We begin today’s message by noting with chagrin the current squabbles about different channels. We see no positive potential in such conflict. Channels receive information from whomever they resonate with. Readers choose which to read or not read. The ultimate choice is with the individual reader. Discernment is urged when reading all channels. At this point in your journey, you should be able to make such distinctions for yourselves, either between channels, or even between concepts from the same channel. Please see that, in the developing conversation between our dimension and yours, you are growing and progressing daily. It is not that we are coming to your rescue, dear ones. It is that you are approaching the dimensional awareness which you have been estranged from. You are, of course, free to hold whatever opinions you choose. We ask, however that you not indulge in conflict between lightworkers. This is not productive, and in many cases is taken advantage of by negative energies, if not indeed instigated by them.

On to happier thoughts. We are very pleased with the flood of light engulfing your planet at this time, and even happier with the way you have prepared for it and used it. There are still many millions of souls who have no conscious awareness of these things, but for those of you who do, the influence is becoming quite unmistakable.

Some are experiencing differing kinds of discomfort, fearing that they are not receiving or that they are ‘doing it wrong’. You cannot do it wrong, my friends. It is a new experience for you, and you must begin where you are.

Imagine you are learning to surf. Some are up on the board in a few tries. Some take a bit longer, even a lot longer, but their joy at riding that first wave will only be greater when they finally get it. And do not feel you have to do it alone. There are many around you now willing to give you a hand up, just as you will do yourself soon.

Many also are experiencing turmoil in their lives and forgetting to equate it to the clearing out of old energies which they have read about repeatedly of late. This will pass, my friends, if you do not give it the energy it is used to receiving from you. Thoughts are only your thoughts if you claim them with your attention. And if thoughts are things, then things are thoughts, no? Situations are beliefs. Beliefs are causes.

But, at this juncture, you are receiving so much loving light from your Creator that you might just as well allow these things to pass. Their frequency can now be surpassed by you and they will just cease. We know that you are not used to that way of dealing with things, but you have never traveled this way before.

Begin to grasp now the power of who you are and where you are headed. Understand the love and the trust your Creator has in you to allow you to do this amazing thing without interfering with your free will. Try to see for yourself the awesome being we see when we look at you. Don’t worry about your ego. When you truly begin to grasp this, we promise you it will be a humbling experience.

Enjoy each experience now and relish each forward step. We are, as always, by your side ready to help however we can. Good day, dear hearts.

Healing Anxiety and Fear

How proper breathing can help manage and eliminate panic

I always feel very confident when I am approached by a new client who suffers from anxiety, fear, phobia or panic attacks. I have helped so many people with these problems and everyone was able to completely eliminate these painful feelings within a matter of weeks.

How can I be so sure that I can help anyone who suffers from anxiety? It is because chronic anxiety and related feelings are not really psychological problems. They may have started at some point from a psychological trauma but, in itself, chronic fear is the result of breathing in a faulty way. So, all I have to do is to show my clients how to gently correct their breathing and use simple visualisations such as seeing themselves in a bubble of light. The chronic fearfulness will almost immediately lessen and be completely eliminated after only a few weeks.

 
This is not just a theory. Even people in the throes of an acute panic attack have regularly experienced almost immediate relief by changing their breathing and simple visualisations. It never took longer than a few minutes until the panic had completely disappeared.

 
When I explain my approach to curing anxiety to my clients many have trouble believing it because they have a feeling that there is something deeply wrong with them on a psychological level. But that is not true. There is nothing particularly wrong with their psyche. They have only developed a detrimental breathing habit that has changed their body chemistry in a negative way, resulting in chronic anxiety.

 
What is this faulty breathing habit? To put it simply, it is over-breathing – inhaling too much and too fast. Inhaling too much and too fast for a long period of time changes the chemical balance in our body in a very destructive way. Just like chronic over-eating has many negative consequences, over-breathing creates stress and anxiety symptoms, even panic attacks.

 
So, what does the breathing technique look like that will cure our chronic anxiety?

Simply put, we need to breathe less. Once our breathing has slowed down the oxygen in our blood will be delivered even more efficiently to our brain and inner organs. And what is most important, you will feel calmer and your anxiety will disappear.

 
Is this advice too simple? Sometimes people dismiss this quick solution to their anxiety problem because they just cannot imagine that it could be so easy. But nobody has to live with anxiety. You can get rid of it quite easily.

The following is the 12th message that we received in Avalon (England and Scotland) this past June/July 2012 over Solstice. You can find our other messages on our website at www.alunajoy.com under the "Articles for Personal and Planetary Transformation" link. It might be a good idea to read them in order as each message builds upon the previous one. We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with very little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know that the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for others as well. The Star Elders and all the others that joined us, assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you as you read them. So as you read this, you might want to imagine that you are with us. Also, always view the photos on the website that we share, as photos also hold some energy of the sites.

Upon arriving at the Camelot Castle Hotel, my first impulse was to immediately go down a trail to the cliffs overlooking King Arthur's Tintagel Castle and Merlyn's Cave. But being the responsible group leader, I needed to see that everyone got checked into the hotel. When we checked into our room, I immediately began to feel anxious, unwelcomed, and was receiving some strong psychic attacked. I felt a presence that was not happy I was there. I looked around the room and could not see how I could ever sleep in that bed. The energy I felt in the room was very conflicted. It was like heaven and hell all in one place. I paced around the room, trying to clear out the negative energy. I pulled out all my tricks… It wasn't working.

I knew I was becoming unbalanced very quickly. So after trying to clear the negative energy out of the room, I felt an urgency to go outside and walk down to the cliffs. I needed my feet on the ground; I needed to rebalance myself. Raphael and I left our room and started walking down the path to the cliff overlook. As we were walking down the path, I began to feel a full-body past life overlay come over me. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. The overlay and I were merging. It was an amazing feeling that no words can describe: so clear, with a powerful focus, and there was so much heart, love and oneness.

I was about half way down the trail to the cliffs edge, when I felt like I was spun around and pushed off of my feet. I was airborne for what felt like a long time. I landed hard, solely on my left scapula, and facing in the opposite direction. (now how did I do that?) I heard the pop as a rib cracked under the pressure of my entire left chest area being compressed flat as a pancake.

A group member had a dream a few nights before about me. In the dream, I was sucked under a bus and was smashed flat. This dream went through my head as I lay there… crushed flat and feeling like a bus had hit me. This experience reminds me of something that the Mayas and the Incas also know about. One of the ways to radically shift energy is through a shock to the body. Well this shock was working on me big time.

The urge to go to the cliff's edge was still very strong, so after a few minutes of gathering myself up, I summoned enough energy (probably adrenaline) to get up and go down to the cliff edge as planned. First, I felt a deep ancestral past-life rage I have never felt before. It was clear that this rage was not personal, but came from a huge un-known, or sub-conscious, past tragedy. It felt as though my heart had been ripped out of my chest. I could not stop crying. I didn't have any sense of myself at this point, for I was lost in this powerful goddess-like being with whom I had merged.

I gave Raphael a (light) punch in the chest and said, "You died on me … you let me down… why did you do that?" Again, as the words flew out of my mouth, I knew they were coming from this past life overlay. Raphael looked a bit shocked to say the least. Poor guy.

Underneath the quickly fading rage, there was nothing but pure unconditional love and a sense of oneness, unity, unlike anything I have ever felt before. I wanted to stay in this state of awareness forever. It was pure, clear and unhampered from wounds, fear and ego. I knew this awareness was highly important. In spite of the mounting pain with each breath I took, I was also blissing-out. I could not stop crying, and the tears came from all the places being activated inside of me.

As the adrenaline wore off, I was rendered immobile and struggled to breathe. I don't like drama… but the paramedics came to see if I was okay. I had cracked a rib and ripped the muscles around my heart.... The ripples were already spreading through our group like a tsunami… Yeap, it was shift central… but shake ups awaken things, don't they?

The next morning, we felt it was necessary for our group to re-group and to understand what had happened and what was still going on. We like to leave the message untouched, but this one was so very personal to our group to share it word for word. We also felt the message would not translate well as is. So I will summarize our meeting and following ceremony held, literally, in the mists of Avalon.

By the next morning, I had a deeper understanding about what had happened and also what the group had experienced. I still was merged completely with the past life overlay and in a very open and vulnerable space. I shared everything with tears running down my face. I am not usually this emotional, but for some reason spirit had called me to be in this process with arms wide open and not hold back, no matter who was watching. I had to go for it, just like we all have to go for it these days of major transition. There is no more time to procrastinate. We are leaping into the future. I was so thankful for our group who were very supportive of this process. I needed to share from my cracked open heart, as I hoped to unravel what this meant for me, our group (and the readers of this message).

After I had fallen, the first thing that surfaced was really deep, righteous rage that came from a great loss. It was the deepest rage I have ever felt in my life. I have had many things to be mad about my life in the past, we all have. We have all suffered losses and betrayals. But his rage was much deeper and triggered by a great loss and betrayal from a collective purpose. This was rage in its pure raw form. It was intensely clear, powerful and righteous. It felt like this energy came from the power of nature, the power of the Earth, the water and the cliffs, the stars in the sky, and even the universe. The loss and betrayal were causing me to feel like we were losing something precious (in this past lifetime). We were losing a pure creative potential and power that was of universal proportions. We were at the end of the road.

So when I walked to the edge of the cliff and felt the rage, I felt like I wanted to jump. Now … I'm smart enough to know a past life memory from the current life, so of course I didn't jump. But quite a few others from our group had felt like they were being pulled off or wanted to jump or felt very unstable at the edge of the cliff as well. Now I knew this was not just about me, but about our group's energy and ancestral past.

During this process, I felt like my heart had broken; my chest was empty. But, surprisingly, with all these feelings, with all this rage; there was also an awareness of limitless, immeasurable, infinite LOVE. I never have felt that much love in my life, not even with the birth of my babies. Even now, as I am sharing this with you, it is hard to relate to the depth of the immersed Love I was feeling. This Love was impersonal and unconditional and felt like it came from the collective consciousness and the creative power of the universe. It was a very cosmic feeling. This love came from ALL of us (our group and those being drawn to read this). I wanted to stay in this open space as long as I could, because I knew that there was, and still is, something here for us to learn. A few years ago (2007), Raphael and I were in England. We did not have enough days left to make the trip to Tintagel. I now realize that it was not the right time. What we experienced here had to do with divine timing and the right family, not just me.

Within the awareness of this love in the collective consciousness, I began to realize that the shock to the body needed to happen. I felt that somehow I took the shock to my body was not just for me but for our group and maybe all those reading this today. Shocks break up old, stuck energy.

Humanity has been scattered and separated over this dark time from which we now are emerging. Maybe we needed to be scattered, in order to let go and allow the light to pour through. Maybe this scattering created room for us to collect all the different pieces we have stored inside of us, so we could come back to finish the job. I hope you can feel the love and urgency of this love I feel today and a knowing that we need to work together in this sense of community, unity and love.

