Greetings, I Am Archangel Metatron. It is a great honor to share this sacred space with you today, & I am always with you when you call upon me helping support & love you always. I wish to guide you in a meditation that will energize you & increase the vitality & Light in your body. Sit peacefully & relax while following your breathing. With your permission, I will hold your hand & take you into a sacred temple of Golden Light now. In the center of this beautiful octagonal shaped sacred temple of Golden Light, you see a brilliant, glowing crystal bed....and I ask you to lie on it now. Just relax & breathe deeply. I will 1st call upon the Divine Energy of Balance from the Goddess Beings of Light. I run my hands now in one quick motion from the top of your head to your feet - anchoring the energy of balance throughout your body & into the earth. I do this again, running my hands down your body in one quick smooth motion, drawing the energy of the Goddess Balance, & anchoring again this energy in your being.... and I do this one last time. Allow yourself to accept this energy & Divine Balance. Notice.everything in you is now balanced perfectly & connected perfectly to the energy of the Creator & to your Soul.
And now AA Metatron brings in the Solar Energy from our sun of a copper gold hue, which is highlighted by Helios & Vesta. Allow yourself to acknowledge & feel this Divine Solar Energy that helps Illuminates your whole Being, shining down like the sun. Allow yourself to breathe in this copper gold light & allow it to fill every aspect of your 4-body system....and fill every cell of your body. Imagine it permeating your body, filling your body completely with the Energy of the Creator.
Archangel Metatron now moves to the left side of your body & places his Divine Hands into your auric field & channels the Solar Copper Golden Light throughout the left side of your 4-body system. Let yourself feel & visualize this Copper Golden Energy filling & energizing the left side of your whole being. AA Metatron now moves to the top of your head & channels the Solar Copper Golden Light into the top of your auric field. Let yourself feel & visualize this Copper Golden Energy of the Creator filling & energizing your crown chakra.....and filling & energizing your entire auric field above your head. AA Metatron now moves to the right side of your body & channels the Solar Copper Golden Light into the right side of your auric field.... and then at the bottom of your feet.... so the whole right side & bottom area of your auric field are totally filled with & energized with this Solar Copper Gold Energy of the Creator.
Still standing at the base of your auric field, AA Metatron now builds a cocoon of Light with the Solar Cooper Golden Light, continually channeling this Solar Energy of the Creator throughout your 4-body system within this cocoon of Light. Breathe in this energy now, letting the Divine Energy continue to energize & revitalize you until you feel it is completed. The more you repeat this meditation, the more AA Metatron will be able to increase your Light quotient & energize your body
