Beloved Ones, we are the Arcturians, 

We bless you all on this important day of 12-21-12 and wish you all Happy Winter Solstice. We see your Lights amplifying with your every breath. From our perspective, Gaia is absorbing your increasing Light and sharing it will all who have not yet found the Fount of Light available for all.

Gaia and all her inhabitants rejoice within this day, for a silent beginning has commenced. Your New Age has come in like a lamb and will grow into the power of a Lion. A strong Silence has come into your NOW in which you can BE your SELF in your everyday life. As you relax into this Silence, you will hear our voice and see our face everywhere.

Many of you have wanted to leave the challenges and turmoil of the third dimension, but you did not realize that there is no such thing as leaving. You are always everywhere all the time. What changes is not your location. All that changes is your Point of Perception. Your Point of Perception is that to which you focus your intention. This intention will stay adhered to this focus by the force of your unconditional love.

Gradually, you will begin to realize that wherever you place your intention and bind it with your unconditional love, shall be your Point of Perception. At first, you will only be able to maintain one Point of Perception at a "time." Then, as you begin to release your habit of time, you will be able to remain simultaneously focused on more than one Point of Perception.

This ability to maintain multiple Points of Perception is an innate ability of your Ascended Master presence. Yes, you are already Ascended Masters, but you have forgotten that due to your third dimensional thinking. You are not in the process of becoming fifth dimensional. You are in the process of returning your Point of Perception back to the fifth dimensional SELF that you have ALWAYS been.

Your ascension is not the process of becoming someone more evolved. Your ascension is a process of remembering who you have always been and returning your Point of Perception to that expression of your Multidimensional SELF. Once you have consciously placed your Point of Perception onto a higher dimensional expression of your SELF, you will easily be able to live as your Ascended SELF concurrently with your human self.

We have, of course, spoken of this process before. However, within your NOW the energy fields of light directed towards your physical reality is of a much higher frequency than you have experienced in almost 26,000 years. This energy field resonates to the highest frequency of light, which is unconditional love.

The acceptance of this unconditional love into your physical form and everyday life will greatly facilitate the return of your multidimensional memory. Your multidimensional memory will allow you to intimately re-connect with all the Truths you have forgotten during your long sojourn into the third dimension.

• Remember the YOU that is already      an Ascended Master...
• Visualize this component of your      SELF in great detail...
• What do you look like? What are      you wearing? See your great light and love emanating from your Third Eye,      High Heart and hands...
• Feel and accept the unconditional      love emanating from this Higher Expression of YOU...

Your Ascended Master SELF is the ONE who choice to incarnate in your present body so that you could assist with Planetary Ascension. Therefore, you do not need to deserve this YOU or change yourself in any way. You are already this ascended one. Therefore, all you need DO is to place your Point of Perception into this component of your Multidimensional SELF.

You can shift your perception via the power of your imagination/5D thought. It may take a bit of meditative "time" for you to allow this shift in your Point of Perception, so be patient with yourself. You have worn your earth vessel for many incarnations and identified it as your self. Therefore, you will need to break that habit and identify your self as your Ascended Master and your earth vessel as the projection from your SELF.

Begin your process by imaging yourself as the Ascended Master, which you are!

• Look down at your feet and see      what is on your feet...
• From your feet look up your body      to see what you are wearing...

(Your Ascended Master may not be humanoid, so do not be bothered by that.)

• Look out to your ascended hands      and see the Light shinning from them...
• Touch your face with your hands      to see how the Light of your Third Eye is amplified by the touch of your      hands...
• Now, touch your High Heart to see      how your High Heart and hands amplify their Light...
• Place your Point of Perception on      THIS form...

(At first, you may only be able to hold this Point of Perception during meditation.)

• From your Point of Perception as      your Ascended SELF, include your earth vessel within this Point of      Perception...

As you repeatedly practice this exercise, you will slowly realize that you are both of these expressions of your SELF all the time. Then, you will be beyond the limitation of time, as your primary Point of Perception will be with your Ascended Master SELF. Then, you will maintain your human Point of Perception for as long as you wish.

In fact, you can withdraw your human Point of Perception and protect that earth vessel in a higher frequency, so that you can re-activate and use that vessel whenever you desire. Ascended Masters have often maintained earth vessels in this manner.

There will likely be a great deal of "practice" before you can remember that your primary Point of Perception is your Ascended SELF and your earth vessel is the projection from that SELF. At first, you will likely feel as though your earth vessel is your primary Point of Perception and your Ascended Master SELF is not quite real. Be patient with your SELF as 3D habit takes "time" to break.

As more and more of Gaia's inhabitants place their primary Point of Perception onto their Ascended SELF, the collective habit of 3D time will begin to fade. This fading away of time will escalate as the Unity Consciousness of Gaia transports their primary Point of Perception onto the Ascended SELF living within the Ascended Planet.

Just as your Ascended SELF resonated to the fifth dimension and beyond long before your first incarnation on Earth, Gaia's Ascended SELF resonated to the fifth dimension and beyond long before She took Her 3D form of Earth. Gaia and Her inhabitants did not originate in the physical plane. All life originates in Source and chooses to move as far down the frequency scale of reality. However, once a Being remains in the physical plane of time too long, they forget their higher frequencies of SELF.

Again, we remind you that ascension is not an "accomplishment." Ascension is a return to a version of your Multidimensional SELF. We openly and unconditionally love and welcome ALL of returnees back into our higher frequencies of reality.

POINT OF PERCEPTION PART 2

Dear Ascending Ones,

We return to tell you more about your Point of Perception. We remind you to identify yourselves as ever expanding spectrums of perception. YOU are your Ascended SELF who watches over your earth vessel from the higher dimensions. From that perspective you can preview the myriad versions of SELF who are incarnated on transmuting Earth.

YOU are also your earth vessel who is interacting with the collective process of creating New Earth. Your physical self is similar to the "hook" at the end of the fishing pole that has been cast into the water. Your Ascended SELF is similar to the fisherman who holds the fishing pole. Your ascended expression of SELF has full knowledge of all your lower frequency realities.

Because you have many physical expressions on Earth in this NOW, this fisherman has many fishing poles with many hooks in the water. When you think of your "self" as the small hook in a great ocean, you feel afraid and alone. However, is you think of the hook as another point of perception that is always attached to the fishermen, you feel empowered.

Your physical expression is a small "landing craft" that is exploring a world in which you can act independently but are still connected to your SELF who understands the entire situation. When you relax into being ONE with the hook in the water, you can experience being ONE with all the water/reality.

You are also ONE with the fisherman who has a higher point of perception. In actuality, each hook and each fisherman is a relay station. Each relay station gathers information from the lower frequency Points of Perception and sends that information up-line to shares it with a higher expression of SELF.

The experiences of being ONE with the water, the hook, the fishing line and the fisherman are all sent up-line all the way to Source. In this manner, Source is alive with the myriad experiences of life in form. Every perception that every life form has ever experienced is stored in the Cosmic Matrix of Source. Your experiences are also stored in the Akashic Matrixes that surround each plane and sub-plane of reality. Through your unconscious link with all the experiences of all your realities you can remember your unity with all life.

Now that the time and belief systems based on time are beginning to shift, your logical, sequential, individual perceptions are beginning to blend with the perceptions of the myriad Fishermen (Ascended Ones) and Hooks (Human Ones) in the Oceans (Planet).

With this blending of multidimensional perceptions, Planetary Unity Conscious is exponentially expanding. As Unity Consciousness continues to expand, your multidimensional concepts, communications and experiences will be shared with everyone via the ever-increasing wave of Unity Consciousness.

Much of your perception of time is emotionally based. If you are doing something that you do not want to do, time crawls along at a very slow pace. However, as the Unity Consciousness silently reminds you that YOU are your Higher SELF, you begin to remember that you have chosen to visit the physical plane. If you have chosen to visit this plane, then you can choose to do what you want to do. With this choice of doing what you want, time flies.

As hidden patents that make your life easier are released, and as funds horded by the few are shared with the many, the "shoulds" of your life will greatly decrease. Also, as your Unity Consciousness perceives our Galactic Presence as "normal," we will be able to openly assist you to remember your multidimensional thinking, inter-dimensional travels and multidimensional communications.

When you remember to think multidimensionally, many of the problems that have created "work" in your life will be replaced with swifter, easier, more efficient methods. Also, when you recall your inter-dimensional travels, your adventures in myriad higher dimensional realities will infinitely expand your consciousness.

Then, you will return to share your multidimensional experiences with the Unity Consciousness. These travels to higher worlds will greatly improve your multidimensional communication, which you will also share with all by blending your experiences into the Unity Consciousness.

In the same manner, if some one is ill, the Unity Consciousness can heal them. If some one is angry, the Unity Consciousness can calm them with unconditional love. If some one is in need, there is an infinite vat of supplies, information, medicines and advice that is open to all. Words like boredom and work will leave your vocabulary, as will words like debt and illness.

Time is based on resistance. Hence, time does not exist in the same manner in realities that are NOT based on the hard boundaries and resistance of the third dimension. Instead, time in higher realities is based on the timeless Flow of the ONE. When there is nothing to resist, such as going to work, wishing to leave work, escaping traffic, fighting with your boss or mate, getting well and/or reaching your location, time will flow much as light flows.

