The shifts of energies are happening very fast, downloads of light(divine information)((once again at the 12/21 energy))are constantly flowing and this download connected to the trailing energies of two massive comets seems massive to me.
The information contained within might just answer the question for me, when will releasing be over...(((last two weeks have been brutal for me, my world showing me all the distortions I had created,not for the highest good...and letting deep connections go...)))...when can I fully step into my Light...?
I think the holding pattern is about to be over.
The feeling so many of us have had of waiting, holding...at the starting line...
I keep seeing the manual I have been awaiting...I just have to integrate it and learn the language...
like a passport to the next destination...step into the door and finally connect to the handle...and turn it.

This is the vision I am getting.
The message with it is very clear.

It is ALL about the Light of the Christ Consciousness Bursting Forth from each of us.
I have to detox and go within.
Be strongly connected.
Only those of my exact vibration(or as close as I have at this now) are to be around me but only for small periods of time.
I am to be alone as much as possible.
There is no fear with this at all, actually a feeling of joy accompanies it, but the knowing is strong.

Funny,I always thought that the saying,"It is all about me" made me sound selfish and self centered...well hahaha I guess that was part of the distortion of the old earth...the part that kept me behind the veil.

The message is also about taking care of my body extra,extra specially.
Really love myself.
Drink as pure water as possible.
Spend as much time out in nature so I can reconnect and transmute, and heal myself.
Know I am divinely guided from within.
Follow my Heart.
Hear it.

For everything is exactly as it should be.
Perfectly divine.
Time to really practice love of self,without guilt, as these massive energies affect every aspect of our physical bodies, and we need to give us plenty of space to integrate these new energies and detox the old...
Can't wait to "see" where this takes me.
But I know it will be amazing.

Universal Law #2: 'Give to Receive' by Peter Baksa

Article three in a series of six -- "How to Manifest Anything You Desire".

As I stood at the water's breaking edge, I gazed at the continuous ebb and flow of the tide as it crashed against the rocks. It reminded me of the constant giving and receiving flow of energy found in our universe. I posit that it is our willingness to give what we wish to receive that keeps the abundance of our existence circulating in our lives. Much the way blood must be circulated throughout our bodies in order for the various limbs and organs to function, we must circulate energy in the direction of what we wish to attract into our lives.

The universe acts in dynamic reciprocal. Nothing stands still. The flows of our life situation, money, romance, our health, are all mirrors of our flow of energy in harmonious interaction with our field of existence. Our bodies, our minds, our thoughts, are all in constant and dynamic exchange with the forces of the universe. We are able to accelerate/maintain this exchange by giving exactly what it is we wish to receive. The term "affluence," or affluere, means to flow in abundance. Money is symbolic for energy. It is a form of energy. Like the word "current" when referring to water, currency is a reflection of the term money and its function. It allows an efficient exchange of energy. Hence to hoard or to stop the flow of energy by stopping the flow of money out of our lives mean to stop the flow coming in. Circulation and investing one's energy allows the flow to remain alive and the life and body surrounding it healthy. Giving engenders receiving. If you stop the flow of either you derail your life from its alignment with nature's universal laws and principles.

The more you give, the more you will receive. Even a simple prayer or thought directs energy. It is a form of giving. A simple prayer, a showing of appreciation are ways of directing energy outward. The intention behind the thought must be to create happiness or joy for the giver and the receiver. Like the ebb and tide of the ocean, what goes out always comes back. In fact, the return is always directly proportional to the giving when unconditional and from the heart. More importantly, the thought behind the giving has to be joyful. As a result, the energy behind the gift increases exponentially with each unit of joy. We are bundles of consciousness energy connected with every other bundle of consciousness. Any movement or thought has a ripple effect, touching everyone and everything.

A thought is refined electrical impulse that also interacts with source energy. A thought has the power to transform that which it remains focused on. This includes bringing matter into existence while attracting the right people, situations, and material goods in response to one's desire.

How to apply this in your own life:

If you want joy, give joy to others. If you want love, give love; attention, give appreciation. If you seek affluence, seek to help others become materially affluent. This principle applies to all bundles of energy, including corporations, individuals, families, and nations. If you want to be blessed, learn to silently bless others. Our bodies, when reduced to their essence, become bundles of energy and data. We are consciousness. Life is like a dance choreographed by the laws and principles I am speaking of in my books and these articles. To understand how to dance, we must hear the music, we must respond to the ebb and flow found in the cycles of nature. We activate this flow by giving what we wish to receive.

