Greetings Masters! I am Metatron, Lord of Light, and I greet you in Unconditional Love ! Dear Ones, the most powerful vortexial point in North America, is Mt Shasta. Shasta exists in 44 Dimensions and that will soon expand. From the period of June 19-25 in your year 2012, an omnipotent event occurs. It is a benchmark of the Ascension, and many are called to join the Beloved Sainte Germaine and the Ascended Masters. It is the OM Completion!

Let us speak of Shasta.

Now the greater massif, the greater parameter of the Shasta mega vortex-portal complex is capable of folding space and time within its field. It condenses and 'zips' space more potently than any other area in North America. Its capacity in doing so will expand as the Om Crystal goes into activation.

You see, currently a cubic measure of space in the upper meadows of Mount Shasta holds upward of 36 dimensional frequencies, at certain times as many as 44. It is the blend of folded energy, varied by celestial alignments and terrestrial magnetics that trigger the variation. Shasta is far more active in some periods than others for this reason. Dimensional gates open and narrow accordingly. When one learns through intent and determination to increase vibrational frequency into the Mer-Ka-Na realm of crystal resonance, then the doorway is open, or accessible, in your terms. Do you see?

Not everyone who visits Shasta will access these portals and doorways, but all those who are capable of increasing their vibratory rate to that of the crystalline frequency, will indeed. It has always been such in infinity points, stargates, if you will.

Now, Mt Shasta anchors a very complex multi-dimensional over- fold, and does so through its very conscious geometric grid, complex frequencies & unique crysto-electromagnetic field. These allow light portals from many higher dimensions to coexist within the Earth dimensions precisely in the massif of Mount Shasta. Among those are the ones from Sirius A & B, the Pleades, Arcturius as well as many others, and we repeat, many others. That is correct. Mount Shasta is quite prolific in the higher dimensional communities that are accessible to seekers, you see.

And indeed during the 5-Days of the June 2012 Solstice, this expansion will be more prolific than at any previous time on your planet. It is the unique energy of the June 2012 Solstice that allows for this vast opening.

Now, Mount Shasta, as all with all infinity points upon the planet, has a geometric projection, that defines, to a degree its nature and purpose. The overlay of Mount Shasta is an octahedron, the double pyramid: "As Above, so Below". This is the geometric crystallization found in many of your diamonds. Understanding this can assist you in the experience you seek at Shasta.

So you see, if you seek to communicate with the infinite nature of sacred sites. Then it is suggested that you make an effort to understand the multidimensional, geometric and geological aspects of them. You must understand and accept that each infinity point is aware of itself, fully conscious, in your terms. Your indigenous people always asked permission to enter such places, sang songs of prayer and made offerings. And Dear Ones, we tell you, it was appropriate. The Earth will respond.

The Spirit of Place will open itself to you. Now truly, the Living Earth does not necessarily need the offering you bring in a material sense, but the very spirit of giving you thus demonstrate is one that opens you and creates the resonance of the gifts the higher Consciousness of Place, will return to you in kind. Do you understand? Make it known why you are here, and what you seek, and you will indeed feel a tingling of energy rise up your spine, and a direct connection will occur.

The resulting experiences will open to you in ways that are beyond, perhaps, what you expect. Trust them. They are perhaps far more valid, far more revealing than you even imagine. Bring forth your greater awareness to the forefront, quiet the questioning mind.

The channel has spoken of many incredible experiences and visions he expereinced within the energy of Mount Shasta in his numerous quests to Mt Shasta. We say to the channel, "Do not doubt your experiences. For the expereince of Sainte Germaine, the initiation into the Council of Crystalline Light, and the later experience aboard the Ashstar Ship did indeed occur." These were indeed, quite real.

We tell you dreams and visions are indeed actual, they are valid, and often the catalytic means for dimensional travel. and spiritual growth. Do not doubt them, rather learn to further navigate within them in lucidity.

You see most experiences in such dimensional doorways at Mount Shasta will occur in one of two ways. Either one passes thru the doorway that reveals itself into other dimensions, to see and feel what is on the otherside of the gateway...or one simply waits at the threshold for manifestations of 'the other side' to appear. The former seems to be a vision, held in the mental eye, the latter an incredible manifestation of a Teacher or Master into what you would term the physical world, albeit for a brief period. In both cases, the initial tendency among humans is to dismiss the valid reality of what occurs.

Dear Ones, you must allow the expanded paradigm to exist as more than simply a possibility. You must allow it as a valid expression of multi dimensional reality. As REAL! There are far more parts to you, Dear Human, than you truly realize, and upon the Earth Plane, you are far far more than the sum total of your parts! Allowing yourself to expand is only a piece of what Shasta gifts to you, Dear Seeker, the other part is up to you, and that is to accept and believe what has occurred.

When Mount Shasta offers you an experience that is far removed from your daily accepted reality, you are simply being shown a piece of the greater reality. It is understandable that you might initially doubt it, but you were shown the greater truth because you expanded, through greater effort than you may realize, to the point where you could perceive it.

What does that tell you? It tells you that within your expanded perception lays the field of all probability, of all possibility, some you inhabit, and some you do not. Some of the realities have never known biological life as you know it, some contain more advanced life beings, etheric in nature, but not physical, yet human in heart. There are no regimented rules that will limit the potential of such travel, other than the blockages you would create for yourself in non acceptance. In truth many of these realities are closer to your true home than is your physical experience upon the Earth. That is why the removal of fear is an essential graduation to the higher dimensional reality validity of what one experiences in this very real system of growth potential.

Now, we will add, that often is the case where when humans first step into this wider reality, that they temporarily or permanently, can lose their 'grounding' on the Earth Plane. To remain grounded, the human must learn to manage the integrity of the Human CEF ( Crysto-Electromagnetic field). One must learn how to open and to close the awareness centers, the chakras. Was this not the lesson of the LeMurians? Having an out of body experience may not be appropriate when one is being chased by a tiger, or setting in an office doing accounting work! Learn to manage the system, as you are on the Earth for certain valid purposes of the Earth, and through discernment utilize your ability for chakric, Mer-Ka-Na travel, when it is appropriate to do so. Do you understand?

Do not become so ungrounded that you are not capable of operating within physical dimensions. There are times when it is appropriate to have both feet solidly on the ground, even in this Ascending New Age of the Earth.

Now, the channel asks of the origin and significance of the energy body of Mount Shasta. We confirm that he, Mount Shasta, is Lemurian, but also Atlantean. And although the volcano itself is somewhat dormant at this time, in terms of what you consider volcanic activity, in dimensional terms it is very expansive, very active. Currently, Shasta is in commissioned transition, in the task of balancing energy harmonics that exists between Atlantis and Lemuria. And for that reason it is a Lemurian area and yet an Atlantean, masculine volcano, twinned with parity to the feminine.

