Welcome, sweet ones, it gives us great pleasure to be with you in this month of April as you experience the sacred Cosmic Fire of Spiritual Truth and Divine Justice through the beautiful copper-gold and pink-gold Flames of Helios and Vesta, and the thirteenth ray of Solar Service.

So let us start, sweet ones, by surrounding you in these beautiful copper-gold and pink-gold Flames of Spiritual Truth and Divine Justice, and wherever you are now in your sacred space, center yourself into the energies of Mother Earth, as you breathe deep into the body. Expanding the lower abdomen as you breathe in, contracting the lower abdomen as you breathe out, and seeing and sensing now the Divine Love of Mother Earth through the Unity Grid of Divine Love, imbuing you now in the crystalline frequencies of the Solar Matrix of Unity Consciousness; as the sub-atomic particles within your body spin in increased Light frequencies you connect now to the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God. This connection is always there, sweet ones, and you bring a focus simply in Cosmic Consciousness Awareness to amplifying your Light, to amplify this connection with the Divine as you experience the radiance of the Love of All Creation through your hearts, sweet ones. You merge now with your Beloved I AM Presence, the Highest Light that you are within the Kingdom of Mother/Father God. And into this sacred space now we invite all these incredible Illumined Beings of Light from on High, assisting you in this Golden Age of Light.

We call in now the Pleiadians and the Sirians, the Andromedans and the Arcturians, all of the Light; the Mahatma, the Cosmic Avatar of Synthesis; Lord Michael, Lord Metatron and Lord Melchizedek; the Brotherhood of the Light; Lord Melchior, the Galactic Logos; Helios and Vesta, the Solar Logii, Overlighting you through the sacred Cosmic Fires of Helios and Vesta; Sanat Kumara, the bridge to Solar Christ Consciousness; and Lord Buddha.

You call now upon the Ray Masters, and the Ascended Masters ~ El Morya, Kuthumi, Serapis Bey, Paul the Venetian, Hilarion, Sananda, Saint Germain and Lady Portia, Lady Nada, Mother Mary, Allah Gobi, Quan Yin, and Pallas Athena. You call in the Archangels ~ Archangel Michael, Uriel, Gabriel, Raphael, Zadkiel, Jophiel, Chamuel; the Mighty Elohim, Builders of Form; and you call in now all the Illumined Beings of Light you personally acknowledge and wish to join you in this sacred space.

And in this sacred space, sweet ones, you visualize now the shape of a tetrahedron. Three sides to this pyramidal shape, which surrounds you now, sweet ones, and as you breathe deep into the body, and take this out in a vortex of Light, you create within your sacred space your own Divine pyramid of Spiritual Truth, Divine Justice, and unconditional Love ~ for it is these three spiritual principles, sweet ones, that determine the essence, the wisdom and the way forward in this new Golden Age of Light. It is the corner stone to all teachings of Light, and you reflect now on each side of this sacred pyramid, in imbuing yourselves within the Light frequencies of Mother/Father God, and the sacred Cosmic Fire of Helios and Vesta. Within this sacred space you bring your focus to Spiritual Truth, sweet ones. Spiritual Truth directs your thoughts, and actions, and it is important to look within your everyday lives, too, in the knowing that there is only the Truth to guide you in Cosmic Consciousness Awareness ~ the Truth sweet ones, starts on a very basic level of choosing not to lie, not even "white lies", as you move into a deeper level of experiencing yourselves as these angelic humans, of experiencing yourselves as these sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love, and Warriors of Light. As you look through your Master Eyes at all of Life around you, and embrace the negative ego aspects of yourselves in Divine Love, you let go of the need to compare yourself to others, you let go of the lesser-than and better-than consciousness, of the need to impress, and indeed the need to lie, for this comes from the negative ego aspects. It is in conscious awareness, sweet ones, that you bring a focus to your integrity, that you bring a focus to being a Pillar of Light, in all your magnificence and Light, and in embracing firstly, the aspect of yourselves that upholds the Teachings of Light. And as you integrate this at a deeper level and step into humility, and step into the reverence for all Life, there comes a greater knowing, through the activation of the dormant DNA, through the remembrance of parallel realities, multi-dimensional realities, timelines of your ascended selves. And they merge with you now, these timelines in consciousness, further activating the crystalline matrix of the DNA to Solar Christ Consciousness; and so you start to imbue yourself with a greater level of discernment and Truth and knowing. This comes from wisdom of experience; this comes through the creation of your Bodies of Light and the I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light. And so indeed, sweet ones, this Pillar of Truth broadens into a greater level of knowing on a planetary level. Of the knowing of the Truth of the Teachings of Light as they vibrate at a particular frequency of Light within your body. Of the knowing of when something is not true, whether in thought, in feeling, or in consciousness, and always remaining steadfast in the Light in your Truth, sweet ones.

This is the way forward, and you see clearly, within the Christed Timelines, how this Pillar of Truth is an important one for all of you, sweet ones, as the Master Beings of Light and sacred custodians to Mother Earth and all her Life, and you apply this principle of Truth through the knowing you have in your connection to the Illumined Beings of Light from On High, and your Beloved I AM Presence, and indeed in your connection with others, and the Group I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light. Let Truth always guide you. For when you are in Truth every thought you have takes you deeper into the expression and feeling of Divine Love, and you move now into bringing a focus to the pyramidal aspects around you that are all imbued with this essence of unconditional Love. Come into the radiance of your hearts, into your Heart's Temple, sweet ones. You start in this experience, expression, and feeling of unconditional Love with a deeper level of loving yourselves, of nurturing and appreciating yourselves, for this is then how you appreciate others and love others, sweet ones. And so as you come into your heart, you embrace firstly the victim and persecutor consciousness aspects of yourselves, for you know that these aspects of yourself, and sub-personality aspects that chose many of the challenging journeys on this plane of polarity, simply need to be loved ~ need to be nurtured, need to be appreciated, and as you love and appreciate yourselves now, sweet ones, you welcome into your heart all those aspects of yourself that are still in pain, that have experienced perceived injustices, betrayals, abandonments, lack of Love, but it is okay. You are surrounded in so much Light and so much Love; you are so deeply loved, sweet ones, for your service work to Mother Earth and all her Life. And as you embrace and Love yourselves, the radiance of your Love expands to embrace all those around you ~ your friends, your family, and those with whom you have perceived conflict, and now all Life. You are simply Love, sweet ones, and the radiance of your Love, of your Heart's Temple, expands into the Group I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light and together you amplify your magnificence and your Light as these Master Beings and sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love, and you feel this collective consciousness of Divine Love. You are within the radiance of your hearts and the radiance of the Cosmic Heart of All Creation, always and eternally, sweet ones. We use this expression commonly "There is only Love" for Love is your guiding Light, Love transcends every challenge that may pass your way and Love lifts you into a greater level of the magnificence and preciousness of your unique matrices within the collective Consciousness of One.

