Deeper and more meaningful insights into the mysteries of Life and the human experience will continue to lead you all to personal and inner-held revelations about yourselves and the Lives of those around you. 2013 signals the beginning of the age of understanding and while 2012 laid the crucial foundation for the beginning of this New Age, your current year will be seen as the most productive and enjoyable one to date.

You have all been working your ways up and building upon the foundation of knowledge, understanding and Love you have begun to garner as you found your personal awakenings, and we ask you all to allow the vibrations permeating your perception to increase in the manner that the plan is calling for.

There are many of you who have expected bold or brazen, sudden ascension-related events to get your attention exponentially and let you see that matters on your world truly are unfolding, and we ask you to allow such things to come forth within yourselves without doubt or fear that they are somehow not real, for the energies delivering your ascension cannot act in too bold of ways in making themselves know to you if you are not properly attuned or could potentially fear witnessing something that is greatly outside of your paradigm and presently inconceivable to the majority of humanity.

We must be careful with the miracles given to any Earth soul as while you will attain anything you sew for yourselves to experience which includes the experience of
miracles that would shatter your paradigm, many souls would be potentially too overwhelmed by the many amazing things we have for you to behold and this has in part to do with the collective energy as it stands at present.

You have heard before and know of the density of the collective energy as expressed on your world in this moment, and it has been expressed as well that a few influential aspects of the old energies are still being expressed and fed and that they will easily diminish as the vibrations continue to lighten, now and in the time ahead. This is one reason we ask you not to be in a state of potential fear or apprehension for your futures, for they are and have always been secured.

We say this in this manner because you have secured your futures for yourselves, dear souls and you have found the awakenings that are now beckoning you forth toward realms past your current conscious understanding and perspective.

You have wished to perceive of the higher realms in a greater depth and you are now able to, dear souls.

You have found the higher realms within yourselves and it simply takes your adjustment and continual attunement to these realms for you to be able to feel them in the fullest purity they are now offering you. Many of you are finding yourselves with increased and heightened perceptions at this time and we recommend meditation to help you attune to the energies of your fifth dimensional reality.

Your New Earth is continuing to be built upon and to those of you who have internally experienced visions of your New Earth that seem to have been fleeting, we tell you with happiness that the work being performed upon it has increased in scope by and large, and much more Light is being anchored unto your third dimensional reality in preparation for the further-anchoring of the realms and mechanisms of the fifth dimension.

Such mechanisms must first be anchored unto the collective in the necessary ways and this is where the place holders and Gatekeepers come in, for you are holding the energetic space for the Light to come forth and for the pre-fifth dimensional vibrations to anchor unto such space and make way for the fifth dimensional Earth.

Gaia is working especially hard to hold the space and encourage and assist all of you who have found a very potent awakening and continue to build-upon such an awakening with your further realization of the ascended and ascending realms all around you that have always laid just beyond the fore of your perception, waiting to be called-upon and brought forth within you again.

We cannot express enough, the positive nature of all that is occurring now and all that is to be occurring because you have anchored so every much change that many of you do not yet see or feel within yourselves but trust, dear hearts; it is absolutely there and it is waiting to be accessed.

You all have an infinite potential now to find and feel realms greater than your conscious perception has allowed you to feel and access, and we are here to help the adjustment and integration process go as easily and graceful as possible for you dear souls, as some of you are experiencing and surfacing issues from your past that continue to attempt to convince you that negativity is the only prevalent energy around you when in fact, negativity is fading more than ever and is dissolving away from influencing the collective consciousness.

You do not yet see this reflected in your collective consciousness but it is certainly happening and with the crucial actions of every Lightworker, Gatekeeper and placeholder in anchoring the energies and vibrations that will see the influence of third dimensionality of any kind diminished quite easily, we can begin to (help) introduce and put forth the concepts of peace, harmony, Oneness and prosperity for all through our Earthly hosts, who will begin to gain influence in your media and some of whom already possess influence in your media.

We will help introduce the ideas of your New Age to a public and collective who will increasingly become open to them.

We do not necessarily speak of our channelers when we use the term “Earthly hosts”, though our channelers too are Creating their reality and can Create any experience or happening they wish for themselves. We speak of those on your Earth who are a part of our Ground Crew and overall, a part of the Legions of the Light helping your world to ascend.

Many of these souls have entered into contracts of forgetfulness that are much stronger than those of the awakening Lightworker public because of the specifics of their roles, as they are and will be working to gain influence in your mainstream media and with the collective consciousness in general, so that they can introduce everything we have discussed in a way that is cleanly and neatly comprehensible and can be better understood and accepted by the Earth public.

While much of your world is still rooted in darkness, destruction and separation at present, the influence of every soul who has wished for and anchored peace will see the vibrations lightening even further than they already have been, and everybody on the Earth will begin to find a generally lightened perspective and an easier experience of their Lives.

Those areas of your Earth still deeply-rooted in war, darkness and disrespect for the sovereignty and freedom of others will have to experience the boldest of governmental changes to be able to find the lightening vibrations of peace and harmony, but we can say with certainty that the overwhelming majority of citizens in such areas do not want the hatred and violence they experience currently and would rather witness a world bred out of Love and harmony toward others.

Some souls are incarnated into the densest of places on your world for the purposes of finding a greater realization of and need for the Light energies to be anchored unto themselves and unto the collective; namely, the collective of the areas that continue to experience violence. We will, of course, be with you to help lighten the karmic load manifested and fed for centuries on your world but dearest souls, we do not want this truth to be misinterpreted into thinking that you should wait to do the work yourselves or you should remain complacent until we arrive, because our arrival and your ascension simply do not work like this.

As plenty have expressed, you must attract us to yourselves and to your planet via the vibrations you put out and manifest every single day, because we are of a higher dimensional consciousness that simply cannot last in the lower dimensions, lest we wished to incarnate in such dimensions and experience your Earth ourselves.

There are some areas of your world that are particularly polluted, such as landfills or refineries, that we were previously unable to come near because of the damage they were doing in realms far beyond the physical.

Yes indeed; the garbage dumps, oil refineries and a plethora of other polluting things had been doing damage in so many different realms and because of this we were previously unable to be around such things but now, with the actions of the Lightworker public in anchoring Light and healing energies that have served to cleanse the majority of such realms that the pollution on your world was doing damage to, we are able to come closer to such places an even anchor our ships invisibly in your skies to help mitigate the continual pollution being bred by such things, to pollution that will not affect you or your Earth in the quite-destructive ways it otherwise could.

There is indeed much we are dong to help you all cleanse your world and we have assisted you in the astral realms in clearing the pollution that has been fed on your Earth and manifested in such realms as a result but again, we are not here to do the work for you and we are only here to guide and assist you on a journey that is Created entirely by you.

Remaining complacent under the guise of waiting for our arrival will unfortunately, see you Creating your realities in a manner that pushes our arrival further from yourselves. In the same vein, taking a clear interest in repairing your world and righting the wrongs that continue to be perpetrated will draw us much closer to you, as you will be radiating the vibrations making-up the experience of the higher dimensions.

Again, we are of a higher dimensional consciousness and if you can attract your vibrations as a collective toward the realms of the fifth dimension that are being worked-upon exponentially to be anchored unto your world at present, you will see our arrival in a much more timely and allowed manner.

Of course, possibilities continue to be looked toward that will see us able to visit your world in person. We have spoken previously on the possibility of disclosure being brought forth (via governments announcing a “formal contact”) and we wish to express that the plan brought forth in the previous communication is only one possibility that we are looking upon.

We are still looking toward the assistance of your mainstream media and those who have run it without the majority of the public realizing they did, and while many cabal heads are experiencing pure forms of containment at this time, we have still found much resistance in the “lower quarters” from souls who are fulfilling demands set out by their perceived “masters”.

There is still some resistance to disclosure in some quarters of your media but make no mistake, everybody in a position of knowing what is transpiring at this time see both the importance and closeness of disclosure, as it simply cannot continue to be stalled.

While we are helping your Earth to be cleansed of pollution, we can only do so much and your Earth is indeed still experiencing negativity and pollution manifested on Her surface, at a rate that would be destructive if not dealt with. The disclosure of our existence will help push many issues of importance to the forefront of the collective’s conscious perception, and every effort you make at present will serve to push disclosure forward as well as the issues that you know are so very important to the ascension of your Earth and to bringing Her back into the vibrations of harmony and collective prosperity rather than lack, need, violence and a violation of the ordained freewill-rights of every soul on your world.

Yes, you have so much good to look forward to and we know you can feel this, which is why we will continue to ask you to keep the faith and maintain a healthy and balanced center.

If we do not receive the necessary cooperation from your governments and the descendants of the owners of your mainstream media, than we will indeed push ahead with disclosing ourselves and we would very easily be able to utilize your cable and satellite networks to deliver a communication to humanity in a similar format as our channeled communications.

This is because we would be picking up on the frequencies being broadcast through your televisions and, in a similar manner that we can pick up on the frequencies of our respective scribes and channelers, we would be able to impart a communication and direct message through such frequencies for all on your world to see and absorb.

This is indeed very easy to do; we simply have not yet because of (the majority of the collective’s) freewill wish not to know of us or believe in our existence.

As you have heard, we are usually made out to be scary creatures who wish to plunder or destroy in any ways possible, and you will notice the continual array of propaganda that has been prevalent in various moves and television shows throughout decades of your history. This propaganda has been established and fed in this manner because we have so very much assistance and healing to offer you and we have in fact, offered your cabals and the governments they own some of our healing technologies for all of humanity to benefit from.

Rather than accepting our technologies and the world peace we offered that was attached to them, the cabals simply took to denying our offers to have peace established on your world and immediately employed their scientists to duplicate the technology they were shown and to build-upon templates that were already provided from the crashed ship of the Zeta race in Roswell, New Mexico.

Your cabals are quite familiar with the advanced technology that has been back-engineered from fallen ships, but they still have no inkling of knowledge of the higher dimensional technology we possess and will be offering to your world, which we didn’t show them. We knew of the potential of their denying our offer for peace, and this is why we did not show the most awe-inspiring technologies we possess, because we will be offering them to you in the time ahead and would not want to see them duplicated by your cabals for service-to-self-based reasons.

We wish not for you to keep your vibrations continually downtrodden because of what’s manifested on your world every day but at the same time, we do not want your attention turned away from all that is happening on your world which needs restored because in doing so, you are taking your attention away from an aspect of Creation; an aspect of yourselves and of our Mother/Father Creator. Every realm needs your attention this time, be it inner or outer, because your focus is needed so that your Light can shine on every aspect of every realm of Creation; in this case, the Creation of Gaia.