We can no longer can do this shift of the ages alone. It is time for the like-minded communities to come back together. It is time to come out of hiding and bare your heart and soul and allow that impersonal and unconditional love energy untouched by ego etc....to come forth from you. I hope you are hearing this message.

There was more… I also felt like something completely flipped around inside me. It felt as though I had an internal polar flip. Maybe that is why I fell in the first place. Flipping poles could make us feel wobbly, and I guess an internal one could also do the same thing. So why a pole shift now? I have been traveling to sacred sites since 1986. Why now?

Over the course of our pilgrimage, we had spent much time talking about the HINGE between what was, and what will be … and we felt that shift was on the summer Solstice June 20, 2012. Now everything is reversing and coming back into balance, step by step. I can see now that this is going to take a bit of getting used to. There is going to be an adjustment period.

There was something amazing, familiar, and yet unknown, blooming inside of me as I walked down to the cliffs. Her presence was so powerful, and she had an indestructible, immortal, eternal feeling about her: it was a fierce tenacity. She would have said.... "I am back, and you (negative forces) aren't winning this time." There was a deep commitment, no fear and amazing focus as well.

I think we all can feel something stirring inside us that is a super deep commitment to our destiny, even though it still may be an unknown to us. It doesn't matter if we know what it is or not. It does not matter what it takes to get the job done… we are going to do this. No matter what they (negative energies) do to us, we will still survive and we have. So I am saying here, with all of you as my witnesses, I don't care what it takes. (gulp) And I hope you make that commitment as well. I feel what we are doing today on this planet is beyond our knowing and enormously and vitally important. We want to get the job done, yes? I hope you are on board with me here.

The group began to share what they had been feeling since their arrival to Tintagel … Here is a very brief bit of the ancient history we unraveled together…

Back in ancient days, there was a time when a gathering of really strong divine creative (feminine) presences (we might call "Goddesses" today). They were in Avalon and all over the Earth. They were protected and guarded by the men (we might call them Knights Templar today). These Goddess were the creators of the earth's grids and ley lines - an energy network in which to keep the balance on Earth as humanity evolved. It also was use to transmit new energies across the earth for the further evolving of the Earth and humanity.

The Goddesses' job was nearly done, but other lower vibrational beings that were committed to the darkness and inauthentic power found them out and knew what they are doing. The dark ones realized that this meant that they would lose control of humanity if they succeeded. The Goddesses, all the while protected by the knights, worked quickly to finish the grid. They worked to the very last second. But the job was not done, and they were pushed to the ends of the Earth.

So that all their work would not be for nothing, they leaped into the ocean and anchored the ends of the ley line into the earth on an acupuncture point under the sea. Even though they knew it was time for the Earth to go into a cocoon stage (transformational darkness), they still felt a traumatic and terrible loss. But they knew they would come back to finish the job in the distant future. So they willingly, with all their power, leaped into the sea, not as victims, but as victors. They were totally in their conscious power when they jumped into the sea. You can still feel this awareness and energy on the land.

The knights fought a brutal and fatal battle to hold off the enemy until the Goddesses anchored the ley lines. Now here is the strange thing … None of us remember the Goddesses dying in the leap to the sea, but neither do we remember how they were able to live. It is a mystery we are still working to remember and unravel. Maybe this is how the myth of the Silkes came into being.

The Mayans and Inca knew of this transformational darkness - the cocoon stage of the Earth. They knew there was going to be a time where the Earth had to go into almost total darkness. There were many Light Keepers that maintained little light portals upon the Earth to keep it alive (and all of you reading this), so the Earth wouldn't end up dead like the moon. We kept it alive, but just barely. Just enough breath, just enough light, so the Earth could regenerate and evolve to this new place.

The Sun has nearly passed through the galactic center / dark rift (milky way) now, and at the end of this year, we will begin to exit the rift. This dark riff is the doorway between the old ways and the new ways. As mentioned, the Solstice (the middle of 2012) acts as a hinge in this age and this year. We have crossed to the other side now; we have flipped a page… everything is changing / reversing after Solstice.

On our group's pilgrimage through Glastonbury and other areas, we felt we had been collecting, or gathering up, bits of wisdom, remembrances and pieces to a big puzzle. Maybe we were walking on the same lines that those ancient Goddesses had created. We brought these pieces back to Tintagel to the culmination leaping point, the end of the ley lines that are on dry land - where the Goddesses took their leap into the sea. Most of our group was mysteriously and inexplicably attracted to the sea on the cliffs of Tintagel and Merlyn's cave. I have never felt anything like it before.

Merlin is anchored here at Tintagel as a Mer Line, a ley line to the Mother, the Mer, which is the vast ocean of human consciousness. We felt that our group (and those reading this) had come here to reclaim this vast ocean of human consciousness and finish a job. Also, the Celtic tradition believed that the Mother, the Earth, could be reached best through the sea. The true Mother Earth actually was most available through the sea. So now the story is really coming together.

I feel that we (and many of those reading this) have been slowly pushed to what we feel is the edge of the world (3D reality), and when get to the edge of this world, the only thing left is to jump into the sea (the great creative void). There has been a lot of negative energy that has attempted to stop us from doing this job. They failed, of course. I think this applies to the entire light worker community. These are clues that we are opening up to something very big.

Beings that are committed to the darkness and inauthentic force/power will try to come to stop us when we are holding onto new amazing pieces of this grand puzzle. We are particularly vulnerable at the point when we receive these pieces, because there is an integration period in which these pieces may be vulnerable to contamination and even theft. But these negative forces will fail again of course. We are still here, and we are about to finish a huge job to re-anchor the ideals of Avalon and Camelot and bring about a higher level of unity, community, and love back in full force on Earth. There is nothing that can stop the completion of this job. The momentum is too strong. The light has already won.

So as our group remembered these things … we plotted the return of this energy together in a ceremony...

We needed to walk out to the cliff edge, anchor our pieces back in the stone, and allow them to rise back up out of the sea, whole and complete, and be activated into the Earth grid again. Then, as we (and those reading this) go back out into the world, we will carry ley lines back out into the world. Those of us that continue on to Rosslyn will be taking the ley lines all the way to Rosslyn Rose ley line.

At this point we realized what a wild, "out there" pilgrimage this has been. But we can't be afraid to feel the depths of our truth and purpose, no matter how wild it may seem. This is our destiny as light workers: to BE and LIVE our truth. We had to hide ourselves and the depth of our creative love, our strength and our creative power. Now it is time we hold our ground with unbending tenacity. Back in the past, we had to learn to let go of holding our ground. Our work had to go back into the sea and go into sleep-mode for a time. But we are back now!

But the bottom line, the most important thing I have learned from all of this, is being able to feel the full force of pure love all the way, and allowing ourselves to be brutally vulnerable. An Australian sister of mine always says … we have to live with arms wide open. We must rip our hearts open, and say, "World here we are!" and live in the world raw - totally exposed.

When I hit the ground, whatever was blocking me from living wide open got knocked out of me. A least for now, I don't feel like I have to hide anymore. (Sadly, after about 18 hours passed, my heart close a bit. I tried to balance my inner and outer worlds, and I didn't feel the amazing wide openness that I felt before. Yet, I never returned to my original form either. I know this experience is in my memory now, and I will be able to access it anytime it is called for.)

I feel as though we are the ancestors returned. We are the ancestors coming back to get the job done this time. We are a part of something bigger than just one-self; we are a collective of creative power. Those Goddesses of the past knew that it was not the end of their world but an opportunity for a new beginning sometime in the future. They had no concern about self-preservation because their job was much bigger than any one person. It's not like they didn't value their lives, but they understand they were part of a greater cause. Our soul life continues. We are in their shoes now.

Tintagel - the ceremony overlooking the sea.

As the group walked down to the overlook point, which looked out to the sea, a mist surrounded us so completely that we could no longer see the hotel above the cliffs. All we could see was our circle of family. That was it… And no one could see us. It was as though the clouds came in like the spirits of the Knights Templar to protect us once again. Then it started to rain sweetly. And as we approached the overlook point, it rained harder and harder. But we didn't mind.

The ceremony…

We call upon the Earth and ask that the knowledge we have long forgotten - the wisdom that we anchored into the sea - be returned to us with all of its clarity, depth, compassion, integrity, wisdom, honor, strength, courage and feelings. We ask that this knowledge be returned to us now, together with the knowledge of all those who had walk these ley lines and anchored their knowledge and wisdom into the sea.

Where we stand today is the center point. Everyone in their mind's eye, anchor your sword down here. (the one that Archangel Michael gave us at Brentor) We need to make a huge new, acupressure point for all the knowledge and wisdom to be brought back up to the surface for all of humanity. All for one… one for all. This is as it should be.

Group member came over to me and gave me a stone. She said "This is a representation of your heart. This is your heart stone from the Pluto cave in Mt. Shasta. This is yours to do with as you wish."

I said …. "It needs to be thrown back into the ocean, but I can't throw that far today. So Raphael throws it into the ocean." As Raphael threw the stone back into the sea, the group let out a loud scream. This scream never made it past the protective mist that surrounded us. We were in such a protective space.

Now that we have thrown the heart stone into the ocean, we ask that our hearts be returned to us in their full and impeccable glory, as in the days when we understood truth and never questioned for a single moment our hearts calling. This is the power that we hold inside of us. We ask that we walk each step in this power from this point on. We ask that we can now remember and feel that we are as close to being immortal as a human being can be, and know that nothing can destroy the energy we carry. We may have had to bury this energy in the ocean for a while, but now it is time for it to be re-birthed to the entire planet. (Aluna stomps on the ground.) And that is my contribution and my sword.

Blessings in this moment. Blessings on our hearts. Blessings that we have made the journey all the way to this place. We are here. We did it.

So this is now the place where the new ley lines begin, and the new ley lines are our path returning back home - like ribbons of light. The group teased me and said it was going to be named the … Aluna line. But I didn't like this because it was all of us that did this work (and those reading this). But we didn't come up with a name in that moment, in the mist and pouring rain…. But for now, I will call it the name we decided for our group: "The Well-done Ley Line" (well done… Get it?)

We went back up to the hotel to dry out and warm up. The clouds parted and the mist cleared, telling us that the job we did was, in fact, well done.

I want to send heart felt blessings to everyone who took the time to read this message. These events changed my life in ways that I cannot describe, and I am sure our group felt the same. I hope the energy translated to you in magical mist-ical ways. I know that if you got to the end of this message, you surely must have been a part of what this message contains. Like-frequency attracts like-frequency. So you must have been with us in spirit as we traveled through Avalon. Thank you for your support.

Arcturians: Suzille, I AM Arquelle. I AM an individuated fifth dimensional form of our Arcturian energy. Our Arcturian energy is multidimensional and has NO limits. You are now receiving my message from a fifth dimensional, human form on New Earth.

Suzille: Are you saying that I already exist on New Earth in the form that you/we are wearing on New Earth?

