Very Veggie Spaghetti Sauce

This is chock full of vegetables with a slight hint of heat from the jalapenos – very tasty over noodles or brown rice. Angel hair pasta is a favorite of ours since it is lighter textured.

2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups marinara sauce (use your favorite or homemade)
1 cup of celery
1 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup water
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
½ pound button mushrooms, sliced
2 medium zucchini, sliced in half moons
2 tablespoon jalapenos, jarred or fresh, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup red wine, Merlot
1 teaspoon oregano
1 ½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon granulated onion
1 pound angel hair pasta or pasta of choice

• In large pan, sauté onion, bell peppers, carrots, garlic, mushrooms, celery and zucchini in olive oil. Cook until tender.

• Add tomato products to pan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add jalapenos and seasonings.

• Boil water in separate pot with a dash of salt and a splash of olive oil. Add pasta when water is boiling and stir often. Boil until tender or “al dente”, drain in colander.

• Serve sauce over noodles.

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

Prep: 45 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour, 5 minutes

• 4 small
acorn squash, halved and seeded

• 1 block
firm tofu, pressed and cubed

• 3 tablespoons
balsamic vinegar

• 1 tablespoons
agave nectar

• 4 cups
whole grain/ gluten-free bread cubes

• 2 tablespoons
olive oil

• 3 cups
mushrooms, sliced

• 1 teaspoon
dried cilantro

• 1/3 cup
dried cranberries

• 1 teaspoon
dried basil

• 1 tablespoon
spicy mustard

• 2 cups
yellow onions, chopped

• 1/2 cup
vegetable broth

• 1 cup
macadamia nuts, finely chopped

• 3 tablespoons
freshly squeezed orange juice (from a small orange)

• 1/2 teaspoons
orange zest

• dash
sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. On a baking pan, drizzled with olive oil, place squash halves cut side down. Add 3/4" of water and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.

3. Marinate tofu in balsamic vinegar, spicy mustard, agave nectar and orange juice.

4. In a large pot, sauté onions and mushrooms in the olive oil; cook for 2-3 minutes. Slowly add spices and vegetable stock.

5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Slowly add tofu, orange juice, balsamic vinegar and bread cubes; sauté for another 4-6 minutes; remove from heat.

7. Add in macadamia nuts, dried cranberries, basil, cilantro, orange zest , sea salt and pepper; mix well.

8. Transfer the filling into the baked squash halves and return to the oven to bake for another 20 minutes.

Ingredients
Prep: 40 minutes (plus 1 day marinating time) | Total Time: 40 minutes
• 2 1/2 pounds
carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch sticks (about 9 cups)
• 12-24 sprigs
fresh dill
• 3-6 whole large cloves
garlic, sliced
• 3 cups
distilled white vinegar, or cider vinegar
• 3 cups
water
• 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons
sea salt
• 2 tablespoons
sugar

Instructions
1. Place a large bowl of ice water next to the stove. Bring a large pot of water to a boil in a large pot. Add half of the carrot sticks, cover, return to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the carrots to the ice water to cool. Repeat with the remaining carrots.

2. Drain the cooled carrots and divide among 6 pint-size (2-cup) canning jars or similar-size tempered-glass or heatproof-plastic containers with lids. Divide the dill and garlic among the jars.

3. Combine vinegar, 3 cups water, salt and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until the salt and sugar dissolve. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

4. Carefully fill jars (or containers) with brine to within 1/2 inch of the rim, covering the carrots completely. (Discard any leftover brine.)

5. Place the lids on the jars (or containers). Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Greetings Beloved: I am Metatron, Lord of Light, and we welcome this gathering.

It is Year One of the newly Ascended Planet Earth. In this extraordinary phase of linear time on your planet there is a uniquely opportune juncture for self-review and chosen solitude.

Masters many of you, particularly those above the age of 49, the seventh 7 year cycle, find yourselves in a state of sovereign solitude. Spouses have passed, relationships terminated and marriage contracts have ended and many of you find yourselves living alone. And although this path is at times quite lonely, quite difficult and may feel 'unnatural' for many of you, it is a seclusion of purpose. You see the paradox is that in solitude you are able o quirt the mind, and open to Spirit ...and in this process Angelic Gates open, and Spirit embraces you. You truly are NOT alone. You see detachment, however difficult,  enables an un-entangled freedom to examine the self in profound perlustration. And indeed that is truly requisite for all advanced souls.

So we tell you to use this time wisely, embrace it. You are on the cusp of a great graduation.

There is a recurring message in many of your religious texts: "For everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven".

Divine Solitude is a noble condition, and one that offers quantum leaps in terms of growth, when understood, and recognized for its profound purpose. You see the Divine-Self is ultimately, conclusively alone in its final pursuit of omnipotence. In your terms, the soul enters the earth alone, and the spirit departs the earth alone. Ascended Masters that walk the Earth, have for millennia sought solitude in their incarnations before achieving Mastery. So it is with many of you now.

Dear Ones, Many of you who find yourself alone at this time, are of the belief that you must find a partner. Many of you seek your 'soul mate' your twin flame. Yet we tell you, in many cases among the advanced souls, you are alone because you have planned it. Indeed it is a special and noble undertaking. It is time for Divine Solitude.

Among souls seeking Mastery, approximately one of every four lifetimes, is a lifetime chosen for recalibration and advancement utilizing the planned focal freedom to do so by sacred solitude.

Solitude for those seeking sanctified light, for those seeking, what is termed 'consecrated enlightenment' choose specific periods in their life plan, to be alone for a time. This does not mean you will always be in solitude, it simply means for a time you have chosen to 'work on the self'... to achieve self love.

Love of self is a condition that many, especially those from Christian heritage, have lost. Christianity with its teachings of original sin taught you that you were flawed in your nature, that you needed forgiving. You spent lifetime's prostate asking forgiveness for who you are. You lost your sense of your divinity, and found it easier to give than to receive. Balance was forfeited.

For others, there may be a sense of self-condemnation from actions or missteps that have deeply programmed a sense of guilt & unworthiness. An inability to love the self has pervaded and created self denial because you are unable to forgive yourself for whatever action led you to this erroneous belief. As a result relationships have failed. It is a great Truth that you cannot truly love others until you first love yourself. As long as you hold beliefs of unworthiness, you will create a reaction of denial. You will repeat this self created exile, this self projected punishment until you learn that you are divine, that you are flawless speaks of God in your divinity. Life will  change when you accept this great wisdom, and learn to create your life. But self love is a requisite. Love is not an emotion, it is a vibratory frequency. Love is not earned, Love IS the way. And Dear Ones, it may take lifetimes of solitude for you to realize this. Life is difficult, and that is a great Truth, but it is often when you are out of your comfort zone, that you are forced to face the challenge and transcend it.

Now, we tell you that as the New Earth fully transforms to the Crystalline Age in 2013 and beyond, the nature of energy resonance and the dimensional grasp of the planet is expanded. There is a lessening of the influence of duality/polarity for those of you that choose to extend beyond the third dimension.