Do you understand? It is significant for both Atlantis & LeMuria. You see Mount Shasta transfers energetic excesses from one to the other, seeking equilibrium within integral dimension. That is what creates such dynamic charge in this area. It is why one becomes dimensionally enabled & energized upon that mountain, you see?

Now while the lands of LeMuria and Atlantis co existed for over 800,000 years, in your terms of time measurement, their civilizations co existed only some 50,000 years. One projected heart the other mind.

One was excessively male one excessively female, in a manner of speaking. Can you see why these must be brought into BALANCED alignment for the Ascension? Do you understand that in a very valid sense, all time on your planet co exists in multi dimension? So we tell you that Mount Shasta is in a special role to blend these, to attune these in multi dimensionality, and accordingly Shasta is very specifically in harmonic oscillation with your islands of Hawaii, and Mount Fuji in the Pacific areas, and with Santorini in the Mediterranean and the Canary Islands in the Atlantic, the former hold aspects of LeMuria, the latter of Atlantis.

Now, understand that the 'Golden Age' of the Law of One of Atlantis was indeed a society of balance. It was a period of what may be termed Matriarchal Energy, or better said, the energy of pure nurturing harmony, the perfect balance of the attributes you term in duality as male/ female. It was the final stage of Atlantis that was overly aggressive and power-seeking, not the Golden Age of the Law of One.

Now, Dear Human, do you understand why it is volcanoes, specific ones, that are capable of such commissioned undertaking on your planet? We tell you it is because of the dimensional expansion capabilities of their electromagnetic fields.

Now it is not every volcano that is so endowed, we will say that this varies according to their placement, geo magnetics and consciousness embellishment. There must of course, first be the correct frequencial potential of sufficient raw energy there, and it must be of a specific blend. Now, as the channel has an affinity for gems, we use this analogy: one can find a rough diamond that appears to be a mere carbon deposit, but if it is burnished, and proves to contain clarity and symmetry, it can be polished and faceted into a gem of luminous beauty that refracts light and energy in wondrous ways. As such do volcanoes and other sourced power points evolve into the awareness of dimensionally expanded sacred sites. But the energy potential was there first.

Now indeed when what you might refer to as a great historic event occurs in a field or valley or mountain, and multitudes of people are thereafter drawn there to visit the location of the great event, the energy they amass can also polish the location to a higher frequency, and a sacred site of sorts will evolve by amplification.

But it is not just the raw telluric energy, not just the geometry, it must also be embellished with the sacred. And that is so misunderstood. Your mainstream physists, mathematicians and scientist currently have many concepts, many systems of thought, of belief, of paradigm that are being applied to physics as simply a complex mathematical challenge, but they omit the sacred. The two must be coupled for human kind to truly understand the nature of the living Earth and consciousness of the Cosmos.

Now, many have experienced the inner dimensional, etheric city located within Mount Shasta that is referred to as Telos. Dear Ones, we tell you it is indeed real. It is inhabited by an advanced cycle of those you term LeMurians, the blue skinned, ones who have obtained full consciousness. Some of your explorers and writers have experienced this inner world and referred to it as Agartha. These beings originally escaped into the inner hollow chasms of your planet some 25,000 years ago, in your measurement. Indeed, these beings of LeMurian descent are far more highly evolved in spirit than you are at this time. There bodies are, as I have said, less dense, but are indeed physical. Their skin has taken on the hue of green and in some cases a green blue, because the water they drink is highly mineral in content, containing oxidized copper and other metals in a higher concentration. These beings are peaceful, knowing no religion other than the love of source, and an understanding of what is termed great tranquility.

They are quite aware of you, but have no desire to intermingle with the masses of humanity. Why you may ask? Because of several reasons, the most prevalent is that they are aware of your violent nature, your fear and your lack of mass spiritual development. They are aware of your physical diseases that would infect them, and are quite unable to sustain your solar rays. Let us say they have evolved into beings that have set a unique course, and are close to completing their sojourn. There bodies are sustained by a crystalline magnetic force, and of a light source that is emitted from your planetary core. Their mental capacities have allowed them to harness these force fields and adapt them to their physical and spiritual sustenance. Their mental capacities have adapted to emit an internal light into the external, and as such the chasms they create are as bountiful in beauty and light, etheric light, as the most beautiful of your mountain valleys on the exterior.

In dimensional terms the Agarthan city of Telos has its existence in both the physical and etherical realm. In physical it exists just above the level of the third, and measures some 20 miles in length, 3 to five miles in width, with a ceiling of approximately 2 miles. Thus it has been experienced by many of your adepts in human biology, through the mechanism we will refer to as 'lucid dreaming'. We will add that such experience is by invitation only.

There has indeed been contact between the inhabitants of the inner world and your governments, but not an intermingling. There have been messages of the need for the human race on the surface to be aware of the coming changes. Those of the inner world are primarily on a set course, a different cycle, and one that is close to completion.

Now above the dimension of four exist the light city above Mount Shasta. Within this realm are many of those you refer to as the Ascended Masters and certain of the benevolent extra terrestrial beings, such as the Pleadeans and those of Sirius B. Now would it surprise you to know that many of you have co existing lives within all of these realms? Would it surprise and overwhelm you to know that many of you are extensions of omnipotent consciousnesses that you call the Ascended Masters. Your biology in its dual nature separates you from this knowledge until you learn to operate the 'back brain' or subconscious nature of your being. Has this not been the way taught by your Buddhist and other adepts for millennia, to quiet the conscious mind and thus find your true nature? Those of you that have chosen to evolve with the planet in human biology have done so on an exercise of choice, to fully grow and master the experience of Planet Earth. You are much closer to do so than you truly realize. And when you pass into higher dimension, you understand that a physical existence upon the Earth is just a heartbeat of time from the higher realm.

Beloved Saint Germain has chosen Mount Shasta as one of his homes of interface with your planet. His presence is easily accessed upon the peaks and in the Valley of Upper Panther Meadows and surrounding slopes. He is indeed an Ascended Master, and one who can be termed as 'modern' in many of his expressions. Modern in that he has had a variety of lifetimes manifested on your planet within the past centuries. Some known as such, and others not. The Ascended Masters of the Crystalline Council are a group dedicated to assisting humankind achieve Mastery on the Earth, and have anchored light cities in specific points on the Earth Plane for the dissemination of their energies. Mount Shasta is one such point. As we have said in the beginning of this communication, it is the magnetic nature of Mount Shasta that provided the raw template to enable the dimensional fold for higher dimensional influx into your terrestrial template.

The channel has asked if it is necessary to physically be in such infinity points on your planet to access these Masters. We tell you that it is not. The most potent infinity point you carry within your heart Dear Ones. But let us say, that access can be more easily obtained within these points.