Without the burden of third dimensional resistance, you will not need to sleep because you are tired. Instead, you sleep because you feel an inner call to visit a higher expression of your Being. Eventually, you will remember how to be in more than one reality at a time, and sleep will be replaced with meditation and bi-location

Gradually, eating will also be replaced with breathing in multidimensional light. At first, you will eat less and less of certain foods. Then you will only eat the foods that you have not, yet, learned to metabolize from the light. Then, food will be a form of camaraderie, an old habit from your 3D days. Finally, food will be synonymous with light. Then no creatures or plants will be viewed as food. On the other hands, Earthlings/Terrains will continue to consume water long after they have released all "food."

We hear you asking, "When will this all happen?" Our answer is that this transition is not about when or even where it will happen. It is about the frequency to which you choose to resonate. Everything already exists in the NOW, but at different frequencies of resonance.

Fortunately, your choice of resonance will be much easier when you no longer need to hold resistance against invasion of fear-based emotions. In fact, individual consciousness has remained so separate in an attempt to not be tainted by the fear of others. However, "others" is a 3D concept to be replaced it with the 5D concept of, "We are the sum of our parts. If there is fear in our Unity Consciousness, we will clear it from within our Multidimensional SELF."

Therefore, working from within your Multidimensional SELF is the focus of creating New Earth. We Galactics are aware that many of you, especially those who have worked very hard toward the moment when ALL would be ascended, are struggling with life appearing the same.

We know that you were eager to find yourself instantly transported to a higher reality, consciously perceive us landing among you, turning on your television to see the announcement of the release of the many hidden patents, or the actuality of NESARA. However, your Unity Consciousness has chosen to be the conscious creators of New Earth.

Your long sojourn through physical Earth has taught you to be independent within the collective. Those who have become loving leaders because of your personal resolve to help others. Therefore, just as we have been silently helping our Ascending Ones, you have passed that gift along to help others who cannot perceive us.

The fact is that the Collective Consciousness of Earth has chosen to unite with your Higher Expressions before inviting us into your world. You, our Ascending Ones, realize that you want to "do it on your own." Just as a child learns to ride a bicycle by their parent holding onto to the back and does not realize that their parents has let go, many of you have not realized that we let go of your ascension because you have found your own balance.

We, your Expressions of SELF in higher worlds, do not want to diminish your great transformation by being present when you are totally ready to do it your SELF. We have found a safe street (cleared most of the dark ones) so that you are able to learn to find your OWN balance between your physical expression and your multidimensional life.

We have, also, taken away your dangerous toys (turned off all nuclear weapons) to give you more time to remember your SELF. Many of the hidden patents are indeed galactic, but many of them are also human inventions. These inventions were stolen from their creator, and the scientists were often killed. We will no longer allow this behavior. And, because YOU have asked us to level the playing field, we are not breaking the Free Will of your planet to assist in this manner.

Planetary Free Will is a consensus of the majority of the members of the planet. These members include all sentient beings and Gaia Herself. Therefore, the majority of Planetary Consciousness has asked us for assistance. The polarity of dark had grown too strong for the polarity of light to have a fair chance. Hence, we came to assist our descendants and friends in human disguise.

However, we are also aware that you, the Unity Consciousness of Gaia, want to cross the finish line on your own. To use a human term, we are very proud of our friends and descendants. We will proceed with our landings, but initially, it will be within your consciousness. In other words, we will help those who ask for our assistance.

We will support you as you remember how to visit your Higher Expressions of SELF on our Starships and in New Earth and guide you from within to be fully awake during your inter-dimensional journeys. We want you to know that we have fully opened our Corridor to all who wish to consciously visit your Galactic Family from the perspective of your Galactic SELF.

In other words, the fishing line that once separated the hook from the fishing pole now unites them. The YOU who is the Fisherman is multidimensional and perceives the waters of Earth from myriad dimensions and/or states of consciousness. This YOU (the Fisherman) is eager to share as many of these perceptions as you (the Ascending One) can accept and embrace.

The more you live from within and are deeply connect with your SELF, the more you will remember that your physical body is just a form that you are wearing in order to participate in the creation of New Earth. However, you have many forms that your ONE consciousness creates, wears and stores on many realities within the NOW. YOU can never die. Your form may no longer be wearable, so your consciousness may need to temporarily release that expression.

However, you can create another expression to visit that reality whenever you please. As the members of Earth increasing activate and perceive reality through their expanded perceptions, the illusions of time, separation and death will disappear. When a loved one dies, you will remember that they have merely decided to release that form. However, they are pure consciousness and cannot die. Therefore, what died was only the packaging, as the consciousness within the packaging is infinite.

With the release of more old habits of domination, the people of Earth will create the New, Multidimensional Earth. Of course, they are not actually creating Multidimensional Earth, as it was always there. What they will be creating is the safety to remember that there are myriad frequencies of Earth in which they can create, live and play.

All that you wanted to gain by ascension is already inside of your Multidimensional SELF. As you raise your Point of Perception, you will discover that for your SELF. The Path is clear now and well lit from our end of our Corridor. The entrance to this Corridor is within your SELF. Close your eyes to perceive our Corridor your Third EYE and use the unconditional love of your High Heart to open it.

THE FOURTH DAY

GAIA AND THE ARCTURIANS

Dear Beings of my Earth, I am Gaia.

I wish to speak with you this day. As you know, in all ascension stories the ascending ones must go into the underworld for three days and three nights before they can fully accept their new state of expression. I, and many of my inhabitants, have been within the underworld since our merging with the energies of 12-21-12.

As most of you know, the first thing that happens when the light increases is that the hidden darkness is revealed. Within the twilight and dawning day, in which we have been living, many aspects of fear could hide in the shadows. As the Sun comes into its apex the shadows are removed and that which has been hidden is revealed. It is the revelation of hidden darkness that creates the need of our journey into the underworld.

Once that which we wish to release is revealed, we must go deep within our SELF to find the cause and core of our attachment to that which we no longer want to experience. I, your Earth Mother Gaia, am just arising from my three days and nights in the underworld. It is not an accident that the Soul message of the birth of Christ Consciousness on December 25 was created, as it was the fourth day after December 21.

The fourth day after our journey into the underworld is the day of our rebirth. However, we are born as infants who need to be constantly loved and cared for. Hence all my inhabitants and I, including my humans, are newly born to our expanded state of consciousness. We are like Snow White and Sleeping Beauty who have been put to sleep by the evil deeds of our dark antagonist.

Hence as I, Gaia, begin my new life, I experience life much the same as I have always experienced it. However, I know that much of my perceptions are due to my habit of being third dimensional. Even though the dark cloak of my astral body has been cleared and the Prince of Light has awakened me from my long sleep with his kiss of unconditional love, I appear much as I have always appeared.

The deep scars on my body created by greed and selfishness are still there. My skies are still filled with smog and chemtrails and my waters tainted with pollution. Many of my animals and humans still suffer, and darkness still hides in deep shadows. However, those shadows only exist because our consciousness is still calibrated to the third/fourth dimension.

I, Gaia, could use my greater power to instantly shake off all these expressions of darkness. However, if I were to do so, most of my beloved life forms would cease to exist on my form. I have grown very attached to the myriad plants, animals and humans who have accepted the greater light into their bodies in order to help their Mother Earth.

I have seen how it has been difficult for my creatures to adjust to this higher light while still living within the darkness of fear and greed. Therefore, how could I abandon them? How could I leave behind the humans who have fought for me and the animals who have bravely faced such difficult times? I have felt the unconditional love sent to me from them, and I lovingly return it.

For a planet to ascend while maintaining a safe environment for its inhabitants has not been done before in this Galaxy. I know that I am attempting a very difficult task. I am aware that I am asking my children to bear more assault from those who fear the light and wish to defeat it. However, I also know that all of you have been willing to enter into your underworld and are newly arisen into the light.

Therefore, you may still be functioning through the habitual patterns of third dimensional limitations. I remind you that if one were blind for most of your life and you suddenly regained your vision, you would not understand what you were seeing. In other words, the higher version of your/our SELF has come online, but we may not yet remember how to access it.

My inhabitants have functioned under the third dimensional paradigm since the fall of Atlantis. Therefore, your perceptions are calibrated to the physical plane. Furthermore, any fears and/or disappointments that you harbor in your consciousness will limit your ability to release the known in order to recalibrate to the unknown.

I, Gaia, am still finding the point to which I can calibrate my shift without harming my beloved children. This process of finding the rate of escalation that will allow planetary ascension without damaging my children will take that which we once called time. Fortunately, the erratic progress of time will assist you during this period of active waiting.

I say active waiting, as I must call upon your assistance. Your Unity Consciousness is a vital component of our safe transition into a higher frequency of resonance. If you, my humans, can slowly and steadily expand your perceptual field to include the higher frequencies of my planet, you can adhere your essence to that higher frequency of reality with your High Heart.

