  • Self-forgiveness carries a powerful energy that can completely transform your being and your life. Forgiving yourself is all about clearing away the weight of your past that you have been carrying inside your heart. When your heart is liberated, it creates a space for you to receive love again.

As forgiveness floods your being, you will naturally feel more joyful, peaceful and empowered to manifest what you truly desire. The more deeply you forgive yourself, the lighter and higher your vibration will grow, and the easier it will be to manifest anything your imagination can dream.

"To forgive is the highest, most beautiful form of love. In return, you will receive untold peace and happiness." ~
  • Or maybe, for example, I forgive my mother for neglecting or abandoning me and yet I go on neglecting or abandoning myself. Even if I no longer blame her there is a part of me that still energetically holds her accountable – or else I wouldn’t be doing it to myself. Even if I consciously take responsibility for my behavior and feelings, I’m still using her words and/or actions; no matter what I call it or how many times I release her. I haven’t forgiven her when I keep using her to unconsciously justify my own negative actions towards myself; even without conscious justification, every time I do to myself what she did to me, I hold her liable on some energetic level.

When you refuse to forgive, you hold onto the past, and it is impossible for you to be in present time. It is only when you are in the present that you can create your future. Forgiveness is a gift to yourself. It frees you from the past, past experiences, and past relationships. It allows you to…

Forgiveness is a path to freedom.

Forgiveness is, first and foremost, an internal process. It is primarily for you. Forgiveness is a path to freedom. It frees one from the control of the ‘offender’. Forgiveness can break patterns that would otherwise interfere with future relationships. Forgiving yourself and others is crucial for healing. If we can find forgiveness in our hearts for those who have caused us hurt and injury, we will rise to a higher level of self-esteem and well-being. Let us remember that we need to forgive…

When we forgive

Forgiving someone after they have hurt you is the best and only option you have to release what happened. Forgiving something that happened in your past is also another way to let it go and move on. Forgiveness is a powerful tool that is often left abandoned, for we often choose to instead condemn the past and the people that hurt us by staying mad and angry. When we choose to hold onto anger and resentment instead of forgiving, we create a host of problems for ourselves. We change how we…

True forgiveness leaves no traces

The power of forgiveness is massive. The actual act of Forgiveness brings new life. It brings new life because without Forgiveness, the pattern of offense continues spinning. Perhaps there’s a slightly different tone to it, but the song is the same. We see this effect with war. It may seem as if the enemy has been conquered, but the whole truth is the enemy is suppressed for a time until the reaction to suppression is fully formed. So then, there is a seed beneath the surface that is unseen,…