As you bring a focus now to Divine Justice in this pyramidal structure, you have a knowing too that you have come here as these Spiritual Warriors of Light, as the defenders and advocates of Divine Justice, defending the innocent, advocating for the weak and the homeless, and indeed, sweet ones, standing collectively as One Unified field of Love and Divine Light, in righting every perceived injustice on this earth plane and crumbling the pillars of corruption ~ this in part is why you are here, for as you effect and create change in your realities and in those around you, you affect and create change within the etheric net and increase the Light Vibration of this earth plane, as these physical vessels of Light, as these Spiritual Warriors of Light. You see yourselves now being given the Sword of Holy Truth by Archangel Michael and surrounded now by the Archangels, and their Divine feminine counterparts, Archangel Michael and Michaella, Uriel and Uriella, Gabriel and Gabriella, Raphael and Raphaella, Zadkiel and Zadkiella, Jophiel and Jophiella, and Chamuel and Chamuella ~ bring a focus to perceived injustices on a personal level first, sweet ones, these energetic cords, or aka cords, are old energy cords of the karmic contracts created, perpetuated, and played out to perfection, and you know that your Beloved I AM Presence is center stage, and as you merge with your Beloved I AM Presence and further call in all the Legions of Light you personally acknowledge, as well as your soul and star families of the Light, you stand as a Spiritual Warrior of Light, in Spiritual Truth, in Divine Justice, and Unconditional Love, and looking through your Master eyes you let all those that you still have perceived conflict with know "I Love you and I forgive you, as I Love and forgive myself. I cut these old cords of perceived injustice, and I right our relationships. For I see that we chose roles to play, and in the Truth, in viewing life through my Master Eyes, I see that there are always personal perceptions that come into play, and I acknowledge that I may not always have stood in my Light and Truth and Integrity, and I take responsibility for this and the knowing that the only person I can change is myself. And I choose to cut these karmic ties. I no longer choose this role and this dance with you ~ I have experienced all I need to learn and every lesson has taken me deeper into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God. With the Sword of Holy Truth from Archangel Michael you cut these old connections, and you let each person know, at a soul level, I Love you and I forgive you as I Love and forgive myself, I Love you and I forgive you as I Love and forgive myself". Truth, sweet ones ~ at the highest level, there is only one Truth, the Truth of the Light of Creation, and that there is only Love. On the lower worlds and on the lower dimensions the perceptions of Truth differ according to the levels of Cosmic Consciousness awareness, and it is to know, sweet ones, regardless of how clear you may feel you are, you are all still working with negative ego aspects; and so use this sense of feeling to know whether something is your Truth, or not ~ and indeed this may change tomorrow, as you increase in Cosmic Consciousness awareness, but be humble, be Truthful, be discerning, and stand as the Warriors of the Light, for this is your Guiding Light ~ Divine Love ~

And now you bring a focus to all those old patriarchal energies and institutions and each one of you, imbued with either the first ray qualities of Will and Power, the second ray of Love-Wisdom, or the third ray of Divine Intelligence, respectively in your service roles on this earth plane will stand for Justice in different aspects of these old patriarchal energies. Whether moving into a deeper level of Divine Love, of the Divine Feminine energy that pours forth, and standing up for the suppression of the Divine Feminine, or moving into the political arenas, or social arenas, or into the old monetary energies, and creating change within these arenas, sweet ones. And you see these etheric structures, and the energy of old consciousness represented around them, sweet ones, and now you stand collectively together, as the I AM Avatar race, as the Spiritual Warriors of Light and you cut these old cords, these old cords of corruption, and lies, of victim and persecutor consciousness, of power, of war, of violence ~ cut it from the core from where it springs, cut it from the old energy matrix, as you are surrounded now in this beautiful Violet Flame, the Violet Flame of St Germain, of transmutation and alchemical magic, which guides you as you bring through the forces of Nature Intelligence and Nature Spirit Intelligence, as you bring through the forces of Light and bring a focus to these institutions that you wish to create change in. Cut the energy, and you replace them now with these beautiful copper-gold flames, and pink-gold flames of Spiritual Truth and Divine Justice and Unconditional Love. In this Golden Age of Light, this is the new Lady of Liberty. Hold this focus as you move into every arena, that you know personally you have the ability collectively as the I AM Avatar Race, to make these changes.

With your radiant hearts, with your open hearts and with your wisdom you look through your Master eyes and you create these Pillars of Spiritual Truth, Divine Justice, and Unconditional Love, within the hearts and minds of all Life, as you take this tetrahedron, this three-sided pyramid, and place it within the hearts of all humanity. The All-Seeing Eye appears, the Middle Eye of Horus ~ the Middle Eye of Horus brings through this central Pillar of Mildness and Equilibrium, of balancing the scales of justice, through the principles of Spiritual Truth, Divine Justice, and unconditional Love. All that is not of the Light is unveiled and revealed, and now transmuted, and absorbed into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God ~ you are free, sweet ones, to co-create your Heaven on Earth, as the Lightworkers and star seeded ones, for you know you have the power to co-create, you are Master co-creators, you are the sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love, and Spiritual Warriors of Light, leading the way in this Golden Age of Light for Mother Earth and all her Life.

Helios and Vesta now Overlight you and invite you into their Ascension Seat within the Solar Core of the Sun. As you travel in Soul Consciousness with your Soul family and friends of the Light, and all the Illumined Beings of Light from On High that you personally acknowledge, you find yourself now in the Solar Core, embraced and wrapped in these beautiful copper-gold and pink-gold Flames of Light and you are offered an opportunity here, sweet ones, to personally right all your relationships of any perceived injustices. As the Warriors of the Light, you know that you come from holding the Light, you come from Truth and Justice and Love. You are courageous and you hold this energy, this beautiful three-fold flame energy, as you embrace yourself, as you move through the Akashic records, as you move through the Christed Timelines; these timelines that you are able to change, of events that have occurred in parallel realities, and in this lifetime, sweet ones. You have a look at the perceived challenges you have experienced and the gift in each one of these recurring patterns ~ no matter what the challenges are, sweet ones, there is a common challenge ~ whether this is lack of power, or abuse, or the inability to manifest, the inability to vision, or to express your Truth. And now, with your Master Guides and Guardian Angel, and Overlighted by your Beloved I AM Presence and Helios and Vesta, you go back into these timelines, so to speak, and you make amends, and you Love and forgive, and change all your relationships, so in this Now you may go before the karmic board and ask them to release the vestiges of these old patternings and conditionings you no longer need to replay and re-experience. Some of these images may not be so pleasant, sweet ones, but you watch them in observation and detachment, lovingly and gently ~ perceived injustices, times in which you have experienced being abandoned and betrayed and unappreciated and unloved and abused. You are such incredible Beings of Light that you chose to down step your vibration and experience these polarities, for it is only in knowing the challenges that many others have gone through, that you can truly open your heart without judgment, and this is a corner stone, too, to Divine Justice ~ in stepping out of judgment and simply experiencing the Love of all Creation. As you see what the gift is, your primary gift from each of these lessons, you see an old karmic contract now that states "If it is for my highest good, I choose to learn my lessons in betrayal and in pain and in violence and in heartache and in lack of abundance and in shame and lack of Love". You take a big red rubber stamp with the word CANCELLED, and you cancel this contract, you tear it up now and you burn it the Violet Flame of St Germain. You are the alchemist sweet ones. This Alchemy of Fire come through, allowing you to shift your relationships and these karmic contracts, as you appear now before the Karmic Board and you let them know "I AM a sacred transfiguring Flame of Divine Love, a Master Being of Light, and a Warrior of Light, serving Mother Earth and all her Life. I understand the lessons that I have chosen, the karmic contracts and pre-birth agreements. And I choose now to let go of these vestiges of the negative ego, of the false beliefs and judgments, to experience a greater level of freedom and Light, to experience Spiritual Justice, Truth, and unconditional Love. This is my guiding Light, and I cancel and ask that all these old contracts and vows and negative ego aspects now be release and transmuted, so I may fulfill my role completely as a sacred custodian to Mother Earth and all her Life". This is granted by the Karmic Board and Mother Mary personally comes forward and places within your heart a beautiful pink-orange rose representing the pink-orange Flame of Divine Love and the utterance of your Spiritual realities. You will now find your voice in a new way; you will find yourself able to communicate clearly, lovingly, gently, looking through your Master eyes at all Life around you.

