• In your world affairs many are beginning to realize that the truth can no longer be repressed by the few who wish to dominate the land. A tide has turned and the current is too strong to swim against and many are losing the strength to resist the unyielding cosmic flow.

  It is, however, with great honor and prestige that the mighty and the few who begin to rise to the surface now will be noticed for their glory in lieu of selfishness or greed. The story of the past can no longer precipitate the planning for the future, for the future beckons new perspective, new levels of consciousness that are rising to serve the planet as a whole.

  The new stewardship of earth will be governed by those who have attained high levels of light and love within, those who emanate and radiate that light outward to restructure the very particles of matter in existence.

  This new type of leadership is coming of age and all those who awaken to serve the new direction of the planet will be swept up in the momentum of the great upward spiral of evolution. Some of the changes will seem simple in nature, yet comprehensive in scope. Some will seem revolutionary.

  The new stewards of the land are gearing up to lead the mass population to their destiny now, a destiny which has deep roots in ancient ways. These members of the galactic brigade for a new earth are seeded with the bio-genetic codes of the future and the once dormant receptors encoded within the strands of your deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) are now enlivened.

  Activated by consciousness, these genetic triggers are timed by specific levels of electromagnetic frequencies which are now permeating the planet’s bio-sphere, emanating from earth’s central core and radiating from the new sun.

  Adamantine Particles

  The new earth is comprised of crystalline Adamantine particles that are restructuring the very form of matter as humanity awakens to the pure vibration of love. These particulates contain within them the intelligence of divinity in form; new ways of being and living in love.

  All matter is composed of intelligent elementary particles responsive to consciousness. The particles of ages past held within them codes of survival mechanisms that resulted in polarity through separation consciousness. Adamantine particles have contained within them the encoded intelligence of harmony, wholeness, of resurrection and unity consciousness.

  To access these intelligent codes one must give & receive pure love through the sacred vessel of the high heart. The high heart, directed & regulated by the thymus gland in the physical body, is the center for receiving and radiating the energy of love. This center must be fully charged, fully open and capable to surrender to the higher will to manifest spirit into form.

  The higher will is the will of the highest good for all and is contained within the genetic blueprint of each and every incarnate. The purpose of the high heart is to map out the path of universal love for each and every living being through magnetic resonance.

  The cocreation of divine love can only be accessed and magnetized through the purity of consciousness which is how those with pure heart will mold and restructure the new earth. What this means on a global scale is exponential, for the technological advancement of the species will be made available through these particles of pure intent for the purposes of global upliftment.

  The restructuring process will be precipitated by a consistent flow of new intelligence that will permeate any lower existing thought forms contained within the grids of those holographic reality structures.

  Those with pure intent will have access to this revolutionary intelligence contained within the advanced particulates of light and rendering much of the old planetary systems obsolete while serving to advance the species through higher intelligence.

  Those with contracts to serve on higher planes of existence will in fact be anchoring the new vibrations of earth through the awakened DNA within their human biology. This will serve two purposes…. to fulfill contracts of service through the formation of information super-highways for galactic technology, and to form new holographic matrices for those preparing to embark upon the journey of ascended 5th dimensional living and being.

  Many who have attained high levels of truth through the cleansing of toxic karmic debris will be serving in the final frontier. The final frontier is the code given to those who chose to bridge the gap between worlds, rather dimensions, as the examples and way-showers of the pure potentiality available through the matrices of universal love.

  These way-showers will be stationed in visible locations as the pioneers of new earth. You who see clearly will be given tools to share your visions with the world. You who know the light and the way will be given the resources to implement those visions into form.

  The time has come for those awakened warriors to take the first step in action of ascended living. The first brigade will lead by example and all who follow will continue to pave the way for the future of humanity. As the torch is passed along in service to mother earth and her inhabitants, the light will illuminate every dark corner and revitalize all in its path.

It is with tremendous love that my energies flow forward to greet and connect deeply with your energies. We are all existing in a new vibration of energy, a new phase of ascension; whether you are on the Earth or the inner planes a shift has occurred within you and around you. A shift in vibration, consciousness and the radiance of your light has manifested because of your choosing within your being, in order to truly experience the next phase of ascension which is prominent within your own being it is appropriate to choose to radiate the results of the shift consciously into your reality. A beautiful and most magnificent energy is and has unfolded from within you as a result of your devotion, dedications to your spiritual practices and because of the choices you are making at this moment. You have all accepted higher vibrations of light and consciousness which feeds your delighted body, consciousness and soul with nourishment, whether you feel the change within your being or not, it is appropriate to make time to choose to experience the blissful light that is and has manifested within your being. Let it unfold as you radiate your light beyond boundaries and limitations, choosing to experience the wealth that has manifested over this sacred time that we have all experienced. In truth this new phase of ascension with greater expansion, sensitivity, abundant volumes of love and wisdom and a greater sense of contentment within will only truly beginning to intertwine and become evident within your reality when you whole heartedly choose to experience it in your physical reality and throughout the many levels of your being. You will then notice your reality altering in beautiful ways, but this will be because you have chosen to let your energies flow freely which creates the most beautiful energetic patterns within your reality, resulting in you completely embodying and experiencing this new age and in truth all that you have been waiting for. With your choice you will manifest spaces, people and circumstances to assist you in experiencing the wealth of love and light vibration within your being. A space in which you can consciously unfold as a being of light and the Creator’s vibration.