Arquelle: Yes, you are correct. When I said that I took an individuated form, you must realize that my "time" doesn't work in the manner that it does in the third dimension. Therefore, since there is no sequential time, I/we have always had this form within the HERE and NOW of that frequency of reality.

S: Therefore, I have always had that form, but my consciousness has just recently entered into the frequency where you could share this information with me. Is that correct?

A: Yes, that is correct. You have met many of your forms, and we (I will now revert to my confortable term of "we" rather than "I") are here now to introduce you to a fifth dimensional, humanoid representation of our Arcturian energy.

We present this form to you to assist you with the quandary of transmutation of a third dimensional form into a fifth dimensional form. As you communicate with us, feel how our fifth dimensional form interfaces with your present, ascending reality.

S: When I close my physical eyes to view this form with my Third Eye and High Heart, I can feel a new, yet very familiar, version of my SELF within my current form.
However, when I think of this form as "within" my physical form, I see it emanating beyond the boundaries of my earth body. I also feel something like a Portal that is a component of this form. My High Heart tells me that this Portal leads to New Earth.

However, it is not a physical Portal. Rather, it is a Portal for my consciousness, which nudges me to move through into a deeper, more expanded state of consciousness. This level of consciousness has not been as readily available before.

Did you/we create this form of Arquelle to magnetize me into a higher expression of my daily self?

A: The first thing that needs to be considered is your Belief in your SELF. If you do not believe that YOU can merge with your fifth dimensional Lightbody which resonates to New Earth, you will be working against yourself rather than FOR yourself. We ask you, "Is it easier now for you to BELIEVE that you can merge with your SELF on New Earth?

S: Yes. It is easier to release my attachment to the human form now that my fifth dimensional SELF has a name, a feeling, a communication style and a sense of familiarity.

A: You have seen how simply the changing of forms occurs on Alcea. Alcea is a planet in our Bootes System. Many of us enter that planetary experience to remember the feeling of form.

The experience of form lasts only for a few generations there, and it is a planet based on love, as is New Earth. It appears to be a water planet, as the water and sky are ONE, but the land is under the water/sky. However, the water does not invade the land; in fact, it protects the land. The water/sky mantle allows great protection for those who take form on the planet.

S: I have read that Earth once had a mantle to protect Her. Is that correct?

A: Yes. Earth, too, once had a mantle of protection, but it was lost when the planet Marcuk, which is now your asteroid belt, was destroyed. Without the protection of the mantle, many Beings of dark intent could enter your reality. The entry of these dark ones made incarnation on Earth very unsafe.

The doubt of which you have spoken is created by fear. Hence, doubt is best healed by love and safety. We are with you, and all ascending ones, to teach you more about being your fifth dimensional SELF while still wearing a third dimensional form.
If you KNOW inside that you are already fifth dimensional, you can allow that emanation to seep into your physical world to assist with your ascension. You had the vision of a totally safe ascension in the loving and calm environment of Alcea to assist you with your present ascension. Hold this loving safety in your consciousness, and tell us how it feels.

S: It is a bit difficult to connect with the concept of safety, although love is much easier to feel. I will go into my High Heart Portal to feel the comfort of safety...
I see the round Portal of my High Heart and imagine that it is opening. Again, I see the white, etheric hand and arm pushing the Portal open. I step over the threshold and into my High Heart. Instantly, I see what I have always known as the Land of Faerie. This place was where I went as a child to feel safe and happy. I am sure that is why I am there now.

Yes, I feel the safety now. I know that the Land of Faerie still has polarity, but my experiences there were always happy and comforting. Therefore, I have the Belief that it is safe there. I also have the innocence of a child. With my child's eyes I see a high mountain with a beautiful Castle, which is ruled by a loving Queen. The Castel protects me, and also, urges me to climb higher.

A: The great safety you feel in Faerie represents your High Heart Portal. Alternatively, that which you perceive as the Castle high on the hill represents your Pineal Portal. The Pineal Portal assists you, and all ascending ones, to break away from the third dimensional habit that REAL can only be determined by your five physical senses.

The reason that the Pineal Portal feels "real" is that it creates intense imagery, which is accompanied by very visceral feelings, emotions of bliss and experiences of unconditional love. Because of the power of these wonderful experiences, you WANT to believe that your journeys in consciousness are real, as they are so very superior to your experiences in the physical realm.

S: How does the Pineal Gland give us these experiences?

A: The Pineal Gland is the Portal through which the high frequency waves of multidimensional light and unconditional love enter your physical form. This Portal is a filter, as well as a magnet.

The "filter" dis-allows the low frequency, fearful thoughts/emotions from invading the higher realms. On the other hand, the "magnet" attracts the higher frequency thoughts/emotions to adhere to the downward facing peak. These higher frequency emotions send a bio-chemical message that you are ready to experience a higher frequency of reality.

The Pineal Gland hangs from the top of the Third Ventricle of the brain, just over your brainstem, with its peak hanging upside down. This Gland works similar to a microphone that can direct certain frequencies to the woofer or to the tweeter.
Your Pineal Gland can filter out the lower frequency thoughts and magnetize the higher frequency thoughts to its opening at the tip of the "pinecone" shaped Pineal Gland that is hanging downward.

People with a fear-based consciousness cannot accept the higher frequencies of light, as the extremely high frequencies will frighten them into creating frightening images. Therefore, the point of the pinecone, which is the Portal through which the higher light flows into the physical body, can only be opened by positive, higher dimensional thoughts/emotions.

Positive, loving thoughts and emotions open the Portal because the energy signature shows that you have gained some Mastery of your energy field and are ready to experience higher realities. The higher light can then travel from the Core of the Pineal Gland activating the DMT. The DMT then stimulates the euphoric spots on your Eighth Chakra, at the hairline of your forehead, to open you to higher states of consciousness.

At the same time, the Kundalini is stimulated to create an undulating sensation to pump the Kundalini Energy up from the Root Chakra and into the Brow Chakra where it is can connect with the incoming higher light and unconditional love. When this connection is complete, the Third Eye opens to activate your expanded perceptions of higher dimensional versions of reality.

As the Kundalini rises, dross matter stored in the chakras is spun off by the increased spin of each chakra. These sensations can be quite blissful if you surrender to the process. However, if you tighten up and/or resist the process, there can be pain and discomfort.

Once the Kundalini energy starts rising up your spine, it begins the process of transmuting your physical body into Lightbody. At this point, changes will need to be made regarding your choices in foods, life styles, thoughts, emotions and behaviors, so that you can become the Master of your energy field.

To be the Master of your energy field means that you have gained mastery over the thoughts that you allow to linger in your mind and the emotions on which you choose to focus. Once the Pineal Portal has opened and stimulated the Kundalini to rise up your spine, it is vital that you become the Master of your Energy, for your thoughts and emotions will begin to manifest.

If you allow the old behaviors and habits of fear, anger, doubt or sorrow to overcome you, it will be the same as crashing into a wall at 60 miles an hour. Once the process of transmuting your form has begun, it is difficult, and even dangerous, to try to stop it. Fortunately, your expanded perceptions act as safety mechanisms to protect you.

S: How do our expanded perceptions serve as a safety mechanism?

A: Please remember that most doubt stems from fear. If you doubt your process, you will resist your sensations and try to shut down the Flow of higher light by "slamming on the breaks," which will bring on the sensation of "crashing into the wall."

Conversely, if you are experiencing unconditional love and waves of bliss while you are perceiving Higher Beings, Star Ships, Galactics and/or beautiful realms of love and light, you will not be afraid. Therefore, you will not doubt your experience, and you will be able to Flow with your journey until it comes to its natural conclusion.

This completion will occur when your body sends a message via the bio-chemical circuits that you have become fatigued. Then, the process can slowly come to completion in a manner that allows your body to adapt to its former bio-chemical and neurological status.

S: Thank you. I understand now how novel and blissful perceptions can allow us to surrender to our process of transmutation into higher frequencies of expression.

A: Now that Earth resonates to a much higher frequency, the dark ones in the Lower Astral are more contained. Therefore, they cannot attack your psyche as they have in the past. Hence, transmutation of your form is a safer process. Before this era, the ascension process had to take place in a protected area, such as a Temple, and the ascending one had to be under 24-hour care. There were also Ascended Masters to assist the ascending one from the higher dimensions.

Soon, many will be undergoing this process of ascension, and many of them will need assistance. That is why it is vital to remember that Gaia is to be a component of your process. When you are dedicated to Gaia's planet Earth, you will be part of an ascension process that includes the entire planet. Therefore, you will have the protection of the entire planet and direct access to the collective consciousness of ALL the human, animals, plants, elements and Elementals who are also ascending.

When one person ascends alone, it can only be done with many attendants, or within a society that protects and cares for their Holy Men. In these civilizations, most ascended ones were males. In those patriarchal societies females would not get the protection and assistance that was vital for personal ascension.

Nevertheless, some brave women were able to ascend, but their victory has been kept from the people by the prejudice of a male dominated society. Fortunately, the return of female power is bringing about the balance of masculine and feminine energy, which is vital for Planetary Ascension. In fact, men and women are equal in many of Earth's current societies.

You are entering an extremely exciting time for which you have prepared during myriad incarnations. You have had your personal ascensions, which allowed you to leave the Earthly wheel of life and death long enough to return to your Homeworld and reconnect with your Multidimensional SELF. However, you pledged to stay with Gaia until Her ascension, so you returned to Earth again.

Dear ascending ones, do not forget that you are not alone and that we are always with you. In fact, we ARE you at a higher frequency. When you can fully connect with your Higher Expressions of SELF, you can allow these higher expressions inside the earth vessel that you are wearing to assist with your full ascension. We can easily be at many locations within the NOW of the ONE.

Keep your eyes and ears open, your mind clear and your consciousness high so that you can accept the assistance that comes to you as you open your Pineal and High Heart Portals. When you open your Pineal Portal you will receive our higher light, and when you open the Portal to your High Heart you will find the love and safety that is so necessary to face the unknown.

Most of all, dear ascending ones, love your SELF unconditionally so that you can realize that you are ready to ascend NOW. KNOW that fact beyond a "shred of doubt!" WE are here to remind ALL of you that your fifth dimensional expressions on New Earth are ready to meet you and take residence within your NOW! In this manner, the YOU on 3D Earth can merge with the YOU on New Earth to become your Multidimensional SELF!