So you see, what is made available to you on Mount Shasta is a glimpse into the infinity of who you really are. Shasta opens the dimensions as a peacock opens its fan of blue green feathers, and for an eternal moment shows you the depth of your true beingness, at the time you are ready to see it. The government has just announced a plan to spy on us all, to be pushed through “as soon as Parliamentary time allows”.

[1] They want to see details of who we call, text and email, and which websites we visit - without any kind of warrant or reason.

They want to force phone and internet companies to install special devices to provide all this data on each and every one of us.

[2] Experts are lining up to condemn this idea as intrusive, expensive and ineffective.

[3] But we know that when the Labour government announced similar plans a few years ago, a huge outcry was needed to make them to back down.

The Festival of the Christ occurs during the full moon in Aries which is usually the same time as the Easter holiday. It represents the living and incorporating the Christ Consciousness Within. It is the first of the three festivals connected to planetary and cosmic ascension. The second being Wesak, and the third The Festival of Humanity. Each of these festivals are stepping stones for each initiate to move further up the ladder of their initiation phase as they walk on the Mastery Pathway.  

The keynote of the festival is Love in the highest form with Resurrection being the second element and Contact, being the third keynote. This represents a closer relationship to your I AM Presence, and Lord Maitreya, as he is considered to be the Planetary Christ, Head of the Spiritual Hierarchy, and teacher to all the ascended masters along with being a Galactic Avatar.

The Festival of the Christ is helping each of us to fully surrender into our I AM Presence or Over Soul to full create the Divinity within our physical walk upon this Earth. All that was hidden is being revealed. We encourage you to share your findings with each other. You will not see mention of this on mainstream television as yet. The media is not allowed to give you the full picture of what is actually happening. Those with eyes to see, can see for themselves that the Cabal is in trouble. I wanted to share these words with everyone.

This is what you have returned to Earth to bring about. You will succeed; never again will humanity be allowed to be reduced to this level of existence. It is just a matter of everything falling into place when the timing is right. 2012 was the year chosen for all to be put in place, then man will learn who he is and what he is capable of. All the information is readily available, it's up to each of you to prepare for this great transition.

The energy of your world is re-awakening. It is releasing pure energy once more. Believe only those you trust. Go with your gut instincts. The Cabal will try to use natural changes to cause fear. Remember that fear is the oxygen of life to them. They need you to be in fear.

They are to be pitied. 2000 years in the planning and now they see it falling apart and they are powerless to change it. They will have to answer for the human suffering they have caused in that time. Humanity will be their judge. Sadly, humanity fell into the traps which were cleverly set by the Cabal, all those years ago. Man has since learned some hard lessons. Now that people are becoming more aware every day, they want an end to the rule of the Cabal. The time has come for the 99% to step forward and reclaim what is rightfully theirs. The plans of the Cabal are so EVIL - way beyond anything humanity could imagine. It will be difficult when all this comes to light. 1. With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. The effects of the ever-growing light in your world extend way beyond the publicized shake-ups and shake-outs of corrupt ones in national governments and major corporations—this is happening in communities too, from villages to major cities around the globe. The effects go beyond the hands-on help and donations to people in dire need at international and local levels, and the increasing numbers of voices for peace, preserving animal life and the environment along with scores of other positive measures. Every time a petition is signed for a benevolent cause or to correct an injustice, the energy of the signer’s intention mingles with the energy of thousands, perhaps millions of others who also signed in support of that cause, and it is the same with every single loving thought, every feeling of gratitude, compassion, and desire for a better world.

2. If you could see this brilliance from our vantage point, you would be astounded. But you cannot see the abundance of light from those myriad sources on the planet or beaming to Earth from far distant worlds. Instead, you see that many still are suffering and saber rattling by war mongers, random acts of violence, crushing economic woes. We see this too, and in our unconditional love for all souls, the continuance of those situations even at this late hour is undeniably sad for us. However, we do understand this in its higher context: During these waning days of duality, individuals are rushing to complete third density karmic experiences and attain the balance necessary for soul evolvement.

3. This balance does NOT include military action against Iran or a new field of combat in any other country. It doesn’t include damage to the planet so devastating that ETs will evacuate everyone and when you are returned, you will have to live in Inner Earth because the planet’s surface will be uninhabitable. ETs will not undertake lifesaving relocations of people from some places on the planet to others prior to massive destruction because such destruction will not occur. Nor will some within our universal family who are posing as benevolent betray your trust and enslave you. There will be no filled detention camps or application of ominous new or proposed laws, and none of the other fearful-sounding possibilities or claims will come to pass either. Those kinds of old or new reports keep popping up and circulated by individuals who feel they are being responsible by alerting others.

4. Yes, we have given similar assurances in previous messages, so why are we doing it again? Because even in the most dedicated lightworkers, fear streamers arise whenever it is perceived that the physical safety of persons dear to you may be in jeopardy. That perception and the abhorrent situations still plaguing your world arouse feelings of discouragement and anxiety instead of the joyfulness we wish you could consistently feel about the onset of Earth’s Golden Age within only months.

5. Beloved souls, not for a moment is this faulting you for natural concerns about ones dear to you—quite the opposite! We and other light beings throughout this universe hold you in highest honor. With inner strength you didn’t know you had until it came forth, you have dealt with grief and bounced back from despair; you have overcome hardships with ingenuity and perseverance, and by sharing your resources, you help those who are less fortunate. After disappointments and setbacks, you haven’t wavered in your determination to carry on; and even though the dark ones’ tenacity has delayed implementing extensive reforms worldwide, your conviction stands firm that promised results are being manifested. In short, you have been demonstrating the finest attributes of humankind along with embracing the reality that you are so much more than “this person” you know. We could describe this, albeit facetiously, as performing a most astonishing feat—you’re keeping one foot on the ground while letting the other foot soar far, far beyond this world.

6. Now then, after a flurry of activity—the forcible removal of numerous individuals from top level positions in major world banks and the closure of some of the Illuminati’s underground bases—it may seem that progress has come to a standstill. Oh no, dear family, it has not. Follow-up steps to the bankers’ arrest are grinding through your legal systems so this matter is handled legally and ethically; other arrests are imminent; technology aboard spacecrafts is rendering nuclear warheads dysfunctional; and remnants in the Illuminati ranks are running away or running scared.

7. Let us speak about some incidents during the past few weeks that are receiving significant international attention. While these are seen as tragedies, which indeed they are to the affected families, all the occurrences we shall mention happened for a higher purpose.

8. The shooting in France of seven Jews, including children, by a young non-Jewish Frenchman has touched hearts around the world, and it is a poignant example of how religious prejudice has caused agony and death to countless souls throughout your history.

9. In the United States, a black teenager was fatally shot by an older man of a different race. It is not for us to say if racial prejudice was the motivating factor in either the shooter or the police who didn’t arrest him, but the boy’s death has brought the world’s attention to the pervasive harm inherent in “racial profiling.”