You have so much Light and truth that you can all spread as you are all conduits and instruments for the Divine to come forth, which is why we ask you to be open to the concept of channeling in your everyday Lives. By this we do not mean channeling us or our energies, or even channeling a communication in general; we speak of the channeling you are all performing at present without realizing it.

As has been said by others, you are all continually channeling and when you make the effort to, you can channel pure energy through your hearts and minds that is just so wonderful and higher dimensional in nature, that it will serve to help further shift your perspective and introduce your further to the miracles that the brimming higher realms have to offer you and wish for you to find and feel at this time.

You can feel these things in yourselves and many of you are beginning to and as you do so, you channel these very energies unto the collective consciousness of the Earth and you anchor the higher dimensions further unto the surface and core of Gaia, who can use as much higher dimensional energy as possible at this point.

This is because Gaia is already working so very hard, and She is performing so very many different tasks to anchor the fifth dimensional realms She is perceiving from and has been for some time, to the perception and understanding of the collective of Earth.

As you find a further refinement taking place in yourselves, so will you find this reflected by the collective and so will you find truth beginning to be accepted more than it has been. Many souls on your world are feeling a release of the old energies as they latch onto them for comfort, and there will indeed still be many souls on your Earth who feel comfortable in the old energies and will fight against the current of change that is and will be brought forth. Eventually, everybody will see the Light and they will find it in their own ways which will be unique to them.

Blessing, dear souls, we are the Pleiadian High Council and we wish to give acknowledgment for your many efforts up until this point. We have been with you all, helping to uplift you and give you updates about the continually-evolving state of affairs on your world.

The higher realms are beckoning forth for each one of you at this time and as you assimilate continually-pure energies unto yourselves and use such energies to help further initiate yourselves into your pure states of consciousness, you will begin to find a healthy interaction with your inner-realms and with the souls accompanying them, and you will find so very many of us just waiting to help uplift and inform as you as you grow increasingly into your Godselves.

For some of you, reaching the higher dimensions entails undergoing difficulties and challenges and those of you who have been tested, are and will be finding the rewards for your lower dimensional travels.

There is much negativity still manifested on your world at present and every last bit of it can be transmuted and forgotten about; it is simply that humanity still feeds this density on a moment to moment bases and this is what we and many of you as well wish to see come to an end. You have heard so very much about the ascension cycle and about the events that will surround your year 2013, but what you have not been told enough is that the torch is now being given to you dear souls as you find the opportunities to begin addressing the condition your world is in.

You will find yourselves able to come together much easier and spread the word about every unjust act still taking place on your world, and we ask you to look toward movements such as Occupy Wall Street who are already beginning to bring forth the truth and Light that your world needs to find the purer states of consciousness you’re being initiated into.

Awareness can precede enlightenment in some instances, and some souls find knowledge before they find the plentiful higher dimensional energies in themselves. Some of you have realized what the cabals have done to you and your world before being introduced to the concepts of ascension, spirituality and Oneness, while some of you have been open to the realms of spirit for some time whilst not initially realizing the state of affairs on your world.

We say that your Earth and the experiences playing-out on your Earth in every moment are not as “normal or “dull” as you think and rather, the Earth has been the playing-field for the comingling of the two strongest aspects of duality; the negative and the positive.

The Forces of the Light have worked so very hard to steer the collective in detaching from the energies of negativity and separation, and the (souls accompanying) the other end of the perceived dualistic pole have worked very hard as well to maintain their influence upon your collective. A lot of souls on your world are still feeding instated separation at present and as your world begins to see the importance of coming together and repairing dearest Gaia’s body, you will all find the unity you have looked toward and needed for your collective to evolve.

While it may or may not be difficult for some souls to grasp at present, we are indeed still with you and there is much that will be happening concerning our presence and the acknowledgment of our presence on your world. We ask you as well to continue to hold the faith and know that what you’ve been working toward is real, and there is of course plentiful evidence to suggest our contacts with humanity.

You can bring the acknowledgment of our presence to yourselves and we are indeed looking toward you to, whilst still adhering to our general plan of either making ourselves known or having your governments do so. Our presence simply needs to be known and felt by all on your world so that the vast unawareness that continues to be garnered surrounding us and our presence can no longer give way to purposeful disinformation and disseminated fear about us or our intentions for your world.

Density has been fed on your world for quite some time and you all now have the opportunity to shy away from the very influence of such density and excel gloriously on your path to becoming uplifted and infinite beings, and when traversing the fifth dimension you will see that there is absolutely no negativity of any kind manifested here.

This is because all are radiating out the natural energies of harmony and Oneness and the pervading vibrations are always reflecting this happiness, as it can simply be no other way. We have no desire to harm or plunder you in any way, nor do we wish to “string you along” with updates about an ascension that some perceive not to be happening. Rather, we simply wish to assist you as one facet of the ascended collective helping your planet to ascend, and we wish to share our technologies with you as well because they can and will be greatly beneficial to the repairing of your world.

We have spoken previously of our technology and the assistance it is to give and as is so with our replicators, every facet of the technology we give you will help you learn to perform the miracles such technology performs, yourselves. We will not keep you strung up on our technology nor our presence on your world when we arrive and rather, we will share devices and craft with you that will act as stepping stones for you being able to do what such devices do.

Your bodies and spirits are infinite and your heart and mind can truly take you anywhere and perform anything, if utilized properly and with the necessary balance. Your spirit is infinite and you truly do have the power to travel anywhere that you wish to; it simply that you’ve been limited with human bodies and your world has been controlled by lower influences who have maintained their power and grip upon your world because of the density still fed in any given moment.

You’ve been conditioned to think that you are little more than human beings and that physicality is the only true reality you can experience and as so many of you are discovering, this is simply not so. There are an infinite amount of realms you can all experience and benefit vastly from experiencing, and we will all be with you during your inner-travels to help you see and realize this more fully once again.

We can indeed offer our assistance if you dear souls are open to it, and the Dreamflights we have helped many souls initiate as their bodies lay sleeping and then helped them to consciously remember upon waking up, can be seen as a testament to this fact.

We are truly open to meeting with you in any ways that we can and at present, the collective dense energy is still too strong for us to properly make our way to your world but there are some in our ranks, such as you dear incarnate Lightworkers and starseeds, who have been able to handle the density and who continue to anchor the Light unto your world that is needed for our presence to be able to be made known.

There are even a select few of us who have not incarnated unto the Earth and who are rather, experiencing the Earth from our ships and at times, being on the ground and further helping to anchor energy that is of an incredible purity; even moreso that the energy being given out by the majority of the Lightworker collective.

We have only a select few souls who are able to step off of our ships and exist on your ground without the vibrations being too dense, and while you will not yet see these souls they are indeed moving around with your Earth public unnoticed, as they perform a myriad of different tasks that will make way for the continual purity of lightened vibrations being manifested on your world and used to Create your reality.

The reality around many of you is beginning to evolve at this time and you are evolving with it, which is why your perspective is important to note in every moment.

We will continue to restate your power as spiritual beings undergoing a transforming human experience and as we make our final impressions for this communication, we ask you to radiate out the energies and concepts of peace and truth.

There is so very much your world needs to be exposed to and while some would remain comfortable within their instated densities forever, we say that the time has come for change to manifest on your world and the time has come as well, for you all to begin acting upon this change and building upon the foundations, both energetic and physical, that have already been valiantly built upon by each and every one of you and by a plethora of other souls as well.

Your ascension is so near to being realized, dear souls, and we know you can feel this as you face a world that continues to test you. You are Loved and supported unconditionally, and we thank you as we always have.

(1) David Wilcock has recently put-forth the opinion that financial changes (such as world abundance) could occurr before and set the foundation for disclosure and everything else in that avenue. I have to say that I could absolutely see abundance coming forth before disclosure, and I may ask our Galactic brethren about this notion in a future communication. For now, it seems that if governments and mainstream media outlets continue to drag their feet, the Galactics will disclose themselves. Time is rolling by faster and faster, and for many, this will bring with it some rather interesting events. For we say, have not the hands of time started to act in some rather inaccurate ways recently? Have you seen how the hands of time seem to stand still one moment, while they seem to have skipped a beat or two the next? Do you lose count of the days, and do you have a hard time placing events in a linear sequence?

Do you feel like you have been transported back in time, to a time in your life when you were much younger than today? And do you feel like you are growing younger while your body seems to be the same old? Well, all of these and other occurrences like it, are just a sure signal that you have entered what some may call the twilight zone.

Things have started to seem less solid than they did only a short time ago, and your mind seems to be a bit more fuddled than usual. In other words, reality keeps warping and twisting, and you feel less sure on your feet as everything around you starts to take on a more unreal feel than what you experienced before.

Again, this is just a sure sign that everything is indeed starting to change at a rapid pace now. And yes, even if things on the outside seem to be more or less ”normal”, that is, unchanged from what it was like before December 2012, all of these strange undulations in perception of time, linearity, and even the sense of equilibrium mean that you are all experiencing the unseen starting to bleed through.

So your desire to see some rather concrete proofs of this monumental change is actually being answered already, albeit in a very different form from what you mayhaps envisaged. In other words, the expected outward show of fundamental change predicted to come in the form of cataclysms or some other sort of dramatic global manifestation will come in a much more subtle form, as a gradual but perceptible increase in the awarness that nothing is as it used to be.

And this will also manifest in a growing sense of unease, not just amongst you, but also amongst the whole population of this little planet. For even to the less sensitive ones, there will be a growing awareness that something is changing, and even if they will have a hard time putting into words just what they are sensing, it will start to make many of your fellow men start to feel more and more unsettled.

This may sound ominous, but it is only a signal that soon, this unease will grow into something even more profound, namely the knowledge that there are indeed forces at work here that they were not even aware existed before. To many, this will sound like a recipe for disaster, where a huge number of people will start to lose their grounding, and with it their sanity, and total anarchy and chaos will be sure to follow in the footsteps.

That is not the case here, as this unease will grow into something very different indeed, as the underlying reason for all of this subtle but inexorable change will soon start to make itself heard through many a channel. In other words, the voice you hear so clearly whenever you manage to connect with your core is the same voice that will start to make itself heard in so many of your fellow men, and this voice will not speak of fear, anger and hatred, it will speak of love and connection to something so vast and magnificent it will start to put more and more of them to a much greater ease than they are currently experiencing.

In other words, this godlike spark within you all that have been ignited through these immense injections of light lately will start to make its voice heard in millions of others out there, and soon, you will see how the light starts to shine out from the eyes of strangers you meet wherever you go.

This light will come as a surprise to so many, because they have grown accustomed to be the sole carrier of light in their little corner of the world, and with that, their journey so far has been a very lonesome one. But now, you must all start to lift your eyes and take a good look at people you will encounter on your way, no matter where the road takes you. And we can guarantee you that you will start to meet yourself in the eyes of strangers, as you will see how your light is reflected in those that meet your gaze.

