Man played music '40,000 years ago'
Music was flourishing in Europe many thousands of years before the birth of Mozart, Brahms and Beethoven, scientists have learned.
The great composers' earliest ancestors were playing musical instruments and showing artistic creativity more than 40,000 years ago, a study has shown.
Evidence of the musicians was unearthed in Germany in the form of primitive flutes made from bird bones and mammoth ivory.
A new system of fossil dating confirmed the age of animal bones excavated in the same rock layers as the instruments and examples of early art. The bones, probably the remains of meals, bore cuts and marks from hunting and eating.
The finds, described in the Journal of Human Evolution, are from Geissenkloesterle Cave in the Swabian Jura region of southern Germany. They show that the Aurignacian culture, a way of living linked with early modern humans, existed at the site between 42,000 and 43,000 years ago. It suggests that some of the first "modern" humans to arrive in central Europe had a musical bent.
Professor Nick Conard, from Tubingen University in Germany, who took part in the excavation, said: "These results are consistent with a hypothesis we made several years ago that the Danube River was a key corridor for the movement of humans and technological innovations into central Europe between 40,000 to 45,000 years ago.
"Geissenkloesterle is one of several caves in the region that has produced important examples of personal ornaments, figurative art, mythical imagery and musical instruments. The new dates prove the great antiquity of the Aurignacian in Swabia."
The results indicate that modern humans entered the Upper Danube region before an extremely cold climatic phase around 39,000-40,000 years ago. Previously, experts had argued that modern humans only migrated up the Danube immediately after this event.
Prof Tom Higham, of Oxford University, who led the team which dated the bones, said: "Modern humans during the Aurignacian period were in central Europe at least 2,000-3,000 years before this climatic deterioration, when huge icebergs calved from ice sheets in the northern Atlantic and temperatures plummeted.
"The question is what effect this downturn might have had on the people in Europe at the time."

My four grown children were all home visiting this weekend so we decided to go out for brunch. The centre of attention was my toddler granddaughter. She had never had pancakes before so we were excited about her trying them.
We always try to make our family meals special so this time we decided to order every kind of pancake they had and asked that they be served on one big family-style platter!
We each took turns digging in and also feeding it to the baby, who loved them. There was a lovely environment at the table and lots of smiles. As I was looking around the table, enjoying this wonderful scene, a gentleman at a nearby table caught my eye.
He was eating his breakfast alone quietly, in the corner. He frequently looked over and smiled as my granddaughter continued to entertain us all. Suddenly, I had a great idea.
I dug out a smile card from the reserve that I always carry with me and snuck up to the waitress. I explained to her that I wanted to pay that man’s bill anonymously and that instead of the bill could she please give him the smile card.
Our leisurely breakfast was still going on after the gentleman had left. The waitress came over and told us that he had passed the smile card on and paid for another table before he left. How great!
Not only that though, the waitress then came back later and told us that the second table had now paid for someone else and passed the smile card on too!
I couldn’t believe it when the waitress came back and told us that the third table had done the same thing.
What was really amazing though, was that by the time we left, half the room had ended up paying for a different table! Isn’t that great?

This is a true story that happened to my friend Rekha...
Rekha maintains an exercise regime that includes a brisk walk every morning around some gardens in our neighbourhood. One morning, she was walking earlier then usual, daybreak was only just beginning to set in and it was still relatively dark.
As she was walking, a cyclist came up to her, snatched her handbag (containing her keys, phone and credit cards) and sped off with it! She ran after him shouting "thief - thief". A man further ahead must have heard her, or seen what had happened. He was washing a car and had a bucket of water with him. He grabbed the bucket and threw the water on to the cyclist.
The cyclist, caught off guard, drove off the pavement and his bike fell over. The other people in the park rushed over and surrounded him. My friend Rekha was worried that the people would try and beat him up, as often happens in India, and so she pleaded with them not to hurt him.
She bent down and asked the man why he did this to her? He was extremely repentent and explained that he was the son of a poor farmer and that this year their crops had failed. He said that the money lenders had threatened to beat up his father and hurt their family if they didn't pay on time. He said that he was absolutely desperate and didn't know what else to do. He was very sorry.
Rekha was deeply moved by this story. She could see that boy was young and he was so skinny and bonny. She looked into the boy's eyes and said that she forgave him. She then pulled out some money from her handbag and gave it to him. She told him that stealing was wrong and that he shouldn't do it again. He said he wouldn't. He said he was from a good family and well brought up and that he had made a terrible mistake.

A 15 Year Blessing From A Homeless Person
This is a story that happened 15 years ago but it has always stayed with me since then.
On the way back from work every evening, more often than not there would be a homeless man standing at the exit of the freeway. He looked to be in his late 40's but was probably a lot younger. He had shoulder length straight black hair a short beard, and he was of average stature.
His eyes were what struck me the most about him, they were brown and they had a sparkle. Like an inside light that was beaming out of his eyes. His eyes, I thought, represented the man in general. People say they can tell a lot from a person’s eyes. It was certainly true in his case. He always waved at every car, he was always happy and smiling and sometimes almost dancing.
Every day after work I would remember to gather any spare change, and put it aside to give to him if I saw him. A feeling of joy would come over me every time I saw him, as I came off the ramp. He had that effect.
I’d quickly roll down my window and give him the coins. Occasionally the red light would be on for a minute and we would ask each other about our day. His answer would always be the same, “I’m blessed!”.
I knew what his answer was going to be every time, yet I would still ask. It amazed me that even in his situation of being homeless he was so positive, and his answer would remind me of how blessed I was. A single mother of four amazing kids, with a place to call home and with a job to provide for my kids.
Then one day I was called into my boss’s office and was told that I was being laid off due to the economy. A feeling of worry engulfed me, and for the rest of that day all I could think of was “how am I going to provide for my kids, how am I going to pay rent, what am I going to do?”
Needless to say that on my way home that day I was very sad and upset. I didn’t remember to look for my spare change and keep it ready like I usually did. I wasn’t feeling the joy as I got off the ramp where the homeless man would be. Yet there he was as always, as I turned the ramp. He set his eyes on me, while still smiling and waving at others.