I ask you to perceive the vision that you are climbing out of a deep well. See the ladder that travels up the inside of the well and be aware that the well is collapsing beneath you. The well is collapsing from its depths because I, Gaia, need to allow the lower dimensional frequencies to collapse into oblivion. However, I want everyone to move beyond that resonance before I close that frequency of the matrix.

Therefore, as you climb each rung of the ladder, you feel the collapse below you. However, I will wait as long as I can to collapse that lower frequency of Matrix. In this manner, those who wish to join our new frequency can still be adhered to my Earth body/reality. I realize that many of you have been "climbing this ladder" for many years, and taking as many with you as you can. To all of you I say, Thank You!

I am also aware that many have died in their attempt to reveal the lies that have kept many humans attached to a dying reality. However, my old expression of intense polarity is closing from the lowest frequencies up. Hence, those who chose not to expand their perceptions to the higher rungs will be left inside of the collapsing matrix.

To transmute into a higher frequency matrix without closing the lower frequencies is extremely difficult. Without the assistance of my inhabitants who have been releasing their wars of polarity to live in unity and unconditional love, it would be an impossible task. Again, I must thank my ascending humans and transmuting animals.

The challenge of unity and unconditional love has been simpler for my animals because they have remained in unity with my Earth. On the other hand, humanity has had a more difficult time. Third dimensional thinking has often trapped them in illusion, and fear has created separation and limitation. However, again, I must thank the many humans who have assisted others to expand their consciousness beyond the grasp of fear.

Patience is normal for a planet but difficult for a human. Many humans feel that they have waited a lifetime for this change. However, please remember that I am waiting too. I am waiting for you! If I were to suddenly transmute into the fifth dimension, my third dimension would no longer be habitable. Therefore, I will be patient.

I have the option to move slowly because many of my humans have directly confronted their own darkness and dis-allowed it to rule their lives. Therefore, they can hold the light to guide those still finding their way up from the bottom of the well. Also, I can transmute at a safe pace for my inhabitants because my Galactic Family has contained those who would damage my form in order that they might have more things and more power over others.

Thus, we will move into our New Age of New Earth slowly and patiently. In this manner, some can rush ahead to clear the way for others. Some can stay behind to assist the lost ones, some can continue their work of sharing the truth that shall set humanity free, and some can initiate the worldwide social and governmental changes.

I, your Mother Earth, appreciate that the few have to do the work of the many who have not yet remembered their Multidimensional SELF. Fortunately, the dark ones will find it increasingly difficulty to adhere to my ever-raising frequency. Thus, the energies they have spent on domination will be spent on survival. Thus, their dark power over others will diminish, freeing the awaking ones to more easily remember their SELF.

Also, the expanding frequencies of light integrating into my planet and into your consciousness will activate everyone's multidimensional consciousness. Then you will easily find solutions to that which once stifled you, and truth will shine beyond the lies. As my humans say, "Rome was not built in a day." Neither will New Earth be revealed in one day. However, you will not build New Earth; you will perceive and merge with the New Earth that has always resonated just beyond your perceptions.

I leave you now with a closing message from my beloved Arcturian Family:

Our dear Ascending Ones,

Congratulations on your long journey through the darkness. Your eyes have not fully calibrated to the Light, nor have your ears fully calibrated to the Truth. You may not have fully embraced Multidimensional Thinking and unconditional love may still be beyond your understanding.

However, the very earth vessel that you have maligned for trapping you in third dimensional Earth is the first to feel the changes in your reality. You find that the intensity of your transformation keeps you at some level of exhaustion, food has taken on a new meaning, you are ravenous for more water, and long to BE ONE with the land, sea and sky. You are feeling a great transition and following your instincts and expanded perceptions.

These expanded senses often confuse you, as there appears to be multiple realities occurring at once. You hear your SELF calling you and see the world that resonates just beyond your physical vision. You feel like an animal that needs to go into hibernation, which is true. Therefore, we advise that you begin to restructure your life. It is important that you create "time" to go inside to understand and master the new Expression of SELF that is slowly emerging from the ashes of your myriad physical incarnations.

You, our Ascending Ones, are the Phoenix Bird. Your Unity Consciousness has flown directly into the flame of transmutation. However, you did not crash, and you did not burn. But, you did go into the underworld of your myriad physical incarnations. Now, your beak is rising up from the ashes. As you take wing, you initiate a New Era of peace and love.

But first, the ashes of fear and greed must be cleared. You must unite to forge your way into your new life, as the age of separation is ended. Those who choose to maintain 3D consciousness will remain in the separation consciousness of the past and become lost in the lower rungs of the ladder with the collapsing matrix nipping at their heels. Therefore, keep expanding into the higher expressions of your SELF.

Those who can seize the day can return later to guide those who have ultimately chosen to change. Remember, some of those who appear to be the darkest have volunteered to play the dark roles in order to maintain polarity. These beings of light are holding the 3D Matrix open to give others the chance to awaken. When the 3D Matrix can no longer survive, they will fly into the higher dimensions like arrows ejected from taut bows.

Remember to release all judgment, as judgment is the spawn of separation and polarity. There are many "double agents" among the dark forces who are working from within, just as you must work from within to clear your darkness. Remember that the third dimension is fraught with lies and illusions, so do not attach your attention to that frequency.

Instead, heal the remnants of third dimensional reality with the power of your unconditional love. Your unconditional love will transmute that which is trapped in the darkness and will attach your emanation of SELF onto the highest frequency of New Earth to which you can adhere.

Remember, if you are riding in a car that is climbing a high mountain the inside of the car remains the same no matter how far up the mountain you travel. In the same manner, as long as you perceive yourself as being inside the Oness of Gaia, you will remain in entrainment with the planet, and your changes will occur in synchronicity with Earth. Hence, as Gaia moves into higher frequencies your experience of Earth may appear the same because you are changing at the same pace of as the planet.

When you and Gaia are increasing your frequencies in the same manner, you will be changing at the same rate, and there will not be sudden difference between you and the planet. Furthermore, because your point of perception will rise at the same pace as Gaia's frequency, you will remain constantly calibrated with Her rate of transmutation.

At great sacrifice to Her Earth body, Gaia has lovingly chosen to dramatically slow Her pace of change so that more of her Ascending Ones can remain alive on Her body. It is for this reason that we tell you to keep up your pace rather than fall behind Gaia's pace. Those of you who can match your consciousness with the escalating pace of Gaia's transition are serving as the foundation of New Earth.

We know that the ever-rising frequency of your physical form will cause you more than a little discomfort. However, because you know how important you are to the creation of New Earth, and because you are united with your Multidimensional SELF, you can and will persevere and eventually flourish.

Dear Ones, you are on the cusp of your greatest adventure. Therefore, your choice of lifestyles will shift, yet again. Before 12-21-12 you sought a pace of transformation that had a deadline. Hence, many of you overtaxed your earth vessels. We thank you for your sacrifice. However, we suggest that you take a moment of your NOW to relax and renew your energies for the next leg of your journey.

Then, you will set a slower pace to which you can adapt to each incremental shift. This journey has no deadline and no finish line. However, you will be called upon to constantly align and realign your pace of transformation with the pace of Gaia. In this manner, you can remain in entrainment with Her transmutation to best calibrate and recalibrate your perceptions, thoughts emotions and creative force with that of the planetary resonance.

Rest whenever you get a chance, for you shall be busy. However, your task is one that occurs within your ever-expanding consciousness and will be invisible to those who do not share your journey. Any remaining third dimensional needs for reward or recognition will be unveiled, giving you to opportunity to release any remnants of ego.

While you still hold attachments to time and physical reality, your mission will be more difficult. However, with your ego completely released you will feel the glory of Planetary, Unity Consciousness. Consequently old, third dimensional concepts and habits will fall away like autumn leaves.

Whereas, before you had a deadline and a finish line, now you are moving into the infinity of the timeless NOW. As this NOW flows into your perception, the ONE will embrace you with unconditional love.

We KNOW that you are ready for WE are YOU! Besides, we are always with you.

Ashtar's Post 12-21 Holy Days Message

"Well, greetings! It is I, Ashtar and I have come to answer questions that I know you have. Specifically, I have come to discuss our Mission. I know it has been a question. So we will say to this: Welcome to 4D and above! That's the first thing.

"If you have any doubts, believe me, you are on the ships with me and in all the Higher Dimensions in your sleep time. You occasionally travel up there when you are not even thinking about it. That is, you are just doing something that gives you some kind of pleasure in addition to sleep, whether it be meditating or relaxing, you have high vibe moments going on all the time - sometimes consciously, a lot of times, unconsciously. Remember there is part of you that is here and there and everywhere, anyway.

"So let's just be joyful about that, and move onto what you would call the nitty-gritty! You see there is a Unity of Oneness, always, in the realms that we occupy - what you might call, what we reside in. We travel just like you do. You come up; we go down. That is only a directional crutch because it is really all circular anyway. So what we are saying is, there really isn't that much difference in Dimensionalities except for the big sort of chasm that is growing ever wider between 3D and above. Oh yes, there are physical differences and all those kinds of things. And, there are utilization of capabilities, and so on and so on, but the leap from 4 to 5 is nothing like the leap from 3 to 4!