You come back now as you thank all these Beings of Light from On High, into your sacred space, and you place within your hearts this beautiful three-sided pyramid, of Spiritual Truth, Divine Justice and unconditional Love. This is your guiding Light, sweet ones, as you ground once more into the crystal heart of Mother Earth, and feel your connection through the I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light and all the Beings of Light from On High to all Life in Divine Love.

I have been cleaning up the mess left over from the life I am no longer living.
A life that I know is no longer for me,back in another state...
The life before my awakening.
A year and a half ago I was standing in my kitchen when I felt the Light go through me and experienced a spontaneous spiritual awakening.
I instantly became a completely different person.
My life as I knew it ended on that day.

In the two years before that day, I was hearing things, feeling things, seeing things, having visions and having tons of prophetic dreams.
I was experiencing heart palpitations and night sweats and my head was tingling and itching like crazy.
I had all kinds of constant, crazy physical symptoms.
I would go to the doctor but they couldn't really explain it...
I was having spiritual awakening symptoms that I had no idea existed, for I was deep asleep.
I thought I was going crazy.
Lost the house, the 18 year marriage and the businesses all within that time too.
Went into my dark night.
Became a hermit.
Found my Heart,my Self and my Source.

Not only was my life an emotional mess but a physical mess as well.
For my old life was about acquiring things.
I was an excellent disposable consumer.
And I helped others in that consumption, by owning high end fashion boutiques(can you say spend,spend,spend...)
I have done my share of polluting this beautiful world while asleep with all the crap I bought and threw away without a thought to disposing of it and the environment...
Looking outside of myself for things and people that would fill the hole within my heart which I did not understand.
Always that aching within, that searching for I did not know what.
Always felt like I was missing something really important...but no clue what it was.

Today I stand at the beginning of my new life.
Amazing synchronicities and miracles have taken me to another state where I have been called by my heart to go and start anew.
Very few people from my past are with me.
Most seem to have disappeared somehow...no longer a part of the life.
The ones with me now love me for just me.
Not because of what I have or don't have...or what I can or can't do for them...or because it is convenient or it looks good.
They are with me because they choose to be.
I choose to be with them as well.

So I have been going back and forth between my new home and my old home.
Cleaning things up.
Disposing of things.
Very slowly... for when I go back there it feels like I am swimming through molasses...it is obvious to me that the energy there is not longer at my vibration...
I am foggy and sleep a lot back there so it seems as if this cleaning up is taking forever.
What I really want is to be like Genie and just blink my eyes and have it all just magically disappear.
I don't want to even see it.
It feels like crap.
The energy attached to all those things old and stale.

But the good news is that I see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I am almost finished with my personal clean up.
I feel the lightness of the release already, often finding myself in very synchronistic circumstances which help me to get rid of things.
Even had extra cash flow come my way even though I did not expect it.

So why do I write of this today?
Because I know I am not the only one experiencing this.
As we all leave behind things, places and people that are no longer in alignment with us, there is all kinds of cleanup left behind.
It can be excruciatingly hard.
It can paralyze us, the monumental obstacle which comes from ending a life which is no longer us.

Emotionally it can drag us back into the past, memories of what was and sometimes the hidden longing within that it doesn't have to end...reliving the past,getting stuck in it...

Our minds meanwhile are trying to sort what is happening as we hear our hearts more and more and begin to do things which our mind thinks of as irrational...(like turning down money in exchange for inner peace...)
It wants us to remember the past, it wants us to get lost in what was, for there is security in what was, as opposed to the unknown.
It wants to plan for our future in a rational way, make sure we are SAFE and SECURE.
It doesn't want to let go...making us question ourselves at every turn...keeping us trapped in thoughts which keep us from hearing our hearts...

What I do?
I constantly remind myself that I am more than just this body, this experience.
I accept that I created this situation and only I can get me out of it.
And I take time out for myself.
Quiet time for just me...A lot of time.
Lots of salted baths.
Lots of walks on the beach.
Mother Earth is just waiting to connect with me and help me heal.
Nothing raises my vibration faster and helps me clear and center in my heart, than being out in nature.
Lots of fresh juice and fresh distilled water too.
So my body gets clear.

I baby myself because I know that I am ending things and it is extremely difficult to end one life and start a new one.
I tell myself I am doing the best I can within my abilities.
I give myself a break.
I ask for my light family to help guide me and support me and help me to see the signs which point in the right direction,
the direction of being in the flow within my heart.
Connected to my Source.
I expect miracles to help me along the way.

And most importantly I remember I am Love and I am so Loved.
A fractal of my Creator that has set out from being One with All in a quest to experience and learn.
To experience ALL life has to offer,here at this moment, as a separate consciousness(yet connected), during this great shift of ages.
My heart says it is time to clean my mess up.
To what extent I do that is up to me.
But I do know I am not alone in the clean up.
I have never been alone...

Shine bright my light family.
Thank you for sharing this path with me.
We are all cleaning up together in all different kinds of ways, in all different levels,even if we don't know it.
The energies of the Light from our Creator are helping us to clean up...so it's gonna happen,want it or not...asleep or awake...
I have no doubt of it, because when all is said and done...

I believe we are the Light of our Creator , and we can achieve anything we set out to do.

We just have to believe in ourselves.
We need to remember that we can...

“TRAVERSING THE UPWARD PASSAGEWAY INTO THE FUTURE”

• Beloved masters, I greet you this glorious day and send to you, through this transmission, great waves of loving energy and words of encouragement to assist you through these wondrous times of transformation. Many of you are thinking, “They do not seem so wondrous to me. What am I doing wrong? I am not worthy enough to move forward, to graduate, and to become enlightened as you have promised. Will I be left behind? Why does my world seem to be so chaotic, in such turmoil? Where is the peace and joy you said would be forthcoming?” Let me ease your mind and help you understand the process. You will not fail. You are exactly where you should be—you are perfect the way you are. You have all the help you need and all the answers to your problems, if you will just allow your Higher OverSoul Self to OverLight you as you strive to refine your emotional, mental and physical bodies.

  We ask you to put us to the test. Please give us permission to guide and inspire you, and in doing so you will have the forces of Heaven behind you. Brave hearts, you can only fail if you do not make an effort or if you give up. As you slowly and faithfully strive to remain heart-centered and Soul-focused, you will find that you are gradually but surely gaining more and more Will Power and God-consciousness. You are learning to maintain a constant flow of Adamantine Particles of Creator Light from the front and back portals of your Sacred Heart.

  Now I ask you to project your consciousness outward, away from yourself and your little picture of reality. Assume an expanded awareness: imagine that you are viewing your life and the lives of those around you from our vantage point, giving you the ability to see the panoramic view of what is occurring from moment to moment. Look back over your year—over several years—and take an inventory. Have you not made great strides? Are you not a much wiser, more compassionate and more enlightened person? Can you not see the perfection or at least the justice in what has occurred in your past? Are you not stronger and wiser for your trials and tests along the way? Observe those closest to you. Have they moved forward and expanded their awareness, or are they still stuck on the treadmill of inertia, trapped and fearful in their tunnel-visioned view of life?

  During this process, dear ones, try not to see or judge anything as good or bad, see it as it truly is: a matter of balanced or imbalanced energy. Focus on that which is balanced and harmonious in your life, and see if you cannot expand that energy into the areas of imbalance. Many small issues of your ego-personality keep you caught up in situations which could easily be resolved if you are willing to release the need to be right or self-righteous. Is it worth the pain and disharmony? If a situation is presented to you, seemingly from out of the blue, a situation in which someone seeks to dominate or control you, or someone in your life seems to have radically changed their behavior all of a sudden, consider it a gift. Many of you will say, “What have I done to draw this to me?” Constant negative thought forms will surely shift you out of your Sacred Heart center of power into the astral planes of fear and guilt. That is why we told you in last month’s message: HOLD STEADY, BELOVEDS, for you are reaching deep into your innermost Core Being in order to release, once and for all, the impacted, restrictive energy patterns of the past.