Beloved Earth beings, souls and aspects of the Creator, I come forward to you now holding and sharing the light and wisdom of the Acturians. From the star of Arcturus I extend my energies to your being guided by the wise Acturian Masters to support you at this sacred time in awakening your throat chakras. My energy and love are with you always and I act as a bridge connecting your energies with the bright light of Arcturus for further spiritual awakening and awareness.
I wish to make you aware that it is at this time that you can ask for your throat chakra to be activated by the Acturians overseen by myself and Archangel Michael. Your throat chakra is an important energy point of expression within your being, closely linked to your heart and soul it acts as a prominent expression of the Creator aspect held within your being. Your throat chakra vibrates naturally at the vibration of truth akin to a well of self-expression and divine sacred wisdom. We often only think of the heart chakra or soul as holding tremendous wisdom but the throat chakra is divinely connected to the source of truth that is the Creator as are all your chakras. The throat chakra has always observed your soul and heart expression as well as expressed the wisdom of the mind, there is so much wisdom held within the throat chakra which is akin to memories or energy patterns of vibrations that have passed through the throat chakra. More so the throat chakra is one of the greatest tools you hold to express the light and wisdom of the Creator at a physical level. When you move beyond the dimensions of the Earth the throat chakra plays less of a role within your reality although it continues to act as an expression of energy but also acts as an amplifier of the heart and truth that radiates from within. It is important to acknowledge the presence of your physical body as well as the presence of your chakras, for they will change as you evolve and shift through dimensions adjusting to what is needed for your further expression of yourself.
While the activation of the heart chakra is essential at this most sacred time, there is a need to focus upon the activation of the throat chakra, at a physical level the heart can only express to a certain percentage. The throat chakra is a tool for further or amplified physical expression of the love and truth of the heart. In truth the time is coming for both the heart and throat chakras to work in unison as one. Even when you do not speak or express sound there is a constant vibration like an unheard sound that radiates from your throat chakra. Depending on your focus the vibration your throat chakra creates can originate from the mind, heart chakra or even emulate the vibration of the physical body. If the heart chakra and throat chakra work in unison then the throat chakra radiates a vibration that is equal or the sameas the heart chakra, therefore expanding the space, presence and power of the heart chakra tremendously. The heart chakra becomes more expansive and is able to express love and wisdom with abundance, supported by the throat chakra which is able to express the sound or energy vibration of the heart chakra akin to a constant buzzing sound thus creating a twofold expression of the heart. The heart chakra can create physical expression of the energies it holds but the throat chakra can create an instant impact upon your physical reality and the realities of others. It holds the ability to manifest and amplify the heart chakra on a greater level.
It is a time when the love vibration of the Creator is so essential and needs to be recognised by you as a source within your being, anything that can amplify or expand the flow of your loving vibration is essential. The aim of the light beings upon the inner planes and the Creator is to create an era of love upon the Earth. In truth they are asking you to recognise the abundant love that you hold as well as realising your wonderful expression abilities. To manifest love there is only a need to focus upon two things, to recognise that you hold an abundance of love within your being and to realise that you are akin to an expression machine, you have ample and diverse ways of expressing and experiencing the love of your heart and the Creator on the Earth. We wish for you to rejoice in this realisation because in truth it sets you free, offering you the freedom, guided by the will of the Creator to express yourself beyond boundaries and limitations, there is no greater experience or achievement. Your throat chakra at this time holds the key to unlocking the divine expression of your heart and soul thus setting your heart and soul free to exist beyond limitations and boundaries. Your heart chakra is waiting for this freedom of expression, waiting to bring forth a wave of love that is greater than you have previously experienced.
From the Acturian point of view, when we observe your throat chakra we see it as an eye which has been turned vertical. This eye when you gaze into it takes you to the very point of your origin not as your soul but as the Creator. It is a unique link that is almost like your umbilical cord connecting you to the origins of the Creator, constantly sharing life force energy and support, retaining a connection with source. It is often that the throat chakra isn't recognised as a link to the origins of the Creator and so can become blocked or tainted by lack of connectionwith the heart chakra or the lower vibrational consciousness of the mind. By allowing the heart chakra to merge becoming one with the throat chakra, a deep cleansing of the throat chakra is experienced allowing the throat chakra to return to its natural existence of holding a divine connection with the origins of the Creator. This is one of the reasons why the throat chakra is seen as an amplifier, because of its connection to truth it magnifies any energies expressed or locates the most powerful truth to ensure its manifestation or expression.
We are encouraging you to activate your throat chakra in unison with your heart chakra so that you may stimulate the link existing within your throat chakra that connects you once more to the origins of the Creator. It is my wish to share with you a practice to further activate your throat chakra and to align your throat and heart chakras in unison.
First allow yourself to relax and release any tension held in your neck or shoulders.
Close your eyes and allow yourself to focus upon your breathing.
Think of the sound and tone, 'Om,' begin to tone Om but with your mouth closed so you are humming and can feel the vibration flowing from your throat, achieve this until you feel energy building in your throat chakra.
'Ma,' is the tone of the great feminine vibration, tone Ma with your mouth closed focusing on your heart chakra, with your hands on your heart as an awakening and activation.
Focus upon your throat chakra and imagine that you are melting into your throat chakra. You may wish to visualise the vertical eye of beautiful colours allowing yourself to melt into the colours of light.
The light becomes brighter cleansing your throat chakra, taking you into the space of the Creator's light.
Let your mind ask for your throat chakra and heart chakra to be united as one in true Creator expression, then just observe without expectation.
You may need to practice this activation in order to experience the full benefits of greater freedom of your heart vibration and expression. I am here to guide, support and assist you. Happy Fifth Birthday to the ES Community today which was born on 9/11/2007. Thank you for your continued presence and support of our energetic experiment with the Guardian Races, those representing the One Spirit.
Our ES group project is now a young adult and much more strengthened by your continued community support. We have been growing the toddler into a strong adult and we have met with a five year milestone today.
Our Guardian Project was birthed as a direct response to the trigger timeline event of 9/11/2001. This event was a trigger designed by the controllers to sway the global collective consciousness to maintain the OLD Global Human Agreement of the Polarity Experiment. Dear Family,

This summer has been leading us through another one of those spiritual ascension developmental phases of feeling that your life is "under construction" or being continually evaluated in stages during a long "work in progress". Many of us have had to stand back with detached observation and stay behind the enforced construction site "yellow tape", while the demolition derby came into your reality with a wrecking ball and a bulldozer. For others, we have been waiting patiently for the right time and the right place to join into the new energy stream. This has had a massive impact in many ways to our life circumstance in any kind of relationship, (personal or professional) within any kind of organization, or any other type of dynamic that has been running an obsolete energy system. These energies, astrologically, cosmically, planetary or otherwise, are forcing transformation into a new base setting of which we operate from. For some of us this is a real testament to our ability in "letting go". We are being forced to let go of obsolete relationships, power imbalances and their emotional patterns, and that is not generally a fun experience, albeit, it is necessary. We have to move out from physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual stagnation, and if something or someone is a suppressive influence on your spirit, that situation is being dismantled.

Most people have a hard time with endings, so good behavior is not always present. It is especially difficult when we have formed bonds with other people we love, generated stories that include them in our future landscape and then one has the realization that story is not going to happen. This time cycle is similar to a hard-drive reset, we are rebuilding the inner foundation and outer foundation of which our lives are based upon or around. Any interactive dynamic between people, places and things, that is now obsolete in this current energy level, even if it "appeared to be working", is getting an overhaul, evaluation, and massive transformation. Remember that this is your inner spirit navigating you through these changes, in ways your mind is not necessarily thrilled with at the time. Shifting your perspective to look at these opportunities to learn, strengthen and grow beyond your current belief systems to expand consciousness, is what the purpose of this time really means. Have comfort in that knowing, that you are Rebuilding Foundation, if you are having a difficult time during these life altering changes.

Changes are "Johnny-on-the-Spot"!

Once again, the more adaptable, flexible and fearless one is in the face of massive transformation and change, will be the relative experience one has while the dust flies and the energetic chaos continues. It is similar to a set change or location change on a movie production set. (Prop master and gaffer, where are you?) Massive reconstruction is happening now in the field and that lends to more surreal, weird and unusual experiences. However, many of us that are seasoned on the ascension path, are not new to this type of paranormal phenomena, it's another day in the life of a light-worker. However, these powerful forces bring a new sweeping wave of people getting a fast shake down into the "awakening fold". This intense current is moving very fast and it requires spontaneous acceptance of massive life altering changes. In fact "spontaneous" may be an understatement, this time requires "now moment" life changes in a split second of which directions are laid out on the spot. Some of us may still try to register to the brain what is happening, but by the time it registers, the change is already been made and gone. Those of us that have developed the ability to listen and follow the inner spirit without hesitation are marveling at the new energetic efficiency of changes being made. The energy available to us now makes it quick, rapid, efficient and crystal clear!

However, many humans are not well equipped to counter and neutralize the kind of stress that these changes and their events, exert on the individual person. These types of life altering patterns without evolutionary context and tools can be experienced as traumatic and painful. That means fear, chaos, despair and trauma are very high in the collective fields, and we have many confused people wondering what in the heck is happening. Many people identify with these fear forces and negative feelings as stemming from their own internal misery and that is not exactly an accurate perception. The collective human energetic weight can feel like a crushing density without some development of inner foundation and inner clarity. This confusion is also transpiring in many extra dimensions outside of our 3D fishbowl, adding more intensity to the entire melting pot of transformation.

The Melting Pot

The fiery heat of the melting pot is the necessary process of synthesizing the opposing forces in our life, and as we move through this end cycle, we undergo the forging required through the "remixing" of these forces. Like hot metal being forged into shapes, the spiritual forging of a human being produces a host of new characteristic human strengths, that "forged" human has the capacity to evolve into a superhuman through the biological ascension process. Through the spiritual ascension process, we are exposed to great internal heat, environmental shifts and energetic catalysts to effect a deep chemical change, a change so profound on our being, that it has molecular and atomic consequences. Ultimately the consequence of all of this pressure in all of its forms, as it is applied internally, and externally, has a profound impact on one's consciousness. As an example to understand this archetypal pattern, the tarot card of Temperance represents this same alchemical mixing and blending to achieve equilibrium, ultimately as a result of the joining of forces. Those feeling the weight and density of these life changes may feel empowered and lifted to reflect or meditate on the meaning of Temperance in your life. "Temperance is almost invariably depicted as a person pouring liquid from one receptacle into another. Historically, this was a standard symbol of the virtue temperance, one of the cardinal virtues, representing the dilution of wine with water. In many decks, the person is a winged person/angel, usually female or androgynous, and stands with one foot on water and one foot on land."

This most certainly is our theme this year with the Hieros Gamos, the necessary return of balancing inner and outer forces, and that process is especially being enforced now, in every area of our lives. If there is a relationship or organization we are involved in that is not flowing in the same energetic stream, that situation is gearing up for completion and the redirection of its resources. This is also serving as an energetic alignment and convergence of congruent timelines, for each being and its circumstantial level of growth. The areas that we are not balanced or in congruent flow with our inner energies, are generally viewed from the perspective of pain and suffering. Physical pain, mental pain, emotional pain, can be very present in the body now, and that gives one the opportunity to address that pain and do the work necessary to transcend that pain. With an evolutionary context and some basic tools, this pain will lead us back into balance with ourselves, as we apply a proper perception with a positive attitude.

