I find a number of systems being offered here which are restricted by the Founder or banned to be given by any one.
For example the NECR offered by Paul on 6th May is one of such to the best of my knowledge,did Paul have Ali's permission to offer it here?
I am reproducing Ali's note dated 29th Aug 2010 to all groups:
Dear Light Workers, Kindly ensure that what you are offering is not restricted or banned by the founder and you have the proper permission.It will prevent unauthorized distribution of and prevent hassles later on,this has happened in the past also with my transmissions being shared here without permission... This notice was sent revoking all permissions given earlier,the manuals do not state the condition as they have not been revised.I should be knowing being the Co owner and moderator of Ali's group,because of this even I do not offer any of Ali's systems in his absence even when there is a demand in group.My aim was to prevent any hassles later on,Ali's notice has resulted in all groups removing his systems from group sharing.I would suggest removing it as Ali has specifically stated that all systems are to be offered by him alone.
I hope this clears the doubt about permission being granted.

The only system I know of offered here relating to this message is Paul's NECR as you say. I searched the NECR manual by Ali Afnan and it says nothing about limits sharing this on other sites or that attunements are to be only done by Ali etc. I do not know if this message from 1.5 years ago applies to Paul's event. Recommend Ali place this disclaimer if necessary at the end or begining of his manuals to expressively state his free will. Regardless, I will notify Paul to ask Ali if it is ok to attune students in the NECR modality for free on this site. If it is, the event can remain, if not then it will have to be deleted. Thanks for keeping your eyes and ears open Aditya.