You may ask whether solitude or partnerships bring greater advancement to the soul. The question is timely and especially pertinent for many of you in the dawn of the Ascension. The short answer is that both coupling and solitude have their divine purpose.... and we underline the word BOTH. Much is gained in being in committed loving relationship. This is the natural circumstance in most sojourns on the plane of Earth. But Masters, we tell you that there is also great purpose also in solitude. It is in fact a requisite. It is no error that great numbers of you on the finals steps of the path of enlightenment are alone in this period. Now is the prelude to the coming Ascension. If you are among these, we tell you that perhaps your solitude is appropriate. Perhaps it is as it should be. You see it is how many of you planned it. Yet many of you feel that the loneliness is too much to bear and that you must pursue a partner...the elusive twin flame. Dear Souls, there is much confusion around the concept of the twin flame, the 'soul mate', and the role and nature of optimal partnership in Mastery of Self.

Solitude is intended to be a period of sublime reverence of self. Your life and your experience in this plane is your own creation, your own living tapestry, woven by your individual belief. Within solitude, the soul is prompted into self-review, and opportunity is given to dive deeply into the deep waters that flow within you. To swim in the ocean of SELF, and in so doing rediscover the love within, to learn what a brilliant spark of God you truly are. Relationships are a method of reflecting the affectivity of your belief system, and giving you feedback on what, simply stated, is working, and what is not. Detachment requires the individual to explore the self, to reacquaint with the inner horizon, and this facilitates and necessitates sovereignty. Sovereignty is the prepotency of Mastership.

 A relationship of two sovereign nondependent humans has greater balance, greater creativity, and greater longevity than a pairing of two beings co-dependent on one another. Do you understand? Ultimately each soul must clearly define SELF in order to gain Mastery. Self Mastery is embodied in periods of planned detachment. It is that period in which impeccability is crystallized. And we tell you Dear Ones, crystallization, through impeccability is a necessary phase of Self- Mastery. It is a calibrational juncture in the multidimensional sojourn. One enters the void, the great mystery in the quest for fortitude and sovereign vision, alone, without a shoulder to lean on. And in the process, one discovers sublime wholeness and self completion. Do not misunderstand our meaning; there is great validity in coupling, in the natural aspect of soul mate.

But conclusively one walks the path of Mastery in sovereign detachment. One becomes enlightened when one learns to transcend the physical self. Each of you must endeavor to the final conquest of what we term as 'impeccability'. Impeccability is the crystallization or uniform clarity of the soul, and it is a necessary virtue of Mastery. This involves release of dependency, the release of all that does not serve your divinity. It is a rebooting and reprogramming of all you are.

We have told you that the language, the fabric of higher dimension is sacred geometry. Impeccability is the geometric clarity of the soul mind. By defining oneself through impeccability one becomes crystalline, and thus more capable of Divine Consciousness within the geometric light of coherent higher planes. It is only accomplished by deciding who you are, what you believe, and then living it. Recognizing your truths, and aligning fully to them.

Question to Metatron: Are you saying that loving relationships, such as marriage, are not our ultimate union?

Metatron: Remember that in the highest realm you are in sacred Oneness, each a part of the Divine One. So in terms of duality experience, the answer to your question is yes. In this context, YES! Masters, in highest reality, you are a unified plural consciousness.

Relationships in the linear duality experience are a means to the end. We are saying that loving relationships are a sacred, joyful tool of achieving Self Mastery, but that ultimately in each soul's journey there will be an ultimate growth into sovereignty. The sovereign self is a sufficient self & truly has no dependent need of another. Such conceptual dependency can be a deterrent to Mastery.

 In truth you merge in sovereignty with your other half. The other part of your soul that separated in duality expression. Each of you have a male and female component in duality, and the other half is re-merged in the Integral Divine Self before rising into higher realm. This is in fact a requisite mergence, and is occurring for so many of you as you enter 2013.

Many of you consider a soul mate and twin flame the same. Only the syntax is in parity. The true meanings are different. The twin flame is the other half of the same soul, split in duality, and these are very rarely in physicality together. The 'soul mate' is in our terms, another soul with whom you have contracted to grow together within physical duality, as a means of development and exploration of love with another soul by movement toward common purpose.

The seeming paradox in linear relationships, that of the 'soul mate' concept (not the twin flame) is that a relationship of two non-dependent sovereign beings, has greater joy, greater balance, greater interface with the divine, greater opportunity for advancement than a relationship based on co-dependence. Do you see?

 In this time, in this now of 2013, many of you are actually merging with your etheric (non-physical) twin flame, and molding your sacred fullness into one physicality in order for you to enter the crystalline realm of the New Earth in integral self unified wholeness.

 In most cases this soul reconnection is accomplished in solitude or in sovereign non dependent relationships. So we say embrace your chosen period of SOVEREIGN SOLITUDE, it is the sign of your souls intent to enter into Crystalline Mer-Ka-Na Mastery.

We add that many who are in this life, of the female gender, have chosen particularly effacious roles in the balancing of the planet at this time. Is it not true that the planet has been unbalanced in an overage of patriarchal energies for millennia?

That is why it would appear that a vast majority of those drawn to the 'New Age' are female, you see, to anchor in the Divine Feminine. Females have been conditioned and labeled in your current paradigm as the 'weaker sex'. Nothing could be farther from the truth!

Some of the females, who find themselves now in single status, are conditioned to feel they must have a partner. Again, we say, embrace your solitude. You chose it, we honor you for the path you have chosen. The ideal for the planet, is not to be female or male, rather a perfect balance of BOTH, but it is at the moment still in an imbalance of patriarchal resonance. We honor those of you in female biology, you're strength is indeed progressing in creating the nurturing balance. Truly the over-soul is androgynous, self-contained. Self-sufficient. That does not mean that love is not the frequencial basis of the soul, indeed it is the highest vibration. It is the resonance that is produced by the Ascended Soul to the Cosmos, and reflected back as a collective harmonic of crystalline love.

There is a time when those of you have played the role of soul mates, will individualize, and in your terms, part in joy.

The evolved soul in achieving omnipotence, will become consummately self sufficient, and in so doing radiate spectacular unconditional love to ALL. That is as it should be, as it must be. It is how you Ascend. The final graduation of the soul is not done in pairing, you see. It is done within the Divine SELF in universal harmonic to the All that is. Do you understand?

This is the activation of Self to the divine resonance of the Quantum Crystalline Field. Separation must occur before the final collective reunion, it must alchemically occur to allow for the final coalescence into the ALL THAT IS. It is who you ARE. It is the IAM that I AM. It is the chosen, destined path of all of you.

In summation, our point here, is that if you find yourself in Solitude, recognize its purpose. If you are in a relationship refine it in beauty to the greater love of non-dependence. You will indeed discover the love expands and the relationship becomes more appropriate, more resplendent in non dependency; just as you are discovering relationships of unbalanced dependency are one way streets, and ultimately fail.

In sovereignty humanity will see themselves in the functional framework of being 'whole' and not being their partner's property or someone's 'better half'. Each will bring their integral, whole SELF in fullness, in robust flow of energy into relationship, in a manner that often does not occur today.

There are pre agreed points that allow for freedom of choice and for change, even if that change is to end the partnership. In sovereignty individuals share their best, without compromise of ideals. Each will recognize the divinity of the other, and retain the integrity of SELF. They will afford their own promises and choices of a new paradigm, but there will be avenues and opportunities of adjustments and the ability of reviewing terms.

This will allow for greater recognition of the SELF. These will be designed to prevent energy blockage and reduce dysfunctional marriages and divorce complications and lawsuits, you see. Some relationships in these terms will indeed last a lifetime, some will not. But the archetype of sovereignty will better support both, based on choice and mutual agreement of each individual's terms. And as such independence becomes joyful, devoid of one partner being dominant and imposing their beliefs, morality and will over another.