As you come into contact with another person, make a conscious decision to give of yourself. It can be a flower, a compliment, or a prayer. The most powerful gift is non-material. Caring attention and appreciation are all forms of love. Love comes from inspiration, from spirit vs. ego. When we come from love we activate the most powerful law, principle available to us as humans. Make a decision to give wherever you go.

We are naturally abundant, and affluence is our natural state. We lack nothing because our essential nature is one of pure potential. By directing our thoughts, we can initiate the exchange in any area of our lives. Conversely, by not giving love, trust, appreciation, we allow stagnation to occur and the flow stops, and the complexity and quality of our life experience suffers. As you begin to align from a point of spirit with the rest of the world, you will begin to observe the synchronicities as you point your thoughts, actions and currency in the direction of your desires. As you give, you will see the flow return and your faith in the process I am referring to will grow exponentially as you experience the synchronicities. The more you do this, the better you get at it. At some point, your ability to manifest becomes second nature. At that point, the game changes and you begin enter yet another level of existence. It is an existence where you are one with source energy and it becomes not so much what you desire, but how you deal with the new manifestations as they flow effortlessly into your life.

Light Tribe of Gaia, we come with words of encouragement and motivation as you move towards the dawn of 2014. So many of you were heavy of heart after the 2012 Solstice, around which so many hopes were pinioned and so much propaganda was invoked. The energies at that time held massive potential, but the time was not yet at hand where a quantum shift of consciousness was able to be achieved. As you approach the 2013 Solstice you find yourselves once more in a period of activation and great potential. The energies are in fact a great deal stronger now than in the year of 2012 – indeed, you have more potential to activate your multi-dimensionality in the time window of 2014 than you have had in the previous decade!

We urge you therefore to pay more attention to your energy bodies, and to learn how to deal with the energy upgrades which are in progress. Without these skills you may struggle to progress; to stay balanced in body, mind and emotions - and we will assist you on a practical level now.

The importance of your prana tube - and your confidence in working with your prana tube - cannot be underestimated at this time. This pathway, which we have called an ‘energetic breathing tube’, is your pathway to union with the Cosmic Bliss of Source - and to true oneness with your planet also. It is your means of interface with all dimensions within your galaxy. Although it is of course possible to connect with Source & Gaia with no working knowledge of this device, it is the nature of the shifting realities on your planet now - which make it difficult to stay aligned and grounded - which makes this knowledge imperative. Particularly for the Indigos who are stepping into their power now – for these young adults the method we give here will empower you and keep you sane as you integrate your higher dimensional Light bodies and skills.

Visualise this crystalline tube within you now, 3 to 4 cm wide, running through all 12 chakras – 3 above the body, 7 within and 2 below. Feel how your prana tube naturally stays within the confines of your aura. Say ‘I activate my prana tube NOW!’ and send your tube straight up into the Great Central Sun at the heart of your galaxy – and straight down into the Core Crystal of the planet. As you feel or see the tube connecting in above and below, feel the rush of blissful energy entering your heart space in your chest.

Sit or stand and feel the energies rushing in from above – focus on how this feels; spend time experiencing how it feels. Now change your focus and experience the energy rushing upwards from the core crystal into your heart space. Experiment focussing on the one flow and then the other - and finally experiencing both flows – energy rushing into your heart space from above and below simultaneously. On a scientific level, it is electro-magnetic energy which is charging your body. Above and beyond this, it is the love of Source and the love of the Earth Mother which floods your body as you focus on your prana tube.

What we wish to stress at this time is this – that when you focus on your prana tube – and when you make the intention to extend it above and below – your ability to ground yourself, to heal yourself and to recharge yourself is magnified exponentially. Moreover, your ability to tune into awareness of your prana tube at will, at any given moment, will give you the power to control your energy field more efficiently. You will be able to expand or contract your Light body more easily when it is appropriate, to activate your Merkaba Light field, and so forth. Tuning into your prana tube is one of your ‘energy A-B-C’s’; it a requirement for your transition into your multi-dimensional expressions on Earth.

Experience how the prana tube is the centre of the torus-like energy flow which is drawn in from both ends, only to be emitted once more. There is constant input and output on all levels of your energy system - energy in and out of your individual chakras, your prana tube and your energy field. Through the prana tube you are interacting with the magnetic fields of your sun, of the Great Central Sun at your galactic heart, and with the Core Crystal of your Earth. When you interact with a great power which is already in coherence or balance, you charge yourselves with a balancing and healing force. You can choose therefore to focus on a specific chakra other than the heart in order to clear blockages in that place. But the heart is your primary place of balance – never let go of the feeling of the heart space when you are focusing on the prana tube.

