This post is about the catalysts I've encountered around 11:11 combinations. Catalysts are things that create change. Events and circumstances that create the necessary learning along the path.

In the holiday season following the Christmas Solstice, I received some great energy downloads from Source around New Year's eve. I meditated a bit, and then I encountered catalyst.

On January 2, 2011 I wrote a few of my friends about some car difficulties I had, after 1/1/11. Here is what I wrote:

Namaste all,

I encountered some significant challenges this week and after doing all that I could do in the earth illusion (25% of the effort), had to rely significantly on faith, the help of Green Tara, Archangel Michael, Reiki energy, and love of The Creator (75% of the effort). While my car is still in the shop due to the freezing temparatures throughout Europe providing a challenging condition with engine failure, I am thankful for the abundance received from the sources my mind cannot even understand. Spirit has a longer view then the unconscious mind which has a longer view then the conscious mind. Many challenges are pre planned by the higher and greater self to test your devotion to faith and your ability to be responsible on earth. When you are weary and have done all the effort you can on earth in service to all beings, then you rely on faith and the Creator´s love in the thick veiled illusion then it shows your dedication even more to the Creator. This brings you face to face with the Creator and merges you closer to fourth density as the Law of One says. PS also saw 1111 and 1212 and Ra on license plates yesterday as I was stripped of all control of the conscious mind and had only faith left to rely on.

At this time, the head gasket in my car blew. My car was 45 minutes away from the dealer I bought it from. The warranty was only covered at the dealership. Through faith, prayer and action, miracles happened. It was towed for free to the dealer through thick snow and ice, then the dealer repaired my car paying 75% of the cost and leaving me with only 25%. The story is much more involved than that, but the solution was perfect.

Flash forward to 11:11. On 11/10/11, I dropped my car off to get fixed. There was something wrong with the engine again making a loud annoying rattling noise. I thought it was a timing belt failing. So I dropped it off for the timing belt. The dealer estimate was a 600 euro repair. The car will be done in 2 days. No, they didn't have loaner cars, but I was referred to the rental car place in the same building and got the dealer discount. Give me a break! That night I prayed fervently that the bill would be as close to the estimate as possible and invoked Archangel Michael's protection. I had nothing left but prayer and some action. God said to me, don't worry everything will work out for you, my word is golden. I kept trying to believe but I was so lost in the illusion. I still felt hopeless, I was waning in my faith. But I kept reminding my mind, you have prayed and God loves you. It will work out. So on Thursday night I took a chance and transferred money used to a pay a bill on Tuesday to my account to pay my car bill which I expected to pay on Saturday. Also I transferred the last money I had on my account saved for Ning.com's hosting fees to my account hoping my book sales payment covers the fees next week. On Thursday I told my Mom about the repair. She offered to help. So she transferred a little money to me, but what happened was Friday was Veteran's Day and the banks were closed. On Saturday the banks did not do transfers. The earliest the transfer could go out was Monday. Guess what? My bill was due on Saturday I estimated. It was due before the money could arrive. That night I did some 11:11 meditations and decided my lesson for the 11/11 was the catalyst.

Well 2 days turned out to be 4 days over the weekend. The rental car bill just quadrupled. Now I was left with a 177 euro bill. Then my car was finally completed on Monday but the bill was 653 euro. 53 euro higher than the estimate. BUT, it was close to the estimate. On Monday morning, I dropped off my rental car then paid the rental car bill. But then I did not have enough on the account to pay the car bill, so I told them I would pick the car up in the afternoon (this allowed precious time for the transfers to arrive on my account). At 2 pm, my saved hosting money arrived. Then I had just enough to pay the car bill. A miracle! A prayer answered! I paid the high car bill with just enough money on my account. I got my car back, which sounds and runs much better now. Then I worried about my bill payment on Tuesday, as today was Monday and I already used the money to pay the bill for the car repair bill. Well, at 6pm on Monday, my mom's money arrived. It was enough to cover the bill on Tuesday. Suddenly everything worked out perfectly. My book sales payment is still scheduled to arrive this week to pay for the hosting fees of the City of Shamballa network for this month. Miracles and catalysts this 11/11/11 weekend. A test on faith, responsibility and manifestation. But thanks to the Divine and action, this test was passed. The lesson learned. Do all that you can, then pray pray pray. After that have faith have faith have faith. God loves you. Don't give up. It will work out when you do all that you can and then leave the rest up to the Divine. It always does. If it is a prayer with the intent to love, it will manifest.

Carla Rueckert is most well known for the "Ra, Law of One" series that she channeled in the period from 1981 to 1985. In this series, a group soul that identified itself as Ra (allegedly the same Ra that is channeled by David Wilcock) gave a detailed and scientific overview of how consciousness evolves in the greater Universe. A summary of this Ra material was printed in the Spirit of Ma'at (see The Universe According to Ra).

The author thanks Carla for extending him the trust to permit him to conduct this unusual interview with Q'uo, a multidimensional group soul, over the telephone. The author also thanks Jim McCarty for his assistance as scribe and helping to keep the energies grounded. This channeling was conducted on November 28, 2002, and transcribed by Terry Brown.



Wynn: How is one best able, from a spiritual perspective, to address the changes that the world will be going through?

Q'uo: We are those known to you as Q'uo and are aware of your query.

Firstly we would say that the physical manifestations of unrest, terrorism and war are what they are and are the natural outworking of the processes of graduation in which entities who have chosen service to self are attempting to graduate with the same devotion and focus with those who are attempting to graduate in the path of service to others.

The situations, we would suggest, are in the hands of all of those who understand and realize that they are systems of eternity who came here to learn and to serve and who wish to go on to learn and to serve, for that is the desire of the upward spiraling of selves of each entity and each atom that exists within the physical and metaphysical universes.

We would suggest that the self be attentive. The responsibility of the open heart is to love unconditionally that which is seen, and to see everything and every person as yourself or a part of yourself. In times of disquiet and conflict, entities are offered a sharpened opportunity to behold the shadow portion of the self: the wolf that bites at the heart.

This forthcoming year may contain disquiet. We can only encourage you to choose opening the arsenal of inner and outer gifts towards the Third Density (see Glossary) situation, finding ways to respond appropriately in service to others as inspired.

With this concern reduced to that which is its actual nature — that is, that which can only be effected positively, by knowing all is well, or negatively, by worry — the concern can then be turned to that which is the true business of this hour, this year, and in the decade to come, and that is aiding the planet itself and aiding the self and other selves to achieve the ability to enjoy an increased density of the light energy that is now flooding your physical sphere.

The nature of that one is change, and it will become less and less possible for Third Density physical vehicles to dwell in that Light. Not because it is damaging to the physical body, but because the energy body is hardened, in a way, into a state of mind that is characteristic of Third Density and is connected with the concept of self-protection and survival.

The enjoyment of life of Fourth Density (see Glossary) is dependent upon being able to move into a state of consciousness in which all other selves are seen as Self and all crimes and achievements are seen as a portion of the Universal Self, and then to move that 180 degrees, to where the self is seen as all things and as the Creator. That unification of consciousness opens the self to loving and being loved in a way that the body loves itself, rather than the way entities who are separate units love each other. Each way is unique.