  Allow me to ease your mind, dear ones. Endeavor to become the observer when any of these situations are brought into your awareness. If you do not assume a defensive or adversarial stance; if you stand firm in your integrity and speak your spiritual truth as you perceive it without criticism or the need to dominate or control in return; if you focus on the God Spark within that person (no matter how dim) and not their negative attributes; and if you allow them their beliefs, but do not take them as your own, and just move past and beyond the event without allowing it to impact you in any way—then you will have passed the test.

  Precious ones, a true master does not have to demonstrate his/her mastery before others; they live it. They do not have to vocalize their level of awareness; they radiate it. They lovingly and quietly go about their mission and their work, leaving love, knowledge and words of empowerment behind. Oh, they may be very visible, if that is their mission, but they are always unassuming, patient, tolerant and willing to share words of love and encouragement wherever they go. By their works you will know them. By their actions they will demonstrate their power and purity. Those of you who came to teach, guide and keep the knowledge flowing, which will eventually evolve into wisdom, thereby creating change and allowing new philosophies to be implanted in the fertile minds of children–as well as those who are awakening and ready for higher truths—yours is a formidable task, for you must teach by example as well as the spoken word as you transmit the validity of love, joy, peace, honor, integrity, unity and abundance, rather than fear, hate, guilt, isolation and limitation.

  Many of you came from the lofty planes of the higher dimensions bearing so much love for the Creator that it has been very difficult to adjust to the material world and the physical body. You are the ones that have denied all things in the realm of physicality, rejecting material comfort, wealth and desire, as well as the bodily form, in the belief that you could not enjoy or accept the sensations of the physical world and still be spiritual. But that is why you came, dear ones. We know you are capable of being pure Spirit—following the Will of the Creator in the higher realms. Remember, your assignment was to cocreate a heavenly Earth and to experience all the beauty and wonder of Spirit in solid, physical form.

  Once again, we offer you some of the guidelines from the past to help you traverse the narrow, winding pathway into the future with ease and grace:

  The Holy Spirit or your Higher Mental Self is the discerning higher intelligence which monitors and regulates the Light infusions and the gifts of Spirit that are allotted to you according to your level of spiritual awareness and your present needs. Special dispensations are also monitored and dispersed by your Holy Mental Self, which is the intermediary between you and your Divine I AM Presence / God Self. However, any special dispensation that is bestowed upon you requires that you diligently endeavor to do your part. You must make the maximum effort to use the special gift of Divine Creator Light for the greatest good. Remember, each of you is a cocreative partner with our Father/Mother God.

  As you become more proficient as cocreators on the earthly plane, you will learn to constantly monitor your energy patterns and seek to upgrade them. You must strive for sustained harmony and refined godly expression. Your goal is to liberate the power of the Sacred Fire which has lain dormant for many thousands of years so that you can direct and focus your energy into the areas of your life you wish to change. By establishing and constantly upgrading your Creator Wheel of Life, you are planting the seeds of focused change, and you are supplying the Sacred Fire of Creation needed to manifest what you have envisioned. When you can do this proficiently, your personal world will become a wonderland, and you will become a beacon of Light for all to see.

  We cannot emphasize enough how important the breath is in reclaiming your Divine nature. Not the shallow breathing that the majority of people on Earth have accepted as the proper way to breathe. This type of ineffective breathing has resulted in many debilitating symptoms and dis-eases as well as limiting your intake of Divine Essence, which is critical to your well being and the reclamation of your vessel of Light. We have explained and emphasized the Infinity Breath, the Accordion Breath and how important is the practice of breathing with intention. The Infinity Breath could be called the Ascension Breath, for it aligns your galactic chakras with your physical vessel, and opens the return passageways to the higher dimensions via the Binary Sequencing Technique. It speeds up the process of building your ascending vehicle of Light called the MerKiVah. It also facilitates the opening of the portal to your Sacred Mind and the front and back portals to your Sacred Heart. The Accordion Breath facilitates a double benefit: it draws forth the Adamantine Particles stored within the root chakra and also the Adamantine Particles stored within your Etheric Replica, which is located within your fifth-dimensional, personal Pyramid of Light.

  Your SOUL SONG is composed of mid-fourth- and higher-dimensional vibrational patterns of unconditional love, wisdom and harmony. As a Self-master, your Energetic Signature and your Soul Song will merge into a Celestial Mandala of Light, sound and color by which you will be identified in the higher Realms. You are recognized by the brilliance of your inner Light. The more Light Essence you incorporate into your physical vessel, the more brilliantly your aura will glow.

  There is a path open for each of you to follow; no matter at what station or in what circumstances you may find yourselves, a golden opportunity is waiting to enable you to assume your power, tap into your creativity and bring to the fore those many latent abilities you have stored deep within your memory banks. And now, as never before, we are close by, observing, waiting to assist, encourage, create the miracles, smooth the way, and assist you in moving onward and upward.

  If you can view all that is presently in your life as transitory except the Love/Light and Spiritual Fire within your Sacred Heart and Soul, then you will know what we are trying to convey to you. Release your fear of the past and future, eliminate the emotional and mental controls others have over you, and become the free Spirit you were meant to be. When the Infinity loop and the time line of your past are balanced, and the major portions of your discordant energies have been transmuted, you will step into the Infinity loop of your future. You are in the process of walking into the Light of your future while leaving the shadows of the past behind. Throughout your times of stress and daily challenges, never forget, my brave ones: you are in the midst of a cosmic reunion process, and you will evolve in due time, in one way or another. You must be aware that this transformation process is a long and complex cycle; however, it can be a grand journey if you will take advantage of the wisdom teachings and the tools we are offering to you. The Law of the Circle states that every new creative endeavor must begin from within the Still Point of Will-Power, the Core Essence of the Creator/cocreator. Remember, one person who is centered within his/her Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind can convey cosmic truths and inspired thoughts to millions of people while the loving vibrations of his/her auric field blesses everyone with whom he/she comes in contact.

  The World Pyramid is a Mid-way Station for your multiple Soul-Selves. Your good deeds are stored within the Treasury of Light Storehouse within the World Pyramid. There is a harvesting of good deeds every year, and your loving thoughts and deeds are magnified and stored there. The greater portion is melded with Creator Light to be used to create the greatest good for all humanity. You will receive your special gifts and Divine dispensations in accordance with what you have contributed to the Storehouse of Light.

  It is time for each of you to step to the fore, take a stand and be heard. Begin where you are, at your highest level of understanding, seeing through eyes filtered by love, feeling with a heart filled with compassion, and functioning with a mind that is not clouded by guilt, fear or judgment. That is the way you will validate your truth and gain your wisdom, beloved ones. That is the way that your world and reality will be filled to overflowing with love, joy and abundance. That is the way of the master, the way of Living Truth, the way back home.

  Never forget that you are always your own judge, and you decide, with the assistance of your guardian council, what the major details of your next life’s experience will be. When in the environment of the higher dimensions, a Soul is always eager to rectify past mistakes so the auric field may be cleared of any inharmonious vibrational patterns, and the journey toward en-Lighten-ment may continue. It matters not if people deny the truth in what we are conveying to you; it is the Living Truth and universal law never-the-less; and every Soul is affected and ruled by the tenets of the Divine Plan, whether they believe or not. Here again, the inner veil applies, and you must break through the limitations of the negative third/fourth-dimensional environment in order to gain access to an expanded, wondrous connection to the Creator. You always have been and always will be connected to the ALL THAT IS. The sense of disconnection is all within your mind, and the way to “unlock the door” to the River of Life is within the SACRED HEART.