I’d hoped to catch the green light, but I missed it. While I was waiting for the red light to turn, he strolled over to my car. He had a big smile he looked me straight in the eyes and said “today I will give you a dollar”. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out a dollar bill. I was blown away. I burst into tears. I wanted to jump out of my car and hug him!
You see that day he gave me more than a dollar bill, he taught me a valuable lesson. No matter what material things are taken from you, no one can take away your choice to be joyful. My ride home was smooth sailing, I had lost my job, had no savings, but I knew I was blessed!
Every time I’m faced with challenges, I think of the homeless man’s valuable lesson and remember that I am blessed.

I am here today to bring you some information from out in the universe. I am Hatonn and I come with the news of the planet that is coming from around the sun. It is a planet that many of you know as Nibiru, and it has made many trips around the sun in the existence of the universe.
This planet was created for the specific purpose of being a catalyst for the evolvement of humanity. It is a matter of being in the right place at the right time, as is said so often on earth. With this planet’s revolutions through the solar system it brings energies of awakening to the people of earth and of the other planets that are in close enough proximity to the orbit of Nibiru.
As the revolutions take their path they bring about a continuation of the evolutionary process of the system.
Beings who live on Nibiru volunteered to go there from Lyra and all over the universe. Lyra was designed for the preparation of the evolution of earth. It is said that there are no more people who are going to come to earth in this particular lifetime who have never been here. That is true except for those who have a mission that was originated in the beginning of time to be here in this final aspect of the growth of humanity. Those ones have come from Lyra and will be coming in fullness by the end of this year.
As they come they will be bringing much information. In this energetic information there is contained a great deal of knowledge that has been stored off planet for the purpose of keeping it unavailable until it is time for it to be assimilated into the Oneness of all of life on earth. That includes all plant life, animal life, etc. even the one-celled life that is still prevalent on the planet.
As this is released and integrated in the various ways that will be experienced it will lend itself to the opening up of many of the ones on earth who are ready for it to be the key to their freedom from their limitedness. It will give them the key to the doors that reveal what it is that has kept them captive for so long. As this process takes place and is integrated into all of life on earth, it will be a catalyst to the ascension that is in its first stages in this moment.
The ascension I speak of is what will be built in three stages. The first one was brought about in the past twelve hundred years. The second has been in progress since then and it has been synchronistic in its nature. In this way it has brought about a harmonic that has rung throughout all of creation, not just on earth. It has brought all of the energies into potential harmony. It is now being increased and brought into the reality of earth life.
This will be seen as the ascension process continues. In this last stage, which is in process, it will build exponentially one stage upon another until it has reached its destined final state. This is what is scheduled to happen on 12-12 2012. This is the sequential part of the whole process that has been in sync since the creation of this universe began.
I tell you all this now because it is time for you who read of this, and who feel it in their beingness to open up to that truth, and to step into the roles that you have been destined to walk. Many of you have been in what seems to be a no-walk state. You have been feeling like there is nothing for you to do but twiddle your thumbs and whistle a happy tune.
That about sums it up dear ones. But now you are on the threshold of what I speak. You are going to be finding a whole new energy come your way with all of the steps in place for you to follow. It is a matter of being able to keep a clear mind and heart and allow the knowledge that comes your way to guide you in the way that you are destined for. Know that this initial stage of your newness is in place and ready for your arrival at the gate. In just a little while you will have completed the steps to the door and you will know when it is time to open it and walk through. Till then it is important for you to just enjoy this time and laugh, sing, dance, be at peace and love all of creation….all of it!
I leave now with the knowledge that you who are in line for this message will receive it. There will be other sources of the knowledge of this and all of you will be given that source. I am right beside you all in this and as the journey in this last stage begins for those of you who are in readiness it will be a most profound journey to the door of total freedom, power, creativity and love. Step forth and enjoy the ride, for it will be one that will ring through creation forevermore.

The Brazilian Congress has just passed a catastrophic forestry bill that gives loggers and farmers free rein to cut down huge swaths of the Amazon. Now only President Dilma can stop it.
Fortunately, the timing is on our side -- in weeks Dilma will host the world’s biggest environmental summit and insiders say she cannot afford to open it as the leader who approved the destruction of the rainforest. She’s facing mounting domestic pressure, with 79% of Brazilians rejecting this new bill. Now, if we join them we can turn up the global heat and push her to axe the bill, not the rainforest.

Welcome to my May 2012 Whale and Dolphin Cosmic Pulse. Today is a very powerful day of planetary alignments, grid activations and personal transformation. During my review of the energy for May we discussed the current energy trends for this month and the ebbs and flows of our collective journey.

The Whales and Dolphins have always been known as the "keepers of the grid". They navigate the ley lines and grids of our beloved Mother Earth and maintain the integrity of our Bio-Sphere. Today, grids, ley lines, oceans, mountains and all living things were re-calibrated with a new harmonic signature, as we released out dated perceptions, experiences and patterns that no longer serve.
The month of May has for the most felt "intense" - but then again hasn't every month this year? The build to today's eclipse has been personal and everything is amplified. Many felt overwhelmed in the fiery energy of emotional outbursts, body pain and uncertainty. Each one of us has within us parts of our "story" that we have tucked away, the reason is generally one of fear. Our story is just a story, which we created to provide experience. It is a fluid as water and we have the ability to alter it in a heartbeat in whatever way we wish.
Today the Whales and Dolphins along with our star seed families of Arcturus and the Pleiades imprinted within our sacred heart the frequency of "joy" and more importantly "love". They have done this so many times and will continue to do so as we re-unite with our higher multi-dimensional selves. We journeyed with them within the Whale Matrix and connected within a holographic multi-dimensional pyramid of light. The base of the pyramid was anchored by Mt. Fuji in Japan and Mt. Shasta in California. The apex the magnificent 5D Earth. The centre a pulsing diamond crystal broadcasting a new "harmonic signature" for personal and collective healing.
We were reminded that while this timing can feel overwhelming, it is by our personal divine design that we are assisting our beloved Mother Earth in becoming a star. Every thought is by divine design, every action experienced in perfection as we find balance.
Today's Solar eclipse balances the Divine Masculine frequency on all levels, where action is required it will be direct and hold strength. The moon is the Divine Feminine the mysterious or hidden and today as they both mirrored each other all things hidden is revealed in light. June 4, 2012 will be the Lunar Eclipse where we will once again feel the frequency signatures recalibrate and will prepare us for the upcoming Solstice.