We do not presume Oneness at the physical level, but rather we suggest that, at the subconscious level, entities within Creation are already One, and therefore the process of moving from Third to Fourth Density, in part, consists of accepting the Oneness at a level which has moved into the belief and perception system of the entity. This biases the conscious entity toward retaining the attitude of Unconditional Love and outgoing radiance at times when there is a perceived threat.

The one known as Saint Francis of Assisi is said to have called the fire "sister fire" and the pain "brother pain," seeing all things as qualities, as a portion of life. In each culture, there are stories of the realizations of unity.

We were speaking to concerns in a metaphysical sense of the upcoming year and we were placing out the enhanceability of those who remember the mechanism of the confusion that is covering the deeper essences of that which is occurring in the infinite plane of consciousness.

We would suggest that the coming year is one in which there is an occurrence that is ongoing and cyclical within that ongoing unity, which is as if there were a ratcheting up of the density actually experienced by those among the people at this time.

These movements began long ago and are increasing in their frequency as the clockwise motions of planetary movement spiral this planetary sphere into the vibrations of force related to time/space and space/time (see Glossary). The mismatch in vibrations between those who live and dwell within the Third Density, choice-making brain is increasing, and it is becoming more difficult to feel comfortable.

This experience of discomfort is markedly increased by the choice in gadgets of those among your peoples who are in service to self. These choices include your media and the various products of your people's service-to-self intrigues. These two factors combine to offer to the Third Density entity a remarkably increased experience of rush, stress, uneasiness, or even depression.

For those who are awake, the mismatch has a different effect. The attempts to keep the Third Density heart open within incarnations are imperfect. However, the sheer desire to keep that Infinite Love flowing through the energy body has a tremendous impact upon the Time/Space (metaphysical) rather than the Space/Time (three-dimensional) universe. Within Time/Space, intentions and ideals are "things." Consequently, even though the entity has been thoroughly imperfect in keeping the heart open, the intent, repeated and repeated without tiring, to return to a state of open heart allows the entity to respond to the Fourth Density portion of the vibration by seeking it. And in seeking, the entity moves into its needed next healing crisis.

Many times these crises are emotions and are expressed through what this instrument (see Glossary) would call "emotional conditions." Many other times there is actual difficulty with the physical vehicle, or other effects which vary with the reaction of the individual to the increased density of life and the imbalances within that entity's energy system.

The goal, then, is not perfection, but rather that sturdy returning and remembrance of Unconditional Love that is the nature of the One Infinite Creator; the remembrance that Nature permeates and builds the universe you are aware of, in all that you are not yet able to measure.

The very space that has so long been considered a vacuum is far more intensively packed with the Love and Light of the more Infinite Creator than are the atoms of what you perceive as matter.

Does this answer your query, my friend?

Wynn: Can Q'uo give any prophecies as to what actually might occur in the future, so that people can prepare themselves mentally and spiritually?

Q'uo: We are those known to you as Q'uo and are aware of your query.

We would suggest that giving such specific prophetic information would detune this contact to the extent that we would not be able to speak through her.

The response must begin, therefore, with our note that we do not feel it to be possible to speak upon such subjects without infringing upon free will. We again request simply that each be aware that there may be opportunities to serve in ways that are not presently obvious.

The situation as it develops will far better be served by focusing upon the steadfastness of faith that all is well and that all will be well.

We ask each, brothers and sisters, "Is it well to dwell on anything in fear, when the matter with which each concerns itself helps to shape the future? Is it well, then, to dwell on danger, even by way of preparing for it? Or is it better to dwell in a universe in which there is no danger, and thus affirm that which you wish and desire?"

The way that entities speak to themselves creates an amalgamated future in what you term "consensus reality." Therefore, any attention paid to survival beyond the usual preparation for your power outages, and so forth, is a way of expressing fear. There is no portion of the Creation which can be labeled "safe," nor is there any which can be labeled "unsafe" in terms of the continuation and the thriving in the progression of consciousness. There is no danger. The physical illusion is an illusion.

On the other hand, the harvest (see Glossary) does have physical aspects, in the sense that it is creating effects upon the surface of your planet because of the decidedly lagging vibrations of the Third Density population, which is creating a kind of resistance of the incoming density. The earth is far into its labor, and it needs the pouring of Light into that which this entity calls the Christ Grid and which others have called the Fourth Density Grid or the Ascension Grid.

This is the true emergency. In a planetary situation such as this, our focus, and perhaps that of any of those who are thinking metaphysically, is upon the softening of the labor of Planet Earth in her harvest and the increasing of the harvest of souls from this many-times-repeated cycle of greed, rapacity, and war.

May we say that the sum total of this tack of defense and aggrandizement is the production of fear and pain, and that these emotions are as food to negative entities which, from the Fifth Density level, are inspiring and activating the tendency towards extremist belief systems and the eye-for-an-eye point of view of justice.

Those who would serve at this time may well attempt to ameliorate the Third Density consensus reality. And we encourage those who would attempt to help.

The attempt to save the self is one that moves from fear, and we would suggest that this is not a position from which to achieve a truth. Following truth leads to the heart of self, and in the heart of self the identity is one of that which animates all things rather than being overly concerned for the physical vehicle.

We do not suggest that entities be careless, but rather that they respond appropriately as occurrences develop, meanwhile refusing to burden the pathways of the mind with fear-based concerns. Information will come by many messengers: that which is seen, that which is read, that which is heard, and that which moves before the vision of the bird and beast when they reign.

The process of true Knowing comes to one through one's own systems of guidance, from within the universe that dwells in the shadowy ocean of your brain cells — that opens the gateway to an infinite universe that is the true place where each lives.

Consider, if you will, that the entity that is watching that which is upon your television is observing a virtual reality. In just such a way, distortions in the infinite Love and Light of the Creator, when picked up on Third Density's physical channel, are translated into this particular channel of existence.

At the same time, each entity dwells within the corresponding metaphysical universe. The physical death is the movement from a heavy chemical illusion to a less distorted and non-physical universe. There is no discontinuation of being. However, each did not move into incarnation at this time to save the self, but to reach out a hand to others so that, as each hand reaches out, hands begin to connect and entities begin to hope in a focused and harmonized manner, becoming part of the rhythm and the flow of the very appropriate and necessary changes that are occurring within your planet at this time.

The harvest can truly be greatly increased at this time because so many entities here are just a tiny step from awakening. So we feel that there is a real possibility that, working increasingly in harmony, light centers like this one, and all positively-oriented groups upon your sphere, may begin to look less like solitary lighthouses and more like a city. The grid of Fourth Density may be seen as formed by the joint hands of all positive people and all joined hearts, as well.

In terms of aiding your planet, the seeking entity may look at the globe and behold many places where the life forces are weak — the places that are barren and unfruitful. These are places where there needs to be a strengthening — or a tweaking, as this instrument would say — of the Grid. Entities may at any time chose to become radiators of Unconditional Love to the Grid, simply by intending to do so and moving into a state of meditation.

The process of sending this Light forth is one of intending to do so. There are visualizations that aid in this sending of Light for some, such as the visualization of Violet Light being sent, or the visualization of the planet with Light streaming into the Grid and the Grid lighting up.

We would note that your scientists have discovered this Grid, among others, and therefore there is a panoply of sources entities may find that offer information of a linear kind concerning specific portals and grid points that this entity has no language for discussing. However, it is not necessary to know the Grid's makeup in order to aid by the very being of the self within the open heart.