  As you refine your resonance, you are gradually becoming multi-dimensional, which means that you are tapping into the frequency patterns of several dimensions at once. In order to make room for the refined frequencies of the multiple levels of the fourth, fifth and higher dimensions, there must be a clearing/cleansing process. Via the lessons and instructions we have given you over the years, we are endeavoring to give you the knowledge needed to traverse the path of ascension with ease and grace; however, you must assume the responsibility for your return to personal Self-mastery. We are standing by to assist you as you reclaim your rightful status as a spiritual Being on a Divine mission for our Mother /Father God. We salute your bravery. You are dearly loved.

  ***Note from Ronna: Dearest friends, because I have been incapacitated for almost three weeks, as he has done on several past occasions, Beloved Michael guided me to different paragraphs within many messages of the past so that it would not be so stressful for me to bring forth this month’s message.   I have been quite ill since Saturday, March 2, with a very potent strain of the flu: violent coughing and a fever, but not much congestion. However, I did develop bronchitis and my doctor prescribed a round of antibiotics and Prednisone. I am gradually improving and slowly getting my strength back. Beloved Michael has told us in the past that sometimes a virus accompanied by a fever acts as a catalyst for clearing/cleansing old impacted frequency patterns that are being expunged because we have integrated an infusion of higher frequency Light. I have found that several times, when I have experienced a “major leap in consciousness,” this occurs. My husband Kent also “caught the bug” and ended up in the hospital as a result. He is presently in a rehabilitation center, for I am not able to care for him. I am not going to go into any details; however, there is a strong possibility that we will have to have him placed in a group home so he will get the care he needs. He is 85 and his health is deteriorating quite rapidly. It has been a very stressful time for our family, as I know it has been for many of you. Do not forget, dear hearts, that we are receiving some extremely potent Adamantine Particles of Creator Light. We are being prepared to live in a more-refined environment as we take a giant leap in God-consciousness. The start of April is upon us - and with it comes the traditional collection of 'April Fool' pranks and japes.

The daftest of yearly traditions will see co-workers, loved ones, friends and even complete strangers sucked in by implausibly silly stories.

April Fools has origins as far back as the 16th century. Many believe that the moving of the Gregorian calendar from April 1 to January 1 in 1562 is where the tradition began.

These days it seems no-one is safe from the perils of April Fools Day - and there have been some absolute corkers in recent years.

From flying penguins to spaghetti trees and left-handed burgers, here are five classic April Fools pranks.

Spaghetti Trees

One of the biggest and best hoaxes ever pulled by the BBC, film footage on Panorama in 1957 appeared to show Swiss farmers dealing with an 'exceptionally heavy spaghetti crop'.

They were shown pulling spaghetti strands from plants, before laying them out on the floor to dry.

Hundreds called the BBC asking where they could get a spaghetti bush to grow their own crop.

The prank even fooled BBC staff, including the Corporation's then-director Ian Jacobs, who later confessed to looking up 'spaghetti' in his encyclopedia.

Mount Edgecumbe 'erupts'

The volcano of Mount Edgecumbe had been dormant for 9,000 years when residents in Sitka, Alaska, saw plumes of black smoke rising from its crater in 1974.

Fearing an apocalyptic volcanic eruption, people fled their homes in terror and the authorities were sent in to investigate.

When a helicopter flew towards the volcano and looked in, officials saw that the smoke was infact caused by hundreds of burning tyres.

Furthermore, the words 'April Fool' had been spraypainted in 50ft letters around the rim of the volcano.

The prank was the work of Oliver Bickar, who had been planning the stunt for four years.

Burger King's 'left-handed whopper'

A 'whopper' in more ways than one, Burger King's 1998 advert for their latest fast food snack roped in the punters hook, line and sinker.

The burger giant took out a full-page advert in USA Today proudly announcing 'the left-handed Whopper' - their trademark burger, but with all the condiments rotated 180 degrees to suit the 1.4m lefties who visited their restaurants every day.

The stunt still fooled thousands of snack fans in this country and in the US, who went out of their way to get their hands on one.

A Burger King spokesperson later revealed the prank with some admirable PR-speak, proclaiming: "Everyone knows that it takes two hands to hold a Whopper!"

Flying Penguins

A more recent April Fools triumph for the BBC, in 2008 TV crews in the Antarctic claimed to have captured shots of Adelie penguins taking flight.

In an apparent clip for its natural history show Miracles of Evolution, video footage did indeed show the usually flightless birds soaring up through the skies.

The impressively convincing computer-generated film fooled thousands and quickly became one of the most viewed videos on the internet.

Presenter Terry Jones said the penguins took to the air and flew thousands of miles to South American rainforests, where they would 'spend the winter basking in the tropical sun'.

A secondary video later poured cold water on the amazing footage by explaining that it was a CGI hoax.

China's one child policy is 'relaxed'

When press laws were relaxed in China in the early 1990s by Chairman Deng Xiaoping, China's Youth Daily did not waste time in pulling a fast one on the Chinese public.

On April 1 1993, their editor, Yang Lang, ran several false news stories proclaiming that the government had relaxed China's one-child-per-family policy limit.

The story claimed that Ph.D. holders were allowed more than one child, as this would reduce China's need to invite as many foreign experts into the country.

The hoax was treated as fact by several media outlets, including Hong Kong's Evening News and by AFP, an international news agency.

Beijing's main newspaper, the Guangming Daily, declared said: "Put plainly, April Fool's Day is Liar's Day."

Steve Beckow: New Age Spiritual Philosophy

I much enjoy New Age spiritual philosophy.  It’s infused with the wisdom of the galactics, ascended masters and Archangels. I like its variety, its relaxed pace, and its really new subject matter.

How many schools of inquiry have embraced these genuinely new developments today? The existence of angels and extraterrestrials? The existence of other dimensions, other universes? The created aspects of life and life’s design: the Divine Plan?

Because the adherents of New Age spiritual philosophy know we’re headed away from a dualistic world and towards a unitive world, one that works for everyone, it tends to be a cooperative inquiry, at least more so than contemporary or conventional religious or spiritual philosophy sometimes is.

It may disagree on the credibility of some sources, but there is far more unity and harmony among its practitioners than in many other similar groups.

It sees Truth as the Pinnacle of life and Love as the ultimate Reality.  And it seeks certain knowledge of the Truth and intimate knowledge of Love through direct experience.

It recognizes that we’re all one and that the new paradigm is the divine qualities. It recognizes the cooperation that occurs on all the higher dimensions and seeks to be a part of it.

And it’s a cross-cultural perspective par excellence. It not only draws on and synthesizes all terrestrial spiritual traditions but it incorporates the wisdom of  off-planet and other-dimensional spiritual philosophies as well.

New Age philosophy is a mixture of the growth movement, Eastern and Western religions, and a tolerant and eclectic spirituality. It inquires into knowledge that for the most part is unknown. New Age philosophers find themselves always having taken a step into a strange and unknown land, the frontier of the known and the unknown receding constantly in front of them.

The knowledge is unknown. The way to get to an understanding of it is unknown. And so New Age philosophers find themselves often on the track of the speculative as well as the incomprehensible. They’ve learned to let go of the old and embrace the new, without needing to have all the answers.

They recognize that life is a process of spiritual evolution and their knowledge and certainty stops right about there. All else that unfolds in the course of its inquiry is often hard to put into words because of its newness.