We will expand on these teachings in the coming year, so that you have a step-by-step energy manual to guide your way. The key is to practise, rather than simply absorb the knowledge you receive. Without practise, without experience, these teachings are fruitless. Your motivation – the ‘carrot on the stick’ which will direct your efforts – is a power and peace within which you can only imagine at this time. Remember always, that you are in charge of your own experience. Nothing harmful can enter your energy field while you consciously experiment with methods such as the one given above, because you are Sovereign Beings of Light. Rather, you will learn to strengthen your energy fields so much that it is no longer possible for entities to enter your auras, no longer possible for negative thought forms to be implanted into your minds.

We repeat - never let go of the feeling of the heart space when you are focusing on the prana tube - for Love is the most powerful force for healing within you. No energy techniques are truly healing without your ability to be in your heart space. No true transformation within you is possible without Love. And so it is. Namaste.

There is a great challenge in sharing something new with others. I am talking about something really new; new for everyone, not something that you have never tried before but something that didn’t even exist before.

If your friend goes to see a movie and tells you it was really special, you already understand what a movie is, how it works and what to expect. You won’t know what makes it special but you have a context of what you will experience.

But what about something like skydiving or visiting a remote Caribbean island paradise that you have never experienced? Well even then, you have a context of skydiving from stories, movies or the YouTube experiences of others. You understand the beauty and exhilaration that you might experience. You have a context of expectation.

When it comes to something completely new, something only a very few have a context for, like the feeling and magical wonder of being weightless, that is something you can’t easily share.  Any astronaut will tell you that it is not just the weightlessness but that moment when you see that majestic “blue ball” of planet Earth floating in the middle of the universe; that is the moment when your entire context for your life drastically alters forever.

At that timeless moment you come face to face with how infinitesimal you are compared to such magnificence; and yet you are also powerless against coming to a deep realization that you feel so magnetically connected to that blue ball of wonderment; that you are so much a part of it within each bone of your body. Even more mind blowing is that there is something else you begin to understand.

For the first time in your life you suddenly fully grasp something you thought you knew but now realize your prior understanding was nothing more than an idea, just as a blind person has no concept of true sight. You now feel a sense of all-encompassing energy tingling every hair on your body. What you felt initially at first sight of the blue planet out your little window is nothing compared to what you now feel, something else that brings you to tears of utter amazement. It is the mind numbing awareness that every single living being upon that glorious little gem poised in the heavens is each traveling in the same direction. Each person, each animal; they are all on the same object, having the same experience, going through the same journey.

You realize each one is part of the same family; that each one is a brother or sister to each other. It is so utterly apparent to you now.

But it is a moment that mere words, stories, even movies can only pale in comparison to the actual experience itself. Only the one who is there physically seeing that grand vision can fully know what it really means. They are the only one who will experience firsthand the deep altering within his or her conscious awareness.

This is what happens when you are bold enough to venture beyond experiences which already have a context in your understanding.

Would you easily take on going to a movie if the only experience you ever had was listing to a radio? It would be a mind blowing experience to get into a 3D surround sound THX theater to say the least.

But for the true adventurer, the reward is greater than the risk.

It is the same exact process when we open ourselves up to taking on the Ascension Mastery pathway. We really have no context of what it is going to be like because there is nothing in our life that can prepare us.

What happens to you on the Ascension Mastery path, at least as we experience it here, cannot really be understood any more than you know just what it is to see the Earth from space.

Today the 12:12 is a tremendous gateway of light. We have written about it under our posts section on our website WalkingTerrachrista.com, but it is our goal to have you start to experience it firsthand for yourself, if you are going to be so bold to do so.

This is a very powerful gateway that significantly represents opening yourself up to Higher Frequencies. But like anything else in life that requires a personal stake be made in order to get results, you have to consciously create the experience for yourself within your physical reality. You won’t learn how to skydive by reading a book or watching a movie about it and even though the work of Ascension Mastery seems at first glance to be a subject that is about spirituality, not physicality, it could not be more physical.

It is the process of seeing life from a different vantage point. It is the process of discovering that you are more than you ever thought you were. It is about going into different dimensional realms of awareness that you have never experienced before. It is about having an ongoing series of experiences that only you can fully understand.