With an evolutionary context, we can begin to comprehend our larger connection to the macrocosm, or Universal forces, and we can allow ourselves to relax into that Universal flow. Once we can see our existence as a higher self within a larger group consciousness, our individual issues fall away and we cease to be so absorbed in our perception of personal suffering. Yet, the suffering experience can be productive when inquiring on the nature of the pain. Where are the areas in your life you feel pain or suffering, and what message is it giving you? Let this lead you to a new version of yourself, when you are free of internal fear, you are free to move away from suffering. This allows one to converge with others who are sharing the same energetic alignment path, which creates more balanced energy and value exchanges through the interaction between more congruent parties. There is no bad or good, it all comes down to resonance, inner congruency and the proper alignment of mutuality.

Seeds must be sown where they can grow and flourish. We do not expect to grow a harvest from the bedrock of stone. One must till their own soil no other can do that for you.

Restructuring Fields

August's magnetic peak was a pinnacle movement in the extra-dimensional fields, which like the domino effect, has created a "spiritual diaspora", many entities and energies are dislocated from their time and space continuum. The phenomena of collapsing time and space fields has been transpiring gradually for a very long time, and rapidly gaining acceleration. Many other planes of existences and the content in those fields are undergoing: dimensional shifting, displacement, ascending in octave, time/space collapse, negotiations, surveying damage, rehabilitation and re-assignment. The mechanics of the consciousness fields being restructured are at the highest intensity we have known on the planet now, as frequency fences, quarantines and membranes that were in place in between many other dimensions are gone. The restructuring fields are moving planes of existence and the beings living within them into different coordinate locations. This is the necessary movement for evolutionary change involving many variations of consciousness levels that exist on earth and extra-dimensionally. Like the notes being played in a musical scale, we are playing a massive game of Universal "musical chairs" that has its players running all over the room to find a place to sit down.

This brings the quality of extra-dimensional forces, entities and disincarnates much more present to the awareness of human beings that have some degree of neurological and energetic sensitivity. Naturally the humans plugged in the most this way, are genetically pre-determined, and are the Starseed's, Indigo's and planetary light-workers, whether they know that is their role for incarnation on planet earth at this time, or not. We see many advanced souls still grappling mentally or emotionally to comprehend who they are and what they are truly capable of. Any one that has been spiritually awakened is feeling, sensing and interacting with these restructuring energy fields, and lives this every day as a reality experience. Depending on one's development to trust the inner guidance, each of us has to find our own inner truth to bridge the mental body and spiritual body experiences. That begins by forming some kind of cohesive context and language to express that experience. However we are aware that the mass majority is still not sensing most energetic phenomena, in any kind of spiritual or evolutionary context. All human beings have this capacity to access higher sensory perception, yet, very few are using that capacity.

The challenges of our human community continues with forming language, context, communication and ways to express the status of our ascending planet, and open the dialogue to discuss these great challenges that humanity faces now. We have many people operating at many more diverse levels of consciousness, and serving different roles, than ever before. This makes intentional exchanges, clear language and communication skills extremely important as a type of energetic currency forming in the shifting paradigm. Not only are we being moved into developing greater communication skill with the incarnated human family, we are having communication with many more levels of existence, as their reality crashes into ours, and all parties involved are confused. The confusion is how we all can openly communicate with the realms opening into the human world, and not be scared, in denial or persecuted for doing so. Our light family is needed to be supportive, inclusive and tolerant of the different ways of perceiving language and ways of communication. How do we do find the most compassionate language to draw boundary distinctions required to hold energetic space integrity, create value exchanges, and yet, feel open and inclusive to all? As we interact with these restructuring fields and the entity displacement it causes, how can we best be productive and of service?

Issues of Spiritual Diaspora

As the magnetic peak gave way to many openings in the planetary dimensional structure, this allows many more people to be exposed to these energies, elements, disincarnates and many other types of extra-dimensional activity. Multidimensional activity on earth is rapidly accelerating, and still there is not much information available to the masses about what it means to become a multidimensional human being. This leaves symptoms that people do not realize are multidimensional or spiritual- energetic issues, as they have not been given a context for multi-dimensionality, or spiritual ascension. Many people's bodies are having reactions to environmental energies, and their body is searching for homeo- stasis, a way to achieve balance between the changing bodily systems. As the environmental energies become more chaotic, the energy body is being exposed to many different forces, and spiritual housecleaning is not something that is taught or readily available. As light-workers, we may be helping more people to understand the necessity of energetic self- clearing, through whatever way that person can accept that communication. It is truly critical to know that everyone has the power to call upon and run life force, to shield their body, as well as remove blocked or harmful energies from impacting their aura, as well as how they experience those energies in the environment. If one is empathic and feels geological pain and trauma, they do not have to hold onto that pain inside their body. There are many re-educational materials and ascension tools to prevent that from happening.

Most people that are seeing things in their bedroom at sleep-time, watching orbs or seeing UFO'S in the skies, do not realize that many times, they are seeing something existing in another dimension. Much of the phenomena that humans perceive more of now, has always existed at some level of interaction with that person or our planet, we just did not perceive it as existing yet. When we become multidimensional, we start to perceive things that exist in other dimensions. Recent sequential events have changed the portal access points and removed some of the dimensional blocks that existed between the earth core and between all the subsequent dimensions 1-5. Many of those spaces have an underworld quality, some consciousness has been trapped there, and these spaces are required to be re-structured in the way they interface with the planet, and human consciousness. Guardian architects and Aurora networks are performing systematic survey of damage in these areas and a mission re-assignment is underway within the needs that are specified to create the most beneficial changes to outcome.

Attachments

One byproduct of this dimensional shifting is that more people are feeling energetically slimed while visiting or moving through certain land demographics. Additionally, people are becoming more aware of the various levels of energetic attachments that come from the land mass and are getting stuck on their aura. Many light-workers already are well aware of this issue and have a regular spiritual housekeeping regime to keep their energetic aura clean and clear.(Such as the 12 D Shield) Many others have not felt this as a major issue until recently. As our planet undergoes great polarity amplification from massive frequency and dimensional shifts, there are areas on planet that are increasingly capable of holding higher frequency, while others are not. More of us can feel these frequency differences existing in the different areas. (ascending and descending hubs) There are great energy schisms existing in some places, and grid-workers will be called to visit many of these spaces in the coming times. Environmental harmonization is greatly needed and that is a primary role of the Starseed and Indigo families. As we are called to these places, many times the high density and reversal life force is contributed towards by trapped energies and entities in that area. To run life force throughout the grid, we must remove the blocked or dead energies first, and that includes attachments. ES community had such a project while in Bali last month.

These attachments can be a part of the following: elementals, dead energy, demonics, earth bound souls, collective thought-forms, fragments, ancestors, etheric weapons, geo-pathic stressors ( curry lines or static energy fields) and just plain bad energy ( reversed life force) deposited into the land mass, in houses, places of worship, or any other space a person walks around on the ground. This kind of negative energy can build up in a person's aura and make one feel physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually sick. This is similar to understanding if our life force and aura are not circulating properly we can have "clogged pipes" that make us feel "un-well". If we have an entity attachment in our aura it can make us feel sick, slimed, and not "ourselves". Most humans are not aware if a massive trauma happens on a land mass at any point in time, that energy is stuck there until "someone" cleans it up. If no one does, it lingers and attracts more negative energy. Generally this creates an "unhappy" space, and a sensitive may feel this energy and want to run away from it. (Hopefully, a light-worker notices it and places heart energy and living light into the field to override the heavy energies.)

Many times one may notice a place where trauma has been, such as a suicide, a person was murdered, or there is depression, just how heavy and sad that place will feel. This is called astral and etheric residue, and many of us already sense and feel when that kind of negativity is present. Thoughts and emotions are things, and leave energetic imprints and residue in everything. To an unconscious person, they pick up on these external energies and think it is coming from inside themselves. Many times the person will act out the same energetic pattern without even knowing about it. Additionally, because we have so many displaced entities, many light-workers with a strong light aura, are attracting extra-dimensionals as well as trapped or confused human souls. They are coming to you for the light and for help. In addition for those that have really felt physical pressure in our astral or 4D bodies, remember to "seal" your astral body along with wearing your 12 D shield. This should give more relief from the etheric and astral pressure. That process is using the Golden Egg to seal your astral body layers.
Example: See a Golden Egg with the golden ray frequency inside your brain and 3rd eye. Drop the Gold Egg to your tailbone and blow it out of your perineum area. See the bottom root chakra sealed in a gold lid. Create another Gold Egg in your brain and drop it into your 2D chakra. Blow it front to back and see the chakra cones sealed in a golden lid (both front and back). Create the last Gold Egg in your brain, drop it into your Heart Chakra and blow it out front and back, see the front and back chakras sealed in a golden lid. If you feel vulnerability anywhere else, like your head or neck, repeat the process in that area and blow it out to surround your head and then your whole body while incased in your 12 D shield.

As our 4 D astral bodies are the emotional body connected to our individual and human race emotional body, as well as the additional activity happening on the planet, this practice helps to protect your emotional body from rips or tears in the astral layers of your auric shield. Dearest Ones,

Self-love is mostly not understood to its very core! Although it has been discussed often and you are familiar with the admonition: love yourself!

But what are the implications of Self-Love?
You might be convinced that you love yourself, that you did the work, that you love yourself now - much more than you did perhaps in your childhood, when your parents and society gave you seemingly all the reasons, not to love yourself.

Now, in these challenging and glorious times, when all unresolved issues, perhaps until now deeply hidden in your subconscious mind, are coming to the surface and irrevocably to your attention, you might be confronted with emotions you thought they were gone.

Fear is the root of all of them, even anger and sorrow, sadness and worry is based on it. Fear is the core and origin of all negative emotions, it is the root-contraction upon yourself. Therefore it is said, there are only two states, which are absolutely incompatible with one another: love or fear. Love is expansion, fear is contraction.

You are told: love! - and fear is gone! Love! - and anger is gone! Love! - and all kinds of other negative emotions are gone. And often your are nowadays judged by righteous people for not being loving.

So you try hard, to love! This can even show itself as the idea that you want to love, so you engage all possible efforts, to love. However you feel that your heart is still empty! Although you are doing your best to love. You intuitively know that you cannot love from your head but that it must be felt in your heart, that Love must fill your whole space of heart, and thereby your whole body, so that you ARE LOVE.

With all this often helpless endeavor to truly love others, the insight that self-love must come first, has found now overwhelming support in the spiritual community.

Finally, after centuries in which you have been taught self-denial, (which is in truth the denial of God) but with the demand to love others at the same time, you have been given the permission to explore the legitimate right for self-appreciation. Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to love others in the state of self-denial. It is the most absurd and insane contradiction ever put into the mind of humanity!

However Self-Love is still widely not truly understood and realized! As this virtue is literally the core of all growth, not only on the human level, but also on the spiritual level.

For example, a righteous demand in the spiritual community to love, has not truly understood self-love! Because as soon as you truly love yourself, righteousness does not exist!