Humankind, in mass today, truly does not recognize or understand their soul, their divine SELF. Self is unfortunately regulated to the realm of ego personality by the masses. It is true that a higher degree of the light quotient is awakened on the planet now, more than has occurred at any other time.

 Religion in the new paradigm, must be individualized, must truly recognize the nature of SELF the nature of the DIVINE SOUL.

None of your world religions truly answer these questions today. None of your religions acknowledge your Cosmic Extra-Terrestrial heritage nor your multi-dimensional nature. And that must and will be acknowledged & understood in the new paradigm.

None of your current mainstream religions can accurately and completely express the true history of man on the earth. As such, there is no one true religion on the planet today. Most are bought and sold on preset regulated templates. Each claim to know the paths to God, to be able to lead the way to God, yet none truly do. Each has its dogma; each has its hierarchy and some utilize fear based controls that encourage fanaticism and zealotry.

 Man searches for GOD more fervently now than at any other time in on the planet, and so this seeking in itself has the potential to bring in the light. Few religious teachers are true teachers, scholars perhaps, but not true teachers. Others are charlatans, even within metaphysics and the so called 'New Age'.

When integrity is not maintained the connection to true spirit is disconnected, and all who are human are subject to fall in and out of integrity. Truly the way in the Ascension is the ability of each soul to raise into his/her higher self. Look inside and find your own divinity within your heart. Not through blindly following a guru, evangelist, channelers or spiritual leader, but through SELF.

 Accept only what you discern individually to resonate as true, Dear Ones, and do not give your power to another. Each of you can and must channel your higher selves. Study, look, listen, discern, review and only accept what resonates within you. The way to the divine, Masters, is through the sacred sovereignty of SELF, and in the Ascension, the way to the higher SELF is through self-definition, and seeking that aspect of God inside each of you, with the great desire that is embedded in each of your souls. Study, seek, and work! There is little hope for advancement if you chose to be lethargic or the lazy. Effort is requisite to rise above duality. It has always been so.

You are here to make known the unknown! Work at it! Be a warrior of light within duality, for the true battles are within for self mastery. The path is not easy. But within Self Mastery lies energy so exquisite that it fuels all you require to move forward ...  and there is ever another level above each you ascend to. Consciousness is eternally kinetically expanding; it does not reach a level of static dormancy. So we tell you that your higher selves find great humor in cemetery epitaphs of Rest in Peace, for joy is a dynamic state !

Discover your path. Discover yourself. Love yourself, love one another, and love the divinity inside you and inside every one! Discover the multidimensional aspects of your true Soul. That is the nobility of solitude. And though the path is at times quite difficult and lonely, know that such is the challenge of duality, for above, you are whole, and lack nothing. In the higher realm, Masters, you are in your sacred nature of integral wholeness, in complete and abundant bliss.

Sometimes there are circumstances that make a person feel that all of life is against them.  A child who is sexually abused who is then blamed for the abuse; a woman who leaves an abusive familly only to fall into the clutches of an abusive husband; a man who is humiliated and beaten by a father who then disowns him; a family that is driven to a refugee camp where the daughters are raped and the sons conscripted into a war they did not want.  Life on planet Earth has been traumatic, chaotic, and for some, a journey of tribulation that would defeat anyone who was not made of the toughest stuff.  There have been holocausts throughout history, of which the Nazi attack on the Jews was the recent and most thoroughly documented.  And still, courageous people who have suffered such inconceivable trauma have managed to survive and go on to live decent and productive lives.

It ripples through all the layers of ego, intellect, mind, senses, and matter, spreading out in wider and wider circles. You are like a light radiating not photons but consciousness.

As they radiate, your thoughts have an effect on everything in nature. Physics already recognizes this fact for sources of physical energy: Any light, whether a star or a candle, sends its waves throughout the quantum field of electromagnetism, going as far as infinity in all directions. We are bounded in our awareness; being confined to the waking state keeps us from perceiving the subtle changes we are producing everywhere. Man moves, lives, and breathes in the cosmic body. If this is so, then nature is as alive as we are; the whole distinction between “in here” and “out there” is a false one, as if the heart cells disregarded the skin cells because they were not on the inside.

The material level of the world is quite crude. The real power in nature lies closer to the source, and the ultimate power, the power of awareness, must lie right at the source.

PLANETARY ~ SHARED BY REV. CHRISTINE MELERIESSEE

As the weeks roll by, we are still going to be hit with higher frequencies and changes within our lives.  This week represents allowing the energies we have experienced previously to be fully grounded within our physical existence.  The Spring Equinox was an energy surge that many individuals may have felt more deeply than 12-21-12 and rightly so.  The planet was in a state of preparing for the Spring to occur even though the challenges that we incurred during the 1^st Trimester of January, February, and March were to prepare us for the increased frequencies of light.

So the Equinox arrived and now it has passed through us.  What do we do with the energies presently and how do we continue when the upheaval is still occurring within our lives?  Make no mistake about it ~ this last full moon was another interesting energy surge to make us think bigger, be better, and find the courage to keep moving forward.  What I am finding with these energies presently is that no matter where we are within our pathway, the conditioned ones or the new awakened ones, each of us is being challenged greatly to get deeper into the Core of our Essence.  And that core is ever changing no matter what your intention may be.

Master Kuthumi shared this week in our Monday evening, Clarion Temple of Oneness, about the Regeneration of our Essence to prepare for the Lunar Eclipse and the Festival of the Christ which are occurring on April 25^th, 2013 which will also be the Full Moon (to listen to an excerpt of this call and buy the MP3 download, see Walking Terra Christa, Master Kuthumi .   This week is our time to allow the changes that we incurred in last week’s full moon to be accepted within our cellular structure of the physical body allowing for the regenerative process of these cells.

Make no mistake about it, when you work through the higher frequencies of light, you do regenerate your livelihood within the physical body.  It is the process of anti-aging as the deeper we become intertwined with our spiritual essence, the healthier we become as a human being.  Our food changes, we are utilizing plant-based herbs and minerals for our well being, and walking away from the conformed society of healing our bodies, minds and spirits.  This, in itself, is going to assist the body in transforming greatly.  If you have not seen any of these changes occur for you, continue with the higher ascension work and you will start to see dramatic improvements.

As our emotional and mental levels start to shift into the higher self, we then start to change our physical reactions within the body.  So it is important to realize that the changes you have incurred during these powerful activations are assisting your body to receive more Light Quotient within your Being.  This process can be unbelievably powerful and sometimes very debilitating, but so very life changing.

So my advice at this time is to relax into the energies that you have received.  We will be coming into a New Moon on the 10^th of April which we will once again be filling the Rainbows of Lights Dispensation.  This is ongoing through the year and it is important to tap into what colors of the spectrum you are receiving.  They are coming to you for a reason.  Even if you do not know what they mean, utilize them within your breath, and accept the transformation that will occur for you.  To learn more about the 22 Rays of God, see our email program, 22 Ray Challenge, .

It is important that each of us be in preparation this month to experience another resurrection.  We will be celebrating the Festival of the Christ which is the first of the three Wesak festivals.  This represents removing the parts of ourselves that will not be able to stay within the light frequency as we raise our vibrations during the Wesak event in May.  We believe that it is important to continually purge and regenerate ourselves during the month of April so that when the Lunar Eclipse comes in late April when we will be more prepared to walk through yet another doorway of the Christ Consciousness.