"Now your consciousness is much more in 4. And, you are going to find many, many proofs of that in the days to come. I am saying days, in your time, and I mean it - no dates. But it is that you will look upon events that you used to participate in and, for instance, say, 'No thank you!' You will look upon news that you used to pay attention to and say, 'I've been there; done that!' You will look upon your own activities and you will say, 'Done with that!' Whatever it is - you will find you have new appetites for foods; you will find you will leave a lot of food behind. You will find you have new gifts that you will be using. And the first time, it will come as a delightful surprise, much like opening a gift and finding exactly what you wanted inside the wrapping!!!

"This will extend to all aspects of your life, whether it be the use of the electronic gadgets, or learning to cook a different way, or learning a poem, or learning how to communicate more with everything, not just the Humans. Whatever it is, it makes no difference, you are going to have it all! These downloads that have been spoken about are happening all the time, not just in your sleep time. So one moment you may feel a certain way about something or have a certain attitude about it and the next moment, poof, it's gone or changed! So be at ease with all of this. This is all we are trying to say. Whatever comes is exactly right because you have called it forth!!!

"You will find that there is nothing coming to you in the way of energies or information or opportunities that you don't call forth. And you have already done the major shift, which is to step up and take responsibility for it! Do you not realize what a great, Grand Thing it is that Humanity is taking self-responsibility? This means two things: One you are creating and, two, we are able to do more in partnership with you! We have been talking about this for a long time, but we know some in our Beloved Family and many, many beyond haven't been listening and getting this particularly most important concept.

"Now - Missions, let's get right down to Missions: LOVE ALL AND BE ONLY LOVE!!! That is Number One. And it isn't that you have to be in perfection of Unconditional Lovingness about everything, because we understand that this is a bit tough, even now. It is to simply catch anything that is not unconditionally loving and say, 'Oops! I don't need to do that any more. I choose to let go of that attitude about - that person, or thing, or event, or whatever. I call forth the Energies of the Great Divine I Am and So It Is!!!' It is that simple. It can be complex, yes, but only if you choose to have an attitude that says, 'Well, this is too hard for me to do.'

"The recognition of the differences between 3D and 4D are part of the separation and thus are going to be so much more easy. They already are. And, you are going to be getting this realization very rapidly!

"So why is it that the Lightworkers are still here and didn't ascend up into 5D? Because you are needed here! Because you are not done yet, because you have phase two of your contracts. The first one is over. That has been lasting for millenniums. It actually has been lasting since you first came here to Earth and took the veil, and you know the story. We don't need to repeat all that. There are marvelous, marvelous tomes of information available on the internet for anybody who wants to look at the past and understand how we got to this place. But you already have that understanding, at least enough of it that you only need to know that you are creating your next moment now!!! And whatever has been of a down in the dumpies kind of experience, or remembrance of an experience, event, lifetime, identity, or whatever, is now to be let go of.

"And now there will be many opportunities for each individual, and for groups to find the ease and grace with which to do all of this, and this includes healing of anything that is in physicality. Yes, you are 4D Beings now, 4D Humans, those who read this, who get this. But you still have some 3D memories, including the memory of any kind of illness or disease or mental imbalance or whatever, because it is laid out for you very clearly to heal. And, many of you have already been working on this - in fact the Lightworkers have. And, that is everybody in this Family!

"It is all there in your energy fields but it might be only for you now to call it in, to call it forth, to make it real. To trust it! To believe in it! Because that's the difference between looking at something 3D from somewhat of a 3D perspective - which you know there is kind of a lot of helplessness there - and in looking at it from the Higher perspective! So we are talking about a big adjustment in your vision. We are talking about perception upliftment!!!

"You would be wise to journal your Ascension experiences. And this will cover everything from, 'I don't feel any different,' to 'Oh, WOW! I had a Big Bang go off inside of me! I literally exploded into stars and beams and Love!' and, everything in between. Because it is for each individual to experience. And it is for you to remember if you have already had a moment or two of bliss in your lifetime and experience, this happened as an experience in the moment. 4D is not about being in bliss all the time. It is about being blissful when the occasion is created, that you create by welcoming the blissful energies, and it is about continuing to serve. And, it is about evolving into bliss. But it does not all happen to be in this moment. And if you will step back and look at yourselves as you are evolving, that is plenty of reason to get into bliss. Anyway, enjoy!

"You see, the gamut of 4D has yet to be experienced."

Fran: "Can you list some of those?"

Ashtar: "The kind of experiences we are discussing? Well first of all, we will say this, CONGRATULATONS!!! Congratulations because you all - your Love - have brought Mother Gaia's consciousnesss into 4D and higher! In other words, Mother Gaia is done with 3D. Now that doesn't mean that there might not be some remnants occurring, because Mother Gaia does have Compassion and she does have a certain amount of Freedom.

"But the essence, the consciousness of the Planet is in 4D. What does that mean? It simply means more ease, grace and comfort. More doors opening for people to have the downloads, the intuition, the inspirations come through. This means that the children are much more free in their speech because people are starting to listen and say, 'Well, that is very good!' 'Oh yes, I agree with you.' 'Oh yes, I want to help. Yes, it is a simple request you have, my child, and I shall do everything I can to make your life more beautiful, or abundant, or whatever!'

"It is for the inner children, now this is their time. Where else but 4D for inner children to come out and dance and sing? And it is for the inner child in every person to be given the Freedom, to feel the Freedom, of the gifts that they have to offer to themselves, first and foremost! This is the era, if you will - the Golden Era has begun and this is where the inner children can come out and play, regardless of the age of the body of the being! This is Faerie Land, this is Avalon come to life, this is Dance with the Unicorns time!!!

"The alignments have taken place. The 26,000 years and so on have passed on your calendars. And it is now to facilitate the upliftment of the self-enactment, which includes realization with Trust. And enactment, whether it be in a single writing that is sent our Family, or our continuing calls. Yes, we shall be continuing. 'Here we are! Come and join us and let us dance and sing together. And let us meditate together. Let us uplift together. And let us be in enjoyment!!!' Because, the more enjoyment of the 4D experience - we are talking high vibes here - that we as a team on Ashtar On The Road can give to people, the faster they all are going to get there! Living 4D is the gateway to 5 and higher!!!

"That's it - 4D lifestyle, Golden Age, utilizing all presented in the Golden Age in the way of opportunities. That is all anybody has to do to move into 5D. Because with it comes the attitude, the trust, the unconditional Love - the enactment, and the vocalizing of unconditional Love. So that's it! It really sounds simple. And, you are saying, 'Aren't we already there?' No. The World is not already there. And as long as there is one being who is stuck, we have a mission.

"But what we can say is this: Yes, we haven't been very accurate with our time lines, and we realize that, but there was a lot of stuckness here that we did not anticipate. We thought when people heard our message, they would be thrilled and the uplifting and The Golden Age would start a lot sooner that it did for everyone, not just for a few. So, yes, we can say we did not evaluate, or discern, how long it was going to take, but now 'it's over Rover!' So let's not dwell there. There is no need to. The thing is that we have reached a plateau, and the energies are reaching out Worldwide!

"Let more of the energies come into you! Feel your own empowerment even more! We will say this also, this is a time - well, there is no time, but we will say roughly in Earth terms - this is a magnificent time of change, anyway it has been, in past history/herstory of Planet Earth and we are talking about this sacred Holy Day season. And, of course, on 1/1, that is a whole new calendar year. But the Golden Age has already begun officially. That is unofficial, insofar as some may say. But so it is, that whatever inspiration people have, 'Oh this year I am going to do this, I am going to do that...' They need to understand that they are more empowered than ever to do the things that are really from the Heart!

"A superficial kind of thing, 'I am going to wash my car every week,' is not what we are talking about. But they need to know that they are empowered more than ever because of the Helpers who now have, what you might call, the dispensation which was given by Humans. The Divine Beings are to come in and be in service to them because it is now service with them!!!

"You see, more and more are acknowledging, 'What can I do to help my neighbor?' or 'What can I do to help my brother or sister, or the stranger that looks hungry?' This is the season where these thoughts and feelings open up and then traditionally that window closes. Well, that window is now wide open! That window is wide open permanently and so it is that there is more opportunity than ever for people to understand the messages that are coming to them, the inspirations that they suddenly feel. And this giving of Love is not a window, it is a wide open doorway - gates are open!!!

"It is no longer that we are standing at the gates ready to welcome you - the people are streaming through and you have done your jobs with great beauty and Love because you have helped millions to come through these gates and fully enter into the Golden Age, even if they may not realize it. And so it is that it is to continue that realization of Truth within your Hearts so that all will get it, if not in this moment, then in the next. And that is the mission of Ashtar On The Road, and of our Beloved Ashtar Family!

"We are here together, finally, and there is no longer a veil between you and us. And if you perceive that there is, you are not listening. And you are only dragging up an old 3D memory which no longer serves. And it is to tell the World that this is how it is, because you came, and they came, with enough Love and enough energy and commitment to make 4D a reality, now, on Planet Earth!!!

"And all of these wondrous signs and attitudes and most of all, all of the loving outpourings which the world is seeing now will continue even more. And 3D will fade and fade and fade, because you've graduated. You've come through the gates and you have determined that you are staying on this side of the Golden Age. And there is never any need to go back because that is not the destiny that you, Beloved Ones, have ordained for Planet Earth or for yourselves!!!

