Egg cleansing: Used by several cultures and it works good for me. Take an fresh egg put your own name one it and pray over it and talk to the spirit of the egg and Jesus for assistance to cleans you. say put all my unwanted energys in the egg. Then rub it all over your body from head to the feat in a downward stroke. Make cross signs at the point where the chakras are and rub especially the back of your head. Never rub up words always rub down wards with the egg (as you want the energies to go away).Then when you are finished take the egg an trough it hard in the toilet when you flush it add some ammonia to it because entities don't like that. You can also do it for some one else but always cleanse yourself with an egg after you did it. I hope this helped you. Lots of love joy