May we answer you further, my brother?

Wynn: What's the best way to align one's own energy centers to the Christ Grid? How do we visualize it in order to send energy to it?

Q'uo: This instrument is familiar with the writings of the one known as Drunvalo Melchizedek, and we would say that the attempt to follow the exercises within that book having to do with the activation of the Mer-Ka-Ba is one system whereby the entity may harness and discipline the wandering mind within ritualistic mental activity that tends to open the energy body.

There are as many ways to open the energy body as there are inspirational experiences. There are many suggestions of such rituals of opening the heart and we would encourage entities who seek such to search the information available for such suggestions. The particular advantage of these rituals is that they can give an individual a reference point for the opening of their life energy and connecting with the Earth Christ Grid.

Beyond these techniques, there is an even more profound experience where one can actually maintain this connection to Christ Grid in a more ongoing way. We suggest paying attention to those ineffable and spontaneous expressions of joy and thanksgiving which each has experienced in ecstatic moments, such as the experiences of the bonding of a man and a woman in love, the bonding of friendships, and the discovery that one loves one's work.

Such feelings open the heart by their very nature. Beauty when perceived purely opens the heart totally. Therefore, what will open the heart for each seeker is unique. For this entity [Carla], it is the returning again and again to the table of Jesus the Christ and to take into herself that very experience which this entity views as Unconditional Love. This entity is in ecstasy as she hears the central words "do this in remembrance of me." And to that, this instrument replies mentally, "I will remember."

For another, the opening of the heart may involve the beauty of a song, the flight of a bird, or the odor of a rose. Each entity's point of balance is different. However, all have something in common: the need to open the heart.

When the heart is asked to open, first we ask the energy body to come into balance, to open and be unclogged. The simple asking of the mind to the self to take care of this aids in the ability to move into that state of consciousness that is the inspiration of love, the passion of right livelihood, or the firm settling upon that which is highest and best.

These feelings of the nature of the realization of Self and the nature about the Self greatly aid in the opening of the heart. Certainly anything that seems inspiring and resonant may be trusted by the discrimination of the individual.

The suggestion that we would close upon is that we would ask each to remember that spiritual evolution is a process of change. Change is, by its nature, a condition that biases the consciousness towards discomfort. The more work one does in consciousness in a day, the faster the metabolism of the consciousness rises. It is as though an entity were exercising muscles.

It is well to seek using measured kinds of meditations, especially if such practice is being done in solitude. In groups, it is much more safe to meditate for longer periods, and we would certainly suggest that entities in groups are more powerful magnetically than by themselves.

We suggest a gentleness with the Self, for the first self which must be loved, before one can love other selves, is one's own Self, and it is the hardest of selves to love. We would ask that each individual attempts to keep the light touch, being passionate and fiery as a lover in pursuit of the truth of the One Infinite Creator and of the nature of the deeper Self.

We thank the one known as Wynn and the other members of our group for calling on our presence for this somewhat unusual session. We have enjoyed meditating and sharing our vibrations with your own, and we thank each for the sacrifices of time and energy that each has made in order to carve out this time of contemplation and questions.

Glossary of Terms

Density: All consciousness in the universe goes through stages of evolution in 8 different densities (or dimensions) as it returns back to God. Normal life on Earth is Third Density, where beings experience themselves as separate from other beings and deal with issues of survival and recognition. A Fourth Density world is one where the inhabitants experience themselves as part of each other and recognize the inherent oneness in all life.

Space/Time: This is the description of the world we live in, where time is fixed and space is a variable.

Time/Space: This is the term which refers to what is commonly called the Other Side or the metaphysical world.

Graduation: The Earth is undergoing a dimensional shift from Third Density to Fourth Density. A certain percentage of the population of Earth will "ascend" to this fourth dimension and be reborn into a Heaven-type world where the inhabitants will experience love and empathy. The rest of the population will be reborn into another Third Density world where they will have another chance to evolve into the Fourth Density. Those who ascend will be said to have graduated.

Harvest: Harvest is another word to describe graduation.

Group Soul (also, Social Memory Complex): As a population continues to evolve beyond Fourth Density experience, it ends up as a conglomeration of energies that no longer need bodies. This conglomeration can aid in the service to lower Third Density worlds by interacting with individuals in a dream or trance state. Everyone moves into other densities during periods of sleep and usually forgets the experiences upon awakening.

Instrument: This term describes those who are able to connect with higher dimensional group souls via trance telepathic sessions.

Greetings Star Kin.

If you have been developing your awareness it is easy to discern the where and what of the experiential reality to which we now are living. The Harmonic Frequency of the Universal Light reaches us with increased resonance at each cyclic interval. The interval continues to decrease in span and so the acceleration is perceived by us that exist as this.

For the Gathering of Light, this is the trumpet call. The Divine Portal will soon manifest and the subtle alteration to the Why and How shall be blatant and marked so that none may deny what is even as it finds definition in all that is and exists. So great the changes that lie before us, and so real the outcomes that continue to play out in the span between breathes.

Speak daily the intentions you carry as your Way. Hold with tender devotion the calling of your Heart. Move forward in confidence and boldness for the brave new world that you share in the collective mind's eye. It is a promise that shall find completion, be not of strife in your daily affairs. Honestly, what struggle is of such import, what trial is so torturous that is can supersede the continually manifesting completion of the promise that these things are passing, and they shall birth the unified will of Love and Light.

We are the ones we have been waiting for. Claim this fate for your own. The cosmic cycle is being retooled, just as it was told would occur, and we have the right, the power, and the responsibility to create our own destiny. Be at Peace for this is so. Be of Joy for this is yours. Be of Faith for this is the validation of such Faith. 

It is a blessed day for me. I have the privilege of addressing you, my family in Light. Too long have I been indwelling, furthering my own awareness and understanding. I have not been as forthcoming in this endeavor as I am aware that I am to be. So it is addressed and I once more lean in to the circle. May you find your solace today in the promise of the 'morrow.

Generalities about Free Will, Destiny and Karma

Many people at one point or another in their lives stop to ask if they really have free will or if everything that happens during their lives is just some type of interface with destiny. Some even question if we have free will at all. The answer to these questions is: yes, we do have free will.

What many fail to realize is that every human being, and even certain sentient animals, came to life equipped with Free Will; what varies is the degree one can express and live their Free Will.

Inexorably, Free Will is intimately related to the Law of Karma: you are responsible for the ripples resulting from your acts. The Law of Karma is not a punitive law, but it is a law of balance. This is the reason it is known as the Law of Cause and Effect. Mankind has the right to a degree of Free Will, through the choosing of its actions and concrete realizations, contributing greatly in the shaping of its destiny. In one way, the destiny of someone is nothing more than the resultant summary of one’s work, actions and thoughts during a life time, under the auspicious care of Karma.

On another hand, we may pause to explain a concept that may seem a bit complex at first. This is the Dharmic side of Destiny. Just as everyone takes upon a physical existence in this lifetime and receives the right of Free Will, so to do they also receive a Dharma. While the notion of Dharma involves the idea of life purpose and Divine mission, it also expresses itself as retribution and freedom. When one reaches a point where one is able to live deeply the design of their Dharma, one would have balanced one’s karma enough to be able to upgrade the level of consciousness and awareness, therefore allowing the individual to expand the degree of Free Will.