I guess if race-car fans love speed, New Age philosophers love newness, novelty, the unknown, the newly-discovered.  They’re explorers. They want to know what‘s  around the next bend. Their type of philosophy grounds itself in credibility assessment. It weighs and estimates the reliability of its sources. But once assured that a source is credible, it listens to what its sources have to say as intently as any scientific or social-scientific philosopher. It accepts the words of a reliable galactic or Archangel where few other disciplines would.

Its body of evidence lies largely outside the boundaries of the old paradigm of empirical materialism. It’s not recognized at universities, which predominantly remain within the old paradigm, and that may well be what’s saved it to this point. Truth has suffered in many universities that have bent the knee to a spiritually-pinching materialistic paradigm of truth.

Who’s to say how matters should unfold? Matters will unfold as they do. Folks will do what they want. But there’s a drift to things.

Archangel Michael said there was not to be one event that transforms consciousness in the next while, but a a series, train, or “turn” of events. Well, same here.  In all of human affairs, there’s seldom a single event that changes the world, but there does exist a drift. What Jesus called the signs of the times reveals that drift.

The drift of New Age spiritual philosophy is towards the inclusive, the divine consciousness, the light-filled and loving, no matter what opinion says, no matter what “common sense” says.

New Age thinkers repeatedly ask the question, “What if?” and try on what arises in answer to it. Because we do, we’re often the ones who encounter the novel phenomenon first. As a result, we make more mistakes than many. And we’re maligned at times like all explorers are.

But New Age spiritual philosophy has a great outlook, a promising future, as does so much else in the Golden Age ahead that embraces the new paradigm.

We’ve entered the New Age. We’re looking at Nova Earth. We’re just an inch inside the door. Things still look mostly the same but we do feel different. We’re being bombarded with uplifting and expanding energies and we’re simmering in love and bliss. We’re moving out in all directions, pushing a barrier here, raising a cover there.

Materialists have coined the term “Big History,” which they’ve applied to the natural history of the universe.   I’d put a hold on that term for a year because I think our idea of “big” is about to explode. It’s going to shoot off in every direction.  This is not the time for defining things, but for releasing into them. And New Age philosophy may be our means of releasing the old and making sense of the new.

Blessings Every-One ~

Our routines changed dramatically when the higher realm's energies descended onto earth, and all upon her. Our journey had begun to go inwards. Never before had we been compelled, through physical necessity, to rest so much! There was also much work to be done on each soul's body in readiness for this higher life on earth. We just had to follow what our body was telling us, and rest.

It has been a few years now since the transition began and there is still "a call to rest." I also notice that my two dogs rest and sleep when I do, all together on one large bed. Just the three of us to take care of each other, and they do and as I take care of them. They have evolved noticeably in the way they communicate with me and each other. The human traits I notice are not strange to me as I always had respect for domestic animals who incarnated out of love to be our companions through this transition. The only thing they cannot do is speak and other things that an upright two legged human body can do. But their intellect and actions in how we communicate with each other has to be seen to be believed!

Today we rested a lot. I noticed that yesterday, Thursday here in Australia, was a very significent day for the symbolism of this Easter period. Good Friday is symbolic of the letting go of the physical and surrendering to the higher way of life. The dying of the ego, meaning the 'self' this and 'self' that. We are not only one, we are many. From my own experiences I know that everything and everyone is interconnected. We cannot survive without the assistance of another element of life on earth. The sun, the rain for water, are just a few things that contribute to life on earth through supplying basic need for growing food and sustaining life in other ways as well.

To realize the intracacy of life may take many incarnations. Rest is very important in the way it makes us slow down and perhaps notice things that we hadn't before, whatever that 'thing' may be at any particular time. I think it all boils down to being 'in-tune' to our needs in each moment. Trying to force anything in our life when rest is knocking at our door is futile! The body will soon show what it needs to do by slowing down, until we get the message. That happens to me frequently.

However long the process of transformation takes place does not frustrate me at all. So many insights, so much growth, so much suffering, and yet so much joy when a new door opens to reveal something that we longed to discover.........just love those moments. Life is precious. There is no 'me' only 'us.' That is what the human society on earth needs to awaken to.

Animal heroes: The cat who killed 'Mao Tse Tung', the pigeon who saved 1,000 lives and other incredible stories

The PDSA Dickin Medal - regarded as the animals' Victoria Cross - has been awarded to just 63 animals. Here are five heart-warming tales of gallantry and devotion.

For most of history, animals were often the forgotten heroes of war.

But, since 1943, courageous creatures, which have over the years saved the lives of thousands of men, have had their gallantry recognised with the Dickin Medal.

A Dickin Medal - only 63 have been awarded

The honour, introduced by the British veterinary charity PDSA, has also been nicknamed the animal Victoria Cross.

Since its inception it has been awarded to 63 animals - 27 dogs, 32 birds, three horses and one cat.

Now in a new book, Animal Heroes, David Long tells the incredible stories behind each medal and the amazing animals who so gallantly earned the honour.

Here are just some of the tales of courage, which could surely inspire even the hardest of human hearts…

Judy, English Pointer, Prisoner No 81A, Gloergoer camp at Medan, Indonesia 1942-1945

Date of award: May 2, 1946

1946: Judy the English pointer who became the only official canine POW of the Second World War

Navy dog Judy earned her Dickin Medal after suffering harsh Japanese treatment as the only official canine prisoner of war during World War II.

The English Pointer also helped save the crew of gunboat HMS Grasshopper by finding water after the stricken boat was marooned on an Indonesian island in 1942.

Japanese soldiers, who had conquered the country, eventually captured the men – who took Judy with them into Gloergoer PoW camp in Medan.

Brutal guards regularly beat her and threatened to kill her. But she bought her life by providing the camp commandant with puppies.

Judy helped raise morale among the men and, in particular, struck up a touching friendship with Leading Airfcraftman Frank Williams.

He smuggled her aboard a Japanese prisoner transport ship, which was torpedoed and sank en route to Singapore in 1944.

She was able to swim to safety – saving men as she did by providing debris to keep them afloat - and after a few days was reunited with Frank at another PoW camp.

When the war ended in 1945, Judy, who was born in Shanghai in 1937, was taken to Britain and a year later she was awarded the Dickin Medal.

She died from a tumour aged 13 in 1950, two years after beginning a new adventure with Frank in east Africa.

American Pigeon G.I. Joe helped save up to 1,000 lives during World War II by halting a planned American bombing on an Italian village held by British troops.

In October 1943, the messenger flew 20 miles across enemy lines from a British HQ to a U.S. air base in just 20 minutes to deliver a warning note after radios failed.

The blue-checked bird arrived ‘just as our planes were warming up to take off’, revealed Otto Meyer, a former commander of the U.S. Army Pigeon Service.

G.I. Joe’s note said the village of Calvi Vecchia, 25 miles north of Naples, had been abandoned by the Germans and the British 169th Infantry Brigade had occupied it.

The U.S. had originally planned to use bombs to ‘soften up’ the village, which they believed was a German stronghold, before another British regiment launched a ground offensive.

So, in the face of a breakdown in radio communication, a humble pigeon spared Allied soldiers and Calvi Vecchia’s residents from what could have been one of the worst incidents of ‘friendly fire’ during the war.

G.I. Joe, who had been born that year in Algiers, was flown to the U.S. at the end of the war.

But, in 1946, he crossed the Atlantic again so he could become one of the few foreign animals to be honoured with a Dickin Medal.

Former stray Simon became the only cat to win the Dickin Medal after heroically continuing to catch rats despite being wounded aboard a Royal Navy ship during a 101-day siege by Chinese communists.

The intrepid feline, who sadly died in British quarantine before he could receive the honour, was praised for his courage and support during the 1949 Yangtze Incident.