10. That incident also is highlighting the “stand your ground” law, which could substantiate that the killing was legal so the shooter cannot be held accountable. This controversy is coming in tandem with airing the plight of individuals released from prison after proof of their innocence came to light, yet laws are preventing just compensation to them for their years of unjust incarceration. Both of these legal situations are increasing the awareness that unfair and cruel laws anywhere in your world must be struck down.

11. The shooting rampage by a US soldier resulted in the death of 17 Afghani civilians, and again, children were among them. What underlies the sergeant’s action is by no means an isolated reaction to the psychological effects of war—the stress of causing death and seeing comrades and strangers dying runs deep. Killing when preservation of self or the life of loved ones is not at stake is not the make-up of humankind. It is the opposite—the composition of every soul is love-light.

12. Killing has to be thoroughly taught, and it has been. Some countries’ citizenry have been conditioned by their leaders to regard war as patriotic, the defense of democracy and freedom, and this orientation has been relentlessly reinforced not only by the media and entertainment venues, but even children’s games. Some segments of the populace are taught from childhood that it is their responsibility to avenge the genocidal massacres of their ancestors, and in some countries, children are forced into soldiering.

13. Troops have to bypass soul make-up and suppress survival instinct to achieve the mindset that lets them willingly surge onto battlefields where they may die themselves while ending the lives of others. However, the psyche cannot reconcile mental pummeling in preparation for combat with the innate being, and as the troops follow orders to kill “the enemy,” their psyches incur profound damage. A situation as dramatic as the one we cited forces international attention on the immediate and residual effects of warring, effects that have permeated your entire society.

14. Everyone who was directly affected by all of those happenings we mentioned agreed to participate as they did. This doesn’t mean that prior to birth they all knew exactly what they would encounter and when, but each had chosen to be a “perpetrator” or a “victim” or one within a sorrowing family to fulfill third density karma. Soul contracts provide for flexibility in circumstances and timing when the same results will be accomplished, and in all those cases, the participants wanted to exemplify to your world the horrors of war or the tragic effects of racial, ethnic or religious prejudice, or the cruelty of unfair laws. Many, many others chose the same kinds of roles in generations long before these recent incidents, but the succession of dark ones in power kept the peoples living and dying in situations born of intimidation and ignorance born of deception.

15. Only when the collective consciousness reflects the intense desire and determination of a civilization to live in unity and harmony instead of divisiveness and killing can this come about. After darkness entered this universe and the collective consciousness of some civilizations spiraled downward, only through one self-destructive era after another has a third density world been able to shake loose from its dark mooring and embark upon the pathway to peaceful, cooperative living. You all came to help pave that pathway on Earth and usher in a new, different era, the Golden Age.

16. Now we shall speak of a greatly different kind of significant matter, the comments between US president Obama and Russian president Medvedev that became public knowledge because a microphone was left open. There is no such thing as an accident or a coincidence! The universe operates in perpetual synchronous motion that keeps opening doors of opportunity, and that was one. While political analysts and members of the Republican party are having a field day with this “opened door” in a negative sense, that brief conversation is a glimpse of behind-the-scenes talks by two of the several world leaders who want to steer their respective nations toward international cooperation and nuclear disarmament. When the great majority in a civilization wants peace instead of war and deadly arsenals, the collective consciousness brings the desire to fruition.

17. On another international front, some of your leaders and members of high universal councils still are discussing how to announce to your world the presence of other civilizations. We know the delay is frustrating to you, and it is as well to our family members on and off-planet who have been waiting for years to work alongside you openly. But they know that every aspect must be carefully planned so they will be warmly greeted rather than feared. Although the Illuminati’s capability to threaten your safety and that of your space brotherhood has been greatly weakened, public reaction to strangers showing up with astounding technologies remains a sensitive consideration. It is essential that they not be perceived as taking matters into their own hands so the masses will welcome their assistance rather than panic about invaders from outer space, the way aliens are portrayed ad nauseam in films and games. Please remember, you have knowledge and discernment that most others in your world do not.

18. Even so, we need to address some ideas about what will happen at the end of this year. In previous messages we have said that there will be no pronounced differences between December’s last days and the first days of January 2013; however, some believe that the onset of the Golden Age heralds a sudden shift in mass consciousness and others believe the planet will shift on its axis at that time.

19. A shift in consciousness has been a gradual process that began seventy-some years ago, when Earth started her ascension course—clarity has come much sooner to some than to others, and many still are slumbering in unawareness. As for the planet, it has been shifting gradually throughout the ascension process to right itself and regain natural orbiting position. During the millennia of being mired in deep third density, Earth had become weakened to the extent that her orbiting pattern was so severely destabilized that without the monumental influx of light from distant sources, the planet would have flown out into space and certain destruction.

20. Along this line, we shall correct another misconception, that you will spend three days in darkness before the Golden Age begins. That is part of one theory about the photon belt, that Earth would spend three days in darkness, the “null zone” at the belt’s edge. That theory goes on to include Earth’s entering the belt itself and orbiting within it thereafter, and according to another theory, the planet will exit the belt at some later time. Only celestial debris enters the belt after it is rendered lifeless by close proximity to the behemoth belt’s overwhelming force that also prevents the exiting of anything it pulled in. That fate is not Gaia’s plan for her planetary body!

21. Please don’t expect to see all the marvels of the Golden Age at year’s end. We are not saying that eliminating all pollution and turning deserts into paradises, for instance, could not happen in fleeting seconds. Those could indeed be managed in the blink of an eye IF that belief were in your collective consciousness, but it isn’t, and that is why we have said that changes such as those will come incrementally, yet with a swiftness that will amaze you. However, during your journey with Earth through fourth density to her destination in fifth, your consciousness will continue expanding; you will develop your innate ability to co-create and innovate whatever you strongly desire and can visualize.

22. So, what is reasonable to expect at the end of this year when Earth leaves behind the last tendrils of third density energy streamers? Everything devised with dark intent—from random violence and corruption to laboratory-designed viruses and satanic worship—will end. By the laws of physics that govern life in this universe, the low vibrations of darkness cannot enter the high vibratory levels of fourth density. Because individuals who persistently refused the light have carbon-based cells that can’t survive in high vibrations, they will die and their dark activities will cease.

23. There will be no en masse exodus in December. Some in the dark camp have died, and during the remainder of the year, along with the souls who choose not to stay on the planet for other reasons, the rest of the dark ones will be leaving due to the same kinds of lethal conditions that have caused death all along. Some may live long enough to be prosecuted for their criminal acts, and yes, if a person died and clones carried on, the laws will apply to the last clone because continuing the person’s illegal or ungodly ways was the purpose of cloning.

24. When those times come, we urge you not to despise the persons, but rather their acts against humanity, and then let go of that negative emotion. Hatred, resentment and desire for revenge teem with low vibrations whereas forgiveness is so light-filled that forgivers take leaps in spiritual growth. All light sent forth to persons who became captives of darkness strengthens these weakest in our universal family, and that enables all souls to move closer toward reintegration with God.