COSMIC LEVEL ~ UNIFIED WHOLE COMMAND OF MANY MASTERS OF LIGHT

Greetings Beloved Comrades of the Light,

This week is truly representing the effects of Spring to allow the new born self to become accustomed to the new energies that are occurring.  The transitions that each of you are experiencing are taking you into new heights of awareness within your four-body system so that you can be fully activated within the next step of your evolution.

It is important to take these moments and fully accept what you have experienced, notice the differences within your body and your emotional and mental levels as they will tell you how you are adjusting within the totality of your existence.  The changes that have been occurring within the planet are beyond what we can really express and the most important part is having each of you understand what you are creating within each moment.  Make no mistake about it, the challenges of the last full moon compounded the energies of the Spring Equinox and now is the time for you to take inventory again of where you are situated.  This means to understand the frequency you are now incorporating and how you are adjusting to those energies.

Every time there is a surge of vibration within the planet and each of you individually, you must adjust your body to hold those levels of light.  This is an adjustment within itself as in some moments you may feel quite balanced but in others, you will feel vibrations moving through you, your head may seem fuzzy and off-center with your thoughts, you may have vertigo, or ringing in the ears.  It affects each person differently depending upon the level they are incorporating and how much of it is actually being received.  There is a misconception in the mind when you start to feel the frequency running through you as may have a tendency to want to meditate or fall asleep.  The levels of vibrations that you are receiving are not all being accepted at the same time.  It may take quite a bit of integration to fully allow the energies to be incorporated within the full body system.  The surging of energies through your arms, third eye, heart chakra, or other areas are a testing ground.  When you meditate or fall asleep, it means that the body is accepting the frequency as you, the soul, exits for a little while.

Notice how you feel after such an experience.  Many of you will have grounded more energies than you ever thought you would be able to and relaxing the body is the only way to allow the integration to fully occur.  Another way to assist in this process is walking or exercising if you have the energies to do so; taking a bath and allow the vibrational level within the cellular structure to just relax and rejuvenate.

We offer these suggestions so that you can allow the frequency that your Higher Self is intending to be within your physical structure.  It is also imperative to realize that parts of the body that are weaker will gravitate towards the essence of vibration in order to heal more deeply.  So we do suggest that you take some moments of self-care to fully allow the energies to change.

The other aspect you may want to be aware of is that as it enters the emotional and mental levels, issues can arise as a result of the integration.  You may feel emotional, drained, happy, or sad and have thoughts that you thought were gone while experiencing moments of euphoria.  These are all symptoms of allowing the frequencies to be fully activated within your Being.

This is a time of great transition so this week you may be feeling many of these elements centering within you.  Take the time to reflect and see where the confliction is occurring so that you can take better care of accepting the frequencies.  This will alleviate any emotional or mental energies from taking over.  Remember, you are accessing your Divine Self but at the same time you are removing the lower ego and mind from your consciousness.  Sometimes the thought process within that level may not be very excited to be leaving.  Again, it is up to you within your own individual self of what you may or may not need at this time.

Transitional Healing is the most challenging to get through as it can happen at any time within your day as you are experiencing the nuance of initiation within the physical level.  At the same time, GAIA is also integrating the same essences so the planetary consciousness is also going through many challenges.  Some individuals may not realize what is occurring and being on the ascension or mastery pathway is very helpful as there are reasons of why you are experiencing these changes.

Take some moments to fully reflect on what you felt like before the activations, how you were affected during the integration of the energies, and then what is happening as a result of these changes.  It is like being in an earthquake and being shaken up through all parts of your body, and then having to adjust to the process once the energy has been grounded.  Some areas may need healing, others have adjusted perfectly, and changes result within the composition of the body.

These frequencies of 2013 are going to be felt in this manner.  As we move through the month, we will experience more of the same focus pertaining to the dark side of the soul being revealed in order to create healing.  The Lunar Eclipse with the Festival of the Christ will be a period of resurrection.  It is important to take time for yourself before the actual event on April 25^th so that you can be more fully prepared for the ensuing energies that will be occurring.  The transition will be much easier to accept which allows for the pulsating energies to be accepted by your Body, Mind, and Spirit.

We do not want to scare you in any manner but to be prepared for the changes.  You are going through them presently and the more care you take on a day-to-day basis, the easier the transition will be.  Breathe and accept the challenges; know what works and what does not; allow the resultant energies to guide you through the process as you surrender within your Soul’s Essence to know you are being challenged to become a better person activated with your Higher Self fully intact.

It is our joy to walk with each of you through this process of transformation.

The Light is always in front of you, step with it, and the unknown shall be familiar and loving to your soul.

At this time in our present history, we have the ability to be conscious of the stories we have been taught and how they define us, as well as the stories we unquestionably have believed about who another is. We can be willing to be unguarded with ourselves, and we can take responsibility for the result. We can marvel when we discover that the stories of previously demonized others (enemies) are as beautiful and multi-layered as our own.

We mature when we realize that some of the stories cherished as the foundation of our culture are flimsy and insubstantial in truth and are sometimes outrightly false. One generation’s true and defining story can be proved to be a lie in the next generation. Stories that celebrate freedom and revolution against tyranny can turn on themselves and become stories of reigns of terror.

We recognize the location of the story in our flesh and emotions. From this recognition choice is born. We have most often either chosen to continue the given story or to rebel against that story. There is yet another choice. We have the capacity to take a moment and release all stories. We can experience what it means to be nobody, uncovered even by our primary identity.

Underneath all the stories, we can experience that deep core of ourselves that is history-less, genderless and parent-less. Naked. That presence is unencumbered by relationships and has no past and no future. In the core of our being-ness we are free of definitions. Unencumbered by our definitions we experience ourselves as conscious intelligence aware of itself as open, endless space. This instant of being story-less is an instant of freedom. For even if our story is filled with light and beauty, to the degree that we define ourselves through that story, we are less free.

After such a moment, stories are never the same. They can be present, as they most likely will be, but they no longer have the inherent power to define our reality. The inner-wealth that is available to us is no longer limited or augmented by particular inner or outer events. While the personality or the “creature-ness” of each individual continues just as stories continue, the underlying awareness, the true “I” has come home to itself.

After such a moment, choice is present where before we were blindly choice-less. When we are not blinded by the stories that have been created for us, or the stories we create, we can appreciate the mysterious vastness that is holographically present in each moment of any story. We can discover what is and has always been here, throughout whatever rendition of story was being lived or believed. Each of us can take any story from our past, and we can discover the treasure that was hidden only through unquestioning belief in narrowly focused assumptions of the time. Stories can then be profoundly appreciated as displays of multidimensional life expressing itself in all forms.

What is the frame or context of your life? You don’t know how your story will end, but at this point you can discover what your story is about. You can ask yourself how your inner sense of self is expressed, or has gone unexpressed, in the structure and message of your life story.

The Landing Party Part 4

MYTRE SPEAKS:

I must apologize for our story moving through different periods of time. You see our Ship has entered the mid-fourth dimension of your planet Earth. Therefore, our broadcasts to you are greatly disrupted by the time differential between the fourth dimension and your third dimensional physical world.