"So if you get a wisp of 3D, just treat it as, 'Oh yes, I remember that, but now I choose to let it go because I have planted myself firmly here in the higher levels of 4D, and now I am connecting consciously with All That Is even Higher! So just be the Love, be the Service and find ways to be even more joyful with it!

"We stand ready to honor this commitment in new ways. So we will continue with the Mentorship. Sekhmet is even more exuberant, and the Arcturians are overjoyed to be in assistance! And, Kuan Yin is overjoyed, in the most gentle of ways, but nevertheless overjoyed because she is feeling the Peace that is being radiated by those who are feeling it now. And, of course you know that St. Germain is just bursting with abundance for all. And I, Ashtar, am still in charge of facilitating the Ascension Mission and it is Sananda, who is at the center of that Mission, and his role and his message is simply that of Love, unconditional, to be at the Heart of all that follows!

"So you see we have much to do. But it shall become easier and easier. You are flying with us! And, if you think you are having some disjointed dreams of a strange kind, it is not so much teaching dreams as it is letting-go dreams, and we are helping you. These disjointed, seemingly unconnected, out-of-reality dreams will be less and less, so do enjoy 'blankness' in your sleep times. You can give your intentions that more and more of your dreams shall be your visions you choose to create, because you've got room, because you are letting go of what you don't need any more - more and more and more letting go!

"Alright, well we have been quite wordy but we simply wanted to assure you that the best is yet to come. The Joy is already here! Our Oneness is already a done deal (thank you Sekhmet - she is so good at the slang)! Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, and Gratitude are well grounded here because Mother Gaia and you have brought yourselves up to where they actually, truthfully exist - all of the time and through out all Higher Dimensions! So there is no going back on your timelines! There is no slipping down into dumpydom! It is simply to go up, up, up from here. And, it is for each of you in your own way, to move and move and move into the upper levels of where you already are. It is to connect more and more because you already have. Congratulations! You have done it and it is time to dance!!! And So It Is - Salut!"

Today my mind took to wonder thinking about the Mayan prophecy.
After all it has caused so much fear and joy.
For those that believed it was the end...fear.
For those that believed it was a beginning...joy.

And I feel in my heart the 21st was the Big Bang for us..the beginning of our new creation.
For I believe it was on that date that we could have tipped either way...
If there was more fear that the world was going to end, then maybe it would have.
If there was more joy that we were starting a new beginning...then that's were we are.
At the beginning of the new world.
NOW is when we create the foundations of what is to come.
For us individually and for the world.

My heart tells me the world could have ended.
Cataclysms could have occurred and destroyed us.
Wether by asteroid.
Or sun flare.
Or something...but yet it didn't.

It feels as if it was the last timeline to integrate.
So to me that explains why the Mayans stopped on that date.
That was the date in which we passed a tipping point.
There was nothing to write because a decision by us had not been decided back then...
And we tipped towards the Light.
Could have gone either way.
Looking iffy for a while there...
But we did it.

The 21st felt like a birthday to me.
The birth of our new world.
Now that there is no countdown clock anymore, it is time to start building the new.
I personally have no desire to be a hermit anymore.
I will follow my heart where ever it leads.

And I will continue to take leaps of faith into the unknown.
For the unknown is not scary at all, it is just a blank slate waiting to be written.
I followed my heart to Peru and had such an amazing experience.

And what about the "dark" side?
I guess to me there is no dark side.
It is there to keep us from remembering so that we can be fully immersed in this world, experiencing life day to day.
Maybe we have been programmed to be afraid of the dark so that we could not trust the stars and remember our star families.
For if you remember who you are, and that death doesn't exist, then you are no longer playing the game of separation.
The dark is the Light playing the dark ...

So these are my thoughts.
Do I wish I could have turned to Light and gone tripping the Light fantastic across the Universe?
Of course.
Do I wish we had instantly turned to heaven on earth?
Of course.
Am I thankful that I am still here?
Yes.
Because I think there was a chance I wouldn't be.
And for that I am so grateful.

So don't be disappointed my light family.
Stay in the flow.
Create.
Live your life.
If it feels bad, let it go.
It is time to enjoy the richness of life again.
It is time to shine our Light and help those around us as they too awake.
It may take a while...but heck we got time, we are eternal.

Happy Birthday Mother Earth.

Not having any messages come in for the past week or so, I thought I might experiment and call in a master and see what happens. This past week or so has been an interesting one for me. I’ve had high highs and low lows. I’m sure quite a few of my readers can say the same thing or have similar experiences. I started out with a short meditation, invoking a tube of white light for protection and then:

I am invoking the Presence of beloved Sanat Kumara, Planetary Logos.

I AM here. I AM Sanat Kumara.

Yes, I can feel you in my heart. My heart chakra was burning hot as the Master began to come in.

I stand in the heart flame of all who live upon this planet.

What can I help you with tonight?

I want to thank you for leading me to the J. Stone books. They have helped clarify some issues for me. And I am enjoying making some of the invocations that are listed there.

Understand, dear one that the ascension preparation given out in those volumes is no longer valid in terms of what most people are experiencing these days. The directions were given during a time that has since long passed. The dispensations given out in the book still apply, but few people, even lightworkers are using these volumes so we approach ascension in many ways now. It is not necessary to even know about ascension in order to be qualified to take the step now.

How is that so, Raj? (Raj is a nickname which the Master prefers to be called than by his full title.)

Those people who live good lives, in service and peace, will ascend, even if they have never heard of the term. Many of these people are lightworkers, but who have not consciously woken up to their missions. They are vaguely aware that there is more to life than what they have already encountered, but are unable to discover what that might entail. Due to circumstances, some care for family members and work long hours to make a living, and do not feel that they have the luxury of making their own spiritual journey. They have made their steps along the path of ascension mostly unknowingly, yet they will rejoice when they discover one day that they have come into a new land, one filled with peace and love.

What has been my path?

Do you not know? You have forged ahead, leaving husband, family and friends behind. Nothing could deter you from your spiritual quest. You have questioned, learned and let go of teachings time after time, seeking your own way through what was offered in the world. You have learned to listen to your inner voice, to your heart. You know how to test the spirits by listening and feeling within. You have come far; you will go further along the path than many.

Yet we tell you now (including my readers) that ascension is not a contest. It is a personal journey and a collective one that at least a portion of humanity is undergoing currently. It is a process and will continue, even when you break through to the other side and into the fifth dimension. When you arrive there, you may decide to rest, but sooner than later you will begin again to move forward on the path, through service, through learning, through the many ways that will be offered to you.

There are many now in these last days who still doubt that they have “the right stuff” to make ascension. Fear not, beloved ones, for all of you are loved. It is your own thoughts and emotions that keep you down and continuing in feeling the separation, the disparity, perhaps even despair. And certainly you might feel confused about all the conflicting opinions and information that is being presented within the lightworker community. This is why it is so important to approach any information, including these messages, by using your own inner discernment as your guide. The time for the outer teacher is coming to an end; it has ended. There are no captains, no leaders in this movement. It is a movement and a journey made up of individuals, all following their own paths, yet it is also a journey that will take many in the same direction, to the same destination.

Know also that ascension is not a one-time initiation. There are many steps to ascension, not just one. Those of you, who choose to move on beyond the first baby-steps of ascension, will find themselves being mentored by ascended masters and angelic beings. It is a grand and vast world that you are in the process of entering. The multiverse is far more than you can possibly imagine after being relegated to school-room Earth. There will be much to re-learn, but you will discover great pleasure in doing so for you will begin to re-member what you left behind when taking embodiment so long ago.

Your planet is currently in the throes of the last days of the Dark Age, of the Kali Yuga. Soon you will move beyond these lower vibrations, only touching them briefly if it is your desire to teach and lead those who will not cross the bridge of swords at this time, at the Shift. Archangel Michael recently stated (see 2012 Scenario for more information) that ascension will remain open for those who are close until the end of this lifetime. Those who go ahead will contribute to the raising up of the vibrations of the planet which will clear the way for more to follow in their footsteps.

Some of the wayshowers will become gatekeepers, keeping the connection between the two worlds open to facilitate the passage of others. And many of the first to ascend will take up a life of service, helping those friends and family members who remained behind, assisting them to understand the benefits and possibilities that ascension into the fifth dimension can offer.

For many of our initiates this has been a time for undergoing a life review. You may have seen episodes of your life play out in your mind’s eye or remembered long lost friends or relatives. Some people have returned back into your lives, also, perhaps to see if a lesson forgotten or unfinished has been learned. It is certainly a time to let go of what is no longer necessary; nothing that is of a lower vibration can be taken into the new world – it will be left behind. This list includes relationships that are unhealthy, jobs that do not allow for creativity, as well as anything excessive and unbalanced. It is also a time to learn to forgive yourself for those things that you feel you have not done as well as you could. Forgiveness, letting go, listening to your heart, and being at peace are most important considerations.

The world that is being left will make its bid to keep your attention, to bring up fears, to create distrust between people through the misuse of the media and propagation of lies from governmental bodies and various institutions, including the medical field, religions, education, science, economics, and other international corporations. Leave it all behind you; they cannot follow you into the new world unless they, too, let go of their fears and step into the light.