There is a close relationship between the expansion of one’s consciousness and the expansion of the individual Free Will. It does not mean that other individuals, with a reduced level of awareness and consciousness, will be impeded to exercise what they think they have the right to do. It means that there will be accumulation of Karma that, in one way or another and at some point in time, will have to come to be balanced. This is part of a greater Cosmic Law, the Law of Evolution.

It is necessary step for humans to evolve to be in contact with duality and to experience themselves as a Divine part of God, gathering the results of experiences in the realms of Good and Evil. It is only through this experience that one can work towards expansion of consciousness.

The right to choose allows us to act our Free Will in the world, but does not give anyone the right to violate any cosmic law, or anyone’s right to exist and act. Every law corresponds to an action and a reaction; exercising Free Will undermining or depriving others of theirs will undoubtedly result in balancing consequences.

In this way, we see that the concept of Free Will does not damage or invalidate the idea of Destiny. Instead, it complements it; since we are the builders of our life plan and Masters of our Destiny. We have the right to choose how our earthly paths will be traced and we will also have the chance to enact the Divine part of our life existence and realize in full our Dharmic program.

Undoubtedly, the higher the development of consciousness and understanding of the works of the immutable laws that maintain the balance of the Universe, the easier is to understand these concepts and to free yourself from the traps of duality. Once this level is reached, the Soul also will have conquered Karma and its effects, and therefore graduate from Earth School.

This is the Path of Self-realization.

implosion which cannot be "fixed" from within existing social systems. The implosion is
causing, will cause a major rupture in all human orders. There is a dark road down toward the

environment. Those who are defining this path, many of them unintentionally, have the greater
advantage of power over resources and may gain the upper hand during the coming rupture.
There are many who would take a liberating path, they could gain the upper hand if they

The main proposition in the letter is that the mass appearance of ET in the skies now could help

As I said, this is very interesting. It is totally free of all of the "channeling" schtuff, thank God! I
have no idea whose plot line this fits into, one could assume many different attitudes and takes
on this piece. Is it merely another writer creating the basis for another book or movie plot and
generating an audience as heshe goes? Several have done such a thing on other topics, so some
healthy skepticism is inevitably appropriate. But that skepticism may not at all be a hindrance in

At certain stages of evolution, cosmic "humanities" discover new forms of

The development of loving-kindness.


Introduction.

This is a Buddhist meditation practise, illustrating the importance placed on the development of compassion in Mahayana Buddhism. ('Metta' means 'loving kindness' and 'bhavana' means 'cultivation').

When we practise this meditation, we start with ourselves. That is, we aim to feel more appreciative of ourselves first of all: more integrated and less prone to internal conflicts, before we attempt to develop positive feelings toward anyone else.

The basic psychological principle that Buddhists recognise here is that if we can't feel good about ourselves, then we are less likely to be able to feel good about other people.

So a metta bhavana meditation session leads from concern with oneself, to a concern for other sentient beings.

All sentient beings experience suffering in some degree. Here we focus on developing empathy for the difficulties that others may be experiencing: we wish them well, having 'their best interests at heart'.

The metta that we want to develop in our daily lives, as a result of the meditation practise, should not be a massiveley contrived state, however. Buddhist philosophy says that compassion can spring quite naturally from a recognition of the 'non-duality' of self and other: it is a state of 'engagement' in the world, a state of 'relating', where we feel for the experience of other people, and where we also focus on the good, positive, kind feelings we have so that we can spread that stuff around a bit...

The amount of time spent on each of the 'stages' of this practise is entirely optional, but perhaps 10 minutes for each stage would be a good average; less for beginners.

There's nothing to say that you can't whip through it on your own in a matter of seconds though- why not!



The Meditation.

Choose a Posture you feel comfortable with.

If there is stress or tightness in any part of your body then just let that stress or tightness 'fall away'. Take your time. Allow yourself to become more relaxed.

When you're ready concentrate on the breath. Simply watch it come and go, allowing your breathing to become regular and a little deeper, without forcing anything.

If your mind wanders off in any direction, gently bring yourself back to an awareness of each breath you take. Try to maintain this simple awareness for a few minutes. Breath comes in, and breath goes out.

Now shift your attention to the body as a whole, focussing on any emotions that you may be experiencing within yourself just now. From now on, and for the rest of the meditation, if you find yourself distracted in any way, then gently 'bring yourself back' to your body and the current state of your emotions.

The 'transformation' or 'education' of the emotions is an important part of the mettta bhavana practise, so always come back to focus on the emotional aspect of yourself when you find yourself going off in some other direction, but don't forget that all parts are related. Positive thoughts can give rise to positive emotions and negative thoughts can give rise to negative emotions, and at other times we will want to work primarily with 'thought', but not now: so if you can, just tune in to your feelings and try to maintain that awareness. OK that's the preamble over!


The first stage of the practise proper involves developing good feelings for ourselves: something within us that we can draw on, to extend to others.

[Technique 1:] Look into your memory to find a time when you were particularly happy, when you experienced feelings of joy, felt glad to be alive, felt warm and positive. Explore those memories for a little while, and every now and again say 'may I be well, may I be happy, may I be free from suffering'.

[Technique 2:] Imagine that with each breath, along with the air of each breath we take in, there is a subtle, life-force energy or 'prana', and that just as you absorb the oxygen from the air, so on some subtle level your body also gathers and stores up the pranic energy. Visualise the body as a whole with your heart at the centre. Imagine the field of your body's subtle energy surrounding you like a cocoon of yellow-orange light. Don't worry about whether this is 'true' or not. Suspend your disbelief if you have problems believing in this kind of 'subtle energy'. Now imagine that as your awareness rests on your physical and subtle bodies, so healing takes place. Your energies become more integrated: you feel good! As you explore these positive, energetic feelings for a little while, every now and again you say to yourself 'may I be well, may I be happy, may I be free from suffering', and each time you say this the light of the subtle energy surrounding you grows brighter and stronger.

[Technique 3:] What is it that other people like about you? What do you think you are good at? What achievements are you particularly pleased with? Hold these good qualities in your mind for a little while, and feel good about yourself. Every now and again repeat to yourself 'may I be well, may I be happy, may I be free from suffering'.

Try and really tune into each part of the repeating phrase, so that when you say 'may I be well' and 'may I be happy' and 'may I be free from suffering' to yourself you are receptive to any effect the words may be having. Be calm and be respectful towards yourself: listen to what's going on in there. Be your own friend, be your own healer. Accept yourself fully.


The second stage is about cultivating metta towards a friend.

There are a few 'rules of thumb' about who to pick that it may be useful to bear in mind at first: it may be best to choose someone who is alive, whose age is within a few years of your own, to whom you feel friendship rather than physical attraction.

The aim here is to strengthen the metta that we already have for our friend. We already feel considerate towards them, we already care about their wellbeing, we already want them to be happy.

Tune in to those feelings and if possible let them become deeper, stronger, but please don't use too much force!. You might not feel much at all at this moment. You might even have some negative feelings towards your friend. If so, don't worry about it. Be gentle with yourself, be kind, and allow new feelings to grow at their own pace.

[Technique 1:] Picture this friend in your mind's eye and imagine that they are happy: imagine them smiling, imagine them laughing. Say 'may you be well, may you be happy, may you be free from suffering' to them, or simply wish them well in your thoughts.