It does not mean you will immediately discover what you have not known, as any type of human learning of a new skill or ability can take time. But you will make progress in discovering the unknown. You will build up your understanding and comprehension. Still, you won’t be able to explain it very well either. And that may be exactly what makes the journey of mastership so amazing. It is indeed like nothing else on Earth or beyond.

My Xmas vision (one of my little poems)

The Christmas season is near
what does it really means?
It is the sacredness of the year
the sleeping fairies dreams.

They dream of flowers
and mirth
they dream of rains
and early spring.

They dream of colors
and the rainbow,
they dream of birds
and the quitting snow.

They plan ahead
while they dream
and see the water
flowing on the stream

They think of glorious days
that are coming ahead
They are preparing for their season,
creating the flowers of May.

I am seeing subtle changes in the behavior of others, and an increasing awareness of how their behavior affects others. Patricia Cota-Robles believes we are now in "the Cosmic Moment.....and every man, woman, and child on Earth is being bathed in the most intensified 5th-Dimensional Solar frequencies of Divine Love that we are capable of withstanding without being vaporized." I do see changes in how people react and interact around me, and there seems to be an increased awareness of how we affect others. You might say it's just the Holiday Spirit, but my empathy and sensitivity to the energy of others is picking up a sincere awareness of how one's own thoughts and actions affect others.

Cota-Robles says "Comets are actually forcefields of consolidate Light that pass through the atmosphere and break down the crystallized patterns and thoughtforms that no longer serve the highest good of the particular Solar System they enter. In their wake, they leave a fluid field of unmanifest Divine Potential upon which new patters and sacred knowledge can be encoded from ON High to assist the evolving Sons and Daughters of God in that system of worlds."

She also says that many Astronomers "have stated that the Comet ISON is 4,500,000,000 years old, but this is the first time it entered our Solar System. Four and one-half billion years is also the time line that coincides with the creation of our Central Sun and the Suns and Planets in our Solar System."

In September of last year, Astronomers discovered Comet ISON and were amazed by its size. Many called it the "Comet of the Century." It is as old as our Solar System. Instead of travelling around our sun, on Thanksgiving Day in the USA, November 28th, 2013, Comet ISON completed it's journey and was pulled into our sun. Astronomers witnessed "an awesome explosion of Light.....[as] Comet ISON exponentially expanded the activation codes for the Divine Potential pulsating within the core of purity in every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life associated with our Solar System,"  Cota-Robles said.

I believe, as she stated, Comet ISON's explosion causing a great influx of activation codes of our Divine Potential  that will accelerate Humanity's awakening process and help shift us into Christ Consciousness. And perhaps, as Cota-Robles wrote, this massive influx of Light is now helping to accelerate our now-activated Pineal glands, moving all Life in our Solar System further into the Light.

As a Nurse Consultant, I visit Nursing Homes every day and work closely with heath care who "manage the health care team." And it's amazing....I'm seeing people becoming more aware of how their own words and actions affect others. I see a growing compassion in people who before not thought about how they affected others. And, there is a definite shift toward talking less and listening more to others, regardless of how fast and crazy their work day seems to be. Could this truly be the beginning of The Shift toward Humanity's Christ Consciousness!

Surprising Source of Arsenic in Your Drinking Water—Will EPA Take Steps to Protect Your Health?

Pure water is one of the most important foundations for optimal health. Unfortunately, most tap water is far from pure, containing a vast array of disinfection byproducts, chemicals, heavy metals and even pharmaceutical drugs. Fluoride and arsenic are two prime examples of hazardous water contaminants.

Not only is the level of arsenic in US tap water high due to natural groundwater contamination,¹ the most commonly used form of fluoride added to water supplies also tends to be contaminated with arsenic. As reported by the featured article:²

“In early August, the Environmental Protection Agency is set to decide on a petition to change the source of fluoride in US drinking water.

Currently, the source of fluoride in most public water supplies is fluorosilicic acid, according to government records. The petition calls for the EPA to instead require the use of pharmaceutical-grade sodium fluoride in water fluoridation, which is the addition of fluoride to drinking water for the purpose of preventing cavities.

Fluorosilicic acid is often contaminated with arsenic, and recent research has linked the arsenic from fluorosilicic acid in drinking water to as many as 1,800 extra cases of cancer yearly in the United States...”

The petition³ was submitted by William Hirzy, a chemistry researcher at the American University in Washington, D.C. Hirzy previously worked at the EPA for 27 years.