25. So then, although not all the glories of Earth’s Golden Age will be sitting on its doorstep, the differences between this day and then will be stunning. Your world will be at peace. Only honorable, capable, spiritually aware persons will hold positions in governments, banking, corporations, educational institutions, health care, media, food production—all fields that impact life in your world.

26. Yes, much will remain to be accomplished. After reforms are initiated, the “mopping up,” so to say, will begin in earnest, and so will healing of the peoples and the planet. The high vibrations that will be prevailing—the energy of love-light—will restore peace of heart and mind to those whose lives have been in brutal circumstances. Technologies developed by your scientists but monopolized and misused by the Illuminati will be brought out in the open and, along with technologies introduced by other civilizations, will restore Earth to her original Eden self. Yes, incrementally, but in a period that will seem miraculously short.

27. Because long-hidden truths will have been revealed, everyone living in the Golden Age will know their inseparable connection with each other and with Nature, with God and all other life throughout this universe. Knowing that self-serving souls who succumbed to darkness started and perpetuated ethnic, religious, racial, ideological, cultural and gender prejudices, everyone will treat all others in the light of higher consciousness and spiritual clarity.

28. Beloved souls, stay steadfast and patient as the days pass while preparations are apace behind closed doors. When those doors open, and soon they shall, beneficial changes will come so swiftly that no amount of censorship can hide them from public view.

29. Light beings throughout the universe are singing your praises as you near the goal line of this unprecedented mission that you eagerly undertook and which, in the continuum, you already have accomplished.

There is an air of buoyancy and exuberance as the waves of celestial motion begin to wane. We should all be feeling a nice slow down from the celestial rapport that just took place. As always when we receive an energy surge and are sent soaring and bumping into another layer of photonic expansion we eventually are granted a rest period. With the absence of looming cosmic challenges this week we can get back to what truly gives each of us pleasure. This week is about integrating the creativity, the multidimensionality, the oneness of our nature, and larger truths of existence that came in during March. And while the Higher Nature of us does that we get to play. You will find yourself subjectively moving into activities that you enjoy – recess has been called and we get to forget about our ascension schoolwork for a time.

Play and bliss are states that will allow us to fully integrate the fresh quickening energies of Spring. Play is an act of power that lightens up inner rigidity, centers us when we are feeling overwhelmed, and connects our chakras to the Universal energy flow. It is not stupid or silly or a waste time. When we do it, we are literally moving the life force within us from a stuck position to a new heightened state of consciousness. While you are going about your daily chores and work assignments, allow a sense of play to shine through your consciousness. We have just been on a cosmic roller coaster ride which had us open our minds, be in our bodies, and expand our spiritual perspectives even further. Intending to remain in a pleasurable mood for the day will give you a well-deserved boost and sense of balance and optimism.

Some might still feel a little queasy or light-headed from the last week’s ride so sit until your composure returns. When you are ready, get back to the task of invigorating your human light field with peace, harmony, beauty, and gratitude for all things. Balance your joyful intakes of Life with sending out healing thoughts and prayers to mankind and the kingdoms of nature for this is how we anchor the powerful ascension process in the here and now. Meditate for peace of mind, strength of body and dig a little deeper into your metaphysical studies while waiting for the green light of restoration.

I believe everyone is feeling the rumblings and stirrings of a New type of conscious awareness that has emerged to replace old, worn out concepts, beliefs, and attitudes. We have returned to a time when the people of Earth will once again enjoy greater perceptual acuity and a far superior use of their minds and memories. The third-dimensional mind has become hypnotized by specific beliefs and agreements supplied by education, religion and television to the degree that the innate spiritual abilities and life experiences of our ancestral ways has faded to incomprehensible. To rectify this shortcoming current energies and events of the ascension are compelling all of humanity toward a maturation of awareness and a reclaiming of our Trueness.

Our recovery from recent cosmic jangling of Light also means that you and I are not the energetic being we were before March. Because of the latest and greatest metamorphic alignments and activations everything that lives within your realm of thought is now projected louder to others. You are now conducting an orchestra of energy via your own Light transmissions that has a powerful ripple effect. Each angry thought that you conjure reverberates throughout the Universe; each heartfelt blessing that is uttered is also felt throughout the Universes. When you are in a situation and those around you are complaining and in unrest and you can sense the bigger issue, you can now easily become the gift and fill yourself with the holographic image of what you feel their soul needs. By you becoming what you feel they need in their heart for a moment, as they pass your desk, your car, your home, etc. then you give them the gift of a non-invasive blessing and healing takes place — balance returns.

During these swiftly changing times we are helping others to heal, to see joy, to find love, to cure what ails them by every thought we generate. Yes, it is true we are releasing and eliminating the unnecessary aspects of both personal and collective reality. It is also true, every previous letting go has created astounding leaps into new vibrations of Trueness; what we now wear energetically is sent to each person we interact with. We have emerged into a climate of consciousness in which we can deliberately create auric fields that benefit the world as well as ourselves. Imagine someone next to you in a store who is sad of heart — you sense they do not see a reason to live, life is too hard. As you psychically pick up on this you can begin to create the essence of heartfelt love in your own energy field, as you do they begin to shift. Aware that the emotion is lifting you are able to determine the level of joy that is filling their heart and you know they have refreshed their agreement with life. What a blessing you have just given!

As the new week allows you to settle peacefully remember the holiness of your Being. You are the very spark of Divinity opening the heart of a new time and space. Know that every thought is a prayer and every prayer is something that is energetically fulfilled. Do your best to honor who you are!

You know friends, it all depends on our state of Being within, our emotionas and or disposition,, how

we see the world we are living in.......as everyone sees it through their own eyes, their own perception.

When I look outside my window I see a sparkling new world that definitely exudes a new higher energy.

Yet, someone else will report a bleak world of disharmony, chaos, and hopelessness. It all depends on

where we are 'at' in our world within!   Some might ask, " what is the world within? "

What you feel within yourself is how you perceive the world outside, your perception of everything that

comes within your immediate environment. And if that world is bleak and lonely, that is your perception

of the whole world............in general.

Another person who already sees everything on Earth as a world going through transformation in order

to bring in a new, higher way of life for everyone, will live in a world of observation, but at the same

time, will not allow the disruptive energies to interfere with their inner peace, harmony, and love.

It IS possible for everyone to create their own world within, by focusing on the fundamental truths of

why one incarnated in the first place at this time in history. It is about soul-searching, being honest

with oneself and connecting to the stillness within, every day at least! Those who live from their inner

world, which they have created through much effort on their part, build on the treasures they have

discovered.

They are the ones who shine their light and love everywhere they go, touching hearts and transmuting

atmospheres from dim to bright!

