Transmuting Difficult Emotions & Its Limiting Energies

Hey there,

Have you ever noticed:

How there always seems to be a gap?

A gap between where you are, and what you deep down know is truly possible for you in your life as a soul?

Ultimately the gap is an illusion…

And the path of being loyal to your soul and bringing the gifts you know you’re here to share in the world is open wide.

But believe me, I know …

That the "gap between" where you are and what you know is possible for you can be so daunting.

And sometimes…

Heavy layers of past pain, unresolved trauma and negative beliefs can seem like they’re impossible to fully transmute, heal and clear.

No matter how often you meditate …

Or how much you pray for support and guidance.

I had a humbling experience last year of realizing that past pain and trauma I thought I’d fully cleared and transmuted, had actually just been suppressed in my body.

When some very old and deeply painful wounding began to surface in me…

I needed extra support for clearing it and fully letting it go.

And as the old saying says:

"When the student is ready, the teacher appears."

I was guided to find the support I needed to transmute these deeply suppressed emotional blockages…

So I can more fully embody my true soul presence and better serve in these powerful times.

One of the biggest lessons I learned through all of this is that by using techniques to calm the brain and nervous system…

It becomes so much easier to get clarity about what your intuition is saying so you can take the next step.

Our souls are calling for each of us to level up …