Furthermore, your third dimensional physical world is expanding its essence into the fourth dimensional expression of your reality. Some of you are able to follow the expansion of Gaia’s consciousness into the higher frequencies of multidimensional Earth, and some of you cannot.

Therefore, we are only in communication with those of you who can expand your consciousness enough to calibrate your attention to the mid-fourth dimensional version of your reality. We know that this expansion of your consciousness may be somewhat confusing to you because you are also holding a physical form in the third dimension.

However, if you are able to tune into our message, you are likely aware of your multidimensional nature. Hence, you can also understand that there are many versions and frequencies of reality swimming together in the great cosmic flow of the ONE.

As your consciousness becomes calibrated to the extending arm of the higher frequencies of Gaia’s New Earth, you will flow into the higher expressions of your planetary reality. These higher frequencies of Earth all flow in the Cosmic Sea of the NOW of the ONE.

Within this Cosmic Sea, the many timelines of “life on planet Earth” intermingle like currents within the ocean. Because of the intermingling of different timelines and the frequencies of your changing reality, it is common for you, our ascending ones, to simultaneously experience more than one reality.

We left off, or are still experiencing, our interaction with our first contact person. It is very common for those living in a polarized reality to think that a unique experience can be a dangerous one. This is the cautious thinking that is necessary for life on a polarized reality.

We now remind you that our contact person’s last thoughts were, “He wants to tell me something, but I have a feeling I may not like what that is. Fortunately, I have to go, so I can put this communication off for now.”

CONTACT PERSON CONTINUES:
I went through my morning with the feeling that the tall blond man with the blue eyes was watching me. Interestingly, his observation did not feel invasive. In fact, it felt quite comforting; as if some who loved me was over-looking me to make sure I was OK. However, I had never met this man before, so how could he love me? Nonetheless, he seemed to radiate love.

Eventually, the business of my day took over my mind and I forgot the man, as well as the feeling of love. After all, how often do people walk around feeling a radiation of love? By nighttime I had completely forgotten my experience of being protected by love and went to bed, too tired from my busy day to even reflect on what had happened.

I remembered paying my bills. I remembered going to the gas stations, the grocery store and the bank. I remembered going to work. But I did not remember the man with the loving feeling. Why?

Why did I remember all the boring, survival things and forget the feeling of love? However, I did realize that I was wishing that I had someone looking over me and sending me love. I fell off to sleep feeling depressed by the loneliness of my life.

I awoke the next morning at my usual time and drug myself out of bed. I was exhausted and felt like I had not slept a wink. However, I did remember feeling sorry for myself as a fell asleep. Then, when I got in the shower and felt the warm water hit my head, I remembered something.

For just a brief moment, I saw myself in a very large room with many people that I did not know. Even then, I still did not remember the tall blond man with the blue eyes. I was too busy. I had to go to get some breakfast. I had some calls to make and then I had to get ready for work. I had to go about my day, just like every day.

However, as I got out of the shower, I found that I did NOT want to have this day be just like every other day. Something had happened, but I could not quite remember it. I decided to put on my robe and meditate. Whatever had happened yesterday upset me a great deal. I had to find out what that was and release it so that I would not be grouchy all day.

I went into the other room, lit some candles and put on some soft music. The meditation meant that I would not have breakfast. I was hungry, in fact starving for something else. Unfortunately, I did not know what that something was.

I was surprised how quickly I went into a deep meditation. It was as if I was looking for something, or someone. With that thought I suddenly saw a tall man with blond hair and blue eyes.

I just got a short glimpse of him, and then I doubted myself. Just one second of doubt and the man disappeared. Of course, I knew he was not a real man, as he was just in my imagination. However, I wanted very much to spend some time with that imaginary man. Within that short glimpse I felt such love that I wanted to him to come back.

Therefore, I tried and tried to get him to come back. Why did he leave so quickly? Why wouldn't he come back? I was getting increasingly angry. I was angry with him for leaving so soon and angry with myself for—well—I didn't know why I was angry with myself.

In fact, anger at my self felt normal. In a kind of sick way it felt comfortable. If I was angry with myself instead of being angry with others or the general condition of my life, then at least I was not a victim. And then I started to cry.

I cried and cried. In fact, I cried so much that I had to call in sick to work. I went back to bed and cried some more. Why was I crying? I could not possibly be crying because of an imaginary man that I kept forgetting.

But, my tears were about forgetting. While I lay in bed amongst my tears and misery, I realized that there was a lot I had forgotten. I could not remember what that "lot" was, but I felt the hole in my heart. There had to be more to life than running errands and doing work. There just had to be!

Then I remembered that when I was a child I always played with imaginary people. I also remembered how these imaginary people sent me love and understanding, which was much more rewarding than anything I got in my outside world.

In fact, I remembered how I had an inside world and an outside world. Inside was filled with Faerie, Angels and people like the tall blond man with the blue eyes. Then I really cried. I sobbed until I could hardly breathe. Suddenly, I felt so very lonely—lonely for my inside life. How could I have forgotten what had made me happier than anything that I found in my outside life? With that thought, I fell into a restless sleep.

When I finally awoke it was mid-day. All I could remember was bits and pieces of a being back in that room with a group of people. Someone was talking to us. Actually, it was more that some thing was talking to us because it was certainly not human. In fact, it appeared to be a tall, glowing light that once in a while sent out a ray almost like an arm.

I was hypnotized by this Being and felt such love, not just coming from it, but also coming from me. I loved this being so very, much. It was not a romantic love, or even a human love. It was a spiritual love like I used to feel for the Being that looked just like that when I was a child.

It was then that I began to remember. Then, beyond my control I fell into a deep trance. I was in that room with the great Being speaking to us, and I was sitting beside the tall man with the blond hair and blue eyes.

The energy is VERY intense! Or shall we say, what's taking place in our bodies, is quite exceptional!

This morning my vision was all whacked and yet, when I went outside to walk my dogs I saw the fabric of reality, moving as I walked through it. Incredible!! My peripheral vision was fine, but my straight-on vision was seeing geometries of light that were elastic-ey and moving as I walked and participated. Incredible. I talked with my inner being and welcomed this expanded presence of myself showing up and encouraged it to find a harmonious way to interface with reality so my ability to read and write would return soon. :) Within about an hour and a half, it was a-okay again. But what a cool experience!

We've entered a new time of expanded light and your presence is being amplified. That's what is happening as energy comes in, as you feel the head pressure, the clearing -- you're being amplified into more you. The higher dimensional aspects of your continuum of being are coming forth, here on Earth. Emerging THROUGH you. The Earth has ascended in vibration and we're ascending in vibration by our higher dimensional aspects being more and more embodied.

Trust where you are, claim the victories of everyone!

Wherever you are in this evolutionary pathway, embrace it with this knowing. I was sharing some incredible manifestations I've experienced lately with a friend and she brilliantly said, "I love what we're manifesting -- because your manifestations are my manifestations." And she's right. Claim everything wonderful that you notice and see in other's lives as your own, because we're all One and it's coming forth as individual aspects of our wholeness can hold the big juiced up vibes, and this is empowering all of us to do this and also giving us a joyful vision of what's coming!

I selected this photo above to introduce the upcoming events from April to May because our ability to trust those subtle perceptions empowered by our imagination is key to feeling the New Reality. As we enter into relationship with the New Harmonics of Consciousness, it is our imagination that empowers us to feel and sense the expansiveness of our being and the inner planes of our experience. 