And then you will all know that the road to recovery has started in earnest, and that the choir of rejoicing souls has started to grow exponentially. For this will not be a solitary journey much longer, as even the loneliest of you will start to encounter some likeminded souls, no matter where you reside, and no matter how difficult your previous experience in this have been.

So take heart, and go out and start to interact with your newly awakened brothers and sister out there. For they are waiting for you to take their hand and greet them and welcome them back home.

As far as who I am, or appear to be, since we are all nothing but part of the Light, part of the One and I have played many roles in many incarnations, which I have re-lived, not just remembered, and which have given me the knowledge of why I am still here, I came this time around, as most of us have, to help bring in this New World that we are creating  every day of our lives!

We are nothing but Creators God or better said, that part of the Creation that is active and creates through us!

I was not very satisfied, as a child , about the role I was playing and wanted out,

but was not allowed, by any stretch of the imagination to check out, so I lived, and continue to live, because I have a lot of work to do here!

And I have done a lot, but there is more...

I was born in Cuba and married a Cuban who had joined the Army of the USA and brought me here. The marriage did not work and I returned to Cuba to get a divorce an to live there, but the circumstances in Cuba were becoming intolerable, so I returned and lived alone, for many years, waiting for my parents to arrive...which they eventually did, they were quite aged, since they had given birth to me at an advanced age, but they lived wonderful lives after they came here and I took  good care of them. My father lived to be 105!

I married again, an American, and that married lasted  six years, and I divorced, again, but we became friends, again, after the divorce

and have remained friends for life, and when he had several strokes and heart attack and so many other things, I have taken care of him....

I never abandon a friend! I am an Aquarian and that is the sign of Friendships....

That is the external life in a nutshell, however, I have performed many jobs in my life, I began as a school teacher in Cuba, I became a Certified Public Accountant in the USA and have made a very good livelihood with it, and that helped me to support my parents and myself and everyone else that I have cared for...

But I am also an Astrologer and do it professionally and also for fun!

I once belonged to a group that dealt with the Harmonious Development of Man and founded a Center in Mexico City, I became an Avatar Master and did Deliveries, then became A Wizard, and ended up having a Holistic Center in North Carolina, I have lived in many cities in the USA and abroad, and visited a lot of the World, and even became a Travel Agent and worked in my own Travel Agency for the fun of it! I also  became an Interior Design and did some work on the field with another lady and we had a lot of fun doing it!

But my inner work has been the love of my life.

I was a painter, even as a child and a poetess, and at nine years old I had prepared my own manuscript, a book of poetry with my own illustrations!

In school I wrote  plays and acted on them, as well, and I used to recite every Friday whatever the teacher would give me in the morning, at noon, since I could remember every word of the poetry that she wanted me to recite, I had a photographic memory at the time, which I must report that is not as intact now, as it was then! (to say the least..., which means, that I do forget now, a lot!, sometimes even on purpose)

My father was a theosophist and I have read his books since I learned how to read, by myself, also at a very early age, and I have read parts of the Hindu Vedas, specially the Mahabharata and the Baghavad Gita,  which impressed me for life!, before I had ever read the Bible.

However, I am now a student of Kabbalah and I have studied the Bible like  very few people have, because I  know it is a book written in code, and we decode it, with certain tools given by Kabbalah.

But it was at age 22 when I first had an experience of Union with everything that is, and since then, the thirst for a repeated performance was my driving force and I entered a search that has never ended yet!

I had studied not only Education but also Philosophy and Letters, which would allow me to write professionally, but I fell in love with the Philosophy part of it, where I had to study all the great philosophers of the World, specially the Greek philosophers, and all the Classic Literature, and learn Latin and Greek!

That  was one of the greatest treats that I gave to myself!

Well, I have been  into all religions, into everything that would give me clues and pieces of the puzzle of the Game of Life, and I must tell you all that nothing is as complete as the Kabbalah studies that I am undertaking now...

But in the meantime I had many repeated performances of that first Union with all that is, like the experience that I had at such an early age.

I have also, been visited by many Angels and Ascended Masters and guided in the inner World and given lessons there.

I have communicated with those on the other side of the veil, that needed to use me as a communication device, I have channeled information and I have gone to the other side and back, when my mother was dying, and she came back to me, after she passed on, and we embraced in a very physical way, and I was not dreaming, but I was awake, she woke me up and when she left I was  standing by my bed, not in the bed...

I have done a lot of so called Astral Travel, and visited many places in this World and others, and of course, many other dimensions I have proof that they were real occurrences because I visited my mother  and others in Cuba, while I was in the USA and they confirmed whatever I saw and whatever I heard, because I developed clear audience as well as clairvoyance.

I have not ever died, and never even been operated, of anything, but I can go beyond the veils, and in order to do that, you have to be in a state of lack of self importance and some knowledge that we are nothing  but the same with the rest of all of us!

In other words, an ego-less state.

We may pick up the ego, again, but that is the thing that does not allow us to go beyond the veils, because the ego is precisely the veils that cover our eyes!

Much is being said about the Heart and the Wisdom of the Heart and it is totally true!

Without an open heart, we are getting nowhere... It is true that suffering is one of those open heart surgeries that can open our hearts, but knowledge of the Truth, can do it to, however the knowledge required is not a mental one, is an experiential one. Is one that can no longer be called knowledge, but Wisdom, where you understand completely, what you are learning through experience!
In other words: Live and learn!

But not everyone is alive, some are vegetating and appear to be alive, others are doing the inner work and appear not to be doing anything...
However, the perfect combination is to do the inner work while you are also doing the outer World, learning while applying the knowledge!
This is what I experienced all my life, thus I have doneso much and will continue to do, because "idle hands are the devils workshop"!
When you are paralized, engage in action, physical action is very useful, any action is better than inaction, because this is the World of Action, and you will always learn lessons when you engae, but when you widraw into yourself, there is no life cisculating in you, the juices of creation get stopped and depression ensues!

These are some of the paradigms that I have used in my life and I have lived, truly lived, so much!

Well, that was then, ad this is an explanation  more precisely of where I am now!

Yes, many that have seen the same movie can have the same claim, I have even gone beyond that, because I not only remembered, but I re-lived some lifetimes, that were as mine as they are yours, for all we know, since you and I are but one.

I relieved some experiences, because they were necessary for my further awakening, and there was no time to die and be reborn, so I was living two and more lifetimes at the same time, actually I really was doing none of the sort, what I was doing was connecting with lifetimes that could give me a lesson that I needed for my further performance in this Earth.

I have remembered male and female lifetimes, or life lines, and I have felt what it feels to be either one.

But my Mayan sign is that of the Mother, I am the first one, Imix, the Mother Creator of everything, and that is the purpose of my Soul, yet, I had no children in this lifetime, but I am a mother to everyone!....

 But I am no one, I am Consciousness like you and me....

And I do not need to be anyone in particular any longer, because it is the identification with the Ego, or personality which causes us to become blind to what really is and renders us to be incapable to see what is really there as to what we "think", is there!

And this is yet another a letter I wrote to friends, which explains  why I felt that I had gone permanently into another dimension....

I had experienced these dimensions many times, but  now I feel I am firmly entrenched in them!

  Dear All, I made an observation last night about the New Moon of Aquarius , that has appeared in the skies showing a horizontal side, instead of the usual vertical presentation of the New Moon!

This, of course, represents a shift between the relationship between our Earth and the Moon, therefore, a physical shift has taken place!

So far, I have felt like a new person, and as if I have been living in a new Paradise (obviously a new Paradigm for me), and nothing that ever can happen from now on, could move me or take away my happiness, because I feel myself firmly set in the light!

There is nothing greater than this state of permanent grace...

I have experienced it many times in my life, but it was wavering, now it is firmly set in place....

Theere has been obviously a physical shift, as well, not only a shift in my own consciousness!

Goddess vibrations are being expressed in abundance and magnitude onto the Earth at this time as a process of deep nourishment and nurturing for all. We, the Goddess consciousness come forward with immense support for all as humanity and the Earth move through a unique integration and creation process in order to manifest the truth of the Creator.

Imagine yourself as a baby being supported in the sacred womb of the goddess vibration. When you were in the womb of your mother you experienced a period of creation where energy vibration, light and wise consciousness needed for your incarnation merged with your being. Your mother also provided you with energies and consciousness which you absorbed deep into the energy vibration and body that was being created. The period not only allowed for a powerful integration of all that you wish to become and experience in your life time, such as Creator qualities, but you also mastered with assistance the powerful tool of manifestation. As a baby in the womb of your mother you learnt to manifest yourself, essence and soul physically in order to form the body that would become the vehicle for your life and your consciousness sack which would act as divine inspiration until further connection w ith the Creator could be obtained. Your consciousness sack is akin to a capsule of specially collected and formed wisdom that will assist you in remembering the truth of the Creator. Gradually within the womb your consciousness sack, which is the consciousness you require, merges with your entire being to form a manifestation of understanding. Within the womb as a baby you are constantly manifesting and experiencing supported by your guides, your mother’s guides and your soul. It is a time when you can dissolve the separation between the energetic dimensions of the Creator’s universe and the physical vibration that you are being born into. It is a time to play like a movie screen in the mind or soul goals of visions of what you wish to experience in your physical reality. An experiment ground of setting intentions, thus allowing creation to form in many ways. In many ways it is the most powerful form and experience of creation that you experience on the Earth and prepares you with the ability to use the creation energy of the Creator in order to form and create all that you need to support further and continued learning on the Earth.