We played in our "transcended puddles of light" and felt the inescapable Joy that comes from being childlike and open. We crossed another threshold of surrender and acceptance.
The Whales and Dolphins work with the planetary frequencies on a daily basis as they balance the ley lines and grid lines of our planet. We are divine multi-dimensional beings merging with our human-ness on a daily path of enlightenment. The whales and dolphin support that journey in every way, and today they beamed to us the message that we are doing just great. We need not worry about what is coming in 2012, what "ascension" will look or feel like. They helped us understand we have all the truth and knowledge we need within our sacred heart.
I want to thank ALL that were able to join in and participate with me today. The love and energy allowed a deepening to our connection with the "Whale Matrix" which will be the foundation for all further meditations. We aligned today with the powerful energy of May/June and the massive change that is occurring on all levels. The Whales and Dolphins showered us with the frequency of "Love" today, giving each of us a new found inner strength and a new level of trust.
We are and will remain in dramatic times of change over the coming months, and our beloved Whales and Dolphins are within us offering a cohesive integration and interface between our sacred heart and our 3D/ 5D bodies. Rare Venus Transit a Catalyst for Humanity
There are numerous significant dates in 2012, but the time of the historic Venus transit holds a pivotal energy that can help humanity shift into the higher vibrations of love.
The exact date of the transit is June 5 or 6 - depending on where you are in the world - but energetic effects can be felt even now. What is this energy about and how does it impact you and everyone you love?
Major Shifts Catalyzed
Venus transits historically are associated with major shifts in society - and they are extremely rare. Venus transits happen in eight-year pairs, with 122 years between the cycles of pairs. The one in June follows the one in 2004 - which followed the pair of 1874 and 1882. Future generations will experience them next during 2117 and 2125.
From an energetic perspective, Venus is associated with love, beauty, and connection. When harmonious, it relates to positive qualities like creativity, receptivity, openness, intuition, connection with nature, and honoring the divine in all. Venus transits bring to the surface an imbalance in how the feminine is expressed, helping to catalyze a return to the divine feminine naturally housed within each person.
Divine Feminine Within
There is a divine feminine and divine masculine residing within you and within all on Earth. When this is not honored, the love that you are becomes overshadowed by fear. This has been the dominant experience on the planet for a very long time. The feminine has been discounted and misunderstood. The masculine has dominated - not the divine masculine, but the ego-based masculine that seeks to control and have power over others.
To reverse the cycle of hate and violence, people of both genders must awaken and learn to balance their feminine and masculine aspects. Your inner wisdom knows this and is guiding you in a process of relearning - helping you to become whole. This has been a process over time. Each time you break through a barrier and become more loving, you help yourself and countless others who on an intuitive level are seeking the same wholeness. Do not underestimate this.
The Significance of This Year
What is significant about this year - and the Venus transit in particular - is the opportunity you have to utilize the unique and beneficial catalysts for your own spiritual advancement. The cycles of expansive energies will occur even without your conscious knowing. When you become aware of their existence and consciously participate in them, however, you open yourself to abundant spiritual openings and a letting go of old baggage now ready to dissolve.
This allows you to become freer and more able to fully participate as a divine changemaker. That is, after all, why you came.
As you continue the journey of discovering your divine nature, we surround you with our love and blessings. We are The Council of 12.
Sitting at the foot of Mt. Shasta, I am filled with the majesty of Divine Presence. This sacred mountain is a vast feminine being filling the horizon and uplifting all in her vortex of power. Mt. Shasta is one of the most holy mountains on Earth, some even call her the Base Chakra of the planet. The expansiveness of beauty in this place and the abundance of Nature, gifted so freely, sparks Divine Love in and through me, and I am filled with wonder at the magnificence of this time.
This level of expansive attributes also challenges my ability to bring into conscious awareness what is transpiring around me on the planet right now, as well as through me. The desire to spend a few months in Mt. Shasta was sparked from a soul level. I have needed to find a deeper connection to Nature. These first months of 2012 have felt like being in a whirling vortex and at other times as though I am in a vehicle moving at the trajectory of the speed of Light.
My move to Mt. Shasta is all encompassing. One part is to help a friend in a health challenge and to take care of their beautiful dog and house next to the sacred mountain. Because I am here, I am blessed to spend time with a community of very evolved and welcoming souls. Part of this move has to do with more creativity in my work upleveled by Mt. Shasta’s high frequencies, with a chance to complete a book and teach at a new level. Much of my placement here is purely personal as I have been guided to create more of a framework for my feeling center and share that stronger foundation with others. We have all been deeply clearing the old patterns from our lives in order to be ready for this new time we are moving into. I have felt a strong need to live closer to Nature in a sacred place in order to nurture my abilities to receive the vast divine qualities available to all of us right now.
Trouble Digesting Life?
Soothing my solar plexus has been essential, as my digestive process seems to be fluctuating with the energy frequencies. I have heard this from others over the past few months, so I know we are all being impacted in our Solar Plexus Chakra. This is our power center where the emotional body is affected by the energies around us that may have triggered old patterns ready to be released.
The empowerment of Divine Grace is a powerful tool I can offer to myself so my feeling body has help when it needs to have more ease and safety. I have noticed that when I am having a hard time creating coherent thoughts because of the intensity of energy frequency, the soothing quality of Grace is nurturing a deep need I was not even aware of. Just calling on the sacred quality of Divine Grace to fill my entire being so it can anchor on the planet is a nurturing, soothing and powerful process for me. All will benefit when we bring more Grace to the earth.
When I sit at my altar for meditation and prayer in the morning, the crystal hanging in the window sends rainbows of light all around me. I fill myself with these rainbows and use this light during the day. I also ask for guidance. Part of my spiritual practice is to take a Gabriel Message Card every day. Over the two weeks I have been here, I have been receiving the same two messages. I cannot ignore this synchronicity and must pay attention to these words of guidance. The first is Message 29:
“Bask in the wonder of life, go deep, soar high. Follow your love and the joy of fulfillment will be yours.”
Breathe that in. And then consider Message 46:
“Walk in Beauty, live in Trust and know the Benevolent Love of God guides your way.”
