i am a certified master/teacher reiki practitioner as well as a certified hatha and yin yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and the Canadian Yoga Alliance (CYA-IR). over the years i have had the privilege of studying with many amazing people, AMBA - lighterian reiki and ashati, debroah johnson - awakening & connecting workshop, salima pirani - siam reiki level I, janine hutchinson - komyo reiki second degree & munay ki rites, darlene hintzen - third degree master/teacher, dr. jaak reichmann - mindfulness based stress reduction program, Annemarie White, Pendulum Workshop, and jess koffman, the miracle of mindfulness & creating success with mind power, as well as a regular and ongoing personal yoga study and practice.