In order for the new vibration to unfold from within your being it is appropriate to choose to develop your trust and faith in the guidance and intuition within your being. No longer is there a need for you to think with your mind, to think over matters or situations to gain further understanding, the time is now to allow your heart and soul to guide you, to in truth think for you. As a being who has recently opened yourself up fully to accept the powerful activation energies of December 2012, you have also expanded yourself to connect more fully with your truth, meaning a greater aspect of your soul. Your soul in all its beauty has taken a step forward to guide you in your reality as you allow yourself to become conscious of your soul’s eternal presence. You are connected to a greater expanse of your soul and therefore a greater expanse of all that is the Creator. You have the ability to be consciously guided permanently by your soul and the Creator as they express sacred truths, energies and vibrations from your being which interlink into the large plan that is unfolding for all on the Earth devised from the soul of the Creator. As a soul of the Creator you are playing a large part in this divine plan and so your every action contributes to the divine plan of every soul on the Earth. It is with this understanding that the realisation of the importance of following the guidance of your heart and intuition is integral at this time. No longer can you think and create with essentially the mind, no longer can you influence your reality with unsupported desires and actions, there is a need for everything to flow from within your being, from your heart. In truth it is a breath of pure freedom that is being given to you in this moment. No longer do you need to push and force your reality, to battle against the world but instead you allow yourself to flow with and as the divine flow of the Creator and your truthful being, thus surrendering that with pure intentions everything can and will manifest for you with tremendous ease as a beautiful story of connection, love and truth unfolds before you. In truth what I am speaking with you about is resistance. No longer is there a need for resistance in and against your reality and yourself. Resistance can be explained as trying too hard, wanting something too much, you are trying to force something that will manifest so much easily if you simply detach, place the intention into your being, reality and the universe and exist as a space of openness, love and peace following the subtle guidance that is present to support you with every step you take on the Earth. Allow yourself to link into the ever flowing river that is eternally cascading through and from your being.

You may also notice that your intentions and creations manifest with greater speed in this new energy, which allows you to truly understand when you have chosen to follow your intuition and when you have chosen to follow your mind or unsupported desires as you will see the consequence of your choice extremely quickly. With patience your ability to determine choices of truth which will serve yourself and others becomes very apparent as you step into the flow of the Creator’s loving vibration. Everything is unfolding with tremendous beauty when you allow yourself to view the beauty and the truth that has always been present within and around you.

I am aware of the presence of the Christ consciousness activating within all of us to assist in bringing forth the vibration of love as a manifestation on the Earth, whether we exist on the Earth or the inner planes. I, Master Kuthumi, am very conscious of many masters and souls holding a strong presence of the Christ Consciousness on the inner planes moving closer to the Earth in order to support the Christ activations that are occurring and will continue to occur through the coming years. The full embodied realisation that all those figures of worship, devotion or respect who inspire many on the Earth all hold the Christ consciousness is necessary, and in their lifetimes on the Earth brought forth to humanity pieces of the Christ Consciousness in order for complete acceptance and embodiment of all as the Christ consciousness.

With the presence of unity forming and manifesting on the Earth and between each being there is a greater opportunity for accelerated healing and further awakening for all. As you personally focus upon your growth, the expansion of your heart and so forth so this will be mirrored back at you from your reality. That which you achieve in your natural process of awakening will influence more than ever before the expansion and development of others on the Earth as well as Mother Earth. For example, as you focus on expanding your heart chakra so you are naturally expanding the heart chakra of the Earth simultaneously as we are all one. This has always occurred, as we grew and expanded on the inner planes the Earth and humanity began to mirror the same back to us. Now we are acting as your mirrors as you expand yourself to become more than your current realisation and an embodiment of the t ruth of the Creator.

Hello Son,

There are subtle changes that are internally happening which is the calibration and realignment of the cells in the body. We have mentioned this before, but the changes are on the increase.

There is calmness about you and as you go out in completing your chores or routines, you will receive much needed peace.
This will be felt internally and you will find the change relaxing and insightful; as you will put things into action.

The new internal self will get you to be accountable in what you do and say. It will get you to look outwards and inwards to see the changes needed to make your lives better and find this new harmony.

There is much to do you will feel, and as the new you unfolds you will demand further changes in your life.

The last time we spoke we discussed empathy and compassion in regards to   communication. We will be continuing this theme of discussion today.

It is common in many cultures throughout your vast Earthly realm that when   something goes unexpectedly wrong, someone must be accountable and held   responsible. This is an incredible misrepresentation of the thought of what   responsibility is. Dear ones please make a point to truly understand – true   and real responsibility has little to do with who or what is the blame or   fault but how to react in a responsible manner. But it is evident from what   we see that many dear souls are confused and cannot distinctly comprehend   blame or fault.

What we are able to see is your reaction of frustration when something goes   wrong, all the new ways of being and living can suddenly go out the window   because you find yourself within an uncontrollable urge to point fingers   regarding the fault and who is to blame of the situation or circumstance. We   see the reason why there is this fallback to point fingers and to blame and   that is basically for relief from the frustration that the experience caused.   When you allow yourself to vent your strong feelings, you think the vent will   bring you peace of mind and you will feel better. We see this as a temporary   relief – venting provides no lasting relief or a peaceful mind.

From our observations we see this too often. Blaming anyone no matter how big   or small their contribution was to the current dilemma becomes easier for   some dear souls than accepting the responsibility for any actions created   they may have created that helped cause the situation to not work out as   planned. There does come a time dear ones when blaming others can no longer   be your scapegoat, take the courageous step and take responsibility for your   actions, allow your mind, body, heart and spirit to be liberated by your   honesty and truthfulness.

Try to look at a situation dear ones from a distance, see it unravel through   the process that brings you to the point where you suddenly feel the   necessity to blame. You feel yourself becoming possibly frustrated, maybe   even a little embarrassed…the ego gets a hold of these strong feelings and   puts up a defense and that little protective voice of the Ego tries to   encourage you to pass the fault onto another. This is when you look even   closer and discover where the true fault lies and more often-than-not it is a   shared responsibility. When working together on a task or project, all people   involved have a responsibility to bring that project into successful   completion. Not one person is at fault when something goes wrong. Working   together, effectively communicating will help remove any disharmony that   blaming can create and instill a deeper sense of calm and satisfaction.   During each stage you are in on your journey, wherever you are on this   enlightening path, you are in charge of your choices. You are the one to   choose to be happy even if you wake up sore and tired. Realize dear ones,   every time blame is thrown into a relationship of any kind this negative   behaviour causes separateness and can easily create fear, anger and pain.