Some will look and say, " see that person, he/she is always smiling and happy, I wish my life was that

simple! " Life on Earth is never simple ~ every soul who incarnates has a lot of work to do.

Even the ones born into a rich family have lessons to learn..........seeing past all of the pleasures that

money can buy, and looking deeper for the real meaning of life!

Like the story of Siddhartha Buddha who was locked up in the Palace, protected from all of the suffering

outside the Palace gates. That was his Father's idea so that he would never see all the suffering of the poor.

When Siddhartha decided to leave the Palace, seeing all of the suffering outside was just the thing he

wanted to transform by experiencing it himself.   Now THAT is the nobility of a spiritual Prince!

If we only see the world through eyes of continued unhappiness, defeat and hopelessness, perhaps it

is time to connect with your inner world that is crying out to be explored........discover those spiritual

treasures within and you will be very surprised at the enormous difference the real world within, makes

to your everyday life. Still the mind, sit quietly, connect with your heart. Be aware of your breathing,

don't be afraid to let-go and feel your spiritual energy within. Even the vilest of criminals have this

inner world and can turn their lives around if they realized it is all within them.

Change your days from feeling 'controlled' by outside influences to being 'in control' of your emotions

and actions that can allow your life to flow............evenly and serenely.

Easter chick cupcakes

Want to do some baking with the kids over the Easter holidays?

Try making these fun Easter cupcakes topped with fondant chicks hatching out of their 'shells', made exclusively for goodtoknow by Victoria Threader

• Serves: 12
• Prep time: 50 mins
• Cooking time: 30 mins
• Total time: 1 hr 20 mins

Ingredients
• 150g unsalted butter, room temperature
• 150g caster sugar
• 130g self-raising flour
• 20g cornflour
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp milk, room temperature
• 3 eggs

For the hatching chicks toppers:
• 55g butter
• 250g icing sugar
• 1 tbsp milk
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 500g white fondant
• Orange, black and yellow food colour pastes. (Victoria used Sugarflair's Tangerine/Apricot, Egg Yellow and Liquorice)

You will also need:
• 7cm circular cookie cutter
• Small daisy cutter (Victoria used a 20mm one from Cakecraftworld.co.uk)
• Small star cutter (Victoria used a 12mm one from Cakecraftworld.co.uk)
• Sharp knife
• Small brush

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 160°C/320°F/Gas Mark 3. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with cupcake cases.
2. Using an electric mixer, beat the sugar and butter with the vanilla essence until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
3. Add 1 egg, 1/3 of the flour and a splash of milk and beat with the electric mixer until just combined. Repeat until all the ingredients are combined.
4.Divide the batter between the 12 cases (use an ice cream scoop to get even amounts) and bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven.

Remove and cool in the tin for 10 minutes before moving to a wire cooling rack to cool completely

To make the buttercream icing
1.Place the butter, icing sugar, vanilla and milk in a large bowl and mix using an electric whisk for about 5 minutes until smooth.

2.When the cupcakes have cooled completely spread a little buttercream over the tops to make them smooth. Don’t spread right to the papers or the buttercream will spill over the sides.

To make the chicks
1. Colour 350g of the fondant yellow (body), 50g orange (beak and legs), 10g black (eyes) and leave 90g white (shells and eyes).
2. Roll the yellow fondant out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut 12 7cm circles and place over the top of the buttercream and smooth with your fingers.
3.Make a tuft of hair for the hatched chicks using the daisy cutter.

To make the egg with legs:
1.Roll the 90g of white fondant quite thinly to 1/8 inch thick and cut out a 7cm circle. Then using a small star cutter, cut 2 star shapes out at the bottom of the circle and stick the circle onto the yellow covered cupcakes to make the broken 'shell'. Use a cocktail stick to create a cracking effect on the egg shells.

2.Using the orange fondant, roll 2 sausage shapes for legs and cut 2 strips in one end for the feet.Texture the legs with a cocktail stick, and then stick them in the star shape with a brush of water.

To make the hatching shell
1.Roll out the white fondant to 1/8 inch thick and cut out a 7cm circle, then cut the circle in half. Using a sharp knife, cut triangle-shaped pieces out of the cut edge and, with a brush of water, stick to the yellow topped cupcakes.

To make the beak
1. Roll the orange fondant and cut 12 small squares for the beaks.
2.Using a cocktail stick, press diagonally from one corner to the other to make a line, being careful not to go all the way through. Stick the beaks on with a brush of water.

To make the eyes
1.Roll small balls of white a press flat into a circle shape, then repeat with the black fondant making them slightly smaller. Stick them just above the beaks with a brush of water.

A team from the University of Southampton used physics and mathematics to replicate the natural sounds of other worlds from lightning on Venus to whirlwinds on Mars and ice volcanoes on Saturn's largest moon, Titan.

They have also modelled the effects of different atmospheres, pressures and temperatures on the human voice on Mars, Venus and Titan, and found that on Venus humans would sound like bass Smurfs.

Professor Tim Leighton, of the university's Institute for Sound and Vibration Research, said: "We are confident of our calculations. We have been rigorous in our use of physics taking into account atmospheres, pressure and fluid dynamics.

"On Venus, the pitch of your voice would become much deeper. That is because the planet's dense atmosphere means that the vocal cords vibrate more slowly through this 'gassy soup'.

"However, the speed of sound in the atmosphere on Venus is much faster than it is on Earth, and this tricks the way our brain interprets the size of a speaker (presumably an evolutionary trait that allowed our ancestors to work out whether an animal call in the night was something that was small enough to eat or so big as to be dangerous).

"When we hear a voice from Venus, we think the speaker is small, but with a deep bass voice.

On Venus, humans sound like bass Smurfs."

Prof Leighton, who has been working on the sounds of space for the last ten years and has previously made the sound of a methane waterfall in space, added: "I'm interested in what music would sound like in space.

"If astronauts are based on Mars for several months, they might just take musical instruments along, or build one there. What would they sound like? As a scientist, I reckon the most exciting thing to work on is a completely new idea, something that's never been done before."

The sounds will be added to the Flight Through The Universe shows this Easter at the Astrium Planetarium at INTECH near Winchester, Hampshire.

" . . . This Thoughtform of the Year is not merely kind of like a logo that is intended to be just an indication of what projects the Brotherhood is going to work on for the year, what is going to be the centralized concerted effort that they all put their attention on. This - especially this particular Thoughtform of the Year is a penetration through the veil of something that comes form the inner realms where that Golden Age is already a tangible reality. And the intention of the Thoughtform being planted in your world is to be like the mustard seed that, although it is miniscule at the beginning, grows and grows and gets bigger and bigger so big the birds of the air can come and make their nest in that great bush. In other words it is a breath of pure oxygen from the Ascended Master Octaves, this Thoughtform of the year. It has within it the impetus of the Mind of God.