Seventeen sailors were killed during the standoff after HMS Amethyst sailed up the Yangtze river from Shanghai to Nanking to protect the British embassy there during China’s civil war.

Simon suffered severe shrapnel wounds and burns after the captain’s cabin was hit by a shell, which killed Lieutenant Commander Bernard M. Skinner.

Yet somehow the scraggly black and white cat who was discovered stray in Hong Kong, fought through the pain and was able to recover from his injuries by licking his wounds.

According to the citation he received for his Amethyst campaign ribbon, Simon, who was also given the rank able seaman, rid the ship “of pestilence and vermin with unrelenting faithfulness”.

This task became particularly important because the men were strictly rationed during the long, hot months aboard.

He was best known for killing a rat the sailors nicknamed Mao Tse Tung after the Communist leader.

Simon and the rest of the crew made a daring escape as the Amethyst limped back down the river under the cover of darkness. Sadly, he died from an infection after arriving in British quarantine.

Army sniffer dog Theo was posthumously awarded the Dickin Medal for his life-saving bravery that saw him uncover a record number of bombs and weapons.

Tragically, the 22-month-old springer spaniel cross suffered a fatal seizure hours after his handler, Lance Corporal Liam Tasker, 26, was shot dead by the Taliban in 2011.

The pair made 14 discoveries in five months on the front line and have been hailed by military chiefs for saving the lives of countless British soldiers in Afghanistan.

Theo was said to have died of a broken heart after Lance Corporal Tasker was killed taking part in a mission in the Nahr-e-Saraj district in Helmand.

Their role had been to help search and clear roads and compounds, uncover hidden weapons, improvised explosive devices and bomb-making equipment.

The soldier “used to joke that Theo was impossible to restrain but I would say the same about Lance Corporal Tasker,” revealed Major Alexander Turner, who at the time was the commanding officer No 2 Company 1st Battallion Irish Guards.

“At the most hazardous phase of an advance, he would be at the point of a spear, badgering to get even further and work his dog.’

Despite horses suffering huge casualties during historic conflicts – eight million died in the First World War alone – only three have been awarded the Dickins Medal.

Perhaps this is because, despite being trained to be steadfast in the face of crowds, they can be notoriously nervous, often whinnying at the slightest loud noise.

So it is all the more impressive that a trio of Metropolitian Police horses should earn their stripes during the Blitz.

Among them, Olga initally bolted 100 yards when a German V1 flying bomb destroyed four houses in Tooting, south-west London in July 1944.

But she returned with her rider PC J. E. Thwaites to the scene and helped control crowds who wanted to see the landing site of the unusual ‘Doodle Bug’.

A month later, another V1 hit the East End district of Bethnal Green.

Upstart, whose stables had already been destroyed, held fast and assisted his handler DI J. Morley with the rescue effort despite the animal being showered with debris.

Regal, the third horse, was unlucky because his stables in leafier Muswell Hill, north London, were twice burned down by incendiary bombs in April 1941 and July 1944.

But the easy-going equine ‘once again lived up to his name… and was not duly perturbed,’ according to one witness.

All three working horses received their awards together in London’s Hyde Park in April 1947.

“Suffering is unnatural, growing out of sin and wrongdoing” states the opposite. Instead of considering all the natural forces that threaten us, it declares that humans suffer from the inside out, not from the outside in.

Our choices to follow wrong action come back to haunt us. Humans are the only creatures wracked by guilt and shame. We feel pain when we commit a sin like murder, whereas animals show no remorse when they exhibit violence.

Sin-based suffering is far more terrible that mere physical pain. It gives birth to anxiety and depression, which are mysterious afflictions, since these two ghosts of the mind haunt people even when they have done nothing wrong.

Just the perception of doing wrong can create intense guilt. But any creature that can commit a sin must be capable of doing the right thing. Therefore the second answer is actually optimistic.

“Suffering contains a hidden spiritual message” is very different than the other two. It says that out of suffering can come love. Love is the hidden message within all fear and pain, no matter how horrible they make you feel.

The idea that suffering contains a spiritual message goes beyond fatalism and idealism both, because the distinction between inner and outer, physical and mental is erased. Instead, we are seen as pure spirit, which has chosen to walk on the stage of the natural world in order to play out soul dramas.

Exploring Your Soul

If you explore the true nature of reality, all pain will eventually come to an end. In some form or other, religious teachings state this truth over and over. There is no way around the fact that it sounds abstract, yet this is the reality of how the soul operates.

Your soul deals in abstractions like eternity and infinity so that you won’t have to. It converts an inconceivable world into one that we can grasp and understand. Like a car’s transmission, which takes the whirling motion of the engine and transforms it into the forward velocity that gets you where you want to go, the soul makes it possible for your life to move forward.

Eternity doesn’t need to breathe; infinity doesn’t need to find a job. But you need those things and more – you need to eat, work, love, and raise children – and these are made possible through the soul. Without it, there would only be quantum soup, a formless swirl of energy and particles.

Even though we are accustomed to using religious language about the soul, its duties are useful, not poetic. This fact has been hard to realize because the word soul has been used loosely to mean a person’s deepest emotions, his heart, his highest aspirations, as well as more arcane things like the Holy Ghost.

One senses that the soul travels through life undergoing every anxiety felt by the person. It isn’t aloof or apart but very much down here in the mud of battle. The paradox is that throughout this highly emotional involvement, no biblical writer ever defines what the soul is.

As a result, the word remains as diffuse in the end as it was at the outset. If I say to you, “My soul was touched” or “I mean this from the bottom of my soul” or “That person has a lot of soul,” nothing specific is being conveyed.

Creating Soul

All creativity is based on quantum leaps and uncertainty. At particular moments in time, truly novel ideas emanate from the collective bed of information. These ideas did not originate in the fortunate individual, but in the collective consciousness.

This is why significant scientific discoveries are often made by two or more different people at the same time. The ideas are already circulating in the collective unconscious, and prepared minds are ready to translate that information.

This is the nature of genius, to be able to grasp the knowable even when no one else recognizes that it is present. At any given moment, the innovation or creative idea doesn’t exist, and in the next moment, it is part of our conscious world.

In between, where was it? It came from the virtual domain, at the level of the universal spirit, where everything is potential. Sometimes this potential creates something novel, but in this realm all possibilities already exist.

So, if our bodies are recycled earth, our emotions are recycled energy, and our thoughts are recycled information, what is it that makes you an individual? How about your personality?

Well, the personality doesn’t originate with us, either. Personality gets created through selective identification with situations and through relationships. What we call personality is built on a foundation of relationships and situations.

According to many of the great spiritual traditions, one of the great truths is that “I am the other.” Without the other, we would not exist. Your soul is the reflection of all souls.

Whether we’re a vibrant Orange, or a peaceful Blue, our color preferences are a key to understanding our personalities. Find out what this color expert has to say about your favorite color. What does it reveal about who you really are?

White: Symbolic of purity, innocence and naivete, white has strong connotations of youth and purity. If you are an older person, your preference for white could indicate a desire for perfection and impossible ideals, maybe an attempt to recapture lost youth and freshness. It may also symbolize a desire for simplicity or the simple life.

Red: The color of strength, health, and vitality, Red is often the color chosen by someone outgoing, aggressive, vigorous and impulsive—or someone who would like to be! It goes with an ambitious nature but those who choose it can be abrupt at times, determined to get all they can out of life, quick to judge people and take sides. Red people are usually optimistic and can’t stand monotony; they are rather restless and not at all introspective, so they may be unaware of their own shortcomings. They find it hard to be objective and may blame others for any mishaps. Quiet people with a preference for red may feel the need for the warmth, strength and life-giving qualities of the color, or they blanket their true feelings under a sober exterior. Red is usually chosen by people with open and uncomplicated natures, with a zest for life.

