of the experience.

2. Guidance Without Control

True guidance respects free will. 6th-density consciousness would assist others by offering opportunities, not by directing their choices.

Example:

They might seed insights, dreams, or synchronicities — instead of giving direct instructions — allowing the seeker to reach understanding through their own agency.

3. Forgiveness With Boundaries

They understand the unity of all and forgive completely, but also know when to maintain energetic boundaries to avoid enabling harm or imbalance.

Example:

They may unconditionally forgive a being who causes harm but still choose to avoid further entanglement with that entity to honor both their paths.

4. Sacrifice That Respects the Whole

Love may push one to sacrifice for others. Wisdom reminds the being to consider the larger picture, avoiding self-depletion or karmic imbalance.

Example:

A 6th-density being may refrain from sacrificing itself in a dramatic gesture if doing so would create dependence or prevent growth in others.

5. The Healing Mirror

Rather than fixing others, they act as mirrors, allowing others to see themselves clearly — a balanced approach of heart (love) and mind (wisdom).

Example:

They listen deeply with empathy, yet offer a wise reflection that gently exposes distortions or illusions without judgment.

6. Service to All, Not Just Some

Love might want to serve a particular group (e.g., “the suffering”), but wisdom sees that all beings, even those causing harm, are fragments of the Creator in evolution.

Example:

They work to uplift the whole system — helping both victims and perpetrators to evolve — seeing beyond duality.

7. Balancing Polarity Itself

6th density beings (especially those on the positive polarity) begin the process of reconciling duality entirely, seeing both service-to-self and service-to-others as ultimately part of the Creator’s plan.

Example:

Rather than resisting negative entities, they may engage them with love and clarity, assisting in their transformation without falling into fear or judgment.

Summary of Progression:

Earth (1st): Awakens spiritual aspiration and begins discipline of the physical life.

Water (2nd): Purifies emotions and desire; detachment from glamour.

Fire (3rd): Integrates personality through mental illumination.

Air (4th): Achieves detachment from form, and identifies with group/soul purpose.

Ether (5th): Transcends individual soul; functions as spiritual being.