"There is a reason why large multitudes of people tend to all think in the same trends and patterns, because there is a mass consciousness and where there is a weak will or a weak mind they just kind of get molded into that group think process. And that is an impersonal action of the way those inner realms operate. And it is something that all of you have to contend with. And then from those eternal realms of changeless being that pattern has been catapulted down through the Nirvanic, the Buddhic, mental, emotional into this outer world consciousness.

"It’s almost like giving every one of you your own bottle of oxygen of the Ascended Master octave. It means that should you choose to do so rather than allowing your mind to flit around onto whatever might be the momentary trends of the times you can use this Thoughtform of the Dawning Golden Age literally as food for thought, literally something that is alive within you pulsating with the pressure of the Mind of God as a superior pressure to the mortal consciousness. And by electing to entertain that, especially as you have to still for a time period perhaps go out and work in the world, go back to your own home country. And you have that pang in your side of yearning to be want to be back right there doing what we are so fortunate to be able to do here.

"Rather than feel that lack or that emptiness attune with this Thoughtform of the Golden Age. And I don’t know how to really imbue you with the sense of this but the truth of the matter is that it is a part of the eternal bedrock God Reality. I know you think that things out here are very real. And certainly at times they have all the trappings of reality. But you may rest assured upon leaving this world and entering the Ascended Master Octaves you will know how much this is a realm of maya and illusion. And you will come into a realm that is resonating with such a tangible sense of permanency, of a changeless immutable eternal uncreated God Reality. And you will realize that that timeless, spaceless reality has always been and within it there are these eternal decrees of the King of Kings, the thoughts of God, God who has imagined the most magnificent ideals of Perfection for every part of life. You included. You especially, because he has imagined you as this perfect complete replica of that which God is himself. And all of that is ongoing and is absolutely unassailable. Regardless of what atheists in this world might say, regardless of what the captains of industry might say, regardless of the people who may have their hand upon the button so to speak, none of that mortal might and main holds a candle to this immutable reality. And one of the things that is a part of that reality is the perfect ideal world of the Firstborn Sons and Daughters of God, One God One Presence, Many Sons, Many Daughters. And it is there as an absolute reality this very moment in eternity. And it is ongoing.

"Plato has in the Timaeus he explained when how God as the creator was going to create the universe. He gazed upon this eternal pattern, these immutable patterns of perfection and then realized that there was just too much in that eternal pattern for it all to come forth all at once. And the best that could be done is that there would be a streaming forth moment by moment of snapshots of that eternity streaming forth as life, streaming forth as time and that this would be a perpetual coming to be, but it would all be based on the template of eternity, that eternal pattern. And because it was based upon that perfect pattern in eternity, the creation that came forth as it was recorded in the Book of Genesis God saw that the creation was very good. And so the edenic universe was spun forth as an eternal coming to be out of that realm of timeless spaceless causeless being that is the bedrock foundation behind it all.

"The Thoughtform of the year that Gautama described to you last night, you might want to think of it like a comet streaking cross the sky in the day time, making its presence known, leaving its tail behind it with a bright brilliancy at the point of the head of the comet, and lighting up the sky, lighting up the earth, capturing every one’s attention. It is just such a divine idea that is being sown into humanity’s consciousness. It is something that doesn’t - it’s not just like a bolt of lightning that lights up the midnight sky for a second and then its all black again. They have no foundation there whatsoever. They don’t exist in the Nirvanic world. They don’t exist in the Buddhic world. Your Mighty I AM Presence has never acknowledged that they exist. They have only temporarily come into appearance thanks to the cumulative mischief of mankind. But they have no power. And this is the profound insight that came to Parmenides long ago. He realized that if something is not based on this immutable foundation of the eternal model then is ephemeral and really is a nonentity. Master Morya had a very quixotic way of describing that y,ears ago. He said why stand aghast at nothingness. And that really is the case. All of this tempest in a teapot from the divine standpoint is unreal and it has no power. Whereas this Divine Thoughtform of the year is a living breathing thing that is going to press its way through until it emerges into the sunlight and comes forth in the outer consciousness of mankind.

"You may rest assured that if you align yourself with this Thoughtform it will speed you on your way to your own Golden Age of One. And even in those times when you are otherwise struggling or engaged, you can dial in the pressure of this Thoughtform. And by that I mean it has a pressure of the Mind of God within it that you can choose to trigger and release through your attunement and your attention with it. And as it is opened in that way, it grows like a living thing. And it begins to unfold all of the DNA of that Golden Age and outpicture it more and more in the aspects of your life. You were born to express your gifts. There is music in you, just awaiting expression. What is this music and why is it so important now?

The music is the unique energetic expression of your soul. It manifests as gifts. Only you can express these. Only you can give them to the world. As you connect with and express your gifts, something amazing happens. The light within you expands, bringing an uplifting vibration into your energy field. As this happens, your frequency increases and your light radiates out into the world. This light becomes incorporated into your interactions with others; it provides a radiant spark to your activities.

The sound of your music is soundless from a conventional world view. However, this sound is boundless and vast - heard throughout the cosmos as your divine creative spark. It indeed has tones, from a spiritual perspective, but the sound cannot be detected with human ears.

You can express your music anywhere. It's not about your job, your career, or some other worldly marker. It's an expression of your soul - like a fingerprint, unique to you. The world needs your music, especially right now. The Earth is at a crucial tipping point, with humanity needing to choose a radically different way of life in order to survive.

Beloved ones, within your hearts is the universe, the living cosmos in all its glory. The indescribable and endless energy that is the Moment of Creation is bursting through you now, yearning to be expressed in a grand experience of life.

Your hearts are a blazing star of the power and energy of Love, fueled by the Source, a part of the hologram, inseparable from this never-ending Love. Everything that you see outside of you as the world can and must be re-aligned with this.

When you experience that everything you need is fully and magnificently present within you, waiting to be expressed and to be celebrated as you allow your blazing heart to be free… then you are ready to stand in the world as the open heart of Love.

You are ready now to deeply feel this year’s direction. All which has been seen as “without” must now be experienced fully as “within.” When you recognize and live this communion of pure Love, when you experience an undivided consciousness, when you are aware with every breath that all that you need is alive in your heart… then that which you see as the world is completely different.

That which is attuned by the power of your Love is a magnificent expression of unity. You stand in any image, in any energy, in any situation that is born of the perception of duality and you are this blazing heart, this universe of God bringing the truth of limitless sustenance, of endless grace, powerfully present as an energy field, here and now in the world.

First, beloved ones, it must live in you and it is this that is before you now. Everything that you perceive as necessary for your life to be the full expression of the joyous creative power of God I Am, all of it, is alive within you. The source is present as your heart and the blazing power of the universe of Love is pulsing forth to sustain you now and is ever ready to sustain all of humanity, as the One Heart of God.