[Technique 2:] Imagine your friend's body of subtle energy surrounding them like a cocoon of yellow-orange light. Imagine that this web of prana or life-force is centred around your friend's heart, and that as you say 'may you be well, may you be happy, may you be free from suffering', so healing takes place: the energy surrounding them becomes brighter in terms of colour and stronger in terms of energy. It also becomes more integrated in terms of the balance between different parts. If you get a strong feeling that you shouldn't be attempting this, then don't do it. Choose another of the methods described here with which you feel comfortable.

[Technique 3:] What is it that you like about your friend? What do you think they are good at in particular? What do you think they should be most pleased with? Hold these good qualities in your mind for a little while, and feel good about your friend. Every now and again in your mind's eye say to them 'may you be well, may you be happy, may you be free from suffering'.

Again try and tune in to each part of the phrase 'may you be well', 'may you be happy' and 'may you be free from suffering', with a calm and respectful towards your friend. You want to be aware of their needs, and you want to be able to do the right thing to help them.


Stage three is about developing metta for a 'neutral' person, that is, a person for whom you have no particular strong feelings in either direction.

Focussing on some kind of 'acquaintance' that you hardly know is probably best. Try not to choose a complete stranger.

Why do we want to try and extend metta to a 'neutral' person? So that we can remind ourselves that we all want to be happy and avoid suffering: These predilections are shared by pretty much everyone. This is true of the people we hardly know, just as it is true of complete strangers.

We don't have the energy to really take on board the sufferings of every person on the planet, but at least we can try to push back the envelope of our indifference a little here by choosing to concentrate on one person that we don't usually think about. Let's try and care about this one person that we barely know for a change.

Most of us have a 'shell' of indifference toward people we hardly know, in some ways because this can make life 'easier' for us: but too often acting from the shell becomes a habit, where we shut off from our fellow-travellers, even when it's not a necessity for us to do this. Sometimes the self-protective shell that we develop can cause us to be rude to strangers, and sometimes it can make us numb to the extreme forms of suffering that people we come into contact with may be experiencing.

We are not going to attempt to fully empathise with everyone right now. We are going to try and extend loving kindness to one person that we do not usually have any kind of feeling for.

Ask yourself what motivates this person. What kind of food do they like, do you think? What kind of films, or books, or TV programmes? Do you think they have friends and family living nearby that they can look to for support when times are hard?

Try and break out of the indifference that you felt before: in your mind's eye at least, try and connect with the person you have chosen, and share their humanity.

If you can, and without forcing it, feel 'solidarity' with them, knowing that most of the pains that they have suffered in the past, or are suffering now, are pains that you have experienced yourself. As you empathise with them, so let the good feelings that you have tapped in to already in this meditation, flow out to this 'nuetral' person. Say 'may you be well, may you be happy, may you be free from suffering', and as you say it, try and tune in to this other person, so that if your good intentions have any effect, try and be sensitive to that. If they seem to 'perk up' in any way, be happy for them.

If you don't feel much at all at this stage, don't worry about it. It may take time for you to be able to feel positive feelings for people with whom you have no kind of emotional bond. This is probably just 'how it is' for most of us unless we do a metta-bhavana-like practise perhaps for quite some time. But that's the point: to work at it.


The fourth stage of the metta bhavana practise is about cultivating metta towards someone that you find 'difficult'.

This may be someone whose behaviour you find mildly problematical, or they may be someone you consider to be a real enemy, who you feel does not have your best interests at heart. It's up to you. But, if you're new to the practise, and you are wondering wheteher to choose someone for this stage where there is real and intense conflict, then you may instead want to 'work up' gradually to being able to feel compassion for that person. Don't try and push yourself too hard. It's better that you're honest about how you feel and that you're not unrealistically ambitious for what you can achieve right now. If the potential person you're thinking of arouses very very strong feelings of anger or hostility in you then it may be a good idea to leave them out of stage four of the practise until such time as you can find a little more equanimity!

OK, you've chosen a person to focus on. If you feel anger, feel anger, or if you feel fear, feel fear, at least for a moment. If you want to argue with them, then be aware of that too, but don't indulge in any of these feelings. Watch as they rise up, and then let them go . Don't jump on every emotional train that comes along: this time let's choose to step back a little, not energising the parts of ourselves that would only deepen the conflict, in the way that probably we usually do.

Do you think that the extent to which they are 'difficult' comes from difficulties in their own life? If so, then be aware of that: feel for them.

Make a mental note that in future dealings with this person you do not get drawn any further into conflict with them, but instead find the most perfect Buddhist 'right means' in your actions in relation to this person.

[Technique 1:] Picture them in your mind's eye and imagine that they are happy: imagine them smiling, imagine them laughing. Say 'may you be well, may you be happy, may you be free from suffering' to them, or simply wish them well in your thoughts.

[Technique 2:] Think about what you have in common with this person. You share a common humanity, at the very least, with all of the 'thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to'. In your mind's eye say to them 'may you be well, may you be happy, may you be free from suffering'. Wish them well in your thoughts.

[Technique 3:] What good qualities does this person have? They must have some! What do you think they are good at in particular? What do you think they should be most pleased with about themselves? Assuming you can think of good qualities like this, then hold those things in your mind for a while, while trying to cultivate good feelings for the difficult person you have chosen. Every now and again in your mind's eye (even if you can't think of anything good to say about them) say 'may you be well, may you be happy, may you be free from suffering', and imagine that as you visualise in this way, so the conflict between you lessens.

Before we go on the fifth and final stage, come back to a simple awareness of your body and whatever emotions you can sense are active there. Allow yourself to be calm and relaxed.


In stage five we broaden the focus of our awareness, aiming to shine metta out toward many other sentient beings.

First of all we need to contact the really good feelings again. Tune back in if you can to the happiness that you felt earlier, in 'stage one' and remain with those feelings for a while.

Imagine those positive feelings manifesting as a sphere of orange-yellow 'light' surrounding you, with your heart at the centre. All sentient beings want to be happy. All sentient beings generally want to avoid suffering. And if it feels OK for you, right now you want all sentient beings to know something of the happiness that you have felt.

If it feels OK for you, you also want all beings that are capable of experiencing pleasure and pain to be released from suffering.

This well-wishing is metta. The sphere of light that surrounds you is metta. So, shining like a sun, you give out light in all directions, giving warmth, friendliness and support to everything that is touched by your light.

Extend that light to all corners of the earth, sending metta to all people on the earth. As you do this, say 'may you be well, may you be happy, may you be free from suffering'. Extend goodwill to all people on earth in your thoughts.

Then consider all of the animals on the earth.

Then all of the plants.

Then consider the earth as a whole, as an entity in itself.

If it feels good, then shine that metta out into the universe beyond the earth, to beings on other planetary systems, far out in space.

In two minutes we will start to bring things to a close.

When you are ready, slowly come back to earth. Come back to normal everyday consciousness and come out of the meditation in your own time.

Practically the whole world strongly experienced the frequency increase associated with the beginning of the Ninth wave (Universal Underworld, Mar 9th, 2011) as this manifested in the earthquake in Japan and the ensuing events. But what is this Ninth wave about? It is easy to see the “chaos” and “catastrophes,” but maybe not so easy to see the overall direction of the process that it carries. I have previously only described the direction of the Ninth wave in very general terms saying that it is about unity consciousness, but exactly what is unity consciousness and how will this manifest through this wave?