We, the Goddess vibration support this process of creation on the Earth in order to allow souls to learn and experience a physical reality. Within the Creator’s universe, attending the physical reality of the Earth is the quickest and yet most challenging pathway to ascension and unity with the Creator. This is why so many of you have chosen to be incarnated onto the Earth. We remind you of the powerful experience of creation within the womb because in truth this is what is occurring right now for many of you upon the Earth. Your soul and guides are working with you as are we the Goddess consciousness in order to access the vibration of creation, in order to transform, create and form all that you need and require to continue and experience the next phase of ascension on the Earth. The energy of creation is manifesting a new consciousness sack which is akin to a download of prec ious consciousness to inspire and enlighten you while you create intentions and integrate aspects of yourself and the Creator. As within the womb you are creating now from the inside out, your creation energy can influence and change your physical body, dissolving illness and reprogramming the manifestation of health. As you create from within you are realising the beauty of your being, the strength, vibration light, power, intense love and wise consciousness that you hold. You are realising how you are connected with all aspects of the Creator which connects you on a deeper level with the magnificent source of the Creator. As you form a new realisation of yourself within your being through intentions, following guidance, integrating energies, awakening wisdom, enhancing love and accessing the belief in the creation energy of the Creator, you will realise a new fully formed aspect of the Creator within your being, with the power to radiate and project this realisation into y our outer reality for further manifestation. This period on the Earth is allowing for each person to feel and experience greater integration and accessing of the vibration and natural ability of creation within their beings. Do not try to resist the process of integration, allow the light of the Creator in its numerous forms to flow into and through your being. Allow yourself the time and space that you need in order to allow the creations and intentions to form within you whether you are aware of them or not. This time may not be about external action but more about internal shifts and merging as many fragments of your soul appear within you ready to be bonded as one instantly empowering your soul and soul expression. Some people may feel they are already creating intentions for their new reality and are experiencing deep integration of their being and are therefore experiencing the flow of creation into their physical reality as many synchronicities and miracles manifest. When synchronicities occur within your reality you can be certain the manifestation and transformation of your truth within your being is occurring. It is important to be aware that some babies choose to stay in the womb for a longer period of time while others choose a shorter period of time. It is the same for you as you exist in truth within the womb of the Goddess consciousness, Creator and Mother Earth, do not limit or become impatient with your unique period of transformation and integration; let it unfold with divine timing as it is why you have chosen to exist on the Earth at this time. It is such a beautiful process of self, truth, Creator and inner creation manifesting more fully than ever before.

At this time of creation you are also united with all beings forming the new Earth that is so desired, know that all you achieve and realise within your being is in service to humanity. Each and every soul on the Earth at this moment has contracted to experience, to learn and understand the most powerful process of co-creation. This process is so magnificent and unique that you planned to be at your current stage of ascension in order to learn and awaken the ability to co-create, not just with the Creator and your soul but with every soul aspect of the Creator on the Earth and the inner planes. Each soul is being given the keys of co-creation to master at this time, to bring into fruition and to experience with every other soul on the Earth. Are you ready to accept the keys of co- creation which are being imparted and activated within all who are ready and hold a true loving intention of creating the bliss, peace, love and truth of the Creator?

We wish to share with you an invocation to encourage you to accept and realise all we have spoken about and shared with you today.

Beloved Goddess consciousness and vibration, I call upon your loving support and nourishment to penetrate my being, mind and soul, please support me in whichever way is appropriate guided by the divine will of the Creator and my soul. Let me breathe the nurturing and illuminating Goddess energies into all aspects of my being as I realise that I am being sacredly held and supported within a womb like energy composed of the light of the Goddess, Mother Earth and the Creator. Assist me in focusing within my being, communing with my soul in order to integrate all energy vibrations of the Creator, all fragments of my soul and all divine consciousness that is being provided to me. Allow a new fully formed realisation of my truth and the truth of the Creator to be fully formed within my being. Goddess beings, vibration and consciousness I ask you to support me as I connect with my unique, sacred and powerful ability and energies of creation within my being. Guide me to become a master of creation, working with the powerful and divine vibrations and will of the Creator to form all that is needed and guided for my own reality and the Earth.

With the Goddess support I ask, if it is divinely appropriate, to receive the keys of co-creation, which I understand to be sacred wisdom and guidance of how to co-create. It is my deepest intention to co- create peace, joy, love, harmony, unity and truth as I realise myself as an aspect of the Creator united with all Creator aspects. I now choose to co-create with my soul, soul group, the goddess vibration, Mother Earth and the Creator in complete and absolute love, selflessness and harmony, accepting with gratitude and love all that is provided to me.

I hold and realise that my deepest desire to seek for beauty and all that is the Creator can only be experienced fully when I seek within, with detachment and a centred vibration of love.

It is also important to be aware that in this sacred time of integration and nurturing of the most sacred aspect of your being, you may still experience old intentions or habits set in the past coming to the surface. Gradually as your intentions and thoughts become clearer you will no longer experience old thoughts habits and intentions trying to merge with your vibration as they will lose their power as you no longer choose to energise and empower them or this aspect of yourself. You are awakening, cleansing and empowering your being to become a beautiful, shiny, clear, radiant crystal of magnificent power.

                        It is the beginning of a whole new world of opportunity offering us the chance to make lasting change. This is supported by Jupiter currently retrograde in Gemini turning direct on the 30th of January and Saturn in Scorpio.

Jupiter represents, amongst other things, freedom and abundance, legal and ethical issues, our visions, aspirations, imagination, perceptions and optimism. Jupiter helps and inspires us to find the bigger picture, our higher ideals and encourages us to grow into higher consciousness. However, when Jupiter retrogrades, this becomes a difficult task for many as it brings out our dysfunctions, and when things explode, usually around the time the planet stations to turn direct, we have to face and deal with issues of excess, greed, control and especially verbal/communication issues because Jupiter is transiting through Gemini.
 

Since early October 2012, when Jupiter stationed retrograde, we were taken back in time to the last Jupiter retrograde in Gemini so as to complete what we didn't pay attention to then. Thus, if you haven't already, revisit what was happening in your life, pertaining to the issues I have mentioned above, during the period of July 2000 - to mid July 2001.
 

Over and above this, the retrograde will have activated within us an intensive drive to seek the truth, become more spiritually connected and deal more deeply with our fears of disappointment and abandonment, feeling lost, and our "lost" dreams and hopes. The danger of this retrograde was that people could lose touch with reality, boundaries of the mind were not considered, an inability to trust with ease was challenged, and all kinds of excessive, OTP, hyperbolic reactions could have burnt bridges and closed doors to important opportunities. Be aware that this retrograde is still active for the duration of January, so pay attention and nip potential problems in the bud before they get out of hand, or do what must be done now to heal and rectify incomplete/ignored issues.

When Jupiter turns direct at the end of the month more clarity will be experienced, and delays around opportunities, business ventures and choices, or difficulty making important choices, will lift and "doors will open." The ability to think big and communicate your thoughts will flow more smoothly granting you the opportunity to make new head-way. You will need to act fast though because both Mercury and Saturn turn retrograde next month - Mercury on the 23rd of February, and Saturn on the 18th of February. Therefore, you literally only have a window period of around one week (3rd - 9th Feb) to implement what you have been preparing to initiate/change. The reason why I say only one week is because Jupiter only stations direct on the 30th of January and then we enter the "shadow period" leading up to Saturn and Mercury's retrogrades. So use your time wisely now, get all your "ducks in a row" and act fast in the first week of Feb. In my next newsletter I will elaborate on these upcoming retrogrades.

The New Moon in Capricorn takes place on the 11th of January. Take some time out to meditate or contemplate what control issues are plaguing you, where emotional boundaries and discipline are lacking, and put things into perspective. If you are dealing with depression find a modality or therapist you can trust to help you. Address the areas of your life where you feel overburdened and re-prioritize your time or delegate where possible. It will also be highly beneficial for you to observe how it is you might sabotage yourself by believing on some level you deserve to be punished. Set the intention with your Guardian Angel that these issues/challenges be healed, and at the Full Moon in Leo on the 27th of January, perform a candle ceremony setting the intention that further steps toward healing be revealed to you in creative and playful ways so that any drama playing out in your life relating to false pride, lack of loyalty, stubbornness, or lower-ego issues in general causing the above mentioned challenges can be put to rest during the Waning Moon. If non of the issues I have mentioned above pertain to you, then during this New Moon focus on your ambitions, write your goals down and set the intention that by the Full Moon steps to realizing your goals be shown to you, and that during the Waning Moon all obstacles blocking your path to manifesting your goals and ambitions be removed.

Enjoy this time of discovering the many new aspects of self awaiting your recognition. We truly are in a new world of opportunity and experience. Grasp it with  both hands and make this one of your best years to date.

A dazzling white light merkaba from the fifth dimension is now approaching to take, in their etheric bodies, those who choose to come. With intention, step into that vehicle of light and take your seat. We ask you to start preparing yourself by centering within, and allowing yourself to feel and to perceive the buoyant and joyous energies of this Flame already enfolding you. We ask that through this journey, you breathe as deeply as you can, in order to return as much of the energies of this Flame to your outer awareness. This experience is another op­portunity to ignite for yourself the next level of the purifica­tion process for every cell, atom and electron of your physical and all subtle bodies.

Youp! Since we are not very far away, we are already there. Open yourself to this experience as consciously as you can, and enjoy! This temple is built as a huge, very tall scintillating white light pyramid with four sides. If you have been to the one in Egypt, you will notice that it is not exactly the same, but similar in many ways. Of course, the fifth dimensional aspects of those two ascension pyramids are so much more glorious, elegant and magnificent in nature than the outer one visible to your eyes in Egypt. The one in Telos does not have a third dimensional counterpart as at Luxor, and its power and beauty are stunning.

Step off the merkaba and follow us to the "Hall of Ascension," where each one of you will be introduced to the Ascension Brotherhood guide who will escort you during your experience here. Feel the air, the energies, the power and the brilliance of this holy place. We also encourage you to pay attention to your guide and ask any question you want clarity on. This is your ex­perience, beloveds, and you create it in any way you wish. Our role is simply to accompany you with our love and wisdom.

At times, you are almost blinded by such brilliance, and this is good. You are now walking through a corridor of exquisite beauty, leading to the atomic accelerator chamber. Continue to fill your lungs and consciousness with this beauty and joy. As you walk along, there are many beings who serve in this temple or are visiting here, who notice you and greet you with their smiles and gestures of friendship. All of them, in their own way, welcome you and send you their blessings. The halls of this temple are usually open only for those whose candidature for ascension has been accepted.

The guardians of the atomic accelerator chamber bid you wel­come and you are now entering this great hall with your guide. What you see is a very large room that contains several hundred small dazzling white crystalline pyramids circling the main focus of that Flame in the center of the room. You are almost overtaken by the wonder and magnificence of the immortal un­fed Flame of Ascension burning bright in front of you, almost 200 feet tall and 100 feet in diameter at the base.

Its power almost overwhelms you and you know that once you have had a deep experience of this Flame you will never quite be the same again, unless you consciously choose to return to your former level of resonance. In spite of its great rushing power, it does not emit any noise, except the melodious sounds of music that is created by this energy field. Also notice the sweet fragrance that facilitates the raising of your frequency emanating from the energies of the Ascension Flame.

With your guide, you now walk around the base of the Flame to fill yourself with all the spiritual gifts that you can receive here today. Your guide, who has already chosen one of the smaller pyramids for you, invites you to step in for your next experi­ence. Each one of these small pyramids of light contains an atomic activator, on which you sit comfortably, that will assist in raising your vibration to a level that is comfortable for you. These accelerators have been designed in such a way that they could raise you to the Ascension frequency and immortality, but this is not the goal of this experience. You are truly here to experience "a little push" to your next level that is differ­ent for each one. The level of acceleration each one receives is calibrated to their level of initiation and readiness on their pathway.