There are many dear souls that share your beautiful Earth that often complain   about this or that, some more than others – realize that complaining is   related to blame, the only difference is that complaining is a less focuses   form. Yes it is well understood that you wish to liberate yourself from some   of the many powerful and often destructive emotions that are often expressed   during moments of frustration. The most effective and efficient way to deal   with your upset is to learn to be more compassionate when you communicate.

Make a point to clearly observe the situation before you evaluate or comment.   No matter what it is you are feeling that is a result of the situation,   experience these feelings through acknowledgement – they are yours. Look at   the situation in a non-biased way and see the value that still exists, look   closely to what it is that makes you feel your needs are not being met and   what is it that is drives you, what you are passionate about that may have   become shattered as a result of the situation going in a unexpected   direction. Make a conscious effort to understand your feelings before you   express them.

You will be faced with other difficult circumstances and each one you   successful move from helps prepare you for the next one. You gain great   insight and solutions that will come back to serve you more than once   providing you may have to change your solution a bit to fit the purpose.   Exercising control in a mindful manner that doesn’t include blame will become   a natural part of your life. Be always conscious of your words, actions,   thoughts and feelings – the energy you radiate is felt by many, sometimes   more than you realize.

Another area that can use compassionate communication is when you speak   directly and bluntly to someone. You feel compelled to tell someone what is   one your mind and the words often used are full of very strong feelings that   have the power to crush’s confidence. Learning to choose assertive words that   are non-hurtful, non-condemning or show fault can become an important step in   your growth. It is important to be truthful and honest yet it is crucial to   mindful of your tone of voice and choice of words. Once your words are   spoken, they cannot be erased no matter how hard the dear one receiving your   words may try. Growth doesn’t happen when harsh and debilitating words are   used, growth then is thwarted and any development comes to a sudden halt.

We encourage each of you to take responsibility for yourself, at every stage   of your journey. This also means when there is a disturbance in your peace of   mind, figure out where and when this disruption began, instead of overlooking   the obvious and passing blame. Sometimes talking to the ones who you feel is   to blame but in a way you are asking to help solve the error of the situation   is a great way to include compassion in your communication that will help   bring relief and balance back into your mindset.

When there is a time dear ones for you to share your honest and truthful   opinion we support you to honestly own your own interpretation, what it is   you think is being projected, and what your personal judgement is as well as   your feelings that do not include the other person or persons involved – you   are simply and effectively sharing. You are not targeting any one person, you   are speaking objectively yet adding a bit of yourself as well, “This is what   I think…., or “What I feel that has contributed to our project not working   out is ….”.  These are some examples that can include you asking what   they think. Because more than one person is involved they too will have their   own conclusions and together, being mindful and respectful you can come up   with a way to correct whatever the error may be. Compassionate communication   is always possible; you only have to make the choice dear ones.

When you make a point to include the other people involved, you might be   surprised and amazed with just how interested the other people are at   helping. When you add compassion and respect into your challenges progress is   much more swift and amiable. We know there are some areas that could be more   problematic than others and each situation is filled with unique trials and   tribulations. Learning how to solve your challenges peacefully will require a   certain amount of patience, but then again patience is required in every   aspect of your life journey.

We will continue to encourage and support each of you to use every upset and   disturbance that crosses your path as an opportunity for great growth and   change. All that you learned from all your yesterdays is helping you balance   today. And what you gather today helps to create your tomorrows. When you   share with another of an experience or how you are thinking in regards to a   specific topic both of you are learning. Sometimes what we see when a person   tells of an experience, during the telling they learn something more – a   deeper Aha is learned and felt. Sometimes it takes sharing verbally or even   written with another in order to bring a fuller depth of understanding. The   one that you choose to share with may only trigger this knowing by a word or   phrase but suddenly you gain inspiration and the other person also learns   from listening.

When you state what it is you want, make a point dear ones to state these in   a positive manner. All that you don’t want is up to you to make different. If   you don’t want a messy house then you already know what must be done. If you   have been ill, or your physical body is aging and your strength is not like   it used to be then we will guide you to ask for a little help. We know asking   for help can be very difficult but you will surprised if you put a little   faith into the asking, Hope very likely will share the moment that will bring   you to the support and help you need to fulfill what it is you are wanting.

When you express what it is you want always be willing to hear a NO. Each of   you are given Free Will to make choices. A normal part of your life is making   requests of others, maybe you request one of your children to take the   garbage out, it is not a demand, you are asking them. You compassionately   thank them for their help and they appreciate being greeted with a thank you.   When you make requests of anyone it is important to respond compassionately.   When someone refuses to meet a request what often results is a demand. Often   we see people who have become use to getting their way and can demand what   was asked to be done. Anger often is a result and resentment a reaction on   who you are stressing the demand. Sometimes demands work, but the one   answering to your demand will not feel kindly or respectful towards you; they   may react with their own use of words as a form of retaliation and distance   themselves from you as a result. No one likes to feel forced. Kindness is   always a better way of accomplishing your wants and needs.

Any pain that is felt dear ones from any form of communication is due to   having expectations, and sometimes these expectations can be quite high. Be   conscious of your expectations in your situations. Become aware when these   expectations begin to cause pain and disharmony. At that point you are faced   with more choices and one choice is changing the level of expectation. Learn   as well to re-center yourself through grounding techniques that work best for   you. They can be quick and very effective when applied in full faith and   trust in the method you choose.

Remember dear ones, if you truly want to be happy make an effort to not judge   another person’s desires, needs or even their own expectations if they reveal   them to you; furthermore don’t be too quick to judge your own. Each of you   brings value into all your endeavours. When you make a point to communicate   more effectively you will help create a closer connection that brings a   winning attitude for all involved.

We observe often that the happiest of people are the ones that are not overly   fixated on one thing. They are open-minded and open-hearted. These happy   people are flexible and discover pleasure from many sources and experiences   and they rejoice in the ones they have not yet discovered.

