People always blames the government...
Actually every one should have sense of Cleanliness and Purity in the atmosphere...at least we can prevent the pollution by Human beings...and we can take care of animals also...On free birds we have no control Natural disasters if give some pollution that is also we should make it clean....
But sometimes we can not cope up with the things...
Then who is responsible ?