For those of you, who fear that you are not suitably prepared for ascension, know that you can still have issues to resolve, still have emotions to work on, still have physical conditions that need healing. You do not have to be perfect in order to be able to ascend. You do need to be open to expanding your world view to include the diversity of humanity, as well as those galactic and intergalactic beings, ascended beings and angelic realms, which will be more apparent to you as you become more acquainted to your new world. There is much to explore there and much to learn.
In the passage of cycles, eventually all of humanity will pass through ascension, just not now. Not all are ready for in the past it has taken lifetimes to prepare to take the first steps leading up to becoming an initiate on the path to ascension. Those who are undergoing ascension during this present cycle have either prepared for a long time or are starseed who have embodied for this very purpose – to act as wayshowers and to create an energetic pathway for those of humanity able to follow in their footsteps. Many of the starseeds have ascended on other planets and in other solar systems, galaxies, even in other universes. Some of the starseeds and lightworkers have come from the highest heavens and will return once their work here is done. There is a great variety of helpers here on hand to assist in this birthing process for both the planet and her cargo, humanity.

In these last days of this present cycle, spend them in quiet contemplation and meditation if you can. If not, keep mindful during your day of the energies and call on us, the ascended masters and angelic realms, for our assistance. We are here to help, to serve, as it our means to further our development as we, too, are moving up in our responsibilities and expanding in our service to the Universe.

Expand your mind to include the whole of this planet as your body. See all of humanity as one being; in truth you are one. You are experiencing this process from several points of view to gain experience which you will pass on to other worlds in your turn, as we have assisted you in ours. Know that we are your brothers and sisters and are here to assist. Call on us and we will be there, to lend our energies, light and love to give you strength in moments of doubt and weakness. If you feel that you have stepped off the path momentarily, forgive yourself and continue on. Keep a close internal focus on how you are feeling, what you are feeling and how you would like to feel. Keep a journal of your inspirations, dreams, meditations and practice communicating with your higher self. Have faith that you will break through those last bits of darkness that seem to keep you from your goal. We will assist; we are here to help – just remember to call for us and we will be there.

Is Someone Else Getting Your Blessings?

Hey Sohini,

Thanks to all who resonded to last week's message about this phase of soul growth being over. Guess I'm one of many who received the same inforamtion during sleep. Don't ya just love the way guides work?

Now on to this week's message. Is s omeone getting your blessings? What I'm talking about is the blessings you receive from doing your own emotional clearing. Since beginning this final push a couple of months ago, I've often received a lot of resistance from lightworkers...and starseeds...and walk-ins on the need to do emotional clearing. I understand the desire to avoid it; emotional clearing is not fun. Yet, if we choose to do it anyway, the blessings more than compensate for the pain. So this week I'll address a few more questions:

Why is emotional clearing so important?
Isn't it enough to just focus on love and light?
Can I have someone else clear my emotional blocks for me? Will that give me the same results as having done it myself?

I've decided to address these questions in this week's message because I realized that doing so may help those of you who are still on the fence about emotional clearing. Maybe you are just waiting for that confirming sign to get moving, bringing you into closer alignment with the future you want to see. So here goes...

Why is emotional clearing so important?

The emotional field contains both positive and negative energies created during our current life along with those that we brought forward from past lives. Negative energies set up disruptions in the flow of energy through the physical body because the two are connected by energy portal or conduits known as the chakras. If left in place, these disruptions create physical problems resulting in illnesses some of which could become fatal (examples: cancer and heart disease). Emotional clearing is the process of working through and clearing out those negative energies.

Isn't it enough to just focus on love and light?

I have to chuckle on this one 'cause I know from experience how much I tried to make this true. I tried focusing on just loving others and sending them loving energy and light; did it during the first years of my mission-to no avail. The issues with those individuals with whom I had conflicts and was trying to clear did not go away. The minute I stopped focusing on the "L & L", the pain would surface and I'd be right back in the thick of it all. My anger towards the individuals would rear its ugly head and I'd find myself once again unable to focus on anything else due to the ongoing argument in my head.

Looking back I see that my guides wanted me to understand that I was avoiding the pain and only by going into it-and seeing my part in creating it-would I ever be able to truly clear it. So is Love and Light enough? Doesn't appear to be, does it?

Can I have someone else clear my emotional blocks for me? Will that give me the same results as having done it myself?

Again, if this were effective, I'd be the first one in line. In fact, I tried several modalities that offered to relieve me of the need to do it myself. What I found was some did nothing at all while others seem to give relief. Yet those that gave relief did not completely clear the issue. Before long a new situation would occur that triggered the old pain and added another layer. For example, the money issue that seemed to be clearing up would return-and with a vengeance. What money did come in would quickly be spent to fix things that suddenly broke (the toilet, that new hole in the roof, a flat tire). Lord, help me!

I finally realized that my soul wasn't going to accept anything less than full self-clearing. She wanted to learn the lesson, not have it taken away. Again, my guides had pointed the way to these well-meaning healers because they wanted me to recognize this truth for myself. So can you have someone else clear your emotional blocks for you? Sure you can...but don't expect to receive the blessings that come from it or your soul to be satisfied with the results.

When you clear your own emotional baggage, you gain the benefit of having faced the old pain. If you continue, you'll also discover the dysfunctional believe through which you created the issue/conflict that caused the pain and be able to change it once and for all. I gotta say that there is nothing more satisfying, more life-affirming and empowering than discovering that belief. Yep, it's an amazing, incredible, wonderful, and awesome-you can conquer anything-feeling. Wow!

But that feeling pales in comparison to the wonder-struck feeling you have when you see your reality quickly shift. The person that you wanted to smack just hours before, the one who was making your life miserable, the one about whom you kept thinking, "If only he/she would change my life would be better," suddenly changes. Now you want to hug them. Know why? You released them from the role they had been playing for you. You released them because you GOT THE LESSON! Hurray for you! You recognized that they were playing a role to mirror back the behavior that you were doing to yourself (your Inner Child) but could not see, (How others treat you is how you treat yourself/Inner Child).

So, do you still want someone else to clear your emotional blocks and baggage? Do you want them to get all the blessings?

If you decide after reading this message that perhaps it's time to do your own housecleaning, but you need a little help, I and many other teachers, who have also discovered this truth, are here to help.

Emotional clearing will continue after this phase it over, but as I said in last week's message, though it will be more intense due to the higher frequencies, the result will be even more life-changing. Clear on, my darlings, clear on...the best it yet to come.