His team recently published a study entitled: "Comparison of hydrofluorosilicic acid and pharmaceutical sodium fluoride as fluoridating agents – a cost-benefit analysis", in the journal Environmental Science & Policy.⁴

According to their estimation, switching the type of fluoride used to pharmaceutical-grade sodium fluoride would reduce the amount of inorganic arsenic contamination in drinking water by 99 percent!

The Health Dangers of Inorganic Arsenic

Inorganic arsenic is a powerful carcinogen that has been linked to an increased risk of several types of cancer. In 2001, the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) lowered the maximum level of arsenic permitted in drinking water from 50 ug/L to 10 ug/L (or 10 parts per billion (ppb)) due to the established cancer risk.

The Natural Resources Defense Council⁵ estimates that as many as 56 million Americans living in 25 states drink water with arsenic at unsafe levels. According to the EPA:⁶

"Chronic inorganic arsenic exposure is known to be associated with adverse health effects on several systems of the body, but is most known for causing specific types of skin lesions (sores, hyperpigmentation, and other lesions) and increased risks of cancer of the lungs and skin."

Other impacts of chronic arsenic exposure include, according to the EPA:

Water Fluoridation Chemicals Are NOT Pharmaceutical Grade

While naturally-occurring arsenic in groundwater is one of the most common sources of exposure, hydrofluorosilicic acid—the most commonly used form of fluoride added to water supplies—is a toxic waste product from the phosphate fertilizer industry that is commonly contaminated with arsenic, radionucleotides, aluminum and other industrial contaminants.

According to the featured research, diluted fluorosilic acid adds, on average, about 0.08 ppb of arsenic to your drinking water.

Most people are shocked when they realize that the fluoride added to their water supply is actually a toxic byproduct from the fertilizer industry, opposed to a pharmaceutical-grade chemical. The source of most water fluoridation chemicals is explained by Michael Miller, a minerals commodity specialist for the US Geological Survey, in the featured article:⁷

“During the production of phosphate fertilizer, phosphate ore is reacted with sulfuric acid to produce toxic gases. These are taken out of the air after being sprayed with water, which produces fluorosilicic acid... The solution is sold to water systems nation-wide, where it is diluted and put into drinking water. Occasionally, it is treated to create sodium fluorosilicate. Together, these compounds (called silicofluorides) provide fluoride to 90 percent of U.S. drinking water systems that are fluoridated...”

Water Fluoridation May Be Placing Infants at Great Risk

Not only is there mounting evidence that fluoride poses grave health risks to infants and children—including reductions in IQ—arsenic exposure in utero and during early childhood is also particularly problematic, as it can cause lasting harm to children's developing brains, and endocrine and immune systems.

For example:

• A 2006 study⁸ found that Chileans exposed to high levels (peaking at 1,000 ppb) of naturally-occurring arsenic in drinking water in utero and during early childhood had a six times higher lung cancer death rate compared to Chileans living in areas with lower levels of arsenic in their water. And their mortality rate in their 30s and 40s from another form of lung disease was almost 50 times higher than for people without that arsenic exposure.
• A 2004 study⁹ showed children exposed to arsenic in drinking water at levels above 5 ppb had lower IQ scores. Earlier studies have linked chronic arsenic exposure to a range of cognitive dysfunctions, including learning disabilities, memory problems, poor concentration, and peripheral and central neuropathies.
• A study¹⁰ published in 2011 examined the long-term effects of low-level exposure on more than 300 rural Texans whose groundwater was estimated to have arsenic at median levels below the federal drinking-water standard. It also found that exposure was related to poor scores in language, memory, and other brain functions.

Is It Worth Increasing Cancer Risk for Minimal, if Any, Benefit to Teeth?

Some proponents of fluoridation believe that the large dilution of these fluoridating chemicals that takes place when they are added at the public water works ameliorates concerns about the known contaminants. However, arsenic is a known human carcinogen, for which there is no safe level.

Inevitably, the addition of contaminated hexafluorosilicic acid to the water supply by definition must increase the cancer rate in the US because of the arsenic it contains, and this is exactly what Hirzy’s research shows. Why would any rational government do that to reduce – at best – a miniscule amount of tooth decay? According to Hirzy:¹¹

"We found that the United States as a society is spending, conservatively speaking, $1 billion to $6 billion treating the excess bladder and lung cancers caused by arsenic in the most commonly used fluoridation chemical, fluorosilicic acid... The switch [to pharmaceutical-grade sodium fluoride] would cost $100 million, but would save billions in reduced cancer costs."