Through our connection to imagination, sensation and feeling we play -- reclaiming our wholeness and allowing our expanded, amplified present to re-pattern our experience.

Recognize emotions and stories are paths of separation. 

It's important to realize that feeling, sensation and imagination are NOT the same as emotion. Knowing is clarity. Coherence translated into a nudge, or a sense of how to participate harmoniously and in alignment with all you are. Emotion and story-like-thinking often interfere with true knowing. They're often connected and caused by stories, beliefs, patterns and ideas that arise from the illusion, or the Mayan Veil. From duality. Emotion and this type of thinking are ways of separating ourselves from each other and from life. They're the pathways away from experiencing Unity Consciousness. We're moving into an experience neutrality, which, like emotions is often misunderstood.

Neutrality is, as many inspired teachers have shared, the path to it all.

Neutrality is not flat, or boring. It's not passion-less or the void. Neutrality is a soaring experience of JOY. It's how you feel naturally when nothing is derailing you from your own innate high-vibe. It's how you feel when life doesn't trigger you. When you're not judging or making things, people, or yourself right/wrong. Neutrality is freedom. And it feels like exquisite, soaring, ascending cheerfulness, impervious to anything and infinite. Eternal. Neutrality is love.

Living in this neutrality, life opens in all the ways we felt ascension would uplift and transform our experience. Getting into this state is a process, as we've experienced. But we don't have to get there all the way to notice the benefit. Every moment where there, we experience more ease. 

Our own expanded being can masterfully create our life.

As we continue to open more and more to our own higher levels of being, our amplified vibration draws to us invitations, and openings. We get gentle, persistent inner nudges and inspiration. By saying yes to our own life, by opening directly to our own inspiration, knowing and vision we use our presence to allow heaven to emerge through us, ground on Earth and create the New Reality. This is how we live in the ease we've heard so much about.

We call forth our own being, continually giving permission for all we are to enter this free-will experience through us, and this amplified presence can be given permission to create our life experiences. We don't have to set intentions, create vision boards, do affirmations or anything. We can just let our continually amplified presence show us openings that match our self. Of course affirmations and anything that helps us move into more self-love, empower our amplified presence, but the point here is that it's our expanded, multidimensional presence that can knowingly take over and create our life -- a life that will exceed everything we can even imagine. How fun is that?

Expanding the lower abdomen as you breathe in, contracting the lower abdomen as you breathe out, and seeing and sensing now the Divine Love of Mother Earth through the Unity Grid of Divine Love, imbuing you now in the crystalline frequencies of the Solar Matrix of Unity Consciousness; as the sub-atomic particles within your body spin in increased Light frequencies you connect now to the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God. And into this sacred space now we invite all these incredible Illumined Beings of Light from on High, assisting you in this Golden Age of Light.

We call in now the Pleiadians and the Sirians, the Andromedans and the Arcturians, all of the Light; the Mahatma, the Cosmic Avatar of Synthesis; Lord Michael, Lord Metatron and Lord Melchizedek; the Brotherhood of the Light; Lord Melchior, the Galactic Logos; Helios and Vesta, the Solar Logii, Overlighting you through the sacred Cosmic Fires of Helios and Vesta; Sanat Kumara, the bridge to Solar Christ Consciousness; and Lord Buddha.

You call now upon the Ray Masters, and the Ascended Masters ~ El Morya, Kuthumi, Serapis Bey, Paul the Venetian, Hilarion, Sananda, Saint Germain and Lady Portia, Lady Nada, Mother Mary, Allah Gobi, Quan Yin, and Pallas Athena. You call in the Archangels ~ Archangel Michael, Uriel, Gabriel, Raphael, Zadkiel, Jophiel, Chamuel; the Mighty Elohim, Builders of Form; and you call in now all the Illumined Beings of Light you personally acknowledge and wish to join you in this sacred space.

And in this sacred space, sweet ones, you visualize now the shape of a tetrahedron. Three sides to this pyramidal shape, which surrounds you now, sweet ones, and as you breathe deep into the body, and take this out in a vortex of Light, you create within your sacred space your own Divine pyramid of Spiritual Truth, Divine Justice, and unconditional Love ~ for it is these three spiritual principles, sweet ones, that determine the essence, the wisdom and the way forward in this new Golden Age of Light. It is the corner stone to all teachings of Light, and you reflect now on each side of this sacred pyramid, in imbuing yourselves within the Light frequencies of Mother/Father God, and the sacred Cosmic Fire of Helios and Vesta. Within this sacred space you bring your focus to Spiritual Truth, sweet ones. Spiritual Truth directs your thoughts, and actions, and it is important to look within your everyday lives, too, in the knowing that there is only the Truth to guide you in Cosmic Consciousness Awareness ~ the Truth sweet ones, starts on a very basic level of choosing not to lie, not even "white lies", as you move into a deeper level of experiencing yourselves as these angelic humans, of experiencing yourselves as these sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love, and Warriors of Light. As you look through your Master Eyes at all of Life around you, and embrace the negative ego aspects of yourselves in Divine Love, you let go of the need to compare yourself to others, you let go of the lesser-than and better-than consciousness, of the need to impress, and indeed the need to lie, for this comes from the negative ego aspects. It is in conscious awareness, sweet ones, that you bring a focus to your integrity, that you bring a focus to being a Pillar of Light, in all your magnificence and Light, and in embracing firstly, the aspect of yourselves that upholds the Teachings of Light. And as you integrate this at a deeper level and step into humility, and step into the reverence for all Life, there comes a greater knowing, through the activation of the dormant DNA, through the remembrance of parallel realities, multi-dimensional realities, timelines of your ascended selves. And they merge with you now, these timelines in consciousness, further activating the crystalline matrix of the DNA to Solar Christ Consciousness; and so you start to imbue yourself with a greater level of discernment and Truth and knowing. This comes from wisdom of experience; this comes through the creation of your Bodies of Light and the I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light. And so indeed, sweet ones, this Pillar of Truth broadens into a greater level of knowing on a planetary level. Of the knowing of the Truth of the Teachings of Light as they vibrate at a particular frequency of Light within your body. Of the knowing of when something is not true, whether in thought, in feeling, or in consciousness, and always remaining steadfast in the Light in your Truth, sweet ones.

This is the way forward, and you see clearly, within the Christed Timelines, how this Pillar of Truth is an important one for all of you, sweet ones, as the Master Beings of Light and sacred custodians to Mother Earth and all her Life, and you apply this principle of Truth through the knowing you have in your connection to the Illumined Beings of Light from On High, and your Beloved I AM Presence, and indeed in your connection with others, and the Group I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light. Let Truth always guide you. For when you are in Truth every thought you have takes you deeper into the expression and feeling of Divine Love, and you move now into bringing a focus to the pyramidal aspects around you that are all imbued with this essence of unconditional Love. Come into the radiance of your hearts, into your Heart's Temple, sweet ones. You start in this experience, expression, and feeling of unconditional Love with a deeper level of loving yourselves, of nurturing and appreciating yourselves, for this is then how you appreciate others and love others, sweet ones. And so as you come into your heart, you embrace firstly the victim and persecutor consciousness aspects of yourselves, for you know that these aspects of yourself, and sub-personality aspects that chose many of the challenging journeys on this plane of polarity, simply need to be loved ~ need to be nurtured, need to be appreciated, and as you love and appreciate yourselves now, sweet ones, you welcome into your heart all those aspects of yourself that are still in pain, that have experienced perceived injustices, betrayals, abandonments, lack of Love, but it is okay. You are surrounded in so much Light and so much Love; you are so deeply loved, sweet ones, for your service work to Mother Earth and all her Life. And as you embrace and Love yourselves, the radiance of your Love expands to embrace all those around you ~ your friends, your family, and those with whom you have perceived conflict, and now all Life. You are simply Love, sweet ones, and the radiance of your Love, of your Heart's Temple, expands into the Group I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light and together you amplify your magnificence and your Light as these Master Beings and sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love, and you feel this collective consciousness of Divine Love. You are within the radiance of your hearts and the radiance of the Cosmic Heart of All Creation, always and eternally, sweet ones. We use this expression commonly "There is only Love" for Love is your guiding Light, Love transcends every challenge that may pass your way and Love lifts you into a greater level of the magnificence and preciousness of your unique matrices within the collective Consciousness of One.