And also putting others in relationships always first, does not exist in Self-Love! This is even the first cause that relationships break!

So how do you truly love yourself, in order to love others?

The crucial point is whether you write "SELF" with a small or a capital "S".
Of course, we are now talking about the Self, with a capital "S"! Because it is the One that includes everything else about you.

True Self-Love means that you recognize, acknowledge and honor your own SELF, that One that participates in your own Source-Condition, that Unlimited One, that Unconditional One.

You cannot love, neither yourself nor others nor anything else, if you do not give credit to That One!
So every time Love breaks through in your heart, know that it is the SELF, that Shines through and speaks!

Your "Self" and "The SELF", proclaimed in the ancient traditions, are not really different from one another, the transition is fluid. Only if you - by tendency and habit - dramatize separation and "otherness", you make this division!

And where do you start to love and cherish That Infinite Self, that God-Self, Me, your Source-Condition? Yes, in your own heart! There it is where you start to truly Love Yourself! What you Love there, is not "an other", a deity, a God that is separate from you. There is the place and space and state where Love Is, to Love and to Be Love. And it is at the same time Your Own Self, Yourself, Whom you Love.

This Love is not different from "Self". It is not different from Happiness. And none other than Joy and not separable from Stillness. It has many appearances and Self-expressions. And this Self is the Self of everybody else!

So you start truly loving yourself by the Love that Exists and Appears as the Self in your own heart. When you worship That One, and while you worship It, you include intrinsically all beings and worlds and things, because it is this Self, That all beings and all existence share.

So if fear arises, know that you do not Love Yourself, if anger persists, you do not Love Yourself, if you worry, you have put yourself down and you do not trust God, Who Exists as Your Own Self in your infinite Space of Heart.

If somebody cannot love others, if somebody must put down others to appear "better", that one cannot love him- or herself. Therefore be compassionate with those who do not love, because they do not love themselves.

All of you have come here to demonstrate this Self-Love, which is the same as loving others, but it must start with yourself. Because it is Yourself where you discover God, and not in others. You only can see in others, what you see it in Your Self.

This Self-Love is the true healing of humanity, the resurrection from the false presumption of slavery and unworthiness, this lie upon your existence. If you truly Love Yourself, you are the Gift that restores the Divine Consciousness of Man. Loving yourself first, grants everybody else honor, appreciation and is Itself the Love you live to "others".

This Self-Love is a tangible touch in your Heart, an alignment there, a groundedness there, an illuminated space of certainty.
This certainty does not know fear, it includes and is One with all beings, and it creates the process of your life.

Until then, while you do your very best, it is important that your start with yourself and not with others, that you dare to know your Self first, and that you admit that you do not love and not pretend otherwise. Because this the sign that you are truly on your way of seeking your own truth.

It is paradoxically however not proof that you do not love others, because you do, as much as you can, because all your efforts are driven, even unconsciously by your own Self.

But until you start to Love Your Self, because you are willing to open up wide your heart, to discover Who You Really Are, it is also true that you share merely the IDEA of love, the intention for it, the good will. And many are not aware of the difference between the idea about and the actuality of Love. But these are the steps in the forecourt of Your Self, until the Radiant and Silent Door to your Divine Reality opens.

Nourish That One, nourish That One always, nourish It at first, do not look outside, but discover Your Self in your own Heart and then in the hearts of All. That is how you truly Love Your Self. Love of Self is Love of God is Love of All.

Life today is full of trials and tribulation. Life certainly has its difficulties. Some of these difficulties can be trying at times. God is our refuge and our strength. Beloved Earth beings, souls and aspects of the Creator, I come forward to you now holding and sharing the light and wisdom of the Acturians. From the star of Arcturus I extend my energies to your being guided by the wise Acturian Masters to support you at this sacred time in awakening your throat chakras. My energy and love are with you always and I act as a bridge connecting your energies with the bright light of Arcturus for further spiritual awakening and awareness.

I wish to make you aware that it is at this time that you can ask for your throat chakra to be activated by the Acturians overseen by myself and Archangel Michael. Your throat chakra is an important energy point of expression within your being, closely linked to your heart and soul it acts as a prominent expression of the Creator aspect held within your being. Your throat chakra vibrates naturally at the vibration of truth akin to a well of self-expression and divine sacred wisdom.

We often only think of the heart chakra or soul as holding tremendous wisdom but the throat chakra is divinely connected to the source of truth that is the Creator as are all your chakras. The throat chakra has always observed your soul and heart expression as well as expressed the wisdom of the mind, there is so much wisdom held within the throat chakra which is akin to memories or energy patterns of vibrations that have passed through the throat chakra. More so the throat chakra is one of the greatest tools you hold to express the light and wisdom of the Creator at a physical level. When you move beyond the dimensions of the Earth the throat chakra plays less of a role within your reality although it continues to act as an expression of energy but also acts as an amplifier of the heart and truth that radiates from within. It is important to acknowledge the presence of your physical body as well as the presence of your chakras, for they will change as you evolve and shift through dimensions adjusting to what is needed for your further expression of yourself.

While the activation of the heart chakra is essential at this most sacred time, there is a need to focus upon the activation of the throat chakra, at a physical level the heart can only express to a certain percentage. The throat chakra is a tool for further or amplified physical expression of the love and truth of the heart. In truth the time is coming for both the heart and throat chakras to work in unison as one. Even when you do not speak or express sound there is a constant vibration like an unheard sound that radiates from your throat chakra. Depending on your focus the vibration your throat chakra creates can originate from the mind, heart chakra or even emulate the vibration of the physical body.

If the heart chakra and throat chakra work in unison then the throat chakra radiates a vibration that is equal or the same as the heart chakra, therefore expanding the space, presence and power of the heart chakra tremendously. The heart chakra becomes more expansive and is able to express love and wisdom with abundance, supported by the throat chakra which is able to express the sound or energy vibration of the heart chakra akin to a constant buzzing sound thus creating a twofold expression of the heart. The heart chakra can create physical expression of the energies it holds but the throat chakra can create an instant impact upon your physical reality and the realities of others. It holds the ability to manifest and amplify the heart chakra on a greater level.

It is a time when the love vibration of the Creator is so essential and needs to be recognised by you as a source within your being, anything that can amplify or expand the flow of your loving vibration is essential. The aim of the light beings upon the inner planes and the Creator is to create an era of love upon the Earth. In truth they are asking you to recognise the abundant love that you hold as well as realising your wonderful expression abilities.

To manifest love there is only a need to focus upon two things, to recognise that you hold an abundance of love within your being and to realise that you are akin to an expression machine, you have ample and diverse ways of expressing and experiencing the love of your heart and the Creator on the Earth. We wish for you to rejoice in this realisation because in truth it sets you free, offering you the freedom, guided by the will of the Creator to express yourself beyond boundaries and limitations, there is no greater experience or achievement. Your throat chakra at this time holds the key to unlocking the divine expression of your heart and soul thus setting your heart and soul free to exist beyond limitations and boundaries. Your heart chakra is waiting for this freedom of expression, waiting to bring forth a wave of love that is greater than you have previously experienced.

From the Acturian point of view, when we observe your throat chakra we see it as an eye which has been turned vertical. This eye when you gaze into it takes you to the very point of your origin not as your soul but as the Creator. It is a unique link that is almost like your umbilical cord connecting you to the origins of the Creator, constantly sharing life force energy and support, retaining a connection with source. It is often that the throat chakra isn’t recognised as a link to the origins of the Creator and so can become blocked or tainted by lack of connection with the heart chakra or the lower vibrational consciousness of the mind. By allowing the heart chakra to merge becoming one with the throat chakra, a deep cleansing of the throat chakra is experienced allowing the throat chakra to return to its natural existence of holding a divine connection with the origins of the Creator. This is one of the reasons why the throat chakra is seen as an amplifier, because of its connection to truth it magnifies any energies expressed or locates the most powerful truth to ensure its manifestation or expression.

We are encouraging you to activate your throat chakra in unison with your heart chakra so that you may stimulate the link existing within your throat chakra that connects you once more to the origins of the Creator. It is my wish to share with you a practice to further activate your throat chakra and to align your throat and heart chakras in unison.

First allow yourself to relax and release any tension held in your neck or shoulders.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to focus upon your breathing.

Think of the sound and tone, ‘Om,’ begin to tone Om but with your mouth closed so you are humming and can feel the vibration flowing from your throat, achieve this until you feel energy building in your throat chakra.

‘Ma,’ is the tone of the great feminine vibration, tone Ma with your mouth closed focusing on your heart chakra, with your hands on your heart as an awakening and activation.

Focus upon your throat chakra and imagine that you are melting into your throat chakra. You may wish to visualise the vertical eye of beautiful colours allowing yourself to melt into the colours of light. The light becomes brighter cleansing your throat chakra, taking you into the space of the Creator’s light.

Let your mind ask for your throat chakra and heart chakra to be united as one in true Creator expression, then just observe without expectation.

You may need to practice this activation in order to experience the full benefits of greater freedom of your heart vibration and expression. I am here to guide, support and assist you. feeling of sadness. Literally… pieces, parts… “aspects” of YOU are
being seen and released/transmuted appropriately. Although, many may
not seem difficult to release, others are comfortable personalities
that must be reconciled. Say, “good bye,” I love you. You have served
me well. I no longer need you.”

3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It’s good and
healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy
within. There’s a multitude of emotional energies within you now…
try not to focus on the “why” and just feel, allow..

4. Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you
change, things around you will change as well. Don’t worry about
finding the “perfect” job or career right now. You’re in transition
and you may make several job changes before you settle into one that
fits your passion.

5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your
biological family via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle,
the bonds of the old relationships are released. After a period of
time, you may develop a new relationship with them if it is
appropriate. However, the relationship will be based in the new
energy. This period is often times referred to as “The Fall,” or “The
Separation.” Do not worry, as there is no separation that is valid.
Only the “feeling,seeming, illusion” of such.

6. Unusual sleep patterns. It’s likely that you’ll awaken many nights
between 2:00 and 4:00 AM. There’s a lot of work going on within you,
and it often causes you to wake up for a “breather.” Not to worry. If
you can’t go back to sleep, get up and do something rather than lay in
bed and worry about humanly things. This is also due to the New Body
being acclimated to its new environment, which requires no sleep
(meditation) and little to no nourishment.

7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase
dreams or monster dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy
within. Plus, you are remembering and connecting with past lives,
memories, experiences and knowledge. These dreams, if “scarey” in
nature, cannot harm you. Although, they may be pleasant in nature, as
well. If so, enjoy, and either way, don’t worry or over-analyze.

8. Physical disorientation. At times you’ll feel very ungrounded.
You’ll be “spatially challenged” with the feeling like you can’t put
two feet on the ground, or that you’re walking between two worlds. As
your consciousness transitions into the new energy, you body sometimes
lags behind. Spend more time in nature to help ground the new energy
within.

