Simply attend http://cityofshamballa.ning.com/events/shamballa-multidimensional and then download the manuals, attunements and certificates. After reading Shamballa 1 manual, then you open Shamballa 1 attunement document when you are ready to receive the attunement. Inside you will find words to read or say to call the attunement to you when you are ready to receive. All attunements are already prepared and anyone who says or reads the attunement document words will receive when they say or read the words. Once you are satisifed with Level 1, read Level 2 manual, wait 3-5 days and then open level 2 attunement document. Later do the same with Level 3 and then 4. Then you may open the certificate and write your name in and then print it out. The Lineage is listed on the event. If you wish to attune others, follow the directions in the Shamballa Master/Level 4 manual. I do not know how to attune without symbols, like John Armitage recently suggests, but it will work either way. All attunements I have prepared exist at your higher self/spiritual level, so they can be received when you want now or in the future, whenever you are ready to receive. No need for an appointment, just call the attunements in when you are ready.