As you bring a focus now to Divine Justice in this pyramidal structure, you have a knowing too that you have come here as these Spiritual Warriors of Light, as the defenders and advocates of Divine Justice, defending the innocent, advocating for the weak and the homeless, and indeed, sweet ones, standing collectively as One Unified field of Love and Divine Light, in righting every perceived injustice on this earth plane and crumbling the pillars of corruption ~ this in part is why you are here, for as you effect and create change in your realities and in those around you, you affect and create change within the etheric net and increase the Light Vibration of this earth plane, as these physical vessels of Light, as these Spiritual Warriors of Light. You see yourselves now being given the Sword of Holy Truth by Archangel Michael and surrounded now by the Archangels, and their Divine feminine counterparts, Archangel Michael and Michaella, Uriel and Uriella, Gabriel and Gabriella, Raphael and Raphaella, Zadkiel and Zadkiella, Jophiel and Jophiella, and Chamuel and Chamuella ~ bring a focus to perceived injustices on a personal level first, sweet ones, these energetic cords, or aka cords, are old energy cords of the karmic contracts created, perpetuated, and played out to perfection, and you know that your Beloved I AM Presence is center stage, and as you merge with your Beloved I AM Presence and further call in all the Legions of Light you personally acknowledge, as well as your soul and star families of the Light, you stand as a Spiritual Warrior of Light, in Spiritual Truth, in Divine Justice, and Unconditional Love, and looking through your Master eyes you let all those that you still have perceived conflict with know "I Love you and I forgive you, as I Love and forgive myself. I cut these old cords of perceived injustice, and I right our relationships. For I see that we chose roles to play, and in the Truth, in viewing life through my Master Eyes, I see that there are always personal perceptions that come into play, and I acknowledge that I may not always have stood in my Light and Truth and Integrity, and I take responsibility for this and the knowing that the only person I can change is myself. And I choose to cut these karmic ties. I no longer choose this role and this dance with you ~ I have experienced all I need to learn and every lesson has taken me deeper into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God. With the Sword of Holy Truth from Archangel Michael you cut these old connections, and you let each person know, at a soul level, I Love you and I forgive you as I Love and forgive myself, I Love you and I forgive you as I Love and forgive myself". Truth, sweet ones ~ at the highest level, there is only one Truth, the Truth of the Light of Creation, and that there is only Love. On the lower worlds and on the lower dimensions the perceptions of Truth differ according to the levels of Cosmic Consciousness awareness, and it is to know, sweet ones, regardless of how clear you may feel you are, you are all still working with negative ego aspects; and so use this sense of feeling to know whether something is your Truth, or not ~ and indeed this may change tomorrow, as you increase in Cosmic Consciousness awareness, but be humble, be Truthful, be discerning, and stand as the Warriors of the Light, for this is your Guiding Light ~ Divine Love ~

And now you bring a focus to all those old patriarchal energies and institutions and each one of you, imbued with either the first ray qualities of Will and Power, the second ray of Love-Wisdom, or the third ray of Divine Intelligence, respectively in your service roles on this earth plane will stand for Justice in different aspects of these old patriarchal energies. Whether moving into a deeper level of Divine Love, of the Divine Feminine energy that pours forth, and standing up for the suppression of the Divine Feminine, or moving into the political arenas, or social arenas, or into the old monetary energies, and creating change within these arenas, sweet ones. And you see these etheric structures, and the energy of old consciousness represented around them, sweet ones, and now you stand collectively together, as the I AM Avatar race, as the Spiritual Warriors of Light and you cut these old cords, these old cords of corruption, and lies, of victim and persecutor consciousness, of power, of war, of violence ~ cut it from the core from where it springs, cut it from the old energy matrix, as you are surrounded now in this beautiful Violet Flame, the Violet Flame of St Germain, of transmutation and alchemical magic, which guides you as you bring through the forces of Nature Intelligence and Nature Spirit Intelligence, as you bring through the forces of Light and bring a focus to these institutions that you wish to create change in. Cut the energy, and you replace them now with these beautiful copper-gold flames, and pink-gold flames of Spiritual Truth and Divine Justice and Unconditional Love. In this Golden Age of Light, this is the new Lady of Liberty. Hold this focus as you move into every arena, that you know personally you have the ability collectively as the I AM Avatar Race, to make these changes.

With your radiant hearts, with your open hearts and with your wisdom you look through your Master eyes and you create these Pillars of Spiritual Truth, Divine Justice, and Unconditional Love, within the hearts and minds of all Life, as you take this tetrahedron, this three-sided pyramid, and place it within the hearts of all humanity. The All-Seeing Eye appears, the Middle Eye of Horus ~ the Middle Eye of Horus brings through this central Pillar of Mildness and Equilibrium, of balancing the scales of justice, through the principles of Spiritual Truth, Divine Justice, and unconditional Love. All that is not of the Light is unveiled and revealed, and now transmuted, and absorbed into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God ~ you are free, sweet ones, to co-create your Heaven on Earth, as the Lightworkers and star seeded ones, for you know you have the power to co-create, you are Master co-creators, you are the sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love, and Spiritual Warriors of Light, leading the way in this Golden Age of Light for Mother Earth and all her Life.