For people living in areas with fluoridated tap water, fluoride is a part of every glass of water, every bath and shower, and every meal cooked using that water. This makes absolutely no sense considering the carcinogenic nature of arsenic—especially in light of the epidemic of cancer.

Hirzy’s study is actually the first risk assessment of arsenic-contaminated fluoride in drinking water. This is particularly shocking considering the fact that fluorosilicic acids have been used since the early 1950s¹² (prior to that, sodium fluoride, a byproduct of the aluminum industry, was typically used). Incredibly, while the EPA performs risk assessments for most drinking water contaminants, the agency does NOT oversee the addition of fluoridation chemicals. As stated in the featured article, this policy makes no sense whatsoever.

“Under the Toxic Substances Control Act, the EPA has the authority to regulate or ban almost any substance — including fluorosilicic acid — that poses an 'unreasonable risk' to public health, [Hirzy] said.”

Appropriations Bill Would Prohibit EPA’s Phase-Out of Sulfuryl Fluoride

While we’re on the topic of fluoride, a related news item¹³ is worthy of note. Drinking water is not the only source of fluoride, as I’ve discussed previously. Fluoride also enters the human food chain via fluoridated pesticides. According to a recent report, the House of Representatives Appropriations Interior and Environmental subcommittee has voted to approve an appropriations bill that cuts the EPA’s budget by nearly one-third.

What’s worse, the bill specifically prevents the EPA from enforcing its decision to phase out sulfuryl fluoride—a neurotoxic fumigant that has been linked to cancer and neurological, developmental, and reproductive damage. If it passes once markups by the Appropriations Committee are completed, it will move to a House vote. According to the news report:

“This is an outrageous attempt to circumvent a basic risk assessment calculation that EPA acknowledges puts the public at risk, given current exposure patterns, to a chemical that is especially hazardous to children.”

In response, Beyond Pesticides, the Environmental Working Group (EWG), and the Fluoride Action Network (FAN) submitted a letter¹⁴ to the House Appropriation Committee Chairman and Ranking members, urging them to remove the section in question (section 449) from the bill. You can help by writing or calling your state Representative, asking him or her to uphold the EPA’s ability to protect the health of all Americans by removing this hazardous pesticide from our food production. There’s no need for it, as there are many other viable alternatives, including:

• Temperature manipulation (heating and cooling)
• Atmospheric controls (low oxygen and fumigation with carbon dioxide)
• Biological controls (pheromones, viruses and nematodes)
• Less toxic chemical controls, such as diatomaceous earth

Water Filtration – A Must for Clean Pure Water…

If you have well water, it would be prudent to have your water tested for arsenic and other contaminants. If you have public water, you can get local drinking water quality reports from the EPA.¹⁵

In general, most water supplies contain a number of potentially hazardous contaminants, from fluoride, to drugs and disinfection byproducts (DBPs), just to name a few. You can get a good idea of what types of contaminants could be in your drinking water right now by viewing this awesome graphic from GOOD Environment¹⁶ (reprinted with permission.) It gives you a look at the five most and least polluted water systems in America (in cities with more than 100,000 population), including pointing out the pollutants of largest concern.

I strongly recommend using a high-quality water filtration system unless you can verify the purity of your water. To be absolutely certain you are getting the purest water you can, you'll want to filter the water both at the point of entry and at the point of use. This means filtering all the water that comes into the house, and then filtering again at the kitchen sink. I currently use a whole house carbon-based water filtration system, and prior to this I used reverse osmosis (RO) to purify my water.

You can read more about water filtration in this previous article to help you make a decision about what type of water filtration system will be best for you and your family. Since most water sources are now severely polluted, the issue of water filtration and purification couldn't be more important.

Ideal Water Sources

Besides purification, I also believe it’s critical to drink living water. I recently interviewed Dr. Gerald Pollack about his book, The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor. This fourth phase of water is referred to as “structured water” and is the type of water found in all of your cells. This water has healing properties, and is naturally created in a variety of ways.

Water from a deep spring is one excellent source of structured water. The deeper the better, as structured water is created under pressure. There's a great website called FindaSpring.com¹⁷ where you can find a natural spring in your area.

But you can also promote structured water through vortexing. I personally drink vortexed water nearly exclusively as I became a big fan of Viktor Schauberger who did much pioneering work on vortexing about a century ago. Dr. Pollack found that by creating a vortex in a glass of water, you’re putting more energy into it, thereby increasing the structure of the water. According to Dr. Pollack, virtually ANY energy put into the water seems to create or build structured water.