Each of you are encouraged to be happy and accept one another’s desires and   needs without being required to do anything more than accept. What is   important is that your feelings, your wants and needs are well understood,   and ultimately your feelings are secondary if you really think about it.   Remain connected through compassionate communication that is derived from   love and respect for each other. Allow yourself to live and to love with an   open heart, and through such freedom receive the benefits of compassionate   empowerment and communication.

Ohm Mani Padme Uhm. Greetings to you each one. Good to be here with you. For the new one here I am the One Who Serves. I am one of several here for that is our title. That is certainly not the name that I have gone by in pastimes for I have been here on your earth and have had your experiences and know what you go through here and I am so glad that I am no longer there. (laughter) you have no idea how much you have gone through and as we watch you, we are amazed at all you have done and become and how you have continued to exist, even in many ways through the dilemmas and heartaches you have had in this and all your lifetimes. We understand you are here for a reason and you have much to do here on your mission you came here for and that mission is about to begin in earnest. We know we have said this before but each time we say it, it is coming closer and closer. You are going to be experiencing what you call a download very soon where you will begin to remember certain things about who you are and where you come from. You will make that connection once again and it is coming to you. You will experience a remembrance not only of who you are but everything that you have been. Can you imagine feeling that intenseness, that sense of oneness and love and yes that bliss? Would that not be glorious and we have been speaking of this for some time and you question, but One Who Serves, when is that going to happen? We are ready for this, please send it to us. And we say to you, patience, go with the flow, be in the energy of the now, the energy of the moment. It is coming, you are on the verge, the edge now of all that you are meant to be. So continue to be ready. Now is the time. You have questions here for One Who Serves?

“Do I have guides”?

OWS:
Do you have guides. My dear sister you have guides that you have no idea of. As we are looking at you now and yes we can see you, you have several around you right now and yes you are from that Pleiadian system. You have a strong connection with them and you have two with you here now that are about to become more influential in your life, as you are about to move into a new level of your existence, coming into your own you might say. We do not want to say too much here about this but it is all wonderful and beyond your imaginings what is coming and this is for each of you here for what you are about to embark on. You have been on a long journey but that journey, or at least this part, is coming to an end. You are now beginning the next part of your journey and yes it continues on and on, but the next part will be different, beyond what you have known here. It will be back to what you came from, that knowing that connection, the Oneness, knowing that you are One with the God source within you and have always been that and you will remember and know that. Yes my dear sister you have guides. Any further questions here?

“I have a question. Am I crazy or am I going in the right direction”?

OWS:
My dear sister, only you would know if you are going in the right direction in terms of what resonates for you, what you feel. What do you feel, what do you love? Do you not love what you are doing now? Is it not so much different than what it was previously when you found yourself in the financial world where you felt very little warmth and believed you were not accomplishing anything of value even though you were. But once you believe you are not then it is what you call “all over”. Now you are feeling the love, a sense of fulfillment within yourself, are you not? So you have answered the question yourself here. You already know the answer to that question and are looking for a little bit of self assurance. Are you on the right track? Many people ask those questions. Am I doing what I should be doing? My dear brothers and sisters, you are doing exactly what you are supposed to be doing at any given moment and that next moment it all changes again. You see you can never go by what anyone tells you, it has to come from within yourself. No one can tell you what is your destiny, promise, or purpose for it must come from within yourself. And when you know that, when you truly know that, then there is nothing that can hold you back from realizing what ever it is you are meant to realize. Is this understood?

“Yes, it is strange how much I am enjoying myself and having a good time”.

OWS:
You are supposed to enjoy yourself. That is what you all came here for to be in joy in every moment and we understand it is difficult in your current situation. In many ways that is changing. Up until now it has been difficult to find the joy in every moment so you were left searching for moments of joy wherever you could find them, were you not? So believe in yourselves and know that what you’re doing now is what your soul is calling you to do. And one thing that can hold you back is worrying about your finances. Do not worry about money but do what you came here to do, what you feel you are destined to do and then let it go. You see, be in the now that very moment you are in and the next moment will take care of itself. Are there other questions?

“I have a question. I feel like I am at a standstill in moving forward spiritually. Can you give me any ideas at how I can continue moving forward”?

OWS:
Yes. There is something called an energy and a rest. All of the universe works this way. An energy and a rest, a breathing in and breathing out and each one has those periods in their lives where you are very energetic and have things going, you’re feeling great and then the next thing you know you feel down in the dumps. You feel like your world is crashing in upon you. Well that is the resting period. First there is the energy, the breathing in the light and then the exhaling of all tension. Now to answer your question directly, you are in the rest period but soon to begin to soar once again up into the heavens of your being and feel that energy moving within you again, but it will be a new energy my dear sister, a new energy that is calling to you now, cascading within you as we speak and as it becomes more a part of you, then you will feel the movement and be back in the energy stage once again. Is this understood? Are there further questions?

“Has mother earth completely ascended to the fifth dimension”?

OWS:
Yes, mother Earth, Gaia Herself is ascended into fifth dimensional frequency but there is a portion of her still holding on to third dimension so all of humanity can move with her into the higher frequencies. In other words, She is waiting for you. Do you understand this or is there further clarification needed?

“I Heard mother Earth had a glitch and did not completely align due to not being able to handle the galactic energy and when December 21 came, it did not completely align and that is why mother Earth did not completely ascend. Is that right”?

OWS:
That is not quite correct for the full alignment has Occurred and Earth Herself has ascended and moved up in frequency but again a portion of her is still in lower frequency in fourth dimension and still somewhat in third dimension, although most have moved into lower frequency fourth dimension. But the Earth is what you might say, locked into 5th dimension and touching into higher frequencies even to the 7th to make way for others who are ready to move on there as well. You see?

“So a question I have then is, are we still on the Earth”?

OWS:
We think if you go outside you will know the answer to that, would you not? (laughter)

“What I mean by that is, if she has ascended to the 5th dimension, how are we still here”?