Helios and Vesta now Overlight you and invite you into their Ascension Seat within the Solar Core of the Sun. As you travel in Soul Consciousness with your Soul family and friends of the Light, and all the Illumined Beings of Light from On High that you personally acknowledge, you find yourself now in the Solar Core, embraced and wrapped in these beautiful copper-gold and pink-gold Flames of Light and you are offered an opportunity here, sweet ones, to personally right all your relationships of any perceived injustices. As the Warriors of the Light, you know that you come from holding the Light, you come from Truth and Justice and Love. You are courageous and you hold this energy, this beautiful three-fold flame energy, as you embrace yourself, as you move through the Akashic records, as you move through the Christed Timelines; these timelines that you are able to change, of events that have occurred in parallel realities, and in this lifetime, sweet ones. You have a look at the perceived challenges you have experienced and the gift in each one of these recurring patterns ~ no matter what the challenges are, sweet ones, there is a common challenge ~ whether this is lack of power, or abuse, or the inability to manifest, the inability to vision, or to express your Truth. And now, with your Master Guides and Guardian Angel, and Overlighted by your Beloved I AM Presence and Helios and Vesta, you go back into these timelines, so to speak, and you make amends, and you Love and forgive, and change all your relationships, so in this Now you may go before the karmic board and ask them to release the vestiges of these old patternings and conditionings you no longer need to replay and re-experience. Some of these images may not be so pleasant, sweet ones, but you watch them in observation and detachment, lovingly and gently ~ perceived injustices, times in which you have experienced being abandoned and betrayed and unappreciated and unloved and abused. You are such incredible Beings of Light that you chose to down step your vibration and experience these polarities, for it is only in knowing the challenges that many others have gone through, that you can truly open your heart without judgment, and this is a corner stone, too, to Divine Justice ~ in stepping out of judgment and simply experiencing the Love of all Creation. As you see what the gift is, your primary gift from each of these lessons, you see an old karmic contract now that states "If it is for my highest good, I choose to learn my lessons in betrayal and in pain and in violence and in heartache and in lack of abundance and in shame and lack of Love". You take a big red rubber stamp with the word CANCELLED, and you cancel this contract, you tear it up now and you burn it the Violet Flame of St Germain. You are the alchemist sweet ones. This Alchemy of Fire come through, allowing you to shift your relationships and these karmic contracts, as you appear now before the Karmic Board and you let them know "I AM a sacred transfiguring Flame of Divine Love, a Master Being of Light, and a Warrior of Light, serving Mother Earth and all her Life. I understand the lessons that I have chosen, the karmic contracts and pre-birth agreements. And I choose now to let go of these vestiges of the negative ego, of the false beliefs and judgments, to experience a greater level of freedom and Light, to experience Spiritual Justice, Truth, and unconditional Love. This is my guiding Light, and I cancel and ask that all these old contracts and vows and negative ego aspects now be release and transmuted, so I may fulfill my role completely as a sacred custodian to Mother Earth and all her Life". This is granted by the Karmic Board and Mother Mary personally comes forward and places within your heart a beautiful pink-orange rose representing the pink-orange Flame of Divine Love and the utterance of your Spiritual realities. You will now find your voice in a new way; you will find yourself able to communicate clearly, lovingly, gently, looking through your Master eyes at all Life around you.

You come back now as you thank all these Beings of Light from On High, into your sacred space, and you place within your hearts this beautiful three-sided pyramid, of Spiritual Truth, Divine Justice and unconditional Love. This is your guiding Light, sweet ones, as you ground once more into the crystal heart of Mother Earth, and feel your connection through the I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light and all the Beings of Light from On High to all Life in Divine Love.

I have been cleaning up the mess left over from the life I am no longer living.
A life that I know is no longer for me,back in another state...
The life before my awakening.
A year and a half ago I was standing in my kitchen when I felt the Light go through me and experienced a spontaneous spiritual awakening.
I instantly became a completely different person.
My life as I knew it ended on that day.

In the two years before that day, I was hearing things, feeling things, seeing things, having visions and having tons of prophetic dreams.
I was experiencing heart palpitations and night sweats and my head was tingling and itching like crazy.
I had all kinds of constant, crazy physical symptoms.
I would go to the doctor but they couldn't really explain it...
I was having spiritual awakening symptoms that I had no idea existed, for I was deep asleep.
I thought I was going crazy.
Lost the house, the 18 year marriage and the businesses all within that time too.
Went into my dark night.
Became a hermit.
Found my Heart,my Self and my Source.

Not only was my life an emotional mess but a physical mess as well.
For my old life was about acquiring things.
I was an excellent disposable consumer.
And I helped others in that consumption, by owning high end fashion boutiques(can you say spend,spend,spend...)
I have done my share of polluting this beautiful world while asleep with all the crap I bought and threw away without a thought to disposing of it and the environment...
Looking outside of myself for things and people that would fill the hole within my heart which I did not understand.
Always that aching within, that searching for I did not know what.
Always felt like I was missing something really important...but no clue what it was.

Today I stand at the beginning of my new life.
Amazing synchronicities and miracles have taken me to another state where I have been called by my heart to go and start anew.
Very few people from my past are with me.
Most seem to have disappeared somehow...no longer a part of the life.
The ones with me now love me for just me.
Not because of what I have or don't have...or what I can or can't do for them...or because it is convenient or it looks good.
They are with me because they choose to be.
I choose to be with them as well.

So I have been going back and forth between my new home and my old home.
Cleaning things up.
Disposing of things.
Very slowly... for when I go back there it feels like I am swimming through molasses...it is obvious to me that the energy there is not longer at my vibration...
I am foggy and sleep a lot back there so it seems as if this cleaning up is taking forever.
What I really want is to be like Genie and just blink my eyes and have it all just magically disappear.
I don't want to even see it.
It feels like crap.
The energy attached to all those things old and stale.

But the good news is that I see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I am almost finished with my personal clean up.
I feel the lightness of the release already, often finding myself in very synchronistic circumstances which help me to get rid of things.
Even had extra cash flow come my way even though I did not expect it.

So why do I write of this today?
Because I know I am not the only one experiencing this.
As we all leave behind things, places and people that are no longer in alignment with us, there is all kinds of cleanup left behind.
It can be excruciatingly hard.
It can paralyze us, the monumental obstacle which comes from ending a life which is no longer us.

Emotionally it can drag us back into the past, memories of what was and sometimes the hidden longing within that it doesn't have to end...reliving the past,getting stuck in it...

Our minds meanwhile are trying to sort what is happening as we hear our hearts more and more and begin to do things which our mind thinks of as irrational...(like turning down money in exchange for inner peace...)
It wants us to remember the past, it wants us to get lost in what was, for there is security in what was, as opposed to the unknown.
It wants to plan for our future in a rational way, make sure we are SAFE and SECURE.
It doesn't want to let go...making us question ourselves at every turn...keeping us trapped in thoughts which keep us from hearing our hearts...

What I do?
I constantly remind myself that I am more than just this body, this experience.
I accept that I created this situation and only I can get me out of it.
And I take time out for myself.
Quiet time for just me...A lot of time.
Lots of salted baths.
Lots of walks on the beach.
Mother Earth is just waiting to connect with me and help me heal.
Nothing raises my vibration faster and helps me clear and center in my heart, than being out in nature.
Lots of fresh juice and fresh distilled water too.
So my body gets clear.

I baby myself because I know that I am ending things and it is extremely difficult to end one life and start a new one.
I tell myself I am doing the best I can within my abilities.
I give myself a break.
I ask for my light family to help guide me and support me and help me to see the signs which point in the right direction,
the direction of being in the flow within my heart.
Connected to my Source.
I expect miracles to help me along the way.

And most importantly I remember I am Love and I am so Loved.
A fractal of my Creator that has set out from being One with All in a quest to experience and learn.
To experience ALL life has to offer,here at this moment, as a separate consciousness(yet connected), during this great shift of ages.
My heart says it is time to clean my mess up.
To what extent I do that is up to me.
But I do know I am not alone in the clean up.
I have never been alone...

Shine bright my light family.
Thank you for sharing this path with me.
We are all cleaning up together in all different kinds of ways, in all different levels,even if we don't know it.
The energies of the Light from our Creator are helping us to clean up...so it's gonna happen,want it or not...asleep or awake...
I have no doubt of it, because when all is said and done...

I believe we are the Light of our Creator , and we can achieve anything we set out to do.

We just have to believe in ourselves.
We need to remember that we can...