My own R&D team is working on a careful study in which we use vortexed water to grow sprouts, to evaluate the vitality and effectiveness of the water. We are conducting extensive internal research to develop the best vortex machine on the market, because we believe an ideal vortexer could be one of the simplest ways to improve people’s health.

Water Fluoridation Is Anything But Safe...

According to Bill Hirzy, water fluoridation remains a government policy because of “institutional inertia [and] embarrassment among government agencies that have been promoting this stuff as safe.” This is probably true, yet it’s shameful that the practice is allowed to continue in the face of overwhelming evidence showing the health hazards of not just fluoride itself, but also of related contaminants such as arsenic.

Clean pure water is a prerequisite to optimal health. Industrial chemicals, drugs and other toxic additives really have no place in our water supplies. So I urge you to join the Fluoride Action Network’s efforts¹⁸ and your local anti-fluoride movements in the US and Canada.

Beloved Eternal Beings of Light and Love, I come forward to you today with immense love and joy from my being, I am Lady Quan Yin and I love you Unconditionally.

As you are understanding the Central Star Aspect of each of the Galaxies that are in the Universe you are finding that each of you are becoming and expressing your infinite energy from the space of a Star System or Galaxy.

You see now how deeply within your own being that you can come and be connected to so much energy within the Universe Around you for many Star Systems and Planets give off such light and joy in each moment. When you can understand that all these Star Systems are giving off infinite energy, can you then ask yourself this question: What are my energy needs?

Forgoing the question of personal energy needs for a moment, I ask you the question of what will become of the fossil fuels upon the Earth and natural resources? As you may know, The Planetary Lord Buddha oversees the Earth, and I, as Chohan of the 11th Ray of Light am also an overseer of the Earth, but, not in the sense that Lord Buddha might be.
You might understand that since Lord Buddha and I work closely together, I am always energizing and grounding my Rays of Light through Lord Buddha and into the Earth, especially the Celestial Rays, and so in regards to energy, this is what I would like to explain to you.

It is important to understand that the Celestial energies can ground into the Earth energies because this will be the technology for your energy future. It is not that you will ever reach a catastropic state, but, it is important to understand that if you continue to deplete your uranium sources, mineral sources, and fossil fuel sources you will over a period of time begin to come to a point where you reach what will be termed as an energy crisis.

You see now that in reality these terms have already been brought forward for you as a warning perhaps of what can happen when the Love held in the core of your being cannot be projected fully into your reality. Imagine for a moment that you are taking in nutrient rich food, perhaps a high nutrient apple from a Tree or a Pear perhaps.

When you then eat this, you see that the Tree itself always has this to grow, but if you were to chop down the Tree and then uproot it, you would find then that not only you, but no-one would then be able to eat this fruit.

This is the same with the energy and Her energies. When something is depleted completely, Gaia then must come foreward and replace that energy with something else. Because of Universal Law, the Earth cannot replace a depleted energetic source with the same energy.

By Universal Law, that energy must be greater than the energy that was lost, and it must be different. If the Earth is karmically moving in a negative direction, the Universal Law states that an equal and opposite energy must co-exist within the same space, meaning that it is both greater than or equal and opposite meaning that it is unique and different. If the energy is karmically moving in a positive direction, the same.

In Truth, as the Earth moves in a direction especially in this New Age Golden energy you will see that resolutions seek themselves out much more quickly and that at times the Earth will compensate just as you are compensating.

It is very important that you understand this concept for in your energy works and in your work within the ashrams of this planet, it is important for you to balance this Karma through your energy networks.

It is very important at this time to send waves of Unconditional Love and Light to the Earth and her kingdoms. The Fairy energy at this time is very powerful in anchoring this energy and if you call upon their energies at this time they will assist you in being able to anchor your positive thoughts and intentions. This affirmation can be used at any time to call upon the Fairies energy.

"Dearest Fairies and Nature Kingdoms, I call upon your Light and Illumination to anchor into the Earth a powerful Ray of Light that is most appropriate for the Earth at this time. With this Ray of Light, I call upon the energies of Lord Buddha to anchor fully this ray of Light into the Earth.

This Ray of Light can be of any color that is most appropriate at this time. Please carry this pure Light energy into all areas of the Earth that need it the most, bringing peace, calm, and divine love and inspiration to all that need it. Thank you."