OWS:
Because you are part of the Earth. You are with her.

“Well then, how come we are not in the 5th dimension”?

OWS:
Because there is a portion that is still here. That is what we were trying to convey here. That some have ascended, have gone on and come back and are still part of this expression still but touching into the higher frequencies at the same time. And others have not begun to move upward yet. But all have received an energy influx of the light and certainly those who were of the darker nature also received the light, but as they received the light many of them pushed it away as they were not comfortable with the light, you see.

“So when you say the portion of the earth is still here, you’re talking about consciousness right”?

OWS:
Yes and that vibration.

“Wasn’t it said that we are a part in the 3rd and also at the third level of the 4th dimension”?

OWS:
Yes it was said that your higher God self is waiting for you at the higher frequencies and a portion of you is beginning to connect with your higher God self. You understand this?

We’re going to attempt to have one come through that has not come through this one before.

Archangel Michael:
I am the one you know of as Michael, yes the Archangel Michael. I have not spoken through this one before but it is time. There is a need to understand and know my frequency, to be with you now and in the times to come. Yes you have been aware of my energy and my frequency vibration in past times. But that time now is needed that you once again get acclimated to the energies that we all bring, those of us that are the Archangels.

We are a group of beings that have been with you from the beginning. And we are with you all the way until the end but of course you know there is no end. There will never be an end. You will continue on forever just as we are continuing forever. But understand, that all forever brings you back to is your God Source, the connection of the God within you. That you came from you will return to. It has been said that you come from the stars and you will return to the stars, but you come from much more than that, beyond your imaginings at this time.

But understand that your three dimensional consciousness is adapting, is changing and soon you will be able to understand and feel the frequency, the vibration that we know and understand. Soon that will come back to you. But you must wait a little bit longer.

Each one of you here in this room and to each one that may be listening or reading, know that you are the Ones that are here for a reason. You are those that have been called the Lightworkers, The GateKeepers., The Pillars of Light. You are those and as you are those you will continue to be all that you came here to be.

There is no separation except for that separation that you have made for yourselves. So believe in yourselves my brothers and my sisters. And know yourselves as we know you. We know you as beyond the GodSource of this Center of this galaxy, even of this Universe. So trust, trust in all that is coming to you in the next days and weeks ahead. For as it comes to you, it will resonate within you. And you will feel it and know it as coming from the Source.

 Dear Ones, As you open to the Light of this New Year, the power of Divine Love explodes within your being. Without Balance however, on the internal barometer of your emotional state, clear Harmony will not be present in your life. Beloved ones, we welcome you to a new calendar year and hope that it will be a great year for each and every one of you who wish to change and evolve your present reality into one that suits more of who you have become today.
After all the hype, excitement and build up to the end of 2012 some of you may be wondering if anything happened at all! We wish to assure you it did, although it may not be perceivable, except on a very subtle level to some of you who are extremely sensitized and open to all the signs and energies available. It may have appeared to many of you that the day 12.21.2012 came and went and nothing changed. Well it did, and continues to do so. If you were expecting a massive bang and sudden change you received the wrong impression. We have been telling you over quite a long period of time that changes are happening gradually in order to allow each and every one of you to adjust in your own time without too much stress to your physical bodies and emotions.
We encourage you to not be disappointed beloved ones, you are metamorphosing slowly but surely and altering your perceptions and the way you react to certain situations. One by one and minute by minute you are altering your reality to be a more positive experience for everyone involved. Continue to know that you are holding the Christ light within for all those upon Earth that have no idea what is happening and who perhaps envisioned the end of the world with some kind of drastic ending. All endings are good, as when something begins to wind down in order to dissolve and disappear, the potential for a grand new beginning is always possible.
It truly is up to you to keep focusing on the desired results of this shift, and with each passing moment you will collectively come closer and closer to your goal which will continue to grow and evolve as you do. There is no beginning or end to your evolvement and enlightenment. From the moment you were born you began to evolve in new and different ways. So there is no beginning and no end, just a continuous and on-going evolvement which we hope will continue to travel in a wondrous direction.
When enough of you are able to hold the peace within no matter what, then you will know that you are making a huge difference to the whole. Continue to observe yourselves, and reflect on how you have been handling difficult situations, perhaps with family members over the holidays. Did you notice that you were able to handle these normally extremely emotionally charged situations with greater ease and you were able to keep your inner peace more easily than ever before? This, dear ones, is a sure sign that you are evolving and changing your old habits for new and better ways of living.
We wish to congratulate you all on this particular issue as we know overriding old patterns and habits can be one of the most challenging feats to overcome. You see now how you have managed to raise your frequencies above the old plateau where the patterns resided, and are now able to rise above them with much more ease and grace. You will continue to observe yourselves and notice how in your everyday lives it all just seems easier and less stressful than in the past. These are all signs that you are changing and growing into the glorious beings that you are, here on Earth. We congratulate you on your marvelous achievements and wish to give you all encouragement to keep on keeping on and never to give up striving for a better life. Any words you speak have a frequency, and the moment you speak them they are released into the Universe. The law of attraction responds to all frequencies, and so it is also responding to the words that you speak. When you use very strong words, such as "terrible", "shocking" and "horrible" to describe any situation in your life, you are sending out an equally strong frequency, and the law of attraction must respond by bringing that frequency back to you.

The law is impersonal, and simply matches your frequency. Do you see how important it is for you to speak strongly about what you want, and not to use strong words about what you don't want?

One Day at a Time

Our lives are made of stepping stones, one experience after another in perfect and divine order.

The years of our life do not arrive all at once; they greet us day by day. With the descent of each setting sun, we are able to rest our heads and let the world take care of itself for a while. We may rest assured throughout the night, knowing that the dawn will bring with it a chance to meet our lives anew, donning fresh perspectives and dream-inspired hopes. The hours that follow, before we return to sleep once more, are for us to decide how we want to live and learn, laugh and grow. Our lives are sweeter and more manageable because we must experience them this way: one day at a time.