Our Dear Ascending Ones,
Being in-between the two dates, 12-12-12 and 12-21-12, has become so important in your reality because it creates an expectation of fulfillment or of disappointment. Therefore, you are all given the choice of choosing the type of energy field you desire to hold within your consciousness. Your expectation of fulfillment will empower you, whereas the expectation of disappointment places the power over your life outside of your SELF.
Because you are returning to your Multidimensional SELF in which you are the creator of your reality, your powers of manifestation and multidimensional perceptions are greatly amplified. Therefore, the thoughts and emotions that linger in your heart and mind have an increased possibility of manifestation. Hence, if you allow the disappointment that you will not get what you want into your aura, you will lower your consciousness, as well as your perceptions.
You will not be able to perceive the frequency of reality with your lower state of consciousness. Therefore, you will not be able to perceive that your hope was fulfilled in that frequency of reality. As you know, the process of 3D manifestation is sequential, slow and involves work (resistance over time). Altering third dimension molecules requires work because they resist change and resonate to time. Thus, time exists between the work and the creation and/or alteration.
Fortunately, ascending the molecular spin of third dimensional molecules is greatly facilitated by the higher frequencies of light emanating from the Galactic Center. The third dimensional law that change is created by work does not limit this higher frequency of light. In fact, these higher frequencies of galactic light greatly empower your innate ability to create with your thoughts and emotions.
The third dimension has mass, but thoughts and emotions do not have physical mass. Therefore it is difficult to manipulate physical mass with your thoughts and emotions. However, over time, your thoughts and emotions can change your behavior. Then, your behavior will lead to different choices and actions, which can raise your consciousness.
As you consciousness raises your ability to perceive higher frequencies of reality increases. It is then that you can perceive that your thoughts and emotions have changed the fabric of your reality. By fabric of your reality we mean the density of reality to which you attach your attention. There are myriad densities/frequencies of reality resonating around and within your multidimensional consciousness.
Your third dimensional behavior is accustomed to attaching your attention to the frequency of physical reality. The process of raising your consciousness allows you to perceive higher frequencies of reality. Hence, you have the option of expand your choices by attaching your attention to a higher frequency of reality.
It is within this slightly higher resonance of reality that you will begin to realize the many everyday miracles that are constantly occurring. For one thing, this slightly higher frequency of reality is out of sync with the time of your mundane life. Therefore, you can perceive the cause and effect of thoughts and emotions.
For example, if you unconsciously fear that something will happen, you will not realize that your unconscious fear is the driving force to actually create the thing that you are afraid will happen to you. Therefore, you feel like the victim to this event, even though you are actually the creator. On the other hand, once you have an experience of a higher state of consciousness, you have the choice to attach your attention to that frequency of reality.
Then, from this frequency of reality you can go back in time and understand the thoughts and emotions that were threatening the creation of that particular event. In this manner, you are freed of being a victim. Furthermore, you can learn to recognize the feel of the formerly unconscious fear and transmute it to love. In this case, you actually went back in time to stop the creation of an unwanted event that was about to happen in the future.
You can only free yourself of sequential time by expanding your consciousness into the higher frequencies of consciousness. You do not need to heal that fear, for soon you will resonate beyond its ability to affect your consciousness. Third dimensional reality is riddled with unknown fears that have become fastened to your unconscious.
These hidden fears greatly influence your choices at an unconscious level. However, your unconscious is more easily identified from the perspective of your super-conscious, higher dimensional SELF. Your higher dimensional SELF has access to the higher dimensional perceptions that threaten to overload your 3D thinking.
These perceptions are delegated to your unconscious, right brain, which is often offline to the third dimensional thinking. When you raise the frequency of your daily consciousness, you are able to perceive and understand greater volumes of information. Hence, your super-conscious perceptions are no longer stored in the archived, unopened files of your unconscious, but in the Frontal Lobe of your multidimensional decision making process. As we discussed before, when you raise your perception above the limitations of third dimensional time, you are able to consider past, present and future within the NOW of your multidimensional consciousness.
To more fully define unconscious we tell you that your 3D brain can only delegate a small percentage of the myriad information that enters your 3D sensory receptors. The rest of the information does not make it through the Reticular Activating System, which is much like a firewall in your computer. This information is still stored in your brain, but it is behind the firewall.
This stored information is much like the viruses that enter your computer. They are still in your computer, but the firewall bars them from interacting with your primary operating system. However, you have “clearing programs” to remove these virus from your computer. Fearful stimulus is much like a virus. It silently feeds on your operating systems.
However, you are now receiving a new, Multidimensional Operating System that has expanded perceptions into both the higher and the lower frequencies of reality. Therefore, you can detect an invisible fear and consciously clear it before it can embed in your unconscious. You can choose to avoid certain places, people and stimuli that cause fear and/or lower your consciousness.
As you continue to fully accept and believe in your multidimensional abilities, you can raise your focus of attention to the higher frequencies of your perceptual field. Then, that which resonates to the lower third and fourth dimensions begins to gradually disappear from your reality. At first you will experience this disappearance as a knowing that a certain thing almost occurred, but because you have surrendered to the higher frequencies of unconditional love of the ONE, you have chosen to avoid the contamination of that frequency.
This avoidance of contamination is much like climbing a tree to avoid a wild animal. However, the tree is your own Tree of Life and the wild animal is your own primal self who is locked in fight/flight states of consciousness. You are not being arrogant by making these choices. You are being a pioneer. Just as the early pioneers of every civilization went alone into the unknown to find a safe place to settle, you are frequency pioneers who are moving into the higher states of reality to find safe places to settle.
You have already made your tunnel of light through the Lower Astral Plane and calibrated your Portal of Perception to direct your attention into the higher octaves of the fourth dimension and into the fifth dimension and beyond. In other words, you are creating the trail to New Earth. You will not receive recognition for your discovery, nor will you need it. The enhanced quality of life is the only reward you will need.
Furthermore, you will be blending into the Unity Consciousness of the higher worlds and will loose all necessity of personal recognition. The fact that you have contributed to the collective is all the recognition that it necessary. Also, every One who has contributed to the raising frequency of planetary awareness shares their higher perceptions with you, just as you share your higher perceptions with them. Moreover, these concepts of you and me will be replaced with Unity Consciousness of we and us.
It is within this Unity Consciousness that New Earth is born. Remember that New Earth is NOT a place. New Earth is a frequency. Do you remember when your frequency of consciousness was much lower? Do you remember when you suffered from confusion, depression, anxiety and your life was riddled with unmet challenges and unresolved issues? Think back to that “time” of your life.
Now, realize how improved your life is NOW. Recognize how much wiser your decision-making is and how you have learned to avoid and/or quickly confront issues that once baffled and upset you. Give yourself credit for the myriad ways in which you life has improved. Perhaps, it appears that some one else has given you something or facilitated your change. Maybe it appears that you were just lucky.
However, YOU chose the reality in which these people and good luck came into your life. You have expanded your consciousness into the frequency in which you could perceive these opportunities and choose to accept these benefits. Look around at others who are still trapped in the 3/4D Paradigm. Do you see how the solution to their problem is just beyond their recognition? Have you noticed how you have told them exactly what they need to know to correct their dilemma, and they have become angry with you?
They are still lost to the lower states of consciousness. They cannot perceive themselves within these higher frequencies; hence, they can’t even accept the solution that is handed to them. We tell you this information not to judge those who are still lost, but to remind you to OWN your own accomplishments. It is through owning your accomplishments that you raise your SELF-esteem.
By raising your SELF-esteem, you give yourself the choice to attach your consciousness to a higher frequency of your Multidimensional SELF. Perhaps, you could not even imagine that this expression of your SELF existed when you, too, were lost to the illusions of the lower frequencies of reality. Someone needs to leave the lost ones to their own choices and pioneer the frequency trail into New Earth.
Once you have fully attached your consciousness, your Sense of SELF, to your new, higher frequency of reality, you can easily bi-locate your consciousness back into the remnant of the third dimension to guide these lost ones. YOU, our beloved ascending ones, are the Openers of the Portals into New Earth. These Portals are NOT external and inside a tree or through a mountain. These Portals are inside your High Heart.
Yes, there are Portals that appear to be external to your physical encasement. However, if the Portal is external to your SELF it cannot take you all the way to the frequency of the ONE. These external Portals can take you, and have taken many, into the higher frequencies of the fourth dimension. Hence, they were vital to the spiritual leaders of the Piscean Age.
However, that which was the top has now become the middle. Your options have greatly expanded because the collective energy fields of your planet are awakening the 97% DNA of your Multidimensional SELF. You would not expect your old DOS computer to be able to recognize the sophisticated software of today.
In the same manner, 3% of your DNA does not allow you the necessary capacity and speed to ascend into the fifth dimensions. ALL of you, every ONE of you, are experiencing your 97% DNA coming online in your biological computer brain. Some cannot believe in change and will struggle along with their old model brain rather than face the unknown.
However, Earth is a planet of free will and everyone has the right to make that choice. Therefore, send these people your unconditional love, for that is the ONLY energy field that can have any impact on their choices. However, they can choose to perceive their fear instead of your love. Again, that is their choice. Remember, your love is unconditional. Therefore, whether or not they accept it, has nothing to do with you.
You have learned to consciously modulate your perceptions to the highest possible expression of every stimulus that you can accept as REAL. As you continually accept and BELIEVE your higher frequency perceptions, they will become normal. Then, with a new base line for normal, you can expand your conscious perceptions into higher and higher expressions of any give reality.
As an example, we will focus on a united perception from the 3D perspective and move up the consciousness scale of perception. Let us use the day of 12-12-12 as an example, as it meant very different things to different people. Many were completely unaware of the importance of this date, whereas others had great expectations.
Those who were unaware saw 12-12-12 as a normal day filled with obligations specific to that day. Those that expected to be disappointed were, indeed, disappointed for their lower state of consciousness could only perceive the static realm of the third dimension. Those who expected to leave the planet, because they wanted “out of here now” are still here. Wanting out is a concept that lowers your consciousness, and lowering your consciousness dis-allows you to perceive your higher frequency experiences.
There were also those who held no expectations and surrendered to the moment. Since they surrendered to the unknown, they expanded their consciousness and could perceive/FEEL how their energy field expanded its energy field. Some could perceive this shift and became disappointed because it was not enough, which lowered their consciousness into lack and disappointment.
On the other hand, some surrendered to the unknown with NO expectation. They surrender in service to Gaia and to ALL Her inhabitants. Because they had no selfish expectation their consciousness expanded, as did their perceptions. However, this expansion of perceptions was quite overwhelming for many, and made them feel tired, disoriented or even strangely calm and detached.
We say to all of you that there is NO right or wrong response. This is your ascension, and YOU are choosing the Trail that is leading you to your higher expressions. Some of you will be instrumental in creating New Earth, and others will move into higher expressions of their SELF. Some will bi-locate and live both options. Others may even choose to stay in their earth vessel as long as possible so that they can assist Gaia and Her inhabitants.
ALL of you are following your own inner guidance. ALL of you are beautiful lights of unconditional love that blaze into higher worlds that are higher than you can imagine. We, your Galactic Family, see your great light and are honored to be your Family. Enjoy your ascension. You have worked and waited for this experience for countless incarnations.
Remember that YOU are a great pioneer forging the Trail Home.

Can you sense that stillness in the air today? Birds are screaming, dogs are eerily quiet, and cats are peering out city apartment windows as if they are waiting for something to happen. Perhaps they are awaiting the unfolding prophecy, just as unsure as the rest of us when it comes to its details.

That energy is not Mother Earth’s energy. I can promise you that. This strange feeling in our collective human gut–it’s not part of the Earth’s changes.