To understand this we may begin by studying the Seventh wave that began in 1755 and brought an endarkened unity consciousness to mankind. The Ninth wave also brings a unity consciousness, but one that is enlightened. We have already found a significant parallel between these two waves in that they began with huge Earthquakes, although those as is reasonable, occurred at opposite sides of the Earth, in Lisbon and Japan respectively. Another parallel is that the two waves have started with revolutions to topple existing systems. While the Seventh wave began with the American and French revolutions, whose anti-monarchic nature gradually has spread throughout the world, the revolutions of the Ninth wave have not only rejected monarchic rule, but the phenomenon of dominance and rule over others as such. Thus the Oneness field of consciousness (see below) carried by the Ninth wave will not allow for systems where people give their power away to someone they have elected every four years or so. A deeper freedom based on the sovereignty of all souls is now being called for.

Moreover, the Oneness field of consciousness will not allow for an economic system where the power to print money determines what activities people spend their lives with. The world revolution carried by the Ninth wave potentially develops a much deeper freedom and oneness than either the monarchy of the sixth wave or the democratic institutions of the seventh wave. The driving force behind the world revolution of the ninth wave is the divine guidance that the unity consciousness allows. What is happening in the world today could thus be described equally well in religious/spiritual terms or economic/political. The chief point to realize is that ultimately the course of events, and the breakdown of dominance, is a result of a cosmic plan that has been described by the nine levels of the Mayan calendar with their different polarities (see figure below). Since no human being has any power to change these polarities the overall direction of the cosmic time plan is irreversible.

This consciousness of the Ninth wave was as expected first evident around the midline of the planet at the 12th longitude East between East and West. The opposing polarities of consciousness generated by the 6th and 8th waves led to the collapse of dominance along this line already at the beginning of the seventh day of the Galactic Underworld on November 3, 2010 and two months later the processes surfaced in Tunisia and Egypt. The revolutions there were much aided by the social media networks that had been developed by the Eighth wave, but also showed the emerging role of women and a unity between Muslims and Christians in Egypt where people were singing “we are all one” in Kairo. (That some of this might have been temporarily reversed does not change the overall direction of where things are going).

There is a flood of information pouring in about our collective paths and how we can move from 4th dimension (lower) to 5th dimension (higher) energy. Consciously or not we are trying to move into higher and higher energies. Energies such as love, joy, happiness, unity, and creation are all examples of that higher vibration. They quite literally have a higher resonance, a higher vibration.

Various Master Teachers like Buddha, the Dalai Lama, the core teachings of Jesus – heck, even Oprah – have been speaking about this for a long time; the importance of centering yourself in love, joy and peace. You know when you’ve had a great day you feel light, you glow, you radiate — all terms & feelings associated with this vibration. You literally ARE lighter vibrationally.

Low vibration is that heaviness we feel in our hearts and stomachs (and sometimes head) – sadness, despair, grief, frustration, anger, victim, regret, and so on. It quite literally “gets you down”. In esoteric terms, this is 4th dimension energy/vibration. 

[Quick Note: While I received this information as 4th vs 5th dimensions, I have since seen other people make this comparison as 3rd dimension vs 4th dimension, instead of 4th vs 5th. I believe it to be the same, or at least the concept is the same and the key point remains that there is a desire to move from a lower frequency to higher frequency. ]

There is a lot of information you can Google online, but part of the massive Earth changes occurring right now are about waking up and moving from the heavier dimension energies into the higher dimension vibrations. These higher vibrations move us into an awakened state of pure love and pure Creation. During this change, all sorts of chaos ensues as people struggle to let go of lower vibration energies (power, control, abuse, ego, victim, fear, etc) and consciously move into higher vibration energies (love, unity, service, manifestation, etc). Power structures built on these lower vibrations, like we’ve been doing for centuries, are falling into chaos as they’re quite literally not structured to work within this higher vibration. If you’re not awake to it, it’s a roller coaster of a ride.

 So how does this apply day-to-day?

 Looking through Facebook I realized that when I post a petition or some other sad news about mistreatment of animals, human rights issues, crazy politics, or mass pollution of Earth, I find myself getting sad, mad, or frustrated. Usually the responses I get from people are the same – disgusted, disheartened, angry, and sad. 

 What I was shown so clearly is that this only furthers our cycle of staying in the Lower Vibrations. It’s actually hurting, not helping, our collective evolution when we stay in the fear or sadness or anger.

As a planet and as part of the shifts towards 2012 – Ascension – the goal is to increase both our own personal and our planet’s vibration. That is what it’s trying to do right now: move into 5th dimension energy and the higher resonance of love and unity consciousness. Why? So we can move into our being as pure Creation, where our ability to manifest becomes potent and we can dream the new world into being as one based on higher vibration principles of love and unity.If you held the power of pure creation (potent manifestation) – where your thoughts and feelings truly came to be – what type of world would you be creating when your thoughts constantly revolved around fear, sadness, wounding, and frustration? That’s certainly not how I want my new world to be.

So should you just walk around happy all the time and blissfully ignorant of all the chaos and sadness in the world? Well in a word: YES.

But let me explain:We tend to have guilt (also low vibration) if we don’t get sad or frustrated around world news. Our culture has shaped us into auto-responses of fear and sadness. When was the last time you turned on the news and stayed happy? I remember when I told a friend I didn’t have a TV and they said “but you won’t know what’s going on in the world!”. I remember thinking “Good! I can be happy then!”. 

That does not mean ignoring what’s going on in the world, but it’s about holding a different energy for what is occurring.

Should you be conscious of the massive imbalances humanity has and is causing Earth? YES.

Should you educate yourself on these imbalances and what’s being done? YES

Should you donate your money/help/energy to causes you believe in? ABSOLUTELY.

Should you see a post, email or news piece and fall into frustration or sadness? NO.

Should you hold anger or judgement as a means to take action? NO.

 In your day-to-day life it’s important to focus on the BIGGER VISION for Earth, coming from a place of high vibration – love, compassion, and what’s POSSIBLE for your life, and for Earth. If what’s possible fo Earth is too big to hold for you right now, that’s ok. Just start with your own life. But don’t get stuck in anger, sadness or fear of what’s currently taking place. Staying focused on the abuses and madness of humankind (or within your own life) only keeps you stuck in lower vibration, and works against what’s trying to happen right now on the planet: raising the vibration. As a result it will throw you even more out-of-whack when you hold on to the lower energy. Essentially, the tug of war gets worse (as an example just take a look at American politics, or other countries with political upheaval, and see how polarizing the tug of war is becoming).

So how do you move into 5th vibration?

Step 1: DON’T feel guilty if you don’t respond or react to every trauma occurring in the world that gets emailed to you or that you see on TV. There are hundreds of thousands of causes, each worthy, but this is increasing in nature as entire systems and ways of being collapse. Same with your own life, you don’t have to engage in every drama but rather see it from an outside perspective of shadows coming up to heal and be raised to a higher vibration.

Step 2: DO support causes you believe in, but in your HEART move the anger or sadness you may feel for the situation in to a place of love, compassion, and vision for what you DO want. Don’t stay focused on what’s WRONG, focus on what’s POSSIBLE, even if it seems remote and out-of-reach right now.