Imagine the future stretching out before you and try to notice if you feel any tension or overwhelm at the prospect of the journey still to come. Perhaps you have recently made a lifestyle change, like beginning a new diet or quitting smoking, and the idea of continuing this healthy new behavior for years seems daunting. Maybe you have started a new job or are newly married and can feel an undercurrent of anxiety about your ability to succeed. If you can shift your focus from what may happen years down the line and return it to the day that is before you right now, you may find a measure of calm and renewed confidence in your capabilities. You may also discover an inner faith that the future will take care of itself.

The way we show up for our lives today and tomorrow has an enormous affect on who we will be and what we will be experiencing years from now. If we can remain fully engaged in the day at hand, enjoying all it has to offer and putting our energy into making the most of it, we will find that we are perfectly ready and capable to handle any future when it arrives.

A World in Confusion

Cultivating Inner Clarity

If we can locate the stillness at the center of our hearts, we can find composure in almost any situation.

People who maintain their sense of calm when things around them are in a state of flux and confusion are always wonderful to be around. We feel calmer just being near them, as if they have activated our own sense of inner peace. From them we learn that we can be calm, even when everything around us is in turmoil, because we know that no matter what happens, this inner sense of calm will help us to function well. Often, times of confusion are the times that enable us to find that part of ourselves that knows how to cope, and how to be a light to others in the storm.

If we allow ourselves to be thrown off balance by every piece of disturbing news that comes our way, we may be relying too much on our emotions. On the other hand, our thoughts may also be unreliable at times like these, as they chatter on endlessly about what might happen next. If our feelings and thoughts activate one another in a hectic way, then we become caught up in the confusion that surrounds us. However, if we can locate the stillness at the center of our hearts, we can find composure in almost any situation. In addition, we provide a safe place for our friends and family, who are also prone to taking on the confusion of a world in flux.

It helps to remember that we don’t need to completely understand what’s happening right now, nor do we need to be able to predict the future. Most of us just want to find our way to being at peace with whatever happens, and we can find this peace inside. Cultivating our inner clarity with meditation, journaling, and reading words that inspire us, will lead us to that place inside us that’s already there, just waiting.

Underneath the Noise

Hearing the Whisper

Sometimes it is the softness of a whisper that is needed the most.

You may have noticed that if you want to speak to someone in a noisy, crowded room, the best thing to do is lean close and whisper. Yelling in an attempt to be louder than the room’s noise generally only hurts your throat and adds to the chaos. Similarly, that still, small voice within each of us does not try to compete with the mental chatter on the surface of our minds, nor does it attempt to overpower the volume of the raucous world outside. If we want to hear it, no matter what is going on around us or even inside us, we can always tune in to that soft voice underneath the surrounding noise.

It is generally true that the more insistent voices in our heads delivering messages that make us feel panicky or afraid are of questionable authority. They may be voices we internalized from childhood or from the culture, and as such they possess only half-truths. Their urgency stems from their disconnectedness from the center of our being, and their urgency is what catches our attention. The other voice that whispers reassurances that everything is fundamentally okay simply delivers its message with quiet confidence. Once we hear it, we know it speaks the truth. Generally, once we have heard what it has to say, a powerful sense of calm settles over our entire being, and the other voices and sounds, once so dominant, fade into the background, suddenly seeming small and far away.

We may find that our own communications in the world begin to be influenced by the quiet certainty of this voice. We may be less inclined to indulge in idle chatter as we become more interested in maintaining our connection to the whisper of truth that broadcasts its message like the sound of the wind shaking the leaves of a tree. As we align ourselves more with this quiet confidence, we become an extension of the whisper, penetrating the noise of the world and creating more peace, trust, and confidence.

Appreciating Suggestions

Other people may have their own agenda for our life; we can value their input but we don’t have to take it to heart.

As children, our parents had dreams for us. They wanted us to do well in school, and to do whatever was necessary to reach our highest potential. Later in life, friends may try to set us up with their idea of the perfect partner or the perfect job. Spouses may have agendas for us, too. People close to us may have ideas about how we should live our lives, ideas that usually come from love and the desire for us to be happy. Other times, they come from a place of need within them—whether it is the parent who wants us to live out his or her dreams or the friend or spouse who wants us to play an already-defined role. Whatever the case, we can appreciate and consider those people’s input, but ultimately we must follow our own inner guidance.

There may come a time when all the suggestions can become overbearing. We may feel that the people we love don’t approve of our judgment, which can hurt our feelings. It can interfere with the choices we make for our lives by making us doubt ourselves, or filling a void with their wishes before we’ve had a chance to decide what we want. It can affect us energetically as well. We may have to deal with feelings of resistance or the need to shut ourselves off from them. But we can take some time to rid ourselves of any unnecessary doubts and go within to become clear on what we desire for ourselves.

We can tell our loved ones how much we appreciate their thoughts and ideas, but that we need to live our own lives and make our own decisions. We can explain that they need to let us learn from our own experiences rather than rob us of wonderful life lessons and the opportunity to fine-tune our own judgment. When they see that we are happy with our lives and the path we are taking to reach our goals, they can rest assured that all we need them to do is to share in our joy.

Accepting Yourself

There is no such thing as a good person or a bad person; simply choices and actions that lead us in different directions.

There is no such thing as a good person or a bad person. There are choices and actions that lead us in different directions, and it is through those choices and actions that we create our realities. Sometimes we choose or do something that takes us in the opposite direction of the reality we want to create for ourselves. When we do this, we feel bad—uneasy, unhappy, unsure. We might go so far as to label ourselves “bad” when a situation like this arises. Instead of labeling ourselves, though, we could simply acknowledge that we made a choice that lead us down a particular path, and then let it go, forgiving ourselves and preparing for our next opportunity to choose, and act, in ways that support our best intentions.