It seems there is a theme and I am being encouraged to trust the process of my experience. As I open into the new energies around me, I am letting my body recalibrate to be able to function at these higher frequencies. It feels as though my nervous system is being rewired, so it would be best to gracefully allow that to happen. Resisting is not an option. So with surrender in mind, there is nothing to do but enjoy the beauty around me, plant seeds for my future, bless the process and receive the depth of love that is being offered to all of us. All will benefit from this process as our energy work not only blesses our lives but the Earth as well.
On a Planetary Level
We just experienced the Wesak Moon on May 5, the most powerful Full Moon of the year, celebrating Buddha’s enlightenment as well as opening a new pathway of Light on the planet. The nonphysical assistance we have access to during these times is brilliant. It was also a 5-5-5 Portal opening to the empowered frequencies of Divine Light energy pouring on to the Earth right now. These will be increasing right through the important 12-12-12 Portal on December 12, 2012.
As if we were not already aware of the changes affecting the planet right now, on the New Moon of May 20 a solar eclipse will take place catapulting us into new birth and completion of our past patterns. This eclipse will especially affect the balance of the feminine/masculine energy on Earth and within ourselves. Obviously the old ways do not work in any area of life that relies on our left-brain intellect to make decisions. We are being drawn into making new choices by relying on inspiration from our hearts. Science has recently discovered that our hearts actually contain more intelligence than our brains, so once again spirituality is well ahead of the mainstream in awareness of Truth.
To add to this process for bringing more Love into our lives as well as the planet, on June 5 viewed from Earth, Venus will literally transit over the sun. Since the sun empowers new life and Venus carries Divine Love, our lives are deepening into a free flow of Divinity that can move us forward in the direction of our intentional focus. This energy will not be available again in this lifetime.
To me it feels like I am learning to surf a huge wave and am getting tumbled in the process only to surface gasping air and marveling at the power of the energy forces I am experiencing. It reminds me of the prologue in Richard Bach’s brilliant little book, Illusions:
Once there lived a village of creatures along the bottom of a great crystal river. The current of the river swept silently over them all–young and old, rich and poor, good and evil, the current going its own way, knowing only its own crystal self.
Each creature in its own manner clung tightly to the twigs and rocks of the river bottom, for clinging was their way of life, and resisting the current what each had learned from birth. But one creature said at last, “I am tired of clinging. Though I cannot see it with my eyes, I trust that the current knows where it is going. I shall let go, and let it take me where it will. Clinging, I shall die of boredom.”
The other creatures laughed and said, “Fool! Let go, and that current you worship will throw you tumbled and smashed across the rocks and you will die quicker than boredom!” But the one heeded them not, and taking a breath did let go, and at once was tumbled and smashed by the current across the rocks.
Yet in time, as the creature refused to cling again, the current lifted him free from the bottom, and he was bruised and hurt no more. And the creatures downstream, to whom he was a stranger, cried, “See a miracle! A creature like ourselves, yet he flies! See the Messiah, come to save us all!”
And the one carried in the current said, “I am no more Messiah than you. The river delights to lift us free, if only we dare let go. Our true work is this voyage, this adventure.” But they cried the more, “Savior!” all the while clinging to the rocks, and when they looked again he was gone, and they were left alone making legends of a Savior.
Our Process for 2012
To me this is our process right now – to learn to flow with big energy forces, to soothe our emotions with Divine Grace and receive ever more Love from the God Source, trusting our guidance as we let go into the River of Divine Light.
That is what 2012 is about. The world will not end on December 21, but it is feeling very different than it ever has before. It’s our job to recognize the frequency of current that helps us feel inspired into heart-centered action and call forth the qualities of consciousness that will make such action possible.
Dear friends, it’s such a delight for me to be here with you. I enjoy being with you so much. I know you all. We have shared moments like this before on earth, just being together enjoying each other’s presence. Feel this with me, whether you are present in this room or listening to this channel from a distance. We are connected from the heart. Time and space do not matter so much on this level. Let us celebrate our oneness together.
I see in all of you such a longing and such an inspiration to bring about a new reality on earth. You are carrying the torch of Christ consciousness in this age and I celebrate you for it. You feel that a lot is changing at this time and indeed there is turmoil and chaos across the world right now, and deep in your heart you carry a vision. It is the vision, the image, of the promised land. You have carried this vision for many lifetimes. If a soul had genes you would carry it in your genes as a soul. Time and again this vision, this inspiration, has inspired you to return to earth, but what is the promised land about? There was talk of the promised land in the Bible, and some people thought at the time that it was about a specific physical country but it wasn’t. At this time you call it the New Earth. You envisage a different reality lying ahead of you, but I tell you the New Earth you are dreaming of is born inside your heart. You have cherished this vision of the New Earth for such a long time and now it is time to express it outwardly in the world, and it’s time to join with others who are of likeminded spirit.
Now, throughout history you have all been wounded. You tried to bring in new consciousness time and again but you also met with resistance and aggression on earth. This has wounded you deeply and there is still a lot of fear in many of you. How to deal with it? How to heal yourself? My message today is that in healing yourself you are bringing in the reality of the New Earth, the promised land.
In the past, many of you were focused on external changes. Even I was in my lifetime on earth. I saw a lot of injustice around me and I could feel anger about that. To remain balanced I had to withdraw from my environment and to find a quiet place to reflect. I had to balance my own emotions and restore my connection to my soul, and the same goes for you. You want to change things outside of you, but your true mission is to go within and see what is in need of light there, to feel the connection to your soul; and you have entered this lifetime to heal yourself from old wounds and as you do so, your consciousness will change. As you look within and see your own deepest fears and pain can you reach out to yourself? Can you have compassion with the darker parts of you? This is the real challenge for you today: to become truly one with yourself, accepting what is. Sometimes when you think or feel about the New Earth you get very excited and want to move forward as quickly as possible, and the vision you love is indeed true, but there are still parts of you that need attention, that need your full attention to heal.
