My name is Keith, I'm 28 years old. My spirituality is my first priority in my life. I am a long term meditator for about 10 years on and off. My experience comes from practice and reading of texts within Theravada Buddhism resources, however I am not bound by any specific way.
What brought you here?
Last night I had spinning energy, body numbness and heat flashes in my meditation. Only the intense spinning was a new experience. I googled specific things and found a forum page related to your website. I decided to join on the basis of being apart of a community.
What can you contribute?