Many of us experienced childhoods in which the words good and bad were used as weapons to control us—you were good if you did what you were told and bad if you didn’t. This kind of discipline undermines a person’s ability to find their own moral center and to trust and be guided by their own inner self. If you were raised this way, you may find yourself feeling shockwaves of badness when you do something you were taught was wrong, even if now you don’t agree that it’s bad. Conversely, you may feel good when you do what you learned was right. Notice how this puts you in something of a straitjacket. An important part of our spiritual unfolding requires that we grow beyond what we learned and take responsibility for our own liberation in our own terms.

You are a human being with every right to be here, learning and exploring. To label yourself good or bad is to think too small. What you are is a decision-maker and every moment provides you the opportunity to move in the direction of your higher self or in the direction of stagnation or degradation. In the end, only you know the difference. If you find yourself going into self-judgment, try to stop yourself as soon as you can and come back to center. Know that you are not good or bad, you are simply you.

How You Affect Others Daily

Everything we do or say has the potential to affect the whole; imagine how powerful that is.

As the pace and fullness of modern life serve to isolate us from one another, the contact we do share becomes vastly more significant. We unconsciously absorb each other’s energy, adopting the temperament of those with whom we share close quarters, and find ourselves changed after the briefest encounters. Everything we do or say has the potential to affect not only the individuals we live, work, and play with but also those we’ve just met. Though we may never know the impact we have had or the scope of our influence, accepting and understanding that our attitudes and choices will affect others can help us remember to conduct ourselves with grace at all times. When we seek always to be friendly, helpful, and responsive, we effortlessly create an atmosphere around ourselves that is both uplifting and inspiring.

Most people rarely give thought to the effect they have had or will have on others. When we take a few moments to contemplate how our individual modes of being affect the people we spend time with each day, we come one step closer to seeing ourselves through the eyes of others. By asking ourselves whether those we encounter walk away feeling appreciated, respected, and liked, we can heighten our awareness of the effect we ultimately have. Something as simple as a smile given freely can temporarily brighten a person’s entire world. Our value-driven conduct may inspire others to consider whether their own lives are reflective of their values. A word of advice can help others see life in an entirely new fashion. And small gestures of kindness can even prove to those embittered by the world that goodness still exists. By simply being ourselves, we influence other’s lives in both subtle and life-altering ways.

To ensure that the effect we have is positive, we must strive to stay true to ourselves while realizing that it is the demeanor we project and not the quality of our wondrous inner landscapes that people see. Thus, as we interact with others, how we behave can be as important as who we are. If we project our passion for life, our warmth, and our tolerance in our facial features, voice, and choice of words, every person who enters our circle of influence will leave our presence feeling at peace with themselves and with us. You never know whose life you are affecting, big or small. Try to remember this as you go out into the world each day.

Affirmations

Our minds accept as truth the critical statements we tell ourselves, but it can also accept our positive affirmations.

The words we speak and think hold great sway over the kind of life that we create for ourselves. Many people live their lives plagued by negative thoughts and never even realize this. They tell themselves and others that they are doomed to fail, not good enough, or not worthy of love, yet they are amazed when their reality starts reflecting these words. Just as the subconscious mind accepts as truth the critical statements we tell ourselves, however, it is also equipped to instantly accept the veracity of our affirmations.

Affirmations are statements chosen and spoken consciously. Once they enter our realm of consciousness, they also enter our subconscious mind where they have the power to change our lives. The affirmations you create should be specific, not too long, worded positively, formed in complete sentences, and spoken in the present tense as if what you are affirming is already true. It is a good idea to repeat your affirmations daily. You may want to tell yourself that you deserve to be happy or that you are in control of your destiny. Or, you may want to focus on a particular goal, such as attracting new friends. Rather than telling yourself you want to be well-liked, say, “I am well-liked.”

Your subconscious mind will pick up on these positive messages, and you will begin to live your life as if what you are affirming already has happened. Soon, your reality will begin to reflect your affirmations. If you find that you are thwarting yourself with negative thinking, try repeating ! your affirmations several times a day. Write your affirmations down and say them aloud or in your mind. Allow your conviction to grow stronger each time you say your affirmations, and your negativity will be overridden by your motivation and positive thoughts.

Affirmations are a powerful tool for creating our desired reality. We consciously and subconsciously invite opportunity into our lives when we say affirmations. Trust in the power of your affirmations, and you will very quickly create what you have already stated to be true.

Aging Gracefully

As we cultivate our life, our beauty becomes as much about what we are creating and doing as it is about our appearance.

We tend to associate youth with beauty, but the truth is that beauty transcends every age. Just as a deciduous tree is stunning in all its stages—from its full leafy green in the summer to its naked skeleton during winter and everything in between—human beings are beautiful throughout their life spans.

The early years of our lives tend to be about learning and experiencing as much as we possibly can. We move through the world like sponges, absorbing the ideas of other people and the world. Like a tree in spring, we are waking up to the world. In this youthful phase of life, our physical strength, youth, and beauty help open doors and attract attention. Gradually, we begin to use the information we have gathered to form ideas and opinions of our own. As we cultivate our philosophy about life, our beauty becomes as much about what we are saying, doing, and creating as it is about our appearance. Like a tree in summer, we become full, expressive, beautiful, and productive.

When the time comes for us to let go of the creations of our middle lives, we are like a tree in autumn dropping leaves, as we release our past attachments and preparing for a new phase of growth. The children move on, and careers shift or end. The lines on our faces, the stretch marks, and the grey hairs are beautiful testaments to the fullness of our experience. In the winter of our lives, we become stripped down to our essence like a tree. We may become more radiant than ever at this stage, because our inner light shines brighter through our eyes as time passes. Beauty at this age comes from the very core of our being—our essence. This essence is a reminder that there is nothing to fear in growing older and that there is a kind of beauty that comes only after one has spent many years on earth.

Angel Meditation

A meditation with your angels can provide a new gentleness into your normal meditation routine.