As much as some of you would love to experience the full Ascension at this time, you will not disappear. We guarantee you that you will return to your physical bodies in good shape and charged with a new and purer vibration in your auric field. What is an atomic accelerator? For those of you not yet familiar with this concept that Master Saint Germain has spoken about in his channelings of the last century, let us describe it briefly. He is one of the designers of this technology. The atomic accel­erator does exactly what its name says. It is a crystalline seat or chair designed with a technology that creates the frequency of the Ascension Flame for those sitting on it. Like many of your instruments, it possesses a dial of control, and as you meditate on this Flame and pour the love of your heart into it, you are infused by your guide with this frequency at the exact level that best serves you in the now moment. Your guides already know the frequency that is best for you, and they are well trained in applying it.

This type of technology is not available yet in your dimension. It has the ability to transform into perfection every element that vibrates at a frequency less than the purest Love essence of the Creator. One can really and symbolically say that it has the ability to transform base metals into the purest gold. In other words, when the time comes for you to make your Ascension, it will transform your mortal body with all its im­perfections and limitations into your immortal deathless solar body of light, with the majesty and splendor that come with it.

As you continue to sit on the seat assigned to you, keep breath­ing while communing with your Divine Essence and with your Creator. Set your goals of Ascension for this life and open your heart to your God. (Pause for integration)

When you feel complete, look into the eyes of your guide and receive the love that he imparts to you through the eyes of his soul and express your gratitude. When you feel ready, stand up and direct your consciousness to exit, with your guide, the chamber you are in, and retrace your steps back to the merkaba that brought you here. We are now taking you back to Aurelia's home with your auric fields and hearts filled with a new love and a new light vibration. It is up to you to maintain, nurture and expand it.

A Tool for Creating a Chalice of Light

Greetings, beloveds, this is Adama with Master Saint Germain. I would like to talk to you about the atomic accelerator that many of you already know as the Ascension chair used on the inner planes for several purposes. There are many of you who have studied the teachings of the former dispensations with Saint Germain, where this concept has been mentioned several times, but may not be fully understood. Allow us to give you now a greater understanding of this wondrous tool, beloved ones, so that you can use it to assist yourselves and others on your pathway to Ascension.

It is a tool to assist the raising of vibration of a can­didate for Ascension. It contains the frequencies of the pure white Light of the Ascension Flame. It can also be used to raise one's vibration gradually and gently. When the dial is turned on full force, it will literally lift someone into the vibration of the electronic body for full, instant and permanent Ascension into the light realm, and fifth dimensional consciousness.

In the past and now, many candidates on the inner planes, when ready for their earthly graduation, have received their full and majestic Ascension ceremony in the Light Realm, hon­ored and supported by a large gathering of masters and beings from many dimensions, by sitting on one of these chairs. When the button is turned on full force, all energies remaining in the records of the candidate less than pure Light and pure Love are dissolved in the intensity of the Ascension frequency. The candidate is instantly transformed and reconnected with the fullness of their Divine Essence, with all spiritual gifts and at­tributes restored.

This is the true and permanent ceremony of divine union, be­loveds! This is the great alchemical marriage with Self that so many of you are longing for. Although this is not the only way one can make their Ascension—there are indeed several other options—this is the one most commonly used now.

In order for one to receive this gift, one must definitely be spiritually ready at all levels, or the results could be disastrous. You can trust that none of us would ever offer to do this with anyone who has not yet attained the full level of initiations required to receive such a blessing. There are a few of these chairs on this planet kept in various spiritual, fifth dimen­sional retreats of the Great White Brotherhood. We have one in Telos and Saint Germain has one at his retreat at Jackson Peak in Wyoming. There is also one in the Himalayas and in a few other retreats.

Our channel, Aurelia, was directed by us several years ago to invite friends to her home once a month, to conduct a ritual Ascension ceremony for those desiring to deepen their com­mitment to this goal, to the spiritual hierarchy of this planet and to their I AM Presence. Each time Aurelia facilitated this ceremony with a group, a great number of us came to assist. Master Saint Germain always came with his portable atomic accelerator, which consists of a small etheric box which he positions under the chair in your dimension designed for that purpose.

Each time, Saint Germain himself controls the intensity and velocity that each candidate can receive in order to raise their vibration to the next level, without significant discomfort or disturbance of the present level. This moveable accelerator box is the same technology as a full version atomic accelerator chair in the light realm. But it is designed to be used for ceremonies performed in locations where surface people have chosen to do their Ascension work.

Aurelia has conducted these Ascension ceremonies since 1994, in her home while living in Montana. She has continued this service for the planet and for humanity ever since on a regu­lar basis. She has performed this service of Light with every group that has come to Mount Shasta for initiatic journeys, and also in several other countries of the world during her travels abroad for conferences and workshops.

The Benefits and the Power of Building Momentum

We have noticed how wondrously powerful and beautiful the energies have become over the years, with each ritual Aurelia has facilitated adding energy to the sum total of all past cere­monies. With great interest and gratitude, we observed that after many years of regular practice of this ritual, the Chalice of Light now created with each ceremony is building a huge mo­mentum. The energies almost double in intensity and beauty each time this sacred ceremony is performed. It affects and helps not only the people participating in the group, but cre­ates a web of Light touching almost the entire planet.

Many of you are not making the progress on your spiritual jour­ney as rapidly as you would like or achieving the results you want in your mundane endeavors. This is mainly because you are not in the habit of creating enough momentum to achieve your goals. Building greater momentum is needed to gather enough energy in your world to create whatever you want.

Even the beings portraying the "shadow side"

understand this principle very well, and they are far more vigilant in

building their momentum of darkness than the People of Light have been

 in building their momentum of Light.

Your complacency is one of the main factors for the deep level of darkness, density and pain this whole planet has fallen into. Momentum of Light is what all those of us who have become masters have accumulated enough of in order to manifest whatever we want, at any time we desire it.

At first, in 1994, when Aurelia began to do her little ceremo­nies with four or five people, the Chalice of Light created with each ceremony was very small and not nearly as powerful as it is today. She continued to build her momentum, year by year, doing ceremonies each time she had enough people interested. She was unaware of its expanding impact.

With each ceremony, Master Saint Germain arrives with his etheric atomic accelerator box, invisible to those not yet clair­voyant, and puts it beneath the chair designated and decorated for that purpose. In our realm, we consider it to be a physical box, made of fifth dimensional technology and certain types of crystals. It has dials that one can turn on and off, just like the technologies in your realm.

When the group is ready, and the invocation of intention is made by Aurelia, Master Saint Germain turns on the atomic ac­celerator. What does it do? All around and beneath the chair, there is an emanation of Ascension frequency that begins radi­ating outward. The person sitting on the chair receives accord­ing to his level of evolution and capacity to receive.

The process is monitored carefully because the Ascension Flame energy emanating from the little box could literally make you become invisible quickly if turned on full blast. Be assured that until the time for the full glory of your Ascension is offered, you will receive safe increments each time these ceremonies are performed.

As you evolve your consciousness, the Ascension Flame helps your purification process in greater measure each time, and as­sists in the raising of your vibration every time you set up your intention through this sacred ritual.

It is so beautiful when you do this, if you could only see it from our perspective. As you gather together, you assist and hold the energy for each other. Each person comes forth to sit on the chair to declare their intention vocally before their friends and before their God to express their desire and intention for Ascension. The candidate also declares the will­ingness to do whatever it takes to make this happen. As the candidate formulates a prayer, Master Saint Germain adjusts the dial of his accelerator to flood the forcefield with the level of Ascension frequency appropriate for that person in the now moment.

Each time you speak from the heart on the chair and set your intention, you create an explosion of Love and Light that is most wondrous to behold. This is why, when you hold these gatherings, there is always a large assembly of Light Beings from the many realms of this planet, many other planets and star systems who delight in seeing what you are doing. They wish to witness this wondrous explosion of Light created by members of surface humanity. They always add to your momen­tum of Light their love, support and comfort.

How to Create Your Ceremony

What you do is to gather in a circle. Each person comes forth to sit on the designated Ascension Chair and states their inten­tion, preferably aloud with a fully opened heart, their goals for this life and their Ascension. Make the most honorable prayer your heart dictates or inspires you to do at this moment.

Each person holds in her/his hands a special crystal provided by the facilitator, and sits on the chair for about three to five minutes. When finished, he/she gives a sign of completion with the eyes, and the group sings three "AUMs" to assist anchoring this energy in the physical while the person remains seated. Prior to singing each AUM, the facilitator or designated per­son, rings the Tibetan bells once. Then the person returns to his/her seat, and the next person comes forth. People do not need to come in a specific order. There is always a natural flow created and each one takes his/her turn when they feel ready. The facilitator usually goes last, but this is not a rule.

When everyone is finished, Saint Germain, Serapis Bey and myself, Adama, invite you to drink an elixir which we charge with the frequency of the "Golden Liquid Light." The facilitator pours sparkling apple juice or some other juice into small con­tainers and distributes it to the group.

The facilitator, or someone else, makes a short invocation to ask that the liquid each person holds in their right hand be infused with the frequency of the Golden Liquid Light. The one making the invocation pauses for a moment for the officiat­ing masters to transform the liquid at the frequency that is most appropriate for each person. When given the signal, each person slowly drinks the liquid that has now become a sacred alchemical elixir, expressing their deep gratitude for the gift and the rich blessings that are bestowed upon them.

The elixirs created during Ascension activations are just as ef­fective as the ones we give you on the inner plane. You heard or read in one of the I AM books, around 1930, when David Lloyd drank the elixir given to him by Saint Germain on Mount Shasta, he immediately began to disappear and ascended into the Realms of Light in front of a crowd, creating much wonder­ment for each one present. Know, beloved ones, that David LLoyd could have made his Ascension differently, but it was the choice he made in the inner plane to ascend in this spe­cial manner, and it was granted. It happened this way for him because it was his time to ascend.

We could also charge the elixir for you in such a way that you could disappear, but that's not the plan for you right now. We are simply not going to do that, even if you ask! Not until it is your time, and believe us, several people have made that request. Sorry friends, for those who have requested this, but it is imperative that you wait for your right timing.

There will come a time in the future when group Ascension will manifest, and in some cases, it will happen in front of others who will witness this. This time is not so far away. This will nev­er take anyone who ascends by surprise. If this happens to you, it is because you are totally prepared and have fully consented to this type of Ascension.

When you hold your gatherings with the atomic accelerator, Master Saint Germain always controls the exact amount of energy given to each one, according to the level of vibration each person can handle.