Now I want to do a little exercise to connect to this part of you most in need of healing. Imagine yourself standing in front of a gate. Behind this gate is the New Earth, the promised land. Feel the energy of this gate and see how it is now slowly opening. Light is shining through it and you take some steps forward. But you are not alone. Next to you is a child. It is yours. Now move forward towards the gate. Experience the light coming from this new reality and see how you respond. What is your first reaction? And now kneel down next to the child and ask her or him what they want. Is there fear in the child? Does it need your support in any way? It may very well be that part of you wants to move through that gate as fast as it can while other parts hold back and hesitate. Don’t judge those parts of you. Allow them to present themselves to you as a child in need of tenderness and patience. It is your mission in this lifetime to take care of the parts of you who cannot yet receive that much light. There are still negative beliefs in you about your own worth, about your own value and your own gifts. So I ask you instead of moving forward as fast as you can, kneel down to this precious child inside you, for it holds the Christ energy just as much as you. This child makes you a human angel. It contains your humanness, your doubts, your fears, and it is only when we fully embrace this part of ourselves that we can reach out to others with true compassion and understanding. And that is truly what brings in a new age on earth – not the desire to change things outwardly but the ability to go inside of you and reach out to the darkest and most desperate parts inside. This is how you bring the New Earth closer to the now moment, and this is what you can do for others as well. Whenever you see their struggles or their pain, have no judgement. See their beauty and their courage. That is what will lighten their burden.
So you see my message is very simple indeed. It is about loving all there is in your life. The vision of a New Earth is real and valuable, but you sometimes receive it mostly in your mind. You start to think and worry about how you are going to make it happen. You want to have guidelines for specific actions you can take. Your mind gets very busy as well as your willpower, but the coming of the New Earth will not happen in that way. Receiving the energy of the New Earth is something that you do with the heart, without expectations, without agenda. Actually, the creation of this new reality comes about much more through the female aspect of yourselves than the male aspect that you have become so used to. Both aspects are equally important, but you tend to stress and value the male aspect more. The feminine aspect of creation invites you to dream of another reality, receive visions and fantasies about it, and trust the flow of life to bring it to you. So, feeling, being receptive, allowing yourself to trust, are the qualities that are essential here. I ask you all to remain true to the vision in your heart and to have trust in life.
I would like to invite you all to feel my energy. I am Jeshua. I am your brother and friend. I know what it is like to be human. I do not stand before you as a teacher or a master. Consider me a friend. I like just being with you. Of course you would like me to give you as much information as possible, but truly information is not the main point. You have all the information you need within your own being. Your souls are speaking to you all the time. My presence here is meant to encourage you to trust your souls. Thank you for being here with me today, and I would love to answer questions you have.
Q.In the evening I had a vision of a light blue butterfly and this morning I saw a butterfly on a door. There were no walls only a door, and I could feel that behind that door there was a different reality. I would like to know what the door represents and also when I’m at the door and I’m looking back I feel a lot of joy and happiness, and I start smiling about the way we were or the way we did it.
This is a beautiful image that you saw and as I just said, your soul is speaking to you all the time. And the fact that you felt moved by it and by the reality behind the door shows that it is truly meaningful. Your heart is calling you to trust this vision, this energy, and you feel moved because part of you longs so much to go inside that door. Now perhaps you can also notice that some parts of you are not so enthusiastic. This is the paradox that I’m speaking of today. Some parts of you still hold fear and have trouble receiving the light behind the door, and this asks of you to truly remain loyal to those parts of you still in need of care and tenderness.
Q. Jeshua, can you tell something about the ascension of people in the coming year?
A lot of people are going through an intense process of unifying with their soul in this time. You could say that every lifetime represents one ray from a big sun. Your essence or your soul is this sun, and what happens when ascension takes place, as you call it, is that you move up that ray and come closer to the source of light. And it may be the case that in this process you connect with other rays, remember other lifetimes you had. Your consciousness grows wider, and you realise that you are much more than this human body made of flesh and blood. What happens if people get connected to their soul is that they start to create from the inside out, not just responding to what society asks of you or expects from you, but really trusting your soul’s voice. This is happening on earth right now but there are several groups of people. Some are just in the beginning process of this and others are quite ahead, and that is as it is – I have no judgement about that - and it is very hard to predict what will happen on earth because of this transformation on the inner level. Every human being faces the choice between the old and the new, between fear and love, every day, and when a lot of people choose love or their soul’s inspiration then things can happen quite fast but this is not predetermined. This is your own power to choose. You tend to underestimate this power of yours. You sometimes pay too much attention to predictions, for instance about the year 2012, as if there’s reality outside you which determines what is going to happen in your life, but it is you who are the creator of your life and it is important to remain focused on you and your life. Then you will attract others who are vibrating at a similar level, who are akin to you.
Q. I am a singer and I touch people with my singing. I am trying to do this in a professional way and at the same time I feel a lot of fear and a lot of doubt about how to go about that.
You are very courageous to listen to the voice of your heart. Honour yourself for the choices you have made, and of course the fear is there. You have to realise that fear has become a kind of energy field around your earth. It’s like a collective fog around you, and as soon as you want to come out of it, it kind of haunts you and tries to draw you back in. It’s telling you a lot of false things, like: it isn’t possible what you want. And so the key is to recognise the nature of this voice of fear. If you tune into the energy, the frequency, of that fear you can know instantly that it’s not the voice of truth. I recommend to let the fear show itself to you in the form of a child. It is not an enemy to struggle with. It is a part of you that is most vulnerable to external judgements. Protect him. Let him know that you are there for him. Tell him how beautiful and courageous he is, and as you move forward you will see that it gets easier and easier to move out of the fog. There are people waiting for you and wanting to truly receive the gift that you bring with your voice.
Q. What do I need to do with all my feelings from past lives? It sometimes feels like they steal energy from me and how should I stop it?
First recognise that your past lives are a part of you but they are not you. There are aspects to your past life that are still in need of healing, and again you can see these parts of you as children coming to you for guidance. They will not go away until they have been recognised. What you are experiencing now and then is that you feel ruled by your past lives, by the traumatised energy in it, but this means that you do not recognise your own power in the present. Do not send these old lifetimes away. Invite them to come to you, but see them as children in need of guidance. Often the lifetimes which have been very difficult also contain a gift for you. The past life personality suffered pain but also had specific talents and gifts which you can use right now. The key in dealing with painful past lives is to see it in the right perspective. You are not the victim of your past lives. You are their healer.