Though your host of spirit guides encompasses many diverse beings, all of which willingly watch over you, meditating with angels can be a uniquely insightful experience. The angels stationed at your side are both powerful and knowledgeable—they possess a limitless understanding of your needs and desires, your strengths and weaknesses, and your purpose. However, angels take an active part in our lives only when invited to do so. Meditation allows you to make contact with your angels and lovingly request that they participate actively in your day-to-day life.

To begin, retreat to a solitary place where you won’t be distracted by concerns. Incense and candlelight may aid you in achieving a meditative state but are not necessary. However, laying an image of an angel, angel statue, or item symbolizing your angels before you can focus your thoughts. Sit comfortably, breathe deeply, and let yourself relax. When you feel peaceful, invite your angels from the highest of light to sit with you as you meditate. Mentally repeat your request and reiterate that this time together is important to you. Then, in your mind’s eye, visualize a bright-white light floating above you. As you breathe, draw this light first into the crown of your head and then into the whole of your physical self. Allow this light to spread through your arms and hands, your core, and your lower body. Repeat this integration of illumination with a violet light.

Once again, ask your angels to be with you. Let the stillness surrounding you enter your soul, and open your heart to your angel guides. If they wish to communicate a message, they will do so now. Allow them to wrap their wings around you and infuse you with their bountiful love. Breathe them in as you did the light. As the meditation draws to a close, you may feel a presence, fluttering wings, or billowing fabric, or you may see an angel in your mind’s eye. Thank them for providing you with love and light, and being with you as you meditated. If you don’t sense or feel anything, there is no cause for worry—you can be certain your angels are with you. Don’t be surprised if you start to see signs throughout the day that your angels are near, perhaps a feather at your doorstep. As you practice this meditation, you will become increasingly adept at recognizing when your angels are near and sensing their presence.

Habitual Anger

Anger can easily become our go-to emotion; to remedy, start noticing when and why you get angry.

Sometimes when we feel anger, it is coming from a deep place that demands acknowledgment and expression. At these times, it is important that we find healthy ways to honor our anger, remembering how dangerous it is to repress it. However, anger can also become a habit, our go-to emotion whenever things go wrong. Often this is because, for whatever reason, we feel more comfortable expressing anger than we do other emotions, like sadness. It can also be that getting angry gives us the impression that we’ve done something about our problem. In these cases, our habitual anger is inhibiting both our ability to express our other emotions and to take action in our lives.

If it’s true that anger is functioning this way in your life, the first thing you might want to try is to notice when you get angry. You might begin to see a pattern of some kind. For example, you could notice that it is always your first response or that it comes up a lot in one particular situation. If the pattern doesn’t become clear right away, you could try keeping a journal about when you get angry and see if you can find any underlying meaning. The good thing about keeping a journal is that you can explore your anger more deeply in it—from examining who in your family of origin expressed a lot of anger to how you feel when you encounter anger in others. This kind of awareness can be a formidable agent of transformation.

Anger can be a powerful ally, since it is filled with energy that we can harness and use to create change in the world. It is one of the most cathartic emotions, and it can also be a very effective cleanser of the emotional system. However, when it becomes a habit, it actually loses its power to transform and becomes an obstacle to growth. Identifying the role anger plays in your life and restoring it to its proper function can bring new energy and expansiveness to your emotional life.

However, laying an image of an angel, angel statue, or item symbolizing your angels before you can focus your thoughts. Sit comfortably, breathe deeply, and let yourself relax. When you feel peaceful, invite your angels from the highest of light to sit with you as you meditate. Mentally repeat your request and reiterate that this time together is important to you. Then, in your mind’s eye, visualize a bright-white light floating above you. As you breathe, draw this light first into the crown of your head and then into the whole of your physical self. Allow this light to spread through your arms and hands, your core, and your lower body. Repeat this integration of illumination with a violet light.

Once again, ask your angels to be with you. Let the stillness surrounding you enter your soul, and open your heart to your angel guides. If they wish to communicate a message, they will do so now. Allow them to wrap their wings around you and infuse you with their bountiful love. Breathe them in as you did the light. As the meditation draws to a close, you may feel a presence, fluttering wings, or billowing fabric, or you may see an angel in your mind’s eye. Thank them for providing you with love and light, and being with you as you meditated. If you don’t sense or feel anything, there is no cause for worry—you can be certain your angels are with you. Don’t be surprised if you start to see signs throughout the day that your angels are near, perhaps a feather at your doorstep. As you practice this meditation, you will become increasingly adept at recognizing when your angels are near and sensing their presence.

Animals in Nature

Animals in nature always have a message for us, start noticing what animals show up in your life and when.

Animals share our planet with us, but experience it differently—each has its own abilities and gifts that allow them to interact successfully with the natural world. Since we are merely one manifestation of the universe’s energy in action, when we feel the need for direction we can turn to animals in nature for guidance. Animals can show us different ways to approach and deal with our challenges.

As we hold a question in mind, we can begin to pay attention to the animal activity around us. Staring out a window we may notice a bird soaring high in the sky, showing us how to look at our situation from a greater distance. If we don’t get an immediate answer, we can remember that the universe has its own perfect timing that doesn’t heed the ticking of the clock. Instead, we can release our question into the universe’s care, and then trust that an animal messenger will carry inspiration our way. In the meantime, we align ourselves with the universe’s rhythm—opening, humbling ourselves, and shifting our perceptions so that at the perfect time we will be ready. Then, even weeks later, the sight of a small bird hopping from branch to branch may signal for us to use a talent other than our greatest strength and to take small leaps rather than fly over details. A squirrel bounding across an open expanse of grass to stash its latest prize may remind us to check our favorite hid! ing places for forgotten treasure. Even if we don’t see actual animals, their representations may hold messages; whether we see them in a shape in the clouds, a picture, or a show on television, their symbolic meaning is the same.

Animals are closer to the rhythms and cycles of nature and have fewer distractions from it than humans do. That is why they are the perfect messengers when we are in need of advice. Just by being themselves they remind us of the wisdom of the universe, and that all answers are available to us when we reconnect with our source and with those who know how to be nurtured by it.