9. Increased “self talk.” You’ll find yourself talking to your Self
more often. You’ll suddenly realize you’ve been chattering away with
yourself for the past 30 minutes. There is a new level of
communication taking place within your being, and you’re experiencing
the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. The conversations will
increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent and more
insightful. You’re not going crazy, you’re just Shaumbra moving into
the new energy.

10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You
may feel alone and removed from others. You may feel the desire to
“flee” groups and crowds. As Shaumbra, you are walking a sacred and
lonely path. As much as the feelings of loneliness cause you anxiety,
it is difficult to relate to others at this time. And, others may find
much difficulty in their relation to you, mostly due to your
over-powering energetic force. The void within will be filled with the
love and energy of your own Christ consciousness.

11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally dis-impassioned, with little
or no desire to do anything. That’s OK, and it’s just part of the
process. Take this time to “do no-thing.” Don’t fight yourself on
this. It’s similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for
a brief period of time in order to load the sophisticated new
software, or in this case, the new Christ-seed energy.

12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult and
challenging of any of the conditions. You may experience a deep and
overwhelming desire to leave the planet and return to Home. This is
not a “suicidal” feeling. It is not based in anger or frustration. You
don’t want to make a big deal of it or cause drama for yourself or
other. There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root
cause for this is quite simple……You are ready to begin a new
lifetime while still in this physical body.

During this transition process, you have an inner remembrance of what
it is like to be on the other side. Are you ready to take on the
challenges of moving into the New Energy?

Yes, indeed you could go Home right now. But you’ve come this far, and
after many, many lifetimes it would be a shame to leave before the end
of the movie.

Besides, Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the new
energy. They will need a human guide, just like you, who has taken the
journey from the old energy into the new. The path you’re walking
right now provides the experiences to enable you to become a Teacher
of the New Divine Human.

As lonely and dark as your journey can be at times, remember that you
are never alone.

The Spiritual Ascension Symptoms

1. Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense
energy; feeling stress. Remember, you are adjusting to a higher
vibration and you will eventually adjust. Old patterns, behaviours and
beliefs are also being pushed to the surface. There is a lot going on
inside of you.

2. A feeling of disorientation; not knowing where you are; a loss of a
sense of place. You are not in 3D anymore, as you have moved or in the
process of moving into the higher realms.

3. Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body.
You are purifying and releasing blocked energy vibrating at 3D, while
you are vibrating in a higher dimension.

4. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. Much is going on in your dream
state. You can’t be there for long lengths of time and need a break.
This is also the ‘cleansing and releasing’ hour.

5. Memory loss. A great abundance of short term memory loss and only
vague remembrances of your past. You are in more than one dimension at
a time, and going back and forth as part of the transition, you are
experiencing a ‘disconnect’. Also, your past is part of the Old, and
the Old is forever gone. Being in the Now is the way of the New World.

6. ‘Seeing’ and ‘hearing’ things. You are experiencing different
dimensions as you transition, all according to how sensitive you are
and how you are wired.

7. Loss of identity. You try to access the Old you, but it is no
longer there. You may not know who you are looking at in the mirror.
You have cleared much of your old patterns and are now embodying much
more light and a simpler, more purified divine you. All is in order,
You are okay.

8. Feeling ‘out of body’. You may feel as though someone is talking,
but it is not you. This is our natural defence mechanism of survival
when we are under acute stress or feeling traumatised or out of
control. Your body is going through a lot and you may not want to be
in it. My ascension guide told me that this was a way of easing the
transition process, and that I did not need to experience what my body
was going through. This only lasted a short time. It passes.

9. Periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the acclimating
and are integrating, as well as building up for the next phase. Or,
Days of extreme fatigue. Your body is losing density and going through
intense restructuring.

10. Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise,
foods, TV, other human voices and various other stimulations are
barely tolerable. You also overwhelm very easily and become easily
overstimulated. You are tuning up. Know that this will eventually
pass.

11. You don’t feel like doing anything. You are in a rest period,
‘rebooting’. Your body knows what it needs. In addition, when you
begin reaching the higher realms, ‘doing’ and ‘making things happen’
becomes obsolete as the New energies support the feminine of basking,
receiving, creating, self-care and nurturing. Ask the Universe to
‘bring’ you what you want while you are enjoying yourself and having
fun.

12. An intolerance for lower vibrational things of the 3D, reflected
in conversations, attitudes, societal structures, healing modalities,
etc. They literally make you feel ‘sick’ inside. You are in a higher
vibration and your energies are no longer in alignment. You are being
‘pushed, to move forward; to ‘be’ and create the New. One basic law of
Quantum physics states that two vibrations of different speeds cannot
occupy the same space at the same time. This is and has been True on
this dimensional level of Truth. However, this “Law” Is currently
being ” broken.” (thorough explanation of this is found in the up
coming book, “Hidden Truth(s)…”

13. A loss of desire for food, and/or sleep. Your body is adjusting to
a new, higher state of existence. Your New body is slowly learning and
adapting to the Truth of its superiority of the old body. You require
little to no sustenance, (although drink much Water) and you need not
sleep much… soon to be none. The body’s need for “sleep” is acquired
through meditative practices, and is sated within a fraction of your
past body’s requirement of “sleep.”

And, Or… A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of
low blood sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. A
craving for protein. You are requiring an enormous amount of fuel for
this ascension process. Weight gain with an inability to loose it no
matter what you do is one of the most typical experiences. Trust that
your body knows what it is doing.

14. A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and
residences. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these
people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will
soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better.

15. You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When you try to
do your usual routine and activities, it feels downright awful. You
are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and
surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive
and feel so-o-o-o much better.

16. Experiencing emotional ups and downs; weeping. Our emotions are
our outlet for release, and we are releasing a lot.

17. A wanting to go Home, as if everything is over and you don’t
belong here anymore. We are returning to Source. Everything is over,
but many of us are staying to experience and create the New World.
Also, our old plans for coming have been completed.

18. Feeling you are going insane, or must be developing a mental
illness of some sort. You are rapidly experiencing several dimensions
and greatly opening. Much is available to you now. You are just not
used to it. Your awareness has been heightened and your barriers are
gone. This will pass and you will eventually feel very at Home like
you have never felt before, as Home is now here.

19. Anxiety and panic. Your ego is losing much of itself and is
afraid. Your system is also on overload. Things are happening to you
that you may not understand. You are also losing behaviour patterns of
a lower vibration that you developed for survival in 3D. This may make
you feel vulnerable and powerless. These patterns and behaviours you
are losing are not needed in the higher realms. This will pass and you
will eventually feel so much love, safety and unity. Just wait.

20. Depression. The outer world may not be in alignment with the New,
higher vibrational you. It doesn’t feel so good out there. You are
also releasing lower, darker energies and you are ‘seeing’ through
them. Hang in there.

21. Vivid, wild and sometimes violent dreams. You are releasing many,
many lifetimes of lower vibrational energy. Many are now reporting
that they are experiencing beautiful dreams. Your dream state will
eventually improve and you will enjoy it again. Some experience this
releasing while awake. My mother commented one day that she believed I
was having nightmares in the daytime.

22. Night sweats and hot flashes. Your body is ‘heating’ up as it
burns off residue.

23. Your plans suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a completely
different direction. Your soul is balancing out your energy. It
usually feels great in this new direction, as your soul knows more
than you do. It is breaking your ‘rut’ choices and vibration.

24. You have created a situation that seems like your worst nightmare,
with many ‘worst nightmare’ aspects to it. Your soul is guiding you
into ‘stretching’ into aspects of yourself where you were lacking, or
into ‘toning down’ aspects where you had an overabundance. Your energy
is just balancing itself. Finding your way to peace through this
situation is the test you have set up for yourself. This is your
journey, and your soul would not have set it up if you weren’t ready.
You are the one who finds your way out and you will. Looking back, you
will have gratitude for the experience and be a different person.

The 12 Levels of Ascension

We are all evolving and absorbing Light at our own pace. Some are
consciously working with these changes and so their transmutation is
quicker, some are unaware and are absorbing this Light and change in
direct relation to planetary change. However, one can classify this
creation into levels …

1 FIRST LEVEL

- when the body drops density it commonly displays mutational symptoms
of flu, headaches, diarrhoea, rashes, muscle and joint aches. Most flu
epidemics are actually Light epidemics! Brain chemistry changes, right
and left brain functions blend and the pituitary and pineal glands
begin to change in size.u The DNA structure and chemical components
begin to change and pick up extra hydrogen atoms and chemicals that
the cells need to take undifferentiated higher Light and break it down
into useable Light encodements for the DNA.

2 SECOND LEVEL

- the etheric blueprint floods with light and releases karmic
experiences, individuals may feel disoriented as well as experience of
’bouts of flu’. Many begin to question “why am I here”. Light in the
etheric blueprint releases 4th dimensional structure and causes spins
in the geometries of the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
Change is rapid and many feel tired.

3 THIRD LEVEL

- physical senses become much stronger. Your bodies not only absorb
Light for its own change but also acts as a transducer- decoder of
higher light energies to the planet as a whole. The process of the
in-breath is now irreversible, like an elastic band that has been
stretched to maximum capacity, been let go of and will return to its
natural state.

4 FOURTH LEVEL

- major changes are in the brain and its chemistry and electromagnetic
energies – symptoms are often headaches, blurry vision, loss of
hearing and sometimes chest pains. Crystal regulators in the etheric
body keep lines of light within the 5th dimensional blueprint from
connecting again until you are ready. Chest pains are due to the
expanding energies of the heart as it opens to deeper levels. Vision
and hearing are being realigned to function differently.

The mental body begins to wonder if it really is in charge and
individuals get strong unexplainable and undeniable urges to follow
spirit without hesitation. Individuals may get lashes of telepathy,
clairvoyance and nearly all begin to experience empathy. This is a
time of feeling, of honouring and accepting and validating the
emotional body and learning to control it.

5 FIFTH LEVEL

- the mental body decides to tune to spirit, dreams change and may
become more ‘lucid’, you get feelings of de ja vu. Thought processes
become non linear. Being’s oscillate between knowing and doubt. We
realise the habitual nature of thinking and behaviour and look at
de-programming and re-programming to create the “I” we wish to be, not
the “I” we thought we were from our interaction with parents, peers
and society etc. Change seems to be constant and we consciously begin
to discern from our heart rather than judge from ‘conditioned
responses’.

6 SIXTH LEVEL

- we draw to us others for mutual support and stimulation of growth.
We question what is real, our mental process and how we identify with
others and ourselves changes rapidly. Re-evaluation may be
uncomfortable but we feel it must be done – we look at our
relationships, jobs, home environment, living styles, it is a time of
letting go, of moving on. We change our friends, everything feels to
be in a state of flux but we feel lighter, vaster, freer somehow. By
this stage the Light quotient in our being is 33% – we feel as though
we are opening up our inner senses and clairvoyance, clairaudience
etc. seem normal and natural to us.