Q.In the past I have been very very ill but I have recovered and I’ve got a great job. As I developed myself spiritually in the way we are discussing today I got sick again and now I cannot work any more. Even though I know I shouldn’t, I am wondering what did I do wrong? Can you please tell me something about this?
Have no judgements about the illness or pain you are experiencing. Something new wants to come your way. It is now still behind the gate, so to speak, and your faith is being tested right now. You didn’t do anything wrong. The tendency to judge yourself for things that happen in your life comes from fear. Trust that there is a bigger flow in your life that is guiding you even if it doesn’t seem to, and you can try now to feel if the illness is bringing you something that actually has value for you. I’d like to stress to you that you are not moving backward; you are moving forward.
Q.I’d like to ask a question about working together, cooperating with other lightworkers. I noticed that as I’m changing on the inner level, I become less nice and more direct in my contacts with other people, and I feel it’s better for my energy and for the work I have to do. Yet the change is so big that I’m not sure if I’m on the right track. . . maybe I’m just scared of changing so intensely.
What you are experiencing is that your personality is merging with your soul, and sometimes in the past your personality wanted to be nice and not offensive or confrontational; but now you feel that your soul’s voice is stronger and that you sometimes need to create firm boundaries around you. This is part of the process and it’s important when you work with others, and you feel that all of you are coming from the heart, to also have respect and take into account each other’s wounded parts, because no one has yet fully merged with their soul. We all are still very human. In the past, spiritual groups have tended to focus on external goals a lot, things that had to be changed in the world, but if you want to truly work together in this era just start by being together, just sitting with each other. Get to know each other on a human level. Don’t see it as a project that you have to accomplish from the mind, but just share the love and the friendship, and that will bring about miracles that you could never have accomplished just with your mind.
Q. Is it really enough for me or us to merely bless our food and water before consuming it and imagine them to be full of all the goodness that our bodies require, and it is so?
Please know that earth is a living being. Everything living on earth has their own consciousness and there is indeed a cooperation between all the realms of life on earth, human and non-human. Earth wants to serve you as a human. She wants to support the flowering of human consciousness. Therefore you do not have to feel guilty about the food you eat or the water you use. If you bless it, don’t do it from a sense of guilt but from a sense of joy and abundance. It is true that everything that you take into your body is receptive to the way you treat it, to what you think about it, so if you treat it with respect and gratitude this is being noticed; but don’t do it from a sense of guilt. Keep it light.
Q. I have been working with groups for many years. I have given a lot. Eventually I got sick and now I’m not working any more, so my question is: what can I do to make sure that I don’t lose so much energy when I’m working with groups?
You need to ask yourself why are you losing energy to other people? How is it that they can take it from you? You tend to connect to others very easily and in a giving way, and perhaps you can notice there’s some fear behind this. There’s also a genuine gift in this ability, but there’s also a kind of fear: what if I let go of all the needs and expectations of others? Am I allowed to do that? Will they reject me forever? Can you sense this fear? Find out about this fear inside you. It is like a child afraid to be cut loose from everything around it, and tell this child that it’s okay to stand up for itself and to have fun on its own. It’s important for you to be able to remain focused on yourself while being with others. Once you know how to do this you can work with people more easily again. Release the guilt.
Q. How can we work together on a spiritual level if there are still emotional wounds inside us which affect our relationships?
Don’t see the people that you’re working with as a means to a goal. It is the quality of the connection between you that will determine what will happen, how things will go. So if you notice pain in others or in yourself when interacting, don’t judge it and don’t try to move past it too quickly. You have all travelled so far throughout so many lifetimes. You now have the gift of compassion and true understanding for each other, so let that energy flow out to others and yourself, without wanting to change anything. Take your time, and again, what you wish to accomplish together you cannot know with your mind.
Q. I have a question for Jeshua. I have been working in care for many years and I see myself as a lightworker. I’ve never done much about asking for protection. I’ve always felt protected. The work that I do is very difficult. I work with addicted people, but lately I have noticed that I do perhaps need some protection from energies that are sticking to me, so my question is: do I really need protection?
Yes, you need protection because you have a sensitive energy from which you easily pick up on emotions of others, but you have to realise only you can protect yourself. If you need outside things, you in a sense tell yourself that you cannot do it on your own. You have to realise your own true strength, and also as in the question before ask yourself why are these energies sticking to me? Why are they bothering me? Why do you allow them in, because they’re not there only by their own power; it is you who are allowing them in. There is a sense of obligation or guilt if you don’t do that. For you, and sensitive people in general, I would also recommend to stay in touch with emotions of anger if you feel them. Don’t dismiss these emotions as bad or unworthy, because they often want to tell you something important. Anger may show you that your boundaries have been violated, and your soul is trying to tell you this through this emotion; it does not always make itself know through the more elevated feelings.
Q. Do babies or toddlers or infants choose to be abused by parents, caretakers or priests, and do the caretakers – have they chosen this as well?
Before the soul takes on a new incarnation on earth it chooses certain events as part of the next lifetime. However, nothing is completely fixed and predetermined. Events have a certain probability around them, and it always depends on the souls participating in the event whether it will really happen, but it is true that the soul of a child who is abused had some pre-knowledge about the possibility of this event. But that doesn’t take away the fact that the abuser had a choice, and anyone who is deciding to abuse someone else knows deep within that there’s a moment of choice, so the person doing this remains fully responsible for what happens. I know it’s very difficult to imagine that an innocent child may have in some sense chosen certain experiences of abuse, and this line of thought can never be used as a justification for these things happening, but it is true that behind every event there is a whole universe of past lives and very complicated relationships between souls.
I would like to end this session thanking you all for your presence, and to remember the joy of the vision of the promised land. Keep it alive in your heart and at the same time keep both feet on the ground. Have passion and patience! Thank you.
Wonderful News! It’s Over!
Wonderful news! We are walking out of a difficult 18-24 month period of feeling spiritually unsupported or for some of you feeling spiritually disconnected. For several years the Angels through my work have been preparing us for this time so that we would have all the spiritual tools for each of us to make it through this time period on the highest and easiest path.
When the Angels said the time had come and they were backing away from our consciousness almost 2 years ago, they didn’t tell us how long they were going to be quiet. They did come in and give messages when it was necessary, during sessions or healings but they didn’t give any extra insight or stick around for any extra communication.