Maroon: Harsh experience has probably matured the Maroon person into someone likable and generous. It is often a favorite color of someone who has been battered by life but has come through. It indicates a well-disciplined Red personality—one who has had difficult experiences and has not come through unmarked but who has grown and matured in the process.

Pink: This color embodies the gentler qualities of Red, symbolizing love and affection without passion. Women who prefer Pink tend to be maternal. Pink desires protection, special treatment and a sheltered life. Pink people require affection and like to feel loved and secure, perhaps wanting to appear delicate and fragile. Pink people tend to be charming and gentle, if a trifle indefinite.

Orange: This color of luxury and pleasure appeals to the flamboyant and fun-loving person who likes a lively social round. Orange people may be inclined to dramatize a bit, and people notice them, but they are generally good-natured and popular. They can be a little fickle and vacillating, but on the whole they try hard to be agreeable. Orange is the color of youth, strength, fearlessness, curiosity and restlessness.

Yellow: The color of happiness, wisdom and imagination, Yellow is chosen by the mentally adventurous, searching for novelty and self-fulfillment. Yellow usually goes with a sunny and shrewd personality, with a good business head and a strong sense of humor. It is the color of intellectuality and all things to do with the mind. Yellow folks are usually clear and precise thinkers who have a good opinion of their own mental capacities and who have lofty ideals. They may at times tend to shun responsibility, preferring freedom of thought and action.

Green: The color of harmony and balance, Green symbolizes hope, renewal and peace, and is usually liked by the gentle and sincere. Greens are generally frank, community-minded people, fairly sociable but preferring peace at any price. Green people can be too self-effacing, modest and patient, so they may get exploited by others. They are usually refined, civilized and reputable

Blue: Soft, soothing, compassionate and caring, Blue is the color of deliberation and introspection, conservatism and duty. Patient, persevering, conscientious, sensitive and self-controlled, Blues like to be admired for their steady character and wisdom. They are faithful, but are often worriers with somewhat inflexible beliefs and can be too cautious, and suspicious of flamboyant behavior.

Blue-Green: Exacting, discriminating, poised and attractive, the Blue-Green person tends to be sensitive, intellectual and refined, persevering and stable if rather detached. Blue-Greens have excellent taste, and are usually courteous and charming, capable but often refusing help or guidance.
Turquoise: Complex, imaginative and original, Turquoise people drive themselves hard and may be in a state of turmoil under their outwardly cool exterior.

Lavender: This is often chosen by a person who lives “on a higher plane,” who never notices anything sordid and who is always impeccably and beautifully dressed. Lavender people may be on a continual quest for culture and the refined things of life, high and noble causes but without the necessity of getting their hands dirty. A Lavender person is usually creative, charming, witty and civilized.

Purple: Purples are highly individual, fastidious, witty and sensitive, with a strong desire to be unique and different. Temperamental, expansive and artistic, a Purple person may become aloof and sarcastic when misunderstood. If you chose Purple, you tend to be unconventional, tolerant and dignified, likely to achieve positions of authority.

Brown: A Brown person has stamina and patience, tending to be very solid and substantial, conscientious, dependable, steady and conservative. Browns are not impulsive, and may be inarticulate and tactless but they love responsibility and are reliable and kindly. If you chose Brown, watch out for a tendency to be obstinate and inflexible.

Black: Dignified and impressive without being showy, Black people want to give the appearance of mystery, but their preference may also indicate a suppression of desires and worldly aims, suggesting hidden depths and inner longings.

Heavenly Sweet Potatoes

We use the lighter colored sweet potatoes. This dish is very simple but extremely delicious. The soft creaminess inside with the slightly caramelized crunch and nibbles of pecan bits creates a heavenly eating experience!!

13 cups sweet potatoes, cut in chunks
1/2 – 3/4 cup olive oil
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons coconut sugar*
1 cup pecans, chopped

• Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and then across ¾ inch pieces . If they are really large then you can cut one more time lengthwise before cutting across (half moon or quarter moon shapes.)

• Toss with olive oil, salt, cinnamon and coconut sugar. Place in sprayed Pyrex glass pan, 9×13 inch.
• Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

• Remove from oven and toss with two wooden spoons. Add chopped pecans. Increase oven temperature to 425 (or 450 if your oven temperature tends to run a little cool.)

• Bake another 30 to 45 minutes (you want the potatoes at this point to caramelize and get somewhat crunchy on the bottom.)

• Remove from oven and cool slightly before eating.

Serves: 6
Total Cooking time: 1 hour 45 minutes

* Coconut sugar comes from the buds of coconut tree flowers. It is a natural sweetener that come from trees and are collected as sap — like North American maple syrup.

The sap is then boiled in enormous vats to create either a sugar paste (sold in jars or tins) or rock-like chunks of sugar also known as “jaggery.” (Jaggery can be made from cane sugar as well – it just means the solid, rock-like form of sugar.)

I use coconut sugar in my kitchen since it has a lower glycemic index then regular sugar.

It comes in bags and looks like brown sugar but can also be found in the bulk section of many natural food stores.

Carrot, Ginger, and Beet Soup Recipe

You can’t do better than beets and carrots for sweet, earthy winter nourishment, and this zesty recipe combines them with ginger and a touch of orange rind to make an intriguing soup that will surprise and delight your whole family.

What a tasty way to get your beta-carotenes and minerals: this is borscht with a citrus and ginger twist, a sure-fire crowd-pleaser!

INGREDIENTS
3 medium beets (about 1 pound)
1 tablespoon canola or corn oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 pound carrots, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 large garlic clove, minced
6 cups water or vegetable stock
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
3/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
4 teaspoons sour cream (optional)

1. Under running water (this is very messy otherwise), peel the beets with a vegetable peeler. With a chef’s knife, cut the beets in half, then lay them flat side down and cut them into large chunks.

2. In a stock pot over medium heat, heat the oil. Saute the onion until it is translucent. Add the carrots, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add beets and water or stock.

Simmer the soup, covered, for 50 minutes. Add orange rind, and stir well.

3. In a food processor or blender, puree the soup in batches. Transfer the pureed soup to a large container, and stir in the salt and pepper. Taste the soup, and adjust the seasonings, if you like. Serve the soup hot or chilled, garnished with dollops of sour cream.

Serves 4.

The activation of our Crystalline Sun DNA Templates works with the activating of the first twelve rays and the related sacred geometries, fire letters and keycodes. Additionally, we download the appropriate chakras whilst building seven multidimensional bodies of Light, which will allow us to travel through related portals of Light in Soul consciousness to achieve higher states of consciousness through the merging with our multidimensional Selves at each dimensional frequency. The rays also form an important part of the Crystalline Sun DNA Template Activations, and can be described as vibrational frequencies of Divine Unfolding Light emanating from the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God. They bring with them particular qualities, colors, and sonic vibrations that are integrated within our various energy bodies, and allow us to be conscious of ourselves as these magical Beings of Light. They further assist in the activation of the dormant DNA, and the awakening to our multidimensional memories. As such, the influence of the rays can take us into a deeper understanding of our Light work, as well as giving insight into particular behavioral patterns we may still be integrating. And in integrating the ray frequencies, we are activating our 12 Strand DNA.

Additional, the chakras start to merge in One unified column of Light and a deep sense of interconnectiveness and unconditional Love is often experienced.In fact, it has been proven scientifically that DNA changes its shape according to feelings.  Negative feelings actually switch off the DNA codes, and the DNA responds by tightening up.