7 SEVENTH LEVEL

- the heart chakra opens more, we become more ‘real’ with other
emotions, we just have to be ourselves! We release blocks and old
patterns – it is a time of great emotional clearing and great
intensity as we seek to rid ourselves of emotional baggage. We feel
more in tune with each moment, feeling very present and flowing with
life.

Often old relationships end or change rapidly as Being’s dig deep and
honour their feelings – there is simply no room for denial on any
level. We begin to lose emotional attachment to others. Chest pains
(angina) are more common as the heart continues to open its energy
fields. (Doing the Unified chakra meditation will assist in the heart
opening).

Fear at this time is released as the energy fields of all the bodies
are realigned through the heart and when aligned, fear drops away.
Pressure at the forehead or back or the head is due to the opening of
the pituitary and pineal glands as they absorb more light, when these
glands are fully open, activated and functioning at the highest level,
ageing and death cease. When the pineal gland is fully open we
experience multi-dimensionality yet duality seems to increase as we
leave it behind.

Some days we feel connected and joyous, others we are in fear and
caught up in survival issues. Many wish to ‘ascend’ and leave the
planet as we sense the very real possibility of ascension through our
deepening connection with spirit. As we learn to follow our joy, we
may then want to ‘save the planet’ and have everyone follow their joy.

ALL are stages of progression and reflect our changing perception.
Dietary wise, you feel to eat less, more light, live food – many at
this stage have ceased to eat meat, sugar and drink alcohol as they
‘feel’ the effects of these substances on the vibrational fields of
the body.

8 EIGHTH LEVEL

- we leave the ‘saving and rescuing’ mode behind . The pineal and
pituitary glands change shape, if headaches persist ask the Being’s
who are working with you to simply ‘tone it down’ for they don’t feel
pain, or ask them to release endorphin’s – the brains natural opiate.
The brain is being activated – particularly the cerebrum, the
‘sleeping giant’. Cranial expansion is common; triangular ‘seed
crystals’ in the brow and recorder crystals in the right side of the
brain are activated along with the 8th, 9th and 10th chakras. We begin
to be hooked into the languages of Light.

The pituitary and pineal glands are opened fully and work together to
create the ‘Arc of the Covenant’, a rainbow light that arcs over the
top of the head to the third eye that is a decoding mechanism for
higher dimensional language. You may find it hard to find words to
express yourself as you may think in geometries and tones. If confused
do the unified chakra meditation and ask for messages to be decoded
and translated. Again you become much more aware of the vastness and
multi-dimensionality of your nature, that you can be anything that you
want to be, you cease to operate from obligation and relationships
become transpersonal.

You share words from your heart and soul and others may feel
disorientated when dealing with you as they no longer have ‘hooks’
into you to link with. You operate from a deep level of serenity with
heightened sensitivity and awareness yet feel grounded and
transformed. By this stage, it is possible to be sustained purely by
Light and prana, to take no nourishment from the atmospheric realms
and to be healthily sustained by the etheric.

9 NINTH LEVEL

- decoding geometries and toning is easier, spirit is using the
languages of light which shift the 6th dimensional blueprint into a
new template for your 5th dimensional Lightbody. Your body may change
shape as the energy fields shift. You feel interconnected to all
Being’s everywhere and less connected to the opinions of others. You
release the desire for and the energy to sustain the ‘game of
separation and limitation’ and feel truly free. The 9th level sees a
mass descension of the Lightbody into physical form. As with the 3rd
and 6th, this level sees a strong re-evaluation as we begin the final
surrender to Spirit and we truly become the Divine instrument. Here
Spirit determines our income, our work, other being’s in our lives,
everything.

This is the dissolution of the ego-self and while ecstatic, it can be
most painful. Making the leap can be fearful even though we have
evolved through eons of time to reach this point. We may go back and
forth, clinging to old comfort zones before completely letting go -
there is no turning back and all must be released. 9th level is
surrender and then ecstasy; the letting go of the “I” – we realise
that while free will is real it is also an illusion as it only there
to guide us and to empower us to be One with Spirit. Survival fears
leave – focus in on the Now at one-at-ment. Though fears may surface,
they seem unreal and are easily put aside.

We tend to disconnect from consensus reality and our choices and
reality seem unreal to others. From the 7th, 8th and 9th the inner
light noticeably radiates out and by now you feel unbelievably
grounded, connected, centred, filled with purpose and desiring only to
serve. For awhile you may slip between the 8th and 9th, from feeling
complete at-one-ment to being ‘ a limited human being’ again, this
settles down by the end of the 9th level. You then continually feel
connected and operate from your Christ level and your intention and
motivation is always for the highest, although others, due to their
own inner triggers and issues, may not always choose to see that. The
9th is where we begin to hook up to our

Know that although our evolutionary process is rapidly accelerating,
along with the new higher vibrational energies we have not created
Heaven yet. So, thought you may be struggling and confused at this
time, Know that your future holds the following in Your Heaven on
Earth, maybe even before the final push. Just have Faith: I AM.

The last three levels unify all energy fields, all chakras are unified
and you become totally connected to your I AM.

10 TENTH LEVEL

- you are one with Source consciousness and know all is possible. DNA
is no longer 2 strand but 12 strand; teleportation, manifestation etc.
are instantaneous. The Merkabah (another name for our Lightbody) has
been built and allows you to pass through space, time and dimensions
complete in your totality. It has its own consciousness to be directed
by you.

THE 11th LEVEL

- all levels of the lightbody have been constructed and activated and
are connected to your physical body via ‘spin points’. These light
matrix’s lie along the physical acupuncture meridians and are lines of
light intersecting in beautiful geometries – a new 5th dimensional
circulatory system of Light. Cellular regeneration has been
accomplished. Time is no longer linear but simultaneous – past,
present and future co-exist – all exist in parallels. There is no
separation and you will fully manifest your vision of Heaven on Earth
and express the ecstasy of Spirit. In this ‘frame’ of conscious
awareness many now access and create new types of Light based
technologies, new community living, new systems of government and
equitable food and resource distribution systems. All have received
specialist training and skills to help create and manifest the New
World – the ‘Golden Age’.

12. THE 12th LEVEL

- the continuation of the Creation and implementation of the New World
systems – hook up with other 12th level initiates who bring into
existence new governments, new financial and educational systems,
better system of food and resource allocation etc. as all will be
redefined in the final stages of Earth’s ascension so that all may
exist in joy, equality and harmony. By this time the planet and her
inhabitants will have been ‘rewoven’ into Light to shine in their full
glory as the final stages of this Divine Plan unfolds. The planet goes
to Light, shifts out of this dimension and is brought into a
multi-star system where everyone is a lightbody and follows Spirit in
total Mastery. All parallel realities are rewoven and absorbed back to
Spirit and all have aligned their will to the Divine.

What Can I Expect… Beginning Experiences In The Higher Realms

1) Moving into a better job that supports the expression of who you
are, your passion or your mission, which are basically the same.

2) Greater financial abundance as you’ve never quite experienced before.

3) Most of your dreams come true and easily

4) You attract a new mate/partner or you and your current partner have
a relationship revolving around companionship with no issue related
“hooks.” You love, admire and adore each other for who you are with no
dependencies.

5) As you further evolve, you re-unite with your “twin” who is a total
reflection of you.

Being together is like being with yourself and you feel a unity to
Source as never before.

6) You don’t seem to care much about anything and nothing seems to
matter anymore.

You have evolved out of the Old way of being of drama and emotions.

7) You have lost your interest in the “New Age” arena.

8) You KNOW that all your needs are met, and always will be.

9) You no longer have the desire or need to make things happen, “to
try,” or “to fix” anything. You understand and practice “allowing”,
“acceptance”, “being” and “intent”.

10) You can no longer relate to mental and analytical processes.

You now relate to “feeling”.

11) You no longer care what anyone thinks about you or anything else.

12) You understand that there is no right or wrong, good or bad, black or white.

Everything just IS. In fact, you realise up is down, left is right and
right is wrong!

13) You finally realise that there is no dark, only Light. The
appearance of lack of Light is simply to provide a contrast to spur us
on to creating what really feels good. All energy is always going in
the same direction, supporting the Light.

14) You have lost your desire to read books or gather any more new
information as you are now much more connected to Source, and can
gather it “directly” by being, feeling and “knowing.”

15) Your health improves and/or you experience a miracle-like healing
of a long-standing physical ailment.

16) You crave a simplicity in all things and require and thrive on
simple processes, simple desires and a very simple lifestyle.

17) You begin to experience a flow to life at a slow leisurely pace,
where you need not do anything you do not really wish to. Everything
falls into your lap. You experience much basking, savouring and
gratitude for the simple things in life.

18) You only desire to do what is yours to do and no longer have a
life full of mundane “responsibilities”. When much releasing has been
completed you are then left with a purified you… a gold nugget of
your Divine expression. This is your contribution to the New World.

19) You easily pick up the thoughts, feelings, desires and needs of
others, as you are becoming empathetic/telepathic.

20) You can control your emotions, your experiences and create your
world with your mind and intent without doubt or fear, as you have
Purified Yourself of all Human illusions, possessing nothing but Pure
Intentions for the Highest Good of All.

21) Your surrounding environment has little effect on you. You don’t
take things personally. Nothing is really worth getting that upset
about.

22) You have an unquenchable thirst for creativity. The enormous
amount of energy running through you demands an outlet. You feel most
as home and in alignment with Source when you are in your passion and
creating.

23) You laugh a lot and find many things amusing and funny.

24) You have a heightened love and compassion for all living things.
You are also experiencing higher states and more frequent state of
love and joy.

25) You live in the moment without a “day planner”. Things just
naturally unfold day-by-day and moment-by-moment. All stress is gone.

26) You feel incredible peace. There is a distinct absence of fear and
you feel safe.

27) Your inner child seems to have disappeared (relating to issues and wounds),

although you love to play and frolic. Much of the time you just want
to play, play and play!

28) You begin to have an understanding about how everything is
connected. You understand that there are no mistakes.

We let go of everything & merge now with God's peace & Stillness within our heart....we feel God's joy arising now from our Sacred Heart.....we let our awareness now go even deeper into the Divine Stillness.... we let our awareness expand now in the Divine Stillness & experience a plane of Pure Being from which all of existance arises.....a plane of all possibilities from which the Divine Will to Evolve emerges.... a plane of Pure Being from which our Soul's Will to create & manifest into physical form emerges. And from this plane of Divine Stillness in our heart - we project our Mercaba Light Body & Soul travel to the Great Central Sun & meet a Great Being of Light. We let our Soul Body approach this Great Being & receive its Divine Blessing of the Will To Evolve...of the Divine Will & Creative Ability to create within our current body an immortal Angelic Crystalline Body of golden White Light....of the Divine Will & Creative ability to manifest our Soul's purpose on earth....of the Divine Will & creative ability to instantanaeously manifest Father/Mother/God's Pure Will on earth.