The Angels did tell us that those of us that were working would maintain our clients but the work would be slower and with very few new clients. Those people who wanted to start their spiritual service were “on hold” until the time period was complete. If they tried to start, it would be slow or wouldn’t take off at all. This was very difficult for those people because they felt the passion to be in service.
The consciousness of humans was focused down onto the physical Earth and its problems. Like us, they also didn’t feel supported. This caused all sorts of issues to come to the surface. Remember we create our own realities. Focusing on the 3rd Dimensional world creates a rising of that ego energy. During this time, the people were not seeking help; they were content in their misery. They could not raise their heads to see the light of change.
At the same time, we have been growing spiritually in our own strength and power while not being able to rely on the Angels to support us. We have been integrating more consciously what we have learned and practiced what we know to do. Even with little results due to the spiritual climate, all practice was good. We also had to live on the Earth and to experience / watch what was going on. It was hard for the Lightworkers to keep our focus on the light too because we were praying, trying to manifest, without seeing results. Some Lightworkers questioned what was wrong with them? What had they done to cause this? And it wasn’t that at all. They just didn’t realize the Angels were going to be quiet and that they had everything within them to make it through. But still the prayers for houses to be bought or sold, good jobs with good pay, babies and love relationships; all that was being prayed for wasn’t showing up. Quite the opposite was happening, there was a lot more loss during this time than there was a gain in people’s lives.
Then in February 2012 the Angels came with a loud and clear message, “We are back!” They said that from March to June, everyone would be walking out of these invisible bubbles that had been placed around them. These bubbles were there while the Angels were “gone” to protect us. These bubbles made it difficult for our prayers to be heard and acted upon. The great news is that those of us that continued to say prayers would start seeing our prayers manifest the day we walked out of our bubble. Some people who have given up during these last two years, have felt the energy shift and the presence of their Angels and have started up their prayers again, so they will see them manifest soon.
Please hear this. This quiet time was not a response to something you or I did. This was not something that your Angels did to you. You were not being punished. You had what it took to get through this. The idea was that if we could stand alone and shine our light, we could stand in amongst anything and still shine our light. We are stronger now than two years ago. Yes, even those of you who were yelling at your Angels. Now the Angels can join with us more consciously and we won’t lean on them. We can walk beside them. We won’t need the light of others because we have learned how to let the light flow through us. We can believe now more than ever that the light is always there and any time we need more, we can have it. It isn’t ours. It isn’t anyone’s light. It is everyone’s light. It is God’s light; freely flowing forever. So we can stand within the Angels and shine our own light.
Now the Earthplane people will be seeking help. So some of you that have been waiting to open your practices of healing and counseling, you will be pleased to see the doors opening for you and the people coming. Those that already have practices, the Angels had said during this time of quiet, make sure you spent time writing your books and doing all the prep work for your events because when the energy cleared, you would be too busy to do all of that. Well, the time is now! Houses will be bought and sold. New jobs will come forth. Lovers will walk onto paths that have been waiting. There will be pregnancies now. Healings will occur and so much more.
What have you been speaking about your life in the last two years? If you were one that was mad, complaining and maybe even gave up, now is the time to jump back in the game. Write down the things you want for your life (not someone else’s life) and make them into positive affirmations / prayers. Say them every day out loud with strong intention, an open heart and a big, huge smile on your face. If you need help with your affirmations, I am here for you. Ascension has been ongoing for many years, so as not to overpower you. It has gently been increased, and now you are recognizing the difference it is making to you. It is in many ways a delicate process of raising your vibrations, so that you can gradually absorb more, and more. Too much energy too soon could have been detrimental to your progress, upsetting those who are slow to respond. It affects all souls in one way or another, which is why some get symptoms that might otherwise be attributed to malfunctioning bodily systems.
Now perhaps you can understand why at the time of the 21st. December 2012, the high energy influx due to the alignment of your Sun and the Great Central Sun, is going to “separate” those who are ready to ascend, and those who are not. The choice is as ever yours, but do not be concerned if you are one desiring to remain in your present dimension. It will make no difference to your evolution in the long run, as opportunities to ascend will still come periodically. Indeed, if you set your mind on it, by sheer willpower and intent you could ascend anytime as an individual.
God set out the master plan eons of time ago, that would ensure as this cycle ended it would be in triumph for those seeking to return to the Light. Through many lives in the lowest vibrations in your Universe, you have come out of your earthly experiences much greater than you were when you descended into them. You would not necessarily enjoy looking back on some of your lives, as your evolution has taken through some very negative experiences. In all probabilities you would not recognize yourself as the same one you are today. That is not necessary anyway, but nevertheless if you insist all would be revealed from the information kept in the Akashic records.
Each life of every soul is recorded, and naturally it is those that have uplifted you that are considered the most important. Bear in mind that throughout your many lives, as you progress you are each time the sum total of your experiences. Nothing is ever without some value to you, which is why you have a life plan. You choose from what you need to further your evolution, and wiser heads than yours are always on hand to advise you what is best for you.
Your Guardian Angel will normally stay with you for life after life, and that is their way of service to you and God. They protect you, but at the same time guide you through whatever unpleasant experiences you may have elected to go through. It is not in your best interest to avoid them, as they will only come back to you again. Learn whatever it is that you need to understand, and you will not normally be asked to experience it again.
Many of you have so to say, already reached the end of the road now, and you will intuitively know that is so. Your final period on Earth will be well in your control, and it will pass quite easily as you experience an inner peace. It comes from knowing that you have achieved your goals, and have been able to break your bonds with the earthly links that no longer serve you. Indeed, for those who have not yet fully cleansed themselves of such links, the longer they go on the less you will find that they hold any attraction for you.
At this time when some of the most astounding events will take place, we look to Lightworkers to help those who will be fearful of what is happening. For a short while it will seem that all is about to collapse, and in part that will happen. However, it has all been anticipated and planned, as a means to get rid of all that stands in your way to a peaceful conclusion to life. The answers to your problems are known to us, and together with our allies all will be taken care of in quick time. This is the type of information that people will need, and we will soon be addressing the world so that all will hear our voices.
