I am a contrary person. Born a Leo, yet ruled by the moon. I work the night shift as a Patient Care Assistant (formerly known as a nurses aide). I have been employed as such for 40 years. I enjoy taking care of those who cannot take care of themselves. I am a caretaker and healer.
I have studied metaphysics since I was 16 years old. I am a Neo-Pagan, a Wiccan and a Witch.
I took my screenname/Craftname of LadyMoondancer from a line from a song by John Denver, "Poems, Prayers and Promises."
I have studied Ancient Egypt and other cultures and their magicks and religions.
I am an eclectic Wiccan, self-taught, heavily influenced by Christopher Penczak, Selena Fox, Zsusanna Budapest, Starhawk, Dick Sutphen and others.
I was a professional Middle Eastern (belly) dancer, and even though I no longer perform publicly, I still dance this ancient goddess dance in my home for pleasure and ritual.
I have a wicked sense of humor and am addicted to all things Star Trek.
I am also a Paranormal Investigator.