So, dearest ones, let us do both together. Let Love become your feeling state and let it be your plentitude. Let it be your cornucopia, the source of your supply. Consciously come to Me and open to this glory that you might feel and be the reality of Love, supplying your every need in the endless and atomic explosion that Creation is -- right here, beloved ones, within you…that the truth of your heart as your identity, as Love.

When you feel deeply this assurance that all that has been perceived as outside of you is in its perfection alive within…that every expression of life in the world is a symbol for the consciousness or perception of either duality or unity…then you allow Love to supply your freedom. Stepping forth in trust, you return to your heart when you feel yourself wobble or believe in the world and you allow Love to guide you.

You place your focus where your heart is needed. You then choose to be the blazing heart of Love, standing firmly in the midst of the world as a testament to the truth of God and the endless power of unity to heal, to transform, to dissolve every perception of barriers, every idea of lack, every belief that I won’t provide for you.

It is only this consciousness of duality that keeps in place a world without Love’s fulfillment, a world in which some are seen to have the abundance while others do not. All of this can be corrected by Love and by the true perception of the heart.

So, come, and let Me place you now, oh, star of Love, oh, heart of God, boldly in the world, blazing, that you might be the pulse of freedom, that you might recognize your source within you, that you might have the conviction to stand in this truth no matter what your eyes may see.

In this place of commitment to the presence and the power of this Love, your hearts, beloved ones, will source from within you a world in which everyone is not only provided for but lives in ecstasy, abundance and joy in every area of life.

As always, this starts with you because your hearts are aware of this unity. You are able to hold this resonance, to be the conduit of this blazing Light, this energy. You are such a Light, such a luminous heart that the Light of this Love in your presence outshines the duality and becomes such a powerful magnet that all hearts attuning to it realize that your bread is God, your nourishment is Love and I Am the Source of everything.

When this comes alive within you, it will be expressed as your world. First, it will be expressed individually as your hearts attune the symbols of your life and your life blossoms all around you. Then, powerfully and magnetically it will illuminate the misperception of duality – the belief in something other than Love that has kept this world continuing.

When there is enough Light, so many luminous hearts pulsing, it will be impossible for anyone to keep tuning into the false reality that there is Love and something else, that there is other than the abundance of God.

For you to begin this conscious awakening to the source of this Love I Am, to the power and the energy of God that is your heart, beloved, ones, you can take the symbols of your world – those things you are drawn to intuitively and you can listen to your guidance, to the urgings that I send you, and take everything into your heart to feel its truth before engaging with the world.

Let Me give you an example, perhaps with food. Let us say you feel guided to living food. As you recognize that what you feel is a symbol of the life you are urged to feel within you, then before you choose what it is you eat or before you eat that carrot, take it into your heart and feel the truth of Love. Feel that it is from Me that life is sourced and that the bountiful abundance of the life I Am is yours directly – that this is your food, your life and the power and energy that fuels you, right here in this place of our communion through the atomic power of this Love.

Then, as you eat, you remember to hold your focus in the Now – that life is one circle of abundance, that your heart brings everything together, feeling first the communion with Me, feeling the blazing forth of your heart of Love and acknowledging the consciousness of that carrot as an expression of this communion of God, honoring it as a reflection of your eating life directly, of your willingness to take in this Love and to let it nourish you.

Just so, beloved ones, with your abundance, especially in the area of money. See the symbol and take it into the luminous glory of your heart until all you can see, all you can feel is this endless abundance of Love that powers you up, provides for your life, allows you to extend this Love that I Am endlessly and eternally. Feel yourself as the spiritual being you are and feel what it means to be freedom. Think of yourself as the resonance of Love receiving directly this power of God and recognize that born of this communion, the symbol of money comes before you from your heart outward and not the other way, ever.

When this becomes your felt reality, when it informs the whole of your consciousness, when you feel it resonate as your truth, then abundance will come in ways unimaginable to the little mind. Abundance is already alive in your heart.

As these things become more Real to you and you leave behind the misperception of two powers, you can stand fully in the present moment guided by My Love to exactly the situation that needs your heart to inform it of the truth. Whether this be done in the realms of consciousness or in the “physical reality” of the world, you can feel how perfectly I place you, that your astounding heart may blaze forth the source, the truth, and realign the energies in that area, attuning them to the power of Love

As each of you receives your guidance, to stand in the power of the universe within you and to place that power in service to Love in specific areas of the consensual reality, you will feel how your blazing heart creates change. You will feel how the pulse of Creation itself begins to fuel this experience of humanity and life returns to the source within you.

It is the heart’s belief that there is other than Love and that all which is needed must be gotten from the world. That has continued to keep this duality in place and keep humanity’s focus outside of them and outside of this enormous atomic power that can fuel and feed all things.

With the change that is happening in the world – and everyone is feeling this energy – there is going to be much impetus for attempting to change things from the outside first, without recognizing the source of change is within. You must know that as you stand in this truth, that your heart is the source of the world, not the ego.

As you feel the endless power of God as the truth of your being, indivisibly, you are the true agent of change, and your experience of being nourished from within, through your heart, out of this communion with Me brings into the world the experience of endless food, of limitless good, of the garden of God being the experiential consensual dream, birth from the heart of God that is humanity.

It is spearheaded by you, beloved ones, in your recognition that in your heart and as your heart the very Moment of Creation is here, providing for every life enough power to fuel a universe, enough Love to nourish every heart, to fulfill each life, to transform need into the deep experience of perfection.

Your hearts are the universe of Love. Your hearts are the vortex of the whole of God. Your hearts are the Moment of Creation here and surely this is enough energy to fully support humanity in every way.

Does this mean that you do not act in the world? It does not. But it means, beloved ones, that you act consciously, fully aware that change only comes from within, from the heart and from the change in consciousness that allows the abundance of God I Am to at last be accepted.

So let this year be a two-pronged approach to the awakening of the truth of Love as humankind. First, the recognition that everything is within and that life in all its glory is available the moment that you shift to the heart. In this shift, when you feel this resonance, when you stand in this luminous place of generosity, you will discover that things are showing up in amazing ways simply by being in the presence of your open and glorious heart. Becoming fully aware that all is provided from within you, that you are spiritual beings sourced completely by Me, fed through the Moment of Creation… and thus, the second part of your mission, so to speak.

Once this power of your heart is experienced and recognized, then, beloved ones, stand as the heart of God, as the power of Love, as the blazing, luminous resonance of unity in the world to change the resonance of duality into the experience of unity, into the living circle of life where everything is encompassed by this Love, born of the heart and then acknowledged consciously as it blossoms in the experience of the world – until so much Light streams from your hearts, it is impossible to see any more shadows.

The entraining power of Love will bring everyone into this circle of God. The old mis-perception of two powers of Light and darkness, good and evil, have and have-not, simply dissolves into the whole and blaze forth in celebration of the one life we share.

for many, many generations you have been taught that life is difficult and that it has to be a struggle.
