This is the last part in our series on Pranayama. It was originally planned to be completed in 9 parts, with each practice being treated separately, but when writing we saw that some descriptions were small and two could be merged into one (eg. Ujjayi and Bhastrika; Anulom Vilom and Bhramari; and all the 4 bandhs in one instead of two). We hope you enjoyed reading it and practicing these simple exercises for your overall good health, just as much as we did in compiling this material. Most of the material came from old text books, some dating back to almost 50 years, old handwritten notes, our own experiences in practicing these and lessons we learnt from our teachers.