Some of you are hesitant or shy to speak your heart openly in front of your brothers and sisters. Know, dear ones, in the light realms there are no secrets; everything is known. It is best that you start getting used to it now if you intend to come here. It will be easier Later. Once you make it to the higher dimensions nothing can be hidden. It is a very good practice to be able to open your heart in front of your brothers and sisters and hold nothing back.

There is no shame in what you are doing! It is so beautiful! It creates an explosion of Light each time, and your Light is amplified as you support each other, building a Momentum of Light on your "journey to the stars."

We invite you now to start meeting in groups of all sizes in your cities, villages and countries, at least once a month, as broth­ers and sisters, to reinforce your desires and intentions for your spiritual goals. Allow a momentum to build with each ceremony and with each one's intentions.

Imagine how powerful this can be! What you will be doing is creating little webs of Ascension Light everywhere on the planet that will gain greater and greater momentum as more and more people do this. This Momentum of Light will gain greater power as the energies created join together. This is the great Momentum of Light and Ascension Flame that is needed to propel this planet and all of humanity choosing to ascend in a great swirling tornado of Ascension Light that will dissolve all darkness on this planet, fully restoring back every man, woman and child to the dignity of their divinity.

This is how darkness will be totally dispelled and swallowed up in a great victory of Light. But you have to do your part in your dimension, beloved children of our heart. It will not simply happen automatically without your contribution and participa­tion, or by wishing it to be so.

Aurelia - This is the most incredible offering that you have given us about getting groups together around the world, and experiencing levels of Ascension frequency through facilitat­ing Ascension ceremonies and taking in spiritual elixirs. You are offering us a permanent increase of frequency through this beautiful ritual, is that correct?

Adama - We are, and you can do it as often as you wish. It is up to you if you want to use this as a tool to assist yourself on your pathway. It is a tool whose energies simply build up and increase as you unite together. Many people want to ascend, but they often forget to set their intention and are not always willing to put in the effort necessary to attain the fullness of their spiritual freedom.

In the time of Lemuria, we used to participate in Ascension ceremonies weekly. Even the children participated with other children of their age group and enjoyed this very much. In fact, for most children, the permission to attend those ceremonies was considered a reward they looked forward to each week.

When you get together and reinforce your intentions, it be­comes more powerful in your life. These gatherings can be created as wonderful ways to spend time together with like-minded people. You can even share a meal together afterwards, if you wish. This is the Lemurian way, to do things together very simply, without pomp or circumstance, simply being the gods and goddesses that we are. We invite you to do and be the same. Take advantage of these tools that help you raise your consciousness in very simple and pleasant ways.

And so be it, beloved children of our heart. Be in peace and in love with yourself. Soon, we will meet you face to face in the arms of Love.

Naturally, some people are still unsure of the reason why the 21st. December was a relatively quiet affair, but we would emphasize that as a civilization you took a great step forward. What is now important is that you continue to focus on all that you wish to be manifested, and you will see it gradually take place. Now that you have left the lower energies behind it will be easier to achieve results, as you will no longer be impeded or held back. Progress as we measure it is the level to which you can raise your consciousness, and it did not reach the expected or desired level before Ascension date. If your intent had been more powerful the result may have been more successful, but you did bring success much nearer than previously. Dear Ones, 21.12. was a success for many individuals, and be assured each soul will have received the higher energies. That can only have been good news because it means that the vibrations upon Earth have risen up, and you have moved that much further into the New Age.

In respect of the many changes that are needed to finally put an end to duality, we along with our allies have never let up in our efforts to bring them in to being. Consequently, they are getting ever nearer to manifestation. As you will know we must carry out the changes with your approval and not impose our will upon you. We are therefore careful to ensure that our allies keep everything above board and within your legal system. However, you do have laws that were not made for the betterment of people or in Love and Light. Those will not be allowed to stop progress and in any event will eventually be removed, as will all those laws that are used to falsely imprison people. In the future all laws will be reviewed and only those that are fair and just and maintain your freedom and sovereignty will be retained. It also means that any person falsely imprisoned will be released, and we know that there are many in this situation.

In time your levels of consciousness will be such that criminal actions will be far from your thoughts, and eventually there will be no crime and therefore no need for prisons at all. Minor indiscretions will be considered by higher Beings, who will decide if any action needs to be taken. Often it is unnecessary as in recognizing their mistake, the answer is already apparent to the soul involved. You presently have the Ten Commandments that have served you very well, except that they are set aside and ignored by those who only care and serve Self. Such souls cannot continue in this way, and will find themselves unable to advance with those who do accept the Oneness of All That Is. They will seal their own fate, and stay within the lower vibrations by their own choice. They will have no one else to blame for their situation, as so often they have been warned of the need to change their ways.

As time passes you will begin to notice more and more, that all types of corrupt practices are being investigated and the culprits are being revealed. It is the result of the upliftment in your levels of consciousness, that desires a return to honesty in all dealings and transactions. There will be no hiding place as the facts will come out as part of the cleansing that is taking place. Anything that still remains of the lower energies is being purged, as you prepare to introduce the changes taking you into the New Age. The media is still largely in the hands of those who hide the truth, but they cannot prevent other mediums such as the Internet revealing the facts.

The whole process of bringing the changes in is not easy, as there are so many people with vested interests in preventing them. However, progress cannot be stopped, and much still happens to move matters on until they reach a point when action can be taken. At this time you have what may be called a "bottleneck" because so many aspects of the changes are verging on completion together. Once what is happening becomes apparent, there will be a whole series of events following in quick succession. Having stepped onto a new pathway there will be changes at various times in the future, over some years before you finally become fully fledged Galactic Beings. These will be most enjoyable experiences, particularly as you will be beyond any interference that presently originates from the lower dimensions.

Disclosure is such an important factor in your evolution that nothing will be left to chance where it is concerned. From our point of view there are still too many people that hold some measure of fear at the prospect of us openly coming to Earth. We are therefore looking for better coverage of our presence from your media, but it must be done correctly and not for sensationalism. There is no doubt whatsoever that we must go ahead soon, and we cannot wait indefinitely. So you may be sure we are doing all we can to create the right setting for disclosure to go ahead. It will be a most momentous occasion and celebrations will be in order for such an historic event.

Time continues to go faster and as it does you will likely lose track of it as it does not dominate your life as previously. This will go along with forgetfulness and a tendency to live in the now. It is bringing you to a point where you will find that life becomes easier by simply going with the flow. We know some people cannot exist without having everything planned, but you will all adapt to the changes and find life is so much more enjoyable taking it as it comes. It will help inasmuch that as you go further into the New Age you will have much more time to yourself, and few if any worries. You have not really experienced what it is like to be free, because you have been imprisoned on your own planet. It has become accepted as normal, and this is why we of the Galactic Federation of Light and others have spent so much time trying to get you to awake to the truth.

Dear Ones, whether you have recognized it or not, you have moved a lot further along your path since the Millennium. This has fulfilled our belief that given more time, more souls would respond to the increasing levels of Light reaching your Earth. Now virtually every soul has moved on through Ascension and have taken in more of the higher energies. They will be further uplifted by the continuing flow, and events showing major changes for the better will be of considerable help. We leave you with our unending Love and blessings for your future.

Beloved Ones, welcome to the Age of Aquarius, the Golden Age of Love and Light, of evolution and of Harmony. This is a most wondrous and fabulous time which awaits you all. Despite the fact that many souls temporarily lost hope, a determination is firmly growing again which will empower all of you in your onward evolution. Your evolution has grown by leaps and bounds on many levels and the issues, who somewhat got stuck behind and who yearn to bring renovations, will pass through the cleft of the door.

This cleft will remain wide open for all who wish to go along and actively participate in this renewed World. Gaia in particular is most grateful for your continued perseverance and your convictions to keep on threading the path of enlightenment. It requires a tremendous perseverance and power to be able to continue this in all the enlightenment and the Love which are your hearts.

We have always been aware of the fact that you would make it this far and there is no way back anymore into this density and this illusion, since your hearts are creating a whole different world and state of Being full of Love and Light. A most gloriously radiant time has arrived and the radiance of it will flourish fully throughout your world. Afore-mentioned radiance depicts your hearts and souls who are enlightening up to your highest state of Being and your highest gradation of the Light. Nothing or nobody will stand in your way when your determination brings you where you presently are.

Many attempts have been done to try to counteract this process coming into manifestation, but to no avail for those attempts have not been successful. The Light is unstoppable and is much more powerful than the will of the dark. You have had enough with this duality, and so we welcome you to the Golden Age of enlightenment where only enlightenment will be the order of the day. Master Saint Germain is at the helm of this Age and his work will bear fruits on condition that you have faith and believe that miracles do happen and are a reality.

A long time ago a decision was made by the hearts of humanity that they were fed up with duality and that it had to come to its end once and for all. What has been sown will now come to pass! Even if for some hearts and souls it seems that they are still dwelling in the same world of sorrow and pain, I advise you to not give up and to look through the illusion! Deep within your being tremendous changes have taken place and much has faded ; Love has been born and has grown. The outer world will follow, what is left to deal with are just the last debaucheries and creations which once have started and find their exit.

Many hearts and souls have recovered themselves in the truth of their beings, the sole truth of their beings. There is only your truth and not that  of somebody else; the opinions of someone else are all too often contradictory with your own. That’s why I have to emphasize that you must have faith in yourself for it is ultimately your own truth that will lead YOU on YOUR way back home. Every culture has its own differences, its own nuances. Every ‘race’ if I may describe it so rather disrespectfully, has its own differences and this applies also to the Galactic and the Higher World of the Light.

The Masters for instance will have different opinions and thoughts than the Archangels, a Pleiadian will have different customs and convictions than a being from Sirius. To get the point accross : despite the many differences which we keep, there is and always will be a unity and a warmth of Love for one another! This remains true as long as Love is the motivation and the source from which all originates and emerges. Love is the ‘glue’ that holds us all together and than it doesn’t matter what the differences are : for we are all one and forming one!

Many souls choose to depart this world often resulting in feelings of sadness for those remaining. Many times we hear the question :”why?” followed by some nasty remarks aimed at each other. This sadness often brings with it a kind of distress and even anger which can destabilize you and lead you into lower, darker vibrations.

We do not ask you not to feel grief with the crossing over of a beloved person as that would be inhuman to request this of you all. Rather we ask that you let go of these occurrences and that you cherish this experience because all too often this is the choice made at the soul level of those departing. Some souls choose to instruct and to give some issues the chance to free themselves out of the collective thinking or better said : to help humanity with freeing their collective thinking out of those issues. Other souls choose a more easy path for themselves to reach their Ascension by leaving their physical vessels behind and in doing so come closer to their Light and to God.