I woke up this morning, bombarded with feelings of intense dread and anxiety. Being a fairly balanced person emotionally, this struck me as odd. After talking to a few of my closest friends, I realized that each and every person in my life intuitively felt the same eerie density in the air.

It feels almost as if we are in a dream….a dream that we vaguely remember, but can’t quite sort out the important details. It’s a dream that is about to spiral into a thick plot twist that was entirely unexpected by its viewer. Is it good? Is it bad? Who knows.

I felt so uneasy that I found it calming to call upon Mother Earth for her wisdom and love in these hard, confusing times. I hope her message soothes you, as it soothed me. Here is what she had to say:

Hello, dear ones. I know that there is uncertainty clouding the horizon; I have come here to tell you that all will work in your favor, should you stay in your heart center. No matter how afraid, worried, or untrusting you may be about the current state of things, staying true to your heart and soul is all that you can do in the end. This is my regenerative secret. There is truth in trusting in God. There is truth in trusting yourself.

We are all important characters in the grand literary masterpiece that is this story. Never write your heart off in the midst of your confusion. Own your confusion. In accepting your doubts, your fears, and your insecurities, you will heal not only yourself, but all who walk alongside your path. You will even heal those who may cross you in your destined path.

Although some of you sensed that the darkness had been eradicated from this world…this is not so. The art of these times lies in transmuting energies; the alchemy of your foods, your emotions, and your realities is ever-changing based upon what you will with your hearts and minds. I cannot tell you what lies ahead; if that tale were written, I would have answers for all of you. I would assist you, for I am your mother, and would never wish to see you in a place of fear or doubt.

This uncertainty is important, dear ones, and you must learn to live within it. You must learn to speak with me, when everything else is closed off. For I am you, and you are me. Communing with me will heal you.

Remember, even if my appearance frightens you, I am not the evil in the world. My power and grace are on your side. Summon my rain when you need a drink of water. Summon my winds when you need to be pushed in one direction. I am the weather, but you can ask me for favors.

Transmute, transmute, transmute is the lesson for this time. Take a low-vibrational food that has been crafted in fear and hatred and turn it into a high-vibrational one. Tell your food that you love it and you are sorry for the pain it has suffered. Tell your water that you are grateful and it will heal your wounds. There will be light where you imagine it.

We suggest you experiment with this, play with this, and master this very simple geometry. Carry it with you in your conscious awareness at all times so that you may create it at will, as needed, both for yourself and those you are connected to.

It is called a Holon, and the specific one we refer to is the octahedron, or the Holon of Balance. Imagine yourself surrounded by a pyramid of light that extends above you and a matching pyramid below you. These are square-based pyramids, one pointing up and one pointing down. You are in the center of this. If you are lying down, you are on the square, where the two halves of pyramids touch, and the pyramid above you matches the pyramid below you. You make this as large or as small as you wish, so long as you are completely enclosed within it.

If you are standing or sitting, the axis of the octahedron extends through the center of your body, so that if you were to draw a line through the apex of the pyramid through the center down to the apex of the opposite pyramid, this line would pass through the center of your body. This octahedron balances energy. It is the balancing of the male and female aspects of consciousness. Do not let its simplicity fool you. It is a powerful tool for balancing subtle energies.

Do the Holons produce a sound?

No Human could grasp the sounds made by the Holons. That would be impossible to reproduce at the current level of technology and understanding.

Do Hathors work with Holons?

We do not work with Holons because they are part of our natural innate geometries. We created the Holon of Balance and the Holon of Healing as tools for these times that we impart to our Human brothers and sisters.

SOME OBSERVATIONS BY TOM KENYON

The octahedron is one of five three-dimensional geometric shapes known collectively as the Platonic solids. The octahedron has a total of eight sides, thus the root octa, meaning “eight.” The top pyramid has four sides, the bottom pyramid has four sides, and the bases of both pyramids meet to form a square. The Platonic solids can be found occurring naturally in nature, especially in the form of crystalline structures, as well as atomic and molecular configurations. Esoterically speaking, each of the Platonic solids has specific energetic effects. Some people have e-mailed us and asked if the octahedron is the same as the star tetrahedron, and no, it is not. The star tetrahedron consists of two triangular-based pyramids, and they are not joined at the base. They merge into each other. The star tetrahedron also has different energetic effects from the octahedron.

When I first received information about the Holon of Balance from the Hathors, I thought it was pretty simplistic. But sometimes the simple things are the best. There is no doubt in my mind that this Holon imparts a feeling of balance and protection when it is engaged.

FURTHER ELUCIDATION ON THE HOLON OF BALANCE

To clarify the Holon of Balance. First of all, this information is for those who may need a more basic understanding of this particular Holon (the octahedron). It is not intended for the advanced student of sacred geometry. I have purposefully kept this simple. And the reasons are twofold. For one, you do not need to have a complex understanding of the Holon of Balance in order to use it. And two, many people are turned off by complex geometries. Since this Holon is highly effective and simple to use, I have chosen not to complicate matters. In other words, I choose not to go into detail about the subtleties between the various Platonic solids or the intricacies of working with them esoterically.

Here is a little sketch of an octahedron, since sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.

An octahedron is basically two square-based pyramids joined at the base. The Holon of Balance is created by forming an octahedron of light around you through the power of your imagination.

It doesn’t matter what color you make it. The color may change spontaneously, depending on your state of mind. Personally, I make mine clear white light, but that is a personal preference, not dogma. In fact, there is very little dogma around this, thank God, thank Goddess.

The main thing is to make sure that you are completely enclosed in the space of the octahedron. If, for instance, you are lying down, the base of both pyramids (where they meet at the middle of the octahedron) will most likely be right underneath you. But you could put yourself anywhere inside the geometry. You could hover up at the top, or sink down to the bottom, or slide over into a corner. It doesn’t matter. And you don’t have to orient yourself to any direction in particular, like north, south, east, or west. There are also no prayers, incantations, or special breaths required. The whole affair is quite simple. And this may be one of its many saving graces, besides the fact that it works.

If you are standing or sitting, the axis of the octahedron (i.e., the imaginary line that runs through the top of both pyramids to meet at the center) would, most likely, pass through the central axis of your body (running through the crown at the top of the head, through the perineum). But you could imagine yourself up near the apex of the top pyramid or down at the apex of the lower pyramid. In other words, the central plane of the octahedron-the place where the two pyramids meet to form a square-could be aligned anywhere on your body. Perhaps you will have it aligned with your heart, or maybe your head, or perhaps your feet. It does not matter-at least as far as its balancing effects are concerned. In actual fact, some alignments of the center square with your body (i.e., where the square passes through you) may affect you stronger than others. So I say-experiment! Find out what works best for you. Although I am being redundant, let me say it again: It doesn’t matter where you put yourself in the octahedron, where you orient it, or what color you make it. The main thing is to make sure you are completely inside it.

One final point about the geometry: Is the octahedron the same as the star tetrahedron? No, it is not. They are distinctly different geometries. Since I am purposefully not going into the details of the differences, if you are interested in further information, I suggest using your Internet search engine to explore the fascinating worlds of geometry and its complement-sacred geometry. There’s a whole world of information out there just waiting to be discovered. And it’s all at your fingertips with just a click of your mouse!

In a past message, the Hathors gave some information about sending the Holon of Balance to places or persons in distress-in order to impart a balancing energy. In this instance, creating the Holon of Balance (octahedron) is very similar except for the fact that you are obviously not inside the Holon-the person, persons, or area of the world you are sending the Holon to, is inside the Holon. In other words, if I send a Holon of Balance to an area of the Earth, I imagine this area inside the Holon.

You can send these Holons of Balance anywhere on the Earth you wish or anywhere in the universe, for that matter (if your belief system takes you there). Sending Holons of Balance is a kind of benevolent act, but there is a caveat-don’t mess with other people’s reality. In other words, everyone has a right to his or her own suffering. Just because you or I would like someone to be in a more resourceful state doesn’t mean that they want to be. We all have a right to be sad, angry, confused, or whatever, for as long as we want. Sometimes it gets a bit fuzzy. Maybe we have a friend or a family member in distress, and we want to make things better. But to project our intentions on others when it is not what they desire is, I think, a misuse of subtle energy. And so my suggestion is to send the Holon of Balance not as an imperative or an imposition but as an invitation, a breath of fresh air, so to speak. If we send a Holon as an energetic offering of balance to those who choose to accept it, without attachment that they do anything, then we are, I think, sending Holons into the world in the right manner.

My suggestion is to make learning how to create the Holon of Balance a game. Play with it. Spin it, maybe. Make it different colors. Find where it feels best to you to place yourself inside the geometry. Practice it at odd times in the day. Create the Holon of Balance in all types of places. No one will know what you are doing. Do it when you are shopping, taking out the trash, feeding your pet, taking a walk, or during commercials when you’re watching TV. The list of where and when you can take a Holon break is virtually endless. The thing is to practice it enough so that when you feel off-centered-emotionally or energetically off-keel-you can, without thought, create the Holon of Balance. Then it becomes a great ally. It will be one of your best friends, and unlike a dog, you don’t have to feed it or take it for a walk, and it won’t chew up your newspaper.