Step 3: Stay focused on the VISION of what you are choosing. Animals being hurt? Hold a vision for animals always being honored and loved and send that out to the world / Universe / God / Goddess (in whichever manner you choose). Politics getting you down? Hold a vision for harmony between belief systems and send that out from your heart. A co-worker making you mad? Hold a vision for your boundaries always being honored, and for harmony within both of your lives. Say a prayer, light a candle, or even easier — quietly go into your Heart space and anchor the NEW vision, then send it out like a big ray encompassing the world. Quick, simple and immensely powerful as a vibration that is absolutely joining others doing the same. 

(If you really want to know more about the power of intent and thought, Dr. Masaru Emoto’s work on water and prayer is but one great example).I made a commitment to not lower myself into lower vibrations anytime I post a “oh my god look what they’re doing!?” petition or article. If I do share a cause I believe in, I commit to always back it up with a prayer for love and light and compassion for the change to occur at the highest levels of vibration. I commit to balancing the news with what my VISION is for a better future.  That is, the 5th dimension energy I wish to associate with what is currently happening in order to raise it from the lower 4th vibration it’s being held in. Which one will you choose?

 In love & light… and a vision of a beautiful world filled with love, compassion, harmony, and united consciousness

Last night I performed the purification ritual for Osama bin Laden.

As with all other purification rituals I have performed, they take place in the void also called purgatory. It is the meeting place between areas. It is the separation between heavenly realms and hell realms. It also contains a tunnel which leads to Earth. It is a place of reflection, a place of decision prior to returning to the wheel of life, a place where many who pass that are not of heavenly or hellish vibration remain until they make the decision to return to Earth. In the void there are portals to the heavenly realms and also to the hellish realms (they are on different sides of the void). It is all a matter of vibration in the afterlife. The purer lighter vibrations of the void head towards the heavenly realms, and the denser heavier vibrations head towards th hellish realms. It appears the heavenly realm inhabitants only enter the void when asked. The hellish realms inhabitants are blocked by vibration from entering the void but do try to coerce those in the heavier vibrations of the void to enter the hellish portals on occassion.

First, because I felt this process may be dangerous, due to the vibrations that were surrounding Osama bin Laden, I invoked Archangel Michael's protection for my highest and greatest good. I intended to perfectly purify Osama bin Laden for his highest and greatest good and return him to the Light. I saw Osama bin Laden in my mind's eye. He was looking like he did 10 years ago but was appearing serious. He saw me and looked a little perplexed when he saw me. (I am on Earth and viewing the void through a tunnel/we see each other through the tunnel, which on my end, ends at my mind's eye). I performed the Medicine Buddha portion, invoking Medicine Buddha with his mantra Teyata Om Behekadze Behekadze Maha Behekadze Radza Sammungate Soha 3 times. Osama looked up and saw Medicine Buddha floating over him. Then I watched the Buddha of Signs, Sound, Gold, Glory, Ocean, Light and Medicine clear Osama with the nectar of purification. His serious demeanor changed to a smile after the Buddha of Gold's nectar. Then Medicine Buddha pulled Osama into Buddha's heart. At that point there was something that I last saw when I purified Adolf Hitler: A niagra falls type rushing of purification water washed over Osama bin Laden. It was a very very deep cleansing. I intended Osama was prevented from being reborn in the lower realms. Then I invoked Quan Yin to spread compassion of God to Osama by says Namo Quan She Yin P'usa 3 times. I watched Quan Yin bathe Osama in rainbow light of compassion. It was done. He was purified. At the end of the process, a tear fell from his eye, maybe because of joy maybe because of reflection on his Earth life, I am not sure.

Then I invoked Archangel Michael to escort Osama bin Laden into the Light. A portal of Light opened and Archangel Michael stepped out in front of Osama bin Laden looking at something. Perhaps attracted by Osama's original vibration trying to keep him in the hellish realms, a giant 30-40 foot tall Cerberus type black hell dog was gnashing its teeth and trying to grab Osama to return him to the hellish realms (although purified, Osama was not in the Light yet and the darkness tried to bring him back to hell. I last saw this monster when I purified Adolf Hitler. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerberus for pictures of it. It is an enormous monster of destruction and carnage and seems to feed off of this violent carnage energy. After reading about this monster, it is one of the guard dogs of hell, and typically does not enter the void and stays in the lower realms of hell. But somehow this monster followed Osama bin Laden out of the hell portal and tried to grab him. Accompanied by this monster were 2 firey hell hounds (the type I saw when purifying Gaddafi's son). It appears the firey hell hounds are from lesser regions of hell, while the Cerberus type giant dog is from the lower greater regions. Archangel Michael picked up Osama and lightly tossed him into the portal of Light. Apparently he knew this thing was extremely dangerous and it was trying to bite and destroy everything around it. He also jumped into the portal and closed it. Then this monster sensed me viewing the process and snapped at me. Thankfully Archangel Michael had placed a force field of protection around me (remember I invoked his protection before the process). The monsters bite was reflected off of me. Then suddenly Archangel Michael returned. He was leading many many warrior angels. The angels eliminated the firey hell hounds. The Cerberus dog was extremely powerful and could not be eliminated by the angels' swords. Suddenly blue glowing ropes of Light appeared out of the air. Each end wrapped around this monster's feet and more ropes tied the monster's mouth shut. Then all the angels including Archangel Michael secured the monster and pushed it slowly back into the hellish portal where it came from. The being was returned to where it came from and Archangel Michael placed another wall of Light near the portal to keep it from escaping again. It was done. Archangel Michael returned to me, placing his sword into the ground and said, "You did something great today. It is an honor to serve you." He smiled and returned to the Light with his fellow angels.

First of all, Gaddafi's youngest son, Saif al-Arab was killed in a bombing. I performed the purification ritual on him. As I completed I thanked Medicine Buddha and Quan Yin. Then I called for Archangel Michael to escort him into the Light (entering the Light enters the Master Vibration of God which releases all negative implants, templates etc). He looked very scared but was happy to be blessed. Archangel Michael was standing with his usual 8 foot tall stature. He was standing in front of the portal. Then he looked and noticed something. Chasing Saif was a large firey hell hound. Archangel Michael saw it and quickly escorted Saif into the portal of Light, then blocking entry to the portal he pulled out his blue sword and beheaded the firey hell hound before it could catch Saif. It instantly disappeared and Archangel Michael entered the portal and closed the portal. I was watching the spirit realm actions from Earth.

As I fell asleep I asked that my human body be filled with my oversoul and purified. I intended to be a vessel of Divine Will and Divine Love. I intended to release the human self for the Divine Self. I felt my monad entering my feet and squeezing into my finite body. Then I fell asleep.

As I slept I had 3 dreams.

Dream # 1

I forgot I was to get an award and was reminded by my boss that my award presentation was to begin downstairs in 9 minutes. When I arrived I was the last of 2 awardees. An entire crowd was in a large room including many higher ranking/prominents in the audience. I had a black overcoat on but I forgot my pants and had only shorts on. As my name was called I was concnetrating only on hiding my exposed legs. I got to the front and bowed before the presenter. It was a formal function. They gave me the award. I said thank you (the audience waited for a speech) but I quickly left the audience because of my discomfort with only shorts on. Afterward, I didn't know what the award was for, I read the certificate in which very much love was put into the writeup. I decided on my own accord in the past to donate blood during a blood donation at my work. It turned out, unknown to me, that I was the perfect match for someone who was dying and needed blood. I saved their life without knowing it and was a hero. My boss stopped by and asked how the presentation went and I said it was good. Then he said if anything needed changing on the award certificate to let him know. I said it was perfect.