Never forget that you are extremely strong by choosing the path to perform this Ascension WITH your physical vessels involved in the process. This requires a lot of trust, willpower, patience and perseverance!! Never underestimate yourselves : you are immensely powerful and beloved by going through this whole process. No single word can duly express our gratitude nor can it let you feel how we only have your best interest at heart and certainly not how grateful we and Gaia truly are! With all of my soul, my Light and my heart I express my deepest gratitude for being here and to ask you to keep on going just a little while longer. A marvellous world is being born and this thanks to you! Keep on building with all of your Love : the more you are in a state of pure Love the more a radiant splendor will emerge for you.

Build your happiness by being there for each other, by being yourself in all times, the great and the not so great times. Build your projects with your heart in the right place and with the intention of guiding this world to a much better, a more beautiful place. It will be a world of everlasting luck! , this is what the new earth energies are
all about. What are many forgetting?

 

As we have moved through the shift, even though not noticeable for some,
changes have taken place. Many people have told me they feel like the energy of
the earth has changed and they feel without any clear direction.

 

Some are just floating in between and finding it hard to get that inner
direction.

 

It is like we have accomplished something, but now we do not know what the next
step is.

 

I have also noticed many still holding on to old beliefs, old matrixes, old
systems and thinking the way to change those systems can be done while still
having those old beliefs.

 

Many are holding on to the old thought system that was there before the shift,
all that they knew before the shift, they think most of that still applies to
this new world somehow.

 

We even see it in some of the channelings, there is not really something new,
it is either a repeat or a continuation of what was happening before the shift,
and what was told to us before the shift.

 

The only difference is that now more are talking about some of the new
energies, that we have new creational abilities, there is more love, kindness
and compassion.

 

What is happening is that even though we moved through the shift into these new
energies, and yes they allow for a better ability to create or manifest, people
still have old matrixes within them, matrixes and belief systems that even
though they think the new energies are here, they can feel they are here, they
are not ready to fully use them as the old matrixes and belief systems are
within their being, their consciousness, their mind.

 

You can say I have released all that, but saying you have released them doesn’t
mean the imprints have been released.

 

Belief systems are very stubborn, and I have not seen many who were able to
completely eradicate them, even though their thought system is different, there
is still the imprint within the consciousness. Especially the overall human
consciousness. And no matter what, this does influence some of what you think
and do.

 

Belief systems are not just thought systems within your own thought system.

 

They are embedded within our DNA, in our society, in our consciousness, even
within our energy systems.

 

How many have really worked on clearing all that out?

 

Most have just worked on clearing it from their mind.

 

It’s not easy to clear out any of this, and the best place to start is usually
within your own being, and even that is something that is not that easy as it
requires a lot of guidance within and conscious actions. Not just a thought
that says, I am clearing out all of this.

 

Energy does not really work that way, energy needs to be moved consciously,
this is what the new earth energies are all about. Doing the work consciously,
not just thought, but conscious action.

 

How else are we going to learn how to be conscious creators?

 

This is the age of the spirit, the so called golden age of the sun and our
light bodies are in a way fueled by the sun in many ways.

 

But our light bodies are not always fully present with us, or even outside of
us, we have some access to them, we can communicate with some of them, but many
are inactive as they have not been used for a long time because of the density
within the 3d world.

 

The energies at this moment feel lighter, I don’t know if many have noticed, it
feels a bit more fluid and this is why some are experiencing some things
happening faster, maybe manifesting faster.

 

But many are still doing this from within the old belief system and matrixes.

 

Even though it is a good experience to see something manifested, most of the
time it is not a real conscious experience of really creating it yourself,
working with the energies yourself.

 

And as you start to learn how to work with these energies, these new energies,
you have to understand that they work in a different way than the old energies
and also it requires some adjustment of how you think.

 

It requires adjustments within the energy bodies, the physical body, the mind,
the brain and even the heart. As these new energies are in a way very different
than the old energies from before the shift.

 

Yes, not much has changed within the overall human consciousness, but this does
not mean the energies upon earth are not different. Many have told me it feels
more quiet, more peaceful, lighter, but in a way more powerful.

 

As an energy worker myself I can see the difference, I feel the difference and
did go through the process of adjustment to these energies as they affected my
way of thinking, way of feeling and working with the energies.

 

To me it feels for myself I have graduated in a way from the old, and now this
whole new world has opened up and it is going to take some time to adjust and
learn how to work in it.

 

But the goal still stands, even though the outer circumstances have changed,
the inner guidance is still there, go all the way, learn everything there is to
learn in this new world and get to the goal you have set for yourself.

Being called a disciplinarian is something that has been directed my way for centuries. Through my tutelage, you will be guided but there will be no holding back of your progress as you work towards increasing your human qualities. There are numerous dear souls that live among you, sharing your beloved Earth  that consider the mere word “discipline” as a bad word that instead is compared to the absence of freedom. Many that are undisciplined tend to be controlled by their tempers, cravings and passions that can cause over-indulgence. Understand dear ones that the ones that are undisciplined are truly without the freedom that is given when you have been gifted with certain talents and skills such as playing an instrument, knack for writing poetry, or creating delicious and eye appeasing desserts. 
 
Realize dear ones Self-Discipline encompasses your actions in accordance to what it is you think rather of how you are feeling at a precise moment. Sometimes sacrificing includes letting go of something that is pleasurable in order to commit to something else that has more meaning and importance in your life. It is Self-Discipline that encourages you to make these choices. Parents do this all the time for their children. How many times have you sacrificed your own sleep to look after your child’s fever through the night, or when you may have agreed to go with your child’s class on a field trip instead of having a relaxing day of your own? There are many instances that can be offered, but sacrifice for many is a daily occurrence. 
 
We have witnessed many that were under the influence of Self-Discipline while working on a project where the initial enthusiasm vanished. They continued working anyway knowing the importance of the finished product. The dedication many of you give to have your physical body in tip top condition instead of relaxing on your sofas demonstrates Self-Discipline. Whenever you wake yourself early just so you can meditate, study a bit or to enjoy the peaceful silence requires Self-Discipline. When many are on diets, especially during the early stages when the stomach begins to shrink the most, many want to quit, but their inner voice urges them to continue – that is Self-Discipline when they continue to honour their body through healthy food choices and portions. There are many examples of Self-Discipline that can be exercised in your day and many still do them without realizing they are illustrating discipline at all. 
 
Many dear souls who have been on their journey of self-discovery have come to the realization that Self-Discipline was a weakness, something that took great effort. But we have seen many of you put your heart and soul into something that you truly wanted and were successful because of many attributes that include Self-Discipline. Everyone has the ability to be more disciplined and committed to their journey and to improve their quality of life in all areas; it is merely a matter of choice and sticking to that choice especially during the hard and challenging times. 
 
There are a few necessary traits that contribute to increasing your own Self-Discipline. One is Self-Knowledge. You are required to choose which behaviour is best to reflect the goals you wish to achieve and demonstrate the values that help to create who you are. This does require you to go within and reflect, analyse yourself and make it a habit to write your goals, dreams and ambitions down. Many people we have witnessed are empowered when they create their own mission statements and keep that statement close by to encourage them of their journey and what it is they are aiming to achieve. Of course you must choose what is best for you, but remember your choices now is what is helping you create your tomorrow. 
 
Another trait that is part of being Self-Disciplined is being consciously aware. This does make perfect sense dear ones. You need to be aware of what you are doing or not doing. If you are not aware of your behaviour is speaking of undisciplined volumes, how would you be able to know how to react or act differently? While increasing your Self-Discipline, you may from time-to-time find yourself within the actions of being undisciplined, you may bite your nails, realize you have ignored going to the gym or abandoned your diet. Be observant and in time you will catch yourself quicker. Each time you notice you didn’t follow through on a positive life-changing choice you are provided with the opportunity to make another decision to resume your choices that are positive and disciplined that helps bring you into perfect alignment of the goals you are aiming to achieve. 
 
Even though you make the effort to write your goals, dreams and ambitions, you also need to make a personal commitment with yourself that you will follow through. What will happen is your internal alarm will alert you to wake early so you can meditate but you are suddenly under the impulse to ignore your inner alarm or that project that you have been working on even through the initial enthusiasm has drifted becomes a struggle to complete. Commitment can be a struggle for many dear souls. You are encouraged to begin making conscious choices that are easy to follow through each time, then increasing the level of difficulty in your choices at certain intervals that provides you a checkpoint on your prognosis. It may take longer to reach your desired goal, but with your determination and commitment you will succeed reaching your goals, dreams and ambitions. 
 
Becoming more disciplined does require hard work and effort. Being more Self-Disciplined relies on your courage. Many try to pretend something is easy while they are struggling and find the task at hand painful and difficult. It requires courage to rise and face this difficulty and seek the help and support required that will enable you to reach fulfillment of what you are aiming to achieve. Over time you will acquire little victories where you persevered and kept going. These little victories of winning the inner battles within yourself that tell you to quit will help to increase your confidence and before you know it thanks to the courage you have brought into your ambitions, dreams and goals Self-Discipline will start coming to you naturally. 
 
Dear ones, you will find yourself being tested and sometimes you may begin to listening to the negative self-talking that is going on within the mind. You can control this by re-encouraging yourself the importance of your goals, why you are putting out so much effort, what it is you are aiming to achieve. Reassure yourself through positive self-talk that you LOVE what you are doing. Dig a little deeper if need be and reinforce your energy with a fresh wave of courage to help further your commitment and hang onto the awareness of the task you applying your effort to fulfill. 
 
When you are so driven to fulfill any areas of your journey it is important dear ones to remain focused and aware. Commit to yourself and to the path you are on. Yes it can be a daunting path, but it is also filled with wondrous rewards. Come, seek my presence and we will travel far but know you will be encouraged to always give at least 100%. Today and every day you are deeply loved not only by me, but by the many that walk beside you and of course you are loved and cherished by God.

Warm greetings to all.