There will be a series of revelations that in different ways will shock you all, as no matter how prepared you feel you that you are, it is almost certain that they go a lot deeper. Some of the claims will be absolutely unbelievable and full details not given to satisfy peoples curiosity, but simply to draw attention to the heinous crimes against you. It will explain much that has puzzled you, and undoubtedly allow you to understand why so much crime has gone unpunished in the last 50 years or so. Indeed, you could go back to the World War Two and wonder why so few top people were called to answer for their crimes against Humanity. It was collusion my Dear Ones, where there was more interest amongst the big powers in capturing information, by allowing the criminals to join them instead of standing trial.
It does not matter how long ago crimes were carried out or the evidence destroyed, as we can go back in time to retrieve it. There is no escape from justice and the truth, and anything other than the truth can be identified for what it is. This is not meant to frighten you, but when you pass over the same conditions apply when a review of your life takes place. You cannot even lie to yourself, as some do to convince themselves that the facts are different to what they really are. You would not have it any other way, as how else will you learn but from your mistakes. You all make them and they are not held against you, but simply put down as experience.
We would say, savor the wonderful experiences that you have had on Earth, as you may never quite get the same again. It is sometimes going from one extreme to another that heightens the depth of your experiences. In the future your lives will be more steady and on an even keel, and there will hardly be any extremes unless you choose it to be so. Adventures will be your way of life, and give you great fulfillment. Yet, no matter how far you travel, your loved ones will be but a thought away, and with instantaneous travel friends are easily reached.

Dear ones, we come again to remind you of the many changes you are about to see and are now seeing upon your planet. Changes are now taking place within the hearts of many who before this time seemed oblivious, allowing them for the first time, to experience the light of truth. These are the dear ones that you will soon find yourselves helping as you explain to them what is taking place on the earth and in their lives at this time. Awakening humanity is making this shift happen, dear ones. Your light is manifesting in the outer as the higher forms that you interpret as change– higher levels of truth and understanding within all peoples and all facets of every day living.
Many are rapidly becoming aware of the literal stupidity of war. In truth, all life is in and of the One Life. Therefore to treat each other as enemies and evil; killing, torturing, and maiming is simply the continuation of a very unevolved and now obsolete facet of duality and separation. Soon there will be outcries from more of the masses as is already happening in many countries regarding the end of war which lines the pockets of the powerful, and depletes the life force of all the rest.
It is time to embrace means of interaction that honor the differences between cultures, Means that reflects an awareness of all life as Divine and valuable. You say that war is necessary for many do not respect the rights of others and wish harm upon us, but we say to you that war is a very unevolved tool presented to you by those who benefit by war. Much of what you have been told about your security is simply false, made up to keep the masses locked into fear, served on a platter of courage and rights. We also remind you that that which you do to another whether personally or through your support, you do to yourselves for there is only ONE LIFE.
Many of you still carry in cellular memory, warrior energy from lifetimes of the past and still feel its resonance. There is an excitement and a comradery in war that still resonates with many but if you wish to ascend, then it is time to release this now, and experience excitement and comradery on higher levels. That period of the evolutionary journey is finished for any choosing the Light of Truth.
Give permission and intention within yourselves to release all that is old and finished, for much that you are ready to move beyond can seem very true and real as you experience energies still active within cellular memory. Many of you are experiencing aches and pains, rashes, and mysterious physical issues that seem to come from no where. Most of these are temporary; the clearing of old physical, emotional, and mental energy with the accompanying integration of the new, the release of blocked energy streams (blocks can occur through surgeries or injury), and the opening of energy portals within the physical body. Remember this, and simply allow the process, for most of it soon fades and is gone. However, we are not saying that if fear enters in, and you have health concerns you cannot consult your doctor, we do say that it is important to remember that much of what you are experiencing at this time is in and of necessary physical preparation for ascension.
You are in the process of a giant evolutionary process. Nothing is the same as it has been nor will it be again, so as the unawakened keep promoting the pushing of more cards into the many third dimensional houses of cards, there will be disappointment and frustration because the energy is no longer there to support or manifest that which is finished. It is extremely important that you recognize and accept that truth if you have chosen to move forward.
This can for the newly awakened be a difficult time because an unawakened society continues to promote all that which is old and finished through your news, TV, magazines, film,etc. Day after day you are bombarded from all sides with beliefs and concepts that have worked in the past. You may begin to question as to whether or not this whole shift business may simply be another giant hoax being once again played upon the world for the benefit of those who would keep you in bondage.
Not giant hoax dear ones. Gaia, who is a living soul has chosen to ascend and all have been given the choice of going with her or not. Take this within your hearts, those of you who may question, for in your Center you will feel the rightness of it. Always go within for your answers and should you choose ascend with her, you will, but know that you cannot carry suitcases full of the past with you.
All are all feeling the new and increasingly intense energies. It is bringing up all past and present issues needing to be looked at. Many of you are experiencing a sense of failure as you see parts of your life suddenly fall apart. This is not failure but is a graduation, dear ones. Rejoice in what the unawakened world may see as failure, for you are moving beyond the old and finished concepts and beliefs regarding facets of your lives. Know that if these things are to be a part of your experience, they will reform in higher and better ways because consciousness is the substance of all form. You are moving to the next rung of the ladder and doing it bravely and lovingly.
Begin to trust your intuition for this is how you are directed by your Higher self and your guides. It is fine to consult others who may have more information about what you are concerned with, however make sure that the bottom line of any decision you make comes from you. This is the taking of your power back from those it has been given to–organized religions, government, experts, family, friends etc.
The world is experiencing an integration of the Divine feminine (receptive, intuitive) and the Divine masculine (active, be-er, do-er). Divine Consciousness embodies both qualities in perfect balance and harmony and therefore all living things also have both qualities. This is causing problems and resistance with those who benefit from a patriarchal society. There must be the balance for each quality compliments the other, and in this balance is empowerment. A female does not need a male to give her the masculine energy, it is already within. A man does not need a female to give him the feminine energy, he already embodies it. This realization can cause problems in an established relationship if only one partner understands that he is whole and complete with or without the other. The realization of the Divine feminine and the Divine masculine as being two halves of a perfect whole can and will disrupt all facets of life that heretofore have thrived on the imbalance created through the promotion of the masculine as being more perfect than the feminine.
Be aware that like it or not, change is here dear ones, embrace it and sing with joy the songs of new and higher experience.