My interpretation: The exposed legs were self explanatory. Last night I forgot to wear my pajama pants and my legs were cold. This was disrupting the dream and returning me from the dream world/astral plane to my cold human body. The award was maybe symbolism for the reward for work of spirit being done on Earth, costing much of my own blood but saving lives.

Dream # 2

I was watching a long line at the bank. A father was there with his teenage son. The teenage son wanted to do what he wanted and argued with the father that he wasn't always going to do what his father wants. The son wanted to leave the bank and the father said for him to stay in the line. I blessed them both and invoked Archangel Michael's protection for each, balancing the situation as much as could be done.

Interpretation- this dream is filled with duality, with an audience. I am to perform Earth service despite the audience/perspectives of the Earth's inhabitants and perform unity despite the dualistic nature.

Dream # 3

I dreamt I was on a busy bus full of people. I saw an angel sitting with each person. The people didn't notice the angels but they were smiling at me.

Interpretation- the angels are here with us to protect us and wait for us to ask for help, even if we don't seem to notice them.

I woke up this morning and saw the news that Osama bin Laden was killed. I will not let duality and the mind win in this interpretation. Although many are celebrating his death, I may remind you Al Qaeda celebrated the death of the Western nations' populations. So may I ask you in this situation, who is the murderer? The answer is easy...both. The bombs killed Pakistanis and Afghan families, as did the World Trade Center bombing and all the military losses in the wars. So we are in the tennis match of duality. It is similar to my dream. From each angle one is correct in their own way. I advise you to step back from duality and enter unity. Unify the forces, don't take sides. The solution to release of separation and duality is universal unconditional Love. So I will be performing the purification for Osama bin Laden tonight as I would for Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld if they passed. I performed it for Saddam as I would for Gaddafi. I perform it for the vicitms of war and the oppressors. I perform it for anyone who passes. Why? All beings deserve Love. The purification ritual invokes the master vibration, releasing all that is not Love...so it only helps. As we purify those that are deemed "dark" we purify the sections of us that are deemed "dark" which separate us. As we purify others, so we purify. As we release others from duality, so we release ourselves. We are all One, and since we are One...what we do to others is done for us.

Enlightening map of spirit realms

The other day there was a long discussion with someone at my work.

We were talking about why certain beings appear and many other things. Also about channeling and connection to the spiritual world.

This blog is general and about my experience. Your experience may be different so please as always with everything use discernment.

Basically when a person first embarks upon meditation and wishes to connect to the spiritual world there may be resistance from the mind. Confused colors and images fly around until the mind has settled and surrendered. Depending on what you do before meditation makes a big impression on the mind and its resistance. If you listen to loving soft music or watch movies full of love, you attract love in your vibration and that is impressed upon the mind. If you watch scary horror movies, the fear is in your vibration and is impressed upon the mind.

The spirit world has its doorway in Earth and through the heart and mind. The soul/higher self is in the spirit world and is the silent watcher. First of all check out near-death.com for a description of the spirit world to understand this. The soul/higher self exists in the heavenly realms. It speaks silently through intuition to you. It is above the vibration of the mind and connects through the heart. The subconscious mind can range in connection between the astral realms and Earth. The astral realms span from the lower heavenly realms to the void (known as some as purgatory) to even the hellish realms and also to Earthbound realm and Earth. The conscious mind also can reach those areas but has a limited capability to reach all. It is more finite in its range.

Basically coming back to the point is that you have three parts. You are the conscious mind of your waking day, the subconscious mind of your memory, dreams, and you are the higher self of love which connects into your heart and speaks through intuition.

Now back to meditation. The heart is always love and the higher self sends its love always to the heart. The heart can be blocked by the mind because of our free will and all parts have equal power within ourselves at first. The mind and the heart are different but equal. Gradually as the heart opens the power of Spirit overcomes the mind or the opposite the mind blocks the heart from opening. The choice of heart or mind depends on the choices each of us makes.

Someone said to me, why would someone see a devilish person when they meditate? The answer is fear. The person who meditated had a vibration of fear (anger, guilt, blame, jealousy, greed and the other vices) which attracted this entity. The entity most likely was a lesser one who decided to puff itself up to create more fear on which it lived. (the more dangerous energy parasites are those that attach to addicts...a constant source of nutrition for the parasitic beings). The lower astral beings close to the hellish realms live on fear energy and are quite parasitic. Release the fear and they go away. A good way to test them is to say "Do you love God?" or I bless you with great Love. They will usually run when they hear that word or continue to act confusing and chaotic. They fight for your attention, don't give it to them, it is a waste of your energy. The fear is formed by what you expose yourself too and is often sourced from the mind. When this happens, visualize the angels surrounding you and you are One with God, feel great love in the room and know you are supported. Focus on what you want. This moves energy from the mind into the heart and releases fear.

Now if you have a love vibration you will naturally attract angels and other loving beings through your vibration of love (purity, oneness, satisfaction, generosity, peace, happiness). When you want to channel or reach loving beings focus your intent to connect with them. Ignore the mind, enter the heart and do everything out of love. At first, the mind has more power, but as the heart opens it will flower like a blossom. Surrender to love, let is fill your being, hold the love vibration and this focus will allow you to release the mind. What you give power and energy to, so it shall be.

Basically what happens is when you are loving you send love vibration from Earth to Earthbound realm to Void to Heavenly Realms where it is picked up, attracting loving beings to come close to Earth and communicate with you. You have to ask them for help, they will not communicate without being asked as this is love and respect for the free will God gave you.

Now if you send fear vibrations they are denser/heavier and cannot travel as far. They go from Earth to Earthbound realm to Void and often attract beings from the hellish realms. The beings from the hellish realms then are attracted to you. They often don't wait for your call, they push their way to you as long as you are in the fear vibration and fight for your attention. Stay One with God and Love and don't give them any power. They will leave you in search of the fear vibration.

So you have many choices. To get out of fear, enter Love. That's all you have to do. Blanket yourself with great love, visualize your loving support and you will not be led astray. It's a matter of vibration.

PS. Someone asked me, when they contact the other side...how do those from the heavenly realms appear versus those from other areas? Often when those of the spirit world first contact you, they appear as faces and then once you have a better connection they appear full bodied. My experience has been with people who have passed that came from the heavenly realms and those from the void. The people from the heavenly realms open a door and white light shines from where they are to you. They are dressed in white and smiling at you. On their side are relatives and others who also passed over and are supporting them. On the other side an angel may exist to help keep the connection open (the bridge of light and love). Now, those existing from the void are different, they are not white but grayish in color, they are alone and not happy, maybe sad.....those in the hellish regions are aggressive and angry and manipulative. The amount of love is diminished. They need your prayers to bring them to wholeness and love.

This morning I drove to the supermarket to get some food and do some errands with my daughter. As I parked the car and got out, a man approached me. It was the same man that I gave a ride in the past (see the post about the hitchhiker). He was an older man. Everywhere I see him he is wearing the same clothes and walking everywhere between towns. He obviously has some tough times.