This transmission of love is here to assist you in your expanded awareness of your Divine Self. What is asked of you here is that you simply and gently notice the Presence of Divinity that pours through you as you read these words. Notice the transmission of love that comes from your own heart. Nothing more is asked of you here. I shall begin this talk on the Rainbow Light Body by first stating that it is all about YOU and your Self-awareness. This Body of Light is but the radiant manifestation of God that you are. This Radiance holds no form, no limits and no descriptions of Itself. It simply IS. However, in the human realm there are indeed many terminologies and teachings that attempt to explain with clarity the true nature of this Light Body. I can tell you with great joy that It is sublime beyond your human imaginings. It is called by many names, such as the Higher Self, True Self, Divine Self, Rainbow Light Body, Fifth-dimensional Light Body, Etheric Body, Causal Body, Diamond Self, etc. From a multidimensional perspective, yes, there are what you term "levels," "stages" and "degrees" to this Divine Body of Light that you are. There can be said to be many types of Light Bodies, indeed. But ask yourself, what is the point of holding so many distinctions? You are all very much aware of various names and concepts regarding such things, but where does it all end? And does it ever really end? The "paradox" from a multidimensional perspective is that it never ends, for creation is a multifaceted diamond. That is why one name for this Body of Light is the Diamond Self, because in this state it is everyone and everything. The so-called paradox here is that on the other hand all things must come to their end, for things are temporary, they are temporal and spatial, whereas the true nature of Divine Light is that It is unmoved and unchanged. It never really ceases to be the Indefinable Reality. This is not for the human mind to comprehend. However, it is mentioned here because there is a deep inner knowing within you that KNOWS it is Perfect beyond measure. This inner Self-knowledge cannot be touched by the ego, yet the ego can and does act as a cloud to obscure the Radiant Clarity of your Divine Perfection. Little does the ego know that, in a manner of speaking, it too is sourced from the same Perfection!

Breathe with Me, dear ones. Breathe and remember that Divine Presence within you right now. It is You! This treatise on activating the Rainbow Light Body is not really about "activating" anything. I confessed! It IS about you showing an active interest in your True Nature, which cannot be known by the intellect. I will share with you some exercises and some "secrets" about realizing the Rainbow Light Body. First, It is of course not a "body" as you would term It, for It has no structure or form. It is Divine Clarity. Some of you may be familiar with the term, the "Clear Light." Well, this is a very good term, in that it speaks of a Light that is beyond the spectrum of light as you know it. Try to imagine, if you will, a Colorless Light. Sound a bit paradoxical? Very good, for humans can only learn through lessons of paradox. I, however, am familiar with both human paradox and a Reality in which no paradox really exists. The latter is the True Natural State of the Light Body.

Breathe deeply, friends. The first "secret" here is that the dense reality that you know was created on the out-breath of Source. Now, this out-breath of density, dense light, is where you humans sometimes make a noisy sigh when you feel frustration, tension. Remember, "As above, so below." This is all metaphor here, for I can only "speak" to you in a way that you may comprehend using human metaphors. Well, the Creator, in this sense, SIGHED the creation of the multiverse. Does this sound negative? Understand, if you will, that creation was created through a degree of tension; in other words God created a hologram, a facsimile, of Itself. Yes, I just called God a FAX MACHINE! (Smile) The analogy here being that a fax machine can produce endless copies or "holograms" from itself, while at the same time never losing any of its own weight, its own essence and identity. In the same way, there IS NO lessening of God's Light through creation, although Its holograms/parts appear vibrationally less radiant than the Whole. God is ALWAYS Absolute and Unchanged. How can Source ever cease to be Itself?

It is not possible, My friends, and in the same way, the Light Body does not need to be "activated" or "created" by you, nor can It be. You must simply have an ACTIVE INTEREST in It, and It will lead the way. Every religion speaks of the Light Body in some manner. It is depicted in science fiction, movies, comic books and many forms of entertainment, even expressed through music. Now, this out-breath of creation is where Divine Light appears to become tensified or densified into matter. Your legendary Bruce Lee understood this Taoist principle very well through his trademark "Yeows!" and force projection techniques. Projection is the out-breath, the electric yang principle. Attraction is the in-breath of creation; the magnetic yin principle of the Cosmic Mother. Now, through simply learning to adjust and relax your breathing patterns you can bring in more prana, more Light or Life Force, on your in-breaths, as well as discharge less tension and more Love and Light on your out-breaths. While all this is happening, your Radiant Light Body is never diminished nor depleted of Its Light/Life Force Energy, which is endless. Using your imagination, you could simply picture your Light Body as breathing you into a greater manifestation of Pure Light. You can practice seeing your physical body as a "puppet," if you will, of your Divine Self. This is the opposite of how the ego uses the body as a puppet, to further its sense of separation from others and its Source. You have no true "free will" when under the influence of the ego. When you allow your Higher Self to "pull the strings," so to speak, you are actually claiming your power as an empowered sovereign Being of Light, where you recognize that there is in fact only One True Will, and it is God's, thus it is yours. Most of humanity still has this backwards, believing that through asserting the will of the ego is the way to happiness and success. But as the very wise Dr. Wayne Dyer often reminds other Truth-seekers, "There is no way to happiness. Happiness IS the way." Therefore, the only "way" to happiness is through choosing happiness, and for many people who are feeling fatigued and stressed, this must first come in the form of finding some quick relief from tension to ease the sense of a heavy burden. A very natural and immediate way to find relief is through putting your attention on your breathing pattern, even if you do not initially take any deep breaths. For AWARENESS of the breath is very empowering when you make the choice to learn what your habitual way of breathing is telling you about yourself; your perceptions, beliefs and attitude about yourself and your world. Your Light Body responds immediately with giving you more Light when you open your mind and heart to discovering WHY you react in the subtle and not-so-subtle ways that you do. This is not to say that all of your reactions are fear-based. It is simply about being more AWARE of the inner intentions that you have that cause you to react in whichever ways you do. You do not even need to label these intentions as good or bad, or positive and negative. You can simply learn to deeply FEEL the difference in vibration between them, in more and more subtle ways. The more you learn to notice the inner changes and subtleties of your own mind, body and energy field, the more POWER you have in integrating more of your Rainbow Light Body, which includes balancing all of your chakras. Just as a diamond is also a symbol of indestructibility, so too is your Diamond Light Body indestructible (and multifaceted as It manifests in creation).

A very important area of concern for many Lightworkers is the issue of whether or not one "needs" to be instructed, attuned and activated by, or through, another person. In most cases, since most of you are still quite dependent upon others for attention, validation and love, the answer logically becomes "yes," and your Light Body respects this. However, for those of you who are adamant that everyone needs an external teacher, guide or "expert" on such matters of "activation," whether it is kundalini awakening that you are seeking or Fifth-dimensional Light Body, or whatever, remember that there have been people like Dr. Usui (the "founder" of the Reiki modern system) that DID NOT rely upon ANY human teacher or guru to activate his natural healing abilities. He had allowed himself to be a powerful conduit of Universal Life Force Energy through a very determined focus of making DIRECT CONTACT with the Divine Source, rather than rely upon a "middle man." The irony here is that when a Truth-seeker is so open as this, he/she actually ALLOWS the true "middle man" (their Higher Self) to form of Bridge of Light to Christ Consciousness, in which he/she travels upon in a type of out-of-body experience which brings them closer to their Light Body. This type of DIRECT EXPERIENCE is FAR MORE empowering than paying for "attunements" from a so-called "master" of a healing modality (Usui, for example, was far more powerful in his channeling of Reiki than most modern-day "certified Reiki masters"), although the latter approach is valid and can be very empowering for those who pursue that choice with enthusiasm. It is only until the Truth-seeker really begins to genuinely, intuitively FEEL that they do not need to rely upon anyone else but their Higher Self for guidance, that it is clearly seen, "No, I do not need this belief system, teacher or guru to guide me, but I AM open to receive love and assistance from others." As My beloved astrologer/numerologist friend, Linda Goodman, once channeled in an epiphany, "GURU = Gee, You Are You!" You ARE your own Guru, for that is what I, the Higher Self, AM. ("Guru" basically means "dispeller of darkness" in Sanskrit.) And thus it is so!

Your Radiant Light Body, quite simply, is LOVE. Breathe with Me and FEEL this Truth within you, AS You. Just as dear Hawayo Takata learned after crossing over into Spirit that Reiki is Love, so too do you have the opportunity now (without "croaking") to perceive with clarity, "Hey, I AM the very Love that I seek! It is right here, right now. I AM right here, right now." Do you FEEL the utter beauty and simplicity of this? Now... There are many simple Light Body meditations, visualizations and exercises that would serve you very well. As My sister at RainbowLightBody.com recommends (No, this isn't a PLUG to advertise a product! Wink!), LOVING-KINDNESS is REQUIRED for your Self-realization of the Rainbow Light Body. She emphasizes this and related points, rather than focus on specific meditations, simply because it is so very overlooked by so many people who seek to "activate" their Light Body. So many Lightworkers are willing to shell out money for a book, a class, a teacher, a method, rather than really inquire within as to whether it is necessary at first to seek external help in this way. Again, this method is valid, for it is merely a reflection of one's faith. I simply wish to REMIND Truth-seekers that the help that they seek is closer to them than "the tip of their noses." Now, this sister at the aforementioned website is, like Me, a HUGE proponent of cultivating Self-love, which she calls "Radical Self-love." (Ooh, I LOVE that term! Perhaps we can also call it the "Radical Light Body.") A very simple meditation that Cosmic Awareness gave in a 1984 channeling is to imagine VITAL ENERGY flowing to you from all directions and building up along your spine, and then flowing out into all areas of your body. Furthermore, imagine this energy flowing back out from your body as it forms your aura. You can imagine this energy as white light, golden light, a rainbow spectrum of colors, or however you wish, and you really do not need to imagine anything specific at all, of course, in order for this simple exercise to be effective. (It also greatly strengthens the immune system.) The key to all healing is FEELING well-being with positive emotion, for this many of you know as the Art of Allowing. As a note, it is very efffective if you imagine/FEEL that YOU are the Light Body that is feeding the physical body, as the ego personality becomes transparent and ALLOWS the Vital Energy to be fed back into the Higher Self. (Yes, I AM asking YOU to gift ME with this Vital Energy as well! This is the "torus effect" known in metaphysics and science.)

A great spiritual inspiration named Brother Lawrence called it "practicing the Presence of God," for that is practically what this Light Body business is all about. There are simple things that can assist you in this practice (if you aren't using them already) such as breathing more deeply from the diaphragm, drinking more water, grounding exercises, etc. For some of you, like the great non-dualism teacher Mooji, you do not feel it necessary at all to formally practice any such meditations and visualizations! This is a very advanced attitude, indeed, if you are of this temperament, for you are in essence living as your Higher Self in human embodiment. If you would be very conscious of allowing your thoughts, words and actions to be examples of loving-kindness, you are manifesting a high-level spiritual attitude that is the hallmark of Self-mastery. This is a powerful feed-back system of Self-love that benefits all of creation; indeed the entire Omniverse. You cannot realize your Light Body until you bravely face and fully accept, love and heal your ego's shadows through allowing God's Light to shine on them and transmute them. You have an opportunity here and now to have an attitude of practicing living principles of advanced spirituality. Many of you reading this message already are. All of you are congratulated for how far you've come, but most importantly for Who-You-Really-Are.