Within your ashrams, you have set up many hidden networks of geometry that have helped through the centuries to anchor into the Earth the necessary energies from Lord Buddha and the other chohans of the Rays. These networks were hidden and we now ask you with pure illumination to, with the most appropriate pathway, release these networks for grounding, healing, and anchoring the Cosmic Rays of Light.

These Cosmic Rays of Light are very important to anchor into the Earth for in 10 years time they will be the groundwork for bringing for the Light Beings that are Family to you to be able to anchor forward their energies in a very powerful way, I congratulate you.

My gift to you is the knowledge that when you have achieved sufficient enlightenment upon the Earth there will be no need for ships or other type of technology to land upon the Earth, but that those beings who are Family to you will be able to be seen by you when the Consciousness of the Planet allows it.

Think of it in the way that we are always present with you as Ascended Masters and Angelic Beings upon the Earth, but that you are unable to see it. When your third eye chakra has been completely cleansed, healed, and energized and the Consciousness of the planet allows it, you will be able to see us as we see you. In your enlightened form.

In encourage you, for the sake of the Earth, to focus upon your energetic networks of Light and anchor in the New Golden Gate Celestial Grid before seeking to achieve much else, for if the Earth is unstable so shall you be.

Gift Giving Dolphin Delivers Fresh Dinner to Family

A family watching a dolphin from their boat were shocked when it dropped them off a cod supper for dinner. The group were enjoying watching the mammal frolic in the water when it suddenly dived down and caught the cod before placing it near to Lucy Watkins, 14. The dolphin then then resurfaced and began nudging the fish towards the stunned teenager.

Lucy and her grandparents wondered whether they should pick up the fish in case the dolphin wanted it for tea. But the dolphin then appeared seconds later with his own fish, this time a seabass, and began tucking in. The family gratefully scooped up the cod, which weighed a massive 10lbs, before taking it home to nearby Combs Martin in Devon to cook for their dinner.

Lucy said: 'He definitely wanted me to have his fish. He first dropped it 20ft away but then pushed it to within 5ft of my kayak. 'Everyone was watching on the beach and we caused quite a stir when we paddled in with the cod.' Grandmother Nina added: 'It was as if he was saying to Lucy "Don't worry, now I've got a fish to play with and so have you. This is mine for my tea, you have that one for yours." 'He was just so playful and content to be around us. Lucy was dangling her fingers in the water and he seemed to be attracted by that. 'If I hadn't seen it myself I'd never have believed it. My theory is that he was lonely and wanted human company. He was with us for about two hours. 'It seemed rude to refuse him so we took the fish and had cod and chips for supper. 'It was massive - I've still got half in the freezer.'

Lucy was paddling off Combe Martin Bay with Mike and Nina, both, 52, when they encountered the dolphin. The animal has become so popular with locals who have christened him Dave.

Nina, a swimming club coach, said the July 25 sighting was the highlight of Lucy's school holidays. She said: 'We feel so privileged to have been there. Lucy loves dolphins and has always wanted to swim with them. 'Well she didn't get to swim with this one, but it is the first time she has seen one out of captivity. 'With the crystal clear water, it was such an experience.'

A spokesman for Whale and Dolphin Conservation said: 'This is a very interesting account. 'There are many examples worldwide of dolphins interacting with humans. We would just make our usual appeal for people to generally keep their distance.

'Dolphins can sometimes become distracted by humans, lose their awareness of nearby motor boats and sustain injuries.'

Americas' Natives have European Roots

The 24,000-year-old remains of a young boy from the Siberian village of Mal'ta have added a new root to the family tree of indigenous Americans. While some of the New World's native ancestry clearly traces back to east Asia, the Mal'ta boy's genome - the oldest known of any modern human - shows that up to one-third of that ancestry can be traced back to Europe.

The results show that people related to western Eurasians had spread further east than anyone had suspected, and lived in Siberia during the coldest parts of the last Ice Age.

"At some point in the past, a branch of east Asians and a branch of western Eurasians met each other and had sex a lot," says palaeogeneticist Eske Willerslev at the University of Copenhagen, who led the sequencing of the boy's genome. This mixing, he says, created Native Americans - in the sense of the populations of both North and South America that predated - as we know them. His team's results are published today in Nature1.

In 2009, Willerslev's team traveled to Hermitage State Museum in St. Petersberg, where it had arranged to collect a DNA sample from one of the Mal'ta boy's arm bones. "We hoped that he could tell us something about the early peopling of the Americas, but it was a complete long shot," he says.
